Time Text
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fed It, man.
I know it's an early Fed It on a Monday, but you know, I got back really late yesterday.
So, let's get right into it, guys.
We got a great show planned for you.
I'm going to talk to you guys about my first day on duty on the job.
let's get it move over denzel okay guys i used to be a special agent while i'm launching investigations this This is the arrest paper.
Okay, so here is the booking.
Cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
Those are like two crimes that I'm a very good agent, very strong agent.
I did a lot of big cases.
I've done Title 3 Intercepts, which is basically listening to phones.
I've written hundreds of affidavits to arrest people.
I've done, I've been a grand jury and testified a million times.
I've done big cases.
I've done and we are back.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fed It, man.
I'm so glad to be back.
You guys can be anywhere else, but you guys are here with me, man.
So, welcome.
So, real quick, guys, we had a great time in Dallas, Texas.
Shout out to all the guys out there in Dallas that helped us out.
Shout out to you, SCON71.
Salute at Fed 1811, $10.
Thank you so much, my friend, for super chat of the day.
And yes, happy Memorial Day to all you guys.
But yeah, quick little update, guys.
So we're in Dallas this weekend.
It was a great time.
We went and met up with some supporters.
Like, man, like almost 200 people showed up.
It was crazy.
We were at the Clover Club out there in Dallas, Texas.
And I'm sure you guys saw on Fresh's vlog that while we were gone, you know, some guys decided to break into our Airbnb and steal absolutely nothing.
Stupid.
Yeah, guys.
So all they got basically was Fresh's Louis Vuitton back, right?
Which is about $3,500.
And I think he had his keys in there, but locks are already switched.
You know what I'm saying?
We're good now.
They didn't get anything.
You know, I think they were probably trying to get Fresh's jewelry because my AirPod Pro Maxes were still there.
My Apple watch was there.
My AirPods were still there.
I had regular AirPods.
They didn't take any of that stuff.
We had a Nintendo Switch in there.
They didn't take it.
They didn't take none of the TVs in the Airbnb.
They didn't take anything, guys, except for Walt's fucking Louis Vuitton bag, which if that's what they wanted, okay.
You guys commit a felony for $3,3500.
You guys are very stupid.
But I think they wanted the jewelry, guys, and they didn't get it.
Fortunately, I had my Rolex on with me, right?
I wear this thing on all the time now.
Fresh had all his jewelry.
So yeah.
And by the way, if you guys are wondering, this is probably going to be the one and only nice thing I get.
Shout out to Darney, 299, Super Sticker.
Appreciate that, my friend.
But yeah, guys, I mean, we're good.
Nothing happened.
I appreciate it.
got a whole bunch of messages from you guys, you know, checking in on us.
We're good, man.
No issues.
And yeah, like those criminals were very, very dumb.
Like, they didn't take anything.
And I was like, what the hell?
Like, could you, you guys should have at least taken my AirPods or something so you guys could have made some money, but I guess not.
And guys, give me a one in the chat if the audio is good before I get going here.
And we got Derek Mitchell, $10.
We need an R. Kelly Feta episode.
Thank you so much.
And you know what, man?
I will, you know what?
Let me write that shit down.
I will do an R. Kelly for you guys because that case was actually Federal.
It was our Chicago office.
It was HSI that did that case.
So let me write that down.
R. Kelly case.
I didn't think about that one.
And then, oh, here we go.
Freshman CEO in the house.
They tried and failed.
Got another backpack too.
Yeah, and that's true, bro.
The LV that you got in that was actually a lot nicer than that one.
So, you know, all you guys did was just have Fresh buy another LV bag that looks better.
So you guys, quite frankly, all I got to say on those losers.
She's stupid.
The L Robbers, my friends, you know, they probably broke in there like, yeah, we got this.
We're going to totally go in there and take all their shit.
It was probably like fucking Byron and the other crook that Fresh dresses up as Bresh.
Bresh and Byron went in there to try to get some fucking money and they couldn't get anything.
So yeah, futile robbery attempt there, man, because they were watching us clearly.
And it's just that they thought Fresh was going to have some jewelry sitting there in the back and they didn't get nothing.
But, you know, it is what it is, bro.
We're chilling.
So yeah, Fresh went ahead and bought another bag the next day, bro.
I forgot about that shit.
But, yeah, we're definitely not doing Airbnbs ever again, bro.
That's definitely – oh, yeah, Hood Ninja Fresh.
There we go.
Yeah, we're never going to do Airbnbs ever again.
But other than that, okay, let me make sure.
Are we all caught up on super chats?
Yes.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right.
I got a woman helping me out, guys.
We're going to refer to her as Oregon.
What's the name of that game that everyone played back in the day, Oregon Trail?
I have no idea how I'm playing JP.
You have no game.
Okay.
Well, you're useless.
It's just like the others.
Oregon Trail.
Okay.
So anyway, so guys, today we're going to talk about my first day on duty, right?
I'm going to hit the gym after this.
We got an action bag day, guys.
I'm going to film some content with Brandon Carter later on.
And then we got Derek Moneyberg.
I think Brandon's going to be in the house as well.
And then we're going to have after hours.
Kuma San, I'm glad you guys are good.
It was probably some fat Reddit mods.
Maybe.
Maybe.
Who knows?
You guys, this Reddit beef with the mods is hilarious.
Thank you, Kumasan.
I appreciate that.
Boy, back in Miami.
So, okay.
So let's go down memory lane.
Okay, guys.
So the year.
The year is 2014, guys, and I am in great old Laredo, Texas.
And I know some of you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck is Laredo, Texas?
Don't worry.
I'm a step ahead.
This is where I started my career, guys, as an agent.
I started it right here in good old Laredo, Texas.
Okay.
Now, you guys, here's Laredo right here.
So on the big map, right?
Here's where we were, where those robbers failed.
That was Dallas, right?
And you go all the way down here, right?
To good old Laredo, Texas is right on the Mexican border of Nueva Laredo.
Okay.
And this place right here, never go here, guys.
This is extremely dangerous.
This is where the Zetas reigned supreme for several years.
And now it's Cartel del Noreste, if my memory serves me correctly.
When I left in 2018, they were the ones in charge.
That was a Mexican cartel.
And Laredo, guys, is right here and it's separated by the Rio Grande River.
Okay.
And I liked Laredo.
It was a good time.
You know, it's definitely not like the, it's definitely not like the United States.
It's another world.
Okay.
I mean, we're talking, no one here speaks English.
It's basically like Mexico.
Okay.
And let's pull up Laredo real quick on the on Google, just so you guys kind of get an idea of Laredo, Texas.
It also has the largest guys trucking port in the country.
Okay.
Laredo is a city and county in the county of Webb County, Texas, United States, on the north bank of the Rio Grande in South Texas across the Nuevaredo, Da Malipas, Mexico.
So Nueva Laredo is the city, guys.
Ta Malipas is the state, and then Mexico is the country.
Laredo has the distinction of flying seven flags, the flag of the former Republic of the Rio Grande, which is now the flag of the city.
In addition to the six flags of Texas, founded in 1755, Laredo grew from a village to the capital of the short-lived Republic of Rio Grande to the largest inland port on the Mexican border.
Laredo's economy is based on International Trail Mexico.
Many major transportation companies have a facility in Laredo.
Like I said, it's the biggest trucking port.
The city is in the southern end of I-35, what makes it close.
It makes it close to the manufacturers in northern Mexico.
It has four international bridges and one railway bridge.
Okay.
And these four bridges, guys, which I'm going to talk to you guys in detail in other episodes, are huge for smuggling.
Okay.
According to the 2010 census, the city population was 236,000, making it the 10th most populous city in Texas and the third most populated U.S. city on the Mexican border.
And this, guys, Laredo, for the longest amount of time, was in the top 10, was in the top 10 for fastest growing cities in the United States.
After San Diego, California, El Paso, Texas, its metropolitan area is 178th largest in the U.S. It includes all of Webb County with a population of 250,000.
Laredo is also part of the cross-border Laredo, Nueva Laredo metropolitan area with an estimated population of 636K.
Laredo is notable for its high Hispanic proportion, which at over 95% is the highest proportion of Hispanic Americans out of any city in the United States outside of Puerto Rico.
Okay.
So guys, your boy Myron was struggling with the Spanish.
I'll tell you that.
I didn't go nowhere without a fucking translator.
Okay.
Because of this, it is one of the least ethnically diverse cities in the United States.
When economic household and social diversity are considered Laredo is the 19th least diverse of the 313 largest cities in the nation.
Texas A ⁇ M International University and Laredo College are in Laredo.
And Laredo International Airport is within the Laredo city limits, while the Queza Cotoli International Airport is nearby and Nueva Laredo on the Mexican side.
Hell no, never go over here, guys.
Fuck that.
Don't go to Nueva Laredo.
The biggest festival at Washington's birthday celebration is held during the later part of January in the majority of February, attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists.
So we got an idea of where Laredo is, where it's situated.
And then this is Interstate Highway 35, guys.
And this right here, guys, is one of the main corridors for smuggling.
Okay.
And as you guys can see, Interstate 35 takes you from here, right?
And I'm going to talk to you.
You guys remember Ctulla that did my episode on the closest I ever came to shooting someone.
This is where we did an operation here.
And I did a big drug case out of this area.
And I'll detail that for you guys one day.
But as you guys see, Interstate 35 takes you to San Antonio, into Austin, into Waco, Dallas.
Okay.
And then if you follow it, right, it goes into Oklahoma City.
Then it goes into Wichita, Kansas, and then it comes into Kansas City.
And then it goes into Des Moines, Iowa, and then it goes into Minneapolis, and then it goes all the way up here to Duluth, right?
And then I think it ends.
Does it end right here?
Nope, here's here still it goes.
I think it ends right here.
And does it still keep going?
Yep, 35.
Yeah, it ends right around here in Lincoln Park, it looks like, because I don't see anything else here because then it goes into 61.
So this is where it ends, guys.
So as you guys can see, from a grand scheme of things, we're all the way up here in Minnesota, right?
This is Minnesota right here, guys.
Okay, so it damn near takes you into Canada.
So, and bam.
So from here, all the way to where's Minnesota?
God damn it, I'm blind.
Here, sorry.
Sorry, guys.
Here's Minnesota.
So you see, so from here, all the way to up here.
That's Interstate 35, guys.
It takes you through several major cities, OKC, Kansas City, et cetera, all that.
So this is how the drug traffickers go, guys, and the human smugglers.
Typically, the first state, the first place that is dropped is in San Antonio, Texas.
Okay.
99% of the time, guys, when drugs or illegal aliens are coming into the United States, they're trying to go from Nueva Laredo.
Sorry, from Nueva Laredo into Laredo and then into San Antonio.
And then as you guys can see, the reason why it's so important is San Antonio is what I call a transition city.
I followed so many, you know, smugglers into this area.
And I'll do an episode on how I did a controlled delivery one time.
And it was fucking awesome.
And I'll talk to you guys about that one day.
I did so many cool cases and I'll break it down for y'all.
But anyway, and then this takes you to San Antonio.
And as you guys can see here in San Antonio, you got Interstate 10, 37, 35, and Interstate 10.
Why that's critical, guys, is because once you get to San Antonio, you can get anywhere in the United States.
Because Interstate 10, guess where that takes you?
That takes you into Houston.
And then from Houston, that'll take you into Beaumont, Texas, into Lafayette, into New Orleans.
Okay.
And it goes all the way from Mobile.
Right.
And I know this because I took this route when I was moving from Texas all the way to Miami.
I had to take Interstate 10.
It takes you all the way to Jacksonville.
Okay.
So this, this highway.
And remember, guys, the United States, even numbers means east to west.
Odd numbers means north to south.
So again, even numbers, like 10, east to west.
On numbers, like 35, north to south.
And I apologize for losing my voice, guys.
I did a, we were talking a lot while we were out there in Dallas.
So from Jacksonville and then Interstate 10, guys, takes you all the way to where?
Good old Los Angeles, the worst city ever.
Where's 10?
Where's 10?
Bam.
See?
See Interstate 10.
So this, guys, is very valuable for smugglers because when you get to San Antonio, it basically opens up the entire United States for you.
Okay.
See, Interstate 10 takes you through Phoenix.
Okay.
It also takes you through where else it takes you through Las Cruces.
Yeah, and then right back into San Antonio.
Yep.
So it goes all the way across.
Okay.
So now you guys can see why it's so critical for the smugglers to get into Laredo and then bam, right for San Antonio.
And this is going to be very important for you guys because you guys are going to see here very soon.
So now that we understand smuggling routes and we understand the city of Laredo, let's go into the agency that I used to work for, okay, which was Homeland Security Investigations.
And this is all going to make sense for you guys here in a second because the three cases I'm going to talk to you guys about are human smuggling cases.
Okay.
So we got Homeland Security Investigations here.
All right.
Oh, let's go into the wiki because if we go here, it's going to be a little bit right.
So who are these guys, guys?
This is the primary, this is the primary investigative arm for Department of Homeland Security.
Okay.
So, and then this is the badge right here.
And you guys are probably wondering, well, wait, Myron, did you work for ICE?
Like, what are you talking about here?
The answer to that is yes and no.
Okay.
Because, so let's go through this as far as like a hierarchy.
Okay.
Let me hit stop sharing.
So you got Department of Homeland Security up top.
Underneath Homeland Security, right?
You got something called Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, aka ICE, is a large agency, guys, that encompasses many different agencies inside of it.
Okay.
So within ICE, there's two primary agencies.
There's Homeland Security Investigations, HSI, and then there's something called Immigration and Customs Enforcement Enforcement and Removal Operations, ERO.
So you got ERO, HSI, those two agencies, right?
So HSI's job is where they have the special agents.
Okay.
They do criminal investigations.
Okay.
Whether it's human smuggling, human trafficking, drug smuggling, financial crimes, international public corruption, counterproliferation when it comes to U.S. technology, anything going, any immigration violations, customs violations.
We do it all, baby.
Okay.
And this is what I, before I resign in 2020.
Okay.
I got some static guys.
Here, let me move it down a bit.
Okay.
That should be better.
Okay.
So.
Any other chats came in?
Okay.
Blaze Lightyear, five bucks.
Shout out to Laredo, Texas, my hometown.
Now I'm in Dallas.
I'm one of the, I'm the one that asked you the Taco Planck question on Saturday.
It was an honor to meet y'all.
Yo, shout out to you, my friend.
That was a great question.
Taco Planke is a really good Taco Spot guys that they have in South Texas and mostly in Laredo.
But anyway, so you got Homeland Security Investigations, which has a special agents, right?
The criminal investigators, the 1811s, as you would say, right?
This is what the channel is named after, 1811.
And they do the criminal investigations.
Then you got enforcement removal operations on the other side, guys, which they enforce all the immigration laws.
They're the ones actually deporting illegal aliens.
They're going after fugitive aliens that, you know, that didn't necessarily show up for their court dates with the immigration judge.
So ERO handles immigration only.
HSI handles immigration only if it has a criminal nexus.
Does that make sense in the chat, guys?
Give me ones in the chat if that makes sense.
Give me ones in the chat if that makes sense.
The difference between HSI and ERO.
And they're all under the umbrella of ICE.
Okay, perfect, perfect.
So now that that makes sense, we're going to go ahead and get into what human smuggling is.
Okay, guys.
So, or actually, let's go into Border Patrol.
So Border Patrol, guys, is another agency within the Department of Homeland Security.
And their job is to protect the borders from drugs and human smuggling.
Okay.
And, you know, other foreign threats.
Okay.
So Border Patrol.
Hold on one second.
And I'm going to show you guys what their badge looks like as well.
United States Border Patrol, right?
Because we got a lot of international viewers here.
So I want to make sure you guys understand this stuff because then it's going to make sense when I talk about the cases because we're going to start to move kind of fast here.
So here's the United States Border Patrol, guys.
They're a federal law enforcement component of the United States Customs and Border Protection.
So Border Patrol is underneath CBP.
Okay.
So you got U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, and then bam, here's their badge right here.
Okay.
They're green.
Okay, guys.
So when you go to the airport and you see those guys in the blue uniforms, that's customs and border protection office of field operation, aka OFO.
When you're not on the border, when you're not at basically a valid point of entry, a POE, you're going to see Border Patrol.
So Border Patrol, think of it this way.
If you see green, that's not good.
That means you're probably trying to come into the United States illegally because they're patrolling that area to make sure no one comes in illegally.
If you see blue and you're going through a valid port of entry, then you're good.
Now, if you see Border Patrol at a checkpoint, that's different, which we're going to talk about a checkpoint here in a second.
But in general, guys, when you come into an airport or whatever it may be, you're going to see customs and border protection blue uniforms 99% of the time.
And then when you're out in the rural area, et cetera, outside of being going through a checkpoint, you're going to see Border Patrol in green uniforms.
Okay.
The U.S. Border Patrol is composed of federal agents that secure the borders of the United States, according to a website in 2021.
Its mission is securing the U.S. borders between ports of entry.
See, like I said, POEs, to detect and prevent the illegal entry of individuals into the United States, together with other law enforcement officers, the Border Patrol helps maintain borders at work, facilitating the flow of legal migration and goods while preventing the illegal trafficking of people and contraband.
Okay.
And they got almost 20,000 agents in 2019.
The Border Patrol is one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the United States for fiscal year 2017.
Congress enacted a budget of $3,800,253,000 for the Border Patrol.
So they're a huge agency, guys.
So, okay.
And they said that the morale, yeah, I'm not going to lie.
A lot of Border Patrol agents complain about their job.
They do it pretty well, though.
I don't know why they're mad.
But anyway, so now we know what the Border Patrol is.
Okay.
So now that we understand what the Border Patrol is, guys, we're going to go ahead and go into this faithful day.
Okay.
So when I was in Texas, guys, we're going to go back to, hold on, let me make sure I go.
I got any chats here.
Anything came in?
Nope.
Woman, get off your phone.
Help us out.
Okay.
Okay, nothing.
We're caught up.
All right.
So back in 2014, guys, and can you pass me another one of these?
About to hit the gym after this, guys.
So back in 2014, guys, I was a brand new agent in Laredo, Texas.
Okay.
And I had just moved there from Fletse, aka in Georgia.
Okay.
And here's an old picture of your boy.
I'm gonna share the screen right here with you guys.
This photo was taken in September of 2014.
This is me a long ass time ago.
Okay.
And this is me on the bridge to the United States.
Basically, I was technically in Mexico here.
Don't tell the Mexican authorities.
But this is me on the bridge here.
And if you go all the way into that bridge, Mexican customs is right there.
And that was me back in the day.
There I am with my little G-Shock and my dirty ass boat shoes.
And you guys can't see, but I'm concealing a gun right here.
Okay.
And there's my little M-frames.
So, and my fucked up teeth.
And I had hair back then too.
God damn it.
Yes, your boy had hair back then.
All right.
So that was me back in the day.
And this picture, guys, actually was taken when I was doing.
So when you become a new agent in Laredo, Texas, what they do is they have you spend a week with Border Patrol.
They have you spend a week with ERO, aka the guys that actually remove aliens, and they have you spend a week with customs and border protection.
And the reason why they have you do that is that you can kind of figure out how they operate, how they do things.
So because we work with these agencies a lot, because when Border Patrol catches someone, guys, or customs catches someone, they call us.
So think of Border Patrol and U.S. customs and border protection in general.
Think of them as the police officers, and HSI are the detectives.
So anything that they catch, they call us and then we show up.
Okay.
So you need to be able to, you know, understand how these agencies work so that you can properly respond.
And you know their limitations, you know their strengths, you know their weaknesses, etc.
Okay.
So yeah, this is your boy Myron back in the day.
Anyway.
Someone said you look like a true African.
I look like a true African, they said.
Yeah, fuck you guys.
Yeah, women really did.
I got less stress back then, man.
I'll tell you all that.
So anyway, so that was your boy Myron back in the day, right?
So hold on.
I'm going to pull up the court documents here for you guys here in a second.
All right.
And which I have them ready to go.
But anyway, so when you, after you do your rotation, then you go into the field and you start working, right?
So you did your rotational border patrol and everything else like that.
So when I was in Laredo, Texas, guys, I was assigned to something called a human smuggling group.
Okay.
And human smuggling, guys, is a crime where you basically bring illegal aliens into the United States.
And I know what you guys are probably wondering.
Well, Myron, aren't these just like Mexicans running across the border illegally?
Right?
The answer to that, my friends, is nope.
Human smuggling is a very sophisticated organized crime that encompasses criminal organizations utilizing the wants of foreign nationals to come into the United States.
You cannot come into the United States, right, and basically cross this river right here, which I'm going to show you guys here in a second.
You cannot cross the Rio Grande River, right, without, and here it's right here.
You go back to Laredo.
As you guys can see, this is the Rio Grande River right here, right?
This is this river.
This river, my friends, is controlled by and it's controlled by the Cartel do Noneste, all right?
Which it used to be the La Zetas back then.
But let me go ahead and show you guys who these dudes are.
Okay.
Well, it's when I was on the job, it was the Zetas.
All right.
It was these guys right here.
Okay.
And they're Mexican criminal or syndicate regarded as one of the most dangerous Mexico's drug cartels.
They're known for engaging in brutality, violence, shock, and tactics such as beheadings, torture, and indiscriminate murder.
Yeah.
These guys, guys, they're all paramilitary.
A lot of them used to be Mexican Marines that basically, you know, converted to the dark side and they just started like, you know, killing people all over the place.
So they kill rival gang members.
And when they kill them, they don't just kill them.
They kill them, behead them, and like hang their body up on bridges and shit like that.
Okay.
It's extremely grotesque.
These guys are probably one of the most, they're probably the most violent cartel in Mexico by far because when they kill, they're paramilitary.
They're deadly.
They have access to military grade weapons.
And I remember when I was in Laredo, Texas, these guys used to be fighting with the Mexican Marines like almost every night.
In 2014, man, there was a vicious war on the other side.
So that's why I never go to Mexico and I never will.
I've just seen so many horrible things.
So going back to what I was saying, right?
These guys control the Rio Grande River.
So let's go back here.
Laredo, Texas.
Let's go on the map, right?
So these guys control the Rio Grande, right?
So if you cross the Rio, and what they do is every single illegal alien that crosses into the Rio Grande into the United States has to pay the cartel something called a cota.
Okay.
Then this is basically about $1,000 U.S. so that they can cross the river.
If you get caught crossing the river without paying the quota to the cartel, you're going to probably either get killed or your ass whooped.
So every illegal alien that comes through the United States has got to into the United States has to pay a quota.
And then if they're exotic, Chinese, Arab, Indian, et cetera, they have to pay more.
All right.
Russian, any of these countries that are like have issues with the United States.
It's hilarious how these Mexican cartels pay attention to geopolitics.
Any of these aliens that might have issues with the United States got to pay more.
Okay.
Because the cartel takes more risk by allowing them to cross the river.
Because remember, guys, when national security threats hit, it makes it more difficult for them to smuggle other contraband and illegal aliens into the United States.
Contrary to popular belief, these cartels want the borders to be open so that they can go ahead and do what they got to do.
So anytime like there's a terrorist attack or if someone kills a border patrol agent or shoots an agent or whatever it may be, the cartel will actually go find that fucking guy, beat his ass and tie his ass to a tree and tell the Americans come get him.
Why?
Because they don't want heightened security because it fucks up their business because they can't smuggle in drugs like they want to.
So that's a little tidbit right there that the mainstream media isn't going to tell you.
A lot of the time, when someone does something stupid, whether it's like it affects national security or they smuggle in some aliens that shouldn't be coming through or they kill an agent or shoot at an agent or shoot at law enforcement in general, the borders get closed down.
And when the borders get closed down, the cartel goes crazy.
So they go find the guys that are responsible, fuck them up, kill them.
And or most of the time, they beat them up and then they tie them to a tree and tell the Americans where they are.
Yo, like the fucking video.
Because I ain't nobody going to tell y'all shit like that.
But anyway, going back to what I was saying.
So going back to human smuggling organizations, it's a very sophisticated crime.
So the smugglers that live in Nueva-Laredo, okay, there's a couple of different smuggling organizations that live here.
Okay.
They all either work for the cartel or pay the cartel money, okay, so that they can conduct their business without getting beat up.
Essentially, they get extorted.
Okay.
Either they're being extorted or if or if a member of the organization is a part of the cartel, that person takes a cut of whatever money comes through or whatever aliens cross.
All right.
So it's very sophisticated, guys.
And then once they get them into the United States, there's a, so you got your Mexican network, right?
Which is responsible for smuggling the aliens typically from Mexico City, right?
So most of the time, the illegal aliens come into Mexico, right, through Mexico City, or they come in from the southwest, from the southwest border here.
They travel through these countries, make it into Mexico City.
Once they make it into Mexico City, guys, this person here that's responsible for them is typically going to get them to one of these major border cities, okay?
Whether it's Nueva Laredo, Reynosa, Mato Moros, right?
And as you guys can see, there's a sister city on the other side.
So in this case, with Reynosa, you got McAllen, right?
With Montamoros, you got Brownsville, all right?
And you got the whole valley here.
You got Mission, McAllen, Farr, Alamo, Donna, Westlico, all these areas, Edinburgh, all right?
And then, and then you got Rio Grande City.
So Roma, what's the Mexican city?
Yeah, see that?
Yeah.
God.
Oh, my God.
Don't ever go to Roma, Texas.
Jesus.
I remember that place.
Anyway, but you guys get the idea, right?
And all along the southwest border, the aliens are sent.
But typically, Nueva Laredo is a big one.
And the reason why is because a lot of there's a river, it's easier to smuggle, and you're not going to get as caught as easily because there's so much commerce that goes through Laredo, Texas, okay?
So when they get here to Lenovo Valareto, there's another organization that takes control of them, houses them for a couple of days, and then when it's safe, they cross them through the Rio Grande River after they pay the Mexican cartels, of course.
And then after the cartels are paid off, then they're allowed to cross in.
And then once they cross into the United States, that's when the U.S. segment of the criminal organization begins.
And that's when they get picked up either on the side of the road or whatever it may be.
And then they get transported north.
And the goal, guys, of any smuggling organization, because human trafficking doesn't occur down here in Laredo, Texas.
Oh, no, my friends.
They're trying to get these aliens the fuck out of Laredo.
And the reason why is because this whole southwest border is swarming with Border Patrol.
And the thing is with Border Patrol, guys, is Border Patrol's authority ends about 30 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border.
Okay.
So because the functional equivalent of the border guys is 30 from the border all the way to 30 miles north of the border.
Okay.
And we're going to talk about that here in a second when it comes to checkpoints.
But in general, they need to get the aliens out of the southwest border so they can get them to a major U.S. city where they're much safer because a lot of local law enforcement, okay, like police department, San Antonio Police Department, et cetera, they're not going to touch immigration.
Most local police departments, I'm going to say this to you guys very, so you guys understand this.
Most local police departments or state police departments or municipal police in general that are not federal are never going to touch immigration because it's a tricky situation.
It's political and they don't want to be involved.
The only people that have immigration authority, guys, are the feds.
And the only people typically that have immigration authority within the feds are Border Patrol, U.S. Customs Border Protection, Homeland Security Investigation.
Who else?
And that's pretty much it.
They're the only ones that and enforcement removal operations.
So basically, only DHS components have immigration authority.
And it's only about four to five agencies that have Title VIII, which is immigration authority in the United States.
Now, I know you guys are probably saying, what about the FBI?
The FBI does have Title VIII authority, immigration authority, but it's extremely limited.
And they don't really have the tools to enforce it.
They don't have the databases.
They don't have access to alien files.
They can't really do shit.
Okay.
So when it comes to, this is why HSI is such a critical component of joint terrorism task forces because the FBI, though they have Title A authority on paper, they don't know how to how to deal with it.
They can't process an alien.
They don't even know how to identify an alien.
They don't have access to immigration documents.
They don't have access to immigration databases.
They can't do shit.
So since so few agencies have access to immigration and immigration authority, aka Title VIII, once a smuggler is able to get an alien outside of the functional equivalent of the border, aka like a San Antonio or something like that, they're going to be able to pretty much get the aliens home free into the intercontinental United States.
Okay.
So hope you guys enjoyed that little breakdown.
So let me make sure we catch any chats here.
Let's see here.
And you guys aren't going to get this anywhere else.
No one's going to be able to explain this shit to you guys like that.
Okay, we got Danny Nuno.
You should look into doing a collab with OG Shadow.
He's got some great stories coming out of Mexico.
Okay.
Danny Nuno, thank you so much.
Anybody else?
That's it.
We're caught up.
All right.
Yep.
Thank you so much.
And I apologize, guys, that my voice sounds like shit.
But we're going to make it through this bad boy.
So, so on this day, guys, this is September 29th, 2014.
I was on duty that day.
And when you guys are saying, like, what do you mean by on duty?
So obviously, you're always on duty when you're a special agent, right?
Because you, you know, you're plain clothes.
You always got your gun.
You know, you could be called at any time.
But in this case, I was the guy that was on call.
So anytime Border Patrol caught a case, they would call the duty agent.
And I was the guy that was on tap that day.
Okay.
And this ended up being a crazy day.
I ended up getting three cases that day, guys, which is wild because when you're going to deal with a case, it's extremely time consuming.
It's extremely labor intensive because not only are you dealing with Border Patrol, you're dealing with everything that Border Patrol caught that day.
So it'll be a smuggler, a bunch of illegal aliens that are with them, and then you have to respond and everyone from your group.
So in my group, I had like maybe seven or eight agents with me.
So when we got a duty call, we had to respond to the Border Patrol station and interview the illegal aliens, the smuggler, the Border Patrol agents that took the case down, everything.
Because remember, guys, the Border Patrol, they're out there out in the brush and they're patrolling.
And then they'll catch like a coyote with like 10 aliens behind them.
The coyote is the foot guide.
He's guiding them through the brush.
They'll catch him.
Hey, come here, Alto.
And they'll chase after that motherfucker.
And then they'll apprehend him.
The operator and all the aliens.
Once they get them arrested, they'll call HSI.
Hey, guys, we got this smuggler with this aliens.
We're going to meet you guys.
We're going to go back to the processing station.
And then you show up with your other agents.
And you guys go ahead and you interview everyone involved.
And then you take the case and you present it for prosecution to United States Attorney's Office.
Okay.
So on this day, I was on duty.
And this, guys, we're going to go into case number one.
This is my first criminal case that I did as an agent, guys.
All right.
So this case is near and dear to my heart, but I was able to find the documents for you guys right before the show, which is why I was so excited.
So let's go ahead and get into it.
I'm about to dox the fuck out of myself, but let's do it, baby.
All right.
So this is case number one here.
Okay.
So I went on PACER and found this bad boy for y'all.
So as you guys can see, this is a criminal complaint.
All right.
I'm going to go ahead and enlarge it for y'all.
Okay.
United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, United States of America, Leopardo Gonzalez-Perez, criminal complaint.
All right.
Oh, September 25th.
That's when I was on duty.
My bad, guys.
They didn't file until the 29th.
Honorable September 25th, 2014, in Laredo, Texas, in the Webb County in the Southern District of Texas, Leo Bardo Gonzalez-Perez, defendants, a Mexican citizen, did unlawfully transport by means of foot guide.
Mexican nationals Ivan Lopez Ayala and Omar Herrero Quesadilla along with six others within the southern district of Texas knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that the said aliens had come to enter or remain in the United States in violation of law and transported or removed said aliens within the United States by means of foot guide or otherwise in furtherance of such violation of law.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, what the okay, so as you guys can see, they mentioned here two aliens, okay?
Um, these two guys, you got Lopez Ayala and Omar Herrero Quesadilla.
So these guys, guys, are what you call material witnesses.
What are material witnesses?
Material witnesses, guys, are witnesses that were involved in the crime.
Okay, like they're not necessarily innocent themselves because they paid money to be smuggled in by this organization, but they were witnesses to the crime and you hold them as material witnesses because they could not stay in the United States illegally.
Does that make sense?
Because they're illegal aliens.
I have to also draft something called a material witness affidavit to get them to be held by the United States Marshal Service so that they can testify if we go to trial against the main defendant who is who?
This guy Leo Bardo Gonzalez-Perez, who was a foot guy, a coyote.
Okay.
This was my first case, guys.
All right.
So, so here we go.
In violation of Title VI, United States Code 1324.
Okay.
What did I tell you guys before?
Remember, Title VI is immigration law.
All right.
And then 1324, transporting illegal aliens.
All right.
Eight USC 1324, which real quick, I'll show you guys what that looks like.
Hope you guys are enjoying the show, by the way.
You ain't going to get this kind of detail anywhere else.
So please like the video for me.
Here it is.
This is this actual statute.
United States Code 1324.
Okay.
God damn it.
This is it.
8 USC 1324 bringing in and harboring illegal aliens.
All right.
So anyone that, you know, knowing that a person is alien brings to attempts to bring the United States, right?
Etc.
Blah, blah, blah.
And these are different subsections of it.
But you guys get the idea.
Okay.
All right.
And here's your boy, Myron Gaines.
There's my government.
People already dox me anyway, so who gives a fuck?
You guys want to dox me?
Cool.
We're going to make a YouTube channel out of it and educate the masses.
I got nothing to hide, baby.
I've done nothing wrong in my life, really.
Well, illegal.
I've done some dumb shit, but I've done nothing wrong, pretty much, from an illegal sense.
So I got nothing to hide.
And here it is, September 29th, 2014, Laredo, Texas.
There's me right there.
And then this is a judge, right?
So I was out here in these fucking streets, baby.
I was actually arresting people doing cases.
Okay.
I was out here.
So here we go.
Here's my narrative.
Okay, guys.
So as you guys can see, this is page one of the criminal complaint, right?
And then this is page two.
So on September 25th, 2014, special agents with Homeland Security Investigations, Laredo, received the request for investigative assistance for Board of Patrol agents assigned to Laredo South Border Patrol Station.
You guys are probably wondering, what the fuck is Laredo South?
Got y'all right here.
This is the Laredo South Border Patrol Station right here in Laredo, Texas, right?
So this is Laredo, Texas, as you guys can see here.
This is Shiloh Drive.
This is actually where the government building, this is where Homeland Security, FBI, everybody sits.
109 Shiloh Drive brings back good memories.
Shiloh Tower, right?
DEA sits here too.
FBI, HSI, they're all there.
And everyone knows this is a government building, right?
And then the Board of Patrol station is right here.
This is Laredo South right here, guys.
And this is the biggest Border Patrol station in Laredo, Texas.
So, and I lived about five minutes away because this is Laredo, Texas, guys.
There ain't nothing here.
And then, you know, you'd go in there right here.
And then I responded and we did the interviews in there.
This is the actual station, man.
Brings back good memories.
But anyway, let's continue on.
The investigative requests involved the attempted smuggling of eight undocumented aliens.
HSI responded and were advised of the following.
On September 24, 2014, approximately 9:15 p.m., 9:10 p.m., border patrol agents working their assigned duties near the U.S.-Mexico international boundary in Laredo, Texas, apprehended nine undocumented aliens.
The group consisted of nine Mexican national males.
The nine subjects freely admitted to entering the United States illegally.
All subjects were transported to Laredo South Border Patrol Station to be interviewed and processed accordingly, which is the area I just showed you guys.
During the processing of the subjects, it was determined that Leobardo Gonzalez-Perez had previous encounters and a possible history of alien smuggling.
And I remember this from reading this, that they didn't really know who the foot guide was at first, but they ran all their information and they were able to figure out that this guy had smuggling history in the past.
So they pretty much, once they figure out who they think the smuggler is, they separate him from all the other aliens because they don't want him to influence the other ones.
Because what's going to happen is when they get caught and they're all sitting together, he's going to tell them, don't say shit.
Don't say shit.
You know what I'm saying?
So they're going to separate him from the other guys and then they're going to call us.
HSISA's responded.
So I showed up with a couple other agents that I work with and interviewed all subjects.
Interviews of the Undocumented Aliens, that's what UDA stands for, guys.
Okay, we use a lot of acronyms.
Revealed that Gonzales Perez was present on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande River along with two other unidentified males.
The three males include Gonzales Perez received a group of UDAs near the riverbank of the Rio Grande River.
Remember how I explained to you guys before that you got the map?
So basically, he's here somewhere on, and I'm going to show you guys right here on the map.
So he's here, and he received the aliens on the Mexican side, it looks like, right?
Is that what the complaint says?
Yeah, was present on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande River along with two other unidentified males.
The three males include Gonzales Perez.
Remember, Gonzales Perez is the bad guy.
Received a group of UDAs near the riverbank of the Rio Grande River.
However, the three males led the group to wade across the Rio Grande River in order to illegally enter the United States.
Now, what do they mean by wading?
It means that the water was probably about stomach high, so they're walking through it like this so they don't get swept by the current, okay?
Because sometimes the Rio Grande rises and falls.
So on this day, the tide was low.
They were able to walk across it.
And he had two other foot guides with him.
Because normally when you've got a bigger group like this of like nine aliens, it's going to take multiple people because they're going through nighttime, guys.
It's dark as fuck out there, all right?
So they're walking him through, and they're trying to get them across.
Once within the United States, Gonzales Perez took on the role of foot guide as he instructed the group to follow him as well as to be quiet, walk in a straight line, and to walk fast.
So the other two guys that were probably with him went back to Mexico, and then he took over as the foot guide and guided them further into the United States.
Gonzales Perez, okay.
Gonzales Perez showed the group where to hide when the Border Patrol agents were noticed in the area.
Gonzales Perez told the group to disperse and run when the Border Patrol agents located the group.
So whoever gives instructions to the aliens is also identified as typically the foot guide nine out of ten times.
During interviews of the undocumented aliens, it was determined all subjects had made arrangements to be smuggled into the United States and transported into various cities throughout the United States.
Ivan Lopez, Yelena, and Herrera Quesadilla were interviewed and shown six photo arrays that included Gonzales Perez.
So what is that, guys?
That's a photo lineup.
So I basically made a photo lineup of Leo Bardo with a couple other people that looked like him, and I showed it to the aliens.
I said, who's your foot guide?
And then they were able to circle it, initial it, and identify him as the foot guide, okay?
Both subjects identified Gonzales Perez as the subject who was at the riverbank in Mexico, and the subject that took on leadership rule once they illegally answered the United States.
Gonzales Perez was advised of his Miranda rights, which he understood and waived.
And this is when I interviewed.
So I interviewed the aliens first, right, the witnesses.
Then I interviewed the target last, okay?
Because you have all the facts, and then you can confront them with conflicting information.
So Gonzales Perez was advised of his Miranda rights, right?
Haha, Miranda, you have the right to remain silent in these days and use against you in a court of law, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Even as a foreign national, you are entitled to your Miranda rights.
Gonzales Perez claims no knowledge of being a foot guide for the group and claims he was merely attempting to enter the United States and search for employment along with the rest of the group.
So clearly, guys, he fucking was lying, right?
So stupid.
Gonzales Perez was arrested for violation of AUSC 324 and transported to Webb County Jail, so he didn't want to admit anything, all right?
So what ended up happening with this case, guys, is, and I'll go ahead and pull it up for you guys.
Here is the case, all right?
As you guys can see, Leonardo Gonzalez Perez transporting undocumented lives within the United States, and that conspiracy, et cetera.
So this is my complaint that was filed on 9-29-2014, and then he ended up getting a judgment on August 20th, 2015.
To this through the last three.
I just don't like to fix this dude immediately because of unjust.
The third thing is just getting ahead of this guy in the wrong direction for you guys that we are different.
Thank you.
we could look at the document i think he ended up doing time serve because he was in jail for so long let's see here uh he pleaded guilty on november 4th 2014 and he got judged he got 13 months in jail okay so So he got a year and one month.
And then after he was released, I remember, I actually remember this day very fun, uh, vividly.
After he got released, um, enforcement removal removal operations, aka you know, the guys that are responsible for removing aliens.
I got into a fight with them because they complained and said, Yo, you didn't lodge a detainer.
And a detainer, guys, is so or um, a detainer basically is like you fight, you lodge a detainer against the guy when he gets released from the U.S. Marshal Service to tell him, Hey, contact enforcement and removal operations to remove the guy.
You know, he's no longer my responsibility.
I did my criminal investigation, he's done.
But, okay, and this little joke here, I guess not a lot of people know this.
ERO and HSI fight a lot of the times because we both have immigration authority.
And ERO will be like, Well, you know what?
Since you have immigration authority, you go fucking remove him yourself.
And I'll, and we're technically right there on the Mexican border.
So it's like you can remove him.
So what I had to do was, I'll never forget this shit.
I was pissed.
It was the day he got released.
It was like in September, right?
And the marshals call me and say, hey, this guy, Leo Bundo Gonzalez-Perez, he's getting released today, and someone's got to come get him.
And I was like, well, enforcement removal operations, go get him.
Like, I'm done with that case.
They're like, no, bro.
Like, they're claiming that he's not their responsibility.
So I call ERO, like, yo, what the fuck?
Do y'all jobs?
And they're like, no, you didn't put a detainer on it on him for us to go get him.
So it's your responsibility.
So my partner at the time, right?
I'm not going to say his name, but he used to work for ERO before he transferred to HSI.
He calls them and he starts going crazy on them.
You fucking lazy pieces of shit.
I used to be an ERO, a deportation officer.
You guys need to go fucking get him, blah, blah, blah.
To no avail, right?
It was a big fucking right.
So they didn't want to take him.
So me and my buddy go to the fucking U.S. Marshals, get him out of the jail.
We go get him out of the jail.
And I remember I had his property bag with all his shit.
All he had was like his wallet and like some Santa Muerte necklaces, like what fucking smugglers wear, right?
Because they believe that it's going to keep them protected from the narcos, right?
The fucking cops.
So I cut open the bag.
I gave him back his Macenta Muerte chains and his wallet and all this other shit, right?
He was clearly like a cartel associate, right?
And we take him to the fucking bridge.
And this is the bridge we took him to right here.
Let me, this bridge right here.
We brought him right here, guys.
All right.
And this is the bridge too.
Okay.
Let me see if I get a street view here.
It would be awesome if I could give y'all a street view.
Where the fuck do you find the little man?
Okay, bam.
So we were right here, I think.
So this is the bridge, right?
This is the bridge too, as you guys can see.
So this is the Laredo side.
Mexico is right there, guys, behind these trees.
So, so this is the bridge, right?
Fucking, hold on.
This is where we dropped him off.
It's sad that I remember all this.
This is damn near eight years ago.
Right.
And this is all smugglerville, by the way, right now.
What I'm showing you guys.
Like this right here, like there's there's so much crooked activity that goes on here because you're so close to the Mexican border.
So we brought because we had to remove him ourselves.
Hold on, let me go back here to the fucking god damn it.
I'm going to go backwards here.
You know what?
Let me drop the little man right here.
Will they let me bring him to the bridge?
God damn it.
This is trash.
Drop me on the bridge.
All right.
Cool.
All right.
This is a lot better.
Okay.
So will they not let me bear with me here, guys, for a second.
Okay.
So I think that's, yeah, that's Mexico.
No, we don't want to go to Mexico.
We want to go.
All right.
I'm going to try.
We're going to give it one more try, guys.
We're going to give it one more try.
Maybe if I drop it like right here.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
Yeah.
This is where we took him.
So this bridge, right, this is the bridge, right, that takes you into Mexico, right?
And Laredo.
So we came here.
And I remember this shit because I was so fucking pissed because I, because it was a Friday.
It was a Friday afternoon.
And I had some plans.
All right.
It was a Friday afternoon.
We had to go to the marshal services, which is on the other side of fucking town.
We had to go get his ass at like 5 p.m., right?
We had to bring him here.
And guys, on Friday and Fridays, it's packed.
All right.
So we bring his ass right here, right?
We're right here.
I remember this shit like, yeah, vividly.
So I bring him right here.
Right.
And we cut open that, I cut open his bag, gave him his fucking shit, and we walked him right.
We, there's like a little gate here, and we walked him halfway to the bridge, which is right here, right?
We parked the car right here, we parked our car right here, went across this gate, and then we walked him to the bridge.
And we watched him, we watched him go to Mexico, right, and go over there because you got to like, you know, verify as an immigration officer that he actually goes.
So we want, so we took him, and I was so mad because that's not our fucking job, bro.
We were special agents, not removal, you know, not fucking deportation officers.
So oh man, dude, yeah, that was that by Friday up.
I was pissed.
I was really mad.
And the marshals didn't want to fucking help us because they're like, oh, this is immigration.
This ain't our problem.
ERO, those motherfuckers, by 4:30, they're gone.
You know, and especially, this is why you get law enforcement availability pay.
You know what I'm saying?
You got to work all hours of night.
So we had to go and do it ourselves.
Oh, man.
Hope you guys are enjoying the fucking show.
This is bringing back good memories.
Yo, G. Maps has a satellite feature on the bottom left might be handy to use when explaining tactics, vantage points, or Terrain.
Love the content.
Thank you so much.
Any other chests that we got, by the way?
Hey, guys, do me a favor, like the fucking video for my hair.
What do you think about doing a Brian Banks grape episode in the future, potentially?
So, oh, and then how realistic is the movie Sicario?
Those cartels seem cold as ice, but very intelligent at the same time.
It's not realistic at all, man.
FBI doesn't really do FBI's involved in Mexico cartel shit, bro.
But to be honest with you, it's HSI that runs the Mexican border, bro.
It's not FBI.
When it comes to like international criminal organizations, Homeland Security Investigations run laps around FBI, bro.
So it's just that the FBI is the more famous agency.
It's the more famous name.
But when it comes to like Mexican cartels and all the other shit, HSI all the way.
Yo, when they arrested Chapo, who picked him up off the plane?
It wasn't FBI agents.
It was HSI and DA that did it.
So, you know what I'm saying?
So, anyway, so let's go.
So, remember, guys, this is just one case.
So, while I was responding to this case, so I'm at the border patrol station, right?
In the middle of interviewing him, see, as you guys can see here, I was interviewing him.
I get another phone call and I get a call from checkpoint 29, okay?
And checkpoint 29, guys, is a border patrol checkpoint that's 29 miles north of Laredo.
All right.
And they call me and they say, Hey, we caught a guy with a tractor trailer full of aliens.
I'm in the middle down here, okay?
Excuse me.
I'm in Laredo.
This checkpoint, just to give you guys like a visual representation from map standpoint, right?
Laredo South Border Patrol Station to um right.
So this is where the border patrol station is, right?
So border patrol station is here.
These guys call me right around right around here.
Okay, so this right here, guys, is about a 30-minute drive.
And you know what?
Let me just put here to okay, because uh, Encinal is right before the checkpoint.
So 37 minutes.
So I'm all the way down here, right?
Dealing with your boy Leo Bardo.
Okay.
And then they give me a phone call and they're like, hey, man, we got another guy here, and he got caught with illegal aliens in a truck.
So me and the agents that I'm with, and this is my first case, my first day on duty, by the way, we were like, oh, fuck.
So we wrap up that case.
I arrest his ass, Leo Bardo, drop him off at the jail, and then we go.
And the jail, guys, is all the way down here.
It's right on the fucking here.
So Laredo South Station.
Let's go to Webb County Jail.
So he dropped his ass off in the jail, right?
Then after that, we go ahead and we go all the way up north to NC, not to NCNAL, but to the Border Patrol checkpoint.
All right.
Now, you guys are probably wondering what the fuck is a Border Patrol checkpoint.
This, my friends, is the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint.
All right.
And this is about 29 miles north of Laredo.
This is it right here.
Okay.
It's on the highway.
You have to go through it.
And here's a big, here's a much bigger thing.
So all the vehicles have to come in, go through this checkpoint, and then they can enter the highway again.
And this is 29 miles north of Laredo.
Why is that checkpoint there?
The reason why, guys, is what I told you guys before.
The U.S. functional equivalent of the border is the actual border itself and 29 miles north.
So this checkpoint is pretty much the last place where they're going to see Border Patrol.
So they go ahead and have a checkpoint here so that they can run dogs.
They have scanners, all that shit, okay, to catch illegal aliens or contraband.
You guys can see there's them with the canines, okay?
And this is 30 miles north.
They do truck inspections.
They do all that stuff.
All right.
So anyway.
So enter in case number two.
All right.
And case number two is this one right here.
Got three cases this day.
Pueblo Martin Pentoja from Fugerville, Texas, United States.
Same day, September 25th, 2014.
Okay.
A United States citizen did unlawfully transport Mexican national Jose Guadalupe, Garcia Miranda, and Honduran national Edwin Joel Hernandez Villabo, Lobos, along with nine other Mexican nationals by means of a tractor trailer within the United States, Southern District of Texas, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that said aliens had come to enter and remain in the United States in violation of law.
So while I was dealing with that case in Leo Bardo, this other case happened.
So that's how I got this phone call.
So we had to go respond and deal with this one now.
So this is the second case of the day, guys, right?
So at the time, my field training officer didn't want me to take this case.
He was F2A, F2O.
He was FTO for me and another agent that were fresh out of the academy, went to the same academy class and ended up going to a safe duty station.
Her name was Sarah.
Shout out to her.
Nice girl, right?
So she ended up taking this case and I helped out on it.
So I was like her co-case agent on it and I helped her with it.
But she was like the main case agent, even though it was my duty day because my FTO wanted her to get experience.
But I was involved in this thing too.
I was there for all the interviews, everything, right?
So on September 25th, HSI alerted a special agent received a call for assistance from the United States Border Patrol North checkpoint located on their state 35 regarding an alien smuggling event that involved the transportation of a group of 11 undocumented aliens.
And guys, this is very common.
They smuggle illegal aliens through the tractor trailers.
Okay.
Border Patrol agent working as assigned duties at the commercial vehicle lane of the checkpoint conducted an immigration inspection on Pandoja, at which time the Border Patrol agent, the Border Patrol canine, Cora K, right?
And remember, I told you guys they have canines and they have names, alerts of the presence of contraband and or concealed humans.
Now you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck?
How do they smell human beings?
So a lot of the times, guys, when you catch these illegal aliens, they have a very bad body odor.
And the reason why is because they've been traveling for days on end without showering.
It's like a very, it's a very distinct smell.
It's, it's not, it's like mustiness on another level.
Okay.
So when you go into border patrol stations, they're always very cold.
And the reason why they're so cold is because they're holding a lot of the times illegal aliens that have been traveling for fucking days, bro.
And they're sitting in the sun.
They're hiding in the brush.
You know, they're trying not to get detected by border patrol.
They're dirty.
They're tired.
You know, sometimes they barely drink water.
That's why a lot of illegal aliens die out there, guys, when they're trying to get smuggled into the United States.
And I've talked to you guys about this, why it's unacceptable to be poor in the United States as a man, because there's people literally dying to come here.
But that's a whole other topic.
But so to bring it back full circle, the canines are able to smell the scents of human beings when they've been traveling for a while.
BPA has then directed Pentoja to secondary inspection of the area of the checkpoint where 11 individuals are discovered in the cab of the trailer.
So if the dog hits on the vehicle, they don't have time to sit there and do an inspection right there.
They just tell them, all right, go to secondary, buddy.
And secondary is where a more secluded area where they can search the area, right?
Because they want commerce to happen.
They want the cars to be able to pass through without any type of issue.
So if they get a hit or anything like that, they refer to secondary.
So of the, so they go ahead and they refer to secondary.
Where was I?
BPA's secondary inspection area of the checkpoint where upon inspection, 11 individuals were discovered in the cab of the trailer.
Okay.
Of the 11, five individuals were found underneath the bed.
One individual behind the driver's seat in a compartment.
One individual behind the passenger seat in a hidden compartment, and four individuals on the top bunk of the cab.
After interviews, it was determined that 10 individuals find tractor are citizens of Mexico and one from the country of Honduras.
All were illegally president of the United States.
All subjects were placed under arrest and escorted aside the checkpoint for processing.
So they have a whole little station near there, which is right here.
It's this structure right here, guys.
And I'll show you it.
See this structure right here?
This is where they process the aliens and everything else like that.
It's like a whole little police station in there.
All right.
HSI arrived at the Lorenzo checkpoint to conduct interviews.
I remember showing up.
That was my first time at that checkpoint.
It was really fucking cool.
VPA has notified HSI SAs, the Texas Department of Public Safety conducted a commercial vehicle inspection on the tractor trailer several miles south of the checkpoint.
Texas DPS commercial vehicle enforcement receipt number, et cetera, discovered in the cab of the tractor shows that the truck and trailer driving by Pentoja will stop for a commercial inspection south of the checkpoint.
So what does that mean?
It means that DPS, Department of Public Safety, they did a stop on the vehicle to make sure that the guy was a good standing from a driver perspective.
But remember, guys, what did I tell y'all before?
The state and locals don't touch immigration.
So they're not going to go ahead and run a dog across and all the other stuff.
They're just going to make sure that he's complying with state laws.
During question of material witnesses, Eduel Johel Hernandez Villabos and Hernandez Villabos stated to HSI special agents that Pentoja told the group in Spanish to be quiet during the DPS inspection.
So when the state was doing the inspection, he told, hey, shut the fuck up back there.
All right.
Hernandez Villabos was later discovered by BPAs on the top bunk of the sleeper cab and stated he was on the top bunk during the trip.
So they ended up taking him as a, we ended up taking him as a witness because he had actual direct conversation with the smuggler.
Okay.
So you picked the witnesses, the best witnesses for your case.
During question of material witnesses, Jose Guadalupe, Garcia Miranda, Garcia Miranda stated to HSISAs that Pentoja told the group to be quiet during the DPS inspection.
Hernandez Villabos was discovered under the bottom bunk of the sleeper cab with four other UDAs.
Okay.
And remember, guys, that material witnesses, they're witnesses that you can't necessarily guarantee them to be able to stay in the United States to be able to testify.
So what do you do?
You make the material witnesses and hold them, okay, as witnesses because they're not illegally present in the United States.
So you have to get a material witness affidavit so the U.S. marshals hold the aliens for you or the undocumented aliens, whatever you guys want to call them.
HSISA.
So remember, like I told you guys before, you interview the witnesses first and you interview the principal subject after.
HSISA is Ray Pentoja has Miranda rights with using the Spanish form 7302025 because he didn't speak English.
Pentoja waived his rights and agreed to talk to the SAs without an attorney present.
And Sarah, shout out to her.
She spoke Spanish.
She was a white girl too.
Pentoja stated, then stated that a trailer driver named Cocho asked him if he was interested in smuggling aliens.
Pentoja agreed to be paid $500 per UDA to smuggle aliens to San Antonio, Texas to be paid upon arrival in San Antonio, Texas.
So guys, this is very, very common.
Smugglers, what they'll do is they'll tell truck drivers, they'll tell foot guides, whatever it may be.
Truck drivers get paid more.
You know, $500 to $1,000 is typically the going rate per alien that they smuggle.
So this guy was going to make 500 times 11 is what, 5,000 bucks?
Like $5,500, pretty much.
Like $5,500 if my math serves me right to smuggle these aliens to San Antonio, Texas.
What do I tell you guys all the time?
The reason why they want to go to San Antonio, Texas is because San Antonio, Texas, guys, right, is a corridor to get you anywhere else in the United States.
Let's show this one more time so you guys really understand this.
So San Antonio, guys, about two hours from Laredo, okay?
144 miles to be exact.
And I know this like the back of my hand because, you know, I used to travel to San Antonio so much.
So many smugglers, like, you know, a lot of the organizers, the smuggling organizers, they live in San Antonio, okay, because they're coordinating everything.
So once you get from Laredo to San Antonio, you're basically home free because now you got Interstate 35, which takes you north, and you got Interstate 10, which will take you from, you know, through Phoenix all the way to LA, or it'll take you through Mobile, Alabama, all the other major cities, you know, New Orleans, et cetera, into Jacksonville.
So you get anywhere else in the United States that you need to go from San Antonio because this is pretty much the heart of Texas here.
And it takes you wherever you need to go to because you got interstate highways that take you east-west, north, south.
All right.
And he was going to, once he got into San Antonio, another smuggler in the U.S.-based side of the organization would meet him, pay him his money, and then he'd be good.
He'd drop his load off, and you'd get paid times too.
He'd get paid for the load that he was doing that was legit and for the illegal aliens.
And then also, Panto was discovered by Border Patrol with $17,000 in U.S. currency in his pocket.
Edwin Johan Villabos and Hernandez Garcia Mirando are being held as material witnesses in the case.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, God damn, like you guys already got two cases and you guys were dealing with this guys.
We were at this point, we're like at no sleep.
We're tired as fuck, okay?
Because you deal with the first case, that takes three to four hours to wrap up, right?
Between arresting everybody, dropping them off of the jail, doing the paperwork, calling the U.S. attorney's office, all that shit.
Then we deal with this case.
That's another three to four hours, right?
And while we're at the Board of Patrol station for this case, guess what fucking happens?
Another case, okay?
We're at the fucking checkpoint.
And these two fucking bozos decide, hey, I'm not going to answer questions at the checkpoint.
And guess what happens?
They get arrested too.
All right.
Enter case number three here.
Bam.
These fucking idiots, Ashot, Antonio, and Gangam of Vezzasan, right?
so yo i hope you guys are liking this video because ain't nobody gonna give y'all sauce like this as uh they were out here in the streets arresting motherfuckers all right so we're there at the checkpoint dealing with your boy uh pueblo pantoja right and i'll never forget this i'm interviewing one of the witnesses right I'm chilling because at this point we had agreed.
We're like, all right, Sarah's going to take the second case because Myron, Sarah needs to get some experience.
It's y'all first day out here dealing with the duty case.
So my FTO basically tells me he's out there with us as well.
He's like, yo, she's going to take the case.
I was like, all right, fine, whatever.
So I'm helping her out doing interviews and everything, right?
And a board of patrol agent runs inside.
He's like, that motherfucker, yo, yo, we got this guy in custody right now.
He didn't want to answer questions.
He fought with us.
So we arrested him.
So I'm like, oh, shit.
So I walk out the interview room, right?
And I walk out the interview room and they got these two idiots, Ashot and Tanyan, right?
And this guy, Gengham and Vetsan, in custody, all right.
And these guys, basically guys, at the time, I don't know if you guys know this, but back in 2014, it was like a thing to do where you would go through Border Patrol checkpoints and you wouldn't answer questions.
Okay.
They would say, this is an illegal checkpoint.
I'm not going to answer any questions.
Because when you go through the U.S. checkpoint, guys, the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoints, what they ask you is, of what country are you a citizen of?
Okay.
And this is something called an immigration inspection.
All right.
Which everyone is subject to an immigration inspection.
So these two idiots are green card holders.
And I forget what country they were from.
They were somewhere from Europe.
Right.
And they're like, this is an illegal checkpoint.
We're not answering questions.
And if you do that, guys, it's illegal.
It's actually a crime.
It's called impeding.
Okay.
It's 18 USC 111.
All right.
Or if you assault a law enforcement officer, let me double check this.
18 USC 111.
There we go.
This is it right here.
18 USC 111 assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees.
Okay.
So this is the charge right here.
So this border patrol agent comes in and he tells me, yo, these fucking guys don't want to answer questions.
They're recording it, trying to go on YouTube or whatever it may be.
And this was like a trend at the time.
Like people were doing this shit in Arizona.
They were doing it in South Texas.
They were trying to like make fun of border patrol agents.
So the U.S. attorney's office at the time was like, yo, if people impede, like, we're going to go ahead and prosecute them because you got to understand, guys, that when they're in, they're in the, in the, you know, being checked at the checkpoint.
And just to give you guys a visual representation, where am I here?
I'm going to show you guys again what the checkpoint looks like, right?
You got all these fucking cars, right?
It'll be backed up.
You got all these cars.
Actually, these idiots were in this lane right here, right?
Or no, no, they were in the far right lane because that was a truck lane.
There's only one truck lane.
So when they're sitting there in their truck recording for YouTube, you know, they're stopping commerce and it ends up backing up the line.
So the border patrol agents are like, yo, just answer the question.
Are you a U.S. citizen or not?
And they're like, oh, this is an illegal checkpoint.
And they're like, fucking fighting with the guy.
Here we go.
Bam.
Yeah, I'll show you guys a picture of what I'm talking about.
This right here is the truck.
This is the, see, it's kind of small.
Let me see if I can expand this for y'all.
See, so the far right, they're in the trucker lane right here.
And they're not answering the questions.
And it's fucking backed up.
So like, bro, just answer the question.
They're there recording, trying to be funny for YouTube, whatever.
So they said, fuck this shit, step out the vehicle.
And the guy didn't want to step out.
And I think he pushed one of the agents.
So I'm there.
We're, we're here.
We're inside there, right?
Fucking doing our interviews.
And then this shit pops off over here.
And then the agent comes in.
They get these, they bring these two bozos in, right?
These two idiots.
And they tell us about what's going on.
So I, I, I, you know, I, and they said, yo, can you guys prosecute the case?
So I call the prosecutor.
I said, yo, I know we're dealing.
I'm going to give you guys already two cases, but this third guy just came in and these guys didn't want to answer questions.
I want to prosecute because the board of patrol agents, you know, they're really pissed off.
And these guys, I think, had to put hands on them.
And I was like, no, fuck that.
If you guys are going to assault, you know, other federal agents, we're going to, we're going to take this shit.
So I ended up arresting these two idiots as well.
Oh, man.
What are we at?
We got 1,000 plus of you guys in here.
I need you guys to like the fucking video.
Before I tell this story, let me see what the likes are at.
I'm going to go here on YouTube and double check because you guys never like the videos.
God damn it.
I need you guys to like the videos because this is bringing back good memories.
And I need you guys to support your boy.
All right.
There's only 668 likes right now.
And there's 1,000 plus of you guys watching.
I need you guys.
I'm not going to continue the goddamn show until I get 1,000 likes.
Okay.
I need you guys to stop the show, like the goddamn video, smash that like button.
Uh, Miss Oregon, you got anything you want to tell the people?
There's some super chats.
Okay, let's read the chats real fast.
Can you pull them up?
Uh, we got Otis Harris, five bucks.
Can you become a board of agent at 40?
Some of the salaries are well over $100,000.
Uh, I don't think so, man.
I think that you have to be appointed before 37 years old unless you have military experience and you can get a waiver.
Why is that because uh, retirement for retirement purposes?
Yeah, so I wouldn't want to do that.
Yeah, because you have to, if I'm not mistaken, you can't uh federally have to be out by 56 or 55 or it's got to be 25 years or 56, whichever comes first, if I'm not mistaken.
Kumasan, 10 bucks real quick, guys.
And I'm not going to continue the story until you guys like the goddamn video.
All right, I need you guys to like the video.
Uh, Kumasan goes 10 bucks real quick to the young lady sitting next to Myron.
If you want some easy points on the board, make some verbal, some herbal tea to drink and some salt water to gargle for Myron's voice.
Get this man back to 102%.
I will take care of him.
All right, she will help me out, guys.
Uh, and then who else?
I think that was it.
I see Kyle Richmond just came up.
Uh, get the likes up, road to 100,000.
Yes, guys, we just hit 70, 60k earlier today, and you know, we just want the channel to grow, guys, because this honestly, this channel isn't about making money.
This channel is about you know, giving you guys education, giving you guys some entertainment.
Because there is no one else on YouTube that used to be a special agent that breaks down the cases to the detail that I do.
No one's going to give you guys the insight, the professional knowledge.
Because as you guys can see, this is my first fucking day on the job.
Three cases already.
I was out here in these streets actually arresting people, guys.
There are special agents out there that work for the FBI, DEA, whatever it may be, that make a criminal arrest maybe once every five years.
I did three in one day, okay?
And this is my fucking first day on duty, three cases already.
All right, so like the video right now, because I got way more crazy stories than this, man.
I got so much shit to show you guys.
Um, and the case that made me get my first gray hairs, I actually just picked up some documents for you guys.
So, I'll probably break that down for you guys next week if something doesn't happen with hip-hop.
Uh, oh, love the new Rolex.
Thank you guys so much.
Um, Fresh Talk Man, to getting it.
This is the Coral Red.
Um, this is the Coral Red Day, um, Perpetual Oyster Perpetual.
Um, you know, it's nice.
LeBron has it at 41 millimeter.
I got it brand new with the box and everything else like that.
It holds its value, and it's a plane jane, baby.
You know, nothing too crazy.
Appreciate it, Victor Figueroa.
Um, someone's look at this guy.
Magic goes, uh, Sierra Rat with a low IQ.
Uh, listen, nope, stupid.
I was the one controlling the rats to get the cheese, you fucking dummy.
So, I don't know what you're talking about.
So, I was the agent doing the cases, I controlled the informants, my friend.
And at my peak, I had like 10 informants.
Uh, so anyway, what are the likes at?
Because I'm not continuing until I get to get the goddamn likes up.
What are we at?
Hold on, I'm going to refresh the page here on YouTube.
Uh, we got 838, guys.
I need another 100 likes.
I need another 100 likes, and we'll continue the goddamn stream.
Need you guys to get the likes up because we need to get the engagement up so that this video gets pushed up in the algorithm.
Because, quite frankly, this was a crazy day for me.
Like the fucking video right now, and I'm just going to keep drinking some monster while you guys watch me do this because I need you guys to like the goddamn video.
I hate to do this, I really hate stopping the show.
I really hate stopping the show, but there's a thousand plus y'all in here, almost 1,100.
You guys in here, just like the video so we can continue on.
I'm doing four for um four videos today, by the way.
Brandon Carter is going to show up.
I'm going to do a video with him for his channel.
Shout out to Brandon Carter.
He's going to make his return to YouTube.
Then we got an interview with Derek Moneyberg, and then we got After Hours.
So, we're grinding today, baby.
Okay, I'm probably going to lose my voice at the end of this.
Myron, some people are asleep right now.
100% engagement is tough.
What do you mean people are asleep right now?
It's four o'clock in the fucking middle of the day, or actually, no, it's uh it's almost damn near 6 p.m.
Started the show around 4:30.
What's the likes at 1,000 plus you guys in here?
I see 1,061.
Need you guys to like the goddamn video.
We're only at 884.
I'll tell you guys this: if we get to 950, I'll like the video.
I mean, I'll continue on.
Uh, Brent, five bucks goes, all of us learn from you, Myron.
Thanks for all you do.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it, man.
I really hate stopping these videos, guys, but I need you guys to like the fucking video, bro.
That's all I need y'all to do: like the video.
It helps stay engaged.
You guys only got to donate a dollar.
I told you guys already, this channel is not for making money.
You know, this channel really isn't for making money.
If it was for making money, I would stream every day.
I would be stopping the show to get super chats, all that shit.
No, fuck that.
I'm here to entertain and teach, give you guys a perspective on federal law enforcement.
You're not going to hear anywhere else on YouTube.
The only thing I ask is like the video, help get the engagement up.
Let's get the channel to 100,000 subscribers so we can say you to all the haters, all those guys that dox me, this channel is going to get bigger than their channel.
So they made a big mistake by doxing me because, guess what?
By doxing me, now you guys exposed the people to a career that I wasn't necessarily going to expose like that.
And now I'm going to educate the people on this stuff.
And I got a whole other content wheel on stuff that no one else has on YouTube.
So all my haters did right there with doxing me was create this channel, you dummies.
Stupid.
So, guys, like the video, like the goddamn video.
Hold on, let me see here.
Where are we at?
What are we at?
9:30.
9:35.
We're almost there, guys.
We're almost there.
We're almost there.
Like the video, guys.
You got anything you want to tell the people, Miss Oregon?
She wants to come on camera, guys.
You guys have never seen her before.
So, what do you want to say to people?
I told you, a lot of girls that we deal with, guys, don't want to be on camera.
What do you want to tell them?
You don't want to tell them anything, guys.
She has lopsided titties too.
No, I don't.
They're pierced.
They look good.
Yeah, get it to 9:50, guys.
Get it to 9:50.
She's an H3 fan as well.
No, I'm not.
Yeah, they got banned for a fucking week, man.
Those guys.
I mean, he says, I mean, if you say stupid shit like that about the NRA, like, bro, what do you expect?
You're going to take an L, my friend.
All right, we're at 961.
Good enough.
I can't believe it took you.
It took that long, man.
God damn.
All right, my apologies for interrupting.
We'll be talking about the police actions in Uvalde, Texas.
Probably not, guys, because they killed the suspect.
So it's like, what are we really going to break down?
You know, and how an active shooter situation can go.
I mean, you could break that down in two seconds.
I mean, essentially, guys, when you've got an active shooter, it depends on the situation, but a lot of time you're instructed, you got to wait for SWAT a lot of the times, unfortunately, depending on how what's going on.
But there's so many other facts, I don't know enough to really speak on it.
But anytime the subject is killed in an incident, guys, like it's not really worth breaking down, you know, but my condolences to all the families that were affected by that, you know, that tragedy.
Anytime anyone goes in and hurts children, like what the fuck is wrong with you, bro?
Fucking idiots, man.
We're crazy as out here, man.
Between him and that buffalo shooter, like these guys are wild.
Anyway, so okay.
So quick little summary.
So as like I said before, we're at the border patrol station dealing with the other case, this one right here, Pentoja.
And then next thing you know, this idiot shows up and decides these two idiots decides to show up and not answer questions at the checkpoint.
So on September 26, 2014, because this was midnight now, remember, guys, this is late as hell at night.
This is like one, two o'clock in the morning.
So it's the next day in Laredo, Texas, Webb County, Southern District of Texas.
Asha, Antonio, and Gingham Eveyan did knowingly forcibly resist and impede United States Border Patrol Agent Lopez and supervisory border patrol agent Garza while said agents were engaged in and on in and on account of the performance of their official duties a class a misdemeanor in violation of title 18 USC 111.
Okay and here's your boy Myron Gaines again aka my government and refuddle okay for all the idiots out there like the docs on September 26 2014 HSI special aids decides that HSI Laredo office received a request for investigative assistance from border patrol agents assigned to the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint located north of Laredo Texas on interstate 35 regarding an uncooperative motorist impeding border patrol agents performing their official duties hsi laredo essays on scene were advised of the following because we're already on scene right uh on friday september 26 2014
approximately 12 30 a.m a retractor trailer bearing california license plate whatever approached the primary truck lane prime uh primary border patrol agent and the guy's primary is the is the agent that's like at the primary lane right uh lopez stopped the truck to conduct an immigration inspection i asked you guys before it's an immigration inspection of what country are you a citizen of uh uh and this guy ashot antonian driver and gingham and vetsian pastor refused to answer any questions regarding their citizenship and vetsian and antonyan stated this is an illegal checkpoint oh
my god stupid bpa lopez instructed avetion and antonio to move to the secondary inspection area in order to allow traffic to proceed unhindered through the checkpoint like i told y'all before there was a trend going on at this time back in 2014 where they thought it was a joke to just go ahead and just um to just go ahead and not answer questions right Uh, so they just said, This shit, just go to secondary, we're not even going to deal with you, right?
The driver Antonian refused to move the tractor trailer and continued to impede traffic while the passenger and Vetician continued to argue his point of the law and constitution.
Stupid BBA Lopez notified supervisor Border Patrol agent Garza of the situation.
When supervisor Garza arrived at primary, the driver and passenger had switched seats.
Garza attempted to conduct an immigration inspection on the Vetsian and Antonio.
Evezian and Antonio continued to refuse to answer immigration inspection questions.
At that point, Garza referred the subjects to the secondary inspection area.
Envettion, now in the driver's seat, refused to move the tractor trailer.
Garza advised the subjects of the authority that the Border Patrol has to conduct checkpoint inspections under United States versus Martinez-Fuerte.
So, bro, get this fellas.
So, they're arguing with these two ass clowns who are foreign nationals, by the way.
They're both green card holders.
The U.S. law on immigration in a border patrol checkpoint with a bunch of trucks in the back, honking and horning, yo, get the fuck out the lane.
We're trying to get through.
And the border control agents are saying they're arguing with these two fucking guys, right?
Um, and he's over here citing law, United States versus Martinez-Fuerte, Title 8, and Title 22 of the Nationality Act.
But Avetsian kept interrupting and continued to be uncooperative.
Kind of sounds like the girls on the Fresh and Fit podcast.
SBPA, Garza, and for both Avesian and Antonio, if they refuse to move to the secondary area, they will be arrested for impeding Border Patrol duties.
Now, mind you, they were recording Border Patrol, was recording them this whole time.
Okay, uh, Garza formed both Eve and yep, uh, so Avesian Antonio continued to refuse to answer any immigration questions, as well as refused to move the tractor trailer in order to allow the free flow of traffic.
Both subjects removed from the vehicle and escorted inside the checkpoint.
It was hilarious because they like, um, I think like they said, okay, step out of the vehicle and they don't want to step out.
So they opened up the thing, and I think one of them pushed the border agent and they just grabbed their asses and threw them out the truck because they had it all on video.
Because anytime people refuse to answer questions, they have a protocol.
They go get a supervisor, supervisor comes with two other agents.
One of the agents is recording them.
Like, they know what they're doing, bro, when they deal with these idiots.
Uh, and Vestian and Antonio were subsequently placed under arrest for violation 18 USC 811, resisting and impeding certain officers or employees.
Uh, so they ended up going to jail, guys.
I was pissed.
They ended up not indicting this case.
Uh, the AUSA that I had for this case was a lazy piece of shit.
So, he didn't end up indicting it.
Um, and here it is right here.
This is it.
Um, it ended up getting um dismissed and never got indicted, unfortunately, which I was pissed.
Um, and they ended up walking, which kind of sucks.
Uh, but they were green card holders, so uh, we definitely um went through the process getting their green cards removed because, bro, you're a green card holder, like you should be obeying the laws of the United States.
What the fuck are you doing?
I forget what country they were from, somewhere in Eastern Europe, both of them.
And then, this was our boy Pentoja.
Okay, he ended up pleading guilty.
Okay, this is the guy that got caught with the 11 um aliens in his truck.
How much time did he get?
Here's a judgment right here.
He pled guilty and he ended up getting let's see here, he pled guilty on December 8th, 2014.
So, three months later, or yeah, three or four months, and he got the damn he got oh, because he had a long ass criminal history.
I remember this guy, yeah, he got 30 months, which was damn two, two and a half years almost.
Um, which guys is kind of a lot for um for illegal aliens.
But the thing is, is that he got more time because he had a pretty lengthy criminal history.
I think this was like his second time smuggling aliens, so he got more time.
Uh, so yeah, man, that guy's right there was um my first day on duty where we got three different cases, two smut, two alien smuggling cases, and then one uh impeding uh agents case.
So, I hope you guys enjoyed that one.
Um, good times, good times.
So, uh, yeah, but I think those guys ended up getting in trouble immigration-wise, guys.
They ended up getting in trouble because, like I told you, those two idiots that impeded the border agents, they were green card holders.
If you get arrested and you're a green card holder and you do stupid shit like that, you can get your green card taken.
So, you know, and they're from Holly, they were from California, so that's why they were being so woke.
You know what I'm saying?
This is what happens when you go woke, you get in trouble.
Oh, this is an illegal checkpoint.
I know my rights.
Oh, I'm from West Hollywood.
Oh, and then they ended up getting arrested like idiots, man.
So, what do you expect?
You know, idiots from California, uh, Commifornia.
So, anyway, uh, any last any super chats here before we close this bad boy out?
That was it.
I got a show that I got to do with Brandon here in a second for his YouTube channel.
Shout out to him.
Are we caught up?
Yep, Myron, thank you.
F and F for life.
No, thank you, Michael.
Shout out to you, my friend.
And thank you guys so much for all the love, man.
So, so, guys, we're going to have an episode with Derek Moneyberg at seven, and then we're going to have the girls coming in later on for after hours.
Guys, like the video on your way out.
Subscribe to the channel.
Hope you guys enjoyed this episode on my first day on duty as an agent back in September of 2014.
And yeah, man, that shit was crazy.
Time stamps will be up very soon.
We'll catch you guys here in a little bit.
Yep, it's six o'clock right now.
So I got another thing to do.
So the grind don't stop, guys.
The show goes on.
As y'all know, we keep going.
The show goes on.
This is my home.
They're gonna need a fucking record to take me out of here.
And with that, guys, I love you.
I'll catch you guys back here in a little bit.
Peace.
