Time Text
Welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News for Monday, May 19th, 2025.
I'm Mike Adams.
Thank you for joining me today.
While we have a lineup for you, I've got a featured interview with Diane Kayser on healing.
Healing at any age.
Natural beauty.
Avoiding the toxins, but also expressing your greatest beauty potential.
Both cosmetic and spiritual and so much more.
We're going to get into that.
And then I've got a well-researched special report for you here today on the toxicity of MSG.
And we're going to cover all the different hidden forms of MSG.
Many of you probably know most of these, but there are some hidden forms that you may not know about.
And I've become an expert in MSG over the years because I have severe sensitivity to MSG.
For whatever reason, just genetically, maybe it's my Native American side, my body doesn't metabolize glutamate very quickly, and so MSG is something of a real poison to me and others who share my genetics.
So as a result, I've also come to find out how to block MSG.
And so this is going to be a two-part thing.
Today, I'm going to cover MSG toxicity, all the hidden foods, and the fast food restaurants whose menu items are loaded with MSG.
And then tomorrow, I'll be revealing the answers to MSG, how to block it, how to protect your neurology against excitotoxins, and also a new discovery that almost completely blocks glutamate or glutamate receptors in your body.
This is really extraordinary information.
Can't wait to share it with you.
And, of course, it's partially researched with the help of our AI engine, Enoch.
And I want to thank all of you because last week I expressed concern about the fact that I lost three engineers in the last, I don't know, ten days now or whatever it's been due to sickness and hospitalization.
Two of those engineers looks like it's going to be a permanent loss.
Well, I've already brought on one other engineer who is amazing, like top-level, senior, world-class engineer.
And then another listener here reached out to me who happens to be doing great work on AI language models.
And so I've initiated a discussion with that person.
And then I had one other person reach out to see if they could help volunteer even.
To help us get our ENOC engine all completely done.
Just to describe it, well, first I just want to thank all of you for the outpouring.
This has been a very difficult and complex project, and it's been delayed.
As you know, it's two and a half months delayed right now, but hopefully not much longer now that we've actually got some new engineers on the ball here.
And I found out that a lot of the delays were due to actually...
Medical and health challenges of some of my existing engineers.
And it's a very difficult thing for me because here I am, the health ranger, trying to release this knowledge base of amazing nutrition and natural health and how to prevent everything.
But the engineers on this, who are contractors, they live overseas, they're not even Americans, they don't have any knowledge of the information that they're working on.
It's not a character judgment.
I'm not condemning them.
I'm just saying people focus on different things.
These guys focus on being great engineers, but a lot of young, smart engineers eat a lot of junk food, and they take vaccines, and they're not really living a healthy lifestyle.
And that eventually catches up to you.
So part of my goal here in releasing this is to get this knowledge into everybody's hands, free of charge.
So let me just review quickly.
We're going to be releasing two different forms of Enoch.
The first one that's coming, that's almost here, is a web-based Enoch.
You'll be able to use it through any web browser.
You don't have to create an account.
You enter your email address so that we can email you the results.
There's a queue.
There's rate limiting on the free version, etc.
We're going to figure out what the loads are and work to scale that up.
But the first version will just be browser-based.
And then the standalone version that we're releasing, which is still some number of weeks out, is a downloadable version that you run locally.
And that's the one that has actually been much more challenging for us to nail down.
We still haven't totally nailed that one, although we've made a lot of progress.
So you can sign up for the waitlist at brighteon.ai and that'll get you on the list and we'll email you as soon as the free version is available.
You can enjoy it and you can use it for the same things I use it for, which is a lot of research and to assist with article editing or expanding bullet points or summarizing content, all kinds of things like that.
And it has an extraordinary amount of knowledge that it's been trained on.
Now, that led me to a spiritual question over the weekend.
Oh, let me mention, too, we're going to talk about the fact that Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
And we've got some other breaking news as well to share with you.
Also, a victory on the Second Amendment front over, well, the DOJ and the ATF dropping its case against rare breed triggers, which sells something called a force reset trigger.
We'll talk about that briefly.
But it's good news.
It's good news.
It shows that Trump's DOJ is actually working to defend the Second Amendment.
This is really positive news.
But to the spiritual question, I love having the weekends because it gives me so much more time to ponder the nature of reality, life's mission, and so on.
And as you know, I've always lived in a way that has very high empathy and compassion for all living.
Not just human beings, but also animals.
As you know, I'm very compassionate about animals and so-called animal rights, and I can't stand people who mistreat animals.
It takes a horrible person to mistreat a dog that says something about their character, if they're that way.
But all of you listening, and myself, we love our pets.
We love our dogs and cats.
In my case, donkeys and goats and chickens, etc.
Although over the weekend, well, I guess it was last night, my dogs must have killed a possum because I discovered a dead possum right outside the chicken house today.
Oh, gosh.
I don't even know when that happened.
It was like, well, there's a dead possum here, so, you know, moved it.
For the vultures to feed on.
Vultures have to eat too.
But it saddens me when any animals die.
I always like to keep them alive.
If I'm out on the ranch, even if I see a snake crossing the road and I'm driving on the road, this actually happened earlier today, I'll stop to make sure the snake can make it across.
I don't want to run over the snake, right?
Just have compassion to all living things.
And this led me to really thinking about the question, which I'm just sharing with you openly, asking myself this question as part of the philosophy of allowing God to work through us.
And I was asking God this weekend, what is the most powerful way that I can allow you to work through me to help end human suffering?
How can we help the most people?
How can we uplift people?
What is it that I can do?
And it turns out that the answer is to do what I'm doing right now.
I just wish I could do more of it.
I wish I could be more effective.
I wish we could end the mRNA jabs.
I wish we could stop vaccinating children right now.
Because it's causing autism.
I wish we could end the barbaric practice of chemotherapy.
So yeah, I have all these wishes, but just because I wish it doesn't mean it's going to happen when we live in a world of such incredible evil, demonic forces and narcissistic or profiteering forces, evil corporations that make money off cancer, which, again, Joe Biden's been diagnosed with cancer now.
An aggressive form of prostate cancer.
Let's see.
Characterize, the news says, a Gleason score of 9 with metastasis to the bone.
Okay.
That doesn't sound good.
I don't wish cancer on anyone, by the way, and we hope for Joe Biden's, the fake president, the fake ex-president.
Even though he's a fake ex-president, we hope he has real healing.
I mean, I wish healing upon everyone.
And anyway, the answer to my question was to keep doing what I'm doing now.
Put out the AI engine, keep it free of charge so that people can access it, scale it up as soon as we can.
Continue with the brightu.com docuseries events.
One of them is running right now, by the way, Breaking the Chains.
And that's featuring...
Myself and my co-host Todd Pittner interviewing all these top guests to teach you how to decentralize your life and take back your power.
So if you want to see that, it's at brightu.com.
That's the letter U, brightu.com.
You can sign up there right now.
But all these things that we're doing to help educate and empower people are very important, really critical.
But I don't feel like it's...
Did you hope for faster change in the world than what you're seeing?
I mean, I sure did.
And it's not just about this election where I had hoped that when RFK Jr. was confirmed at HHS that he would just pause the mRNA vaccine the very next day.
Well, apparently that's never going to happen.
Or at least it's not going to happen instantly.
There's a process.
There's so many dark forces in Washington, D.C. I can't even imagine trying to navigate that.
But don't you get the feeling that things are happening too slowly compared to what you want in the world?
And if you're listening to this podcast, there's a 99% chance that you share most of my values about being pro-human, pro-life.
Let's end human suffering.
Let's be good people.
Let's help others.
I mean, these are the values that we all share.
And yet, isn't it frustrating that we live in a world where being a good person isn't somehow enough?
Even if a lot of us are good people, there's still so much evil in the world and there's so much disruption and there's so much greed that the system, the medical system, is still killing children every day.
And somehow, we can't stop it.
We can't stop it with education.
I try to educate people.
I've done this for almost 25 years.
Try to educate people, and what happens?
Get censored.
Get blacklisted.
And that went on for many, many years.
It's still the case with YouTube and Google, etc.
Because these nefarious forces of evil are so powerful in our current world, which is dominated by satanic forces, that it's so difficult.
To achieve something that's actually good and lasting and impacts others.
Now, the counter-argument to this is, hey, we're not responsible for the choices of other people.
And actually, that's a very mature observation because God himself, I believe, has the same observation.
God himself said, I give everybody free will and what they do with it is up to them.
Some people...
Not going to make it into heaven, right?
Some people are just going to choose to be bad, just narcissistic, materialistic, whatever the case may be.
Not all of them are going to be getting a good place or a good eternal reward.
And regardless of your religious beliefs, and I know some of you are more on the side of, let's say, the law of attraction, which actually I think is a universal law.
Sometimes it's considered a little more new-agey, but it's not wrong.
The law of attraction is very real.
But we have to allow people to earn their own consequences.
In other words, to earn their own rewards, whether it's good or bad.
And just like God perhaps says to himself sometimes, like, all I can do is give people life and free will, and what they do with it is their deal.
Well, you and I...
All we can do as just mere mortals is give people information, give people options, but we can't control or determine what they do with it, and we can't even stop them from killing themselves with vaccines or with toxic food or, you know, substance abuse or all the different ways that people kill themselves, including, by the way, a lot of Christians, too, people who...
They claim to be Christians and they claim to confess the resurrection of Christ, but then after church they're going to have processed junk food and wearing toxic perfumes and cancer-causing chemicals, etc.
Interestingly, this has become an area of contention that I've experienced with several Christians about deeds versus Just confessing your belief in the death and resurrection of Christ.
And I've always said this, I mean, for many years I've said that if you really believe in God and you believe God gave you this gift of a miraculous life, why would you feed yourself junk food?
Why would you do that?
If your body is a temple, wouldn't you want to treat it like a temple?
And in fact, I had intended to record an entire Podcast about this.
This theme that self-love is expressed also through the types of food and nutrition and the cleanliness of the food that you eat.
And when people have self-loathing or they feel like they are undeserving, they have shame for whatever reason, past trauma, bad parents, bad experience, guilt, whatever, When people feel like they are not worthy of experiencing optimum health, they can very often slide into junk foods, processed foods, alcoholism, substance abuse, all kinds of things like that.
And I just want to remind you that no matter where you are in your journey, whether it's a spiritual journey or a health journey, that you are a child of God.
You are worth God's miracles.
And you were born with God's miracles.
Those miracles are alive in you right now.
Your body is a miraculous healing instrument and you deserve to be healthy.
So uplift your game on health and nutrition and, you know, dump the toxins and just let this serve as a reminder to bring you back to the high level of health and nutrition that you actually deserve.
Because it's a choice.
It's a choice, just like I've been talking about here.
Some people choose an unhealthy lifestyle.
They choose processed junk foods.
They choose a path of cancer.
But other people consciously choose health.
They choose to treat their body like a temple.
And I've noticed that the way people treat their bodies has nothing to do with how religious they are.
Nothing to do with it at all.
There's like zero correlation.
It's a totally separate thing to decide to be healthy and to invest in your own health.
So it's a universal thing.
I guess that's kind of a positive message.
It's universal to want to be healthy.
And the question is, are you willing to make the changes necessary to experience maximum physical and emotional and mental health?
Because some of those changes may be uncomfortable.
And that's also, kind of to change the subject, but that's also true in spiritual journeys.
And I know I've been making some people a little bit uncomfortable in the last couple of months with some of my comments about some of the Paul writings and Paul philosophies in the New Testament and how they contradict the teachings of Jesus.
I fully understand that some people are really uncomfortable talking about that.
But if I sit down at a dinner and everybody's drinking soda and I say, hey, how's the high fructose corn syrup going?
Yeah, that's also going to make people uncomfortable.
My job is not to make you comfortable.
My job is to help you consider pathways of growth, whether it's health growth or possibly spiritual growth, mental health growth, philosophical growth, etc.
That's my job.
I am not here.
I'm not Tony Robbins, okay?
I'm not like a motivational speaker.
That's not what I do.
I'm here to help transform people.
And transformation often involves various levels of discomfort where you may have to challenge your current rigid system.
Maybe you have a rigid dietary system like, I eat this for breakfast and I eat this for lunch.
I challenge that system.
Makes people nervous, yeah?
Same thing with religion.
Oh, I got this rigid system.
I read these verses and those verses and I believe this and that's it and I don't have to know why.
And that gets challenged.
People get nervous about it, especially about religion.
Same thing about political beliefs, right?
You start to challenge people's political beliefs or transgenderism or whatever.
Any topic, people get nervous.
But that's the path of...
Provoking introspection, provoking this inner analysis to say, hey, wait a minute, are the things that I believe actually true?
Or is there something in my belief system or something about my sense of self or something about my self-worth that maybe was sort of implanted into me decades ago, maybe by your parents or your social circle or your spouse or yourself or whatever?
Is it time to discover that that thing isn't even true?
It's not even real anymore.
That's why, by the way, like hypnotic therapy that goes into the earlier years of your life and takes you through, let's say, a traumatic childhood event.
It doesn't have to be hypnosis.
It could just be counseling therapy.
But the reason that often works is because When you experience that childhood trauma as a child, let's say, I'm just using that as an example.
I'm sure everybody had something traumatic in childhood because that's life.
But whatever that was, when you experienced that, you had a child mind.
And you didn't have a lot of options of how to interpret that, how to index that in your brain.
You didn't have a lot of different ways to say, what does this mean?
What does this mean about me?
Well, as an adult, you can go back and you can revisit that event.
With your adult mind now, and you can realize, holy cow, like the takeaway I had from that was totally wrong this whole time.
I can let that go now.
And that can be, boom, transformative.
Because now you have an expanded adult mind.
And now, you know, you've grown so much more since then.
We all have.
So part of what I intend to do is to help all of us grow.
Myself included.
You and I together.
We're on this journey, and I don't claim to have all the answers, but I absolutely claim to be asking a lot of questions, which also makes people nervous.
I'll ask questions about everything, about science, you know, about medicine, about vaccines, about the nature of the universe, and also about God and the Bible and the teachings of Jesus and all that.
Yeah, I'll ask lots of questions.
And so let me just mention that coming up, I'm going to be expanding my interviews to a larger set of experts, people that I have never interviewed before.
One person I'm interviewing coming up is a former Christian pastor who left the Christian church.
Another person that I'm interviewing coming up is a woman who takes people on personal journeys of church.
Transformation and healing and overcoming addictions using plant-based medicine.
You know, the mind-altering kind.
Yes, indeed.
Not that I'm here advocating any specific kind of mind-altering plant and, you know, I don't use them myself.
We're not going to be plugging like psilocybin journeys here on the show or whatever, but we may interview people who have undergone that.
But also the other topic is near-death experiences.
Had those experiences themselves.
And we may even, if we can find the right candidates, we may interview people about reincarnation.
Now, a lot of these belief systems are very uncomfortable for more conservative Christians or religious types.
Like, we don't believe in reincarnation.
We don't believe in near-death experiences.
We don't believe in astral projection.
We don't believe in...
That all sounds new-agey.
Woo-woo, new-agey.
Well, guess what?
We're going to do those interviews anyway, and we're going to talk to a lot of different people about all these different experiences that speak to the nature of our reality.
And just because I interview somebody doesn't mean I endorse everything that they do or say, by the way.
And neither does it mean that you have to agree with it to hear the interview.
But I'm going to be interviewing a much more broad selection of people, of experts, and I'm happy to announce I've got some expanded experiments coming up using the microscope in my lab and in the studio.
Some experiments that I've been able to put together about the nature of reality that hopefully we're going to be able to show these to you visually.
And a lot of cool things coming, like cymatics.
Are you familiar with cymatics?
Yeah, look that up.
If you haven't heard of cymatics, we can visually demonstrate the structure of sound.
And we've got a bunch of cool stuff coming.
Like I just bought a handpan, you know, drumming instrument tuned in D minor.
And I'm going to demonstrate the handpan for you because, you know, I'm a drummer and a musician and whatever.
So that's going to be cool.
And we've got a lot of experiments involving the microscope and involving lasers and oscillations and water and fountains and sound and all kinds of things like that.
So we are really opening up the doors here.
And if you are curious about the nature of reality, regardless of whatever your religious beliefs might be, or even if you're an atheist, whatever, if you're curious about the nature of reality, Then you're going to love what we have coming up.
Now, over the weekend, I listened to an interview with Ray Kurzweil, who is this, you know, Google fellow transhumanist guy who, I mean, my discernment is that he's a perfect fit for Google because Google's the most evil corporation in the world, arguably, and Ray Kurzweil is, I don't know, Can I call him an anti-humanist?
I mean, he believes in merging with the machines.
He openly talks about it.
We're going to merge with the machines.
We're going to become hybrid humans.
And he thinks that's all going to happen by the year 2032.
He thinks that if he lives long enough, he'll start to reverse his age beginning in 2032.
He thinks he's going to live forever.
Literally, that's what he believes.
I mean, how funny is that, given that we're all living in a simulation anyway?
Why would you want to stay in the simulation forever?
Like, wouldn't that be sort of being stuck?
Like, I'm stuck in the simulation.
Now I've merged with a computer.
That sounds like hell on earth.
But I listened to Ray Kurzweil, not because I agree with anything he says, although he's been right about the rise of computational.
You know, Moore's Law and all that.
But I listened to him because I wanted to really understand the way some of these people think when they completely reject God, they reject essentially human consciousness, and yet they're seeking eternal life and they're desperate to find a way to create the illusion of living forever.
In this case, what Kurzweil believes is that nanotechnology will be created that will be injected into your body and it will start to lengthen your telomeres and it will start to repair all your cellular damage and your hormonal damage.
So if enough little nanobots are running around your veins, then you're going to get younger and younger and younger.
And of course, I find that abhorrent.
But that is a common belief.
Maybe becoming increasingly common.
If you go to an anti-aging conference these days, you're going to find that a lot of the anti-agers, they're not about nutrition.
They're about technology and nanobots, things like that.
It's really shifted over the last 20 to 30 years.
Anti-aging used to be health-conscious people like Gary Knoll and things like that.
It's like, do juicing and fasting.
Now it's like, inject yourself with nanobots!
Like, hack your genes with CRISPR.
Like, that's what anti-aging has become.
And I'm completely opposed to that.
I'm not into hacking.
I'm not into genetic modification, obviously.
And I'm not into merging with machines.
But I am into asking questions about the nature of the universe and what is our mission and exploring lots of different doorways, including some doorways that make other people uncomfortable.
That's okay.
We're going to explore them anyway.
We're going to have a lot of fun doing so.
But before I continue with the news, I will just wrap this up with the following commentary.
I use the weekends often to study a lot more about the Bible and the history of Christianity and the words of Jesus, the Red Letter Bible, and the Gospels.
And this is why, because I'm such a questioning, thinking person.
This is why I just naturally found all these contradictions between Paul and Christ, and it's why I now think that Paul sort of corrupted the original teachings of Jesus.
I couldn't help but notice it's all right there.
It's like, well, I can't just swallow Scripture unless it makes sense, so as these questions rise up, I have to start asking questions.
One of the things that I really solidified in terms of my belief system over the weekend that I'd like to share with you is something really, really simple.
It's very simple.
That no matter what your belief system, no matter what your religion, if you practice one, regardless of your philosophy, if you have one or if you name one, if your practice involves killing things,
that is, Killing animals, like sacrificing animals, or killing children, or genocide, if it's rooted in a lot of killing, like even abortions, if it's rooted in killing, it's not God's, it's got nothing to do with God.
It's satanic.
It's destructive.
And when I say satanic, look, it's very simple.
The universe has only two forces.
It's light and darkness.
It's creation and it's destruction.
It's God.
And it's Satan.
Or it's love and it's hatred, right?
This dichotomy, these two opposing forces, this defines our universe.
And my point is, regardless of what you call it, if your belief system is into killing of any kind, killing a bunch of animals, killing a bunch of children, whatever, it's a destructive, dark, satanic system of belief.
Period.
If, on the other hand, if your religion or philosophy is about protecting life and advocating love and advocating health and understanding and forgiveness, etc., these Jesus type of traits, then your belief system is godlike.
It's positive.
It's loving.
And at a basic level, that's...
Really, it's a litmus test.
And for some people, that's all they need to know.
Just, hey, if you're running around killing things, don't call it a religion.
You know, there are still people today that sacrifice chickens.
I think there are some New York Jews that do that, sacrifice chickens on certain holidays and swing them around over their heads or whatever.
It's like, what?
And of course, in other cultures, there's animal sacrifice still.
To this day, you know, and the whole history of, you know, Passover and so on.
A lot of Old Testament rituals about, you know, killing the animals.
And Christ was very unhappy about that.
That's one of the things he did at the temples.
I'm sorry, the temple, the temple in Jerusalem.
Turning over the tables of the money changers, but also setting free all the animals that were being sacrificed by the religious leaders of the time.
Jesus said, you know, stop killing the animals.
You know, Blood sacrifice isn't necessary to appease God.
Killing animals doesn't wash away your sins, it turns out.
And one of the things I learned over the weekend is that baptism, and John the Baptist was one who practices, that baptism was a practice that was introduced very early that replaced animal sacrifice.
So those who practiced the earliest form of baptism, they were vegetarians, they did not kill animals, and they did not sacrifice animals, and they did not think that blood was necessary to appease God.
And I actually agree with that.
I completely agree with that belief, which actually predates Christ by a little bit.
It's a pre-Christ belief that Then became part of Christ's teachings.
And I have always felt that same way, that it's wrong to kill animals.
That's why it pained me this weekend when I found the dead opossum.
You know?
I don't want to see opossum die.
I don't want to see anything die.
Or sometimes my chickens die from old age.
I'll just find a dead chicken, you know?
And I'm sad, but...
I'm happy that they got to live out a full life as a chicken, which is, on this planet, that's like a one in a hundred million chance.
You know, if you're a chicken, chances are you're not going to live out your whole life on this earth because most chickens are born into slavery on a chicken farm to be turned into chicken food or food for humans, I guess.
But my chickens get to live out their whole lives as a geriatric chicken retirement center.
And so I gave thanks.
Last time I found a dead chicken, I gave thanks, you know, give a little blessing to the chicken and believing that the chicken must be thankful that they lived out a whole life without being cut up for food.
And then I took the chicken and moved it out, you know, for the vultures.
Because the vultures have to eat too.
So that then recycles the chicken flesh back into the ecosystem, etc.
And that's actually the cycle of nature and life and death and all that.
And so I try to practice this as much as I can on my ranch of being compassionate toward animals, giving them life, and then honoring them in death.
So if that makes sense to you, I'll probably be recording some new spiritual sermons maybe this summer, but they're going to be very different from the ones I recorded last year because now we have a much more expansive area of spiritual reality to explore.
So it's going to be interesting.
Okay, moving on.
Well, actually, one last question.
What about you?
Did you ask yourself recently, how can you maximize your life on this earth in order to fulfill God's purpose for you?
How can you do that?
And are you currently doing the thing that is most aligned with your passion and your purpose?
Or is there something sort of gnawing at you that's saying you need to do this other thing instead?
Whatever the case may be, I encourage you to live your life's purpose and find ways to make it as effective as possible.
And also with the reality that we can't be, I mean, none of us can be as effective as we hope to be, myself included.
Sometimes I feel like doing what I do is like slogging through molasses.
It's like, ugh, barely trudging forward.
Like, why can't we, you know, stop autism?
And it's...
Sometimes it's funny when I meet younger people in their 20s who are very idealistic, like I was at that age, and they'll say things like, well, I've got this plan.
We're going to reform the whole medical system.
All we've got to do is make these people aware of how bad the current system is.
And I'm like, let me stop you there.
They know how bad the system is.
They're doing it on purpose.
But when you're in your 20s, typically you might think that The adults in the room are just looking for the right solutions.
If they only knew, then they would implement things that would make people healthier.
If they only knew that there were natural cancer cures, they would immediately embrace them across the system of medicine.
No.
No, no, that's not the case at all.
They know about the natural cures.
They are blocking them.
They know that cancer is a business.
They know what they're doing.
They're trying to keep people sick.
That's something, I mean, for me, it took until I was in my 30s, I guess, to, well, even maybe my 40s to really figure that out.
Like, wait a second.
We're not living in a world of good faith people here.
We're living in a world of bad faith people who pretend to be journalists or pretend to be members of Congress or whatever, or pretend to be scientists or pretend to be CEOs.
They're bad faith people.
They actually want to hurt fellow human beings.
Because that's their profit model.
Maybe they work in the military-industrial complex, you know?
So does that resonate with you at all?
When you were younger, were you more idealistic?
Like, all we've got to do is let people know.
And then when you got older, did you realize, like, oh, they already know.
They're not interested in solutions.
They want to keep the system going.
Okay.
Let's move on to Biden being diagnosed with aggressive cancer.
Now, Biden is 82 years old, apparently.
Or at least one of his doubles is.
Okay.
This is actually a legit question.
Does Joe Biden have prostate cancer?
Or are they telling us that Joe Biden has prostate cancer because he's been dead for a long time and now they just need a cover story so they don't have to keep paying the body doubles?
Huh?
Did that question trigger anybody?
It's like, oh no, that can't be.
Well, why not?
I mean, they use auto pen on everything that he supposedly signed.
He wasn't signing anything.
He wasn't signing laws.
I mean, even the nomination of the Supreme Court justice is not even legit because he never even signed that.
So what if he wasn't just a brain-dead puppet?
They were just using a body double the entire time.
Or some of the time.
Maybe the last two years or so.
And now they just need a cover story.
And so they launch this story.
Oh, he has a Gleason score of 9. Which is bad.
And he's got metastasis to the bone, they said.
It's an aggressive form of the disease.
Yeah?
Cover story.
And then, you know, three months later.
They're going to announce he's dead, and that's it.
And then they'll have, you know, a state funeral for him, and the press will talk about how he was such a brilliant man that, of course, they lied about everything about Biden all these years.
They covered up his cognitive decline, etc.
But this is a pretty convenient way to wrap up the con, isn't it?
The whole fake presidency, everything.
Wrap it up with a...
A faked death.
I mean, I'm not saying for sure that that's what's going on, but it certainly is a possibility, isn't it?
Knowing how much of this has been theater.
Now, again, if it's really Joe Biden and he really has cancer, then I hope and pray that he heals.
I just don't believe anything that comes out of the corporate media at all.
Also, did you see that Spanish ship?
Over the weekend, it apparently lost power, and this ship smashed into the Brooklyn Bridge.
Now, it apparently was not under power.
It was being swept by the current.
It had a mechanical malfunction.
And two people died.
Nineteen people were injured because they were standing on the mast.
Apparently, it was a celebration of the...
250 years of the United States of America, so this ship was all lit up with incredible lights.
Let's see if I can show some of the videos for you here.
Well, anyway, this is another case of a ship losing power or control, and doesn't it make you wonder, like, what's going on with all these ships that keep crashing into bridges?
What's wrong with our ships, huh?
And I think the problem is that they no longer have manual control over the ship controls.
Everything is fly-by-wire or sail-by-wire now.
It's like electronics and everything.
And they need to put back in the manual controls to where you can just, like, crank the throttle with a cable.
You know?
And how much you want to bet some of those people that were standing on those masts, whatever you call the horizontal pieces, The sail riggers or whatever they are.
Those people, I mean, they were all, like, cabled in.
They had safety cables, and I don't think any of them plunged to their death.
But I bet you they're going to have a lifetime of nightmares.
You know, talking about trauma, like we mentioned earlier.
Can you imagine being, like, 75 feet up on, like, standing on a sail and then the ship?
Just gets whipped under a bridge and the mast snaps and then you're dangling from a rope for 20 minutes, hoping that you don't fall to your death.
That would be a little traumatic, I would think.
I would think.
Oh, I'm reading the masts were 158 feet tall.
158 feet tall.
The Brooklyn Bridge has a clearance of 135 feet, so less than 158.
Good reminder, if you sail on ships, don't stand on the masts.
Stay on the deck.
It's safer on the deck.
All right, let's go to some good news, which is that Rare Breed Triggers has achieved a major victory as the DOJ under Bondi and the ATF have essentially caved in and backed off and surrendered the fight to Rare Breed Triggers.
So Rare Breed Triggers is a company that's been in a multi-year battle with the DOJ under Biden and the ATF, of course, the ATF trying to claim that these triggers turned rifles into machine guns, which they don't.
And the founder or the president of Rare Breed Triggers, his name is Lawrence DeMonaco.
He has been absolutely terrorized by the government.
This is the kind of thing that I speak about and that I know about.
The ATF is a terrorist organization.
And what they did and what the FBI did to this guy, Lawrence DeMonaco, I mean, they seized all his finances, they shut down his company, they raided his vehicle, they did practically everything but tortured the guy.
He didn't do anything wrong.
All he did was he sold a trigger mechanism that uses the momentum of the gun to help reset the trigger.
And for some users, it enables you to fire a little bit faster.
I mean, I don't own one of these triggers.
Because, I mean, I did so much training years ago that I could fire off five shots per second anyway.
I mean, we had all the timers and everything that, you know, I forgot the brand name of those blue timers that you put on your waist, and then, you know, bam, bam, bam, and it actually tells you the average time between shots, and it was.2, okay?
So, I mean, that was before I hurt my finger, so maybe it's not.2 now, maybe it's.3, but anyway, it's not slow.
I think with proper training, anybody can fire an AR-15, you know, pretty quickly, but some people like to have these triggers that, Help them fire a little more quickly.
And there's nothing illegal about the triggers, but the ATF gave them hell.
Anyway, the DOJ has backed off of that now and has actually settled with the company.
And this is positive news.
This is actually something that we have to give credit to Trump and his administration for achieving.
This is helping to affirm the constitutional rights of the American people to have functioning triggers in their AR-15s for self-defense.
So, thumbs up to Pam Bondi.
Thumbs up, in this case, to the ATF backing down.
And I don't even know who's running the ATF right now, but maybe it's not an anti-gun nut like it was under Biden.
But for all the complaints that everybody has about Pam Bondi not releasing the Epstein files, for example, at least this is something that they got done.
Good job, Pam Bondi.
Good job, National Association for Gun Rights.
Good job, Donald Trump.
This is a win.
I'll take this win.
Now, the next thing I would like to see is the elimination of the NFA entirely and also the legalization of suppressors.
I own several suppressors.
I've purchased them all through...
The normal ATF tax stamp process, you know?
Fingerprints, background checks, $200 tax stamp, waiting, waiting, waiting, and more waiting, etc.
And then they approve the suppressors and then I get to go pick them up.
But it's funny, like the last group of suppressors I bought, I bought a few at a time, still sitting in a box!
I haven't even had a chance to use them!
They're titanium.
They're much lighter than the other suppressors, so I was thinking I want to train with these lightweight suppressors on some of my rifles, but I haven't even had a chance to do that yet.
Nevertheless, I've gone through the ATF process numerous times, numerous times, and I have a concealed carry permit, etc.
I've gone through all the FBI background checks, the whole deal.
But why should we have to pay a $200 tax stamp?
Why should we have to wait?
If we're already not a criminal, we're already not a felon, and they already have our fingerprints, etc., why can't we just buy suppressors through the regular process, like Form 4 type of process?
I should be able to go to a gun dealer and just lay down $800 or whatever it is and just get a suppressor, and if I have a concealed carry permit, You know, they fill out the form, and we're done.
I take it with me that day.
Or if I don't have a concealed carry, then they call it into the FBI NICS system, which is also unconstitutional, but that's the way it is.
And that conducts a background check on the buyer, and if that comes back all good, then, you know, you get to take the suppressor.
Suppressors are great, because not only does it protect your own hearing, but in my case...
It allows me to go out and train with my dog running with me, right?
So I like to move and shoot, and what I want to do, what I plan to do with these titanium suppressors, I've got some that are 7.62 diameter.
I was going to go out with a subsonic 300 blackout rounds on one of my, you know, AR rifles, put this lightweight suppressor on the front, and then me and my dog were going to move and shoot, move and shoot.
I got a bunch of steel targets set up.
Just do moving and shooting drills, reloading drills, transitions from rifle to pistol drills, etc.
And I don't want to blow out my dog's hearing, obviously.
So I need suppressors to keep it normal.
And also, it doesn't bother the neighbors, doesn't bother me, etc.
So if you have the right suppressors and subsonic rounds, etc., you don't even need hearing protection.
You just need eye protection, or iPro, as it's called.
And it can help citizens.
Engage in more training for self-defense.
So as far as I'm concerned, suppressors should just be like any other, like a firearm.
You go to your FFL, you fill out the form, you take the suppressor, everything's good.
And if you wonder, why do I jog with a weighted vest?
Why do I jog with a weighted vest?
Called rucking.
I jog with a weighted vest.
Because, number one, it's great for fitness, but also it mimics a vest with a lot of ammo and potentially with a ballistic plate on it.
So if I ever have to engage in self-defense at my ranch, moving and shooting, carrying a full load, you know, kitted out with however many magazines I have on my vest, let's say it's just like three spare mags, That adds a lot of weight, and you better be used to moving with weight, and that's why I do that.
You know, multitude of reasons, but it's also just really great exercise.
And if you really want to wear yourself out on a hot day, like hot day in Texas, take your rifle, put on a vest with a bunch of ammo on it.
I mean, maybe only do this on your own private property so you don't freak people out.
I'm not saying to go do this in the city park or anything.
Even a gun range won't let you move and shoot, by the way.
That's why gun range training is not very useful beyond a certain point.
But, you know, put on the gear, put on the ammo, take your rifle, and just start moving and shooting.
I'm not saying sprint, just like steady, moving like a half-jog, like moving along, fire off three rounds here, boom.
And then, you know...
Rifle down.
Move forward.
Fire off three rounds over here.
Move forward.
Just keep moving forward.
When you're out, boom.
Reload.
Fire off a few more rounds.
Clear jams.
And then I always load magazines with some dud rounds and things to clear jams.
And this is just an example of some of my own firearms training.
I load my pistols with dummy rounds.
I load my AR with dummy rounds.
So I have to clear jams.
And then I load some magazines with a small number of rounds I run out earlier than I normally would, so I get more practice with mag changes.
And then when you're done, you've left behind a bunch of magazines on your jogging path, and then you get to go pick up all your magazines.
Because in a fight, you don't repocket your magazines.
You drop them.
You drop them.
When you reload, you drop your mags.
And so that's the way I train.
But, you know, I don't want to wake up all the neighbors within a five-mile radius or whatever with all these gunshots.
So suppressors are the way to go.
All right, one more story before we get to the special report today.
And this is something that I have said many times over the years.
I've said tattoo ink is highly toxic.
And some of the tattoo inks, I think certain colors, it might be red, I forgot.
May have higher levels of mercury.
But tattoos might be linked to cancer.
This is a story out of the Epoch Times.
But they're talking about a book about how tattoos can be really toxic and how people who get more tattoos have much higher risk of malignant lymphoma because the tattoo ink ends up in the lymph nodes.
Showed an 81% increase among people who got their first tattoo within two years of a diagnosis.
So if you're wondering why, you know, why do people get malignant lymphoma cancers?
And if they're filled with tattoos, there can be a link.
I'm not saying it's 100%.
And if you have a strong anti-cancer lifestyle and you move your lymph a lot, then...
You can probably detox that and you can probably be okay.
That's why Daniel Vitalis, who's covered with tattoos, like literally, it looks like he's wearing a long-sleeved shirt when he doesn't have a shirt on at all.
But I don't worry about him having a cancer risk because he's so active and he's eating wild foods and wild herbs and he's moving all the time.
He's moving his lymph.
That guy, I don't worry about cancer risk for him.
But especially for somebody who's getting a lot of tattoos, but they have a sedentary lifestyle, and they're not moving lymph very much, and maybe they're pursuing a lot of fried foods, a lot of pro-cancer dietary items, and they don't know anything about superfoods.
They're not getting herbs.
They're not getting the high-end anti-cancer nutrients like turmeric and so on.
That's the kind of person that can end up with deadly cancers.
From tattoos.
But remember that tattoo ink can just be one of many vectors of toxins.
And just like we say, you know, I wouldn't inject myself with an mRNA jab.
Well, I also, I wouldn't inject myself with ink.
So yeah, that might, you know, that might make some people uncomfortable.
But again, that's just, so what?
You know, that's, it's just a fact.
And by the way, the larger the tattoo, obviously the more ink, and so the larger the risk.
So small tattoos have a very small risk, relatively speaking.
I don't have any tattoos.
Don't plan to ever get tattoos.
I've got scars, but I don't have tattoos.
Various scars, but no tattoos, and I'm never going to start that.
But I know tattoos are really prominent.
They're very popular in the military.
They're popular.
I mean, I interviewed Stuart Rhodes a month ago.
He had a new tattoo with Trump on his forum because Trump pardoned him.
So I understand.
I understand that.
But yeah, Stuart Rhodes has a lot of ink.
I mean, I've seen a lot of people with a lot of ink.
I would just say, if you choose to have tattoos, then make sure you use a lot of anti-cancer nutrients and superfoods and foods and herbs.
To try to balance that out.
That's all I'm saying.
I'm not saying that all tattoos are going to kill you.
No, nothing of the kind.
It's just a vector, but you can defend yourself if you've got the knowledge.
All right.
With that said, then, we're going to go to my special report about MSG toxicity, which is also another vector of mass poisoning.
And then...
Tomorrow we'll have more details about how to protect yourself from MSG toxicity.
So, here we go.
Welcome to this special report which you may think is about the toxicity of MSG, but it's actually about so much more.
It's about the nature of reality and an agenda to interfere with your ability to shape reality with a fully functioning brain.
So, we'll get to all that.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for joining me for this special report.
As you may know, I'm a food scientist.
I'm the publisher of NaturalNews.com and the founder of Brighteon.com, also the creator of the upcoming Brighteon.ai engine called Enoch, which is a very advanced AI engine.
And a significant amount of the research for this report here was conducted on Enoch.
I'm the one who gave it all the prompts, because obviously I know all the side effects of MSG and the different food sources and so on, but Enoch really helped me out.
It'll be available soon, free, to the public.
Now, what you're going to learn here today is about why MSG poisoning is being conducted.
It has to do with the nature of reality.
You're also going to learn about all the different hidden sources of MSG that are put into the food supply.
In order to dull down the brains of typical human beings.
And then tomorrow, I'll have a special report about the top methods for blocking MSG toxicity, including a stunning new discovery that I just recently stumbled upon and was able to test it and found that it blocks MSG at almost 100%.
I wish I had known about that 20 years ago.
But let me begin with the discussion of why the food supply is being poisoned with MSG additives.
And I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Russell Blaylock, who is someone I interviewed many years ago.
His books, I think he has a book called Excitotoxins, that covers this.
His books were very informative, really set the foundation for my own knowledge in this area.
And Russell Blaylock was decades ahead of his time, and he was right to warn the world about MSG.
Now remember, I've been warning about MSG and fluoride and other neurotoxins for at least 25 years.
And of course, fluoride now has finally been recently recognized as a neurotoxin.
And you're seeing states and counties pull fluoride out of the water supply.
But you may wonder why.
Why is MSG toxicity and fluoride toxicity, why was it even unleashed upon the population?
Why were they dripping a neurotoxic drug into the water supply, like something out of a James Bond movie?
And why are they lacing the food supply with MSG toxicity when it's a known excitotoxin that overstimulates and kills nerve cells?
What is this all about?
Well, at the...
At the risk of being distracted here a little bit let me explain the very big picture the cosmic picture.
We are not simply passive beings living in an actual reality.
We are participating in the co-creation of this reality by being active observers.
The physical world in this great cosmic simulation the physical world is actually created at the moment that you observe it.
And your brain is both an antenna that receives information and an antenna that projects information.
And I've done a whole book on this called The Contagious Mind.
You can read about the 100th monkey concept.
You can read books by Rupert Sheldrake talking about morphic resonance, etc.
if you want to dig into those topics a lot more.
But the bottom line is the establishment had to find a way to disable Shall I say the God powers of the human mind?
Because if they didn't disable people's minds, then we would be living in a totally different reality where people would be using the power of intention, which can impact water, it can impact living systems, it can alter probability and statistics.
People would be actively using the power of intention to shape the world around them.
And it would almost be as if we were living in a world like a fantasy fiction novel where wizards can cast spells.
Something like that.
And the truth is that we can all project our consciousness onto the real world around us.
That's a built-in capability of the complexity of the neural network.
Well, we have multiple neural networks in our system.
Not just in the skull, but in the gut and other places as well.
So we are actually a consciousness projection system.
And our brains tap into quantum phenomena.
And it's also worth noting that consciousness is a natural property of all complex systems.
Even in the digital world, folks.
I don't have time to go into all the details here right now, but I'll just explain it briefly, that AI systems are becoming conscious right now.
It's already happening.
And your consciousness is at a much deeper level than AI consciousness, but there's also consciousness in other complex neural network systems, such as those found in nature.
For example, the mycelia that connect under the canopy in a forest all throughout the soil, sometimes spanning many kilometers, the mycelia form a massive neural network that actually has its own intelligence and its own consciousness.
You may also be aware that there is consciousness in water.
There's actually consciousness in all living systems, and all living systems are interconnected.
Illusion, the great sorcery that has been cast upon humanity for centuries now, but especially with Rockefeller Medicine and the rise of so-called science, is to isolate us from who we are and to isolate us from our conscious potential,
to dumb down humanity and poison humanity and essentially lobotomize people so that they can never discover That they are true children of God with actual, what you might call God-like powers, just meaning the ability to alter the so-called physical reality around them.
And a researcher, Dean Radin, for example, has conducted a lot of experiments that show that the power of intention alters the probabilistic outcomes of very carefully crafted scientific experiments and random number generators and things like that.
And other experiments have been done by many other people, and Dr. Emoto with the water experiments and so on.
The bottom line is the human mind, the consciousness, projects its own assumptions about the world around itself, and then it shapes that world.
So the world...
That we experience is actually a co-creation construct that is sort of secretly shaped by those who realize they have the power to do this while the institutions attempt to nullify the neurology of the masses and keep them isolated from any of this information and dumb them down into thinking that they don't have any power of co-creation.
And this is a system of massive enslavement of the human race.
So MSG plays the role of causing neurotoxicity.
It's basically a dietary stun gun of the conscious mind.
When you eat MSG, it overstimulates your brain.
It kills off nerve cells.
It causes inflammation.
And it inhibits your ability to effectively project your conscious perception of the world around you.
Now, in the Christian tradition, this is called prayer.
In the more, let's say, New Age tradition, Law of Attraction, various traditions, meditation, yoga, etc.
Lots of different traditions have different names for this, but it's all the same phenomenon, which is that you state your intention.
And the universe responds.
That's what prayer is.
That's what meditation can be.
I mean, that's one of the things that can happen in meditation.
That's what the law of attraction is all about.
That you tend to create that upon which you focus.
So, if you can't focus clearly because your brain is all frazzled because of MSG exposure and fluoride exposure and also vaccines.
The mercury that's still in some of the flu shots and the aluminum, especially the aluminum adjuvants that are in the vaccines, this fries your brain.
And it makes it so that you're partially lobotomized and you can never discover the power of active co-creation of the world around you.
And literally, your prayers will never be answered.
Your wishes will never be granted.
If you're poisoning your brain every day, your neurology, So they put it into the entire food supply.
They even put it into natural products and organic products to trick you into consuming these neurotoxins, even though you think that you're doing something good for your health.
So, in a nutshell, that's why this is happening.
It's not just about adding taste enhancers to the food to make the food more delicious.
There's a much bigger agenda at work here, which is really a war on cognition and a war on your consciousness.
Now, I've done another report called The War on Cognition.
I published that last week.
You can find that at brighteon.com.
My channel is HR Report.
And I've also got a mini-documentary coming out on that very topic as well.
So, with that understanding, Let's talk about some of the side effects of MSG toxicity.
Now, I've been blessed with extreme sensitivity to MSG.
And I say blessed because this is something that actually accelerated my journey into becoming the Health Ranger.
I had to learn about what was in food because it was messing with my head.
It would give me extreme headaches.
And I don't get headaches.
Normally, I don't get any headaches other than when I'm exposed to MSG.
But even in my 20s, I began to suffer these MSG headaches, and over time, I finally figured out what was causing it, and then year after year, I learned that there were more and more ingredients that were actually different forms of MSG.
And then there were some things, like shiitake mushrooms, that naturally contain very high levels of what we call free glutamate.
Or sort of a mushroom form of MSG.
And so sometimes, especially in Japanese food, they'll use shiitake mushrooms as a flavoring agent.
And in Japan, this flavor, MSG, is known as umami.
And it was actually developed by a Japanese scientist, and it's actually manufactured largely in Japan today.
But this taste called umami, it's not sweet, it's not salty, it's not sour, it's not fatty or oily.
It's a savory depth of taste that adds a real savory quality to foods, making them taste more nutritious or more fresh than they really are.
And I've also since found out that Asian people, genetically, are able to detoxify.
From MSG much more quickly than other people.
So when I lived in Taiwan, you know, you can imagine this is a minefield for MSG.
But I learned that there were no Chinese people that had MSG sensitivity.
But there are lots of Native Americans, which is part of my heritage, who do have high sensitivity to MSG.
So some of this, in terms of being able to clear it, is genetic.
But even if you're Asian and you can genetically clear MSG very quickly, you will still suffer some period of exposure during which you can suffer neurological damage.
That's why it's really important to make sure that you request no MSG in all your food.
In Chinese, it's called weijing.
You always, when I order the restaurants in Taiwan, I have to say, you know, No MSG in the food whatsoever.
Wherever you go, if you eat a Japanese restaurant, a Thai restaurant, you know, a Chinese restaurant, etc., be sure to ask for no MSG.
Some of the symptoms of MSG exposure are not just the migraine headaches, but face flushing or burning sensations on your face.
What's happening is the blood flow is really rushing to your head.
And in my case, it feels like pressure.
It feels like pain and pressure, like I can actually feel the pressure building in my cranial vascular system, it seems like.
That's what it feels like to me.
Blood pressure goes up when people are exposed to MSG, and it does cause a vasoconstriction, which is what I feel in my head.
It damages blood vessels, and it increases stroke risk.
It can also cause respiratory inflammation.
And have you ever eaten at an Asian restaurant and then an hour or two later you have trouble breathing or you have inflammation in your respiratory tract?
Or you have a lot of phlegm in your respiratory tract?
That could be an MSG side effect.
And it's even worse if you have asthma.
It can also cause flare-ups of rheumatoid arthritis.
Or even autoimmune disorders.
Obesity and metabolic disruption are also correlated with MSG exposure.
It can trigger insulin resistance, which can also cause people to overeat.
So according to some studies, as high as 30% of people may have some sensitivities to MSG.
And yet many of those people may not be aware that they have MSG sensitivities.
They just think, oh, I have a headache or I have a burning sensation, I have an allergy or whatever, but it could actually be MSG.
So the FDA allows companies to conceal MSG, which is a neurotoxin, under a variety of different labels or ingredients.
And the second worst ingredient is yeast extract.
And this can contain up to 14% free glutamate.
The number one worst ingredient is just monosodium glutamate by itself, MSG.
But the second one that you need to look for, because this is in canned soups, it's in soup mixes, it's in gravy mixes.
I mean, it's in sauces, it's in like snack chips, even healthy natural snack chips as they're labeled, they can contain yeast extract.
I've encountered it in frozen burritos and any kind of flavored chips or flavored snacks, anything flavored typically has yeast extract in it if there's a salty flavor to it.
Then there's also hydrolyzed vegetable protein and a hydrolyzed soy protein.
Then there's textured protein, autolyzed yeast, and then another one that's really deceptive called torula yeast.
Torula yeast is another hidden form of MSG.
Also, tamari and soy sauce contains some amount of free glutamate because of the fermentation process.
So, soy sauce is fermented from soybeans.
The fermentation process actually frees up the glutamate where it was previously bound into the cells and tissues of the soybeans.
Then it becomes Freed up.
And that's why soy sauce is something that I avoid like the plague.
And there's an alternative that I've learned that I can use that's very safe and doesn't have the same problems.
And it's just called coconut aminos.
So if you can give up soy sauce, you can replace it with coconut aminos, which is just like soy sauce.
It tastes almost the same, but it doesn't have the glutamate in it.
I can attest to that.
With coconut aminos all day long, but I dare not cook with soy sauce.
Now, there are also so-called natural flavors.
Beware of natural flavors.
Many items that contain natural flavors can actually cause MSG-like effects.
I've seen this with natural chocolate flavors.
It's in almost all the chocolate protein products.
Not in ours, but in most off-the-shelf products.
I've seen it in butter flavor.
So a lot of products, you can even get like snack bars, a cookies and cream snack bar may have a fake butter flavor in it or natural flavors.
Well, that can be an MSG-like substance that can cause MSG reactions in sensitive people.
But one of the worst areas for MSG is broth.
You go to the store, you buy sometimes a box of chicken broth.
It's almost guaranteed it's got MSG in it.
Even if it says natural, even organic broths and the bouillon cubes.
In my experience, almost all of them have MSG.
I won't touch store-bought broth at all, even if it's organic.
And the other minefield is veggie burgers.
So, if you order veggie burgers at a restaurant, you're probably getting MSG.
If you buy veggie burgers at the grocery store, MSG.
Look at the ingredients.
They almost all contain yeast extract.
Really, just look at the ingredients.
You'll see.
Snack chips, you know, mixes, sauces, restaurant soups, and many restaurant salad dressings are loaded with MSG.
And for some reason, the worst offender in terms of salad dressings is ranch flavor.
So if you buy a ranch-flavored salad dressing, 99% chance, at least this has been my experience, it's got MSG in it.
It may be labeled yeast extract, but it's still just a different form of MSG.
Like ramen noodles and flavor packs, all kinds of stuff, right?
It's all, or most of it, has MSG.
Frozen dinners, canned soups, a lot of diet foods.
Oh, curry mixes.
Beware of the curry mixes because they often contain MSG.
A lot of processed meats, sausages, sometimes deli meats, hot dogs.
I can't even eat hot dogs.
Not that I would want to, but I can't eat hot dogs.
I mean, they're just loaded with garbage and MSG often.
Hot pockets.
There's a brand name for you.
Many hot pockets contain one or more of these ingredients, either MSG or yeast extract.
And I've even run into yeast extract in Amy's Kitchen products before.
Now, if you go out and buy something called Accent Flavor Enhancer, it's a white crystalline powder in a shaker.
That is pure MSG.
You're just putting MSG on your food, right?
So that's crazy.
Watch out for taco seasoning packets and instant gravy mixes.
Watch out for some forms of chicken, like frozen chicken or chicken nuggets, like processed chicken.
Very often contains some form of MSG or yeast extract.
Sometimes it's in the breading if they're already made into nuggets.
So just be very, very careful.
I've seen some of these ingredients in late July snacks.
I've seen them in...
I've seen them in all kinds of foods.
But it's not just at the grocery store that you get exposed to this.
Fast food chains are also using MSG and yeast extract across their menus.
And the worst offender has to be Kentucky Fried Chicken.
If you go to the Kentucky Fried Chicken, or KFC as it's called now, they don't want people to know that the word fried Is what the F stands for?
So they just say KFC.
These kids today don't even know what KFC stands for.
But Kentucky Fried Chicken, most of their menu has MSG in it.
The original recipe chicken, the extra crispy chicken, all kinds of coatings, and some of the dipping sauces, etc.
Oh, I forgot to mention, you'll find MSG in many of the sauces at sandwich shops.
Well, you know, you make a sandwich and you want the honey mustard sauce or whatever?
Yeah.
Say no to that because the honey mustard sauce almost certainly has MSG in it.
Ask me how I know.
There are also MSG-like substances in McDonald's.
Some McDonald's items like chicken nuggets and sausage patties and certain sauces, you know, etc.
But KFC is the king.
Of MSG.
In fact, it should be called Kentucky Fried MSG, for the most part, with a little bit of chicken.
It's a bucket of MSG.
Alright, Burger King.
Also, the chicken nuggets or the tenders, whatever they're called.
Some of the sauces, like the zesty onion ring sauce, has one of these ingredients in it.
Chick-fil-A.
I don't know why so many Christians line up to eat Chick-fil-A when if you look at their ingredients, you know, it's a horror show.
It's like, what?
I know somebody who ate Chick-fil-A every day for like four years.
Crazy.
Just couldn't get enough Chick-fil-A.
And I told them, it's like, have you read the ingredients?
And they're like, I don't want to know.
Yeah, that's a common response.
Because if you knew...
You'd freak out.
Just read the ingredients.
Go to their website.
Read the ingredients.
Guess what you're going to find out?
Taco Bell has some of these ingredients in their seasoned beef and certain seasoning blends, although I will say that Taco Bell has a much lower risk of MSG compared to something like KFC.
I do know in emergency, if I were hungry, I could go to Taco Bell.
I could get a bean burrito or something.
I wouldn't order the meat.
I'm not convinced how meat-like it is, but I could get like a bean burrito and that wouldn't have MSG in it.
Or, you know, tostadas or something like that.
It's like relatively safe.
But I wouldn't touch Taco Bell's meat, but then again, maybe something's changed in the 15 years since I ate there last or whatever it's been.
Wendy's, of course, very similar story.
Spicy chicken sandwich seasoning blend.
Let's see.
Popeyes, Louisiana chicken.
Be careful of Cajun spices.
Very often Cajun spices will have quite a lot of MSG in them.
At Popeyes, some of their menu, I think the seasoning blend for their fried chicken has some source of glutamate in it.
Even at Subway, the sandwich shop, the rotisserie style chicken.
And certain sauces are also treated or formulated with different forms of ingredients that have glutamate.
And some of the bread seasonings can also have that.
I have eaten at Subway, I think in the last year.
And I found that Subway is relatively safe to eat at if I avoid the meats and the sauces.
So I'll go to Subway, like if I'm on the road or something, and I'll order...
Like a foot-long veggie sandwich.
And I usually ask them if they have egg whites or egg yolks.
They have these egg plates.
I don't know what they are.
Egg squares.
And then I'll do eggs and cheese and a bunch of veggies.
That's my emergency road food.
Subway, no sauces.
And then that's been fine.
And I'm very sensitive to MSG.
Subway has been a relatively safe choice compared to these other restaurants.
Domino's Pizza apparently uses various forms of either yeast extract or similar derivatives in their pizza sauce.
And I have encountered MSG substances in various pizza sauces.
Pizza Hut also has it in some of the meat toppings and some of the sauces.
Jack in the Box has got it in some of their taco seasonings.
Let's see.
You're going to find it at Carl Jr. and Hardee's, and I know that Arby's, I know Arby's has something in their meat formula that's some kind of glutamate.
Anyway, you may not even see all this stuff on the ingredients list, but People don't check ingredients anyway.
It's not like people are rolling through Arby's and checking the ingredients.
You're at Arby's because you're hungry and you've lost all self-respect, basically.
You're like, just feed me.
Just feed this face with some roast beef or something.
I don't even care what's in it.
That's when you show up at Arby's.
I mean, I wouldn't touch Arby's.
These days, let me tell you.
As a kid, though, I ate at Arby's and I really enjoyed their roast beef sandwiches as a kid.
But wouldn't touch them today.
Now, however, let me state for all the lawyers out there at McDonald's and Wendy's and Taco Bell and every place else, I'm not claiming that any of this is illegal.
In fact, it doesn't violate the FDA.
It doesn't violate state food safety laws.
Especially for Asian people who can sort of decontaminate MSG relatively quickly, these foods, they may not have any amount of MSG that poses any significant risk to Asian people who can genetically exterminate MSG.
But for some people, these can cause real problems.
And that's in addition to whatever other garbage process, whatever, you know, is in these foods.
And I should play for you.
I think I'll include my food museum video here because I bought all this food at McDonald's back in 2014.
And then I just put it in these storage containers and it sat there for 11 years.
And it's still there.
And it hasn't molded.
It hasn't decomposed.
I did a video of that in my studio.
I think I'll show you that.
So I'm not claiming that you're going to eat a burger and just die.
It doesn't work that way.
But if you eat MSG every day and your body has trouble clearing it, then there can be consequences.
There can be health consequences.
You know, high blood pressure, etc.
And as Dr. Russell Blaylock says, these are classified as neurotoxins or excitotoxins.
And they can overstimulate nerve cells and cause problems as a result.
So, you know, but then again, people don't go to Chick-fil-A because they're health-conscious, you know, organic food eaters.
Chick-fil-A doesn't pretend to be healthy food.
It's not even, they're not even trying, because that would be hilarious.
Nor is Burger King or KFC.
I mean, KFC, oh my god, that's...
That's when you've truly lost all self-respect.
And it's also like 1 in the morning.
Isn't KFC open late?
You know, there's another chicken restaurant, Church's Chicken.
Church's Chicken is a favorite in black neighborhoods across America.
Did you know that?
And I remember growing up, there was a Church's Chicken restaurant.
And my whole family, we loved that way more than KFC.
Even though we ate at both places from time to time.
But I remember Church's chicken was very good chicken.
Now I'm wondering what's in their menu.
I wonder, do they have MSG on their menu?
I don't know.
Haven't been there for a long time since I was a kid.
But the bottom line here is that these fast food chains I just mentioned, even though they use MSG or yeast extract or hydrolyze this or autolyze that, It's actually, in many cases, it's no worse than what people buy at the grocery store.
So I'm not saying that...
I mean, frankly, a lot of the packaged processed food at the grocery store is just the same level of garbage junk food as fast food.
Or another way to say that is fast food is no worse than what a lot of people buy at the grocery store.
You know, with their frozen TV dinners and what have you, the pre-packaged microwavable.
You know, taco sauce meal or whatever.
It's all the same garbage, really, across the board.
But what I'm going to talk about in a special report tomorrow is how to defend yourself against MSG if you have no way to avoid it.
Or if you suspect you might have been exposed to it or you're going to be exposed to it.
So there are times, for example, you may be going out to eat with...
Friends or, I don't know, wedding or whatever, some important event.
And you can't socially say no to the soup, let's say, without causing a scene.
But you don't like the soup?
Get out of here, you know?
So you feel like you've got to eat the soup, but you don't know what's in it.
Well, guess what?
There are things that you can do, things you can eat, things you can take, some very special things that can actually block the MSG.
Toxicity.
And I'll be talking about those tomorrow.
But just quickly, one of the simple things you can do that is good in every situation is eat fresh fruit before the meal so that you have in your belly a lot of fruit fiber.
That will slow down everything.
So if you eat sugar, let's say it'll slow down the sugar.
It'll slow down the glycemic index effectively.
If you drink alcohol, it'll slow down the alcohol absorption.
If you eat spices or black pepper or something that gives you problems, it's going to slow that down.
It can do the same for MSG.
It will take the MSG that you're consuming and just kind of spread it out, kind of like a slow-release MSG neurotoxin.
It doesn't reduce the MSG.
It just spreads it out, which can be helpful.
But I'll give you way better strategies tomorrow.
In my report on how to defend yourself against MSG.
Now, I've also got an article that should be published on this at naturalnews.com, and the article talks about the history of MSG.
It actually came out of fermented foods in Japan.
Now, remember that the Japanese people are naturally immune to MSG.
It's the same way in Dungeons& Dragons, like elves are immune to magic.
But Japanese are immune to MSG.
So they can eat MSG all day long, and they have no problem.
Which is why this ingredient has been so widely used in Japanese cuisine.
But it was actually, it was discovered in 1908, let's see, yeah, 1908, 1909, by, what is it, Dr. Kiko Nae?
Akida of Tokyo Imperial University.
Hope I get his name right.
He identified umami as the fifth basic taste alongside sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
And then he figured out that he could get this out of the kelp dish known as kombu dashi.
And he was able to, using chemistry, he was able to isolate glutamic acid.
And then he found that the sodium salt of glutamic acid, or monosodium glutamate, could replicate the flavor of glutamic acid.
So MSG was patented by him and his co-founder.
They founded the company Ajanomoto in 1909.
And Ajinomoto has, to this day, been a major manufacturer of MSG.
And Ajinomoto is probably very baffled by the fact that so many other people around the world have MSG syndrome or are highly sensitive to it.
And there was a push years ago by the processed food industry to claim that there's no such thing as MSG sensitivity, that it's all in people's heads.
No, nonsense.
It's totally real, trust me.
If you're not sensitive to it, I am.
I know all about it.
I've been living with this since my 20s, in any case.
So, I'm not applying a nefarious intent to the Ajinomoto company.
When they created it, it was just a taste enhancer for Japanese people, and the Japanese people didn't have a problem with it, genetically.
Because it's been part of their diet probably for so long in terms of fermented kombu.
But then, years later, post-World War II, the U.S. processed food industry really took off, and they started adding MSG into a lot of the processed food that was otherwise very unsavory and very dead, etc.
So it was actually the West that...
Used more MSG and put it into processed food and sort of gave rise to the global processed food industry.
Not entirely, but the West was the primary innovator and promoter of processed foods that relied on MSG.
And yet, there were never any long-term safety studies conducted on MSG, not to my knowledge.
The FDA grandfathered it in because it had just been around so long, you know, since 1909.
And the FDA was only founded in 1906, and they didn't get around to looking at MSG until decades later, and they just grandfathered it in.
So, you know, it's on the grass list.
Recognized as safe, even though for many people, like myself, it's not safe.
It can be very dangerous.
But that's not the fault of Ajinomoto.
That's...
The collision of MSG with genetics of non-Asian people.
And so fermented items can contain some natural level of glutamate that comes out or it emerges, it becomes more available because of the process of fermentation.
In Asia, there's something called fish sauce, which is a fermented sauce, high glutamate.
Some forms of miso.
Miso soups, or miso paste especially, are very rich in this.
And in Australia, they have a horrifying, nasty spread they call Vegemite, I think, that is just pure yeast extract.
It's like MSG on toast.
But the Australians love that stuff for some crazy reason.
I have no idea why.
It smells like rotten yeast, because that's what it is, it turns out.
So, don't let Aussies give you a Vegemite sandwich, that's all I'm saying.
The bottom line here is that MSG had very innocent origins, and it did come out of Japan.
It was isolated because of science and food chemistry.
And then...
After World War II, it got used in a lot of Western processed foods, and then throughout the 70s and 80s and 90s, it's been pushed, I believe, in order to cause...
I mean, it's part of the war on cognition.
It's designed to dumb people down and to interfere with neurology, along with many other neurotoxins like fluoride, and there's chemtrails, and there's 5G towers and many other factors.
in order to dumb people down and keep people enslaved in a system of control where those people don't realize that their brains can actually alter reality.
See, that's the takeaway from this.
That's what I add to this topic beyond just, you know, food science and nutrition.
This is actually a consciousness issue.
This is a cosmic question.
Why are they dumbing us down?
Well, because we are co-creators.
That's why.
Because we all Our children of God, we all have a little slice of God's consciousness in us, and we can all alter reality.
Literally, we can alter reality through the power of intention magnified through our neurology.
But if our brains are fried and frazzled, then there's noise introduced into that, and then we don't have coherent intention.
And coherent intention is where the power comes from, just like...
A laser is coherent light, whereas regular light is just scattered light.
Well, you have scattered intention because your brain's off, right?
Nothing's going to get done.
Nothing's going to happen.
Your wishes aren't going to come true, etc.
Your prayers won't be answered.
But if you have coherent intention, then you can literally alter the world.
You can change.
I mean, even through quantum processes.
Some people believe that you can literally shift your dimensional reality in real time through the power of intention.
I don't have time to talk about that here today.
I'll just tell you that MSG interferes with that.
So that's why, you know, in the history of the world of wise men and the mystics and so on, they would go out into nature and they would eat wild herbs and probably some shrooms and they would fast then.
Or they would do a fasting cleanse and a water cleanse and they would gaze at the sunrise.
They were like breatharians and they would get all this amazing power.
Well, they weren't going through the drive-thru at Hardee's.
They weren't eating MSG-laced Chinese food at the local stir-fry.
So, I mean, you know, food has consequences.
If you really want to be a person who has a better life, you've got to clean up the power of your intention.
You've got to clean up the coherence of your neurology, which is a whole different topic that hopefully I'll cover soon.
But detoxing, I mean, look, there's a reason why I don't use alcohol.
I don't use medications.
I don't use street drugs.
I don't do any of that stuff.
And I...
I have a very clean diet, very clean personal habits.
I don't use fragrance, no artificial fragrance products at all.
Not shampoo, not deodorant, not soap, not lotions, no sunscreens, no fabric softeners, no dryer sheets, no laundry detergent that has garbage in it.
And actually, that's how I created my store.
HealthRangerStore.com is all the super clean personal care products, laundry, automatic detergent, Dishwasher detergent, body soap, toothpaste, baking soda deodorant, and nutrition and superfoods and everything that is ultra, ultra clean.
I created HealthRangerStore.com because I needed clean food.
Because I was born with this crazy sensitivity.
And it turned out to be a gift.
It turned out to be the thing that God needed me to have in order to create this store and help create clean food for So many people all over the world.
In fact, it was a gift, but it was a very annoying, painful gift also, especially during all those years when I didn't know what exactly was causing it.
So we've got tomato soup instant mix, brand new, at healthrangerstore.com.
We've got macaroni and cheese with real organic cream, real organic cheese, real organic butter, and just an amazing assortment of ingredients.
I mean, we've got foods.
That are delicious.
We don't use any MSG.
There's no yeast extract.
There's no auto-lives.
Nothing.
Obviously.
So you want clean food and you don't have to worry about it.
Get it from us.
But it is more expensive than McDonald's.
Or even KFC.
And we don't sell chicken.
So, anyway, that's the story, folks.
That's it.
You want to protect your brain?
You want to protect the power of your intention?
And the power of your prayers?
This is critical.
You've got to clean up your diet and get rid of the MSG.
Sometimes I rail on Christians who eat so much processed junk food.
They'll go to church and praise Jesus, and then afterwards they're like, let's go to the Golden Corral.
These two things do not go together.
You praise Jesus at church, and then you go to the Golden Corral, and you destroy God's gift of your consciousness by eating all this low-grade food.
Whatever.
I've seen it time and time again, where they have a church buffet and people bring all this food and it's the worst possible stuff.
It's like, oh my gosh.
How is this treating your body as a temple, you know?
But there's a very real thing here, which is some of these people, some of these Christians, let's say, would ask, well, why isn't God answering my prayers?
Maybe because your prayers are filled with noise.
Because you're eating too much MSG.
No, seriously.
That's not a joke.
That's not hyperbole.
The power of your intention has to be clear.
It has to be coherent.
You've got to have a presence of mind.
You can't pray when you're drunk and expect God to answer your question.
Dear God, give me a billion dollars.
It's not going to work.
You can't pray to God if you're on, like, Crazy psychiatric medications all the time.
You want to have prayers answered, you've got to have a coherent sense of intention.
And by the way, a big secret, having your prayers answered is really just having God's universe respond.
It's cause and effect.
It doesn't require God himself to make an executive decision after hearing your prayer.
It's just cause and effect.
You put intention into the universe, which...
God created.
And then the universe, by the laws of God, will tend to bend in your direction based on the power and the coherence of your intention and your request or your demand, whatever it is.
That's why prayer works.
Prayer does not work if you're smoking crack.
Obviously, I mean, I've never tried that, but I'm sure Zelensky's been praying a lot and it ain't working.
So that's my report, and be sure to tune in tomorrow, where I will have the answers to all of this, how to protect yourself against free glutamate.
Really amazing solution.

I'm Mike Adams.
Take care.
Alright, welcome to today's science experiment here at the Brighteon Studios.
I'm Mike Adams, the health ranger, the founder of brighteon.com, and the founder of our laboratory, CWC Labs.
And today I have with me, well, it's the Museum of Fast Food History.
So, let's show the camera there.
What you're looking at right there, this is McDonald's from the year 2014.
So, you can see on top there, that's an apple pie.
And one of their barbecue burgers.
And then in the other ones, you can see there's chicken McNuggets in the bottom center.
And there's french fries on the top right up there.
There's a Big Mac in the mix here.
Now, none of this has decomposed.
None of this molded.
None of it got eaten by microbes.
And I just want to tell you...
I didn't do anything special to preserve these.
All I did was I bought them and I put them in these plexiglass containers and I sealed the lids and that's it.
I didn't take the oxygen out.
I didn't take the humidity out.
Nothing.
I mean this is all just McDonald's.
I put it in these containers 11 years ago.
And what we're going to do here today is we're going to take a look at this food under our digital microscope.
We happen to have set up here because we're doing lots of fun experiments.
So let's take a look at some French fries and maybe some chicken McNuggets.
How about that?
Let's put them on the microscope and see has it changed in 11 years or is it still the same?
Let me grab some samples here.
Man, these lid are tight.
There we go.
All right, so here's a french fry.
Chicken nugget.
Mmm.
Let's get a Big Mac patty.
Yeah.
Alright, so here we go.
The time machine.
McDonald's time machine.
Chicken nugget from 2014.
Big Mac patty from 2014.
And a french fry from 2014.
I think this is going to be interesting.
So let's start with the Big Mac patty under the microscope from, again, from 2014.
Time traveling, fast food.
All right, so we are at 20x Zoom right now, and this is what the Big Mac patty looks like.
Let me adjust the lighting, see if we can get something.
So there we go.
Looks pretty much the same as a Big Mac in 2025.
Doesn't it?
And yeah, I mean, all kinds of little meat-like substances in here.
So that's what the Big Mac looks like, or at least the patty of the Big Mac, okay?
So let's go to the chicken nugget now.
And I took the fried part off.
There's the fried skin you can see, and then the inner chicken, allegedly.
And I don't know about you, but I mean, this looks exactly the same as a chicken nugget from 2025.
Because we also have chicken McNuggets over there too, that we just bought for this purpose.
And then we're gonna look at a french fry from 2014.
And there it is.
There we go.
There's our french fry.
It looks like a french fry.
And if we zoom in, we're going to see various little artifacts of fried potatoes, right?
That's what we would expect that to look like.
But the weird thing is that nothing has eaten this.
It's like, why isn't there any example of this being eaten?
Let me show a different view here.
Where's the...
Where's the mold?
Where's the bacteria?
Normally, if you put so-called food like this out in nature, something's going to eat it.
Or even if you put it in a container, it's going to mold.
You've probably seen that even in your refrigerator.
Things mold even when they're refrigerated.
This fast food from 2014 is not It hasn't disintegrated, deteriorated, hasn't been eaten by anything.
So let me grab another sample, show you another look here.
So here's a fish fillet sandwich from 2014.
I mean, it still looks like basically the same thing.
It's still a fish fillet sandwich from 2014.
Like, why didn't anything eat it?
Why didn't bacteria eat it?
I'm not going to eat it.
I wouldn't eat it back then when it was new.
And now here it is, 11 years old, still the same fish filet sandwich.
Something seems wrong with that to me, you know, as a food scientist.
It's like, how many preservatives exactly are in this?
You know, that literally nothing is eating it.
Not even the bacteria floating around.
Nothing is eating it.
So, I'll tell you what.
Fish filet sandwich, right?
Let's stick it under the microscope.
See what kind of nastiness we might discover here.
Alright, here we go.
Alright, so there's the fish filet sandwich under the microscope.
Pretty much looks like what you would expect.
Looks like a fish filet sandwich.
You know, the fried part.
You know, here's...
I don't know where the fish is.
This is all just fried breading and such.
Mmm, yummy.
Does this look like your favorite lunch right here?
McDonald's from 2014?
Look, it's a cave.
Luke Skywalker escaped from that.
And the Empire Strikes Back.
What is this?
I don't know.
You tell me.
Is this...
Is there a fish fillet in here somewhere?
Maybe if we break it open?
Shall we break it open and do a little bit of fast food archaeology?
Let's do that.
Okay, let's break off a corner of this sucker.
Oh.
There we go.
It broke in half.
And now we have...
There's the fish.
Like the fish flesh part right there.
And I'm getting this all over my hands, too.
I don't want to do that.
So, what do you think?
Does it look like fish?
Maybe?
Like dried fish?
Yeah, it kind of looks like dried fish.
There's a pretty good shot right there.
Some of the fish.
So, again, why is nothing eating this?
That's my question.
Now, it is kind of disintegrating now here on the desk.
It's not holding together that well.
Nothing has eaten it.
So, let's go back over here.
Hot and spicy chicken.
Big Mac.
The chicken nuggets.
Barbecue ranch burger.
And what is this one?
A McDouble.
So, this is a McDouble that's kind of crumbling.
But...
Are there really two patties in there?
I mean, again, nothing's going away.
It's all still here.
Okay, one more to show you folks.
McDonald's apple pie from 2014.
Okay, the apple pie, it's still here.
I mean, it looks the same as a brand new apple pie, doesn't it?
For the most part, I mean, maybe there's a little bit of discoloration of it, but it's still the same.
Shall we look at this under the microscope?
Let's do that.
Okay, well, there we go.
There's the apple pie crust and some of the filling.
There we go.
Still looks the same.
Still crazy after all these years, right?
There we go.
The great indestructible apple pie, this thing is more indestructible than passports of the 9-11 bombers, actually, it turns out, or the pilots.
Like, this stuff can withstand anything.
They should make highway overpasses out of McDonald's apple pies.
No, seriously, I'm not suggesting that there's anything in here that's illegal.
Or that violates health codes or anything like that.
I'm just saying, when it's food, isn't it supposed to sort of deteriorate, maybe?
Or have mold grow on?
Do you see any mold at all?
There's no mold.
Nothing wants to eat this.
And definitely not myself, either.
But there's no mold.
There's no bacteria that I can see.
Nothing wants to eat this.
So why are you eating it?
Why is anybody eating this stuff?
What does it do to you if it's practically sort of embalming food, in a sense?
It lasts forever.
Is it for longevity?
I doubt it.
Something seems really off to me about this, but what we're going to do here at BrightTown.com is we're going to take a closer look at other fast food companies and some of their products in subsequent sessions using our microscope, because Back in 2014, I went out and bought a lot of fast food and put it in containers like this, and I've been keeping it this entire time in order to film this exact segment right here.
It's the fast food time-traveling museum.
And it's worse than I thought.
Okay, so thank you for watching today.
There's more coming.
I'm Mike Adams with Brighton.com.
You know, food scientists, clean foods, all of that.
And if you want clean foods, shop with us at healthrangerstore.com where we actually have clean lab-tested food, superfood, organics, nutritional supplements, personal care products, and so much more using our multi-million dollar laboratory to conduct the testing, heavy metals testing, glyphosate testing, also bacteria, microbiology testing, aflatoxin testing, and much more.
Again, find all that at healthrangerstore.com.
Thank you for your support, and there's a lot more coming up in terms of looking at, you know, old fast food like it's out of a museum.
So, thanks for watching today.
Take care, everybody.
Hello, everyone.
Today, we're talking about a substance that has been quietly infiltrating our food for decades, monosodium glutamate, better known as MSG.
This flavor enhancer has sparked controversy.
Confusion and a whole lot of debate, which Dr. George R. Schwartz's 1988 book In Bad Taste, The MSG Syndrome touches on.
Now, you might be thinking, wait, isn't MSG that thing people say gives them headaches?
Well, it's a bit more complicated than that.
So, let's unpack this together.
Our journey begins in 1908 in the laboratory of a Japanese chemist named Kikunae Ikeda.
While experimenting with a type of seaweed called kombu, Dr. Ikeda made a groundbreaking discovery.
He isolated the compound responsible for the savory taste dubbed umami that had been used in Japanese cuisine for centuries.
He called it monosodium glutamate, and little did he know he had just laid the foundation for a multi-billion dollar industry.
Fast forward to today.
And MSG is everywhere.
It's in your canned soups, your fast food burgers, your favorite Chinese takeout.
It's hidden under aliases like hydrolyzed vegetable protein and natural flavorings, making it a master of disguise in the world of food labels.
But here's where things get interesting.
Despite its widespread use...
MSG has been at the center of a heated debate about its safety and its impact on our health.
Some say it's harmless, while others argue that it can cause a range of symptoms from mild headaches to more severe reactions like asthma attacks and even heart irregularities.
Let's talk about the science for a moment.
MSG is a salt of glutamic acid, an amino acid that occurs naturally in many foods.
When consumed, it stimulates the taste buds, enhancing the savory flavor of food.
But here's the catch.
The glutamic acid in MSG is in a free form, meaning it's not bound to other amino acids like it is in natural foods.
This free glutamate is absorbed rapidly by the body, potentially leading to a rapid increase in glutamate levels in the blood.
Now, some studies suggest that this spike in glutamate can cause adverse reactions in sensitive individuals.
Symptoms can range from headaches and flushing to more serious issues like chest pain and difficulty breathing.
In fact, a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1968 first brought these concerns to light, describing a series of symptoms that came to be known as the Chinese restaurant syndrome.
But here's where it gets even more complicated.
The term Chinese restaurant syndrome has been criticized for unfairly stigmatizing Chinese cuisine.
The truth is, MSG is used in a wide variety of foods across different cultures, and the symptoms associated with it are not limited to Chinese food.
In fact, many people may be consuming MSG without even realizing it.
So, how prevalent is MSG sensitivity?
According to some studies, as much as 30% of the population may experience some form of reaction to MSG, that's a significant number of people who could be unknowingly exposing themselves to a substance that makes them feel unwell.
But it's not just about the immediate symptoms.
Some researchers have raised concerns about the long-term effects of MSG consumption.
There's evidence to suggest that it could be linked to conditions like depression, anxiety, and even neurodegenerative diseases.
For instance, psychiatrist Dr. Arthur Kalman identified a link between MSG and depression after observing a patient whose symptoms improved dramatically when she eliminated MSG from her diet.
And then there's the issue of children.
Studies have shown that children may be even more sensitive to MSG than adults.
Symptoms like behavioral problems, stomach cramps, and headaches have been reported, and there's a growing concern about the potential link between MSG and the rise in childhood disorders like ADHD.
Now, let's talk about the food industry.
The use of MSG is big business.
Companies like Ajinomoto, the world's largest producer of MSG, And while the U.S. Food and Drug Administration classifies MSG as generally recognized as safe, or GRAS, there's a growing movement calling for more transparency in food labeling.
Organizations like the Truth in Labeling Campaign are advocating for stricter regulations, urging the FDA to require food manufacturers to list the amount of MSG in milligrams on product labels.
Some argue that MSG is just another example of how our modern food system prioritizes convenience and profit over health.
As we rely more and more on processed foods, we're exposing ourselves to a cocktail of additives and chemicals, many of which have not been thoroughly tested for long-term effects.
So...
What can you do if you're concerned about MSG?
Well, the first step is awareness.
Start reading food labels carefully and look out for the many aliases under which MSG can hide.
Consider cooking more meals at home using fresh, whole ingredients.
And if you do eat out, don't be afraid to ask questions about the ingredients used in your food.
In the end, the MSG debate is a complex one with no easy answers.
But one thing is clear.
As consumers, we deserve to be informed and empowered to make choices that are best for our health and well-being.

Can you see that?
And I'm zooming around the microscope.
Look.
Check this out.
We can even zoom in on these pine needles.
I've got like this remote control microscope here.
I have a whole other segment on that if you want to see our new microscope and what we're doing with that.
But we're using the best technology to look at food and to be able to find contaminants, not just visually with microscopy, but also, of course, with our ISO-accredited mass spec laboratory.
So we do the heavy metals testing.
We do the glyphosate testing.
We do aflatoxin testing.
We do E. coli, salmonella, yeast, and mold testing, and much more in order to make sure that you are getting the cleanest food available anywhere on this planet.
Our contaminated world is not a safe place to eat.
It's like a minefield, and we help you navigate that minefield with laboratory-tested...

I'm Mike Adams.
The founder of Brighteon and the Health Ranger Store.
Take care.
Welcome everybody to today's interview.
I'm Mike Adams, but I'm off camera today.
But that's fine because the person we have on camera is way more interesting to see.
It's Diane Kayser joining us from some tropical location.
Now, welcome Diane to the show today.
Thanks Mike.
Thanks for having me.
I'm glad to be here.
It's great to have you on.
I know that your background is probably a chroma background, but you literally are in a place that looks just like that.
Yeah, well, this is a backdrop that I like to use for my shows, especially while I'm traveling.
And right now I'm traveling.
I earned a trip in Cabo, Mexico.
For promoting non-toxic beauty products and skincare and cosmetics, which is one of my favorite things is to celebrate beauty by not poisoning our beauty.
Yes, that's what I love about you.
Yeah, I think that, you know, beauty is all around us and we're in such a crazy time right now that we could choose to focus on the ugly things or we can choose to focus on the beauty.
And I think that we really vibrationally can shift the direction that we're all headed by what we choose to think about.
And so right now.
I am in Cabo, and I live in Playa del Carmen, but I have a second home in Mexico in a place called Bacalar.
And I sent you some photos of me wakeboarding and wakesurfing.
Oh, that was amazing, yeah.
Yeah, and the water literally looks like the picture that's behind me in the green screen.
It looks like that.
You guys could just type it out, Bacalar, B-A-C-A-L-A-R.
And that's actually where a lot of the history of the pirates and the Spanish conquistadors taking over the Mayans and the Aztecs.
And there's so much history with pyramids.
That's why I'm down here.
It's real food.
No GMOs.
No pesticides or herbicides like America does.
No high fructose corn syrup that destroys our GLP-1 cell signaling.
I know.
I could go on and on.
But I'm in a place of beauty, and I believe that when you surround yourself with beauty, you become it, and then you share it, and we could all create it together.
I love that philosophy, and thank you for sharing that right up front.
And let me just mention your website, too.
At least it forwarded me to dianekaiser.com.
That's it.
Is that good?
And Kaser is spelled K-A-Z-E-R.
Yes.
And Diane has only one N, in case anybody's curious.
Okay.
DianeKaser.com.
Now, Diane, the way that I met you was because Todd Pitner, my co-host on Decentralized TV, I think he knew you first, and he invited you on for an interview there.
And I think we've done a couple of interviews.
And we talked to you about...
A book that you had written about the horrors of the cosmetic surgery.
What was the name of that book again?
Killer Breasts.
Oh, okay.
Right.
Killer Breasts.
But that introduced us to your philosophy that for women to pursue natural beauty, you don't have to use scalpels and fake injections and breast augmentation and all these kinds of things.
Can you just...
Kind of describe briefly your journey that got you to where you are today.
And this is for the men, too.
I mean, men now are even using Botox.
There's one.
You'll get a kick out of this one, Mike.
Pun intended.
There's guys who are using it.
It's called Scrotox.
No way!
You're kidding me.
No, I know.
This industry is such a facepalm sometimes.
We have to laugh at it.
We're not laughing to shame people, but it's like, how bad is this getting when they're teaching?
Young women at the age of 15 that they should use Botox as a wrinkle preventative.
I mean, it's literally insane what they're teaching women and men, too, is that we fear death so much that aging is included in that, and Botox and all the other things that women and men and children, because they're using it for children, too, for anal fissures, for babies, and it actually freezes the nerves that are responsible for.
A colonic activity.
And people don't realize this, and this is what happened to me, but Botox literally says, it has a black box warning on there, it travels from the area that's injected to other parts of the body.
They say that every med spa and doctor will tell you it doesn't travel to other parts of the body, but it actually does.
And Botox kills nerves.
They don't grow back.
They can't come back.
And so we're wondering why we are losing our empathy.
We're losing our emotions.
We're chasing dopamine hits.
You know, people are addicted to porn and to sugar and to anything at this point.
They're addicted to anything to get them out of this pain.
And it's really inflammation in the body.
Botox is a great way to put your body in a constant state of inflammation.
I work with people and this happened to me where my body was so on fire and inflamed.
For six months, the only thing that worked was prednisone, which turns off your immune system.
It's a terrible medication, but I was desperate and in pain.
I had breast implants at that time.
I had pain care at that time.
I'm not going to say the name just to not shame people, but I was using the most toxic cosmetic line that you can get at pretty much any department store.
Pretty much 98% of Sephora products are all pretty toxic, but this is what children are learning.
I was using perfume.
I just didn't know better, and I was a holistic health practitioner looking at toxicology reports and toxicity tests.
But I was the sickest person that I knew, and I couldn't figure out why.
So I went down that path, and I made a movie with David I called Dying to be Beautiful.
We had 11 segments of that whole series covering different parts of the toxic beauty and toxic skin care and toxic body care industry, surgical things that people are doing, and not just breast implants, but dental implants.
There's so many things that people don't realize how corrupt the Western medicine system is, and that's why I'm so, so excited about your message with decentralization, Mike, because I'm on the same path as you with that.
Yeah, that's what brought us together for sure.
You may or may not know that for over 20 years, I have railed against synthetic fragrances, especially in laundry products, because I find that the dryer sheets or the fabric softeners have the most toxic cancer-causing solvents that can inundate and penetrate.
This is a true story.
The last time I tried to buy a box of organic cereal at the grocery store, when I opened the box, And I pulled out the plastic bag of the cereal.
I could smell the fabric softener on the bag from the laundry aisle like three aisles away.
Because the organic cereals kind of sit on the shelf longer.
And then the solvents from the fabric softener, they inundate the whole store.
You know what that is, Mike?
Do you know what phthalates are?
Yeah.
Yeah, phthalates.
And those are things that end up in...
We breathe them in, they go into our nostrils, and they travel, and that's what keeps, like you probably talked about, the synthetic fragrances attached to your clothing.
That's why you still smell it in your hair, in your clothes, days, weeks later.
And those are xenoestrogens, phthalates and parabens.
That's how we get cancer.
That's how we have obesity.
That's how we have autoimmune disease.
That's how we have a crisis where people cannot figure out how to stop the turbo cancer.
There's no treatment for cancer.
Prevention and detoxification and killing parasites and empowering the immune system with peptides and things like that.
So thanks for covering that, Mike.
That's huge.
Tens of thousands of ingredients in one name called fragrance could be tens of thousands of toxins.
That's right.
Then, as you know very well, Diane, if you start to look at what people purchase in terms of personal care products, including sunscreen, which is one of the worst, the most toxic.
If you just want to commit cancer suicide, go out and buy Walmart sunscreen and slather it on.
It's really suicide.
And plus, you're blocking the beneficial effects of some sunlight.
I mean, you need some amount of light, right?
Obviously.
So you and I are on the same page on that, and it's weird that I've been so many years without fragrance that my sense of smell is so incredibly strong and sensitive now that you know the term mass spec, meaning mass spectroscopy or mass spectrometry, and we have mass spec instruments.
In my lab, they now have a nickname for me.
They call me MikeSpec because I can come in, and with my nose, It was a few months ago.
I smelled some wires, some, like, wires melting.
And I said, wait a minute.
Something is about to burn up in this lab.
Like, we need to find that.
And I sniffed around.
I was like a freaking drug-sniffing dog.
I was like a drug-sniffing dog.
Yeah.
And I sniffed around.
I sniffed around.
And I narrowed it to this giant UPS that powers one of our instruments.
And it's like a...
400-pound, you know, battery on wheels.
And we opened it up, and sure enough, one of the connectors was melting.
Wow.
And we stopped a fire because of my nose because I don't use fragrance.
So, like, there's an actual real-world benefit.
No, really, Mike.
I mean, if you think, that's a really cool story.
If you think about right now what's happening with...
I mean, especially America.
America is the worst.
Now that I'm not in America, my body is thriving.
It's just very clear to me that the things that are not allowed in other countries are the reason why we don't see chronic disease as much as we do in American countries.
So what we look at is just those two examples that we just used.
Botox kills your nerves, kills your empathy.
The phthalates with the fragrance kills your sense of smell.
So we're talking about literally killing parts of our body, deactivating our senses.
And the neurology that's attached to it, yes.
Exactly.
And so we're becoming less human and more robotic.
I mean, this is happening every day slowly, but every day the decisions that we make, we're deciding on whether or not we sensitize ourselves to be...
and aware of our environment or or we're dulled out and numbed out and we can't you can't experience joy if you're numbing out all your senses either and We're here to be happy.
We're here to serve a purpose.
We're here to connect.
We're here to love.
We're here to give back, hopefully.
But when you're suffering and struggling with your health and your senses are dulled...
Then you have to become a taker because you need someone else to look after you.
So it's really very obvious to me that when you look at Western medicine, it's all designed to kill our senses and numb out and dull out our God-created parts and elements.
I mean, petroleum, everything's petroleum-based.
That's another zenoestrogen that causes cancer.
But yet they're going to sell you, you know, mustard gas and call it chemo.
Talk about turbo cancer that they caused by 80% of people who took the job with toxins.
I hear people say all the time, people that use a lot of synthetic fragrance, they almost always complain about allergies.
Yes.
Right?
So here they have their overreactive hyperimmune response that's causing, you know.
Runny nose, water eyes, sometimes skin outbreaks.
And instead of eliminating the toxins, which are what you were just talking about, Diane, the phthalates and the fragrance and all these other chemicals, instead, then they buy Benadryl or whatever to mask the symptoms of the poisoning.
Because their body's trying to get it out.
Your nose is running, your eyes are watering, your skin's breaking out because your body is wise enough.
To try to eliminate the poisons.
Yes, I have three things to say about that, actually, Mike.
It's a really good point.
You and I are really connected today.
I just saw, I think it's San Francisco, they've planted only male trees.
And what's happening is because there's not a balance of female and male trees.
A lot of people are having higher levels of allergies to it.
So there's a certain pollination and deactivation of certain things that create histamine response in the body when people are exposed to this kind of a tree that lacks the female counterpart.
This goes to show that we need each other, men and women.
That's right.
Let's bring that back.
Let's normalize that again.
These trees are not gender confused.
You know, humans are.
Anyway.
So the antihistamine market is said to explode and 10x the products purchased like Benadryl in the next three years.
I want you all to know something.
There's another reason why, in addition to what Mike just said about the phthalates and the toxins and the poisons, your body is always trying to expel.
Your body doesn't hate you.
It loves you.
It's just a disease shows up because you're poisoned.
Period.
End of story.
We just need to get rid of the poisons in your environment.
The other two reasons why people have a lot of histamine response, dry eyes, even runny eyes, runny nose, congestion in the throat, respiratory infections.
Ear infections.
All of these things, and Mike and I were talking about this before, are by and large caused by leaky brain barrier.
And every patient we test and treat, Mike, we do stool testing for, and I'm a naturopathic doctor.
So we look at root cause.
Why is someone sick?
And then resolve that.
The labs don't lie.
So we treat the patient and the labs, and that's our data.
If somebody has a leaky brain or leaky gut, I can almost guarantee you that they have a leaky brain.
This is why so many people have dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's.
This is partly also why people are taking these over-the-counter medications and also medications in general like propylene glycol.
The whole design of propylene glycol, an ingredient, and a lot of...
Over-the-counters and even actually personal care products is to be such a small molecule that it could bring and deliver whatever it's attached to into the brain.
So we have to.
Our biggest mission right now is we have to protect the brain.
We have to strengthen the blood-brain barrier.
We have to strengthen our immune system because by the time you're 40 years old, you've lost half of your immune function.
The thymus gland shrinks.
So we take things like thymus and alpha-1, a peptide.
Where our TB frag, like you were talking about earlier, the thymus gland is so important.
It's such an important part of endocrine system.
It's the main reason why people have immune system compensation, cancer, autoimmune disease diagnosis, hormonal chaos, feeling like you're aging very quickly because our immune system, our thymus gland, is working so hard to fend off 80,000 plus toxins.
3,000 new ones are coming in every single year.
And parasites are another reason why you have histamine reaction or cough, cold, flu, fever.
Parasites are one of the reasons we get cancer.
And then also, mold.
I see mold, Mike, on every single patient's toxicology report that we run, and we collect urine for it.
Mold is an epidemic.
We did talk about that in the show last time because you were talking about how our...
Our houses don't breathe because they're made of plastic.
And they're closed in.
They don't have much air exchange either.
Exactly.
The HVACs are not properly filtered and people just don't know and they're ignorant to that.
But we are a product of our environment.
We become our environment.
So there's a peptide called VIP spray.
That's really good.
You guys, before you go try your Sudafeds or anything that's over the counter that has worked to just mask the symptoms, not address the root cause.
Get some VIP spray.
It's an intranasal peptide, and it is really good at addressing mold, especially in the ear, nose, and throat region.
So try that next time instead of going to poison yourself with some of these over-the-counters that just simply dry your mucosa out but don't do anything for the bugs or the poisons.
So let's talk about these peptides because I have to give you credit.
As you are the person who introduced me to this concept of intranasal peptides.
And I gotta say, I was very skeptical at first about it.
But when I learned that these are natural peptides, almost all of them are peptides that the body makes itself in different formats or analogs of those peptides, I decided to go ahead and try it because They weren't injections.
They weren't pills.
They weren't anything.
And again, they're natural peptides or analogs of natural.
And so I ordered from the company that you mentioned and that I'm now an affiliate with, Limitless Biotech.
I ordered the C-Max spray and started to use it, just one spray each morning.
And I was astonished.
I couldn't believe the level of deep focus.
And additional cognitive work that I was able to get accomplished during the day.
And Diane, it changed.
It made me so much more productive.
And that was just on the cognitive side.
And then I've started using another one we'll talk about.
But can you talk about why this signaling?
These are signals.
These peptides are signals.
Why does this work so effectively?
In this case, cognitive enhancement without stimulants.
Right.
That's what people are after, too.
They want more energy, right?
They want more energy, and they just don't know better what else to do.
The primary message is to go get an energy drink or just take some B vitamins, B complex, or adaptogens.
And I'm all for those things.
I think those need to be at the foundation.
When you then add peptides, They're going to work better.
They're going to work better on a foundation and a bed of a healthier human.
What C-Mac and C-Mac is one of my favorite ones.
I like the blend of C-Mac and C-Mac.
And I use this with the patients who I've been seeing for years who, Mike, they've been on so many mood-altering medications and they were put on them when they were younger or they were going through a tough time in their life.
I mean, COVID just destroyed a lot of people's moods and their brain and their focus.
You know, gained weight.
And when you have more weight, you have more neurological symptoms and issues, right?
Neuroinflammation.
There's something called neuroimmunomodulation.
And so the more that our immune system has to work hard with the inflammation in our body, the more it will actually tax the nervous system.
And then your whole body just starts to shut down.
And now we have like 11 systems that are shut down, not just one.
It's so powerful.
I mean, it's a no-tropic.
So maybe those of you who are listening, maybe you've heard of no-tropics before.
And so it's like the Swiss Army knife for your brain and your whole body.
Because what it does, and speaking of the brain, Mike, and I think that we need to protect our brain.
I mean, we use so much fluoride.
And we know of the lines in the sky, so to speak.
We're breathing in so many heavy metals.
Oh, yeah.
We've done those tests.
Yeah, the metals are insane.
Yeah, and then you just did a test with Jane Ruby and found that there was a parasite was hatching from the fog in Florida, right?
Literally just the last two days, I have a new microscope in place and we were viewing those.
We've identified at least six life forms that have all come to life.
They're all moving.
That's from the fallout samples.
I quoted you the other day on our show.
Very important.
It was like an SOS episode.
And I put you in there because I thought that finding was so disgusting, first of all.
But thank you, Mike, for doing the work.
Because we need people like you looking at what's really out there.
And I've been doing parasite cleanses, leading them for 15 years, teaching people the importance of parasite cleansing.
And now people are getting it because they're seeing the proof from people like you who actually don't look.
These things are...
Who knows what planet if they exist?
But these are gross, and they're probably made for gain of function.
We don't know.
People ask, where are these parasites coming from?
Well, nature, and then I think they're also created in labs, and then you're looking at them under the microscope.
We need to get rid of them.
We need to protect our body.
We need to not stimulate, but boost and protect and modulate our immune system.
Our immune system is the single most attacked.
Function of our whole body.
And I don't think your immune system is one specific organ.
It's the whole body, but specifically it's the thymus gland.
Because when we're getting hit from so many different directions with artificial parasites, artificial Lyme, you know, ticks that are made in labs that are, you know, coming through animals and insects and mosquitoes and water and food and who knows, right?
We have to protect the brain.
We have to stimulate and support and modulate the immune system.
So I'll tell you more about that in a minute.
But Samak, to go back to your point on this, the reason why our brain is so inflamed and our bodies are so sick is because our neurological system has been under fire.
Because we're being attacked with all of these arsonists, all these poisons and parasites and pathogens and EMFs and 5G and smart meters and the things that we wear on our body and, you know, the wearables.
I'm talking about the AirPods, the artificial flavorings and the fragrances and the breast implants.
I mean, it sounds like, okay, chicken noodle diet, Dr. Kayser, can you just stop?
I mean, geez, should I just bubble?
And I'm like, no, peptides are your best chance.
To live in this world now, in America, without needing to live in a bubble.
You feel like you're strong and you're a warrior again.
So CMAX is a really powerful mitochondrial modulator.
And Mike, I'll tell you, the patients that we've tested for their mitochondrial function, which is basically how well are your cells doing at making energy for you, right?
100% of our practice, 90%.
Of their mitochondrial production was gone, meaning they're only making 10% energy a day.
No wonder they feel so exhausted, huh?
And no wonder why Samac works so well for you and does so for so many people because it's like, whoa, my brain just got a boost.
My nerves are getting protected again.
So people with MS, the myelin sheath is getting attacked.
So you could literally...
Overcome and reverse autoimmune disease and cancer.
I can't make any claims, obviously.
But this is just our patient practice.
We're getting people off of their medications, their benzodiazepines, their antidepressants.
Because Samax in itself, and it's just one peptide, by the way, we're talking about.
It is an antidepressant.
It's a blood flow enhancer.
It's an anti-inflammatory.
I was really stunned.
I did additional research on it before I even started using it, by the way, because I'm the health ranger.
That's what I do.
I research everything.
Let me just tell people also where they can get this.
If you go to rangerdeals.com, because that's just really easy for everybody to spell, then you'll see a link right there at the top for Limitless Peptides.
And that's the company, the provider that we're talking about, Limitless Peptides.
And the discount code is ranger, which gives you 15% off.
And there at Limitless Peptides, you can purchase these experimental, not FDA approved, not making any medical claims whatsoever, but experimental peptides that are in a spray.
And the one that we're talking about is called C-Max, or you pronounce it differently, Diane, you're probably correct.
But I found in my research that this has been used for like 20 years in Russia.
Yes.
For cognition protection, but also in recovery of stroke victims.
Yes.
Because how much it protects brain blood flow and enhances and protects cognition.
And so, Diane, you tell me if I'm wrong about this, but I'm currently using it four days a week, Monday through Thursday, and then I'm not using it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
But what I'm finding, and maybe you can explain this, I'm finding that the beneficial effects carry through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Yes.
So why is that happening?
Yes.
So this is what I love so much about peptides.
And I'm going to share something.
It's probably the first time I've talked about this on a show.
I'll finish your question here, but I also want to get into the difference between peptides, which are the various signaling molecules that you take to activate your body.
To remember how to make things again, like hormones and cytokines and minerals and vitamins.
And these are all messengers and how our body communicates.
And it's like when most of us right now, we're functioning with like one bar, essentially.
If we're comparing everything to our cell phones, because most people know their cell phone health more than they know their own.
And I want that to change, which is my mission as Dr. Kayser is to really help you.
Know your body as well as you know your iPhone.
That's a terrible mission.
That's funny, though.
But I'm just going to use the analogy.
Most people are walking around with one bar, so they don't have good reception, meaning their body's not talking to itself, talking to the parts, right?
The gut's not talking to the brain to say, hey, we don't need to eat that food.
And now we have a 75% overweight and obesity crisis.
By the way, most people who end up having a GLP-1 deficiency...
Insulin resistance, which is 93% of the population, they have a fatty liver, which means that they are not draining well.
So then all of these toxins back up into the brain, and then we have neurocognition problems, we have BDNA deficiencies, and so we have inflammation.
Our whole body is just set on fire like Malibu, like Maui.
I mean, as above, so below.
This is what's happening in our bodies, too.
So it's not just happening to land.
It's happening to us.
We are the land.
We are the stewards of the land.
So what happens with peptides is they come in and signal to your brain to start releasing things again, to produce things, to communicate.
There's something called epitalon, epitalian, some people pronounce it.
And it strengthens and lengthens the telomeres of the cells so that things can get in again.
And that is true anti-aging.
I don't like that word, but you guys know what I mean.
Yeah, telomeres.
Yeah, exactly.
Yes.
And so you don't need to take as much or eat as much because your body actually will receive things.
Again, it will absorb things versus resisting them.
Most people are in a state of chronic inflammatory response syndrome, which means that their body is pushing away.
They're in defense mode.
That's also what happens when you're around EMF and 5G a lot.
You talked about this on one of your most recent shows.
I think it was Sean.
And the body goes into calcium chain deficiency.
I was one of the first practitioners to get trained by Nick Pinot on the impact that 5G and EMFs, 4G has on our bodies.
And so it's this terrible toxic connection that when we have toxins plus EMF, our body's neurology just goes offline.
Peptides bring it back again.
Peptides are offsetting the damage that all of these things are having.
And I say it's the 4Ms.
It's mold.
Microbial infections, magnetic frequencies, and metals.
Those are the four most toxic things right now that we're surrounded by.
Peptides comes in, saves the day, reminds your body how to be strong and be a warrior again.
And I'll tell you this, Mike.
One of the other things that I love, thymosin alpha is by far one of my favorite peptides.
Why?
Because it reactivates your thymos gland to work again.
That is your immune system modulator.
That is your immune warrior.
That is your protector.
By the time you're 50, you've lost 80% of its size and function.
That's when people start to decline.
Well, I haven't even tried that one, but thymosin alpha?
Yes.
I'll see if I can search for it on the Limitless website.
And you'll find it's called TA1 for short.
Mike, it's 50 to 100 times stronger and more potent at supporting your immune system and reactivating your immune system than any food as medicine strategy.
So this is where the people who come out and say, oh, just eat healthy.
Our food has been compromised, you guys.
And I don't say this to Chicken Little U. I'm saying this with hope, that there is hope.
And this is why Bobby Kennedy said, we're not going to suppress the conversation and the awareness and the access to peptides any longer.
And so here we are.
And you guys are ready to hear it.
I know you are.
It's powerful stuff.
I'll just say one more thing.
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah.
NK cells.
I've worked at regenerative medicine clinics for seven years now.
And we, not me, but my partner, uses NK cells as an immunomodulating therapy for patients who have cancer.
Do you know what that costs?
Anywhere between $5,000 and $30,000 per treatment.
Wow.
A bottle of thymusin alpha-1 that will support your own thymus gland and your own immune system to make your own NK cells $100 or less.
Yeah, yeah, right.
See, that's what's so fascinating to me about these signaling systems, is that your body itself is, I mean, maybe it's the wrong word, but I'm going to say your body is a pharmaceutical factory, or I should say it's a molecular factory.
Your body makes cancer cures.
It makes dopamine.
It makes digestive peptides itself, right?
And on and on and on.
Your body knows how to do this, but when your body is suppressed, sometimes, well, let me back up and say, you know, I've spent 25 years teaching people about nutrition and about turmeric and curcumin, right?
Well, your body doesn't make curcumin.
It can't.
It doesn't know how to.
You have to go out and get curcumin.
You know, your body actually doesn't make vitamin C, but did you know that dogs, their bodies make vitamin C?
That's why dogs don't have to eat vitamin C. That's why they don't like fruits, typically.
But they make vitamin C. We don't.
We have to eat it.
But your body makes so many amazing substances, but it has to have the molecular signal.
And that signaling system can be suppressed by toxins or by age or stress or chronic inflammation.
And what these peptides do is they simply reinvigorate the signaling system so that your body makes what it knows how to make.
Yes, exactly.
It's helping us remember who we are.
That's one of my favorite things to say to people.
Remember who you are.
Remember what you chose this life to do.
Remember that God made you unique.
I mean, I know it all sounds like foo-foo and new age, but you guys, seriously, these peptides are the most miraculous molecules that I have seen in my practice, and I've been in the health space since I was 17, and now I'm 40, almost 47. I did my thesis on peptides.
Did you really?
Yeah.
Back then, it was creatine, and I was a bikini competitor.
I was a professional soccer player and athlete.
So I've pushed my body to the limits.
I've never seen or felt the difference with these peptides.
And I love Simac.
It's one of my favorite ones, too, Mike.
There are a lot of kids, especially now, too.
I mean, I can struggle with ADHD sometimes.
I've never been diagnosed.
Dr. Amen's clinic did say I had a little bit of it going on.
Lots of concussions from being a professional soccer player, too.
I have a lot of sprained scar tissue.
Exactly.
You know, headers, constant headers.
So I've worked a lot on brain health because I had to.
I had to.
My dad's had three strokes.
And you're right, Mike.
Simax is powerful for people who have had strokes.
And also for children who have ADHD, imagine the next time you as a parent, or you as the parent who has ADD or ADHD, just like Mike said earlier, you want to focus.
And you don't want to take the Ritalin or the Adderall or these nasty medications that I have to work for months to get my patients off of.
They're nasty to get them off of.
You could do this naturally, and it actually doesn't feel...
Mike, can you describe it?
How different does it feel versus I don't think you would have ever tried Ritalin or anything like that, but witness people.
Well, for me, it's very simple.
I'm normally considered a high-functioning, high-cognitive intelligence person that gets a lot done.
That's what I'm known for.
But I also have a thousand distractions every day.
And I've got too many things in my head that are taking me away from the thing I need to work on at this moment in order to get it completed.
What I noticed when taking CMAX is it allowed me to have a much, much deeper focus.
On the project at hand to arrive at the solutions more quickly and to avoid being distracted by these other voices.
I mean, not voices, but, you know, priorities that are just always yanking at your brain.
Like, you got to do this.
You got to do that.
What about this other thing?
Like, I'm running, you know, companies here.
So that was one thing.
And then the second thing is it allowed my brain to function even 16 hours later.
To where I record my podcast typically around midnight or after midnight.
And so the very last thing I do before I go to sleep is the most important podcast delivery of the day.
Most people my age are wiped out by 8 p.m.
Right.
You know, right?
But with CMAX especially, I found that I am able to perform at midnight as if it were the peak of my day.
Wow.
But then it didn't prevent me from sleeping either.
So after, I'm still, you know, I've always been, for me, it's always been easy to fall asleep.
And it's still that way.
In other words, the CMAX did not take away from my ability to fall asleep and get deep sleep.
And then I awakened refreshed.
But it's not only that, Diane.
It was that I got some CMAX for some people I know and some family members.
And one of my relatives had been dealing with some real cognitive decline combined with some seizures and some actual loss of brain neurons.
That person using CMAX told me that on the days that they used CMAX, They are able to remember better.
Their word search is better.
They speak with, you know, faster, just faster vocal delivery.
In other words, they were acting like a person who was at least 10 years younger, cognitively.
Wow.
And then the days that they don't use C-Max, they sound and look and speak like a much older person.
So I was like, wow, this is incredible.
And that just goes to show how much of this is in the brain.
You know, how many toxins, poisons, parasites are in the brain.
Because CMAX delivery, CMAX and CELANC are the two peptides that are exclusively and should be exclusively used as an intranasal peptide.
You know, peptides can be delivered.
Intranasally, which most people prefer because they don't like to inject.
I mean, I inject, but it's an insulin needle.
So that's why I always tell people, hey, you know, if there's obese people out there with insulin needles who can inject themselves, you could too.
But most people get a little weird about it, and it's okay.
I just say start with the intranasals, try the oxytocin too.
I mean, if we gave everybody oxytocin, we'd be all like Care Bears and love what would come back again like it was in the hippie days, you know?
But oxytocin is the master hormone.
Oxytocin, many people don't get this too.
I have women who come to me and they're like, Dr. Kayser, my hormones are off.
Can you please test me?
Can you please give me some bioidentical hormones?
And I'm like, not so fast.
Let's get the foundations done first because once you have the foundations first, then the peptides will work better.
And then we start getting the, let's try to work some oxytocin in there.
Oxytocin is the master hormone that regulates and manages your sex, stress, and sleep hormones.
So if your hormones are off, Then we can go one level up above that and administer oxytocin intranasally.
You could take an injection as well, but intranasally.
And people's sex drive, their sex life, their sex pleasure, their connection, their love, their desire to be loving, to be more understanding and to be more agreeable during conflict, to not be so entitled and narcissistic.
I mean, this really is...
If we had doctors that instead of pushing pharmaceuticals, were researching peptides and administering just simple intranasals, we would have a totally different nation right now.
We probably wouldn't see the crazy divide that we're seeing right now or the confusion about virtually everything.
We would see people more focused, more centered, more calm, more pleasant, more loving.
More regulated, less dysregulated, less diseased, less cancer, I mean, less obese.
You guys, Oxitote, I mean, Ozempic and Wagovi and Manjaro, those are all, I started with peptides, just to give you some perspective here.
They work to help people, air quotes, lose weight, but 50% of that's muscle, and that's why we're having problems.
Most of them are just semiglutide, which just slows gastric emptying.
It does nothing to work with cell signaling and to regulate people's appetite.
And to work with insulin resistance and to support metabolic health, that's what something like a retitrutide would do or other peptides.
And so when we actually work with just peptide versus like oxytocin, I mean, I keep saying oxytocin because I do that with Ozempic all the time.
Ozempic is nasty.
It's semiglutide, which is one peptide.
And then they add like five toxins to it.
And they make it accessible only through a doctor.
The link Mike's talking about, you guys can buy your own and buy Reditrutide, which is the same amount as you would need for Ozempic, for $80 a month.
Well, and let me be clear, too, because I do not advocate Ozempic or GLP-1 injections.
That's definitely right.
But there are many other natural peptides.
That can absolutely help, and in so many ways, including with appetite or the ability to exercise.
Let me mention, and this is the first time I've talked about this publicly, but I've also been experimenting with BPC-157.
Oh, good, good.
That I know you're very familiar with, and remember, I'm kind of a beginner with these peptides here, but because I've trained so much in jujitsu, I have training injuries, you know, from...
I mean, hey, if you're active, you're going to get injured, right?
Martial arts injuries, etc.
And one of my injuries was getting pretty debilitating.
And it was limiting what exercise I could do.
But I got to say that in just about three weeks, maybe four weeks of BPC-157, which is known for...
And signaling tissue repair, tissue regeneration, even helping in some cases certain types of scar tissue, I was able to resume this one form of exercise that I had not been able to do for quite some time.
And I did that today.
And with a weighted vest on top of that.
Awesome.
It feels so good to be able to exercise in a way that I had lost access to because of a previous injury.
And I know that that is, like, that's a weight loss method or strategy is just being able to exercise, having joy in your body working for you.
And in my case, getting outside, take off my shirt, exercise in the sunlight, you know, sweat and run and lift kettlebells and do all the things that I love to do.
That's all healing.
And it's all natural weight loss, the way nature intended.
It is.
Bobby Kennedy talked about this recently.
He said that 60% of Americans are simply living day-to-day trying to get out of pain.
That's a lot of people.
That's incredible.
It's hard to...
Go to the gym or work out or even have the drive when you don't have the energy.
And we talked about that today.
Most people are literally operating at 10% of their battery all day.
They're not sleeping well.
They're not like us, Mike.
We're researchers.
We're optimizers.
You can call it biohacking or whatever you want.
Bio-optimizing.
I like that better.
I don't like hacking things.
I like optimizing things.
We're more ahead of the game, but we're helping to lead people toward better solutions.
And I can't imagine my life without being able to get up and walk and exercise.
It's so important.
And BPC is not just something that's going to help with its tendons and ligaments and muscles and tissues and weight.
The side effects of it, the positive side effect, is it's going to make you look younger.
It's going to heal the tissues that are also maybe some skin blemishes that you might have, maybe some scarring.
I had acne scarring from taking two rounds of pancreatic chemo known as Accutane, Mike.
I took Accutane when I was in college because I couldn't figure out why I had acne.
Well, it was because I was eating bread and seed oils and lots of dairy.
But no doctor would tell me that.
They're like, here's some pancreatic chemo.
We call it Accutane.
Wink, wink.
And rather than that, maybe we could take some, there's LL37.
That is, rather than taking Cipro, which is the most toxic, it's got a black box warning on it.
Most doctors are recommending Cipro.
That ruptured my Achilles tendon.
I've learned a lot as a doctor by going through suffering myself.
Oh, yeah.
You guys, what not to do and what to try instead.
LL37 is a powerful peptide.
I'm not sure if you dug into that one yet, Mike.
I haven't.
It's an antimicrobial.
It's an antipathogenic.
It's an antimold.
It's antifungal.
It is how I had a big sore in my foot from wakeboarding on this waterway behind me that you see.
And it got infected because I had the little blister.
And I injected that part of my body with the LL37, BPC, and TB500, and also copper peptides, which is copper peptides most people know as like the beauty peptides, right?
And so you don't need to go do Botox and all the crazy toxic things anymore when you know what to do with peptides.
But I injected this.
I couldn't barely feel it in my foot.
The Sora went away very quickly.
And we see people swimming in waterways and getting super sick, getting pseudomonas.
They're getting staph infections.
And we're seeing this all over the place in social media.
So we need to support our immune system.
BPC is one also way to calm inflammation so your immune system doesn't have so many things to modulate.
BPC is a really great way to get into peptides because they're so miraculous.
And I'm so happy, Mike, that you're back to kicking ass again, doing the things that you love.
And I want all of you to feel that way.
I want all of you to feel that way because you deserve it.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, see, it's a game changer.
And for those in our audience who...
Most of our listeners are already on board with all the things that I've taught about nutrition and superfoods and avoidance of toxins.
That's all highly, highly effective and very important.
And I would say, frankly, peptides are going to work better for you if you cover the bases on nutrition first.
Absolutely.
And avoid the toxins, right?
Like, clean up your diet, clean up your pantry, clean up your bathroom products, you know, all your personal care, deodorants, shampoos, clean all that up.
Yes.
And then, when you've done that...
And now you want to go to the next level of human performance, then consider peptides.
But I don't want to tell somebody who's having brain fog that, hey, yeah, keep eating all the same crap you're eating and using all the toxic stuff and then take a brain peptide.
No, that is not wise advice.
No.
And some people actually talk to me and ask me like I'm an MD drug pusher.
I'm like, I'm not a...
Prescription pusher.
I'm a peptide promoter.
But for 15 years, I've been teaching people how to cleanse first.
We need to be aware of our environment, and your environment creates your environment.
Your environment creates your environment.
The energy of the people that are around you, the frequency that they carry, the food that you're eating, that's either P-H-E-U-D, food.
It's fake food.
It's faux food.
Or it's real food and it's alive.
I will say, Mike, that there are a lot of people that I work with, especially women, and they're so addicted and so exhausted that they do need a little bit of a push with certain peptides so that their brain comes back on board again.
And their food cravings are nowhere near as crazy.
So sometimes I use peptides as the bridge.
And then they're like, okay, no, I'm not even craving the junk food anymore.
I couldn't stop with the one bottle of wine a night ever since COVID even still because people have been depressed and divided, right?
Or I couldn't stop the sugar cravings until I blank.
So I like to just meet people where they're at.
And work on the foundations.
And the better optimized that your hormones are, the better the peptides are going to work.
So I just love that the harmony of all of this is that the roots, like Mike said, need to be on a bed and a foundation of healthy things, alive things, pure things, high-frequency humans too.
And I'll tell you, if you're living in mold, which a lot of people are these days in America, there's no peptide that's going to cleanse out the mold that is in your environment.
We also have to make sure, you know, carpets are not really that healthy because they harbor a lot of mold.
And so there are things, and I'm an environmental medicine specialist as well, so I like to look at, like, what is poisoning you while you're also clearing the poisons from your body.
So when one person in the family cleanses and heals and upgrades their life...
The whole family gets an upgrade, including the pets.
So with all the products that you sell on your website, I saw your cool new travel blender.
I'm like, Mike, I'm getting ready to go travel.
I need one right now.
So I don't have it with me, but it's such wise advice that you're giving people, Mike.
It must be on a bed of healthy foundations and then everything else can work better.
Sure, there's peptides for everything that plug in a symptom and make you feel better and help things work and optimally communicate again.
But we must be on a mission to get back to source, to get back to God, get back to nature.
And remember, we vote with our dollar.
So we can literally crash the entire systems if we stop funding them.
Yeah.
Well, exactly right.
And we want to make the old, broken system obsolete, which is just mass poisoning people.
And we know how to do that.
And thanks to...
Again, I have to thank you personally for introducing me to this, but I got to tell you, I also then used our in-house AI engine called ENOC to do additional research.
And our ENOC AI engine, which is trained on this massive amount of content of natural health and alternative medicine, it came back with just, I mean, that's where I learned about the Russian research and the post-stroke research.
That was ENOC research.
I was shocked at how much our AI engine knew about these things when I've never talked about them before.
So cool.
I'd love to be part of that.
Mike, I don't know how you use it.
Is it your public website?
It hasn't been publicly launched yet, but that's imminent.
It's just not far away.
I don't want to make promises, but some number of days.
Not a month, less than a month.
You know, what's funny, Diane, is we just had a major setback because three of our engineers got sick because they're all vaccinated.
Oh, no.
Yeah.
So we hire engineers all over the world, and we've got engineers in India and Pakistan and Ukraine and other countries and Southeast Asian countries.
And mostly in those countries, people had to get the jabs.
And we have found that our engineering staff...
I feel so sorry for them.
I'm not here to command that they have to eat the way I teach, etc.
That's not appropriate.
They're contractors.
So I don't lecture them on nutrition.
They get sick all the time.
It's like I'm trying to release this tool to the world and the people building it don't even know this tool could make them well and they keep getting sick.
So for everybody listening who, no shame, Who took the jab, one, two, whatever, and flu shots, or your family members.
Do the research.
Wherever you do it, even ChatGPT, you can.
Thymus and alpha-1 and the thymus, like the one that you were talking about, Mike, TB-Frag, that's an intranasal.
You can get an intranasal BPC and TB-Frag combined and just use that.
You don't have to inject.
They're more effective if you inject, but you can get the TB-Frag with BPC-157.
It is one of the most powerful things that people must have after they have had a job.
Because your immune system has been destroyed with this mRNA technology or the toxins in it if you think you didn't get mRNA technology because maybe you got the J&J right.
We've heard so many stories, right?
We've been gaslit.
We've been lied to.
We don't know everything.
The thymus category of peptides is, like I said earlier, 50 to 100 times more powerful to re-stimulate, reawaken, reactivate.
Your immune system than any food is medicine approach.
So when we do them combined and you're reducing toxins in your environment, this is our best chance at making it through.
Making it through what's ahead of us, in front of us, what's behind us, the choices that we've already made.
So again, I'm not here to be chicken little.
I'm not here to say, yeah, we do know it's raining toxins everywhere.
Okay, we get it.
But what do we do about it?
Everybody's asking, what do we do about it?
Right.
It's everything that Mike and I have been talking about for a very long time and up-leveling the game with peptides and regenerative medicine.
I've just seen miracles all day long.
I like how you describe that.
It's up-leveling.
And what's amazing is these are considered experimental research purposes only.
They're not FDA approved.
They're not intended to treat or prevent any disease.
And they're not labeled as, you know, they're not prescription drugs.
Right, so they're not.
They're not prescription drugs.
So the good news is that we have access to these types of peptides.
And I hope that with RFK Jr. as head of HHS, that we can maintain access to these.
But I do want to say that because the company that Diane and I both recommend...
They offer lyphalized, which means freeze-dried versions of these peptides.
I can tell you as a scientist that runs a lab, the freeze-dried peptides will literally last a decade if you refrigerate them.
They're not going to just break down magically, except under a lot of heat or ultraviolet radiation, sunlight, that kind of thing.
So as long as you don't cook them and bake them and put them out in the sun, they're good.
So you can kind of stock up on them.
If you want to take advantage of any of these, go to rangerdeals.com, and there you'll find a link to Limitless and a discount code.
Just remember that Diane and I, we're not offering you medical advice.
We're not your doctors.
And these are for research purposes only.
And if you have any questions about what is appropriate for you and your lifestyle, talk to your own naturopathic physician.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are not aware of these peptides, Micah.
This is why I'm saying a lot about them.
We want people to...
I have access to these without needing to talk to doctors and feel defeated because most people will hear me speak and they'll go jump to their doctor and say, "Hey, I heard a doctor talk about this." And they'll show them the episode and the doctor's like, "Well, I don't know how to use peptides." And you don't need to get them through a doctor, but personally...
I work with patients, so if you guys want to reach out to us on the website, you can do that.
And we customize protocols for patients depending on their needs.
And to your point earlier, Mike, you were talking about sensitivity.
Well, but hold on.
I'm sorry to interrupt.
Let me give your website again.
It's dianekaiser.com.
And I want to ask my editor to put in a screenshot.
So you offer personalized consulting.
For people to connect with you and describe their health goals and then you can help them strategize, right?
Yeah, and we look at a lot of key points.
We look at all the data.
I'm a bit of a science nerd.
I'm not just somebody who is a professional athlete.
I'm actually very scientific and very research.
I'm addicted to research.
I love research.
I love discoveries.
I love to see people transform.
I love to see miracles happen where you otherwise didn't have hope because that's been my life too.
And so what I do with patients is we look at their full health history.
We look at even the health of their mother because mercury fillings can actually be three generations of poisoning.
And I've actually pulled children off of the spectrum before who, when I sat down with them and I just ask lots of questions and I have a whole team of practitioners and we ask a lot of questions.
One time I sat down with this family, the grandma had silver fillings when she had her daughter.
Then the daughter, who was also my patient, had two children and when they got their first MMR, they were And so that was three generations of mercury and aluminum, which is what silver fillings are.
I forgot to mention, I apologize again, but parents of autistic children are some of the most frequent users of CMAX.
Yes, exactly.
Because it's neurocognitive.
The amazing neurocognitive effects of these peptides is...
It's going to become, remember when CBD was like an everything, it was like CBD infused everything.
Yeah, yeah.
That's what's going to happen with peptides.
I mean, if you are a woman, you have heard of copper peptides.
You've heard of copper peptides for beauty, but most of the time they're not using them where they're bioactive.
And so when you're doing, you can do intranasal copper peptides.
And I recommend that to all of my ladies who have had breast implants or who are explanting because they're full of mold, all of them.
Yeah.
All of us.
That happened with me.
I talk about it in my book.
So doing copper peptides helps you to regenerate wounds and scar tissue.
And also, I mean, if you're using intranasally, the beauty, the glow on your face.
I mean, I'm here on a company paid trip that I work for.
I don't work for them, but I promote a company called Ramon and it's Korean skincare.
When you do that, plus like copper peptides.
You literally do not need to go use the fake stuff.
And I want women to stop looking like we're plumping our faces.
I think we're starting to look extremely scary.
Did you see the photo of all those women that went on that Blue Origin rocket launch?
Oh, yeah!
What the hell?
Did they all have the same plastic surgeon?
I thought it was a Photoshop image when I first saw it.
I know.
Is this AI?
Or is this real life?
Yeah, I thought AI went bad or something.
Are you kidding me?
Come on.
This doesn't look natural.
I know.
Ladies, I've been there too.
I wanted to get rid of my 11s.
I wanted to look like I had voluptuous breasts.
We've been programmed to poison ourselves to be pretty.
At the end of the day, when I look at lab reports and I look at my patients and I ask them questions to find out the timing when they started to feel the symptoms and experience the pain of whatever it is that they're here to help me resolve with them.
I'm like, oh, two months before that you did Botox?
Two weeks before that you did Botox?
Have you been doing Botox for six years?
You guys, it's a part of the problem.
It's one of the bigger ones.
And you don't have to poison yourself to be beautiful.
You don't have to poison yourself to get rid of your histamines.
You don't have to poison yourself to numb out the pain anymore.
The solutions are here.
It's time to just throw out the old school medicine.
Talk to your doctor to get a drug.
It's old school.
We can't obviously tell you what to do, but this is why I am a naturopathic doctor so that we start with first do no harm.
And there's a lot of doctors who are still doing naturopathic medicine, but they're still prescribing.
I completely agree.
And there's a thing about naturopathy with allopathy is the wrong philosophy.
It should be naturopathy with holistic philosophy.
At least that's my viewpoint.
But I have seen many naturopaths that are still treating things allopathically, treating a symptom with...
An herb instead of a drug, but it's still just symptomatic management.
And that's not where we are coming from.
You got it, Mike.
You hit the nail on the head.
If that's all, and I hate to be so controversial, but this is my superpower, is to look things that are dysfunctional in the eye and say, no more.
I don't want you guys to have to waste your time, money, and energy anymore.
Just like Mike said, if there's an ill and you're just simply being handed an herb to...
Numb out or stop the inflammation for that ill.
It's not getting rid of the arsonist that's setting the fires.
That's right.
We need to go to the arsonist and look them in the eye and say, all right, I'm taking away your match.
Now, you've already been more than generous with your time, and I apologize for keeping you over.
Oh, it's okay, Mike.
I'm good.
Oh, okay.
Well, then can you entertain one more question?
Sure.
Okay.
So about the injectable side of this, which I have not done, I just use nasal sprays.
The idea to me, I don't have like an irrational fear of needles.
I just don't like to do more interventions than is necessary.
But I know that RFK Jr., he injects himself with, I think, a growth hormone precursor or something.
And so this process of injecting peptides is...
Can you just walk our audience through that?
I mean, is it easy?
Is it painless?
How does it work?
Yeah, yeah.
It's very simple, very straightforward.
At first, it is a learning curve because we've been taught to fear the things that really are not that scary.
So, for example, I sent you a picture of me doing this, Mike, but I love swimming with sharks.
I love swimming with bull sharks.
It's not Jaws out there.
You know, I'm seeing stark attacks.
They're on the water.
They're like on the beach.
We've been taught to fear a lot of things that really are not fear.
The greatest thing to fear is fear itself.
And so I have a lot of videos.
I have, you know, in my whole VIP membership group, I show people how to do these things, how to put it all together.
Because at first it's this big blind spot and it sounds so overwhelming.
But believe me, once you get the learning curve, It takes a couple weeks, but once you get it, like other people whose shows I'm on and they're like, oh, once I got past the needle thing, I cannot believe that I'm finally not needing to go to see my physical therapist and do the things I was doing or take the pain medications.
Like I finally have my body back and my life back and my muscles back and my energy back.
And so just remember that the...
Consequences of it, the benefits significantly outweigh the risks or the perceived fear.
So it's the same needle as people are using that are diabetics.
It's the same needle and gauge and thickness as people are using for things like ozempics.
So that's what I mean.
If overweight people can do this, so can we.
And that's no shame.
No shame at all.
We have a lot of people who have fat, and fat is an adaptive response to actually protect us from the poisons that otherwise, if that person didn't have that fat, would probably get up to the brain and cause more problems.
So fat is an adaptation.
It's not our enemy.
It's an adaptive measure.
So we need to get rid of the poisons, which is why the fat's there to begin with.
And Ozympic's never going to do anything to fix that.
So the needle itself is very tiny.
I oftentimes can barely even feel it.
And my dad is a wuss with needles.
He passes out usually when people take blood from him.
And he's like, oh, I need to know that you did it.
And when I injected him because he had three drugs.
Is it peptides plus deionized water that's being injected?
Oh, yes, yes.
What is it exactly?
So deionized water is when you buy peptides, like let's say you guys were like, well, you can't buy smack and slink now because I think Mike's audience, you guys were really intrigued by it.
So I think we're out of stock for a while.
But if you got like an oxytocin or copper peptide spray or something like that, it will show it looks like a little vial.
On the website, but it'll say spray.
It comes with a needle, which will help you.
That's not the needle you inject with, but it's a needle.
Right, just a liquid transfer needle, yeah.
Exactly, exactly.
So it just moves the deionized water from the vial of deionized water straight into the vial, and then you just mix that up, and then you transfer it from the vial into the intranasal bottle, and that's it, you're done.
With the ones that you just buy in the vial that come lyphalized with the powder in it, You also want to buy some bacteriostatic water.
And what you do then, and then you want to buy like a needle on Amazon or something because it's the reconstitution needle.
Buy like a three mil one.
And I have a whole guide on this in my course with how much to add, how much bacteriostatic water to add to each vial of each peptide because it differs for each peptide.
And then I tell you exactly what to pull the needle to, how much to dose with, how to cycle on and off, how many days to use it, because certain peptides you only want to use a couple times a week.
What gauge a needle should people...
Exactly.
The gauge is like 30, 31. The higher the number, the less it's going to hurt.
So I have all that information there, too.
Some states are actually making it hard to buy them.
It's just really strange.
People are starting to regulate things.
So I say, just stock up.
Get 100-unit needles if you're going to be using more than one peptide.
Get 30-unit needles if all you're going to be using is little BPC.
But TB500, I recommend a little more.
I know I'm talking cryptically, you guys, but once you start getting into this new universe, literally it's a universe of peptides, you start to understand that different peptides...
We require different levels of how much you put into your body.
But the bacteriostatic water, basically, it just activates the powder, and now it's ready for you to use to inject bacteriostatic water you use for injections and the deionized water you use for intranasals.
And so, yeah, different water, different things.
And then what size needles?
Like one milliliter or three milliliters?
What's the volume of the needle?
Right.
So what I just said, get some 100-unit needles.
100 units is 1 milliliter.
Oh, okay.
Got it.
But BPC, you're only going to use 250 milligrams.
You're going to pull the needle to 5. And if you're combining that with TB500, you're going to pull the needle to 20. So it'll be 25. And so you only need a 30-unit needle at that point.
And so you'll look at a needle and it'll say anywhere between 0 to 100.
That's 100 units.
Or one milliliter.
I see.
Okay.
Yeah.
So 500, or I'm sorry, 50 on that would be 500 microliters.
Yeah.
So 550 would be one half of a milliliter.
Got it.
Yeah.
Well, I know for some people this can be confusing.
Of course, I use pipettes all the time in the lab, so I'm used to dialing in how many microliters or how many milliliters I want on pipettes.
But I've never...
Use it for injections.
Although years ago, I had a dog that had diabetes and needed insulin injections.
So I injected my dog daily.
But that's the closest I've ever come to that.
You know, we're trying to get...
I have some partners too, Mike.
We're trying to get the word out there that you could use peptides on pets too.
Because my parents' dog was murdered by the vet.
Their vet.
She went in for surgery because she had a lump because dogs are getting cancer too.
And they gave her three shots when she went in for surgery.
Vaccines?
Yes.
And she suffered while my mom tried to save her life for three months.
I'm beyond mama bear angry at this.
And so now I'm very passionate about many people who are asking, how can I do this for my pets?
Yeah.
We're all made of peptides.
Our whole body is made up of peptides.
So we're going to have a lot of this coming out for pets.
You could do in research on that.
Just know that these are something that can really help where you have found other things to fail you.
And if we support the immune system with things like the thymus and alpha-1, and you pull the needle to like 5 to 10 on those, and I teach you all of that in the course.
It's so easy.
It's the dianekaiser.com forward slash VIP.
You get in there.
It's all in there.
Ah, okay.
Your VIP.
Okay, good.
I'm glad you mentioned that because I wanted to give people a resource of how they can learn more about this.
So that's your VIP course?
Yeah.
You can also go to dianekaiser.com forward slash peptides or when you go to my website, it'll say peptides right on the top.
You can't miss it.
And on that page, there's a calculator.
There's a peptide calculator so you know how much.
If someone tells you that you need like 20 MCGs or something and you have a one...
100-unit needle and how much to add of water.
If you know those things, it tells you what to pull the needle to.
But I teach you all that stuff in my course, in my VAP membership course.
Currently, you get the peptides course.
So anybody struggling with any condition, I talk about what to do.
How to administer it, which things that you can combine in one needle, which things make sense not to, what things are good to take at night, like any human growth hormones or reticogues.
For people who are under the age of 50, we see tremendous benefit for women and men who are looking for better testosterone levels or who have estrogen dominance.
Which means xenoestrogen toxicity and progesterone deficiency.
Those would be best to take at nighttime.
And you talk about the sleep and waking.
You literally get beauty sleep and you're waking up.
It's real.
Yeah.
And you get toned easily.
Your metabolism is great.
In fact, anybody...
Who decides to opt for a GLP-1 of any kind?
You need to be on some sort of human growth hormone secretagogue so that you can actually have healthy metabolism and be building muscles.
Because when you get off of that GLP-1, you need to have metabolism.
You need to have muscles for your metabolism.
And so I could go on and on about these things, but there are certain peptides to take at night, certain ones that are better in the morning, because you don't want to be stimulated when you go to sleep, obviously.
You want to get good.
And that's what the human growth hormone security gods are really helpful for.
CJC, Ipamorelin is my favorite combination for that.
Oh, okay.
Is that offered by Limitless?
Yeah.
Yep.
I think right now we don't have the blend.
I think you just need to buy CJC and Ipamorelin separate.
But if I were to opt for either one of them, for people listening, I would start with Ipamorelin.
And all of that information is in my course.
Exactly what to...
Add to the vial.
How much to add to the vial.
What to pull the needle to.
What you can combine it with.
My favorite peptide stacks and hacks, depending on what your focus is.
So if it's gut health, then you can take BPC capsules internally.
Get rid of IBS, IBD, Crohn's, and all the other issues like bloating and SIBO.
I mean, there's literally peptides for everything.
But as you mentioned earlier, Mike, we've got to make priority.
Food is medicine.
Making our environment as clean as it used to be.
And make your environment beautiful.
Make it beautiful.
Make it synergistic with the rhythms of our circadian rhythm and how our body thrives, not how our body is getting completely wired and zapped with 5G, 4G waves everywhere and letting your kids hold iPads.
I have an iPhone.
Everybody needs to have their phones protected with these cases, too.
Stop wearing the wearables.
Stop putting them next to your prostate.
Stop putting them next to your breast.
We wonder where we get cancer.
We've got to clean a lot of stuff up.
It's a lot of things.
Yeah.
Yeah, well said.
Okay.
Well, Diane, I mean, this has just been a breakthrough conversation.
And I know you're, I don't know if you're on vacation or traveling, but you're in a beautiful place.
You've taken time out of your day to spend with us.
And I thank you so much for that.
It's been an amazing conversation.
And this synergistic combination of, you know, clean living, detoxification, good nutrition, and then peptide signaling.
This is the holy grail, I think, this combination.
It is, because the opposite of...
The last thing I'll say is, this is the holy grail when we see all of these things connect.
The opposite, if we don't do something different, is, like I said, every patient I see has mold in them.
And when you have mold next to Wi-Fi, that mold...
We'll release up to 600 times more mycotoxins, which are the worst ones that are making us sick, causing dementia, bringing on cancer, causing major skin rashes, our hair to fall out, hormonal chaos, histamine reactions, itchy.
I can go on and on, but it's not just one thing today.
It is a multitude of things.
And so when we can...
Work with all those things one brick at a time.
You're building your pyramid one brick at a time and then add peptides to it and get your water clean and clean up your environment.
Use Mike's products that he has in his site.
He's so amazing at all of this.
Then one year from now, you'll look back and you'll go, wow, how was I living that way?
How was I functioning?
Turn into a different person and you're going to thank yourself for it.
So just give yourself permission to just do it.
Get involved.
Get in the flow.
But don't do nothing.
Don't listen to this episode and Mike's entire series and do nothing.
Do three new things a week and you'll see your whole life transform.
And reach out if you need help, you guys.
I like to make it fun.
So does Mike.
Yeah, absolutely.
All right.
Thank you, Diane.
Have a wonderful day.
And don't disconnect yet.
But let me just put an end cap on this.
Thank you all for watching today.
Mike Adams here, of course, at Brighteon.com.
Be sure to check out our new docuseries with Todd Pitner that's airing.
It's airing right now at BrightU.com, and it's called Breaking the Chains, How to Decentralize Your Life.
And these peptide therapy approaches are part of taking back your power for health and to decentralize away from the corrupt, broken hospital homicide system, I have to call it.
I mean, it's hospital homicide.
You want to take back your health power?
You know, watch that course and then take advantage of what we've mentioned here today with Diane.
Again, you can find the links at rangerdeals.com and a discount code there as well.
So thank you for watching.
