Welcome to today's sermon with the Church of Natural Abundance.
I'm Mike Adams.
Thank you for joining me today.
The website is abundance.church.
And as we are now well past 100 sermons, we are moving into advanced, expanded topics here.
And today, we're going to do something really extraordinary.
We're going to be looking at More of an historic multicultural understanding of common impacts on earth and tying it into the book of Joel chapter 2 and also tying it to Revelation And the end times and the descriptions of the seven trumpets, which are, of course, seven comet impacts of increasing severity.
But we're going to start out by also showing you what comets look like and how they were depicted by artists throughout history.
And one of the first things I want to show you here is pretty interesting.
This is an illustration of, this is from the 16th and 17th centuries.
This is an illustration of what comets were believed to look like from the, what is it, the cometographia by Hevelius from the year 1688.
Now, by the way, this is just a photo I took of a book I have, a book that's very rare.
And then on the right side, you can see, let's see, the narrow tails and round heads characteristic of the Neolithic carvings.
So on the right side of this image, you can see that comets are very often depicted as having heads and then tails.
And the tails may have something that looks like fur.
Or feathers, but often fur or something that is soft even.
I mean, as you can see in these illustrations, they look soft and furry, almost cuddly.
It's a cuddly comet coming out of the sky.
Now you can also see on the left side here that very often the comets appear to have horns.
You see that on that one row that shows there's a comet with one horn, two horns, and three horns.
And it kind of just depends on which way the comet is oriented in the sky.
They could be horns.
They could also be considered a part of a crown.
And if you look at the comets on the very top of the left-hand side, you can see that they look like crowns, or they look like even the sun, in a sense.
Or you can see pillars underneath the comet.
So remember that Halley's Comet, for example, comes around, what is it, like every 75 years or something like that.
So that comet and many other comets have been seen over and over again throughout history.
And since before light pollution existed, before electricity, well, people saw a lot in the night sky.
They were watching the sky and they could see it more easily.
You know, the night was darker, and so comets in the sky would really light up.
So a lot of people paid attention, and that's why we have all these amazing illustrations of what these comets look like.
Now, I want to show you a couple of videos here that are really interesting, just to remind you of what comets look like.
And also, what comets look like when they're breaking up in the atmosphere is they look like sort of like an army of Something very bright, something on fire.
It's described in Revelation as an army of horses, for example.
In particular, The heads of the horses were like the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.
So that's Revelation 9, verse 17, which is referring to the sixth trumpet, which is the sixth comet impact that, of course, destroys the Middle East and destroys most of Israel as we know it today.
But the heads like lions, that's consistent with the illustrations that we were just looking at.
But the fact that there are so many horses, well, I want to show you some videos of what that looks like.
So first, let me play for you this.
This is from Australia.
This comet was caught coming out of the sky and breaking up, experiencing an airburst before it struck the ocean.
But this is a real comet that was caught on camera in Australia.
check this out.
All right, so that's That was an airburst, so it's a relatively small comet, but you can hear the booming voice and you can see it coming out of the sky.
And you can also see a little bit of the shape of it.
Now, that's a daytime comet.
I'd like to show you what a comet looks like at night.
And here's a video of a comet that was caught in the night sky just a few months ago.
*Music* Welcome to my show.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And as you can see, when these comets are seen at night, they very often can appear to have crowns or horns.
You may have noticed that.
But what we haven't shown you yet is a comet that's breaking up into multiple pieces.
So the following clips are from the movie Greenland, and these are of course CGI, you know, computer generated.
So this isn't, what I'm about to show you is not actual footage, but it's a, it looks like a very convincing depiction.
of what a very large comet would look like as it's approaching impact on Earth and it's followed by a trail of many many fragments which in Revelation is described as you know horsemen or an army of horsemen so check out this clip Okay,
also let me see if I can show you this really short video, just a few seconds, out of Portugal of the recent meteor in the sky that lit up the sky blue.
Check this out.
Okay, next, let me show you this video.
It's just a few seconds, but it shows a really well-fragmented meteor.
I haven't shown this video before.
And it's a meteor that's breaking up, so it looks like an army of horsemen in the sky.
Check this out.
Instead, they typically arrive at the surface at their terminal velocity and at most create a small pit.
Several phenomena are well documented.
So I'll read that for you again from Revelation chapter 9.
Then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar, which is before God, saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.
So the four angels who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind, now the number of the army of the horsemen.
This is the army of horsemen coming out of the sky, okay?
Was 200 million...
Now, isn't that what you just saw in that video?
Breastplates of fiery red, blue, and sulfur yellow.
Yep.
And the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions.
And that's like the soft, furry tails that we saw in the illustrations earlier.
And out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.
That's the airbursts.
That's all the explosions, right?
That's the fire.
By these three plagues, a third of mankind was killed by the fire and the smoke and the brimstone which came out of their mouths, for their power is in their mouth and in their tails, for their tails are like serpents having heads, and with them they do harm.
So that is a perfect description from John of Patmos, the angels giving him this description of Comet impacts, or in this case, a large fragmented comet that is the sixth trumpet and the sixth bowl, and that's the one that wipes out the Middle East.
Now, I've talked about this before.
I haven't shown you all those clips before, but let me bring in something new that we have never talked about before.
I actually have to bring up the correct book.
Here it is.
It's called Gods and Myths of Northern Europe.
It's by H.R. Ellis Davidson.
The book was published in January of 1965, and it says it surveys the pre-Christian beliefs of the Scandinavian and Germanic peoples.
Now, the Scandinavian people, by the way, they later migrated and became known as the Rus, which became Russians.
So the Russian people as we know them today are from, well, their ancestry is from the Scandinavian peoples.
Just kind of interesting.
But in that book, Gods and Myths of Northern Europe, it explains the following.
And these are about the Norse gods.
I want you to recognize the similarities between the mythos of the Norse gods versus the book of Revelation and also what Jesus says to Matthew in Matthew 24.
And then also what we're going to read in Joel 24.
Chapter 2, which is Old Testament.
So here we go.
This is from the book by Davidson.
There, Loki must lie until Ragnarok.
Yes, we're talking about Norse gods here, okay?
Loki.
The time of the destruction of the gods.
This fearful time will be ushered in by many portents.
First, there will be great wars through the world and a time of strife and hatred between men.
The bonds of kinship will hold them no longer, and they will commit appalling deeds of murder and incest.
There will also be a period of bitter cold when a terrible pursuing wolf catches the sun and devours her.
The moon, too, is swallowed up, and the stars will fall from the sky.
Okay, now what does that remind you of?
It should remind you of Matthew chapter 24, where Jesus is talking to Matthew, and in verse 29, he says,"...immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light.
The stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven." Now, the sign of the Son of Man is a giant comet, by the way.
We've established that in many other sermons.
And then all the tribes of the earth will mourn.
All the tribes of the earth will mourn.
And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he will send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet on That refers to the trumpets of Revelation.
And they will gather together his elect from the four winds from one end of heaven to the other.
Now notice that the judgment, even in Matthew here, the judgment is applied to all nations.
All nations shall be awed.
And this is God's judgment against humankind.
Let's go back to the Norse gods here.
So again, they said, So what does that remind you of?
Of course, the sixth seal from the book of Revelation, because the sixth seal describes the same event as the sixth trumpet, which again, this is the one that destroys Israel and the Middle East.
So it says, and the stars of heaven fell to the earth as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
And remember also that the fig tree represents Israel throughout the Bible.
Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up.
So the sky just gets closed up by all of the rising particulate matter and smoke.
And every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
Every mountain and island.
So that's exactly what is being said here by the Norse gods.
Now, if we go to Joel chapter 2, which Joel is prophesying God's judgment against the nations of the earth.
Chapter 2, verse 10.
What does it say?
The earth quakes before them, the heavens tremble, the sun and moon grow dark, and the stars diminish their brightness.
The Lord gives voice before his army, for his camp is very great, for strong is the one who executes his word.
For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible.
Who can endure it?
So the day of the Lord, and we've established this again many times.
The day of the Lord refers to judgment day.
That's That's the day of the seventh trumpet or the seventh impact.
And also Joel chapter 30.
And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood and fire and pillars of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
See?
All right, but back to the Norse gods.
Let's see, where were we?
Now all fettered monsters break loose.
The wolf Fenrir advances, his great gaping jaws filling the gap between earth and sky, while the serpent emerges from the sea, blowing out poison.
The serpent out of the sea.
That's interesting because, of course, comets are often described throughout human history as serpents in the sky because they have the head of a snake and then the tail of a snake.
They have long tails.
But also this could refer to possibly in Daniel, the beasts coming out of the sea as well.
So, you know, several interpretations here.
The sea rises to engulf the land.
So it's talking about a tsunami.
And on the flood, the ship Naglfar is launched, a vessel made from the nails of dead men.
It carries a crew of giants with Loki as their steersman.
From the fiery realm of Muspel, Surt and his following ride out with shining swords and the bridge bifrost is shattered beneath their weight.
His forces join the frost giants on the plain of Vigrid, and there the last battle will be fought between this mighty host and the gods.
Thor meets the world serpent, which could describe a comet, and Freyr fights against Surt, and the gods must fall, and the monsters be destroyed with them.
When Thor kills the serpent and then falls dead, overcome by its venom, only Surt remains to the last to fling fire over the whole world so that the race of men perishes with the gods, and all are finally engulfed in the only Surt remains to the last to fling fire over the whole This is describing the seventh trumpet.
It's exactly the seventh trumpet.
Even if we go to Revelation 11, the seventh trumpet, what does it say?
Well, the temple of God was opened in heaven.
The ark of his covenant was seen.
There were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
Of course, it's not an ice storm.
It's comet fragments out of the sky.
And the angels say, we give thanks.
We give you thanks, O Lord God Almighty, the one who is and who was and who is to come, that is, the timeless Lord.
Because you have taken your great power and reigned.
The nations were angry, and your wrath has come.
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged.
Remember, that's talking about at the end of the tribulation.
The time when all the dead are judged, that's the rapture.
And that you should reward your servants, the prophets and the saints, and those who fear your name, small and great, and should destroy those who destroy the earth.
And then the seventh bowl, which is Revelation 16, says...
Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven from the throne, saying, It is done.
It is done.
The total destruction of the planet, by the way.
And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings, and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.
Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of nations fell.
And great Babylon was remembered before God to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent.
Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.
So what all of this is describing, which is exactly the same as what the Norse god mythos was, is the end of the planet carried out by the wrath of god,
or gods in the case of the Norse beliefs, And a great battle in the sky involving a giant serpent, which would be a comet, and fire that goes over the whole world.
And then, again, reading from this book by Davidson, so that the race of men perishes with the gods and all are finally engulfed in the overwhelming sea.
The sun becomes dark.
Earth sinks in the sea.
Because great tsunamis.
Because some of these fragments land in the ocean, and so it just overtakes the land.
The shiny stars slip out of the sky.
Vapor and fire rage fiercely together till the leaping flame licks heaven itself.
Does that sound like a giant comet slamming into Earth?
Yes.
Yes.
Now, what's really interesting about all of this is that in most mythological stories, including Native American mythos, there is the destruction of the earth, but there's also a resurrection of the earth, or a resurrection into what comes next.
Or, as in the book of Revelation, all things made new.
So there's a new heaven and a new earth.
That's because the old earth is just obliterated, by the way.
But the new heaven is in a different dimension, by the way.
You know, it's not on earth.
But even the Norse mythos talks about the same concept of a resurrection of earth coming out of the death and destruction of the old world.
So here's from the Davidson book.
Yet this is not the end.
Earth will rise again from the waves, fertile, green, and fair as never before, cleansed of all its sufferings and evil.
Now what does that sound like?
It sounds just like Revelation chapter 21.
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea.
And then it talks about what heaven looks like.
But back to the Davidson book, the sons of the great gods still remain alive, and Balder will return from the dead to reign with them.
They will rule a new universe, cleansed and regenerated, while two living creatures who have sheltered from destruction of the world tree will come out to repeople the world with men and women, a new sun outshining her mother in beauty, We'll journey across the heavens.
So fascinating similarities, aren't there?
So another obvious point that needs to be mentioned here, and I've brought this up in my sermons, is that God sent prophets to different cultures over time to speak to people in their own language and in their own image.
And this is where sort of Some Christians have a little trouble with this concept at first until they begin to really just expand their minds and understand that God is not limited to having one son.
Obviously, you can have more than one son.
God is also not just sending one prophet or one son to one region of the world like the Middle East.
God sent messengers and wise men or sons or prophets, or God spoke to prophets in every culture, across every region of the world, and of course I believe across many worlds as well.
So God In speaking to various people in these cultures, effectively transforming them into prophets, God seems to be sending a warning message, a universal warning message across time To many different wise men,
typically, I haven't seen any women be prophets so far in this, but in the modern day, you could say there are many women who are receiving the Word of God, but I mean, just in ancient history, there were no women prophets that I'm aware of, although that could happen in Hinduism, it could happen in Buddhism, That would be interesting to bring in.
Mostly it's men, for whatever reason.
Was God a male chauvinist?
No, no.
But God tended to speak to people, obviously in their own language, obviously in their own image, and he would send emissaries that would be accepted by the local people.
So that brings us back to Joel chapter 2.
You know, Old Testament, many thousands of years ago.
Blow the trumpet in Zion.
That's line one.
I mean, that's verse one in Joel chapter two.
Blow the trumpet in Zion, which is a direct reference to the trumpets.
See, God is giving this warning across time.
What is the warning?
The warning is that you will all be destroyed.
Because humanity never embraces the teachings of God.
Humanity never stops being wicked, is the message here.
But let's read, Joel, to blow the trumpet in Zion and sound an alarm in my holy mountain.
Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming.
There's that reference again to the day of the Lord.
That's the day of the seventh trumpet.
For it is at hand a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains.
A people come great and strong, the like of whom has never been, nor will there ever be any such after them.
Even for many successive generations, a fire devours before them.
By the way, when it says a people come great and strong, it seems to be referring to the army of horsemen coming out of the sky.
It doesn't really mean people.
It means comet fragments.
So verse 3, a fire devours before them, which is flames shooting out of their mouths, which is what we've seen in other scriptures.
And behind them a flame burns.
The land is like the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness.
Surely nothing shall escape them.
Their appearance is like the appearance of horses.
See, like an army of horsemen, 200 million horsemen in the sky.
And like swift steeds, so they run with a noise like chariots over mountaintops they leap.
All right, there's a clue right there.
Over mountaintops.
So what leaps over mountaintops?
Comets and comet fragments and, you know, meteors and things like that.
We're talking about things in the sky, obviously.
Over mountaintops, they leap.
So if you look over a mountain, you're looking at the sky.
You're looking into outer space, actually, of course, at an angle.
Like the noise of a flaming fire that devours the stubble, like a strong people set in battle array.
Before them, the people writhe in pain.
All faces are drained of color.
They run like mighty men.
They climb the wall like men of war.
Everyone marches in formation, and they do not break ranks.
And it talks a little bit about this, but down to verse 10, the earth quakes before them, the heavens tremble, the sun and moon grow dark, and the stars diminish their brightness.
The Lord gives voice before his army.
That's the booming voice, the booming sound of the comets.
For his camp is very great.
For strong is the one who executes his word.
I read this earlier.
For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible.
Who can endure it?
Well, no one.
And if you fast forward in that chapter, if you go to verse 28, this is God speaking and And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh.
Now, by the way, when God says to the prophets that I will pour out my spirit, that means he's going to destroy a bunch of people.
Yeah, that's what that always means in the Old Testament, by the way.
I will pour out my spirit means his wrath, his fury, his destruction.
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams.
Your young men shall see visions.
So here he is talking about how he is giving warning to your daughters and your men, your old men and your young men.
He's giving them a message.
And also, on my men servants and on my maid servants, I will pour out my spirit in those days.
And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood and fire and pillars of smoke.
He says, the sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood because of all the smoke in the sky.
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
There he is.
He's referencing the day of the Lord yet again.
And it shall come to pass.
This is the good part.
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
He says it right there.
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
This is talking about the rapture and who shall be judged.
For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, among the remnant whom the Lord calls.
So what he's saying here is that, of course, all of earth is destroyed.
He destroys Jerusalem.
He destroys Mount Zion.
He destroys Israel.
He destroys North America, Russia, China, all of it.
But among those who call on the name of the Lord, they shall be saved.
Now, notably, this is all pre-Christ, by the way.
So there are many, many Christians, especially evangelical Christians, who say the only pathway to salvation is to invoke the name Jesus Christ because Christ said, I am the one and only true pathway to salvation.
Well, God said, long before that, God said something different.
God said that if you just call on the name of the Lord, you shall be saved.
Here it is in Joel chapter 2.
Christ, when he said what he said, he's just an extension of God.
He's the Son of God.
And in that same verse, which I've forgotten exactly which book that is, but in that same verse, he also says that when I speak, it is as if the Lord is speaking.
So really, Christ is not saying that Jesus Christ is the only way.
He's really saying that the Lord is the only way, and that he's just a representative of the Lord.
So if you're curious about that.
So again, some Christians have a lot of trouble with this.
I've noticed that especially the much older Christians who have grown up with just getting hammered with Bible verses their whole life and being told certain things like Christ is the only way.
Like they just can't let go of that.
They can't move beyond that.
Even though you can read the Bible and right here in Joel, the Lord says that all you have to do is call on the name of the Lord.
He didn't say anything about Christ.
You know, Christ is just one emissary from the Lord, and there were many, many across different cultures.
There were many prophets who the Lord spoke to, etc.
But anyway, the big picture, the big message here is that earth is doomed to total destruction by the Lord in an event called the Day of the Lord, But that you shall be saved if you call on the Lord.
And what does that mean?
It means to obey what He demands of you.
It means to live in accordance with the rules, the rules of life in this cosmic simulation created by our Creator, who is the Lord.
You shall be delivered.
You shall be saved based on your deeds, based on your works, and also calling on the Lord, of course.
So it's both faith and works, obviously, but it can't be faith without works because faith without works is dead.
But faith and works together means the Lord will save you even though he's going to destroy the entire planet.
So What I wanted to bring to your attention today in this sermon is how this idea spans numerous cultures, numerous mythologies.
In fact, the Norse god mythos that we were just reading.
And by the way, if we go into Egyptian mythology, we have the same stories.
If we go into Buddhist religious practices, we have the same stories.
And if we go into Native American practices or Mesoamerican, pre-Native American practices, Inca, Mayan, the ancient civilizations of South America that spoke Quechua, for example, they have the same mythos.
Which is the total destruction of the world based on judgment from God followed by a resurrection of the earth.
And by the way, the other event that is commonly shared across all of these civilizations and all the mythos throughout known human history is the Great Deluge, the Flood.
Because that happened, you know, many, many thousands of years ago, perhaps around...
10,000 BC or 10,500 BC, the impact of a comet on the ice shelf, unleashing a massive amount of water across the entire planet, causing the ocean levels to rise by hundreds of meters at that time.
And that event wiped away a lot of ancient civilization, which is now under the ocean.
Especially, you know, coastal regions that are buried under sometimes 100 meters or more, maybe a couple hundred meters of water.
So that comet impact theory has been studied by scientists, people that I've interviewed like George Howard and so on.
And his work at the Cosmic Summit covers that comet impact theory.
But that's another reason why a lot of these ancient cultures, why they, you know, think about it, like they saw a giant serpent in the sky, a big one.
They saw the head and the tail and they heard the booming and they saw the light and then a great flood came.
You know, and there was a giant boom around the earth after it hit the ice shelf and a great flood and it flooded all the coastal regions of the earth.
So that event became coded into the mythos of every civilization because every civilization experienced the flood.
I mean, if that civilization existed at that time, it experienced the flood and it associated the flood with the comet.
So as that folklore got handed down throughout history, It ended up being incorporated into all the different mythologies.
That's why we have these common stories or common revelations or common prophecies about what's coming.
Because when God speaks to these people throughout history, There is a basis of folklore where they understand, ah, yes, Earth has been struck by this before.
Although they didn't have the concept of Earth as a sphere or rocks from the sky.
In fact, for most of human history, most of the established science, you know, trust the science, most, quote, scientists, even before the word science existed, they thought that the idea of rocks falling out of the sky was impossible.
That seemed ludicrous.
And even things like lightning were explained by angry gods like Zeus.
You know, he's throwing down lightning bolts.
Like, that was the explanation.
They didn't know about the natural phenomenon that was actually happening.
So the idea that there are giant rocks in space that have tremendous kinetic energy and can just fall on us at any time That idea has not been understood except in the last, frankly, in the last maybe 150 years or something like that.
The human race hasn't known about that for very long.
So that makes it especially interesting that thousands of years ago in the Bible, or many thousands of years ago in the Old Testament, You still have these descriptions of comets and God's wrath unleashed upon Earth and the fire coming out of the mouths and how they harm with their heads and their tails and the sun going dark and the stars falling out of the sky, etc.
These are clearly describing these exact same events.
So, the good news in all of this, the good news, is that God has given us a warning that He gives us a warning of the destruction of the wickedness of civilization to come, but the pathway to salvation.
And the pathway to salvation is to simply call on the name of the Lord, as he says in Joel.
Or you can also call on the name Jesus, because Jesus is a proxy for the Lord.
He's the son of the Lord.
He is the human embodiment of the Lord for the Middle East, let's say.
So you can call on Jesus.
You can call on the Lord.
But to also earn your salvation through your deeds and your faith.
Should you do those things, you have nothing to fear because this is just a simulation.
Even the entire earth being destroyed, you still have nothing to fear.
Your physical body will be vaporized.
As we covered previously, your blood turns to dust.
But your soul is not physical.
Your soul is not made of carbon.
Your soul is immortal.
And your soul transcends.
And it goes to heaven.
And in Revelation chapter 21, it's called the New Jerusalem.
And here's another interesting fact for you.
you.
If you go to Revelation 21 and you read about New Jerusalem, you find like verse 19, the foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones.
The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, et cetera.
These are just describing different colors of shiny rocks.
You know, Shiny gems, like different colors of gemstones.
Green and purple and red and blue and yellow, whatever.
Did you know that in Buddhism, Their heaven is adorned with the exact same things, except they don't describe them as gems.
They describe them as flowers, just different colored flowers around the base of heaven.
So in Christianity, it's gemstones.
In Buddhism, it's flowers.
Pretty much the same vision.
You know, it's like, okay, there's a place called heaven where you go to, and around the perimeter is all these really colorful, beautiful things.
And you can imagine that John of Patmos would have seen it as, oh, those must be gems.
And then somebody in Buddhism is like, those must be different kinds of lotus flowers, you know?
Different interpretations, same vision.
And that's a core message that I'm hoping to get everybody to understand.
Even though we're teaching from the Bible, the words in the Bible are consistent with the words from Other writings and other prophets and other wise men or wise people across the planet.
Maybe other sons of God, by the way.
It's all the same thing, folks.
It's all the same thing.
It's just sometimes a little bit different description.
But if you get hung up On the little facts, the little details.
Like, no, it was definitely, the 12th was amethyst, and it's got to be amethyst.
Couldn't possibly be a lotus flower.
If you get hung up on that, you're kind of missing the point of heaven, I think.
You're missing the point of what God's trying to teach you.
God's not saying that we're going to play trivial pursuit and you have to answer amethyst.
No, that's not the point.
The point is to be a good person.
Don't worry about the colors of the gemstones around heaven.
Focus more on getting there.
You know, people get all hung up on all these details in the Bible, and they miss the big picture.
They miss the forest because they're distracted by all the trees.
So I'm a big picture thinker and a big picture teacher when it comes to Scripture and the Bible, and that's why I'm bringing in other cultures and other mythos, other religions.
And I intend to teach from many different books.
I've already quoted from the Koran, which also prophesies the end of the earth in exactly the same way as the book of Revelation.
It's all there.
It's all there in...
What is it?
The Surah's number 56, I believe it was.
But you can go back and hear my sermons on that.
But all these books teach the same thing.
The exact same thing.
And that's good news for us because the lesson is very clear.
It's very clear.
There can be no doubt how you achieve what God wants you to achieve in this life, and that is to be a good person.
And then it's defined throughout Scripture.
Oh, and God is warning us that since humanity as a whole fails to be good, that God destroys humanity.
So that's coming also.
And God wills it.
You know, nothing you or I can do about it.
We can't stop God's comets.
And if we did, he'd just send another one, you know.
We can't stop God's comets.
But what we can do is be good people and thereby save our souls and we can help bring others to salvation so that their souls might be saved as well.
And one day we'll look back at this and we'll laugh like, oh my God, that was all just a simulation.
We took that so seriously.
We were so concerned about the price of Bitcoin, you know?
And you're just going to laugh at yourself.
Like, that was just...
In the big picture, in the cosmic picture, it's just so silly.
Like, how much toilet paper did I have saved up, you know, in case the supply chain broke?
You're going to be laughing at yourself, trust me.
This is why I laugh at myself right now.
I mean, I laugh at life.
I laugh at humanity.
I find it just so incredibly funny all the time, every day.
I can't stop laughing at people.
For just taking everything so seriously.
It's all these people who think that there's nothing after this life.
They think that when they die, it just ends.
They do.
People believe that.
They think that it just lights out.
And those are the people who are trying to achieve all the transhumanism and longevity, immortality.
They think they can do it if they pursue enough genetic engineering.
You know, and let's work on the telomeres of the chromosomes.
Let's live forever, you know, because they think death is the end.
If they do manage to live forever in this simulation, that's actually like eternal death because they're missing out on their real life, which is the afterlife.
That's the real life.
Heaven is your real home.
This is a simulation adventure.
Imagine being stuck in the simulation forever because you've achieved immortality in the simulation.
That would suck.
I'm stuck in the simulation.
I can't get out.
You know?
It's normal.
To pass away in the simulation, exit the simulation, and then look back.
That's why your whole life is reviewed in the near-death experience or the afterlife experience.
Your whole life is reviewed.
That's you reviewing your life.
You're looking back like, okay, how did I do?
You're looking back at your teenage years like, that was stupid.
And then I found wisdom and whatever.
You're looking at your life.
That's the way it's supposed to be.
If you never die, you never actually live in your immortal soul.
Think about that.
So those who are pursuing immortality are actually seeking a way to die forever, forever stuck in the simulation.
Pretty wild.
So death is not the end.
It's just a doorway to...
Going home is just a doorway to where you belong.
You're here on an adventure.
You're on like a contract adventure.
Your soul and God got together and you made an agreement.
You're like, okay, God said, do you want to take the earth challenge?
You're like, oh man, I don't know if I'm up for that one.
Earth?
Isn't that the planet that's totally infused with wickedness and Satanism?
And don't they like mutilate children on that planet?
And God's like, yeah, you want to go there?
That'll be a challenge.
You can really rack up some karma points if you figure out that one.
You want to go to Earth?
And for whatever reason, your soul was like, well, I am up for a challenge.
We already conquered the easy planets, the easy simulations.
The last one was really too easy.
That was life in paradise, and that was too easy.
Okay, I'll take the Earth challenge, send me to Earth.
And God's like, okay, good luck.
Shazam!
And then you find yourself, you know, you're in the womb.
You're growing as an infant, but your mind has been wiped and then you're born and then you try to figure it out from there.
So, and that brings us to where we are today, where we've kind of figured out the rules of the system.
And then when you pass away and you go back to God, God will say, well, how'd it go?
And you're like, um...
Well, it took a while to figure out the system.
Thanks for wiping my memory, but I think we did good.
I think we did good.
We helped a lot of people.
We uplifted a lot of people.
We told the truth.
You know, we had courage.
And God would be like, awesome.
You want to come on to heaven?
You get the VIP pass.
Come on to heaven.
And you're like, yeah, I'll go to heaven.
But tell me, are they gemstones around heaven or are those lotus flowers?
And God would say, It doesn't matter.
You made it to heaven.
Rejoice.
Join me there.
It can be gemstones or lotus flowers, or it can be lollipops.
Whatever you want, welcome to heaven.
And you'll be like, yeah, that's right, the big picture.
Thank you for reminding me, God.
So happy that I made it here.
That's what it's going to be like.
So there you go.
That's my simplified version of life after life.
I always like to say life after death.
Life after life.
Like real life after the simulated life.
So there you go.
That's my sermon for today.
Now, if you want to hear the other sermons, go to abundance.church in your browser.
You'll see the website there.
I do want to mention, hey, good news, in the last week, we did send another truckload of $120,000 of emergency storable organic food to Florida, and It's currently at a staging location north of Sarasota.
So it's on the west coast of Florida, the Gulf Coast.
And it's under the control of a group associated with SRP24, my friend Steve Slepsovich there, who does first responder emergency response type of stuff.
So that's a church donation.
We have so far donated.
What is that?
$420,000 plus another, about $435,000 worth of food from our church.
And that's because of the donations to the church from our commercial operations.
So if you're purchasing products from our commercial side, thank you.
Thank you, by the way.
You're helping us raise money for the donations of food to help Americans in need.
And this is one of the goals of the church.
Well, this is the main community service goal of the church.
is to provide emergency food supplies to people in need.
So that's great news.
Second piece of news We have begun construction on a new church building, which will also double as a storage facility for many, many pallets of food, but it's also going to be a new studio.
We'll have a new church studio and set that will allow us to bring in speakers, to have...
Better studio surroundings and so on for church interviews and things like that.
That building will probably take at least six months to construct, but it has just begun.
So we're very blessed, and thank you for all your support of our commercial side, all of our storable food and health food and everything.
And if you wish to make a donation to our church, you may now do so.
It is tax deductible.
And you can find the donation button on the top of the church website at abundance.church.
You can make a donation there.
However, I'm not asking you for a donation.
Just to be clear, we don't need your donations to run our church.
We are blessed enough from our commercial side that we are able to send a lot of donations to the church ourselves.
And that's what God intends for us to do.
So we're doing it.
So give us a donation if you want.
If you are unable to, you don't want to, don't worry about it.
You are blessed either way.
Or maybe, if you want to donate to us, maybe what you could do is actually purchase some of the food products from our commercial operations and then donate those to people you know.
You could just, I mean, like I said, we don't need your donation.
You can help us by helping our mission, which is to get food into people's hands who need it.
And I intend to do that until the seventh trumpet arrives.
Once the trumpets start coming, it's like, well, the end of the simulation is coming.
In the meantime, let's help people.
How about that?
That's my attitude.
And maybe the seven trumpets don't happen in our lifetime.
Maybe it's 100 years away.
Or five years away.
Maybe it's next year.
I don't know.
Until then, we do good in the world.
And we call out evil, by the way.
We call out evil and we carry out deeds that are good and we help people.
So that's my take on it.
All right.
Thank you for listening.
Sorry to keep rambling on.
Thank you for listening.
I'm Mike Adams here with the Church of Natural Abundance.
