	Okay, welcome.
	There's no bigger story in the world today than the rigged trial finding Trump, quote, guilty on 34 felony charges.
	This is Brighteon Broadcast News for Friday, May 31st, 2024.
	I'm Mike Adams.
	Thank you for joining me today.
	This is a dark day for America and the world.
	This rigged court run by a rigged judge whose daughter is on the payroll of Adam Schiff and there's all kinds of ugly shenanigans there in terms of money changing hands.
	This trial was conducted in a rigged area where it's about 96% anti-Trump, all by design, It was further rigged with the help of the DOJ. The charges should never have been felonies.
	They were misdemeanors if you could even name what was the crime.
	And nobody could.
	Nobody could name the crime.
	Basically, Trump paid Stormy Daniels to not talk.
	That's called a non-disclosure agreement.
	People get paid for NDAs all the time.
	And then somehow, through the magic of Democrat justice, you know, which of course is highly selective, if your name is Biden, you're never investigated for money laundering and crime and grift and bribery and kickbacks and fraud.
	If your name is Clinton, you're never investigated.
	If your name is McCain or Bush or Obama, oh, you're never investigated.
	No, no, no.
	But if your name is Trump, well, then you're guilty of everything, even if you've done nothing.
	So this trial is a farce.
	And you know that.
	And we're not even going to delve into all the reasons why it's a farce.
	But let me just read you this.
	Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas, said, quote, This verdict is an outright assault, not only on President Trump, but on every American who believes in justice and the rule of law.
	This is a battle of good versus evil.
	And let me be clear, the political elite may think they've won this battle, but But President Trump and the unstoppable MAGA movement will win the war.
	And I think Attorney General Paxton of Texas is absolutely correct.
	I think he's absolutely correct.
	In fact, I'm going to go into some of the reactions so far.
	But first, let me play this statement from Trump.
	It's a short statement, and he talks about how it was completely rigged and he's completely innocent, which is absolutely true.
	Check this out.
	This was a disgrace.
	This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt.
	It's a rigged trial, a disgrace.
	They wouldn't give us a venue change.
	We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area.
	This was a rigged, disgraceful trial.
	The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.
	And they know what happened here, and everybody knows what happened here.
	You have a sore respect, DA, and the whole thing.
	We didn't do a thing wrong.
	I'm a very innocent man, and it's okay.
	I'm fighting for our country.
	I'm fighting for our Constitution.
	Our whole country is being rigged right now.
	This was done by the Biden administration.
	In order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
	And I think it's just a disgrace.
	And we'll keep fighting.
	We'll fight till the end and we'll win.
	Because our country's gone to hell.
	We don't have the same country anymore.
	We have a divided mess.
	We're nation in decline.
	Serious decline.
	Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now.
	From prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they're taking over our country.
	We have a country that's in big trouble.
	But this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case.
	Never.
	And we will fight for our Constitution.
	This is long from over.

	Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch added that there should be criminal investigations of the Democratic Party politicians and other abusers who have deprived real Donald Trump of his civil rights under the color of law.
	Yeah, completely agree.
	In fact, you're seeing a lot of calls right now for the AGs and the local DAs in red states, red cities, red counties, and so on, to start criminally prosecuting Democrats.
	And I support that.
	That's exactly what needs to happen if the Democrats want to play lawfare against Trump.
	Well, it turns out that the Democrats have committed so many actual crimes that can be prosecuted if the conservative Republican AGs would get off their butts and start charging people.
	So we'll see where that goes.
	That's going to be interesting.
	But I also think that, by the way, this conviction of Trump just handed him election victory.
	This day will go down in history.
	May 30th will go down in history as the day that America stood with Trump.
	Even those who don't like him, by the way.
	I've seen a lot of statements online from people like, I don't even like Trump, but now I've got to vote for him.
	Why?
	Because the left is so dangerous and we need somebody in there who can stand up against the leftists.
	You know, the corruption of the judicial system is now complete.
	We already have the corruption of elections.
	Joe Biden never even got elected.
	He stole that election, well, his operatives did, and installed him.
	He's not even the president.
	I still can't stand it when people say President Biden.
	He's not president.
	He's never president.
	He was never elected.
	He's an imposter.
	Trump is actually still the president.
	And Trump's going to be president yet again, which means Trump will be the only three-term president in recent history.
	That's interesting.
	But when Trump is president again for his third term, now, think about this, now the vast majority of the American people will support Trump's deep-cleaning swamp cleanup crew.
	Of mass arrests of the traitors and treasonous actors.
	Now, I want to be clear about something here, what I'm explaining.
	That, in a sense, although I'm not intending for this to sound like any kind of QAnon type of thing, because I'm not a follower of QAnon, and I think most of that talk is nonsense.
	But There is truth to the idea that the American people had to see just how far America has fallen before they would support a total cleanup of the system.
	If you're going to drain the swamp, first the American people have to see that swamp up close and personal.
	And that's what they just saw with this rigged conviction of Trump.
	34 felonies?
	Give me a break.
	Over a non-crime?
	Over, oh, this number being paid to Stormy Daniels for an NDA, this went into the wrong column on a spreadsheet?
	Really?
	Really?
	I mean, meanwhile, the Biden crime family is getting $10 million kickbacks from Burisma out of Ukraine and kickbacks from China and the Clinton foundations in Haiti getting, you know, who knows, $50 million.
	I mean, come on, for God's sake, the real criminals are the Democrats.
	Open borders, human trafficking, election fraud, election rigging, payoffs, bribery, fraud, you name it.
	That's Democrats.
	And, you know, some of the rhinos too.
	But that's not Trump.
	Trump's a businessman.
	And he made a business deal with Stormy Daniels.
	He's like, hey, shut up and we'll pay you.
	That's legal, by the way.
	There's nothing illegal about that.
	Nothing at all.
	It may not be to your liking based on your family values or your ethics.
	You're like, oh, okay, well, Trump slept with this woman and paid her to not talk.
	Well, okay, that's the most expensive sex in the world, by the way.
	$130,000?
	Wow.
	But whatever, it's still perfectly legal.
	And if there's anybody who's a crook here, it's her for not keeping quiet about it.
	That was the deal, right?
	Trump should be dragging her through civil court for violating her NDA, you know?
	Anyway, there are a lot of disturbing truths about this case.
	But what we are seeing now is more people standing up and very vocally speaking out and saying that because of this, they're going to vote for Trump.
	Even if they don't agree with Trump, they're going to vote for Trump.
	Let me read some of that for you.
	I saw a tweet from someone named Ron Rule.
	He says, quote, I'm voting for Trump.
	I don't even like him.
	I'm just tired of the left.
	Tired of DEI and gun laws and tax hikes, climate nonsense and billions to foreigners.
	I'm not voting for the man.
	I'm voting for the pissed off bull in a China shop who wants to burn DC to the ground.
	Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
	That's as good a reason as any.
	And there are a lot of people who feel the same way right now.
	Like, pro-Trump, anti-Trump, hate Trump, love Trump, doesn't matter.
	A lot of people want to burn D.C. to the ground, to quote Ron Rule there.
	They want to burn D.C. to the ground.
	Why?
	Because it's so damn corrupt.
	It's disgusting.
	It's an embarrassment to our country and to our ancestors and to our veterans who fought for our constitutional republic to see it so perverted and And just polluted by these Democrats, these power-hungry, malicious, dishonest Democrats.
	More and more people want to see D.C. burned to the ground.
	And more and more people will support mass arrests.
	You know what I'm talking about?
	The mass arrests that guys like Ivan Raiklin are talking about?
	We played that video for you last week.
	It is time...
	For Trump to take office and issue about 100,000 arrest warrants, including Alvin Bragg and most of the current DOJ and the Biden administration, arrest them all.
	And that would have sounded crazy until today.
	I mean, to most people, maybe not to you, but to most people that would have sounded crazy.
	What do you mean arrest them all?
	You can't just run around arresting them.
	What do you think now?
	If you don't arrest them and you don't dismantle their criminal cabal that rigs elections, rigs the media, prosecutes their political opposition, has continued to keep J6 peaceful protesters in jail for three and a half years, censors people like myself and others in alt media.
	That's why we're filing a major lawsuit now against the Department of Defense and Homeland Security and so on.
	But these are all things that the Democrats do when they get power.
	They abuse it.
	They weaponize it.
	They use their power to destroy people, to criminalize non-criminal activity, like Trump paying off Stormy Daniels.
	Remember back in the 1990s when Matt Drudge broke the story of Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office with Bill Clinton and all the Democrats said, oh, who cares?
	The private sexual activities of the president, that's all private.
	You can't make that political.
	Oh, but when it's Trump and Stormy Daniels, all of a sudden, oh, it's a felony.
	I mean, can you imagine, by the way, can you imagine if After Trump became president in 2017, when he was sworn in, can you imagine if he began arresting Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and having all the criminal traitors of the Democrat Party prosecuted at that time?
	You know what would have happened?
	The radical left would have burned the country to the ground.
	That's what they would have done.
	Riots, arson, everywhere.
	But today...
	When the Democrats do this to Trump, notice that there are no pro-Trump violent riots.
	It's pro-Trump peaceful demands and a sense of determination to say that the real verdict is November 5th.
	This is the idea that is now becoming more and more pervasive across the minds of anyone paying attention.
	The real verdict is November 5th.
	On November 5th, we get to vote for whether to lock up these damn Democrats.
	And more and more, that's what this election is about.
	It's not even about Trump.
	It's not about the man Trump or his policies or what he believes in or the mistakes that he's made, some of which I've pointed out numerous times.
	At this point, the vote on November 5th is a vote...
	Of whether you want a rigged, corrupt, weaponized government, or you want somebody to come in and, as that one person tweeted, quote, burn D.C. to the ground.
	In other words, drain the swamp.
	That's the vote on November 5th.
	If you're tired of the corruption, the fraud, the weaponization, the disgusting behavior of the Democrats, then you got to vote against them.
	And that is a vote for Trump.
	Even if you don't like Trump.
	I'm not happy with some things that Trump does.
	I've been very vocal about it.
	Not happy about Trump's support for the Zionists and the ongoing bombing of Palestinian children.
	I'm not happy about Trump's support of Pfizer and the vaccines and Operation Warp Speed.
	And he still hasn't said anything that would walk that back.
	And yet, at the same time, right now, I absolutely will vote against the criminals in D.C. on November 5th.
	I will do that.
	And that's going to be the real revolution in America, that all of us, black, white, Hispanic, Latino, Asian, whatever, Native American, We're tired of the corruption.
	We're tired of the inflation.
	We're tired of the endless wars.
	We're tired of the media lies, the White House lies, the LGBT in-your-face twerking idiocy every single day, rainbow flags all over the streets of America, wide open borders, illegals coming in, carrying out carjackings, rapes, murders, looting.
	We're tired of the criminality and And the Democrats desire to destroy this country.
	This November 5th, we have to vote against the Democrats.
	Even if we don't like everything that Trump stands for or other conservative candidates stand for.
	And this is just, this is the reality of where we are.
	Now I need to point out something else about this.
	Let's step back and let's do a meta-analysis of what you're watching here.
	Remember there's a theatrical element to everything.
	So at the theater level, Some of what I just expressed and some of what people have been tweeting about and so on, this is exactly the emotional reaction that you're supposed to experience.
	So if this is like Political World Wrestling Federation, you're supposed to get mad and hate the bad guys.
	And then you're supposed to rally around the good guy, which in this case is Trump, because Trump's being victimized by this court.
	And then that's supposed to make you root for the good guy and vote for the good guy, okay?
	So there's an element of this that is trying to rile up the American people, but the real hope of the deep state is they hope that a bunch of Trump supporters snap and And start some violence.
	That's the hope of the FBI and the DOJ because they want to say, oh look, there's another insurrection.
	Look at these violent Trump supporters.
	What, they can't handle the rule of law?
	Don't they know no one is above the law?
	Except all the Democrats, of course.
	They want to see violence from Trump supporters.
	And this is exactly why Trump supporters need to absolutely refrain from any kind of violence whatsoever.
	This is not going to be solved with violence.
	That would be playing right into the hands of the Democrats and the DOJ and the FBI and all that, the deep state.
	The American people must remain peaceful and then vote on November 5th.
	Let that be your verdict.
	Vote against the Democrats on November 5th.
	Now, if the deep state doesn't see enough spontaneous uprisings of violence, which hopefully there will be none, they will carry out their own.
	Yeah, they will carry out their own plots.
	And in fact, you know, I was on Alex Jones show just two days ago.
	We were talking about the coming false flags.
	And I said on his show, and he highlighted this, that there's a very high probability that America will have a nuclear attack carried out by the deep state in a major U.S. city before Election Day so that they can blame it on Trump supporters.

	Ladies and gentlemen, World War III is upon us.

	And as soon as President Trump was convicted in the show trial in New York today, Biden canceled his speech tonight from the Oval Office to demonize Trump and moved to a press release from the White House that he has authorized the bombing of Russian cities with US weapons.
	I'm going to say that very slowly.
	Biden, AP, Reuters, Politico, it's everywhere.
	Just publicly authorized what was already going on secretly, the bombing of Russian cities, to escalate the crisis.
	These people are desperate.
	Financial system is here.
	They want to roll out their new system.
	Their bird flu has failed.
	Everything has failed.
	And so now they're trying to push Russia into full war.
	And he was going, they said two days ago, as soon as Trump was convicted tonight, have a press conference, have an announcement.
	He's now not done that.
	Instead, they put out the press release, we have authorized the bombing of Moscow with U.S. cruise missiles.
	These people are completely insane like Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin or Mao Zedong.
	In fact, they're more insane because they've got more powerful weapons.
	We are actually witnessing this.
	And as we speak, they're moving to shut down Infowars.

	And now, Biden secretly gave Ukraine permission to strike inside Russia with U.S. weapons.
	That's already been known, but now he's announcing it to force Russia's hand.
	Are you ready for nuclear war?
	Are you ready for conscription?
	The Selective Service announced last week they're going to start moving to conscript men and women.
	In Europe, they're announcing the new draft.
	I mean, this is going down right now.
	These people are crazy.
	We're in the hands of people that would make Hitler blush.
	All right.

	But Alex mentioned something there that's very important.
	He mentioned that the White House is now officially announcing that they're allowing Zelensky, the Ukrainian military, to use U.S. missiles to strike targets deep within Russia.
	In other words, to strike Moscow.
	So, of course, RT covered this, and they are quoting now a White House confirmation statement that says the following.
	The president recently directed his team to ensure that Ukraine is able to use U.S. weapons for counter-fire purposes in Kharkov so Ukraine can hit back at Russian forces, hitting them or preparing to hit them.
	So, counterfire purposes now means to fire first, according to that statement.
	Did you notice that?
	So, like, oh, what are you doing?
	Oh, we're a counterfire group.
	Okay, so you're going to hit them first?
	You bet we are.
	Why?
	Well, they're preparing to hit us, so we're going to counterfire.
	No, that's called preemptive fire.
	That's not counterfire, but whatever.
	The White House lies about everything.
	This decision has been secretly communicated to Zelensky for some time before it was officially confirmed, and that's according to Politico.
	So what this means is that the Atakums missiles and other missile systems are now going to be directed at targets deep inside Russia.
	And this is exactly one of the red lines that Russia has warned about.
	Through various spokespeople, you've heard Medvedev and Lavrov and others say, essentially, I'm paraphrasing, that if the U.S. does this, then we have permission to strike NATO targets or U.S. targets anywhere in the world.
	In fact, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, he said last week, quote, American weapons are already being used against various targets outside the combat zone.
	We proceed from the fact that American and other Western weaponry strikes targets on the territory of Russia, primarily civilian infrastructure and residential areas, he said.
	So, You are now going to see an escalation that takes us even closer to thermonuclear war.
	Even closer to nuclear war.
	And I probably don't need to remind you that modern day nuclear weapons, since about the year 1960 or so, they are thermonuclear, which means they're hydrogen based, Very large yield nuclear weapons that are many times,
	in some cases thousands of times larger than the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II. Those were tiny little firecrackers compared to what Russia has today and what the U.S. has, what China has, and who else has them?
	Pakistan, India, India.
	France, North Korea's got them.
	Of course, Israel has some nukes as well.
	I think there are nine countries that have nuclear weapons right now.
	And Russia's got the most of anybody.
	And Russia has, frankly, the best nuclear weapons scientists and engineers who have built the most powerful nuclear weapons in the world.
	These modern-day thermonuclear weapons, just so you know, they actually have a smaller atomic bomb inside that then sets off the hydrogen bomb as a secondary explosion, which results in massive yields, not just one megaton.
	I mean, remember, Hiroshima was like 15 kilotons or 16 kilotons, okay?
	We're talking 1 megaton, which is 1,000 kilotons, and that's on the low side.
	Russia has warheads that are 100 megatons, and according to some sources, even larger.
	So Biden telling Ukraine that they can use U.S. weapons to strike targets deep in Russia, this is Biden begging Putin to nuke America.
	That's what this is.
	And as I said on the show with Alex Jones on Wednesday, I said, the reason that Biden wants Putin to nuke America is because the Democrats need a cover story for the collapse of everything that they've engineered.
	They're collapsing the currency.
	They've collapsed the rule of law, as you're seeing right now with the Trump verdict.
	They've collapsed election integrity.
	They've collapsed public safety, lawless cities.
	And yes, they're going to collapse the currency, the banking system, all of it.
	And they need a cover story.
	So they need Russia to nuke America.
	And that's how insane these lunatics are in America, the so-called leaders of America, who weren't even elected.
	Like I said, they're occupiers.
	They themselves are a criminal cabal who were not elected.
	They rigged the election to gain power to destroy America from within and to set up exactly this scenario to try to get America nuked by Russia.
	That's their plan.
	That's their victory.
	If they can get Russia to nuke America, then to them, that's a big win.
	And how much you want to bet?
	They're going to tell the American military to stand down and not retaliate.
	And so Russia comes out on top.
	They just nuke America into oblivion.
	And then you and I end up, you know, dying in a radiation zone.
	And then all the leaders in Washington, D.C., you know, they'll have their deep underground bunkers and everything and the continuity of government plans.
	And they'll stay underground for, you know, a year or whatever.
	And they resurface like, yeah, the country's ours.
	You know, I mean, this is how insane they are.
	This is what they plan to do.
	You can see it every day.
	Otherwise, why would you give Zelensky permission to fire U.S. weapons into Russia when Russia has already said, that's a red line.
	That's an act of war by the United States against Russia.
	And then I don't recall who it was, but somebody, some, you know, bureaucrat lunatic in D.C. was arguing that, well, once we give the missiles to Ukraine, they're no longer U.S. missiles.
	Now they're Ukrainian missiles.
	We're not responsible for what Ukraine does with Ukrainian missiles.
	Well, why are you arguing that gun manufacturers are responsible for what their customers do with their guns then?
	How come Remington can't say, well, we sold them the gun and now it's their gun.
	It's not our gun, it's their gun.
	What they do with their gun, that's their business.
	But the Democrats say, oh, no, no, you're responsible because you gave them the gun or you sold them the gun.
	You marketed the gun to them.
	You notice how they want to have it one way in the case of guns, but then the opposite way in the case of providing weapons to Ukraine.
	Because they have no standards.
	They have no principles.
	It's just whatever lie is convenient at the time, that's the lie that Democrats tell.
	Here's another quote from somebody on Twitter.
	Forgot who posted this, but it said, Well, Democrats, congratulations.
	I didn't start out a Trump fan.
	I supported Rand Paul in the primary in 2016.
	I was skeptical of whether or not Trump would do what he said.
	Even after supporting him in 2020, I was frustrated by some of his policies.
	But now, now I will enthusiastically campaign, donate and vote for Trump.
	Because if nothing else, he represents opposition to you.
	Remember, this tweet is directed at Democrats.
	He represents opposition to you, the people who engage in lawfare, who openly target your political rivals for prosecution while ignoring the real issues facing this country.
	You have now showed us the rules of the game.
	Don't be surprised when we start playing by them.
	So again, that kind of sentiment is becoming increasingly vocal.
	You're going to hear a lot more of that in the days and months ahead.
	At this point, Trump will win the election if he manages to just somehow not piss people off for the next few months.
	The fact that he's a convicted felon in a rigged court makes him even more popular Even more popular.
	In fact, that's real credibility among many African Americans, too, by the way.
	I've seen a lot of stories on that.
	They're like, he's convicted?
	He's a felon?
	Oh, yeah.
	Let's vote for him.
	The system is trying to destroy him.
	And so if you want to oppose the system...
	It's a vote for Trump.
	But maybe we'll get back to this weapons story involving Russia.
	But there's something else I wanted to mention first.
	Here's a story out of the UK Daily Mail.
	Fury, as Boston's woke Democrat mayor, claims criminals should not be prosecuted for these raft of shocking crimes.
	So this is the mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, And she's 39 years old.
	She's a radical, left-wing, liberal, you know, woke-tard.
	She wants to decriminalize all shoplifting, larceny, disorderly conduct, and she wants to take more money away from cops at the same time.
	Defund the police.
	Man, haven't we already seen how disastrous that policy is?
	But here we are.
	She says that anybody who commits, quote, quality of life crimes should not be prosecuted.
	That includes, by the way, breaking and entering into people's private property.
	So breaking into a retail store and stealing their displays or alcohol or whatever.
	No prosecutions in Boston.
	It includes malicious destruction of property.
	No prosecution.
	So if you run around just smashing people's windows or setting fire to their homes or, I don't know, destroying their vehicles, whatever, no prosecution in Boston.
	She says that she also doesn't want to prosecute any kind of drug possession, including distribution of marijuana and non-marijuana drugs.
	So again, shoplifting, it's a free-for-all in Boston.
	Larceny?
	Free-for-all.
	Property destruction?
	Total free-for-all.
	And the hilarious part is that this list of crimes that they would not prosecute was created by the former Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins.
	I mean, so a DA is saying, hey, here's a list of all the things that you should not prosecute.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	So trespassing is also one of them.
	So no charges for trespassing.
	So somebody just comes onto your property and just starts stealing, breaking into your home, stealing everything.
	No charges.
	Wow, I wonder what this is going to do to property values in Boston.
	I wonder what retailers are going to do.
	They will leave.
	They will leave Boston.
	They will evacuate the city just like they're doing San Francisco, LA, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, every woke-tard city in America is going to collapse.
	Because these lunatics in charge, they deliberately want to abandon the rule of law.
	And this woman, by the way, she gives a really bad reputation to Asian Americans.
	She's the first female Asian American to be the mayor of Boston.
	I bet she's also the last.
	Yeah, not a good leader of a city when you end up defunding the police and dropping all criminal charges against thousands of criminals.
	Yeah, Boston is about to collapse into a crap hole.
	Yeah, this is the mayor who had a non-white holiday party That was hosted in a taxpayer-funded building.
	It was only for people of color, which I guess includes her.
	A lot of black people, some Asian people, no whites allowed.
	In Boston, no whites allowed.

	One of the largest free-range egg facilities in the country started burning last night.
	Millions of chickens dead.
	Millions of eggs gone.
	No determination of what may have caused the fire.
	Hmm...
	That's, you know, it's funny because I've had backyard chickens now for well over 10 years, 12 years, something like that.
	I have never seen a chicken spontaneously burst into flame.
	Spontaneous combustion only seems to happen at the large, you know, food supply chain, industrial scale chicken farms and egg farms.
	Isn't that amazing?
	Why is that?
	Why do their chickens always catch on fire and burst into flame and then they all die?
	Huh.
	Well, you know the answer.
	Because there are food sabotage teams, obviously, working for the government.
	These are, you know, essentially intelligence community operatives.
	You know, operatives that were like former special forces or whatever.
	Now they've turned to the dark side, collecting a big government paycheck, and they run around the country burning down food facilities.

	If you look at the history of nuclear weapons and how the U.S. Empire has used them, it's very clear to me that the dropping of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a crime against humanity.
	It was militarily unnecessary.
	It was collective punishment of unarmed civilians, including countless women, children, and elderly people.
	Who had nothing to do with the Japanese Empire's war effort, by the way.
	And it's also clear that the U.S. nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki in order to send a message to try to intimidate the Soviets.
	To say, oh, we have nuclear weapons and so you should do what we say.
	And from that year, from that day...
	The U.S. became the most destructive and dangerous terrorist organization in the world using the threat of nuclear war and then later on mass bombing campaigns, economic sanctions, and so on and so forth in order to unleash violence and intimidation across the entire world.

	Next is the Middle East, where the US dropped bombs on Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
	Moving to East Asia, we have Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan and Korea.
	Finally, during the bombardment of Belgrade, a few bombs hit the Chinese embassy.
	So I've included China to the list as well.
	This is how the completed map looks like.
	The bottom line in all of this, this is all going to backfire the Democrats.
	And this means the Democrats are going to go into sheer desperation.
	Any kind of false flag they can carry out, You know, to blame Trump supporters.
	It's critical that all Trump supporters remain peaceful, that you follow the rule of law, that you exhibit upstanding civility in this process, and then when Trump wins the election, when he's sworn back into office again in January, if we get that far, then join me in calling for Trump to begin the mass arrests of the treasonous traitors.
	And those engaged in this authoritarian lawless tyranny against America.
	It's time for the mass arrest to begin.

	There is no diagnostic capability.
	You just turn the PCR up, right?
	Yeah, they just turn up the replications on it.
	And by the way, all PCR instrumentation, it does not give you a quantitation answer.
	And the inventor of that said that.
	So explain this.
	You're a scientist.
	Explain this.
	Well, when I'm testing for heavy metals, let's say, in my lab, we have verified NIST traceable standards of lead at a certain concentration in solution, in nitric acid typically.
	Or mercury or whatever.
	And then we compare the thing we're testing against the certified standards.
	And that way we know what's the quantity that we found.
	If I say I tested something that's got, you know, two parts per million lead in it, I know that because I've got ten parts per million lead over here I can compare it to.
	When it comes to PCR testing, there are no real standards.
	It's all virtual.
	It's all downloadable libraries.
	And as a lab, Alex, we tried to buy a verified standard of SARS-CoV-2.
	We tried to buy it.
	It doesn't exist.
	What they call a standard is actually a mixture of human snot samples with bovine serum, cow blood, and chicken blood, and all this other stuff mixed in.
	So it's just a random biological spectrum, and they call it that.
	And then they can find anything in that.
	They can find any protein sequence they want to find.
	That is so huge, though.
	It's a complete fraud.
	But, Alex, they're using this to shut down the food supply.
	So what they do is they roll into some giant chicken farm.
	This actually happened in Texas.
	And they swab a couple of chickens, and they put it on the PCR machine, and they crank it up.
	And they say, oh, we found bird flu in this chicken farm.
	And what do they say you got to do?

	The general overview is this, is that most of us have known that the United States has had some hand in the global censorship issue, right, with the big techs and so forth.
	But a lot of the lawsuits that come out there, if you sue the government, they point at private entities and say, oh, it was a private decision, and the private entities say, oh, it was a government decision.
	Well...
	We took it a lot further.
	Mike and, you know, the Brighteon Natural News, they were all named in government-funded organizations, organizations like NewsGuard, Institute for Strategic Dialogue, which is a foreign entity.
	And these institutes were granted money by the United States government to create censorship tools, which were then used by big tech companies, including Google, Facebook, and Twitter, to censor American speech.

	So essentially, we proved by following the money that, in fact, the United States government is funding and coercing private organizations as what are called instrumentalities, right?

	What our lawsuit is asserting and proving conclusively with the evidence, the money trail, is that the United States government, using taxpayer money, laundered the censorship activities through foreign NGOs that came back around to big tech and told them who to silence.

	Instead of attacking it the way they want you to, you actually go to the antecedent.

	And we have a First Amendment that specifically says the federal government cannot engage in the censorship of free speech of Americans.
	And by the way, I remember them bragging years ago how they're going to use the EU and other governments to shut down our speech.

	And then that's used as a label to then censor, right?

	So what ended up happening is, is that foreign entity, Institute for Strategic Dialogue, was then used by Google and Facebook and Twitter to essentially censor domestic speech.
	So in reality here, what this is, is the United States is paying a foreign organization to create censorship tools that the United States is using private entities to censor domestic speech.
	And by the way, that's the oldest trick in the book where they had the British surveil Trump during 2016 and all that.
	They do that thing.

	They use overseas organizations.
	Even the origins of the Trump dossier, you know, they were paying these, you know, former spies or whatever to put this together, and then they cite that in the Western media.

	Sure enough, companies like NewsGuard comes along and DisInfoCloud and several others, ISD and so forth, and they create what we're calling the tools or government censorship tools.
	The government granted the money.
	So the government then pays these companies to go out and make censorship tools that can better, faster, and more easily censor foreign disinformation.

	And that's Obama before he left the Countering Foreign Disinformation Propaganda Act.

	And then what ends up happening is that foreign disinformation idea in that whole charter gets lost, and they said, you know what?
	Hey, we have all these censorship tools.

	And then they coerce them to use the tools.

	But then there's also declaratory relief that we're seeking with the government agencies that basically tell them to stop, that we need, and hopefully, you know, we're at least in Texas, and hopefully the judges there will tell the government, you know what, enough is enough, and stop it.

	You see we've named Alejandro Mayorkas of Homeland Security.
	We've named government officials.
	We have 10 John Does also in there.
	If we get this case into discovery, big tech is going to lose their minds because we're going to be able to access...

	Okay, so basically the whole Section 230 thing, there's so many people out there that say they understand it and say they know it, but the reality is that they don't know what's wrong with it.
	Here's what's going on.
	In Section 230C1, the courts have basically just been sloppy.
	It says that they cannot be treated as the publisher or speaker.
	That's a who.
	They changed it to you can't be treated as a publisher or speaker.
	They changed the article.
	And in doing so, they changed it to a what?
	Which means that it went from they can't be treated as someone else to they can't actually be held accountable as a publisher in the general sense.
	We've been fighting this for six solid years.
	We've been to the Supreme Court twice.
	We know what we're talking about because the courts won't even address it.
	But it wasn't until there was a case, Dangard v.
	Instagram.
	It is actually in the district court, same district court we're in in California.
	And Judge Alsop nailed it.
	He finally said it on record in a case, and he said that 230C1 was being used as, quote, a backdoor to CDA immunity.
	Contrary to the history and purpose of Congress.
	That right there is it.
	They've been using 230C1 as a catch-all, like, absolute unlimited immunity, which is what's been transpiring in the courts.
	It happened in my case.
	And meanwhile, the whole good faith, good Samaritan stuff that you talk about, everybody says, well, they're not acting in good faith.
	Yeah, because it's never applied.
	Jason, let me jump in and just back up a little bit.
	As you're referring to your case, I want the audience to understand that Facebook destroyed your very successful business many years ago.
	You sued, and through that process, you became the expert in Section 230, and you're now applying all of that knowledge and experience to our case with our attorney, Jeffrey Graber, here as well.
	But what I'm saying is, if you hadn't gone through that lawsuit, we wouldn't have had the benefit of your knowledge applied to this case, which is going to affect many other cases.
	So this is snowballing.

	And we've named other overseas NGOs that have been, in our view, weaponized by the United States government in order to launder censorship overseas, bring it back to big tech to silence the voices of the American people.
	This is not your run of the mill lawsuit that's just going to get easily dismissed where the judge says, well, you know, Google's a private company.
	They can censor whoever they want.
	No, this is unconstitutional government funding activity in a global censorship industrial complex.
	And we have all the smoking gun evidence in this lawsuit.
	And we are named, as is Infowars and Alex Jones, specifically named.
	So it's going to be very hard for the defendants to argue that we have no standing.
	I would expect you will get a response from Twitter's legal team.
	It's now X's legal team.
	They seem to be a little bit more on top of this.

	Because I've actually had success in filing lawsuits against X.
	Not that I have it in for them, but because they were involved in some other things that we had to sue individuals to get information.

	We already have so much public evidence of the censorship and how, I like how you say that, how they laundered it.
	How basically they would use these social media companies to censor you.

	They're telling them what stories to censor.

	I mean, this might be a little more circumstantial, but before Trump gets into office, Barack Obama meets with all the big social media tech executives.

	What kind of discovery you might be getting access to?
	What other evidence that you might even be able to find?
	Well, if we survive the motions to dismiss, and you know how it is in the court system, that's a crapshoot, depends on the judge in many ways.
	But we think we have the strongest argument because we're specifically named by the government and we have the evidence.
	So dismissal is going to be difficult, which means that we're going to, of course, move into discovery.
	The moment that this case moves into discovery and we begin to compel the discovery of It's going to show all the links, all the emails and communications between these tech companies and the government entities, including Department of Defense and the overseas NGOs.
	We think that those parties may, at that point, want to settle with us alone to say, okay, we'll release you from these lists, but then they want to keep doing what they're doing to everybody else.
	I can tell you in advance right now, Owen, my answer is hell no.
	We're here to fight for the free speech rights of all Americans, not just our own.
	What good does it do?
	Oh, I suppose they restore me all over Facebook, but I still live in a country where everybody else is censored.
	That's not what I'm looking for here.
	We want to dismantle this censorship industrial complex.
	And Owen, I got to say, even though they tried to destroy our revenues, just like they've done with Infowars, they try to make you financially broke so you can't afford the legal fees that are substantial behind this.
	They have utterly failed.
	We have the revenues.
	We have the funding just from our own business.
	Nobody's handed us money to do this.
	We have our own funding to carry this all the way to the Supreme Court, even if it costs multiple millions of dollars.

	Like, okay, you give me a trillion dollars worth of gold bars, we could talk.
	You drive up some Brinks trucks with gold and then give me a way to distribute that gold to help everybody else fight this.

	I don't need any additional money for myself, my life, whatever.
	I'm just as happy out there planting trees in the yard or taking my goats for a walk or training with my security dog who's here.
	That's happiness.
	But I want to live in a free country.
	And that means we need to help everybody be able to speak, everybody to be able to pursue abundance and health, wealth, asset protection.
	If we don't live in that kind of society, what's the point of being just like one person who's able to speak or one person who's got more money than everybody else?
	It doesn't mean anything.
	Well, and, you know, this is kind of a cultural thing, and I'm not against rich people at all.
	I probably like rich people.
	You probably want to work for a rich person.
	You might want to be friends with a rich person.
	I mean, if they've built their own business, they've proven they're successful.
	And most rich people are actually rather generous, you'd find.
	So there's this whole class warfare that they have.
	They want to pit you against the rich folk.
	But see, what you just talked about to me is the true American culture.
	It's saying, look...
	I don't need to have the fanciest car.
	I don't need to have the biggest house.
	I want to be comfortable.
	What I need is my freedom.

	My freedom is the most valuable thing, not the possessions I own.
	That's not to say, hey, you want a nice house with a pool?
	Good for you.
	You can reach for that.
	You can strive for that.

	But it's like this notion that, oh, if you somehow discuss this on the Internet or you somehow post something publicly about it, that now all of a sudden there's these new speech laws, there's these new speech rules that exist on the Internet but not in person.
	And to me, those barriers have to be completely broken.

	But what I see going on is it used to be that the power structure had control over the mass media.

	Well, yes, because the centralized power authorities, they only exist based on a pyramid of lies.
	They have to push deceptions, lies, and false narratives in order for them to remain in power.
	If people learn the truth about everything from COVID and vaccines and the Federal Reserve and history and 9-11 and January 6th and all these things, if the truth comes out, the power brokers lose power.
	And so you're right.
	They used to control the media.
	They no longer control.
	They're trying to reassert control.
	But in order to do that, they have to violate the First Amendment.
	And that's where we've got them.
	If the facts of this case are heard honestly by a judge or a jury, which is where this can go, then we win.
	The only way we don't win is if the First Amendment is thrown overboard.
	And then we're all in very, very deep trouble.
	And that's the way this is headed.
	Well, I would expect you to leap the first hurdle of dismissal.
	I don't know what county.
	I guess it's a federal, so it's not county.
	But in Texas, this is a good place to do it.
	I think Texas is a good place to move forward.

	And we also have the support of that Texas law that prevents social media companies from censoring people based on their political speech.

	Maybe the pendulum is swinging back, because there's no doubt, when you look at this from kind of the wider chronological view, Trump was never supposed to win in 2016.
	And it was independent media that got Trump kind of through that nomination, really.
	And I would argue the independent media source was more influential than anybody else at that time was Infowars.
	I think that's undeniable.
	If there's anybody not named Donald Trump that was responsible for getting Trump through the primaries, it's Infowars.
	And so Alex and the crew here, we had to be punished.
	They had to punish us.
	Hillary had to punish us.
	The deep state, the Democrats, they had to punish us.
	And then kind of beta test the punishment penal system of anybody who's going to influence politics like that in America.
	And so what were the stages?
	Well, it was censorship in 2018.
	Then it was the lawfare.
	And they have mostly failed because we're still here on air every day.
	And we've taken a lot of It's all about being able to punish somebody that disrupts the flow of power in D.C. and to take the ability for the little guy or the independent media to influence American politics.
	They cannot allow that to happen.

	But all we are asking for, you, myself, Alex, and others, is to just be allowed to compete in the free marketplace of ideas.
	We don't ask for any special privileges.
	We just want to organically attract an audience that resonates with our message.
	And do you realize that, you know, we just said, okay, Alex is still here.

	You're on the air, I'm on the air.
	But organically, InfoWars should be more than a billion dollar company by now, easily.
	Over a billion dollars a year in revenue if they weren't censored.
