Mike Adams argues the U.S. has lost military credibility after carriers fled the Strait of Hormuz, where 97% traffic plummeted and 3,200 ships stranded. He claims Trump's threat to bomb Karg Island triggers Iran's plan to destroy regional energy infrastructure, causing mass famine and global collapse worse than a depression. With major institutions halting investor withdrawals and Trump deploying only 2,500 Marines against a million-strong Iranian military, Adams warns of accelerating Western banking and food shortages. He urges listeners to stockpile survival supplies like freeze-dried food and iodine to endure the impending "hunger years" as the West faces potential regime change while Iran advances nuclear capabilities. [Automatically generated summary]
I'm Mike Adams, and no, most people have no idea what's coming.
No idea.
It's going to be far worse than people are imagining, I believe.
So first off, the war is going horribly for the United States.
The U.S. has lost all military credibility at this point because it hasn't been able to achieve the toppling of the Iranian government or, you know, it hasn't been able to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
In fact, U.S. aircraft carriers have fled the region because they've been taking hits.
And don't just take my word for it.
Here's some of what the press is saying about this.
Reuters, the era of aircraft carriers is coming to an end.
The USS Abraham Lincoln is limping out of the Persian Gulf.
And then in another story, it says, with its military ingenuity, Iran has proven that aircraft carriers are no longer impregnable fortresses, but merely large and expensive targets.
CNN.
Not that CNN is a trustworthy source, but they are noticing.
CNN, a national trauma.
How could a $13 billion asset be rendered ineffective within minutes?
Talking about the aircraft carrier.
CNN, the return of the USS Abraham Lincoln to the United States in this condition is the biggest blow to the reputation of the American military since the Vietnam War.
Sputnik reported, the legend is dead.
Abraham Lincoln arrived to threaten, but is returning as a floating pile of scrap.
AFP out of France, panic in the Pentagon was the withdrawal of the USS Abraham Lincoln, or with the withdrawal, the balance of power in West Asia has definitively shifted in Iran's favor.
Also reporting, U.S. allies are horrified.
If even America's largest warship cannot protect itself against Iran, no one can rely on American protection anymore.
And then the Telegraph reporting, quote, this defeat will go down in history as the moment Western naval dominance collapsed.
And that's the most important quote right there.
And it's something that I've been warning about this entire time.
That the U.S. dollar, its existence is based almost entirely on the ability of the United States military to project power.
And now it turns out they really can't project that much power.
And Trump is just becoming increasingly frantic and desperate and just, I don't know, lashing out at this point.
All kinds of weird coping mechanisms and denial of reality.
He's just losing his mind at this point because he can't face the reality that the U.S. is losing the war and the Strait of Hormuz is not open.
It's still closed.
And so what is Trump threatening to do now?
He's threatening to bomb the oil infrastructure of what's called Karg Island, which is an island in, I guess it's kind of the northeast portion of the Persian Gulf there.
Far from the Strait of Hormuz, by the way.
You know, it's to the northwest of the Strait of Hormuz, but it's in the Persian Gulf, and it's closer to the shores of Iran.
Obviously, it's an island controlled by Iran, and it accounts for reportedly something like 90% of Iran's oil exports.
So Trump is threatening to bomb the oil infrastructure on that island.
And in response, Iran, well, let me just read you the statement from the spokesperson of the central headquarters of Iran saying, quote, a warning to the aggressive and defeated regime of the United States.
In response to the statements of the aggressive and terrorist U.S. president, we declare that if there is an attack on the oil, economic, and energy infrastructure of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as we have previously warned, all oil, economic, and energy infrastructure belonging to oil companies throughout the region that have American shares or cooperate with the U.S. will be destroyed and turned into a pile of ashes.
Gotta love that extra detail.
Not just destroyed, but turned into a pile of ashes also.
So what Iran seems to be saying here is that if Trump destroys the oil infrastructure on Karg Island, that Iran will destroy the energy infrastructure of the other neighboring states, probably Qatar and UAE and Bahrain, etc., and Kuwait.
That would be, I mean, I shouldn't laugh, and that would be just devastating to the world.
We're talking about mass famine.
We're talking about possibly a billion or more people facing starvation.
We're talking about something way worse than a global depression, economically speaking.
It's more like a global collapse, an economic collapse.
And if that were to happen, then the economic losses would be immeasurable, more than just trillions.
And the loss of quality of life, the loss of much of modern civilization, the things that power our modern countries, our modern economies, those things would vanish without energy, without gas, without oil, without sulfur, without helium, etc.
We're talking about a global collapse situation.
And this is what Trump is toying with right now.
And this is what Trump has unleashed by choosing to attack Iran.
He didn't have to.
He chose to.
And he did so to appease Israel or Netanyahu in particular, who may or may not still be living.
We don't know yet.
So this is catastrophic, actually.
Strait of Hormuz Economy Crisis00:15:25
And then on top of that, we're already starting to see extreme difficulty in investors being able to withdraw their funds from certain funds run by various institutions.
For example, Blackstone is already limiting withdrawals because they've had an $82 billion record withdrawal request so far in 2026.
Black Rock also is capping withdrawals.
They've never done that before.
Blue Owl is halting quarterly withdrawals.
Morgan Stanley is halting withdrawals at 5%.
So you can only get 5% of your funds out, apparently, for now.
Cliff Water is capping withdrawals.
JP Morgan is starting to cap withdrawals from certain investment instruments there as well.
So this is beginning where people are needing to get their money out and they can't.
Not allowed.
You know, no soup for you.
That's the moment that we've arrived at.
It's going to get very bad if the situation doesn't get reversed very, very quickly.
Now, When I say the situation has to be reversed here, we're talking about opening the Strait of Hormuz.
So let's step back for a moment and understand how much traffic used to go through the Strait of Hormuz each day.
It was, on average, about 70 to 80 ships, large transit ships, each day through the Strait of Hormuz before the war.
Okay?
So on a normal day, 70 to 80 ships, each one a tanker or an LNG carrier or some other kind of energy ship typically.
Not all of them, but most of them.
Right now, and I checked, I had my research agents check this out for the daily traffic.
Right now, that number has plummeted over 97%.
And the only ships that are allowed to traverse the Strait of Hormuz are ships that are either Iranian flagships, in other words, yeah, they let their own ships through, or ships that are sailing to China or Russia or Pakistan, or, you know, basically allies of Iran.
So some people I've seen shouting like, oh, yeah, the ships are sailing through now.
Yeah, a ship going to China is allowed to sail through, or a ship going to Russia is allowed, but not America's ships, not Europe's ships, not Western ally ships.
They're not allowed to sail through at all.
As a result, there are now 3,200 ships that are stranded in the Gulf, the Persian Gulf.
3,200 ships, including half of the carriers of liquid natural gas that exist on planet Earth, on planet Earth.
If those ships don't get moving, the world economy doesn't move, doesn't get moving.
It really is that simple.
You either open up the strait, which you can't do by force, or the world economy collapses.
And right now, we are on the trajectory of the world economy collapsing.
And here's the thing.
You can't force Iran to open the strait because the strait is super narrow and it's right in the control of Iran.
And Iran is a rugged, mountainous region, you know, and you can't, I mean, even if you landed a million U.S. troops, it would take years to root out all the caves and tunnels and everything and all the rocket launch sites and the drone launch sites.
Probably take more than a million troops.
We don't have an extra million troops.
We don't even have the ability to land them anywhere.
And we don't have the ability to supply them.
I mean, it's a fantasy, right?
So there's no way the U.S. is going to force Iran to open the strait.
Now, until, I'm sorry to be redundant, but until that strait is open, the world economy cannot function as currently configured because it's an economy that's based very largely on natural gas and fossil fuels, et cetera, that come out of the Gulf.
And the world has come to depend on that strait and that Gulf as sort of the, you know, the artery of economic power, powers industry and economies and transportation and air flights all over the world.
In effect, the entire Western world is being held hostage by Iran over the Strait of Hormuz.
But Iran didn't start this war.
Trump started it.
Israel pushed him to start it, clearly.
Trump started this war, and now the repercussions of this are causing the world to be plunged into what will be a catastrophic economic scenario if this doesn't get turned around very quickly.
Now, Trump has completely lost his mind at this point.
I don't even think he's in touch with anything that's real.
I think the people around him, Susie Wiles and others, are just feeding him a bunch of lies, like, you're so awesome, everything's great, you know?
And he gets phone calls from Laura Loomer, who tells him he's going to be the hero for humanity and other delusional nonsense, right?
So Trump doesn't even know what's happening in reality.
He doesn't know the U.S. military is losing this conflict badly.
He doesn't know that the U.S. is losing its reputation, that the Arab Gulf states are about to divorce the United States and to evict the U.S. bases from their territory.
Trump has no idea that any of this is happening, right?
He's just completely isolated from reality.
So he's continuing to issue just bizarre statements like, we've completely decimated Iran.
We've totally destroyed everything.
We've bombed it to oblivion.
Their entire military is gone.
Okay.
Well, if that's true, then why is the Strait of Hormuz still closed?
Why aren't there 70 to 80 ships a day passing through it?
Well, because Trump is delusional.
The strait, you know, Iran hasn't been decimated.
They are still very capable of controlling that strait.
And as long as they control that strait, they've got the world by the balls, you know, really.
And now, here's the thing.
You see, Iran itself and Russia and some other countries there as well are very resilient because they've lived through hard times.
Both Iran and Russia, well, and Cuba, come to think of it, have survived under extreme sanctions for decades.
As a result, they've had to become more domestically self-sufficient.
They've had to become more redundant.
They've had to learn how to live with less.
They've had to learn how to restructure their own domestic economies and to rebuild their own domestic supply lines.
And Russia, for example, is a great example of that, that since 2022, Russia rebuilt its own domestic steel industry and its military munitions manufacturing.
And Russia now can do just about everything it needs domestically and doesn't depend on very many outside inputs.
Whereas, in contrast, Western nations, the United States, Canada, UK, you know, whatever, Australia, they operate on just-in-time delivery, offshore manufacturing, long, complex supply chains.
All of that is collapsing now.
And that collapse of these long, complex supply chains is going to hurt Western countries far more than it hurts Iran, Russia, Cuba, China, North Korea, even India for that matter, or even Turkey for that matter.
It's the West that's going to be hurt the worst.
And Iran knows this.
They're playing a grand chessboard game here.
They're the grand masters of the chessboard, whereas Trump is playing checkers or something, or shoots and ladders or whatever he's playing at Tiddlywinks.
But Iran is playing grandmaster chess because Iran knows that the longer the strait stays closed, the more painful this gets for the West, while Iran and Russia and other countries, the BRICS nations, they can get by just fine.
They know how to live through hard times.
They have other alternative energy sources.
And China's ships are allowed to sail through the strait and Russia has its own energy, etc.
The time duration of this hurts the West, not Iran.
So Iran is playing a strategy of dragging this out as long as possible.
While Trump was trying to end this thing in one weekend because he thought Iran was Venezuela, you know, because he can't read a map.
He thought it was going to be over in one weekend.
Didn't happen.
And then it was going to be one week.
Oh, it didn't happen.
And now they're telling us it's going to be one month.
Yeah, you think?
No, I doubt it.
This is going to stretch out, frankly, forever until Iran changes its mind.
Frankly, I mean, that's the honest answer here.
I've said it before.
The Strait of Hormuz is not open until Iran says it's open because ships can be harassed by Iran, making it impassable or de facto impassable.
Now, Trump says he's going to have this coalition of ships from other nations, UK or whatever.
What do they have, like one ship left or something?
And they're going to join the U.S. Navy, which is afraid of Iran already fleeing.
Somehow, they're going to gather together and they're going to open the strait somehow, as if if you sail enough ships there that Iran won't be able to shoot them or something.
It doesn't make any sense.
It doesn't make any sense at all.
It's completely irrational.
If you just gather a bunch of ships right there, it's like a shooting gallery for Iran.
It's like, great.
No matter where we fire missiles, we're going to hit a ship that like a U.S. ship or a British ship or a French ship.
Well, I guess the French aren't sending any a German ship or whatever.
So it would be suicide to send a bunch of ships in there.
And even if you had like, I don't know, 10 naval ships there that are escorting one tanker, let's say, or a couple of tankers, those tankers are big-ass targets.
Tankers can be hit no matter what ship is in front of it or behind it or beside it.
And, you know, the strait's not very wide.
So you got to run them like in a line.
And along the line, the tanker is going to get blown up.
Of course it is.
And if it's an LNG tanker, there's going to be an explosion so huge that it'll take out all the ships near it.
It'll be like a little nuclear bomb going off right there.
That's all it's going to take.
It's like one hit on an LNG tanker and the entire Strait of Hormuz closed until further notice.
And Trump doesn't realize this because he's insane or something or stupid.
I don't get it.
How does he not know this?
How does Heg Seth not know this?
How do the MAGA people not realize this?
I've seen MAGA people on social media like, the strait's wide open.
There's nothing blocking anything.
Your ships should just sail through.
It's like, are you retarded?
How do you not understand what we're talking about here?
If the ships sail through there, Iran hits them.
Thus, insurance companies won't insure the ships.
Thus, the ships won't sail.
Thus, the energy stays locked in the Persian Gulf, and that energy doesn't get delivered to Taiwan or Korea or Japan or the UK or Australia or whatever.
So as long as this strait stays closed, the global Western economies, they are accelerating towards collapse, which means eventually a banking collapse, you know, a currency collapse, industry collapse, food collapse, you name it.
Now, the United States of America will be better off than other Western nations for a number of reasons.
For example, the U.S. has much more domestic energy production and gas production than any other Western nation.
But the UK, for example, will be just completely screwed in all of this.
France, Spain, the Netherlands, you name it.
Australia is running out of jet fuel already.
They're going to have to ground most of their air fleet.
Taiwan's running out of gas.
They're going to have to shut down their industries.
Japan, Korea, similar situation, already declaring force majeure in certain industries.
That's only going to accelerate.
When that happens, it's going to be way worse than COVID.
It's going to be a supply chain collapse that none of us have ever seen in our lives.
And this is the strategy of Iran, is to say, hey, how do we make it so incredibly painful for the West that they give us what we want?
And Iran has set out its demands, as you know, which are things like, you've got to pay us reparations, maybe a couple of trillion dollars.
You have to have Netanyahu arrested and turned over to the ICC, if he's even living.
You have to recognize our right to have nuclear weapons, etc.
And yeah, every nation has a right of self-defense, including nuclear weapons.
So, in fact, if Iran had nuclear weapons, this war wouldn't have even started.
Nuclear weapons would have stabilized the region, actually, and would have kept our energy prices much lower.
But because the U.S. and Israel thought they could defeat Iran, because Iran didn't have nuclear weapons, they went ahead and started the war that led to this situation, which is catastrophic for the Western world.
So this is kind of like the Western civilization having its jugular vein sliced open.
Okay.
Three weeks ago, or a little over two weeks ago, the jugular was sliced open.
It's bleeding out.
Every time there's a heartbeat, there's another surge of blood that spurts out of the jugular of Western economies.
And Iran is saying, hey, would you like me to apply some pressure?
Would you like me to help stop the bleeding?
And all you have to do is agree to these terms, the terms I just mentioned.
Rising Body Count and Delusion00:07:44
But Trump will never agree to those terms because he is a puppet of the Zionist regime of Israel run by Netanyahu.
And Netanyahu will never agree to this, even if it means the total destruction of Western civilization.
So this is a game of global chicken at the expense of probably mass starvation, economic collapse, industrial collapse.
Again, way worse than COVID.
And Iran is committed to holding out for the long run here because what do they got to lose?
If they surrender, they lose everything.
They lose their country.
They lose their future.
They lose their pride, their culture, their energy, their oil fields, everything.
If they hold out and thereby inflict enough pain on the West, at some point, Trump might be impeached.
Netanyahu might be kidnapped or killed.
Maybe that's already happened.
Who knows?
At some point, the pressure is going to be so insanely great that the leaders of the U.S. and Israel will themselves be at risk of being replaced or impeached or maybe imprisoned or maybe in Israel there could be a military coup.
Who knows?
I mean, there's a lot of possibilities of what could happen.
Because at some point, the pain level for the voters at the gas pump, at the grocery store, losing their jobs because mass shutdown of industries all across the Western world, at some point that becomes so painful that people revolt.
It's like, this is freaking suicide, and there will be civil unrest at a level that you have never seen before if this continues.
If this continues, it might take a few months to get to that level, you know, but that's going to happen if this doesn't get resolved.
So Iran knows this.
That's why they're playing Grandmaster Chess here while Trump and Netanyahu are just being complete idiots here, and they refuse to negotiate for coexistence with Iran.
Now, this idea that Trump is going to land 2,500 Marines somewhere, hasn't really said where, that he's going to land them somewhere near Iran and somehow that's going to open the strait.
This is just the most delusional, insane stupidity I've ever heard.
2,500 Marines?
That's it?
That's all you got?
You think they're going to conquer Iran?
A country that has almost a million active duty soldiers right now?
And they could raise millions more?
And you're going to send in 2,500?
You're sending them to their deaths.
Just say goodbye if you land them.
If you land them anywhere on Iran territory, they're dead because you can't even resupply them.
What are you going to do?
Just like airdrop them or have them just roll in on like inflatable little navy boats or something?
And then what?
They've got enough food and ammo for a day and a half and then what?
Then what are you going to do?
Because, you know, half the population of southern Iran is going to converge on them with rifles and mortars and drones.
And Marines are just going to be sitting there just dying.
And then, of course, Trump will tell the media in America, oh, you're not allowed to report fatalities because that would be unpatriotic.
That's treason.
He's practically saying that now.
That if you report the number of soldiers that have died, that's treason.
See, this is the insanity that Trump is turning to now.
So maybe 2,500 Marines will just get killed and blown to bits, and Trump will say, ah, none of them died.
They're fine.
In fact, they're winning.
He'll say, you know, I mean, this is sort of like Adolf Hitler level of delusion here.
Like moving around fictitious army units on a map that don't even exist, but in his mind they do.
That's what this is looking like.
It's insane.
The level of delusion is just off the charts.
So where this goes from here is not good unless Trump divorces from Netanyahu, which is highly unlikely because clearly they've got something on them.
And he's got to return to reality.
He's got to put America first.
And he's got to pull our military out of the region.
Trump should do a deal with Iran, actually, and just say, look, if we leave, will you allow our ships to sail through the strait?
And Iran would probably say, yes, but you got to pull out all your military assets.
You leave.
You leave the Middle East.
You go home.
And then, yeah, we'll let your ships through.
And if Trump was wise, he would say, okay, you got a deal.
Let's do that.
Let's leave.
And then we'll get our energy.
And, you know, the UK will get its energy and the world won't collapse.
But I doubt Trump is going to do that.
He's going to sit there and be a gangster because that's what he's become.
He's going to be a gangster and he's going to continue to threaten and think that he's winning while America just keeps losing pilots and planes and maybe ships and soldiers.
And, you know, the body count is going to add up.
And Trump's going to tell everybody we're winning, you know, for weeks.
We're still winning.
He already announced total victory.
So why are we there?
He's going to tell us in a couple more weeks.
Now it's total, total victory.
And then two months later, now it's really super total victory.
We really decimated them again.
We double decimated them.
You know, it's just going to be this level of insanity all the way through.
But Iran won't budge until you meet their demands.
And in the meantime, Iran is no doubt building nuclear weapons.
Because wouldn't you?
If you were Iran, wouldn't you build nuclear weapons?
Of course you would.
Of course you would.
You're probably rolling that out of a basement bunker right now.
You know, it's like, hey, let's stick this thing on a missile.
Of course you're going to do that.
So as more time goes by, Iran is practically forced into demonstrating nuclear weapons.
And as that happens, you know, I don't know, fast forward 60 days, 90 days, whatever it takes, they're going to demonstrate a nuke and they're going to say, we've got 10 more.
And then what happens?
Right?
And then where are we?
You know, at some point, the Western world is going to have to learn to get along with other nations instead of just bullying and threatening and bombing the whole world into obedience, which is the way Trump operates.
That's just not going to work.
This is the first time the world has said no.
Well, actually, Russia said no, but Iran is saying no also.
And China is going to say hell no.
So this is the end of the era of U.S. military dominance.
But Trump isn't aware of that yet.
He still thinks the U.S. military is the most powerful military in the world and that he can do anything he wants and that he's always winning.
And he's just lost his mind.
It's like Joe Biden level delusion.
I don't even know, you know, what do you say to that?
What do you say to that?
In the meantime, we are all going to pay the price.
We're all going to suffer big time.
We're going to suffer with collapse, industrial collapse, economic collapse, currency collapse, reputation collapse of the country, etc.
It's going to get bad.
Slow Arrival of Disaster Effects00:03:37
So my advice is hunker down.
Hunker down.
You know, our sponsor, the satellite phone store, can offer you backup communications equipment, s-at123.com.
We've got backup food supplies, which are suddenly very popular again.
Lots of people are purchasing our ranger buckets, our number 10 cans of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, lab-tested, certified organic, all of our supplements and superfoods.
We've got them on one page for you, healthrangerstore.com slash survival, if you want to check that out.
And the sales are really accelerating over the last, I'd say, four days.
So at this pace, we will run out, but we're not close to it yet.
We still have lots.
We have lots of food at the moment.
But at this pace, it's going to get, you know, we're not going to be able to replenish it at the rate that it's selling right now.
Although that's still a ways away, just giving you a heads up.
It's a good idea to get what you need at essentially last year's prices before our input prices go way up, which will happen very soon.
So again, that's healthrangerstore.com slash survival.
And then, you know, look, download our free new audio books.
They're free.
We've got a bunch of new audio books.
We're going to be producing about 25 books per day.
And that's going to be happening at books.brightlearn.ai.
That's books.brightlearn.ai.
And there, you'll be able to click on a link.
You'll see it there called audiobooks.
And you'll see all the audio books that are available.
You can start downloading those, the MP3 files, free of charge.
There's a lot of how-to.
You know, a lot of like survival and preparedness and home food production and things like that.
And those are all free.
So check those out.
And again, about 25 more books should be appearing there each day, unless we have some glitches.
But that's one thing you can do that costs you nothing.
But grow more food, plant a garden, become more self-reliant to the extent that you can.
The bottom line is we got to all the years that I've taught preparedness and all the times that we dodge bullets, you know, like we didn't have a big false flag attack before the election.
Last time, you know, we didn't have a civil war.
You know, thank God.
But all that advice now culminates in this because now we didn't dodge this bullet.
Trump ordered the attack, launched World War III, and the whole world is accelerating towards energy collapse, industrial collapse, an economic collapse, and a food collapse at the same time.
So we didn't dodge this bullet.
We all got hit by this bullet.
It's just that the effects are going to be slow to arrive, which is actually good news for us because we know what's coming if we're smart.
We can look ahead and we can see, oh, food prices are going to go through the roof.
Supply chains are going to crater.
Things are going to get scarce and expensive and difficult for a long time to come, easily the rest of this calendar year and probably impacting 2027.
And if the Strait of Hormuz stays closed even longer, a few more months, then this is going to take years to recover.
Storable Iodine for Nuclear Survival00:04:15
Years.
That I call the hunger years, by the way.
So it's going to get very, very bad from here.
So do the best you can.
Stay informed.
You can hear more of my podcasts at brightvideos.com.
You can read my articles at naturalnews.com.
And I've got my infographics there as well.
You can use our deep research AI engine that is at brightanswers.ai.
And like I said, you can download free audio books now at brightlearn.ai or technically books.brightlearn.ai.
So take advantage of all these resources and thank you for your support to help us stay alive during all of this so we can continue to bring you news and tools and decentralized knowledge and free books and everything, which we are dedicated to doing.
Plus, you know, food supplies, iodine.
Suddenly, iodine sales are spiking again.
So check it all out, healthrangerstore.com and thank you for your support.
Take care.
Yes, the world is getting crazy, but here at the HealthRanger store, we're putting together a survival supply assortment for you.
If you go to healthrangerstore.com slash survival, you'll see what we put together for you, including iodine and iosat.
That's a specific brand name of potassium iodide that's FDA approved.
Or we have the nascent iodine here, which is less expensive in terms of the iodine that you get.
These are available in case things go nuclear.
It's clear that you will not be able to find any of this for sale anywhere.
All the inventories will be wiped out like what happened after Fukushima in 2011.
So if you want to get your hands on some iodine, this is a chance to get it right now.
HealthRangerStore.com slash survival.
In addition, we have many other survival items for you here, including some silver solutions, some spirulina available in bulk and at a discount, and then a large assortment of storable organic food that's laboratory tested, including our Ranger bucket sets.
Here's a 195-day supply.
We've got the mini buckets and we've also got number 10 cans available of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and other things like miso soup powder.
Here's some of the buckets.
There's a big variety available.
Here are some of the number 10 cans right here.
Remember, a lot of people are missing fruit.
They don't have enough vitamin C in their storable food.
So, you know, getting bananas and pineapples and strawberries, especially, again, certified organic, freeze-dried.
That is the highest quality with the highest nutrient preservation that you can get in any kind of a storable food format.
All of this is available right now and so much more.
