Now, I want to say, today's edition, I'm calling this the Assume Crash Positions edition of Bright Town Broadcast News, because The thing that really hit me over the weekend is how close we are to the total collapse of what we know.
I guess I should clarify that.
The Western financial system, the collapse of the culture, the collapse of the United States of America as we know it, the collapse of a functioning global economy because of World War III. That is, now we've seen the leaks of the Pentagon documents.

Did you check those out over the weekend?
It's very clear that the United States is planning to provoke World War III. No question about it at this point.
And we even have mainstream financial media like Yahoo Finance reporting on the $1.5 trillion tidal wave of commercial real estate collapses that's coming.
They call it a $1.5 trillion wall of debt looming for U.S. commercial properties.
We'll get to that.
But so many things are collapsing.
Did you know, for example, that $65 billion was pulled out of the United States banking system last week?
In one week, $65 billion.
And that's also mainstream media right there.
We're going to get into that as well, but things are accelerating very rapidly.
Now, the culture wars have, of course, kicked into overdrive, and I want to thank the Anheuser-Busch Company for helping millions of Americans stop drinking beer.
They've done an amazing job.
They have outdone Alcoholics Anonymous, even.
It's amazing.
The AA program, you know, 12-step program, turns out it only needs one step.
It is to hire a transgender as your spokesperson.
All of a sudden, millions of Americans stop drinking your beer.
It's amazing how quickly that happened.
I think Anheuser-Busch, or as it's called, Trans-Heuser-Busch, is doing quite a public service in this.
And that same trans person, a biological man pretending to be a woman, by the way, It's being paid by Nike to model women's sports bras.
Yeah, because, of course, the world is insane and the left is filled with absolute lunatic corporations that want a virtue signal.
What are they going to do next?
Are they going to hire this guy to promote tampons?
Yeah, that should be a really interesting commercial.
This tranny guy running around, he makes me feel free and fresh.
What are you talking about?
While modeling a Nike sports bra, you know, and drinking an Anheuser or Transheiser Bush beer.
Are you kidding me?
Has it ever occurred to Nike that the reason women need sports bras is because women have breasts?
Is that too much logic now for the corporate lunatics on the left?
They want a man who has no breasts.
To wear a women's sports bra, obviously the physiology is completely different.
And I know those of you who are women listening, you will agree with this statement that no man can quite fully understand what it's like to try to exercise and have rest.
It's just no man can do that.
Just like no woman can quite understand what it's like to train in martial arts and have balls.
Believe me, there's no way that women can quite understand that.
Or the pain of getting kneed in the balls accidentally by your training partner, or on purpose perhaps.
But these are all just signs of the end times.
We are truly approaching the end of human civilization as we know it.
I mean, this is total demonic insanity to pretend that a man can be a woman and to have the corporations using these transgenders as their spokespeople.
And I recorded a separate podcast on this, by the way, and in that podcast I pointed out that if you track the virtue signaling of these corporations from, let's say, the 1970s to today, Early on, it was about having women as spokespeople, because these corporations wanted to be pro-woman.
I'm woman, hear me roar.
It was like, women are awesome, motherhood, and mothers, and breastfeeding, and children, and I can bring home the bacon.
Remember that commercial?
And it was all about being a woman.
Maybe over the last decade or so, that transitioned into people of color.
All of a sudden, every spokesperson for every big corporation was a black person or a black woman.
Just for some reason, there was a switch that was flipped, and suddenly everybody was black in all the commercials.
There were no more white people.
All the white people lost their jobs looking for work, holding signs on the street corners, you know, we'll work for food, we'll act for food.
You know, they got no acting jobs.
All those jobs given to people of color.
And that lasted a little while.
And black people were really happy about that for a while.
I'm getting all the jobs.
Jobs that used to go to the white folks.
This is amazing.
Now, the black folks are getting replaced by the trans white people.
That's right.
The trans are taking over the black roles as corporate spokespeople.
And of course, the women were ditched a long time ago.
So now the trans authoritarian have thrown the women overboard.
Think about that.
You don't even have to be born trans, obviously, because it's a state of mind.
It's a delusional state of mind, but it's a state of mind.
So someone can decide that at any moment.
They can just say they're trans and then move to the top of the hierarchy of society.
And that's what's happening now.
So all the corporations are going to shove trans, well trans women they call them, but biological men pretending to be women, you know, big honking fat dudes with wigs basically and wearing bras, you know.
Oh, finally!
My man!
You know, that kind of thing from the corporate advertisers.
And wearing high heels and whatever.
This is what it's coming to.
And they expect you to just swallow it, you know, like you're drinking a beer.
Oh, this trans beer is awesome!
You know, while your buddies are joking.
Yeah, you drink that, it's going to turn you gay!
Like it turns the frogs gay, too!
It's going to turn you gay!
I mean, that's a joke, but...
It's becoming part of pop culture now to realize that companies like Anheuser-Busch are not really aligned with America, are they?
Not aligned with reality.
And frankly, they're offending everyone.
They're offending all the people that are good people, that have good values, that want to raise their kids the right way, without drag queen story time and transgender mutilation surgeries and so on.

Because I want to support American companies, companies that have values, good values, that don't want to mutilate children and convince the world that everybody's trans.
But I've also pointed out, by the way, that the real reason they're shoving trans down your throat right now is Well, these companies have been ordered to do so in order to try to cause a kind of like a civil war of sorts in America.
They want to cause a violent uprising.
They want to get trans people and non-trans people literally killing each other, which has already begun because the trans terrorists, that one in Nashville, already shot up a Christian school.
At least that's what we were told.
There's a lot of fishy things about the other so-called trans shooter That I reported on last week.
Or would-be shooter.
There was a second trans person that was arrested.
And they found a copy of the Communist Manifesto.
And they found a notebook of a bunch of plans of the school.
And notes about how to 3D print guns and everything.
But they never found any guns or weapons or ammo or anything like that.
It was a bunch of, I don't know, fantasy land type of stuff.
Anyway...
We'll try to track what's going on there.
The point is powers that be want the American people fighting with each other.
They tried to start a lot of race wars.
They tried to start blacks against whites.
They tried that.
Obama pushed that hard.
And the media has been pushing that hard.
They really tried to get a race war going and it failed because they just couldn't convince people to kill each other based on the color of their skin.
Thank goodness.
We don't want to kill each other.
We want to live in a society of abundance and freedom and we want to work together and transact business with each other and have our kids in the same schools and whatever.
We don't want to go to war with People just because they're a certain color.
So that agenda failed.
So now they're trying this agenda, the trans agenda, in order to try to make some people snap, make some conservatives snap.
I've had enough!
No more trans!
And they want them to pick up a gun, which, of course, you should never do this, obviously.
But they want them to commit violence against some kind of trans victim, which is insane.
And I think that's going to fail too.
I don't think that the American people are so easily manipulated into acts of violence against each other.
And I think more and more Americans are realizing that the real war on us is being waged by the government and the globalists, big tech, and coming up, the AI overlords, or as I call them, the woke AI overlords.
Yeah, you're going to have Skynet soon.
You're going to have Terminator drones and robots and Terminator dogs hunting you down.
This is going to be a war with the machines.
That's the real war that's coming.
But I guess we'll cover that in more detail in another podcast.
Okay, on a personal note here, just hobby time stuff I want to tell you.
You know I've been learning the Rubik's Cube.
I've been learning the algorithms called the first two layers or F2L. I will demonstrate for you on camera here pretty soon.
But I have now mastered F2L without...
Without reorienting the cube.
So I can do F2L from all four sides without having to switch the sides around.
That took a while.
It took me a few weeks to nail that down.
Just had a few minutes per day to practice that.
But I got that nailed down, and I've also completed the OLL, which is the Orient Last Layer, part of the CFOP method.
So I've almost got all the algorithms nailed down for this pretty rapid solve.
And it's a lot of fun.
I really encourage you to, if you want to check into this, check out the Rubik's Cube.
The best one is made by a company called GAN. After working with this for many weeks now, I can't even go back to a regular Rubik's Cube.
It's like trying to slog through mud or something.
It's unreal.
Once you use a GAN Cube, you just never go back to anything else.
I'm also finding that more and more I can perform algorithms with my eyes closed.
Once I know what I'm doing, I kind of pre-memorize a couple of things I can do with my eyes closed.
Not the whole thing, obviously, but just maybe one or two algorithms.
There's some people who solve these things blind.
I mean, they cover their eyes and they solve it, the whole thing, just by memorizing things right up front.
That's...
Pretty amazing.
I don't think I will ever get to that point.
But it's a good exercise for your hands and your brain at any age.
And if you want to know which website to start with on this, the easiest place to start is a site called RUWIX, R-U-W-I-X.com, RUWIX.com.
And just click on the beginner's method, or what's it called, the easy method, easy solution, and that'll give you the easy way to do it.
And then after you master that, you can go to advanced solutions, which is F2L, OLL, PLL, and so on.
But there's a lot to this.
It's pretty wild.
You know what freaked me out about this?
Do you have a hobby that you do so well that you don't have to think about it?
Like when I was a kid, I started learning the piano, keyboarding, before I was six years old.
And by the time I was, I don't know...
12 or 13, and I was doing a lot of compositions, and I could play songs on the piano that I had composed, and there were times where I would zone out and completely forget that I was playing the song, and I was thinking about something else entirely, or I got distracted by something else.
And then, like, the song went in, and I would come back, and like, holy cow!
Like, my brain just, my fingers and brain just did the rest of that song, and I didn't even know about it.
I wasn't even here!
That's how crazy it is.
Well, I've begun to experience a little bit of that in solving the Rubik's Cube.
It's like you do it enough times and then you don't necessarily have to think about it.
Your brain and your fingers just do some of these moves for you.
And actually, recently, some of these moves surprised me.
I was like...
Flick, flick, flick, flick.
Whoa!
Oh, that happened before I thought about it.
So there's some kind of neurological training that the human mind is capable of.
And I think you all do it when you drive.
We all do it when driving, right?
You can drive a car.
You don't have to think about everything.
You don't think about, am I between the lines?
You don't think about that.
You can talk and talk on the phone maybe.
You can maybe talk to a person.
I don't know.
You can listen to an audio book or maybe you're listening to this while you're driving.
You don't have to think about driving.
So we all experience this.
It's just a question of repetition.
You know, the same thing is true with firearm skills.
So if you shoot your pistol enough and you clear jams enough and you swap magazines enough and you get that sight picture, you know, you slowly squeeze the trigger and you fire off rounds or whatever with your pistol, with your rifle, It will become so automatic that you don't even know what you're doing.
I mean, you don't think about it.
And that is really where those skills need to be so that when you're all freaked out, when the zombies show up, you don't have to think through.
Like, what am I doing?
You know, your body and your fingers and, like, your brain and your eyes just work together.
Like, clickety-click, slap, racket, bamity-bam.
Done.
And you're like, whoa, what just happened?
Zombie drop.
That's what just happened.
Zombie drop.
Algorithm just took place.
Speaking of shootings and violence, have you noticed how many people are getting killed in San Francisco lately?
It's crazy.
This famous cyclist was just plowed down by a car.
Well, a person driving a car.
Just veered into the guy.
I don't recall his name.
Saw that over the weekend.
Quite a famous cyclist.
Like, why are you cycling around San Francisco?
Don't you know that's crazy, violent zombie land?
And he got run over and killed.
Very sad.
And then last week, this guy, he was working on, what was it, Cash App?
Was it Bill Lee?
I forgot if that's the right name.
This kind of tech entrepreneur guy who I think had two kids.
And he was, I think he was stabbed to death in San Francisco.
Just on the street, stabbed to death.
There's some other person got killed over the weekend as well.
It's just, you know, who's sticking around in San Francisco, frankly?
Who wants to be there?
You know, how many deaths does it take before you realize, I need to get out of this place?
I mean, how many piles of human dump do you have to walk over on the street before you say, maybe this is not the best city for me?
I don't know why people are still left there, especially when you can't carry a firearm.
You're not allowed to.
Someone can just walk up and stab you to death.
What are you going to do?
You know, unless you happen to be really good at martial arts or you have some other super secret weapon system, laser eyes or whatever.
If you don't have that, you're just going to get stabbed to death in San Francisco.
Well, so people are fleeing California, at least the cities like that, but also breaking news, people are fleeing Portland.
Yeah, the OregonLive website, OregonLive.com, is reporting that people are flipping out and leaving Portland like crazy.
The Census Shows reports the website that Multnomah County lost more residents in the past two years nationwide, and Multnomah County, that's where Portland is located, nationwide than most every other county of its same size.
So people are fleeing Oregon in general, but they're fleeing Multnomah County specifically.
Why?
Because Portland's run by insane lunatic libtards.
I mean, come on.
These people hate the police.
They defund the police.
If you happen to get arrested for self-defense, you know, you're going to be convicted no matter what.
Because it's lunatics running Oregon.
Well, I should say Portland, Oregon.
And probably a few other left-wing cities there as well.
Lunatics.
Absolute lunatics.
You'd be crazy to go into the city.
It was like in Austin, Texas.
You'd be crazy to go into Austin these days.
Did you see how Garrett Foster was just convicted of murder for carrying out just an act of self-defense a couple of years ago?
That was because it was in Austin, Texas.
So there's a jury in Austin, Texas that has convicted Garrett Foster for defending himself against an AK-47 wielding left-wing lunatic rioter.
And, you know, Garrett Foster was just trying to defend himself as this left-wing lunatic was threatening him.
And, of course, the left-wing jury.
Of course they did.
They convicted Garrett Foster.
You can't get a fair trial in a blue city, even if you're a leftist.
It's not a fair trial.
They'll just declare you innocent just because you're a leftist.
In fact, if you murder people and you support Joe Biden, you'll be given a free pass by every left-wing jury in America.
We no longer have a jury of our peers.
We have in these blue cities a jury of lunatics.
That's what we have, a jury of lunatics.
Same thing's true along the East Coast cities as well.
One more reason not to go to those cities.
If something bad happens and you have to defend yourself in self-defense, you're going to be found guilty no matter what.
Because there's no longer logic or reason.
The entire left-wing lunatic fringe of this country, which has taken over the court system, taken over the schools, taken over the cities, they are driven entirely by irrational emotion, mostly hatred and intolerance towards Christians, white people, men, Trump supporters, gun owners, and anybody who loves America, for the most part, right?
They're insane.
It's not a jury of your peers.
Well, Texas governor...
That would be Governor Abbott there, has already announced that he is going to seek a pardon for Garrett Foster.
Now, the governor can't directly pardon in Texas.
There's a pardon board, and the governor has appealed to this pardon board, whatever it's called, and then they have to review this, and then they make a decision, and then I guess they approve the pardon, and then the governor signs it.
So Garrett Foster has a pardon coming.
And I tell you what, after he is pardoned, I want to have Garrett Foster on as a guest.
Because what an amazing story he will have to relate about how the radical left tried to ruin his life simply because he decided to defend himself against a violent, aggressive attacker who was a left-wing, rioting lunatic.
But thank God that Governor Abbott is pursuing this pardon.
It's the right thing to do.
When the justice system, if you can even call it that, is so twisted and distorted, when the jurors are so brainwashed and irrational that they can't even find one person to have some doubt that this guy's not a murderer, they couldn't get one person?
That's because they're all left-wing lunatics.
You can't get one person in there.
Well, the justice system has failed, and sometimes the governor has to step in.
And that's what it looks like it's going to be.
And I'm very proud of Ken Paxton, our Attorney General in the state of Texas as well.
And I'm also very proud of a lot of our Texas legislators, some of whom have just introduced that bill that I talked about in another podcast, where they're going to call for a Texas gold-backed digital currency system to be built to Where you take your gold, let's say if you have a lot of gold, and you want to turn it into a transactional currency in the digital realm, you take it to the Texas Depository.
And then they give you Texas Gold Bucks credit or whatever it's called in your app.
And then you can use that app to buy groceries, buy, sell, trade.
You can get paid in that if you're selling something.
You know, seeds at the local, you know, flea market or whatever.
Or you can just get paid in that.
Maybe you can use it to buy gas at a gas station.
You can buy, sell, and trade in this theoretical.
It's not real yet, but they want to build it.
This Texas gold-backed digital currency.
And I think it's an awesome idea.
Now, we need to make sure privacy is built into it because we don't want the government of Texas spying on our transactions, obviously.
So it's got to be Well, it can't be trustless because it is a centralized digital currency system, but it's not centralized by the Fed or the Treasury or the federal government.
It's the state of Texas.
So this is a really exciting idea.
I hope it works.
I hope it happens.
And if you live in Texas, call your representatives at the state level, state senators and state congresspeople, and urge them to support this bill.
We need a gold-backed digital currency.
Oh, and the best part is you can trade in your digital currency for gold, for physical gold, at any time.

You show up at the depository, you're like, I'll take my gold.
And you turn in your digital credits, your tokens, and you get your physical gold, and you can drive off.

So there's a lot of cool stuff happening in the realm of honest money.
Especially gold-backed crypto, which is, I've said for a long time, that's what I really want to see is a gold or silver-backed crypto.
Oh, and by the way, last week, Josh Sigurdsson mentioned to me this crypto system called Epic Cash.
And I've been digging into that a little bit.
I was able to talk to one of the key people that's part of Epic Cash.
And as he says, I'm going down the rabbit hole.
I am working on learning about that system to see what I think of it.
I'm doing a lot of due diligence on it.
I'm working on installing wallets and miners and nodes.
And I've read white papers, working to understand all of it.
I'm learning about Mimblewimble and CoinJoin and blockchain pruning and all kinds of stuff.
And, you know, the funny thing is, in learning all this about Epic Cash...
By the way, I don't own any Epic Cash.
Well, actually, someone did send me one Epic Cash coin.
It's worth like $1.40 or something.
I own one coin.
But in learning about this, I'm learning about all the shortfalls of Bitcoin.
How much Bitcoin is outdated.
Because Bitcoin's not private.
Bitcoin's not truly fungible.
Bitcoin is not really a trustless system, not in the way that most people use it.
Bitcoin is largely centralized and controlled by whales.
It's not scalable except when you add the Lightning Network on top of Bitcoin.
And then you add the Lightning Network, well...
Who's behind that?
It's MasterCard and all these wealthy people, like Jack Dorsey, I think, is part of it.
A bunch of wealthy controllers.
It's not decentralized.
We need a money system that's decentralized, that's truly peer-to-peer, that is trustless, that is fungible, that is private, truly private, anonymous.
That's what we need.
So Bitcoin is not that, it turns out.
I don't know.
It's fascinating to me to learn so many shortfalls of Bitcoin at this point.
I was always skeptical of Bitcoin and some of its problems, although I always appreciated the promise of peer-to-peer decentralized money or currencies, things like that.
That's why I like gold, by the way.
Gold is fungible.
Every ounce of gold is the same as every other ounce of gold.
You look at a piece of gold, you don't know its history.
You don't know where it's been.
You don't know if that ounce of gold was used to buy, I don't know, a cow or hookers.
I mean, and it doesn't matter.
It's gold.
It doesn't matter where it has been spent before.
But Bitcoin, they can trace it all back and they can taint the coins.
These coins were used to buy illegal drugs on the Silk Road or whatever and ban those coins and ban those wallets because it's all on the blockchain.
So Bitcoin is obsolete, in my opinion, at least from a technical perspective.
It doesn't mean it doesn't have a place in terms of its wide acceptance.
But in terms of the tech, Bitcoin, it's like, I don't know.
At least a decade behind.
Something like that.
Maybe more.
Anyway, it was a nice first shot at things, but it has a lot of pitfalls.
Now, speaking of digital currencies and so on, this interesting story appeared on Cointelegraph.com over the weekend.
So the ECB president, that's the European Central Bank, ECB president, and that is Christine Lagarde.
Yeah, her.
She said, now she was on this Zoom call with someone that she thought was Zelensky, the corrupt regime leader of Ukraine.
She thought it was Zelensky, and so she was saying things to him that she might not admit publicly.
But it was a fake Zelensky.
It was just some guy that tricked her, which is hilarious.
It's kind of like a comedian guy.
He tricks a lot of high-profile people into believing that they're talking to presidents or high-level people, whatever.
Anyway, this story title says CBDC, that's Central Bank Digital Currencies, will be used for control of The ECB president admits in a video chat with fake Zelensky.
And so the ECB president admitted there will be control in regards to the digital euro.
That it will be used to control payments that people can make.
And in this video, Lagarde says that she's, quote, personally convinced that we have to move ahead with the digital euro.
And then she goes on to say the following.
Now, pay attention.
This is fascinating.
She says, quote, we are considering weather for very small amounts, anything that's around 300 or 400 euros, we could have a mechanism where there is zero control.
But that could be dangerous, she says.
Dangerous to whom?
Dangerous to the government.
To let people have zero control.
She's admitting there's going to be control for anything over 300 or 400 euros and that she is afraid of not having control over the smaller amounts like 300 or 400 euros.
So here we go.
This is an admission of By one of the leaders of Europe, ECB, the central bank, which by the way is going to be bankrupt before long.
The euro will collapse, but that's a different story.
She's admitting that they're going to use CBDCs to control people, which means to enslave them.
This is why you should never...
Never use a digital currency controlled by a central bank such as the Federal Reserve or the ECB or the Reserve Bank of Japan or what have you.
I mean, it's risky enough to maybe use it from the state of Texas.
But if Texas has real privacy controls, which I guess that's debatable, might be worth considering.
But definitely don't use CBDCs from central banks.
Hence, this is why privacy coins in the private space are so popular among people who know what's going on.
This is why they like the privacy coins that don't reveal who you are on the blockchain.
So, in fact, a lot of crypto people, since this video came out, a lot of crypto people were pointing out, like, this is why you need to get into crypto.
Because you don't want governments to control your money, obviously.
Now, I've said previously, many times, in fact, that what the West did to Russia by cutting Russia off of the SWIFT system, that's the same thing the Western financial overlords are going to do to you and me.
It's the same thing.
And Christine Lagarde admits it.
She just totally admits it to fake Zelensky, which is almost redundant since Zelensky is fake.
I mean, he's an actor.
He's playing a role.
But she thought she was talking to the real Zelensky, who's actually a fake Zelensky, but she was actually talking to the real fake Zelensky, who's not the real Zelensky, if you can sort that out.
But she admitted the truth that they want to use central bank digital currencies to control your behavior.
So, of course, more and more people are going to be looking for alternatives.
And what are those alternatives?
Well, there's only a few choices as far as I can tell.
I mean, it's gold and silver for sure, but it's hard to send gold to somebody unless you're doing the trades in person, you know.
It's hard to pay gold to somebody in a different state, different country, halfway around the world.
That's difficult.
It might get intercepted in between, and it takes time.
So this is why we need privacy coins or gold-backed digital tokens that can be redeemed for gold from a trusted source, perhaps the state of Texas, for example.
But this is exciting.
I love the fact that Lagarde is just admitting the plan and basically telling people that you're an idiot if you don't reject the central bank digital currency system.
Like anybody who signs up for the Fed program, what's it, FedNow, or it might have some other name, digital dollar.
Anybody who signs up for that is an idiot.
They're just signing up to be spied on and then limited.

The banks are collapsing by the day.
I mean, you're watching it happen.
The commercial real estate market is collapsing.
We'll get to that story in a second.
But remember, last week, people pulled $65 billion out of the U.S. banking system.
So where are they putting that money?
Where are they putting it?
Well, not into commercial real estate, that's for sure, because the offices are all vacant.
Nobody's leasing the office space.
People are still working from home.
And where are people putting that money?
Well...
I mean, sort of mainstream-ish people are putting it into things like treasuries and maybe bonds and definitely some stocks.
But I think more alert people are putting that money into things like gold and silver and some crypto too.
And this is why crypto has spiked since the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.
Yeah, people are seeing crypto as a backup off-ramp.
And gold and silver are definitely a backup off-ramp.
And the reason I like gold and silver especially is you don't need to remember your password.
You can't lose it by forgetting your password or, oh no, I sent it to the wrong address!
And it doesn't just vanish when the power grid goes down either.
So gold and silver are unique in their physical form.
But people are definitely getting out of the banking system.
You know what?
Let's talk about that commercial real estate story here from Yahoo Finance.
A $1.5 trillion wall of debt is looming for U.S. commercial properties.
It's coming due for repayment before the end of 2025, says Yahoo here.
The big question facing these borrowers is who's going to lend to them?
So again, this is people and companies that own commercial real estate, and they borrowed from banks to buy the commercial real estate, expecting that they were going to be paid rent, leases, by the corporate customers of it. leases, by the corporate customers of it.
And that's not happening.
And so these people and organizations that own these commercial real estate towers, in many cases, tall buildings or what have you, they're not going to be able to make payments on their loans.
So there's going to be, frankly, a cascading series of commercial real estate loan collapses that, I mean, you know where this is going, right?
Think about how many banks have this bad debt on their books now, that they loan money for commercial real estate, and that commercial real estate is underwater.
Those banks...
I mean, it's $1.5 trillion of real estate debt that is on the books of these banks.
These are, right now, folks, these are unrealized losses.
When those losses are fully realized...
Many of these banks that made those loans will be so illiquid they will have to be bailed out with more money printing, which causes more inflation.
We're talking about a wave of bailouts here that is probably going to be bigger than the 2008 subprime mortgage collapse.
You know, The Big Short, one of my favorite movies of all time.
Subprime mortgage collapse took out Bear Stearns.
And a few months later, took out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and massive bailouts all around.
JP Morgan had to be bailed out, Bank of America, the whole deal.
What's coming next is bigger.
Real estate debt collapse, making banks illiquid.
And you know, right now, there are hundreds of banks in America that are illiquid.
They're underwater because they're holding a lot of long-term debt with very low yields, like 10-year treasuries at 1.5%, let's say.
Meanwhile, interest rates right now are, what, 5% according to the Fed?
So a Morgan Stanley analyst is even quoted in this story saying that property valuations could fall up to 40%.
Can you imagine?
You took out a loan on a $200 million tower building and then now it's only worth, what, $120 million?
And the bank says you've still got to make the payments, but you can't because no one's leasing the office space, so you don't have the cash to make the payments.
So you declare bankruptcy, and then the bank has to write off all the bad loans, and then the bank becomes insolvent.
And then there's counterparty risk to other banks that made bets on this bank's debt, and so on and so forth.
Again, it's the big short all over again.
It's collateralized debt obligations, CDOs.
And then there's derivatives of CDOs and CDO squareds and all this.
Same thing.
This is a nightmare that is coming.
And it's going to hurt for years to come.
From the Yahoo story, the wall of debt is set to get worse before it gets better.
Maturities climb for the coming four years, peaking at $550 billion in 2027.
What?
What?
$550 billion of loans come due in 2027, but also a lot more in the years between now and then.
It says here, 70% of the commercial real estate loans that mature over the next five years are held by banks, according to this report.
Wow!
Folks, we're talking about a collapse.
We're talking about a collapse of the banks that have exposure to commercial real estate.
It's coming.
It's going to be ugly.

But Twitter shut off Substack links from being shared.
Well, you know, Twitter bans anybody from sharing Brighteon.com video links.
And, by the way, Twitter continues to ban my own personal account, at HealthRanger.
And I want to thank all of you who have tweeted Elon Musk and have said, hey, stop banning the Health Ranger and stop banning Brighteon.com.
Thank you for doing that.
I've seen a lot of people tweet that.
I've even seen Wayne Allen Root sending that to Elon Musk, for example.
And so far, it's fallen on deaf ears.
Elon Musk hasn't done a thing to reverse the ban on Brighttown.com or on my own personal account, even though it was promised months ago that anybody who didn't violate the terms of service could reapply the They could have their account turned back on.
And that would happen within 90 days.
And it didn't.
It didn't happen in 90 days.
So my account's not turned back on.
We applied.
No action there.
I don't know.
So far, Elon Musk has not kept his word on that point.
And now they're kind of pseudo-banning Substack, you know?
A lot of people got banned, by the way, for comments about the transgenderism and the transgender shooter, the murderer in Nashville.
If you criticize that murderer on Twitter, you got banned!
And I gotta say, you know, Elon Musk or no Elon Musk, it seems like there is still a censorship deep state operating inside Twitter that is making sure that people like myself and platforms like Brighteon are still censored.
And they're censoring anybody who criticizes a transgender, even if it's a transgender murderer.
You see how crazy things are?
So Twitter is, what it looks like is Twitter is defending transgender violence against Christians.

There won't be centralized censorship controls that are effective for very many more years because technology is going to make them all obsolete.

If Elon Musk wants to throw away his entire purchase price, what was that, like $45 billion or something?

Do you remember, by the way, many years ago, it might have been 15 years ago, I was one of the first people in America to sell LED lights.
Those of you who are longtime fans, you might remember this.
Yeah, we had a company called EcoLEDs.
We were selling LED lights, and I made a video that said, I know that this company is going to be obsolete in a decade.
That larger manufacturers like General Electric will eventually manufacture these lights much more efficiently, lower costs, higher reliability, and so on.
And that I hope that my company, EcoLED, is put out of business, is made obsolete.
And that's exactly what happened.
So yeah, we sold LED lights very early on before you could ever find them in, let's say, Home Depot or retail stores or Walmart.
Now you can get LED lights everywhere.
Back then, you couldn't.
But I saw the trends of what was coming, and I see it now.
Centralized server-based systems for videos, for speech, for platforms, for content, all of it, it will be obsolete in time.
That means Substack will be obsolete, at least as currently structured.
Now, they can change with the times, and they can become more peer-to-peer.
Rumble will be obsolete, just as Brighton will be, just as BitChute will be.
But we can all survive by embracing peer-to-peer decentralized structure and topology, which will represent the future, Web 3.0, essentially.
So I see it coming.
I'm excited about it.

Now, to kind of shift gears here, by the way, as more proof that the population is collapsing, here's a story out of Eyewitness News 3, WFSB.com.
Report, maternity wards are closing across the country.
Oh, they're citing CNN here.
According to a report by the healthcare consulting firm Chartis, 217 hospitals in the United States have closed their labor and delivery departments.
Well, that's since 2011.
But they say 13 closures were announced in the past year alone.
Minnesota, Texas, Iowa, Kansas, and Wisconsin, each losing more than 10 facilities.
And they say some of the reasons of closure include a low volume of births.
Yeah, I wonder why.
You mean to tell me that fewer children are being born after so many pregnant women were injected with an infertility genocidal depopulation shot?
Is that possible?
Yeah, you're seeing it.
You're seeing it happen.
Closing maternity wards is another sign of the depopulation agenda kicking in.
That's exactly what's going on, folks.
You know where they really won't need maternity wards?
Is in these radical left-wing blue cities where the, quote, progressive parents mutilate the genitalia of their children.
Somehow, pregnancies don't work after that.
That's right.
It's a kind of depopulation.

A hundred more classified documents appeared online over the weekend.
U.S. secrets from Ukraine to the Middle East to China.
This is a new batch of classified documents that apparently are Pentagon documents.
They were distributed on various social media sites on Friday and basically shows that this is the biggest leak since Edward Snowden, probably.
And it's been called, quote, a nightmare for the five eyes.
The Five Eyes refers to the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
And in essence, these documents reveal, number one, Ukraine does not have air defense capabilities that are functioning very well.
But secondly, it shows that the Pentagon is absolutely attempting to ramp up the war with Russia into World War III. And when you combine this with our other intel sources that talked about the tanks and the fighter jets and the heavy equipment that's being staged for a war with Russia,
it becomes rather obvious that the United States intends, well, under the Biden regime, Intends to put us into World War III very soon.
And I have a feeling that that effort is being undertaken on an accelerating schedule to try to start World War III before the U.S. banking system totally collapses.
Because they need a cover story, obviously.
They need a cover story.
They need an emergency.
They need...
You know, national security declaration.
They need to force people into the central bank digital currency.
They need to force a way to try to block crypto, which won't really be possible, but they'll try.
They need a big emergency, so they're just going to create one and they're going to sacrifice potentially millions of lives in the process.
The U.S. has already sacrificed Europe's economy by destroying Nord Stream.
So, of course, the U.S. is willing to sacrifice the U.S. economy as well, which is exactly what's happening.
Folks, we're nearing the last chapter of this.
I mean, look at the de-dollarization, how it's accelerating.
Saudi Arabia moving away from the dollar.
Mexico wanting to join BRICS. Many other nations, Russia, Iran, Turkey, and so on, they're all talking about, well, actively moving against the dollar and clearing transactions in their own currencies, like the rupee in India.
This is only going to accelerate.
The dollar's days are really numbered here.
And I think the powers that be know this, and they need maximum chaos before the dollar collapse comes.
And the thing is, that collapse date keeps moving closer and closer to the present.
It's not a stationary target at some future date.
It keeps inching towards us because the instability of the system is kind of a self-reinforcing feedback loop of doom.
For example, the banks collapsing, causing money destruction, which will eventually cause asset value destruction in Wall Street, which is causing more businesses to shut down and lay off workers, causing fewer companies to lease commercial buildings, which is going to cause commercial building loans to collapse like we talked about.
It's going to cause more banks to fail, which is going to cause more money printing.
It's going to cause more inflation.
It's going to cause, you know, More businesses to go out of business because people can't afford to buy what they're selling.
And it's just, this is a feedback loop of doom.
So expect lifetime Black Swan events to emerge this year.
Well, I should say this year and next year, leading up to the so-called election, if it ever even happens.
I would just say get ready, prepare in every way you can.
Make sure you have backup supplies of all the things we talk about.
Food, you know, maybe backup communications, maybe gold and silver if that's right for you.
Definitely emergency medicine, definitely a bug out plan, definitely ammunition, firearms, proper safety training and so on.
Have a plan and have the skills and have the stuff.
That you're going to need, because there's no question in my mind that this collapse is rapidly accelerating.
We could wake up just, the banks are closed, the dollar's done, declaration of war.
We could wake up because Washington, D.C. got nuked.
We could wake up to an act of nuclear terrorism.
We could wake up to a cyber warfare attack on the financial infrastructure.
We could wake up to a downed power grid.
I mean, there's nothing they won't do to cause an emergency at this point.
We're living in extremely dangerous times.
