We've had over one century of FDA terrorism against the American people.
The FDA's reign of terror is coming to an end.
Take ownership of our health.
It really begins right there.
Let's teach how God designed this amazing body.
Let's teach about what goes on in our lives.
That's all been darkness.
That's all been disease.
That's all been cancer that's really been brought into our country.
And now we're gonna heal that cancer.
Welcome to today's interview here on Brighton.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighton.
And today we are joined by Dr. H, who's one of the four doctors of Healing for the Ages, AGES.
He is the E in the ADES and just an extraordinary man, an incredible healer.
And he joins us today to talk about all kinds of health transformation solutions that you can use yourself.
Welcome, Dr. H. It's great to have you on today.
Oh, health ranger, always good to be here.
I gotta pinch myself all the time.
I remember being in medical school and going, oh man, Mike Adams, he's doing so many cool things out there.
And now I get to chat with you all the time.
It's so much fun.
Thanks for having me.
You were in medical school following me.
When you were getting started, yeah, bro.
I was I was like, this dude knows what he's talking about.
He's all over it.
And I was loving, like you were just constantly stirring things up.
And I'm like, I like this guy.
Well, you know what's interesting is uh I was just talking about Andy Wakefield yesterday.
25 years ago, Andy Wakefield said truths about vaccines and questioning links to autism and other things.
And he was excoriated for that.
Now official Trump policy almost perfectly mirrors Andy Wakefield, what he said 25 years ago.
Well, also like 20 years ago, I was talking about nutrition.
I was talking about prevention.
I was talking about the dangers of psychiatric drugs.
Now that's become common knowledge as well.
How would you describe this transformation that's taking place of awareness and also skepticism of the official narratives?
Uh in many ways, but I think the the best way would be this is God at work.
You know, God enlightens those of us that are willing to listen and see through the illusions that are willing to endure the arrows and the slings that of course come our way, and and mostly from the people closest to us, you know, our family members and uh and the places are of business and where we might be going to school and things like that.
But we do it anyway.
And no matter how many of those arrows come our way, we keep we keep doing it.
And uh I think this is God's God at work, you know, speaking through all of us.
And now we were all getting ready for this very important time.
And um, I think we all owe you a tremendous uh debt of gratitude for all of your willingness to put up with all that you have that most people have no idea how much you've had to put up with just to continue to do God's work.
So I mean, I think it's a divine blessing and a place of honor to be able to do this kind of work.
Well, I completely agree with you.
And it seems like we're we're in the last chapter of the desperation of the medical establishment.
Uh and in that last chapter, they get crazy and they they intimidate, they threaten, they smear, they lie, they defame whatever.
And I've endured that, you know, for 25 years, but I've been vindicated in everything that I ever taught.
But the the FDA was launched in 1906.
So we've had over one century of FDA terrorism against the American people.
But for the first time ever, and this is frankly due to COVID and the realizations of COVID, thanks to people like you who have been teaching people the truth.
Um, the FDA's reign of terror is coming to an end.
What do you think?
Like, what could we do next instead of poisoning ourselves and our children with uh toxic Western pharmaceuticals?
Oh, that's it's a great question.
And it's real simple.
Take ownership of our health.
It really begins right there.
I'm responsible for me.
I'm responsible for my children as well until they can come of age and and be responsible for themselves.
But I'm responsible for my health.
You're responsible for your health.
Let's teach how God designed this amazing body.
Let's teach about what goes on in our lives.
Let's make sure that we're nourishing our body with clean, organic, biodynamic.
If we really Want to go there, foods.
Let's make sure we're nourishing our eyes with beautiful things to see every day, especially out in nature.
Let's make sure we're nourishing our ears with great conversations and nature sounds.
And let's make sure that all of what we're exploring and experiencing and teaching others to do the same.
Let's make sure that we uh that it's all about nourishment of this incredible thing that we call life.
You know, that's what hasn't been happening since you know the FDA came in and the Flexner report in 1910, and then you got the Nazis coming over here, you know, in 1945 to 1947 with Operation Paperclip.
That's all been darkness, that's all been disease, that's all been cancer that's really been brought into our country.
And now we're gonna heal that cancer, right?
Yeah, and I I want to introduce people to the idea of see, I interviewed you separately with your colleagues as part of an upcoming uh Brighttown University series that we have called Healing for the Ages, make your home healthy again.
And uh, folks, if if you want to register for that, it's free to watch.
It begins streaming October 4th.
Just go to BrightU.com and you can register.
But what you focused on in our interview was about light and the indoor light in your home.
And even though many people are familiar with indoor toxins, toxins in the bathroom, like deodorant with aluminum in it, artificial fragrance, you know, indoor air fresheners, which are just garbage pollution.
But you talked about light.
And I notice you're wearing, of course, blue blockers right now.
So talk to us about the importance of the full spectrum of light exposure.
Well, what's so interesting?
You step out in the sun, uh, Mike, and and we it looks like it's just white light, but it's really not just white light.
There's UV spectrum that are going to really heal and cure us from any kind of like infective disease.
There is infrared light that is going to turn on uh latent systems in our body, especially in our mitochondria, gonna help our mitochondria produce more energy.
And then they're all that white light that it's in the visible spectrum.
It's actually a collection of every color that matches what the Ayurvedics talked about with the chakras, the red, the orange, the yellow, the green, the blue, the indigo or purple, and then of course the the white, the collection of all of them together.
It's actually all of those things are in there.
And so we've gotten like a mass spectrometer, excuse me, a mass spectrometer, a uh color spectrometer, and we go out and you know, we look at light in different light sources.
And what's been really amazing is I heard early on that um if you really want red light, you know, if from the sun, that you have to go out in the morning or the evening because that's really the only time that there's going to be that red light.
Well, that's not true.
There's red light all day long.
It's just that there's more red light than blue light in the morning and in the evening.
And that would that would sync up with how we see the sunrise and the sunset where it's a little bit more red than it is blue, right?
And that's that's just how it all happens.
But you go out in the afternoon, noon, you're still getting red light.
But what we learned was how this light influences our own nervous system, because we are beings of light living in an electric body designed by God to heal itself, right?
That's just these are all easily provable facts.
So our bodies require light.
You're looking at, let's take a banana, right?
Banana is yellow when it's ripe.
That is a concentration of that color spectra of light of the yellow wavelengths.
That's why it looks the way it does in full spectrum light.
You put that banana into your body, you eat it, your cells start to utilize it.
There is stored light in all of those little molecules that are now crossing through your digestive tract and into your bloodstream and moving around through all of your 57,000 miles of blood vessels and everything.
And then your cells find those molecules and take them up.
Well, it's not until you've introduced your body back into the sunlight that it activates the full healing potential of that banana and what was brought into your body.
So what you get with that is you get the full sunlight in the morning or in the afternoon or at any point in the day, and you get your body out in it and you let it touch your um your skin and you let it come in through your eyes.
Your eyes are your primary photoreceptors, and it activates all of your cells because your body has over 600 miles of Nerves that tell all the cells what's going on, help your body perceive what's happening around you.
So now we, this is the natural way, but now we're dealing with an unnatural technology.
I'm dealing with a screen, you know, and this is a great advantage to us.
It's a beautiful tool.
Don't get me wrong.
But it's also a tool that comes with some risks and some problems.
And one of those problems is that the screens will typically emit high spectrum spiking of just blue light.
And you can go online and you can go into Enoch and just ask Enoch, is blue light bad for me?
And Enoch will probably give you a really good answer.
It's a little, it's good for you in some ways, and but also can be harmful when there's too much of it.
So this is what we came to learn.
During the day, we get a ton of blue light.
Oh, forgive me, go for it.
Well, no, um, photosynthesis.
So as you were talking about the banana and the concentration of light, and that's actually literally scientifically true because photosynthesis, folks, if you break it down, what does photosynthesis mean?
It means light creation.
Light creation.
Photosynthesis drives, of course, all plants, you know, that have chlorophyll.
And uh that that's the basis of the food web on planet earth, including in aquatic ecosystems, the all the oceans, et cetera.
Now, photosynthesis creates the the nutrients that synthesizes nutrients in the plants, some of which are pigments, like you said.
And I'm also a big fan of the dark purple and black pigments, the anthocyanids, which have their own amazing properties, but there are so many others.
But then I want you to talk about photoactivation of nutrition, because this is this is something really new to a lot of people.
People think that inside your body it's completely dark and light never gets there.
That is not true at all, especially these red rays, they penetrate all the way through your body.
There are photoreceptors on your organs.
But talk to us about photoactivated nutrition, why that's the new frontier of nutrition.
Right.
It's definitely the new frontier because what we haven't understood is that we we've understood it in the sense that we've always done it.
We always went outside to eat, right?
We felt better.
You go out on a picnic, right?
You feel better outdoors eating.
You're in nature, there's sunlight hitting you.
But what's happening on a very physiologic and biochemical level is you've brought all these wonderful nutrients in.
So you're in a plant, if the plant is developing, it's still, you know, root-bound and it's it's it's developing.
Well, the light is stimulating chloroplasts in the cells in of the plant.
And those chloroplasts are where this plant is going to create the anthrocyanins and the purple pigments and the yellow pigments and the keratines and all these other things, depending upon what type of plant it is.
You eat that plant, and all of those pigments are concentrations of light.
That's right.
Those are going to go into your cells and they're going to sit there.
We found, you know what we found, uh, Mike, we found this crazy study from um, I think it was like 1942, it might have been a little 1946, but it was Department of Defense.
And what they found was that if you put chlorophyll into a cancer cell, the chlorophyll will be readily uptaken by the cancer cell.
But if you don't add 630 nanometers of light to it, the chlorophyll just lies there dormant.
It doesn't do anything.
But as soon as you hit that cancer cell with light, it activates the chlorophyll, basically turns the chlorophyll into a stick of dynamite in a cancer cell.
And it blows the cancer cell up, but it doesn't have that same effect on a healthy cell.
A healthy cell, it just is used as an antioxidant.
It's that's all so it's like the cells have this incredible ability to know the difference between, but light is definitely the activator.
Well, and and so think about the fact that every Western hospital lacks natural light.
It's it's a place of darkness.
And this this entire idea of taking sick patients and putting them indoors and putting them under artificial light, flickering fluorescence or LED lights in the hospitals and subjecting them to a chemical carpet bombing of uh pharmaceutical drugs and radiation, et cetera.
This is so ignorant that I think that very soon looking back on that, we'll think that that it's just barbaric.
It's just it was something of a civilization that had no knowledge at all about what was happening.
Every hospital should have an outdoor sunbathing area.
100%.
The first person to bring that to the United States per my research has been uh Dr. John Harvey Kellogg.
And he talks about it in his book, and I think I have it over there.
Yeah, light therapeutics from the early 1900s, where he was traveling in the late 1800s and early 1900s over to Europe, and he noticed that they all had sundecks, all the uh what were called sanitariums at the time, uh, all of them had sundecks.
And what they noticed was a remarkable rapid recovery in people healing from infectious diseases and from healing post-surgically.
Absolutely.
You take on Dr. Robert O'Becker's work, the body electric, right?
And what did he learn?
You start dressing all these wounds with colloidal silver and colloidal copper and all these biocompatible semiconductors, and then you put them in the light and it accelerates healing even more.
That we know way more than the cult wants us to admit or wants to admit to.
And that's why they want dark hospitals with crazy light, because there's something that happens at night, Mike, that is so important for people understand.
Historically, and this is all uh been, I'm talking about from 1960s all the way back into antiquity, okay.
At night, we always were only exposed to red light.
Red light is what is emitted from uh a campfire.
Red light is what is emitted from a candle.
Red light is what is emitted from an incandescent bulb.
It's actually the healthiest bulb to be under regularly.
Now, what ends up happening in the 60s, you start getting late 50s and 60s, you get the compact fluorescence, right?
Because everybody there's telling us you can save money.
It's about saving money, saving money.
Well, not if what I'm getting is blue light spikes at night, because see what we learned is that blue light stimulates your sympathetic fight or flight nervous system.
And that's important during the day because that helps us get things done.
But at night, we want to start winding down into our parasympathetics, our rest and digest nervous system so that we can actually get into a good circadian rhythm, get into a good sleep, get the immune system really active, and allow our bodies to restore themselves while we're sleeping.
Well, that becomes really challenging when you have LEDs all over your home when you're spending all night on a computer or looking at a TV screen or on your phone.
These are all specifically emitting blue light.
And we know from our prior research into the DOD and especially into DARPA that this is intentional, that we know that blue light activates certain bioweapons that they have released into the water supply and into the air through the chemtrails.
So these are all kind of connected.
But what we like to do is bring people back to what we know works.
And we bring people back into red light at night.
So get those LEDs out and make sure you're getting incandescent bulbs replaced.
That's what I have in my office and all over my home now, are incandescence.
Once you learn, just put it in action and you feel better instantly.
It's a super fast way to get back into a better night's sleep.
Yeah, absolutely.
Now, let's talk about going outside.
And so many people they just wear sunglasses all the time outdoors.
I used to do that.
I used to be a lot more light sensitive, and that was because of an imbalance.
But today, uh, I actually exercise outside.
So I have a kettlebell station in the forest uh on my own ranch.
I have jogging paths, and then I go to the kettlebell station.
And I've also got, you know, like pull-ups and dip stations and whatever, but all kinds of different kettlebells.
I mostly do that.
My dogs go with me, uh, my goats go with me.
So we're just we're running around in the forest like animals, and I'm making sure that I have my sunglasses off, and I'm making sure that I'm as close to naked as I can get, you know, just jogging in like a speedo or whatever, you know, jogging around the forest with dogs and goats, and it's it's it's just like this is actually getting maximum amount of sunlight on my body and then doing strength training.
But I make sure that that my eyes get those rays, because isn't it true that the eyes are really they're they're actually the brain exposed out through the eye sockets.
Such a good way of saying it, and you're absolutely right.
The the eyes are the extension of the brain.
The first cranial nerve connects the uh the eyes to the brain and especially the posterior aspect of the brain.
But it's just you're looking literally at the brain.
Right.
You know, that's that's what's so cool.
And our eyes are our primary photoreceptors too.
So that's what really when light touches our eyes, that's what really ignites all of our entire 600 miles of nerve.
So I get you, bro.
Like after we're done here, I'm gonna go get on my bike about as naked as I can be, with no sunglasses on, no glasses on, and just let all the light around me really come in, right?
Because on our skin, we have photoreceptors as well.
Um, at least all of our cells have the ability to create a substance that that can only be created by the activation of light.
So there's some debate scientifically, everybody wants to be exactly right.
Listen, we our entire body is meant to receive light.
Absolutely.
The more you allow your body to do what it's designed to do, the better it's going to be for your health.
It just stands to reason.
100%.
And what just a little tip for our viewers here.
I don't typically jog midday where the sun is directly overhead or close to that.
I always try to get the sun at about a 45 degree angle because I I want the side exposure, you know, uh, as I'm jogging in in a loop, I'm I'm, you know, getting sun at every angle of my body.
And so and I'm getting a mixture of the shorter and the longer wavelengths when the sun is at that angle in the sky.
Correct.
Yeah.
The you're gonna have optimal or maximum UV in the afternoon, about in this angle, that's where the maximum UV is gonna come in.
The maximum infrared is gonna come in here, and then also here.
Right.
So when you're in that 45 and lower, what you're doing is you're getting yourself exposed to a higher spectrum of red light, but you're also getting more infrared in, but you still are getting plenty of UV if it if you're getting the sun and that's what I want plenty of UV.
Yeah.
Okay.
And you know, when I was taught, and I'm sure you were taught, oh, the sun is your enemy, the sun will kill you, the sun will cause cancer, the UV will make you go blind, you know, all these incredible lies.
Uh the the truth is, and and what's lacking in people, by the way, is nutrition, good nutrition plus sunlight.
That's the combination.
So there are many, many supplements like aczyxanthin that actually protect your skin from excessive UV exposure, but also curcumin, you know, from turmeric, and also uh glucosenolates from uh cruciferous vegetables, et cetera, and anthocyanins and so on, and various carotenoids and you know, nutrients in carrots, right?
Obviously from the name.
Um, they protect you from any damage, any DNA damage or et cetera.
So, folks, you don't need to be scared of the sun, no, unless you're living on absolute junk food and pharmaceuticals, in which case, yeah, you got a problem.
You need to be.
Well, let's let's talk about that because you're you're so over the target with that.
When you study people, and and it doesn't matter, like everybody says it's dependent upon your eye color, you know what I mean?
Like that's gonna determine whether you burn easily in the sun or not.
No, time of day matters, like the health ranger has said, the safest time to really get that sunlight is up until probably about 10 or 11 in the summers, and then of course in the evening, but that that angle you're looking for.
That's always gonna be the safest time in here.
But what gets really interesting is your body will adapt.
Your body's gonna adapt by making melanin and melatin, melanin is gonna be tyrosine dependent.
So tyrosine becomes an amino acid that's very important for the production of a skin protective coating.
But then we're talking about why do people burn?
It comes down to your pH, which is gonna be heavily dependent upon your diet.
If you're eating Grubhub and whatever they deliver and fast food and you're not putting organic, biodynamic, just antioxidant-rich foods into your body, then what's going to happen is your pH is going to be acidic and you are gonna be definitely more susceptible to burning under the UV radiation.
Yeah.
But if you have antioxidants and you're eating a plethora, especially those anthrocyanins, fantastic antherocyanins are purple for a reason.
They're closer in color spectra to UV light.
So they're gonna be a natural protectant against too much UV exposure.
You start putting those blueberries, those uh especially those blackberries, start putting those dark berries in.
And what's gonna happen is you now have a natural protection against UV light or and an overexposure to it, and your body's gonna be more alkaline anyway.
So you're gonna be able to withstand that that solar radiation much better.
Well, 100%.
When when I was a teenager, uh, I was living on a lot of more processed junk foods and so on.
And I would burn very easily.
And I thought that's my genetics.
I thought I just burn easily.
Uh, you know, today I don't wear any sunscreen at all.
I'm I'm out, you know, almost every day in the sun in Texas in the summer, right?
Don't burn at all, period.
And of course, I still have the same genes, right?
So what's different is the nutrition.
But there's something else that this is a bombshell uh that I want to discuss with you here.
And for those watching, I mean, really pay attention here.
I want to make sure we've got time to cover this.
So if you're asking, why should I go outside and get sunlight and get quote a tan?
Why?
And you know, you you just mentioned melanin, and melanin is now known, and I've got the scientific article.
We've we've covered this on natural news.
Melanin blocks 5G EMF.
And we just lost our guest.
Um we'll we'll get them back.
And so I will explain this as we get them back.
So let me just share the study with you and the audience.
I'm sure you you've seen this before, Dr. H, but this is published in Nature Communications.
And here's the title.
Melanin-like nanofibers with highly ordered structures achieve ultra-high specific electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency.
Now, if you go here and you look at this, you see that it reduces EMF by almost 69 decibels.
You got it?
Wow.
So melanin-like aero gels, which is just mimicking the melanin in your skin, represents surprising microwave absorption performance and a maximum reflection loss of uh minus 69 decibels, effective absorption bandwidth in the 5G, you see, in 5G.
Now, wow, if if I launched this, um, let me just ask AI, what is the percentage reduction indicated by a decibel reduction of 90?
Wait, what was that number?
69, 69.
69.
69 decibels.
Okay.
If you're wondering what is a 69 decibel reduction, what does that equate to?
Okay, here it is.
It cuts it down to 0.000001% of the original level.
Wow.
Yes.
Okay.
So I hadn't seen that before.
That's incredible.
Okay.
So look, look, this is so critical because of course we got to talk a little bit about skin color and race.
But guess who's the most susceptible to the brain interference of 5G cell towers?
It's white people.
White folks.
It's white folks.
It's 100% white folks.
Yeah.
You don't hear stories of black folks going crazy because they live next to a 5G cell tower, do you?
No, I mean, no, I don't.
It's always white folks.
And I'm not trying to make this racial.
I haven't no, I haven't heard it.
And I've we've been following this closely for two years.
I can tell you from my student population, I have not heard that it's always white folks that are having the most problems with 5G when they're in close proximity.
Always the same thing.
That's because black people have natural shielding from EMF in their skin.
Yes.
Right.
Yes.
That is dope.
Isn't it?
I mean, you think about what's the purpose of dark skin is.
I wish I was a little darker.
Shoot, I gotta, I gotta get some color on me, bro.
Look, I might be darker than you right now because I've been in the sun so much.
It's possible.
I don't know.
But but white people can treat their melanin deficiency by going in the sun.
Okay.
There you go.
Get your melanin deficient.
Melanin deficiency.
And I'm serious about it.
I don't people are going to send me, you know, some hate mail.
I don't care.
We're just talking about physics.
We're talking about melanin.
We're not, you know, look.
People with dark skin are born with better protection against sunburn, obviously.
But that translates into protection against 5G at the same time.
I would have Never I would have never guessed that.
That's such an I can you send me that uh that study so I can I can take a deeper look at it.
But that is so impressive.
But now what it tells us too is how does the body make melanin?
Well, this is where you need that amino acid tyrosine.
So now we start saying, well, maybe tyrosine becomes part of a natural sunscreen for you, right?
It's those antioxidants, those those dark berries, those are natural sunscreen for you.
And it's just we're applying sunscreen, right, Health Ranger.
We're applying it from inside out.
From inside, exactly.
And and so think about also this fact where well, especially white folks who, you know, it's very hard to get sunlight in the winter in the northern latitudes.
Right.
Okay.
So you would expect to see then more uh more fair-skinned people uh suffering from uh 5G exposure and EMF exposure in the northern latitudes and in countries like Canada.
And especially in the winter.
In the winter, exactly.
Now think about we say there's a winter flu.
Exactly.
And yet the flu, the the correspondence of pandemics went along with the uh the the development of radio broadcast and then TV broadcasts and then 5G broadcasts.
What if what's actually happening in the winter is there's not a virus floating around that's making you sick.
It's that you're losing your melanin protection, and now you become internally toxic because the EMF is getting through your skin because you've lost your tan.
It it tells us point blank that we need to be sitting in a sauna space kind of red light, you know, kind of thing, where we get a little bit more full spectrum in there for sure.
Uh it certainly tells us we need to be an incandescent bulbs, or maybe in our rooms during the day, our offices, we need to be full spectrum, right?
Yeah.
Um, the Dr. Ott and everything with that.
It tells us that we have to take a better look at light, though, for sure.
Absolutely.
And take a much better look at our where we are lit, especially during the day.
Like in my in my office right now, I got red light up.
And I know that the red light overhead is gonna wash over the blue light coming off my screen, but I also have the blue light turned way down on my screen coming out as well.
And I also back that up with the with the the blue blocking glasses right here, right?
I really don't want I get plenty of blue light.
I'm about to go out and get in the sun for a couple hours.
I definitely don't need more blue light, you know what I mean?
Because I'm getting in the sun.
So and at night, I especially do need don't want any of it.
So it's just about us understanding these things, but I'm really curious to see.
It'd be great experiment with people like to teach them like, okay, this winter, let's do this.
So when they turn up next rad and these other things and they start really messing with you and your melanin has gone down because you've lost your tan from the sun, right?
That that lets let's help you keep that tan a little bit um during the winter.
Maybe tanning booths are a good thing in the winter.
I don't know.
And let me let me take this one step further.
Yeah.
Nude beaches.
Okay.
Amen.
Now, yeah.
No, I'm serious about this.
Think about most women when they are, you know, especially Western women, when they're on a beach in America, they're not topless.
Right.
So they will get a tan oh everywhere except the breasts.
Right.
And you know, the pelvic region.
And then what kind of cancers are very common in women?
Breast cancer, cervical cancer, etc.
They they do not have then the tan protection of the breasts.
And so the EMF is getting through the breast tissue, even though it might be blocked by the melanin on the shoulders and the face and the neck and so on.
You see what I mean?
Right.
So I do.
Everywhere that you don't have a tan, if you're a white person, that's where the EMF signals can get in and damage your tissues.
Oh, that's brilliant.
Right.
And what else is interesting is that the way melanin works, and I read the study in detail, is that when the melanin is present, uh the 5G comes in and the melanin absorbs it and turns it into heat.
So in other words, it it blocks it, but it it it it uh changes it into a very tiny amount of heat.
Not enough that you can even Feel because you know the actual wattage of this is minuscule.
Well, you know what it's doing then.
You know what it's really doing then.
Tell me.
It's transforming the alternating current because that's all the signal is.
It's an alternating current.
The melon is transforming it back into direct current without needing to be grounded.
And that's going to be and that transformation is going to be the heat.
The body electric, man.
The body electric.
It keeps coming back to the same things, bro.
Yep.
And and also finally, just to finish up this topic of nude nude sunbathing, uh, for the men out there, you you need to actually get sunlight on your testes.
Yes, indeed.
I mean, we're we're talking truth about anatomy and light and everything.
You need to get as naked as you can get.
And get, I mean, I'm not saying in your neighborhood, obviously.
Well, you know, I'm not saying run down the street as a streaker.
But you know, maybe I I don't know if if the tanning booths, the artificial light can simulate some of this.
I don't know.
But if you can find a private nude bathing area for sunlight, right?
That is, and some people do it in their own backyards, you know.
That's where I do it.
I'm outside in my backyard, right?
And and and do and and make sure you're getting both sides, not just one sided.
Like give yourself when you know it's time to change your position when it no longer feels good.
That's your nervous system telling you you need to go to a different part of your skin.
That's that's all it that's all it really means, right?
That's right.
But but yeah, go out into your backyard and and go out into nature, get yourself earthing and and let your body just be touched everywhere, you know, by sunlight.
Like what's oh, that's that's crazy, Health Ranger.
You're talking about crazy stuff.
No, he's actually talking about real stuff.
The stuff you have been misled to believe is crazy.
All right, wearing rubber shoes and covering every part of your body and slathering, you know, known carcinogenic agents all over your skin and your kids' skin.
That's actually child abuse, y'all.
Like, yeah, sunscreen.
And put it stop it.
And also linen shirt.
For the men watching, if if you're on the older side and if you're having problems with hair, you know, hair loss.
Uh, did you know that one of the FDA approved medical devices for hair regeneration is nothing but a device that you kind of comb through your hair and it's got laser diodes in it that emit infrared light.
So that's it.
So you can just go out in the sun.
Just go out in the sun.
But it's not FDA approved.
The sun will never be FDA approved for anything.
No, but it's the better treatment.
Yeah, it hates the sun.
Bill Gates runs the HHS and he hates the sunlight, folks.
You're not gonna get the recommendation from the FDA, okay?
That's right.
Check this out.
Check this out.
Did you know that an Ayurveda?
So Arya Veda yoga practitioner goes out in the morning.
You want to wake up with the sun and you want to do the traditional kind of yoga practice, right?
So that's why that's where the sun warrior comes from, right?
You're in the morning post, right?
But you go to Shavas into the final resting pose where you just lay down and now you're just sunbathing.
That's the whole thing.
You're sunbathing.
How did an Ayurvedic, a yogi know when he had received enough sunlight?
He would get an erection.
So everybody out there dealing with erectile dysfunction, maybe you just don't have enough light in your body.
Just a thought.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, well, and also think about the uh like nitric oxide production from proper cardiovascular activity, which is activated by sunlight.
I mean, it all really makes sense.
Right.
But instead, we tend to stay indoors and then take a bunch of pharmaceuticals and eat processed food and wonder, you know, and then your doctor says, Oh, your cancer was random.
There's nothing you could have done to prevent it.
Yeah, nonsense.
Nonsense.
Nonsense.
Absolute nonsense.
Tell us about your website, Dr. H. Um, and I'll spell it for people, but it's Dr. Hanole.com.
That's correct.
Yeah.
So uh years ago, I was on the island of Kauai, and uh, true story.
I had the same dream seven nights in a row, and each night it the vision would take me a little bit further into the dream until ultimately I was speaking with an ancient kahuna lapa'o, that's uh uh healing master on the on the Hawaiian Islands.
And he shared with me a lot of information uh once I finally got through the little cave on the island of Kauai and shared with me all these things.
And one of the things he asked me to do was to consider accepting a different name for the healing work.
So I said, okay, I'll consider it.
But I'm very much about family and my name and everything.
So my family uh thought I was going to be a girl.
So they didn't have, they only had girl names ready.
And when I came out, they were like, well, he's not a girl.
So they just gave me my dad's name, right?
They were like, we couldn't think anything.
So they they started calling me HL.
So I never had any vowels or anything in my name.
My whole, my whole name, my whole life was H L H L H L. So I go to this island and I have this experience.
And I I go back and I'm in uh the Santa Monica co-op after having a yoga class and everything.
And I'm talking to this really sweetheart old lady.
She was so nice, and she had all these supplements, Health Ranger on the conveyor belt.
And she was like, I don't know what these are and what they do.
This some guy told me to take them.
I don't even know what I'm doing.
And so I started just kicking up a conversation with her about, you know, well, this one does this, and this one does this, and this one would really go here, and it works with this.
And she was like, Oh my God, can I write this stuff down?
And so we had this really cool conversation about, you know, these these supplements.
And uh she said, Okay, you got to tell me what your name is.
I want to, I want to tell my doctor that that I ran into somebody.
I want to know who I did.
And I said, okay, let me try the name on.
And so I said, uh, well, my name is Hanile.
And Mike, her face just lit up.
She was like, oh my God, that is the most beautiful name I have ever heard.
And no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
And I was like, wow, I've never had anybody respond to my name like that.
So I guess this is a keeper.
So I so I kept it.
And I and I was used that my whole career, Dr. Hanele, until the COVID came up.
I knew I was going to be speaking out.
I didn't want my licensing board to come after me, you know, misrepresenting myself or whatever, whatever they wanted to accuse me of.
So I went back to my birth name, uh, Henry Ely.
So that's where most people have met me as Dr. Henry Ely or Dr. H. But my healing name and my pen name is Dr. Hanele.
And so Hanele.
So it's not even, it doesn't even pronounce the way it's sounds.
So it's I make it as confusing as possible to get to know me.
So you just got to really work.
Well, just remember, the only vowels are ease.
That's right.
Just buy it by an E. Yeah, buy an E. So DRHANALA.com is your website.
And tell us about your project here, the book of questions.
Oh, this is uh this is uh an inspiration, uh, this project.
So uh um I'm driving I'm writing on this train, I'm writing on an Amtrak back uh from New Orleans uh in 2023.
I've come back from uh the Beljansky Cancer Conference where I was speaking at.
And one morning I wake up, she's so good, right?
Yeah, yeah, Sylvia is so good.
So um Sylvia's yeah, I'm sorry, that's her name, Sylvie.
Yeah, yeah.
So I I have this thing, Mike, where I'm on the train, right?
And it's morning, and I never wake up early at this time in my life.
I'm always waking up.
I'm a night owl and everything.
So, but I felt inspired to just go and and watch the sun come up on the observation car.
You know, so I get up and I go in and the sun's starting to come up, and I hear this voice that's saying to me, open up your computer.
I have something that I need you to write.
I'm like, all right, you know, so I open up the computer and I type out what would become the um the the first chapter, the introduction into the book of questions.
And at the end of it, it's one of these experiences where you know you didn't write it.
You know what I'm saying?
Like this just came through you.
And I'm in tears, and I'm taking pictures of it and sending it off to um, you know, some friends and just being like, oh my God, I think I just wrote the most beautiful thing that has ever come out of me, you know.
And uh, and then the next thing I know, I have two EMTs standing over me.
They have electrodes on my heart and on my brain and everything.
I had gone into a full seizure.
Well, okay.
Craziness, right?
And I come to and I have this sweetheart older woman.
She's sitting on one of the tabletops, one of the, you know, the observation car tabletops.
She's holding my head, she's stroking My head, just like total grandma on me up in a beautiful way, right?
And these EMTs are on me and everything, and they're like, oh my God, you know, is this guy gonna live?
Kind of thing.
And I'm like, I come in, I'm like, how's everybody doing?
And they're like, fine.
And I'm like, oh, wait a minute.
Tell me somebody saved that thing that I wrote.
You know what I mean?
And grandma was like, grandma's pet mess.
She says, baby, don't worry about it.
We saved everything.
Everything's right there.
I was like, oh my God, thank you so much.
So the conductor looks in and he's like, So what are we doing?
You go into the hospital, what are we doing?
You know?
And I was like, uh, there's nothing at the hospital that's gonna help me.
They actually caused this.
This is remnants of a vaccine injury when I was 13.
I have seizures every now and then, right?
Uh-huh.
So I was like, no, let's go.
And the conductor looks at the two EMTs.
The MT's like, all right, screw it.
They they like start taking the electrodes off to me.
And the and the conductor's like, all right.
Literally 30 seconds later, the train is moving forward again.
Wow.
Okay.
And we're going, and everybody's like, yeah, all right, that was easy.
And so we have the first part of the book.
Well, then I go up to Sedona a couple months later, uh, last year, I go up to Sedona, and the entire book um was written in about nine days.
Wow.
Um, it was uh it was just one of these incredible experiences where all of it just kept flowing and coming through and coming through and coming through.
And what's it's beautiful?
Spiritual focus, I haven't read the book.
So it it's it's it's really essentially this.
If I can encapsulate it, it's we have a choice that we have the ability to transform any trauma, any hurt that we may have experienced and that we're still holding on to.
We have a choice to transform it into great strength.
Uh-huh.
And what God has asked me to do is share stories from my life that will help people remember stories from theirs so that at the end of the chapter, I can ask questions to help people quickly process and transform the hurt and the trauma into strength.
And so I take people through a bunch of chapters, uh a bunch of stories.
Let me read a couple of chapter titles in here.
We have uh you, your life review, remembering your purpose, your true identity.
You are not a disease, you are not a trauma, your one thing, your four opportunities, exploring your existence.
And I made this book, even though I tell my stories, I make this book about the reader.
It's about you.
The stories that I tell are simply to help you remember things from your life that you may have forgotten about for a long time.
But what you remember is proof of a hurt or a trauma that has gone unresolved, untransformed into strength.
Uh-huh.
And then at the end of the chapter, we help you turn it into strength.
Because if we are going to be free and we are going to if we're going to be in charge of a country worth living in, then we better get rid of all of these traumas and hurts that we've been, especially the last five years.
We better know how to transform them.
And that's what I teach everyone to do through this book and how to build a closer, more profound relationship with their creator in the process.
It's a beautiful book, Mike.
And I hope everybody listening takes the opportunity to read it.
We have it on Audible, ebook, hardback, paperback, you know, that sounds really disknowledge into you.
It's it's a powerful book.
And I don't, and here's the thing about it.
What we've had on the early returns has been nothing short of overwhelming, Mike, in terms of the feedback we've gotten from people about what the book has meant to them and their ability to take complete and total control of their healing process and how they see the world.
It is a beautiful, beautiful book.
And I and I really do hope that everybody who gets it will really enjoy and develop a stronger relationship with their creator in the process.
That sounds really profound.
And uh, just to clarify, you mean to tell me that we don't have to live a lifetime of being victims of the insidious nefarious forces that have intentionally harmed us?
You mean we can transform that and be our own people?
Uh I mean, just like melanin transforms 5G into warmth.
Right.
Right.
Think about that.
It's the same thing.
It's just a transformation of bad into something that's gonna be really, really good.
Let me let me say it like this real quick for everybody.
Pain in life is going to be inevitable.
It's going to happen.
We're all going to experience it.
But the choice we make whether to allow and turn that pain into strength, or we turn it into hurt is ours.
And then it can get a little bit worse.
And this is what the globalists are teaching, right, Mike?
To then be proud of being a victim.
Well, a victim is someone who endures misfortune and is used as a sacrifice to a deity.
That's what that word actually means.
So anyone that is walking around identifying as a victim, all they're telling us is not only are they reliving their traumas, their hurts, these experiences, but what they are doing is they're making them a part of who they are and thus opening themselves up to the dominion of others.
And I would say to that is a very bad idea.
And we can do much better by walking you back into a great and loving and beautiful relationship with your creator.
And absolutely.
And I just want to remind our audience, remember that there is a truly a demonic overlay in our world today, where they try to victimize you as quickly as possible the moment that you're born.
What do they do to young boys?
Oh, slice off part of the penis, you know.
Oh, circumcision.
What is that?
That's that's um that's a powerful signal that says, we own you, we control you, we can inflict pain at any time we want.
And that's your introduction to the Western medical system.
And you're so over targeted.
Yep.
And introduction to some uh religious ritual practices as well, which some of them have demonic overlays as well.
So the thing is, you don't have to be cursed by the burden of that your entire life.
You can choose to transform it.
And that's what your book sounds like it's all about.
That's exactly what it's about.
And we say embrace your heart's first thought.
Your heart's first thought is that first thing that comes into you that you feel, you know, like best example, you're walking down the street and you get that that feeling that you want to say hello to someone, but you don't say it.
Well, the heart's first thought was God talking to you, saying, say hello, this person needs to hear a hello.
When you don't listen to your heart's first thought, you always feel bad because of it.
So what we're doing here is let's transform the hurt, transform the trauma into strength so that you can more clearly and more easily hear the voice of God coming in to your heart.
That's what your heart's first thought always is.
All right, that's beautiful, Dr. H. I'm and I'm I regret that we're out of time because I think you and I could talk for a long time about a number of issues, but this is a really great interview.
And of course, we'll invite you back for follow-up.
And I'll send you that study that I mentioned also.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I can't.
It's gonna be so much fun.
I can't wait to read.
I can't wait to read that.
You know, you can grow your own Faraday cage, but it's not a cage, it's like freedom.
You know, you can't like you can grow your own Faraday protection.
Uh your body knows how to do it.
But anyway, it it's been an honor to have you on today, Dr. H. And of course, you're welcome back anytime.
