Alright, what's up, guys?
And we are live.
Welcome to FedEt.
Today we're gonna be breaking down the Epstein case.
I know you guys have been waiting for this one for a while.
so let's play this intro right now Okay, guys.
I used to be a special agent on Link screen investigations.
This is the arrest paperwork, okay.
So here is the booking.
Uh cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
Those are like two crimes that very good agent, very strong agent.
I did a lot of big cases.
I've done Title III Intercepts, which is basically listening to phones.
I've written hundreds of affidavits.
Arrest people.
I've done uh I've been to grand jury and testified a million times.
I've done big cases.
Uh I've done.
All right, and we are back.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to FedEt.
Um today is the day, ladies and gentlemen.
Dom Demon Go.
We're gonna be talking about the Jeffrey Epstein case and Gislaine Maxwell.
Um I've been getting so many requests for this case.
It's it's it's I think this is probably by far the one of the most uh requested cases.
So um I got some backup.
I got Aisha in the house, okay, and she's gonna help me out.
Say say what's up to the people real fast.
Yeah, go ahead, say hi.
Hi.
Okay, so she's gonna um be helping me out, guys, um, because she did quite a bit of research on this, and she's you're in law school, aren't you?
Yes, I'm in my first year of law school.
Okay, so she um she helped me out with um, you know, getting some of this information as you guys know.
We film a lot, we film two to three times a day.
So I didn't necessarily I was very I'm familiar with this clay case, but I didn't have time to do all the research myself.
I did quite a bit, but not everything, and I used to help me quite a bit with that.
So thank you to her.
Um but yeah, guys, we're gonna go over everything.
We're gonna go over um who he was, his girl gaz lane, the history, how they met, etc., their backgrounds.
It's going to be uh fairly thorough.
Um I'm hoping I can keep this thing around, you know, 90 to 120 minutes, but who knows?
These things always go long, right?
Uh, and then I'll have a QA at the end.
But yeah, guys, this this case is uh is huge.
Um this is probably one of the biggest ones that I've covered so far.
As you guys know, I normally cover uh hip hop cases a lot of the times, which uh those are a little bit those are fairly easy, easier to cover, but this one is is very extensive because they've been looking at him for so goddamn long.
So um, yeah.
Okay, so let's uh hit some of these chats real quick before I get into it.
Um yeah, I see you guys in the chat already.
Mia Khalifa, yes, I know, guys.
She does look like Mia Khalifa, doesn't she?
Uh uh Okay, we got Coltrin in the house, uh five bucks for the algo.
Thank you so much.
Uh Michael into Kano's five bucks.
Hey Martin Epstein's homie got killer read earlier this week.
Hey, no yacht party, even heroes on the yacht.
Getting 304s, keep up the go work, Myron.
Yeah, guys, I was up really late last night uh researching this, and then also uh I was researching the Rollo case.
I'll probably cover that one next week.
I'll be getting a lot of requests for the Ralo case, aka Terrell Davis with his uh drug trafficking case that came out of Atlanta.
So I'll probably do that one next week for y'all.
Uh the research is pretty much done for it.
That's why I did the poll.
Like, hey, who what do you guys want?
And overwhelmingly, everyone said they wanted Epstein.
So we are here today.
Uh buy one BBL going free.
Five bucks.
After this, Myron is going to material mysteriously disappear while Aisha.
Oh, go back to it, go back.
Oh, sorry.
Fucking up already.
Stupid.
All right.
Uh uh while Aisha said she was asleep and didn't see anything.
Exactly.
Yes, guys.
If I'm not here tomorrow, you guys know why.
Okay.
You will know why.
Um yeah, and the Camino Kill 12.
Thank you for uh um expressing this out there, bro.
So just a quick uh channel update real fast.
I changed the name to FedEt 1811, guys, because uh a lot of people were telling me, hey, I'm having a hard time finding the channel.
Every time I type in FedEt, they think it's a mistake for Reddit, and I gotta like go around and try to find, I gotta go to the main page, whatever.
So I just say, you know what?
Screw it.
Fed it 1811.
I know you guys are saying, oh, why are you putting numbers in your name?
The reason why I put 1811, guys, is because 1811 is a job series code for a special agent slash plain clothed investigator, okay?
Um, whether you work for the FBI, DEA, ATF, et cetera.
We all get paid the same, and we all get the same exact pretty much benefits, guys.
You know, because when you work for the government, you get paid on a GS scale, and there's job series in the US government.
So 1811 is what you use to refer to as a criminal investigator and or a special agent, whether you're a postal inspector, An FBI agent, DEA, Homeland Security, CGIS, NCIS, Army CID, uh, fucking fish and wildlife, you know, special agents.
Yes, they have those as well.
Office of professional responsibility, office of uh inspector general.
Like, it's all considered an 1811 is the job series code.
Regardless of what you may formally call the person as a title, it's an 1811, all right?
So that's what it is.
So that's why I made it um Fed at 1811, so y'all will be able to find me easier.
And I got a custom URL as well, youtube.com slash C slash, I think Fed it is what it is.
Um and then we got Pina Patooty, my favorite thing.
Oh shit.
Uh okay.
Agent Fit, two bucks.
Shout out to Fed it and fuck the porta potty op pack.
Okay, thank you.
I appreciate that.
And then uh we got one to three, five bucks showing some love.
This is gonna be good.
Thanks for the then content headed to work.
Okay, yeah, catch on the replay, my friend.
We already got 500, almost uh 450 of you guys in here.
Do me a favor, like the video, please, because this took quite a bit of work to get ready.
And shout out to Aisha.
She made a nice little timeline, and we're gonna kind of go through everything.
Um and then anyone else?
Oh, Peanut Petuti, all the way from the UK.
Shout out to you.
My favorite thing to watch on a Sunday night.
Thank you so much, Pina.
I appreciate it.
Um, and and I'm a really uh impressed at like how many international viewers watch the show and enjoy um seeing these uh American um crime drama, you know.
I guess will this be a crime breakdown, I guess, because it's not really a drama because I'm telling y'all the truth.
Uh, but yeah.
Um, and let's see here.
Uh we got uh Perception uh Perceptivision TV, five bucks.
Ep sign used to be promoted on MTV hard as fuck, and Gislaine Maxwell has been cameoing uh Hollywood for a long time.
It's deep and Maxwell's father was Mossad.
Oh, really?
Okay, all right.
For some of you guys that don't know, Mossad is what our boy from the Tinder Swindler tried to tell the girls is which is uh CIA for the Israelis.
Uh boss Una, two bucks.
Thanks for all the knowledge.
Got you.
And then NBA Lulo.
Uh, can you do NBA Youngboys case someday?
Yes, I will do NBA Young Boy.
I talked about it on academics podcast, but um, yeah, I could talk about it in more detail with y'all.
And also, speaking of which, guys, hold on, stop the show.
Did I or did I not tell you that Melly was gonna take a big L. Exactly.
I got all these haters.
He's not gonna go to jail.
Byron, you're so negative.
You're a hater.
And I was like, guys, I like the man's music.
I think he's a fantastic artist.
But facts are facts.
He is in a very bad position right now.
The state has a lot of evidence against him.
And what did I tell y'all?
I told you they were gonna get the DNA.
I told you guys they were gonna recreate the the shooting.
I told you guys that they're gonna push for the death penalty.
And then what happened?
His defense files tonight to take the death penalty off the table.
They got a 66-page uh, you know, document that has DNA evidence in it.
They were able to establish that he was sitting in the car.
The phone puts him in the place.
Um, what else came out?
Um, just uh, oh, and he's trying to get his uh his girlfriend and her mom uh suppressed his witnesses, which I told you guys.
The reason why is because he made a phone call to I think it was either his girlfriend's mom or his girlfriend FaceTime, and it looked like he was out in the middle of somewhere, so uh out on the road.
So that's why he wants to get that suppressed because it puts him at the scene of the crime.
So I told y'all, bro, like the facts are the facts.
Like, I love the man's music.
He's a fantastic artist, he's extremely talented, but guys, he's gonna go down for murder.
Like that's why I said he needs to plead guilty.
Like, if he goes to trial, they will give him the death penalty, bro.
That's why he's trying to, that's why his defense right now is trying to fight frantically to get the death penalty taken off the table.
But if they got to go to trial, I'm telling y'all, they're gonna put him to death.
And that's that's what it is.
I wish it wasn't like that, but I told you guys I called it.
And then Feddy Wap, I mean, again, I'm confident he's gonna go to jail too.
The feds don't lose cases, guys.
And that was a state case with Melly, but there's a Fed case with Feddy WAP.
He even knows.
I showed you guys Instagram post where he cryptally was saying, hey, I'm gonna be gone, you know.
Uh uh, it's not for life, so it's no big deal.
He's probably gonna take a plea deal too.
Casanova as well.
Like, I don't I don't miss guys.
When I look at these cases, like I already know what the investigators are like how they're thinking when they do these cases.
And then I already I know how the prosecutors think too, because as an investigator, you have to put a case together for the prosecutor where the prosecutor isn't gonna feel like they lose, you know.
So I wish Melly the best, but I I hope his legal defense is is prepared to like, you know, uh plead it out or something, or somehow get the death penalty off because if they go to trial, it's a wrap.
They got the DNA and they're gonna recreate the shooting event.
They I don't know if you guys know this.
They took measurements of his body of his wingspan, and they're gonna do that so that they can recreate the shooting in that vehicle.
They're ready, guys.
They got ballistics and everything else like that too.
Phone information, uh conflicting statements from different people is not a good look.
Uh blank space is five bucks.
Are you able to Google image some picks if you talk about a certain location or person?
Uh yeah, I could do that for y'all.
Don't worry.
No problem.
I already got some images that I'm gonna show you guys here in a second as well.
Uh Anna Rodriguez, two at five bucks.
Thank you so much, Anna.
I appreciate it.
Uh who else?
Uh Christian Warsham, 10 bucks.
Hype for this one.
I'm hyped to give it to y'all.
And then anything else, Aisha?
Well, okay.
Uh blank space, two bucks.
By the way, keep up the fire breakdowns.
I got y'all, man.
Because I take my emotions out of it, guys.
I I give you guys the facts, you know, I'll make some jokes here and there, but you know, I read the I read the reports with y'all.
And then actually for the Melly one, I remember at the end of the show, I took a poll.
Hey, how many of you guys think he's guilty?
And 90% of y'all are like, yeah, this is not good.
Because when you actually read the report and you go line by line and you go through all the evidence versus what him and his friends were telling the police.
Like it, there's no there's no other way the events could have happened.
You know what I'm saying?
They basically the circumstantial evidence painted the scene for you, you know.
Um you really do tie the ball on the whole week with the Sunday broadcast.
I got y'all, man.
I got you, I got you.
Okay, so um, all right.
So let's start getting into this bad boy.
So who the hell is Jeffrey Epstein?
So I'm gonna show we're gonna go over a quick little uh Wikipedia for this guy.
All right.
So Jeffrey Edward Epstein, born January 20th, 1953, died August 10, 2019, was an American financial and uh financier and convicted six sex offender, Epstein, who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, began his professional life by teaching at the Dalton School in Manhattan, despite lacking a college degree.
Um after his dismissal from the school, he entered the banking and finance sector working at Bear Stearns in various roles.
He eventually started his own firm.
Epstein developed an elite social circle and procured many women and children.
He had uh he had some of his associates then sexually abused him.
All right.
Um so let me show you guys some of the high profile people that this dude was hanging out with because um it definitely hold on, give me one second, guys.
So definitely he was out here.
Okay, with some with some pretty big names.
All right.
So here, I'm going to share the screen with y'all real fast.
Thank you.
Here he is with our boy Bill Gates.
Okay.
Um here he is with the former president Bill Clinton.
Here he is with well, this is Gislain in the background, who we're gonna talk about in a second.
This is his girlfriend slash partner, okay?
Ghislaine Maxwell with Pris Andrews.
Okay.
Here he is with Donald Trump.
Okay.
And his look at that.
He was getting baddies even back then.
This was from 2000.
This picture was, I think, from the year 2000.
Oh, yeah, definitely from 2000.
Look at what Gazlaine's wearing here.
This is definitely the year 2000.
This shit got this big ass cannon camera here.
But uh, but yeah, you know what I'm saying?
The guy was around a bunch of uh powerful people, man.
You know, so he definitely had that social proof, if you know what I'm saying.
Um, yeah, Trump is a G, my friends.
I agree.
Um, despite everyone want to hate on him.
So definitely had a powerful circle of friends, very rich man, very affluent, very wealthy.
Okay.
Um, and let me uh share this screen back with y'all.
Give me one second.
We're on it tonight, baby.
We are on it tonight, gentlemen.
I woke up like an hour, what two hours ago?
Degenerate schedule.
Uh in 2005, police in Palm Beach, Florida began investigating Epstein after a parent complained that he had sexually abused a 14-year-old girl's uh Epstein pleaded guilty and was convicted in 2008 by a Florida state court uh of procuring a child prostitute, a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute.
He served 13 months in custody, but with extensive work released.
He was convicted of only these two crimes as part of a controversial plea deal.
Federal officials had identified 36 girls, some as young as 14 years old, whom Epstein had allegedly sexually abused.
And then he was arrested again on July 6, 2019, which don't worry, guys.
We're gonna read through this indictment as well for the sex trafficking of minors in Florida.
Also, I got the uh I got the report for this as well in 2005.
I got y'all, baby.
Don't worry about it.
Dumb Del Monk, go monk.
I got I got both.
And you know what?
On top of that, I got some fucking FBI reports too that you can't get anywhere else.
Dumb Demon, go.
It's heavily redacted, but I got y'all, baby.
Um so uh let's see here, where are we?
Okay, the medical examiner ruled the death of suicide.
We're not gonna get into the conspiracy theories, guys, on this episode.
All right, but uh everyone said after that happened, Epstein didn't kill himself, right?
Epstein's lawyer have rule uh have disputed the ruling, and there has been significant public skepticism about the truth cause of his death, resulting in numerous conspiracy theories since Epstein's death precluded the possibility of pursuing criminal charges against him.
A judge dismissed all criminal charges on August 29, 2019.
Epstein had a decades-long association with British Socialite Gazlaine Maxwell, leading to her 2021 conviction on the U.S. federal charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy for helping him procure girls, including a 14-year-old for child sexual abuse and prostitution.
By the way, I got that indictment as well.
And also, I don't want to say I was right again, guys, but I don't know if you guys remember.
I went on the uh the Timcast IRL podcast, and um I forgot the guy's name.
Um, nice guy, but uh he's he's Tim's like co-host, and it was right in the middle of of the trial, but this was back in like December, and he was like, Yeah, I guess Lane's gonna get off.
And I looked at him and I was like, bro, no, she's not.
She's gonna she's gonna be guilty.
Like they got an overwhelming amount of uh uh evidence against her, and the feds don't take it lightly when it's sex trafficking, and they're like, No, bro, she's gonna walk like the agents fucked up with some kind of evidence, and blah blah blah.
I was like, All right, bro, we'll see about that.
And guess what?
Like two weeks later, done.
She got convicted on a bunch of the counts, and she's looking at a lot of time, guys.
So I I don't miss, man.
I told y'all.
Like, I know what I'm talking about when it comes to this stuff.
When the feds come at you, it's a rap, bro.
It's done.
It's done.
They don't lose.
So um, anyway, that's a whole other thing.
So all right, so let's go over um a little bit uh more on uh Epstein's background, okay, so you guys kind of know uh who this guy was and how he operated.
Uh hold on, let me open this thing up here.
I got so many notes, guys.
Um, on this one.
God damn it.
Telegram.
Yo, if you guys are enjoying the show, give some fire emojis in the chat, man.
Give some ones in the chat.
That might be easier for some of y'all.
Uh let's see here.
Okay, boom.
There we go.
Okay.
So um, so let's go through this, guys.
I'm gonna read through some of this stuff.
I got a whole outline here.
And shout out to Aisha for helping me out on this one.
You want to tell any uh the people anything about this outline?
Um tell them anything about the outline specifically.
Yeah, before I get into it.
It's kind of just trying to cover like how he became so rich, but there's also still like it's still actually being determined like where all his money is, but they basically suspect that it's mainly offshore.
Okay.
And I would not be surprised.
The dude had his own island, bro.
So I'm not even saying that.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So his whole life is very cryptic.
Yep.
Yep.
Oh, and I see one of you guys here said that 6ix9ine was only one to shake the Fed time, and the reason for that is because he gave uh a lot of information.
He cooperated, and I he did the smart thing.
As much as people want to talk shit, he did the smart thing by cooperating with the government.
Because he would have gone in jail and died anyway, guys.
You do you guys realize the bloods like control the the jail system and the feds in New York, you know?
So like he would they would have killed him anyway.
So um, all right.
Uh so he was born, as you guys know, he was born in 1953.
Um his uh his mom, uh, he grew up in a working class neighborhood in Brooklyn uh 1971, attended the current Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU, but left in 1974 without completing the degree.
Okay.
Uh do you guys want to do you guys want me to show you guys this outline, or do you guys want me to just read off it?
Uh if you let me know if you guys want me to pull it up on screen as well.
Uh so here's his career, guys.
Basically, in 1974, he began working as a physics/slash mathematics teacher, despite lack of credentials.
Um, and then he basically there was a lot of allegations while he was there um teaching that you know he was a little inappropriate.
You know, he'd like show up to like their parties and shit like that, and he wouldn't.
Uh, you guys want to see it?
Alright, cool.
I got y'all.
I will I will share this outline with y'all.
All right.
So shout out to Aisha, by the way, for making this this thing right here.
All right, so um allegedly showed inappropriate behavior towards underage students at the time.
Two of his students were Alan Greenberg, CEO of Bear Stern's NY Global Investment Bank at the time, Children Epstein and Greenberg became acquainted.
So this is how we started to get to this is guys.
So he started off as a math teacher, right?
A crappy one at that.
And one of his students had a powerful father, right?
So he gets kicked out for poor performance in 1976.
All right.
And then June 1976, Greenberg offered Epstein a job at Bear Stearns.
And this is where he's going to start making that moolah, if y'all know what I'm talking about.
All right.
He worked as a junior set uh assistant to the Flora Trader and then later promoted to options trader in special production special products division, uh advising banks' wealthiest clients, right?
Then he became uh in 1980, became a Bear Stearns limited partner, 1981, dismissed for being guilty of regulation D violation.
Uh offered to sell security, he's not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
So basically, bro, guys, he was fucking around and the SEC like banned him.
Okay, the Security Exchange Commission.
Um, and then 1980, he became uh, sorry, and then 19 uh did oh, he kept his relationship with Greenberg and Jimmy Kane, the new Seagram CEO whose accounts uh Epstein also managed, and then August 1981 founded his own consulting for firm, Intercontinental Assets Group, Inc., assisting clients in recovering stolen money from fraudulent brokers and lawyers, would help wealthy clients recover embezzled funds, simultaneously working for clients who embezzled funds, which is kind of hilarious, by the way.
And he did not take uh clients, guys, that did not uh have at least a billion dollars net worth, and he got a point, I think 005 uh percentage of their wealth managing their accounts.
So he this guy was making like 70 million a year, guys.
Okay.
Yeah, I said that correctly.
This my man was making around 70 million dollars a year at this period.
And this is in the 1980s, guys.
Okay.
So 70 million divided by 12, okay, is pretty much like 5.8 million a month.
And this is in the 80s, okay?
That's like maybe 10 million today.
Okay, not 10 million, but that's like maybe seven or eight million today, guys.
Crazy.
Um he claimed to be an intelligent intelligence agent agent, uh, possessed an Austrian passport with his photo but false name and address listed in Saudi Arabia, of course.
Um Alexander Acasa, who was the former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida guys, and we're gonna talk about that a little bit later as well.
Uh, that prosecuted the Epstein case claimed, well, he didn't prosecute it, he was over, he oversaw the entire United States attorney's office that for uh what that had the case, the Southern District of Florida here in Miami, actually.
Um he said that Epstein belonged to an intelligence and Epstein was above his pay grade, okay.
Um and I will tell you guys this there was a whole OPR investigation conducted on this situation here, but we'll talk about that here later.
I got an article for y'all on that as well.
Okay.
So uh let me let me minimize that.
Okay, so let's keep going.
So in the mid-1980s, he became acquainted with Steven Hoffenberg, 1997.
Hoffenberg hires Epstein as a consultant for Towers Financial Corp.
Uh, it's a collection agency that bought depths owned to hospitals, banks, and phone companies.
He was paid $25,000 a month and set Epstein up in an office in Manhattan, 1983.
Towers Financial Corp closes after being revealed as one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in U.S. history, losing investors over 450 million.
Didn't go to jail.
Uh 1989, um, Epstein left the company and was not charged with involvement in investor fraud despite having been involved.
1988, while working at Towers, Epstein found his own financial management firm, Jay Epstein and Company.
One of his clients was billionaire Leslie Wexner, CEO of L Brands and Victoria's Secret, 1991.
Wexner grants Epstein full power of attorney over his affairs.
And this is another thing, too, by the way, guys.
Um, Epstein had power of attorney for a lot of his clients.
He didn't have many of them, but he had power of attorney, and what power of attorney guys basically acts as is he can he can make moves happen for the client without them necessarily having to um to do it, right?
So for example, I uh like uh I bought some properties in Connecticut, right?
I gave my uh my dad like power of attorney to sign on my behalf, essentially.
So it gives it gives someone else the authority to enact on on behalf of you, okay?
Oh, and then Broadwick Daniel, five bucks.
Yo, Marian, is she haram?
Yeah, she is very haram, guys.
Uh okay, so 1995, Epstein becomes director of Wexner Foundation and president of Wexner's Property and made millions by managing Wexner's accounts.
1995, Epstein moves into Lex Wagner's mansion in New York, Upper East Side, and took full possession when he paid 20 million to Lex for it.
1996, uh moves HQ of firm to Island of St. Thomas and reduced federal income taxes by 90%.
So yeah, told you I'm mad.
This is what the wealthy do, bro.
They always find tax loopholes, goddammit.
That's why these guys never pay taxes.
Um he had his own island, which also had a bunch of uh things going down there, if you know what I'm talking about.
So throughout the 1990s, he wrote to multiple rented multiple apartments for employees, models, and guests in New York, hosted underage girls to be scouted by MC2 models.
And I think uh this that's when his boy from France got involved, right?
Yeah.
Well uh what was his name again?
Um Jean Luc Jean Luc Brunel.
Jean-Luc Brunel, who was also recently found dead as well, guys.
recently.
Yeah.
Tell me that isn't a coincidence.
But anyway, let's continue on.
2003, Epstein and Mort and Merr, Zuckerman, NY Daily News Publisher, committed 25 million of finance magazine radar as equal partners.
From 2000 to 2007, Epstein also was president of company liquid funding LTD repo market, which collapsed after the 2008 crisis.
2002 to 2005 invested 80 million in DBZ uh Wern Special Opportunities Hedge Fund 2006.
Epstein is under federal investigation for sex crimes and attempted to redeem his investment, which grew to 140 million.
Zwim refused to follow Epstein to redeem.
Um we're gonna stop right.
Let's see here.
Let me just make sure because we got the whole timeline here.
All right.
So we are because we're in 2006 right now.
So I'm gonna show y'all guys.
Let me pull this bad boy up real quick.
Give me one sec.
Or actually, you know what?
I might be able to just get it.
Hold on.
So I'm gonna pull up.
I got an FBI document here that I want to show you guys, which is obviously free, you know, you could the public can get this, and ain't nothing crazy.
It's not classified or anything like that before some of y'all try, oh God, what's going on, Byron?
All right.
So I'm gonna share this with y'all.
And yo, like the goddamn video, because ain't nobody giving y'all some heat like this anywhere else on the internet.
Okay.
So here we go.
Federal Bureau of investigation for you.
Of course, a bunch of this shit is deleted.
But um, let's see here.
So, as you guys can see, this is pretty much when the FBI started getting involved in the Epstein case, all right.
Uh 724, 2006.
This uh from Miami Squad P PB2.
Uh, this is um Palm Beach resident uh agency, right?
So the so guys, the way the federal government Okay, there's a lot here to break down.
Okay, let me tell y'all guys a little bit about how the FBI works.
Um, so this squad, right?
So this squad probably investigates child exploitation, I'm assuming because there's different squads in the FBI.
You got like a violent uh, you know, uh safe streets violent task force, you got guys that do drugs, you got guys that do counterterrorism, you guys got guys that do public corruption, you got guys that do um organized crime.
There's so many different groups within the FBI, depending on which office um you might you might be assigned to, whichever field office.
And then Prof. Prof. Dotti TV, five five bucks.
I heard he was Israeli Mossad or something like that.
Yeah, who knows?
You never know.
Um, and thank you for the five dollar donation.
So um, this right here test shows a squad, and then this is the agent's name, but they redacted it, of course, approved by whatever.
And this is the the supervisor, suit supervisory special agent, right?
And of course it's redacted.
And then synopsis to request case be opened and assigned.
Here we go, guys.
This is the this is what this is the first FBI report that was open on our boy, okay?
From March 2005 through February 26, uh, 2006, the Palm Beach County Police Department conducted an investigation involving the subject, Jeffrey Epstein, and then bang, they start putting in all this information here, which is all redacted, god damn it.
But this is the first uh FBI case.
It is requested by SA that the above captured case be opened and assigned.
So just so y'all know, the FBI, the way they work, is for you to open a case, you need to get supervisor approval, right?
Like you can't necessarily just like open a full-fledged investigation.
You need to like have some facts and then you know, get it approved by your supervisor, which is very that sucks because what when I used to work for HSI as an agent, we you you wanted to open a case, you just Open a case, bro.
Like you don't need to fucking, you know, get all this other formalities in the place.
But um the FBI is extremely bureaucratic, which is why it's very difficult to get shit done working for them.
Uh they don't have as much freedom as like other agencies a lot of the times.
Even though they're the biggest agency, it's very micromanaged, a lot of red tape.
Okay.
So this right here, guys, is the first uh FBI report to open the case against uh Epstein right here, right here in the in the flesh, okay?
And here's a case number as well.
Three three IEM, this is the field office code, and then um like where they're from, because this is the Palm Beach office, but this is the Miami um the Miami District and the Miami Sac uh area of responsibility.
Um and then the file titles Jeffrey Epstein, and then they put um what is that?
This is like their case code, WSTA, child prostitution.
All right, because just so you guys know, and we talked about this on a in a huge debate.
It becomes um human trafficking or sex trafficking if the if the if the person that's being having sex is a minor, it automatically turns into sex trafficking because they cannot give consent.
Okay.
So that's why the FBI was able to take this under under child.
So even if a kid wants to do it and they're under 18, they cannot legally consent.
So automatically turns into a uh uh a felony federal.
Okay.
And this right here, see this probable probable cause affidavit here.
This is what the FBI got that they used to open up their case.
And guess what, guys?
I have this document as well.
And I have it, and it's not redacted.
So we'll read through this bad boy.
But the FBI basically opened their case off of this probable cause affidavit, which I will pull up for you guys here in a second.
But here it is, right?
This is the Palm Beach one.
Okay.
And then here's some news articles.
Because after during this time, guys, Epstein started to get sued by some of these victims.
Okay, when I was searching his name on on the PACER, the federal um the public access court records uh thing for federal cases.
There was a bunch of civil cases that you saw them all over the place too, right, Aisha?
Yeah.
Like him and Giz Lane were getting sued left and right, bro.
So, and interesting enough, Trump had some of his trusts, which was very interesting.
Because I would see like defendant versus Epstein slash Trump et al.
And I was like, what the fuck?
And I would open it up, and it seemed like Trump had a stake in some of the some of the uh the assets that Epstein had.
He's like a third party.
He was yeah, he was a third party, right?
Yeah.
So that was something else that was very interesting.
But um, but yeah.
So here we go.
Going back.
Um to request opening of the subfiles and the capcation case uh and caption case, and this, like I said, guys, before this is the FBI report right here.
Okay.
Um details that is requested that the following subfiles be opened to assist in document management and caption case.
All right.
And then they have more news articles here, right?
Because remember, the FBI is just getting this information on this guy.
Right?
So they work with the Palm Beach Police Department.
And this is what they had.
Uh boom, another report here.
Oh, here's a case number, by the way.
3IE M M 108062.
So this is the actual case number, guys.
This is how you read FBI case.
So this is the actual case number here.
This is the field office, okay.
So this is Miami.
And then 3 IE is probably the um that is probably the violation, what type of what kind of case it is, you know.
So in this case, it would be child exploitation, because you can see here this is their code, right?
Child prostitution, boom.
This is the file title.
So anytime I tell you all there's a file title, this is what I mean.
It's named after someone.
So like when I had like my big drug cases, I will put target name, and then I put et al and everyone else associated.
But in this case, obviously it's a sex trafficking case, so just put Jeff Epstein because at this point, I don't think they knew too much about uh Giz Lane, or she might not even have been in the picture.
And then here's another report to request analytical assistance regarding, and then obviously this is Epstein, and then boom.
So details ongoing federal investigation is revealed at blank, and then in close for analytical review are blank.
And uh, so this right here, guys, to request analytical assistance regarding this right here, what will probably happen, right?
And I'm using my investigation, I'm speculating right now, but I'm using my former agent mind here, putting on the agent hat.
What happened is he probably reached out to an analyst, right?
An intelligence analyst, pretty much most federal agencies have something called uh an intelligence research specialist or a criminal research specialist or an intelligence uh you know specialist, whatever it is.
It's all the same thing.
Different agencies call this different things, but basically their job is to do a workup on your target.
And what I mean by doing a workup is they go, they start querying, you know, his name, like all his personal information, criminal history, background, properties, uh, where he lives, associates, wives, um, any type of lawsuits they might have been in, uh, associates.
They start doing a whole worku for you and seeing who the person is linked to, okay.
The agents typically don't do that themselves.
It's extremely time consuming.
So you have an analyst put it together for you, and then they give you back an intelligence product, and then you're able to analyze it and uh, you know, write your reports and figure out who's who and everything else like that.
So when I was an agent, for example, right, and I did uh big drug cases, I had an analyst assigned to me that would do a lot of the intelligence research and would work up targets of the investigation.
So if I let's say I was on surveillance, right?
And and I was watching my guy, he would go and meet with another individual.
When he met with that other individual, I'd, you know, write down the license plate of whatever he came in, or you know, write up like uh or or or like I take pictures of him, figure out who the hell he is.
I'd give that information to my analyst.
Sometimes while I was right when I was in the field, I'd be like, hey, I need you to search this this uh this car plate and this guy look him up, and then while I was on it surveillance, should identify the person for me, send it back, and now I know who the hell I'm dealing with.
I'll do a criminal, I'll do a uh like a you know, let's say uh a criminal history or something like that.
I'll figure out oh, this guy's also you know, a drug trafficker, whatever it may be.
So surveillance, a lot of the times, along with an analyst, right, and other investigative techniques helps you expand your case, right?
Because you're getting information real time and you're able to feed it to your analyst, they give you what they need.
And when you open up a case like this, remember, this is I'm showing you guys literally the official first report that the FBI opened on our boy Epstein right now.
Ain't nobody else gonna show y'all this.
So this tells me he opened up the case, it got assigned to an analyst right away because you know, based on who Epstein was, obviously he's he's a person of significant wealth and significant um fame.
And uh, and you know, they took this shit very seriously because they put an analyst on a case right away.
Um, and then boom, and then please contact this the agent that had the case for any further information, right?
Let's see here, and then we continue on.
For information to file investigation, this matter has been delayed due to writers' uh assignment to a kidnapping investigation since one okay.
So we'll probably okay, all right, okay.
I know what happened here.
So normally when you open a case, guys, if you don't write a report in several months or in a couple months, you you have to either close the case or put something in there.
So what might have been happened is the the case agent himself got very busy here.
Look, it says kidnapping investigation.
Um so he wasn't able to write a report, so you have to put something in here to you know keep the case fresh, and you put a report in here uh saying, hey, case agents busy doing kidnapping case, he'll get back to it, delayed investigation, right?
Um you know what?
Now that now that I see that is that he was involved in a kidnapping case, this group right here, PB2, is probably their um, it's probably like their child exploitation group, more than likely.
Because I I'm willing to bet that this kidnapping investigation here involved a minor.
So, you know, looking at the little details can help you uh figure things out.
Uh let's see here.
So uh to set leave for caption captioned investigation.
So here's another report here, 2006.
Uh ooh, grand jury subpoena for, hmm, okay, on they didn't put the date.
The FBI uh Palm Beach County resident agency.
So guys, basically um a resident agency is um think of it as like a satellite office, right?
So the main office here, and so I'll tell you how so I'm trying to just try to figure away to explain this to you guys, so it'll make sense.
Okay, I'll keep it nice and simple.
There's a main FBI office, like in a major city, and then there's sub-offices in between.
So here in Miami, for example, the main office is located in Miramar.
Okay, everyone knows that's public information.
That is the FBI FBI headquarters for Miami, right?
For the main office.
So the special agent charge sits there, or the SAC as the FBI calls it, right?
Um, SAIC sits in my Miramar, Florida, but that is for the Miami Field Office.
Miramar is about 20, 30 minutes north from here, right?
Miami.
But there's satellite offices all over the place.
Okay.
So the main office is there where most agents sit, but then there's satellite offices.
There's one in West Palm Beach, there's one in Fort Lauderdale, there's one at the airport, there's one uh, you know, in Homestead, like they're all over the place, right?
There's one in Durral, right, where I used to work.
So they're all over the place.
So this office here is the lead office, which is the the Palm Beach County FBI office, but they're assigned underneath the Miami field office.
Does that make sense, guys?
So main office is Miami, satellite office is Palm Beach County.
So this agent that opened this case is from the Palm Beach Resident Office, which is a fancy way of saying satellite office.
Okay, so it goes here open an investigation involving multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein and captioned subjects.
This investigation involves, and then bang, of course, they redact everything.
Any questions or concerns, contact whatever.
So this is the this uh the agent that had the case.
Biographical information is the following, and then boom, this is probably all Epstein's personal information here.
And then, hmm, it looks like they sent a lead to New York.
Hmm.
Okay.
It is requested FBI New York, boom.
In addition, if needed, served the enclosed subpoena.
So this is what they did, guys.
I'm really happy that we're going through this.
So what is a federal grand jury subpoena?
Guys, a federal grand jury subpoena is a subpoena that you get through the U.S. uh United States Attorney's office to get information.
Now, now I know which some of you guys are probably wondering.
Well, what's the difference between a regular subpoena and a federal grand jury subpoena?
All right.
Here's the main difference.
When you send an admin subpoena, right, which a lot of agencies have something called administrative authority to issue a subpoena.
Um, that the company that you issue the subpoena to sometimes they don't necessarily have to keep it private that you ask for that information.
No, I'm gonna say that again.
If I do a uh uh admin subpoena, the company that I send the subpoena due to does not necessarily have to keep it a secret that I asked for that information as a as a as an agent, okay?
So if I tell Facebook I need to know who runs this account, all where they log in from, uh phone numbers, everything associated with that account.
Facebook doesn't necessarily have to keep that a secret.
They can tell the subscriber/slash owner of the of the Facebook account that the feds are looking at them.
Now, if you do a federal grand jury subpoena, they can't say shit.
They you give them, you issue them that federal grand jury subpoena through the U.S. attorney's office.
Now they can't notify anybody.
So when you have, and if you want to get bank records, etc., an admin subpoena isn't enough.
You have to give them a federal grand jury subpoena so that they do not disclose to the bank holder the fact that you're looking at their bank information.
So I'm willing to bet that they probably sent this federal grand jury subpoena for his bank records.
Okay.
Again, this is speculative, but me being an agent knowing why you would use a federal grand jury subpoena, it was probably for financial records.
Because the banks, if you give them an admin subpoena, they will notify the guy at some point that that uh the feds looked at uh look uh wanted to get his bank information.
All right, so that's why you do a federal grand jury subpoena.
That's the difference between the two.
And uh several agencies have admin subpoena authority.
The FBI has it and uh Homeland Screen Investigations has it.
I don't know if other agencies do.
Oh, DEA has it too.
Those three agencies I know for a fact have it.
ATF does not.
Um, okay.
All right, so let's go back here.
Uh so we were here.
So they so they sent a lead to New York, guys, because probably what happened was during the course of their investigation, they identified a victim in New York.
So, like, all right, we need to interview this victim.
Let me give this lead to the New York field office, then they can go out and interview them.
All right, so they sent a collateral request.
All right, guys, and this is how we do it in the feds when let's say you you, you know, you're investigating somebody, but there's like you know, someone you want to talk to or a witness or something like that, and you don't have time to fly out there yourself and do the interview, you can set a lead to the office uh in which that person is located, right?
So in this case, they this the the the person they want interviewed is in New York, so they send a request hey, go interview this guy, and then they're gonna go out and do the interview, write a report for you, and give it to you, and then you'll have a free case file.
Uh okay, see executed FGJ.
This is a federal uh federal grand jury subpoena.
Um, reason for permanent charge out, transfer to subpoena group.
Okay.
Um, so this is them probably this is probably proof that they sent the grand jury subpoena.
Um, so they wrote they wrote a report to say that they served the subpoena.
Um lead synopsis lead uh covered for caption, uh caption investigation, grand jury subpoena served.
There's the case number, like I told y'all, and close for Miami is a server copy of the reference grand jury subpoena issued by United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
See, I told you guys it comes through the grand jury subpoena goes actually through the U.S. Attorney's Office, not through the agency.
Uh on 1006, 2006 and served on 1016, 2006.
Details on October 16, 2006, special agent, uh, they have his name here, received from special agent boom via federal express delivery service, the referred grand jury subpoena on the day SA and SA Bam.
And then this is this is probably the findings from the grand jury subpoena right here that they're redacting.
At the U.S. District Courthouse, uh located at 701 Clement Street, West Palm Beach, Florida.
At this time, no further action will be taken by the New York Office in the Manor Lead is covered.
So the New York office did what they were supposed to do.
And went and did what the Florida office has for it.
And then right here, guys, is a grand jury a subpoena to testify before a grand jury, okay?
This is from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
You are hereby commanded to appear, testify before the grand jury, United States District Court and time and place specified below.
Okay.
So please coordinate your compliance of this subpoena and confirm the date and time of your appearance with special agent, blah, blah, blah.
So someone had to come in and testify with the grand jury.
They basically brought him in.
And if it's not a defendant, they have to talk.
Uh...
Thank you.
Okay, so this is him.
Request.
Okay.
Veterans Day.
Okay, so he could get holiday pay because he worked.
Okay, so this guy worked.
Hey, this age was busting his ass.
He was working on the holidays.
So he's getting some holiday pay.
All right.
And then search warrant affidavit and application for search warrant and inventory in return.
So this is the the Palm Beach Police Department, guys.
They did a search warrant.
It looks like here.
This is when the hell.
Oh.
Day inside.
Okay, so this was before.
This is in 2005.
All right.
Okay.
So what can we?
So as you guys can see, it's all over the place, and I'm trying to translate to you guys, you know, this uh this uh how do I say this?
This jargon and everything else so you guys understand.
So it's very clear to me that the West Palm Beach Police Department opened the case.
They started working the case, realized it was bigger than they thought, and then they involved the FBI, hence why the FBI opened this, opened up this case, and they have these West Palm Beach documents.
Okay.
So they worked together on this thing back in 05.
Okay.
Because a lot of the times, guys, um, the federal um statutes for sex crimes are get they get way more time than the state.
So as you guys can see, the FBI worked together with the West Palm Beach Police Department, and right here, guys, is the official first report against Epstein.
Ain't nobody else gonna show y'all this on internet.
So like the video.
We got 970 of you guys in here.
Okay, so let me stop sharing.
So remember, guys, how I took we we talked about the FBI opened up their case, right?
So this is the opening report right here, and they open up the report, right?
Typically, when you open up a case, they want supplemental information as to why you open up the case, and they attached this probable cause affidavit here.
Oh, please or police, uh it's a police report, right?
So I have this document.
So let's go through it.
And I have it unredacted.
So let me pull it up right now for y'all.
Um here we go.
This is the document right here.
Can you get me another one of these?
I'm gonna need some caffeine for this bad boy.
I'm gonna read some super chats for you guys real quick.
So we got uh before we get into this, all right.
Blank space, two dollars.
It's cooler when you when you wear the HSI shirt.
I would, bro, but I'm I'm cold as hell right now.
I ain't even gonna lie.
I'm freezing.
Uh, thank you so much for the super chat donation, though.
Uh we got um, let's see here.
Thank you.
Uh I'm glad that you guys are enjoying this, by the way, man.
I know it's really hard to like kind of follow what's going on here, but I'm trying my best to break it down for y'all so you'll understand.
If you guys, and if you have questions, just go with the QA at the end.
Uh age of fit, please tell her to speak into the mic.
Two dollars.
Thank you so much.
I will tell her to speak in a Aisha.
They want you to speak in a mic if you speak.
Yeah.
Uh let's see what else here.
We got um five bucks from Broderick Daniel.
Yo, Myron, is she haram?
Yeah, she's very haram.
I think I read that one before, but thank you for the donation.
Keem, I am 10 bucks.
Just coming by to show you some quick respect and like the video.
Thank you so much.
And guys, like the video.
There's 1000, y'all in here.
You could be anywhere else in the world, but you're here watching this episode with me on uh our boy Jeffrey Epstein.
Um I heard he was in an Israeli Massad or something like that.
Yep.
That's that's one of those rumors.
5 million, 1980 is worth 17 million today.
You can check on inflation tool.com.
Thank you, Raj uh Johal.
So yeah, guys, um, earlier in the show, we were talking about how much money uh Epstein was making.
He was making about five million dollars a month back in 1980, which is 17 million today.
God damn.
He was killing it, bro.
Uh, let's see here.
What else?
I'm just going through, guys, make sure I don't miss anyone's chat.
Gingerbread man, you are right about the reason they didn't give uh they wouldn't identify K Flock by his name.
Saw the IG Live, he did minutes before the shooting in that outfit showing the gun, telling the ops he was on their block.
Bro, go I'm telling you guys, man, I I'm not a psychic.
I uh the only thing the only thing I have is that I was a former investigator myself, so I know how these guys think, bro.
Like I was a former agent, you know.
And and that's smart what the investigator did.
The New York detective that wrote uh just so you guys know, what he's saying is that when we read did the K Flock case, you know, Kay Flock is a very popular Joe rapper from Bronx.
Before he got involved in a shooting, he was wearing a certain outfit, but they weren't able to 100% conclude that it was actually him.
So in the report, they kept referring to him by what he was wearing, okay?
And the reason they did that was so that they don't make like certain inferences, okay?
But they were able to later on positively identify he was a shooter.
So gingerbread man, thank you, bro.
I don't even got to you know, y'all prove it for me.
Yo, I get so many DMs from you guys, by the way, saying like Myron, you were right, and then you guys like send me uh like a clip or uh a video or something like that of of a case that I broke down where I I speculated something was gonna happen, and then it ends up happening.
Uh Shaquille Ahmed, five bucks.
Is Aisha Bangladeshi Habib Habibi look like one of our uh Deshi sisters with the typical Dhaka outfit?
Hope she cooks fish as good as she cooks Epstein's case.
Uh he's he's surprisingly accurate, huh?
Yeah, you are Bangladeshi, right?
Yeah.
Uh but you're Canadian though, aren't you?
Yeah, I'm both.
My like my ethnicity is Bengali.
He's right.
Okay.
Uh, but you were born in Canada, right?
Or were you born here?
No, I was born in New York.
Okay, you're born in New York.
And then I grew up in Canada.
Okay.
So you do you got three citizenships?
No, I only have the uh Canadian and American.
Oh, okay.
You didn't take the Benland dish one.
Okay.
Fair enough.
You a fraud.
You don't love your country.
Um Keem I am.
Let me throw a little more for the hard work.
Keep pushing, brother.
Thank you guys so much.
I will tell you this.
It took a lot of research to find them FBI reports, but I got y'all.
Um what else?
Are we caught up?
Mm-hmm.
All right, cool.
We're caught up.
All right, guys.
So this is the probable cause affidavit here.
This is basically what set off everything.
All right.
Um this is this probable cause affidavit is what, as you guys can see, I showed y'all the proof, how the FBI opened up their federal investigation back in like 0506.
Um, and then saw update on Y and WMLA case, LOL man, he's screwed.
Yeah, I told y'all, bro.
And then Ramon Vargas, hey Mario, quick question.
What if a celebrity rapper or similar type of person has a lot of money to give the judges to escape long time in jail or death penalty?
It doesn't operate that way, bro.
Nine out of ten times.
Like, yo, if you're a famous person, you get arrested, they're gonna go for your neck a lot of the times, bro.
They really will, because it's it it it's like a sexy case.
Think about it.
Epstein already like walked away one time and then they came back after him for the same charges like 15 years later.
So and we're gonna break that down as well.
But okay, but this is this is how everything started, guys.
Let's go through this probable cause affidavit from Palm Beach Police Department.
From March 15, 2005 through February 2006, the Palm Beach Police Department conducted a sexual battery investigation involving Jeffrey Epstein, Sarah Kellen, and Haley Robson.
Sworn tape statements were taken from five victims and 17 witnesses concerning massages and unlawful sexual activity that took place at the residence of Jeffrey Epstein.
358 El Brilla Way Palm Beach.
This is very nice area, by the way, guys.
Several of the victims, you guys want to you know what?
Hold on.
Let's have some fun with this.
Let's type in this address so y'all can see how this my man was living.
358.
L. Because you guys I know you guys really love doing these uh these address these uh these searches with me, right?
So here we are.
This is it.
Can they see it on screen?
Yeah, they can.
All right, so let's go.
And there we go.
This guy.
See, and it's a dead end.
You can't there's only one way in and out.
All right.
Obviously, this is a very nice neighborhood.
Right?
Look at this house.
Probably multiple millions of dollars.
But this is where Epstein used to live.
Right here, guys.
Pretty nice.
Gated.
Palm Beach.
Uh and this is this Mar-a-Lago.
Yeah, so here's West Palm Beach.
Right?
He's over here right on the on the island, pretty much.
Very nice.
Alright.
Sax Fifth Avenue, right next door.
Of course.
Alright, let's minimize this bad boy.
Alright.
Um of the victims were recruited by and brought to the residence by Haley Robson to perform massages for Epstein, for which Robson received monetary compensation.
During the visit, they would be introduced to Sarah Kellen, Epstein's assistant, who in turn would record their telephone numbers and name.
The victims would be brought to Epstein's bedroom to provide the massage.
Epstein would enter the room and order the victims to remove their clothing to provide the massage.
As the victims complied and provided the massages, Epstein would rub his fingers on their vaginas.
On occasion, Epstein would introduce a massager slash vibrator and rub the victim's vaginas as they provided the massage.
On three separate occasions, Epstein had intercourse and inserted his penis slash fingers in the victim's vaginas.
At the conclusion of the massages, the victims were paid sums of money ranging from 200 to 1,000.
Facts as reported are as follows.
God damn, this is fucking sicko.
Um March 15, 2005, a 14-year-old white female here and after referred to as, and they blanked out the name, but I already know it's gonna be as I think SG or BG, okay.
Uh and her family reported unlawful sexual activity which occurred at a residence within the town of Palm Beach.
Such a victim, I'll just say victim, or referred to her as victim.
Victim reported that a subject known to her as Jeff had touched her vaginal area with a vibrator massage while within his residence.
Jeff was later identified as Jeffrey Epstein through a photo lineup.
Guys, what a photo lineup is typically when you you take like six pictures and you that all the people look the same, and you show it to the victim, and then the victim circles and initials their name next to the person who they believe is the perpetrator.
So they showed her a lineup and they were she was able to positively identify him.
During a sworn-taped interview, stated that Haley Robson, uh DOB 0409, 1986, a cousin of a boyfriend and classmate at worked for a wealthy man and did sexual favors for him.
So this woman here, Haley Robson is also a minor, I think at the time.
Yes.
Wait, hold on.
1986.
Oh no, she was 20 years old at the time because this was filed um in 2006 approximately.
So yeah, so this this girl is 20 years old.
For a wealthy man had this sexual favors for him.
She also admitted that Robson had offered her an opportunity to make money during the beginning of the month of February 2005.
Uh victim explained that she was first approached by Robson to go with her to Epstein's house.
She stated that Robson, along with a Hispanic female, later identified at picked her up at a father's house on a Sunday.
Victim was not sure the exact dates, but she knew it was a Sunday.
Victim told her father that they were going shopping, but in reality, Robson drove them to Palm Beach during the drive.
A conversation occurred between Robson and such and victim, whereas Robson reportedly told the victim that if Jeff asked her age, she would say she was 18.
It was later confirmed by the victim's father that Robson picked up it picked his daughter up on February 6th, 2005.
According to the father, Robson drove a pickup truck.
Okay.
So just see how so you guys see what's going on here.
Basically, we got this girl Robson, who's helping Epstein bring girls to his spot.
Okay.
Victim described Epstein's house as a two-story pink house with a Cadillac escalade parked in the driveway.
Oh, it's white now.
She recalled that Jeff's house was on a dead end street.
We saw that earlier, right, guys?
Upon arriving at the house, she a victim stated that they walked up a driveway past what appeared to be a small guard slash security room.
A sm male approaching them asked what they wanted.
Robson stated they were there to see Epstein.
The male allowed them to continue walking up to the house.
Victim stated the man told them that Epstein was not there but was expected back.
He allowed them to enter the house via the kitchen.
He offered them something to drink while they waited outside.
Shortly thereafter, Epstein and his assistant, described as a white female with blonde hair and later identified as Sarah Kellen, entered the kitchen.
Epstein introduced himself to victim.
Victim described Epstein as being approximately 45 years old, having a long face and bushy eyebrows with graying hair.
Hmm.
Let's see if that's pretty accurate.
Hmm.
Not bad, huh?
Looks like him.
Alright.
Robson and Epstein left the kitchen, leaving Victim alone in the kitchen.
They returned a short time later.
They all spoke briefly in the kitchen.
Such list was instructed to follow Kellen upstairs.
Victim recalled walking up a flight of stairs aligned with photographs to a room that had a massage table in it.
Upon entering the room, there was a large bathroom to the right and a hot pink green sofa in the room.
There was a door on each side of the sofa recalled there being a mural of a naked woman in the room, as well as several photographs of naked women on a shelf.
Kellen told the victim that Epstein would be up in a second.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel and told victim to take off her clothes.
Victim stated Epstein was stirring when he told her to take off her clothes.
Victim said she did not know what to do, as she was the only one there in the room.
So she took off her shirt, leaving her bra on.
Epstein had removed this towel and told the victim to take off everything.
Victim stated Epstein was nude when he took his towel off, placing it on the floor as he laid down on the table.
Victim stated she then removed her pants, leaving her tongue and panties on.
Epstein then instructed her to give him a massage pointing to a specific lotion for her to use.
As victim began to give Epstein the massage, he told her to get on his back.
Victim stated she straddled herself on Epstein's back, whereby her exposed buttocks was touching Epstein's pure buttocks.
Victims said Epstein was specific in his instructions to her on how to massage him, telling her to go clockwise or counterclockwise.
Epstein then turned over and instructed victim to massage his chest.
And you guys, I know you guys are probably wondering why is her name redacted.
It's because she was a minor at the time of the incident, guys.
That's why she's the name is being redacted.
Okay.
Epstein then turned over and instructed to massage his chest.
Victim was now standing on the ground and resumed massaging Epstein's chest area.
Victim stated Epstein held onto a small of her back as she massaged his chest and shoulder area.
Epstein then turned to his side and started to rub his penis in up and down motion.
Epstein pulled out a purple vibrator and began to massage the vaginal area.
So as you guys can see, man, this is a very strange individual.
You know, this is this is some some shit sick shit here.
Um but yeah.
Uh we we'll continue on.
Uh let's see here.
Let me just check the chat real fast.
Um yeah.
Yeah, this is not this yeah.
He this is this is yeah.
Uh okay.
So it's crazy how most of the girls were female recruited.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Epstein, Epstein did this on on uh purpose, guys, because he knew he understood he understands social proof.
You know, when you have a woman recruit you, it's gonna be a lot different than a man recruiting you.
You know what I'm saying?
So he knew what he was doing.
Um let's see here.
Thank you for doing this for us.
Learning about this stuff is always interesting.
Yep, absolutely, guys.
We got y'all.
As much as I really don't enjoy reading this, this probable cause affidavit, you know, obviously it's for educational purposes.
Um, yeah.
And I get what you guys are saying.
This has too much detail, but they have to write it this way so that they can illustrate the uh the elements of the crime.
You know what I'm saying?
That's why they have to write it this way.
And I know it sucks.
Um, but I'll let y'all I'll let you guys tell me.
Do you guys want me to keep going?
Give me a one if you guys want me to keep going, or do you guys understand what's going on here at this point?
Give me a one if you guys want me to keep reading this thing, or give me a two if you want me to just end it right here and we can uh move on to the next portion.
I'll let the people decide.
Let's see what the chat says.
One if you guys want me to keep going, two if you guys want me to stop.
All right.
Thank you.
Yeah, and there's quite a bit more.
Because there were, I think there were multiple victims on this one, guys.
So, but this as you guys can see, this is what what the FBI opened up their case on.
Alright, so I see mostly ones.
Um I'll read through uh a little bit more, and then you to you guys tell me if you guys want me to uh to stop.
I'll give y'all another chance to um to do it.
Alright, let's see.
Where were we?
Um, so here we go.
So we go, um, we were right here.
Two, but that's me, and that's Michael Mistro.
I get you, bro.
I get you.
Um, but I think this this really like helps illustrate like how vile this guy was.
You know what I'm saying?
This is this is some fucked up shit.
Um, okay.
Stay so victim stated there was no penetration as the vibrator was on top of her underwear.
Uh victim recalled Epstein ejaculating because he had to use a towel to wipe himself as he got off the table.
Epstein then left the room and got dressed.
She went back downstairs where she met with Robson.
Uh victim said she was paid $300 in cash from Epstein.
Before she left, Epstein asked Victim to leave her phone number.
As victim uh Robson and victim or someone else were leaving the house.
Robson told victim she received $200 that day for bringing her.
Okay, so Robson got paid, and then the the victim got paid.
All right, three 200 to the to the recruiter, 300 to the to the victim.
Okay.
During the course of the investigation, parental consent was granted for a victim to assist with the investigation.
At our direction, uh victim conducted control tape phone calls to Robson's cellular telephone five 561, etc.
Victim spoke with Robson and guys, 561 is the area code for West Palm Beach, by the way.
Uh victim spoke with Robson in an attempt to arrange another meeting with Epstein.
Okay, do y'all see what's going on here?
So the victim went to the police, told what happened.
So now the police are like, all right, cool.
You're gonna go meet with him again, but we want everything recorded so we can gather evidence against this guy.
Okay, so now she's cooperating and she's going to make controlled phone calls and meetings at the direction of law enforcement, okay.
Can you do a show on Jim Jones wiretap uh and how he didn't get convicted of conspiracy?
Um, I can do that when I do the 6ix9ine case because that's it that's uh that's what the that's uh that's all in relation to the to the Sakashi 69 case.
I can do that in the future.
All right.
So so see so see since she's a minor, the police had to get consent from the family to have her cooperate, right?
So now they're making a phone call to the recruiter.
So they're gonna get her linked up in this.
Robson.
Robson is the other defendant, guys.
All right.
So Robson attempt to uh arrange another meeting with Epstein, asked Robson what did she need to do to make more money.
Robson stated the more you do, the more you get paid.
Robson had subsequently called back victim and left a voicemail message for her indicating that she had set up an appointment for victim to go to Epstein's house at 11 a.m. on April 5th, 2005.
This message was recorded from the voicemail.
Okay.
Police are starting to get some some evidence here.
Based on the above, trash poles were established at Epstein's residence with supervisory Tony Higgins of the Sanitation Bureau of the Tow of Palm Beach.
The trash poles from April 5th, 2005 revealed a telephone message for Epstein, which stated Haley and victim name at 11 a.m.
This was the time frame Robson had informed to be ready to go at Epstein's house.
Okay, guys, let me break that down for y'all what that paragraph means.
So the detectives, what they did was they went to uh so they went to uh Epstein's house, they saw the trash on the side of the road, they took it, and then they brought it back to the police headquarters, opened it up, and went through the trash.
This is called a a trash run and or trash pull.
It's an investigative technique where um, you know, you're able to get a lot of information on someone.
Imagine the amount of information you can get from someone by looking at their trash.
You're gonna see what kind of food they eat.
You're gonna see maybe um pieces of paper that were thrown out, uh documents, anything like that.
And remember, guys, this is 2005.
Back then, the internet wasn't as big as it is now.
Like digital information wasn't like it is now.
So doing a trash pull back then could give you a lot of information that you could have otherwise never got.
So as soon as you put your trash out on the front step to be collected, it's no longer considered uh private property anymore.
It's considered public because you're putting it out for the state to come in and take it.
So therefore, there's no reasonable expectation of privacy.
In the United States in general, guys, when it comes to search amend uh uh uh searches and fourth amendment, etc.
The number one question you gotta ask yourself is was there a reasonable expectation of privacy?
R. E. P. Reasonable expectation of privacy.
If there is one, then you're more than likely gonna need a search warrant.
If there is not one, then you can take it without a need of uh without a search warrant.
So in this case, the trash was out on the front of the street, the detectives went and grabbed it On trash day, probably went maybe dressed up or something like that, or had the trash guy.
Actually, you know what?
They had the trash guy do it for them because you can see that they have his name in there.
And then the trash guy gave it to them.
They open it up and they go through it with you know with their gloves on and see what the hell's in there, and that's how are they able to get this evidence.
So it's actually a very uh unique way to gather evidence, man.
And like the goddamn video, because ain't nobody else explaining this shit to y'all, man.
Dumb the monk goes.
All right, giving y'all the heat right now.
Like the video, okay.
There's 1,097 of you guys in here as we talk about this Epstein case and what are the likes at?
Let me let me look here.
Let me look.
And I've done trash poles myself, guys.
They're not as useful.
I ain't gonna lie.
And in you know, in in the modern day, but they're definitely um they can they can give you a wealth of information that you otherwise wouldn't have been able to get, right?
So, like if I'm like going like doing surveillance on a drug dealer, I'll find a bunch of baggies and scale and like you know, drug type paraphernalia information uh stuff in their uh in their trash.
Alright, we got 993 likes, guys.
We're up to 1100 viewers, like the video.
Okay, so they did a trash pull, right?
And in the trash pull, they received a veiled a telephone message for Epstein, which stated, Haley.
So now they found evidence that corroborated what they had done on the control phone call.
So they set up the meeting for the victim to go meet Epstein at 11 a.m. on April 5th, and then they go and pull the trash and they see that Epstein had written it down somewhere, right?
That this chick was gonna go meet him.
So that's huge, guys.
Huge.
All right, because now you were able to he they were able to independently corroborate their witnesses or cooperators information, okay.
Sorry, guys, I get really excited about this.
It's real, it brings back good memories.
So, anyway, uh so uh reveal the telephone message for Epstein, which stated Haley and victim name at 11 a.m.
This was the time frame Robson had informed to be ready to go work at Epstein's house.
Okay, so we got corroboration right there.
On October 3rd, 2005, Sergeant Frick and I went to Robson's residence and viewed her vehicle parked in the driveway, a red Dodge Neon.
Sergeant Frick and I knocked on the door and met with Haley Robinson.
Uh Robson was told we were investigating a claim uh involving Jeffrey Epstein at El Brillow Way in Palm Beach.
Robson was asked if she would accompany us back to the police station for further questioning.
She was also told that at the conclusion of the interview, she would be returned home.
Robson voluntary came back with us to the Palm Beach Police Department.
Alright, guys.
Please have her come to your house and say, hey, come back with us to the police station.
We want to talk to you.
You always say, uh Nope.
You don't talk to the police.
Alright, guys.
Unless you're a victim or a witness, you should never go talk to the police.
Alright.
Uh let me highlight here.
Okay, cool.
So upon arrival at the police station, Robson was brought to the interview room in the detective bureau where I obtained a taped sworn statement.
I began to interview by Aston Robson how she became acquainted with Epstein.
Robson stated that approximately two years ago, just after she turned 17 years of age, she was approached by a friend named Molly at the Canopy Beach Resort at Rivera Beach.
Robson was asked if she wanted to make money.
She was told she would have to provide a massage and would make $200.
Robson thought about the offer and agreed to meet with Jeffrey.
Now, just so y'all know, guys, when the police bring you in, right?
And voluntarily like this, they do not have to read you your Miranda rights, okay?
Hold on.
One more time for y'all.
When the police bring you in like this and and uh and ask you questions and you come in voluntarily, they do not have to read you your Miranda rights because technically you're not under arrest or it's not a custodial interview, okay?
Because in a custodial interview, they have to read your rights because now basically you you're not really free to go.
But if you're free to go and they ask you to come up, come, they don't necessarily have to read your Miranda rights.
Now, every detective, every investigator is different.
Me, when I was a Fed, I used to read everyone their Miranda rights.
I didn't give a fuck.
I was just wanting to be safe because that way I would be safe.
Whether because they can get they can do a suppression hearing and try to get that statement thrown out if they felt like they were under custody or whatever it is.
But the police, but it's all about creating the element, right?
That the person that you're interviewing feels safe.
So if I right personally said, hey, I need you to come back with me and we could talk, you know, it's nothing serious, whatever.
What I would do is I would keep the door open, I would give them breaks, I wouldn't make them feel like like they're under arrest.
I'd let them know, hey, you're free to leave at any time, etc.
You could take all these steps, right, to establish that the person was not being interviewed in a custodial fashion so that you don't have to read them their rights.
But the fact that that she went Over there with them willingly, right?
They probably didn't have to read her her rights, so she felt comfortable speaking with them, okay.
So she tells how she met him, right?
Molly, uh, so she met uh okay.
So she met um Epstein through this girl named Molly, okay.
Molly, unknown last name, and Tony unknown last name, picked Robson up and she was taken to Epstein's house.
Upon her arrival to the house, she was introduced to Epstein in the kitchen of the house.
She was also introduced to a white female known to her as Sarah.
She was led upstairs to the main bedroom known to her as Jeff Epstein's bedroom.
Now, Sarah, guys, if I'm not mistaken, is right here, Sarah Kellen.
This is who it is.
Because this basically the police are looking at these three defendants right here.
Okay, Epstein, Sarah Kellen, and Haley Robson.
So right now we're going through the history of how Haley Robson became uh, I guess uh an employee of Epstein to find to procure girls.
Um Thank you for everything you do, Myron.
This channel and Fresh of Fit Podcast are lit.
I got y'all, baby.
I'm breaking this down on a molecular level because I s you know, uh I used to do cases like this.
So it's it's actually really cool to break this down for y'all and give you guys a little bit of education.
Um, so where were we?
So we got three different three people that the police are looking at right now.
Sarah, Sarah Ellen, Haley Robson, and obviously Epstein.
So it looks like Sarah and Haley are in charge of procuring women for him.
Okay.
Alright.
Where were we?
Okay, we're over here.
Okay.
She was led upstairs to the main bedroom, known to her as Jeff's Epstein's bedroom.
Sarah arranged the massage table and covered the table with a sheet.
She brought out the massage oils and laid them next to the massage bed.
Sarah then left the room and informed Robson uh Jeff would be in in a minute.
Jeff entered the bedroom wearing only a towel.
Hmm.
Similar, right?
He removed the towel and laid nude on the massage table.
He laid on the table onto his stomach and picked a massage oil for Robson rub on him.
During the massage, Robson stated he tried to touch me and I stopped him.
I asked how he tried to touch her.
Robson stated that Epstein grabbed her buttocks and she felt uncomfortable.
Robson told Epstein, I'll massage you, but I don't want to be touched.
Robson stated she performed the massage naked.
At the conclusion of the massage, Robson uh Epstein paid Robson 200.
After the massage, Epstein stated to Robson that he understood she was not comfortable, but he would be he would pay her if she brought over some other girls.
Okay.
Very important.
So this is how this relationship formulates.
He told her the younger the better.
Okay.
Robson stated she once tried to bring a 23-year-old female, and Epstein stated that female was too old.
God damn this nigga sick.
What the fuck?
Okay.
Robson stated that in total, she only remembers six girls that she brought to see Epstein each time she was paid $200.
Robson stated he she had brought the following girls, and then see these are all victims right here.
Okay, probably underage.
A six-year-old female, a 16-year-old female, and such and such.
Robson said that at the time she brought these girls to Epstein's house, they were all 14 through 16 years of age.
I asked Robson which one was the youngest.
Robson advised uh such and such was the youngest, as she was 14 when the massage occurred.
God damn.
Robson said that every girl she brought knew what to expect when they arrived.
They were told they would provide massages, possibly naked, and allow some touching.
I asked her if she, if such and such was aware, the victim probably that they that is cooperating with them on this case.
She stated every girl she brought knew what to expect.
She explained she knew that such and victim wanted to make money.
She approached victim and explained about going to work for Jeff.
Victim agreed and arrangements were made to bring her to Epstein's house on a weekend.
Robson stated that she and uh okay, such and such, picked up victim at her house.
Robson later uh Robson stated that at the time she was driving a red pickup truck, she traveled to Epstein's house and entered through the kitchen door.
They met with the house chef and Epstein's assistant, Sarah.
Victim was introduced to Epstein while they were in the kitchen area.
Sarah led victim upstairs to Epstein uh and Epstein went upstairs.
When the massage was over, Epstein returned to the kitchen area.
Robson stated she was paid 200 for bringing victim to Epstein's house.
Robson stated victim told her she was paid 300 for the massage.
So look, guys, this all corroborates what they had been told from the victim.
Okay.
So the victim told them what happened, And then Robson's dumbass comes in and also tells them what happened, which corroborates she was paid 200 and the woman was paid 300.
The victim was paid 300.
Robson stated that victim was the last person she brought to Epstein's house.
She had changed her cellular number to avoid being contacted by Sarah.
She continued stating she had no direct contact with Epstein.
Okay.
So now we're going to continue on.
Oh, okay.
Uh, we'll hit some of these chats real quick.
Uh, fun fact VH1 used to play some show hyping up Jeffrey Epstein and his infamous Lolita Express.
G Maxwell was in a Lincoln Park crawling music video.
Oh, okay.
I remember that music video.
All right.
That was like their first, I think that was their first song.
Um, anything else?
No.
That was only chat.
Okay.
So let's continue on.
Robson said when Epstein announces to his assistant Sarah that he is traveling to Palm Beach, Sarah would then contact Robson to arrange girls to work for Epstein.
Robson stated that once her parents discovered that she was visiting Epstein, they are disapproved of the encounters with him, and she stopped.
Robson further stated that Sarah still tries to call Robson's house and leaves messages.
Sergeant Frick, and which this seems a little weird because you had literally just dropped a girl off like last week.
What are you talking about?
But let's continue on.
Sergeant Frick entered the room and explained to Robson that based on her own statement, she had implicated herself by bringing underage girls to Epstein's house.
Oh shit!
Gotcha, bitch.
Robson provided cellular telephone numbers for the girls she had mentioned previously.
Additionally, she also provided possible addresses and areas in which they lived.
As Robson was being taken home in the vehicle, a tape recorder is placed within the vehicle to record any conversations within the vehicle.
During the drive back to her home, okay, so you see that police are sneaky here, man.
They got it.
There's the they're surreptitiously recording the interview.
Uh everything that goes on.
Which is legal, by the way.
Um, so it goes within the vehicle.
During the drive back to her home, Robson made the comment, I'm like a Heidi Fles.
And that in parentheses, Hollywood madam who sent girls to clients for sexual favors in California.
Oh my god, you fucking idiot.
If I'm the detective, I'm like Birdman right now.
I'm just like this.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm like, oh yeah.
I got this dummy over here giving me this information.
You know what I'm saying?
And I got uh, you know, I got inform.
So now let's look.
Okay, so let's go over what the police have at this point.
So they got a cooperator, right?
That has been proven to be um reliable because the cooperator, right?
What the cooperator told them has already been independently corroborated through the co-conspirator, okay, aka Robson, right?
And on top of that, the trash pull they did also independently verifies what the uh victim or slash cooperator was saying as well, because they found that appointment on April 5th at 11 a.m. from doing a trash pull from um from Epstein's house.
Because he he might have written it down in a notepad or a ledger or whatever, and they found it.
So the police now, and she makes this stupid ass statement saying, I'm the Hollywood madam who sent girls to clients for sexual favors, Heidi Fleece.
So the police right now are like bird man, if you know what I'm saying.
So let's keep reading.
All right.
On October 3rd, 2005, Sergeant Frick and I went to speak with Victim, a 16-year-old female who was brought to Epstein's residence by Haley Robson.
Now remember, guys, they have a list of all the girls now that went to Epstein's house thanks to Robson, right?
We met with Vict uh with Victim's mother at their front door.
We explained the ongoing investigation, asked to speak with victim as we had information that she had worked for Jeff.
Miss Victim's mom introduced us to her husband and allowed us entry into the home.
We sat in the dining room and met victim date of birth.
Well, obviously, they're not gonna put that here because she's a minor.
As she was under the age of 18, Miss Victim was advised we would be speaking with her.
She expressed if her daughter had information she wanted to assist.
We interviewed victim who denied having any inappropriate counters with Jeff Epstein.
She stated she had gone to Jeff's house with Haley Robson approximately eight months ago and sat in the kitchen with the house chef, but nothing happened.
As the parents were present during the interview, we felt that victim was withholding information from us.
She made several comments as to putting the entire incident behind her.
Yep.
See, this happens all the time, guys, when you interview victims.
Very common.
I left my telephone number and advised should she wish to speak with me again to telephone me.
Sergeant Frick and I thanked Miss Victim's mom for her time and left the area.
She stated she would ask victim again after we left as to what happened at Epstein's house.
I informed her that victim had My telephone number and hopefully she would call.
On October 4th, 2005, Detective Dawson and I drove to Victim's home and I met with such and such and such and such.
So this is another victim, okay?
So now we're on victim three.
So you got the first victim, right?
That cooperated with the police.
You got this victim right here, right?
And now you got victim three right now.
Right.
I'm gonna try to keep this in order for you guys as best as I can, because obviously things are redacted, but I can kind of read between the lines.
So the next day, they go talk to another victim.
And remember, Robson, the co-conspirator at this point, aka the recruiter, had given them the list of girls.
So they met with the victim, and during the sworn tape statement, victim stated approximately a year ago, when she was 17 years old, she was taken to a house by Haley Robson.
Victim stated she knows Robson, because they both attend high school.
This is probably the school that they went to.
She was told she could make money working for Jeff.
She was told she would have a possible, she would have to provide a massage to Jeff.
Victim stated upon her arrival to the house, she was brought to the kitchen area by Robson.
They met with the house chef who was already in the kitchen area.
Victim stated Haley Robson would wait for her in the kitchen.
So you guys can start to see that there's a trend here, right?
There's a pattern.
They're bringing him in the same way.
They're meeting the chef, getting them comfortable, making them drinks, maybe giving them snacks or whatever when they walk into the house, etc.
Okay.
Alright.
Alright, so let's see here.
Let's continue on.
Um was already in the kitchen area.
Victim said Haley Robson would sit would wait for her in the kitchen.
The victim was introduced to Sarah, Jeff's assistant, who brought her upstairs to the master bedroom.
Sarah prepared the prepared the room and massage table for a massage.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel and she provided a massage.
Victim stated she kept her clothes on during the massage.
She advised sometime during the massage, Epstein grabbed her buttocks and pulled her close to him.
Victim said she was uncomfortable by the incident involving Jeff.
At the conclusion of the massages, she was paid $200 for the massage.
I asked Victim if she had any formal training and massages, to which she replied, no.
I asked her if Robson received any monies for taking her to perform the massage.
Victim stated Robson had received money for taking her there, but was unsure in the amount.
Victim stated she returned to Epstein's house on another occasion with Robson and another girl.
Victim stated she waited in the kitchen with Robson while victim was taken upstairs by Sarah.
Victor stated she only did the massage once as she was uncomfortable with the whole experience.
At the conclusion of the interview, the tape was stopped.
I was informed that Sarah had attempted to reach victim via cell phone.
A voicemail message on October 4th, 2005 at 1059 a.m. revealed a female voice who identified herself as Sarah, who requested victim to call her back, reference the police questioning, provided the wait to call her back, ref reference the police questioning, provided the incoming telephone number as such.
Victim stated she inadvertently told such and such about the police investigation because victim had called her to tell her about how she just received the rental car from Jeff Epstein.
Victim had called her to tell her she was given a rental car, a 2005 Nissan Centra to utilize to visit family and visit Epstein.
Victim asked her what was going on at the house and what that the police would be asking questions.
Oh, okay, I see what's going on here now.
Victim stated, then called Jeff and Sarah and asked what was going on, reference the ongoing police investigation.
According to victim, Sarah had since been trying to contact her to ask about police questions.
I instructed Victim not to contact Sarah and do not provide any more information to such and such as she would notify Jeff and Sarah what was transpiring.
Okay.
So you guys see what's happening here?
So Sarah gets wind that the detectives are snooping around.
Okay?
And she contacts her while they're doing the goddamn interview.
Okay?
As the police are talking to this chick, she calls them.
She calls the she calls the victim to tell him, hey, what the hell's going on?
The police are snooping around.
All right.
Like the goddamn video.
There's 1100 plus of you guys in here right now.
Like the video, and let's keep going.
Oh, Dick Maximus, five bucks.
Saw some of this on Netflix.
Surprise how many girls are willing to sell each other out for the bag.
So much for girl code.
Yeah, kind of sucks.
Um October 4th, 2005, I made a telephone contact with such and victim who had left several messages for me to contact her.
Oh, okay.
So this is probably the second victim, guys, that that uh remember when they went to go talk to her the day prior.
Um, and she didn't want to talk.
During the message, she advised she was not completely truthful when we met in person, but would like to speak with me to advise what happened.
Hey, now we got it.
Now she finally wants to come clean.
So now they got a uh a third, yeah, a third.
Uh uh, now they're gonna get testimony from someone else.
She further advised that she did not want to speak of this incident in front of her mother.
Okay, that makes sense.
That's why she didn't want to talk to them before.
At approximately 3:40 APM, I made telephone contact with victim.
During tape recorder's statement, victim stated the following.
Approximately a year ago, when she was 16 years of age, Robson took her to Epstein's house.
She knows Robson made she knows Robson because they both attend school together.
The first time she went, Haley Robson drove to the house.
They entered through the kitchen area where she was introduced to Sarah and Epstein.
She was taken upstairs to a bedroom by Sarah, who set the room up with the massage bed and brought out the oils to use.
Epstein then entered the room wearing only a towel.
He laid on the table and picked out a lotion for her to rub on him.
At one point during the massage, she tried to remove her shirt, at which point she became very upset and discontinued the massage.
Both both victim and Epstein had a verbal disagreement at which time she left without being paid.
She got with Haley Robson, who was sitting in the kitchen and told her, let's go.
Victim advised she received no money for that day.
Victim also said that Haley Robson told her that if she was uncomfortable with what was going on, to let him know and he'll stop.
She knew that the more you do, the more you get paid.
Victim advised that several weeks later she agreed to be taken a second time by Haley Robson.
Once they arrived at the residence, Haley Robson sat in the kitchen and Sarah took her upstairs to the master bedroom again.
Sarah set the room up with the massage and brought out the oils to use.
Epstein then entered the room wearing a towel.
He laid on a table on the table and picked up lotion for victim to rub on him.
At one point during the massage, he tried to touch her buttocks.
As victim was wearing tight jeans and had a tight belt on Epstein was unable to touch her buttocks.
Epstein then rolled onto his back during the massage and then attempted to touch her breast, then became upset again when and told Epstein she didn't want to be touched.
Victim discontinued the massage and was paid $200.
Victim then went downstairs where Haley Robson was waiting for her.
She told Robson she wanted to leave.
Victim said she was never returned to the house.
And she stated she is aware that her friend was also at the house and had a problem with Epstein.
So we got a couple victims now at this point.
We got three, I'm counting.
So this was the this is victim two finally coming back to the police saying that I want to talk again.
Alright.
So she went to Epstein's house twice, victim number two.
I later researched victim and met with her at a residence during a sworn statement.
Stated the following.
Okay, so this is this is I think victim four number now, guys, right?
So we're keeping track of this.
So victim one, I'm gonna start writing this shit down because there's there's gonna be quite a few here.
Victim one is the one that's cooperating with the police, right?
That made the recorded phone call, right?
Victim one.
Victim two is the one that lied when she was with her mom.
Victim three is this one.
Uh okay, 17 years old when she when she met.
So victim three is a 17-year-old when uh she met Epstein.
Alright, I'm writing this shit down right now so I can keep track.
And now we got victim four coming up, which we're reading that paragraph right now.
So we're on victim four.
And don't worry, guys, I'll keep track for y'all.
Thank you.
Um where were we?
Right.
Thank you.
Okay.
So this is victim four that we're on now.
On her about November 4th, 2004, she was approached at such and such by Haley Robson, a fellow student.
Okay, so all these girls' guys it seems like they go to school together.
Haley Robson goes to school with a lot of these chicks.
High school, more than likely.
Robson asked such and such if she wanted to make money.
She agreed and was told she would provide a massage to a wealthy man in Palm Beach.
Robson picked her up and drove her to a house in Palm Beach.
She was brought into the kitchen area of the house.
Once again, as you guys can see, there's a pattern here.
She further stated that fellow, this is a high school student, etc.
Came with them.
They were brought into the kitchen where they were introduced to Epstein and other females.
Victim stated she was introduced to a female helper of Epstein.
The female was described as a white female, unknown name, with blonde hair.
She stated that the assistant was familiar with Robson.
This assistant brought her upstairs into a master bedroom area.
This is probably Sarah, by the way, guys.
The assistant set up the massage table and put out lotions to be used.
She told Victim, Epstein will be available in a minute.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel.
Once again, doing the same shit over and over.
Epstein removed his towel and laid naked on the massage table and picked a lotion to rub on his thighs and back.
Victim further stated during the massage.
Epstein asked her to remove her clothes.
She complied and removed her pants and blouse.
Victim didn't remember if she had removed her bra, but feels that she did.
Victim was certain that she stayed in her thong underwear and continued the massage.
At one point, she climbed onto the massage table, striping Epstein to massage his back.
While doing this, her buttocks were touching Epstein's.
Victim was instructed to return to the ground, at which time Epstein turned to have his chest rubbed.
Victim advised she was sure he was masturbating based on his hand movements going up and down on his penis area.
Victim did not want to look at his penis area because she was uncomfortable.
Epstein removed a large white vibrator which was next to the massage table and turned it on.
Victim stated Epstein began rubbing rubbing the vibrator.
Okay.
Alright.
Uh okay.
So he basically masturbated, guys.
Um, and he went to shower.
And then she waited, she waited as he was talking taking a shower in her direct view.
When I okay, so he took a shower right in front of her.
And he when I asked Victim how old she was when this occurred, she stated she had just turned 17.
At the conclusion of the shower, victim was paid $350 or $400.
She stated she wasn't sure, but knows it was close to 400.
Victim stated she never returned to provide a massage for Epstein.
So just so you guys know, in Florida, the age of consent is 18.
Okay, in the state of Florida.
So this is still a crime, according to Florida.
I know some other states have a lower age of consent.
I think Texas is 17.
Uh, some other states at 16 or 15, but in Florida, it is 18.
So this is still a crime in the eyes of uh the state of Florida.
Um, okay, and you guys could see it.
I didn't want to read all that crap, man.
It was pissing me off.
So, all right, let's continue on.
At approximately 210 p.m., detective Dawson and I met with Okay, so this looks like probably victim five now, so let's keep track of this.
So, victim four was 17 at the time and was paid the most, 350 dollars.
Okay, all the other girls were paid about 300.
So now we got victim five coming up.
Uh, okay.
So they met with victim five at a residence.
As victim was only 17 years of age.
I had notified her mother that she would be interviewed, referenced to an ongoing investigation of Palm Beach.
I assured her that her daughter was not a suspect.
I explained the possibility of her being either a vic a witness or victim.
Miss Vic uh Victim's mom advised she wanted to cooperate and consented to the interview.
Yeah, so guys, with law enforcement, you can't really interview minors uh without parental consent to some degree, especially if like they're victims.
If they're if they're uh crooks, that's different.
If they're like the suspect, that's different.
But if it's like uh uh victim, typically you gotta get consent.
Uh and Michael Miestro, Myron, thank you for the hard work.
Thank you so much.
Any other chats?
No.
That was it?
Okay.
Put that one down.
Alright.
During a sworn tape statement, victim stated the following.
At the age of 16, during the month of September 2004, she was approached by Haley Robson for a chance to make money.
Victim was friends with uh associates of Robson and knew the same people.
They all went to the same school.
Victim had been previously told by her friends from such and such high school what Robson did for Epstein.
Can you look up this high school for me?
Uh Aisha, real quick.
That all these victims are that way.
I don't have to keep saying high school.
It's probably like Palm Beach High School or some shit like that, but just look it up real fast.
Um Robson called the person known to victim as Sarah and scheduled the appointment.
Okay.
So now here's the other victim, also hearing about this Sarah person.
Robson picked up and drove her to Palm Beach to a street called Brillo Way, which we saw on the map earlier, right, guys?
They drove to the end of the street and entered a large driveway.
They entered the kitchen area of the house and met with Epstein.
Victim was introduced to Jeff Epstein.
Robson led Victim upstairs to the main bedroom area and set up the room with a massage table and set out the oils.
Victim stated that while going up the stairs and into the bedroom, she observed numerous photographs of naked young girls.
Robson dimmed the lights and turned on soft music.
Robson exited the room and Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel.
Epstein picked oils and instructed her to rub his legs under his buttocks, back and chest area.
Epstein asked her to get comfortable.
Victim advised she did not remove any of her clothes.
She was wearing tight jeans and a cropped tank top exposing her belly.
Area.
During the massage, Epstein removed his towel and laid on his massage table naked.
As victim rubbed Epstein's chest area, he attempted to reach down her pants and to touch her buttocks area.
However, she was unable.
He was unable due to the tightness of the jeans and a tight belt.
Victim advised Epstein.
Victim advised Epstein began to masturbate as she rubbed his chest.
As she rubbed his chest.
Epstein moaned as she rubbed his chest.
She observed he was continuing to masturbate and attempted to reach up her tank again to touch her breast.
Victim pulled back and Epstein stopped.
However, he kept whacking, right?
and finished uh he cleaned himself with the towel he was previously wearing victim was paid 200 for the massage and left the airship She met with Robson, who was waiting in the kitchen area and left the house.
So, all right.
I don't know if you guys are noticing, but they're the reason why the detectives are right are, I guess, doing these interviews in this way is because what they're trying to do is they're trying to see how the victims corroborate the story.
As you guys can see, we're up to victim number five right now, and they're all going through the same exact line of events.
Robson recruits them, Robson drives them to the house.
They enter the house through the kitchen area, they meet Sarah.
Sarah go takes them upstairs, sets up the massage table.
Epstein walks in with a towel, etc.
Now remember, guys, they're interviewing each victim by themselves.
And each victim has the same exact story about how they dealt with Epstein.
What this does, guys, is it makes each person's testimony that much more legit because it's not like you know they interviewed them all in the same room and they're all like, yeah, yeah, he came in with a white towel.
This girl Haley Robson brought me there.
This uh assistant named Sarah recruited us and she brought us upstairs.
No, they're interviewing each girl one at a time, and each girl is giving the same exact story, same exact details.
And that way, each victim inadvertently makes each other victim's story more credible because they don't know that the police are running around interviewing everybody right now.
So that is why this is so important and why the police right now are building a case based off of this is what you would consider circumstantial evidence, but it's excellent circumstantial evidence because you got several victims confirming the same exact thing.
Pretty much there's no other way they would be able to get this information had they not been in that situation with Epstein, knowing where he lives, knowing it's a dead end street, going in through the kitchen, knowing his assistant, knowing uh Sarah, knowing Haley Robson, they all go to the same school.
The story is almost word for word, the same exact situation every single time.
And they're all getting paid the same amount of money as well.
I think at this point, pretty much every girl has made somewhere between two to three hundred dollars.
Okay, two to four hundred dollars in that range.
And then Robson is also getting paid for each referral.
So this makes the case that much stronger.
Okay?
Let's continue on.
Victim then explained she never provided another massage for Epstein.
She did, however, go to the house with Robson and such and such, as they took another friend of Robson's.
Alright, so we're up to victim five now.
This one was a 17-year-old as well.
Right?
This one?
Okay.
It's Royal Palm Beach High School.
Royal Palm Beach High School?
Okay.
Bam.
Um, so that's the high school that they all went to, guys, Royal Palm Beach High School.
And then we got Ramon Vargas 5 bucks.
I hope this channel gets 100K by 2023.
I hope so too, man.
I want to get 100K by the end of this year, guys, if we can.
That'll be lit.
Um, let's see here.
Any other chats that I missed?
We're good.
And guys, thank you so much for the donations.
I appreciate it greatly.
Helps the channel.
All right.
Victim advised she was present when such or such went to work for Epstein.
She advised she rode over and sat in the kitchen area with Robson to wait for victim.
Advised while they waited for the house chef prepared lunch for them as it was almost lunchtime when they went.
Okay.
So this victim here doesn't give another massage, but they're working together to bring another girl there.
So now it looks like we're on victim six.
Write this down.
Keep track of this for y'all.
She advised she rode over and sat in the kitchen aerial Robson to wait for victim.
Victim advised while they were waited for the house.
Chef prepared lunch for them as if it was almost less time when they uh uh when they went.
When victim was finished with the massage, they left the area.
So, okay, victim six.
Let's see if they can.
I asked Victim 5 if Robson ever told her what would be expected when she provided the massage.
Victim stated yes, Robson told her that the the massage would be expected, possibly naked and possibly touching some touching involved.
Victim has no formal training in providing massages.
Um victim spoke about a third, and last time she went to Epstein's house.
Robson drove another girl, 16 years of age, who is uh victim's friend to Epstein's house.
Victim stated, victim knew that they had money massaging Epstein and wanted to make money herself.
Robson took them in the kitchen area of the house and introduced them to Sarah.
Robson and Sarah took victim upstairs to the main bedroom and advised she doesn't know what happened.
Victim did not speak about what happened in the room, received uh damn.
It's blocked out here.
But it looks like $300 from Robson for going with her to Epstein's house and recommending.
Okay.
So I think we got was there two victims in that one?
It's a little confusing.
We'll just say that that we got just to be safe, we'll be conservative.
We got six victims at this point.
Okay.
Free Thinker, five bucks.
This is so crazy.
I live slash still live in West Palm Beach.
I know all the locations you're talking about and went to the same high school.
What the fuck, man?
Yeah, I know it's crazy, right?
Okay, on October 6, 2005 at 1145 a.m.
I met with such and such at such and such and explained to her why we were there to interview her.
So I'm gonna this is victim seven now.
Okay.
She advised she was aware of the ongoing investigation.
Victim stated she had previously spoken with Blanc, who told her she was interviewed by detectives.
Okay, so another one of the victims told this girl that the police were going around and she was she knew what was going on now at this point.
So now it's probably going around town at this point that the police are inver interviewing teenagers.
And like I said before, remember, guys, Sarah, the assistant contacted one of the victims to say, hey, tell us about the police.
During a sworn tape statement, victim stated she knew that Haley Robson worked for Jeff Epstein in Palm Beach.
Victim advised she had originally been taken to Epstein House by Haley Robson, whom she met when they both attended what is it called?
Royal Royal Sum High School?
Royal Palm Beach High School.
Royal Palm Beach High School.
She began going to the house when she was 16 years of age and stated she had been there a lot of times to provide massages over the past two years.
I asked her if she had been formal training in providing she had formal training and providing massages, which she stated she had not.
And guys, this is important that they say this because this creates the element like, hey, why are you getting younger girls that aren't trained to massage you to massage you?
That's why the police keep asking this question, by the way.
It it adds, it adds more to the nefarious um goals of Epstein that he's getting a bunch of young girls that have zero uh massage training to rub rub his back.
Okay, they're trying to eliminate any type of potential explanation that he might try to come up with.
Victim advised she was told what was expected of her by providing massages, and she would have to remove clothing, but if she felt uncomfortable just to say so, and Epstein will stop pushing the issue.
Victim began providing massages and advised she kept her clothes on.
She considered Epstein a pervert, and he kept pushing to go further and further.
Victim explained she would keep Telling him she had a boyfriend and would not be right with her boyfriend.
It wasn't until recently that uh victim began removing her clothes and staying staying in her thong and underwear to provide a massage.
Victim explained Epstein wanted to be rubbed on his back and recently began turning over to have her rub his chest as he masturbated.
He would try to touch her breast as he rubbed his chest.
Victim stated Jeff would try to get away with more and more on each massage.
Victim stated Epstein would try to touch her more and more on occasion.
He attempted to use a massager slash vibrator.
Uh Robson drove victim to the house for the original massage.
Victim left Sarah her cell phone number, and every time Epstein would come into town, Sarah would call her for an appointment to work.
Each time she went, Sarah would meet her at the kitchen and door area.
She would bring her upstairs and prepare the massage table.
See, guys, see the place it's the same exact situation every time.
Victim advised Epstein would ask her questions about herself.
Epstein knew she was a soccer player and would be attending such and such.
I asked Victim if Epstein knew her real age, stated Epstein didn't and didn't care.
He did and didn't care.
So he did know her age.
But just so you guys know, not knowing someone's age is not a defense in the state of Florida.
So if you hook up with a girl that's 16 and she tells you she's 21, and you get caught, you don't it that uh uh not knowing the age is is not a defense, guys, which kind of sucks, but it you know, but in this case, obviously Epstein is a weirdo, but you know, there are other situations where a guy might not necessarily know the girl's age, but that is not a valid defense in the state of Florida is uh not knowing the age.
So ID all these girls.
Okay, if you guys live in Florida, ID all these girls, man.
Don't don't don't fuck up.
The most recent massage was provided on October 1st, 2005.
Oh, wow, recently, like a couple days before this interview.
Excuse me.
There are massage, she asked Epstein if she could borrow one of his vehicles to visit her family and boyfriend in Orlando, Florida.
Epstein had told her she could borrow one of his vehicles, but later stated he would rent her a car.
She continued with the massage as Epstein grabbed her buttocks and caressed the butt the buttock's cheeks.
I asked if she was wearing undergarments, to which she replied her thong underwear.
Once he arrived to touch her breast, she would pull away from him and he would stop.
Victim was asked if she ever used a vibe, if he ever used a vibrator on her victim was aware of the vibrator but she would never would allow him to use it on her.
She described the vibrator as large white vibrator with a huge head on the tip of the vibrators.
She stated she kept the vibrator in a closet near the massage table.
So boom, now you got another victim corroborating the fact that he uses vibrators.
Guys, this is all you know, even though this is a horrible situation.
The police are getting a lot of good evidence, okay, to go after this guy because now they got several victims corroborating the same story with the same type of um events going on.
Guys, we got 1100 of you guys in here.
Please like the video.
Um, this is a very disturbing case, but you know, you guys wanted it, so here we are.
Um, but yeah, this guy was a sicko, guys.
Um victim stated that on October 3rd, 2005, she was contacted by Epstein's assistant, Sarah, who informed her uh that Jeff had rented her a new Nissan Central and she would come by the house to pick it up.
Sarah informed she would have the car for a month.
Victim stated Epstein knew her car was not working properly.
Also, guys, keep in mind that victim seven went to the house several times.
She was like a regular, so they uh so they you know did her assault and rented her car.
Okay, so this is victim seven to the house several times.
She had the niece on and she was gonna take it to Orlando, all right.
Um victim said Epstein knew her car was not working properly, and she had missed appointments in the past because of her car being inoperable.
Victim explained the car is currently parked next to such and such at the gym field, probably the high school.
I asked her if she ever took any one of the house cars, explained she took, okay, a friend of hers who attended okay, who was re relocated to Orlando said to attend college.
So it looks like this girl, Victim 7 took someone else to Epstein's house.
I asked if she ever allowed another female in the room.
Victim advised no one no one was brought into the room with her.
Okay.
At the conclusion of the interview, Detective Dawson and I went to the gym area of such and such and located the silver Nissan Central bearing Florida X98 APM.
The vehicle was registered to dollar rent a car out of the Palm Beach International Airport.
The vehicle was rented by Janusz Benasiak, later learned to be Epstein's houseman and paid with Epstein's credit card.
you Oh, oh.
you The case is growing bigger and bigger, getting more and more information.
On September 11th, 2005, white female, date of birth, etc., was arrested by the Palm Beach Police Department for a misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
During the arrest, victim told the arresting officer that she had information about sexual activity taking place at the residence of Jeffrey Epstein.
Hold on, stop the show.
Y'all see what just happened now?
So this girl gets popped for smoking weed, and then she says, Hey, I got some information for you guys.
And now she's gonna turn into an informant.
Here we go.
Additionally, during the ongoing trash pulls from Epstein's residence, discarded papers were found which contained blank name and cell phone number.
On October 11, 2005, Detective Dawson and I met with such and such and obtained a sworn tape statement.
So this is victim eight now.
Victim eight.
I'm gonna just label her informant.
And also, guys, keep in mind.
Remember that trash pull that they did earlier from Epstein's house?
There was paper that had this girl's name on it and cell phone number.
So when she said, hey guys, I know you caught me for weed, but I can give you guys some information on this Epstein guy.
The police were able to figure out that her name and phone number were located in the trash that they pulled from Epstein's house.
So what does that do?
It gives her credibility, guys.
Now shit!
Oh shit!
The police can actually interview her, and she's gonna be considered a credible witness now because they've already established through independent means that this woman was involved with Epstein already.
Obviously, she doesn't know that they know that they pulled trash and they found her name and her phone number, but now the detectives are gonna go talk to her and she's she's gonna be legit just based off that.
Okay?
So you guys see how everything is coming together?
All right, how this investigation is working.
So on October 11th, Detective Dawson and I met with and obtained sworn statement from victim.
Victim explained she had been going to Epstein's house since 2002, and this is victim eight now, when she was 16 years of age.
Since then, she has gone to the house hundreds of times.
Victim stated she became his number one girl.
Okay, now that makes sense, guys, right?
Because now her name and phone number was in his trash.
She explained that on her first visit, she was brought to the house by fellow such and such classmate.
Uh so this was not Haley Robinson, it was probably someone else because they have her name redacted.
Since she was brought, she said she was brought through the kitchen area where she met Sarah Kellen for the first time.
Victim was led to the master bedroom, Epstein's room, explained that as she was walking up the stairs, she ups uh observed several photographs of naked women along the walls and tables of the house.
Guys, look, more proof, man.
More proof that he has pictures, um, the way the house is described, coming in through the kitchen, etc.
Several women have you basically been able to describe the house to a T. Okay.
Bougie, ten dollars when it's money and uh it involved females get reckless, okay.
Victim further explained that she was brought into the bedroom where Sarah prepared the room by setting up a massage table and provided the oils for her to rub on Epstein.
Victim explained she remembered the steam room area, which contained two large showers.
Epstein entered the room from the steam room area and introduced himself.
Epstein lay on the table and told her to get comfortable, removed her skirt and kept her shirt on.
Epstein then introduced uh instructed her to remove her shirt.
Victor removed her shirt and remembered she was not wearing a bra.
Victim stated she provided the massage wearing only her panties.
She continued rubbing his legs, thighs and feet, and advised he turned over on his back.
Epstein touched her uh and he masturbated.
Epstein ejaculated, which meant the massage was over.
At the conclusion of the massage, victim was paid 200.
See, guys, same line of facts.
They walked together downstairs where Sarah Helen and victim were wait were waiting.
Well, someone else, it looks like here.
Victim stated such and such received an unknown amount of money for taking her to Epstein.
Epstein instructed to her to leave her cell phone telephone number so he could contact her for when he is in town.
Okay.
Victim stated that during her many visits, a routine was established between her and Epstein.
She would enter the house and get naked in the bedroom.
She would then start with a back massage.
Epstein would roll onto his back and allow her to massage chest area.
Victim stated Epstein would then begin to touch himself, and at the same time would insert his fingers in her, you know what I'm saying?
Uh Victim explained Epstein would continue this process until he ejaculated he would then utilize a vibrator massage on her vagina until she climaxed.
Victim advised that her frequent visit uh that during her frequent visits, Epstein asked for her real age.
Victim stated she was 16.
Epstein advised her not to tell anyone her real age.
See, there you go, guys.
Boom, right there.
Got him.
Gotcha, bitch.
Now they have proof that he knows how old at least one of the victims were.
Uh where are we?
Um advised that things escalated within the home of Epstein would instruct and pay victim to have intercourse with his female friend, uh, Nata.
Okay, so there's someone else involved now.
So this is so Epstein would pay her to have sex with one of his friends, a woman named Nata Marsinkova.
Victim explained the intercourse included strap-ons, stildos, large rubber penis, and other devices that Epstein had at his disposal.
Epstein will watch them have intercourse and masturbate himself.
Occasionally Epstein would then join in during the female and female intercourse and provide oral sex to both of them.
This occurred during a time victim was 16 years of age.
So, and this is victim number eight.
So she has probably the most information, this girl, since she's been there so many times.
Um guys, do me a favor.
Obviously, this is very tough to go through.
Um, but yeah, you guys are kind of getting a deep look at um, you know, uh, how terrible of a person this guy was, uh, Epstein.
Uh Victim advised this continued to escalate during two years.
God damn.
The routine became familiar to Epstein's assistant.
Sarah would telephone her every time Epstein was in town of Palm Beach and would place appointments for her to visit and work for Epstein.
Each time something new was introduced, additional monies were produced and offered for victim to allow the acts to happen.
Victim consented to perform all these acts, but was adamant that there was an understanding with Epstein that no vaginal penetration would occur with his penis.
Victim explained that Epstein's penis was deformed.
Victim explained that his penis was oval-shaped.
Victim claimed when Epstein's penis was wrecked, it was thick toward the bottom, but was thin and small toward the head portion.
Okay.
So as horrible as this is, guys, this is good evidence for the police because now it makes her a much more credible victim uh uh witness, right?
Because she's able to actually describe something that other people would not necessarily be privy to unless they dealt with him on that level.
Does that make sense?
So, again, even though this is terrible, from an investigator standpoint, this is very strong evidence.
Okay.
Um so she's able to describe his stuff, right?
And then she called his penis egg-shaped.
Victim stated uh Epstein will photograph Marcinova and her naked and having sex and probably display the photographs within the home.
Victim stated during one visit to Epstein's house in which she provided a massage to Epstein, his female friend, uh Markinkova was also present.
Victim provided the massage in which Mar Marsenkova and her would fondle each other's breasts and kiss for Epstein to enjoy.
Towards the end of this massage, Epstein grabbed victim and turned her over and onto her stomach on the massage table and forced him said, okay.
So he had sex with her.
Victim stated Epstein began to pump.
Okay.
She said she her uh uh she said her head was being held against the table forcibly as he continued to do, you know, and she screamed no.
Epstein stopped.
She told him that she did not want to have his uh penis in her.
Epstein did not ejaculate inside of her and apologize for his actions and subsequently paid a thousand dollars for that visit.
Victim stated she knows he still displays her photographs throughout the house.
Okay, so yeah.
Uh terrible.
Fucking terrible.
Um October 12, 2005, Detective Dawson and I met with Such and such, who stated during a sworn state sworn tape statement that nothing happened between her and Epstein.
Victim stated uh appeared nervous during the interview.
I assured her that I have spoken with other people who advised differently.
Victim stated on several occasions.
She provided massage to Epstein.
Okay, so this is victim number eight now, guys.
Or no, victim number nine.
We're up to victim number nine.
As you guys can see, this is quite a bit of evidence, right?
Like this is crazy.
And now you guys can see why the FBI opened up their their case.
This affidavit, this probable cause affidavit was a large reason why the FBI started their federal investigation into this guy.
Um several occasions, she provided a massage Epstein.
She stated she was brought to the Epstein house in March of 2005.
Victim, a classmate at uh was it again?
Royal something.
Um Royal Palm Beach.
Royal Palm Beach Gardens.
Um, approached her and asked if she wanted to work.
Victim made arrangements with Sarah Epstein's assistant, who has no formal training and providing massages, stated she provided a massage fully clothed for $200.
Again, guys, more proof, more evidence.
As I sense hesitancy in her answers, I asked Victim if she had been contacted by anyone from Epstein's organization or his house.
Victim stated she was interviewed already by a private investigator for Epstein.
Oh shit.
Hold on.
So Epstein has a private investigator.
All right.
He identified himself as Paul and inquired about the police investigation and left his phone number, 3057-5165.
All right.
So guys, 305 is the area code for um for Miami.
Okay.
Victim provided no additional information as it appeared her responses were almost scripted.
So this is what probably happened here, guys, right?
He hired a private investigator.
He told that investigator to go talk to the girls that were interviewed by the police.
Because remember, guys, at this point, remember, Sarah had contacted one of the victims saying, Hey, are the police doing it?
What are the police talking?
Blah, blah, blah.
Are they coming and talking to you?
I want some information, whatever.
So Epstein probably freaks out, right?
Hires a private investigator, tracks on each of the girls, goes up to them and tells them, Hey, this is what you're gonna say if the police talk to you.
Okay.
So he's trying to get ahead of it.
Because then he knows at some point that there's a police investigation going on, and he's trying to protect himself.
Alright.
See, I didn't even know this.
This is the first time I'm reading this affidavit, so this is all new to me as well, guys.
There.
Is that better?
All right.
So let me hit these chats real quick before we get into this next page.
Uh why Alfonso, you did the tough work for this one.
It's hard to watch, but necessary.
Yeah, it really is, guys.
I ain't gonna lie.
I don't even feel comfortable reading this this thing, but you know, it is what it is.
Um, you know, these are the facts that what happened, and this is this is what led to the investigation pretty much being opened.
Uh, especially at the federal level.
Um, let's see here.
Uh any other chats here that I might have missed.
I don't think so, no.
Okay, cool.
And guys, do me a quick favor.
There's 1,100 of you guys in here.
Like the video, man.
Support the channel, subscribe to the channel if this is your first time.
Obviously, I I rarely cover, I don't normally cover um sex trafficking cases, guys, but you guys wanted us, so here it is.
Um, but now you guys can see why um oh, we already got 1.3k likes.
Thank you guys for the engagement.
All right.
Now you guys can see why they went after him so hard.
I told you guys sex trafficking cases are taken extremely seriously by law enforcement in general.
All right, especially when there's minors involved.
And I can tell you guys, I've done uh a bunch of child exploitation cases myself, guys, so I can um I could tell you guys some stories down the road.
Um, but for this for purposes of today's show, we're gonna obviously keep it uh concise here.
But it was always the most satisfying when we were when we arrested Peagles like this.
Uh on November 6, 2005, at approximately 3:30 p.m., I met with victim at the Palm Beach Police Department.
Victim was identified as a potential witness slash victim through information obtained during the trash poles.
Okay, so this is now victim 10, guys.
And they identified her through the trash poles that we talked about earlier with her name and number.
Because it's very obvious that that uh uh Epstein kept like a ledger of some to some of some kind and then threw it out after uh with the girls' information.
So we're up to 10 victims now, guys.
Okay.
Okay.
During the sworn tape statement, victim advised she was at Jeffrey Epstein's house one time approximately two months ago.
She was approached by a girl who was dating roommate for an opportunity to make some quick money.
Victim advised she needed to make some quick cash to make the uh the rent that month.
She agreed to go to the house.
She had been told by such and such that the massage would have to be done in her underwear.
She advised victim...
Thank you.
Okay, so we don't know who this woman is that's telling her to do this.
Um she advised victim drove her, drove with her and brought her into the house.
They walked into the kitchen area and took the stairs upstairs.
Further stated that she was brought into a master bedroom area.
She advised she recalled seeing portraits of naked women throughout the room.
See guys, more evidence, right?
More people, you know, independently corroborating the testimony from others.
A massage table was already out near the sauna slash shower area in the master bedroom.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel and introduced himself as Jeff.
At Epstein's direction, victim and other removed their clothing down to their panties.
Okay, so it looks like there was two victims here.
Epstein laid on his stomach, Aaron provided a massage on his legs and feet area.
I asked Victim if she had any formal training massages, and she replied no.
So see, at this point now, the detectives got a system, guys.
They're asking the girls the same exact questions, getting the same exact answers, which adds strength to the case because all the girls are independently corroborating the witness prior to them's information as far as how's the interviews are done, how they're driven there, how they enter, etc.
Um let's see here.
So Epstein laid at her stomach and they provide a massage on his legs and feet.
I asked Victim if she had informal training, she replied no.
Victim advised she was topless and the panties she wore were the boy shorts, were the boy shorts, lace panties.
She and victim continued the massage until the last 10 minutes of massage.
Epstein told victim to leave the room so that victim could finish the massage and got dressed.
Oh, so what so one of the girls stayed in there and uh and left the room as Epstein turned over onto his back.
Epstein then removed the towel and laid naked.
Epstein requested that victim rub his chest area, stated as she did this.
Epstein began.
We already know.
Victim said Epstein pulled down her boy short panties and he produced a large white vibrator with a large head.
She stated it was within his reach in a drawer in his master bedroom.
So this is more evidence, guys that shows the same exact situation, right?
The same white vibrator.
He continued to rub her uh vagina with the vibrator as he continued to, you know.
Uh victim stated she was very uncomfortable during the incident but knew it was almost over.
Epstein climaxed and started to remove himself from the table.
He locked himself with a towel he had previously and went into the shower area.
Victim got dressed and met with such and such in the kitchen area.
Epstein came into the kitchen and provided 200 for bringing and 200 to such and such for providing the massage.
Victim was told to leave her telephone number with Sarah for future contact.
Victim provided her cellar, sell her telephone number.
Victim was asked if she was recently contacted about this investigation by anyone from the Epstein organization.
She replied she was called, but it was for work.
She stated she was called by Sarah for her to return to work for Epstein.
Victim stated work is the term used by Sarah to provide a massages and other things.
Victim had advised she declined as she was not comfortable in providing that type of work.
On November 7, 2005, detective and I met with such and such during a sworn tape statement, stated she met Jeffrey through Haley Robson when they were still okay.
So now this is victim 11.
So the police guys are building a very strong case right now with different witnesses.
I mean Daniel 2799.
What's crazy?
We all know this is happening amongst regular age escorting.
This guy operates these underage girls the same way, like it's acceptable in his head.
Uh in his on his on head, though, because no one knew better.
Yeah, no, it sucks, man.
This is terrible.
Official Glizzy, can you break down Rafael Caro Caro Quintero?
Yeah, I can't do that one.
That's uh that's a that's a that's a Mexican cartel guy right there.
Yeah, we could do that one.
Um in the future.
Anyone else?
Chats?
No, caught up.
All right.
All right, so now we're up to victim number 11.
Victim stated attending the uh so she met um Haley Robson through school.
Ross would approach females who wished to work for Epstein.
Victim stated she was offered to work for Epstein but declined.
Victim explained that work means give massages.
She was asked about any formal training and pride massages, which she said no, right?
Victim said she accompanied Robson and other females who were taken to Epstein's house to provide massages.
The victim further stated she had been to the house approximately four or five times in the past year.
She accompanied Robson with such and such, so all these are different girls that went.
Each time the girls were taken over, they were previously told they would have to provide a massage, possibly naked.
They were told that should Epstein require them to do anything extra, they were not comfortable just to tell him, and he would stop.
Victim stated Robson received 200 for each girl she brought over to massage Epstein.
So Robson was making a lot of money at this time, guys.
She's gonna pay $200 for every single time a girl went, and we've been able to identify 11 victims, and they went several times.
So Robson at this point, guys, is earning thousands upon thousands of dollars.
When asked which girls appeared to be the youngest, she replied, such and such, who was really young, 15 years old at the most.
Victim further stated each time she went to the house, she sat in the kitchen and waited for Robson until the massage was over.
She further stated that the cook would make lunch or a snack for them as they waited.
I asked her if there was anything that caught her attention within the home.
Victim stated there were a lot of naked girls in the photographs throughout the house.
More evidence, guys.
On November 8th, 2005, approximately 2 p.m., I met with such and such.
So this is victim.
God damn, this is victim 12 now.
Uh at the Palm Beach Police Department.
During a sworn tape statement, victim stated she had met Epstein approximately two years ago when he was when she was first approached by Haley Robson, a classmate at the high school.
Robson approached her about working for Epstein and providing a massage to him for $200.
See guys, same exact figures.
Robson had made the arrangements, however, was unable to take her the day the arrangements were made.
Robson had blank uh had victim take such and such, also attended high school and was familiar with Epstein.
Victim recalled she was brought there and entered through the back kitchen door.
She had met with an assistant, Sarah, and another assistant, Adriana.
Sarah brought her upstairs and she observed so we got a new person here, Adriana.
We don't know who this is yet.
That's not the Russian chick, is it?
Let's see here.
I don't think so.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'm just going through it here, guys, trying to see.
Hmm.
you Thank you.
All right.
All right, let's get back to where we were.
Well, we're almost through this uh this thing, guys.
Uh, let's see here.
Where were we?
Okay.
Sarah brought her upstairs as she observed several photographs of naked females throughout the house.
Well, more evidence.
Victim said Epstein came in the room wearing only a towel and laid on the table.
Victim stated he picked out the oils he wanted her to use and requested that she remove her clothing to provide a massage.
So look, he's using the same exact situation, lotion and oils, etc.
Victim stated Epstein came in the room wearing only a towel and laid on the table.
Victim stated he picked out the oils he wanted her to use and requested she remove her clothing to provide a massage.
Victim stated that on the first massage she provided, she did not remove her clothing.
Victim stated she had returned several times after that.
Each time she returned, it was more than a massage.
Epstein would walk into the master bedroom slash bathroom air wearing only a towel.
He would, you know, that as she provided a massage.
Victim stated she was unsure if he clamaxed as he masturbated under the towel.
Additionally, she never looked below his waist.
She claimed that Epstein would convince her to remove her clothes.
She eventually removed her clothes and stayed in her tongue tongue.
On occasion, Epstein would use a massage, massager slash vibrator, which she described as white in color and large head.
Again, guys, more evidence to corroborate the other statements from the other victims.
Um on occasion, Epstein would use.
Oh, sorry.
Okay, we're here now.
Epstein would rub the vibrator massager on her as he would please himself.
Victim stated she had been to the house numerous times.
Victim stated added she had no formal training in providing massages.
Victim stated she brought two females during her visits to provide massages.
Victim stated she brought a girl named such and such and such and such from the same high school.
Victim stated she received 200 for each girl she brought.
So this girl turned into a recruiter as well.
Okay.
Uh on November 8th, 2000.
did I miss anything?
No.
No, you should.
Okay.
On November 8th, 2005, I met with such and such, a white female at the Palm Beach Police Department.
During a sworn tape statement, stated she had met Jeffrey Epstein approximately one year ago.
She was approached by a subject known to her as such and such.
This is probably one of the victims, by the way, guys.
Victim had asked her.
So this is what?
Victim freaking 13 now.
So we're up to victim 13, guys.
Victim had asked her if she wanted to make money providing massages to Epstein.
Victim had heard that several girls from such and such were doing this and making money.
She agreed and was taken to the house by victim.
Victim had introduced her to Sarah and Epstein and brought her upstairs to a master bedroom where a massage table was prepared and the proper oils were selected.
Victim left the room and waited downstairs for her.
Victim stated Epstein entered the room wearing a towel and laid on his stomach.
She provided a massage, only wearing her panties.
Victim advised Epstein had masturbated every time she vied a massage.
She stayed at Epstein continued to masturbate until he climaxed.
Once that occurred, the massage was over.
She felt the whole situation was weird, but advised she was paid 200 for each for providing the massage.
So guys, at this point, if I'm the investigator, they're building a very, very strong case because the facts and circumstances concerning each of these massages is nearly identical.
Okay.
And honestly, this is why they were able to build this case, and the FBI was able to kind of like take it, make it federal, and then like go run with it.
You know?
Because what probably happened was the bureau came in and re-interviewed all these victims.
Okay.
And uh and got similar stories, etc.
And they were able to build a very strong case against him.
But let's keep going.
Let's keep going.
Can you give me some more water, by the way?
Alright.
She also stated she was paid 200 by Epstein for bringing victims.
Victim said she had gone a total of 15 times to MC's residence to provide a massage, and things had escalated from just providing a massage.
Epstein began touching her on her butt and grabbed her closer to him as he really touched himself.
Epstein also grabbed her breasts and followed her abreast with his hands.
As she provided massage.
Victim stated on one occasion she was only 17 years of age.
He offered extra money to have vaginal to have regular sex.
She stated this all occurred on the massage table.
Victim stated Epstein penetrated and began having intercourse until he reached the point of climax.
Epstein removed his removed his thing from her and climax into the massaging table.
And we received $350 for her massage.
I asked her if she had any formal training in providing massages.
She did not.
Victim continues stayed on to state on one other occasion.
Epstein introduces his girlfriend Nadia into the massage.
So now we have this might be the Russian woman from before.
Nadia was brought into the room with such and such to provide a massage.
Epstein had them kiss and fondled each other around the breast and buttocks as they provide a massage to Epstein.
Epstein watched and masturbated as this occurred.
On other occasions, Epstein introduced a large white vibrator massager in the massage.
Epstein stroked the vibrator.
on the vagina as she provided the massage on November 14, 2005.
Oh, okay.
It looks like we got another victim.
This is going to be victim 14 coming up here.
Thank you.
Alright, so quick little little uh update here.
So we got 14 victims at this point, and we have a couple of perpetrators.
We got Epstein, Robson, Sarah, this woman named Nadia, right?
I think she had the Russian last name.
And Adriana.
Okay.
And let me make a note of this right now.
So that we can keep all this in track.
So Epstein is the main guy.
Underneath him, you got Sarah.
Then under him, under her, you got uh Robson, Sarah Robson.
Or no, um, sorry.
It's uh what page were on here?
Hold on.
Uh yeah, it's Sarah Kellen and Haley Robson.
I'm sorry, guys.
So Haley Robson.
So Epstein's the top guy.
Under him is Sarah Kellen.
And then we got two other people that are not named in here in this uh in this case, which are gonna be Adriana and Nadia.
And these are both women that he's having the young girls hook up with.
But they're not underage, they're adults because the police aren't um uh the police aren't uh redacting their names, so I already know that they're that they're probably of age.
So Adriana and Nadia.
So we got five conspirators that we've been able to identify along with 14 victims, guys, so that you guys know what's going on here.
All right, let's get back into it.
All right.
Alright, just trying to find my spot.
Okay, so this is victim 14 now that we're on.
On November 14, 2005, Detective Sam Ann and I met with uh victim during a sworn tape statement.
She advised she started going to the house approximately one year ago and has been there approximately five or six times.
Victim also stated she was 16 years old when she first met Epstein's when she first went to Epstein's house.
On her first visit, she was brought by a fellow student from the same high school, known to her as okay.
This is probably another one of the victims that recruited her.
Victim stated that victim, other another victim brought her into the house and she was introduced to Sarah.
Sarah then brought her upstairs into a master bedroom located within the bedroom.
Victim stated she met Epstein in the bathroom.
She laid on the table, he laid on the table and picked the massage oil.
She provided the massage as he lay naked on the massage bed.
See, same exact facts, guys.
She stated she rubbed his calves and back air upon the end of the massage.
Epstein removed himself to the massage table and paid her $300 for the massage.
Victim said each subsequent time she went to the house, she was notified by Sarah Kellen that Epstein was in town and would like for her to work.
Victim stated she returned to the house and was again led upstairs by Sarah.
She provided the massage clothed.
Victim was asked if she was ever removed clothing to provide a massage.
Victim stated it was not until the third time she went that she removed her clothing.
Victim stated she was notified by Sarah that Epstein wanted her to come to work.
She arrived at the house, was led upstairs by Sarah.
She started she started providing the massage when Epstein asked her to remove her clothing.
Victor moved her pants, shirt, and bra.
She stayed in her thong panties and continued rubbing Epstein.
Epstein turned over onto his back.
Stated she knew he was touching himself as she provided the massage.
So it's the same exact thing every time, guys.
He rubs the chest and he starts rubbing one out.
Um fucking weirdo.
Um where are we?
She did.
She believed it, she believed he climaxed based on his breathing.
She did not want to view either the climax or the fact that he was touching himself.
She victim stated once the breathing relaxed, he got up and told her to get dressed.
She was paid 300 for her services.
Victim stated the last time she went to provide a massage, she was notified with Sarah Kellen to come to the house and work.
Victim stated she was now dating her current boyfriend and did not feel comfortable going.
She recalled it was approximately January 2005, uh, when she said she went already thinking that it would be the last time.
She went upstairs and went into the master bathroom.
She met Epstein who was wearing only a towel and laid on the towel table.
Victim stated Epstein caught her looking at the clock on several occasions.
Epstein asked her if she was in a hurry.
She stated her boyfriend was in the car waiting for her.
Victim further stated Epstein got upset and he wasn't enjoying the massage.
She told him she didn't want to continue and she would not be back.
Epstein told her to leave as she was ruining his massage.
Victim advised she had no formal training in providing any massages.
Victim stated although she had a falling out with Epstein, she still received the Christmas bonus from Epstein.
Victim stated she was wired money from Western Union for her Christmas bonus.
Subpoena results from West Union revealed money was sent from Jeff Jeffrey Epstein on December 23rd, 2004.
Uh, and victim received 200 bucks from Epstein for the Christmas bonus.
Holy shit.
*Mario plays* YAM THE MONCO.
Marco Go the Monk.
Go!
That's fucking huge, guys.
That is huge.
And the reason why that's huge is because all the other girls paid in cash.
Were pay were paid in cash by Epstein, but no one had proof of of payment.
This girl actually had a Western Union payment sent to her from him in 2004, which is fucking awesome evidence.
Obviously, this is terrible events, but this is great evidence For the police, because now they can effectively link him to paying an underage girl 200.
And last you guys, and what did what have we established, guys, throughout this entire uh show is that all the victims were paid somewhere between 200 to 400 dollars.
Okay.
So this corroborates all the other girls' statements that they were paid two to four hundred dollars, and this girl got it on a wire transfer.
Okay.
So this is great evidence.
And they did a subpoena on Western Union and were able to get it.
I've I've subpoenaed a Western Union so many times myself back in the day.
On November 15, 2005, Sam and uh uh detective Sammy and I went uh and interviewed oh okay, looks like we're up to victim 15.
I think if I'm not mistaken, they ended up getting what 16 on this one?
Yeah.
16, right?
16, yeah.
All right.
So we're almost through this, guys.
Guys, do me a favor, like the video, subscribe to the channel if you're new here.
I break down uh cases like this once a week uh in excruciating detail.
We're already two hours in.
Man, this thing we still got a lot to cover, guys.
Um during a sworn tape statement, victim stated she met Jeffrey over a year ago.
She was 16 years of age and was approached by such and such a fellow student from the high school who informed her that she could make 200 providing massage to Epstein.
Victim had informed her that she would have to provide this massage topless.
So, guys, I don't know if you guys are seeing what's going on here.
So Epstein had Robson and a bunch of high school students also working for him, getting him other girls.
Okay, obviously, you guys can't see who's who and who because there were minors at the time, but uh Epstein had a whole network of people bringing him women, all right.
And some of them were the high school students in the school.
Victim made arrangements with Epstein and his assistant and took victim to the house.
Victim stated uh she entered through a glass door that led into the kitchen.
She was taken upstairs by one of the other victims to a master bedroom.
She called the master bedroom, had a large pink couch, sauna, and matching shower.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel.
Victim uh and okay, so looks like two of them removed their clothing, remaining only in thong and underwear.
She further stated Epstein laid on his chest and on the table.
The oils were selected on which ones to use.
Both victims provided the massage on his legs and feet.
Forty minutes into the massage, Epstein turned over onto his back and requested victim wait downstairs in the kitchen area for other victim.
Epstein instructed victim to finish the massage as victim got dressed, vi uh the victim started rubbing on Epstein's chest, and you guys already know what happens from that point, right?
Look, as I'm highlighting it for you guys, right?
She rubs his chest and he climaxes.
When asked if he had removed the towel, she stated he turned the towel around so that the opening would allow him to expose himself.
After he cleaned himself off with the towel, he instructed victim the massage was done to get dressed and meet with him downstairs.
Victim got dressed and met with Epstein in the kitchen area.
She was paid $200 for providing the massage.
Victim stated she was aware.
Victim also received money for the same thing.
The second time she went to the house, she was again approached by a victim and advised if she wanted to return to the house to provide another massage.
Victim agreed, and the arrangements were made by her co-victim to return to the house.
Victim stated her and the other girl drove to the house and knocked on the same glass door, which leads to the kitchen area.
They were allowed entry into the house by one of the staff members.
Victim led her upstairs to the master bedroom and master bathroom area.
So both of them this time do oh, each of them left and one of them did the massage alone.
Epstein entered the room again wearing only a towel and re began removing her clothing as she did last time.
He was she was at the house.
Epstein instructed her to get naked.
He laid on the table onto his stomach and began she began massaging him.
As victim finished with Epstein's back and legs, Epstein didn't turn over onto his back.
Sorry to rub his feet and he began masturbating as victim rubbed his chest.
Epstein leaned over.
And I know, guys, this is like very redundant and graphic, but the reason why the police getting the uh are asking the same line of questioning and getting the same story is because it shows and illustrates the validity of each person's individual statement.
Like I said before, one person's statement alone isn't necessarily that strong.
But 15 people statement together with the same exact set of facts and uh and everything else like that makes the case far stronger.
Alright.
So uh where were we?
So she goes, um he goes and produced a massage slash vibrator.
He turned it on, he turned it uh on and began rubbing her vagina and masturbating himself.
Victim stated she continued to rub his chest as this was occurring.
She described the vibrator massage as large and gray, large gray with a large head.
Epstein rubbed her V for approximately two to three minutes with the massage slash vibrator.
She he then removed the vibrator from her V and concentrated on masturbating himself.
Uh Epstein climaxed into the towel again and informed her the massage was done.
Victim got dressed and met with the other victim who was waiting in the kitchen area.
She received 200 for the massage.
Victim said she never returned to the house and had no desire to return to the house.
Victim was asked if she received any formal massage training.
She said no.
Victim was asked if Epstein knew her real age.
Victim stated he knew as he asked her questions about herself in high school.
He was aware she attended and is still attended.
So that's big, guys.
So he knew how old she was.
Obviously, we already talked about that in the state of Florida.
You know, not knowing age is not a defense of the crime, but it still shows you know his predisposition.
Okay.
Um let's see how many more pages we got here.
Alright, we're almost done, guys.
Alright, so where were we?
Alright, so now they got a search warrant, alright?
So things are about to get real now.
Alright.
Dante Blanco 5s.
Parents need to do better with raising the kids.
It is sad this many young girls are okay with showing up to someone's house when they're that young.
Yeah, very true, man.
Very, very true.
Um anything else?
No.
No.
Uh I see someone in the chat said, hey, how much proof do they need to move in on him?
You guys gotta remember that they had to make this case very strong because he's a multimillionaire.
He's famous, he's rich.
So when you have uh uh a perpetrator like this, you have to be you have to cross your T's and dot your I's okay.
Alright.
So here we go.
During the course of the investigation, a search warrant was executed by Jeffrey Epstein's home, located at 358 El Brillo Way in Palm Beach.
So, guys, now they have enough information to do a search warrant at his house.
Okay, they got 15 victims corroborating the same exact statements.
So, what are the police gonna do?
They're gonna go do a search warrant at his house and start collecting evidence.
While in the home, I observed the pink and green couch within the master bedroom, just as the girls previously mentioned.
The stairway, which is located from the kitchen area, so the master bedroom area is lined with photos of naked girls.
Boom.
More facts.
Additionally, numerous photographs of naked young females, some of which appeared to be the girls I previously interviewed, were on display throughout the house.
Also located in the house were various phone message books.
The telephone message books have a duplicate copy, carbon copy, which, once a phone message is written into the book, the top copy is then torn on the pre-fronted page, and the carbon copy is left in the book.
First names of girls' dates and telephone numbers were on the copy of the messages.
I recognized various numbers and names of the girls that had already been interviewed.
The body of the messages were time of the day that they called for confirmation of work.
Other names and telephone numbers were located in which the body of the messages were I have girls for him, or I have two girls for him.
These messages were taken by Sarah Kellen, who signed the bottom of the pages.
During the execution of the warrant, I located such and such transcript from Epstein's bedroom desk.
This desk had stationary marked Jeffrey E. Epstein.
I located a wood-colored armour armor beside uh Epstein's bed that contained a bottle of joy jelly, which is used to provide a warm massage.
Several massage tables were located throughout the second floor of the residence, including a massage table found in Epstein's bedroom.
On the first floor of the residence, I found two covert cameras hidden within the clocks.
One was located in the garage and the other located in the library area on the shelf behind Epstein's desk.
A computer was located, which was believed to contain the images from the covert cameras.
The computer's hard drive was reviewed, which showed several images of Haley Robson and other witnesses that have been interviewed.
All of these images appear to come from the camera positioned behind Epstein's desk.
God damn.
They cooking him now, baby.
They got all this information now.
And they did the search warrant when?
They didn't put a date there.
All right.
Thank you.
Oh man.
Woo.
This is a lot.
On December 13th, 2005, Detective Dawson and I met with victim.
Okay, so this is now victim sixteen.
Write this one down as well.
So we got right here, guys, sixteen, sixteen victims, right?
Sixteen victims.
And we got the four main perpetrators.
Epstein, Sarah Kellen, Haley Robson, Adriana, and Nadia, who we don't know who they are yet.
But those are two of Epstein's girlfriends.
Shout out to Myron's helper.
Thank you, home girl.
Yeah, shout out to Aisha helping out in the background.
Ace, you got anything to tell the people before we get into this.
Um, but thank you.
All right.
She's what she's profound, guys.
All right.
All right.
Um during a sworn tape statement, victim stated when she was 16 years old, she was taken to Epstein's house to provide a massage for money.
Victim stated it was before Christmas last year, 2004, when an associate approached her and asked if she needed to make money for Christmas.
Victim made arrangements to take victim to the house and drove to the house to work.
They were encountered by a white female with long blonde hair.
Victim was able to remember the name of the white female with blonde hair, but knew she was Epstein's assistant.
Hey, who else is blonde hair?
Sarah.
Uh Kellen.
She was led upstairs by the white female who explained that there would be lotions out already, and Epstein would choose the lotion he wanted her to use.
She was led to a spiral staircase, which led to the master bedroom and bathroom.
The massage table was already set up in the bathroom.
This uh victim described the bathroom as a large spacious bathroom with a steam room and shower beside it.
Victim was introduced to Epstein who was on the phone when she entered the room.
Epstein was wearing a white towel and laid on his stomach so that victim may massage his feet in calves.
During a massage, uh victim started the massage with the oils Epstein chose and rubbed his feet in calves.
Epstein got off the phone and requested to massage his back as well.
Victim began rubbing his back and got to the small of his back.
During the rubbing of his back, Epstein asked her to get comfortable.
He requested she remove her pants and shirt.
Victor removed her shirt and pulled her pants off.
Victim stayed in her bra and tongue.
As he she finished massaging the small port of uh Epstein's back, he turned onto his back.
Epstein instructed victim to rub his chest and pinches nipples.
And she began to rub his chest.
Epstein asked her questions about herself.
Victor remembered telling him she attended the high school.
Epstein asked her if she was sexually active.
Uh before victim could answer, he also asked what sexual position does she enjoy.
Victim stated she was shy and didn't like talking about those things.
She continued rubbing his chest.
Epstein reached up and unsnapped her bra from the front.
Victim explained the bra was you uh she used, had a front snapping device.
Epstein rubbed her breast and asked her if she liked having her breast rubbed.
Sorry, guys, it's not easy to read in this.
Um victim said no, I don't like that.
Epstein then removed his towel and laid on the bed naked as closing his penis.
He began touching himself and uh masturbated as she as he touched her breast.
Victim explained Epstein then touched her V area by rubbing her V with his fingers on the outside of her thong.
Victim tensed up and stated Epstein was aware that she was uncomfortable.
Victim stated Epstein said to her, relax, I'm not going inside.
She further explained.
Epstein commented to her how beautiful she was.
Epstein then removed her thong to one side and began stroking her.
He commented how hard.
God damn it.
Okay.
So he basically rubbed it rubbed her, okay.
Um, and he was touching himself.
He climaxed and uh he got up from the table.
He paid her 200 bucks.
Um wait, 200 for her on Okay.
So Epstein told her there was there was $200 for her on the dresser within the master bedroom.
Epstein also told her there was an additional 100 to be given to victim for bringing her there to massage him.
So this one's different.
He actually didn't tell her to go down to the kitchen.
Uh she um she he gave her the money right there on and he left it on the dresser and for her friend.
Uh Epstein told her to leave her telephone number with his assistant as he wanted to see her again.
Epstein stated his assistant would contact her to work again soon.
Asked her if she ever received any formal training.
She said she did not.
Victim stated the only time she ever went to work for Jeff and knew what happened to her was wrong.
She further stated she had never been uh contacted for any additional work.
On January 9th, 26 2006, I located and interviewed another victim.
God damn.
Okay, this is victim 17 now.
Tom S. Epstein was working for Israel to blackmail politicians to benefit Israel.
Okay.
Um you guys think Prince Andrew was a recent fall guy to keep this other people getting exposed?
I don't know.
Uh I I'm not really on the speculation theories, guys.
All I'm doing is just reporting the facts on what I see here.
On January 9th, 2006, I look and interviewed another victim.
Victim was identified as a potential victim slash witness from information obtained during trash pulls from Epstein's residence.
So here we go, guys.
We got another girl identified from looking at Epstein's trash.
Victim stated she met Epstein when she was fifteen years of age.
She was approached by a friend to be taken to Jeffrey Epstein's house to work.
She was Rizzie told she would be able to model lingerie for a wealthy palm beecher.
Victim was taken to Epstein's house, located in El Barilla Way, and introduced to Epstein.
Epstein had his personal chef prepared dinner for them.
At the conclusion of dinner, victim and Epstein brought victim upstairs into a master bedroom area.
Victim observed a large massage table with a sheet on it.
Epstein entered through a door and exited only wearing a towel.
See, same exact story, guys, and facts.
Victim informed that they were going to provide a massage to Epstein.
Victim asked why they were doing this instead of modeling lingerie.
Okay, so she's skeptical.
Victim explained to the other victim, this was his routine to rub his calves and feet.
Epstein had told Victim get comfortable.
Victim removed her pants and blouse.
Victim stated she stayed only in panties as she did not wear a bra that evening.
Victim stated while rubbing his calves and feet, Epstein turned over onto his back.
Okay, again.
Epstein told victim to rub his chest and rub his nipples.
Victim stated she started rubbing his chest.
Epstein began touching himself again.
Epstein touched her breasts and stroked her V with her with his fingers.
Epstein continued to touch himself, stroke her.
He did his thing in the towel and then he paid her 200 bucks.
Epstein told Victim that if she told anyone what happened at his house, that bad things could happen.
Okay, so now he's actually threatening the threatening the people now.
Uh victim wanted uh the the two victims were brought home by Epstein's houseman, and victim was afraid that Epstein knew where she lived.
Oh, okay.
So this is different, guys.
One of his uh house people actually took them home this time.
So he made a threat and then he made sure that one of his, I guess, workers or what one of his employees drove them home to kind of I guess instill an insurance policy towards the girls.
Um Victim stated that several days later she received a telephone call from Sarah Kellen, who coordinated for victim to return to work.
Victim returned to the house and was brought to Epstein's bedroom area by Sarah, who prepared the room for the massage.
Epstein entered the room wearing only a towel.
Epstein had to victim remove her clothing and provide the massage naked.
Victim began rubbing his feet in calves, and Epstein turned over onto his back.
Epstein rubbed her V with his fingers.
Epstein began to masturbate himself again.
Um he touched her and then he, you know, finished into the towel he was wearing and paid her $200.
Epstein again told Victim not to speak of what happened at his house or bad things would happen.
Victim wanted to notify authorities, however, she was afraid of what would happen to her or her family.
All right, during the course of the investigation, several subjects were identified as potential witness slash victim through information obtained during the trash poles, physical surveillance, and telephone message books retrieved from the search warrant.
While conducting research on the subject, I discovered that the females were age 18 or older.
Interviews were conducted on the consenting adults whose statements provided the same massage routine when they went to work for Epstein.
These females would be notified by Sarah Kellen and made appointments to the females for the females to work for Epstein.
The females would come to Epstein's house and were led upstairs through the stairwell from the kitchen area by Sarah Kellen to Epstein's bedroom.
Epstein would then enter the room wearing only a towel and asked them to get comfortable.
The females would then provide the massage naked as Epstein would either touch their Vs with their finger, with his fingers, or and or utilize a massager slash vibrator on their private area.
He would masturbate during the massage, and upon his climaxing, the massage would end.
The girls were then paid two to three hundred dollars per massage.
On November 21, 21st, 2005, I interviewed Jose Alesi, a former houseman for Jeffrey Epstein.
Alright, thank God.
No more victims.
Fuck.
Alright.
I gotta take a break for a second, guys.
This shit that that's tough to read, man.
Um Citrus the King, five dollars.
Damn, didn't need Scooby Doo in the gang to solve this crime.
Epstein made this too easy for the investigators.
Holy, that is a fact, man.
Rory F5s.
I went to high school in Rivera Beach and not long before this all happened.
It's maybe 20 minutes away.
Crazy stuff.
Thanks for all you do, Myron.
Got you guys.
Yeah, this one was tough to go through, man.
Um, I am definitely not gonna do a sex case again anytime soon, bro.
This shit is annoying.
Um Demon got me agreed.
I don't know all the specifics, but I agree.
I believe that more of a Me Too witch hunt.
Okay.
I think you guys are having a discussion about something else.
All right.
Uh so let's get let's uh let's continue on.
So this is one of the housemen for Jeffrey Epstein.
Unless he stated he was employed for uh 11 years with Mr. Epstein from approximately 1993 to 2004.
Unless he stated he was a house manager, driver, and house maintenance person.
It was his responsibility to prepare the house for Epstein's arrival.
When asked about cooks or assistance, Alessie stated, oops, sorry.
They traveled with Epstein on his private plane.
I asked Mr. Lessie about the massages that have occurred at Epstein's home.
Alessie stated Epstein receives three massages a day.
Each masseuse that visited the house was different.
Alles he stated that towards the end of his employment, the masseuses were younger and younger.
When asked how young, Mr. Alessi stated they appear to be 16 or 17 years of age at the most.
The massages would occur in Epstein's bedroom or bathroom.
He knew this because he often set up the massage tables.
I asked if they were if there were things going on other than a massage.
Alessie stated that there were times toward the end of his employment that he would have to wash off a massage, a massager slash vibrator and a long rubber penis, which were in the sink after the massage.
Additionally, he stated the bed would almost always have to be made after massage.
On January 4th, 2006, I interviewed another former houseman, Mr. Alfredo Rodriguez.
And this guy right here, Mr. Alfredo Rodriguez, guys, actually was, I think, a key witness in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, if I'm not mistaken, right?
Uh you want to say anything about the Aisha?
Um, yeah, basically, he was like a really big witness in the Galen trial because he's just like a witness to a lot of like the activities that Ghlaine and Epstein did because he worked as like a butler in their mansion.
Okay.
If I'm not mistaken, he's And like he was the one that told them about like the cameras in the rooms.
Okay.
Like cameras in the bathroom and stuff.
Okay.
And also, if I'm not mistaken, this guy had um like there was like a code of conduct when you work for Epstein, like you see nothing, you hear nothing, etc.
And then they like warned him that.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
So, yeah, so obviously, as you guys see, back this is back from 2006, but this guy was uh working for Epstein.
So during a sworn tape statement, Mr. Rodriguez stated he was employed by Jeffrey Epstein for approximately six months from November 2004 through May of 2005.
Responsibilities house manager included being the butler, chauffeur, chef, houseman, run errands for Epstein, and provide for Epstein's guests.
Ask Rodriguez about Massuse's coming to the house.
Rodriguez said Epstein would have two massages a day.
Epstein would have one massage in the morning and one massage in the afternoon every day he was in residence.
Rodriguez said he would be informed to expect someone and make them comfortable until either Sarah Kellen or Epstein would meet with them.
Okay, that sounds familiar, right, guys.
Rodriguez stated once the masseuse would arrive, he'll allow them entry into the kitchen area and offer them something to eat to drink or eat.
They would then be encouraged by either Sarah Kellen or Epstein.
Encountered by either Sarah Kellen or Epstein.
They would be taken upstairs to provide the massage.
I asked Rodriguez if any of the masseuses appeared young in age.
Rodriguez stated the girls that would come appeared to be too young to be masseuses.
Now you guys know why he asked the girls if they were if they had any formal massage training.
It's to build make the case stronger and stronger.
And now he's asking the butler, and he's saying No, either.
He's saying no as well.
He said at one time under Epstein's direction, he delivered a dozen roses to for one of the girls that came to provide a massage.
This is probably the high school right here, guys.
Wow.
He knew the girls were still in high school and were of high school high school age.
I asked Rodriguez about the massages.
He felt there was a lot more going on than just massages.
Who would often clean Mr. Epstein's bedroom after the Alled massages and would discover massages massagers slash vibrators and sex toys scattered on the floor.
He also said he would wipe down the vibrators and sex toys and put them away in an arm wire.
Armware.
How do you pronounce that?
Arm wear?
Armor?
Armoir.
Armoir?
Armoir.
What the hell's an armware?
It's like uh it's like a big like dresser.
It's a bit it's a big what is it, like a fancy way of calling it a dresser?
Yeah, it's like an olden olden term.
Okay.
All right.
That's how you know someone rich.
They got a I got a dresser that's you don't even know what that means, motherfucker.
Um put them in the armor.
He described the armore as a small wood armor which was on the wall close to Epstein's bed.
On one occasion, Epstein ordered Rodriguez to go to the dollar, rent a car, and rent a car for the same girl he bought the brought the roses to so that she could drive herself to Epstein's house without incident.
Rodriguez said the girl always needed rides to and from the house.
Hold on.
If you guys remember, this is the girl, if I'm not mistaken, that got popped for smoking weed and was Epstein's number one girl, and she was a soccer player, and Epstein provided her the rental car that was in his uh name, okay, or his assistant's name, if I'm not mistaken.
Uh, and that's the car that she used to drive to or Orlando to see some family.
Um, so yeah, that was his top girl.
So that's the girl that he also sent the flowers to.
All right.
So that was his favorite.
Rodriguez produced a green folder which contained documents and a note with Mr. Epstein's stationary with direction to deliver a bucket of roses to the high school after high school drama performance.
Also, in that same note was a direction to rent a car for such and such and direction to extend the rental contract.
Holy this guy, bitch, is giving all kinds of evidence, leaving a paper trail, man.
Stupid.
So, hey man, this is what happens when you think with this head, guys, and not this head up here.
And I'm glad that he made these mistakes because this is what ended up getting him arrested.
Fucking dummy.
Um during the course of the investigation, subpoenas were obtained for cell phone and home records from several victims and witnesses along the cell phone records of Sarah Kellen.
An analysis of these records was conducted, which found numerous telephone calls were made between Sarah Kellen and the victims.
These records indicate the dates and calls were made are consistent with the dates and times they the victims slash witnesses stated they were contacted.
Specifically, the phone record showed Kellen called Haley Robson during the exact times and dates when victim such or such advised the incident occurred.
Kellen also coordinated the encounters with, and then these are all the girls during the time frame the girls stated they occurred.
So guys, let's let's do a recap here.
So we got victim testimony, right?
Where they're telling you, hey, on this day I hung out with them and during these months, whatever.
They got um two people that work for Epstein, you know, admitting that they had seen young girls coming to the house, letting them in through the kitchen, etc.
Now they have records with a subpoena from a Western Union, right?
For the two the 200 bucks that one girl got that Epstein directly sent.
They got the car rental stuff that Rodriguez is confirming, and the police had also already found out on their own through surveillance, and each of these 17 girls that we identified gave the same exact story on how they dealt with Epstein going in through the kitchen, etc.
This is a solid case.
The investigators on this did a really good job.
And the reason why they did they had to go so hard, guys, was because Epstein is a strong and powerful man.
So they had to make sure they had their T's crossed, eyes dotted.
Alright.
Oh, and then on top of that, they did a phone, they did a phone subpoena, right?
So they were able to get all the phone because guys, as an investigator, you could do a subpoena to the phone companies.
You know, if you work for, you know, they if you know someone has a phone number, right?
You search that phone number, you find out it's ATT phone number.
You send a subpoena to ATT.
I need all the call calls that this person had between this day to this day.
And they looked at the call logs and they were able to cross reference those call logs with the interviews that they did with the girls, and they were able to see that Sarah Kellen had contact with each of these girls along with uh Robson.
And that corroborates all the testimony that the girls gave before.
So it makes it even more solid.
Okay.
20 bucks.
Tom as there was another victim who never got any mainstream attention.
Katie Johnson testified back in 1994 that Donald Trump raped her when she was 14 at Epstein's place.
All of this was covered up by the government.
Okay.
Ramon Vargas, five bucks.
Myron wouldn't have been wouldn't have been better if Epstein had paid private escorts to do any type of service with how much money he had.
He definitely had issues.
Yeah, he's an idiot.
He wanted young girls, and that's that's the issue.
And you know, they brought him a 23-year-old girl, and he said no, as you guys could see through the through the police report here.
Or the this uh problem caused affidavit.
So pursuant to a lawful subpoena, I obtained Epstein's private plane records for 2005 from jet aviation.
The plane records show arrival and departure of Epstein's plant at Palm Beach International Airport.
These records were compared to the cell phone records of Sarah Kellen.
This comparison found that all the phone calls Kellen made to Robson and the victims were made in the days just prior to their arrival or during the time Epstein was in Palm Beach.
Holy So just like the victims told you guys, hey, Sarah would tell me, uh would call me any time that they were coming back into town to tell me that Epstein was coming back.
So a day or two prior, Kellen made the arrangements to have Robson start recruiting girls to bring to his house so that when he was in town, he had Masusas lined up.
Okay.
And remember, guys, his workers, his chauffeur and the other guy that worked for him, said that he was getting two to three massages a day, guys.
Okay.
So that means that he had probably hundreds of, like maybe a hundred plus girls.
These are just the ones that came forward and gave a statement.
Therefore, as Jeffrey Epstein, who at the time of these incidents was 51 years of age, did have vaginal intercourse either with his penis or digitally with such and such and all these victims who were minors at the time this occurred.
There's sufficient probable cause to charge Jeffrey Epstein with four counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor in violation of Florida statute 794, a second degree felony.
As Epstein, who at the time of the incident was 52 years of age, did use a vibrator on the external vaginal of such and such.
Now you guys see you guys see why the police probable cause affidavit was so detailed.
They need that to prove the elements of the crime.
Now you guys can see why they had to write in that, you know, uh disturbing detail.
A 14-year-old minor, there's sufficient probable cause to charge him with lewd and civ uh uh how do you pronounce that?
Lascivas?
Lascivus?
Chevisation in violation of Florida Statute 800, a second degree felony.
All right.
So guys, there's the that is the Florida State case for ya, right?
That went that uh that they got.
Okay.
Obviously, quite a bit of evidence that went into that bad boy.
Um, the police did a really good job on that.
Um, and they were able to prove a lot of stuff.
So, okay, let me hit some of these super chats real quick.
Uh Roy Barnes, five bucks.
I'm glad my question was good enough to be in your outro video for this channel.
Keep it the amazing work.
Best case breakdowns, mod me up if you can.
Uh, yeah, let me see if I can.
And let's see here.
We got a thousand of y'all watching right now.
Guys, do me a favor.
Like the video if you haven't already.
Because going through that was very tough.
I'm debating in my head right now if I should just make this a part two for you guys because we're cut we still got a lot to cover, guys.
We haven't even went into the federal case yet, and we just finished wrapping up the state one.
Okay.
So uh, so what ended up happening with the state case?
So let's pull up this um this thing, right?
So uh a woman contact so this is what we covered basically right around here.
A woman contacted Florida Palm Beach police and alleged that her 14-year-old stepdaughter had been taken to Epstein's mansion by an older girl who allegedly stripped massaged Epstein was paid 300 bucks.
Palm Beach police chief Michael Reeder publicly accused of Palm Beach uh County State Prosecutor Barry Krishner of being too lenient and got the FBI involved.
Police alleged Epstein had paid several girls to perform sexual acts With him.
Police search of Epstein's house revealed two hidden cameras and large numbers of photos of the girls throughout the house, some of which were accused of Epstein, which we talked about earlier.
A receipt from Amazon revealed Epstein's purchase of the book, Principal Skills and Tools and Training with Miss Uh Abernathy, a workbook for erotic slaves and their owners.
A former employee told the police in an interview that Epstein would receive three massages a day.
We went over that one as well.
FBI compiled reports on 35 confirmed minors eligible for restitution.
Corroborating details among 40 allegations of sexual abuse.
2018.
80 victims identified with 60 located with extremely similar interview responses of what their interactions with Epstein detailed.
Details from police reports revealed 12-year-old triplet were flown in from France for Epstein's birthday and flown back after being sexually abused by Epstein.
The victims were allegedly recruited from Brazil, other South American countries, Eastern Europe, as well as John La Brunel's MC2 modeling agency.
We'll talk about him here in a second.
And then May 2006, Palm Beach followed the probable cause affidavit saying Epstein should be charged with four counts of unlawful sexual minors and one count of sexual abuse, which you guys just saw just now.
We read.
This is July 27, 2006.
Arrested by Palm Beach County Police Department on state felony charges of procuring minor prostitution and solicitation of a prostitute.
Booked at Palm Beach County jail and later released on a $3,000 bond.
State prosecutor Chris later organized a Palm Beach County grand jury, which was unconventional as this was regularly done in Capitol cases.
Evidence from only two victims were presented, and grand jury returned a single charge of felony solicitation of prostitution.
August 2006, Epstein pleaded not guilty to this charge.
And then in July 2006, did you guys see the FBI did open up a case on him as well?
Operation Leapier.
It was a 53-page indictment in June 2007.
U.S. attorney for the Sun District of Florida also agreed to a plea negotiated by Alan Dershowitz to grant immunity from all the federal criminal charges to Epstein.
The non-prosecution agreement terminated the ongoing FBI probe and to whether there was more victims and more powerful people who took part in Epstein's sex crimes.
At this point, the investigation was ended and indictment sealed.
And I can't find his indictment anywhere, by the way, guys.
The deal was to be kept hidden from the victims.
Akasa.
So Akasa guys, at the time, was a U.S. um was the uh U.S. attorney for the Sun District of Florida.
Okay.
Um he was told that Epstein belonged to intelligence and was above his pay grade and leave it alone.
The agreement entailed Epstein agreeing to plead guilty in his of course, this is just speculation.
Um the agreement entailed Epstein agreed to uh plead guilty in a Florida state court to a two felony prostitution charges.
He served less than two years in prison, and he has to register a sex offender and paid restitution.
So here I have an article for you guys, by the way, that will talk about this.
Uh let me pull it up for y'all.
I have it here.
Here we go.
So this goes a little bit deeper into what happened with uh the FBI probe back in the 2000s.
All right, let me enlarge this.
So this is from the New York Post.
Oh, okay.
Camino killed 12, five bucks.
The witch hunt comment from earlier was in regards to Harvey Weinstein, just to clear that up.
Thanks for all the hard work.
Okay, got you, no problem, bro.
Uh, Hood Ninja Freshmeyer.
Next time I get I drink, I get drink thrown on me at public restaurant because I'm wearing fresh a fit merch.
I'm catching a body, get ready to cover another case.
You got a drink thrown at you, bro?
For wearing a Fred and Fish uh fresh and foot hoodie.
Man, people fucking haters, bro.
Um, or a merch.
Fuck them, bro.
Okay.
Um so here we go.
The feds told the room of Jeffrey Epstein accusers Thursday that a probing to the billionaires pedophile 2008 sweet heart plea deal violated no laws, leaving the women emotional and frustrated by a continued lack of answers.
A lawyer for six of them said in the face-to-face meeting by an F at an FBI facility in Miramore, Florida, by the way, that FBI facility is their main headquarters, guys.
And this is public information.
I'm gonna show you guys real quick right now.
Actually, I'm already here at Google.
You just type in FBI Miami.
This is their building right here, guys.
It's actually pretty nice.
It's brand new, too.
But this is that that's their headquarters here in Miami.
Right.
Here it is.
I can't fucking.
Yeah, here and here's their website right here.
Boom.
This is this is the this is the field office for them.
Uh but yeah.
It's in Miramar.
And you know, this is public information, obviously.
But yeah, this is where their main headquarters is, guys.
Here, let's see if we could drop the boom.
Oh, they don't let me fucking move it around.
Okay, whatever.
Okay.
So anyway, we're told that in-house investigation.
Um the accused were told that in-house investigation had uncovered only poor judgment on the part of the then U.S. attorney Alex Acosta.
And you guys are probably wondering who's Alex Acosta.
Here he is.
Here he is.
Former United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
Um let's see here.
What's he doing now?
Okay.
Approved the plea that trial child trafficking ringleader, Jeffrey Epson to plead guilty to a single state charge of solicitation in exchange for a federal non-prosecution agreement after Epstein's arrest in two that in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges.
Acosta faced renewed and harsher criticism for his role in the 2008 non-prosecution agreement as well as calls for his resignation.
He resigned on July 19th and was replaced by Eugene Scalia.
So he he resigned.
He was uh the former United States Secretary of Labor.
Okay, and just so y'all know, um, when he was uh back in 2008 when he was the um the United States attorney for the Southern District of Florida, that's the highest, he was the highest federal law enforcement official in the area, okay.
As a United States attorney, guys, uh for a district, I think it's pretty much uh it's presidentially appointed if I'm not mistaken.
Let's see here.
Let's see here.
Yeah, to be a you U.S. attorney for the yeah, to be a U.S. attorney, guys.
Well, you know, there's U.S. attorney for you know the Southern District of New York, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, etc.
etc.
He's a top prosecutor, right?
So all the assistant United States attorneys answer to him.
So at the time, he was the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida and uh federal.
Oh, okay.
So I see some of you guys give me a one in the chat if you guys want me to explain the difference between uh an ADA versus uh or a district attorney versus a U.S. attorney.
Give me a one in the chat if you guys want me to explain that difference because I see some questions here in the chat that you guys might be confused about.
One in the chat if you guys want me to give you the difference between a U.S. attorney and a district attorney.
Well, I get some water here.
All right, I got you all.
Yeah, can you fill that up?
Okay, so let's break this down real quick.
All right, so a United States attorney, guys, is a federal prosecutor.
Okay.
So you got at the top, someone like Alex Acosta, right?
Who is the United States attorney for a certain district, okay?
There's several districts in the United States.
I think there's uh like six fifty or sixty US, you know what?
Let's look it up.
So I make sure I'm not right right here.
How many A USA Districts USA?
All right.
There's a fuck ton, as you guys can see.
All right.
There's uh there's a bunch.
Um, so there's there's a lot, okay.
But see, each of these, each of these um people here, this is the United States attorney, and this is the district.
Each of these districts has a U.S. attorney, okay?
And the U.S. attorney is the chief official, aka the chief prosecutor of that district.
All federal cases go through the United States attorney's office, okay, in the certain district.
So the U USAA, United States Attorney is a top guy.
Then underneath him are things called assistant United States attorneys, okay?
AUSAs.
Those are the people that actually try the cases.
So think of the AU, the USA as like the the president, and then underneath him are all his employees that actually carry the cases.
So the USA doesn't actually carry cases.
He just manages and supervises all the cases going through his office, okay.
So he has the final word on all the cases that the United States attorney's office for his district that he controls prosecutes, and it's a presidentially appointed position, if I'm not mistaken.
Okay, now, ADAs.
A district attorney is a state prosecutor.
He runs the district uh that where wherever he presides.
So, like uh a DA, let's say like in New York City, Bronx District, right?
The DA for the Bronx District Court.
He is a top guy, and he has ADA's assistant district attorneys underneath him.
So he's a chief official for the state.
The AUSA, the USA is a chief official for the feds.
Does that make sense?
So state, federal.
That's the main distinction.
And then you got AUSAs that are federal prosecutors, and then ADAs that are state prosecutors.
Cool.
Hopefully that answers the question.
Give me ones in the chat if that answered your question, guys.
Want to make sure everybody understands.
I know it can get confusing sometimes.
But the biggest the easiest way to remember is the U.S. attorney attorney's office is federal, the assistant district attorney's office, or the district attorney's office is state.
All right, cool.
Jay, just because you said two, bro, doesn't mean that we got a lot of new viewers that might not know, man.
So I gotta go off what the people say.
You know, you can't get mad and say, oh, we've been said two.
No, man.
A lot of people wanted one.
You know, because a lot of people are first time viewers of the show.
So we can't be selfish here.
All right.
So they said that poor judgment on the U.S. uh on the part of the U.S. attorney Alex Acosta, who I just showed you guys in the aftermath of signing on a deal that left Epstein wrist slap with a mere 13-month jail sentence.
There were indeed emotional reactions that I would describe as expressions of frustration and questions that continue to remain unanswered, said John Scarola, a lawyer who represents six of the accusers.
While no professional misconduct was uncovered, victims were not treated with the forthrightness and sensitivity expected by the department.
The GO Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility findings conceded.
Okay.
So who the fuck is the US DOJ OPR?
Okay.
I'm a little US DOJ OPR.
Okay.
This is who they are, guys.
They are so Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility was established in 1975 in response to professional misconduct associated with the Watergate saying OPR's primary mission is to ensure that department attorneys perform their duties in accordance with the highest professional standards expected of the nation's principal law enforcement agency.
OPR is separate from the litigating components of the department.
OPR is led by non-bipartisan uh Where are we?
Um non-bipartisan career official who is a member of the senior executive service described here and employs a staff of experienced career department attorneys and support professionals dedicated to the highest standards of integrity.
OPR primary respondents to investigate allegations that department attorneys, prosecutors, and immigration judges have committed misconduct while performing their duties to investigate, litigate, or give legal advice.
OPR also investigates certain misconduct allegations involving federal law enforcement agents when they relate to department attorneys' alleged professional misconduct as well as claims of reprisal against FBI whistleblowers.
In addition, OPR considers allegations of professional misconduct by non-department attorneys and judges for professional referral to state and judiciary disciplinary authorities.
Additional information about OPR's role and authority can be found here.
So long story short, guys, OPR is think of them as internal affairs for the feds.
Okay, there's different types of OPR.
Remember when I told you guys that I got involved in some bullshit a couple years ago where they made an allegation, I was investigated by the uh immigration and customs enforcement office of professional responsibility.
Obviously, I got uh I beat it, you know what I'm saying?
It was some some BS, it was a BS allegation.
Um, but this is what happens, guys, if the allegation comes forward, it could completely be false, but if they um if a if someone makes an allegation against you, they have to investigate it, right?
They have to maintain the integrity of the agency, and you know, a lot of the times they're investigating to see if there's anything actually going on.
So in this case, there was uh an allegation that Acosta misuses authority or whatever it is, and um, and you know, OPR opened up an investigation against him.
Um, so uh, so they have to uh so they have to go ahead and do it.
So OPR basically found no misconduct, guys.
Yes, he he might have made a bad decision, but that does not necessarily rise the level of misconduct, okay.
Um the finding revealed Thursday also angered Senator Ben Sasse, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Oversight Subcommittee who said that Americans ought to be enraged by the break Epstein received in 2008 when the feds deferred their much larger case of state prosecutors.
Despite a mountain of a documented accusation by dozens of young women and girls, Epstein was able to plead guilty that year to a single felony count for solicitation of one underage prostitute.
Letting a well-connected billionaire get away with child grape and international sex trafficking isn't poor judgment.
It's a disgusting failure, the Nebraska Republican said in a statement.
SAS has been critical of the DOJ's handling of the 2008 plea deal and the Bureau of Prison's failure to keep Epstein alive in 2019 while he was in federal custody in Manhattan.
Thursday's meeting only left more questions unanswered, Scarola said.
Um let's see here.
If there's anything else here that's really relevant.
Thank you.
Okay.
So they did a full investigation, did acknowledge that the inclusion in the non-prosecution agreement of a provision immunizing named and unknown co-conspirator for unspecif specified federal crimes was not only unusual but unique, he added.
Epstein's alleged top producer procure.
Gislain Maximum remains in a federal lockup in Brooklyn pending trial.
Jeffrey Epstein should be riding behind bars today, but the Justice Department failed.
Epstein's victims at every turn.
Sassy said Thursday in complaining on Thursday's findings.
The GOJ crooked 2008 deal with Epstein effectively shut down investigations as the child uh his child sex trafficking ring and protected his co-conspirators in other states.
That's not necessarily true because we know that the FBI in New York ended up taking the case and prosecuting him and actually arresting him.
And he would have done a lot of time, which is why you know he allegedly killed himself.
Um let's see here.
Okay, I think we got everything here.
Um, but that was something I want to put out to you guys that yes, they did definitely do an investigation on Alex Acosta, the former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, and the case ended up getting taken by the Southern District of New York, and they were the ones that got him right here, which is this is this is the case.
Um, so let's uh where were we at?
So I can uh minimize this right here.
Uh so here's his conviction on June 30th, 2020, Epstein pled guilty to the state charge, and he got less than two years instead of pre-state prison.
Epstein was housed in a private wing of Palm Beach County's stockage, and after three and a half months, allowed to leave jail on work release for up to 12 hours a day, six days a week, the time in which he continued to commit sex crime.
This contradicted the county's policies of requiring max of uh requiring a max remaining sentence of 10 months and making sex offenders ineligible for this privilege.
His cell door was left unlocked and uh had access to the attorney room where a TV was installed for him.
The sheriff's office received 128,000 from Epstein's nonprofit to pay for the cost of extra services being provided during his work release.
Holy July 22nd, 2009, Epstein released for a year of probation on house arrest until August 2010.
Allowed numerous trips on corporate jet to his residences in Manhattan and U.S. Virgin Islands.
The sweetheart deal and the general leniency on the state's part was heavily criticized by the public at the Palm Beach County uh police chief.
July 6, 2009, Epstein was arrested on sex trafficking charges.
So finally, uh they came after him.
So I got y'all, and I have it right here.
Enter federal case from New York.
So, since the Southern District of Florida failed, the Southern District of New York once again comes in to the fucking rescue.
Dom Demon goes.
Jeffrey Epstein charged the Manhattan Federal Court with sex trafficking of minors.
Alleged conduct occurred in both New York and Florida over multiple years, including does involving dozens of victims.
So, guys, we're at the three-hour mark now.
If you guys want me to add a part two to this, give me a one in the chat.
If you guys want and you guys want to end it here, right here at the federal side, or if you guys want me to keep going, give me a two.
So one if you want me to keep going, two, if you guys want me to uh continue uh do a part two on this because it's gonna we we still got a lot to cover, gentlemen And ladies.
Because now we're getting into the federal part of the investigation.
Don't worry about me, guys.
I could keep going.
I can keep going.
This is really for y'all.
I think it's two.
Two's uh.
Looks like it's a lot of twos.
Two, two, two, two, two, some of us just got here.
Okay.
That's cool.
Um, all right.
So it looks like I'll end up doing uh uh a part two for y'all.
So because uh I I see remember guys, one is to keep going, two is to continue this uh on a part two still looking.
Don't worry about me, guys.
I can keep going.
Damn, it's like 50-50 here.
I know I can't tell.
I can't tell.
it might honestly need like a part two though All right.
That's a lot of ones now.
Yeah, I think they were putting twos before because they were they they wanted to make sure that I'm not like getting burnt out.
No, guys, I can keep going.
Let's fucking do it!
We don't we don't bend over here.
All right, let's keep going.
I just want to make sure that you guys aren't tired.
And guys, do me a quick favor.
Since we're putting in some overtime here, like the video.
Subscribe to the channel if this is your first time here.
What we could do is we could cover the Epstein portion, and then I'll cover Gizlane on the next one.
How about that?
That'll probably be better for y'all, right?
So let's cover, let's cover our boy Epstein.
So just a quick little recap because we've covered a lot now over this past three hours, okay?
So uh, and Aisha helped me with this because this is gonna be the recap.
So we figure out that um Epstein basically uh started off as a math teacher, right?
He ended up getting involved with um with the uh with uh joining a um, let me pull up that fucking outline again.
Give me one second.
Because there's a lot of people that just joined, so I'm gonna make sure I have this ready for y'all.
Give me one second, gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen.
Um, so let me let me move this over here.
Okay.
Let's pull up this uh DOJ.
Okay.
Alright.
Okay.
So quick little recap right here, right now.
Born 1953.
Uh he grew up in uh he was born in Brooklyn, New York, grew up in New York, 1971 attended current uh Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU, but he left without completing his degree.
1974, he began working as a physics and math teacher, uh, despite not having the credentials.
Uh he showed he started to show inappropriate behavior with the students back then when he was a teacher.
He ended up getting dismissed, and he worked for the Dalton School and he got dismissed from the school for poor performance.
Uh June 1976, uh, Greenberg offered Epstein a job at Bear Stearns, and he had met Greenberg, uh Alan Greenberg, excuse me, CEO of Bear Stearns through uh a student, one of his students' fathers was uh Alan Greenberg.
So he gets the job, works at Bear Stearns, worked as a junior assistant to the floor trader, and then later promoted to an options trader.
1980, he became a Bear Stearns Limited Partner, 1981, got uh dismissed for being guilty of uh uh a regulation D violation by the SEC.
Um he retained a relationship with Greenberg and Jimmy Kane, the new C Graham CEO whose accounts uh Epstein also managed August 1981, founded his own consulting form, Intercontinental Assets Group Inc.
assisting clients in recovering stolen money from fraudulent brokers and lawyers.
Uh then in uh mid-1980s, Epstein became acquainted with Steven Hofberg.
Uh 1907, he hires uh he hires uh Epstein as a consultant for two towers financial group, 1993.
Towers Financial Group closes after being revealed as one of the biggest Ponzi schemes, 1989.
Epstein left the company and was not charged with any involvement.
I think that was 1983.
Okay.
Let's keep going.
Uh so in 1991, he gets uh Epstein gets uh power over billionaire Lexi Wexener's um affairs.
Um he becomes a director of Wexner's Foundation.
1995 moves into Lex Rexner's mansion in New York.
At this point, he's making like 70 million dollars a year.
Uh he's managing a bunch of accounts of rich people, and then into the early 2000s, um, you know, he starts getting involved with uh you know doing this stupid.
He's basically right around 2005, the police start investigating him in West Palm Beach for him soliciting minors.
The investigation continues.
He ends up getting only a single charge, or basically only gets charged with um procuring underage prostitution, ends up getting a slap on the wrist, almost no jail time, less than two years.
The feds try to do the case, but Alex Acosta, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida at the time, uh, allows the state to take the case, and the feds choose to not prosecute.
So the FBI in West Palm Beach ended up not prosecuting the case as they had intended.
And as you guys saw, uh Palm Beach had led that investigation through the probable cause affidavit that we wrote.
So, fast forward all the way to 2019, and the Southern District of New York finally goes and arrests this guy, and here we are.
Um Jeff Epstein charged in Manhattan Federal Court with sex trafficking of minors in the Southern District of New York.
I told you guys already about the reputation of the Southern District of New York.
Extremely aggressive district.
They've arrested some of the biggest names in the mafia gang cases, etc.
They're the ones that arrested Casanova, 6ix9ine, uh Mafia bosses, etc.
The Southern District of New York is probably one of the strongest and best U.S. districts in the United States when it comes to doing big cases.
So, okay, alleged conduct occurred in both New York and Florida over multiple years, including dozens of victims.
Jeffrey S. Berman, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York, William F. Sweeney, the assistant director in charge of the New York Field Office of the FBI, and James P. O'Neill, commissioner of the New York City Police Department and NYPD, announced that Jeffrey Epstein was arrested Saturday and charged with sex trafficking of minors and a conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors.
The indictment unsealed today alleges that between 2002 through 2005, Epstein sexually exploited and abused dozens of underage girls by enticing them to engage in sex acts with him in exchange for money, as we had talked to you guys as you guys read before in the West Palm Beach case.
Epstein allegedly worked with several employees and associates to ensure that he had a steady supply of minor victims to abuse and paid several of those victims themselves to recruit other underage girls to engage in similar sex acts for money.
He committed these offenses in locations, including New York, uh New York, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida.
Epstein is expected to present to be presented in Manhattan Federal Court this afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pittman.
The case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman.
And just so you guys know, when you get um when you've been indicted, the case automatically goes to a U.S. district judge.
The reason why he's going in front of a U.S. magistrate judge is any time you're arrested, you have to be presented for your initial appearance in front of a judge, and magistrate judges cover all initial appearances.
U.S. attorney Jeffrey S. Berman said an alleged Jeffrey Epstein abused underage girls for years, operating a scheme in which girls he victimized would recruit others for Epstein to exploit and abuse.
Now I know some of you guys are wondering.
Well, hold on, didn't the hold on, Myron.
Stop one second.
Didn't the Feds say that they weren't going to prosecute him?
Yes.
The Southern District of Florida said that they're not going to prosecute him.
But that does not mean that the Southern District of New York can't.
So since he had a residence in New York and he was using the state of New York, he was living in New York as well, and he was committing these crimes.
Because remember, guys, if he made a phone call and organized uh some kind of you know a situation or meetup with a girl while he was in New York, which he was doing, now Southern District of New York has venue, aka, they got him.
So that is how the Southern District of New York was able to gain venue on this case and come back and indict him, you know, ten years later, plus ten plus years later.
All right?
That's how the feds work, baby.
Use a phone, et cetera, and you affect interstate commerce.
Now they can go after you.
Okay.
Abuse underage girls for years, operating a scheme in which girls he victimized recruit others.
Oh recruit others for Epstein to exploit and abuse.
Epstein exploited girls who were vulnerable to abuse, enticed them with cash payments and escalated his conduct to exclude And to include sex acts often occurring at his residence on the upper east side of Manhattan.
While the charge conduct is from a number of years ago, the victims, then children and now young women, are no less entitled to their day in court.
My office is proud to stand up for these victims by bringing this indictment.
FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. said we are asking anyone who may have been victimized by Jeffrey Epstein or anyone who may have information about his alleged criminal behavior.
So please call us.
The number is 1800 call FBI, which you guys saw in that picture I showed you.
We want to hear from you regardless of the age you are now or whatever age you were then, no matter where the incident took place.
The bravery it takes to call us might empower others to speak out about the crimes committed against them.
So the FBI ain't fucking around, guys.
They're willing to update the indictment and add other victims to it.
Is it so they're going after him?
It is important to remember there was never nor will there ever be an excuse for this type of behavior in the eyes of the FBI.
The victims will always come first.
NYPD commissioner James P. O'Neill said, today's charges serve as a warning to individuals who continue to prey upon some of our society's most vulnerable population.
We are coming for you.
I thank and commend the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Southern District and the FBI for their tireless efforts to ensure child predators are taken off the streets.
The NYPD will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to eradicate the trafficking of children in our city and nation and work to bring justice to victims of these highest heinous crimes.
And this is very similar to what happened in the R. Kelly case, guys, as well.
Because actually, the old HCI used to work for Homeland Screen Investigations, did the um the case against R. Kelly.
FBI did this one and uh HSI did the one against R. Kelly.
From at least 2002, and according to the indictment, unsealed in Manhattan Court.
So this is the indictment right here.
Um, this is some of the uh the facts from the indictment, but what I'm gonna do is I'm actually gonna pull up the indictment for you.
Um, so Fstein 66 is charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors, which carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and one count of conspiracy and to gauge a sex trafficking minors, which carries a max minute maximum sentence of five years in prison.
The statutory maximum and mandatory penalties are prescribed by Congress and are provided here for the informational purposes only, as any sentencing of the defendant will be determined by the judge.
Mr. Berman praised the outstanding investigative work at the FBI and NYPD.
He also thanked the U.S. Customs Board of Protection for their assistance.
This case is being handled by the office office public corruption unit assistant United States U.S. attorneys Alex uh Rosmiller, Allison Moe, and uh Maureen Comey are in charge of the prosecution with assistance from the office office's human trafficking co-coordinator, Abigail Curland.
So they got four AUSAs on this case.
They're not fucking around.
The charges contained in his indictment are merely accusations.
The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Um let's pull up that indictment, guys.
Okay, because this right here is all excerpts from the indictment.
So we might as well just pull it up.
Uh cool.
Bam.
Here it is.
Actually, let me pull up the other one that I got.
It's a little bit easier to read.
Uh give me one sec, guys.
I had it here.
God damn it.
Did I close it?
All right.
Give me one second, guys.
Actually, no, while I pull this up, I'll read the chats real quick.
Who was that?
That's all you that's all you, Maren?
Um if not, I'm finna slide.
You guys are funny, man.
Uh, any other chats?
No.
They came up.
I see a uh dollar chat here.
Uh Hood Ninja Fresh gave uh 99 cent super sticker.
Thank you so much, my man.
All right, so let's pull up this indictment here.
I'll pull it up just from here.
Fuck it.
Okay.
Let's enlarge it.
All right.
United States District Court, Southern District of New York, United States of America versus Jeffrey Epstein.
And here's the case number right here.
Count one, sex trafficking conspiracy, the grand jury charges.
As set forth herein, over the course of many years, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations.
In particular, from at least in or about 2002 up to and including at least in or about 2005, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant enticed and recruited and caused to be enticed and recruited minor girls to visit his mansion in Manhattan, New York, the New York residents, and his estate in Palm Beach, Florida, the Palm Beach residents, to engage in sex acts with him, after which he would give the victims hundreds of dollars in cash.
Moreover, and in order to maintain and increase this supply of victims, Epstein also paid certain of his victims to recruit additional girls to be similarly abused by Epstein.
In this way, Epstein created a vast network of underage victims for him to sexually exploit In the locations, including New York and Palm Beach.
Okay.
And you know what, guys?
Let me see if I can get the other one.
That way I can actually like highlight shit.
Uh, here we go.
Now, there we go.
That's better.
We can actually highlight shit.
So here's it.
The same indictment, guys.
Don't worry, see same same case number, etc.
Um.
Okay.
The victims described here and were as young as 14 years old at the time they were abused by Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, and were for various reasons often particularly vulnerable to exploitation.
Epstein intentionally sought out minors and knew that many of his victims were in fact under the age of 18, including because in some instances, minor victims expressly told them their age.
And you guys know this because we had just read the state case, and um a bunch of the victims said that uh that Epstein knew.
In creating and maintaining his this network of minor victims in multiple states to sexually abuse and exploit, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, worked and conspired with others, including employees and associates who facilitated his conduct by, among other things, contacting victims and scheduling their sexual encounters with Epstein at the New York residence and at the residents at the Palm Beach residence.
Okay.
Factual background.
During all time periods charged in this indictment, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, was a financer with multiple residences in the continental United States, including the New York residents and the Palm residences that which we described to y'all before, right?
Beginning in at least 2002, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, enticed and recruited and caused to be enticed and recruited dozens of minor girls to engage with sex acts with him, after which Epstein paid the victims hundreds of dollars in cash at his New York residence at Palm Beach.
In both New York and Florida, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant perpetrated this abuse in similar ways.
Victims were initially recruited to provide massages, right?
To Epstein, which would be performed nude or partially nude, would become increasingly sexual in nature and would typically include one or more sex acts.
Epstein paid his victims hundreds of dollars in cash for each encounter.
Moreover, Epstein actively engaged, uh encouraged certain of his victims to recruit additional victims to be similarly sexually abused.
Epstein incentivizes victims to become recruiters by paying these victims, victim recruiters, hundreds of dollars for each girl they brought to Epstein.
And in doing so, Epstein maintained a steady supply of new victims.
So the New York residents, so here guys, we're gonna get some facts that we might not necessarily have been privy to on the uh on what I read to you guys from the Florida stuff.
At all times relevant to this this indictment, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, possessed and controlled a multi-story private residence on the upper east side of Manhattan, New York, i.e.
the New York residents.
Very nice guys, very nice area.
Between at least in or about 2002 and in or about 2005, Epstein abused numerous victims at the New York residents by causing these victims to be recruited to engage in paid sex acts with him.
When a victim arrived at the New York residence, she typically would be escorted to a room with a massage table, where she performs a massage on Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant.
The victims who were as young as 14 years of age were told by Epstein or other individuals to partially or fully undress before beginning the massage.
During the encounter, Epstein would escalate the nature and scope the physical con uh contact with his victims to include, among other things, sex acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact with the victims' genitals.
Epstein typically would be would also masturbate during these sexualized encounters, as victims to touch him while he masturbated and touched victims' generals with his hands or his sex toys.
In connection with each sexual encounter, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, or one of his employees or associates, paid the victim in cash.
Victims typically were paid hundreds of dollars in cash for each encounter.
Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, knew that many of his New York victims were underage, including because certain victims were told him their age.
Further, once these victim minors were recruited, many of them were abused by Epstein on multiple subsequent occasions at the New York residence, right?
Similar to what we saw in the Florida case, guys.
A lot of them kept coming back and forth.
Epstein sometimes personally contacted victims to schedule appointments at the New York residence.
In other instances, Epstein directed employees and associates, including a New York-based employee, employee one, to communicate with the victims via a phone to arrange for these victims to return to New York residence for additional sexual encounters with Epstein.
See, guys, so they used a phone.
Alright.
So that affects interstate commerce.
Additionally, and to further facilitate the ability to abuse minor girls in New York, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, asked and enticed certain of his victims to recruit additional girls to perform massages, similarly to engage in sex acts with Epstein.
When a victim would recruit another girl for Epstein, he paid both the victim recruiter and the new victim hundreds of dollars in cash.
Through these victim recruiters, Epstein gained access to and was able to abuse dozens of additional minor girls.
In particular, certain recruiters brought dozens of additional minor girls to the New York residents to give massages and to engage a sex act with Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant.
Epstein encouraged victims to recruit additional girls by offering to pay these victim recruiters for every additional girl they brought to Epstein.
When a victim recruiter accompanied a new victim, a new minor victim to the New York residents, both the victim recruiter and the new victim minor victim were paid hundreds of dollars by Epstein for each recruit encounter.
In addition, certain victim recruiters routinely scheduled these encounters through employee one.
So I guarantee you guys right now, employee one is probably uh quite was probably cooperating with the government and probably gave his testimony.
Okay.
Um that's why they're naming them by employee one and versus giving their real name or the fact that employee one isn't involved in the indictment.
They probably work something out where they cooperate and they're willing to testify against uh Epstein uh in return for not being prosecuted.
Employee one who sometimes asks recruiters to bring specific minor girls for uh to bring a specific minor girl for Epstein.
The Palm Beach residents, okay.
So we went over this one in detail, but let's go over it as well.
In addition to recruiting and abusing minor girls in New York, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, created a similar network of minor girls to victimize in Palm Beach, Florida, where Epstein owned, possessed, and controlled another large residence, i.e.
the Palm Beach residents.
Epstein frequently traveled from New York to Palm Beach by private jet.
Remember, guys, how the detective had um uh subpoenaed the the travel patterns between New York and uh Palm Beach, and every time they landed at Palm Beach, uh his assistant Sarah would call Robeman, right?
Uh uh Sarah, yeah, Robson, Haley Robson, to organize and get girls ready for when they landed so that he would have a steady array of girls, okay.
Epstein frequently traveled from New York to Palm Beach by private jet before which an employee or associate would ensure that ensure that minor victims were available for encounters upon his arrival to Florida.
We know who that is.
They're referring to Sarah Kellen and Haley Robson.
At the Palm Beach residence, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, engaged in a similar course of abusive conduct.
When a victim initially arrived at the Palm Beach residence, she would be escorted to a room, sometimes by an employee of Epstein's, including at times two assistants, employee two and employee three.
I wonder who those two are.
Probably Haley Robson and Sarah Kellyn, who I guarantee also probably got deals to not be prosecuted in exchange for going after Epstein, okay.
Who, as described herein, were also responsible for scheduling sexual encounters with minor victims.
So we already know who these two people are, employee two and employee three.
All right.
Once inside, the victim would provide a nude or semi-nude massage for Epstein, who would himself typically be naked.
During these encounters, Epstein would escalate the nature and scope of the physical contact to include sex acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact with the victims' generals.
Epstein will also typically masturbate during these encounters, as victims to touch him while he masturbated and touch victims' generals with his hands or with sex toys.
In connection with sex with each sexual encounter, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant or one of his employees or associates, paid the victim in cash.
Victims typically were paid hundreds of dollars for each encounter.
And we know that it was somewhere between two to four hundred dollars because we already read the case on this and we know the facts when it comes to the Florida situation.
Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant knew that certain of his victims were underage, including because certain victims told him their age.
In addition, as with New York-based victims, many Florida victims, once recruited, were abused by Epstein, the defendant on multiple additional occasions.
You guys saw that he basically had like a rotation of girls that he would brought back and forth to include one girl that he even got a rental car and flowers.
And he sent it right to the school.
Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, who during the relevant time period was frequently in New York would arrange for employee two or other employees to contact victims by phone in advance of Epstein's travel to Florida.
Oh, who do we know that is?
Sarah Kellen, right there, okay.
To ensure appointments were scheduled for when he arrived.
Okay, so he wanted girls ready when he landed.
In particular, in certain instances, employee two placed phone calls to minor victims in Florida to ensure encounters at the Palm Beach residence.
At the time of each certain of those phone calls, Epstein and Employee 2 were in New York, New York.
Additionally, certain of the individuals victimized at the Palm Beach residence were contacted by phone by employee three.
Employee three is who, guys?
Once again, Haley Robson.
To schedule these encounters.
Moreover, as in New York to ensure a steady stream of minor victims, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant asked and enticed certain victims in New York to recruit other girls to engage in sex acts.
Epstein paid hundreds of dollars to victim recruiters for each additional girl they brought to the Palm Beach residence.
So statutory allegations.
From at least in or about 2002 up to and including in or about 2005 in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant and others known and unknown willfully and knowingly did combine conspire, confederate and agree together with each other to commit an offense against the United States to wit sex trafficking of minors in the violation of Title 18, United States Code Section 1951 AB.
Okay.
It was part and object of the conspiracy that Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, and others known and unknown, would and did in and affecting interstate and foreign commerce.
Remember, guys, I told you, using the phone and flying to back and forth affects interstate commerce, which is what makes a case federal, and why the Southern District of New York was able to come in and use the facts from the Florida case and the New York case together and won indictment.
Who and did in affecting interstate and foreign commerce recruit entice Herbert transport, provide and obtain by any means a person and to benefit financially and by receiving anything of value from participation in a venture which has engaged in any such act, knowing that the person had not attained the age of 18 years and would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Sections 1591 A and B. So, real quick, guys.
Remember how I said that sex trafficking is not that prevalent unless it's minors when we had that little discussion on the Fresh Fit podcast a couple days ago where a bunch of girls were trying to argue about oh my god, sex trafficking is so common.
Guys, it's really not.
And most of the time, let it this way if all these girls were 18, Epstein would never have been indicted federally.
It's when they're under the age of 18 that it now becomes a federal offense because they cannot consent.
And the fact that he affected interstate commerce with the with uh with what he was doing is why they were able to hit him federally and the girls were underage.
However, if the girls were 18 and above and they were doing it willingly, right, where they wanted to do this, it would just be a prostitution ring and it wouldn't rise to this level.
Okay.
So a big element of this, as you guys can see in the indictment, is they are had not attained the age of 18 years old.
That's a key factor here, guys, when it comes to um sex trafficking federally.
They have to be under 18 years old typically.
Overt acts.
And remember, guys, conspiracy is an agreement between two people, right, to commit a crime and an overt act is committed in furtherance of the conspiracy.
In furtherance of the conspiracy and to affect the illegal object thereof, the filing overt acts, among others, were committed in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere.
And or about 2004, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, enticed recruiting multiple minor victims, including minor victims identified here and his minor victim one and minor victim two and minor victim three to engage a sex act with Epstein at his residence in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, after which he provided them with hundreds of dollars in cash for their encounter.
In or about 2002, minor victim one was recruited to engage in sex act with Epstein and was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein at the New York residence over a period of years and was paid hundreds of dollars for each encounter.
Epstein also encouraged and enticed minor victim one to recruit other girls to engage in paid sex acts, which she did.
Epstein asked minor victim one how old she was, and minor victim one answered truthfully.
In her about 2004, employee one located in the Southern District of New York, and on behalf of Epstein, placed telephone call to minor victim one in order to schedule an appointment for minor victim one to engage in a paid sex acts with Epstein.
Okay.
That's more that's Sarah Kellum right there.
In her about 2004, minor victim two was recruited to engage a sex acts with Epstein and was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein at the Palm Beach residence over a period of years and was paid hundreds of dollars after each encounter.
Epstein also encouraged an enticed minor victim two to recruit the other girls to engage in paid sex, which she did.
Enter about 2005 employee two located in the Southern District of New York and on behalf of Epstein placed a telephone call to minor victim two in order to schedule an appointment for minor victim two to engage in paid sex sex with Epstein.
Enter about 2005 minor victim three was recruited to engage in sex sex Epstein and was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein at the Palm Beach residence over a period of years and was paid hundreds of dollars for each encounter.
So, guys, each of these paragraphs is describing the overt act for the conspiracy.
That's why they're outlining it in this way, if you guys are wondering.
Excuse me.
Epstein also encouraged and enticed Minor Victim 3 to recruit other girls to engage in paid sex acts, which she did.
Epstein asked Minor Victim 3 how old she was and Minor Victim 3 answered truthfully.
In her about 2005, employee 2 located in the Southern District of New York.
And on behalf of Epstein, place a telephone call to Minor Victim 3 in Florida in order to schedule an appointment for Minor Victim 3 to engage in paid sex acts with Epstein.
In her about 2004, employee 3 placed a telephone call to Minor Victim 3 in order to schedule an appointment for Minor 3 to engage in paid sex acts with Epstein.
Okay?
So that is for the conspiracy.
Count 2.
Sex trafficking.
Grand jury further charges.
The allegations contained in paragraphs 1 through 19 to 22 of this indictment are repeated and re-allegged as if fully set forth within.
Okay.
From at least in or about 2002 up to and including in or about 2005 in the Southern District of New York, Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, willfully and knowingly in and affecting interstate and foreign commerce, did recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, and obtain by any means a person, knowing that the person had not attained the age of 18 years.
Right?
That's key, guys.
That's key.
And would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act and did aid and abet the same to wit Epstein recruited, entice, harbor, transport, and provide.
provided and obtained numerous individuals who are less than 18 years old.
Okay because if they were 18 they wouldn't have been able to go after this guy federally like this including but not limited to minor victim one as described above and who were then caused to engage in at least one commercial sex act in Manhattan New York Title 18 United States Code Section 1951 AB2 and 2.
forfeiture allegations as a result of committing the offense alleged in count two of this indictment.
Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, shall forfeit to the United States pursuant to Title 18, United States Code Section 1941-1594C, any property real and personal that was used or intended to be used to commit or facilitate the commission of the offense alleged in count two and any property real or personal constituting or derived from any proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the offense alleged in count two or any property traceable to such property the following specified property.

But uh, yeah.
10 bedroom, 15 bathrooms, guys.
It's a mansion in New York.
Uh, let's see here.
The Herbert and Strauss mansion was the last and largest of just a handful of Goliath mansions built during its era in the 1930s, and it would become the capstone property of the wealthiest and most prominent block of all of New York City.
The mansion stands with Providence and Commanding Authority.
Uh God damn it.
I lost my plot.
Oh, and commanding authority and a neighborhood steeped in New York's richest history.
The handful of renowned uh renowned lavish buildings that surround this mansion include the old Cornelius Vanderbilt home, the Twamble House, and across the street on Fifth Avenue, the former Frick residence, current home of the Frick Art Collection.
It's gargantuan size and opulence is perhaps only outdone by its unique location on the upper east side's most desired block, flanked by Central Park on Fifth Avenue and St. James Church on Madison Avenue.
God damn, guys.
Yeah.
This is this a mortgage on this thing is 192,000 a month, guys.
Holy 200k a month to live in this bad boy.
All right.
Okay.
Yeah, let's definitely uh close that one out.
All right.
Um let's see if we got any chats here.
Love these videos.
Thank you.
Can you please do a video on how to properly dissemble and clean your farm?
Yes, I will do that for y'all in the future.
So there they took all that right there.
Okay.
Um let me see here.
They didn't put the house in in Florida.
They only put that house, huh?
If any of the above uh describe forfeitable property as a result of any of the acts of admission of the defendant, cannot be located.
Okay, so this is them just putting this like fancy, like, you know, their little thing.
But yeah, four-person.
Um, and then this is Jeffrey S. Berman, the United States attorney.
Signed it, and bam.
True bill of indictment.
All right.
So let's see here.
Uh okay, let's look at look at the chat here real fast.
Um, all right.
So that covers the Jeff uh Jeff uh Jeff Abstein Epstein indictment that we covered.
And we read the article on that.
So that covers uh Jeff Epstein.
Now let's talk about what happened.
So he got arrested, guys, right?
As we know.
Um let's go back here.
So July 6, Epstein arrested on sex trafficking charges.
Acosta resigns.
So Akasta resigned as Secretary of Labor also in July 1920, because obviously him getting arrested like that brought attention back to Acosta.
Um, so he was arrested by FBI NYPD crimes against children's task force in New York and nailed at the Metropolitan Uh uh Correctional Center in New York.
The search by the FBI of Epstein's house town townhouse revealed thousands of sexually suggestive photographs of underage females.
A lock safe was also found with compact discs with handwritten labels, including the descriptions in this format with the names.
He was charged with sex trafficking conspiracy, which we talked about.
Uh for a hundred million, and they did not give it to him.
And he would he basically said, hey guys, let me stay in my mansion.
Uh I'll pay for my own security.
100 million.
They said no.
Which was good.
Uh and then we got here July 23rd.
Epstein found injured and semi-conscious at 130 a.m. on the floor of his cell with marks around his neck that were suspected to be the result of either suicide attempt or assault.
His cellmate was questioned about Epstein's condition and denied any knowledge of what happened.
October 9th uh 2019.
Dr. Baden said that Mr. Epstein 66 experienced a number of injuries, among them a broken bone in his neck that are extremely unusual and suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation.
Baden stated that he uh thinks that the evidence points to homicide rather than suicide.
Oh shit.
this is where the tinfoil hats come And then finally, August 10th, 2019, Epstein was found dead in a cell at MCC in New York at 6 30 a.m.
Circumstances of death are currently being investigated by the US Department of Justice.
August 29th, 2019, case against Epstein closed by Judge Berman, dismissing all sex trafficking charges.
Prosecutors objected to the ruling and stated uh they would continue an investigation for potential co-conspirators.
Okay.
So um then we get into um Ghislaine Maxwell, which we'll cover on part two of this, um, because we're almost four hours into this thing.
Um, but yeah, guys, uh that right there is the Epstein case.
Uh, we walked all the way from you know his inception in the 70s to um, you know, to write his rise through the ranks, making the money that he made, um, to everything he did down here in uh in South Florida to New York taking over the case and eventually him being arrested and then being found dead.
Um, I'm not gonna speculate on what happened, but you know, obviously a lot of people say that Epstein didn't kill himself.
So I'll let you guys, the audience, come to your own conclusions based on the facts that I presented to you.
But with that said, I'm gonna do a part two on Gislain Maxwell.
I might do it this week sometime, guys.
I don't know.
Maybe uh maybe on Tuesday or Thursday I might do it for y'all um before the Fresh of Fit podcast.
Uh let me know what you guys think.
Uh give me ones in the chat if you guys want me to do it this Tuesday, or if you guys want me to do it next Sunday.
Give me ones in the chat if you guys want me to do it.
Tuesday, if two's in the chat if you guys want me to do it next Sunday.
Two for two for uh one for Tuesday, two for Sunday, one for Tuesday, two for Sunday, one for Tuesday, two for Sunday.
Because I know Sunday is good for a lot of you guys because a lot of you guys are off, etc.
Um, but if I do it on Tuesday, it's gonna be earlier, guys.
It's not gonna be, I'm gonna have to do it at like 4 p.m. or some shit.
So I see a bunch of ones and twos.
Oh, it looks like it's 5050.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
