Time Text
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fed Reacts.
I am here with Angie, and we're going to be covering the El Paso shooter.
You guys have been asking for this one for a while.
Let's get into it.
Our special agent with homeless investigations, okay, guys, HSI.
This is what Fed Reacts covers.
Defender Jeffrey Williams, an associate Weisel did commit the felony.
So here's what 6ix9ine actually got.
I can share this trip.
This attack shifted the whole U.S. government.
This guy got arrested for espionage, okay?
Trading secrets with the Russian on Wayne Gacy, aka the killer clown, okay?
One of the most prolific serial killers of all time, killed 33 people.
Zodiac Killer is a pseudonym of an unidentified serial killer who operated in Northern California.
They really get off on getting attention from the media.
Many years, Jeffrey Epstein sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his home.
It was OJ working together to get Nicole killed.
go over his past the gang tie so that this all makes sense all right and we are back What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fed Reacts.
I got fucking Bill Zamo here coaching me, by the way.
So y'all can see him in the background on how to do this because I'm using stream labs to do this, by the way.
Okay, so you know, it is what it is.
I'm trying to not mess this up because it ain't easy, man.
I'm taking a step out of Bill's book here, and I'm being the Mr. Producer, and this is not easy.
So, sir.
Yeah.
So, I got these guys in the back.
As y'all know, we went ahead and we covered a we did an IRL stream for you guys.
Now, we're doing Fred Reacts.
We're going to do El Paso shooter.
Then, after this, we're going to give y'all a video game stream, aka.
We're going to give y'all an overwatch stream.
Nobody can stop us.
We're going to continue on.
That was too loud.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'll turn your thing down.
But anyway, yeah, so today we're going to be doing the El Paso shooter, guys.
We got Bills and Mo here just in case I messed anything up in the beginning.
And then after that, they will go home because they got shit to do, you know.
Yeah, play Overwatch.
Yeah.
No, no, no.
They're not going to play.
It's just going to be us.
So, Angie, you want to introduce yourself to the people that may or may not know you.
Hi, people.
My name is Angie.
Yeah, that's it.
We're going to cover the El Paso shooter today.
The guy that shoot in a Walmart just to kill a bunch of Hispanic or my people, Prisea.
What?
Well, Mexicans because he was in El Paso.
He's my people, too.
Yeah, right.
Mo, you're not Hispanic.
You need to know that.
So, yeah.
And yeah, that's it.
You guys make sure to follow us on Instagram.
It's at FredReact.
We also have a bunch of TikToks that I'm pushing clips every day there.
And yeah, on YouTube too.
And Rumble.
So we're streaming on YouTube and Rumble.
And that's it, right?
And this one won by an enormous amount of vote, right?
Yeah, 200 votes.
I think it was 10 different colours.
To be honest, let me check real quick.
Yeah, so it was 52% against Scott Peterson and Bonnie and Clyde.
And these are the cases that you guys have been requesting.
I'm only taking cases that you guys have been requesting.
So make sure to stay tuned on the Instagram because I'm making polls every week there.
So you guys can drop your cases and I take the most requested ones and I put them on the poll.
Okay?
Absolutely.
And I know some of you guys are probably wondering, like, yo, Myron, what's up with this studio?
Because I see some people saying it, guys, this is the new Fed React studio, okay, man?
Don't demonstrate.
All right, we've been going hard in the paint with trying to get this thing ready for y'all.
It took us a while, but it is finally done.
You know, you can see we got the flag in the back with all the, you know, all my awards and all that other stuff, a little placard, blue line.
I was actually telling Myron just now that I took one of you guys' suggestions.
And with me and ICR, we're going to put like mug shots and like crime scene photos in the back to make it like more true crime.
Yeah, we're going to get some questions here for y'all as well and make it make it pretty lit.
So we're going to make it better, guys.
You know, it's very important.
You know, obviously aesthetics is very important.
So we're going to make sure that the studio looks good for you guys.
But yeah, man, this is another part of the Fresh of Fed studio.
This is another room in the condo that I converted to a studio.
So yeah, man.
Also, guys, I hope you guys enjoyed the IRL stream that we did earlier, man.
You know, we wanted to make sure that we could test it out for you guys.
And, you know, shout out to Bills and Mo for helping out with the sound and the video.
It came out really crispy.
I watched it back.
New time stamps are in there and everything else like that.
So it's a segment that we're going to do a little bit more for you guys.
It was cold as hell out there.
But two girls pulled up on me that we kicked off the show before, which is crazy.
They were so pissed off.
So that was hilarious.
But anything else?
Oh, FNFSuperchat.com works now, guys.
If you guys want to donate to the stream, we really appreciate that.
FNFSuperchat.com.
We fixed it.
It's now going to be by Stream Elements, not Stream Labs, because we got banned.
Huh?
It's been in the comments, guys.
So check us out over there if you guys want to get involved in the show.
Every chat's going to be shown on screen, right, Bills?
Like when they chatted in?
Yeah.
Not today, but tomorrow.
Okay.
So I was about to click.
But we'll be able to read them any ones that come in.
Angie has it up on screen as well.
And I do as well.
And their Rumble chats, too.
And the Rumble rants as well.
We'll be reading those as well.
So yeah, man.
I don't hate Omo, guys.
Some people say that I'm hating Omo.
I don't hate Omo.
Mo is actually cool, and he actually knows pretty well Spanish.
So yeah.
Just wanted to say that.
W Mo.
Angie's also always one of the coolest people to me, bro.
Yeah, people saying that because I'm saying that you're not Hispanic, that I'm hating on you.
I don't hate on Angie.
I think it's not Hispanic.
You just want to take all the nationalities.
Me and Angie joke all the time, bro.
She don't hate on me.
Them boys commented about damn time.
How many Blue Chews did you take?
We all know you were smashing Angie.
You know what, bro?
I wish, but no.
We were actually getting ready for this stream, guys, because Bills was getting it set up.
So it took a while.
And he was showing me how to do it.
So hopefully it won't be that much of an issue.
And then we also got Jalen Walker goes, I was going to Fort Bliss from my leave after South Korea and was going to grab some groceries from that Walmart, which is the closest to the base.
I changed my mind because I was tired.
And the exact time I would have been there if I did go, the shooting happened.
Holy, bro.
Wow.
Well, I'm glad that you're here with us today, my friend, able to send that super chat.
I'm glad that you weren't there.
So, actually, matter of fact, you know, let me pull up El Paso on a map because some of you guys might not even know where El Paso is.
It's really close to Albuquerque.
I didn't know that.
Yeah, it's super West Texas.
Super, super West Texas.
So I'm going to go ahead and share screen with y'all ninjas a little bit.
Shout out to Bills for sending this up, by the way.
Here's El Paso, Texas, guys.
We're going to.
Oh, goddammit.
Okay.
So let me enlarge this.
What the?
God damn it.
No, no, no, but I'm trying to make it big.
Like, you know what, man?
Hold on.
I'll just say plus.
Fuck it.
We map gang now.
All right, here we go.
So here's El Paso, right, guys?
So I was down here, just to put things in perspective for you guys.
I was all the way over here, okay?
In Laredo, right?
This is where I was when I was stationed on the border with HSI.
El Paso, guys, is all the way over here.
And you can see there's a military base there.
El Paso, guys, is a lot more Americanized than El Paso.
Sorry, than Laredo.
Laredo is basically still Mexico.
El Paso, though, on the other hand, huge Mexican population.
It's right there on the border, obviously across the border from Juarez, okay?
And this is where it is in the grand scheme of things.
So if you go back to the United States, right across from Juarez, right, you got San Antonio here.
And yeah, it's not that far from Albuquerque.
But you weren't there in 2019, were you?
I had just left.
I left in 2018.
Okay.
I just left Laredo in 2018.
So that is where El Paso is, guys, from perspective.
So you guys know exactly where it is.
So let's go through it, man.
You have anything, Angie, before we get into this thing?
Well, actually, I actually was interested because I'm watching, I told you, I'm watching Better Call Soul, the series, and it's based in Albuquerque in New Mexico.
So there are always, like, there are always these scenes where they show how close El Paso is to Albuquerque.
Yeah.
So you can actually drive.
Here's the drive.
I'm going to look it up.
It's like 200 miles.
Hold on, let me look at it.
237 miles, something like that.
To Albuquerque.
Let's see.
Yeah.
It's actually not that far.
Four hours.
268 miles.
68.
Okay.
Yeah, not that bad.
200 miles.
I was.
Getting friend requests on Overwatch.
Okay.
All right.
Cool.
So we're going to go ahead and get into this bad boy now.
Okay, guys.
So 2019 El Paso shooting on.
Hold on.
Let me.
And we got a documentary to react to as well, guys.
Yeah, I found another documentary on YouTube.
Hopefully we won't get us killed with the copyright.
Anyways, if it does, guys, make sure to go to Rumble.
Yeah.
On August 3rd, 2019, a terrorist mass shooting occurred at a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas, United States.
The gunman, 21-year-old Patrick Wood Crucius, killed 23 people and injured 22 others.
The FBI investigated the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and a hate crime.
The shooting has been described as the deadliest attack on Latinos in modern American history.
So he surrendered and was arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting.
He posted a manifesto with white nationalists and anti-immigrant themes on the image board, 8 Chan shortly before they attacked.
The manifesto cites the Christchurch mosque shootings earlier that year and the far-right conspiracy theory known as a great replacement as inspiration for the attack.
On February 2023, following an announcement that the Department of Justice would not seek the death penalty, Crucius pleaded guilty to 90 federal murder and hate crime charges, which we're going to talk about that here in a second.
Here you can see here, and he ended up getting sentenced to 90 consecutive life sentences for 2019 mass shooting in El Paso.
And they took it federal, guys.
So obviously he got charged by the state, but the feds ended up coming in and taking it over.
And probably because it was a terrorist attack.
Yeah.
Yeah, domestic terrorism, exactly.
Because they were able to articulate that it was done to kill a certain group of people.
And then FBI statement.
So this happened right after the shooting, guys, on August 4th, 2019.
I'm sorry my voice sounds like this, guys.
I lost my voice from streaming Overwatch the other day, which we're going to do again tonight.
The attack in El Paso, Texas underscores the continued threat posed by domestic violent extremists and perpetrators of hate crimes.
The FBI is supporting its state and local partners in Texas through investigative intelligence and technical assistance.
The El Paso investigation is also being supported by FBI's domestic terrorism hate crimes fusion cell, which was established in spring 2019, composed of subject matter experts from both the criminal investigative and counterterrorism divisions.
The fusion cell offers program coordination from FBI headquarters helps ensure seamless information sharing across divisions and augments investigative resources.
What does this all mean, guys?
This means that pretty much right after the shooting, the FBI was on this guy and they're looking to take this thing federal and get him for a hate crime.
Because as we discussed before, guys, when it comes to federal cases, there isn't really a premeditated murder charge federally, okay?
Typically, it's got to be aligned with something else, whether it's a murder during the commission of a bank robbery, murder because of a hate crime.
You know, typically, murder federally, guys, doesn't there's no just murder statute.
It needs to be committed while committing a federal crime, maybe killing somebody and then going over state lines, whatever it may be.
But when it comes to like, you know, premeditated murder, serial killers, all this other stuff, nine out of ten times, it goes to the state, okay?
And that's who probably arrested him first.
And then the feds came in later and hit him with a federal indictment, and then he got turned over to the feds.
And that's, you know, obviously they probably coordinated that with the state.
Hey, we think you can get him some more time, or we could probably hit him a little bit harder on the fed side.
He's not going to be able to win.
Let's, you know, let's go take it federal.
And then that's what ended up happening.
So you can see here, right after the shooting, the FBI was already angling to take this thing for domestic terrorism based on this article here shortly thereafter.
Okay?
So let's go ahead.
And this is the guy right here.
Okay, guys.
This is what he looks like.
21 years old.
Yeah, 21 years old.
Obviously, something wrong with this motherfucker.
But yeah, this is him.
Yeah, and he was German and Italian descendant.
German and Italian?
Okay.
If he was Hispanic, that would have been strange, huh?
Yeah, of course.
He was not.
Here's another news article.
This is, I think, right when he, there's a news article from when he got found guilty.
So here's a documentary that we're going to watch, guys.
This is from Frontline PBS.
Hopefully, we don't get hit with a copyright, but let's play it.
Let's make sure it's high definition.
And we'll put the closing.
This guy wrote an anti-Hispanic, anti-immigrant manifesto.
Oh, shit.
Wow.
You don't like your kind, I guess.
Yeah.
Okay.
And guys, again, fnfsuperchat.com or rumble ranch your chats in.
I think, do we have Rumble Ranch, Angie?
Yeah, we have some.
Okay.
My mom told me to read some.
Yeah.
Some of them will be.
So just read them.
I don't know.
It's fine.
Go ahead and read them.
Okay.
Let me find them real quick.
Oh, you got them on your phone?
Yeah.
Okay.
Oh, they're right here, but I can read them.
So there is one from Mail of Culture.
It says, Myron, the Overwatch stream was the most entertaining thing I have ever seen.
Bro, your energy was crazy.
I couldn't sleep.
I was dying laughing the whole time.
Fresh and Fit fan forever.
Fresh is good for you.
Thank you so much, man.
We're going to play again tonight, bro.
So I'm probably going to lose my voice again.
Oh, my God.
So be ready.
831 Top D. I just saw the clip, the clip that I see posted of you in like a speed camera.
I don't know if you guys saw it, but we was marrying just to be like this.
Just playing crazy.
I was playing some rock music.
That was crazy.
That's a good one.
A31 Top D says, How dare you like the flag touch the ground, Myron?
What?
It's not touching the ground, bro.
It's not touching the ground, bro.
What the heck?
What's wrong with you, man?
It's not touching the ground, my friend.
Myron Gain says, Vitaly said he wants to come on Fresh and Fit.
Really?
When?
Oh, Myron.
You just paid $1 to say that.
Gabriel CF says.
He said Vitality wants to come on?
Vitality, yeah.
Okay.
And Gabriel CF says, Let's make it happen.
What's your thoughts on 304 Fanny Willis paying for her funny to get packed by Trump's prosecutor and the ex-wife dropping receipts?
Dropping receipts.
Yeah, it's not going to look good for her.
I'll tell you that.
But hey, man, they can't stop Trump 2024, baby.
Yeah, that's true.
Red P Live says 12-hour Overwatch stream.
Let's fucking go WRL stream.
Yeah, Angie will be playing next to me.
She needs to get her 50 wins.
Yeah.
Angie plays Overwatch as well.
I got 16.
16.
Damn, you've got a long way to go, baby.
I know.
What do we got here?
I cannot read this one, so.
Oh, it's about them boys?
I don't know.
All right, fair enough.
All right, so we got the documentary here, guys.
Let's just go ahead and run it, man.
PBS.
Oh, shit.
We're about to get destroyed here.
At least I can rate Mexicans.
It was a testing ground for immigration policy.
This is an invasion.
This was, in fact, a pilot program for that zero-tolerance family separation.
Fun fine investigates.
The government is trying to break their spirit so that they even try to claim asylum.
Wait, this is on the shooter?
Yeah.
And just so you guys know, El Paso has a huge law enforcement presence, man.
Like, there's probably in El Paso, easily a thousand Border Patrol and customs officers there.
Because of the border, yeah.
Yeah.
Makes sense.
Yeah, easily.
So, and then you add in, like, because there's an HSI SAC office there, which is, there's going to be at least 100 agents.
Plus, there's the FBI SAC office there.
There's going to be at least 100 agents there.
DEA has a huge office there.
ATF has a huge office there.
They're all SAC offices.
So, yeah, like huge law enforcement presence there.
Well, it makes sense because not only for the border and the trespassing and the trafficking and everything, but also the cartels and all that stuff and the Mexican influence.
It's got to be crazy.
Yeah.
You know?
It's huge.
Well, you should know.
You probably know better than anyone.
Yeah, they always do that.
Okay.
Just bring that to mind.
Hey, what is the shark?
Help!
We need tactical units to go ahead and start responding to Walmart.
All tactical units, tactical units, please.
Please make it to the west side of Walmart.
The first call came from a Walmart on the U.S.-Mexican border at 10:39 a.m.
The killing spree lasted several minutes.
22 people dead.
Many of the victims were Mexican-Americans.
Eight were from El Paso's sister city, Juarez.
I know that Walmart really well, and I know who shops there.
It's a very popular destination for Mexican shoppers coming legally across the border.
So I knew the place was going to be packed with Mexican shoppers and also with El Paso families because school was getting back in session.
This is now one of the top 10 deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history.
The suspect alive in police custody.
The suspect was Patrick Crucius of Allen, Texas.
What did you learn about the shooter?
Where is Allen, Texas, man?
Let's look this up real fast.
Allen, Texas.
I mean, this guy was living in the most Hispanic state in the United States.
Whoa, whoa, he went.
Okay, he's all the way by Dallas.
Like, this dude drove nine hours.
Holy.
Okay.
Guys, not to be mistaken from McCallan, Texas, guys, which is all the way down here.
Allen and McCallan are two different places.
At that time.
Not from El Paso?
700 miles away in the Dallas area.
I heard about his diatribe, his screed, whatever you want to call it.
I did see that.
He said he fully expected to die.
And in reality, he surrendered as a coward.
A four-page manifesto appeared online, 19 minutes.
Here we go.
In general, let's enlarge this thing.
In general, I support the Christchurch shooter and this manifesto.
This attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas.
They are the instigators, not me.
I'm simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.
Some people think this statement is hypocritical because of the nearly complete ethnic and cultural destruction brought to the Native Americans by our European ancestors.
But this just reinforces my point.
The natives didn't take the invasion of the Europeans seriously, and now what's left is just a shadow of what was.
My motives for this attack are not at all personal.
Actually, the Hispanic community was not my target before I read the great replacement.
This manifesto will cover the political and economic reasons behind the attack, my gear, my expectations of what response this will generate, and my personal motivations and thoughts.
God damn.
That's the manifesto?
This is the beginning of it.
Okay.
And then it goes into political reasoning.
Let's read it.
All right.
In short, America is riding from the inside out on peaceful means to stop this seemed to be nearly impossible.
The inconvenient truth is that our leaders, both Democrat and Republican, have been failing us for decades.
They are either complacent or involved in one of the biggest betrayals of the American public in our history, the takeover of the United States government by unchecked corporations.
I could write a 10-page essay on all the damage these corporations have caused, but here is what is important.
Due to the death of the baby boomers, the increasingly anti-immigrant rhetoric of the right, and the ever-increasing Hispanic population, America will soon become a one-party state.
The Democrat Party will own America, and they know it.
They have already begun the transition by pandering heavily to the Hispanic voting bloc in the first Democratic debate.
They intend to use open borders, free health care for illegal citizenship, and more to enact a political coup by importing and then legalizing millions of new voters.
Well, that's why we need to get Trump in office.
With policies like these, the Hispanic support for Democrats will likely become nearly unanimous in the future.
The heavy Hispanic population in Texas will make us a Democrat stronghold.
Yeah, I don't know about that.
Texas, a lot of times, goes Republican.
Losing Texas and a few other states with heavy Hispanic population to Democrats is all it would take for them to win nearly every presidential election.
Although the Republican Party is also terrible, many facts within the Republican Party are pro-corporation.
Poor corporation equal pro-immigration.
But some factions within the Republican Party don't prioritize corporations over our future.
So the Democrats are nearly unanimous with their support of immigration while the Republicans are divided over it.
At least Republicans, the process of mass immigration citizenship will be greatly reduced.
That's before the attack.
I don't know if you want to show it.
An affidavit?
Yeah.
Like, what do you mean?
His affidavit.
He wrote an affidavit?
No, no, no.
He's affidavit, like the thing that got him.
The warrant of arrest.
Oh, the warrant of arrest?
You have the Texas one?
Yeah, I have it again.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
I sent it to you.
On Telegram?
Okay, I'll pull it up too.
He chose El Paso because this is where the Hispanic invasion of Texas is happening.
They're taking our jobs.
They're coming to replace us.
When he was taken into custody, told police, I came here to kill Mexicans.
Wow, you're crazy, bro.
I'll tell you this, though.
Some of my best years were in Laredo, Texas, hanging out with the Mexicans, man.
The culture, the food, it's fucking lit.
Mexicans are trying to get down.
This dude don't know what he's talking about.
He don't got no Mexican friends, clearly.
He doesn't have any Hispanic friends at all.
Yeah, that's true.
Well, now in Allen, Texas, there probably ain't that many.
But the thing is that most of the people that he killed were like Americans, were like Mexican-Americans.
Yeah.
But anyways, it says in here that Crucius, the guy, the perpetrator, registered to vote in 2016 as a Republican and had a Twitter account from 2017 that showed a photo of Trump in the Oval Office.
And he also had a pro-Trump poll that included responses such as build the wall, not some Tori Sydney, not some Tori City.
Hey, if you're going to be laughing at that, Keeping Gmo open and ban Syrian referees.
God damn.
Why are you laughing at this?
Come on.
Stupid.
Why are you laughing at it?
You're right.
You're right.
It's just funny, though.
He's crazy.
He was crazy.
He's got a crazy guy.
He was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.
God damn it.
That's interesting.
Very interesting.
That mental disorder.
All right.
Obviously.
Let's see here.
We'll go back to.
Man, this guy hated people.
Mike Chest has 123321.
123321.
Everyone good?
Thank you all for joining with us here today.
My name is Greg Abbott.
I'm the governor of Texas, and I want to let you know Texas grieves for the people of El Paso today.
I ask that you keep El Pasoans in your prayers.
We know the power of prayer and the power that you can have by using that prayer.
In the first hours after the attack, Governor Abbott was reluctant to call the shooting a hate crime.
Bottom line is mental health is a large contributor to any type of protection.
All right.
So the reason why he's probably reluctant to call it a hate crime, guys, is because it changes everything, okay?
Once he calls it a hate crime, the media is going to get involved.
The news is going to get involved.
The feds are going to get involved.
Remember, guys, it's an ever-evolving situation.
They don't know what's happening yet.
And they're going to be reluctant to do that because they know if they call it a hate crime, you know, CNN and Fox News and everybody and their mom is going to show up, you know, trying to get a goddamn situation going on.
They're going to try to get a news story.
So he wanted to kind of, you know, when you shake some soda and it's like you open it and you know it's going to fucking burst open.
He's trying his best to make the burst not as bad.
He knows what's on his hand.
Trust me.
He's already spoken to the FBI.
He spoke into the Texas Rangers.
He spoke into Texas Department of Public Safety before he went up here.
He knew damn well that this was a domestic terrorist attack, but he didn't want to say that upfront.
Okay.
And then anytime you use a T-word, things start to get crazy.
Okay.
So his job as the governor is to kind of keep people calm, let the investigators do their job, and kind of, I don't want to say downplay it, but put more emphasis on warning the victims versus the investigation and why what happened happened and let the public know that the law enforcement is working really hard to find them, right?
This is just a lot of the times, this is damage control at this point, right?
Is what they want, is what they're doing when this goes down of violence or shooting violence.
We know that's a component to shootings that take place in schools.
Governor Abbott talked about how these things are always connected to mental illness.
He couldn't even bring himself to utter the phrase hate crime in the press conference.
By this point, everybody was aware of the manifesto.
Everybody's kind of tap dancing around this.
And so I just got as loud as I could and deliberately chose to ask the question to Representative Escobar.
The favorite umbrella of this rule, the noise he's talking about right now, is the hate crime nexus related to information.
See, and a lot of times they're not prepared for this, man.
They're like, oh, damn it, they got the manifesto.
Fuck.
We hate Twitter, you know?
The only one at that point who had the courage to call this for what it was.
The manifesto narrative is fueled by hate, and it's fueled by racism and bigotry and division.
This is someone who came from outside of our community to do us harm.
A community that has shown nothing but generosity and kindness to the least among us.
Those people arriving at America's front door.
Later that day, Governor Abbott said that the shooting would be prosecuted as a hate crime.
Are you from El Paso?
Yes, I'm from El Paso.
How do you make sense of this?
I never thought this would happen in our city.
I do feel hurt.
And if you guys have never been to a border town before, I can't really, you got to go.
I heavily suggest everyone watching the show, at some point in your life, go to a border town, okay?
Go to a El Paso, go to a Laredo, go to a McAllen, you know, go to a Brownsville, go to Las Cruces, whatever it is, man.
Go to a border town, right?
I don't count San Diego, even though it's right there on the border.
Because it's a different culture, guys.
You really get the closest that you're going to get to Mexico without actually going into Mexico.
You get real tacos.
You get that real Mexican culture.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah.
I fucking said it.
Tacos in Miami are trash compared to Texas.
Okay, I'm just going to say it, all right?
If you want real tacos, just go to Mexico.
Come on out.
Don't go to Texas too.
They're not trying to get kidnapped, Angie.
They're not trying to get kidnapped here.
They're trying to eat our tacos safely.
All right.
But yeah, if you want the real Mexican culture, man, going to a border town is where it's at.
You know what I mean?
You want to know?
This is going to be a little bit graphic, but I'm going to say it.
You want to know how you know you're really in a border town and you're really like that close to Mexico?
When you go use a public restroom, the toilet paper is in the trash, not in the fucking toilet.
You guys want to know why?
Because the sewage in Mexico is bad.
So all the people that are from Mexico that are in the United States, they're used to, you know, wiping and then throwing it in the trash, not throwing it in the toilet, flushing it because their sewage is fucked in Mexico.
That's how you know that you're supposed to be where you need to be, where you're supposed to be.
I just learned something today.
You didn't know that?
I didn't know that.
That's how you know you were real Mexicans when they do that.
No, no, no.
Their plumbing sucks in Mexico.
So they wipe and throw it there.
I mean, that's kind of gross, I know, but that's how you know.
I think every Latin.
Well, every Latin country is like that?
Okay, fair enough.
Okay, every Latin country is like that.
Fair enough.
I didn't know that.
Back to it.
We're broken for the families, especially for the babies, because I have world of my own.
So it's going to take some time to heal.
It's very bad that people are like this person who comes from so far.
But we're still together.
I'm Hispanic.
I've lived here for 73 years.
And it really, really hurts.
You know?
Because I don't hate you.
You're white.
I'm brown.
To me, everybody's the same.
And it really hit home.
It doesn't matter where you come from.
A few days later, I met with Representative Veronica Escobar, a third-generation El Pasoan.
Welcome.
Yeah, welcome to El Paso.
It's been a hell of a week.
Yeah.
Horrible.
I just got back from the hospital.
Those folks are still in the middle of the moment.
You still have some in critical conditions?
There sure are.
When did you start to make a connection between what was unfolding at Walmart and all of the rhetoric that's been directed at migrants over the last couple of years?
When I heard about the alleged manifesto, and it was already online.
It was starting to spread like wildfire, and it was clear that in that manifesto, there were things that have been said by Fox News, by other politicians, and by the person with the biggest bully pulpit, the loudest voice in this country, the president.
When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best.
They're bringing drugs.
They're bringing crime.
They're rapists.
And some, I assume, are good people.
So with immigration, you...
Shout out to Trump, man.
Better be smart.
Speaking of which, Ron DeSantis just dropped out of the race.
And you better be tough, and they're taking your jobs, and you better be careful.
We have people trying to come in.
We're stopping a lot of them.
But we're taking people out of the country.
You wouldn't believe how bad these people are.
These aren't people.
These are animals.
This is an invasion.
When you see these caravans starting out with 20,000 people, that's an invasion.
But how do you stop these people?
You can't.
There's not.
That's only in the panhandle you can get away with that.
We asked the Trump administration to provide an official who could speak to us about immigration.
We have a crisis at the southern border in this.
They arranged an interview with Ken Cuccinelli, someone who backs the president's tough rhetoric.
The rhetoric used by the president and by yourself in referring to immigrants.
It's been extremely harsh.
How much does that...
Hey, shut the fuck up.
Oh, sorry.
I gotta mute myself.
do you think, contribute to what we saw happen at Walmart in El Paso?
I don't think it contributes at all to something like Hey, what are you laughing at?
I didn't say anything.
That's funny.
This is a person who's got boiling hatred and committing domestic terrorism.
That's what that is.
That's not caused by rhetoric.
That's a long thought-out decision, as we saw with this evil individual's manifesto.
That manifesto used language that was echoing what was being used by the president and on Fox News and other sources.
I knew it!
I knew that they were going to do this shit.
Try to spin this attack and make it a Trump situation.
I fucking knew it, man.
Of course.
They always do that shit, man.
God damn it, bro.
Why?
Yo, man.
We need Trump back in office, man.
Oh, but people just say that Trump is very anti-Hispanic and stuff.
It's not true at all, man.
They just be hating, man.
I just think he has a very good strategy to keep the country as it is.
Make it better, you know, make America better.
What would you say to the haters, Angie, that say, well, Angie, if Trump gets in office, you wouldn't be able to come here.
What would you say to those haters?
Well, that's my family.
Those haters, my family.
They don't support Trump.
But that's what I think, though.
Like, I think people need to get more information and investigate more onto the politic, the politic strategies that the leaders are trying to put into the country.
Because if you don't know anything at all, you're going to say, yeah, go Biden.
And Biden is destroying the country with what he's doing.
So it doesn't really make sense to hate onto someone, on someone's politics, if you don't know anything about it.
You know, that's what happened to my country.
You know, it's really what is going on.
So that's all I have to say.
Just investigate.
Biden, trash.
I cannot say anything because I cannot say anything, but yeah, I agree.
All right.
Where are we at here?
Oh, my bad.
My bad, guys.
Oh, shit.
Wrong one.
Bear with me, guys.
I'm trying to figure this out.
On the other side of this debate, we hear Nazi allusions and we hear concentration camp comments, but I reject the connection between public debate, even tough public debate, and acts of violence.
Authorities say the shooter drove 10 hours to get to this Walmart here in El Paso.
The city is 80% Latino, and it's at the center of a national debate.
I arrived in El Paso last May, three months before the attack at Walmart.
I came here to understand why this border crossing was such a for Decades Dark Asha.
Angie is not a legal alien.
She is here 100% legally assholes.
Actually, yes.
Finally, seeing a dramatic spike in the number of migrants.
I wanted to understand how President Trump was handling this surge.
But I will say this: the poor Angie comments are funny.
Critics charged that the president's approach is recognizing flames.
The border city of El Paso.
But technically, she can't be deported.
So I'm really stuck with her now, man.
God damn.
I'm legit stuck with her, guys.
She literally can't be deported.
God damn it.
El Paso, Texas.
I'm going to set her up.
I'm a framer for a crime.
Used to have extremely high rates of violent crime.
Six months before the attack at Walmart, Trump singled out El Paso in his State of the Union address.
One of our nation's most dangerous cities.
He exaggerated claims about the crime rate, touting the success of a reinforced fence along the border.
Now, with a powerful barrier in place, El Paso is one of the safest cities in our country.
That is true.
El Paso is one of the safest cities in the United States.
Is it though?
Because of all the law enforcement there, yeah.
El Paso is safe, but Juarez is not.
What is because they have a huge fucking wall?
Ah, that makes sense.
Okay.
El Paso's Republican mayor was quick to respond.
The president said immediately after building the wall, El Paso is one of the safest cities in our country.
My response was: yes, we are one of the safest cities in the country, but we have been before.
The fence went up.
The fence had no direct impact on our overall crime rate.
Thank you very much, El Paso.
Thank you very much.
President Trump came to El Paso several days after his State of the Union address.
They've been trying to say, oh, the wall didn't make that much.
Well, he disputed the mayor's assessment, even though El Paso has long been considered one of the safest cities in America, even before the fence was erected.
I don't care whether a mayor is a Republican or a Democrat.
They're full of crap when they say it hasn't made a big difference.
I fucking love Trump, man.
He just said you're full of crap.
Well, he did at that time.
But he respected me for that.
I corrected the record from day one.
Still, El Paso had from the beginning drawn the attention.
All right, so let's go to more.
I don't know.
You ever watched that?
Okay, that covered the shooting part, right?
That part of the documentary.
Yeah.
Okay.
You can forward it if you want.
What part?
What part again do we afford it to where they cover the shooting more?
I don't know, Myron, because the documentary is very long.
Oh, you don't remember the timestamp?
Can you go back and look at it?
Yeah.
All right.
All right.
Let's see here.
What do we got here?
So we got some footage here.
So which one was the one that you wanted me to show here, Angie?
Oh, you can show.
Because I got one here.
That one?
The surveillance footage?
There's another one next.
Yeah.
Okay.
I'll play these two and then we'll go back to the documentary.
Can you find exactly where?
Yeah, let me see.
So their subway, their self-checkout.
They've been to the Walmart.
Oh, hundreds of times.
Yeah.
But Danner Barton and his mother, Rachel.
It's shocking to me that somebody can do so much damage and not even care.
Won't ever look at it the same.
He's just running so fast and so just pushing people away that nobody probably even noticed.
Minutes before this surveillance video was taken, 16-year-old Danner was driving his mother's Subaru about a mile from the Tumwater Walmart when he spotted a man running down the middle of the road.
Oh, shit.
This man, Tim Day, fired into the windshield, nicking Barton's thumb.
Police say Day was in the middle of a series of violent carjackings, and he next stopped at the Walmart because he needed more ammunition.
Videos showed Day running through the store to the sporting goods section.
And when he finds the ammo he needs, he shoots the display case, takes the bullets to the counter, and reloads.
He just looks so like he knows what he's doing, which is kind of crazy.
Is this the same Walmart?
Angie?
Is this the same Walmart?
I think so, yeah.
I think so.
What the fuck?
Day runs out pointing his gun at customers, two who have their own way.
Follow him out.
A camera captures Day trying to carjack other drivers, and he ends up shooting one, Ricky Fevy.
And moments later, one of those armed customers.
Look how he came around the car.
He was perfectly placed.
Oakville firefighter and pastor, David George, shoots and kills Day.
That's gotta be the pastor.
Danner's injuries were minor, but Feevie, the other shooting survivor, spent almost three months at Harborview.
The family just got a new house with a ramp for his wheelchair.
Yo, what the fuck?
And we can cut it out with this documentary because I think the next things there are like just talking about the migrants and the thing with the bird.
Boy, Angie, this is the wrong shooting, though.
Yeah, yeah, it is.
It is.
It is.
Sorry, my bad.
Damn it, I don't got the...
No, it's the other.
It's the other video.
Stupid.
Is the other one?
Hell, Angie.
Yeah.
All right, chat.
Spam the hell, Angie, in the chat.
Go ahead.
Boom, books.
It's the next one.
Well, Walmart, bro.
But God damn, Walmart's in Texas are fucking dangerous.
What's the chance as you type a Walmart shooting and you El Paso Walmart shooting in this shit?
It's a bunch of videos.
What those?
Yo.
Yeah, I guess there's both the Walmart shootings.
You had one job, Angie.
There he is.
There he is.
Come on.
You're right.
All right, this is the right one because you can hear the air fatigue.
Dramatic video captured by a survivor.
What was that?
I didn't know between the two.
I wasn't sure.
I didn't remember.
So, yeah, that's the one.
That's crazy that you YouTube search El Paso shooting and multiple of Walmart and then multiple videos come up and it's dudes doing this shit.
Yeah.
I don't know if that's that just.
That's why when you said, yeah, El Paso is the safest sea.
I was like, hey.
Well, this YouTube search proves not.
Oh, shit, man.
All right.
Let me go back here.
However, inside the Walmart shows the traumatic moment the gunman stormed the store on a killing spree.
Eyewitness news reporter Addie Guajardo spoke with a witness who took cover with her elderly mother.
Sylvia Saucedo visited the growing memorial behind me here at Walmart.
It's a reminder of the 22 victims ripped away from their families.
She shook as she recounted the terror that happened that Saturday morning and counted her blessings.
Bullets tore through Walmart, sending shoppers scrambling for cover.
Sylvia Saucedo, her 91-year-old mother, and many more took cover under tables at a McDonald's inside the Walmart.
The scunch were going in firing that shot.
It was horrible.
And it's like hold 911.
The gunman fired round after round.
It was barely audible, but you can hear Saucedo reassuring her mother it's going to be okay.
And my mom was praying and crying.
It was real bad.
In another video, Saucedo showed me, but didn't want to share on air, you see a victim crash to the floor after being shot.
A burning image.
They were very scared.
She can't shake.
He was like maybe five meters, six meters away from me.
After about 10 agonizing minutes inside the Walmart, Saucedo says an employee opened the emergency doors and she took off with her mother in hand.
Inside her car, Salcedo captures the chaos outside.
Two women rushing away from the storefront with three children in hand.
At any point, did you think you weren't going to make it out alive?
Of course.
Yes, I did, but I have my faith is very strong.
Salcedo tells me she called 911 on two occasions.
Damn.
Yeah, I'm going to send you some other ones so you can see the people actually freaking out.
And then El Paso seen several killed as a gunman opens fire in Texas Walmart.
So this side might have some of the CCTV files.
Yeah, that's the one.
But that's, yeah, that's another one.
This might be a little bit graphic, so.
Mm-hmm.
Active shooter.
It's the right one, Angie.
Damn it.
No, it's this one.
I just sent you the other one.
I just send you the other one.
L Angie again.
Man, all these shooting ones are so confusing.
I'm sorry.
I'll take all the L's today.
All right, we got it here.
Wait, no, is this it?
No.
Hold on.
Give me one second, guys.
Just watch like a bunch of videos on the shooting.
Damn, there's been a lot of shooters in El Paso, I guess.
What, where's no, Angie?
I just sent you.
I sent you one on Telegram.
I don't know if it's that one.
Check it out.
I think it's the same one.
Okay, well.
Yeah, it's from NBC News, but yeah, El Paso, Texas shooting.
Terrify.
I mean, I don't.
Oh, it's the same one that you showed?
It's similar.
Okay, then it's the same one.
Let me try.
If it's an L, then we'll make fun of Angie again.
So let's see here.
Let's see.
I guess there's a bunch of shootings in El Paso.
We're about to show it on Angie today.
Let's see.
Yeah, I'm going to go to the next one.
Welcome!
POM!
Gonna happen after the show.
All right.
So, what I do have here that Angie actually did help with is I have the criminal complaint, guys.
All right, the angie dug up.
So, here you can see here, guys, it's a little bit different.
This isn't a federal one.
This is the state one here.
But you can see the officers return, which means they arrested him and they picked him up.
State of Texas warrant for arrested.
The sheriff or any law enforcement officer of El Paso County said state greeting.
You are hereby commanded to take the body of Crucius Patrick Wood, born in 1998 on July 27th, for capital murder.
And criminal complaint by Detective A. Garcia, badge number 2191, El Paso criminal law magistrate, right?
So let's go ahead and read it.
And criminal complaints, guys, by the state are a lot simpler than the federal ones, as you can see here.
So complaint affidavit, El Paso, Texas, state of Texas.
El Paso Police Department was the agency that did it.
August 3rd, 2019.
In the name and authority of the state of Texas before me, the undersigned authority on this day personally appeared Detective Adrian Garcia, who, after being by me duly sworn on oath, deposed this, says that he has good faith, good reason to believe.
And let me enlarge this for y'all, by the way.
Give me one second.
There we go.
That should be better for you guys to read.
Let's move it this way.
Enlarge it a little bit more for y'all.
Bam.
All right.
He does, he has good reason to believe and does believe that here for to wit, on or about the third day of August 2019 and before filing of this complaint in the county of El Paso, the state of Texas, one Patrick Woods Crucius, hereinafter called the defendant, did then and there unlawfully commit the offense of capital murder defined in section 19.03 by intentionally knowing intentionally and knowingly commits murder.
And the person murders more than one person during the same criminal transaction.
The incident occurred in the city and county of El Paso, Texas.
The Afghan is in possession of an official police report, which includes witness statements, case photos, and evidence information supporting the following facts.
On August 3rd, 2019, approximately 1039 hours, El Paso police officers responded to 7101 Gateway West Walmart in reference to a disturbance call, which later upgraded to an active shooter in progress.
When officers arrived to the scene, they observed multiple victims deceased, showing no signs of life.
Texas DPS Rangers were responding to the scene traveling westbound at the 7700 block of Viscount operating unmarked vehicles with emergency lights and sirens activated.
Agents observed the vehicle in front of them at the intersection of Viscount and Sunmount stopped at the left turn lane.
Agents of police officers at the intersection then observed a male person defendant to exit out of the vehicle with his hands raised in the air and stated out loud to the agents, I am the shooter.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.
The Afghan and Detective A. Hernandez, 1570, met with the defendant inside the interview room number four.
The Afghan provided the defendant's mariner rights, which he waived and agreed to speak about the incident.
The defendant stated he drove to this listed location from Al, Texas, and entered the store with an assault rifle, AK-47.
Oh, goddamn.
And multiple magazines.
The defendant stated once inside the store, he opened fire using his AK-47, shooting multiple innocent victims.
Sorry, guys, I said Air 15 before.
The defendant stated his targets were Mexicans.
Multiple victims were transported to area hospitals where one was pronounced deceased at an area hospital and 19 were confirmed deceased at the listed address.
Wow.
So you can see here, this is the complaint.
And let's go ahead and pull up this Walmart real fast, actually.
Let me see if I can actually find the footage from that day.
Yeah, if you could find it.
Yeah, but here is the Walmart guy.
You probably won't be able to show it on YouTube because I think it's not on YouTube because of how graphic it might be.
Reddit or something like that?
Yeah.
Okay.
We could go to Switch the Rumble to show it to people if you find it.
So here's the Walmart here, guys.
In El Paso where this happened.
Wow.
Still run.
This was April of 2022.
I wonder if anybody from the chat is from El Paso.
Yeah, that was a good question.
Well, one guy.
Yeah, one guy was actually supposed to go to that Walmart.
You could tell this is a big ass one, bro.
Yeah.
Okay.
Let me see here.
So I also have guys here.
So you can see here, this was a state document, right?
That they used to arrest them because obviously, you know, the state's going to take it first.
They're going to go ahead and arrest them.
And this is what they grabbed him on.
So it looks like.
Oh, my God.
Yes.
Okay.
So I found this.
El Paso Police Department took this case originally.
What?
Some dead people.
I don't want to see this.
This is a video of the victims taking it.
And you found it.
Okay.
Okay.
We'll do that at the end then.
We'll do that at the end.
Yeah, I know.
Okay.
I also have here, guys, the criminal, the indictment.
Here we go.
So, here's a federal indictment.
So, we went over the state indictment.
Now, we're sorry, the state criminal complaint and the indictment.
So, give me ones in the chats if you guys want me to explain the difference between a complaint and an indictment.
Give me ones in a chat if you guys want me to explain the difference.
If you guys are fine, I'll just go ahead and read the federal indictment.
Ones, if you guys want me to explain the difference between a complaint and an indictment, give me a two if you guys want me to just continue on with the show.
Let's see what the chat says.
Wow, a chat is calling me stupid bitch.
Awesome.
They're saying they poor Angie.
Why are you laughing?
I mean, you kind of fucked up.
It's kind of funny.
They're saying three, I'm different.
Okay, she made a mistake, guys.
Don't beat her up too bad.
It's crazy that you want me to be deported.
That's insane.
She can't get deported.
They're saying Castle Angie.
All right.
Let me take a poll.
Actually, you know what, do we have damn, do we have sandwich stuff?
I am coming.
You want me to make a sandwich?
Yeah, can you make me a sandwich?
We don't have stuff to make a sandwich.
Fuck.
And I always tell you to make a sandwich, and you're always like, oh, I don't like sandwiches.
So I don't understand.
This is true, actually.
Let me do a poll.
God damn it.
Why can't I do the poll?
Oh, what?
Oh, I'm on the wrong one.
Okay, my bad, guys.
I'm going to have to switch.
I can make you a sandwich in my place.
I got a tuna.
You like tuna?
What kind of tuna you got?
A regular tuna.
Canned tuna.
Oh, you got that poverty tuna.
I like that poverty tuna, though.
Hold on.
I'm going to, because it was confusing.
Let me see what the chat says.
Explain.
They're saying one.
Difference between complaint and indictment.
All right.
Yes.
No.
Let's see what they say.
Polls up, ninjas.
Vote on YouTube.
We got 2,100 of y'all watching on Rumble, and we got 1,500 of y'all watching on YouTube.
Shout out to you, ninjas.
Oh, damn.
Okay, I'll give it a minute here.
Angie, can you give me some water, though?
Yeah, of course.
Getting a little thirsty.
Thank you.
Ah!
I spanked the Freya niggas.
All right?
for fuck it up Oh, man Yeah, don't beat her up too bad, guys.
In her defense, she knew that we were going to do this El Paso shooting like a few hours ago.
All right.
So 75% of y'all want it.
Okay, cool.
So here's the difference.
Okay, guys.
So, all right.
So you got two main ways to put someone in jail.
Okay.
You can either do a criminal complaint or you can do an indictment, okay?
When you do a criminal complaint, what you're doing is you're going to write something called an affidavit where you outline your probable cause, right?
And then you're going to take it to a judge and it's going to get signed.
Something similar to what you guys see here, right?
This is a criminal complaint, right?
Obviously, it's done by the state, but it's the same thing, right?
So you can see here, right?
Obviously, it's dated and everything else like that.
But this is the complaint, right?
Who it's filed by, et cetera.
They got their number and everything else like that.
But, you know, they put their facts in here, right?
And in this case, it's very simple because the guy confessed, so they were able to, you know, do what they needed to do, right?
Other criminal complaints, which I've shown you guys on here, are way more complex, right?
If you guys want, I can show you guys.
You know what?
Let me show y'all what a federal criminal complaint looks like real fast.
A federal criminal complaint, guys, looks like this.
Okay.
Pull it one up for you guys real fast Federal Actually, you know what?
Fuck it.
We'll use my shit.
I'll Google my docs myself.
Right?
So, oh, shit, complaint.
Right?
Oh, yeah.
Fucking goddamn.
Nope.
Nope.
That's not it.
Oh, okay.
So here you go.
Here's one, right?
And this is a case that I'll cover for y'all later on one day.
Damn, niggas.
Get out of here.
Oh, my God.
All right.
Right?
Ah!
What the hell?
They're being lame.
All right.
You know what?
god damn it uh fuck All right.
Let me hold on.
I'm pulling it up for you guys right now.
Crump.
You know what?
I'll do it.
Keep it simple for y'all.
Because this is one of the best written complaints.
Criminal complaint, right?
And I'll show you guys a difference.
All right.
So a federal one, guys, looks like this.
I'm going to show it on screen for y'all once it pulls up.
All right.
So this is what a federal one looks like.
Right.
You can see here, it goes where it's at, United States District Court.
Boom.
Here's the defendant.
This is the Boston bomber, by the way, if you guys are wondering who the hell this complaint is, right?
And then, can I make it bigger?
Okay.
And then it has the dates that it happened.
It has the crimes here, code section.
All criminal complaints look the same, guys.
There's always going to be this cover sheet here first, right?
Then, you know, it's going to be signed by the judge, the agent, et cetera.
You know, he went to Brookline to get this thing signed at 6.47 p.m. on 421, right?
And then bam, you know, affidavit of special agent.
I blah, blah, blah.
I'm a special agent with FBI, blah, blah, blah, right?
So that's the difference between a state complaint versus a federal one.
The federal ones are a lot more formal.
They're a lot better written.
A lot of the times they're a lot more detailed, right?
Because the crimes a lot of times federally are a lot more complex.
So that's the difference between a federal one and a state one, right?
So now that we know what the complaints look like, now what are the difference, right?
So when you arrest someone, right?
You can either file a criminal complaint, which you get assigned by the judge, and then you go get an arrest warrant, you go pick the guy up, or you can go ahead and do an indictment, okay, which is this right here, okay?
And an indictment, guys, is where you go to a grand jury, okay?
And a grand jury is a bunch of your peers, right?
Citizens that listen to the case, and they basically hear the case out.
And you as an agent, you sit there and you testify under oath and you tell all the facts of the case.
You're there, the prosecutor asks you the questions.
Typically, it's the prosecutor that you're working with on the case.
They ask you questions about the case.
You explain the case and then you walk out the room.
When you walk out the room, the grand jury deliberates and then they decide if they're going to pass something called a true bill.
Okay.
And if they pass a true bill, boom, you're going to, the guy gets indicted.
Okay.
Now, the reason why a lot of the times they choose to go with an indictment over a criminal complaint is because if you go with an indictment, you don't have to indict the case later.
Okay.
What do I mean by this?
If you file this criminal complaint, like I showed you here, right?
So this guy got indicted, right?
Zokar Sarnev, right?
He gets, sorry, he gets charged with a criminal complaint, right?
They get an arrest warrant and they go arrest him.
However, you have to indict within 10 to 14 days, depending on what district you're in.
Every district is different, but if I'm not mistaken, it's 10 to 14 days, okay?
So within two weeks, you have to indict after a criminal complaint.
However, if you indict from the beginning, you don't have to worry about that, right?
You're not on a tight timeline.
So a lot of AUSAs and a lot of prosecutors in general, with the state, it's different.
I don't know how much time they have to indict.
I've seen them file a criminal complaint and that dude doesn't get indicted for months after.
The state is a whole other fault.
It's a wild west out there.
Every state is different.
But federally, when you do a criminal complaint, you have to indict him within two weeks, typically, right?
The reason why prosecutors, AUSAs, namely, federal prosecutors, like to indict is because they don't have to worry about indicting again.
But when you do a criminal complaint, now you're on the clock.
You got to indict him within two weeks.
Now, with cases like this, where you got terrorism, you got the guy in custody, or you catch him with a bunch of drugs or whatever, you can't just let him go and then indict him later.
You don't have that convenience.
So you file the criminal complaint, arrest them, or go get them because time is out on your side.
Then you file the indictment within the next two weeks.
That's why prosecutors don't like to do it because you're kind of doing double work.
Because in the sake of speed of getting the criminal complaint filed and getting them arrested, you're kind of sacrificing efficiency because you have to indict this individual later on.
Versus if you indicted him from the beginning, you wouldn't have to worry about doing a criminal complaint.
Does that make sense?
Give me ones in the chat if that makes sense for you guys.
Give me twos in the chat.
If it doesn't make sense, tell me why.
I'm going to look in the chat.
Let's see.
Some people are, well, a person is saying that I got the right videos because the Walmart is next to that mole.
Probably why, yeah.
All right, let's see what they say.
Two, because I want to go pee.
Okay.
One still deport Angie.
All right.
And you're doing good, though.
Normally you would get mad at this stuff.
Well, you're getting thick skinned.
That's good.
What?
For people telling me to deport me?
No, to make fun when they make fun of you.
You used to get triggered before.
Now you don't.
That's good.
All right.
ones it makes sense all right awesome awesome all right so all right make one sense okay great great don't worry guys i spanked it for y'all okay uh so now guys we got the indictment here okay this is doing it for you but friends are watching this stuff man it's okay they they know her they know her relationship all right indictment cts one uh what the hell ct what the hell does the cts stand for Okay,
that's interesting.
That might be just the Western District of Texas.
Okay.
So anyway, he got hate crime resulting in death, use of a firearm to commit murder during and in retaliation to a crime of violence.
Hate crime involving attempt to kill, use of firearm during and in relation to a crime.
Oh, counts, counts.
I'm sorry.
CTS stands for counts.
Sorry, guys.
18 USC 249, 18 USC 924C, 18 USC 249, 924, and then another one, 924.
And then it goes here.
Honor about June 19, 2019, defendant Patrick Wood Crucius used the internet to purchase a GP Wasser 10 semi-automatic rifle with a serial number A16555218, a Romanian-made firearm that is a variant of the AK-47 assault rifle.
Honor about June 19, 2019, defendant Patrick Wood Crucius used internet to purchase 1,000 rounds of 762 and 39 millimeter hollow point ammunition.
Sometime before August 3rd, 2019, defendant Patrick Crucius drafted a document with the inconvenient truth.
The document opens by stating this attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas, which we read a little bit about earlier, guys.
Okay.
Let's make this a little bit larger, bigger.
I'm simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by the invasion.
Honor about August 3rd, 2019, defendant Patrick Crucius.
I'm just going to say defendant, drove a vehicle overnight from Allen, Texas to Walmart Super Center store located at 7101 Gateway West Boulevard in El Paso, Texas.
Defendant Patrick Wood Crucius traveled with the GP with the weapon that he had previously purchased.
Honorable August 3rd, defendant uploaded the document he had drafted entitled The Inconvenient Truth onto the internet.
Honor about August 3rd, 2019, after uploading the document entitled The Inconvenient Truth to the Internet, defendant Patrick opened fire and shot multiple individuals in and around the Walmart Super Center located at 7101 Gateway West Boulevard in El Paso, Texas.
Defendant Patrick used his GP Wasser hollow ammunition to conduct the attack, which led to the death of 22 individuals and injured many more.
All right.
And then paragraphs one through five.
And then you go through the indictment.
These are all the victims.
They're using their initials, right, to protect their identities a little bit, show a little bit of respect.
And then these are the counts commit murder during and retaliation to crime of violence, right?
Talking about the weapon, he brandished it.
Let's see here.
Trying to see here if we can count 68 through 90.
Yeah, this is a shorter indictment.
And here's a true bill right here, guys.
And this was signed by the four-person of the grand jury, right?
This is forfeiture, forfeiture stuff.
So this is like to take the gun and shit like that.
So, yeah, I get the idea.
Okay.
So what ended up happening here, guys?
So he ended up pleading guilty, right?
So he wouldn't get the death sentence.
And he got sentenced to 90 consecutive life sentences for 2019 mass shooting.
A Texas man was sentenced to 90 consecutive life sentences.
This was on July, actually, earlier this year, last year, guys, at the end last year, July 7th, 2023.
Killing 23 people injury and 22 more.
On February 8th, Patrick Wood Crucius, 24 pleaded guilty to a 90-count indictment with 45 counts of violating the Matthew Shepard and James Bird Hate Crimes Prevention Act and 45 counts of using a firearm during and in relation to crimes of violence.
The defendant was sentenced to one life sentence for each count in the indictment, including for hate crime acts that resulted in the deaths of Andre Anchado, Jordan.
Okay, these are all the individuals that he killed.
Rest in peace to them.
Crucius was also sentenced for 22 counts of hate crime acts that caused bodily injury and involved attempts to kill 22 people injured in the shooting.
In addition to the hate crimes, Crucius was sentenced to 45 firearm violations, including 23 counts of using a firearm and a federal crime of violence resulting in death, and 22 counts of using a firearm in a federal crime of violence.
No one in this country should have to live in fear of hate-fueled violence that they will be targeted because of what they took, what they look like or where they are from.
Said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland.
The 90 conservative, you already know.
United Consecutive Life Sentences announced today guarantee that Patrick Crucis will spend the rest of his life in prison for this deadly racist rampage in El Paso.
We are grateful to the victims and their family members who have spent the last three days bravely sharing the devastation and pain they endured because of Crucius' horrendous crimes.
The Justice Department's commitment to combating hate crimes is unwavering.
And then we are hopeful today's sentence brings a sense of justice, but the memories of the victims and our support for their families and the survivors doesn't end here said FBI Director Christopher Wright.
God damn it, the director commented.
Okay, that's how you guys know it's a big case.
When the FBI director is commenting and the attorney general is a big deal, every employees are members of the communities we serve.
And in El Paso, we will continue to help our neighbors and friends heal for as long as it takes when anyone in our community is threatened with violence or hate the FBI.
We'll work with them side by side to fight for justice and we will hold the perpetrators accountable.
We hope the sentence will bring some small measure of justice to those impacted by the massacre of innocent people targeted for no other reason than their Hispanic identity and national origin, said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clark of the Justice Department Civil Rights Division.
Okay, yeah, the Civil Rights Division is definitely going to do something like this.
I already know.
I already know.
This hate crime that extinguished the lives of 23 innocent people stands one of the most horrific acts of white nationalist-driven violence in modern times.
We lift up the legacies of those who lost their lives and those who survived the strategy and will ensure that they are never forgotten.
Okay.
Let's see here.
Is this more statements?
Okay.
According to court documents, Crucius previously admitted that he killed and wounded people at the Walmart because of the actual perceived national origin of the people he expected to be at the Walmart.
He further admitted that he intended to kill everyone he shot.
Crucius also admitted he wrote a manifesto titled An Inconvenient Truth and uploaded to the internet minutes before he commenced his attack.
In it, he characterized himself as a white nationalist motivated to kill Hispanics because they were immigrating to the United States.
Chris has admitted to selecting El Paso border city as his target to dissuade a Mexican and other Hispanic immigrants from coming to the United States.
Well, that failed, my friend.
The FBI investigated the case in partnership with the El Paso Police Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, and the El Paso County Office of the Medical Examiner at the El Paso Police Department and the Dallas Police Department.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Ayana Hannah, Gregory McDonald, and Patricia Costa for the Western District of Texas El Paso Division, and trial attorneys Kyle Boyden in the Civil Rights Division's criminal section and Michael Warbler in the criminal division's capital case section prosecuted the case.
Anytime someone they put trial attorney here, guys, it's a big deal.
Someone from D.C. came.
Little fun fact for y'all right there.
If they say, okay, that a trial attorney came, nine out of ten times, that's an attorney that came out of Washington, D.C., and it's going to be a big deal.
So, yeah, 90 years, guys.
90 fucking years.
You got 90 consecutive life sentences.
Bro, he can't.
He's going to die in jail.
Yeah, he's going to 100% die in jail.
But that pretty much covers it.
Yep.
With the El Paso case, guys.
You know, he went in there and decided to shoot people like a POS just because they're Mexican.
Fucking weirdo.
Did you want to show that video you said?
You can show it.
It's on Reddit, and I send you another one on X Twitter.
On Twitter?
Is it really that violent?
No, but the one on Reddit.
Not YouTube friendly?
This one is the one on Twitter.
You see the military men getting in, and I think it's the FBI.
Okay.
Let's play that one then.
You sent it to me on Telegram?
Yeah.
But this is, yeah.
Okay.
The last one is the Reddit one.
The last one is I sent it.

Yeah, it says lucis.
Yeah, that girl, yeah.
What does that mean again?
Turning off the lights.
Okay.
Apagando las luses.
I love it when she says that.
I would just say, like, is that how Mexicans say turn off the lights?
No, that's pretty neutral.
Okay, that's neutral.
Yeah.
Like, how would like a Venezuelan say it?
Same way?
Yeah, same way.
Okay.
Yeah.
Apaganda las luses.
She says it's for you guys.
Okay.
She's got a nice voice.
But the, the, I was looking into into that character like a little bit earlier, and the person that portrays her voice is Mexican.
Okay, that makes sense.
Um, 831 Top G says chaotic.com is a crazy ass site.
I don't know.
Wizards 1995 says, Angie, you can take that L, but with me, you can take that D. You're a weirdo.

It sent a chalk to people in El Paso.
Yeah.
That shit is crazy.
Someone said, I have a question for you to ask the girls.
If a man has ever cheated on them and they stayed, and why would it probably make them shut up about why men can cheat and they can lead from the front guy?
Wanna read it?
If a man has ever cheated on them and they stayed and why it would probably make them shut up about why men can cheat and they can't lead from the front guy.

Wow.
Yeah, you know that they're about to go hard in the paint.
And then the other one you said, you don't think it's safe to show on YouTube?
No.
It's blurred, though.
It's blurred?
I think it's blurred.
Oh, if it's blurred, we could play it.
Yeah.
All right.
We could stay on YouTube then.
Did you watch it fully yet or no?
No, I just watched the part where they were taking one of the ladies out and I just took it out.
But it's blurred?
Yeah, the face.
Oh, but it shows the body, though?
Yeah.
I don't know if you want to show it, Myron.
It's kind of a little bit graphic.
Yeah, don't show it.
Just don't show it.
Go to Rumble?
Yeah.
All right.
All right, ninjas.
I mean, do we even really need to show it?
Yeah, no.
You know what, man?
People lost their life that day, man.
This is what we'll do.
I'll put the link for you guys.
If you guys want to watch it, that's fine.
Yeah, people.

I'd have to look at his case, bro.
Slevin goes, since Myron worked under two presidents administrations, under whose did you have an easier time getting shit than Obama or Trump?
100% under Trump.
100% easier under Trump.
Oh, you did work under two presidents?
I worked under Obama too, yeah.
Oh.

Anything else, Angie?
There is another Rumble chat.
It says Whizzers 1995.
He says, I want to apologize to Myra and Angie.
I was just rolling, but there is no need for that.
I think it's the guy from the D thing.
Oh, with the D?
Okay, man.
That's cool.
Just guys, like, I mean, just don't be weird.
Like, Angie's my chick, man.
Like, y'all know, like, she's my woman, man.
You are the one that started.
You sent dick pics to Angie.
Blah, blah, blah.
That's just funny.
Yeah, but you're my chick now.
You're my girl.
So, you know what I mean?
There is another.
You know, she's not like any of these fucking random hoes that I smashed.
Like, I actually do care about her.
What are you going to say?
There is another Rumble chat.
Hey, yeah, so I want to explain.
She did fuck up earlier, though.
So yeah, I'm going to make fun of her for that.
But yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, I'll take the L's.
I take the L for her.
She take accountability.
Yeah.
She apologized to you guys.
Doc shit poster 69.
He says, get Dave on Tracy, the guy who runs Atheism is Unstoppable on your show.
He does a monthly.
Oh, y'all still here?

He does a monthly episode to discuss who committed the most mass shootings in each month.
Twitter is it's Dave on Tracy at Davon Tracy.
Okay.
Okay.
Niggas said Myron a simp, bro.
If it's your girl, you got to fucking protect your girl.
What the fuck is wrong with y'all?
It's not simping if it's your chick.
Fucking idiots.
But anyway.
Now you guys, yeah.
Also, all the haters on Reddit, fuck you all.
Like, you don't know anything, and everything that you say in there is false.
It's not true.
So.
Don't worry about those idiots, man.
One of them said you took a trip because you went to the beach.
You already know what type of time you are.
You're saying that I'm a whore.
Coco!
Big news, you guys saying all that stuff.
That is actually not true.
You have nothing at all.
Andrew's going to hate.
Yeah.
Guys, you got it.
You know what I mean?
Like, we talk about masculinity.
A part of masculinity is protecting the ones that you care about.
And that includes your family, your girl.
That's what it is.
They're making fun of you.
You're not a simping if you talk about your, you protect your woman.
What the fuck?
Anyway, it's simping when it's not reciprocated.
I hate that I have to explain this.
But guys, simping is when you provide resources, attention, provisioning, protect, whatever it is, to a woman that doesn't deserve it and doesn't reciprocate.
Angie set this whole show up, even though she fucked up a little bit, but she said this whole show up while I was out there doing an IRL.
She put the tabs up.
She had everything ready to go, etc.
This woman that adds value, she cooks for me for whenever I ask for it.
She cleans for me.
She just walks in.
And before the show, she comes in, gets the place going, does my laundry, everything else like that.
I don't even have to tell her.
So she adds a lot of fucking value.
Makes my life a lot easier.
So yeah, I'll be damned if someone's gonna fucking just disrespect her.
It's my woman.
What are you saying?
There is another chat.
I only disrespect her.
I'm the only one that disrespects her.
God damn it.
That is.
I mean, we could roast her a little bit.
Okay, but yeah.
That is true.
There's another chat.
It says, there are still good millenniums.
Gen Alpha can still be saved.
Gen C ruined everything.
Are you also a not set supporter?
I am.
I don't know what that means.
What the hell?
He's talking about Gen Can Gen Alpha.
Yeah, Jeng Alpha is ruined, man.
There is no way they can be saved.
People are.
Oh, okay.
They're talking about like Gen Zers and shit like that.
Yeah, they're idiots.
Yeah.
Like my brother's a Gen Zero.
He's an idiot.

Sending me dumbass messages like that, bro.
How are you going to talk shit on my IRL stream?
Oh, yeah, you gay.
All right, bro.
Wait till I see you, nigga.
There's another one.
Joe Myron, have you gotten a chance to meet former President Trump?
And if it's not, is there a question you will ask him?
That's a good question.
You know, I never got to meet Trump, but I'm going to meet him one day.
I have a great deal of respect for Trump.
I like Trump a lot.
And I honestly genuinely believe that he's the only thing we like without him.
We're fucked.
Like this next, if he's not in office, dude, we're done.
We're fucking done.
Like, yeah.
Well.
The Alpha Widow says, when Myron asked you to introduce yourself, you should say, Hi, I'm Angie.
I'm the main.
I'm actually thinking about it to say it to the girls when they come here because some of them are just messy, man.
Fuck those bitches.
Fight this bitch.
You know, it's funny.
Angie has like a bunch of signs that says no hoes and shit like that.
She put in my room.
Like on the like trying to be funny.
She got a drawer.
Y'all want to hear something funny?
Angie has a drawer of shirts that says shirts for the hoes.
Like, why?
Why?
So they know their place.
What the fuck?
Why you gotta do that, though?
Shirts for the shit.
Because they're messy.
They're stealing my shit.
They just leave lashes, disgusting lashes, merchants, all that stuff in your bathroom.
It's like, I'm tired of that shit, man.
It's just so disgusting.
No.
They know they're shit.
And then my closet has a line that says, no hoes beyond this line.
It's fucking funny.
You like it?
It's fucking funny, but yeah.
And I find it randomly.
I'm like, oh, yeah.
You're not going to steal my stuff, man.
I'm tired of them stealing my stuff, my clothes, my shit.
No.
They need to know.
She has her own blankets, her own, everything.
Yeah.
They need to know the place.
Putas.
Putas.
Hey, if you niggas get lucky, you'll get one like this by your side, okay?
If you niggas get lucky, you'll get one like this by your side.
Don't take it off, though.
Don't take those signs off.
They're funny.
They're fucking funny.
Yeah, I'm going to do what my brother.
You know, guys, my brother, whenever in Venezuela, whenever I didn't want it to do the dishes, you know what he will do?
He will pick up the dirt dishes.
He will put it in my bed, and then he will put the cover on top of them.
So whenever I will come off from the university and I will like lay down and shit, I will just find dirt dishes in my bed.
Oh, shit.
And yeah, that got me very pissed off.
I'm going to do that to you.
I'm going to throw all that dirt shit from this house.
That'd be really funny.
All right.
Guys, I hope you guys enjoyed today's show, man.
Got a little bit of fun and everything else like that.
We love y'all ninjas.
We got two more chats.
Oh, two more chats?
Okay.
But I cannot say the name.
The flip person.
I'm glad you all are also not set supporters.
And I think it's Gen C supporters.
And Sammy 056 says, Myron, can you bring Ty Lopez back on the show?
He says he's down to come back on his stream.
Yeah, sure.
We had a lot of haters talking shit about Ty Lopez.
Oh, he's a scammer.
He's a scammer.
And then when he came on, it was a fucking fantastic interview.
He was so smart.
One of our better interviews, really high IQ interview.
Ty Lopez was the guy with the glasses, right?
Tyl Lopez, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I remember him.
Yeah.

And follow on Rumble, guys.
That's all I got to say.
And you do it live with them on Thursdays, right?
On FedReacts?
Yeah, every now and then I'll try to do Thursdays.
But you guys keep clipping and putting it on ready, and I'm just tired of that shit, man.
This is fine, man.
What they're going to do?
Take the clip when you have a picture of us together?
Yeah.
When we went to a dinner.
I didn't know.
You actually went with Sneeko.
Yeah.
That was when we went to dinner.
That was actually Sneeko's idea.
Yeah, it was Sneeko's idea, actually.
It was Sneeko's idea to take that goddamn picture.
Yeah.
You motherfucker.
He paid for it.
Yeah.
He actually paid for it too.
Shout out to Sneeko, man.
That was a good photo.
That was a good photo.
That's my favorite photo.
Yeah.
But.
Yeah, but you guys, I didn't know there were like ninjas watching from the.
They were going to clip it, Angie.
And they clipped it and they put it on the ready.
And you guys are just putting random stupid shit and ready now.
So I don't know.
Kind of like gets me demotivated.
To not do it.
To not do it.
Yeah.
See, see, you guys act weird.
And then this is why Fresh does a show y'all.
Don't be weird, bro.
Like, don't be weird.
And this is it for all of y'all.
Like, the rest of y'all, you guys are fucking awesome.
We love y'all.
Both y'all came up to us today while we were doing IRL streams.
Fucking killing it in life.
Where you got a girlfriend that you're walking by with, have a business, successful.
You know what I mean?
Bunch of guys killing it, right?
But then there's always a group of weirdos that got to make shit weird.
You two is my words too.
I don't like that.
That's not okay.
It's kind of like high schoolish, you know?
It's kind of like go back to high school, guys, where you can gossip about people's life.
Like, it's nothing.
It's not worth it.
Yeah.
And so people are saying that they like my young shirt from you.
I'm actually cooking another one with my own shirt.
It's going to be very cute.
What shirt?
The shirt that has your face all over it.
Oh, my God.
I'm going to cook another one.
You're conspiring with my mom now, too?
Yeah.
Bro.
What the fuck?
You got to wear yours, though.
I'm going to put it right there in the back.
It's top in the back.
Yeah, okay.
So you guys can see it.
All right.
We're going to end the stream, Ninjas.
Yeah.
We love y'all.
Hope you guys enjoyed it.
Shout out to Angie for helping me out with this, even though she fucked up a little bit, but it's fine.
I'm going to make fun of her about it later.
I spanked her, so it's okay.
Y'all got what you wanted.
All right, guys.
Uli back with an overwatch stream.
Angie will be here with me.
She'll be playing Overwatch as well on the side.
She's got to get her 50 wins.
And I'll be playing, obviously, as well.
So I'll be talking shit to her in between.
In between things.
And yeah, guys, she calls me Grumpy.
That's what I'm saved as in her phone.
Mr. Grumpy.
That's what I'm saved as in her phone.
I don't think I'm that grumpy.
You are.
You're always grumpy.
I'm not grumpy.
She calls me Grumpy, but whatever.
Yeah, he's Mr. Grumpy.
All right.
