Welcome to Brighton Broadcast News for Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
I'm Mike Adams.
Of course, thank you for joining me today.
We've got a great show lined up for you with a number of special reports, one of them on depopulation.
Another one is how to achieve off-grid power independence.
I review the best options that are available in 2025.
And then I've got a great interview for you coming up and some other breaking news.
It's a pretty big deal and one kind of scary news item about what's about to happen in probably in Ukraine because of the British intelligence services MI6 who are going to carry out a false flag operation to blame Russia in order to try to keep the war going because well that's what MI6 does.
But first, I thought I would bring you this actual video recording of what happens when governments keep printing currency and spending like mad.
So here we go, I'm going to narrate it.
All right, so here we go.
This is, whoa, we have a debt collision there because of way, way too much money.
Oh, someone wasn't watching where they were going right there.
That must have been, oh, out of control election promises that will give freebies to everybody.
We'll solve all the world's problems.
Maybe it's over.
Maybe it's over.
Maybe they'll come to their senses.
But no, Pentagon spending comes in for the win.
It's a truck, tow truck, tow truck, tow truck.
Oh, and some other sliders in.
State spending.
Pension spending, just with a sliding sliding in home base there oh what what do we have here oh spending on a border protection yeah i gotta print more money for that what what else is missing uh oh uh oh here here comes the big beautiful bill oh trillions of dollars more right down the spending alleyway woo there we go um okay so this is a video actually from 2021 and i don't mean to mock
the actual victims of that real world event which by the way killed six people it involved 130 vehicles and And that happened in Texas.
And you may ask, well, how is it that people are driving down the highway without looking where they're going?
And that, of course, is what reminded me to talk about currency printing.
Because as a nation, we are printing so much currency and we have no idea where we are going.
We are driving down the ice-covered financial highway of fiat currency doom.
in the fog and nobody in a leadership position is looking where we are going and it's all going to end up in a massive pile up.
But instead of vehicles, it's going to be the stock market.
It's going to be the dollar itself, the currency implosion.
It's going to be the pensions imploding.
It's probably going to involve some crypto implosions because they're so tied to the dollar.
And then there's going to be treasury debt implosion.
And that's like a giant cargo truck sliding into the whole mess.
The bottom line is people drive the way they print money.
People drive as if everything's fine.
People drive right into fog at full speed, you know, 60, 70 miles an hour, can't see 20 feet in front of them, they're like, it's going to be good.
I've been here before.
Guess what?
You know, kaboom, giant truck in your face.
So people drive without anticipating the crash that's coming.
In that case, the actual literal physical crash.
But people also, that is government leaders, also print money and spend money without any awareness of the crash that they are creating.
And the thing is, there's a threshold point.
When you're approaching a pile-up on the highway, there's a threshold point beyond whichond which you are going to collide.
And we are beyond that point as a nation.
We've already crossed that event horizon, if you will, the zenith.
We are there.
And no matter what breaks are applied to spending or, you know, no matter how much Trump and his people brag about, oh, we raised like $20 billion on tariffs.
Yeah, it doesn't matter.
That's just you pumping the brakes way too late and actually barely even touching the brakes for $20 billion doesn't even matter.
when the national debt as of today just went over officially $37 trillion.
$37 trillion.
That's not just 130 vehicle pile-up.
That's a 330 million population pile-up of unpayable debt.
And what's bizarre is that it's not just $37 trillion in debt.
It's over $300,000 in debt per taxpayer.
Think about that.
Now, I'm at usdebclock.org, which is a great site.
that you should definitely check out from time to time.
And one of the red items there is the total debt-to-GDP ratio.
That has now crossed $1303%.
So we are in banana republic territory at this point.
Good thing I like bananas because we are going to be raining bananas in the republic.
That's how much debt we have.
And then if you look up the total dollar amount of so-called unfunded liabilities for the U.S. government, which largely consists of payments or obligations of future payments for Social Security and Medicare, it's currently estimated at $175 trillion,
and that's over a year old that number is way too low because of course the rising costs of medical care I don't even call it health care because it's got nothing to do with health it's sick care but the medical care system is going up each year at least 25 to 50 percent in cost have you noticed your rising you know health insurance costs yeah So that $175 trillion number is old.
It's well over $200 trillion.
So what that means is we live under a collapsing bankrupt government that prints money.
print's money to the point of total collapse, which is that highway, you know, train wreck pile up right there, or truck wreck.
It's 37 trillion in official national debt right now, and it's 200 trillion in the whole for future obligations that it's going to have to pay out to the people, you know, based on Medicare and Social Security.
Let me ask you this question.
Do you think?
that it's even possible on God's green earth that the American people are ever going to get paid that $200 trillion that they are owed.
Do you think that's possible?
You realize the only way that's ever going to happen is if somehow the federal government finds new suckers who are willing to buy $200 trillion in Treasury debt, you know, to give us the money or lend us the money.
And that's not happening.
Because the Treasury auctions are failing right now.
They can't even auction off successfully like $72 billion they tried last week.
Failed.
And then there was another auction that failed.
They can't auction the is failing.
So what does that mean?
It means that these unfunded liabilities are never going to be funded.
This whole system craters at some point.
And regardless of what you think of Trump, his decisions do not at all reflect any kind of fiscal sanity.
They are just continuing the long train of fiscal.
I doubt that's going to happen because they will pull out all the stops to save the treasuries as I've talked about in my book, the new audiobook, Financial Big Bang.
Oh, I should mention that's live now at healthranger.com.
If you go to healthranger.com, you can get to the book right there.
So you can watch all five chapters or listen to them, whatever, right there at that website.
But the other way, And I also talked about that in my book.
So the cost savings, so to speak, that's even reflected in government reports is to find ways to make people die younger.
You've got to make people die younger, and that's how you get to better solvency, and that's how you reduce the need to sell off treasury bonds.
to other institutional investors or governments around the world or central banks.
So those are the only two options.
You either default and you destroy the treasuries or you mass slaughter or kill off many, many millions of Americans.
Which option do you think the system is going to take?
Because the current default of just printing more money forever doesn't work.
That's going to collapse very soon.
I mean, it could collapse within months if they don't find some new clever way like gold revaluation or something.
which is part of the subject of my my new book Or the other option is to start a new world war.
Start a new world war, have a bunch of nukes take out American city.
American cities, which they don't really need.
The globalists don't need American cities in the long run anyway, because those are just mostly human population centers.
They don't need them for the robot takeover, right?
And if they nuke the cities, it doesn't take out the data centers, like I said before, because the data centers are outside the cities.
And if they nuke the cities, it takes out mostly Democrats.
That's right.
And I'm not endorsing this.
Obviously, this would be some crazy, insane crime against humanity.
But it takes out mostly Democrats, which does have political ramifications.
Now, with that as the backdrop of understanding that the financial solvency of the U.S. empire depends on the mass extermination of the American people, let's bring in the upcoming war negotiations between Trump and Putin that are happening on Friday.
And to his credit, President Trump genuinely appears to want to settle this thing with Putin.
And I'm a little bit pleasantly surprised at that, but I've always said I'll treat Trump fairly.
You know, when he does something that's good, I will celebrate that.
When he does something crazy, I'll point that out or criticize that.
But right now on this track, Trump appears to be doing something very positive.
He wants to end this war.
And he says Ukraine's going to have to give up some land.
He calls it a land swap.
It's not a land swap.
It's a land surrender, actually.
But that's what Trump is talking about.
Well, in the last day, Zelensky has come out and confirmed, again, that he will not agree to any of these conditions.
So Zelensky is not going to go for this.
And Zelensky, a So the way this is lining up here, and I put out a tweet on this earlier, or a social media post, saying that I predict a false flag attack.
And then right after that, what's funny is the Russian Ministry of Defense put out an official notice that they say exactly what kind of false flag attack is going to be carried out and to be blamed on Russia.
did not see that when I put out my post and I think the the Russian Ministry of Defense put out their post after I did but who knows maybe maybe they did it before and I just didn't see it.
But nevertheless, It's kind of obvious what Zelensky and the British government are going to do here.
So we'll talk about that in a second.
But the way this is lining up is Trump and Putin want to end this mostly on Russia's terms, which is that Russia gets all this land, the Donbass region, and Ukraine never joins NATO and a few other requirements.
denazification and demilitarization, you know, some other things.
Trump is okay with that because Trump needs to get this done so that America can focus on getting ready to stage a war against China, you see, which is also kind of a suicide wish because you don't want to go to war with China because China's actually, you know, I mean, are you kidding me?
China's got, you know, a huge massive military.
And what are you going to do?
Like invade China?
You know, good luck with that.
You know, you won't make it one mile on shore.
So I don't know what the U.S. leaders are thinking if they think they can defeat China, but I do know that they need to kind of wrap up the war with Russia so they can fight China and then they want to try to drive a wedge between Russia and China and separate them so that Russia and China don't become strong allies but that's not working in fact everything that Trump keeps doing with the secondary tariffs and the punishing of the BRICS nations and so on is actually driving Russia
and China closer together and also now India and Brazil and other nations, Vietnam as well.
I mean, everybody's pro-BRICS right now because Trump is running around the world with a fiscal baseball bat saying, I'm going to tariff you, slam, hobble your knees, whack.
I'm going to tariff you right in the nose.
Boop.
That's what Trump is doing, driving everybody bonkers because nobody can make investments right now because you don't know what Trump is going to say tomorrow and how that's going to impact your business in Vietnam or Taiwan or Japan or Brazil.
You could be a coffee grower in Brazil.
You're like, should I even grow coffee this next season?
Because we don't know what Trump is going to do.
He changes his mind every two days, but I have to, you know, it takes 10 months to produce coffee.
So how am I supposed to even borrow money to invest in the next crop?
You know what I'm saying?
So Trump is just trashing.
crashing economic stability all over the world right now with these insane tariffs, while also letting China off the hook with another 90-day extension of the low tariffs and simultaneously punishing America's allies like India, which I've talked about on previous days.
So, all right, with that in mind, here's what's about to happen.
And I'm going to read you the text from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Although it would be fun to try to read it in Russian, but that would be hilarious.
Okay.
According to information obtained through multiple channels, it would be hilarious because I don't speak Russian is what I mean by that.
The Kiev regime is preparing a provocation aimed at disrupting the planned Russian-American talks scheduled for August 15th.
That's just coming right up, Friday.
To this end, on Monday, August 11th, a group of foreign media journalists was transported by the SBU, that's the Ukraine government.
to the city, or that's the intelligence service of the Ukraine government, to the city of Chuguev in the Kharkov region.
Sorry, I don't know how to pronounce all these names, under the cover story of, quote, preparing a series of reports about residents of the city in the frontline zone.
Directly before the summit on Friday, the Ukrainian armed forces are reportedly planning a staged strike using drones and missiles on one of the densely populated residential areas or a hospital to produce a large number of civilian casualties.
The Western journalists brought in are expected to immediately document the incident.
And then the implication is, of course, this will be blamed on Russia.
As a result of this provocation by the Kiev regime, Again, this is a predicted provocation.
All responsibility for the strike and civilian casualties will be assigned to the armed forces of the Russian Federation with the goal of creating a negative media backdrop and conditions for derailing the Russian-American cooperation on resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
Provocations in other settlements under Kiev's control are also possible.
So what Russia is saying here, and you can choose to believe it or discard it as you feel is appropriate, but they've done this before.
What Ukraine is going to do is they're going to kill a bunch of their own Ukrainian civilians, and then they're going to stage it, like they're going to bomb a hospital and say Russia did it.
And they're going to try to make it politically impossible for Trump to announce any kind of agreement with Putin.
In other words, they're going to poison the negotiations, and they're going to kill a bunch of their own people to do it.
Maybe, you know, children, too, because that's always really emotional for Western propaganda.
And as I've mentioned before, of course, MI6 doesn't...
does this all the time.
How many false flags has the British government carried out in their history?
It's just too many to even name.
How many false flags has the U.S. government carried out or other Western governments, often for gun control purposes, put out a narrative, oh, there was a mass shooting.
We have to ban all guns.
Now, I think in the U.K., they're like, we have to ban machetes.
You know, next it's going to be like a mass toothpicking.
It stabbed 27 people with a toothpick.
You got to turn in your toothpicks, you know, like that's where it's going in the UK.
As if...
They won't even be able to have toothpicks after this.
Imagine.
They'll have like a toothpick registration database and you have to transfer toothpicks through FFL.
No, that's the UK.
They don't have a Second Amendment.
And the leaders of the UK have lost their damn minds.
I tweeted out that if all of the British politicians and police officers, because they're all in the scene too, running around arresting people for thought crimes, if all of them were instantly teleported to the surface of the planet Mars, Earth would be a much better planet.
And I don't know what would happen to them on Mars, but they could run around until the oxygen ran out.
They could run around ticketing each other for thought crimes or something.
And remember, I talked about it yesterday that they ran these two female British police officers.
They would jog down the road.
And then when British men, like really desperate British men, would whistle at them.
or like cat calling them or honk at them, you know, those people would be arrested.
And as I pointed out in my post, how do you know.
that the men weren't screaming at them for being so damn ugly?
Is that a crime to scream at you ugly girl?
Coyote, ugly!
Is that a crime?
Because if you're running around the city jogging as a honeypot, you better get your face fixed first, is all I'm saying.
Get your face fixed.
But in the UK, I guess anything, anything goes.
Whatever.
I guarantee you nobody would be cat calling those gals in California.
Not a chance.
Not even in Texas.
In fact, if I saw those two British police gals jogging along a highway in Texas, I'd call 911 and ask who let the dogs out.
Okay, but anyway, jokes aside, that's all satire, folks.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding who let the dogs out.
Woof, woof with a British accent.
How about that?
Coyote ugly.
Do the Brits even know what that means?
Americans know exactly what that means.
Anyway, there's going to be a false flag attack to try to derail the peace because the British government needs war.
And they're going to do anything that it takes to get ready for war or to provoke war.
And the Russian Ministry of Defense found out about that.
And by the way, you want to know probably how they found out?
I mean, I'm just guessing.
Well, you know, they captured some high-level British military people that were on some secret mission in Ukraine.
They got captured alive, and they got...
So the Russians know what's about to go down.
That's why they're warning about it.
So possibly the fact that the Russians have put out this announcement, maybe that will force Ukraine and MI6 to reconfigure their plans.
Maybe they'll take some ugly British military women and jog them around Moscow and see if they can arrest Putin for screaming at them or something.
Who knows?
Now, the Financial Times is reporting that Europe is rapidly building for war.
that European countries have been expanding their weapons factories three times faster than they did before the Ukraine conflict.
The Financial Times reports there's more than 7 million square meters of new industrial development since 2022.
7 million square meters.
And the Financial Times, they analyzed satellite photographs of the European weapons factories.
And they now call it, quote, rearmament on a historic scale.
And Moscow responded and said it is reckless militarization.
Well, that's kind of funny coming from Russia because Russia has also massively expanded its own weapons plants on a huge scale.
So I can't really call that reckless militarization.
But what it is is the European leadership, they are getting ready for war.
And they're going to have their war, damn it.
Even if they have to make it up from scratch or provoke it from scratch, they're going to have their war.
Even if they have to launch the first nukes against themselves to blame Russia.
And that's something that we need to strongly consider here.
The fact that MI6 is filled with power-hungry, insane lunatics, and there's nothing they won't do.
Remember, that's who went after Trump with the Russian dossier.
And MI6 was involved in the mass censorship campaign against companies like mine, by the way, under the Biden administration.
It was the British intelligence services that worked with the NGOs to launder censorship orders to big tech platforms in the United States.
Yes, the British were involved in that also.
The British are involved in child trafficking.
You know, the British government I'm talking about.
They're involved in money laundering.
involved in, you know, fomenting war.
So this Financial Times story looked at 150 weapons production sites across 37 different companies, and the largest growth was noticed for ammunition and missile factories.
So Europe is gearing up for a massive war with Russia, and this is a war that Europe will lose, in my opinion, in my analysis.
So some of the examples mentioned in the article are the Rheinmetall plant in the in Hungary, Rheinmetall.
This is a weapons company.
The expansion of a company called MBDA in Germany, which apparently manufactures Patriot missiles occasionally when the Germans are not on vacation.
And then there's a Kongsberg plant in Norway, Kongsberg, and apparently they make lots of Kongs.
I don't know if those are King Kongs or ping-pongs or what, but some kind of weapon systems.
The Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merck, They should get a new guy who's got an easier name to pronounce.
He's called for building, quote, Europe's strongest army, which it would be like a group of turtles getting together and talking about how they're going to have the world's fastest turtle.
You know, We're going to have a really fast turtle here.
The word Europe, that is Western Europe, and then the phrase strongest army, those are contradictory terms.
There is no strongest army in Europe, Poland probably being the most powerful Even though those leaders are the most, you know, egoistic and bombastic.
Oh, we're going to destroy Russia.
Good luck.
That's been tried before.
Somebody should go ask, you know, the AI avatar of Napoleon what happened when they tried to invade Russia.
Or somebody should ask the dead, you know, the reanimated dead AI avatar of Adolf Hitler what happened when they tried to invade and defeat Russia.
Oh, how did that go?
Yeah.
Didn't go very well.
You know, the Russians surrounded the German Sixth Army outside just west of Stalingrad.
And the entire Sixth Army had to surrender.
And they were in the snow.
They didn't even have socks.
You know, they were like running around in flip-flops barefoot in the snow because their supply lines got cut off by the determined Soviets at the time.
So good luck trying to defeat Russia.
Because Russia will roll out its women with rifles and, you know, like broomsticks and butcher's knives, you know.
The women will fight you in the alleyways.
It's like, in the morning, I was...
It's a suicide wish.
You know, like the women.
Like wiping the blood off the butchers.
I'm not sure if it's cow's blood or Nazi blood, but we got something.
There's something coming up the stairs.
So actually, I think Western Europe is done.
I mean, now it's just the decline and the downfall of Western Europe.
I don't think there's going to be any great Britain.
or certainly not Britain.
It's not going to be...
I mean, it's a financial collapse.
It's a cultural collapse.
It's a border collapse.
It's a collapse of reason and rationality.
It's a collapse of the rule of law.
It's a collapse of faith and religion.
It's a collapse of their entire culture.
It's a collapse of their economy, their currency, their military, everything.
There's nothing left in the UK worth saving.
I mean, think about it.
Other than, you know, I mean, there's good people.
There's good citizens.
I'm never at war with the British citizens.
some of whom listen to this podcast.
So God bless you all.
Keep fighting for your freedom as best you can.
Hope they don't throw you in prison for your mean tweets, you know.
But there's nothing left in Great Britain that Russia would even want.
If Britain surrendered and said, hey, Russia, you can just come take the whole island.
Just take it all.
Russia would be like, why?
We don't even want it.
You got nothing left.
You're just a suicide cult of idiots and lunatics running the place.
You're going to destroy yourselves anyway.
We'll just stand back and watch.
There's nothing worth saving in Great Britain.
And if the British military thinks that they're going to, I don't know, they're going to have, what do they have?
A couple of submarines with some missiles that occasionally manage to launch, they flop out of the top of the submarine and splash in the water.
If they think that that is going to threaten Russia, then the British really have turned into a real-life Monty Python script.
It's like, your aircraft carrier doesn't work, your submarines don't work, your missiles don't work, your military is a total freaking joke.
You're such a bunch of pathetic woke tards.
You can't even survive your own decline, much less a war with Russia, which is a far more advanced civilization at this point.
Well, actually, Russian civilization has always been more advanced than than the british uh it's just the The British didn't realize it until recently.
So Russia, which has over a thousand years of history, is still going to be here.
China, which has thousands of years of history, is still going to be here.
India, which has thousands of years of history, is still going to be here.
You know who's not going to be here?
British royalty, Great Britain, and Israel, because they're linked.
If it wasn't for the British, there wouldn't be Israel, the modern-day version since 1948, kind of the British outpost in the Middle East.
When Britain falls, so does Israel and the United States., the fall of the U.S. Empire probably won't be far behind.
Oh, and I forgot to mention Persia, thousands of years of history of Persian empires, and also thousands of years of history of Palestinians.
That's right, right.
I mean, the true sons of Abraham, and also Egyptians, et cetera.
I mean, there are other civilizations that have been around for a long time, much longer.
than the British and obviously much longer than the U.S. Empire, much longer than Israel, and much longer than even, you know, modern-day France, for that matter.
So history is unfolding in real time.
Most people don't see what's coming.
That's why it's a giant train wreck, you know, a hundred car pile up on the highway.
People don't look ahead.
They don't anticipate what's about to happen.
But I believe that what's happening right now is the suicide final chapter of Western civilization.
And to his credit, Trump is trying to stop that suicide at the moment.
Although I do believe that Trump also wants to see the British Empire completely obliterated.
You can't blame him.
Look what the British did to him.
So, you know, you can't blame Trump for that.
That's one of the reasons why Trump and his people took all the gold out of the LBMA, brought it back to New York.
That happened earlier this year because, of course, you know, the British gold authorities are lying about how much gold they have.
They hardly have any left at all.
It's all been looted.
And they're going to find out.
When physical deliveries come due on gold and silver, yeah, guess what?
The British are going to find out, you don't have anything left.
your treasury is empty you know just just like your brains I mean, I guess it's true that leaders can be idiots everywhere around the world.
It's just that the British leadership really excels at being low IQ, like pedo vampires somehow.
It's a real specialty.
of the British leadership.
And they also look like alien hybrids half the time.
There's something wrong with their skulls and everything that's ins like if God made a mistake, like putting people's faces and heads together and there was like a scaling issue, you know, have you ever resized an image?
and you forgot to link the x and y dimensions together so that it's proportional.
You ever done that and you type in a number for the x and the y is all jacked up.
Oh my God, that's what God did with the British leadership.
And that's why they turned out looking like alien hybrids all the time.
I mean, look at Boris Johnson.
It's like God's mad science experiment.
We tried to combine the DNA of a floor mop with a hippopotamus, you know, and Boris Johnson.
Oh, my God.
That's what came out.
Well, write that one off as a mistake and try again.
And by the way, you know why the British lawmakers still wear silly wigs?
You know why?
Because their heads are so damn ugly they got to cover them up as much as possible.
That's why the wigs are the only thing that provides some kind of uniformity.
So they slap on these silly wigs, or I guess it's the judges or the attorneys or whatever they're called, they slap on these stupid, silly wigs because they're all cross-dressers.
It's basically a giant LGBT ritual for the woke, tar, DEI, British government system.
it's like the Rocky horror picture show in the courtroom is basically that that's what the British wig, wham wears the, the, They're like, are you reenacting scenes out of the Rocky Horror Picture Show?
Are you all transvestites?
What's going on?
Isn't there a street corner where you can turn tricks instead of coming in and arguing for more genocide or whatever it is you people do?
So, yeah, disgusting.
You know, no wonder the founding fathers of America just slaughtered them in the War of Independence.
I mean, they were easy target.
They wore red coats.
And with their really white, pasty faces, you know, it's like a big red target with a white ball on top of it.
It's like, how could you miss?
You know, how could you miss?
They line up in a row with the big red coats and the white faces like you're a you're like an upside down exclamation mark of stupidity hanging out in a in a forest in Virginia or something no wonder the American colonists were able to shoot them dead relatively easily I mean simple targeting Did you know in the UK,
if you simply hold up a sign that says Free Palestine, you will be arrested and thrown in prison now, even if you're not doing anything violent.
The British government has criminalized peaceful protesting now.
Glenn Greenwald put out this message, he says, quote, there's nothing wider than the gap between how British political and media elites speak and posture during war and their actual power and influence in the world, which is obviously very tiny at this point.
Nobody gives a crap about the British.
I mean, the British government, the British nation.
Again, I'm not talking about the British people for whom I feel great sympathy, but the British government.
Nobody cares because the British...
They already ran their time of the world's reserve currency, the world's most powerful navy.
Navy, you know, controlling all the trade routes on the high seas.
And now it's just a bunch of pathetic pedos that need dental work, you know, it's bad.
You know, frankly, when their government implodes, the whole world will celebrate, especially India.
You know, just look at history.
And America.
I mean, that could be the greatest triumph of Trump is ending the British Empire.
It's like the whole world would cheer.
Even the British people would cheer.
Seriously, there would be nobody angry other than the pedos in charge of the British Empire.
The whole world would say, this is awesome.
Finally.
finally got rid of those demonic lunatics who have been trying to run the world for centuries and have just made a mess of things.
Anyway, it's a good argument to exercise more and eat healthy.
You know why?
Because it would be so satisfying to still be living when the British Empire collapses.
You know, you want to be around for that.
You don't want to die before you get to see that part of history.
It'd be like the fall of the Berlin Wall.
you know, but better, even better, the complete collapse of the British Empire.
I mean, that would be, you know, a giant cosmic thumbs up for planet Earth right there.
Even God would show up and like give a big smile in the sky and some thumbs up and then probably send a couple of meteors to London, you know, to finish the job.
It's like book of Revelation time, you know, the seventh trumpet, it's for London, you know, boom.
God would, all the angels would be clapping, you know, which is also in the book of Revelation.
It'd be like, good one, God, that was awesome.
So yeah, the whole world would celebrate the total destruction of the British Empire.
And for all of you listening, if you want to join me in giving your finger to the British Empire, buy another AR-15.
How about that?
Buy another AR-15.
Palmetto State Armory has released some new line of rifles.
I don't even know what they're called.
But they've got some very affordable, very high-end rifles.
Actually, I just picked up their Jackal 308 caliber arm brace pistol.
So, yeah, I have, and this is the most American thing that you can think of.
It'd drive the British absolutely crazy.
It'd make their wigs fly off on their own.
I have a 308 that's 0.308 inches in diameter for those keeping track or if you want a metric, 7.62 millimeters in diameter.
Okay.
We'll translate into the metric system.
I have that as a pistol with a 20-round magazine and an arm brace and a, I think it's a 12.5-inch barrel.
And I can drive around with it in my truck in Texas.
Okay.
So buy more guns, piss off the British Empire.
and eat healthy food so that you can be alive when their system implodes and we can have a world celebration of freedom.
All right, getting back to the series.
That's all satire, folks.
It's just don don't take it too seriously.
It's all satire.
I'm just kidding.
I'm just ribbing our friends there in the UK.
We love their wigs.
Such great wigs.
They should make them blue and pink, I think.
The point is that Europe wants war.
Okay, sorry.
Took me a long time to get back to that.
Europe wants war.
And if Trump measures...
Because it's not just getting Russia to agree.
That's actually the easy part.
The hard part is defeating the British Empire's desire for endless war because they need war.
Classic Orwellian.
The endless wars so that the government can assert domestic power and enslave its own people.
All wars are actually wars against your own people.
Ultimately.
And nobody knows that better than the British.
So if Trump defeats the British and achieves peace with Russia, I will vote for him to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
would be a prize that he actually deserves because Trump did not create peace between India and Pakistan or some of these other countries that he's claiming.
Come on.
But if he achieves this with Russia, that counts.
That's a huge deal.
All right.
So the bottom line is today and tomorrow and early Friday, I don't know exactly when this meeting is supposed to take place.
Watch for Western media propagandists to report the fake report.
that claims Russia bombed a hospital or Russia bombed a residential building and Russia killed these children and Russia killed these women.
That's going to come out.
It's designed to derail the talks in Alaska.
So.
So there's almost 100% certainty that's going to take place.
I don't think that Trump will be derailed by that.
But even if Trump and Putin come to some kind of agreement, that's not binding on Zelensky, is it?
It's not binding.
So I don't even know how this talk with Putin is supposed to translate into something that Zelensky is supposed to agree to.
and he's already said he's not going to agree to it.
So as far as I can tell, this It's not going going to have to obviously just keep fighting until the Ukrainian defenses are completely destroyed or the entire military of Ukraine surrenders,
which might happen this year because I don't think the British have anything else to lend them.
Are there any museums where they could find any tanks or jeeps from World War II maybe?
Crossbows?
I mean, surely there's some museums somewhere all over the UK where they could find some ancient weapons, swords and armor that knights would wear.
They could walk into Russia with armor and swords.
I don't mean tanks, I mean the kind of armor you wear.
knights in shining armor.
More like knights in stinky armor because imagine sweating inside that and having no ventilation.
Knights in stinky armor would be immediately destroyed by Russia.
I mean, can you imagine how big of targets those would be?
I mean, we thought the red coats were big targets, you know, in the Independence War in America.
Imagine walking into Russia in a giant shining metal suit and you're not Iron Man.
You're just an idiot wearing the battle armor from centuries ago.
Russia would use them as tank target practice.
It'd be like, boom, there goes another wig.
Whoa, how did that happen?
It'd be like, giant exploding armor.
Russian tank targeting systems good.
It's good.
It all checks out.
Of course, the British military is so incompetent.
They would probably try to have airborne knights in shining armor not realizing that they would be dropped at you know terminal velocity the parachutes wouldn't help very much because those suits weigh so damn much it would just be like like shining british armor meteors dropping out of the sky basically it's the british version of the oreshnik missile system but it's a suicide system so i could see that happening I mean,
it's, again, it's Monty Python brought to life, you know.
There's nothing too stupid for the British government to attempt.
As an example of that, the UK government is releasing now 26,000 prisoners of violent criminals from their prisons there because they need to make room to jail the people on social media who tweet mean things.
Yeah.
So it's like, yeah, let's let all the rapists and murderers go because, you know, we can't allow people to criticize transgenders or whatever.
That's what the British government focuses on.
There was even a tweet about this where some British cops, they ticketed a young skateboarder for skateboarding poorly or something or on the wrong.
sidewalk, and they deducted six points from his future driver's license that he doesn't even have because of the way he was skateboarding, even though driver's licenses don't cover skateboards.
Not yet.
I'm sure there will soon be a skateboard licensing department somewhere in the UK.
And you will have to apply and register and take a test in order to ride a skateboard.
And then you'll have to carry your skateboarding permit with you at all times in case the British cops want to paper check you, which they love to do.
That's pretty much all they do, run around paper checking everybody.
Show us your papers.
Basically, they're like they're like Monty Python Nazis in essence.
And so the Justice Ministry spokesman said that the Labor Cabinet in the UK, quote, had no choice but to.
right?
Nigel Farage says the country is, quote, facing societal collapse.
Yep.
I mean, he's right.
Now, Nigel Farage could possibly help turn around the country, but, of course, you know, they attack him and marginalize him.
According to the Interior Ministry of the UK, There's a ministry for everything.
This one's for the interior.
Knife crime in England and in Wales rose 87% over the past decade.
55,000 knife attack incidents in 2024 alone.
Yeah.
well, wait till the toothpick attack wave begins.
That's going to be even worse because concealed toothpicks are a danger to society.
They can be easily hidden in or on the body and then they can be brought out to wield mass violence at any moment and restaurants hand them out too, which is obviously that's got to be stopped.
All right, so getting back on track with the serious topics here today, I've got a special report that's kind of related to this.
It's called Depopulation is the hidden agenda behind everything.
And nobody wants to kill their own people more than the British government, by the way.
But there are globalist leaders that are trying to get the U.S. leadership to kill off their people with bioweapons and, you know, vaccines, obviously.
And military development of more bioweapons.
Remember the bioweapons labs were in Ukraine, et cetera.
So there is a global depopulation effort that's underway.
And in this special report, I explain exactly why and why it's the hidden agenda behind everything that's going on in the world right now.
So let's go to that special report and then we'll continue on the other side.
So the easiest way for the globalists to achieve human depopulation is to make sure that the targets of that depopulation, i.e.
you and I, are never aware that a depopulation agenda is being pursued.
And this is why you'll hear plenty of press about all kinds of things that are designed to distract you, you know, news about Trump, news about war, news about vaccines, whatever.
but they won't ever talk about the depopulation agenda.
Even though everything that you hear about actually These are all vectors of depopulation.
But they won't acknowledge the actual agenda that's taking place.
And for most people, they won't realize it until it's too late on the day that they themselves are depopulated.
Then they'll realize, oh my God, I've been killed, you know.
And I don't even know why the topic of depopulation is so controversial when so many globalists openly talk about it, like Bill Gates.
He gave a TED talk about it, how we're going to do it through vaccines and women's reproductive health, which means abortions and birth control and spontaneous abortions through vaccines.
And they openly talk about it.
It's not a secret.
You're just not allowed to talk about it.
and the media won't dare talk about it.
You almost never hear the term depopulation in the corporate media.
They want to pretend like that doesn't even exist or that's some conspiracy theory.
No, it's an active program that is running right now and it's partially working.
How many tens of millions of people were killed by the COVID jabs?
That's depopulation.
How many people have not been born because of the attacks on the family and the attacks on mothers and fathers and the pushing of LGBT agendas and, you know, everything is fake and gay and transgenderism, mutilating children's genitals so they cannot reproduce even if they change their minds.
Yeah, it's happening right now.
And the infertility chemicals in the food supply, they're going to have mRNA now sprayed all over crops.
And yes, that's going to alter your genes to some extent.
And you can bet that one of the side effects of that is going to be infertility because that's what they're engineering.
Sometimes I hear people say, they won't depopulate us.
That's crazy.
They need us.
They need our tax dollars.
You hear yourself?
They don't need your tax dollars.
Number one, they can print all the currency they want.
They don't need to confiscate your money.
The only reason they're confiscating your money is to keep you down and make you easier to exterminate.
They don't need your money, okay?
And then people say, oh, no, they need humans.
They need us for our labor.
They don't need your labor.
major labor in the next decade robots are going to take over about 80 percent of human labor so all those human labor jobs from picking crops to packing boxes at fulfillment warehouses amazon you name it it's going to be taken over by robots 80 percent You know, from driving trucks, you name it.
Human labor is just about obsolete.
Again, within the next decade, most human labor will be obsolete.
Now, there are exceptions to that.
And that would be certain trades like HVAC repair people or plumbers.
Plumbing is actually really complex.
It's hard for robots to do because every situation is different.
So you're not going to see robots taking over for plumbers very quickly in some plumbing jobs.
Never.
Some construction jobs will always require humans, although other parts of construction will be highly automated.
So just keep that in mind.
A lot of truck driving will be automated by self-driving trucks, but there will always be certain types of, let's say, construction equipment piloting that a human being will have to do.
Certain types of, you know, excavator movements that are just really, really complex, etc.
So you're going to see robots or automation of vehicles alongside humans.
Like, yeah, you're going to have robot tractors on farms, but you're still going to have a human that knows the higher answers of what to plant and when it's right to harvest and what are the conditions of the hay.
Is it dry enough to bale, etc.
All right.
So then some people say, well, They don't need to kill us.
They need our brains.
They need us to do our jobs.
need our human cognition.
No, they don't, because So cognitive takeover is already happening.
That's why college graduates right now who learned to code, they're online complaining that they can't find coding jobs.
No entry-level coding jobs or at least not as many as before.
I wonder why.
It's because AI coding can do all the entry entry-level coding jobs.
You don't need an entry-level coder.
You still need the the master coders, you know, the high-level experienced veteran coders who can scope out a whole project and understand the big picture hierarchy of the thing.
But you don't need entry-level coders to say, hey, you know, code this subroutine.
You don't need that because you can just do that in one prompt.
You just ask the AI engine.
Or you ask Grock.
Grock writes code now for free.
Just say, hey, Grock, write me a Python script that does the following, blah, blah, blah.
And it's done.
It's done in seconds.
So there you go.
And then you realize when you start to look at this, you realize that most of the resources that humans consume are now competing with other industries that the government vastly prefers over humans.
For example, residential electricity usage.
You're using electricity to run hair dryers and blenders and air conditioning and home computers and video games and whatnot.
whatever that doesn't help the government, you know, it doesn't help the weapons industry.
That's, in their minds, that's just a giant waste of electricity.
They would rather you didn't exist..
And then that electricity could be redirected to an AI data center to be part of the race for superintelligence, you know.
Or that power could be used for, I don't know, some kind of new manufacturing facility to churn out weapons to wage World War III, you know.
They don't need you.
And in fact, you are a net negative.
in their eyes because you're using power the other thing you're using is water and data centers compete with you for water usage because data centers use water for cooling.
They'll circulate water through the machines, through the servers.
The water picks up the heat, and then they'll take the water outside the building, superheated water, and they'll spray it into the air, aerosolized, so you get all this hot water vapor in the air, and that's how they dissipate the heat outside the building.
It's brilliant, actually, saves a lot of electricity.
But it uses a ton of water.
Like in Texas alone, 400 billion gallons of water is what's estimated per year by the year 2030 just from data centers alone.
400 billion gallons of water.
That's water that otherwise humans would use, you know, for showering and cooking and flushing toilets and things like that.
So they don't want you around because you're using the water that they need for the data centers.
Not just the electricity, but the water also, you see?
And then there's the land.
See, they don't really want you to use the land, especially they don't want you to use the land to grow food, because from the point of view of the globalists, they would much rather have that land used to put up like wind farms or solar farms or rare earth metals mining operations or something.
You know, growing food is., in their view, a waste of the land just to serve the humans who are also, in their view, a waste on Earth.
That's why they call people useless eaters.
Yeah, useless eaters or human weeds.
They want to get rid of the human weeds.
They don't want to have farmland growing food.
They want to have energy and microchips and AI supercomputers and weapons industries and what have you.
That's the future in their minds.
I'm talking about the globalists.
That's the future of planet Earth.
It's a planet with very few humans.
And that's what they're trying to create.
In fact, they're succeeding.
at creating it.
They're succeeding.
And every single thing they do from here on out, I mean, think about how they've got everybody in an indoor lifestyle suffering from light deficiency, which causes cancer and depression and all kinds of other medical conditions.
I mean, they've got people cooped up in their homes and in their offices and everything.
And they've got you caught up in this until you die.
And in the meantime, they're going to extract maximum profits from you using the pharmaceutical industry and the death care hospital system until they kill you off, you know, and then you die penniless after inheritance taxes, etc., and property taxes.
I mean, the whole point is to use you up and kill you early, died suddenly, extra jabs, etc., make sure that you don't have any babies in the meantime, infertility, attacks on the family, etc.
And just to get you out of the way until they can bring in the full takeover of the robots and the AI systems.
You are in the minds of the globalists, you are in the way of their plan for Earth.
They don't want to see humans.
They don't want to see humans.
I mean, they are so anti-human, they would much rather have a society of robots, and they don't even need that many robots.
Because, you know, look at some of the humans today, like the ones on the EBT food stamps.
Is there any reason why globalists want to keep the food stamp recipients around who just buy processed foods all day and don't pay any taxes, but they keep having babies?
No, no, the globalists don't want them around at all.
They're trying to get rid of them as quickly as possible.
What better way to do that than to just lace the processed foods with all kinds of mRNA agricultural vaccines that cause widespread infertility in the food supply?
Of course, they're going to go after the food stamp recipients.
And if you buy non-organic food, you're basically eating death.
And that's all by design.
And they're going to accelerate the mechanisms of that death to make sure that you die more quickly.
And then guess what?
The governments remain financially solvent much longer.
I've covered this in great detail.
For every person they kill earlier, they can save money on Social Security and Medicare and food stamps and disability and government pensions, etc.
In fact, the U.S. government has already put out its own spreadsheet on that.
It's the FY 2024 Social Security spreadsheet.
I forgot the exact title, but they showed there's an $11 trillion savings if they can get people to die younger.
That's $11 trillion spread out over a few decades.
But they are seeing that killing people off sooner is the only way to save enough money to keep the U.S. government financially solvent.
You see what I mean?
So they don't want people to retire or to live long enough to retire.
At the moment, they're okay with you working and paying taxes.
But as soon as you stop paying taxes and retire, they want you dead.
And they're coming up with increasingly clever ways to achieve that.
And the latest is going to be the mRNA vaccines in the food supply.
And they know that most of the people that they want to kill off the most quickly are people who don't buy organic.
It's the low-income people.
It's the processed food people.
It's the food stamp people.
They don't buy organic.
And so even though these vaccines probably will not be allowed in the organic food supply is my guess.
I guess we'll have to see what the USDA decides.
But they will definitely be used saturating the non-organic food supply.
So people who eat non-organic foods will be the ones who are basically just committing food suicide or foodicide and they will kill themselves off much more quickly and that's all by design.
And then the ones who want to live longer and be part of the future of the human race will buy organic and organic and lab-tested like what we do at our store, healthrangerstore.com.
So seriously, if you want to survive the depopulation agenda, you need to eat clean food.
You need to get sunlight.
You need to avoid all the jabs, all the pharmaceuticals, all the prescription medications that you can.
Get out of the death medical system, because that's all it is.
It's a death management, death profiteering system, and stop eating processed foods, period.
And I'm pretty sure that from the point of view of the globalists, this global depopulation agenda is a human race level, a civilizational IQ test.
It's that, you know, they're going to prune the human race big time.
And anybody who's smart enough to survive it sort of self-qualifies to continue to live.
That would be people like you and I, people who know what's going on and people who decentralize from the system and don't take the death jabs, etc.
But those who are dumb enough to go along with the suicide system, that would be most people.
you know, they're going to self-exterminate just with the assistance of the government and the medical system and the media, etc.
And that's failing the IQ test.
of life.
If you fail that IQ test and if you're dumb enough to keep lining up and taking jabs, if you're dumb enough to keep eating nothing but processed foods and you have crappy nutrition and you completely lack sunlight, you know, and you're just taking mass medications, well, you know, the system says, well, you've already made your choice.
You've decided to remove yourself from the human gene pool.
They've given you mechanisms to do that and they've given you messaging to seduce you into those actions, you know, like NPR, CNN, Fox News, you know, medical journal advertisers, CDC, whatever, they've given you all this messaging to convince you to kill yourself.
And relatively few people will be immune to that messaging because they have the intelligence to pass the test instead of failing it.
So every dead person from here forward who is involved in their own death through these mechanisms that are avoidable, well, Every dead person is also a failed life grade, you could say, because they failed the IQ test of life.
They went along with the system.
They took the flu shots.
They took the COVID jabs.
They believe the Ebola outbreak or whatever, the chukungunya chicken, whatever virus.
They say, oh, everybody panic.
Let's go get a chukungunya injection yeah whatever I thought that was the name of a sandwich from a chick filet or something but the smart people will say no that's nonsense I don't need a jab it's all fake the whole thing is fake So if you're smart enough to recognize that it's fake, then you're going to make it through this and you're going to find yourself living in a world with a lot fewer humans.
That should be interesting.
And a lot more.
robots.
So what do you think?
Would that be more pleasant?
I mean, if you're walking in downtown Seattle, would you rather see a bunch of robots walking around or all the drug users on the streets and all the violent criminals and rapists and addicts that are on the streets right now?
I don't know.
Probably the robots would be a more pleasant thing to see there in that case.
Can you imagine?
Human cities will be turned into ghost towns because there's no need for the human cities because there won't be that many humans around.
So why would you need human cities, right?
And a lot of the manufacturing action will, of course, be moved out of the inner cities into the surrounding areas, which is actually closer to the power grid.
You know, the power grid substations and distribution centers are outside the cities.
And that's where you're going to see the robot cities rise up, the robot manufacturing cities.
And they're going to be numerous.
And again, if you're if you make it through all the depopulation agendas, you'll be one human among many robots.
At some point, it'll be like, you know, one to ten ratio, one human for every ten robots.
on planet Earth.
Might be a billion humans and 10 billion robots.
That'll be interesting.
So yeah, depopulation is real and the way to survive it is to decentralize.
Decentralize your life, your medicine, your food supply, your power dependence, you know, all of it.
And of course you can watch my show to learn how to do that.
It's called decentralize.tv.
That's the website.
Decentralize.tv.
And we've published over a hundred interviews there with all kinds of top technology guests and people who focus on decentralization of the food.
supply and medicine and technology and regaining your privacy and finances and much more so check that out at decentralize.tv and if you also want to get the best information on all of this visit our free online ai engine it's called enoch and it's available at brightion.ai and you can use it for free right now and it's trained on the world's best set of curated knowledge on decentralization
and off-grid living, natural medicine, complementary medicine.
I mean, everything you can imagine that you need in order to live and survive, we've got it in Enoch.

Take care.
Okay, so I've got another special report coming up for you here but first I wanted to I want to remind you of a couple things first of all make sure you're using our free AI engine at brightion.ai because it's really awesome and we have actually switched the engine over now to the French based the French model which is Mistral and we found out that this French model And I've used Mistral before in the past
and it was an early, a really great early model, but it became obsolete when Quen came out and DeepSeek and so on.
But now, Mistral's got a newer model that happens to work really well with our data set.
And it's got fewer guardrails than the Quinn model.
Because something happened with the Chinese models recently where they started to become a lot more pro-vaccine.
And even though we have a method of mind-wiping the base models to some extent and then reprogramming them, essentially, with new knowledge, it's only partially effective.
And we found out that we have more success with Mistral using our approach than we did.
with Quen.
So we've switched it over to Mistral recently.
And if you haven't yet used our AI engine, a couple of things to note.
There's a free tier and you get 250 prompts per day free of charge at brytown.ai.
If you are a Health Ranger store customer, then there's a VIP tier and there's a link for that right at brytown.ai.
And if you're a VIP user, then you get all these so-called flows or these kind of pre-built prompts that can help you with lots of things like building a menu, creating a menu, a shopping list for dinner plans, or coming up., we're going to have different kinds of things that allow you to easily look at the root causes of symptoms and diseases and things like that.
We've got an ingredients checker.
So you can enter the name of any ingredient and it will tell you all about that specific ingredient, whether it's good or bad, et cetera.
And there are also different flows about home gardening and things like that.
So that's all available to you.
If you're a store customer, it's all free.
You could achieve the same thing yourself just by creating your own prompt.
But sometimes it's easier if you have a prompt template already in place and that's what we've provided for our store customers now we've got something new at our store to share with you if you go to healthrangerstore.com slash red light that is red light this is about the therapeutic near infrared light devices and I've got an interview coming up today with the founder of the Mito red light company And I think you're going to find that to be incredibly
fascinating.
So we now carry their products through our store.
And again, it's healthrangerstore.com slash red light.
And it's not a red light district if you're thinking that.
It just occurred to me that some people might think it's that.
No, it's about the therapeutic red lights, you know, infrared or near infrared lights.
It's a red light device or a whole collection of devices.
Anyway, that's available at our store site right now.
And then you could also, of course, find laboratory tested, certified organic.
foods and superfoods, nutritional supplements, personal care products, everything from mouthwash, ultra clean, colloidal silver-based, toothpaste, a deodorant that's based on baking soda instead of aluminum.
You don't want toxic aluminum.
It's got magnesium and baking soda in it and many other high-end ingredients.
We've got all these products formulated and available for you at healthrangerstore.com.
And we thank you for your support so that we can continue to mock stupidity on our free speech platforms because that's obviously very important for the world today that we have freedom of speech.
And that includes, you know, all of our multiple platforms.
And thank you for supporting us.
All right.
I've got one more special report for you here today.
And that's achieving off-grid power independence, the best options for 2025.
So if you're interested in getting completely off-grid and having your own home power set up, the options are still not great.
So I give you the best option available today with some news about what's coming up over the next, let's say, two to three years, which will radically change this.
Within a few years, you'll be able to be a lot more effectively, completely off-grid, more cost effectively, where you don't have to depend on the failing main power grid, which is already suffering from all kinds of problems across the United States and many other regions of the world, including Spain recently.
Spain lost its power grid for an afternoon or something.
Enough for everybody to notice that the elevators stopped working and the airports went offline.
So it was a wake-up call, that's for sure.
So anyway, enjoy the special report about off-grid power independence, and then enjoy today's interview with the founder of the Mito.
a red light company that has some really interesting solutions for you.
And I'll be back with you tomorrow with a little bit more satire about I don't know.
Who should we make fun of tomorrow?
Can we mock the Germans next?
That's always fun.
Or we could mock ourselves.
We could mock Southerners.
I could show you my gun collection or something.
It's like, that's so American.
I don't know.
I'll think about it.
We'll figure out who to mock tomorrow.
In the meantime, pray for humanity because we are in trouble in our world.
All right, be safe, everybody.
Enjoy the rest of the show.
With the power grid becoming increasingly unreliable and of course more data centers coming online taking away the power that would otherwise be available to homes and businesses, it's more important than ever to be able to get off the grid, off the power grid and have power self-reliance as much as possible.
This is very difficult to achieve and there are no good solutions yet.
But there are a couple on the horizon and I thought I would discuss this with you because I've been working on this problem for, I don't know, 15 years something like that playing around with different solutions solar battery systems off-grid hybrid research into flow battery systems which are not appropriate for residential use lithium ion batteries and then of course the upcoming wave of sodium ion batteries also storing energy
in the form of diesel fuel and diesel generators etc so let me tell you what I've come to, the conclusions.
The simplest and easiest way to have some kind of off-grid power is to have a solar generator.
And a solar generator, you it's basically just a charging station that you can connect solar panels to.
There are a number of different brands available.
Our sponsor, the Satellite Phone Store, has them at bereddyone23.com.
You can get solar generators there or satone23.com.
With some pretty portable panels, actually, you can get maybe 400 watts or even 800 watts of power input on a sunny day.
You can charge that sucker.
It's got onboard charge controllers and, of course, an onboard inverter and typically lithium-ion batteries on board.
And that way you can charge your mobile phones.
You can charge, you know, flashlight batteries.
You can run laptop computers, even blenders, small refrigerators, things like that.
So that's the easiest option.
It's the least expensive option.
But it's not going to run your house and it's not going to run your air conditioning.
So air conditioning is really critical for surviving our modern world because before They had very tall ceilings, for example.
They had a lot of open windows, open breezeways so that there was some airflow through.
You know, they had tile floors which were cooler.
They were made, especially in the southwest at places like Arizona and California.
They were made with tapia or kind of traditional ethnic Hispanic construction that was naturally cooler because the large blocks of mud would function as heat sinks or coolness sinks out of phase with the day so that when the sun was overhead, your home was much cooler.
And then when the nights got cold, your home was warmer because of the construction techniques.
And you can still find older homes in places like Arizona or Southern California or even West Texas that were built in the 1960s or 70s that are built that way.
And you can actually survive in those homes without air conditioning.
But most homes in which people live today require air conditioning to be livable at all because they're sealed up.
They're sealed up to achieve the high climate ratings or energy efficiency ratings.
So they have virtually no air exchange with the outside air so that they need the least amount of air conditioning as possible.
is possible so everything's closed up there's no fresh air you actually have worse quality of indoor air under these conditions and without air conditioning it's just an oven it's just going to cook you so air conditioning is key to having our homes be survivable And once you realize you probably can't live in your house without air conditioning,
at least during the summer months, and what about heat in the winter, etc., then you realize we're going to have to do something more than a solar generator here.
This isn't going to be just some little portable thing.
thing that you can hand carry around.
You're going to have to have a much larger power infrastructure in order to be off grid.
Now, solar is great, but solar doesn't work off grid unless you have an entirely off grid system, which most people don't have.
So solar power is a grid-tie system in almost every case.
And the only way to go entirely off grid is to invest in a massive battery bank.
And of course, the inverters and the charge controllers and all the infrastructure of solar to batteries, typically with a generator somewhere in the mix there so that you can generate power on cloudy days or rainy days, etc.
If you add a generator, it dramatically lowers your overall cost of solar installation.
So even then, your battery costs are going to be through the roof because battery technology is still not great.
That may be changing with the arrival of sodium-ion batteries, but we're not quite there yet.
it's still very expensive and the, the lifetime of those batteries or the number of cycles they endure is not good.
Obviously, uh, Don't even bother with that because you'll spend a fortune on replacing the batteries every few years.
And then lithium-ion batteries, which have become a lot less expensive lately, are typically used in a lot of those options.
And things like, you know, the Tesla wall, which is a giant lithium-ion battery, or not even really giant.
But there are a lot of lithium-ion battery options.
thing I don't like about lithium-ion batteries is that you're installing them typically in your garage, and if they ever catch on fire, if they get punctured by anything, they're I mean, not by any typical fire control means.
You'll end up burning down your whole house because of the lithium-ion batteries in your garage because nobody can put them out.
And it strikes me as just a very bad idea to have basically a ticking time bomb of massive fires sitting in your garage.
So that brings up the chemistry of sodium-ion batteries.
which have most of the best characteristics of lithium-ion batteries except they're not flammable and you don't need lithium in them.
You need sodium, which is a very commonly available element, obviously, all over North America and many other places.
And then you need some certain trace minerals in the cathodes and the anodes or whatever.
The battery chemistry, you know, you're going to need some copper.
You're going to need some, I don't know, maybe gallium or whatever.
But the bulk of it is sodium.
And they're not as compact as the lithium-ion batteries, but who cares if you have a garage.
You know, if it takes up 30% more space, you don't really care.
The thing is, the sodium-ion batteries, they endure many more cycles.
Some of them endure 8,000 to 10,0000 cycles still maintaining something like I think 80% of their overall you know depth of charge so that's a breakthrough really and those are starting to come online so I just ordered for the first time some 12 volt truck battery replacements that are made out of sodium ion chemistry I haven't received them yet but when I do I'll probably shoot a little video show you and
you know give you a report of the performance Or I might install one in one of my pieces of farm equipment and kind of show you that.
But personally, I'm very excited about the idea of having sodium ion batteries as a possible alternative now there are makers of sodium ion that can be used for off-grid systems they're just coming online right now i would expect that over the next two to three years you're going to see mass production of sodium ion batteries and you're going to see them in the higher voltages they're used for off-grid systems like 48 volt systems and When that happens,
I'm going to acquire those and I'm going to attempt an off-grid system that is what the inputs would be partially solar and partially generator and I'm going to see if that's viable at that point because of all the benefits of sodium ion technology, I guess we'll see.
But that's a couple years away.
So what's the best option right now?
Well, believe it or not, the best option right now is a whole house diesel generator.
And believe me, I've done all the research, I've done all the math, I've done all the cost analysis.
Your best option is a diesel generator.
And it needs to be sufficient to handle your whole house.
then what you do is you have an electrician install a transfer switch.
And so you install your diesel generator wherever it works on your property, you know, outside the garage or backyard or wherever.
And then you run a big thick cable from that generator to a transfer switch, which I personally, I suggest you make it a manual transfer switch because the automatic transfer switches, they suck and they break.
And when they break, you're screwed.
And yes I've had that happen before so A manual transfer switch is super reliable.
You grab the switch and you throw the switch and guess what?
Yeah, it's transferred.
So there's nothing to go wrong on a manual transfer switch.
So that's what I strongly recommend.
It just means when the power goes out, you're going to have to walk out into your garage.
You're going to have to fire up the generator.
You need to let it warm up a little bit.
And yes, I recommend diesel.
And Kubota has a model.
I've actually got one of theirs.
I think it's 11 kilowatts.
That's plenty for most households, by the way.
And it's a very reliable generator, relatively easy to maintain.
The fuel tank is not that large, however.
It's a work site generator.
So you're going to have to refuel it every few hours.
You can go with other generators that are larger, that have much deeper fuel tanks.
But remember that you want to run diesels at a minimum of 30 to 35 percent of their total capacity in order to make sure they get hot enough to burn off the product of the diesel combustion.
If you don't run those diesel engines at at least 30 percent power, you're going to cause problems in the engine over time.
And you're going to end up with like some nasty oily liquid coming out of the stack.
So it's called, I think it's called stacking your diesel engine.
And that's just buildup of the unburned exhaust products because your engine never got hot enough.
All right.
So you don't want to oversize the diesel engine.
want to get it, I say get it about twice the capacity of where you, of your average real-time load.
So if you're real-time load, obviously you need to have...
Anyway, you have to warm up your diesel engine for a few minutes anyway before you put the load on it, before you throw the transfer switch.
The advantage of the diesel generator is, of course, you can store diesel fuel, which is stored electricity in essence that can be converted to electricity through the diesel generator.
You can store diesel safely.
and cost effectively.
500 gallons of diesel costs you what today?
I mean, it's less than $3 a gallon.
at the moment typically and especially if you're getting the red dye diesel because it's you don't pay road taxes on it you don't pay the federal tax so cheap agricultural diesel fuel can be stored very inexpensively and diesel has a lot of energy per liter so you get a ton of electricity out of it it does a lot of work and that's great And if you have a diesel vehicle,
of course, you can also use it to extend the range of your vehicle without going to a gas station, because if there's a power outage, then the gas stations won't be functioning.
So I know it costs something, but the best option today is one, get a diesel generator sized appropriately to what you intend and get a transfer switch, get it in place.
Two, get a diesel storage tank.
500 gallons is typically the minimum because a diesel delivery company won't even deliver less than 500 gallons typically.
And if you want to store 1,000 gallons, that's even better.
Make sure it's a double-walled tank and it's safety listed and everything else.
Make sure it's installed correctly.
This is going to cost.
And then get a diesel vehicle if you want to have double use of that.
And also if you have a little hobby tractor or if you live on a small ranch or a hobby farm.
or something like that, guess what?
Your tractor is going to run on diesel too.
So now you've got three uses of that same fuel, and that's smart.
That's smart.
One power source, diesel, gives you three different ways to use it.
And then you can decide, you know, how to split up the diesel fuel between your car, your tractor, and your generator.
Now, the downside to the generators is, of course, you need to change the oil filter typically about every 250 hours, which is only about 10 days of operation if you're running it 24-7.
So you're going to need to stockpile oil filters and there's also diesel fuel filters right and then there's also a fan belt typically with the the cooling fan and you're gonna need to look at the required spare parts there and you're gonna need to stock those for several months of operation for however many months you want to be still online if the power grid goes down.
So you could end up stocking a lot of diesel fuel filters, which fortunately are not very expensive and they're easy to replace.
you know, diesel generators are typically pretty easy to maintain and do basic maintenance on, right?
And if you end up with extra, well, they have a very long shelf life.
So don't worry.
Just hold on to them.
Of course, you're also going to need diesel engine oil itself, the oil.
The good news there is, depending on your tractor or your car, you might be able to just get the same oil for all three vehicles.
It's kind of like a generic diesel engine oil.
Now, some diesel engines require a special weight of oil.
So obviously check the specs and everything.
But I just, like, I buy oil by the 50 gallon drum.
Because that's just the kind of of prepper I am.
But I've got multiple vehicles to deal with, tractors or whatever, ranch equipment.
And it's also cheaper in a 50-gallon drum, and a 50-gallon drum is very durable.
Just don't leave it outside in the rain or anything, obviously.
So that's my advice.

Welcome to today's interview here on bryteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams.
I've got some new interesting hardware that we're going to demo for you here today.
It's a red light therapy device from a company called Mito.
Red light, MITO, which is short for mitochondria.
Of course, the energy producers of your cells will get into all of that.
And we're joined by the founder of the Mito company.
It's Scott Chaveri, and he joins us right now to talk about this technology and how it's useful for all of us.
So welcome, Scott.
It's great to have you here today.
I'm excited to be here.
Thanks for having me.
Well, it's nice to meet you because I have seen many of your products products, but I didn't know the founder behind it.
So can you give us your kind of a quick summary of who you are and your company, what it's all about?
Sure.
Well, we've been in business seven years.
And I mean, I've always been a biohacker at heart, actually.
We just met, but I did want to say thank you for everything you've done to kind of educate the masses.
I actually read an ebook by you twenty years ago, I think it was on spirulina and chlorella.
Oh really?
I've been swallowing a lot of chlorella about twenty years ago.
So thank you for that.
And so I've always been a biohacker at heart.
Always super interested in health and wellness, although I had a career in finance before I started MITO, but mainly because I was solving my own health problems.
You know, I had bad acne as a teenager, had low energy in my twenties, which is, and into my early thirties, which is when I read your ebook, and so always looking for solutions for the problems that I was having.
And of course, the conventional system is lacking in many kinds of root cause solutions.
And so I've tried many, many different things, supplements and other technologies, and I stumbled upon red light probably about ten years ago.
And I used it myself and I noticed I was sleeping a lot better when I was using it.
And I just felt that the devices at the time were super expensive.
And I was like, well, maybe there's a way to bring things to market that aren't that that are as effective but not as expensive.
And that was really kind of the origin story of the company.
Wow.
Okay.
So then what?
You sat down with engineers and you figured out how to how to put this together with some affordable LEDs.
Basically, it's about six months of prototyping, trying different things.
And when we launched actually, we launched in January 2019 with just three basic products, three basic.
light panels, just 660 nanometer red, 850 nanometer near infrared.
And then I remember about six months in, I was nervous about adding a fourth SKU because, you know, people get paralysis analysis when you have too many options, right?
But now we've got like 60 SKUs.
You know, we've really expanded our product portfolio and again, I'm a biohacker at heart, so whenever I can come up with something, if I can, if I think I can design something and solve a problem, then I'll do that.
Or if I can design something that's better than what's out on the market, I will do that.
And so it's been a fun ride in that, you know, getting to kind of channel my creative side and innovate and create new products.
Well, I'm really glad we connected with you because we've been looking for a long time for really high quality, durable, long-lasting red light therapy devices that also have the right frequencies of red light.
And there are several different options out there to choose from.
But I want to mention, and I'm going to ask you about your technology, and I've got a sample right here on my desk to show people.
This is going to be fun.
But I want to mention right up front, you and I both agree, it's blocking you.
Let me, there we go.
Let me get it out of your way.
You and I both agree that, you know, sunlight is Mother Nature's first.
is first and most abundant and free light source and I love getting sunlight I exercise in the sun every day except you know rainy days.
And I know you do as well.
But there's so many circumstances in which people don't have easy access to sunlight and also on all the parts of their body that need exposure.
So I want to talk about that in a second.
Let me first just give out the URL where people can find your product line on our website.
So folks, if you go to healthrangerstore.com slash red light.
all one word all together it's just healthrangerstore.com slash red light you'll see the MITO product line here which has all of these various panels that are available.
They're all high-quality devices, and I've got one on my desk here that we're about to get into.
But Scott, tell us about the wavelengths that you incorporate and what makes your panels better than the sort of super cheap low-end products that are sometimes out there.
Yeah, so pretty much you want to use wavelengths in what is described in the literature as the optical window, and you can look this up even on Wikipedia, the near-infrared biological window.
And generally, it's about 600 nanometers, which is orange-ish, I mean, 590 is yellow, 600 to 630 to 630 is amber orange, 660 is red, and then going up to about 900 nanometers, which is actually near infrared, which is invisible.
And so why is that range of wavelengths special?
Well, it's where the wavelengths can penetrate deep into the body but not get absorbed by water and turned into heat.
So a lot of times folks will get confused.
They'll hear infrared and they'll think infrared sauna and mid infrared and far infrared, very long wavelengths, 3000 nanometers up to 10,000 nanometers.
They do get they do go deep into the body but they get absorbed by water and turned into heat, hence why they' are used in saunas.
And so the optical window, this narrow window in the electromagnetic spectrum from the end of the visible light spectrum up into the bottom of the near infrared light spectrum, is not absorbed by water.
So they can penetrate deep into the body and act on the mitochondria.
And there are several mechanisms of action, but the primary mechanism is that essentially these wavelengths of light get harnessed by the mitochondria and they help the mitochondria make energy.
So you see ATP increase, which is adenosine triphosphate, the cellular energy.
And if your cells have more energy at their disposal.
They can essentially they can do their job better.
That's kind of the nuts and bolts of how it helps people.
And then, as you said, there was like an EPA study, I think around twenty years ago, where they determined that the modern human was spending in the Western world, spending about 93% of their time indoors.
And so they're very, very different than our ancestors even, you know, 150 years ago, and then obviously for thousands of years before that, where we would have been outside in the sun pretty much all day long, bathing in these beneficial wavelengths of life from the sun.
And so my stance is that pretty much everybodyody is massively deficient in these beneficial wavelengths of light.
And from that standpoint, it makes sense to supplement.
And if you can do so with a well-designed device that is safe, that's putting out a good amount of light, but it's well within the safety range, then you should do so.
I completely agree with that.
And this has been actually, you know, as the Health Ranger, I've been focused on nutrition and superfoods and phytonutrients for 25 years.
The biggest gap in my own understanding was light.
Yep.
I didn't realize the importance of light.
And there are so many great voices out there, people I've interviewed from Dr. Jack Cruz and others who talk about the importance of light.
And as you can probably see, my skin right now is actually more tanned than I usually am because I'm out in the sun every day.
But I also use red light therapy in the morning to wake up with.
It's like this burst of light is so critical.
And you mentioned the mitochondria, but it's also what I learned is that there are photoreceptors on.
many, many organs throughout the body and many tissues throughout the body.
I mean, actual photoreceptors inside the body.
Can you talk about that a little bit?
Sure.
Well, it's fascinating.
I mean, this is why, you know, I'm I'm sitting here, partly because of folks like you and Dr. Cruz who have been talking about these things for a long time.
And yes, you know, we and that's why, you know, we need to I agree with Dr. Cruz and you that we need to get back to nature.
And, you know, we need to, most people need to be out in the sun more often.
And we need to be mindful of how modern life is booby trapping us, setting booby traps for us.
You know, a good example is talking about photoreceptors.tors in your eyes that when they're exposed to UV light, they actually will cause your skin to produce melanin.
You have a good tan, but if you were out, I would bet that you wouldn't wear sunglasses, because if you were wearing sunglasses, you might not have as good a tan.
That's right, I do not wear sunglasses because of what I've learned.
It's fascinating, right?
So you can actually more likely to burn your skin if you wear sunglasses because you're blocking those photoreceptors that would send signals to your skin to create melanin.
Interesting.
So things like that.
So we just need to be mindful of these things.
And but at the same time, why a modern life, there's so many booby traps with modern technology, and we should be mindful of those.
On the flip side, modern technology has given us some band-aids at a minimum or some solutions that we can integrate into our lifestyle to help mitigate the booby traps.
Absolutely.
And also some people live in climates where they barely have any sunlight.
I'm thinking like the northwest of the United States, you know, live in Seattle or Portland or London for that matter.
You barely see the sun, you know?
So it has to be augmented in a lot of places.
But even I live in Texas and I still augment it myself anyway, just because it's.
Well, let me put it this way.
I do jog on my own private ranch, but I don't jog naked.
OK, so or all day.
I mean, all day.
Right.
I'm working inside and right.
I'm jogging like 30 minutes.
So I'm getting 30 minutes of intense sunlight as naked as I can get.
was still wearing shoes and shorts you know but in In the privacy of your own home, you can get this light therapy all over your pelvis, your buttocks, your genitals, even, I mean, why is it important to have that exposure in those places?
Well, at the end of the day, again, to the extent that the cells that receive this energy that have mitochondria, which is pretty much every cell in your body except for your red blood cells, there's potential for them to benefit.
So why wouldn't you want it to get it everywhere?
And as a fact, part of my origin story was that I was about to turn forty and I was worried about testosterone.
And so I and I had read some anecdotes of red light on the crown jewels, getting jewels, which is I actually wrote an article about this a few years ago.
Could getting jewels on the crown jewels help with testosterone?, joules is a term.
The unit of energy.
The watt, yeah.
And so it actually didn't work for me in full transparency.
I mean, my testosterone was mid 500 S. I think I was kind of average for the typical 40-year-old, or maybe even slightly above average, which is another whole discussion.
But it has worked for some of our customers who were very low in the 200 to 300 range.
They've told us that they used red light on the Crown Jules, and then they got up to normal.
And so to the extent that the red light helped their testicular function and pump out more testosterone, that would be the hypothesis of how it worked, that would be a good thing.
But at the end of the day, we just want our cells to function as well as they possibly can, and that means giving your cells what they need, which obviously is nutrition and water, clean water, clean air and light, and then also minimizing the poisons and the toxins unfortunately that we're surrounded by.
Yeah, absolutely.
There are so many important functions that it helps support, and now for the women watching, of course, it's important, I believe, to get red light on your breast tissue.
And very few women jog topless for obvious reasons, but again, in the privacy of your own home, you can have this kind of therapy.
There are many people, especially more elderly people, who maybe are homebound or recovering from an injury or are unable to walk safely outside, especially for those people, this kind of device can bring them photons at these wavelengths that they otherwise could not get at all.
Yeah, well, hopefully we can change that.
You know, I would really love to see us to start building hospitals where you can go outside and get sunlight as part of being in a hospital.
Just being away from that.
Right, right.
I know.
Those are called the solariums, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that was obviously in the COVID era too.
People, it was driving me crazy.
People would go to the beach and you'd see them getting in trouble.
And that's probably the best place you could possibly be during a pandemic.
In the sun, I mean, sunlight is the best disinfectant.
And also those beneficial wavelengths of light.
And we didn't even talk about ultraviolet light, too, which is super important for vitamin D. And something like one billion people have deficiency in vitamin D. Oh, it's incredible.
And also, I read a study recently that being exposed to sunlight improves your eye health and your vision, even if your eyes are closed.
Because the rays are penetratinging and activating cells elsewhere around your ocular regions.
So there are all kinds of benefits to that.
Well, and the, it's funny, I, so we generally recommend people wear the glasses, and that's just to err on the side of caution because the lights are very bright.
But I remember I had a scientist in the early years reach out to me and had a long phone conversation with him, and he was yelling at me, telling me that I was depriving people of the brain benefits of the light because he said that he argued that that's the path of least resistance to get the red and neuron for it to the brain is through the ocular cavity.
True.
That's what he was telling me.
But infrared will actually penetrate through bones.
So eight ten nanometers, low eight hundred to mid eight hundred nanometers near infrared will actually go through the skull and will reach the brain.
That's right.
So we have a helmet which is eight ten nanometers, which is specifically designed for brain health.
And the interesting thing about the brain is the brain doesn't get exposed to a lot of light, because it is covered by the skull and hair.
So you don't need a lot to really move the needle.
It's very sensitive to light.
So if you can get a little bit there, there's reason to believe that you could actually make a difference in brain health.
Wow, I didn't see a helmet.
That sounds fun.
You have two different types.
We have a hair growth helmet which is red lasers.
And then we've got a brain helmet which is near infrared LEDs.
Okay, interesting.
Well, I guess we'll have to figure out how to add that to our cart, but I would put it on and pretend to be magneto.
Yeah.
Protects you from psychic attacks.
No.
Let me turn on this device here.
Now, I'm going to close my eyes just for a moment because it is super bright, but I want our audience to see how bright this is.
So I'm going to hit go on this sucker here.
And whoa, power that on.
Okay.
So now my eyes are adjusting.
It's pretty bright.
Yeah.
And let me just aim it at the camera here so people can see bone.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
It's not the whole camera.
Yeah.
So it's very, it's intense.
Now, let me turn it off here.
It's got its own really rugged metal frame.
Let me show the back here.
It's got its own cooling fan.
So this is a very rugged device.
This isn't like cheap plastic.
This is a metal frame, metal stand with a hinge.
You can set it up in different configurations, you know, thick power cord.
It's got its own display here on the side right there.
I don't know if we can zoom.
Oh, I'm sorry, I'm covering your face again.
My bad.
There we go.
But this display, and then you can choose all kinds of different options.
Can you walk us through some of the key features of this particular panel?
So there's six wavelengths in that panel, 590 nanometers, which is yellow, 630 amber, 660 red.
And then there are three near-infrared wavelengths, 810, 830, 850.
And so we...
And so there are actually four different points or four different peak action spactres for cytochrome c oxidase.
And so, and there's 620, 670, 760, which you don't really see too much in the research, and then 830 nanometers.
And so we were one of the first to add in these wavelengths, which better target the peak action spactres, which is kind of logical.
And it wasn't until after I read the paper that I realized that a lot of the companies, you know, the origins of the red light therapy industry were using 660 nanometer red, 850 nanometer near infrared.
And that was because those, that's what was available, 660 nanometer LED chips were used in grow lights and 850 nanometers is used in the security camera industry.
So it was just a supply chain issue.
It really wasn't driven by science.
It was just, you know, that's what we could get.
And so now we've learned and so we've added these other wavelengths to better target cytochrome c oxidase.
And then there's other things like 590 nanometers has been shown to increase nitric oxide in the skin.
It's, uh, there's studies on 590 nanometers in melasma, which is a common concern.
So we wanted to have a broad spectral coverage within the optical window.
And then you've got different modes.
where you can use all red, all ninefread.
There's a dimmer.
We have an alarm function if you want to put it on your nightstand and have the nice warm red glow waking you up in the morning.
We've added that as well.
Oh, that's actually really important.
That helps waking you up the way nature intended.
Right, and rather than having a blaring alarm clock, which is not the way nature intended by any stretch.
What else do we have in there?
And then, like you said, I'm very proud of the build quality.
This is the type of thing you buy it as long as you keep it in a, you know, not in a hot environment or not in an overly cold environment., like more or less room temperature and not in a superhumid environment, it should last many, many years.
And so you can think of it as an investment, but it's something that will serve you for a long time.
Well, no, the LEDs are not going to burn out.
I mean, those are going to last a lifetime.
They do, they do.
I mean, the useful life is something like fifty thousand hours.
And I think I did the math, if you used it, it's something like seventeen years or something if you used it all day.
It's going to last a long time.
And so it's a terrible business to be in from that standpoint.
There's no planned obsolescence built into the devices, but I'm very proud of the build quality.
When you pick that thing up, I want you to be like, wow, this thing is built really well.
And I think that we've accomplished that.
It is.
And I always like really rugged devices, well-made devices that I can count on.
And yours clearly qualifies.
And I want to mention, if you go to our website again, healthrangerstore.com slash red light, that you can get these starting at about $450.
So it's a reasonable entry into this that can significantly deliver the photons that you need.
And of course, there are different models available that go up in price from there, just depending on, you know, what size you want, et cetera.
But what do you recommend in terms of usage duration for a typical person?
What should they count on doing here?
Like how many minutes a day is morning best?
What do you recommend?
So that's an interesting question.
I don't know that we know the best time of day.
You know, I would say any time that the sun is above the horizon, you're getting infrared.
So any time during the day, I think would be fine.
I do think personally, it's a nice way to wake up.
So I do like to use it in the morning.
I notice I drink less coffee personally when I'm using lights in the morning.
I do ten minutes, although I have, I'm very blessed when it comes to my light setup.
I've got two in my house, I have two huge body size setups, front and back.
So I'm able to illuminate front and back of my body, head to toe, and I do that for ten minutes.
Here in the office, I have a bed, because we also have a very high quality medical grade bed that's 29,000, but it's a beautiful bed, and I am very fortunate to be able to use that during the week.
I usually use that around lunchtime because I have a, I use the bed, and then I have a narrowband UVB light that I use right in.
And I like to use the narrowband UVB light at noon because that's when nature would be delivering UVB to my body.
So I do, so my during the week protocol is bed at noon and then the UVB lamp right after.
But generally speaking, with our devices, ten minutes on the area of concern is plenty.
You know, I think generally in the research, you want to be somewhere between anywhere between six joules of energy for, like, sensitive area like the eyes up to sixty joules of energy for deep tissue, maybe an injury recovery.
And our devices put out roughly three joules per minute.
So ten minutes is about thirty joules.
And so that's right in the middle of that range.
And you can kind of play with that.
You know, if it's a sensitive area, maybe a little bit less.
If you've got an injury or something, an acute problem that you're trying to get over, maybe go up to twenty minutes and do sixty joules.
But that's a pretty good guideline.
And in seven years, you know, the actual about one in one thousand people report some sensitivity to the light.
Usually it's just redness of the skin that goes away when you stop using it.
So it's quite safe.
And at what distance were those joules calculated?
Six inches.
So we test every light in a lab at six inches.
Rough rule of thumb, if you go from six to twelve, the intensity drops off about twenty percent.
And if you go from twelve to eighteen, it drops off another twenty percent.
So if you wanted to stand further back, I would just say maybe increase the time by twenty percent.
I see.
Okay.
All right.
That's good to know.
All right.
Thanks for all that information.
That's really good.
I want to ask you about our society.
Western civilization has been conducting what I would call a war on light.
Right?
I mean that's the only way to describe it.
It's a war on light.
So we've been told for decades that the sun is evil and that it will kill you and that you have to do everything to block the sun.
You've got to put on more clothing, more layers.
You need all kinds of hats.
And by the way, I've noticed that I live in rural Texas and all the farmers that wear hats all the time, they've got more hair loss than people who don't wear hats.
So that's an issue.
Even in my own family, I noticed that some of my relatives who who obviously share my jeans You know, I've got more hair than they do because I intentionally do not wear hats.
I just get more sunlight on.
But it's way beyond that.
The war on light is also everybody wants to slather on sunscreen, which is highly toxic with these horrible cancer causing fragrance chemicals.
And then, of course, during COVID, we were told, oh, you have to be indoors, that it's dangerous to be outside.
And then we have the whole incandescent lights being banned and replaced with these toxic flickering fluorescent lights, which are, you know, have all these bad frequencies.
So what the hell, man?
Why is our government at war with light?
Well, that's a great question.
So I think I could answer that.
I mean, on probably the most generous interpretation of what's going on is that, you know, we need to be energy efficiicient and we need to adopt these technologies which are, you know, super energy efficient and fluorescence and LEDs, the LEDs that they use in ambient lighting are quite energy efficient.
Now, I think fluorescence needs to go away.
And I think that the problem with LEDs, at least as far as they're used with ambient lighting, can be solved with more LEDs.
And so that's something that actually that I'm working on on the side, because you're right, even the LED light and incandescence essentially are a more natural form of light.
They emit light through black body radiation, just like the sun.
And infrared, as we've just discussed, is very important for our biology.
And so I believe that by taking the incandescence out and putting these blue LEDs, these blue white LEDs, which I can explain a little bit more in detail, that we are not doing our biology any favors.
We are robbing it was a source of infrared that again, we would be out in the sun getting this all day.
At least through the 50s through the 90s, we were inside with incandescence, getting some infrared from the incandescent bulbs.
True.
Now we've gone to fluorescence and LEDs, and now the fluorescence, the infrared is completely gone.
And also pretty much red light is gone.
too.
The way that those blue LEDs, excuse me, the white ambient LEDs work, it's actually a blue LED and then a blue LED which shines through what's called a yellow phosphor.
It's basically a yellow coating.
And that yellow plus blue makes green.
It's kind of green and then just enough of orange where our brain perceives that as white light, but it's fake white light.
True full spectrum white light is all parts of the rainbow.
And it's, you know, and if you look at a spectral graph, it looks just like the sun.
And if you look at a spectral graph of a white LED, it's a sharp spike of blue and then a kind of a lower hill of green and a little bit of orange orange and yellow.
Brain perceives that as white, but that is super foreign to our biology.
And I strongly believe that it's not the best for our health.
Having said that, it is super energy efficient.
So what if we could use LEDs to fill in those gaps and have a more full spectrum light and still have the energy efficiency?
That would be the best of both worlds.
And that's what I'm trying to figure out.
But it's harder than it sounds.
And so I've been working on it for a couple of years and it's hard because LEDs are narrow band and to get this kind of full spectrum output, you know, it's it's tak it's taking some work but it's something that i am i i is needed and that i'm working on see that's right there that's i mean that's a billion dollar business if you could create led light bulbs that that output all the near infrared or possibly even infrared i mean wow i mean who wouldn't
want to buy those if they're aware of these issues yes and that's part of what we need to do is raise awareness too because the uh I think we can have our cake and eat it too in the sense that I, again, the problem with the LEDs can be solved with more LEDs and really just filling out that spectrum.
And then there's debate in the scientific community about how, like, where, how much infrared do you need?
My personal opinion is that pretty much up to 1000 nanometers is where you want to go.
Above that, it's wasteful.
It turns into heat.
So I think we can do it.
I'm still, but it's, and I agree with you, it's a huge opportunity, which is why I'm working on it.
But also, it's really just, it's a problem that needs to be solved.
And that's absolutely right.
That's the main reason I'm working on it.
I'd love that idea.
Yeah.
I'd love to partner with you on promoting that.
If you get prototypes or anything like that, I mean, wow.
I instantly see what a big deal that is.
All right, let's pivot a little bit here and let's talk about skin color.
So obviously, melanin in the skin is a natural protection against UV radiation.
And so people whose ethnicity or their ancestry came from areas closer to the equator, they needed that extra protection because they had so much sunlight.
So folks, this is why Hispanics have darker skin than white people.
White people actually over time, their bodies got rid of the darkness in their skin because they needed the extra vitamin D because they were living in northern latitudes, right?
But if you look at somebody and their skin is darker, their ancestry came from areas with much more sunlight, right?
But now then people with darker skin live indoors.
And imagine like a black man living in, you know, Canada or something, is getting a tiny fraction of the sunlight that his ancestors got, which was the right amount.
So now that person especially is incredibly light deficient.
And I'm not just talking about vitamin D deficiency and prostate cancer risk, which is a huge issue among African Americans.
But I'm talking about just the light deficiency of the light penetrating your skin.
So what do you know about skin color or melanin content versus the penetration of these optical wavelengths?
Well, there are a few main chromophores in the human body that absorb light.
And one of them, as you mentioned, is melanin.
And actually, melanin does absorb amber and red light.
Pretty substantially.
And so one of the things that we This is actually one of the things that's, again, I'm working on or trying to understand a little bit better is that if you actually look at the absorption curve of the different wavelengths of light, you see melanin as a chromophore.
And so people with darker skin, they experience red light therapy.
They feel a little bit more heat in their skin because their melanin is absorbing that red light.
And so to me, logically, on balance, those folks probably want more infrared because the melanin absorption drops off as you get into the near infrared part of the spectrum.
And so I think that it's very similar to how they don't get as much benefit.
They need more UV to get the same vitamin D output because the melanin is absorbing the UV.
It's the same thing with red light.
And so on balance, they probably should be using more infraredfrared because that's actually what's going to penetrate past the melanin and actually act on the tissues.
Now, I, you know, we're doing our best to kind of gather data and, you know, we have an app.
You don't have to use the app when you use the device, but if you do, we ask some intake questions.
And my hope is to kind of prove this out over time and then have more specific recommendations depending on user characteristics and what they're trying to use the light for, right?
Right.
And so obviously the skin type would be something we want to know.
You know, that's really interesting.
Again, I'd love to just dialogue with you about this.
My rule of thumb understanding that I'll share with the audience, and again, this is subject to a lot more research, but the darker your skin, my understanding is that you have one benefit and then you have one drawback.
darker your skin, the more time you would need, most likely, in my understanding, to get the same effects from the light.
But the advantage is that the darker your skin, the melanin also blocks...
So you have better natural protection against 5G and other kinds of electromagnetic fields.
Like the melanin actually helps block those as well.
And I don't know exactly what frequencies, this is an area that needs to be studied, but I've seen some early studies on this and it's amazing to me.
So in other words, if you are a super white, fair skinned person who burns easily, okay, you're probably also highly, highly vulnerable to electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic pollution, but you could get benefits with a lot less time in front of a red light therapy device.
compared to someone with darker skin.
What do you think about this?
Well, I agree.
I mean, I don't know about the sensitivity to EMFs, but I wonder if anybody studied that.
I mean, there is a population, I mean, there's actually electro hypersensitivity.
There's a population of people that have been hurt, like maybe they lived under a cell tower for a while and then they're permanently sensitive to that.
And I do believe.
They're all white people.
I would imagine.
I'm just wondering if anyone studied the demographics to kind of prove your point.
There's actually a study, there was a recent study about melanin blocking EMFs that I think Natural News is covering that right now.
But I need to look into that in more detail.
But I remember seeing...
Even more reason to get a sun and get a tan going.
Yeah.
Because we were swimming in these EMFs.
Well, that's what I...
Yeah.
I mean, you're reading my mind.
So to someone who is fair-skinned, it's important to actually get the light, become more tan, and there can be benefits versus EMF pollution when you're more tan.
Now, the other thing I want to mention, I mean, that right there is a whole field of science that's just fascinating.
skin color, you know, versus protection against all kinds of electromagnetism.
But then some, some, like the photons from your devices, you want to come in, right?
So it's a question of balance.
But the other thing I want to bring up is the importance of good nutrition when you are deliberately exposing yourself to light.
So for example, sunlight, there are many things that you can take nutritionally that help your body defend itself against excessive ultraviolet radiation.
For example, one of those things is asaxanthine, microalgae.
It's well known for that.
But there are other nutrients that are photoactivated.
this is an area of nutrition and i want to ask you about Curcumin from turmeric is also photoactivated, and there are many other, there are phytocyanins and so on from spirulanthalene photoactivated.
So what do you know about your device combined with photoactivated nutrition?
Is this like a therapeutic approach that people can use to leverage or magnify the benefits of your devices?
Potentially.
I think certainly it's an exciting thing for me to think about in terms from a product development standpoint because where my head goes is how can I better serve my customers and what I want to do is where Where does that lead me?
It leads me to think about what I can do to make the light have a bigger impact on their biology.
Right.
And so there are a couple of ways that I think about this.
One is that we know that red light therapy works at complex four of the electron transport chain or mitochondrial energy production.
And so in theory, if you could do anything that would improve the efficiency of complex one, two and three, then that would be synergistic with red light.
And so one of the things that's in the literature is something like methylene blue.
which I think helps with complex one and three.
And so there are people in the biohacking space that take methylene blue before they use red light, and that seems like a logical thing to do.
On the skincare side of things, you know, we've looked at a couple things, and we're actually launching a skincare product, which specifically designed to harness and improve the benefits of the light.
And one of the ingredients is actually spirulina.
Spirulina is a powerful antioxidant, but it's also, like you said, it's got the phycocyanin, and it actually, and it has a greenish, bluish, greenish pigment.
And when the short wavelengths light passes through it, remember how before I said when a blue light goes through a yellow phosphor, it emits, actually emits green, it actually spreads the wavelengths out.
It re emits that light at a longer wavelength.
Yeah.
Spirulina does exactly the same thing.
It's called a Stokes phase shift and it takes short wavelength light and re emits it at longer red wavelengths.
So the light goes deeper into your skin.
It's pretty cool.
So this is why it's an ingredient in a skincare product.
We're launching it in a couple of months.
It's also a powerful antioxidant.
And the thought process there is that it might make sense to have endogenous antioxidants in your skin when you use spir red light because again, we know that it increases mitochondrial output, mitochondrial energy production, but there's no free lunch in biological systems.
There's a cone commitment increase in reactive oxygen species.
Now, in general, that's it's considered a hormetic stressor and a good thing, your body up regulates its own antioxidant anti inflammatory pathways, but maybe you would get more of a net benefit if you had a few more antioxidants like astaxanthin or spirulina or green tea available in the skin right before you use red light.
And we did a small product studyy, half of the people, half of the face just got red light and half we did a high antioxidant skin serum and then the red light.
And the side of the face that got the antioxidant serum had better results from the red light.
So that's also in the skin serum that we're launching.
There are also such things, I mean, I could talk about this all day, but there are also such things as light activated DNA repair enzymes.
And so they're in their source from plankton.
And so those are in our skin serum.
So literally when they're activated by light.
So there's a lot of, there's a lot of, different paths we could go down.
We're starting with skincare because 70% of our customers tell us that they buy the red light for skin health, so that seems like a logical place to start.
Sure.
But certainly I'm going to go down the path of, you know, is there some sort of supplement that we could design that would very mindfully augment the benefits, and so that would be, I don't know, if you have any ideas, I'm certainly open to that.
I do.
It's on the product development pipeline.
Love to talk to you about this after the show.
And if your skincare line, as long as you don't use any added fragrance, that's something we would be interested in looking at.
But of course, I have a lot of knowledge on the nutrition side and our AI engine at bryteon.ai has been trained on all of this including on methylene blue and all kinds of millions of science papers on phytochemistry and I that's where I even learned that methylene blue blocks glutamate receptors and protects you from MSG.
It was from my AI engine told me that.
I was like, wow, I didn't even know that.
But the other thing that's really interesting about this is that these photoactivated substances are themselves typically they appear with very vibrant colors, but that makes perfect sense when you understand how light works.
Right, right, right.
They're interacting with light.
Yeah.
Fascinating.
And yeah, I mean, methylene blue, a very dark blue.
Spirulina is also a very dark blue green.
Yeah.
Or turmeric.
Look at the orange, right?
Or the anthocyanids.
Look at the deep, dark blacks and purples that are in berries and so on.
Or like you said, the microalgae, spirulina, chlorella, blue green algae, these all have, and actually, many of those molecules also fluoresce.
when hit with certain wavelengths.
So fluorescence is kind of like what you were just describing there.
So it can shift the wavelengths and then rebroadcast into different wavelengths, right?
That's fluorescence.
So this all I think this is a fascinating science here.
Yes, and it's so fun to think about, especially with AI, like with, we can be able to parse these things out and we can really speed up the product development pipeline and really speed up the testing of these things to really come out with really innovative products that, you know, that help people.
Yeah.
Well, I'll tell you this.
I think the future of what you're doing, what we're doing, what we all are doing, is photoactivated nutrition, photoactivated skin care or nutrition for the skin.
And we have to integrate light into all of this because light is that missing component.
Because think about this.
Like if I told somebody how to eat the perfect diet, but if they lived in their basement and never saw the sun, would they be healthy?
No.
We know what they would look like.
They would be frail and pale.
Absolutely.
They would look like Smigel in the cave, right?
And that's not healthy.
So yeah, you can...
But until you have the photoactivation of your body, your cells, your mitochondria, then that missing component is such a huge piece, you can never get to your perfect health expression without light, period.
So let there be light.
I totally agree, but I am a little biased, but it is the reason why I started this company seven years ago, is I really, well, over a decade ago, I really started to understand the importance of light.
And obviously, I'm still learning, and there's so much that we're uncovering, so much that we're learning about how light interacts in the body, how different wavelengths of light affect the body.
So it's super, it's a great time to be alive from that standpoint.
We have a lot of problems, don't get me wrong, but I'm super excited about where we can go.
And I think it's only a matter of time before every home has some sort of red light pod or some sort of light pod in their home.
Our futuristic version is it will scan you, do real time diagnostics on what's going on in your body and then hit you with the precise wavelengths of light that your body needs in that moment.
That's kind of my futuristic version of what we'll have one day.
And I'm slowly working my way there with the technology I have available to me in the moment and trying to develop these things.
But that's, I think, where we'll get eventually.
Yeah, absolutely.
They've even given light deficiency.
They've given it disease names.
So they call it seasonal affective disorder.
It's just light deficiency.
But then they say, well, you need these chemicals.
You need these antidepressant drugs because you're bummed out.
in the rainy season.
Maybe you're just missing light.
You know, I mean, most chronic degenerative diseases are caused by either deficiencies or toxic exposures in almost every case.
So they've done this, But it's just so bizarre to me.
And maybe it's because there's not really a repeat business model.
Like, you know, they can keep selling antidepressants to the same people over and over again, and they never get cured of depression.
But you can't keep selling the same light to people over and over again.
They only need one, unless they want a bigger one, but the one works every day.
So it's not really like a high profit pharma business model just to keep people sick.
That's unfortunately true.
And that's unfortunately a sad testament to the world we live in in the moment.
Isn't it though?
But hopefully we.ly we, you know, we can do our part to change that.
And, you know, and I wouldn't be where I am were it not for the pain and suffering that I went through when I was younger.
And so, you know, I just, I think that's just part of it.
You know, we're just, I think humanity is just going, and to me, COVID was the nader.
But, and I like to think that humanity goes through cycles of authoritarianism and freedom, ignorance and enlightenment.
You know, we kind of like to go back and forth between these things.
And for me, I hope COVID was the nader and the darkness and that we're on the upswing.
Yeah.
And that we're, you know.
You know, more and more people are waking up.
They're understanding that there are some serious problems with the conventional medical model.
When people say it's broken, I disagree.
I think it's functioning as designed to maximize profits, you know.
So I don't think it's broken at all.
I think it's actually a very well oiled machine in that regard.
But the flip side is we went through a really tough time and I think people are waking up and businesses like ours are doing well because people are taking matters into their own hands and educating themselves.
And certainly, you've had a big a big part in doing that.
And we try to educate as well.
And so we'll just keep doing that and try to keep the momentum.
You know, in fact, in Canada now, you can be arrested and thrown in prison for walking in the forest.
Because no, they said it's too dry and people who walk might start fires.
And therefore, you're not allowed to walk in the forest.
So I pushed out a little video yesterday.
I'll have my editor put it on the end here of where I work out.
So my gym is in a forest.
I've got my dipped bars, my push-ups and all my kettlebells and my bicycle and I ride the bike to the forest and then I pump the kettlebells in the forest after I run all this.
I basically do kind of a like a marathon, like run, bike, and lift weights in, in nature.
So I'm getting sunshine the whole time and I wouldn't have it any other way, you know?
Well, interesting thing.
They know forest bathing and they've known this for a long time.
Forest bathing is good.
People heal faster when they spend time in the forest and it's the reason why my background is what it is.
There's just healing energy from the forest, but interestingly enough, infrared light reflects off of the color green.
So you're actually kind of getting a double dose.
You can get infread light as it rains down from you on the sun, but then when it reflects up off of the green.
And I do happen to think that's part of the reason why forest bathing is so good for us.
Oh, that's really interesting too.
Yeah.
Well, and also like my kettlebells, they're conductive because they're iron and they're on the ground.
So they're touching the dirt.
And then so when I'm picking up the kettlebells, I'm grounding.
Also, just even though I'm wearing shoes, I'm still grounding by, you know, gripping the kettlebells.
But getting back to nature is so crucial.
I mean, really what we have in society is so much of a nature defense.
And that's where your product line helps to fill the gaps.
And I just want to thank you for creating this series.
And let me ask you, what's the easiest product for people to start with if they're, if they want to explore this at the lowest entry level cost, let's say, that's still effective, what would you recommend?
So I do like the tablettops like this just because, and actually we have a version.
One of the things I've tried to do is just give people options.
So we have a, we actually have a tabletop version that's as low as 249.
It only has the two wavelengths, kind of the, the, the OG red light therapy wavelengths.
Then we have another version that's 369 which does have four wavelengths.
And then this one is 449, the one you showed earlier.
And then we have another version, which is 549.
So I've got wide array even in just the tabletop size.
This is such a great entry level.
You can use it all around the body.
If you're really on a really tight budget, there you go.
This is the Pro Plus 369.
That's got the four wavelengths.
It's got the four wavelengths, better targeting, cytochrome c oxidase.
It's top sellers because our customers, again, they're using it for skin, so face and neck, right in the declate area, which I learned after starting this business what a declate was.
And but also you can use it all around the body if you want to use it on your ankle or your lower back.
And in theory you could do full body red light.
You would just have to invest the time to do that, ten minutes per section.
But if you really, if you just want to try it, if you're skeptical, which a fair amount of people still are skeptical, they don't understand the science, just try it.
We have a 60 day trial.
If you're not happy, send it back.
We just give you all your money back.
And just see, see what you notice.
I think one of the things that is just shocking to me that people tell me all the time that they're sleeping better, even when they use something small like this, it's fas you know, you're using this for 10 minutes on your face, in your head and your neck and you're sleeping better.
It's like, how the how is that happening?
Oh, yeah.
You know, and because you know, I would I would have thought you need like full body exposure to really kind of move the needle for sleep, but that's not what some people tell us.
And, you know, even if, even if the only thing you, you notice was better sleep, that is a huge benefit, right?
Because sleep is so important.
So this is a great place to start, but obviously I'm a, I'm a diehard, uh, red light guy.
So I would say, once you are convinced and you're, you're noticing that you're feeling better or sleeping better.
better or sleeping better or whatever it is that you notice i would say get the largest light that you can within your budget because you want to shine in as much of your body as you possibly can in a reasonable amount of time absolutely and then i will add use it naked you know i mean yeah you don't you don't want anything to block the light And then my last thing, I'll just add, and we'll wrap this up.
Thank you for your time today.
It's been really fascinating.
We should definitely talk after this because we need to think about the interaction of light and nutrition.
But that's my just word of advice to our audience here, which is if you use red light therapy, also make sure that you are taking in these high pigment nutrients from foods, superfoods, and herbs.
Because even though our information is relatively early in this space, we do know that photoactivation is a real phenomenon.
We don't yet know all the benefits of it, but it definitely can't hurt you.
to have great nutrition and red light therapy together and there may be a powerful synergistic effect.
So I would use them in conjunction and then watch what results you get.
That's my rule of thumb.
Yeah, and I would love to start doing some studies on this.
This would be really, you know, because part of the reason I started the company is because I want to live to 120 and feel great and, you know, watch my great-grandkids run around.
And so anything that we can do that's going to improve health span is on the table for us.
And so developing a supplement or really understanding the optimal.
time and dose for all of these different applications.
You know, I mean, it's blue ocean for us.
And so, yeah.
Love to talk to you about, you know, any sort of product development or clinical studies we might be able to do.
We're at that stage where I think we can really make some big breakthroughs with just the right amount of focus and effort.
Definitely.
And we have the AI engine to help us do the initial research to find out what's worth testing too.
So it's like these factors have never been together before in history.
So I look forward to talking with you more after this interview.
It was nice to meet you today.
Thank you for all that you're doing.
It's really fascinating.
Thank you.
I really enjoyed talking with you.
Again, I've followed your work for twenty years now.
Wow.
So thank you for everything that you've done been a voice for medical freedom and just educating people about the importance of nutrition.
so thank you for that.
And please keep it up.
Well, I certainly plan to and love to find out about your research into the home lights again.
I mean, that's a huge potential to help people get more photoactivation in their own homes, even if they don't step foot outside.
Who knows?
We might be locked down again.
especially if you live in Australia, New Zealand or the UK or Canada, like the tyrannical governments there, they love to tell everybody to lock down.
You can't go outside.
It's dangangerous outside.
Meanwhile, I'm running around naked in a forest with kettlebells and a glock.
You know, it's like, it's like, this isn't dangerous.
This is the way God intended.
Anyway, it's all kinds of fun.
But thank you so much, Scott.
It's been a blast.
Thanks, Ben.
All right.
Take care.
And for all of you watching, if you want to check out these products for yourself, we have them at our store, healthrangerstore.com slash red light.
All one word, no space or anything, just slash red light.
That will take you to the page of all the Mito Red Light products.
So there are many different ones to choose from.
And I do recommend, if you want to try one, get at minimum this $369 model which has the four wavelengths because there are additional, you know, physiological benefits from those additional wavelengths.
But try it out again, it's a 60 day guarantee.
If you don't like it, you can get your money back.
But very few people don't like it once they experience the benefits.
And thank you for watching today.
I'm Mike Adams, the health ranger here at brightown dot com, and I think I'm going to turn this sucker on again to say goodbye.
Here we go.
Getting more light today.
Take care, everybody.
Thanks for watching.
Hey, everybody.
Look, it's the bunny gobbler.
Hey there.
Come on, bunny gobbler.
How are you doing today?
You find any bunnies to gobble?
Hey, I wanted to show you.
This is a message for all of you in Canada where you can't even walk out in a forest without being arrested.
This is my forest gym right here.
This is Mike Adams.
Of course, I've got all my kettlebells here.
This is my multi-exercise station.
Almost done for today.
Got natural sunshine, got trees, leaves, dirt.
And then I ride my trike out here, get this done.
And of course, since this is Texas, not Canada, we also bring our Glocks.
We've got Glocks and Rocks.
And even since it's a private gym, you can work out in dad socks.
That's right, because nobody's here.
It's just you and Mother Nature and God.
You can get your workout done without being a cost.
Without being accosted by a tyrannical state with your Glock, your rocks, and your black daddy socks.
All right, have fun, everybody.
God bless Texas.
God bless America.
Take care.
