TOP PRIORITIES for RFK Jr. as head of HHS - what should he do first?

Time Text
Welcome to the Health Ranger Report with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger!
Alright, Mike Adams here with a special report asking the question, what should RFK Jr. do as head of HHS? And I'm not naive to the hilarity of sort of that question, because there's an expectation that comes with it, of thinking that...
Bobby can just do anything he wants.
He's the dictator of HHS, and that's not the case.
And there are a lot of forces inside HHS and the FDA and the CDC. They're all pro-pharma.
They're all pro-vaccine.
It's an embedded bunker mentality of a corrupt cabal.
The pharmaceutical industry and the science journals paid by pharma and the corporate media paid by pharma and the schools and universities.
Pharma donations, etc.
This cannot be overcome overnight.
So the first thing I want to do is set a tone of realism, not to take away from our enthusiasm, but a tone of realism to say, hey, you know, what are the practical things, what is even possible that anybody could possibly achieve as head of HHS? And then I want to give some ideas of some of the most effective things that I think could be done by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. And let me just also add that
I feel like as a nation we are blessed to have him in that role.
I said before the election that he's the number one reason to vote for Trump because RFK Jr. at HHS has the potential to change our nation for the better.
In a way that is as profound as what Trump could do, although Trump is also achieving extraordinary things.
And I'm not naive about either one of these individuals.
I have disagreed publicly with both of them on different things.
I'm not a celebrity worshiper or a people worshiper, but I understand this is a once-in-a-lifetime, maybe a once-in-history moment, at least the history of this republic.
And without God's blessings, we wouldn't be here.
And we need to take advantage of this in every way we can to get the most mileage while we have Trump and while we have Secretary Kennedy.
That said, I'm also not an attorney, so I don't know what's possible, but I have a lot of ideas.
So number one would be to end direct-to-consumer drug advertising.
This is really critical because that DTC advertising is what allowed Pfizer and other drug companies to control The corporate media during the COVID years and other years.
You may recall that direct-to-consumer drug advertising was illegal in the United States until 1997 or 98, right around that time frame, when the FDA issued guidance.
I don't know what the form was, but I'm pretty sure it's something that Secretary Kennedy can reverse.
But the FDA issued some kind of new guidance that allowed drug companies to advertise on television.
And that's when the whole era began of, you know, ask your doctor about, you know, limposine or whatever.
And then, you know, they were just deceiving the public with all these ads of really healthy people doing Tai Chi, claiming that they were taking their drug.
But if you actually look at real people in the real world taking that drug, they look like zombies, you know?
They don't look like they're doing Tai Chi.
They're missing teeth.
Their faces are all hollow and stuff.
So that's number one.
End DTC. Advertising.
Is that possible?
Well, it was the law in this country since, well, I don't know what year it started.
So, yeah, it's possible.
And Congress never gave an approval for that kind of advertising.
I know the drug companies would say, well, it's an assault on freedom of speech.
Well, okay, I mean, that's an argument.
But...
It allows the drug companies to own the corporate media, which itself is an assault on freedom of the press, and freedom of the press is mentioned in the First Amendment.
So you have corruption and collusion there.
You have payola taking place.
That's actually the bigger threat to the freedom of speech of Americans.
At least that's my argument.
Okay, second thing, and this is already being talked about, the federal SNAP program, food stamps.
Why should taxpayers fund food stamps that people use to buy toxic processed junk foods like soda pop and sugary cereals and processed food garbage that all ends up causing obesity and causing cancer and causing heart disease that creates more costs on society, more costs on Medicare and Medicaid and health insurance, etc.
Obviously, we should not be subsidizing unhealthy food.
Exactly the opposite should be taking place.
Imagine if the SNAP program, instead of funding unhealthy food, imagine if poor people, let's say, whoever's on the SNAP program, could use it for all kinds of healthy foods and could even use it for simple things like vitamin D supplements, but restrict.
Junk food on that system.
Now, who benefits from the SNAP program right now?
Well, clearly, the junk food companies benefit.
Kellogg's, General Mills, I don't know who are all the companies that make all the junk food.
There's a bunch of them.
They strongly benefit from the program.
Who else benefits?
The merchants that sell that crap.
Walmart.
Right?
Target.
CVS pharmacies, whatever, grocery stores, they benefit from selling the crap because then they get, you know, they earn the profit, but it's paid by the government.
And then who else benefits?
Oh, the banks who do the merchant processing.
There's a lot of merchant fees involved in that.
So big, powerful corporations are profiting while the people are fed garbage.
And that's wrong.
So what if we had something like, you know, unlimited beans and rice for poor people, and maybe, like, vitamin D supplements, no more than a dollar a bottle, or vitamin C, a dollar a bottle, you know?
Like, if you're going to subsidize things, don't subsidize corn and processed junk food.
Subsidize nutrition.
I'm not really, I'm not an advocate of subsidies at all, but if you're going to subsidize something...
You should subsidize the positive things.
Make healthy eating more affordable for more Americans, is my point, instead of covering junk food.
All right, where do we go from there?
Oh, so many important things that Secretary Kennedy could do, hopefully will do.
Another big one is ending FDA censorship of companies that manufacture or sell nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathy, natural remedies, etc.
They are all currently censored from telling the truth, the scientifically validated truth, about their own products.
And a great example of that is a company I interviewed many years ago that made cherry extract supplements.
Or really, they were cherry juice concentrates.
Well, if you concentrate cherry juice and you consume it, it ends gout, it turns out.
Cherry juice just ends gout.
Just like, you know, pomegranate juice helps prevent prostate cancer and things like that.
But on the cherry juice, this company, on their website, they were citing government-funded studies on the ability of cherries to help prevent or reverse gout.
So it's not like they were making their own naked claims that they just came up with themselves.
They were citing government-funded published science in peer-reviewed medical journals.
The FTC came after them, went after them hard, and accused them of lying, and the FDA accused them of selling unapproved drugs, which doesn't make any sense.
They were just selling cherry concentrates.
Those aren't unapproved drugs, but the FDA says they are.
Well, that's what the FDA says if you sell anything and you make a health claim.
Then they say, well, now you are transforming that into a drug.
In other words, if you have a bottle of water and if you sell water on your website and you say water can reverse a health condition called dehydration, the FDA says you have now converted that bottle of water into a drug and you are now a drug dealer.
And you're going to be raided at gunpoint and shut down and fined and whatever, referred for criminal prosecution, because you're selling unapproved drugs.
You'd be called a drug trafficker for selling bottled water.
The FDA does that to people.
They do it all the time.
The FTC does that to people.
All right, that's insanity, and that's got to end.
And Secretary Kennedy is in a position to help make that happen.
Probably with the help of external lawsuits, and there are going to be a flurry of lawsuits filed against the FDA, that seek to overturn these restrictions on freedom of speech when a company seeks to tell the truth or to cite a validated scientific study about the benefits of a molecule.
And there are all kinds of beneficial molecules all throughout foods and fruits and vegetables.
You know, nutritional supplements and superfoods and all kinds of things and obviously herbs and essential oils and whatever.
Why can't we tell the truth about those things?
So that has got to be overturned.
Otherwise, we can never communicate to the American people the truth about how they can be healthy.
We're not allowed to say things like, you know.
Cinnamon can help control blood sugar, or chromium can help regulate blood sugar and help you reverse type 2 diabetes, or eating processed sugar and soda causes type 2 diabetes.
You're not even allowed to say that because you'd be accused of harming the soda companies or something silly like that.
And if you're wondering how I'm saying this, well, remember, I'm censored everywhere, so I'm actually not able to say this.
I'm only able to say it to you because we built our own platform so that I could say uncensored things, but not everybody can build their own platform.
So we, the people, need to be able to speak.
And along those lines, something else that I strongly believe that Secretary Kennedy may want to consider is to order YouTube to stop censoring people because of what they say about vaccines.
If you go on YouTube, if you post a video and you say vaccines, and you say something about vaccines that YouTube doesn't like, they will force you to go through a re-education camp, an online camp, where you have to be re-educated about vaccines.
You have to take their course in order to, I think, remove a strike or something.
And if you don't take their re-education camp course, then your account is disabled.
And that's insane.
Because YouTube is simply, of course, parroting big pharma propaganda and silencing anyone who questions the safety or efficacy of vaccines.
I think HHS, I think Secretary Kennedy, could, with a letter, order YouTube and just say, look, YouTube, stop the censorship about vaccines, even if you disagree with what people say.
You do not have the right to censor people over vaccine speech.
And if you do not stop the censorship, then we, HHS, we will refer you, YouTube, to the DOJ for investigations and possible prosecutions for civil rights violations of the American people.
That letter will have an impact.
And that letter wouldn't take...
Very much effort, and it wouldn't take an act of Congress, etc.
Now, would you two follow that demand?
I have no idea, but it's a start.
This is what you do right now, the easy, low-hanging fruit.
You do these things to put these companies on notice, and then if they don't comply, guess what?
Then you follow up with the DOJ, or you follow up.
With something like an FDA investigation saying, well, how many Americans were killed because of YouTube censorship?
How about that?
YouTube censored the truth about ivermectin.
So how many people died because of YouTube censorship or Google censorship?
See, that could be determined with a study, and that study would be very newsworthy.
And then you start putting big tech companies on notice like that, you could see a flurry of lawsuits from private individuals who lost, let's say, a family member or a spouse or a child due to vaccine deaths or COVID deaths or hospital homicide deaths.
And they could sue the big tech platforms and say, look, you're complicit in this.
You censored the truth about this.
And because of your censorship, people were injured or they were killed.
And yeah, possibly that might get thrown out of the court system, but maybe not.
Maybe not now if those platforms have been put on notice by HHS. So the attorneys can cite, you know, Secretary Kennedy's letter.
So there's a lot that RFK Jr. can do in this role, and obviously I've only scratched the surface.
There are all kinds of things that he can do.
The obvious ones are, yeah, you know, get the toxins out of the food supply.
We get that.
Demand a real long-term clinical trial safety testing of vaccines.
And there are certain vaccine ingredients that should probably just be banned outright, like squalene or aluminum adjuvants and so on.
There are a number of things that could be done.
And some of those things are obvious.
But I would like to see Secretary Kennedy get really creative with a Doge-like investigation of where HHS has spent money.
Because I know as a fact, because I was told this by an insider source during the COVID years, I know for a fact that TV show scriptwriters and movie scriptwriters and even stand-up comedians were paid money by HHS via CDC. To mock anti-vaxxers.
That was embedded into every TV show or stand-up comedian routine, at least those that would take the money.
And there must be records of that somewhere inside the beast of the financial records of HHS. So if Secretary Kennedy ordered his staff and said, look, I want you to go find how much money was spent by which department on Well, you and I would call it propaganda.
I don't know what they would call it, like public education or nudge units to try to nudge people into taking more vaccines.
Or was there money spent on comedians or influencers to mock anti-vaxxers?
If we get to see those records, oh man, that's a game changer because that proves that HHS under Joe Biden.
How cool would it be for Secretary Kennedy to go public with those records?
Put that out there.
That would be like Lee Zeldin at the EPA releasing details about the $20 billion that he found that was fraud and they clawed it back and they just saved the taxpayers $20 billion.
How much waste and fraud has there been in HHS? If RFK Jr. Doesn't find some amount of fraud.
You know, it would be considered a failure because it's probably, I would imagine, just him walking to his office, whatever building that's in, he's probably walking past other offices that are nothing but fraud.
Like, you probably can't walk around HHS without tripping over, like, boxes of fraud.
It's everywhere.
You can't help but encounter it, is my guess.
The real question is not, is there fraud?
The question is, how do you sort through the haystack of fraud to find the most relevant fraud?
You know, it's a needle in a haystack problem.
It's like, there's fraud everywhere.
So what's the most important fraud?
Or what's the biggest fraud?
Or what's the fraud that is going to be the most shocking to the public that needs to be exposed first?
You know, what's the most harmful fraud?
These are the kinds of questions that he must be asking, I would imagine.
If I were there at HHS, I would have forensic accounting teams and they'd be going to town on the fraud.
That would be, I don't know, priority number one, two, or three.
Somewhere high up on the list, that's for sure.
Okay, last thing I want to say.
I think it's really important for us to maintain our context here.
And remember that RFK Jr. is a human being.
He has to sleep at night.
He has to eat.
He has to find time to exercise and stay fit, as we all do.
He's not a magical person.
And let's temper our expectations.
And I'm not trying to shut down people that have amazing ideas and dreams.
Like, we can do this and this and this.
But I do want to say, he can't do everything.
And certain things that he does will get immediately challenged by federal judges.
There will be many, many judges that answer to Big Pharma.
And if he puts out an order or a decision, if it cannot withstand legal scrutiny, then it was a waste of time.
It's better that, and I'm sure he's doing this because he's a smart man and he's an attorney himself.
He's putting together an idea like, let's do this and then first let's run it by legal.
So it's going to go through HHS legal.
And then who knows, they might need input from DOJ or they might need input from the White House or whatever.
All this stuff takes time.
You need decisions and orders that withstand legal scrutiny.
Otherwise, it doesn't count.
So you've got to have cooperation of these other agencies.
I mean, sadly, this is just the nature of government.
This is how it works, okay?
This is just how it works.
A big bloated parasite machine.
Yeah, next time somebody asks me, how do I get rid of parasites?
I'll be like, cut government spending.
No, I meant, yeah, I know what you meant, but those are parasites too, you know?
We gotta lay off all these people.
Too many.
Too many bureaucrats, too many tyrants, right?
And obviously RFK Jr. knows that as well.
Too many Fauci's, huh?
Too many people building bioweapons, and we didn't even talk about that.
I guess here's another question.
How many people inside HHS or CDC or FDA Should RFK Jr. refer to the DOJ for criminal investigations?
Huh?
There's a question for you.
Obviously, Fauci should be at the top of that list, but he's not the only one.
How many people went along with the fraud?
How many people pushed censorship?
How many people pushed the emergency use authorization, the EUA of the COVID jabs, knowing that they were not safe?
There was a lot of fraud committed, many, many crimes, and people died because of these crimes.
If we don't see some level of criminal prosecutions, I'll be disappointed.
Somebody needs to go to jail.
Fauci's the obvious one, but like I said, he's not the only one.
There's a lot of people that were part of that.
So I hope, and I don't have any inside information.
I don't know if this is part of his plan, but I hope that Secretary Kennedy, when he finds evidence of criminal behavior, that he refers that to the DOJ. For criminal prosecution.
And then Pam Bondi can jump on it and say, yep, we're going to prosecute these people because we've got to clean up these agencies.
And the only way to reestablish trust with the American people, if that's even possible, because I don't trust these parasites any further than I can flush them, you know?
I don't think you could ever rebuild my trust in government.
But for some people, maybe that's possible.
The only way to get there is to prosecute the criminals in the agencies and show the people that you're doing something to clean them up.
Again, you can never convince me to trust any federal agency ever again.
That's never going to happen.
But not everybody out there has been, you know, viciously attacked by the government like I have.
So they might be a little more open to it.
We'll see.
There needs to be a cleaning house in the FBI, cleaning house in HHS, cleaning house at the EPA, even in the ATF. And even in the USDA, which is not under HHS. And I don't even know who's going to be running the USDA. That should be interesting.
But a lot of house cleaning needs to take place.
So there we are.
