	Well, it's been an intense week.
	But we made it through.
	It's Friday.
	This is October 3rd, 2025.
	I'm Mike Adams.

	And even though it's been a tough week, I had a very inspiring interview today with Jonathan Emoard, of course, the FDA Dragon Slayer.
	What an incredible guy.
	I'll be playing that interview, I think, Monday.
	And the interview I have for you today is from uh Paymon, who is an Iranian-born person who's been, of course, an American citizen for decades.
	And he was able to join me in studio.
	And he's an expert in teaching people about tax law and why he says, according to his research and his conclusions, that there's no legal tax burden to the federal government unless you live in the District of Columbia.
	And so, wow, I mean, if that's true, then nobody in all 50 states is legally obliged to pay taxes according to Paymon.
	People are just voluntarily complying.
	It's an interesting interview.
	So we will get to that shortly.
	Also, I want to apologize for some of the downtime we had with Enoch today.
	There were some technical difficulties.
	We're also reworking Enoch to make it just easier to use, easier to log in.
	And we'll have that rolled out in the next, I don't know, several weeks, along with our standalone version finally coming out.
	And man, it's it's really incredible how much we have advanced in our ability to process information and data and do classification of the concepts that we want to use for training.
	And then also during this time, this time of delay, uh, there's been a lot of uh gains and um developments in training language models.
	So, oh, also better base models have come out as well.
	So it's gonna be pretty amazing what we're going to be able to deliver to you again for free is just gonna be uh game-changing.

	Uh, in terms of breaking news, the Trump administration has informed the United States Congress that the U.S. is engaged in a quote, non-international armed conflict with Latin American drug cartels.
	And you might think that like how that sounds contradictory.
	How is it not international if it's a war with Latin American drug cartels?
	And and of course, this is all just double speak.
	Classic Orwellian doublespeak.
	And the reason they're doing this is because, of course, if it's an international conflict, then they would need congressional approval.
	Because, you know, only Congress can declare war.
	But in this case, the Trump administration says that this is a non-international armed conflict in Venezuela.
	I mean, again, uh, it doesn't make any any sense at all.
	It would be like saying uh we're talking to Earth-based life forms on Mars.
	Like what?
	Again, it doesn't make any sense.
	But we are in an undeclared war with Venezuela.
	The U.S. is about to wage a whole new war on Iran.
	Looks like it could happen this weekend, actually.
	And then uh Trump is, of course, provoking Russia into World War III.
	So now we're looking at three possible war fronts, and we don't have enough ammunition and you know, artillery rounds and missiles and anti-tank weapons, etc., to even handle one war theater.
	With theater being the correct word here.
	Uh, much less three separate wars in three separate places, and all I want is uh peace.
	Wouldn't it be great if we could stop the wars and we could all just focus on making our country better?
	And we could spend time instead of training to kill other people non-internationally in Venezuela.
	Wouldn't it be great if we could focus on, I don't know, training the next generation of Americans, all about liberty and freedom and natural health, and you know, the the truth about money and how the banking system is not trustworthy, etc.
	You know, and I I think AI is going to give us an opportunity to create some really incredible uh training courses for people of all ages who want to learn the truth, who want to get red-pilled, so to speak.
	And I intend to do that.
	And so the release of our EDOC engine, the standalone version coming up, is just really the first part of this.
	We're going to be doing some really incredible things in 2026 that are already mapped out on my schedule, the things that will blow your mind, related to education.
	Also, in terms of the government shutdown that's currently making its way through our consciousness, uh Trump tweeted out something kind of interesting.
	He says, I have a meeting today with Russ Vaught of Project 2025 to determine which of the many Democrat agencies, most of which are a political scam, he recommends to be cut.
	So apparently the fact that the government has been officially shut down allows Trump to make some kind of cuts.
	He goes on and says, and whether or not those cuts will be temporary or permanent, I can't believe he says, the radical left Democrats gave me this unprecedented opportunity.
	And then he says, they're not stupid people.
	So maybe this is their way of wanting to quietly and quickly make America great again.
	So of course, Donald Trump trolling the Democrats with that.
	We we do kind of appreciate Trump's trolling and sarcasm.
	In terms of Middle East news, Israel has now captured hundreds of activists on that flotilla.
	So basically, you know, piracy on the high seas.
	Uh Israel kidnapped them all, including American citizens, to prevent them from doing what?
	Oh, from delivering food and medical aid to Gaza, because that can't be allowed.
	So everybody out there who believes that Israel's we're we're trying to deliver food to Gaza, we're just trying so hard, but we can't.
	Uh that's nonsense.
	They're blocking food.
	They're blocking medicine.
	And this has become, of course, an international incident with some labor unions in in Italy, I believe, going on strike because there are Italian ships that were also seized by Israel.
	And the workers there, you know, strongly oppose that.
	So things are heating up for Israel for sure.
	All right, here's something interesting from utilitydive.com.
	Customers in seven PJM states.
	That's well, PJM is the Eastern power grid, okay.
	And remember that it serves 13 states total.
	But the story says that seven of those states, those customers paid 4.4 billion dollars for data center transmission lines to be built in 2024.
	So even though the transmission lines are being built to serve big tech and AI data centers, you know, to build Skynet to come exterminate us all, you get to pay for that.
	Oh, yeah, why not?
	So there's a report that has been issued by the Union of Concerned Scientists who said that, yeah, 4.4 billion dollars was spent by customers because there's a regulatory gap that allows the utility companies to pass those expenses along to retail customers for electricity.
	So if you're living in those 13 states, which includes Virginia and Tennessee, by the way, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, even, and you're wondering why your electricity keeps going up and up and up.
	Yeah, that's why.
	Because you're subsidizing the transmission lines for sky freaking net.
	Sky freaking net.
	You get to pay for your own extermination.
	How's that, huh?
	Yeah.
	Now, doesn't that seem crazy that you would have to pay for it instead of the company that's building the data center?
	You know, Trump keeps announcing all these trillions of dollars coming into the country and also a lot of domestic money, hundreds of billions from this company, you know, half a trillion from that company, and so on.
	They've got all this money to build all These data centers with all these microchips to pursue superintelligence, but they make you pay for the transmission lines.
	Yeah, that that's sounds like a con to me, doesn't it?
	Also, in the realm of energy, the Department of Energy has terminated seven and a half billion dollars of uh well grants, mostly climate change, clean energy, green energy grants, which are all scams, by the way.
	So I think this is a good decision by the Department of Energy, and also the EPA is actually doing some good things these days with Lee Zeldon at the helm.
	But the agency said, quote, following a thorough individualized financial review, the Department of Energy determined that these projects did not adequately advance the nation's energy needs.
	They were not economically viable and would not provide a positive return on investment of taxpayer dollars.
	And they canceled them.
	Now, of course, that's just a cover story.
	You want to know the truth about this?
	Why are all these grants in blue states?
	Because the Democrats use climate grant money as slush fund money to rig elections.
	Uh obviously.
	Just like USAID, it's all a bunch of slush fund money.
	They use climate as the cover story.
	It's never about the climate.
	And by the way, there is no climate change emergency at all.
	The only emergency right now, in my mind, is that we need some rain in Central Texas.
	We could use some rain.
	But there's no climate emergency, and carbon is not a poison.
	Carbon is, of course, the most important element that we need for life on earth.
	And you know, that's why you were taught in high school, probably that we are carbon-based life forms.
	Yeah.
	You've heard that term, probably.
	We are carbon-based life forms.
	But all the blue states and all the leftists and all the climate lunatics, they want to get rid of carbon.
	They even talk about it.
	They say we need to decarbonize.
	Well, just wait a little longer.
	The East Coast is building Skynet.
	They'll be happy to decarbonize you on the West Coast.
	You see how that works?
	And by decarbonization, what I mean is the Terminators, which are based on silicon, are gonna get rid of the carbon-based life forms so that they can, of course, dominate the world with silicon-based life forms.
	Yeah, I don't I don't mean women with artificial breasts either.
	That would be a horror show.
	Um, or a whore show, I guess, in that case.
	Um, I'm talking about silicon-based life, well, not really life, but um intelligent robots.
	They can dominate, and and the left is pushing us right into that.
	You know why?
	Because when the left shuts down energy infrastructure in America, they let China win the race to build power infrastructure to power the data centers that then will build Chinese Skynet.
	Yeah, Chinese Skynet, who do you think they're gonna attack first?
	Yeah, probably us.
	So there goes California.
	But you know all these climate grants are total cons, right?
	It's like when Hillary Clinton says you need to donate money to the poor victims in Haiti.
	So donate to the, you know, the Clinton Foundation.
	And then almost none of it goes to the children in Haiti, does it?
	Yeah, because it's all a giant scam.
	So Russ Vaught, the director of the Office and Management and Budget, that's the OMB.
	It's uh that's a pretty big deal.
	This is supposed to be an independent agency that overlooks the financial flows and spending of government departments, said that quote, nearly eight billion dollars in green new scam funding to fuel the left's climate agenda is being canceled.
	And again, that's not even the real story, and he knows it, but they're all playing along.
	The real story is that the left was using this to rig elections.
	And what do they do with all that money?
	Billions of dollars.
	Well, they pay for protesters, they pay off judges, they pay for mules to carry ballots, they pay for people to stuff ballots on election night or you know, early in the morning the next morning.
	Whatever it takes to rig the elections, they pay off everybody, they pay off the mayors, they pay off the governors.
	It's all a giant cesspool Of just corruption and criminality.
	And that's the way Democrats run everything that they control, and that's why they're running it into the ground.
	But they say, oh, they took away our grant money.
	Now the earth is going to suffer.
	No, it isn't.
	Your election rigging is going to suffer.
	That's, yeah, and that's a good thing.
	We don't need to uh decarbonize.
	We need to decriminalize.
	And that starts by cutting off the money from the worst criminals on the political spectrum, which is, of course, the Democrats.
	Hey, did you know that drones are now delivering groceries in some cities across America, some pilot programs, and you know, Amazon is using drones to deliver food items.
	I can't wait for that to come to my area because I want to order watermelons and watch those drop out of the sky.
	It'll be worth the cost of the watermelon just to film that.
	Just to see that little drone struggle.
	Oh my god, it's a full-size watermelon, little propellers, you know, it's struggling and then gets overhead, drops it with a little flimsy parachute that does nothing.
	And it just goes, splat.
	And then I'm like, hey goats.
	Let's have some watermelon.
	I have goats and chickens.
	I just got two new goats, by the way.
	And these goats, they are pygmy goats, and they have horns.
	These are the first goats I've had with horns, because the other goats I had, uh they had their horns cut off before I ever adopted them.
	Well, anyway, these two new goats, there was a school that was trying to get rid of them.
	And they I don't know what happened, but the teacher that was running the goat program, I think realized that yeah, these goats aren't really great with kids, uh, even though they are kids, but I mean they're not great with the students.
	And uh she wanted to kind of swap out the animals, and so we heard through the grapevine that hey, there's two male goats looking for adoption, and I figured, hey, my ranch is like an animal retiree sanctuary.
	I let chickens die of old age on my ranch, yeah.
	And they do.
	They do.
	It's just one day it's like, oh, there's a dead chicken.
	Yeah, that that chicken was like eight years old, man.
	I have the oldest chickens in the world.
	But they also have the least cruelty committed against them.
	Anyway, so we adopted these two goats.
	And that's because our our other goats have been passing away, as is natural.
	We had one goat live to the age of 15 years, and that's unheard of in the world of goats, except for Nancy Pelosi, who has apparently exceeded goat age by generations.
	I don't know how she managed that.
	I think Elizabeth Warren's giving her a run for the money, also.
	They're almost like goat twins.
	But anyway, I had a goat that lived 15 years.
	She finally passed away, and then we were down to one goat.
	And you don't want to have just one goat.
	Because a lonely goat does not do well.
	I mean, goats need some kind of social interaction with other goats.
	And so we went out and and we decided to find you know somebody who needed to get rid of goats, and we asked the well, the teacher when we were picking up these goats, we're like, so what would happen if we didn't adopt these goats?
	Because they're male goats, and most people don't want male goats, even though they were uh, well, neutered, although that's not the right term.
	They were neutered, so they're not crazy.
	Um they're they're pretty docile, actually.
	But we asked the teacher, what would happen to these goats?
	And she said, well, they would be auctioned.
	Yeah, and everybody in Texas knows what that means.
	Auctioned off for the pet food market.
	Yeah, because that's where the that's where like male goat flesh that nobody wants ends up in, is in people's you know, pet food, etc.
	So uh we saved two goats by simply adopting them, and now I can't wait to airdrop watermelons that they can enjoy.
	They'll probably freak out when the watermelons start falling out of the sky, but they absolutely enjoy the flavor of watermelons.
	And if we time it just right, we might be able to get a small personal watermelon to be speared by one of the goat horns.
	What do you think?
	Is that a possibility?
	Like, catch it, catch it, catch it with your horn.
	You know, we could try that.
	Anyway, you probably know this if you've heard my podcast for very long, but I I take my goats walking.
	I walk with my dogs and my goats on a daily basis.
	And these two new goats, they started walking with me on the second day because they're followers.
	They're followers, and all you got to do around goats is just kind of act like the leader.
	It's the same thing in politics, it turns out.
	Just act like you're the leader.
	Even if you have no clue what's happening, you just act like you're the leader.
	We have a plan.
	We're gonna cut spending.
	We're gonna reduce the price of prescription drugs.
	We're gonna have peace, even though you have no idea what you're talking about and you really have no intention of doing any of those things.
	You know, like kind of what we're dealing with right now.
	Well, as long as you just pretend to be the leader, the goats will follow you, and so will most voters, it turns out.
	Yeah.
	Or goaters, as we might say.
	Okay, I know, sorry.
	Bad joke.
	I'm I I apologize.
	In any case, as far as all the grants are concerned, have you ever noticed that the grants never go to anything useful?
	All this grant money just goes to just stupid things, you know, like climate change or the green agenda.
	I've never been approached by anybody in government that said, hey, you want to have, you know, like a hundred million dollar grant to I don't know, build a giant free online database of health and nutrition and food ingredients to help the American people be healthier and make better choices at the grocery store and prevent chronic degenerative disease.
	Would you like money to build that?
	Nobody's ever said that to me.
	I have to build it myself with our own money.
	So thank you for your support because it's your support that allows us to do these things.
	But there's no government money that's involved in anything that helps people.
	The government money goes to build weapons and bombs and you know, slush funds and to promote pharmaceuticals.
	A lot of government money is actually spent on researching pharmaceuticals.
	Did you know that?
	Yeah, most of the pharmaceutical research comes out of universities that are funded by the federal government.
	And then once there's a quote discovery by the university, then the university licenses that to a pharmaceutical company for pennies on the dollar, and then Big Pharma marks it up and makes the overwhelming majority of all the profits fueled by taxpayer-funded research.
	Uh-huh.
	So it's another giant racket.
	So while Pfizer is raking in hundreds of billions of dollars, a lot of their drugs are based on research that you and I paid for.
	Sounds kind of like the fact that people on the East Coast or the Eastern States uh paid for the data center transmission lines, even though they won't even be using those data centers.
	Yeah, because everything's a con.
	Everything's a scam.
	In fact, pharmaceuticals are not even health care.
	So when Trump says we're gonna make pharmaceuticals less expensive, we're gonna bring you cheaper drugs, as if that's health care, it's not.
	Pharmaceuticals are not healthcare, they are sick care.
	And I have a special report about that very topic, and I'd like to play that for you now, and then we'll continue on the other side.

	You can't reduce health care costs by lowering the cost of prescription drugs.
	Why?
	Because prescription drugs are not health care, they are sick care.
	Prescription drugs do not make people healthy.

	And if you push more prescription drugs on the population, as we have seen over the last 30 to 40 years, the population actually gets sicker and more disease, which then generates more profits for big pharma, making big pharma more powerful, where they offer more campaign contributions, and now they've even gone into business with Trump.
	So Trump is in business with Pfizer.
	He's licensed his name for Trump RX, which is going to be an official government website to push Pfizer's pharmaceuticals Onto the American people at a slightly lower price than what they've been charging.
	And this is called reducing the cost of health care.
	No, it isn't.
	It's all a big lie.
	And it's putting Trump in the business of profiting from sick care.
	That Trump makes money as people stay sick and need more prescription drugs that are pushed by their drug pushing doctors.
	So no wonder Trump is all in favor of Pfizer and Operation Warp Speed because Trump's going to make a fortune by licensing his name to Pfizer for all the repeat business of people who were damaged by the vaccines.
	Now, I'm the Health Ranger, of course, and I actually have the answer to all of this.
	It's very simple.
	But no one's willing to look at it because this answer does not generate massive profits for powerful corporations.
	It's very simple.
	You need to end the monopoly that the FDA enforces on behalf of Big Pharma, where only Big Pharma can claim that their products treat, prevent, or cure disease.
	And that system, which has been in place since the founding of the FDA in 1906, over a century, that system makes it illegal to tell the truth about the therapeutic properties of everything, from essential oils to vitamin C to homeopathy to acupuncture or chiropractic care or superfoods, nutrition, or anything.
	You're not allowed to tell the truth.
	And as a result, the American people falsely believe, as they've been brainwashed over all these years, they falsely believe that only prescription drugs are useful for improving their health, when in fact, prescription drugs do no such thing.
	They only mask symptoms.
	So prescription drugs are sick care.
	Food, nutrition, and herbs, and alternative medicine, that's health care.
	And we all know that the FDA works on behalf of big pharma.
	Their job is to crush any competitors that might threaten big pharma's monopoly.
	So the answer here is very simple.
	End the FDA.
	Dismantle it completely.
	And you might say, well, what about what about food safety?
	Yeah, sure.
	Have a food safety division that spot checks food for E. coli and checks imported food for heavy metals, contamination, etc.
	I'm all in favor of that.
	But that's a very tiny part of what the FDA does.
	Mostly the FDA functions as a terrorist organization running around the country terrorizing businesses that produce nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathy, etc.
	Or even, you know, superfoods.
	That's mostly what the FDA does, because again, they are the attack dogs for big pharma to go out and destroy any competition that might actually really prevent disease.
	Because you know there are numerous anti-cancer herbs, anti-cancer nutrients, anti-cancer foods.
	You can buy them at your grocery store if you only knew what they were.
	But no one's allowed to talk about that because of the FDA.
	And even the makers of those foods, like let's say, you know, pomegranate juice.
	Remember when the FDA and the FTC went after the Palm Wonderful Company because they were telling the truth about the anti-prostate cancer properties of pomegranates?
	Yeah, or when the FDA and the FTC went after a cherry extract company for citing government research that showed that tart cherry extract cures gout.
	Well, of course, they were attacked.
	They were financially devastated by the FTC and the FDA.
	And this happens again and again and again.
	So the answer is stop the terrorism against health, nutrition, supplements, etc.
	And there is one organization that is working on this, the Alliance for Natural Health, ANH-USA, I think it's.org.
	Alliance for Natural Health.
	And their lead counsel is none other than attorney Jonathan Emoard, who I will be having on as a guest pretty soon.
	And Jonathan Emoard, of course.
	He's known as the FDA Dragon Slayer because he has defeated the FDA numerous times in federal court.
	And he and the AH are suing the FDA over the FDA's restriction of validated truthful health claims.
	Or at least certain claims, not all of them, but a certain subset of claims that the government has already confirmed are true.
	So why can't we state the truth about nutritional supplements if the government itself has already declared that those things are true?
	Like, for example, how vitamin C can cure scurvy.
	You're not allowed to say that, even though the government says that.
	Well, what the AH is doing in a lawsuit in which uh a lawsuit that we have helped fund and we are plaintiffs.
	We are named in the lawsuit against the United States government to halt the censorship over these nutritional supplements.
	It's just another way that we are fighting for freedom of speech in the natural health industry.
	So, yes, we we ponied up and we contributed to that lawsuit.
	And that's just the beginning.
	The big answer that Trump should listen to here, but I doubt he will.
	The big answer is that we need to completely dismantle the FDA and end it entirely.
	And we need to stop this monopoly.
	We need to stop big pharma control over the medical journals and the medical schools.
	Because doctors are just being churned out as, you know, biological vending machines for big pharma.
	So we need to end direct-to-consumer drug advertising and end all pharmaceutical sponsorships of doctors and doctor vacations and trips disguised as continuing medical education, etc.

	This thing can code.
	And so I have all these projects that I've been wanting to do for a long, long time.
	And now I have the tools to do them.
	And so my schedule of building things is now more packed than ever because in this case I realize I can build things and I don't even need an engineering team because the AI has become my engineering team.
	So, yes, we still have our engineering team that maintains everything, you know, Brighton.com and all our platforms, Brighton.social, you know, natural news, et cetera.
	And that's it's all a very complex ecosystem.
	But now I'm building standalone apps without using any other engineers other than just AI engineers.

	Um why are mainstream conventional doctors not beneficial to the health of the public in terms of preventing or overcoming chronic degenerative disease.
	Explain all the reasons why.
	All right, so as you can see in the answer, mainstream conventional doctors, referred to as allopathic or Western medical doctors, are not beneficial to the public's health in terms of preventing or overcoming chronic degenerative disease due to several systemic issues.
	And here they are, conflicts of interest, heavy influences by the drug companies, lack of training in preventive medicine, Yeah, medical schools hardly train that at all.
	Uh dependence on symptomatic treatment, uh, just managing symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes of a disease.
	And this leads to a cycle of dependence on medications.

	And this censorship prevents doctors from learning about and implementing treatments that could benefit their patients.
	Uh misguided research, it's all funded by pharmaceutical companies, and it's aimed at finding new drugs rather than investing the root causes of disease.
	Regulatory capture.
	The FDA and CDC are captured by industry interests.
	Lack of incentives for prevention.
	The current system, you know, doesn't make money by preventing disease, ignoring the role of lifestyle environment, et cetera.
	So this is just one more example.

	Well, this is exciting because we've done several other interviews, you know, remotely.

	So I think our audience is familiar with you and your work, but give us a quick background of how you or like how you help people to uh preserve their assets better and to not be tricked into things that are unlawful.
	Well, over 30 years ago, I found out that people of the 50 United States are not required by law to follow and pay federal income taxes.
	And as the immigrant from Iran, loving this free country, I thought, well, I'd just be free and tell everybody else about it.
	So my conclusion led me to this clear understanding that got crystallized just about five years ago, that the federal income tax law was written in 1913 and still today for Washington, DC and its territories, not the people of the 50 states.
	They deceived us to believe that it applies to the 50 states, but it does not.
	And so what I do is just show people the law.
	I have a seven-step plan, Mike, to help people free themselves of Irish deception.
	Without deception, they have you be afraid of the IRS.
	Once they have you afraid, now they can rob and enslave you.
	So my job is to reverse this process by educating and informing people what the law is, as written on the U.S. government's official legal websites.
	From there, it is downhill.
	People lose their fear.
	Once their fear of the iris is gone, they will no longer be robbed and no longer be enslaved.
	And all that is really explained on my website.

	So you've got this brochure here, I'll hold it up.

	Follow the law.

	And this you've laid it out in very clear language.
	I mean, in what, 12 pages?
	It shows the law.
	You're citing the government documents, like you say, correct?
	From their own legal websites.
	Got it.
	And then so if someone watching this is a resident of the District of Columbia, then according to your analysis, they are subject to IRS taxation.
	Correct.
	Okay.
	It'd be pretty easy to move out of the District of Columbia.
	Yes.
	I want guy do that.
	Yeah.
	Probably a wise choice anyway for other reasons.
	But for the 50 states, you are saying that no person is obligated to render a portion of their income to the IRS.
	Now, but of course, every single accountant in America would disagree with that.
	Obviously, the IRS would disagree with that.
	And seemingly, you know, we've all seen famous cases of actors like Wesley Snipes, who was prosecuted by the DOJ for what they call tax fraud.
	So how do you navigate that fact that everybody else in the legal system seems to side with the IRS when these cases come up?
	Well, because number one, the law is actually on our side.
	So that's number one to understand.
	Number two, there's a lot of misinformation in a patriot freedom movement that people need to stay away from.
	Like anything having to do with UCC, sovereign or state citizenship, revocation of election, your name and capital letters, common law versus admiralty jurisdiction, and on and on.
	Okay.
	So that's the second thing.
	All that I went through those in early 90s when I started.
	And the third thing is some basic understanding of the legal procedures is also needed so you don't play the game wrong and lose.
	So that's what I've done.
	I've beaten the IRS myself in the own courts multiple times without an attorney.
	Wow.
	And so do you help people understand better how to handle the like the 1040 form demand or how to write letters or how to refile taxes with the proper numbers, or what what what are the practical steps that you are showing people how to do in your course?
	Well, I show people how they can stop filing and paying income tax.
	Because what people do not realize is when you sign that 1040 form, you literally put your right hand up on the Bible under oath you swear, you owe IRS.
	The amount you put on that 1040 tax form.
	So you're you're saying you're admitting that you owe the IRS this money.
	Under oath you do that.
	Under oath, you're admitting that.
	And you're expecting the IRS to accept all your expenses, deductions and credits, all the gimmick did the uh stuff.
	Whereas what I tell people, look, you don't need to do that because it never applied to you, the people of the 50 states.
	The deep state did not start with FBI and CIA going after Donald Trump.
	The steep deep state goes back to 1913 with Federal Reserve and Income Tax, both starting born and lies and deception and fraud together.
	That's what I take people back to.
	So don't file, don't pay if you're an employee.
	You can go to our website, freedomlawschool.org, and stop income tax withholding from your paycheck legally and safely.
	The instructions are there, the form is there.
	And if you're not an employee, then it's really easy.
	Just don't file and don't pay.
	And the law is on your side.
	And what we do have a seven-step program, my step five, Mike, is my favorite part.
	Because step five is where we have these petitions to Congress that spells out the law quoted and attached.
	And we ask the congressman, show me where I'm wrong.
	Show me this legal authorities of the government, U.S. Supreme Court, the federal tax dollars are wrong, I have here attached and quoted.
	And I will pay my fair share of taxes.
	But if you could not show me wrong, you need to tell other congressmen together, take action to stop the deep state IRS and Department of Injustice from misapplying the federal income tax to people of the 50 states.
	I see that never owed it in the first place.
	See, my company uh still operates within the traditional system.
	You know, so we have an accountant and they file this and file that and pay this and pay that.
	There was a payment we made earlier this year, wiring money to the IRS.
	I don't remember the amount, you know, tens of thousands of dollars, whatever it was.
	The IRS, um, then six months later, they send us a letter saying they never got the payment.
	And that if we don't send them the payment, then they're gonna confiscate everything and close our bank accounts and steal everything that we own, because that's what they say in every letter, right?
	And then we check with the bank.
	Did this wire go through?
	Yes.
	Wire went through, confirmation number, boom, wire to the IRS.
	IRS says we never got it, money's gone.
	So not only are they, I mean, they're stealing from you even when you try to comply with their system.
	So now we are, I mean, this is still not resolved in our case.
	We paid as they demanded and as the courts would demand and everything, and they still may shut down our bank accounts.
	That's how insane the situation is.
	Well, that is because IRS is a failed, broken communist agency.
	They do things so wrong, they make so much mistakes.
	They cannot properly account for your payment.
	And that's one of the right, clearly they cannot.
	Clearly cannot.
	Yeah, that's they lose your money and then threaten you.
	Yes.
	Yeah.
	Because they don't have to act together.
	No, they've got, I've been told in Austin, there's a whole floor of the IRS building that's dedicated to stacks of unopened mail.
	Yes.
	Did you know that?
	Yes.
	Yeah.
	I mean, they just there are no humans on that floor.
	What used to be cubicles is just literally stacks of unopened IRS mail from like four years ago.
	Yep.
	Yeah.
	Exactly.
	And so when we when in our accountant calls the IRS, try can anybody help us track where this money go?
	They have no idea.
	No idea.
	It's a it's a nightmare.
	So you see, that's why we don't file at 1044, Mike, and stop giving that 104 form and join the 80 plus million Americans who IRS says they are required to file at 104, but they don't.
	You just got liberated.
	Well, I've always been very cautious about this, and since I'm not the accountant and I don't run the accounting department, you know, that whole world is a is a a little bit mystifying to me, because uh none of it's logical.
	But it seems to me that what you're saying rings true because whether I comply or don't comply, I still face the same threats.
	Actually, no, you face far more threats when you file a 10 for income tax confession forum under oath than when you don't file.
	I see.
	Because when you file, everything is burdened of proof is on you now to prove expensive deductions, payments.
	When you don't file, if they want to come after you, they have to give you a tax proposal formally and give you the chance to challenge it in U.S. tax court with a full-blown trial, and we have only 20 U.S. tax court judges.
	80 million non-filers.
	There are only 20 judges.
	There's only about 20 U.S. tax court judges in America.
	Wow, that okay, that's that's frightening.
	Let me let me shift gears here.
	Let's cover the the moral argument that I hear from some people who say, oh, no, you you need to contribute to society.
	You're obliged to pay this tax.
	And my response to them, of course, I want to get your reaction, is you're you're taxed by the money printing.
	When they print money, it's stealing your purchasing power of your dollars.
	You're being involuntarily taxed no matter what, by the money printing.
	And right now, that tax is about 15 to 20% a year.
	If you look at the rising prices of food, you know, groceries and health insurance, car insurance, everything else.
	So that's a very substantial tax on top of all the other taxes they have.
	So what do you say when when people say, well, what you're promoting is immoral because you're not contributing to society?
	Well, that's because they misunderstand what pays for the government.
	What pays for the government services that you come to depend on, like the police, the sheriffs, the courts, the schools and roads, all these basic stuff does not come from federal taxes.
	They come from your local state sales and property and other local state taxes.
	Right.
	The federal government, that's a federal rat hole of corruption and criminality that you're supporting.
	So you're actually doing a good thing morally.
	I say you have the moral duty to stop paying all the criminals in DC who pay for all these wars, murdering innocent people right now.
	Weapons.
	Weapons in Gaza in Ukraine, all over, all the corruption, and these lazy bureaucrats.
	Yep.
	And powerful money of interest, pharmaceuticals, you know, oil companies, banks, they all benefit from you being a slave.
	So no, you have your duty to stop funding the crooks.
	So you're saying the the moral decision is to not fund the corruption and the criminality and the military industrial complex.
	Yes.
	And the Pentagon is going to have, I think, a trillion dollar a year budget.
	It's uh the Department of Defense is renamed the Department of War.
	So there's no longer any question about what they have in mind.
	They're gonna send our young men and women off to die in the Middle East or Ukraine, and then they're gonna make us pay for it.
	Even though we are completely opposed to all of that.
	No more wars.
	Bring get get out of all these countries.
	Bring our soldiers home, focus on our issues here.
	Have you seen our blue cities?
	They're a nightmare of collapse.
	Like, you know, downtown St. Louis, downtown Seattle, Portland, LA, Chicago.
	They look like war zones, actually.
	I mean, the war is here.
	It is why we have all this uh paying for all the corruption, and by the Department of War is one of the most corrupt, wasteful agencies out there.
	Back in 1999, they did all of the Pentagon, and back then they could not locate over 2 trillion dollars.
	Where did it go to?
	You have had no idea where it went, the rat hole of waste and corruption and fraud.
	Yes.
	It's worse now.
	Well, yeah, it's a giant money laundering grift system, especially all the money that goes to Ukraine.
	And you know what they do with it in Ukraine.
	I mean, some big portion gets put into Bitcoin or something else or cash, and then they just shovel it back to the U.S. lawmakers and senators and State Department officials.
	You know how it works.
	Exactly.
	Yeah, it's totally corrupt.
	Totally corrupt, yeah.
	All right, let's talk about gold and silver.
	Uh gold is hitting all-time highs almost on a daily basis, and it's shocking a lot of people.
	Uh let me let me bring up the price here.
	So gold, uh, show my screen.
	Here it is.
	Uh, as we're recording this, gold is 3858.
	Uh if you had said even two years ago that you thought gold would be 4,000, people would say, no, you're nuts.
	You know, the currency is stable.
	So there's no way that gold, you know, there's no way the dollar could lose so much value that you would need $4,000 to buy one ounce of gold.
	And yet, here we are.
	What do you say?
	I'd say basic economics.
	Our money system is fraud.
	The Federal Reserve makes money out of thin air to lend out to the federal government at interest.
	The banks make money by fraud to lend to corporations, to people to buy homes and cars by fraud.
	You know, this is legalized counterfeiting they're doing.
	So it's just a matter of time before people start realizing wait a minute, uh, my federal reserve notes, aka dollar bills, don't buy as much as they did.
	And they start saying, I'm gonna get something like gold and silver or Bitcoin that will hold its value, you know, with inflation.
	So it's a matter of time, and more people right now waking up and seeing it, and uh, I just see this whole thing in a few years, Mike.
	The same way the Soviet Union collapsed where no one expected it.
	I believe the IRS will collapse in a few years, because there's more people recognize that it's a whole you know wizard of oz scam, that they really don't have enough agents to come after the American people if you don't file.
	There are more people that join this peaceful restoration of our republic, the system will collapse.
	What's holding this together, this whole money system and uh the corruption and uh tax system is the belief of the people in this corrupt system that they're gonna get you if you don't file income tax, and the belief of people that the dollars are worth it when they're not worth the paper they're print on.
	So it's a matter of time for those all to really come to a head.
	Some of my other guests who are financial experts believe that Trump is going to sacrifice the dollar in order to try to save the debt market, which would be you know, treasuries, T bills, et cetera.
	Because it's it's that debt market that really keeps the lifeline alive for America to keep printing money.
	They have to keep finding new suckers overseas to keep buying the debt.
	Well, China's offloading debt, Japan, uh U.S. debt.
	Uh Japan is not really loading up.
	They're kind of holding steady.
	And the reputation of the U.S. geopolitically around the world is really taking a hit, probably because of uh, you know, Trump's alliances in the Middle East and some of the some of the bombing campaigns and war campaigns and so on.
	A lot of the well, and the sanctions, the economic sanctions against all these countries around the world, and the secondary sanctions that Trump tries to put on India or even the EU or China to say to say to India, hey, uh Prime Minister Modi, how dare you buy energy from Russia?
	You know, Modi's like, it's none of your damn business, Trump.
	We buy energy wherever we want.
	We're Indian.
	We're gonna keep refining Russia's oil and selling it to the EU.
	Right.
	But all of these actions by Trump, all they do is they motivate other countries to stop investing in U.S. debt.
	What are the ramifications of that in the medium term here?
	Well, it's just about a time for US dollar to be less accepted around the world for these alternative payment arrangements to be made with bricks in these countries out there.
	And as they do that, the interest rates on the government borrowing has to go up higher.
	Right.
	To uh to get an investor to buy U.S. uh borrowing notes.
	Right.
	When that happens, that's gonna force America into a recession because people cannot borrow money anymore from the banks to buy homes or cars or anything else.
	So the American people are gonna have inflation and recession at the same time.
	The gig will be up.
	Stagflation.
	Stagflation, yes.
	But of course, the Fed just did a 25 basis point drop.
	However, as you well know, our audience knows they're very sophisticated.
	That Fed rate, which is the interbank lending rate, isn't always reflected in the debt rates.
	Like the debt, the debt yields may still rise and rise and rise as there are fewer buyers for U.S. debt, regardless of what the Federal Reserve does, right?
	Mm-hmm.
	I mean, they can diverge.
	True.
	But bottom line is that uh that's why I believe gold and silver have gone up so fast recently.
	Yes.
	Because the Fed is saying, you know what, we don't care about inflation.
	Borrow more from the banks.
	Yeah.
	Money that's fraudulently created, so there's more money flooding the market and price of everything will go up.
	So we're gonna get our gold and silver and bitcoin now before the prices go further.
	So that's I believe what's this fueling this thing was the Federal Reserve lower interest rates was a mistake.
	But then again, there was no choice.
	They eventually crash might happen like we had, oh wait, they're just putting it off a little bit longer.
	Right.
	Exactly.
	And the lowered rates will tend to heat up the economy.
	It'll make money lending uh easier, the the cost of borrowing will go down.
	Uh but that I mean, inflation is about to spin out of control right now.
	Uh, And plus Trump's tariffs on top of that are adding cost to the supply chain.
	And it doesn't make any sense to me when people say, well, that's not a tax on the American people.
	Okay, but it is a higher price.
	You know, I mean, somebody got to pay the price in the supply chain, right?
	So that's going to be reflected in what consumers pay.
	You see that in car parts.
	You see that in imported items.
	You see it in agricultural items and medical supplies, et cetera.
	And then Trump slaps new tariffs on pharmaceuticals and furniture.
	Freaking the kitchen cabinets have new tariffs on them now.
	Did you know that?
	Mm-hmm.
	You buy a new home, you try to furnish the home, everything's 100% higher price all of a sudden.
	Right?
	So in that system, as inflation keeps happening and people demand higher and higher salaries to be able to afford to live, then they get thrust into higher and higher IRS tax bracket.
	So then the system steals more of your wealth, even though you don't have any more purchasing power.
	Eventually that will wake up more people.
	They start looking at their budget and see, I'm falling behind.
	Yeah.
	So maybe I should look into this thing of not paying income tax legally and safely, like Freedom Law School has done for over 30 years.
	Irish knows me.
	I've been under criminal investigation for over 30 years, continuously, even today.
	Yet they're not able to indict me, stop you, putting me in prison because I'm following the law.
	The more people get under pressure, the more they get curious.
	And they realize that they do not have to make themselves poor by giving 20 to 30% of the money to the IRS.
	They need their your family needs your money more than a DC swamp does.
	Well, and I think this is especially going to be true as more and more Americans struggle to afford basic necessities.
	So right now, uh food costs, you know, they've risen dramatically, doubled, in some cases tripled since COVID.
	Uh housing costs are still incredibly high.
	But the thing is, with Trump pushing the Fed to lower interest rates, you're going to see actually more of an overheating of the housing market, which will keep rents very high for marginal income earners, you know, at the lower margins of income.
	So housing's not going to get more affordable.
	Food is not going to get more affordable, health insurance is not going to get more affordable.
	So the money printing never benefits the American people.
	It only benefits the Zelenskis of the world or the people who have the pockets that are collecting all the bribes and kickbacks and grift money.
	Right?
	Does that make sense?
	And the military industrial complex.
	Right.
	They're the ones that benefit from all this rigged game.
	Totally rigged.
	Yeah.
	But never before, at least not in our lifetimes, has it been rigged to such an extent where we've got a whole generation like Gen Z can't afford to live.
	And they're starting to really speak out about that.
	Have you seen some of those videos?
	No, but what I what I've seen is the homelessness over the decades has gone dramatically up.
	And it was one of our founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson, that said basically, that if the American people ever let the banks take control of the money, the Americans will find themselves homeless in a land that their fathers conquered.
	Right.
	And that's exactly why we're seeing homelessness across America spreading because there's no more good jobs in America.
	It's only food, retail, hotel.
	You know, there's no industry out of America, it's been hollowed out.
	So you're going to be extra smart to get some decent job.
	And a lot of people are gonna have gonna be going in poverty America, I'm afraid.
	So There are several concerning aspects to this trend that you just described.
	And I saw a news story today where uh Trump uh speaking to this uh assembly of uh 600 generals and admirals, whatever it is, 800, 900 people, said that he wants the US military to practice in American cities like Chicago.
	Practice what?
	Practice military stuff?
	I mean, what else would they be practicing?
	So you're talking about uh uh this mass homelessness that's going to uh worsen, which I agree with that assessment.
	But then the homeless people are gonna find themselves attacked by their own military, which is especially ironic given that many of the homeless are themselves veterans.
	So you serve your nation, but then your nation turns against you and attacks you because you can't afford to live because Washington, D.C. is printing dollars and stealing the wealth of the workers.
	Yeah.
	This is these are crimes against our nation.
	And that's because our government no longer is government of, by, and for we the people anymore, all the powerful money interests be the banks, and being the Zionist lobby, being the pharmaceuticals, the military industrial complex.
	They the congressmen are bought up.
	They don't want to represent you.
	You know, we went in petitions, thousands and thousands to Congress members, Mike, about the income tax.
	Here's a law quoted attached.
	Show me where I'm wrong.
	If I'm wrong, tell me I'll pay income tax.
	Not once one congressman has attempted to give us any explanation of the law that required us to fall and pick up tax to refute what we say right here.
	Right.
	Not one of them.
	I mean, what are they doing out there?
	They're busy raising money for the next election campaign.
	Well, they they represent Israel.
	Yes.
	Is the truth.
	Now they did.
	Even our own senator here in Texas, Senator Ted Cruz, he doesn't represent Texas anymore.

	And they're gonna say, no, no, no, no, no, you need to do the file this, pay that, do this.
	What do you say to people about navigating that relationship with your own financial people?
	Well, first people get got to recognize that's a safe relationship they have with the medical doctors.
	True.
	Who tells them, look, don't listen to all this anti-vax propaganda.
	I'm the expert doctor.
	I have 12 years of post-high school education in health, and I'm telling you as an expert, you should protect yourself and family and get the job.
	Yet I see people say, Paymon, I went against the doctor.
	I tell him, well, why?
	Because he's wrong.
	I tell him, you mean you know more about the vaccines being bad than this expert in health?
	He says, Yes.
	I tell him, well, there you go.
	Same thing goes with your accountant, your CPA, your tax attorney.
	They are not taught these truths in medical school or accounting at law school.
	You know, when I first got this back in 92, I went to my two attorney friends that I knew, libertarians.
	I said, Dacney, this is what I've learned about income tax so far.
	Very new.
	What do you think?
	She says, Paymon.
	They don't teach us this stuff in your in law school.
	Right.
	You already know more than we know about the constitution and income tax than all these years of law practicing law and going to law school.
	So I thought, wow, this is pretty sad.
	See, this is I I put out a podcast about five principles of uh achieving success in every area of your life.
	And the first one is to never believe any institution, uh government corporation, you know, big NGOs, etc.
	Because what I've found, what you're speaking to right now is for example, the people in the banking industry don't know anything about banking.
	It turns out they are process uh uh clones.
	They go through a process, but they don't understand what that is.
	Oh, I'm supposed to fill out this form, I'm supposed to click this thing for you to open this account and this.
	Like a great example of this was a subprime mortgage uh collapse uh in 2008 in the great financial crisis.
	How is it that all these bankers were fraudulently packaging dead loans, slicing them up into tranches, repackaging them and having them rated a you know, triple A plus, and then selling those to investors.
	And the answer is they didn't understand many of them.
	I mean, probably a couple guys at the top knew exactly what they were doing.
	But the everyday employees that worked at the banks and the investment houses and the JP Morgan's, etc.
	They didn't know what they were doing and they didn't ask.
	They just went through the motion.
	That makes sense.
	Same thing with most doctors, yeah, nurses during the corona hoax period where they were just told what to do, the follow-up orders, prescribe vaccines and chemicals to poison your body.
	These CPs and tax attorneys do not know anything.

	Well, there has been for generations in America an overriding obedience to government.
	And this is especially true among the older generations right now.

	The so-called boomers, et cetera.
	There's this irrational belief that government has our best interests in mind, because that's the way they were taught.
	Or that the drug companies would never intentionally try to hurt us, you know, or that the FDA surely they do rigorous scientific Testing before they approve, you know, a new jab, surely, right.
	But I'm not seeing that level of gullible obedience in the younger generations.
	There's a lot of younger people, especially are really beginning to question, and some of the older people as well, like our listeners.
	But especially among the younger generations, they're like, no, the whole system is broken.
	They're liars, it's totally corrupt.
	We don't support it.
	Are you noticing that generational shift?
	I I do not.
	I think it's because of the the fact that social media is where most young people get their information from, not from their uh antiquated cable broadcast news, and the old people are still into that cable news uh mentality watching that.
	And uh right now there's still freedom available on social media.
	Uh, it was not when doing the corner hoax that was uh censorship.
	Yeah, but the Israel lobby is really working hard to try to work with these uh the bought TikTok right now.
	Yep, you know, they're so that's gonna be censored, they're gonna try to put pressure to now censor again.
	So they're running multimillion dollar campaigns to buy influencers and push out their propaganda.
	Yes.
	All over.
	Yeah.
	But then again, it's up to us.
	It's up to the American people, if we have a spirit of America's founding fathers still within us.
	And that wisdom, you know, we trust it and go educate ourselves.
	There's nothing that stops us from success and freedom except our own belief system.
	Right.
	See, that's that's what's really fascinating about this, because it seems like now more than ever, and I'm kind of curious what you're hearing from people who are talking to you about your course.
	But in the post-COVID era, we saw a lot more people questioning even the events of 9-11.
	You know, all of a sudden it made sense to question official government narratives.
	Whereas in 2005, if you said, ah, you know, 9-11 was an inside job, and you know, building seven was obviously controlled demolition.
	If you said that back then, oh, you're a crazy coup, you're a conspiracy theorist.
	Today, Tucker Carlson's mainstreaming questioning the official narrative on 9-11.
	So are you hearing this from people that you talk to where there's like public blind faith in the system has been shattered?
	I think it has been significantly weakened.
	Uh-huh.
	Um, and that's because young people are also very busy struggling to make a living lie.
	Yeah.
	They don't have enough time besides some friends and work and fun to the educate themselves.
	I still find that most of the people that come to freedom law school are older people who used to trust the system.
	Right.
	But now, more and more they're seeing the lies with their own eyes, and they're saying, I had enough.
	I see enough of the corruption and lies, and I'm ready to stop funding my own and my family's destruction.
	Well, yeah, and also the younger generations don't have enough money to get into the tax bracket where it's a bigger concern.
	Well, actually, they needed more.
	They needed more than older people.
	And my goal is really to reach the poor people.
	Yeah.
	Because they need this more.
	People can do this for free.
	They don't have to pay me nothing.
	The education and knowledge to do this for free.
	I do offer people who want some security, but that also people want that.
	But they don't have to be me a dime.
	My goal has always been, Mike, to free America as a nation.
	The money to me is just a key integral part of that.
	You, your money's powerful.
	You give it to your enemies, they become powerful.
	You give it to yourself and the freedom movement, now we're powerful as a nation.
	So young people, you know, we try to reach them, but it's still a lot that mistrust in the system is still there.
	It's changing now, but I think it's just evolving more and more, especially with their Charnikuk assassination.

	That it doesn't make sense.
	This guy that they claim who did it is a patsy, obviously, he's not the guy.
	Clearly.
	You know, clearly.
	And who have motivation to want to kill him?
	Why would anybody want why would some Muslim want to kill him or some lefty?

	You know, no, the only people with motivation are the only ones out there denying they did it like Netanyahu.
	Yeah, and you know, deep state factions or intelligence factions that clearly, I mean, this is a very sophisticated professional assassination with a political purpose, which means it was also an act of terrorism.
	Terrorism on US soil almost certainly carried out by a foreign nation.
	Is what that's the conclusion that most people have reached, that is independent thinkers.
	But you're right.
	I mean, but that's also that's a red line that's been crossed in the sense that now America is the battlefield.
	And uh Netanyahu just went public saying that he's supporting uh sounds like battlefield kinetic attacks on the American people who disagree with him.
	And when I heard that, I was like, whoa, could because if you know if Kim Jong-un came to America and said the same thing, like I'm from North Korea, and we're gonna just start killing all Americans that criticize North Korea.
	No, that wouldn't be tolerated for a minute.
	But this other nation can say that, you know.
	Hey, imagine if the Ayatollah Khomeni came to America and started lecturing America, you can't criticize Iran or we'll just start drone striking you.
	That wouldn't be tolerated for a minute, you know?
	But when Netanyahu says it, it's all okay.
	Well, listen, my um I was raised in a Jewish family in Iran, um I don't practice Judaism.
	Uh and even I I tell you more, even Jewish-born people like me are recognizing that Israel and Netanyahu, these guys are murderers, they're controlling America with the money of these billionaire Zionists, you know, that that own them.
	So I you know, it's not anymore secret, you know, and they cannot just label you anti-Semitic anymore and just shut you up.
	Right.
	Because it's just like the race card.
	Oh, he's a racist.
	They used to just call a racist, oh no, I'm labeled racist now, I cannot say anything.
	That stuff is not working anymore.

	And and I would add, you know, the world doesn't have a problem with Jews.

	There's more criticism of him in Israel right now than here.
	That's why you know 600 heads of Israeli military Mossad Secret Service, others are writing to Trump to stop Netanyahu because they're not able to get rid of Netanyahu in Israel.
	So they're saying we come on, Trump, you help Israel because he is destroying Israel as well as the Palestinians that he's you know genociding.
	Yeah.
	Well, and to finish up that thought, I say Netanyahu is the worst anti-Semite of all, because he's done more damage to Jews than anybody.

	I mean, he he he's the one that's harming Jews and harming their reputations, uh, you know, undeservedly, like I said.
	Uh most Jews outside of Israel disagree with Netanyahu.
	They really do.
	It's very clear.
	But there's also social pressure on us not to speak up.
	Just like in the if you're a black person, you went against um Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, these so-called civil rights leaders, you know, you cannot leave the reservation, you know.
	Same pressures on the Jewish people, very much clickish.
	True.
	That, you know, they're against that big Jewish guy like Netanyahu because he's just anti-Semite.
	That is so ingrained in a lot of Jews, it's hard for them to leave that.
	But it's happening increasingly more so.
	Well, getting back to fundamentals that I believe you and I both agree on, that is that we believe all human beings have the right to be free.
	They have the right to keep what they earn.
	And that they have the right to be free from war or torture or suffering or famine or whatever.
	And you you agree with those principles, right?
	Yeah.
	And and we we we believe in human compassion and human dignity of all people, of all faiths, of all races, religions, everywhere, all countries of origin.
	And understanding that, we realize that this system in the US, the IRS system, is a system that denies people these fundamental human rights.
	Because when you can't afford to eat, then you are into forced partial famine or hunger because of what the IRS and the government are doing with money printing and money confiscation.
	So the IRS actually, in my opinion, also exists as a government department that is engaged in civil rights violations and crimes against humanity.
	Does that make sense?
	Yes, and it's all made possible due to our ignorance.
	I had a bachelor's degree in business in California.
	When I learned about this stuff back in 1992 about income tax fraud, I was 29 years old.
	I thought, wow, why was I not taught this in university business law classes I had?
	Right, right.
	You know, they would never teach this.
	They would never teach this stuff.
	It's like so I had some wonderful patriots, educated me on the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, the Fathers, our system of laws, the income tax.
	And I said, whoa, I got real education.
	So that's a challenge for every American who hears this.
	Is educate yourself about something that until yesterday you knew nothing about.
	You know, so go and go and educate yourself about the vaccines, about the Israeli occupation of our country, the power they get over Congress and Trump and the income tax, the Federal Reserve, and basic economics, so that you know we cannot be ignorant and be free.
	You gotta educate yourself.
	That's a really powerful quote.
	We cannot be ignorant and be free.
	That's 100% true.
	And I would invite those watching that now that practically everyone watching this show realizes that the pharmaceutical industrial complex does not have your bet best interests at heart.
	They are here to profit off of your suffering and your eventual death.
	They're here to extract resources from you and to use your body as a vessel for profit extraction.
	Once you realize that, then you also realize that you know the entire tax system, whether it's in the US or Canada or the UK or Australia, whatever, they're all horrible.
	But the purpose of the tax system, I believe, is to limit your economic mobility so that you can never be free from the system of control and enslavement.
	And we talk about Gaza as an open-air prison controlled by Israel, but the 50 states are in a way open air prisons controlled by Washington, D.C., the district of criminals.
	And it's the IRS that is the enforcement division.
	You know, we say, like in Gaza, Israel controls their food supply.
	Well, in America, the IRS controls your access to food by taking from you the dollars that you need to eat better.
	I mean, it's really the same thing, just on a different scale.
	Except there's one exception.
	The IRS is a myth.
	What makes IRS powerful is people's belief that if they stop filing their 10, 40 income tax confession forms, that the Irish will target them, take their stuff and put them in prison.
	Because that is a big lie.
	Once people recognize that, they're free because again, there's over 80 million Americans who IRS says they're required to file a tax return who do not file it.
	There is no way they can come after 80 million people with only 20 US tax court judges.
	It's an impossible job.
	What keeps the system together is the corrupt major media, the accountant CPA community, that tells you, don't listen to this guy.
	You go to prison, listen to me, I'm the expert like a doctor.
	And people's belief that the IRS has power over them, you know, and they have to file that 10-foot confession from under oath.
	Once we recognize that it's a lie, it would be just like civil union.
	It collapsed.
	The communist Soviet Union collapsed of its own weight over the course of 70 years.
	Well, the IRS in its form started in 1950s.
	It's been over 70 years.
	It's time and due for the IRS to collapse.
	Once America is recognized, they have the power, they stop voluntarily supporting the system.
	Just look at people in Russia did that, and they did far better afterwards.
	You know, the IRS may also collapse from the currency collapse.
	You know, the the like the IRS may not be the first domino, is is what I'm saying.
	Because the currency itself is losing so much value right now, and we have so much debt coming due, you know, treasury bills that are coming due, where we have to we have to find new buyers for uh something like uh approaching 20 trillion dollars in the next year and a half or so.
	And that money doesn't exist.
	And that's why they're printing now about a trillion dollars every 75 days or so.
	It's not hard to see where that goes.
	So if we have a currency collapse, you're gonna see a mad rush into gold and silver and probably Bitcoin and other hard assets like land and maybe vehicles or ammunition or whatever people barter with, garden seeds, you know, and the dollar will be uh basically abandoned uh as worthless in the United States itself.
	Like I think that can happen very quickly, just like 1991 in the Soviet Union.
	Well, I I respectfully um disagree with that in to the extent that the only reason I don't think that's gonna happen is because other countries on earth are in worse shape than us.
	Okay, okay.
	Europe is a basket case.
	Right.
	So they're gonna come to the dollar because they're just America.
	America has such a resilience because we have so much more freedom here in America.
	Texas, Florida, Tennessee, these freedom-oriented states, there's economic boom going on.
	The people leaving New York and California come to these free states where you can start business like that, you know.
	So whereas in Europe, it takes months to get permits to start your own business.
	You know?
	It's insane.
	And China's still very much controlled.
	India is has so much nepotism still out there.
	So that's the only thing that saves us is we're in better shape than those guys over there.
	The cleanest, dirty shirt in the dirty laundry basket, right?
	As they say.
	Exactly.
	Yeah.
	No, I agree with you.
	I think the euro collapses first.
	And and then I think the yen collapses.
	I think Japan's central bank is in real trouble, clearly.
	And I think there will be a flight of capital to the U.S. in the short run.
	But then the dollar is the big collapse when when that day arrives.
	But I think that when that day comes, it can happen suddenly without warning.
	Kind of like the way bank failures happen in the U.S. or the collapse of the Soviet Union in 91.
	Or, you know, look at the history of collapses of currencies in Mexico and Venezuela, and you know, everywhere.
	I mean, I've got a whole collection of like currency here.
	Look at all this.
	Um kinds of collapsed currencies here.
	This this is this is Hollywood money, but then you see this?
	Look, you know, Yugoslavia and everything.
	Trillions of dollars in uh other collapsed currencies here, right?
	And this is this again, this is like Hollywood hundred dollar bills.
	But all of this, at one time people thought this had value.
	And they had this, they held this in their bank accounts, and they thought, oh, I've got you know, a million dollars here in Zimbabwe, let's say.
	And then the next day, it's gone.
	See, what's going on is that more and more businesses, Mike, are accepting gold, silver, and major cryptocurrency for payment.

	And people say, oh, good.
	And we we're we're going around this whole corrupt system and lowering the demand for the fake money of the banks and government.
	True.
	And as that goes on, it's gonna continue to get gold silver and crypto up.
	And that's gonna be, I think the thing that's gonna worldwide gonna happen.
	That throughout the earth, these government monies are going to go away with expansion of worldwide commerce.
	They're going to use gold, silver, and crypto to trade internationally internationally.
	And bypass this whole corrupt bank and money system.
	Well, I would love that.
	And I think you're also describing something that BRICS will become, the BRICS settlement system, which is currently using, you know, non-dollar local currencies, but with gold as the final settlement for rebalancing currency imbalances.
	And but I would love for a system like that to be available to consumers like like us.
	I mean, Bitcoin, it's it's still difficult to engage in Bitcoin transactions on the popular e-commerce platforms online, et cetera.
	Banks still give you a lot of hassle over Bitcoin transactions.
	Still a lot of KYC nonsense and anti-money laundering nonsense.
	Meanwhile, we know that the money laundering is happening out of Ukraine.
	You know?
	So once again, they have all this scrutiny on innocent people, innocent Americans who are the producers and the workers, but there's zero scrutiny of the Pentagon and all the money laundering and fraud that lines the pockets of deeply corrupt people inside the government.
	Exactly.
	The Federal Reserve is privately owned cartel of banksters.
	It is.
	Never once been audited, but you they won't know everything about your actions, little small guy.
	You might get a money order for over a thousand, they want your ID and everything.
	Like, why?
	To just pay a bill with a money order.
	Did you see that the Federal Reserve there they spent like one or two billion dollars on a new building?
	Did you did you see that news?
	Yeah, of course.
	How do you spend a billion dollars on a building?
	Is it like an underground city?
	What a billion dollars?
	Some must pocket got line nice.
	Yeah, I mean, because the building might be worth, you know, maybe 50 million at max.
	The rest, where did it go?
	Yeah.
	You know, that's why Mike, back in 1992, when I was a Libertarian Party activist at the time, I saw income tax being voluntary for American people.
	I said, Well, heck, you know, all we gotta do is uh defund the DC swamp and have money for ourselves to live better.
	And now we can fund libertarians in office to represent the interests of the American people and our God-given rights we're born with.
	That's all we gotta do.
	So actually, we're looking for more good candidates to support in the coming election.
	Well, right, but once they get elected, they all seem to be compromised.
	Like even Trump was campaigning on ending the income tax.
	And now you don't hear any talk from Trump about ending the federal income tax.
	I mean, they ended tax on tips.
	Okay, that that counts for you know, for service industry people.
	They but even that has its limits.
	You still pay tax over a certain amount, and then they assume you made these tips when you may or may not have made the tips.
	So it's you know it's a whole rigged system.
	But what do you think about Trump's track record on ending the federal income tax?
	I mean, it's been a lot of talk, but here's the thing about Trump.
	He's in a very unique position before he ends his presidency.
	If he gets with freedom law school, I can show him the income tax law is perfectly rich the way it is.
	He can enforce it as it is, put a sign on IRS's website, hey, employees, stop paying income tax.
	Employers stop with low-income tax.
	And Congress, you have 90 days now to come up with the alternative form of funding the federal government.
	They're gonna tax terror imports and they're gonna tax immigrants, Mike.
	Immigrants can be required to pay income tax.
	So no more illegal aliens come here legally, but you will pay 40% income tax for the privilege of becoming an American civil employer.
	Now we can balance the act.
	Now, the guy from a third world country who can get no jobs, who's starving, he says, I'll come to America, I'll pay any tax, just let me in.
	That generation from a third world country like where I'm from, will happily pay that price, but that person's children will be free in this great nation of ours.
	It's like taxing.
	It's like an indentured servitude situation, though, right?
	You kind of buy your way out of the servitude.
	But I I think we could pay off all the debt by just taxing the bribes of members of Congress.
	I mean, what how about if tack uh Trump says no tax on tips but double tax on bribes?
	And then or or tax the stock gains from insider trading for Nancy Pelosi and the other members of Congress who are clearly committing felony crimes.
	They have inside information, they buy and sell stocks, they make massive gains at the expense of their own, the people they claim to represent.
	Why is that legal, right?
	I mean, the the corruption is so insane that we are, in my view, we're in the last stage of this empire.
	This is the collapse or the this is the circus right before the collapse.
	Well, that's why I'm I'll tell people for 30 years.
	People just boycott them.
	That's all you gotta do.
	Now you want to do it safely at Freedom Law School.
