Welcome to Fed It.
Today we're going to be covering the YSL Rico.
We're going to go over some updates, some cooperators, people snitching, all kinds of crazy stuff going on, guys.
And I'm here with Christina, by the way.
She's going to be helping out.
So, yeah, guys, let's break it down.
I was a special agent with Homelands Investigations, okay, guys?
HSI.
The cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
No one else has these documents, by the way.
Here's what FedIt covers.
Dr. Lafredo confirmed lacerations due to stepping on glass.
Murder investigation.
And he's positioning on February 13, 2019.
You're facing two channels fault for meditating.
Racketeering and Rico conspiracy.
Young Slime Life, here and after referred to as YSL to the 6ix9ine.
And then this is Billy Seiko right here.
Now, when they first started, guys, 6ix9ine ran with.
I'm a Fed.
I'm watching this music video.
You know, I'm bothering my hell.
Hey, this shit lit.
But at the same time, I'm pausing.
Oh, wait, who this?
Right?
Who's that in the back?
Firearms and violence.
A.K.A.
Blush IC violated.
Blush IC arrested after shooting at King of Diamonds, Miami Slip Club, injured one person.
This is the one that's going to fuck him up because this gun is not traceable.
Well, what happened at the gun range?
Here's your boy 42 Doug right here on the left.
Sex trafficking and sex crisis.
They can effectively link him paying an underage girl.
And the first bomb went off right here.
Shut down a backpack.
Second explosion.
It's fired by Al-Qaeda.
Two terrorists, brothers, the Zokar Sarnev and Tamerland Sarnev on the cartel ship drugs into the country.
This guy got arrested for espionage, okay?
Trading secrets with the Russians for monetary compensation.
The largest corrupt police bust in New Orleans history.
So he was in this bad boy.
to go over his past the yang kai center all right What's up, guys?
Welcome back to Fed It Man.
As you guys know, this is part two of the Three Pete, guys.
So we did an episode with Ben Mahler earlier.
I got to give that one a dumb.
That was a lot of fun.
I'm excited.
We're able to get him on.
It was a good time.
You know, I had to hit up his people.
Hey, we'd love to have you on the show.
He came through.
He never comes down to Miami like that, guys.
So for him to come down was pretty lit.
He was in Fort Lauderdale.
So he came on down and we had a great interview.
So there won't be a Money Monday tomorrow, guys, because obviously we did it today for you guys.
But we'll have obviously an after-hour show for you guys.
So guys, we've been doing really good on all the channels, man.
They've been growing Fresh and Fit, Fresh and Fit Clips.
So thank you guys so much for the support, man.
I told y'all before we got next and it's definitely coming into fruition, man.
We're really close to 1 million.
And, you know, once we hit that 1 million, that's going to be a huge goal, especially with all the hate we've been getting about a year ago.
We had a bunch of haters talking shit.
But now, you know, people took, you know, they dox my real name thinking, oh, yeah, Byron and Fresh and Fit.
They're gone, blah, blah, blah.
But we're here a year later, still going strong.
Thanks to you guys, man.
So I want to give you guys a special thank you.
And then the third podcast going to do today, guys, actually, is after I do this one, I'm going to go ahead and do Whitey Bolger for you guys.
If you guys don't know who that is, he was on the FBI's top 10 most wanted, right behind Osama Bilada, number two, you know, crime boss out of Boston, Massachusetts.
And, you know, we're going to break that one down for you guys and do a documentary breakdown because I know you guys have been liking those.
And I'm going to start releasing those on Thursdays.
So yeah, man, three episodes for me.
You know, we don't take breaks over here.
So I'm here, Christina.
Christina, why don't you introduce yourself to the people?
Hi.
I don't really know what to say.
Say your name, say where you're from, that type of thing.
Stop being a weirdo, talking to Mike.
Okay.
Hey, guys, Christina.
Again, from Boston.
Yeah, so I'm on the FedEt page.
If you guys are in Memphis or New York, contact me.
Anything else?
Not really.
Well, you survived.
You didn't die from Chase of Bad Oysters, guys.
She was out for like two months.
I had an asthma attack.
Is that what it was?
It was asthma?
Yeah.
No, okay.
Well, yeah.
So it fucked up her once because she kept coughing, but she's here.
She's alive.
The hitman didn't do his job.
So I need a refund.
So real quick, I'll hit some of these chats.
The best one is that Ben guy gave Fresh a piece of his mind.
Ha ha.
He was so uncomfortable.
Now it's a good time, man.
That's what he does, guys.
He just, he busts everyone's shops.
That's what he does.
He's like that uncle that, you know, just roasts everyone at the family reunion.
Popcorn ready from Keem Chilling.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate that.
And yeah, and then we'll be highlighting all the members, man.
Shout out to all the members in the chat, by the way.
You know, Candace M, WAPA Season, Five-Star Sports Betting.
Guys, really, you guys are some real ones.
I really appreciate it.
And you know, this channel, like I said before, I really, this isn't about the money.
It's more about I enjoy doing it because it brings back good memories and give you guys a little bit of insight because ain't no other federal agents, former federal agents on YouTube giving y'all this kind of sauce, man.
Brandon Griffin, 10 bucks goes, Myron, keep up with the great work, brother.
You put in more work than people give you credit for.
We up FNF Gang.
Absolutely, man.
We're only up because we put the work in and you guys support us and you guys are stuck by us.
Because I remember a year ago, everyone's talking shit.
People try to dox me, all this other shit.
And we're able to take that stuff and you know, turn it around to our advantage.
And, you know, it is what it is.
We used the hate from the, you know, the momentum from those haters.
We took it and we just used it to our advantage, spun it the other way around, and bam, you know, ran with it.
So, you know, fuck the haters.
You know, they're going to say what they're going to say.
And then keep in mind, guys, we're going to be in London September 18th, by the way.
Okay.
We're going to be there.
We're going to do a couple interviews.
So if you guys know any British YouTubers that you guys want us to collab with, go ahead and shoot me a DM on Unplug Fit Man and let me know, hey, you should collab with this person, blah, blah, blah.
We got, I think, a couple interviews lined up so far.
But yeah, anyone else that's out there in the UK that's a YouTuber, man, we'd be happy to work with you if you got a decent audience.
So let's see here.
Oh, and then I see in a chat here, some of you guys are wondering what's going to happen when the Whitey Bolcher video is going to drop.
It's going to drop on Thursday.
Okay.
It's going to drop on Thursday.
Typically, I film it on Sunday nights, edit them, everything else like that.
And then I upload and then I, you know, debut for y'all on Thursdays.
You guys go watch it together.
You know, I put the premiere feature so you guys can be in the chat, you know, reacting to the documentary alongside.
But cool.
So, okay.
So, real quick, guys, YSL, what is YSL, guys?
YSL is a rap group.
What's so funny, Christina?
What are they saying?
Some funny stuff.
No, someone said, don't get shot.
Don't get shot.
Dude, I hope not.
I hope we don't get chefed.
That will definitely suck.
So, real quick, I'm going to go ahead and share the screen with you guys here in a second.
So, what we're going to do, guys, is we're going to go ahead and go over this who YSL is, Young Thug, etc.
Give you guys a quick little refresher because you guys may not, you know, you guys, it's been a while since I did, you know, I talked about YSL.
So, let me go ahead and share screen with y'all real fast.
Give me one sec.
Bam.
Okay, so real quick, who's Young Thug?
Jeffrey Lamar Williams, born August 16, 1991, known professionally as Young Thug is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter.
He's considered to be an influencer figure of his generation with his music impacting the modern sound of hip-hop and trap music, known for his eccentric vocal style and fashion.
Yes, guys, he wears dresses from time to time.
Thug initially released a series of independent mixtapes in 2011 with I Came From Nothing.
In early 2013, he signed with Gucci Maine 1017 Records.
And later that year, he released his label debut mixtape 1017 Thug to Critical Praise.
Young Thug received Mainstream American Issue 2014 with the singles Stoner and Danny Glover in the addition to appearances on several signals, including T.I.'s About the Money, Tyco's Hookah, and Rich Gang's lifestyle.
That year, he also signed to Liar Cohen's 300 Entertainment and collaborated on the mixtape Rich Gang the Tour Part 1.
In 2015, he amassed a number of mixtapes, including Barter Six and two installments of his Slime season series.
Subsequently, in 2016, Thug issued commercial mixtapes, I'm Up, Slime Season 3, and Jeffrey.
In 2017, Thug featured on the worldwide hit Havana by Cuban pop singer Camila Cabello, which became his first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100.
2018, he released a compilation album, Slime Language, with his label YSL Records.
In 2019, he won the Grammy Award for Song of the Year for his contribution to Childish Gambino's This Is America.
Okay, so guys, he's a very established artist, as y'all can see.
And obviously, he is the main guy for YSL, as you guys can see here.
Very ostentatious, flamboyant dressing here, as you guys can see.
But yeah, that's who Young Thug is, guys.
He basically is the head of YSL, Young Slime Life, and he had alongside him a rapper also who rose to fame, especially last year before he was arrested, who is Gunna, you know.
And I'll go ahead and share this screen as well.
And Gunna definitely blew up in the past, you know, I would say, year or two.
Sergio Kitchens, Giovanni Kitchens, born June 14, 1993, known professionally as Gunn is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter.
He was assigned to Young Thug's record label, YSL Records, as well as 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records.
He released his debut studio album Drip or Drown 2 in 2019, followed up with his second studio album, Wanna, in 2020, which debuted atop the Billboard 200.
His third album, DS4 Forever, was released in 2022, becoming his second consecutive number one album.
Okay, and obviously, here's YSL Records right here.
Young Story.
Oh, sorry, Young Stoner Life Records.
My bad.
Did I say Young Slime Life?
I thought it was Young Slime Life.
Okay.
It's an American record label based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Was founded in 2016 by the Atlanta-based rapper Young Thug.
The company is a label imprint of 300 Entertainment.
Its artists include Gunna, Lil Keat, and more.
Several contemporary artists, such as Lil Baby, who used to be signed to the label, Lil Gotti, YW Melly, Lil Uzi Vert Nav, and Travis Scott have expressed allegiance to YSL, but are not contractually signed.
Yeah, so Young Thug guys has a lot of respect in the game.
You know, he's been around for a while.
He's been relevant for a while.
Has a bunch of hit songs.
I mean, I remember him hitting the scene back in the early 2010s.
And then I really remember him really, really picking up steam around 2015, 2016.
So, yeah, they're a powerhouse in Atlanta.
That's just how it is.
At this point, and you can't deny the fact that Young Thug has started a lot of trends.
He made a lot of things cool that people thought wouldn't be cool.
And yeah, it is what it is.
Michael Mishro goes King Riches.
Yeah, shout out to King Riches.
Actually, you know what?
We should link up with him while he's out there, while we're out there.
Shout out to him.
Anything else, Christina, as far as I don't know yet?
Cool.
So, okay.
As you guys know, with a racketeering case, the first thing that happens is people start to cooperate.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, what the hell is a racketeering case?
Well, gentlemen, let me break down what a Rico case is.
A RICO case, guys, is typically a conspiracy case.
And what that means is you have multiple different people that are involved in criminal activity.
And what they're doing is they're conducting this criminal activity for their furtherance of the organization, aka hence the racketeering.
Okay.
The racketeering can be a bunch of different crimes, whether it's illegal gambling, loan sharking, drug trafficking, acts of violence, witness intimidation, carjacking, whatever it may be, crimes that make the organization better.
Okay.
So I'll go ahead and, you know, we're going to talk about this actually, Whitey Bolger later on.
This is so the Rico guys, and I know this from the back of my, like the back of my hand now at this point.
Rico guys, it was originally instituted to combat La Cosa Nostra, aka the mafia, okay?
And the mafia guys back in the 70s was priority number one for the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
And just so you, and we're going to talk about this during the Bolger breakdown as well, guys, which is actually how Bolger was able to kind of, you know, get around not getting arrested for decades, was because back in the 70s, the FBI had a hard on for the mafia, okay?
They couldn't penetrate them, they couldn't get them.
They knew that the guys at the top were ordering hits, ordering all kinds of crimes to happen, but they couldn't actually link them to it.
So what happened was they created the Ricoh statutes, okay, to go ahead and be able to attack the organization as a whole.
And what you're able to do with racketeering is you can go ahead and charge multiple people in the organization, okay, for crimes because the crimes that are being committed are in furtherance of said organization.
So, and give me a one in the chat if you guys want me to give you an example of how a RICO charge could work.
If you guys want me to give you an example, give me a one.
If you guys want me to just keep going, give me a two.
I've explained this a bunch of times, but I know we got a lot of new viewers potentially.
So give me a one if you guys want me to explain it, give you an example, or two if you guys want me to just keep going on with how, with YSL ones, ones, yeah, so far.
Okay, so shout out to Big Mo in the house, by the way, as well.
Is it mostly ones?
Okay, looks like it's mostly ones.
Okay, so guys, let's go into a dream scenario here.
All right.
We got the Fresh and Fit gang.
Actually, no, we got the Fed 1811 gang.
Okay.
We got me, Christina, Big Mo, Chris, and fucking Walt, right?
And we decide, you know what?
We're going to go rob a bank.
All right.
So me and me, Christina, and Mo go to the bank, right?
And Mo is the getaway driver.
And me and Christina go in there and try to rob the place, right?
So we go in and we're like, hey, everybody, this is a fucking stick up.
Give me the goddamn money.
All right.
We're going to get this money and we're going to make Fresh and Fit super rich.
All right.
God damn it.
So we start pointing guns everywhere.
But Christina's dumbass.
Stupid.
Shoot somebody.
All right.
Oh, God.
Oh, oh.
She fucking just, you know, pulls the trigger and shoots somebody, right?
Shoots the guard.
She got scared.
He thought he was going to shoot her or shoot me or some shit.
We're like, oh, fuck.
And we end up, you know, taking only like a thousand or two thousand bucks and we get the fuck out of there, right?
We're like, oh, shit, we got to get out of here.
The fucking Christina shot somebody.
So get the hell out of there.
You're in the car.
Mo's like, oh, what the fuck happened?
I'm like, bro, just fucking drive, man.
Get out of here.
So get the hell out of there, right?
And we go back to the stash house.
All right.
And Fresh is there and Chris is there.
And we take the money and we drop it off, and we're, you know, we start counting it and everything else like that.
And, you know, Chris is stuttering.
He don't really know how to count.
And then Fresh is also saying, so they can't fucking count it.
So me and Mo got to count it.
Christina's in the back crying because the blood is all over the place and she doesn't know what's going on.
So we're fucked.
Me and Mo are just sitting there trying to count the shit.
And, you know, we end up slitting the money, whatever.
And then we break off, right?
So a couple months happens, right?
A couple months later, next thing we know, and we get fucking arrested.
Not only are we going to get arrested for bank robbery, we're also going to get arrested for murder, you know, money laundering, a bunch of other crimes that we may have committed.
Why?
Because we committed these crimes in furtherance of the Fresh and Fit organization.
Okay.
And then on top of that, they go ahead and they find out that Chris's domestic was selling drugs on the side.
And Fresh was committing fraud.
You know, he had a speech therapist and he wasn't paying the speech therapist.
He wasn't showing up.
Is that hit a little close to home?
Okay.
Right?
So the fresh is out here committing fraud against speech therapists.
You know, hey, I want to work with you.
Fuck it, Chris selling drugs, you know, stuttering, selling, they're selling the dope, selling some crack.
Oh, you want some crack?
Fucking whatever.
And they start to use those criminal activities against me, Christina, and Mo because they're arguing that Chris was selling crack in furtherance of the Fresh and Fit organization.
And Fresh was scamming speech therapists in furtherance of the Fresh and Fit organization.
And they actually use our podcast as evidence.
This thing hasn't been taking classes.
He could barely speak.
Right?
They're just like they're watching the thing.
Like, he's clearly frauding the lady.
He still can't speak.
What's going on here?
So, next thing you know, again, and we all get charged for Rico.
All right.
And the reason why is because they're committing acts, you know, they're committing criminal activities and they're able to articulate that these crimes are being done in furtherance of the organization.
And bam, we all go to fucking jail.
We're done.
Right.
So it's a big fat L for all of us.
But keep in mind, guys, only Christina was the one that was stupid enough to shoot the gun.
All right.
We all go down for murder.
We all go down for bank robbery.
And then we also go down for Chris trafficking drugs and all this other shit because they were doing it in furtherance of the organization.
And they're able to go ahead and list these crimes, right, as racketeering activity and a pattern to establish to help further the criminal organization.
All right.
So I try to do it in a funny way right there, guys.
But you guys understand what I mean here.
So, cool.
Anything else here, Christina, that we got?
Hey, guys, do me a quick favor.
There's almost a thousand of you guys in here.
So please like the video, man.
This is the second video of the day, and I still got to record a third one for y'all.
So, you know, like I said, you don't got to donate a dollar to the channel.
All the only thing I ask is that you like and share the video with your friends.
And yeah.
So, okay.
So, YSO got hit with a Rico.
And I explained this in intimate detail, guys, on my channel.
And what I mean by that is, if you guys look right here on my YouTube channel, right?
Right here, this is it.
Former Fred explains why I sell Rico.
It's actually one of my most viewed videos.
So thank you guys for that.
And in here, man, I go ahead and go through the entire indictment, like line by line, piece by piece.
I go over the charges.
I go over how long they've been investigating it.
I give my theories, et cetera.
And this was a longer one.
This is like, how long was this thing?
Like three plus hours, guys, right?
Three hours and seven minutes.
And I got all the time stamps here.
And the reason why I tell you that is because I'm not going to go over the entire Rico case.
Okay.
I went over it already.
Feel free to check this out.
I go into intimate detail and all the stamps are here.
I talk about all the lyrics that they use against Young Thug.
I talked about the charges that they use against Gunna.
I talked about jail recordings.
I talked about how they were able to do wiretaps.
I talked about informants.
I talked about a bunch of different things.
And actually, I played the lyrics too.
I'm amazed that it didn't get hit with a copyright, but I played snippets here and there just to show you guys what they actually use against him in the Rico.
Now, since this Rico got they got hit with this Rico in May, guys, there's been some new charges that have been filed.
And I actually have the new indictment here, okay?
And we're going to go ahead and go through this thing a little bit.
But the big thing I want you guys to understand is that this all started, okay?
Big mo in the fucking chat.
Christina, how could you?
Now Sorbon on the road, too, allegedly.
Thank you, sir.
Because we none of us want to go to fucking jail, yeah, but Christina would probably be the one to fucking shoot the guard accidentally and we all go down for murder.
I wouldn't get caught.
Oh, no, you would definitely get caught, bro.
You brothers survived in oysters.
What do you mean?
I feel like I have a whole scenario in my head if I went to like Obama Bank.
I mean, that's so bad to say, but yeah, okay, sure, buddy.
Sure about it if you think so.
Yeah, because I'm a special effects artist.
I'll just change.
See, I could be a completely different person.
Nope.
Stupid.
All right.
Anyway, she would never make it.
But anyway, let's keep going.
So, excuse me.
So, in that video, I break down the Rico to greater detail.
But the big thing I want to bring to your guys' attention is that this all started from a murder.
Okay.
And I'm going to talk about this murder right now.
So let me go ahead and share screen with y'all.
And I actually have the indictment here.
Give me one second.
Got a lot of documents here, guys.
Your boy is ready.
Okay.
So back on January 7th of 2015, Jeffrey Williams, which, by the way, guys, is Young Thug's real name.
All right.
And let me go ahead and enlarge this for y'all a little bit.
I should be able to read that better now, right?
There we go.
Yeah, that one's nice and nice and good.
All right.
And what I'll do is I'll make it extra large for y'all.
Okay.
So on January 7th, 2015, defendant Jeffrey Williams, an associate of YSL did rent a 2014 Silver Infinity Q50 sedan from Hertz Rent a car, which was used in the commission of a murder of the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr., a rival gang member on the 10th day of January 2015, which is an act of racketeering under OCGA 1614.3.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, what do you, what, what, what the hell, Myron, what racketeering act after what the hell?
So, guys, Georgia actually has its own racketeering statutes.
Okay, this is a state case.
I want to make that very clear.
This is not a federal case.
This is a state case.
All right.
So, um, uh, an over act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
So, what's an overt act?
Okay, an overt act, guys, is when you go ahead and you commit a um, an overt act is like, let's say you have a conspiracy, right?
So, for example, going back to the bank robbery situation with me, Christina, and Mo, right?
The overt act in that situation can be Mo rented the car for us to go ahead and rob the bank.
So, he rented the car, pulled up, picked me and Christina up, and then we went to the bank and robbed it.
So, the overt act is Mo renting the vehicle and driving us there, okay?
So, anytime you take an act, right, in furtherance of the conspiracy that leads directly to the commission of said conspiracy, that's considered an overt act, okay?
Us having masks and gloves in the vehicle can also be considered an overt act, all right?
So, that's how conspiracies typically work.
You need an agreement between two or more people and an overt act to commit a crime, and then bam, you get that's that's conspiracy, okay?
And this is the back upon how racketeering cases and conspiracy cases in general are made, okay, with overt acts.
You don't even have to commit the crime, just trying is enough.
So, let's go back and guys, give me a like in the video if you guys are enjoying this bad boy.
All right, and trust me, I haven't died a lot of people for conspiracy, so I know this now.
January 10th, 2015, defendants Javaris Bradford, Justin Cobb, DeMonte Kendrick, Demise McMullen, and Shannon Stillwell, associates of YSL, did unlawfully and with malice afterthought, sorry, aforethought, commit the felony offense of murder by causing the death of Donovan Thomas Jr.,
a human being by shooting Donovan Thomas Jr. with a firearm in violation of Georgia law pursuant to OCGA 1651, which is an act of racketeering activity under OCGA 1614.3.
Again, these guys, these are statutes in the Georgia criminal code for racketeering, an overt act and an overt act in furtherance of conspiracy.
Okay.
And then they also went with attempted murder because there was someone else with him that got hit.
Okay, Reginald Hendricks.
Okay.
So this Rico, guys, right, was pretty much like they had been investigating Young Thug for a while because if you guys look here, they've been like since 2013, right?
They've been like, the first incident here is from 2013.
But things really started getting picked up in 2015 after this murder.
Because after this murder, there was a bunch of criminal activity that happened.
I think 37 to be exact, of violent acts that occurred in Atlanta after this.
Okay.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, well, who's Donovan Thomas?
What's going on here?
Myron, I don't really know what the hell's going on here.
It's okay.
I got a video to show you guys from my boy, Trap Laura Ross.
Okay, if you guys don't know, Trap Laura is a good friend of mine.
He has a YouTube channel where he breaks down a lot of hip-hop cases, right?
Very similar to my content, but he's more of like a reporter.
And his content is fantastic.
Please guys go ahead and subscribe to him.
He's a friend of mine.
This is his clips channel, Traplore Eclipse, right?
Make sure to like the video, right?
And subscribe to his channel.
And he also has another YouTube channel called Traplore Ross.
And I think he has, yeah, Trap Lore Traplore Eclipse and then Trap Lore Ross.
Yeah.
So check him out.
But this video, guys, perfectly explains who Big Nut was and the background as to why this murder happened.
Okay.
So we're going to go ahead and play this video.
And shout out to my boy, Trap Lore Ross.
Fair use.
But yeah, let's go ahead and roll this bad boy.
Oh, hold on.
I got it muted.
Sorry, guys.
Hold on.
Bad boy.
All right.
Oh, hold on.
I got it muted.
Sorry, guys.
Hold.
I got myself playing here on YouTube.
Sorry.
Bad boy.
All right.
Oh, hold on.
I got it muted.
Sorry, guys.
Hold.
I got myself playing here on YouTube.
All right.
Sorry.
Doing it by myself.
One man show over here.
Turn up the volume.
All right.
Brother.
Oh, his name.
And also, guys, you need to know that there was a war between two different blood factions in Atlanta.
Okay.
You had the YFN crew, and then you had the YSL crew.
And this video explains it pretty well.
But let's go ahead.
Without further ado, let's play it.
So, YFN Lucci's big brother, YFNK, encouraged him to get into rap when he was a teenager.
Oh, man, be it brother.
Oh, his name, YFNK.
He's been rapping since I was.
Oh, just so you guys know, YFN Lucci on his mother's house being shot up twice, Mother Sean Lake.
It was YSL gut people that shot up that house.
As a matter of fact, if you guys look on my Instagram story, I used a song from Young Thug and Juice World called Bad Boy.
Okay, and I explained this on my video that in that song, Young Thug literally goes, you know what?
Hold on.
Hold on.
I'm going to play it for you guys real quick.
A little section.
I think if I play it from my phone, it shouldn't be too bad.
We can just do like a few seconds.
Yeah, I'm going to play a few seconds of it right now.
All right.
So I'm going to play a second of it from you guys.
And he actually sniffs on himself in this thing.
I shout out his mommy.
Now he no longer mentioned me.
He's talking about shooting at YFN Lucci's mom.
And they actually use that against him, guys, in the indictment, man.
And I go into more detail on this on the other video.
So go check it out, guys.
CJ Miller goes, great work, Myron.
OJ Simpson, Boston Marathon, and Robert Hanson.
Cases are amazingly done.
Fresh and fit merch are great quality, by the way.
Thank you so much, my friend.
Love y'all.
And more?
Okay.
Can you pull him up real fast?
Yeah.
And then Han Hanhan.
Yo, Mario, just a heads up.
I copped Hanahanahan.com and made an art based on Fed 1811 moments.
I wanted to let the fam know once I had a full gather to share much love.
Thank you so much.
Speaking of Han Han Han, I did an episode on 6ix9ine as well.
And then Tetra Sacks, two bucks.
But yes, guys, when he's talking about this, it was actually Young Thug's people that shot at his house.
And Young Thug went ahead and made a song.
It's called Bad Boy by Juice World, where he talks about it.
We have two more.
Oh, our 85 bucks.
Can we get a stupid for Christina's L?
Absolutely.
Stupid.
And then what else?
Chris is not here.
Five bucks.
Hey, Myr, I just want to say that the show with Coach Red Pill, the shows with Coach Red Pill are great.
When is he coming back on the pod?
I'll ask to get him on, man.
I'll ask to get him back on.
He's been doing a lot of panel shows.
So yeah, shout out to Coach Red Pill.
AK Conteller Lyrics.
I start rapping.
I freestyle for my bit, bro.
Obviously, his big brother who was in a state.
And for we got 1200 of you guys watching.
For some of you guys that are joining, basically, quick little recap.
What we're talking about is we're talking about what led to Donovan Thomas Jr., aka Peanuts' death.
Okay.
So for you guys to understand who Peanut is, you got to know who YFN Lucci is and who YFN is because YFN is a critical component to this war, which led to Peanuts' death, which then sparked the state and the Attorney General's office, right, for the state of Georgia, Georgia, going extremely hard on YSL trying to get them indicted because this murder sparked a gang war, which led to several shootings and violent acts.
Okay.
Aspiring rapper himself wouldn't really be able to get him into the industry.
But fortunately for Lucci, having ties in the streets meant he had a network of people to draw upon who might just be able to give him a head start in the rap game.
In fact, one of his closest friends' older brothers was Big Nut.
That same man, the young thug had described on Birdman's Yacht as one of the biggest bloods in America.
And Lucci would go on to say and this clip right here, real quick.
I'm going to show you guys this clip that he's talking about.
It's right here.
Here's young thug and big nut.
Actually, I think this was back in like 20, it's like 2012, 2013, somewhere around that time.
Here's Young Thug and Big Nut right here.
So you're throwing gang signs, et cetera.
So they used to know each other at one point and be friends, right?
Well, that changes soon.
Big Nut heard his music and truly believed in him.
Now, you're the close friend named Nutt.
Yeah, that was my one of my best friend, Big Brothers.
He was just like, believe, he just believed in me.
Like, when he used to hear my music and shit.
In fact, it was actually Big Nut himself who had introduced YFN Lucci to Fly, who had managed Rich Homie Kwan and Trinidad James as part of his record label, Think It's a Game.
Yeah, he introduced me to Fly series.
Well, I know this person, we're gonna try to fuck with this person.
But now we were fucking with him.
I was like, man, I don't think he knows much.
I'm gonna introduce you to Fly.
Yeah, Fly had Rich Homie Kwan.
He also had Trinidad James.
Which at the time, by the way, guys, Rich Homie Kwan was on fire.
Okay.
Really, really big artist back then.
That's what Nutt introduced me to them.
When he introduced me to them, they were fucking with the music.
In fact, YFN Lucci would later reveal in a DJ Smallsey's interview that it was Nutt who introduced Lucci to Fly, saying that Lucci was the hardest rapper out and that he would listen to a strategy if Fly put one together for him.
He introduced me to Fly.
He was like, man, Fly knowledge.
Man, shout out.
It's hard.
I ain't nobody harder than him, man.
He, you know, he want to do it.
He loved doing it.
So he gonna do it.
And he gonna listen.
And fly, you know, fly, but that was his man.
He believed.
And guys, just so you know, Peanut or, you know, of Nutt, sorry, aka the guy that was murdered, Donovan Thomas Jr. was a very high-ranking Inglewood blood.
Okay.
Clearly, Nutt's word held weight in the streets and in the rap game.
And purely off the strength of Nutt's recommendation and his first mission.
And also, guys, I'm looking right now.
We only got 538 likes.
Guys, there's 1,000 plus y'all in here, almost 1,300.
Can you guys please like the video?
Okay.
Putting these videos together isn't easy.
So I would really appreciate if you guys like the video.
You don't got to donate a dollar to the show.
Just like the video.
That's all I ask.
Please.
mixtape that was completed but unreleased at this point, Fly decided to give Lucci a chance, releasing his tape Wish Me Well under Think It's A Game Records, with Lucci also getting a care pack courtesy of Fly, a feature from his label mate Rich Homie Quan, for Lucci's first single Exactly How It Was.
Bam, and he blew up from that.
So, all thanks to Big Nut, Lucci finally had an opportunity to break into the rap game fully legit.
And from here, Lucci would go on to have big career Ws working with Think It's A Game Entertainment.
But the saddest fact of all would be that Big Nut, the man that made it all possible for him, wouldn't be around to see it.
And this was a mixtape that he released after his passing.
January the 11th, 2015, YFN Lucci's close friend and mentor, Big Nut, real name Donovan Thomas, is shot dead at an Atlanta barbershop.
And now to a developing story this morning, the search is on for the person who shot three people, including a 14-year-old.
And actually, let's go ahead and look at the actual press release, the news release here.
And this is it right here, guys.
With a developing story, Atlanta police are on the scene of a triple shooting, and one of the victims is a teenager.
The shooting happened outside a barber shop, and tonight one victim is clinging to life.
Channel 2's Jessica Jaglois is live at the scene where there's still a very heavy police presence.
Jessica.
As you can see behind me, there is still quite the active scene here in southwest Atlanta.
McDaniel Street is still closed, and it has been for more than three hours.
That's because there are shell casings up and down the street.
Now, I'm told one of the men who was shot, a man in his mid-20s, is in critical condition, but that his status could change for the worse overnight.
It appears that they were the intended target, but again, I'm not sure the reason of the shooting.
Atlanta police are investigating why two men in their mid-20s and a 14-year-old boy were shot outside of a barber shop in southwest Atlanta Saturday night.
Right now, it doesn't appear that they had any connection to the business.
They were just kind of hanging out is what we're up here.
Investigators say it appears to have been a drive-by shooting, and according to several witnesses we spoke with, an automatic weapon was used.
I heard something like a semi-automatic or something, and I can't run into the front of the gate.
Sugar Thomas is one of dozens.
I don't know if that's her government name or not, but if that's her government name, holy.
Do you imagine your first name is Sugar?
Man, that's jokes for years of your life right there.
That's a shipper name.
Yeah, that's a shipper name.
That's it.
Let's get going.
Oh, man.
...of residents who weren't allowed into their apartments while police investigated.
K-9 units were used to locate additional shell casings and other evidence.
30 minutes, next be 45 minutes.
Then somebody said before hours.
Really?
I got to go work in the morning.
We plan for the people that got shot older than me.
We got to get in the house.
Now we're going to continue to monitor that victim.
And this was, and the victim, guys, is obviously Peanut, aka Donovan Thomas Jr.
So this was actually when it happened.
And just so you guys know, where did the shooting happen?
Well, I got Google Maps ready to go for y'all.
It was right around this area right here, guys.
This is the barbershop.
I'm not sure if it's this one or this one over here.
When I read some police reports, it was saying 338, I think it was, is the address.
Yeah, 338 McDaniel.
So I think it's this one.
But there are two barbershops right next to each other.
So it's one of one of these two.
And obviously, you get some barbecue as well when you want.
But this was the area.
And then these are the apartment complexes I think that they were complaining about that they couldn't get into.
Move this thing over here.
There you go.
So, yeah.
But this is where the shooting happened, guys.
So let's go back to our boy Trap Law Ross's video.
Teenager and a man in his 20s were both shot in the leg.
The third, 26-year-old Donovan Thomas was critical.
Had the significant injury.
We had at least multiple guns shot in the upper torso area.
He was rough to surgery.
Thomas died at the hospital.
Homicide detectives looked for bullet holes and brought in a police canine to search for more shell casings.
They believe it was a drive-by shooting.
Police believe that three two adult men and a 14-year-old were targeted.
Triple shooting outside this barbershop ended the life of 26-year-old Donovan Thomas.
Big Nutt was loved and respected by the YFN crew and in the streets of Atlanta at large.
And following his death, clips of him with the likes of YFN Lucci circulated on social media, showing just how close these two really were.
Following Nutt's death, it said that there was a massive fallout in the Atlanta music scene.
YFN Trey Pound told DJ Small's eyes just how shocked he was to hear about Nutt's passing, with Lucci also speaking on the loss of Nut in his Karen Sibyl interview, remembering how Nutt had been the first person who put him on in the rap game.
I love one of my homies who really got me on.
Now, as far as I could tell, the police never announced any arrests or suspects in the killing.
And just to let you guys know, like the impact of this real quick, imagine that you're, you know, you know, you're going to jail, you're in and out of jail, you're a crook, you can't really make money, you're struggling to make ends meet.
You know, you got this one little potential glimmer of hope of maybe doing some music, and your friend puts you on, right?
He gets you a hit record, he puts you on with an artist, he shows you love, he vouches for you, right?
Because obviously in the music industry, it's very difficult to make, you know, solid connections.
Make a solid connection with somebody.
He's a part of your, let's be honest, Lucci ain't no pussy.
He's in the bloods as well.
So somebody puts you on, helps you put food on the table, helps change your life, helps you get your mama out the hood, helps get you, you know, well, she was kind of still in the hood.
That's why I didn't shot at the house.
But, you know, helps you get her out eventually, right?
Put some money in your pocket, and then you find out that he gets killed and murdered.
And then you find out also it was a rival set.
You know, that's obviously going to make you feel some type of way, which is why it has led to this gangland war.
And while there's no concrete evidence to suggest that anyone associated with YSL had anything to do with Big Nut's murder, a lot of YouTube videos already exist explaining that theory.
Countless comments have popped up on Reddit threads relating to this incident, suggesting YSL had something to do with what happened to Nutt.
But perhaps most significantly, the Atlanta police would later say in an indictment targeting YFN members, but local police intelligence suggested that it was widely believed that YSL was somehow responsible for Big Nut's death, going on to state that it was this belief that directly caused the hostility between these two groups.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, well, why the hell would they go ahead and kill a high-ranking member of the Bloods if they're now, aren't they all bloods?
Blah, blah, blah.
You guys got to remember that there were different sets, okay?
Within the Bloods organization, obviously, you got the overall umbrella of the Bloods, but there's different sets, okay?
And different sets sometimes don't get along with each other, guys.
Okay.
There'll be crip sets that are cool blood sets, and they'll go ahead and fight other blood sets.
That's the way it goes.
Okay.
It's not as uniform as you guys think it is.
Okay.
The other thing also is that there were rumors that Nutt was cooperating with the authorities.
Okay.
And Young Thug actually alluded to this in one of his songs.
Okay.
That he made a subliminal thing where, hey, you guys are out there talking in court, blah, blah, blah.
I should shoot and kill all you guys.
And Young Thug is talking.
They got, you know, tweets of this, Instagram stories, et cetera.
Thug did not hold back on social media when it came to how he felt about snitches.
Okay.
So that is a, that would, that's a speculation.
That's one theory as to why he was, uh, why Nutt was killed.
Whether or not this is actually true, we'll probably never definitively know.
But it is clear that following the death of Nutt, a big rift emerged between Atlanta rappers.
Rich Homie Kwan, who at this point shared management with YFN Lucci, but was also closely involved in Young Thug and Birdman's Rich Gang project, would take a step back from things with Rich Homie Kwan's relationship with Thug famously declining and Kwan just generally taking a step out of the limelight.
It would also appear that the former collaborative relationship between Bloody J and Young Thug would never be the same again, too.
As Bloody J would continue to collaborate with YFN Lucci, but not Thug, at a certain point, the city of Atlanta basically split into two halves.
And according to the police, this is when the beef truly heated up, with the cops reporting that as many as 37 incidents and four subsequent murders that they believe were linked to this original inciting incident.
But as both YFN Lucci and Young Thug would continue to have success in the music industry, picking up thousands of fans and making millions of dollars from their songs, eventually their beef would also make its way into the music industry for the entire world to see.
Because no matter how much they wanted to keep their street politics secret, eventually this beef would play very publicly to include YFN Lucci getting stabbed in jail.
They were able to go like basically the government was able to show that Young Thug was involved in that stabbing as well, guys.
And let me see here if I could find it in the indictment.
Yep, and Lucy.
like look you got shit like this here i'll show you guys what i'm talking about here when i say that young thug was very and again i break this all down in the other video just a quick little refresher to show you guys how how much of a fuck little fucks uh young thug gives Defriended Jeffrey Williams, an associate of YSL, posted an image on social media tagging YFN Lucci stating, YFN, if I ain't like what you do for your mother and kids, I would have been killed you.
An overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
Okay.
And then, and you guys can see here, like, they just, you know, this is Yak, who's this?
Diamante Kendrick.
Now, this is Yakoti right here, guys.
Also, a YSL associate.
He went ahead and stood on top of YFN Lucci's car, disrespected him and put it on Instagram, right?
And they were able to use this evidence.
Why?
Because their argument is, yo, you're committing these criminal acts in furtherance of the organization.
You're trying to threaten and or scare your opponents.
So this, my friend, constitutes an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, okay?
Which is crazy.
All right.
Let's see here.
Here we go.
Defendant Khalif Adams, Damian Garlington, and Jaden Myrick, associate of YSL, did unlawfully with malice after Afrothought and with the attempt to kill commit the felony offense of attempted murder upon the person of Rashawn Bennett, aka YFN Lucci arrival gang member by stabbing and stabbing at Rayshawn Bennett with a shank in violation of Georgia law, which is an act of racketeering activity.
This right here, guys, was when YFN Lucci got stabbed in prison, okay?
Because remember, guys, they're all there in the same jail area.
All right.
And then, and here they go again.
I'm trying to find the one where, because Young Thug actually called to check in on this.
christian um nope that's not it yeah so yeah as you guys can see young doug really didn't give a shit He would just, he would just be overt with a lot of his stuff.
And then also, they picked up Young Thug on phone calls and other communication where he was calling people soft for like not committing acts of violence against YFN members.
So it is what it is, man.
And trust me, guys, they definitely have YFN Lucci as the main person that they're trying to go after in this case.
They're designating him as the top guy.
Okay.
Obviously, you know, Young Thug's attorney is saying, hey, it's all entertainment, all entertainment.
It's not that serious.
Y'all are obviously, you know, trying to come after my client with some weak charges, whatever.
But he's going to have to fight it, man.
He's definitely going to have to fight it because there's some very, very serious charges that he's looking at.
The charges that Gunn is looking at aren't as serious, right?
They got him on basic conspiracy and racketeering bullshit, which, you know, obviously isn't going to carry that much time.
I think he's looking at a maximum of like somewhere between five to ten years.
But Young Thug is looking at some serious charges because remember, guys, the vehicle that was used to kill Nutt was a rented vehicle, which was rented in whose name?
Young thug, Jeffrey Williams, guys, aka.
If you're gonna go ahead and, you know, order a gangland murder hit, please don't rent the vehicle in your name, guys.
Probably not a smart move, okay?
So, um, so obviously, with that hit, guys, right, that sparked the entire investigation, everything else like that.
Now, when it comes to Rico cases, I've spoken about this before.
The reason why they were able to take the mafia down with Rico cases is because when people realize, holy shit, we're facing a lot of time.
I didn't even commit these crimes, right?
Just like I gave you guys the example with the bank robbery.
Now, me and Mo are facing murder or whatever.
Guess what's going to happen to Christina?
We're snitching.
Yeah, we ain't shooting.
It was her.
And what they're going to do is they're going to go ahead and prioritize the top people at the organization.
So, what they were able to do with the mafia was when you start throwing football numbers at people, right, for crimes that they didn't necessarily commit or they were maybe just somewhat involved in.
Well, now you're able to get people to cooperate, and that's exactly what the state is doing right now with members of YSL.
Now, make no mistake about it, guys.
Okay, this indictment right here.
I'm going to show this to y'all.
Okay, this indictment that we're looking at, there's no way they would have been able to come up with this evidence without having informants in the first place.
They already had informants, okay, before they got arrested.
That's how they're able to build the case in the first place.
But anytime you go ahead and you start arresting people and you start throwing football numbers at them, et cetera, they're going to start to say, Okay, I'm going to cooperate because I don't want to do a significant amount of time for crimes that I might not necessarily have even been involved in like that.
Y'all are hitting me with crimes just because I'm a part of an organization, even though I'm not really involved with like that.
No, hell no, nope, I'm good.
I'm not gonna cooperate.
Next thing you know, they're telling, they're giving information, etc.
You know, why everyone was making jokes is called YSTEL, you know, versus YSL.
You know, LOL shout out to academics.
He made that joke, which I thought was pretty funny.
But when you're looking at Sirius I'm guys, they're going to cooperate.
And when you have big cases like this, where you have, look at how many defendants are in this thing, man.
These are all the defendants, by the way, right?
Oh, hold on, my bad.
I'm going to go ahead and minimize this a little bit so you guys can kind of see what I'm talking about here.
These are all the defendants, okay?
You got, I think it was 20 some defendants all together, right?
Look at this, right?
And they're all getting hit with a bunch of different charges.
Well, so all it takes, guys, is one good informant for the government to make their case.
Okay, that's all they need.
That's really all they need.
All right.
And this was the original indictment, guys, by the way, right?
As you guys can see, the original indictment, right?
The charges started in 2013, and they worked their way all the way up to April 28th of 2022.
Now, they went ahead and did a superseding indictment, guys.
And a superseding indictment is when you go ahead and you charge people with crimes, okay, again, after the first charge, and you go ahead and you indict them again.
And it's called a superseding indictment.
So, this is the original indictment again, but now there are new charges.
So, as you guys can see, the old one ended on 428, 2022.
Now, we got new charges, okay?
So, let's go ahead and take a look at these new charges real fast.
Defendants Martinez, Arnold, DeMonte, Kendrick, and Jeffrey Williams, associates of YSL, did unlawfully commit the felony offense of participation in criminal street activity gang activity when while associated with a criminal street gang to wit YSL participating in criminal street gang activity through the commission of at least one of the offenses enumerated in paragraph one of OCGA to uh to wit possession of marijuana with intended distribute possession of codeen with intent to distribute possession of cocaine and possession of firearm during commission of felony as alleged in acts of 184 185
186 and 187 discount an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy remember guys when they raided his house what did they do they found gun they found code guns codeine marijuana etc okay so they came up with a they got more evidence now also So defendants of Martinez, Arnold, DeMonte Kendrick, and Jeffrey Williams, associates of YSL, did commit the felony offense of possession of marijuana with intended distribute in violation of Georgia law pursuant OCGA 16, which is an act of racketeering activity.
And then they go ahead and go, defendants Martinez, Arnold, DeMonte Kendrick, and Jeffrey Williams.
Again, guys, Jeffrey Williams, don't mind you, mind you, is Young Thug, associate YSL, did commit the felony offense of possession of Cody with intended distribute.
So not only, do you guys see what just happened here?
They hit them with the possession, right?
With the intent to distribute, possession of codeine, possession of cocaine, and possession of firearm during commission of felony.
Then they went ahead and hit them again with those same charges, okay?
Because what they're basically able to argue is that, yo, you guys are committing these acts in furtherance of the conspiracy.
So it's a double whammy.
Not only are you a drug dealer, but you're a drug dealer working, right, to further the strength and standing of your criminal organization.
50 Cent famously said on a song with 6ix9ine, I am not gang gang.
I do not gang bang.
You know why he said that shit?
Nope.
It's because of charges like this, guys.
When you're in a gang, okay, everything that you get hit with is going to get hit with a double whammy.
I want to break this down for y'all real quick, too.
This guy right here, Diamante Kendrick, this guy, all right, his real name is shit.
I forget his name.
Diamante Kendrick.
It's my bad.
Let me look it up.
His rap name.
I literally just said it earlier and I just, I fucking forgot.
Someone in the chat's going to is going to say it.
It's, yeah, it's called Get the Strap.
It's called Get the Strap from, I think it's called Get the Strap, right?
Yakoti.
Sorry.
Sorry, guys.
I had a brain for it.
Okay.
Yakoti.
All right.
So Yakoti, guys, let me tell you guys how bad this can be.
Yakoti got indicted by the feds.
Okay.
Here he is right here.
Here's his federal case.
All right.
He got indicted for founding possession of firearm.
Okay.
Because basically him and another YSL member were trying to go ahead and commit and they were trying to commit murder.
Okay.
They went over to the Englewood gang, right?
The Englewood side.
Because remember, guys, Peanut got killed in January.
So in October 1st of 2015, they're full-on beefing now at this point.
All right.
So Yakoti and his boy go to the Englewood hood and they get caught with these guns right here.
Semi-automatic rifle, right?
And a Smith Wesson .40 caliber.
Yakotti, guys, is a felon.
So he gets caught with the guns by Atlanta PD and he gives like a six-hour confession talking about his, you know, his criminal acts, talking about, you know, what he was intending to do, how they were going to go there and retaliate, et cetera.
And he said basically that his boy, the YSL member, the other YSL member, had the gun and was going to do the murder, but he took the gun and was going to do it instead.
Now, you might look at that as dry snitching or whatever it may be, but check this out.
He went and did, I think, four years fed time for this guys.
Yakoti did.
All right.
However, the state went back, used the statements against him, all right?
And they were able to say that since your boy had possession of the gun and wasn't going to was going to commit a murder, we're going to go ahead and charge him with the attempted murder as well.
And this is what happens when you're in a gang, guys.
Even though he went ahead and did time for that gun, they went back and used those statements that he gave to the police five years ago in 2015 against the other YSL associate.
And now he got wrapped up in this RICO as well for attempted murder because they were going to go commit a crime in furtherance of what?
YSL standing against the ops.
This is why, guys, being in a gang is never good.
I know they say it in school all the time: say no to gangs, blah, blah, blah.
I'm telling you guys, as a former law enforcement guy that arrested several gang members, I did a big Lion King case back when I was living in Texas.
Okay.
It is extremely easy to build a racketeering case against gang members because they go ahead and commit crimes of violence, crimes of drug trafficking, et cetera.
And you can go ahead and string all these crimes together under the auspice of the organization because they're committing these crimes typically in furtherance of the gang.
Even if they're not active anymore, you can still articulate a lot of the times that they're committing these crimes against the organization.
All right.
So he did time for this, but they're still using his statements against him and his and his co-defendant, even though he went ahead and took the time federally.
All right.
And this is what happens when you do Rico cases.
Okay.
All right.
So now I can minimize this bad boy.
So now we're going to go ahead and talk about the main person providing information in this case.
All right.
And I want to go ahead and turn your guys' attention to a really great YouTuber, by the way.
I'm a fan of this guy's stuff.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Let's hit the chats real fast.
Hey, guys, there's 2,000 of y'all in here.

All right, we got three Diglets in the house.
10 bucks goes.
You can't beat that straightforward with your lyrics.
Yeah, you really can't.
He's talking about the lyrics with Young Thug's saying he shot at his mommy's house.
Check the nuts.
Two bucks.
Thank you so much.
Check the nuts.
Mike nuts.
Okay.
Shout out to all you guys with the nut names.
Are you ever planning on doing one on the Kyle Rittenhouse case?
You know what?
Yes.
I'll do Kyle Renhaus.
You know what?
I'll do Kyle Rittenhouse with my boy Andrew Esquire.
He covered that case extensively.
And I know you guys will enjoy that one.
So I'll do Christina.
Can you make a note of Kyle Renhaus?
Okay.
They've been asking that a lot.
Yeah.
Okay.
We got y'all.
We'll do that one.
State or like.
It was a state case.
It was state.
Feds don't don't prosecute murder.
Yeah, like they typically don't.
Unless it's attached to racketeering.
That's another reason, too.
Another thing.
Another reason why you don't want to be in a gang.
You will get prosecuted for murder federally if you're a part of a gang.
One of the few times that the feds can charge you with murder.
I feel like his case was so like kind of like intense.
Red House?
Yeah.
Well, yeah, I know, but I'm saying like if we leave federal or like state, you got me.
Yeah, well, the feds is always worse, but what else we got here?
Yeah, so I'll do Rittenhouse, man.
No worry.
I'm going to actually reach out to Andrew and ask him if he could, if he wants to do it next week.
Maybe we'll do it next week for y'all.
I'll try to get a document to this one.
Mr. Beef Snorkel goes 10 bucks.
Have you ever considered covering the county sheriff's gangs of Los Angeles?
Confirmed, true, and lots of juicy stuff.
Not some conspiracy, at least from what I can research.
County Sheriff's Gangs of Los Angeles.
What specific gang are you talking about?
Speaking of which, yo, the FBI and the DEA did a huge fucking takedown on Serenios in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I don't know if y'all want me to break that one down, but that one is crazy.
I got the documents for it if y'all want me to do it.
They seize like $3 million in cash and like hundreds of fentanyl pills.
Crazy shit, man.
Crazy, crazy shit.
Michael Mee Stroke, five bucks.
Basketball practice, best chat, best moderators, best channel.
Like the video.
Yeah, guys, please like the video.
Get me to 1,000 likes.
There's 853 likes right now.
Get me to 1,000 at least.
There's 2,000 plus y'all watching, man.
Okay.
And we're about to get into the juicy stuff right now.
Anything else?
I'm just going off.
Caught up, Christina?
Not yet.
Hold on, one more.
Okay.
And thank you guys all so much for donations.
Martin, what you snitch from last thoughts?
Well, I was a federal agent, bro.
So there's no such thing.
Because, I mean, I had the snitches.
You know, you can't really snitch when you're the Fed.
So I don't get it.
But okay.
Anything else?
No, that's a caught up.
Shout out to Last Thoughts.
Okay.
Let's see here.
So we're going to go ahead, guys.
And I'm going to go ahead and share screen with y'all real fast.
Shout out to this YouTuber.
I really like his content.
Great content creator.
I got to give him his flowers.
This is 1090 Jake, guys, right here.
Gives really good commentary.
He also reports on cases as well, very similar to Trap Laura Ross.
A lot of hip-hop stuff.
He did an interview with No Jumper a couple months back.
Really good interview, man.
I'm going to try to get him on the pod for y'all.
But yeah, the guy that basically turned his life around.
I think he was a member of a gang as well up there.
And he's from Boston as well, Christina.
So yeah, shout out to him, man.
Like, subscribe to his channel.
But what was that?
Is he?
I haven't met him.
Yeah, he's from Boston.
Well, you're not going to know everyone from Boston.
No, I'm saying like when it comes to like Sean.
Oh, yeah, yeah, no, no, no.
We'll get him on, though.
So anyway, basically, guys, the title of his video is Young Thug versus Lil Woody.
YSL's top snitch.
So this guy, guys, it's pretty much documented at this point that this guy's been cooperating with the state.
And he kind of makes some compelling arguments here.
But before we get into that, let's go ahead and talk about the Englewood slash YSL war.
So this all makes sense for y'all.
All right.
So fair use.
Shout out to 1090 Jake.
I'm going to link his video below in the description.
I'm also going to link Trap Laura Ross's channel and video as well, man.
Go show these guys some love.
Go like their channels.
Go subscribe to their channels.
All right.
According to the DA, this murder was said to have caused 37 violent acts of retaliation, including four murders.
His death would make rappers choose sides.
And as the war between Englewood family and YSL let loose, this would also be ground zero for the criminal indictment.
Kenneth Copeland, aka Lil Woody, was one of multiple witnesses who saw a young thug of the McDonald's the night of the murder.
Woody would tell investigators.
So on January, guys, the murder, remember, it was on January 10th, you know, 2015 that he basically saw him, right?
He saw young thug right after the hit, all right?
Which obviously that's huge.
And just so y'all know, this guy, Lil Woody, wasn't a pussy.
He was a hitter.
He was a stepper for YSL.
He was with Young Thug when Thug runned the car used in the drive-by triple shooting that sent fatal rounds through Peanut's chest.
He told investigators he knew it was the one the suspects used and stated he was in the pocket lot of a McDonald's immediately after the shooting.
The McDonald's was 10 minutes away from the shooting scene.
And Woody told investigators he watched young Thug drive his white Jeep into the pocket lot as four men got out.
He identified.
Holy identified them as Skyface, Nard, SB, and Yakati.
Bam.
Guys, so he identified the shooters.
And again, here is the indictment.
This is probably why they knew that these guys were the shooters, right?
Bam.
And SB, guys, is Shannon Stilwell.
He was the main, he's like the main suspect of being the one behind the trigger that actually shot the fatal shots.
Okay.
Skyface would get into Woody's car where he told Woody they just killed nut.
Multiple witnesses stated immediately after the shooting, young thug and the suspected shooters would meet at his condo where they packed their bags and headed to Miami.
All of these witness states do a hit and just go on vacation in Miami.
Oh man.
These dudes are built different.
Would easily be confirmed by detectives.
His cell phone records would show multiple suspects and gang members making calls to young thug before and after the murder.
Using the same phone records, GPS coordinates told detectives the suspects relocated to Thug's condo in Midtown Atlanta.
Okay, so real quick, okay, let me break this down for y'all.
Like the phone records and everything else like that.
So you guys kind of have a better thing and give you guys a federal agent perspective on this.
Okay.
So anytime criminal activity occurs, guys, whether it's a hit, a drug trafficking transaction, a gun deal, whatever it may be, what you do is, okay, so I'll tell you guys this from my experience.
When I used to be an agent, I used to do a lot of controlled drug purchases.
Okay.
We'd have an undercover, go meet with the bad guy.
We'd go ahead and buy some drugs.
We'd buy some weapons.
We'd buy AR-15s.
We'd buy fucking AK-47s, all that shit, right?
After every time we did a drug deal, okay, there would be two things that we did, or some kind of legal transaction with the criminals.
We would number one, follow them, do surveillance on them, right?
See where they go, right?
Because typically after you do a drug deal or a money deal, whatever it may be, they're going to go ahead and meet their supplier and pay them off whatever they owe them and then obviously keep the profit and then keep it pushing.
Or, and then also what I would do is I would subpoena the phone records, okay?
Now, subpoena, guys, is what you serve to the phone companies to go ahead and get the toll records.
You don't need a search warrant to get phone records, okay?
You do need a search warrant, though, to get location records, which I'm going to talk about that here in a second.
So I would go ahead and do a subpoena.
And then what I would do is, once I get the records back from the phone company, I'll look on the day that we did the transaction and I'll look at all the phone calls before the transaction and all the phone calls after.
And I will go ahead and subpoena.
So let's say they call a certain number several times after the transaction and before the transaction.
I know, and obviously my undercover agent or my informant, I get their number out of there because I know that he's contacting them to facilitate the deal.
But all the numbers that are also contacted during that period of time, I'm going to go ahead and subpoena those numbers.
When I subpoena those numbers, I'm going to find out who owns those numbers and I'm going to be able to identify the other individual involved in the conspiracy.
And nine times out of 10, that other person that the target was speaking to on the phone during that time period when we were doing these illegal transactions was a source of supply or another criminal involved in a conspiracy.
Okay, guys.
So that's how you go ahead and build your case and build the spider web out to figure out who's who.
Now, it gets even more interesting.
Then, once you figure out who the hell that guy is, now you've established that that guy's a criminal too.
You do a background check on him, etc.
Okay, this guy's a drug trafficker, blah, blah, blah.
I know who the source supplies.
That's how you start to get evidence.
And then you do what?
A wiretap and you start listening to phones.
Now that I know that he's talking to this guy, he's talking to this guy, and he's doing these criminal activities.
What can I do?
I can write a wiretap affidavit, right?
Or a Title III affidavit, right, in support of a wiretap to listen to his phone.
And now I know real time that, yo, he talks to this guy, talks to that guy.
These guys are criminals.
I need to wiretap this phone.
I bring it to a judge.
I get assigned.
Now I'm listening to the conversations and I'm able to actually hear what's going on.
And this is how the feds and the government in general go ahead and get wiretaps going.
So bringing it back to this situation, after the murder was done, they went ahead and looked at all their phones, subpoenaed the records, and looked to see who the hell they were contacting.
Who were they contacting?
Young Thug, which obviously is, you know, a bad sign because a criminal activity is happening like that.
Why are you going to call him late at night a bunch of times?
Well, probably to let him know, yo, you know, we did the hit, blah, blah, blah.
He's good, et cetera.
And then you got this guy who's providing information.
He's saying, yo, they met with Young Thug after the hit.
Well, we know that, well, you guys may not know this, but let me tell you, it's never enough to just have testimony from one individual.
You need to have testimony and you also need to have corroborating pieces of evidence to prove that that person's testimony is legit.
So remember, guys, this guy, Lil Woody, he's a criminal too, convicted felon.
He has violent offenses, drug trafficking, et cetera, right?
However, he's saying, yo, after the hit was done, they met with Young Thug in the parking lot.
He showed up in his white Jeep.
Then they go ahead and they do the phone toll records and they find that these criminals, right?
These guys that were allegedly the hitters were communicating with Young Thug.
What does that do?
That, my friends, goes ahead and validates Woody's information because now they're able to independently corroborate what the hell he's telling them about Young Thug being involved in the hit, my friends.
And that is how the police and the feds build cases.
They take the testimony, it puts them in the right direction.
They start subpoenaing phone records and they figure out, yo, they were in communication with Young Thug.
And then on top of that, they got search warrants and figured out from geolocation data where the hell all these guys were.
And guess what?
They were hanging out with Young Thug based on their phone location data and Young Thug's phone location data.
And that, my friends, is why they have such a strong case against Young Thug because you got someone like that who's an eyewitness.
And not only is their eyewitness testimony fairly legit, it's corroborated independently from phone records and geolocation data, which is indisputable.
That's the same information that they're going to use to convict Wynne W. Melly, which is why if you guys watch the YW Melly breakdown, that case is also heavily dependent upon phone location data, which again, like I told y'all before, Wynw Melly is going to get found guilty.
Love his music.
Don't have a problem with the guy, but the evidence that they have against YW Melly is extremely strong and it's indisputable.
You can't argue phone location data, guys.
Suspects, persons of interest, and gang members stated to detectives.
Yo, like the video because I literally just broke down how police are able to use phone data to not only figure out if you're a crook, geolocation, phone tolls, etc.
Like the video, guys, please.
Oh, and let me.
I was going to say you're not sharing it.
Yeah.
Sorry, guys.
Young Thug was aware of the.
And again, just to show love again, this is 1090 Jake, by the way, guys.
Go subscribe to his YouTube channel.
Like his video, support his content.
Great YouTuber.
And like my video as well, goddammit.
Murder and even orchestrated it as witnesses saw him near the murder scene just minutes after it happened.
And then at the McDonald's, 10 minutes away.
Paying close attention to the paperwork.
It clearly states there were multiple witnesses, meaning Lil Woody wasn't the only snitch, but he may be the biggest snitch in YSL.
Well, let me tell you that right now, guys.
100% he was not the only informant.
They had other informants before this even happened, which is why they were able to build a case in the first place.
It's just that what they probably did was they had other people telling.
They arrested those people and then they were able to arrest Woody.
They were able to arrest a bunch of other people.
And those people that told had information on Woody and they're like, yo, we got you dead to rights.
What the hell are you going to do?
And he's like, fuck it.
I'm going to tell because I don't know what to do.
They're not going to, they're not sending me money.
I'm here by myself.
I got a kid.
Another picture of paperwork would find its way to the internet detailing.
Okay, this piece of paperwork right here.
Let me break this down for y'all, guys.
I actually have it right here.
It came from Atlantology here.
Okay.
More paperwork on YSTEL Lil Woody.
Okay.
And as you guys can see, it's tilted.
But however, I went ahead and took a screenshot for y'all real fast.
So I'm going to go ahead and read it for you guys.
Okay.
It says here, the underlying part.
Copeland did not give any further insight on the homicide.
I then questioned him in reference to the drive-by shooting that occurred Thursday night with his child and girlfriend present.
Copeland provided me with the name Tay as a person he recognized.
I showed Copeland a lineup which included a photo of Octavius Franklin.
Copeland was unable to identify Franklin.
He stated there is another Tay, but does not know his real name.
Copeland advised Tay has a brother named Wu, who is a well-known blood member.
I know Wu to be Javante Fleetwood.
Through further investigating, I was able to locate his brother, Del Dalivanta Fleetwood, born, and they give his birthday, born in 96.
I compiled a photo lineup that included a picture of Fleetwood to show Copeland Copeland positively identified Fleetwood as the shooter.
Okay, and that's what that basically reads, what I just read for y'all.
So, what you guys are probably wondering, what's a photo lineup?
A photo lineup, guys, is when you show six photos of an individual of individuals that all look similar, and hey, which one is the guy?
And he was able to positively identify that guy as the shooter who's a rival blood gang member.
Okay.
An alleged interview Lil Woody gave to the police.
Woody would be named as a victim.
And on January 20th, 2020, he was arrested for violating probation and transported to the Fulton County Jail.
Investigators obtained an order of production before transporting Woody to the police headquarters for an interview to discuss the recent shootings surrounding the death of Peanut.
Surprisingly, Woody didn't give any details on the murder.
Investigators decided to ask him about another drive-by in which he was the target and his child and girlfriend were present.
And that's what I just read to you guys just now, which is a statement he gave to the police.
Woody gave the name Tay to someone he recognized.
Investigators showed him a photo lineup, specifically including a man named Octavius Franklin, a known associate of Peanut and member of the Inglewood family bloods.
Woody was unable to identify Tay, stating there was another so he snitched on him because obviously they shot him and his girlfriend when he was coming out and he shot back at them.
So we'll fast forward this part, right?
Because I read that to y'all already.
And then here's more paperwork that they found on Lil Woody.
While many are already convinced Lil Woody is a rat, nobody else has been able to produce any of the paperwork or even a high quality picture of the paperwork, leaving some speculating it could be fake.
But that's why y'all are rocking with me and you know I'm rocking with y'all.
A 2016 search warrant for Lil Woody's iPhone will reveal new details of what started the war between Inglewood and YSL, confirm Woody is a snitch and reveal another YSL member spoke with detectives.
And yo, I got a month ago.
I got to give him credit for finding this man.
Shout out to him for finding this affidavit.
And you guys are probably wondering, you know, and what's an affidavit for a search warrant?
So guys, when you go ahead and get a search warrant, the officer or the federal agent or the detective, whoever it is, has to go ahead and draft up something called an affidavit in support of a search warrant.
Okay.
And basically what happened here is that you got a detective that says under oath, yo, I need to search this phone and this is why.
Okay.
So this right here, what you guys are looking at is a search warrant written by investigator David H. White, an officer of the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney's Office charged with the duty of enforcing criminal laws, who is in his official capacity and being duly sworn, deposes and on oath says that he has probable cause to believe that evidence, which is subject to search and seizure is tangible evidence of the crime of murder and participation in criminal street activity.
Right.
So guys, as you all know, look, this is 2016.
They were looking at this shit.
Okay.
Is within the custody and full and control of Fulton County District Attorney's Office, 136 Prior Street.
So they're talking about where it is and then they want to get a search warrant.
The current investigation states on January 10th, 2015, YSL member Shannon Jackson, aka SB, fired out of a moving vehicle shooting high-ranking Inglewood family blood peanut to death as he stood in front of a barber shop.
Initially, this murder was said to be what started the war, but the investigation revealed five days prior to the murder of Peanut, an Inglewood family blood named Kelvin Watts assaulted and attempted to rob YSL Woody at a nightclub.
The Atlanta gang unit believe YSL took revenge on Inglewood family by murdering the big homie.
Bam.
So guys, Lil Woody getting robbed at Club Crucial was the stimuli that led to the retaliation, which was the murdering of Peanut.
Okay.
So obviously you guys can see how he's really intertwined in this whole situation.
And by the way, guys, we got 2,200 plus y'all watching, man.
Please like the video, subscribe to the channel.
And again, show my guy 1090 Jake some love.
Subscribe to his channel.
Like his content as well.
Hours after Peanut was killed, Lil Woody's girlfriend's parents' house was shot up.
Woody denied participating in the murder of Peanut, but how Inglewood family looked at it was he was the reason Peanut died.
Six months after the murder, Lil Woody would fold under pressure as he was the number one target in the YSL-Englewood war.
And that's why they were going after him, shooting at him, guys, with his kids, with you know, when he's holding his daughter and trying to take her to the hospital.
You know, that's when they had been shooting at him.
So obviously they were looking at it like, yo, we try to rob your club crucial.
You know, altercation happens.
Then right after one of their top guys gets murdered in a drive-by shooting.
So obviously they're like, yo, we got to go after this dude.
And then keep in mind, guys, Lil Woody is not a pussy.
He put work in the streets.
All right.
So for him, though, his life is in danger.
And guys, also like the video, please.
He did meant to the lead detective.
He saw Peanuts killer SB.
And these are the guys that were involved in the shooting, guys.
And as y'all know, right, they're the ones named in the indictment.
And like I showed y'all before, here they are once again.
Oh, my bad.
I'm pulling it up right now for you guys.
Give me a second here.
And this was the shooting of Nut on January 10th, January 10th.
Murder.
I think this is, yeah, YSL indictment right here.
Bam.
See, here we go.
Attempted murder.
Why the hell?
Hold on.
My bad.
Yeah, the offensive murder.
Yeah, Jarvis.
And what I'll do is, hold on, let me minimize this for y'all real fast.
Bam.
Jarvis Bradford, Justin Cobb, DeMonte Kendrick, Demise McWillen, and Shannon Stilwell, which Shannon Stillwell, guys, is the one who they're saying was the actual trigger man.
Okay.
Along with Skyface, Yakoti, and Nard and McDonald's just after the shooting.
Woody was there to pick up Skyface, and Skyface told him they just killed Nutt.
Bam.
This would confirm the blurry picture of paperwork that made its way.
And here's the paperwork.
This was, you know, getting shared around or whatever, and people thought it was fake, but ended up being real.
And you can see it, you know, vaguely here.
Through his investigation, DDA Sprinkled advised of the following.
The suspects fired their weapons from a Silver Infinity rented by Jeffrey Williams, also known as Young Thug, as it passed by the aforementioned address where Thomas stood.
Thomas, again, I guess remember his Peanut.
DDA Spring Sprinked was able to locate and confirm the signed rental agreement between Hertz Car Rental and Jeffrey Williams, aka Young Thug.
DDA Sprink obtained records from the Hertz Corporation, which revealed that Williams rented a 2014 Infinity Q50 on January 7th, 2015.
Williams applied his signature to the rental contract, which I can't read this here, which matched the signature of the Fulton County indictment, okay, to which he pled no contest to a possession of a control substance charge.
Holy.
So they went ahead and combined, they compared signatures, guys, okay, from when he was arrested before to the Hurts rental contract.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
Oh, wow.
No wonder they're so sure.
Williams and the shooting suspects are slash were members of Young Slime Life.
Okay, so see, okay, so you know what?
It is Young Slime Life.
It's just funny.
Wikipedia made it.
They made it sound different because they didn't want to use the term slime because slime guys is a common terminology used in the blood gangs.
Okay.
Street gang.
Williams is one of the founding members of YSL.
Captain Street Gang, Donovan Thomas, a victim, was a high-ranking member of the Englewood family street gang.
Multiple witnesses report seeing Williams at a gas station near where the homicide occurred just minutes after the shooting, as well as seeing Williams at a restaurant.
I can't read that in the immediate area of the shooting right after it occurred.
Using seller data obtained in prior search warrants by ADA sprinkle, multiple suspects and known gang members called Williams phone in the hours and minutes leading up to the shooting and the hours and minutes preceding the shooting.
Using this same data, multiple suspects and known gang members were found to be leaving the general area of the shooting and relocating to Williams' residence in Midtown Atlanta right after the shooting.
Multiple suspects present multiple suspects, persons of interest and known gang members stated Williams was aware of the shooting and orchestrated it.
Kenneth Copeland, one of the eyewitnesses and close associates of Williams, stated he was with Williams when he rented the car used in the shooting and advised he knew it was the one the suspects used in the drive-by shooting.
Kenneth Copeland stated he was in the parking lot of a McDonald's immediately following the shooting.
This McDonald's is located at Old Hateville Road and Cleveland Ave, Atlanta.
Okay, you know what?
Let's go ahead, as y'all know that we always do on this podcast.
Let's go ahead and find this McDonald's.
Okay.
And just so you guys know, Cleveland Ave is like where Young Duck is from.
So Cleveland, my spelling sucks.
Sorry, guys.
Cleveland.
I think we got Fresh Prince CEO now.
Shout out to him as well.
Down to Marco.
McDonald's Atlanta.
And then this will go back to it.
It was on the old Hateville Road.
Okay.
Old Hateville.
Right there.
Well, it's Old Hateville Road.
Yep.
Bam.
Let's see here if we can find this McDonald's.
Is this it right here?
Still open.
That's East Point.
Is this it?
The one below it.
This one?
Yeah.
No, well, that's Hateville, Georgia.
Well, wait, hold on.
Is this it?
Because that's East Point.
We do it live, guys.
We do it live.
Let's see here.
Technically, is.
Is this what?
I think that's it.
Let's zoom in on this bad boy.
Yeah.
This is it right here.
Where?
Yeah, yeah.
This is right here.
Okay.
This is the McDonald's.
So he found it.
I'm just trying to go ahead.
Where's the little man?
So I can drop this shit on it.
So I can put the like go to a street view.
Just use the emails.
Maybe website.
Noah.
Gabriel McDonald's website.
If I drop the little man here.
I think this is it.
Next door.
God damn it.
Where's the McDonald's?
884 Cleveland Ave?
I don't know.
Go all the way right there.
Go all the way down.
This way?
The other way.
Hold on.
This way?
Down this way?
Go back.
What do you mean?
Go back this way?
Go back to the main to where we came from.
God damn it.
This is where we started.
And now it's got to be like right there.
Right here?
Yeah.
Okay, let me let me go.
Let me drag my way over there then.
I think this is the McDonald's right here.
So y'all are working alongside me here.
Yep, there.
I think I can see it right there.
So this is the McDonald's that he waited at.
Sorry, guys, about that.
We do a lot, baby.
We do a lot.
But this is the McDonald's right here.
Right next to Walmart.
So this is allegedly where they met.
Okay, after.
And Cleveland Ave, Atlanta.
Kenneth Copeland says he observed Williams driving his personal car, a white Jeep, pull into the parking lot and observe Damaican Garlington, Demise McMullen, Shannon Jackson,
DeMonte Kendricks, Garlington, exited Williams' car and entered Copeland's vehicle and told him they just killed Nutt, referring to The remaining occupants with Williams.
Brad, surprisingly, within the search warrant, it also states Scott Face spoke with lead detective Thorpe.
Scott Face told detectives he was with Young Thug when Thug gave the other men the rental after Thug had spotted Peanut outside of the barber shop.
Holy!
Oh, shit!
Oh shit!
So you got a couple people confirming this story, man.
Scott Face also told detectives he saw the same rental at the McDonald's after the murder before getting into Woody's car.
Further investigation revealed a possible financial motive for so just so you guys know.
So let's recap this real quick.
What the police have, okay?
So you got, let's rewind this so you guys understand what the hell's going on.
Number one, like the video.
We got 22, almost 2,200 you guys in here.
Now, so the police have two people saying, yo, Jeffrey Williams, aka Young Thug rented the vehicle, right?
And they witnessed the killing or they saw what happened right after, right?
So they got their testimony.
Two people, you know, basically verifying each other's stories independently.
Then on top of that, because remember, the police can never just use criminals' testimony, okay?
They have to be able to corroborate criminal testimony with solid evidence.
So they go ahead and confirm that they're telling the truth because they're able to independently verify that not only did these crooks have their cell phones on them and were in the same vicinity, right?
They also were able to establish that these guys called Young Thug preceding the murder, after the murder.
And on top of that, they went to Young Thug's Midtown Atlanta residence through location data.
So you got testimony from crooks and you got phone data that confirms what the crooks that are testifying are saying, guys, that right there, my friends, is and that is why they have a strong case against your boy Young Thug for murder conspiracy, guys.
Okay.
Now we're going to get into the motive because anytime you have a murder, you want a motive as well.
Murdering Peanut.
At the time, he was the manager of Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Kwan, who Young Thug wanted to collab with.
According to Peanuts family, Peanut and Rich Homie Kwan had no desire to make the collab happen.
And YSL members, including Young Thug, would attempt to aggressively pressure Rich Homie Kwan into doing it, but Peanut wasn't going to let it happen.
So Peanut didn't want it to happen because obviously him and Young Thug had some issues.
Young Thug had dissed them guys prior.
So he's like, no, fuck that shit.
Don't fuck with him.
Said that around this time, Peanut grew increasingly concerned for his safety in the month leading up to his death, as he believed Young Thug would send someone his way.
Peanuts' brother, who stood near him moments after he'd been shot, heard Peanut's last words.
Thug had me killed.
Holy shit, guys.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
That right there is going to be used as evidence as well.
You have an eyewitness, right, that's saying the person that got murdered said in his last breath, who killed him?
Okay?
So, man.
February 19th, 2015.
It had been six weeks since Peanut was murdered.
Lil Woody walked out of his baby's mother's house carrying a Casi and his eight-month-old daughter.
All right.
So we, so yeah, that's that's enough on that one.
But now you guys know what I mean when I said that, yo, he was giving a bunch of information.
And yeah, guys, I mean, it's not looking too good for the YSO situation.
Because here's the thing: Woody and that other dude, Scarface, like Scar, there's going to be way more informants than just them.
I'm willing to bet there's probably at least 10 to 20 informants.
Now, with that said, since this information got out, obviously, you know, people have been kind of retracting their statements, which I'm going to talk about here in a second.
Let's pull this up right now.
Because now people, it's kind of got out that Woody has been providing information and he has some threats thrown at him.
So let's go ahead and see what's been going on with that.
Sympathizers are threatening the life of a witness in the criminal case against rapper Young Thug and 27 other alleged gang members.
Yeah, of course they're going to threaten him, man.
They like Young Thug's music, guys.
Guys, like the video, please.
All right.
Do me a favor, like the video.
What do we have for likes right now?
I'm giving you a lot of sauce.
I'm breaking down how people do how the, you know, how the police investigate cases, etc.
We had about 1.34.
1.4.
Okay.
Just the witness.
Give me the 2,000 guys, please.
And Channel 2 Investigative Reporter Mark Winney, live now at the Fulton County Courthouse covering this.
Mark, the DA says someone leaked the identities of that witness.
And we obtained a motion where the prosecution is asking a judge to take action.
The DA and Young Thugs attorney probably disagree about a lot in this case, but if this happened, they seem on the same page.
It should not have.
It's bad.
This is putting people at risk and is poisoning the jury pool.
Please stop immediately.
See, because obviously Brian Steele, Young Thug's attorney, doesn't want this information out there, guys, because he doesn't want his client to come off as like a gangland leader that's trying to get people intimidated, witnesses intimidated, getting people shot up or whatever it may be.
So obviously for him, these documents getting leaked is a big deal.
YSL enthusiasts and/or actual gang members are threatening someone they believe is cooperating with the state and not only that person, but their very small children.
Fulton County district.
And not only that, guys, you got to remember, they have to take these threats seriously.
And a lot of the people that are probably like sending these threats or whatever, they're probably just crazy fans or trolls.
But this is an instance where being a famous rapper and being a gangster can come back to hurt you because now your fans and your supporters are hurting you because they're out here said, yo, if you snitch on Young Thug, we're going to fucking kill you, bro.
You better fuck a stop or else.
But they got to take the threat seriously.
Attorney Fonnie Willis says discovery in legal terms is material.
One side turns over to another after an indictment.
Okay, when they say, let me clarify that because that's a little confusing.
What they mean by that, guys, is when the police arrest you, okay, when the police arrest you, they have evidence on you, obviously, right?
You've been indicted by a grand jury.
You've been charged.
You've been formally charged.
So now, dual process, they have to show you all the evidence they have against you so that you can actually properly prepare your defense.
And, you know, you're innocent until proven guilty.
So discovery is the process from which the prosecution gives the defense counsel all the material in that case.
Obviously, as a defendant, you get to look at some of the discovery material and you're able to, you know, connect the dots and figure out who the hell is snitching, blah, blah, blah.
So in this case, they're able to connect the dots.
Some of the stuff got, you know, leaked.
And then that's where these allegations are coming in with little Woody being the snitch and other people as well.
The playing field before trial and in the YSL gang racketeering case in which Jeffrey Williams, better known as the megastar rapper Young Thug, is the best known of more than two dozen defendants.
The D.A.'s office has discovered a discovery document and part of a cooperating witnesses statement made it onto social media.
And the life of that witness, a cooperating YSL associate, and that witness's children are in jeopardy as a result.
Ms. Willis says authorities are still investigating who leaked the discovery material.
A new indictment just last week added new charges against Young Thug and a handful of other defendants in the case.
Young Thug's attorney Brian Steele and the DA seem to agree the discovery leak is bad.
Whomever is placing items of discovery online is not doing anybody a favor.
It is totally inappropriate to try to try this case in social media.
This case will be tried fairly and justly in Fulton County Superior Court.
Concerning the reindictment, Steele said Mr. Williams has committed no crime whatsoever.
I look forward to the commencement of the jury trial.
And they're going to definitely go to trial because he's looking at some very serious charges, man, with murder, which could potentially get him to death penalty.
The DA's office says it was happy with a July 6th order issued by the judge in the YSL case saying, in essence, lawyers may not share contact information for witnesses with their clients in the interest of preventing those witnesses from harm.
And that happens fairly often in federal cases as well, guys.
We're having to ask for further restrictions.
Ms. Willis says she wants the judge to tell defense lawyers not to give discovery documents to their clients, though they can look at them.
There are threats out there.
Absolutely, there are threats.
Given the allegations in the indictment, you do not believe they're idle threats.
I do not.
The DA's office says social media comments it shared with us pertain to the improper discussion.
Of course, people are going to talk shit on Instagram, guys.
Like I told y'all before, a lot of crazy fans.
Also, guys, I'm looking right now.
We're at 1.4k likes.
Can y'all do me a huge solid and give me the 2,000 likes?
Help me get 100% engagement almost.
It really helps with the video, man, and helps also with, you know, getting this content out to more people.
...closure of an alleged witness's name.
One commenter said, big rat and a little mice.
And another said, you or your kids ain't safe.
Of course the keyboard warriors, bro.
Fucking crazy.
Says steps have been taken to protect the alleged witness and the witnesses' children.
Gonna have to do things to make sure that the witnesses are safe.
We need people to understand that they can cooperate, they can do the right thing, and the state will be here to protect them.
Now, we've seen he's gonna have to go into witness protection after this thing, man.
Of course, what we believe is the disclosure and issue, or at least part of it, but we see no valid purpose in further sharing it.
Now, here's the problem: I don't know if the state of Georgia offers witness protection, guys.
I know the feds obviously offer witness protection.
The U.S. Marshal Service runs that.
And it's a whole program, right?
And it's very common with gang cases.
But the state, I'm not sure if they have that, man.
So all the defendants in the case that are going to testify are in some serious fucking danger, man.
So, you know, it is what it is.
Anyway, yeah, guys.
So, those are some updates on the cases, man.
Those are some of the people that are, you know, potentially, you know, snitching.
Oh, also, one of the shooters, just so y'all know, I also found this little piece of paperwork as well that I'll share with y'all.
Hold on.
Let me share screen with y'all real fast.
My bad, guys.
I don't know why this thing is being slow.
Okay.
So, here is your guy, Shannon Jackson, by the way, who's actually one of the shooters.
Look at this.
Of course, someone has to put this up here.
Why it's all paperwork goes, Shannon Jackson, as you guys know, this guy was the main, allegedly the main person that killed Nut.
He goes, in that interview, Shannon Jackson advised that he witnessed the parties that were responsible for the shooting at the vehicle that I can't see that.
That ultimately led to Tiara Jones' death.
According to Shannon Jackson, he did not know the individual's real names, but was able to provide the nicknames for the individuals.
Those names were as follows.
Shell Ket, Shell Kell, Smoke, and Merrill.
When asked why he did not provide me with this information when first interviewed, Shannon Jackson advised that he was concerned about retaliation against his family, in particular, his grandmother.
So, yeah, man, this is definitely.
So, yep, it is what it is, man.
You win some, you lose some, right, guys?
This is why the street life is not the life that you want to be in, man.
No one is safe, guys.
No one is safe.
All right.
And also, there's some also some rumors that YSL people have been providing information against 4PF, which if you guys are wondering, that's Lil Baby's gang.
And some documents actually leaked of all the gangs that the attorney's office was looking at.
And 4PF was on that fucking list.
Guys, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, do not join gangs.
Don't do criminal activity with gangs because what's going to happen is you're going to get wrapped up in a goddamn racketeering case.
I showed y'all the Fed case that, yeah, Gotti had.
He did four years for a gun, but during the course of that investigation, when he talked about, yo, I had the gun, my man had the gun, he was going to commit the murder, but then I ended up taking a gun.
He did four years for that, and they're still using his statements that his man was going to take the gun and shoot in the state racketeering case saying that he had possession of the firearm and was going to go ahead and commit a murder because when they got caught and pulled over by Atlanta Police Department with the guns, they were caught in an Englewood neighborhood.
So they were able to go ahead and say, yo, you guys were there in furtherance of the conspiracy to, you know, to up the standing of YSL trying to shoot and kill gang members because his man that's also a YSL member had been assaulted by some Englewood bloods, guys.
So guys, this is what happens with gang cases.
They're able to link everything back against the organization, man.
All right.
Want to do some super chats?
Yeah, let's hit some of these chats.
And guys, like the damn video.
Give me the 2,000 likes, please.
I'm about to do a three-peek for you guys.
I'm about to do Whitey Bulger right after this.
Tremaine Missick goes five bucks for all the way from the UK.
Shout out to you.
Boss Man Bambino goes five bucks episode on Trump pardons for Lil Wayne and Kodak.
Maybe.
I don't know if that's if enough people want to see that.
Can you do JP Morgan money laundering slash others?
I could do a money laundering case for y'all.
Ryan Reynolds, two bucks.
We know you're a hard worker, but any hobbies, though?
The gym, my friends.
The gym and giving y'all this content.
That's my hobbies.
Anything else?
Yeah, there's more to go squad.
Big Mo's in the chat, by the way, guys.
Don't demarcate.
Because there's nothing better than going to get McDonald's after a gangland hit, right?
Young Thug knows what to do.
Three Diglas, 50 bucks, Marin.
Can police get phone data of random people for no reason, similar to how they run plates of random people on the street?
Um, no, you have to.
Um, if you're gonna get a subpoena, that's fairly easy to get.
You don't really need a court order.
It's still a court legal document, but a lot of agencies can go ahead and do it administratively.
So I know for a fact that DEA, HSI, and FBI can get it administratively, but agencies like ATF and shit, they got to send a grand jury subpoena, which is fucking sucks for them.
But to get to get subpoenas and figure out who the subscriber is, it's pretty easy.
But to like actually get real data on their phone, like search the phone or get any like location data, you need a search warrant for that.
And then running plates on people on the street, that's not a search, guys.
Your plates are there for a reason.
There's a reason why the police can stop you.
When you're on the road, you're basically on state property and they have a right to know who the hell is using those roads, which is why they want license plates on your vehicle.
Big Mo BT BITW, five bucks goes.
My guy, King Life, said, talk about bust a nut.
Y'all are fucking crazy, bro, in the chat.
Three Diglas, 20 bucks.
Myron, would you say that the music industry hip-hop mostly is synonymous to danger and bad stuff?
Yeah, man.
I mean, rappers, being a hip-hop artist, is one of the most dangerous jobs, man.
They're killing them left and right.
So, guys, you know, be safe, be safe out there.
If you're a musician, if you're in a gang, get the fuck out.
Aliago, shout out from the boys, DHSHQ.
Shout out to you, bro.
We got caught up.
That's it.
Cool.
So, guys, I'm looking right now.
We got 1.5k.
Guys, 500 more likes, please.
So, anyway, Christina, where can people find you?
If you want to even disclose it, I know you're.
I mean, I might as well because they already found it.
You can give an IG act because Steve Bojas.
I'm actually coming up with a website for my special effects.
Okay.
Yo, give the people an update on Young Dolph because they ask me all the time and I keep telling them that you're responsible for that.
And they also want the GD stuff with 22G's and Coach the Ghost.
Give them the update on those two cases.
So, 22G's, he just had a court appearance.
So, now that documents are actually going to be like, we're able to get them now.
Before, I didn't really have anything that was everything was sealed.
Talking about move it up to you.
For him, and then Coach the Ghost, he actually goes in court soon.
So, once he like has his first court appearance, then we can actually get the documents and then young dolls for a young dollar.
They've been asking that forever, forever.
Listen, I have all the stuff to get the paperwork, and just people are not reliable.
Like, I tell them this is what you have to go do.
It's completely easy.
Like, you literally just have to go pick it up for me.
That's it.
I do anyone from Memphis, go do it.
We'll pay you to go, man.
And don't call the courthouse.
Just like you got to show up.
Just show up and literally just show up.
I'll literally be on the phone with you and walk you through it.
But people who want to help, they literally call the courthouse because they don't want to, they're too lazy to go in person.
And that just like you can't get it.
Yeah.
If you guys want young dolphin, man, anyone from the Memphis area, man, hit us up, man, on our on our other Instagram.
It's Feda1811, right?
Yeah.
On Instagram.
And hit it up.
Christina manages that and she'll give you instructions.
And we, we pay y'all, man, if you go out there and you, and you do it, man.
Like I said, it's so easy.
I do all the work.
Like, you literally just have to like pick up the papers.
I say, I do everything.
I give you all the information.
I give you the numbers.
I give you the addresses.
I give you everything.
Bam.
There you go.
So, yeah, guys, we're working on Young Dolph and, you know, the GD stuff for y'all with 22G's and Coach the Ghost.
I have some of the documents for them, but I need you guys' help.
So for the Young Dolph, I know you guys have been asking for that one for a long time.
And I'm honestly, can I do a breakdown of Young Dolph right now?
I could, but I want to give you guys the documents so I can give y'all that sauce, man.
I want to give it to you guys, like, for real, for real.
There's so much that's being hidden that's not fully out there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's another thing, too.
You want to tell them real quick about why it's so difficult to get the young dolphin stuff?
So what I've heard is that like it's gang officiated.
So a lot of stuff they're not trying to get out because of the fact that you have witnesses who are testifying and then they don't want to be known.
But obviously, like if I get the documents, I'm going to like black out the names.
I'm not going to put the names on them.
Yeah, yeah.
Like, I'm not going to do that.
And then there's some people who say, oh, I'm going to go get it.
Like the video, guys, 1.6k, get us a two.
When they find out who it is, they don't want to do it because they get scared.
Yeah.
Like, honestly, I feel like I feel like I should just go to Memphis myself and just pick up the documents because it just makes no sense at this point.
And also for New York, it's in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So it's, it's literally in Brooklyn.
Everything, the police station and the courthouse.
It's all in Brooklyn.
Yeah.
For the, for the, yeah, for the 22G's and Coach the Ghost.
Yeah, which I'm a fan of their music for real.
I love, I like the Wu and the Cho rappers, man.
I like both, man.
I'm not on this stuff.

You're facing two counts of meditative murder.
Bracketeering and Rico conspiracy.
Young Slime Life, hereinafter referred to as YSL did the same.
