All right, folks, welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News for Tuesday, April 16th, 2024.
This is Mike Adams.
Thank you for joining me today.
And as you know, we are building the infrastructure of human freedom.
And we have a key interview today with Daniel Sachkov, who is one of the primary architects, as I understand it, of the Bastion system, which we have built on top of to create brighteon.io.
So it's a really great interview, it'll be coming up later, that covers the whole thing, peer-to-peer, decentralized, serverless traffic, and the resilience against censorship and confiscation and so on.
Now the main topic today is about how Israel, Ukraine, Western Europe, and the United States have already been defeated.
I know it's a big topic, a big claim.
I'm going to walk you through why I believe that that is the case.
And we are living through the fading of Western civilization.
At least the dominance of Western civilization on our planet.
But it's not the end of the world.
There can be a renewal, a resurgence, a rebirth.
And we'll talk about how that may be able to happen.
In the meantime, we have some pretty exciting news coming out of Brighteon Studios.
We are going to release our first feature film in about a month.
Well, I guess a little less than a month, three weeks or so.
May 9th, we released the first film called 17 Miles.
You can find the film and the trailer at 17milesmovie.com.
And if you go there, you'll see the trailer.
You have to scroll down for the trailer a little bit.
It's a very powerful movie.
And the movie features cameos from Michael Yon and Ann Vandersteel and Sheriff Richard Mack.
Well, more than cameos, I guess, Michael Yon and Ann Vandersteel play themselves, the reporters who are exposing this.
I have a cameo appearance in the film as well, you know, like 10 seconds or whatever.
But most importantly, this film was created by Bob Denny, who is with the Bright Town Studios, and Bob Denny both wrote the film and directed the film, and he made this film for $58,000.
I mean, for a feature film, that's a laughably low amount of money to make any film.
Nobody could even think of making a film for $58,000 these days.
I mean, one actor would normally cost way more than that, but these people, all the actors and participants, are very passionate about the film.
So it was a labor of love with a powerful message about human trafficking, about the open borders, but the human element and why it's critical to help save lives.
It's a pro-Christian, pro-humanity film, and it's not a big-budget film, obviously.
It doesn't have special effects, doesn't have huge, amazing explosions and big-name actors and all that.
No.
No.
It's a human, real film that was created at a very low cost, $58,000.
It comes out May 9th.
There will be a fee to purchase it through Brighteon in order to watch it unlimited number of times, by the way.
It's a small fee.
I don't recall what it's going to be, but it'll be under $10.
And by purchasing the film, you'll be able to help support Brighteon Studios to make more films.
More films that have a powerful pro-humanity, pro-Christian message, you know?
Because Hollywood right now has been turned over to Satanism and all kinds of insanity.
Wouldn't it be great to make more films that have a core message that we resonate with?
You and I. So maybe the next film we make, we can have a budget of $100,000, you know?
Almost double the budget.
Or maybe even after that, maybe we could have a budget of $200,000, you know?
And the films would just get more and more detailed and they would have, you know, more budgets for more scenes and more editing and more actors and what have you.
You know how it works.
So anyway, 17milesmovie.com.
You can start spreading the word.
I'm going to see if I can insert the trailer right here for you so you can see it.
So to my editor, if the trailer works, go ahead and insert it right here.
If not, we'll play it tomorrow.
Illegal immigration tends to be financially upward from poorer to richer countries.
With an increased influx of illegal aliens at the border, the Texas governor has called a special session of the Texas legislature.
The Mexican government said Monday it sent more troops to the cartel-dominated western state of Michoacan after a weekend of violence.
A series of armed raids using planes and helicopters.
This Darien route alone can and will at this rate bring at least 4 million aliens into the United States in 2024.
Ultimately, Darien Route is the cheapest way I see to move 100 million or more people into the United States.
According to Jan, currently, the bus infrastructure... the bus infrastructure...
- The camera!
I thought you might want to document our adventures and make it into a movie someday.
These bad people.
Are we in trouble?
You're welcome.
I would go live in America myself.
I love you more than you now.
You gotta see the vision to be the vision!
So, where are you headed?
You can just shot me off the edge of town.
I'm in a rush.
Sheriff, I want to thank you for your service.
Where do you see this all going?
Well, I pray to God that we find...
You don't win the next race.
I'll be back.
You know what happens to people.
And Rosa and I, we're going to get jobs and we'll have professional careers.
I'm trusting you and your cousin to be good people, but I'm seeing on the news that people are getting taken advantage of.
You just got back from Darien Gap.
What's going on there?
That's the main invasion.
I said, Lord, peace for the whole family.
One piece for the whole family?
That's ridiculous.
It'll be alright, Rosa.
I need your help.
I have no idea where I'm going.
Julia's been kidnapped.
Mom's gonna be right back.
Everything's gonna be okay.
Me and my mom were on a great journey.
I can't wait to see America.
I really love my mom.
I'm so excited to be on this trip with her.
I think she's a little scared.
My mom doesn't really, like, change too much.
This trip was amazing.
So, everybody, stay tuned.
all right now trump is being dragged into a trial by alvin bragg And this trial is blatant election interference because, of course, it's all drummed up.
This is lawfare against Trump.
And this is a trial where Trump is now required to be present in the courtroom for six weeks.
Because Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who's a vicious Democrat, charged Trump with 34 counts of, quote, falsifying business records.
And he alleged that Trump sought to, quote, conceal damaging information and unlawful activity from American voters before and after the 2016 election.
Wait a minute, Bragg.
You're describing Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton.
I mean, come on.
The Democrats constantly conceal damaging information and unlawful activity.
That's the whole campaign of Democrats is cover up who they really are.
And of course they have the media and they have big tech.
Remember how big tech covered up all the truth about Hunter Biden's laptop before the 2020 election?
And they covered up the truth about Hillary Clinton having seizures before 2016?
And Hillary Clinton's refusal to turn over emails, even under subpoena?
The Democrats are constantly shielded by big tech and the media.
While Republicans are just hit with every charge imaginable, 34 counts of falsifying business records.
How do they come up with 34 counts?
They say that, oh, well, he wrote a number on this page, and that's one count.
He wrote a number on his other page.
That's another count.
Oh, 34 counts.
Nobody cares about...
What Trump is alleged to have done in this, which involved him apparently paying $130,000 to an adult film actress, even though Trump has denied any relationship with her whatsoever.
Nobody cares about that.
This is election interference.
This is treason by Alvin Bragg and the Democrats.
And it's just part of the effort.
It's part of this lawfare that they waged against Alex Jones at Infowars to try to shut him down.
And now they're waging lawfare.
Of course, well, they've been waging it against Donald Trump for, well, eight years now in order to try to silence him and keep him out of the elections.
So...
Even though I have strong disagreements with Trump on several things like vaccines and Trump's seemingly unwavering support for Zionism, the fact that the establishment is gunning for Trump this hard tells you that Trump is not working for the establishment.
I mean, that much is clear.
Trump's not a perfect person, but he's not in with this gang.
Otherwise, they wouldn't be dragging him into court for six weeks.
If he was in with them, if he had done a deal with them to push their agenda, he would have no resistance whatsoever.
He would be sailing into victory.
The fact that he's not tells you that he has not sold out.
You may not agree with Trump on everything, and I don't.
But he has not sold his soul to the globalists, and that much is clear.
So just watch where this goes.
Alright, next item that is critically important is that Israel is, of course, pondering a large-scale retaliation against Iran.
And this would be the retaliation against Iran's retaliation against Israel, because Israel bombed Iran's consulate building in Damascus, Syria, and killed a bunch of high-level Iranian officials.
So, I'm recording this earlier than usual, several hours earlier, just because of schedule commitments.
So, it's possible that Israel may have launched its attack by the time you hear this.
If so, of course, I will comment on it in the next podcast.
Or Israel may hold off.
It's not clear yet what Israel is going to do.
But Israel has been having meetings all day, cabinet meetings.
And they are saying, certain people, like Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, that's the IDF Chief of Staff, is saying that Iran's missile attack on Israel will be met with a response.
And he's talking about a military response.
And Netanyahu has ordered the military to draw up a list of targets in Iran.
So, Israel is very, of course, arrogant, and they think they're immune to cause and effect.
They think they're immune to the rule of law.
They think that they have the right to attack anybody, to assassinate anybody, to bomb anybody, to slaughter anybody, to carry out genocide, anything they want, and that nobody has the right to punch them back.
That's what Israel thinks, because that's the reality under which they've been living for decades, thanks to U.S. support, and thanks to what was superiority of military weapons of the West.
But that's obsolete now, which we'll talk about here with the main topic today.
Iran has very capable missiles, and as we just saw over the weekend, Iran is able to launch hypersonic missiles that make it through Israel's defenses, while costing Israel a billion dollars a day in its defenses in terms of launching its munitions to try to intercept incoming drones and missiles.
So how many days can Israel afford of a billion dollars a day?
Probably not very many, I would imagine.
And Iran is able to force Israel to spend a billion dollars a day.
So there's an economic component to this kinetic war that not a lot of people are recognizing yet.
There's only a certain amount of ammunition for the anti-air defense systems.
And that ammunition is very, very expensive, of course, because it's made by the West.
So, you know, millions of dollars each for certain...
Missiles like the Patriot air missiles that are launched against incoming drones, which might only cost $10,000 or $20,000.
So that's something to consider as well.
Now, Iran says that if Israel hits us again, then we are going to hit back even harder.
It's been called the tit for tat, but it's way more than tits and tats.
This is like bombs and bats.
This is getting out of control.
It could spiral into a nuclear war here.
If Israel says, well, we have to hit them back, and then Iran could go into, as I said, real war mode.
Not the theatrical war, not the fake war that this has been so far, where it's just a show.
To show, hey, we can hit you.
We can bomb you.
What if Israel hits Iran for real, and then Iran takes the gloves off, says, oh, okay, you want to fight for real?
I thought we were doing a World Wrestling Federation demonstration bout for the audience to cheer.
Oh, you want to actually fight?
Okay.
Eye gouges, hair pulls, kick them in the nutsack, bite off their nose, whatever.
In real war, there are no rules.
It's not a cage match with rules.
It's bloody hell.
And Iran has enough rockets and enough weapons and probably nuclear warheads for those rockets to be able to utterly destroy Israel.
I mean to obliterate almost every military building and government building in Israel as well as to destroy Israel's infrastructure.
Not to mention what Hezbollah has.
Now you may recall a couple of months ago my Christian contact in Lebanon.
Who I have not heard from lately, but my Christian contact in Lebanon told me that it was common knowledge in Lebanon, because he had family living in, not exactly southern Lebanon, but south of Beirut, I guess halfway between Beirut and the border.
But he said that it's common knowledge that Hezbollah has been stockpiling rockets for many, many years, and they intend to continue to stockpile for a couple more years.
Eventually they plan to go to war with Israel, but they did not plan to do that for a couple more years.
So they're still in the preparatory phase.
Like ultimately, all the Arab nations in the region, they know that they intend to destroy Israel.
There's no question about that, especially now, as Israel has made more enemies than ever before.
But Hezbollah didn't want to be rushed into this.
They're not quite ready right now.
Not only, though, do they have missiles and anti-ship missiles, but they have an exhaustive, elaborate tunnel system that I'm told is even larger and more complex than the tunnel system under Gaza.
And you may recall the tunnel system under Gaza has been reported to be hundreds of kilometers in total length, which I find just absolutely astonishing because.
Just astonishing.
Are you kidding me?
Hundreds of kilometers of tunnels?
I mean, imagine the human labor, most of that dug by hand.
How is that even possible to dig?
Well, I guess the answer is they've been digging for 25 years, you know?
planning to live in the tunnels and to have underground hospitals and command bases and everything.
And that's all true.
But also Israel's attack on Gaza did not take out those tunnels.
You see, it just killed a bunch of civilians on the surface, but it did not take out the tunnels.
It probably damaged a few, but it did not destroy the tunnel network.
Anyway, Hezbollah has a much more elaborate tunnel network.
And what I was told is that Hezbollah has built very long tunnels that go deep, deep into Israeli territory with the plan that when Israel attacks southern Lebanon with armor, which is what Israel would do, they would roll tanks north, then the Hezbollah fighters can pop up a couple of kilometers behind the tanks.
In other words, to the south.
And then they can just wreak havoc and mayhem from behind Israel's front lines.
And Israel may remember what happened in 2006 when they got a beating, an ass beating by Hezbollah.
And that was, you know, almost 20 years ago before Hezbollah had all these advanced weapons.
So, the situation is very intense and Israel cannot de-escalate.
They just seem incapable of de-escalating.
They just can't say, oh, okay, well, we hit you, you hit us back, we'll call it even.
Even Stephen.
No, they can't do that.
Because they're arrogant.
Because they have this Zionist supremacist attitude.
They think that they're chosen by God.
How dare you punch us back?
We're God's people and you're filth.
You're animals.
God gave us the right to kill all you.
That's the way they think.
That's the way they talk.
And so they cannot put down their weapons and they're going to escalate this.
And with this back and forth, as I said over the weekend, there's a very high risk that this thing goes nuclear.
And Iran probably has nuclear weapons.
And if real war gets underway, then you can see that it's going to become apparent to both Israel and Iran pretty quickly that the first party to use nukes wins.
You know?
It's the game theory conundrum of two scorpions in a bottle, in a jar, and each scorpion Can strike the other scorpion and kill it.
But if they strike the other scorpion, then that scorpion can also strike you back and kill you before it dies.
But there's a chance that if you strike the scorpion, you may kill it before it has a chance to strike you back.
That if you have a nuke, if you're the Islamic, you know, Iranian regime and you have a nuke, game theory says you should launch your nuke first and don't wait for Israel to launch their nukes.
But let's hope that doesn't happen, but we shall see.
Now, before we jump into the main topic here today of how Israel, Ukraine, Western Europe and the United States have already been defeated, let me remind you of the need for backup communications.
And as you know, the Satellite Phone Story is our sponsor, and their phones really work.
They've saved lives in the Lahaina fires in Maui, and they've been used by people all over the world in many dire situations, including some of my friends on the border of southern Texas.
They use the sat phones and they use the bivvy sticks.
These devices really work when you have no other signal or when the cell towers are down or when the power grid is down.
SAT123.com.
You will want a satellite phone for emergencies if World War III gets underway.
And so I would imagine, although I haven't asked Tina there exactly what's going on, but I would imagine that their phones are pretty busy today because of what happened over the weekend.
And if Israel launches another round of missiles at Iran, And then if Iran responds, oh my goodness.
Not only are people going to just try to buy up every satellite phone they can for backup comms, but gold is going to probably explode.
Oil will explode, no question.
Silver will probably go up.
I would imagine you see more people rush into Bitcoin, and you probably see a lot of purchases of iodine and other survival food supplies, is my guess.
I don't know exactly what the...
The trigger's going to be for that, but I can sense that a trigger is coming.
There's a trigger event that seems to be right around the corner that's going to bring us into some real sort of mainstream panic.
Now, you don't have to panic.
I don't have to panic.
And we won't.
Because you and I have already thought about all this.
It won't be a surprise if nukes start going off in the Middle East.
It won't be a surprise to us.
I mean...
It'll still be a horrible event, but you and I have thought through this, and hopefully you have prepared.
I know I've prepared a lot, maybe never enough, but I'm somewhat prepared, and you're probably somewhat prepared, and we know how to make it through, right?
You've got extra food, you've got extra emergency medicine supplies, and you know, what have you, all of it.
You have the means to defend yourself and the whole deal.
The average person out there has no supplies, nothing extra, no knowledge of what to do.
They will be clueless when society stops functioning, you know, when the food's not restocked at the grocery store every 24 hours.
You see all the people lining up in Israel over the weekend, lining up the gas stations and all the food stores are wiped out, shelves empty, because even in Israel, I mean, people living in Israel somehow still are not preppers.
That's crazy.
You're living in ground zero.
How can you not be a prepper?
The smart people in Israel are leaving.
And those who can't leave and are smart are prepping.
And those who can't leave and who don't prep are not smart.
That's just...
That's all there is to it.
Oh, man.
This is not a good situation for them.
But look...
I do want to read something that I posted because it's important to understand that as much as I criticize what Israel is doing, I do not harbor any ill will towards Jews or people of Jewish faith.
Not at all.
So don't confuse that.
If I criticize Israel, I'm not criticizing Jewish people.
In fact, it's Jewish people that are criticizing Israel all over the world.
So let me read this.
I tweeted this out.
In exactly the same way that Black Lives Matter tried to claim that any criticism of their violent lawless tactics was racism, Israeli Zionist zealots now try to claim that any criticism of their murderous campaign of civilian genocide is anti-Semitic.
Both arguments are flatly disingenuous.
A person can criticize Israel's genocide without harboring hatred toward all Jews.
A person can likewise denounce BLM's tactics of violence and Marxism without declaring eternal hatred toward all blacks.
It is dishonest to try to conflate criticism of one group's policies and actions with an entire ethnic representation.
Personally, I harbor no hatred whatsoever toward blacks, whites, Jews, gays, Russians, Chinese, or any other group.
That also goes for Palestinians and South Americans, Hispanics, you get it.
As you have already gleaned, if you are wise, it is the globalist-controlled governments that carry out the genocide and try to divide people along these lines.
On the ground, face to face, most people just want to get along and want to raise their children and not be bombed or silenced or enslaved by rogue governments.
So beware of those so-called influencers or journalists who are pushing globalist narratives that try to claim racial supremacy.
Ben Shapiro, for example.
So there's my statement.
See, I'm a principled person.
I have principles that guide my commentary.
Not either hatred or loyalty to one certain race or one certain group or one certain even religion.
I have universal principles that are pro-human, pro-liberty, pro-God, pro-creator, And I don't run around saying that we should kill everybody who doesn't agree with our version of Christianity, by the way.
I honor Buddhists.
I honor Sikhs.
I honor people who are faith-based people in Islam.
And even that position is intolerable to some sort of evangelical Christians.
They can't stand it.
Like, oh, how can you say that you honor people who aren't just like us?
Like, wow.
Like, I bet when you go to a foreign country, like if you visit France, I bet when you visit France, instead of enjoying the cuisine of France, I bet you try to find the closest McDonald's or Pizza Hut, because you just have to have food, just like the crap you eat at home in your crap church, with all your crap obesity in your crap church, because you're not even teaching anything that Jesus would have taught, which is universal love for all human beings, by the way.
So, just like if you go to another culture, if you visit France, hey, try to eat some French cuisine.
If you visit the Middle East, eat the Middle Eastern cuisine.
I mean, it's all related, folks.
It's like, everybody's not like you.
Everybody's not like me.
We live in a world full of people with different kinds of beliefs.
It doesn't bother me that other people...
Have a different perspective on their religious texts or their view of what they call God, what name they give God.
You know, you trace it back far enough, Islam and Christianity and Judaism all have the same Abrahamic roots, folks.
It's all the same stories, rewritten.
I would much prefer being around somebody who is a Muslim and a person of integrity who believes in God and who believes in humanity than to be around a Christian who's constantly calling to kill everybody that doesn't think the way they do.
You see what I mean?
I'm guided by principles, not tribalism.
All right, now let's get to the main topic here.
Again, Israel, Ukraine, Western Europe, and the United States have already been defeated.
Now, I understand that's a strong statement.
But I believe that we're past the tipping point.
I think that the destruction of Western civilization is now irreversible.
And I've actually written out seven bullet points here.
I'm not going to read them to you.
It's just quick subheads.
This is unusual for me.
I normally don't even write out bullet points like this.
But here are the seven areas where I believe that the West has already been surpassed or made obsolete by other powers, other nationalities in the world.
Number one is tapping into natural resources.
The West has, you know, locked up its natural resources and refuses to harvest the energy that they have.
And so since energy is the primary driver of GDP, as well as affordable food and population growth, Western civilization, by shutting down energy in the name of climate change, has basically committed suicide.
And nowhere is this more true than in Germany, by the way.
Germany is a suicide cult.
I mean, it's leaders.
I'm not talking about all the German people.
But the leaders of Germany are running a suicide cult, so they shut off all their energy, destroying their industry.
And then they blame Russia instead of blaming themselves.
But they all have to appease little Miss Greta Thunderpants there.
And they have to shut down all their energy all across Europe.
And now in Germany, as I said yesterday, they want to ban people driving cars on the weekends.
So Saturday and Sunday will be a criminal offense to drive a car in Germany.
Imagine that.
Okay, the next one.
Point number two is industrial output.
Does the West produce anything anymore?
Not really.
Where is the industrial output in our world?
Well, it's China, number one.
It's Russia.
It's South Korea.
It's India.
It's Turkey.
It's everywhere but the West.
When you think about industrial output or steel or manufacturing, you don't think America.
No.
You think China?
China makes stuff.
America makes just inflation, like prints money, exports inflation and mutilates children and exports transgenderism and all kinds of, you know, lunatic philosophies.
So the West, in terms of industrial output, is done.
It's done.
Same thing true across Western Europe.
And that goes along with point number one, which is the natural resources.
If you're not willing to tap into your natural gas and your oil and your energy, then you can't have good industrial output.
Now, I know there are chip factories in America, and there are still some Ford plants where they assemble cars with all the parts made in Mexico or China or Korea or somewhere else all over the world.
But, you know, assembling trucks in America...
And by the way, Dodge mostly assembles them in Mexico at this point.
But just assembling trucks in America doesn't really count.
That's not really making trucks.
It's just screwing them together, you know?
Connect the wires.
Weld these plates.
Whatever.
It's like a do-it-yourself Ford pickup, you know?
And that's not the same as making everything from scratch with the whole supply chain, which is what Russia does.
Russia, because of all the economic sanctions, and also Iran, to the same degree, has been forced to make everything.
They have to come up with all the parts themselves.
They have to have the electronics.
They have to build the infrastructure to make things.
And as a result, they become much stronger in industrial output, while the West has become very weak.
Now, the third point here is finance and currency.
When it comes to currency, the dollar is done.
Now, when I say done, I don't mean tomorrow.
It's still going to take years for the dollar to totally collapse, although there may be lurches, you know, within even this year.
There may be a sudden drop of 50% of the dollar's value globally, and then it might settle for a while, and then six months later it might drop another 50%, and so on.
Who knows?
Or it might plunge 80% in one day, but the dollar will be around for a while.
It'll just be increasingly worthless.
Why?
Because the BRICS nations.
The BRICS currency is going to dominate the future of the world.
That's China, that's Russia, that's Brazil, India, South Africa.
It's really BRICS plus.
It's going to be something like 80 plus nations.
And the BRICS currencies are going to be really rolled out.
I think a pivot point will be August of this year when there are some key BRICS meetings.
And then by the end of this calendar year, you're going to see a lot of countries actually signed up and actively using the new BRICS system, which is a blockchain-based international settlement system, to carry out trades.
You know, payments for oil or aluminum or whatever.
Electric cars.
And the dollar is not going to be needed in that.
And so the dollar will be increasingly rejected by the world, and that will impair the ability of the US to print more dollars because it won't be able to easily export inflation because who wants to buy dollars when you don't need them?
And frankly, the rest of the world is tired of being bullied by the dollar and U.S. dollar sanctions and the SWIFT system, you know, deplatforming from SWIFT, which is what the West did to Russia, and so on.
So the West has committed financial suicide by weaponizing the dollar, and as a result, the West is going to lose its dollar hegemony.
The future of the world will be BRICS currencies.
I mean, for our lifetimes.
The BRICS currency will be backed by gold, partially.
And that's why China in particular, but other central banks are buying up record amounts of gold all around the world, because when they announce their BRICS currency for businesses all over the world, they need people to have faith in it.
So how are they going to have faith?
Well, Countries like China and Russia are going to say, hey, here's a currency.
It's backed by, let's say, 20% gold.
And then here is the audit of our gold reserves.
They may even launch...
Online videos, but it's going to be an independent audit to show how many thousands of tons of physical gold they possess in order to back their currency.
And in a time when the dollar is collapsing and the dollar is backed by nothing, and the U.S. probably doesn't have any gold, it's just faking like it does, and the U.S. won't agree to any kind of gold audits, Faith, globally, faith in currency is going to shift away from the dollar and shift towards the BRICS currencies.
Now when that happens, with the dollar losing so much value, it's going to cost a fortune for Americans to import anything.
And I've estimated that imported goods will go up a thousand percent.
In cost.
Now, over what period of time, you ask?
Well, I don't know.
It's going to, let's say, a couple of years.
But it won't be long before, let's say, a dishwasher that you currently buy from, let's say, South Korea.
And you're paying, I don't know, $700 for that dishwasher.
That's going to be $7,000 before very long, which means very few people are going to buy dishwashers.
In other words, the American people are going to be thrust into poverty because their currency will rapidly become near worthless around the world.
And what's going to have to happen is Americans are going to have to buy BRICS currency, you know, American businesses.
They'll have to buy BRICS currencies in order to pay for goods coming out of other countries because those countries will say, we don't want dollars, you've got to pay us in BRICS. So Americans will have to spend dollars to buy bricks to pay the vendor to import the goods.
And that's where you're all going to get screwed.
Because nobody wants dollars.
So you're going to have to just throw a lot of dollars at somebody to convince them to give you bricks currency.
Because again, who wants dollars?
I don't even want dollars.
And I'm American.
I would rather have bricks currency myself.
It's been rumored that BRICS currency is going to be launched at $55 per unit.
I don't know what you're going to call it.
Per brick?
I don't know what you call it.
$55, but even if that's true, it's just a rumor, that would just be a starting point.
It wouldn't be long before you would have to spend a lot more dollars to get one unit of BRICS. You might have to then spend, you know, $100 or $200.
And so the value of a brick...
Again, I'm not sure how we're going to describe this, but the value of a BRICS currency unit would just skyrocket as the value of the dollar drops.
Now, there's something else that's behaving exactly in the same way, and that's gold.
Gold is skyrocketing as the dollar drops.
And it's great to own gold because gold is holding value, and one day, if you want BRICS currency, you'll be able to trade gold for BRICS. You see?
It gets you out of the dollar into something that will hold value and that will be a universal means of storing value.
Where you could then buy into bricks with gold.
Or some people would argue that Bitcoin could also be that vehicle.
And Bitcoin has the advantage of being all digital, so you don't have to ship and receive and send, you know, physical gold coins to somebody in order to do the trade.
You can just say, okay, you give me bricks currency, I'll give you Bitcoin.
There'll probably be Bitcoin bricks online swaps at some point, I would imagine.
I mean, wouldn't it be cool to have, like, a Bricks crypto wallet, you know, on your desktop?
And then you could just send, like, Monero and you get back Bricks.
You know, just like crypto swaps, which exists right now between all kinds of other crypto tokens.
But I look forward to that day.
I wonder if the U.S. government will try to outlaw BRICS because they've outlawed Kaspersky antivirus software now in the U.S. So I don't know if they'll try to outlaw BRICS. Like, you can't use that other currency.
It's too good.
You have to use our crappy dollar currency, you know.
That's just going to force people to use Bitcoin.
Nobody wants dollars.
I mean, nobody, I should say, in the years ahead, nobody's going to want dollars because dollars are going to continue to collapse at an accelerated rate.
So anyway, that's all point number three.
The West is done in terms of finance.
And, you know, even when it comes to Ukraine and Western Europe and Israel, there's all this talk about, can the U.S. Congress support $60 billion for Ukraine?
No.
Well, okay, so what?
You can print more money and you can send it to Ukraine, but you can't manufacture the munitions.
Ukraine doesn't have enough men.
Europe doesn't have enough tanks.
U.S. doesn't have enough artillery ammo.
Yeah, you can print money till the cows come home.
Doesn't win a war with Russia.
What are you going to do?
Like airdrop pallets of dollars onto Russian troops and hope it smashes them with your vast quantities of money printing?
I mean...
It's truly insane.
You can't just print money and win a war.
It doesn't work that way.
Now that brings me to point number four, which is military technology.
So the West has become obsolete in terms of military technology.
And we just saw a demonstration of that over the weekend with Iran striking Israel with hypersonic missiles, at least reportedly.
It was reported that seven hypersonic missiles got through.
And as far as I know, this is the first time in history that Iran has ever used hypersonic missiles in an act of war.
Perhaps there's been another time, but I've never heard of it.
It seems like it was only recently that stories about Iran even having hypersonic missiles started to appear in the press.
So I think that's the first time they've ever used them.
But what it shows Israel, which should really give them pause, unless they're insane, which is quite possible, it should give them pause that, hey, wait a second, our Iron Dome doesn't really work 100%.
David's sling anti-air defense system doesn't really work.
So Iran can hit us anytime they want at precisely the location they want with any warhead they have.
So all of a sudden, Israel doesn't have the best technology in the Middle East when it comes to weapons.
Not even close.
Because they're relying on the U.S. And the U.S. weapon systems are vastly outdated.
Turkey, for example, has advanced fighter jet drones that are under development and about to be deployed.
Turkey will have fifth-generation fighter jets that are run by AI, like Firefox, the old Clint Eastwood movie.
There won't even be a human pilot in them.
And Turkey is the leader in drone technology.
Along with Russia.
The US can't even make drones that work.
There were big stories about that over the last couple of weeks, that US drones in Ukraine are so crappy that the Ukrainians ended up buying Chinese-made drones.
Because the American drones just don't work, and they're highly vulnerable to electromagnetic warfare.
So, you know, here we go.
Name one thing, just name one thing that the U.S. has in its military that's better than Russia and China.
Okay, I can name one thing, aircraft carriers, right?
The Ford-class aircraft carrier, but it's a giant sitting duck target that the whole platform is obsolete because it's going to get nuked.
And mostly the elevators don't work on that thing either, but...
You think, okay, well, the U.S. has a $7 billion aircraft carrier, and it's a floating city of 5,000 soldiers, and it can project power.
Okay, yeah, it's a giant floating nuke target also.
And Iran has nukes, and Russia has nukes, and Russia has hypersonic Kinzhal missiles with nukes, and U.S. aircraft carriers can't do anything to stop those nukes.
So what are you going to do?
The West doesn't have hypersonic missiles.
There's no deployed hypersonic missile in the US military arsenal.
They abandoned the program.
We reported it last year.
There's also no anti-air defense system owned by the West or developed by the West that can stop hypersonic missiles.
It doesn't exist.
And the hypersonic weapon systems of Russia...
They're not just moving at Mach 6 or 7, by the way.
That's widely reported for, I think, the Kinzhal missiles.
Russia has technology that can achieve something close to Mach 20, which I know sounds impossible.
But it might be Mach 18 or Mach 19.
Maybe they haven't reached Mach 20, but...
Man, you're talking about advanced materials.
You're talking about a level of engineering and thrust and heat dissipation and structural engineering and guidance systems and electronics that the West can't even begin to touch.
Russia is probably at this point 15 years ahead of the U.S. in terms of hypersonic missile development.
And the fact that they have these missiles that can fly at close to Mach 20 means there's nothing the West can do to stop them.
And there's nothing that's even in development by the West that can even hope to stop them in the next decade.
You see what I mean?
And if some of this technology gets transferred to Iran, then Iran becomes highly capable of dishing out all kinds of pain to anybody in the region.
And nobody can stop it.
Not Israel, not the United States, not U.S. naval vessels, nothing.
Remember, when Iran just launched its 300-plus drones and missiles, that was all theater.
They launched the little slow-propeller-driven drones.
They're like airborne mopeds, okay?
They're not fast.
They're not quiet.
They're not stealthy.
They're not expensive.
It's just like, they just have little piston engines and wooden propellers and like glass composite bodies or something.
It's just fiberglass, you know.
They just send them into the sky.
It's just, hey, these are intended to deplete Israel's ammunition.
And that's exactly what they did.
But don't think that that describes Iran's Upper end of capabilities.
Not even close.
Iran has more advanced missiles than the West, and more advanced missiles than Israel.
And we haven't even talked about China, what China has.
Did you know that China's naval dry dock output capabilities, by the way, exceed the U.S. naval dry dock capacity by, I believe the factor is 200%.
Like, China can manufacture 200 times as many naval vessels as can the United States.
I know, again, it seems like a shocking number.
When I first saw that analysis, I couldn't believe it.
But, I think I'm quoting the right number, but let's just say it's only 100 times greater.
Well, that means China also has the ability to repair 100 times more naval vessels than does the United States.
The U.S. is hopelessly behind.
And this is why China and Iran and Russia are in no hurry to start World War III because they've already won.
You see, they're just waiting for the U.S. to collapse.
To collapse in terms of its currency and banking system.
To collapse into civil war and domestic strife.
To just collapse.
You know, for lots of reasons.
Cultural reasons and racial tension that has been ignited by the dishonest media and so on.
Russia and China and Iran and even North Korea, they don't sit there and say, oh, we're waiting for an opportunity to attack America.
No.
At this point, I believe they're just sitting back and saying, let's just wait for America to collapse.
We don't have to fight them.
They're going to destroy themselves because of, well, open borders, civil war, the invasion of America, the lawlessness of the Democrats, the lawfare against Trump and the conservatives.
You know, America is destroying itself from within.
Nobody else, no enemy of America needs to even try to accelerate it because it's all happening all on its own.
And frankly, if they attack, it might make America stronger.
This is why Putin, even though he's been goaded into trying to get him to launch nuclear weapons in Europe, he has refused to do so.
He's exercised a lot of restraint.
He has de-escalated in so many ways the whole European theater of war.
Now, I know he's on the ground.
His troops are fighting hard in Ukraine and gaining ground and causing a lot of casualties there among the Ukrainian people and so on.
But he has not gone to war against Poland or Germany or other European countries even though he could.
He doesn't want an escalation because time is on Russia's side.
All Russia has to do is stay strong, continue to harvest their own energy, continue to export energy and minerals such as aluminum and copper and so on, and then build their own domestic industry and infrastructure and wait for the West to commit its own libtard suicide.
So...
Time is on the side of Russia and China, not America.
Okay, point number five is education.
The education system in the West has collapsed.
The universities have been turned into libtard indoctrination centers.
Most of the students coming out of the mainstream universities are just brainwashed, indoctrinated morons, just woke idiots at this point with no skills.
They don't learn anything in these universities.
They don't have any skills.
Now, I know there are exceptions to this.
There are some good business schools and there are some good engineering schools and so on.
But for the most part, these universities are just churning out woke idiots.
And they're not churning out the kind of engineers and scientists and physicists and so on who can contribute to innovation and industry.
And, you know, aerospace industries and rocketry and military weapons and AI and all this kind of thing.
China is the leader in most of that right now.
Russia is a very strong leader.
I already mentioned Turkey before.
Iran has a growing contingent of outstanding science experts and mathematicians and engineers.
I mean, you've got to realize, I mean, the history of the world, that whole region of Persia, that's where the smartest people in the world came from.
And even throughout history, some of the best mathematicians in world history are Iranian people.
If you think for a minute that Iranians are just inherently stupid or not capable of math or engineering, then you're a fool.
If anybody's inherently stupid right now, it's the morons coming out of the American and Canadian universities and UK universities.
Those people are stupid.
But Iranian engineers know how to build rockets.
They just proved it.
And Russian engineers know how to build rockets.
You know, Mach 20 hypersonic missiles.
They've been building a nuclear-powered loitering cruise missile that actually generates thrust from nuclear power so it can loiter in the sky for months.
Russia's got that under development.
They've tested some models.
I don't know when they're going to roll that out, but can you imagine if Russia just has in orbit...
Like 500 cruise missiles just hanging out in the sky waiting for orders.
That's technology that nobody else has in the world.
Russia developed that.
And once again, they're probably 15, 20 years ahead of the West.
So that's all about education.
Now, point number six is the rule of law.
And of course, the West has utterly abandoned the rule of law.
And you see this in the United States with lawfare, targeting Trump and targeting conservatives, but allowing Democrats to get away with everything.
Every crime, every cover-up, every murder, every fraud, election rigging, you name it.
If you're a Democrat, you have absolute immunity.
I mean, if you're a powerful Democrat.
You have absolute immunity, you will never be prosecuted.
If you're a conservative, you will be targeted.
The law will be weaponized against you.
The rule of law is gone.
The court system is gone.
It does not function.
And when you have a collapse of the rule of law, the justice system just being obliterated, then you're about to lose your society.
You're about to have chaos, which may look like uprisings.
It may look like, who knows, civil war.
It may look like secession.
It may look like...
I don't know, madness, chaos, anarchy.
I don't know what it's going to look like.
I hope none of that happens, but it's probably going to be ugly.
And then lastly, point number seven is morality and culture.
The West has lost its moral guidance.
The West is steeped in the indoctrination of children with transgenderism.
The West is all in favor of human trafficking and open borders.
The West believes in mutilating children for virtue signaling under transgenderism.
The West has abandoned God.
And even the Zionist Christian evangelists are now all pro-genocide.
And the churches have been taken over by transgenderism.
So you've got in America alone, not to mention Canada, which is even worse, and the UK also worse, You've got this complete rejection of the teachings of Christ, even just the Ten Commandments.
You've got a complete absence of any work ethic.
There's no loyalty.
There's no honesty.
There are no ethics in the vast majority of the members of these Western cultures.
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, Western Europe...
They are characterized by a workforce that refuses to work, by a political class that is so fraudulent and corrupt that no one will ever trust them again.
And these nations are even carrying out genocide against their own people.
It's like Israel pushed vaccines on the Israeli people.
That was its first act of genocide, even before Gaza.
And then in the U.S., the U.S. military built a bioweapon, And then they deployed it against the people to try to push everybody with a pandemic into the vaccine jabs, which are another depopulation bioweapon.
So you have your own government functioning as a terrorist organization.
That's true of the UK government, the Canadian government, obviously.
Justin Trudeau is like the terrorist in chief.
The US government, New Zealand, Australia, look at what they did during COVID. New Zealand was one of the worst.
Wasn't that Ardern?
Was that her name?
Total psychopath, totalitarian lunatic.
And then you had all these crazy people in Australia, the leaders of New South Wales and other regions that were just completely insane.
So morality is gone from the West.
And this is indicative of the collapse of Western civilization.
Now, where do you actually find morality right now?
Well, isn't it interesting, and this is not a comment about Putin, but Russia welcomes Christianity.
And Russia's not a perfect society, but in Russia, I've seen the videos, you can travel on the subway systems without being mugged and raped and thrown onto the tracks.
And their cities are cleaner, and their food is a lot more affordable.
Because Russia as a society has a lot of things, not everything, but a lot of things that work way better than the West, where you walk around the streets of San Francisco, you know, you're dodging human feces and needles all the time.
Or if you go in the subway system in Washington, D.C. or New York City, you're likely to be mugged.
Or if you drive around anywhere on the East Coast, you could be carjacked.
Violent crime is on the loose everywhere, and across the West Coast is just rampant, unlimited shoplifting.
The stores are closing down.
And the lunatic Democrats on the left coast of California are about to pass a law that says if you're a grocery store, you're not allowed to shut down and leave, or you'll pay a fine.
Unless you find a replacement.
I mean, that's how crazy it is.
Like, they refuse to prosecute the criminals that are shoplifting and looting from your store.
And when you go out of business and shut down your store, then they come after you for more money.
So you get looted once by the criminals on the streets, and then you get looted a second time by your own criminal government, run by Democrats, brought to you by Carl Jr.
You know?
That's how insane it is.
So this is why the West is collapsing.
Right?
The West is collapsing.
The ideas of the West no longer work, the lack of industry, the lack of energy, the endless money printing, the endless morality, the violation of human dignity, human rights, liberty, the censorship, all of it.
And right now it's being reported, by the way, that Tesla is laying off 14,000 people.
10% of its entire workforce is being laid off.
I wonder why that is.
Well, it's because, number one, the whole concept of electric vehicles has been collapsing.
People don't want them.
They don't really work that well.
They take a long time to charge.
But the other thing is that, you know, the Tesla design is not as good as what China's coming up with.
Tesla is dependent on battery systems made in China and other countries and doesn't really have its own battery research and development division that's actually having any kind of real progress.
When was the last time batteries got better?
Not in our lifetimes, it seems.
I mean, yeah, they switched to lithium-ion, and they're still heavy and dangerous, and they catch on fire, and they're expensive to replace.
I mean, when I say heavy, I mean really freaking heavy.
It can double the weight of a vehicle.
And they still suck.
They still don't hold that much energy.
And they're slow to charge.
And they're dangerous to dispose of.
So, you know, here we go.
Tesla cutting 10% of its workforce.
And how many other manufacturers do you know who are laying off?
You know, the only industry that's doing great in America right now, well, a couple of them, are the military-industrial complex, building more weapons to bomb more people in Israel, or to wage war in Ukraine, and then, of course, big pharma, because government pays them to build bioweapons to try to kill off the population.
So, The biggest industries in America are the industries that are all involved in killing people.
That's your GDP. It's not your gross domestic product.
It's your gross death product.
That's America.
America's economy is a death-based economy.
And it's not sustainable.
And it's already been defeated.
Gross defeated productivity, actually, is what that is.
The currency's failing.
The political class is failing and corrupt.
The elections are all rigged.
The rule of law has collapsed.
Inflation is through the roof.
The border is not protected.
The military industrial complex is just a bunch of people taking bribes to build inferior, obsolete weapons that don't work anymore.
I mean, I could go on and on.
You know, you got woke-tard LGBT leaders of Space Force and the U.S. Navy lecturing you.
Like, you got some old hairy guy with a wig and fake breasts and high heels lecturing you about morality and why you should use pronouns in your emails because that will help America win more wars.
I mean, it's completely freaking insane.
You know, and then you got the evangelical Zionists are like, oh, we got to kill these red cows.
We got to burn them.
We got to spread the ashes.
We got to build this temple.
And then we've got to inflict mass casualties on them Arabs, and then Jesus is going to come back and save us.
And, you know, it's like, okay, how quickly can I get as far away from you as possible?
Because your crazy ideas are going to get a whole lot of people killed.
And, you know, then you have the whole cult of transhumanists, like, we're going to merge with the machines.
And they're all applauding Elon Musk, like Neuralink implants.
Oh, I can't wait to have my brain augmented by Tesla.
Really, we are living through a completely insane time, but it's going to be characterized by the collapse of Western civilization.
And then after that, what do things look like?
Well, I guess it depends on what choices we make on how we're going to reconstruct society.
And who's left alive after all of this?
Frankly, that's going to be one of the biggest questions.
Who's still here?
You know, the people who are unprepared, they won't be around much longer.
The people who get nuked, obviously, won't be around.
People who aren't prepared for nuclear war, they won't be around.
People who are killed in the activation of the border...
Invaders, they won't be around.
The people who starve to death won't be around.
I mean, this is going to be a wholesale recalibration of who's still here.
And I guess it depends on then whether the people still here have enough morals and ethics and pro-human principles to actually rebuild a sustainable civilization or not.
Because the current system is broken.
It does not work.
It's a suicide cult.
Not just the leaders of Germany, but also of France and the UK and the US and Canada and so on.
It's a giant suicide cult.
It is committing suicide.
It's destroying itself.
I'm in Texas and it might end up being the Republic of Texas.
Who knows?
Texas is, I think, a great place to be and it's got the right attitude.
It's got a can-do attitude and I intend to contribute.
To the resurrection of society after the collapse of this system.
And I hope and pray that Texas will be a place of great abundance and freedom.
But we've got to make sure that when we rebuild Texas, it doesn't get controlled by big banks and big pharma and the military industrial complex and big tech.
It's got to be a society rooted in honest money, economic freedom, speech freedom, and so on.
And that's why I'm very concerned when the governor of Texas signs legislation that's been pushed on him by the Israeli lobby, AIPAC, to try to silence anybody who's critical of Israel.
So, you know, the Israeli lobby is the greatest threat to free speech in America.
They want to control what you're allowed to say.
And Christine Noem of South Dakota also signed that law, and similar laws are being pushed all over the country.
Because AIPAC knows that Israel is committing genocide and they want to criminalize anybody who points that out.
So, We have a lot at stake here, folks.
We could end up living in a world of complete authoritarian tyranny and censorship, total collapse, total control.
I think that's going to happen to a lot of the blue cities.
San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, Portland, Seattle, LA, even Denver.
I think they're done for.
I think they're done.
I would not want to be anywhere near those cities when all this goes down, especially when the currency collapses and all chaos breaks loose and all the millions of migrants, especially the military migrants, are activated and told to start sabotaging infrastructure.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere near those cities.
So probably millions of people are going to die in the United States alone during this time of the collapse.
And then out of that, What happens next?
How we rebuild?
That's up to us.
So be prepared in every way you can to survive all of this and make sure that you're ready to contribute to the next society and that you insist on morals and Ethics, liberty, you know, we can't have a society where you have Hollywood just indoctrinating all the children with satanic death cult type of movies and all kinds of violence every day.
You actually have to have morality in society or you don't have a sustainable society.
That's become rather obvious, of course, lately.
And we have to demand honest money, which means a money system that can't be counterfeited by the government.
And that means it has to be a decentralized, probably blockchain-based financial system.
That's the only system that humanity can trust.
Because if a government can just print its own currency, it will always print.
It will print until it destroys itself, just as the U.S. is doing right now under Biden.
Now, speaking of blockchain, then, I can introduce the upcoming interview here with Daniel Sachkov.
Now, he's built something that's quite remarkable, which is the Bastion system, B-A-S-T-Y-O-N, which is built on blockchain.
It looks like Twitter.
It functions as a social media type of platform, but it uses blockchain for the content integrity.
It does not have any central hosting servers.
It doesn't even use domain names if you run it on the app.
It's just peer-to-peer traffic.
And thus it's resilient against the internet kill switch.
It can't be censored.
It can't be taken offline.
There's no servers to confiscate and there's no corporation behind it that can be sued or shut down or confiscated.
So the Bastion ecosystem is the perfect system for free speech communications and emergency backup communications.
So we built, on top of Bastion, using the same source code, we built brighteon.io.
And brighteon.io It has all those properties that I just described.
It's a free speech network.
It's completely decentralized.
You can run a node if you want, and you can participate in helping to make the network more resilient.
And you can earn some of the on-platform crypto, which is called Pcoin.
It stands for pocket coin.
And it's basically just a carbon copy of Bitcoin.
It's just a fork of Bitcoin, but it pretty much runs the same as Bitcoin.
And that pocket coin serves a functional purpose on the platform that's quite unique.
Number one, you can spend it to advertise on the platform to boost any post.
You can pay a couple of pocket coins and your post will go to a much larger audience.
But the other important thing is that you have to stake a little bit of PocketCoin in order to have the right to post more content.
And that prevents robots and spammers from spamming the network with new accounts and just spamming it with a bunch of videos that would take up all the bandwidth of all the decentralized nodes.
So there's two things.
There's a reputation score and there's Pcoin in your wallet.
You can sign up for free.
And you can start posting, you can start commenting on people's posts, and you can start earning reputation and earning pcoin.
And the more you earn, the more powerful you get on the platform in terms of being able to post more content, being able to vote on things, and even serving as a jurist for decisions of whether to blacklist bad faith users that are posting porn or illegal stuff, things like that.
So go there right now.
Go to brightia.io.
It's free to sign up.
Get your username.
Save your private key, because that's your password.
And then listen to this interview with Daniel Sachkov, and he explains more about this entire ecosystem.
And by the way, this is just one project of many.
We are building the infrastructure of human freedom.
Later this week, I believe on Friday, we're going to be releasing a new version of our Neo large language model.
So watch for that on Friday.
And that's free at brighteon.ai.
But for now, you can use brighteon.io or use both tools.
We have one language model already released, you know, two weeks ago or so, or a week ago, whatever it was.
You can use that now.
And that's at brighteon.ai.
But we're building the infrastructure of human freedom.
We couldn't do it without your support.
And the way you support us is by shopping at healthrangerstore.com.
If you go there, you can find all kinds of storable food, which will be especially valuable given that we're about to head into World War III, it appears.
We've got superfoods, nutritional supplements, personal care products, high-end colloidal silver first aid gel that I personally formulated myself.
We've got all kinds of things.
Mouthwash, you know, body soap that is completely free of any artificial fragrances, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, all kinds of things.
So check all that out at healthrangerstore.com.
And then finally, in terms of honest money, if you want a unique form of gold because of what's happening in the world, check out verifiedgoldbacks.com.
That's our affiliate site for the goldback.
Which embeds physical 24 karat gold in every goldback bill.
And it's a very beautiful, very divisible, practical form of physical gold.
And you can get these goldbacks as small as one one-thousandth of an ounce, but it's in the shape of like the size of a bill, and it looks beautiful with gold artwork, but it's actually got a thousandth of an ounce of gold in it.
So it has this intrinsic gold value.
Check that out at verifiedgoldbacks.com.
I think you'll really enjoy what you see there, including all of our lab test results on goldbacks.
With that said, enjoy this interview with Daniel Sachkov from Bastion, which is now brighteon.io.
Well, I mean, they both exist.
But we built Brighteon on top of Bastion.
So you can use either one you want.
They're actually the same ecosystem with all the same content and all the same users.
But join us at brighteon.io for the Brighteon experience that has links to other Brighteon resources.
Enjoy the interview, and I'll be back with you tomorrow.
Welcome to today's interview on Brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon, coming to you from the great state of Texas.
And as you know, we are building the infrastructure of human freedom.
And we do this thanks to your support at our online store, healthrangerstore.com.
we take whatever profits we can squeeze out of that store and we put it into projects like the one that you're about to hear about today.
And we have the founder of Bastion, Daniel Sachkov, joining us to tell us all about this because we have a big partnership announcement.
This is the official announcement today of the launch of Brighteon.io, which is built on the Bastion ecosystem.
In fact, it uses the entire Bastion ecosystem, the same content, same usernames, same technology, same reputation, cryptocurrency, same blockchain.
But now it has a Brighteon front end and we're bringing in a whole new audience of Americans and English speakers all around the world.
So here to join us today to tell us about Bastion, the peer-to-peer decentralized platform that is really uncensorable, by the way, is Daniel Satchkov.
Welcome, Mr.
Satchkov.
It's an honor to have you on today.
Thank you for all that you're doing.
Thank you, Mike.
Thank you for having me.
This is, I think, the third time that we've done an interview, and I was so impressed with what I learned about Bastion in our first couple of interviews that you and I talked behind the scenes to build The new Brighton.io based on Bastion.
And I was so thrilled that you wanted to jump on that project and worked with us to get it done.
So thank you so much for having faith and courage and the engineering competence to make this happen.
We're really blown away by it.
Thank you.
And it helped that I was your listener for at least three or four years now.
Is that right?
I'm very familiar with your ethos and your credibility.
That played a role, of course, in making it move fast.
Yeah.
Well, did you know that back in, I think it was 2011 or 2012, I was a guest with Alex Jones in his studio in Austin.
And I said at that time that we need, for human freedom, we need a peer-to-peer decentralized platform for free speech.
But the tech didn't really exist back then.
But you've now really matured and, I would say, perfected that technology.
So you're like, I've been looking for you and your team for so many years and so happy to finally make the connection and make this happen.
Yeah, I mean, a lot of people do say that, especially people who understand what's going on in the world or have the tech savviness or business acumen.
A lot of people say that they were thinking about it.
I mean, when this idea first came to me, it was a solution to a problem.
I was looking for a solution to a problem.
And every time I spoke with people about censorship, I mean, first of all, we started the project I mean, it is real censorship, but that's not what we're up against.
What we're up against is that once you start, you cannot really stop.
You have to go all the way.
And I think all the way means, like, really disrupt communications on the Internet and change the Internet from, like, reverse the paradigm.
Right now, they have to ban things.
But I think they have to reverse.
In order for them to survive and get to where they want to, they have to reverse things and say, okay, we're not going to ban things.
We're going to allow things.
So Internet will contain only sites and viewpoints that are allowed.
Right.
And everything else will be banned.
That's right.
By default, I mean, they won't have to ban everything else because just so much of it, they're just going to reverse the paradigm and say, well, this is allowed and you're not, and that's it.
Yeah, we're seeing that with all the so-called hate crime legislation.
We're seeing it in Scotland.
We're seeing it in certain states in the U.S. And they have all kinds of excuses for, quote, hate crimes.
But your platform, bastion.com, is a peer-to-peer decentralized ecosystem that has no central servers.
And when people use the app, and it's a free downloadable application, and they can get that from brighttown.io slash applications, by the way, then it does not even rely on domain names.
It's peer-to-peer traffic.
So even if they turn off name servers, your software still works.
Yes.
Yeah, there are some core components to the Brighteon.io solution that we put together.
The first component is the fact that it's non-corporate.
This is really, really important.
Because from the beginning, I'd like to think that I try to think systemically about things as opposed to, you know, ad hoc and a knee-jerk reaction.
The knee-jerk reaction to censorship is always like, well, let's create the freedom-oriented social media.
It's like the, you know, quote-unquote libertarian kind of first response, you know, build your own Facebook.
Yeah.
Even though I do program and I'm a math geek and I do program in Matlab or Python or C++, but I don't build applications.
So I inspired some really experienced programmers to work on it and we started this project.
So non-corporate is really important because there's no intellectual property.
This is crucial because this is a major defense against the human factor.
There's always a way to make somebody cooperate, for most people.
I'd like to think I'm not like that, and I will definitely stand by that, but who knows?
People are not the strong point.
So when the project is non-corporate, has no intellectual property, if something goes awry, you can always fork it.
There's a language of programmers.
Fork it, maybe create a copy.
And you can just run it on any principles you want, those original principles of Bastion.
So this is actually how Bitcoin works.
That's one of the big innovations of Bitcoin.
The defense of the Bitcoin, because Bitcoin has also programmers.
I mean, they have very specific people who signed the releases and we know who they are.
But the defense is that if something, if they try to manipulate something, then you can make a fork and you create original Bitcoin and that's it.
So it's like this kind of thing where it's very hard to grab for sensors.
They're going to try to grab onto it, but it, like, splits, you know, it goes between the fingers, yeah.
And so Bastian, and now Bragteon.io, using the Bastian core, the codebase is essentially distributed.
You've got hundreds of nodes running, And you've got, I don't know how many million plus participants all over the world who are contributing to it, and it uses blockchain technology for the content.
So no one can come in and retroactively delete someone's posts from the past, for example.
Is that correct?
Am I understanding that correctly?
Yes, but it's very important to know that Bastion is not like a free-for-all platform.
There are very simple rules.
Very simple.
So, one is no pornography allowed.
The second one is no direct threat of violence.
And then there's basically no promotion of illegal drugs.
So, this is not a darknet situation.
That's not something that we would ever want to work on.
But these rules are not enforced by us.
I have no power to remove anyone from Bastion.
Neither do any of the programmers.
The way it works is the community itself, the people who are using the app for a long time, they gradually get this power to vote on content that needs to be removed.
And again, the rules are very, very simple.
They're exceedingly simple.
So there's nothing vague like hate speech or anti-Semitism or whatever that could be used as kind of a boogeyman or something vague.
It's very simple rules.
And people who are part of the platform for a long time, the logic is that a lot of things about Bitcoin and blockchain and Bastion and Brightion.io is about motivation.
It's about incentives.
So the logic is that if somebody invested a year or two years into the platform of active participation, most of those people will not want to destroy it.
I think that's not a crazy assumption.
That's a logical assumption.
No, I'm right there with you.
And I've loved using Bastion.
And now, of course, I use Brighteon.io.
Go ahead and show my screen.
I want to show our audience what it looks like.
If you just go in your browser to Brighteon.io, you can see an interface here and some of the different types of content on the left and then some of the Brighteon sites.
But you can see people posting things.
There's a post about Paul Craig Roberts right there.
There are all kinds of amazing users on here and all kinds of amazing content.
Now, this is just using it through the browser, brighttown.io.
Now, obviously, that depends on the domain name resolving.
But if you type in slash applications here, which I shall do, Here's the application's download page.
So you can download it here for Windows, Android.
There's the APK file for your de-Googled phone.
There's the Linux file.
And I know that the Mac version is waiting on approval from Apple.
Is that correct?
Yeah, there's something with Apple.
I mean, Apple is kind of centralized.
I don't want to disappoint all the iPhone and...
But Apple is the most centralized organization.
It's actually more centralized than even Google.
So it's very difficult with that.
But you got to the core, I think, of the censorship resistance.
So we already talked about non-corporate nature of the project, absence of intellectual property.
Open source code is another very important pillar that people can see.
There is a repository for Bastion, and there's actually a separate repository now for Brighteon.
So Brighteon is kind of a fork of Bastion, not of the blockchain, but of the project, because there's some unique parts about the interface.
And that's really important.
There could be a multitude of these front-end forks created.
Now, what we are headed toward, I believe, as I said, is the internet will be heavily censored, maybe even policed.
What excuse will be used for that?
I don't know.
But I think it's very transparent as to what it could be, right?
It could be any kind of a hacker situation.
It could be a kind of a war situation, a terrorist act.
Who knows?
It doesn't really matter.
In Brazil, the Attorney General ordering Elon Musk to censor the ex-accounts of journalists and, I think, judges as well.
And Elon Musk is currently saying, no, I'm not going to censor them.
But As I've told my audience, why should that decision even come down to one man?
Because on Brighttown.io, there is no one person that can censor.
You can't censor it, Daniel, and I can't censor it.
If they issued an order forcing you or me to remove something, we cannot do it on Bastion.
We cannot do it.
It doesn't work like that.
It's just like, okay, if they issued an order to Bitcoin developers, Bitcoin core developers, to ban some address, They cannot do it.
They could only do it by releasing a new codebase, which would be immediately forked and they would just ruin their project.
So it is very important.
There's a safeguard there.
And what I think is going to happen rather than, you know, I think it's going to be lawfare, but also I believe that it's going to come to a situation where internet will be censored through probably something like DNS. So for viewers, Listeners, DNS is a system that resolves the domain name.
So when you enter brighteon.com or brighteon.io or bastion.com, it looks to a central server.
There's a finite number of these servers in the world.
They're highly, highly centralized.
It takes like a flick of a button to turn off the access and then all of a sudden the domain name will not work.
And then the internet still works.
So we had a situation, just as we were launching Brighteon.io with you, there was a situation where in part of Canada, Internet was quote-unquote down.
Okay, so most people perceived it as internet down because none of the websites worked.
But in fact, internet was operational.
And when they went into Bastion, so we had these posts of bewildered people writing, how does this work without the internet?
I don't get this, right?
So there were a number of people from Canada that actually posted that.
And so that's actually great to hear.
We had a similar situation when there was a kind of a huge disturbance revolution in Kazakhstan, where incidentally I was born a couple years ago.
There they also turned off DNS. It was not working.
We had videos from users in Kazakhstan where the only thing that worked was the Bastion desktop application.
Wow, wow.
Because the way it works is that it doesn't use centralized internet at all.
Sebastian Desktop Application, I like to call it like the Swiss knife of censorship resistance, and it's constantly evolving.
But at this point, the way it works is when you download it to your computer, it will not use any of the legacy centralized internet.
It will connect directly to the nodes around the world.
And so it doesn't care anything about the domain name resolution or anything like that at all.
Yeah, so in other words, what you're saying, the translation is that if the internet kill switch is activated, which could take down the domain name servers, all websites would be offline except the ones they allow, such as cdc.gov or whatever.
Exactly.
But TCPIP, the underlying protocol of traffic packets, would still be operational because governments need that.
And your app, Bastion, also Brighton.io, works on that protocol and does not need domain name resolution.
Now let me show you a headline that is very alarming.
Here it is from Reclaim the Net.
EU Disinfo Lab proposes expanding ICANN operations from phishing and malware to target disinformation sites at the domain level.
This is what you've been warning about, what I've been warning about.
What they're saying is they want ICANN, which is the top-level grandfather of all domain control on the planet, they want ICANN to start yanking domain names of sites accused of, quote, disinformation.
So here it is.
This is the domain name apocalypse.
Exactly.
And, you know, at some point, when you look at the situation, even years ago, it seemed a little bit far-fetched, but it was not.
You know, it's kind of funny to use this, but, you know, when you read Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, you know, what did he say?
You have to basically exclude all impossible explanations, and whatever is left is going to be the true explanation, no matter how crazy it seems.
And I think that if you really, you know, play it, you know, wargame it or scenario, play scenarios, and you realize that they have to go all the way.
They cannot stop part of the way.
It's just not possible because the logic of time doesn't work in their favor because if somebody realizes what's going on, what happened in 2020, what's happening in the world, and every day we're getting major wake-up calls for people.
Once they see that, they cannot go back.
So yeah, there are many people who are sleeping, who don't realize what's going on, but the people who woke up, you can't bring them back anymore.
So the process is irreversible.
So based on that logic, they have to stop it because if they don't stop it, eventually there will be a lot of people.
And then what are they going to do?
And so my assumption from the beginning, the assessment that I made was that they're not going to turn off the whole internet.
Because I studied it and I realized that, you know, this is not what they want because it's going to create chaos and chaos unpredictable.
There needs to be controlled chaos.
They don't want uncontrolled chaos because a lot of the services that they rely on, you know, basically for enforcement or tracking, they also use internet, right?
So they cannot turn it off completely.
They have to make it so that people don't have access to the information.
And there's an important thing that, you know, I realized because I'm a math geek.
I have been since I was a kid.
If you study game theory, it's a branch of mathematics, that's kind of iffy.
There's some things that are probably overstated there, but there's something very interesting there.
Game theory is essentially a mathematical theory about how we play a game collectively and we win.
How to win collectively as opposed to...
By yourself.
And I think that's a perfect kind of metaphor.
Maybe we're in a very difficult, dangerous, and maybe even bloody game.
But it's still kind of a game.
I like to look at it that way.
Not to make light of it or not to diminish it, but you have to be that way.
Kind of one of the...
I think one of the strong sides of, in general, you know, a Christian civilization is that it looks at the world differently, and probably too philosophical, but this is important for me.
It's different from the way, let's say, an Eastern civilization, like a Hinduist looks at the world.
They look at the world as, like, full of suffering.
We just have to end it.
Let's go into nirvana.
Christians look at the civilization as, you know, this is a quest.
This is a quest for us.
And yeah, we're challenged.
Yeah, it's a difficult time.
But it's also not a boring time.
And game theory says that mathematically, strictly speaking mathematically, if you have different players playing a game together, their chances of winning increase exponentially if they're able to communicate in some way.
Okay?
Once you cut off the communication, your chances go to zero.
Okay?
That's exactly what we're dealing with.
They have to stop our communication.
It's a matter of math.
It's not a matter of fear-mongering or prophecy.
There may be prophecies, but this is a different story.
What I'm talking about is a matter of pure logic.
They have to stop communication.
They cannot shut down the whole internet.
Therefore, they will probably do it on a domain level.
And the whole application, brighteon.io, a fork of Bastion, is also built on that.
Application also has other tools.
So I don't want to, you know, it connects directly to the nodes.
That's already very big, but it has other tools.
For example, application has Tor protocol built into it.
You don't need a Tor browser to use Tor protocol.
When you go into the Brighteon.io application, you're bypassing a domain name service, but you also have the option of using Tor, which is a whole another layer of privacy and kind of protection of your personal identity, which I think is really important.
And there's other things being added.
The application, there's a team of developers working on overcoming deep packet inspection.
This is a Chinese-style censorship.
And in China, by the way, Bastion desktop application works now.
This has been tested.
But if, let's say, there was a deep packet inspection, they would try to target specifically Bastion.
Even that can be overcome.
So, we're in a race against time, but the good thing is we've been running for a good seven years now when we're fairly far ahead.
It doesn't mean that it's a slam dunk, but I am highly confident that the Bastion application will survive what is coming.
Absolutely, and this is critical.
This is why every person watching this, this is an urgent action item.
You won't be able to connect with us on X. You won't be able to connect.
Even Brighteon.com can be taken offline easily because it's a centrally hosted server, well, multiple servers of video content.
You need to get onto Brighteon.io right now, go to that address in your browser, reserve your username, Make sure you keep your private key because that's your password.
That's your seed phrase, essentially.
And that gets you access.
And then download the app because that's what insulates you from the internet kill switch of taking down domain names.
Now, Daniel, let me show you this headline.
I'm sure you're familiar with this.
U.S. to ban Russian antivirus software.
Kaspersky...
The labs, right?
The antivirus software has been very famous, you know, really great antivirus software for, it seems like 20 years plus, is now going to be banned because, well, because it's Russian.
This is like the tennis organization banning Russian tennis players or NASCAR banning Russian race car drivers, which is insane.
There's a lot of anti-Russian hate right now in the West.
This is the latest.
It's banning Russian software.
But they also banned TikTok, right?
So the entire U.S. Congress or most everybody supported the TikTok ban.
And they said, well, that's from China.
So they've created a precedent now to ban software and then to ban platforms that they don't like.
And Brazil is threatening to de-list, well, to prevent X from even functioning on all telecommunications companies in Brazil, by the way.
So here we have three cases of governments going after these platforms and software, creating an urgency to migrate...
Look, for those of you listening, if you have an audience, you have friends or family members that follow you, you need to migrate onto Brighttown.io because that's the only thing that's going to be reliable.
Or, you know, Bastion, it's the same ecosystem.
You can't trust YouTube.
You can't trust even X. You can't even trust that Brighttown.com will continue to function if it's targeted by the government.
Get onto Brighttown.io and that's how you're going to be able to receive communications from us and talk to people.
It's critical at this point.
I mean, these aren't theories anymore, Daniel.
It's happening every day.
Yeah, it is happening.
You know, I would be glad to be wrong, honestly.
Despite all the effort that went into the project, I would be glad to be wrong.
But I knew right away that there was a very little chance of that.
And I would say this, you know, I know, Mike, that your audience is actually global, because it's funny enough, I came to the States when I was 15, right?
I've lived in America for...
I'm natively Russian.
I was born in a country called Kazakhstan that's now called Kazakhstan.
I heard about you first.
There were some translations from Russian sites.
I was like, wow.
Then I started following you.
The point is that for a global audience, this is a global trend.
This really raises my eyebrows as an analyst, as a kind of somebody who likes to try to look at trends and look at things systemically.
Things that are happening in America are very similar to things that are happening in China and very similar to things that are happening in Russia.
It's very suspicious that they seem to be these enemies, these mortal enemies, yet they're doing the same exact things.
Starting in 2020, with the medical madness and all this stuff, they seem to be doing very, very similar things, just justifying them differently.
But you know, it really doesn't matter what the reason that somebody gives you, right?
What matters is why they're doing it.
We know TikTok is not being banned because it's addictive to kids.
It is addictive to kids, so it's got a strong component of danger in there.
But so is Instagram, right?
It's being banned for other reasons.
Same thing like, you know, when they ban something in China, well, maybe they actually don't even explain anything there anymore, so they're past that point.
But what I'm saying is that try not to, you know, try not to believe what you hear.
And I think that your audience probably knows that very well.
They do.
But it seems that people will be guided by that.
But then when there's a situation like a war, all of a sudden they'll believe everything just because it's a war.
Right.
Well, now they're going to be telling me the truth.
Well, if they lied to you this whole time, why would you think they're going to give you the truth about that?
So this situation is global.
It will be happening everywhere.
Right.
Well, our audience is very well informed.
I would argue that our audience is the most informed Western audience in the world.
And they immediately knew, you know, when the situation with Ukraine began, they knew that the West was just constantly lying, lying, lying.
And, you know, by the way, Zelenskyy has announced there's going to be a new counteroffensive.
Like, every summer, a whole new counteroffensive.
And I guess some of my posts got translated into Russian.
I was a little shocked to even discover that because I was just stating obvious things.
Like, hey, Russia has better hypersonic missile technology.
Russia has better artillery.
Russia has better electronic countermeasures and so on.
I'm just pointing out the obvious.
And compared to the British Navy, the aircraft carriers don't even work, and the German industry is collapsing because of a lack of energy, because of the destruction of Nord Stream pipelines, and so on.
I'm just stating the obvious here.
And yet, somehow, stating the obvious is banned.
On every platform in the West.
And it was the same thing during COVID. If you stated the obvious, like, you know, hey, wait a minute, ivermectin seems to be working for people.
Oh, you're anti-science.
You know, they would ban you.
And now the situation with Israel, it's the same thing.
Oh, you criticize Israel in any way whatsoever.
Like, stop bombing food aid workers.
Oh, you're anti-Semitic.
You know, it's insane.
But they'll keep coming up with reasons to ban us.
But because of what your team has built, they will fail.
I mean, this is the underground railroad of information freedom that you've built.
This is going to change the world.
Yeah, and I think that what people have to realize, with maybe even very perceptive people, even your audience doesn't fully realize yet, that you've realized and I've realized is that...
In America, for example, it's a little bit deceptive because it seems like there are alternatives, right?
And there are alternatives.
There is, for example, Rumble and there are supposedly Twitter.
I don't like to call it exorcism.
Twitter is supposedly a little bit more free, but this is all very deceptive.
And I explain this because the corporate entity will always end up trying to total control you. - That's right. - That is just their nature because at some point when it's only about getting critical mass, remember how Facebook was a free platform.
It was.
Remember how Twitter, you know, Jack Dorsey once upon a time said that if there was a free speech wing of the free speech party, it would be Twitter.
What a joke that became.
That would be it.
Whatsapp was founded by Brian Acton, who is big for freedom of speech, but it doesn't matter.
It really doesn't matter if you have the best people.
That's why I didn't go and start a corporate platform, even though financially it's a lot less lucrative.
But the point is that if you start a corporate platform, that's it.
You're not going to control it.
It really doesn't matter who's in charge because corporations will always be brought to heel.
And I think in America, people don't realize that.
They think, oh, we have this, we have that.
There's some freedom.
Corporate freedom will be taken away in a heartbeat.
You will not even blink and it will be gone.
Well, that's already happening.
We've seen the government weaponized against certain corporations, such as now Elon Musk and Twitter.
You know, all kinds of investigations and audits and things like that.
But I do want to bring up The P-Coin question here.
And I think you could educate me a little bit more.
I don't know a lot about P-Coin, but I know it stands for pocket coin, and I've seen that its price...
Here, show my screen if you would.
It's right here.
Its price has gone up substantially since we started announcing Brighttown.io.
And I've described it as a reputation coin and a mechanism.
One way is it prevents bots and trolls from just spamming the network with a bunch of videos that overload the bandwidth and things like that.
But can you explain what PCoin...
The practical role that Pcoin plays in the ecosystem, because I'm not about speculation.
I never encourage people to buy crypto and like, FOMO, get in, it's going to go to the moon.
No, I hate that crap.
Tell us what Pcoin is and why it's practical and functional for the Bastion or Brightion.io ecosystem.
Yeah, so when you talk about a social platform, you have to really...
Separate the problem into different pieces.
We talked about the corporate censorship piece.
Corporate censorship is when investors replace the board of directors, fire everybody and do what they want.
That's clear.
Another corporate censorship angle is legal.
Brazil government will issue a threat.
Elon Musk can probably argue with them, but most people cannot.
And so for Bastion, corporate censorship has nothing on us because even if the issue is a threat to me, yeah, that sucks for me, but there's nothing I can do.
It doesn't matter.
I don't control the network.
I'm more of a popularizer now.
So it's a little bit like Bitcoin.
There's nothing that you could do.
So corporate censorship is one layer.
Technological censorship, we talked about, right?
The absence of central servers, the desktop app.
Now the financial censorship.
What people don't understand also is that they look at finance, they don't understand that finance is the main weapon of the world.
That's how the world is controlled, through finance, not through technology, not through warfare.
Those are all supporting means.
Finance is the means of control.
So financial censorship is the most severe censorship.
So even if they cannot, for example, technologically shut something down, they will look to financially censor it.
What does that mean?
Any social platform requires value creators to earn something.
For example, there are hundreds of nodes around the world.
These people burn electricity.
They use up their machine.
They use up the bandwidth.
And can we rely on their altruism?
I mean, the reality is that you will never have enough people.
There are lots of great people in the world, many altruistic people.
But to run a machine on your dime for years and to find many of those people is impossible, right?
There's a problem even in economics called the tragedy of the commons.
Yes.
It's that when there's a common resource, people tend to take more than they give.
That's the nature of this world, right?
Of this fallen world.
So to solve this problem, this is where Bitcoin and pocket coin is modeled exactly like Bitcoin.
There's some differences.
I'll talk about it.
But at the core, the developers, we took Bitcoin.
The first version, people don't know this.
I don't think I ever discussed this.
The first version, we tried to build on Monero.
But it was not really possible to overcome a lot of problems because the ring signatures, they hide too much stuff.
We don't even know who made the post or who liked the post, right?
It's just not possible.
So we switched to Bitcoin, which is the next best thing.
It's a very robust code base, but the Bitcoin solved Now, Bitcoin solved more problems than that.
Once it solved that problem, it actually gave a solution to another problem, which is crucial.
How do people who support the network actually get value without having PayPal, Stripe, or bank account?
Because those things will be censored in a moment if Bastion had a bank account, right?
It would be censored.
Oh, absolutely.
If it had a PayPal, it would be shut down.
So, PocketCoin, the beauty of the Bitcoin that they gave us, the PocketCoin, that rewards people.
So, who creates value in Bastion and Brightion.io?
It will be note holders.
Clearly, people who hold notes create value.
Well, they can earn PocketCoin.
That's built in.
They don't need Visa, MasterCard, banks, nothing.
It's a completely parallel economy.
Okay?
Then...
Authors.
Authors need to make money.
It's not possible to create high-quality content and have a full-time job, usually.
Very rarely, I don't think I've ever seen that.
And that's one thing I realized when I started Bastion.
Before that, I thought, well, blogging is just you talk.
But then I realized that it's a tremendous effort to produce high-quality content.
And so, Pocketcoin, again, gives us ability for bloggers to earn.
They earn rewards from every blog from a mission.
They can also earn rewards through advertising.
There's something being built called decentralized advertising exchange where advertisers can come and say, I want to advertise on your channel.
And it's kind of like a smart contract in PocketCoin.
The author gets paid and the advertising is posted in the channel when the author approves.
Again, PocketCoin gives out without any recourse to the banking system, which we know is a tool of power.
I mean, it's not just a tool of power.
It's the source of power.
So the beauty of it is that it can reward everybody.
It can reward developers who work on the project.
So it creates a whole separate system from banking.
Importantly, Pcoin, there are swaps out there where people can swap Pcoin for Bitcoin or swap it for Monero or whatever else.
Yeah, it's traded on two exchanges.
DigiPhoenix, it's an Asian exchange.
I don't think as an American you can trade there.
But there's another exchange, Tabbit, and they wrote that Americans and Canadians can trade there.
I think they trade for USDT. I don't get involved much with exchanges, but it is traded on exchange.
But I will say this, that also in Bastion and Brighteon.io, on the left you have a list of categories.
One of those categories is Bitcoin peer-to-peer.
And that's my dream is actually that we bypass the exchanges.
If you're crypto savvy, or if you're looking to learn the mechanism of buying crypto in exchange, you should do that.
You can do that.
I'm not like super advocate for exchanges because it knows your information.
Ultimately, exchanges will be censored, just like domain names.
For now, you can use exchanges.
But my dream is that it goes into peer-to-peer.
And one of the things that Bastien does is there's a category, Pecoin peer-to-peer on the left.
Once you choose that category, there are many ads.
Now, the thing about it, it's...
You have to...
It's at your risk because we don't check every ad.
There's no staff in Bastion.
So you write in chat...
Right, here's an ad.
Here's another ad.
So these are people offering to buy or sell Bitcoin.
Yeah, so you look for an ad.
What is that?
There's actually a spam post right there.
If you scroll down, you will find...
Yeah, well, this...
If you scroll down, you will see a post.
Somebody's spamming this channel.
There's one next one.
If you scroll down, that one right there, that's a seller that I've seen.
And there are a few others.
So you write to them in chat and you start with small quantities.
The big thing is when you do it that way, you don't submit your information to the exchange.
And this is, I think, helpful.
Now, exchange can be easy as well.
The point about pocket coin, I would call it more an advertising or attention token because its main value is advertising.
And if you think about it, That's really different from most of cryptos.
You know, you and I discussed this.
I think cryptocurrency is an amazing invention.
I mean, I used it for the project of my life, part of Bitcoin.
But we also know that most of the cryptocurrencies are completely useless.
So most of the coins exist there just to basically speculate, and then they have nothing behind them.
That's right.
With the number of users.
So what are these networks?
Like a telephone is a network.
Social media is a network.
So pocket coin is as valuable as the audience that can see the post because you can advertise on Bastion only with pocket coin.
It's just built in because it's natural.
It's the same blockchain.
That's the idea.
So people who are at value, which are again note holders, authors, developers, they earn pocket coin.
People who advertise give value to PocketCoin.
Now, there will be other features for PocketCoin, maybe some premium accounts or something, premium features, but the core of it is that you can use PocketCoin to get attention to your posts.
You can always think about it as advertising-backed currency, because what is backing fiat currencies at this point?
Only the power of the state.
Yeah, it's a powerful backing sometimes, but it can wane.
I mean, all fiat currencies die.
What is backing Bitcoin?
Well, what's backing Bitcoin is the years of network effects, the fact that it's on every exchange, it's in every crypto store, there's lots of stuff sold for Bitcoin.
That is what's backing Bitcoin.
But most of the other cryptos, when you look at crypto, you have to ask yourself, what is backing this crypto?
Because the technology is not enough.
The crypto technology is very easy.
There's lots of it now.
What's important is, what is backing?
For PocketCoin, the backing is the advertising.
It's the attention of people.
You can always convert it into something real, which is like, grow your audience or sell your products and so on.
Well, Daniel, we need to have this conversation.
I'll go ahead and share this with the audience, but I love the fact that Pcoin is a practical, blockchain-driven cryptocurrency that has intrinsic value in the Bastion ecosystem, or Briteon.io now.
But what I want to do, and I've been working on this with my devs for over a year now, and we've run into a lot of obstacles with other coins, but we would like to accept Pcoin as a payment I'll go ahead and announce this teaser to the audience.
That's my intention.
I want to work with you or anyone that you would recommend as a consultant to help us do that because we want to add this practicality to it where somebody can trade P-Coin for food.
Clean, organic, storable food.
I think that As we find more practical uses for crypto, and I would hope that we could also accept Monero and Bitcoin as well, and who knows, maybe a couple of others.
But this is how we help crypto succeed, is we create practical uses for it that people can translate into real goods and services.
On your platform, it's advertising.
They can use Bitcoin to pay for advertising.
But what if we could also accept it in our store and people could trade it for food?
Yeah, I think this is the biggest challenge of the crypto space is the fact that some people say, well, the cryptocurrencies, they went in the wrong direction.
It's too much speculation and so on.
But being a realist and student of history, I will say that this is inevitable.
If you look at every major invention in history, it was always like that.
Think of railroads.
I mean, 19th century.
It was the biggest, you know, scams and speculation, but in the end, railroads, I mean, they were kind of important, you know?
So, same thing was with internet and with lots of other things.
So, it is inevitable, I guess, that there's a lot of this froth, but I think we and people who are listening to you who are very thoughtful generally, right, I would think, because you educate them and they found you, We have to think about the world differently.
We have to think about cryptocurrency overcoming this barrier.
Yes, we know Bitcoin already overcame it.
Bitcoin is kind of a digital gold, even though I still believe that gold and silver are better in many ways.
But there are major uses.
Bitcoin overcame it.
It has real backing, real use.
But there's a lot of effort being thrown into building more and more tokens that have nothing behind them.
And I think the brains are, you know, the best brains and efforts have to be between, you know, everybody.
We have to think about how we create, how we give more backing to crypto so that it's actually backed by something.
Then the great taking, right, as David Webb wrote, is not going to be so easy.
Because it really assumes there's no escape hatch.
And the same thing with freedom of speech.
It only works, what they planned only works if we fail.
That means that the communication is cut off.
If the communication is not cut off and we have means of, we have money that has some real backing that cannot be just deflated in one day, then they lose.
That's just the way it is.
is.
So I don't think it's hopeless.
Yeah.
I agree with you.
And this is the core of decentralization.
That's why I launched my show a year ago, Decentralize.TV, that focus on this, because I also realized that decentralization was the way we win.
And that means maintaining the ability to communicate, having decentralized money, which is Bitcoin and crypto and Monero and so on, having decentralized speech, which now your platform is the best solution that I've ever seen in the world, and that's why we partnered with you, brighteon.io, and that's why we partnered with you, brighteon.io, But also we need decentralized food, right?
So that's why I encourage people to grow food.
Do your own sprouting.
Save your garden seeds.
Know how to grow food.
Have backyard chickens.
And that's why the governments are trying to crack down, at least in the West, on backyard chickens.
Or in Europe, they're trying to close down the farms.
They're destroying hundreds, if not thousands, of farms across the Netherlands and Ireland and the UK and so on.
It's an attack on the farming infrastructure.
But if we have this decentralization of resources, then we become resilient and we maintain our ability to be independent thinkers and not to depend on a government, you know, CBDC handout, universal basic income with all their censorship and all their universal basic income with all their censorship and all their vaccine mandates and all their other, you know, bull crap that they're pushing.
It's all related.
And that's the story.
Yeah, that's the key word you said, resources.
I'm always like, when I talk to people, I always try to explain to them that we're in a war, clearly.
I mean, it's a different kind of war, of course, but it's a war because our existence is at stake.
I mean, I think that's very plain at this point.
It's not hyping it or overstating it.
But what wins wars?
Ask yourself, look at the history.
Because the way we conditioned and the way history is taught us, We tend to think about like heroism, right?
Heroism wins wars.
And I'm all for heroes.
I think the power of individual is massive in history.
But if you really study the wars, you understand that in the end, the war is one of the resources.
Very rarely, if ever, somebody wins a war without significant resources.
It's just that's the way it is.
And so what we're trying to build for people is to have ability to have some resources so when the time comes, there are resources for us to rely on to survive and then kind of fight back.
And that's where communication is a resource, right?
Food is a resource.
By the way, on Bastion, Bastion was originally designed and envisioned as more of a kind of a platform, app store, if you will, that Bastion Social is one of the applications, but there will be many others.
So developers already created a concept that It's called Barteron.
Club is the domain.
It's going to go into the desktop app soon as well, but it's being developed.
So what that is is ability for decentralized barter.
Barter doesn't mean just barter.
It means crypto, if you want to do silver.
When you make an ad, you can actually say, hey, you know, I'm going to sell this milk for silver.
And so then, it's just like in Bastion and Brighteon.io, you go in and there's a private chat.
There's no, like, we don't do payments, right?
Barteron doesn't do payments because it's not a corporation.
It's about connecting people.
It doesn't even things like that we designed an algorithm for three-way barter, which I think is immensely helpful.
Oh, wow.
Sometimes the two-way coincidence of once will not happen in the geographic area.
But when you do a three-way, then all of a sudden the possibilities are much, much larger.
Yeah, absolutely.
So Card Run is a sophisticated app that is free to use.
It doesn't charge a commission.
Basically, no corporation has another auxiliary benefit, right?
There's no earnings reports and there's no need to grow.
money at the expense of users.
It's like it's just there.
Barteron is there, you use it, and there'll be other apps I'm sure, 'cause I know you have, like your store, HealthRanger store, could be put as an app in that store.
And that means that it's also completely uncensorable because it'll be part of the desktop app, part of the blockchain.
And it's not even that difficult.
You can use JavaScript to develop it and create that app.
So you will go in, it'll be Bastion, there'll be Brighteon, there'll be Health Ranger Store, Barteron, and there'll be all these apps that you can use all in one place with one private key.
And then you don't need the centralized internet at all.
Well, what I would really like, I mean, what you have built is really extraordinary, and I can only imagine the technical hurdles.
You know, to build a decentralized ecosystem is so much more complex than just having a centralized hosting server.
So whatever your team has done is absolutely brilliant.
I can't even begin to ponder.
I know you've spent years.
You've dedicated a lot of your professional life to this.
In my mind, the next application that I want to see, and this may not be possible because it's very bandwidth heavy, is I'd like to be able to have my podcast, like this broadcast, like to have an app that's just feeding these videos out to everybody across the Bastion universe.
If they want to pull those videos, they can watch them there.
Because, like I said, I think that Brighttown.com is ultimately going to be censored.
But if I could push videos out through a decentralized peer-to-peer system, and somehow if it could handle that, that's like a dream come true for me.
That's being built.
I didn't mention this, but in a desktop app already, you can download videos from your favorite authors, and you can become a source of those videos for others.
So that supports the network.
Also, even if all the servers are down, Basically, the app users become the servers.
So that will grow eventually into file sharing.
It's kind of like the concept of torrent.
The problem with torrent is that it's disorganized.
You know, it's kind of hard to find things.
And also, there's no compensation.
In torrent, there's no financial economy.
So in Bastion, there is a financial economy.
So there'll be an incentive.
Let's say that you put out a massive video file or some other file or your large language model.
And people want to be seeds for it, right?
They want to hand it out.
Well, in Bastion, it's then very easy, based on various mechanisms, proof of storage and others, to basically say, okay, I downloaded Mike's large language model.
I can give it to you, but send me some pocket coin.
And that becomes a solution because now you're using all of the computer space that people have, all of the bandwidth that they have.
Yes, it will probably not be as fast as Google or whatever, but that's not our goal.
Convenience is a slow death.
And I'm not saying it should be inconvenient.
If you use the brighteon.io, you will see that It is a very convenient app, I think, for what it is.
But it will never be compared to YouTube because of the billions they put in there.
But think of it that way.
The billions they put in there is to buy you.
It's like the cheese in the mousetrap looks very free.
But it's actually the most expensive cheese in the world.
It's just that you pay after with your life.
So yes, if you basically hand out the files in a decentralized way, it'll take somewhat longer to download.
Is it a worthwhile inconvenience to be free of the yoke of the centralized tech and bankers?
I mean, I think that the answer is a no-brainer.
Yeah, for more and more people, they are wanting to off-grid from the centralized control grid and express their own freedom.
And by the way, I should mention, if you sign up at brighteon.io or at Bastion, there's no KYC. You don't need to send a driver's license.
You don't even need to use an email.
So there's no identity required.
You can be completely anonymous.
Yeah, no phone number, no email, no nothing.
And that's the principle.
Yeah.
It creates problems because of bots, but this is the arms race that the Bastion and all the Bastion ecosystem will be in.
And I know we're fully aware of that, that the race will be against bot networks because they're going to try to attack because of the lack of the personal identification.
But that's a challenge we will solve.
That's a challenge that has solutions, especially in the crypto space.
Because there are solutions against spam specifically that came from the Satoshi paper, you know, from Bitcoin.
And, you know, they may, it'll be a battle for sure, but they will lose.
Well, I love how you've integrated Bitcoin into your ecosystem to give it a reputation factor as well.
And there's also a reputation score that is earned.
I was checking my reputation score on your network the other day, and I was shocked.
It's like 4,000 or something.
I didn't even know it got there.
Well, it's probably not the right to call it reputation because it doesn't necessarily mean that it's good or bad.
All it means is that likely, if a person has a high number there, that means they're likely not a bot.
It's just a defense against bots.
If you come in at first, you have some limits.
You can make five posts per day.
You actually get 30 or 40 comments.
So it's generous, but you can't upload video right away.
That's because we don't know.
The registration is so simple.
It requires no personal info.
But as you build up, as you comment and you post, gradually people give you high ratings.
Eventually you will get to a point where this number is high and then your other functions open up.
That's a way to defend against bots.
I love that.
I think that's brilliant.
I mean, actually, we adopted something like that years ago on Brighttown.com.
We didn't allow unlimited video posting on day one.
You had to actually earn video views in order to have the right to post more videos.
So that was like a really simple version of what you're describing, but I think you've really perfected it.
Well, Daniel, we're out of time for this hour, but I want to say how blown away I am by what you've built.
It's, I mean...
This is going to impact the world, the future of humanity in such a positive way because free speech, like real free speech, decentralized personal power to speak and reach people is not available through Twitter.
It's not available through any big tech site, but it is available through Brighteon.io built on the Bastion core engine.
So Daniel, thank you so much for what you've done.
You've made a huge contribution to humanity.
Thank you, Mike.
And thank you for, you know, really being thoughtful and understanding the technology.
And I invite everybody, all the like-minded people, you know, to join in some way.
Because remember, this is not a project owned by me in any way, right?
I'm just a popularizer.
You can join if you're a developer, if you're, you know, whatever your skill, join because this is our common cause, right?
And there should be more platforms like this, right?
If more people develop something like that, we'll be better off.
But if you have skills and time, join in.
Because, you know, we've built the foundation, but kind of the real battle is beginning.
That's right.
That's right.
And for those who want to follow me, my username is HealthRanger on the platform, as you might imagine.
But we also have Brightown and Natural News and others.
And we will rely on Brightown.io as our emergency comms system.
So when the Internet kill switch is activated, you need to fire up your Brightown.io or Bastion app, and that's how you're going to be able to keep in touch with everything that's going on in the world.
Thank you so much, Daniel.
It's been a pleasure to speak with you.
I'm really excited about this project, and I can't wait to help you make it grow.
I'm spreading the word to other influencers and publishers and people I know, and I've had a lot of interest already.
Some people want to do what we did with Brighton, so I might introduce you to some other big influencers who want to do something similar.
It could be interesting.
Makes perfect sense.
Thank you for having me.
So check it out.
Join up.
It's free to join, free to use.
You can start actually earning Pcoin and earning a reputation there.
And most importantly, having a backup channel of communications.
Really thrilled to be able to announce this.
It's been all ready.
You know, we announced our AI large language model project at Brightown.ai.
And now we have this project at Brightown.io.
And guess what?
There are more surprises coming this year as well in the area of tech.
So thank you for watching today.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon.com.
God bless you all.
Take care.
Let me share with you what's new at HealthRangerStore.com.
We've got an amazing new product, and it's called Golden Milk.
I've got some here on the desk showing you.
Those are some of the new products.
Well, some back in stock.
Cocoa Energize is back in stock.
That's got the mushroom blend in it, including the lion's mane mushroom.
We've also got the ahi flower oil in the green bottles there.
That's the best plant-based oil that's kind of like fish oil, but it's not from fish.
It's only from plants.
But let me tell you about this golden milk.
If you could show my screen, this organic golden milk superfood blend, you just blend it with water and it makes a delicious drink.
Let me show you the ingredients right here.
Look at this.
Coconut milk powder, date sugar, all organic, organic curcumin, turmeric root powder, ginger root powder, ashwagandha powder, there's a big immune system modulator right there, and organic cinnamon powder.
So think about these key ingredients.
It's turmeric, it's ginger, it's ashwagandha, and it's cinnamon, and it's sweetened with date sugar, which is naturally low glycemic.
This is a truly amazing product.
It's super delicious, and it's just loaded with Very healthy nutrients.
Available now at HealthRangerStore.com.
And we've also got, back in stock now, Organic Coco Energize.
And this has the mushroom blend in it, so not only does it have lion's mane mushroom, but as you can see here, it's got...
Maka powder, reishi powder, chaga, cordyceps, turkey tail, lion's mane, maitake, and shiitake mushroom powder.
Also sweetened with coconut sugar.
So just an amazing blend.
If you love the taste of chocolate and you like the benefits of these medicinal mushrooms, then that's your best product right there.
Coco Energize is back in stock at our store.
And then we also have Organic 7 Treasures Mushroom Powder, available at the store, healthrangerstore.com.
This is available now, and it's got the same mushroom blend in it, but it's just concentrated or focused on the mushroom blend without cacao or any other sweeteners or ingredients like that.
So be sure to check that out.
Now let me tell you about two infrastructure projects that are available right now free of charge for you to use.
The first one here is Brighteon.ai.
So we've released our first artificial intelligence large language model.
It's available now.
You just register with your email address right here, and then you can download the language models free of charge.
They're called Neo.
You can download them to your local computer.
You can run them.
These are special large language model chatbots that we built that are built on base models.
The first one is based on Phi 2.
Another one's coming based on Meastral.
And these allow you to have your own local chatbot with special knowledge in herbs, nutrition, food, gardening, permaculture, all kinds of things like that.
And we're continuing with more training and more waves of training, but also an expanded data set.
This is free for you to use.
We're giving it to the world.
It's non-commercial.
It's open source.
There's no ads on it.
There's no surveillance.
You use it locally, and it's a massive knowledge base, kind of like a Noah's Ark of knowledge that you can have at your fingertips on Mac, Windows, and Linux systems.
So that's all available at brighteon.ai.
And then check out this.
We've just announced this site, brighteon.io.
Which is a decentralized peer-to-peer social media type of platform.
And you're seeing posts here from some of the other users right now.
I have no idea what they posted, but there's all kinds of stuff from all over the world.
The point of this, Brighteon.io, is it's built on the Bastion platform.
So it's completely decentralized.
There are no central servers.
It doesn't need any domain names to function if you download the app.
And you can get the app at brighttown.io slash applications.
That will take you to the app.
And once you run the app, even if the internet kill switch is activated and domain names no longer function, the app will still work.
This is our emergency comms backup system.
So just go to Brighteon.io, download the app, and then follow me.
My username is HealthRanger.
We also have Natural News and Brighteon and so on.
Follow me there, and then if something bad happens, the Internet domain name system goes down, but TCPIP is still working, You'll be able to get our emergency messages through brighteon.io, the application.
Or if you don't want to use the app, and if domain names are working, you can just go to any web browser and type in brighteon.io.
I strongly encourage you to reserve your username now on the platform because it's going to get a lot more popular.
So get your usernames, save your secret private key, which is basically your password, to be able to log in.
And you can start using this platform.
There's no censorship here.
It's not even possible.
Even the founders of this system, even the people who built it can't kick people off of the system because it's structured based on decentralized blockchain technology.
That's what powers this whole thing.
This is really a revolution in freedom of speech.
And I can see a lot more people moving over to this because Twitter is not really free speech.
Elon says it is, but it isn't.
There's a lot of shadow banning, a lot of deplatforming, a lot of links that are banned.
In fact, Brighteon links are banned from Twitter right now, still.
So use brighttown.io instead and make sure that you let your audience know that you are on brighttown.io if you're a podcaster or an influencer or a business and that this is a way they can always hear from you even if the internet kill switch is activated.
Now finally, back to our store, healthrangerstore.com and our new foods here, superfoods, organic golden milk superfood blend.
All of this is related.
When you purchase our products at healthrangerstore.com, Not only are you getting the healthiest, lab-tested, certified, organic, heavily scrutinized, pure, pristine ingredients, no junk, no garbage, no fillers, you're getting the best superfood products in the world, you're also helping to support our other projects like Brighttown.io and Brighttown.ai.
And these are infrastructure projects for human freedom.
We're giving you back the tech, free of charge, that you can use to empower your knowledge, to empower your voice, and to help defend yourself against censorship and against, well, nefarious governments that are trying to shut down humanity.
So this is all related.
Thank you for supporting us at HealthRangerStore.com.
Enjoy our new products.
Show my desk again.
Just a little selection of what we have.
Golden milk, you're definitely going to want to try that.
It's super delicious.
You might think drinking turmeric and ginger, how could it be delicious?
But it is.
It's quite delicious.
Check out the Coco Energize.
Check out the Ahi Flower Oil and so many other products that we have available now at healthrangerstore.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of brighttown.com, and I thank you for your support.
We couldn't do it without you.
God bless you, and God bless America.
Take care.
A global reset is coming, and that's why I've recorded a new nine-hour audiobook.
It's called The Global Reset Survival Guide.
You can download it for free by subscribing to the naturalnews.com email newsletter, which is also free.
I'll describe how the monetary system fails.
I also cover emergency medicine and first aid and what to buy to help you avoid infections.
