Welcome to Brighton Broadcast News with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Alright, welcome to Monday.
It is April 28th, 2025.
Mike Adams here, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for joining me today.
And we have a lot here for you.
We've got deep research on green tea.
And the phytonutrients in green tea and all the extraordinary benefits, including the cognitive benefits from the L-theanine, which is just one of the chemical constituents found in green tea.
And in case you're wondering, by the way, right now, I am not on any peptides.
I'm not on any caffeine.
I'm not on anything at all other than just God's gift of a human brain.
Like, that's it.
A lot of people really loved my coverage last week of the functional peptides for cognitive performance, so-called nootropics.
And it's funny because over the weekend, someone reminded me that the name of that company that I recommended, which is called Limitless, was also the name of a movie that, yes, we all remember this movie.
Bradley Cooper was the star of it.
It was released in 2011.
And that movie was about...
The discovery of a drug, like a pharmaceutical, that offered strong cognitive enhancement, but then also caused everything to go completely wrong.
And I'm going to play that trailer for you here in a second.
And one of the things about the trailer was the guy was using the Rubik's Cubes.
I think one in each hand.
It was like doing full-on cubing.
And then I realized, well, gosh, I've been doing full-on cubing, but not one in each hand.
But I wanted you to know a couple of things.
The nice thing about nootropics, in my experience and in my research, is that when you use these natural substances during learning, then the brain, the neural network formations or the imprinting takes place during that learning time.
And then even when you're not using the peptides, you're not using nootropics, whatever, The skills stay in your brain and you can access them all other times.
And also what I do, by the way, is I use these peptides along with, of course, Outstanding Nutrition, you know, turmeric and curcubin and so on, four days a week.
And then I go off of them three days a week.
And for me, that's Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
So I'm recording this Sunday night.
So for the last three days, I haven't used, you know, any coffee.
I only put one tablespoon of freeze-dried coffee into a giant blended smoothie with avocados and everything, so it's not that much.
It's kind of a real slow release because of all the avocado fat.
So as I'm recording right now, I'm three days without any cognitive support other than just good nutrition, avocados, turmeric, etc., sulforaphane, all the things that I normally do.
But let me, and by the way, I would not take a pharmaceutical that promises to make you smart but then messes with your head.
So obviously I don't do that.
Because pharmaceuticals and big pharma and jabs, like weight loss jabs and whatever, those things can go horribly, horribly wrong.
And I am only into nutrients that we are designed to intake or...
Natural hormones or peptides that our bodies create normally.
Those are my boundaries of what I take advantage of.
So let me play for you the trailer of this movie called Limitless from 2011 that shows you how things can go horribly wrong if you take pharmaceuticals, or at least in this fictional depiction.
But there's a lesson in this.
I don't trust big pharma at all.
So check this out.
See that guy?
That's me.
My excuse for looking like this?
I'm a writer.
Eddie, maybe it's time to let the writing go.
But just in case you think nothing ever happened to me.
Eddie Mora!
Hey!
Tell me about this book.
Well, how much have you written of it?
Not one word.
Well, I suppose I can help you with that.
You know how they say that we can only access 20% of our brain?
This lets you access all of it.
They've had clinical trials and it's FDA approved.
I just had a curiosity and that's all.
I was blind, but now I see.
A tablet a day, and I was limitless.
I now had cultural appetites.
Since when do you speak Italian?
I finished my book in four days.
I'd like to renegotiate my advance.
Math became useful.
From 12,000 to 2.3 million in 10 days.
I'm baffled by this guy.
So, Eddie Mora, you do know you're a freak.
What's your secret?
Medication. Your powers are a gift from control.
I'll take it.
Everything I have I want to share with you.
What you doing, hon?
You think somebody's watching?
My brain is skipping time.
I have no memory of the last four days.
Your powers are not earned.
You're careless with those powers.
Have you asked yourself what you're gonna do when you run out?
You'll die.
No one man should have all that power The clock's ticking, I just count the hours
There's no scenario in which you'd lead this life where you don't work for me.
No scenario.
I see every scenario.
I see 50 scenarios.
That's what it does, Carl.
It puts me 50 moves ahead of you.
Worth the risk?
What would you do?
All right, there we go.
The movie Limitless with Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro, etc.
Pretty good movie, I think.
But in that movie, they were fighting over the intellectual property of that drug.
And, you know, of course, the movie's an exaggeration, it's fiction, but one of the elements that's true about it, at least thematically true, is that when your brain works better, your life gets better.
And one of the things that I've always said as the health ranger is...
That my brain is no different than yours.
We're all born with almost the exact same genetics.
Your genetics and my genetics are over 99% identical.
We're all given this gift of an incredibly powerful neural network computer, well, beyond a computer, a consciousness, incredible nanotechnology neural network machine that's in our skull that God gave us as this incredible gift we're born with.
And then, then the question is, What do we do with it?
Because I dare say most people, not you listening to this, but most people spend their lives poisoning that neural network system.
How do they poison it?
They poison it with MSG.
They poison it with psychiatric drugs, antidepressants.
They poison it with recreational drugs.
They poison it with toxic junk foods, fried foods, inflammatory seed oils, and vaccines, vaccines, vaccines.
With inflammatory components, you see?
And then their brains just get smaller and smaller, just more and more suppressed.
Fluoride, right?
Chemtrails, fallout, aluminum, organophosphate pesticide chemicals in the food supply.
And people keep taking it on.
Oh, give me more, give me more.
I want some more junk food.
I want some more fried food.
I want some more pesticides, affordable food.
And their brain just gets dumber and dumber and dumber.
And that's true.
And they're just eating processed toxic junk foods.
They're lacking good nutrition.
They're lacking superfoods.
And then what happens is when most people get to my age, and I'm in my sort of mid-50s, most people get to my age, their brains don't function that well anymore.
And people get into like age 65, typically brains are barely functioning.
Age 75, you know, many of them are practically catatonic.
And you've seen these people.
You know some of them probably.
We all do.
The difference is nutrition and functional training.
Nutrition and functional training.
And nutrition means everything that you give your body as molecules, nutrients.
It can come from superfoods, but it can include minerals.
It can include vitamins.
It can include even peptides like I mentioned last week.
It can include all kinds of natural substances from the natural world, including...
Natural medicine, herbal medicine, essential oils, etc.
You know essential oils wake up your cognition, big time.
I'm a huge fan of essential oils for that very reason, because even though I'm incredibly sensitive to artificial fragrance, I love to have the cognitive stimulation of the different essential oils.
And so there are so many ways to make your brain better, and there are also so many ways to hurt your brain and dumb yourself down.
And again, 90, I don't know, 95%, maybe 99% of the mainstream people, they just dumb themselves down year after year to the point where they can't even fathom what you and I are talking about.
And today I'm going to give you a full report on green tea and how this enhances and protects cognition in such a huge way because of certain phytonutrients that are found in that green tea.
But first I want to play for you.
You know, okay, so this is funny.
In that movie preview, we just saw Limitless.
In the movie, the guy's actually doing Rubik's Cubes, like I said earlier.
And as you know, I've been doing speedcubing for now two years, I think it is, roughly two years.
Just on and off, just practicing when I have time or when I'm sitting.
One time I just did it in a meeting because the meeting was so boring.
I'm just, I did cube solves.
I did like 100 cube solves during the meeting.
It's like the only way I could not go insane.
So I thought I would just show you here just a cube solve that I just filmed a few minutes ago just for the heck of it to show you what I'm doing and how I've trained my brain to be able to solve Rubik's Cubes often in about 30 seconds.
I think this solve is just slightly over 30 seconds, and it's not scripted.
It's not prearranged.
The video starts out here with me just kind of messing it up before I get started.
So check out this video.
It's less than a minute.
It just shows you what I'm doing with Rubik's Cubes right now.
And I learned all these patterns.
And now because of the nutrition and because of what I'm doing health-wise, including these nootropics, I'm able to memorize these patterns much better.
For what's called OLL or Orient Last Layer, which is kind of the most difficult part of cube solving, but check out check out this video.
It's fun.
All right, let's see.
Let's get ourselves a starting point here.
Okay. And then...
That's what I thought.
go.
That's a solve.
Do some drills.
There's some sloppy drills, but you get the idea.
Alright, so there I was just showing you just a random solve.
That one was, I think, under 40 seconds.
Then I showed you some drills at the end there, just some control drills.
For whatever reason, that cube, I have it right here.
This cube needs some lube.
It's not performing well.
I've got to get some lube on that.
We use silicon.
What is this?
Yeah, like a silicon light grease something.
I don't know.
That's what lubes those cubes.
Makes them faster.
And you know how I am.
I mean, you saw my floor there.
I got dust all over the place because I live on a ranch, and I got a bunch of dogs tracking dirt in everywhere.
And, of course, I have dust all over the place.
It gets in the cube.
It makes my cube slow.
Anyway, anyway, okay, so the peptide company I recommended last week, they wanted to ask me to apologize to you for how slow their website was and their shopping cart, which was dog slow.
And they are fully aware of it.
It's just beyond slow.
It's because so many people were hitting it, and they are working on it, and they're going to clean it up and speed it up, etc.
If you want to check them out, just go to rangerdeals.com, and they are the top listing there.
Just click on Limitless there for the peptides.
If you want to order any of their products, the product that I'm using is called CMAX, S-E-M-A-X, or actually it's available in...
In Acetyl C-Max.
And that product is available at 15% off, or all of them actually, 15% off using discount code Ranger because we negotiated an affiliate arrangement with them.
So 15% off, use discount code Ranger.
And hey, if you want to pick up Cubing, the best site that I've ever found for that, which it's a funny name, it's called Bad...
Mephisto.
Yeah, I think that's a dark name.
Anyway, badmephisto, B-A-D-M-E-P-H-I-S-T-O dot com and right there teaches you how to learn to solve the cube.
If you're not willing to memorize a hundred different patterns, you'll never get faster than 30 seconds.
But there's a beginner method that's pretty easy to learn that you can solve it in under a minute with a beginner's method.
There's just a lot of extra moves in it.
So, you know, it's fun.
It's fun.
Check it out.
Oh, and I should mention the cube that you want is called GAN.
G-A-N.
GAN makes the 3x3 cubes that are fast.
They have a number of different cubes, but...
That's the brand that you want to look for.
Yeah, it's made in China, which probably means the tariff is going to go way up.
So buy it now while you can before it triples in price, you know?
All right, now we're going to jump into our special report here, analysis of green tea.
And since I'm going to post that separately, I'll do a separate intro.
Here we go.
All right, welcome to my special report on green tea, nature's pharmacy in a leaf.
And accompanying this is...
My full article on naturalnews.com called The Miraculous Healing Power of Green Tea, Unlocking the Potent Antioxidants that Big Pharma doesn't want you to know about.
And here we're going to cover the powerhouse nutrients in green tea, including EGCG, but also L-theanine and others, the catechins and the polyphenols, flavonoids and more.
Once you fully understand this...
If you don't already, I mean, you're going to want to have some green tea in your life.
So also in this article, I cover some of the common contaminants in green tea, which includes lead and fluoride contamination.
And I give you some pointers on how to get good, clean sources of green tea.
So that's what we're about to jump into.
I do want to mention up front that I use our own AI engine, Enoch.
For the research for these articles, it's absolutely brilliant.
It saves me hours and hours of research.
So when I wanted to pull up all the different nutrients and the studies and the book references about the nutrients, I just use ENOC, and that is our free AI engine that we are about to release, free of charge to the public,
non-commercial, open source, non-profit.
It's actually released through our non-profit organization.
And you'll be able to use that starting very soon at brighteon.ai.
So make a note of that.
You can go there now.
You can sign up for the wait list and you'll be alerted via email when it's ready to go.
And my engineers tell me it's all done.
It's all done.
But of course, I keep finding little things here and there that need fixing.
So we're really close at this point.
It's just a few days away.
I will keep you posted.
I'll let you know about it here.
All right.
So...
Let's talk about green tea.
Now, green tea is not only used in traditional Chinese medicine and also Japanese medicine, but green tea has certain nutrients in it that protect against oxidative stress, protects against inflammation, and also is neuroprotective.
And that's really key, neuroprotection.
I think protecting the brain is, you know, it's critical these days because there are so many things.
That are in the food, that are in the pesticides, that are in the air, that are attacking the brain.
So being able to protect your brain is just key to long life and functional living.
So let's talk about these bioactive components.
The most popular or best known compound in green tea is called EGCG, which stands for epigallocatechin, gallate.
Epigallocatechin, it's almost musical, like in the sound of music, you know.
Something like that.
Some of you younger folks listen, you're like, what?
What are you talking about?
Yeah.
Old movies.
Okay.
Fun.
Fun stuff.
EGCG, we'll just call it that from now on.
It offers about a little over half of the antioxidant activity of...
The green tea herb.
It's a polyphenol, and there are other polyphenols in green tea, but this is the best known because it protects cells from oxidative damage, and it also then therefore neutralizes free radicals.
But here's something more about it.
If you look at the cancer literature involving EGCG, it's found to induce apoptosis, which is the cell death of cancer cells, but it does it selectively.
It does not damage healthy cells.
So it destroys cancer cells selectively, and it does that.
There are a number of mechanisms for this.
I'm covering all this in my article.
You can read about it on naturalnews.com.
But in breast cancer, it binds to the HER2 receptors on cancer cells, halting their proliferation.
In prostate cancer, it inhibits 5-alpha reductase, an enzyme that's involved in driving prostate cancer growth.
For men and women, both, it's very important.
Colon cancer, it suppresses the COX-2 enzyme, reducing inflammation related to cancer growth.
And then in leukemia, it also halts cell proliferation.
And there's a study in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute that shows that EGCG slows leukemia.
In terms of protecting the brain, green tea also fights against Alzheimer's and dementia.
It's known to break down the so-called beta amyloid plaques.
These are believed to be some of the proteins that accumulate in the brains of Alzheimer's patients.
And whether you believe in that model of Alzheimer's or not, the results are very positive for using green tea long-term to prevent Alzheimer's.
It's also known to boost fat loss.
It boosts metabolism by up to 5%.
It activates fat oxidation enzymes, such as lipase, and helps inhibit fat formation.
There was one meta-analysis study showing that when you combine green tea with exercise, you can increase oxidation of fat cells by 10%.
So, note, That it's not saying that if you just take green tea, you're going to be thin and skinny.
You know, you have to combine it with exercise.
And then, here's something really important.
Green tea helps protect your cells from radiation damage.
So it's actually been tested in conjunction with radiation therapy that's used, you know, in the cancer industry because they poison, slash, and burn everybody.
But even when combined with chemotherapy, EGCG helps protect healthy cells while allowing the chemotherapy to target tumors.
Isn't that interesting?
But it also protects from the DNA damage of radiation caused by radiation therapy.
So even if you're undergoing mammography, which emits ionizing radiation, in my view it's a smart thing to take green tea before doing that.
Because, well, you know, it will help protect your cells from being turned into cancer cells because, you know, mammography causes cancer.
That is a scientific fact.
Now, if you're undergoing cancer therapy for whatever reason, you know, I would never undergo chemotherapy or radiation, but some people choose to do that, then they can investigate taking high doses of green tea at the same time in order to protect their healthy cells.
Protect their bodies from all the damage caused by the conventional cancer treatments.
But don't take this as medical advice.
Check with your naturopathic physician about what's right for you.
Personally, I would never undergo radiation or chemotherapy at all because I know of like 25 cancer cures.
At least 25. It's not even difficult.
In fact, our ENOC AI engine is just...
Loaded with knowledge about curing cancers, all kinds of different cancers, reversing cancers, treating cancers with many different things.
I covered one of them last week, which was DMSO combined with hematoxilin, the blue dye, used topically, and how that actually is well documented to reverse cervical cancer and other types of cancers that can be reached through skin penetration of DMSO with that blue dye.
You know, be smart about this, obviously.
Make good decisions.
Do a lot of good research.
Check with qualified, holistic medical practitioners in every single case.
Now, matcha green tea is also sometimes used by people who engage in fasting.
And that also really optimizes fat burning if you're drinking matcha green tea while fasting.
You know, just basically a water fast or a tea fast.
That can burn a lot of fat, but that can also be pretty brutal, having zero food calories.
Green tea is also known to bind with heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium.
It forms these molecular complexes that are then filtered out and excreted by the kidneys.
So there are a lot of substances that do that, such as orthosilicic acid that binds with aluminum.
To create a much larger aluminum compound that your kidney can filter out, OSA, as that's called, orthosilicic acid, which is not found in green tea, by the way.
But I just thought I would mention that because it's a similar mechanism.
Here's the thing in all of this.
I have known people who drank crazy volumes of green tea all the time.
Well, green tea and other teas.
They can have kidney problems from overdoing the tea.
Like people who drink no water and all they drink is tea.
I have seen kidney problems.
So just be cautious about this.
And don't forget about the issue of oxalates from other types of teas.
Not green tea, but the other like black tea.
You know, what do they call it?
Just brown tea?
I don't know.
Red tea?
Oxalates are undigested acid crystals that can also lodge in your joints.
They can cause arthritis to feel worse.
They can be very difficult to get rid of.
It also has to do with typically an acidic state in your body.
So one of the things that may help with that is to have your pH levels checked.
Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
And don't get all of your hydration just from tea.
Don't overdo it.
As with everything, you've got to find a balance in this.
So no harm in taking green tea supplements or drinking a certain amount of green tea per day, you know, a few cups per day.
But don't forget to drink water also.
And then be sure to give yourself some kidney support, some liver support, detox support.
You know, herbs for kidneys and bladder and anything like that that can help you detox.
You know, like corn silk, corn silk tea and cranberry fruits and things like that.
Now, by the way, as you're sourcing some of these products, just be very cautious what you're buying.
I was purchasing products.
I was testing beet root tinctures that I purchased on Amazon.
And I'm not going to name the name of the company, but there's one company that is very popular with a lot of extracts, and they say they're based in the USA.
And I found, they claim that two ounces of a beetroot tincture was equivalent to I don't know how many pounds of beets.
And I got it, and I opened it up, and it wasn't even red.
I mean, it was barely pink.
And it didn't taste like beetroots.
It just tasted like the solvent.
Basically, it's just overpriced glycerin.
That's in a lot of these liquid tinctures that you buy on Amazon.
Amazon is kind of the, what would you call it?
Like the flea market of junk nutritional supplements.
I've seen it again and again.
You buy something there.
I mean, I've done it for testing products.
You taste it, doesn't even taste.
Doesn't taste like beets, doesn't taste like herb, doesn't taste like whatever.
I bought, one time, I bought cherry capsules, like cherry extract powder in capsules on Amazon, and they weren't even dark red like cherries.
It was bright pink, and then I happen to know, because I know the industry, that...
Almost all of the cherry extracts or the pomegranate extracts, what they do is they mix them with maltodextrin.
And that's why it turns more pinkish instead of dark red.
So you're actually taking maltodextrin pills, which is just sugar pills, for the most part.
I've seen that again and again.
It's crazy.
So just be very, very cautious where you get green tea, that's for sure.
I'm not even going to mention our own store for regulatory reasons since I'm talking about Alzheimer's and dementia and cancer and whatever.
I'm just saying in general, across the board, be extremely cautious where you get green tea.
Now the next compound, an important nutrient found in green tea, is called L-theanine.
This is an amino acid, obviously, and it's only found, rarely, But only in certain foods, some teas and some mushrooms.
And this crosses the blood-brain barrier.
And it's known to create a sense of calm without resorting to drugs or sedation.
So it's known to enhance anxiety relief, helps calm people down, it upregulates GABA, which is a neurotransmitter.
It also helps modulate glutamate receptors.
That means that if you're exposed to MSG, which is an excitotoxin that overexcites your nerve cells by latching on to the glutamate receptors and basically poisoning them, well, L-theanine can function as a defense against monosodium glutamate and MSG.
And indeed, for me personally, because I am sensitive to MSG, I had to deal with since I was a teenager.
And believe me, it was tough living in Asia and not being able to eat MSG because they put it in everything.
So I became quite competent at knowing what I could take to counteract the toxic effects of MSG, which for me caused a massive headache, like super migraine headache.
And I never get headaches.
Not normally.
I only get headaches if I consume MSG or yeast extract, which are hidden forms of MSG.
I'll have a full detailed article coming up later this week on that very point, in fact.
But I've come to find that there are certain things that I can take that can help defend my brain against MSG toxicity.
And one of those things is none other than L-theanine.
Now, L-theanine, it's also a nootropic.
So it enhances focus and memory, you see.
So it improves attention, it improves logical reasoning, it improves verbal acuity and working memory.
So if you use green tea, then there's one study I mentioned in my article that shows you can improve cognitive performance by about 20%.
And, of course, I'm recently talking about certain natural peptides, such as C-Max, that can boost cognitive performance significantly more than that.
And those peptides may work synergistically with L-theanine.
I don't take L-theanine every day, but you can buy it as a standalone nutritional supplement.
But again, if you do that, make sure you get it from a trusted source.
So if you want to get L-theanine, you can buy it either by itself or you can get it as part of green tea.
It's naturally Now, remember I mentioned that it protects you from MSG.
It's actually known to reduce oxidative stress and to help prevent what's called excitotoxic damage caused by the overstimulation of glutamate receptors.
That's key because there are a lot of hidden forms of MSG and a lot of food products that you may not know about.
For example, did you know that nearly all chicken broth is loaded with excitotoxins?
Did you know that?
Or like the broth bouillon cubes.
Almost all of them are gravy mixes.
Almost all.
A lot of salad dressings, especially ranch dressings, loaded with MSG normally.
And there are certain fast food restaurants.
For example, most of the menu of KFC is loaded with monosodium glutamate.
Now, of course, I don't eat at KFC.
And even if it had no MSG, I wouldn't eat there anyway.
But I do think they should just change the name of their restaurant from KFC to MSG because that's what it is.
It's MSG in a bucket.
And I also saw recently that like a bucket of chicken costs $55 or something.
Now, I had no idea.
That's some expensive MSG.
Or maybe that was just like a family deal restaurant in California or something.
I saw that.
I don't know if that's true.
I don't shop there.
I have no idea how much anything is at...
Fast food?
I can't tell you how much a Big Mac is.
I have no idea.
But getting back to L-theanine now, some people use it to help support those who suffer from so-called ADHD or PTSD, you know, post-traumatic stress disorder.
So L-theanine is used by a lot of people to reduce impulsivity and hyperactivity.
And some people use it alongside traditional medications.
To give them sort of, you know, more mileage with fewer side effects.
So, of course, I can't recommend any mainstream medications.
I think antidepressant drugs are toxic, and I think antipsychotic drugs are toxic.
But, hey, a lot of people take them.
Wouldn't it be great if some of those people could sort of segue off of those drugs over time, you know, with the help of a naturopathic physician?
You know, I'm not your doctor.
But, you know, get professional help, but see if you can get off those drugs over time onto something like L-theanine or other forms of nootropics or neuroprotective natural substances.
And then your life will be better.
There's just no question about it.
And you won't have to wait at the pharmacy for people to fill drugs or whatever.
You just drink some delicious tea, you know?
How nice is that?
Anyway...
So in summary, the applications of L-theanine are it helps reduce brain fog.
It's cognitive enhancing.
It helps improve stress resilience, especially neurological stress or neurological inflammation.
And it's used by a lot of ADHD people.
But, of course, I have the cure for ADHD.
It's called speedcubing.
Just pick up a Rubik's Cube.
Anytime you feel hyperactive, just start chickity-chickity-chickity-chack.
Do your cube and you can work it out.
You can work out all your ADHD on the Rubik's Cube.
Alright, now let's move on to the next category of nutrients that are found in green tea.
Catechins and polyphenols.
These are so awesome.
Catechins.
There's epicatechin, which is EC.
And that helps your cholesterol levels be much healthier and better balanced.
And helps prevent...
Plaque formation, atherosclerosis, for example, in your vascular system.
And then there's ECG, which is epicatechin gallate.
That boosts liver detoxification through the activation of certain enzymes.
And it also suppresses liver fibrosis.
And then there's epigallocatechin, EGC, which has antiviral activity.
So it protects you against influenza.
And again, this is mainstream research, okay?
It protects you against herpes, human papillomavirus, HPV.
It stops viruses from entering into cells.
Now, I don't believe all the mainstream virology stuff, but I'm just quoting for you that even this is widely documented in mainstream scientific literature that this compound in green tea is antiviral,
okay?
And those three, the EC, the ECG, and the EGC, that's in addition to the ECGC.
It's hard to keep track of all these acronyms for green tea.
And if you drink green tea and get some EGCG while you're listening to ACDC, you won't have ADHD.
You'll have PTSD.
That's what happens.
All from green tea.
Think about that.
So the benefits of all of this is it decreases LDL cholesterol oxidation.
It reverses insulin resistance.
So, in effect, it enhances insulin sensitivity, which improves glucose uptake, which, of course, affects type 2 diabetes people, right?
And it activates a cellular repair process that's linked to longevity, lifespan extension.
So what's not to like, right?
What's not to like?
It seems like green tea does everything that matters.
And then on top of that, some of the flavonoids and polyphenols include things like quercetin and camphorol.
Now, quercetin, you probably know.
You may recall this from the COVID days.
Quercetin is absolutely crucial for its antiviral effects and for helping zinc enter cells, for example.
Of course, it's huge.
And then there's another flavonoid in it called myrocetin, which has cardioprotective effects.
It reduces blood pressure, and it improves vascular function.
Now, if green tea were a pharmaceutical, it would be called the most phenomenal miracle drug ever discovered.
If green tea were a pharmaceutical, they would sell it for $1,000 a month because of its incredible benefits.
But, of course, it's not a pharmaceutical.
They can't patent it.
They can't even really regulate it because it's not a drug.
It's a natural herb.
It's a drink.
Or you could make a drink out of it.
And this is why nobody in mainstream media, which is completely controlled by Big Pharma, will tell you about the benefits of green tea.
You've got to come here to learn about it.
Or read my website, naturalnews.com.
Or check out my videos on brighteon.com.
We're going to be doing mini-documentaries on green tea and other substances to give you this information in a really compelling format.
By the way, that's coming up.
Green tea also contains chlorophyll and various trace minerals such as zinc, selenium, and manganese, all important for immune health and selenium for glutathione peroxidase.
Let's see.
Chlorophyll helps bind to heavy metals for elimination.
So green tea helps to detox.
It protects your nerve cells.
It boosts cognitive function.
It's antiviral.
It's anti-aging.
It's got all of this.
And the L-theanine is amazing.
It helps you feel more calm.
And this is one of the reasons why, culturally, green tea has been used in the Japanese culture for Various ceremonies, everybody's chilling out.
Hey, have some green tea and chill before they break out the sake later on, which is also part of Japanese culture.
Alright, so let's talk about the contaminants in green tea.
They are, the two most common contaminants are lead and fluoride.
So, lead comes from soil, and lead...
It's found in the green tea leaves, but I don't know how much lead comes out of the green tea leaves into the green tea beverage.
I would imagine that it's not very much, but it could be something.
It might vary by brand, and obviously lead levels vary highly.
So when we always look at raw materials in our lab, We're always testing for lead.
We use ICP-MS, mass spec instrument.
We check for lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, and other elements, toxic elements, which can also include high levels of copper, for example.
Yeah, we see lead in green tea.
We don't often see it at insane levels.
We see kind of a steady background level.
And when we try to source ingredients, you know...
We have very strict limits on how much lead we will even tolerate.
We have the strictest limits of anybody in the world, as far as I know, certainly anybody in the United States.
Nobody else even seemingly cares.
Nobody else publishes their numbers like we do.
So we have very, very strict limits, and if anything goes above that limit, we reject that whole batch.
So we're really careful about lead.
We're also careful about fluoride.
Now, we don't routinely test fluoride in-house, but we have third-party labs that help us on that when it's necessary, in addition to the certificates and documentation of fluoride testing up the supply chain.
But we have the ability to test for fluoride whenever we have questions about it, because fluoride can cause fluorosis, brittle bones, and it can damage your thyroid, and it can cause even, you know, in children...
Mental retardation, which is why the government's added to water, because they want to dumb everybody down.
A dumbed-down population is easier to control.
That's why they put fluoride in water.
Well, you don't need any fluoride in your diet.
And by the way, coming up, we're going to have a special report about things that you can do to protect yourself from dietary fluoride or any kind of water fluoridation.
There are some things that you can do.
But this might be one of the reasons why people who over-consume teas end up with kidney problems.
So be cautious.
Get your teas only from trusted sources.
And my advice is when you buy green tea, you don't want the lowest price.
You want organic green tea so it's not treated with fertilizers or synthetic fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, etc.
They can use natural fertilizers or natural pesticides like neem oil.
But you don't want the synthetics in there because that can contain a lot of fluoride derivatives, by the way.
You don't want low-cost green tea, kind of the rejected lots that are put into low-cost tea bags.
And there is a difference based on country of origin here.
So Japan is known to be the higher quality...
And China is known to be sort of the lower cost, cheaper tea, you know, bargain basement green tea, I guess.
And China tea is known to be more contaminated.
It really is.
I'm not attacking China.
I'm just laying out the facts that China has a lot of industrial activity.
And so a lot of their rivers are really toxic.
And when they use...
Those rivers or other surface water sources for irrigation, heavy metals go right into the rice or the tea or whatever they're growing.
This is why we see much higher levels of cadmium and arsenic in rice grown in China compared to rice grown in California, for example, or rice grown in Texas, for that matter.
Did you know there's a lot of rice grown in East Texas?
There is.
And it's clean.
We've tested it.
And the California rice is clean also.
But I wouldn't buy green tea from China.
I would stick with Japan or other reputable countries of origin in that case.
And this is something where you don't want to skimp on the price.
Now, the other thing that you can do on this is you can purchase various green tea extracts, Those extracts almost never have toxic heavy metals in them,
and it's very unlikely that they would contain high levels of fluoride as well because the fluoride is unlikely to be carried by the extract solvents during the extraction process.
So my advice is, if you enjoy drinking green tea, you just enjoy the beverage because it is quite delicious, Go ahead and drink a moderate amount.
Get your green tea from a high-quality source, probably grown in Japan.
But if you just want the nutritional benefits, you don't need to drink it as a tea.
You could buy an extract.
Even then, make sure you get the extract from a reputable source as well, and make sure that it has a guaranteed percentage of polyphenols, including EGCG.
Otherwise, you might end up buying really expensive maltodextrin.
So just, as always, be cautious with what you're buying out there.
Now, as of this recording, I don't even recall if we have green tea at our store at all.
But we have a related product that I will mention called Mag Plus Brain Boost Nootropic.
It's a combination of Magteam Plus Bacopa.
For cognitive performance.
That's available right now, healthrangerstore.com.
That's laboratory tested, non-GMO, glyphosate tested, all of it.
And magteen is a very special form of, basically, let's call it a brain vitamin.
It's a special form of magnesium combined with L-threonate, which is a different amino acid, not L-theanine, but L-threonate, that...
I've got to be careful about claims here, but it can help support normal, healthy cognitive function.
It's something that you have to experience yourself.
So if you're into cognitive performance and brain protection, consider this.
Magteen plus bacopa.
Or maybe in parallel, also check out green tea.
I think green tea is fantastic, and I strongly recommend that you get it from...
Clean, trustworthy sources.
Enjoy it.
Alright, so that's the report on green tea.
I'm Mike Adams, a health ranger, and I'll be putting out a lot of reports like this on different nutrients.
Forbidden cures, natural remedies, toxic ingredients, and how to defend yourself from toxic ingredients.
Things like that.
A whole lot more.
And I am aided in this process by our AI engine called ENOC, which...
As I mentioned earlier, will be available free of charge at brighteon.ai.
You can go there and check it out.
And that helps me do the research very quickly so that I can put this together, combined with my 25 years of research and education as a nutrition and health educator, best-selling author, a published scientist.
I've run a mass spec laboratory for 12 years.
And I run multiple mass spec instruments, and I'm the one who actually taught our current chemists how to run them.
And so I have many years of even method development.
I developed and published a method for the quantitation of cannabinoids in hemp extracts, and I spearheaded the effort in our lab to develop the quantitation method for glyphosate on a triple-quad mass spec instrument without relying on post-column derivatization techniques,
I think our lab was the first lab in the world to figure that out.
And that's what we've used ever since.
That's how we test for glyphosate.
So pretty cool.
We know a lot about food science, and I've seen everything.
I've seen the whole industry.
I've seen the good, the bad, the ugly, all of it.
And so if you want to know what you can trust and what's good and what the nutrients are and how they can help you, definitely tune in to my work.
You can find my articles at naturalnews.com.
You can find my broadcast like this at brighteon.com.
My channel there is HR Report.
I'm on X. My username is HealthRanger.
I'm on brighteon.social HealthRanger.
I'm on brighteon.io, which is a decentralized peer-to-peer social media network, also HealthRanger.
And I'm on Telegram at Real HealthRanger.
So, thank you for listening, and enjoy your green tea.
Okay, now, continuing, I've got two, Really good brightlearn.ai book review videos for you today.
The first one is called World Without Cancer, The Story of Vitamin B17 by G. Edward Griffin.
This is a classic book.
If you haven't read World Without Cancer, you're missing out.
You're definitely going to want to watch this book review video here.
And then there's another book called Antioxidants Against Cancer.
By Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D.
And many years ago, when I was first getting started, I believe I interviewed Ralph Moss.
And he is more of a conventionally trained scientist who studied the anti-cancer nutrients in foods and herbs, etc.
And I bet that his book also mentions green tea and EGCG catechins.
But he mentions a lot of other things as well.
I remember reading that book many years ago and thinking, wow, there's so much in the food supply that's naturally anti-cancer.
It's incredible.
So why do we have so much cancer?
And the answer is that this knowledge is suppressed.
The establishment, of course, the cancer industry doesn't want people to know how to prevent cancer, reverse cancer, treat cancer.
And they don't want people to know at all.
So I want you to know.
I want you to be empowered with knowledge and information, and that's why we have all these book review videos free of charge at brightlearn.ai, brightlearn.ai, just like it sounds.
So check out that website, check out all the videos, and of course sign up at brighteon.ai for the AI engine, ENOC, that's coming out shortly.
It's amazing.
So let's check out these two book review videos.
And then we'll go to the Robert Scott Bell interview, part two, which I got to say, we received a ton of positive feedback about the part one section of that Robert Scott Bell interview.
People said it was better than a Joe Rogan episode.
And I don't watch Joe Rogan, so I don't know if that's good or bad.
But people said they loved the interview, so we've got part two coming up where Robert Scott Bell talks about copper.
And the therapeutic uses of copper.
I want to give credit to today's sponsor, the Satellite Phone Store, SAT123.com, for backup communications, obviously, but also a Starlink bandwidth.
You get satellite bandwidth, very high-speed business plans.
And the Satellite Phone Company makes them really affordable with a relatively smaller monthly fee, and you don't have to buy the expensive equipment up front.
No cash out of pocket right up front.
They just work it into the monthly fee.
So check them out, sat123.com.
And then if you're interested in the peptide nootropics, the peptides that I'm talking about are called CMAX or N-acetyl CMAX, S-E-M-A-X, which provides very strong cognitive support.
And no, I have not used any for three days.
My brain is still functioning at a very high level even past midnight.
But with C-Max and good cognition and neuroprotective nutrients, which includes turmeric and curcumin and sulforaphane and so on, your brain can function at a level that maybe you could not imagine before.
If you want to get some of this C-Max spray, You know, I mean, it's not a medication.
It's not a pill.
It's not a drug.
It's not an injection.
It's nothing like that.
This is a spray that is just considered experimental research.
Then you can find that link at rangerdeals.com.
Just go to rangerdeals.com and you'll see the listing at the top for Limitless, which offers the peptides for research purposes.
So check that out.
And then, of course, shop with us.
If you want clean foods, healthrangerstore.com.
We have clean foods, personal care products, everything from body soap and laundry detergent, and storable foods, long-term storable foods, freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, the things that are normally missing from people's food storage.
We've got it all, healthrangerstore.com, and we thank you for your support.
So coming up next, two book review videos about preventing cancer and then part two of my interview with Robert Scott Bell.
Enjoy and I'll be back with you tomorrow.
Today, we're stepping into a topic that is as controversial as it is crucial.
The story of vitamin B17 and its potential role in the fight against cancer.
This is a story that intertwines science, politics, and the relentless pursuit of truth.
So, grab your headphones.
Settle in and let's explore the fascinating and at times shocking world of World Without Cancer, the story of Vitamin B, 17, Part 2. Now, before we dive into the heart of the matter, let's take a moment to acknowledge the dedication of the author,
G. Edward Griffin, who penned this groundbreaking book.
His work is dedicated to the millions of cancer victims and their loved ones, whose suffering, he argues, has been exacerbated by what he calls scientific arrogance and political vested interest.
It's a bold claim, and one that we'll unpack together.
In part one of the book, Griffin lays out the science of cancer therapy, presenting a perspective that challenges conventional wisdom.
He explains that cancer is the result of uncontrolled growth of trophoblast cells which are normally part of the body's life process.
These cells are triggered by prolonged stress or damage such as smoking, chemical additives or viruses which lead to the production of estrogen, a hormone that plays a key role in the body's healing process.
But here's where it gets interesting.
Griffin argues that nature has provided a metabolic barrier to control these cells, primarily through pancreatic enzymes and a food factor known as nitrilicide, or vitamin B17.
This vitamin, he claims, can destroy cancer cells while nourishing healthy ones.
The implication?
A potential solution to cancer could be as simple as maintaining a diet rich in vitamin B17 and minimizing stress and damage to the body.
But, As we move into part two, the politics of cancer therapy, the narrative takes a dramatic turn.
Griffin delves into the opposition to the nutritional concept of cancer, a concept that has been labeled as fraud and quackery by powerful institutions like the Food and Drug Administration, the American Cancer Society, and the American Medical Association.
Yet he points out that many doctors, if given the chance, However, doctors in the United States are legally barred from experimenting with unorthodox therapies,
a restriction that Griffin argues is driven by more than just scientific rigor.
He suggests that the opposition is deeply rooted in the financial and political interests of a multi-billion-dollar cancer industry.
Think about it.
If a simple, natural vitamin could cure cancer it would threaten the profits of pharmaceutical companies the careers of researchers and the political agendas of those who promise ever larger government programs.
Griffin doesn't shy away from making bold accusations.
He claims that at the top of the world's economic and political pyramid There is a powerful group of financial, industrial and political interests that view the nutritional approach to health as a threat.
These forces, he argues, have created a climate of bias that makes scientific objectivity nearly impossible.
They wield significant influence over the medical profession, medical schools and medical journals, shaping the knowledge and outlook of the average doctor.
But why would they do this?
Griffin suggests that the answer lies in the staggering profits generated by the cancer industry.
Each year, more people make a living from cancer than die from it.
The idea that a simple, inexpensive vitamin could solve the problem is a direct threat to this lucrative industry.
To support his claims, Griffin delves into historical records, citing government hearings and reports from the early 20th century.
He highlights the existence of an international cartel, centered in Germany, that dominated the world's chemical and drug industries.
This cartel, known as IG Farben, was a powerful force that extended its reach into numerous countries, including the United States.
The connections between IG Farben and American industry were extensive, with agreements and partnerships that included major corporations like Standard Oil, DuPont, and Ford.
These alliances were not just about business.
They were about power and control, with Farben's influence extending into the highest levels of government and even shaping U.S. foreign policy.
Griffin argues that the cartel's influence didn't end with World War II.
Instead, it adapted and evolved, finding new ways to maintain its power and influence.
He suggests that the same forces that once supported totalitarian regimes like the Nazis are now at work in the United States, promoting policies that favor big government and corporate interests over individual freedom and health.
This brings us to a crucial question.
Griffin suggests that it's not just about money.
It's about power and control.
The desire for a world government, he argues, is a driving force behind the opposition to alternative cancer therapies.
By promoting the idea of a global crisis they create a pretext for expanding government control and ultimately achieving their goal of world domination.
But there's hope.
Griffin believes that the key to breaking the hold of these forces lies in public awareness and indignation.
He calls for a grassroots movement that challenges the status quo and demands accountability.
It's a call to action for all of us to educate ourselves, question authority, and stand up for our right to make informed choices about our health.
In conclusion, the story of vitamin B17 is not just about cancer.
It's about the broader struggle for freedom and the right to choose.
It's a story that challenges us to rethink our assumptions, to question the motives of those in power, and to take a stand for what we believe is right.
As we navigate the complexities of modern medicine and politics, I hope this episode has sparked your curiosity and inspired you to learn more.
Until next time, keep asking questions, keep seeking truth, and remember, knowledge is power.

Today we're exploring a topic that's not just fascinating but potentially life-changing.
Antioxidants and their role in the fight against cancer.
We're diving into the groundbreaking book, Antioxidants Against Cancer, by Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D.
And trust me, you're in for a ride.
Let's start with some sobering statistics.
According to the World Health Organization, back in 1996, there were 10 million new cases of cancer worldwide.
By 2001, that number was projected to skyrocket to 14.7 million.
In the United States alone, we're looking at about 1.2 million new cases and over 560,000 deaths from cancer every single year.
And here's the kicker.
Despite all our medical advancements, the mortality rate in 1994 was actually 6% higher than it was in 1970.
Sure, there's been a slight downturn since then, but it's not enough to change the overall picture.
The reality is...
Every other man and every third woman in the U.S. is expected to get cancer, unless they take dramatic steps to change that.
So, what can we do?
This is where antioxidants come into play.
The premise of Moss's book is simple yet revolutionary.
Eating a diet rich in antioxidants can be one of the most powerful ways to prevent cancer.
We're not talking about risky medical interventions here.
We're talking about colorful fruits and vegetables and their concentrated extracts.
But here's the catch.
Many doctors are still hesitant, saying, we don't know enough about antioxidants.
It's too risky.
But here's the thing.
Patients aren't waiting around for the medical community to catch up.
They're turning to books, magazines, and websites to educate themselves.
And why shouldn't they?
When it comes to cancer, people can't afford to wait for some hypothetical state of complete knowledge.
They need to make decisions based on the information we have today.
Now, the National Cancer Institute recommends eating five portions of fruits and vegetables a day.
This is a fantastic step forward, acknowledging the power of antioxidants.
But there are some limitations.
For one, this campaign hasn't received much publicity.
Plus, five half-cup portions might not be enough to get the maximum benefit.
And here's the kicker.
Most people aren't even getting that.
Back in 1995, the average adult was only getting 3.4 servings a day, and kids were getting a mere 25% of the recommended vegetable servings.
This lack of vital nutrients is a ticking time bomb for our future.
That's why supplementation is becoming increasingly crucial.
The prestigious Institute of Medicine called for supplementation with folic acid and vitamin B12 back in 1998, and the Berkeley Wellness Letter has upped its recommendations for vitamins C and E to levels that are only practical to achieve through supplementation.
Even the Journal of the American Medical Association is now talking openly about higher doses.
Think about it.
If the medical establishment is starting to acknowledge the need for supplementation, maybe it's time we all took a closer look at how we can incorporate antioxidants into our daily lives.
Now here's where things get really interesting.
Some patients are turning to antioxidants as a form of cancer therapy, especially when conventional methods have failed.
Stories abound of people using high doses of antioxidants and achieving remissions.
While these treatments are promising, they're not yet proven.
Most of these approaches stem from the work of Linus Pauling and his colleagues.
Arranging and carrying out clinical trials is no easy feat.
It requires a lot of resources, like money, and access to suitable patients.
Despite the challenges, there are some fascinating studies that have shown promising results.
For instance, a double-blind clinical trial on the use of high-dose antioxidants for bladder cancer showed a significant reduction in recurrence rates.
Patients receiving megadoses of vitamins and minerals had a 41% chance of recurrence compared to 91% for those on low-dose RDA levels.
So, how can you get these powerful antioxidants?
The best way is through food or supplements.
Foods like blueberries, blackberries, garlic, kale, and spinach are packed with antioxidants.
But here's the thing.
Supplements are also crucial for maximum benefit.
While foods contain many antioxidants, some of which are still unknown to science, supplements can provide a concentrated dose of these vital nutrients.
Let's talk about some of the superstars of the antioxidant world.
Blueberries, for instance, are packed with anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants.
In fact, blueberries have been dubbed the miracle berry by Prevention magazine,
But they're not alone.
Garlic and kale are also high on the list, along with spinach, Brussels sprouts, and oranges.
And here's a fun fact.
Tufts University scientists found that the antioxidant level in your blood increases significantly after consuming any meal.
Why?
Because your body knows that digestion generates free radicals, so it kicks your innate antioxidant ability into gear.
Now, what about using antioxidants during conventional cancer treatments like surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy?
Surveys show that many patients are doing just that, often in secret because they fear their oncologist won't be supportive.
But here's the good news.
The data overwhelmingly supports the concurrent use of antioxidants and chemotherapy.
In fact, antioxidants can make it easier for patients to tolerate these treatments.
Let's talk about vitamin A. This powerhouse nutrient not only helps us see at night, but also fortifies our body's mucous membranes, which are our first line of defense against toxins, microbes, and cancer-causing substances.
Studies have shown that vitamin A can prevent and even cure conditions like leukoplakia, which are white patches in the mouth that often precede cancer.
Carotenoids, the natural pigments that give fruits and vegetables their vibrant colors, are also crucial in the fight against cancer.
Beta-carotene, luten, lycopene, and others have been shown to reduce the risk of various types of cancer.
For instance, lycopene, found in tomatoes, has been linked to a reduced risk of prostate cancer.
Glutathione and glutamine are also vital players in the antioxidant network.
Glutathione protects against damage to proteins in the brain and the stomach lining, while glutamine helps create glutathione and has been shown to decrease tumor growth and protect patients during radiation and chemotherapy.
Lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10 are emerging stars in the antioxidant world.
Lipoic acid is a superantioxidant that boosts the activity of the entire antioxidant network.
While coenzyme Q10 is crucial for energy production and has been shown to protect against the heart-damaging effects of chemotherapy drugs like adriamycin.
In conclusion, the evidence is clear.
Antioxidants are a powerful tool in the fight against cancer.
They not only help prevent cancer, but also improve the effectiveness of conventional treatments while reducing their side effects.
So what can you do?
Start by incorporating more antioxidant-rich foods into your diet and consider adding supplements to your daily routine.
And remember, always consult with a holistic clinician to tailor an antioxidant program to your specific needs.

So there's your discounted price.
Buy more, save more on all 209 products that we have available on this program.
Everything from chlorella to nascent iodine, concentrated mineral drops, as you can see.
Many, many items.
We've done this for you.
Now, you might ask, how can we do this when all these tariffs are kicking in on China, like 150% tariffs, and so imported products from China are going up in price?
Well, guess what?
We don't import.
Anything from China, except, I think, goji berries.
But we've been China-free, and our supply chain are almost 100% China-free for many, many years.
So we are not impacted by these high tariffs from China.
Now, there are 10% tariffs on products from other countries, and we do source different materials from different countries, just depending on the material.
For example, we get our non-GMO vitamin C out of the United Kingdom.
Because we don't buy GMO vitamin C from China, which is the cheap vitamin C that everybody else sells.
So we have high-end, non-GMO vitamin C. And yeah, it's more expensive, but it's not going up in price because we're not hit by the tariff.
So this is why we're able to put together these savings for you and actually pass along discounts at a time when almost all the other retailers...
Are hiking their prices because they source almost everything from China.
It's kind of like the dirty little secret of the nutrition industry.
People getting everything from China.
From herbs and vitamins and nutrients and amino acids and all of it.
Most of it actually comes from China, folks.
So that's going to get very expensive.
But we're able to help save you money with this program.
Buy more, save more.
So check it out again.
It's at healthrangerstore.com slash save.
And you can scroll down and see everything that we have available for you.
So many different solutions.
Everything from personal care products to here's Manuka honey, and here's our tooth salt, and here's whey protein, and broccoli sprout powder high in natural sulforaphane, which is an amazing molecule.
You know, so much more, right?
Food supplements, storable foods, superfoods, personal care products, home care, all kinds of products available on this program.
Buy more, save more.
And trust me, you're never going to see lower prices than this for the future.
Because, well, you know, inflation, the dollar's collapsing, so everything's going up in price no matter what.
But thank God that our supply chain has banned Chinese suppliers for many, many years.
You know, again, except for goji berries, which come from the Tibetan high-altitude regions of China.
So thank goodness we made that decision many years ago so that our products are not skyrocketing in price even during this trade war.
So yes, you can stay healthy.
You can have outstanding nutrition, outstanding superfoods.
You can boost your preps during this trade war by shopping with us at healthrangerstore.com slash save.
And thank you for your support.
You still have time?
I do.
Let's pivot, because we've been talking about philosophy and consciousness and religion this whole time, but you wanted to talk about these metals and cancer.
So please, go for it.
I apologize.
Now I have my speaker on.
Let me mute the speaker.
Go ahead.
No, no apologies necessary here.
This is a wonderful gift to get together and to be able to do this.
You know, whether it's received as a gift by others, that's up to them.
Yeah, right.
But it is for me and you to be together.
I just always enjoy our engagement.
This is something that when I talk about gold and silver and copper, the noble metals, right?
As we record this, I'm coming into town for the Belzhansky Integrative Cancer Conference.
And, you know, I was drawn into the metal world because as a homeopath, I was detoxifying children of heavy metals, much less myself and adults.
Of course, because of the mercury and vaccines at the time, they've removed some of it, not all of it, but aluminum, other things, other environmental exposures.
And so my bias was...
It's a Texas silver coin, yeah.
I love this.
And, you know...
It's got the Alamo on it.
Ah, this is gorgeous.
So when I was drawn into the metals was really because of the book by Dr. Robert Becker, The Body Electric.
Absolutely.
And he was working with primarily silver at the time.
And rather than being a destructive, degenerative metal, I thought, well, it's a heavy metal.
It's got to be the same.
It's like, well, no, that's really another...
A metallurgical insecurity or immature perspective, right?
You've got to understand the forms of the metals, whether they're combined, all of these things.
So he found out through, he would run at least initially the current through electrodes made of silver, and in the area where the electricity was released, he saw removal of infectious agents, but even more so, regeneration of tissue.
I thought, wow, this is interesting.
I've been dealing with these metals as an agent of degeneration.
For the first time, I was blown away and going, wait a second, my bias could block me from seeing something so brilliant and important here.
And there's an ancient tradition of using silver and copper and gold, as the noble metals they've been called, in medicine, of course, in commerce as well.
And I thought, yeah, we have them in homeopathy.
You know, I've been prescribing cupra metallicum for varicose veins for decades.
For instance, copper is very critically important for...
The integrity of the endothelial and, well, the entire vasculature, along with selenium and other things.
So as I began to explore that, then I encountered the family at Natural Immunogenics.
You've met them over the years.
They developed the hydrosol technology.
It was a breakthrough in about 98, 99. And I said, well, they're utilizing the concept of homeopathy because the guy who's no longer with us, their father, Stephen Quinto, was quite an eclectic fellow, you know?
Traditionally trained scientists, but he did the things you couldn't do.
They were impossible because he wasn't limited by those beliefs.
And he released this form of silver into this water that I then began to look at relatively speaking to homeopathic attenuations or potencies.
They were right along that realm, even if they weren't officially recognized remedies.
I said, this is interesting.
There's an energetic component here.
And then we talk about the bioactive state of silver being the ion in a living system.
We begin to discover its properties, how we can use very little to achieve great benefit without bioaccumulating or harm or the risk of discoloration, things like that.
Absolutely.
It doesn't take much.
No.
And, you know, for the honest, remember that all of these elements can be charged differently.
Yes.
You know, you put a positive charge on it, and that's just straight chemistry, not to mention the homeopathic side.
Yeah, there's great energy behind it.
Even with copper, we see the copper-1, copper-2 ions, and then we have now the working with...
People have been afraid of the wrong things, right?
You know, you tell your doctor you're taking selenium and copper, like, oh my gosh, that could be crazy dangerous.
In the meantime, they're giving you toxic chemo that can kill a healthy horse.
Right.
So it's absurd.
But that's what we've been dealing with, the programming, the dogma, whether it be, again, religious beliefs, scientific beliefs even.
And I didn't have the luxury of that, trying to find a way to help people.
And so I've raised my children without vaccines, without antibiotics, not one.
My kids have never had one of those.
And it's like, if you need it, I'd like it to be available and work for you.
But the way we use it like candy, the antibiotics don't work.
They make things worse more often than not.
And then the gold issue.
Now, it's interesting with gold, and this is some of the things I'll be revealing.
It isn't the ionized state of gold.
That can be a dangerous, toxic state.
But as a nanoparticle, it is a brilliant.
A way we can manage things like cancer, autoimmunity, various inflammation response, and silver, copper, and gold all work with various ways of inflammation response in the body, which leads to degeneration.
Delivering other molecules also to certain tissues.
Facilitating so much.
And so we step back from that.
Again, my bias was like, oh, metal's bad.
And then realized, Mike, well, of course not as a homeopathic remedy.
We can even use mercury in homeopathy.
To remove mercury from the body, but it's not a toxic form.
But still, to utilize these metals, recognize the mineral chromium, without which we can't manage energy or blood sugar, yet it could be hexavalent and cause cancer, right?
Absolutely.
But, I mean, people don't realize calcium is a metal.
That's right.
I mean, in its elemental form, it's like a block of metal.
Yeah.
You know, or magnesium.
Everybody should realize.
We are electrical beings, and these things are facilitating a lot of those energetic, semi-non-material, but material.
It's like the in-between states, and the colloidal state plays into that role, whereas our blood chemistry is colloidal, our lymphatic tissue.
These are the liquids in the colloidal state, so it's not all salt chemistry.
And we often make mistakes when we just say, oh, silver salt can be caustic and could be dangerous and bioaccumulative.
But in its pure state, it's metabolized easy by the liver.
We don't have to do a lot.
And other things I've recognized through even the peer-reviewed literature, even at large quantities of silver that I don't normally endorse using, and I wouldn't, doesn't disrupt gut microbiome biodiversity.
You're like, wait a second.
We know it's antimicrobial, but not to the negative impact of the biodiversity, which is the key to reestablish a healthy microbiome.
As long as you don't disrupt biodiversity, it is...
Easy to replenish because now also silver facilitates epithelial regrowth of tissue, the home for the microbiome.
So I've seen how metals, my bias against them, led me to learn deeply how wrong I was.
And I tend to think, you know, the stronger our opinion, if we're open to it, the more life will throw those curves at us so we will look deeper into those things.
And I know your life has been a testament to that as well.
Yeah, yeah.
And silver is an area of such incredible research.
The nanoparticles is exactly where it's at.
And when I was first building our colloidal silver manufacturing system with the plates and the reverse polarity and everything, I was doing a lot of research on the published scientific articles.
And you're right.
Gold nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles are all throughout the cancer research literature right now.
The drug companies are trying to figure out the best way to use silver to deliver their drug.
But guess what?
What if you combine it?
Like one of the things that I did was I did a rosmarinic acid extract from rosemary herb using water and alcohol, right?
You get rosmarinic acid, you combine it with silver, which I think I'm going to reproduce that here under the microscope because it's so wild.
And what happens?
Changes the color because now you have a new molecule with different light properties.
Robert Becker, light properties, photons in the cells.
Now you can deliver rosmarinic acid, which itself is an anti-cancer molecule, because of the silver nanoparticle and the charge, and then rosmarinic acid itself being recognized as a natural food-based molecule,
cells that are cancerous will take in both of those as a dual payload.
And then both the rosmarinic acid and the silver are anti-cancer to the cell.
Right.
It's like payload through the back door.
We already have so many cures for cancer, it's embarrassing.
We do.
We truly do.
So many.
There are a myriad of cures.
Yes.
John Richardson Jr. and his dad, what he did with the B17, Laetrile, right?
Yeah, exactly.
That alone is like a food form of...
Cancer cure.
I'll say it.
I'm not selling it.
But the freedom to communicate this has been what they've been fighting against.
Once again, we come back to the censorship.
Why are we in this state?
Because they successfully censored knowledge that would move the consciousness and protect us beyond the fear of what?
Cancer?
Which leads us to things that a rational, healthy person would never do.
Take poison that could kill you faster than the cancer, which is what we know of modern allopathic cancer oncology.
That's exactly right.
Yeah.
And so, you know, with the silver thing being so extraordinary, you know, we've seen studies, and I've reported on this many years ago, triple negative breast cancer cells, you know, silver nanoparticles going there, completely eradicating the cancer, no harm to surrounding healthy mammalian breast tissue.
That's like the holy grail.
Now, am I saying silver's the only thing?
No.
There's a lot of complex factors associated with it, but if you need to target it in a hurry, you can.
They did test, interesting, another metal, platinum, a platinum-based chemo called cisplatin, which is very toxic.
Really?
You know, that's a different metal with different properties.
It has anti-cancer properties, but it also has very destructive properties to healthy tissue.
So it's not an ideal metal in the case, like we talk about silver, copper, and gold appropriately used.
And they tested the cisplatin, which is an official chemo drug against the silver nanoparticles.
They were equally devastating to the cancer cells.
Main difference, silver harmed no healthy surrounding tissue.
The cisplatin still was devastating to surrounding tissue.
So they tried to combine.
I'm like, well, why do you need the toxic stuff if you can do it with the silver, for instance?
Right.
You know what else is interesting, what you're saying here?
Copper, silver, gold.
All in the same column on the table of elements.
They all have a similar harmonic vibration, which gets us into homeopathy and so on.
But all throughout human history, there is a natural affinity to gold.
And it has nothing to do with the economics of it.
When people see gold, they feel love.
And again, I'm not talking about money or greed.
There's a vibration.
There's something about the color.
There's something about having the metal near you that radiates light and love.
And that same vibration in slightly different tones is in silver and copper.
Very much life-sustaining.
And these were the monetary metals throughout history.
Yeah, and it was argued by...
I remember when Stephen Quinto, we talked philosophically about these things, and he would say, you know, it's like, is this silver is like the dividing line between what we call the lower life forms of consciousness, the microbe, single cell, and the higher life forms.
How did we evolve beyond just being, you know, a bacterial soup that would devastate it, kill us, eat us, whatever?
And these metals play an important role in our so-called transformation to do what we do as human beings differently.
Now, we can get into...
Subjects of aliens genetically engineering us, and that's another fascinating discussion.
But still, in the big scheme of things, these metals play a huge role in gold for reproductivity.
We are devastating.
You know, Trump really just recently said, 5,000 bucks, maybe we should incentivize people to have babies.
They can't have babies.
The level of infertility in the young people, post-COVID or COVID shot especially, we have got to bring the functionality of this body back in line, which is everything we've been investing in for time immemorial.
I say that for our lifetime, this lifetime, a big part of our journey, and I believe these Nobel medals will play a huge role, especially gold in that realm.
This is a weird form of economic stimulus from Trump.
Isn't it?
$5,000 to have a baby.
Yeah.
If he really wanted economic stimulus, he'd pay people $5,000 to try to have a baby.
There you go.
Yeah, all right.
It's called the universal basic income.
Get paid.
Right.
If you can find somebody to have sex with you, then you win $5,000.
Yeah.
There's so much transformation.
Universal bedtime income.
Bedroom income.
No, I would demand that payment in silver, gold and not Federal Reserve notes because that's not going to buy you anything anyway.
That's true.
How about an ounce of gold every time you try to have a baby?
There we go.
There you go.
Give gold out to everybody.
Very nice.
And how about not assaulting these children once they arrive?
And again, that's part of, again, the journey of Bobby Kennedy heading HHS, the good things that are occurring.
As much as I can be as frustrated as any human being about, it's not fast enough.
Why is he doing this?
Coming back to homeopathy, right?
The FDA is being sued by Jonathan E. Morton, the Alliance for Natural Health.
You had Jonathan Robert Verkirk on.
Yep.
And as of now, as of today when we're recording this, The FDA is not acquiescing.
They're fighting it, apparently.
They're not willing to go, yeah, you're right, the CPG-404, all we have to do is reinstate it.
That's as simple as that.
That's a minor issue.
Very minor issue.
So far, there may be deep staters still at FDA not wanting this.
So there's some work to be done, and I will implore you and your audience also to, you know, when you're in X or whatever, you can include Bobby Kennedy and Macri and all of those people to say, hey, pay attention to this.
This is such a simple thing to correct.
Yeah, clearly.
Okay, so I just got to ask you, if Kennedy's the head of HHS, why can't he pause the mRNA pending further study?
Because it was only approved under emergency use authorization, which was bypassing the normal clinical trial protocols.
I mean, we put him there, and he's there, and I don't buy that he can't do it.
I really don't buy that.
That's where I'm running out of patients.
Can't you just pause the vaccines until you at least show their studies?
I spoke with our friend John Rappaport about this a few weeks back, and he's been at it longer than I have and you have probably combined.
That guy's amazing.
Yeah, he is.
And we talked about, in a sense, the consciousness of the people.
What are they ready to get behind and fight for?
In many ways, it's still a small cadre of folks that really put Kennedy over the finish line.
And we were out there doing it, and it was amazing.
It was still touch and go right till the end with that other Kennedy guy in Louisiana, I think, that's Senator.
So in a step of taking on the vaccines more directly, we have a lot still to overcome in that shift.
Now, I'm not making excuses.
I'm trying to make some sense of it, too, like you.
I believe his intention is indeed to...
Stop this nonsense because he knows it's dangerous nonsense.
Yet at the same time, if you do it one moment too soon, you can lose all the progress as it all comes collapsing down because there's still a significant portion of the population, much less the media that has less influence but still significant enough to trash this entire thing and make the fear come welling right back up,
even those many of us have overcome it and many of those that hadn't had during COVID.
So it's a risky, I sense we're just teetering on the edge of that inevitability.
Interesting.
But what is that moment?
I don't know what that is, but I'm going to, again, push at the same time, realize this is one of the biggest shifts in the entirety of our Western world that has adopted science as religion.
That particular, as John Rappaport called it, the sacrament in the church of, he called it biological mysticism, I call it pharmaceutical mysticism, vaccines.
Even though we know mRNA are not vaccines by the original definition.
But this is, they're hinging everything.
On that MRNA platform technology.
So to topple it is not a small task.
You know it, I know it, but the question is, why can't he just?
And I'm just thinking about the depths of which I'm not privy to, but I sense.
Alright, so you think the shift has hit the fan.
It's hitting.
Possibly.
Okay, well, I'm willing to have a sense of patience and optimism, but I waver.
Sometimes, some days I wake up, I'm out of patience.
And then I look at Kash Patel, who I've also interviewed.
He's on video saying, day one, if I ran the FBI, day one, I would shut it down.
He's running the FBI.
Right, what happened?
Nothing's being shut down, and he's actually promoting the people that were part of the J6 false flag.
It's like...
Is there a giant, like, do humans get replaced by alien clones when they go to D.C.?
Like, is the real Kash Patel, did he get teleported to Mars and then they put in, like, a Patel clone?
Right.
Is it too simple to say, did he get read the riot act behind the scenes?
I remember, you know, the claims of when you become president, they would show you the Kennedy assassination from all different angles.
Any questions, right?
Suddenly now they get it and they're like, anybody can be taken at any point in time.
The question that comes to mind for me comes back to the spiritual discussion we've been having.
Where is your allegiance in truth?
And it might be that fear can still overwhelm you.
I give credit to Bobby Kennedy as well.
There are worse things that can happen than dying, right?
When they'd ask him, you know, you're putting your life at risk here.
But he's on a mission.
That's why I say the man has great integrity.
Is it possible he's fallibly still human?
We're all human.
In that case, any of us would fall from that.
But I've seen the track record that I have a great sense that he is sincere as the day is long and is willing to do everything, including die for this cause.
Now, I could be wrong on that, and that doesn't mean I'm not frustrated occasionally, too, and waking up and going, why the hell hasn't this happened yet?
Yeah.
But I'm saying there's a lot I don't have, I can't account for, I have no control over, and I have to turn it over to God, in a sense, in my prayers, to say, listen, I know what I'd like to see happen, but I don't know all of the intricacies or the karmic debts that are being paid or repaid.
There's so much going on, and it's, wow, it's thousands, millennia years old, and here we are on the verge of a major shift, unprecedented in our lifetime, as we could have predicted.
I couldn't have predicted that.
Or, yeah.
And on top of that, maybe there's Epstein files blackmailing whoever.
Maybe there's still an agenda for depopulation to save the government money on Social Security.
But I have a simple, brilliant plan for Kennedy.
What you should do is go in there day one and then just have an eBay auction of all the FDA equipment, all the computers, all the lab test equipment, auction off the office buildings, the desks, the chairs.
You don't have to fire anybody.
Just when they show up for work, there's nothing there.
There's nothing for them.
Yeah.
So, yeah, we'll keep on the payroll because we're just printing fake money anyway.
Yeah.
But take away, just auction off everything that they use to work, and then that's how you shut them down.
Yeah.
Without firing anybody.
And put in the scientists that are genuinely on a journey of true science for the sake of finding out, how does this place work?
What makes this tick?
Yeah, but there are none of those people in the FDA or the NIH.
At all.
As you know, real science is decentralized.
Of course.
The real science comes from outside the institutions.
That's where all the greatest breakthroughs have been made in history as well.
People like James Lyons-Weiler, our friend Dr. Jack from IPAC, he's doing incredible work.
They're good people that are outside of that system.
That's right.
And they've been, if not outright suppressed, certainly the funding, the misallocation of funds in a planned or centralized You know, government control of everything.
It's like, we're going to allow you to study only that which is within this box, which is where these scientists have learned to become very obedient outside of the few that have stepped up over the years that we've featured on our shows as well.
So that's a really good point and kind of an end cap of our whole conversation.
Central control or centralization.
My observation is it will always lead to an amplification of the worst traits of humans.
But decentralization, small, local, will amplify the best traits of humans.
And I apply this across the board.
So one powerful centralized church, the Vatican, incredibly evil in my view.
One centralized government, incredibly evil.
One centralized science, unbelievably evil.
Centralized education, same thing.
Centralized money in the currency, evil, evil, evil.
Any example you want, if it's centrally controlled, it's going to be evil.
You decentralize all that.
You democratize it.
Now you start to get the human side coming out.
And that's why the best research, and I think even the best spiritual writers, I think the best inventors are not part of a corporation, but they're often working on their own.
Yeah.
Oh, absolutely.
Throughout history.
Well, and, you know, we've charted a course in this life that's definitely not the easiest one, and I'm not asking for violins to play.
I've engaged and I'm thrilled with the opportunities that we've not been necessarily given, but we've actually taken, right?
The choices being given, it's like you could choose this path or this path at every moment.
Yet, you know, there are so many that are still struggling with the old ways, the old systems.
And, you know, I struggle even raising my kids to say, listen, the life that I knew and that you've known...
Because this is what's expected, accepted, this is what you've seen.
It doesn't necessarily mean that's going to be that way all the time.
It can't, because it can't function in this way.
It's going to collapse in and of its own weight.
And this is not me accelerating or applauding in anything I do, except to say, don't limit yourself to what you know or your parents knew or your grandparents knew as a reality.
We are in this amazing opportunity, and I'd say spiritually, but that means anything and everything, Create and bring things about that your wildest dreams made true.
And are they a desire of just self-aggrandizement and ego gratification, or is it to do something so extraordinary that you impact and you leave a legacy?
Not for your ego's sake, just because we try to make it easier for those coming after us.
And they get to choose whether they want the easy path, just as I have.
I could learn the hard way, or I could say, that guy has an interesting thing to teach me.
And I went organic in 1990.
He said, your liver is toxic, right?
I could have just said, that's the craziest thing I ever heard, right?
But I did.
I went that route, and here I am, you know, in my late 50s, running circles around my 24-year-old self when I started.
Absolutely.
And let me just say, in wrapping this up, two of the things I love about you is you have a mind that is so forward-thinking and I think so mature.
Also, you have a lot of humility with you.
But you have a mind from the year 2055.
And you have the body of a hardcore United States Marine from 1955.
All right, I like it.
And that's a compliment, right?
Thank you, yes.
Because the Marines were badass dudes in World War II, in the 50s.
You're lean and mean.
I've seen your pictures in the gym, working out.
But you're able to do both, right?
You're healthy and fit, and you're expanding human knowledge.
And as you demonstrated here today, you're not afraid to touch on the big subjects that tend to make people nervous.
Yeah, and I guess we're wrapping up in a sense, but the challenge we all have is to be willing to confront the things that make us uncomfortable.
And it's a choice to go back to sleep or live in cognitive dissonance.
It just wasn't my way, and a lot of people are realizing it's that proverbial dead end.
And my appeal to you and your listeners is, please remember, I didn't set out to be the best-kept secret in health talk media, as much as we've known each other for years.
I don't have the greatest mind in marketing and outreach.
I don't sell anything other than just kind of share this information.
I'm passionate about it.
I love it.
And I just appreciate anytime anybody says, hey, have you heard that RSB guy?
He's kind of crazy and wild, but he's all right.
You know, give it a listen.
So I thank you for, you know, helping me to get the word out in our own way because we're on a parallel track in many ways.
And we have our, all of us have our strengths and weaknesses.
And I couldn't do what you do.
You couldn't do what I do.
But that doesn't mean we're anything less than anybody else.
It means that we're part of that beautiful tapestry that I get to celebrate.
In this lifetime.
Totally.
So awesome.
And let me give out your website along those lines.
Here it is, robertscottbell.com.
Actually, the easiest website to spell.
Is it?
Yeah, it's pretty straightforward.
I mean, people don't have trouble with those three names, generally speaking.
Versus Sylvie Beljanski.
Beljanski.
Yes, I love Sylvie.
She's amazing.
And, you know, folks, like I said, I've charted to different courses you know because I wanted to be free to speak.
the truth that I was learning.
And because of that, I made a conscious decision not to sell anything, which has probably not been a good economic decision.
But I realized that if I wanted to be able to say it,
I couldn't because they'd come after me, FTC, FDA.
I'm like, I saw it too many times.
And so for that reason, if anybody's, you know, taken that consideration, please join me on my show once a week, six times a week, whatever.
Say hello.
I do a Zoom meeting once a month for patron supporters, a little bit help there.
And I get to answer questions I can't answer in a public forum, which is fun.
And it's a great healing community.
And I invite all of you to come and join me anytime.
It's just a...
I feel uplifted.
My heart is happy being able to do this with you.
It's like a cathartic thing to do my show every day.
I know when you get on, just letting loose.
It's awesome.
Wow, I feel a little better now.
Thank you.
Well, I am so thrilled that we were able to have this conversation.
Thank you for taking the extended time here.
I guess it's an hour and a half or whatever it's been.
Who cares?
I'm not keeping track of time.
This is rare for us to be together in person to be able to do this.
Yeah, I appreciate this and value it because it does not happen every day.
It doesn't.
But you're welcome here anytime.
And you see we're building our new studio here.
It's going to be amazing.
So maybe next time you come back, we'll be in that studio, the expanded one.
And you're welcome here.
We'll have fun.
We'll cover whatever is important.
And I appreciate your attitude, your optimism.
And also, your willingness to call out where things have gone wrong.
Because we do, we have to make corrections.
Yeah.
It's uncomfortable.
As a species.
And you know, the true aspect of friendship and family is the ability and willingness to call each other out.
And I've been reluctant to do that because I just, not my nature to want to.
You said upset people.
People think you're in talk radio, of course you want to upset people.
I don't take pleasure in that.
Now, those that are so woke that they are living in some altered reality, nothing you can say would not be offensive to them.
True.
So I get that, but for the most part...
You say you have a mom, they get offended.
Oh yeah, oh my gosh.
No, you mean a birthing parent.
Yeah, so to be able to talk about the things we talked about today, I hope that people take it with the spirit with which...
I believe you're bringing it.
Even as, you know, me and Super Don every once in a while on our show going, did you see what Mike did?
Good Lord, he doesn't hold back at all.
And we just kind of chuckle to ourselves because, you know, I know we've been at it for so long and it's impressive.
But at the same time, I hope that, you know, people take it and they don't have to agree with us.
That's not the point of us saying it.
But to allow us to, you know, in a full embracing of freedom of speech.
We embrace the things that make us uncomfortable, not because we endorse it, but because it's a reflection of the creation that we're all a part of.
You know, look, okay, this is like a weird little secret, I suppose, that I've stumbled on.
There are days where I thought, I need to peel off 5% of my audience here.
I figured that must have been the case.
Let me tweet this out and just see if I can lose that 5%.
And then I find...
It actually doesn't lose the 5%.
It trades out.
It swaps out the 5% for another 6% that come in that like what you said.
And it turns out you actually can't destroy your audience as long as you operate with good faith.
Because I'm not trying to destroy my audience.
I'm trying to uplift them.
Sometimes that means there's a barter system taken.
I'll trade these people for these other people who are at a higher level of consciousness.
And how do I do that?
I need to say this.
Yeah, that's pretty adept.
That happens.
And so some of those folks are confronted and will leave.
Yes.
And then you planted a seed and then they come back in appreciation.
Or something shifts in their life.
And if it's not you, it's someone else.
That's right.
The consciousness is demanding it.
Or sometimes people are like, I hate what you just said, but I still need your clean food.
It's like, okay, fine.
And shout out to many of our friends.
Again, I can't say thanks enough to so many, and I know this is not, but I got a shout out to my buddy John Hewlett, who you've met, because he's been a godsend in my life as well.
What he brought to me, I was reluctant initially.
We've talked about it.
But the ability to do what I do physically, as good as I've been, it really took it up a notch.
And I just want to say for those that are into nitric oxide.
Please do it responsibly, because when you facilitate an accelerated rise of nitric oxide and you don't counteract peroxynitrite, you can end up in a heap of inflammatory oxidized states.
The God download for him was that he didn't even know what he was doing, and he created it and counteracted all of that.
So I acknowledge the divinity in that.
Particularly, it doesn't always happen, but even the spark of the silver discussion, how that was...
Really, these are God moments for me.
When somebody...
They're not trained to do this.
Yet, they're called on, and they're the vehicle to bring it out.
And so I'll say this to all of our viewers, listeners, you don't know how amazing you are, how wonderful you are, what your mission and passion really is once you get out of the way of the limitations of your own beliefs.
Right.
You are here to do something extraordinary.
I don't know what it is.
You might not know what it is yet, but the fact is, you are divine spark of God, and that's part of the theme today.
And if that's the case, which I believe it is, that means there is an unlimited potential, and the only thing limiting is your own belief system.
That'd be yes, right?
So I would say that's the powerful message I love to leave with everybody.
I'm smart.
You're smart.
I'm like, dude, we just happen to have a passion to dig deep in these areas.
There are a whole lot of areas we don't know a lot about.
That's okay.
That's true.
We need other people to do that.
Bring them on the show.
Fashion, for example.
I have no knowledge about fashion.
Thank you, my honey, for this shirt.
My wife just bought me this.
I love these kind of Hawaiian-style shirts.
You are top-tier fashion compared to my knowledge of fashion.
I'm wearing dirty ranch pants down here.
That's why I never show anything below the waist in the studio.
Our willingness to look silly and be silly in the midst of all of this is another saving grace.
Again, if I ever take myself too seriously, Super Don and my wife can slap me upside the head.
They have permission.
You know, we've got to laugh in the midst of all of these things that are really hard to laugh at because they're brutal.
But I'm grateful that we could have a discussion today that I hope and I pray that was uplifting for people ultimately.
I think it's uplifting to people.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
Beautiful.
And any who were offended have just, they've been filtered out.
And we've lost that 5% or whatever.
And that's okay.
Yeah.
Because so many people will love what we're talking about here.
They're like, yeah.
This is perfect.
Thank you so much, Robert.
Let me give out your website again.
RobertScottBell.com is the website.
Hey, off-camera, I'll let you give me a cube challenge.
I'm getting my solve times way down now.
Are you just wanting me to mess with this?
We'll do it off-camera.
I don't need to take camera time.
Brain's working.
I'm getting 30 seconds off.
This stuff hurts me.
I've got so much energy in a day, I'm like...
Nah, Mike Adams can do this, and that's okay.
I'm cool with that.
I have no problem.
This is like my nerdy side coming out.
Total nerd.
I love it.
Clearly, I'm on the spectrum somewhere, because the colors have to match.
It's a very spectrum type of thing.
But the colors have to match, and it's a great reward to make them all match.
This is not going to be hard enough for you, but what the heck.
The thing is, there's no difference in difficulty of how much it's mixed up.
It doesn't even change it.
It's all the same.
Respect, my brother.
It's all the same.
Anyway, we'll do that off camera.
Thank you all for watching today.
RobertScottBell.com is the website, and check out Robert's show.
And also, you're a speaker at the Belzanski Intergrative Cancer Conference, and I'll be at the Red Pill Expo, G. Edward Griffin, which you know, in Tulsa in July.
Oh, that's in Tulsa.
Oh, that's great.
It's not far.
I'll be emceeing and speaking like I do.
There are a number of events.
I can't keep up with myself.
I have to look on my own website to the upcoming events tab to see where am I going to be next.
It's crazy.
How do you do it, man?
You know, that's the thing.
Sometimes I don't know where I live, but I am grateful for the opportunity because I love to, like when we connect.
Now, we know each other so well, we don't have to.
We can talk from a distance and still be connected, but it is something special about us coming together, and that's what the whole thing about COVID, what they tried to prevent us from doing, whether it be in worship, praise, dance, celebration, silliness, all of that makes being human.
You know, seemingly far from God in a physical sense, but never really that far.
But to come together reminds us of that fellowship that we truly share.
And I love the fact that you prove you're human every day.
There will never be an AI engine that can have this conversation that you and I just had.
Yeah, I think that we outdid the AI in this one.
We totally outdid the AI.
We challenged AI.
Am I living correctly?
Not chicken lips.
All right.
Thanks for watching, everybody.
