We've got one coming up here soon that I think you will greatly enjoy.
It's called God is With Us.
And today our focus is on Daniel chapter 7.
Now in Daniel chapter 7, now remember that Daniel was one of the members of the royal family that was exiled out of Jerusalem when the Babylonians plundered the city, essentially.
One of many times, it seems.
And in chapter 7, he has dreams or visions of beasts.
And these beasts are rising up.
And conventionally, the typical interpretation is that these beasts represent corrupt kings or corrupt kingdoms.
But one of the things that I notice about the Bible, and I mean many people notice this, is that of course the Bible speaks to different people in different time eras.
And I couldn't help but notice in Daniel chapter 7, how similar this sounds to things that we are facing today in 2024 as I'm recording this.
up.
Pre-election 2024, by the way.
And so I think it's worthwhile to read Daniel chapter 7, and also then look at the aftermath of it, and see what we can learn, sort of, let's reinterpret it with today's knowledge.
Because I also believe that, you know, God gave prophets the words to inscribe.
And by the way, this book, the book of Daniel, was largely written in Aramaic.
Not all of it, but chapter seven was written in Aramaic.
So, you know, different languages were combined into the book of Daniel, but this one was written in ancient Aramaic, which means that God was giving knowledge and words to different people in different languages.
And I believe that God, of course, can see all time.
He can see past, present, and future.
And many of the things that he put into people's minds through visions or dreams or words were intended to be heard across many, many generations.
I don't believe, in other words, that God was only speaking to the people of that era.
And this being, of course, Old Testament era, I don't know exactly what year this was, but potentially maybe 2,500 years ago or something.
I mean, we could look it up.
But it's over 2,000 years ago that these events took place, and yet they can speak to us today.
So let's take a look.
Here we go with chapter 7, Book of Daniel, chapter 7, verse 1.
In the first year of Belshazzar, king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream and visions of his head while on his bed.
Then he wrote down the dream, telling the main facts.
Now, I do want to note that later in this chapter, the dream is interpreted for him.
We can also learn something, like I said, in the present day from a, let's say a modern interpretation of this.
So here we go.
Verse two, Daniel spoke saying, I saw in my vision by night and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea.
And I'd like you to think about this visually because many times in visions that were given to people that are recorded in the Bible, These people are describing, in the best words that they can, what they saw.
But if we reimagine what they are seeing, we may realize that they just didn't have the right words in that time to describe something.
Like, what if Daniel saw a future vision of a battle tank?
How would he have described a battle tank?
Well, we're going to get to that, actually, because a battle tank today has many things sticking out the top, like antennas that might look like horns, and it has one giant horn in the front, which is the main gun barrel.
But how would he have described it?
He wouldn't have known what's a battle tank.
So, continuing.
Again, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea, and four great beasts came up from the sea, each different from the other.
So four great beasts coming up out of the sea.
If we were to see that today, what would we call that?
We would say they were submarines surfacing, maybe, or Godzilla walking out of the water, something like that.
The first was like a lion.
It had eagle's wings.
So something out of the sea that then has wings.
I watched till its wings were plucked off and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man and a man's heart was given to it.
So now he's talking about a man-like creature that came out of the sea, flew in, and then is now standing like a man.
So something that's transforming.
And suddenly another beast, a second, like a bear, It was raised up on one side and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth.
And they said thus to it, arise, devour much flesh.
So he didn't say it was a bear.
It was some kind of creature like a bear and it was eating men.
It was, it had ribs in its mouth, leftover ribs.
Maybe some brisket on the side, too.
Maybe pork ribs, but probably ribs of men.
Arise, devour much flesh.
So, perhaps this symbolizes the devouring of mankind, the devouring of mankind's souls through satanic infiltration and the spread of evil, which led to the destruction of cities like Jerusalem.
Verse 6, after this I looked and there was another Like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird.
The beast also had four heads and dominion was given to it.
So now we have something cat-like that can fly and it's got four heads.
So this might symbolize the four corners of a kingdom or a very powerful kingdom that has four competing royalty figures, possibly.
Verse seven, after this I saw in the night visions and behold a fourth beast, dreaded and terrible, exceedingly strong.
So this is the largest beast of all.
It had huge iron teeth.
It was devouring, breaking in pieces and trampling the residue with its feet.
It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.
So this, to me, sounds like a modern-day main battle tank.
Think about it.
It had huge iron teeth.
What is that talking about?
Well, the iron tracks, the tank tracks.
And those tracks, as they run along the ground, they crush everything underneath them.
So it was devouring, breaking in pieces and trampling the residue with its feet.
Well, they weren't really feet.
They're sections of the track.
And these tracks are made of metal.
They're very heavy.
And these main battle tanks, for example, can weigh something on the order of 40 to 50 tons.
And so they're very, very heavy.
And again, he says, it was different from all the beasts that were before it.
And it had 10 horns.
So like I said earlier, these 10 horns could be possibly modern day antennas or anti-drone protective devices on the tops of the tanks, comms gear, optics gear, all kinds of things are on top of battle tanks, as you see today.
Verse 8, he says, I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots.
And there in this horn were eyes like the shape of a man and a mouth speaking pompous words.
So what could this be?
Well, this could be a man emerging from the tank, wearing a helmet with you know, radio gear on it or something like that.
Maybe some futuristic battle gear, but it's, it's a man wearing military gear and then quote a mouth speaking pompous words like, you know, get out of the way.
We order you or whatever, whatever military men would scream.
Now I get, this is just one interpretation.
You may have a completely different interpretation, and many other people do, and I am not in any way insisting that this is the only one true way to interpret this.
What I'm saying is, let's open our minds a little bit here.
You've probably read Daniel chapter 7 before.
Did you ever think it might indicate modern day battle weapons?
Did you ever think it might be speaking to our time today?
I'm just suggesting that we open our minds and consider some different possibilities of what this may mean, or potentially the fact that it was designed to speak to different people across different epochs of time.
So verse nine, I watched till thrones were put in place and the ancient of days was seated Ancient of Days, I believe, refers to God.
So God was seated.
Here we go.
His garment was white as snow and the hair of his head was like pure wool.
His throne was a fiery flame, its wheels a burning fire.
So what is this?
This is God sitting on some kind of Some kind of contraption that has wheels which are on fire or burning flame.
Now what would that be?
In our modern world, what would that be?
It'd be like a hover jet.
like a harrier jet, maybe with four jets pushing downward that can fly in place.
I mean, we have these kinds of things in the modern military.
Verse 10, a fiery stream issued and came forth from before him.
A thousand thousands ministered to him, large crowds, 10,000 times 10,000 stood before him.
So a very large number of people.
The court was seated and the books were opened.
So this is a very important cosmic gathering with God ready to address or command or rule over.
What's 10,000 times 10,000?
Let's see, wouldn't that be 100 million?
Because 1,000 times 1,000 is 1 million, so 10,000 times 10,000 would be 100 million people.
So we're talking about a third of the population of the United States today.
Well, 100 million people?
I don't think there were 100 million people 2,500 years ago, or anywhere close to that.
I mean, not on the whole planet.
Obviously we don't have census data from those times, but it's very difficult to imagine that there were even a hundred million people alive on the planet, much less in one place.
So this vision is very significant in that it was not taking place in the time that Daniel lived.
Because in the time he lived, this would have been impossible.
And understand, when you have a hundred million people in one place, you have to have a massive infrastructure.
For those hundred million people, where do they all get food and water?
Where do they all use the bathroom?
Where do they all sleep?
You actually have to have a very advanced civilization in order to have the logistics necessary to gather a hundred million people in one place.
And frankly, I'm not even sure that that's ever happened in our modern world at all.
If you think about the largest gatherings in any country, in any maybe protest or celebration, you know, it might be a million or maybe two million at most.
I'm talking about national protests like we've seen in places like Brazil, for example.
But a hundred million people in one place?
I don't think it's ever happened on this planet.
So this appears to be God commanding over This beast, this powerful beast with iron teeth.
So what does God do to this beast of iron teeth which may represent war?
War and arrogance, human arrogance.
Verse 11 might be the answer to this.
Daniel says, I watched then because of the sound of the pompous words which the horn was speaking.
So this could be some announcement from some loudspeaker from some, you know, military vehicle.
That's not difficult to imagine.
I watched till the beast was slain and its body destroyed and given to the burning flame.
In other words, God blew it up.
God blew it up like God launched a God missile or or God lightning or whatever and it just burst into flame.
He says it's body destroyed and given to the burning flame.
So the the whatever this weapon was boom and then verse 12 as for the rest of the beasts Might have been an entire army of tanks, or maybe this is in the future and these are exotic hover weapons or, you know, hover tanks or something.
As for the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away.
So they were disempowered.
Yet their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.
So God had mercy on the people who were probably piloting those beasts.
So maybe God saved the people but destroyed their vehicles or disabled all their vehicles.
All right.
Now, again, I'm sorry I have to say this again.
And again, this is just one interpretation, but let's go with this.
See where it leads us.
Verse 13, I was watching in the night visions and behold, one like the son of man coming with the clouds of heaven.
He came to the ancient of days and they brought him near before him.
So wait, whoa.
So some super being, very powerful being comes down from the sky.
He comes down from the sky and then he is taken before God, who is on this throne with the fiery wheels and the, you know, the hover chariot or whatever it is.
So this is interesting.
Who's spaceman coming down from the sky here?
Verse 14, then to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom.
So God then chose this person and said, Now, doesn't this sound like God, in essence, giving power to the being that we would later call Jesus Christ?
His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom, the one which shall not be destroyed.
Now, doesn't this sound like God, in essence, giving power to the being that we would later call Jesus Christ, the Son of God?
That Jesus's dominion is an everlasting dominion?
And before that, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him?
Because that's part of the promise of the New Testament, is that Jesus opens up faith and belief in God to more than just those practicing ancient Jewish religions.
You know, specifically, Jesus wants us to preach to the Gentiles.
So that line, Absolutely speaks to that.
Verse 14 again, then to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom.
That sounds like the Son of God, but this is many, many years before Christ.
Centuries before Christ, by the way.
So is it possible that Daniel was seeing the future?
The future of Christ being anointed by God himself and that He was seeing that Christ would have, quote, everlasting dominion and his kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed.
Very interesting.
So I'm looking this up because now I'm curious what year this was.
Well, according to the interwebs, the book of Daniel was written between 540 and 530 BC.
Alright, so when I said, let's say roughly about 2,500 years ago, that's about right.
I mean, if this is correct.
But, you know, give or take, this is long before Christ.
This is centuries before Christ.
So, was Daniel seeing his future, which would be Christ being granted power by God?
And was he also seeing that there would be a great war?
Between mankind's technology and the rise of evil and the rise of arrogance and that God would intervene and destroy those war machines and then set humanity free through Christ, through the emergence of Christ and the teachings of Christ.
See, it starts to get very, very interesting.
Now, of course, in this chapter of Daniel, His visions were also interpreted in his time.
So it says specifically in verse 17, those great beasts, which are four, are four kings which arise out of the earth.
But the saints of the most high shall receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.
In other words, forever.
That's a long time.
Now remember that the interpretation to Daniel in his time does not mean that it's the only interpretation.
So in verse 19 he says, then I wish to know the truth about the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful with its teeth of iron and its nails of bronze.
Now what would nails of bronze be?
I mean, maybe they're talking about Fingernails or claws or maybe rivets in the steel of a tank?
It's hard to say.
Or maybe a belt of .50 caliber ammo, which would look like maybe metal nails on a belt, you know, powering the machine gun on top of the tank.
But back to that verse.
"...with its teeth of iron and his nails of bronze, which devoured, broke in pieces, and trampled the residue with its feet." Verse 20, "...and the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up before which three fell, namely that horn which had eyes and a mouth which spoke pompous words, whose appearance was greater than his fellows." Yeah, the hover tank commander!
That's my guess, anyway.
And then verse 21, I was watching and the same horn was making war against the saints and prevailing against them.
See, so mankind's war machines were warring against the church, the saints, the super beings, the messengers of God.
Doesn't this sound like A man-made military waging war against the church?
You know, destroying church buildings, killing priests and pastors and ministers and saints?
That's what he says in verse 21.
I was watching and the same horn was making war against the saints and prevailing against them.
Verse 22, until the Ancient of Days came, that's God, and the judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom.
In other words, a judgment was made by God, a command, commanding the defeat of the Mankind's military and the protection of God's servants, the saints and possibly the church.
Now, in verse 23, there's something important here about mankind's law.
And this is critical to recognize because, of course, God always commanded his followers, his people, to follow God's law.
And God was repeatedly very angry when mankind would create man's own law and would ignore God's law.
And man's law was always, it always turned out to be deceitful and wicked.
You know, the wickedness of the words of the scribes and so on.
So in verse 23, we get a little bit of review here about this fourth beast, which I'm going to suppose, at least as a thought experiment, that this is a military of tanks or hover tanks, something like that, science that this is a military of tanks or hover tanks, something like and we'll get to man's law here.
So check this out.
The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth.
In other words, an empire, a military might empire, which possibly could represent the United States today.
Or maybe it could represent Russia in the past or in the future, or China.
But here it is, the fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, trample it, and break it in pieces.
So now we're talking about a civilization that is also destroying the earth.
That's probably clear-cutting trees, probably to grow genetically modified soybeans.
Right?
And it's destroying the rivers and oceans and things that a lot of factories and industrial output tends to do.
Lots of poisons, you know, devouring the whole earth, trampling it, breaking it into pieces.
The ten horns are ten kings who shall arise from this kingdom and another shall rise after them.
He shall be different from the first ones and shall subdue three kings.
So that's the interpretation of why the three horns was replaced with one horn.
He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, that's the attack upon the church, and shall intend to change times and law.
Ah, see, mankind wants to, in its arrogance, overrule God's law.
Then the saints shall be given into his hand for a time, and times and half a time.
So that means that the church would be subjugated by government for some period of time.
I don't know what the riddle is here, time and times and half a time, but sounds like, sounds like a long time.
Maybe some of you know better than I what that means.
Verse 26, but the court shall be seated, this is God's court, and they shall take away his dominion to consume and destroy it forever.
So whatever empire this is referring to shall be defeated.
Then the kingdom and dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people.
The Saints of the Most High.
His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.
This is the end of the account.
As for me, Daniel, my thoughts greatly troubled me and my countenance changed, but I kept the matter in my heart.
Now note that that interpretation was given to him by possibly an angel or another person.
In verse 16, Daniel is saying, I came near to one of those who stood by and asked him the truth of all this.
So he's asking for an interpretation, but it's not clear to me if this is an angel or a spirit or a man.
So someone is interpreting this, possibly an angel.
But clearly interpreting it in the language and the visual objects that are familiar to Daniel in his time.
But I'd like to zoom out and offer the following.
If you look at the entire book of Daniel, see, we need to understand that chapter seven is a microcosm of the full book of Daniel.
What does the full book tell us?
The full book tells us that when evil empires rise up, Which is depicted again and again throughout the book of Daniel.
That ultimately they are all defeated by God.
That God's intervention eventually comes.
And God saves those who are loyal to Him.
And God destroys those who challenge Him.
The arrogance of these kingdoms always brings them destruction.
And remember this great covenant between God and the ancient Israelites, this covenant that is reflected time and time again throughout the Bible, which is that if you follow God's law, you will have prosperity, you will have blessings, you will have all these treasures and gifts of God, which we also describe as nutrition and food and natural molecules and natural medicine from nature as an expression of the mind of God.
Plus, you will have water and families and You know, bountiful soils and peace and joy and all these things.
But anytime these civilizations turn against God or they become arrogant and they start to create God's law, well then, God eventually intervenes and destroys them.
And that God can destroy an entire army in one instant, an entire military, even an entire empire.
Now, if you look at our world today, The U.S.
Empire, in particular, has clearly turned against God.
The U.S.
Empire has created its own law.
It's a perverted law.
It's a satanic law to allow, for example, men and women's restrooms.
That's a satanic law.
Or pro-abortion laws that have been passed in numerous states.
Or Roe vs. Wade that was active for over 50 years, I believe, before it was overturned.
So these are man's laws that violate God's laws.
God does not want you to murder your babies.
God does not want you to mutilate your children.
God also does not want you to worship money.
And the laws in America today, the entire system is geared around worshipping money and worshipping war, or at least among those who are in power.
Using war to generate money off of human suffering and blood.
In other words, kind of a demonic sacrifice of men to the altar of greed and profit.
These things get the attention of God.
And when God returns, or perhaps when Jesus returns as the ambassador of God, you could say, you know, the son of God, the ambassador of God, hey, God's spokesperson has arrived.
But then God has the power to completely reset society in any way he chooses.
He has intervened before.
He is clearly capable of intervening.
He is capable of destroying the most fearsome weapons of war.
It's not even a contest, obviously.
And no empire of man that is arrogant and pompous and attempts to stand before God and do war with God, no such empire shall survive.
And I believe we are living in this time right now.
It doesn't mean that God's intervention is right around the corner.
We don't know.
Perhaps it is.
Perhaps it's many years away.
But clearly these are the kind of circumstances in which God has intervened in the past.
But God gives us some clues to this, or at least gives them to Daniel, if we fast forward to chapter 12, the last chapter in the book of Daniel.
This, I think, adds some clarity to what God wants us to do in preparing for the end of days.
Because the end of days are coming for every civilization that is rooted in wickedness and evil.
And the end of days may be very, very near right now.
I just interviewed, by the way, a man who compiles and aggregates prophecies from modern day prophets.
And they share some very powerful common thread visions of the wicked traitors in bad government, in corrupt governments being taken down, being arrested, removed from power.
And an era emerging from that, an era of a golden age, an era of new faith, new prosperity.
Let's see.
So some prophets in the modern day are seeing exactly that happening.
But at the same time, other prophets are seeing mass famine, starvation, and perhaps those things happen together.
It's not difficult to see a scenario where there is a collapse of the current corrupt system and then there are logistics failures for some period of time and many people would face food shortages and famine and then rising crime.
And maybe lawlessness for a period of time, chaos, revolt, uprisings in certain cities, especially the cities that are steeped in sin, where there is no rule of law, where people have no morals, and where the honest people have been disarmed by gun control laws, meaning that the guns will be in the hands of the most vicious savages and criminals.
It's not difficult to see that that's not going to go well for a lot of people.
But speaking to the end times, Daniel chapter 12, it starts with kind of a poem of some quatrains here almost.
At that time, Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people, and there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation.
Now, by the way, I think this is referring to Archangel Michael.
And you may recall that of the two instances that I have ever had angels speak to me only happened twice in my life.
One of them was Michael.
and And it was on June 12th, I think the year was 2021, June 12th, and Michael's voice said to me, I am Michael and I have arrived.
So to me, this means a lot.
I believe this is referring to Archangel Michael.
So again, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people, and there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation.
So yes, chaos is coming, even to that time.
And at that time, your people shall be delivered.
Everyone who was found written in the book.
So your people shall be delivered.
Okay, so is he referring to the 144,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel, or is he referring in a much more broad context to the body, the elect, the body of Christ, all of those who are people of faith?
Well, we can't be certain what he means, but this is Old Testament, so perhaps at that He may have been only referring to a smaller group.
But verse 2, And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt.
And what does this mean?
The dead shall be brought into judgment and either to heaven or to hell based on that judgment.
So this seems to indicate that in this event, even all those who pass before us shall come, their souls be presented before God to face judgment.
Those who are wise shall shine, he says, like the brightness of the firmament and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
So people who Who demonstrated wisdom and who brought people to wisdom.
Basically, people who red-pilled other people and who brought people to Christ, who brought people to salvation.
Those people shall be recognized by God and they will shine like stars forever and ever.
Verse four, but you, Daniel, uh-oh, shut up the words.
In other words, close the words, seal the book until the time of the end.
Many shall run to and fro.
And knowledge shall increase.
Well, what is that?
Many shall run to and fro.
There is a busyness and a frantic energy across humanity.
Knowledge shall increase.
Well, what is this knowledge?
Is it the knowledge of good and evil from Genesis?
Or is it too much knowing, too much knowledge?
People's heads filled with too many things, too many facts, too many pieces of news, too many distractions.
The image that I get is people running around with their heads filled with so much information they can barely process it.
This seems to describe our modern day.
Then I, Daniel, looked, and there stood two others, one on this riverbank, and the other on that riverbank.
And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, How long shall the fulfillment of these wonders be?
Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, When he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven and swore by him who lives forever, here comes the time brain teaser again, that it shall be for a time, times and half a time.
And when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.
In other words, in mankind's moment of its deepest despair, Even when the church seems to have been defeated or destroyed, possibly by satanic forces.
Verse 8, Although I heard, I did not understand, and I said, My Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
And he said, Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
In other words, it's not your business, Daniel, until the end times come, and then you too shall be awakened from the earth.
You shall come before God for your judgment, as shall all others, right?
Verse 10, many shall be purified.
These are the words of God.
Many shall be purified, made white and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.
So, Many shall be purified, made white and refined.
This is the purification of their souls, based on the goodness of their deeds.
And the good news is that God doesn't demand perfection.
The fact that he's saying here, many shall be purified, indicates that they are not pure.
And remember that then later on, centuries forward, Christ dies on the cross to wash away the sins of mankind.
And indeed, that is a purification for all of humankind, at least among those who accept Christ.
But God is talking about the end times here, that many who had sinned shall be purified.
Made white and refined.
Now, white just meaning white in cleanliness, purity, transparency.
But the wicked shall do wickedly, he says.
In other words, those who were truly wicked, those of wicked hearts, people who carried out lives of evil, well, they're going to stay in their evil.
And they won't understand why.
They won't be rescued by God, in other words.
The wicked shall do wickedly and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand." In other words, those of us who are bringing people to faith, who are teaching the Word of God or living the Word of God, those of us who are good-hearted people that are working to help other human beings, to help people remain free, to help people be healthy, we are good people.
We are good faith people.
We are both people of good and people of faith.
And so we are, by definition, good faith people.
We shall be purified.
Whatever sins we committed or mistakes we made shall be washed of our souls.
And we, the wise, we shall understand.
We, we get it.
But the wicked shall not understand and they shall not be saved.
So this, this is very important.
The wicked shall not be saved.
What it means is that those who live lives of repeated and persistent acts of wickedness have already earned their place in isolation from God.
And separation from God is hell.
Separation from God's love and God's protection is hell.
And when you are separated from God for eternity, Well, that's eternal hell.
That's really what hell means.
And yeah, it can be symbolized with fires and demonic entities and so on, and probably that's, spiritually, that's what it would be like.
But the real hell is to be separated from God forever, because those people earned that, they earned that place by being wicked repeatedly.
Verse 11, and from that time that the daily sacrifice is taken away and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be 1,290 days.
So here, here's God giving some timelines.
Blessed is he who waits and comes to the 1,335 days.
giving some timelines.
Blessed is he who waits and comes to the 1,335 days.
Now this timeline is believed to refer to some of the duration of the great tribulation.
Now, we know that the Tribulation occurs only once, because we are told that in the Bible.
The Tribulation only occurs one time.
And there is, of course, debate about whether the Tribulation already occurred in 70 AD, or whether it is yet to occur.
And I'm not going to get into that debate, but this phrase, abomination of desolation, This is really important to understand.
It's mentioned several times in the book of Daniel.
Let's see.
I did a lookup on that.
It's in Daniel chapter 9, verse 27, chapter 11, verse 31, and chapter 12, verse 11.
11, verse 31, and chapter 12, verse 11.
And here we are reading it in 12, yes, verse 11.
So this seems to refer to a leader that's going to come, an evil leader, that will halt the sacrifices and the operations of the great temple in Jerusalem.
And that this would be the initiating marker of the tribulation.
AND I THINK IT'S A LITTLE BIT OF THEM.
And that's why the sacrifices and offerings would stop in the temple.
That's what that means, the abomination of desolation.
And from that moment, when that happens, then he says it will be 1,290 days, about three and a half years, before the end of the tribulation.
Now the reason why I think this is important is because I think that the Bible speaks to multiple time periods, and I believe that what The book of Daniel is actually referring to, or at least in one interpretation, is mankind's military war waged against the church.
And right now, in this time, you are seeing Christian churches burned to the ground in France and other European countries.
The churches are being burned.
And in some cases, they are being replaced by false idols.
And we are seeing historical statues in the United States being torn down, statues of people who themselves were Christian leaders of American history, some in the Civil War era, some before that, some in the Revolutionary War period.
Those statues are being torn down and they're being replaced with false idols.
They're being replaced with statues and images that are often very hideous and often demonic, often gender confused, sometimes have LGBT themes.
And so this seems to be very similar to what Daniel's visions were showing him.
And we're also seeing more wars around the world.
And we're seeing censorship wars against Christians.
We're seeing government wars against Christians.
We're seeing the jailing of people who prayed outside of abortion clinics.
They're being sent to prison.
And whenever the tribulation happens, God, in his command, he destroys the military might of the empire that is the enemy of God, the empire that is at war with the church.
So that is another way to look at the book of Daniel.
And it also means that the tribulation has therefore probably not begun or maybe it has.
And there are certain signs that can be pointed to right now.
I mean, clearly we are in trying times.
I don't know if it is the tribulation.
Perhaps it has begun.
Perhaps it hasn't.
But even though.
Either way, we're going to face years of chaos and years of suffering and years of persecution under an evil regime that has military weapons of great might and that speaks with pompousness.
And isn't that the way that your government speaks to you today?
With pompousness and arrogance.
You must obey.
You cannot speak unless we allow you to speak.
You don't have the right to exercise your First Amendment without our approval.
Your speech is a privilege.
You have to have government permission.
You know, all of these kinds of things.
This is what we hear today.
This arrogance, this pompousness, and this great military might.
And frankly, think about what we've also heard recently.
We've seen vaccine advocates saying that the Department of Defense and the Pentagon and the military need to get involved in vaccine enforcement.
And they're starting to say things like that people who oppose vaccines are promoting, what do they call it?
Anti-vaccine violence.
Right, right.
And one of the globalists is saying that if you promote any kind of anti-vaccine information, then you are promoting violence and self-harm.
And so governments are now increasingly moving Towards a time when they will unleash the military to destroy people who are warning about the Mark of the Beast injections or mRNA transhumanism injections.
And the military will force people to be injected with Satan's molecules, and they will call them vaccines.
And any who resist will be imprisoned or perhaps executed.
And this is, I think, what the book of Daniel is speaking to, partly.
This is a... Maybe the vaccine jabs are the metal claws that are referred to.
And the fact that these weapons were defeating the saints, perhaps that means that's referring to the government successfully shutting down churches during the lockdowns, COVID lockdowns or upcoming pandemic lockdowns.
So the church or many church organizations have been defeated.
They have bowed down to Satanism.
They have bowed down to wickedness and they have surrendered their own congregations.
To the false authority of wicked anti-Christ governments.
So whether that means the Tribulation has already begun or not, I am not certain.
I'm open to the idea that it has begun.
But maybe it hasn't.
We need to be prepared in either way.
And in fact, in verse 13, this is the last verse of chapter 12, last verse of the book of Daniel, here's what God says.
But you go your way till the end, for you shall rest and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days.
That's actually pretty comforting, isn't it?
What he's saying is, continue on your life's mission until you pass from this life.
And then you'll rest.
Your physical body will be dead.
You'll rest for a time.
Your spirit will be very much alive because it is eternal.
And then you will arise to your inheritance.
What is your inheritance?
It is that which you have earned in your life.
You earned God's goodwill.
You earned favor with God.
This is your spiritual currency, as I call it.
That is your inheritance.
It's not your Bitcoin.
It's not your dollars.
It's not how much land you own.
It's not gold and silver.
It's not anything in this earthly realm.
Your real inheritance is what you have earned through your actions.
How you interacted with others, whether you operated in good faith, whether you practiced honesty and forgiveness and kindness, whether you helped fellow human beings, all the things that Christ teaches.
Did you do those things?
If so, you will arise to your inheritance and it doesn't matter when the tribulation is for you because God will judge you kindly and he will wash you of your sins.
This is all promised in the book of Daniel.
So in other words, we don't have to be so heavily focused on trying to name down the date.
When is the tribulation?
Did it happen last Tuesday?
Or, you know, I thought I saw they're gonna burn red heifers in the temple in Jerusalem.
Is it now?
We don't have to obsess over the timeline.
We live our lives in accordance with God, with the teachings of Jesus.
We help others, and then no matter what happens, no matter how we are even killed or passed naturally, no matter how we leave this world, we will arise to our inheritance at the end of the days, which I described previously in another sermon as the end of the simulation.
That is, Sometimes I describe this realm as a simulation, God's simulation.
You have been injected into it, your spirit, your soul is injected into this simulation.
You're granted a body by God, you're granted consciousness and free will, and all these blessings that we talk about in every sermon, all the natural molecules and foods and gifts from God.
But God can end the simulation just as He created it.
I mean, He set off the Big Bang.
He could also set off the reverse whimper, or whatever.
He could close it all up.
Game over, man!
God could just say, guess what?
We ran this simulation for a period of time, I don't know, a few million years, whatever timeline you think it is, a few thousand years on Earth, a few million years in the cosmos, or billions of years.
I mean, it depends on what you believe about the geological record.
Because God is timeless.
It's all the same.
It doesn't mean anything.
You know, past, present, future all coexist together in God's mind in every possible future, which also explains how free will can coexist with that, because there are an unlimited number of possible multiverse futures that you navigate when you decide things, when you exercise free will.
You pick a branch of a possible future.
God knows all the branches, all the futures.
He created the simulation and He can end it, and when the simulation ends, then Guess what?
You get your scorecard.
That's your inheritance.
And I ask you today, how's that looking for you?
Is it looking good?
Are you improving it every day?
Is there something you can do to make it better?
Focus on that and you'll be fine.
Your inheritance with God is what really matters.
So thank you for listening today.

We have a lot of interesting things coming up.
And of course, more sermons about healing foods and nutrients and superfoods from God.
And by the way, There are some superfoods I'm going to cover whether or not they're specifically mentioned in the Bible, because they're so amazing and they are from God.
Like, you know, beets, for example.
I'm not aware of beets being mentioned anywhere in the Bible, but they should be.
They're so amazing.
I don't even know the history of beets.
Maybe they did not exist in the Middle East region in that time, and thus, you know, nobody wrote about them.
But beets are another one of God's amazing superfoods, and so we will cover beets sooner or later.
And I won't be able to quote Scripture with beets.
We'll have to just explain it without using Scripture.
Maybe we can be clever about that.
Yeah, beats are in the Bible.
People say, where?
Well, in the end, God beats Satan, doesn't he?
Yes.
Okay, so God wins in the end.
Get on God's side.
That is your inheritance.
Thank you for listening today.
God bless you all.
I'm Mike Adams.
