Situation Update, 1/18/23 - Saudi Arabia to END dollar dominance in global oil trade...
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
all right welcome to the situation update for wednesday january 18th 2023 Mike Adams here, the Health Ranger, naturalnews.com.
And I've had an extraordinary day.
I've had a lot of conversations, a lot of things happening, some things in development that are going to be rolled out, so many projects that you are going to love that I will be announcing over the subsequent weeks and months.
It's really going to be something.
This is shaping up to be an extraordinary year.
But there are also some very mysterious, very dangerous things happening in the world that we have to navigate.
And we're going to start out here with a couple of those things.
But I do want to tell you that the main story here today is about Saudi Arabia and how they are now ditching the dollar.
They're announcing that they're open to non-dollar trade settlements for oil.
So this is a bombshell.
I mean, this is an earthquake in the financial markets, and it's exactly what we've been warning about, that the day that the Saudis ditched the dollar, it's going to set off this cascade, a domino effect of other countries around the world saying, well, why do we need dollars?
Why do we need to use dollars to buy oil?
Why do we need dollars at all?
And so global dollar demand is going to begin collapsing.
It's not going to be all in one day, but it's going to be a steady collapse, a plummeting in the value of the dollar, a plummeting.
It's plummeting in the demand of the dollar.
Because if the Saudis will sell oil without the buyers having to have dollars, then all these countries around the world are going to say, well, we don't need dollars.
We're going to use something that's more stable.
Something that's not losing 2% per month or nearly that much in terms of its value.
So that's the main story we're going to talk about.
But we've got something else.
Some mysterious things happening here right now.
And yes, we're going to talk about the World Economic Forum and what's going on there and how come the Klaus Schwab and George Soros, you know, vanished and then one of them came back and then they're announcing they're going to own the future of the world and where did the attendees go?
What is going on there?
I don't have all the answers, but we'll talk about some of that.
Ask some questions anyway.
But there's a bigger story here about the FAA. Now, remember, I think it was just last week when the FAA grounded all the planes in America that morning, grounded everybody.
And later that afternoon, well, we were told it was a glitch, right?
A software glitch.
Oh, their system had to reboot or something, or they were running the entire air traffic control system on Hunter Biden's laptop, and people were doing lines of crack, and the coders were smoking crack, and then there was a reboot, and it was all on Windows or whatever.
What if that's all fiction?
Because later that day, I received information from two sources, which I did not pass on to you at the time because I couldn't confirm it.
These two sources told me that the grounding had happened because of a national security event, but that they didn't know what the national security event was.
But they said it had nothing to do with a cyber attack.
And one of my sources thought it had to do with the uranium material that was found on, I think it was inbound on a flight into the UK, and it was an Iranian national individual.
I think, I forgot all the details, but There was uranium material that was found.
And there was talk about, well, actually kind of a panic about, oh, is this a dirty bomb in the making?
And this one source told me they thought that there was a dirty bomb threat in the United States, that there was a very specific threat that multiple planes were going to be taken out that day if they were allowed to fly or to become airborne that morning.
That's what they thought.
I didn't share it with you at the time, again, because I couldn't confirm it.
Still can't confirm that.
But what has happened since then is something I am going to share with you, because Tucker Carlson on Fox News has done a broadcast where he says the FAA, it looks like it was held hostage in a ransomware attack, which means,
of course, that a foreign actor or a cyber hacker group from somewhere, maybe Russia, maybe North Korea, maybe China, maybe just some independent group, They took over the FAA's computers, which probably isn't very hard, given that the passwords are probably things like mypassword123 or whatever, you know, because it's run by Pete Buttigieg, who's more interested in inclusivity than security.
You get the idea.
It's like QWERTY123456. That's the default password on half the government computers.
Now, If the cyber hackers took over the FAA and then demanded ransomware, those payments would be made by Bitcoin, right?
Usually, that's how it works.
So then Bitcoin went up 25%, I believe, since that day.
It spiked to over, I think, $21,000 per Bitcoin right now, roughly in that range.
Why would there be such a spike in the dollar value of Bitcoin?
Because Why?
somebody, i.e. the FAA or the U.S. government or the Treasury, is buying up gobs of Bitcoin in order to pay off the ransomware people.
At least that's the theory.
So I want to play a little bit of video for you here from Tucker Carlson explaining some I won't have it go on too long, but there have been attacks in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines, and it seems like this is all cyber hackers and ransomware payments, and it seems like the FAA is so compromised that they can't maintain system security.
But give a listen to Tucker Carlson.
Well, here's a really interesting story.
So five days ago, last Wednesday, the FAA ordered a ground stop on all air travel in the U.S. That meant that not a single commercial or private aircraft was allowed in the skies over this country.
That's very serious.
Hard to overstate the seriousness of that, actually.
The last, the only other time this country has imposed a national ground stop was after 9-11, the terror attacks, 21 years ago.
So it's a huge deal.
What happened?
Why did the government ground all the planes?
So people ask, but initially no one seems to know.
Pete Buttigieg, who runs the transportation department, which oversees the FAA, went on TV to say he was not quite sure.
And then over the next several hours, a kind of story emerged.
The government system that sends messages to pilots, called NOTAM, had gone down.
And then the emergency backup system had also gone down.
Now, the FAA claimed it first noticed this on Tuesday night.
When the problem could not be fixed, the government issued a ground stop the next morning.
That's what Pete Buttigieg said.
He described the culprit here as, quote, a damaged database file with no evidence of a cyber attack.
So to repeat, said Pete Buttigieg, there was no evidence of a cyber attack.
It was just your garden variety software snafu.
Some contractor entered the wrong code.
No big deal.
That's what they said.
But it was not a very convincing story if you thought about it.
Shutting down all commercial air travel in this country, even for a morning, is a very serious thing to do.
U.S. airlines haul close to three quarters of a billion people every year.
Air travel is essential.
It's also potentially dangerous.
So for a lot of reasons, it is imperative that our system works perfectly.
But one day, our system just shut down for no real reason.
Is that what you're telling us?
Yes, explained Pete Buttigieg with a straight face.
Now, most people seem to think this was fine.
We were not entirely convinced.
And then the next day, last Thursday, we noticed that virtually the same thing happened in Canada.
Well, that was very strange.
Because the U.S. and Canada have separate aviation authorities.
They're different countries.
And each country uses its own software to route their planes.
The systems are not linked to each other.
And yet, 24 hours after our country's NOTAM system went down, Canada's NOTAM system went down also.
According to the Canadian government, its system, quote, experienced an outage.
Really?
What are the odds of that?
And then we remembered that on New Year's Day, two weeks ago, something similar happened in the Philippines.
Its air traffic control system also went down.
For a time, no aircraft were allowed in Philippine airspace.
Thousands of flights over Asia had to be rerouted, which is expensive and dangerous, potentially.
Now, this was also, they told us at the time, some sort of minor technical problem that we should not worry about.
Calm down!
Everything's fine!
But is everything fine?
Or is it possible that somebody is hacking into aviation systems and holding various governments around the world hostage until they pay a ransom?
Well, yes, it's entirely possible.
In fact, for example, in the summer of 2020, UCSF Medical School paid more than a million dollars in Bitcoin, and they paid it in order to get access to their own computers, which had been frozen by hackers.
They were held up for ransom.
So what if the same people or similar people just did something very much like that to the FAA and then to the government in Canada and also the government of the Philippines?
Now, if that were actually happening, the Biden administration would never tell us in a million years.
They would lie about it like they lie about everything else.
They would have Mayor Pete claim it was a software glitch from a contractor.
And they would lie to us because they would not want us to know that they had been so utterly reckless and negligent and distracted by equity concerns that they had allowed some foreign hostile group to take control of our FAA. But the lie could only cover so much because there would be signs of it.
Almost all ransoms like this are paid in Bitcoin.
So if the US government was buying huge amounts of Bitcoin in order to pay a ransom, Bitcoin prices would surge, of course.
So the question is, has that happened?
Oh yes, it has happened.
Since the nationwide ground stop last Thursday, the price of Bitcoin has shot up about 20%.
Is that a coincidence?
We asked Pete Buttigieg to come on the show tonight to let us know.
Unfortunately, he did not respond to our request, so we'll keep asking.
So there you go, folks.
I think Tucker Carlson did a really great job explaining that.
Very clear.
And I think that he's probably correct about this.
And I think that what this says about the collapse of our government or the imminent collapse under the incompetent control of not just Joe Biden, but his handlers, the Democrats that are only good at one thing, which is rigging elections, the Democrats that are only good at one thing, which is rigging elections, but everything else, they're Geopolitics, finance, economics, supply chains, everything, energy policy, you name it, they suck at it.
They only can do one thing well, which is rig elections.
And so they gain power, like in Arizona, another rigged election, or in the White House in Washington, D.C. today, they gain power and then they wreck everything.
They fail to practice good security.
They fail to understand cause and effect or supply and demand or free market principles or anything of the kind.
They make a mess of everything.
But what does this say about the United States government and the security of our systems if the FAA, which controls all the airspace, all the commercial traffic, what does it say if they can't even maintain their security?
Because you have to start asking about, well, other government agencies.
What about the NRC, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission?
Did you know that if you hack the NRC... It's an independent agency.
It was created by Congress.
If you hacked the NRC, you would have access to documents that give you the precise locations of nuclear material all across the country.
Material that could be used to make dirty bombs.
Material that could be used for nuclear terrorism.
What would happen if hackers took over the NRC computers and shut down that entire system?
Or what would happen if hackers hacked the FDA, shut down the FDA computers?
Well, honestly, I think fewer Americans would die in that case because the FDA is killing so many people.
But you get my point.
We live in a country run by an incompetent, illegal, unelected regime.
That does not understand basic computer security.
All they can talk about is inclusiveness and transgenderism and mutilating children and cutting off genitalia, but they can't protect critical systems, not the grid, the power grid, not nuclear systems, not air traffic, probably not the Pentagon,
not the DOD. Now, I think what's happening is that Chinese hackers, this is just my best guess, that hackers from China, who are, I think, the very best hackers in the world, probably the Chinese and the Russians, they have the best skilled hackers in the world.
No question about it.
Chinese and Russians.
But the Chinese have a lot more of them.
And I'm willing to bet that the Chinese have already probed the vulnerabilities of Of not just the FAA, but power grid systems, you know, power control systems, refineries, infrastructure, defense, police, military bases, National Guard, you know, you name it.
Water control systems, water treatment, all of it.
I think that China has a massive database of the vulnerabilities and the exploits that have already been proven to exist, and they're ready to For activation day.
And I don't know what we would call this day.
What's the right word for it?
Maybe fire sale day because everything goes.
But on this fire sale day, oh, and they will target, of course, financial infrastructure.
I forgot to mention that.
That's the main one.
On this fire sale day, they will unleash all the hacks and all the exploits all at once.
Whereas this FAA inconvenience was just a little blip on the radar.
Let's see what happens to America if we shut down air traffic for two hours.
Already mass chaos, hundreds of billions of dollars in losses, people getting frustrated, people snapping, passengers in airports breaking apart all the computers, attacking the airline employees.
You've seen some of those videos.
It's crazy.
People snapping.
That was just a little small taste of what's to come.
If they start taking down the financial system, suppose they start hacking major banks or treasury computers, and they bring down refineries and they bring down pipelines, which there was a hack of, I think, the Colonial Pipeline not long ago that happened.
I think it was a ransomware situation.
But if, let's say, theoretically, Chinese hackers do all of this all on the same day, and what if it's not ransomware?
What if it's just you're down and you're staying down, where you can't even buy your way out of that fire sale day?
What if they just want to put it down and keep it down, and they're not even asking for Bitcoin?
It's just, you're screwed.
Good luck.
Is that day coming?
I believe it is.
I believe it is.
Now, think about that before you ever put money into a central bank digital currency, by the way.
CBDCs are subject to hacking and outages and what have you, disruptions.
You will lose access to all of your, quote, money if you go into a central bank digital currency system or a digital wallet system.
You'll lose it all.
But also, society will be in total chaos because the food stamps won't work, the banks won't work, the ATMs, the grocery stores, credit card transactions, all of this.
Probably first responders, telecommunications won't work, cell towers and all of this.
It's a fire sale day.
Everything goes.
And the hackers from China, this is my thought experiment anyway, they can bring the systems down and they can keep them down.
Because China understands that America has become too digital, too electronic, too interconnected.
There's not enough redundancy in the system.
There's not enough off-grid resiliency to be able to come back from something like this.
Now, back in the 1980s or 1990s, when the whole world wasn't dependent on these online systems, people still knew how to read a map or use the yellow pages and look up a phone number.
People even remembered phone numbers at that time.
Not today.
Everything's interconnected, electronic, digitized.
Everything is highly vulnerable.
Everything has no redundancy, it seems.
And yes, something big is about to happen here, and I think I can tie this together.
Now, granted, this is just my analysis, but you decide if it makes sense to you.
And we'll go to Davos for this, the WEF event.
And you saw that Klaus Schwab and George Soros at first did not show up and about half the attendees did not show up.
And there was this kind of panic about something big was going to happen at the WEF event.
Now, it is ongoing now, and John Kerry has spoken there.
Other people have spoken, and they're talking about what John Kerry even said, that he's part of a, quote, select group of human beings.
And how they're going to rule the world.
And there was also this tweet that the WEF put out in the last day.
And here it is, quote, Welcome to 2030.
I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.
It's an actual tweet from the World Economic Forum, yes.
I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.
So they went from, you will own nothing and be happy, to now you will own nothing and have no privacy and be happy.
How about that?
They're adding more conditions to your, quote, happiness.
Anyway, the WEFers are freaked out about something.
What could that be?
Like, there was a threat.
Maybe there still is a threat.
Why do they have 5,000 armed soldiers guarding them?
Why are they not driving electric vehicles around there, all combustion vehicles?
Why are they not hiring vaccinated pilots to fly the private jets?
Why do they have to have unvaccinated, pureblood pilots?
That's required to fly the WEFers in and out of Davos.
What's going on?
Well, I don't know this as a fact, but I'll tell you something.
Russia is on the verge of attacking Europe.
Russia is going into, it looks like, full mobilization.
Russia is building up now an army, well, a military force of 1.5 million personnel, i.e.
soldiers.
1.5 million personnel.
Russia has hypersonic missiles.
do you realize that one Kinzhal missile, I think that's what it's called, it's the dagger, hypersonic missile, one of those missiles could hit Davos and take out the entire World Economic Forum and all of those Western national, quote, one of those missiles could hit Davos and take out the entire World Economic Forum and all of those Western national, quote, leaders And I'm not advocating for this.
I'm I'm not saying even that I have proof of it.
I'm just saying, tactically, in the global theater of war, we know that Russia is about to launch a major attack.
Not just against Ukraine, but against NATO. And if Russia were to launch such an attack...
The World Economic Forum is right there.
It's an obvious target.
It's an obvious target that could be taken out with a hypersonic missile.
In addition, other obvious targets that Russia might choose to target, I mean, some of their people have talked about this publicly, would be major Western European cities, like London or Paris or Brussels or Berlin and so on.
Warsaw, for that matter, major Western European cities could be targets for non-nuclear thermobaric weapon systems, basically short or medium range ballistic systems that can deliver these fuel air explosives that cause a tremendous amount of damage.
And then that could be the prelude to Russia then, you know, marching into Ukraine and going for Kiev and going even across Western Ukraine and attacking NATO itself.
Now, if that were to happen, do you think, now stay with me on this, do you think that Russia and China might be coordinating their attacks on Western forces?
Is that a possibility?
Oh, yes, it is.
Absolutely, yes.
Russia and China have had joint naval exercises, for example.
They've shared intelligence, for example.
They have a lot of common interest right now in creating a non-Western global economy.
Well, because Russia has been shut off from the SWIFT system, and China has been gathering up all kinds of gold in order to challenge dollar dominance, and China has been working with the Saudis.
In Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman announced that China was their priority trading partner, And it's clear now with news we're going to cover here that the Saudis are going to have oil trade in things other than the dollar.
And so China is focused right now on a currency war and perhaps a cyber war and definitely a trade war, while Russia is focused on a kinetic war or a ballistic war.
But are these two things connected?
I believe they are.
And I believe that the day that Russia attacks NATO, which I think that day is coming soon, I think Russia is going to launch a major offensive against Ukraine and certain NATO forces, maybe command bases or military bases or what have you.
On the day that that happens, I believe it would be strategically likely, I don't know, advantageous to the Chinese, to the communists, to then unleash the fire sale, massive cyber attacks across America, attacking the infrastructure with cyber weapons, attacking the financial system, attacking refineries, attacking the FAA, which is apparently undefended.
Attacking every vulnerable system in the country all at once.
Bring it all down.
Why?
So that the United States is in so much chaos and perhaps other NATO countries will be subjected to the same treatment.
So much chaos that they could not respond to Russia's attack because domestically these Western nations are dealing with, well, chaos and uprisings and lawlessness and Mad Max and everything else.
While at the same time, the ATF is trying to run around and collect everybody's arm braces.
Give us your arm braces, man!
You're like, what?
The world's falling apart.
I need the arm brace now more than ever.
You know, you'll say to the ATF, if I survive the zombie apocalypse, then you can have my damn arm brace.
I tell you what, give it to you in 120 days.
What are they going to do?
So I think all of this is related.
I think there is something massive building up.
On a global scale, something massive.
And I think it's China and Russia initiating war, probably with a surprise attack, which really shouldn't be that much of a surprise, but some kind of attack, attacking NATO, but that attack being married to, you know, a financial attack, a trade attack, a cyber attack, all of these things all at once.
I think that day is coming.
Now, you might think, okay, maybe I'm reading too much into this.
That is a possibility.
Granted, But there are too many mysterious things happening here all at once.
There are too many signs of something underneath, an undercurrent of destabilization, you know, an undercurrent of like an earthquake just rippling underneath our feet that's about to explode onto the surface.
Something big is building up around the world.
And with the Saudis, we're going to cover that news here.
I think that's a big part of this.
Project Sandman is going active, just as we warned, I guess, about a year ago.
Project Sandman.
So to discuss Project Sandman, let me introduce you to Mohammed Al-Jadan.
Mohammed Al-Jadan is the Minister of Finance for Saudi Arabia.
And he did an interview with Bloomberg TV, of course, at Davos, right?
Because this is where the globalists go to talk business and to talk about how they're going to rule the world.
Well, Mohammed al-Jadan stated in this interview that the Saudis are open to settling oil trades in things other than dollars.
And this story was covered widely, including by Bloomberg, but also oilprice.com, which wrote that Al Jadon says, quote, There are no issues with discussing how we settle our trade arrangements, whether it is in the U.S. dollar, whether it is the euro, whether it is the Saudi real.
I don't think we're waving away or ruling out any discussion that will help improve the trade around the world.
See how he's softening this idea that they're going to accept yuan or rubles?
Or some other currency.
He's just saying, ah, we shouldn't rule out anything that's going to help trade.
And by helping trade, he means selling oil in whatever currency people are willing to pay.
So China, of course, is going to push the yuan, Russia pushing the ruble, and there's going to be a new currency among the BRICS nations, you know, BRICS +, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and other nations.
And there are over 100 nations that are part of this thing that I've called Project Sandman.
This came to me from one of my sources.
I didn't invent that term, but I can't tell you who did.
Sorry.
But Project Sandman says that there's going to be a day where these 100 plus nations around the world simultaneously repudiate the dollar or the petrodollar status and declare that they're going to buy and sell and trade in other currencies, especially with oil.
And since energy is the driver of the world's economies, once the Saudis and other nations Discard or abandon the dollar as the required currency for oil trade.
Once that happens, folks, it's over for the dollar.
It's over very quickly.
And there are many others who have spoken about this quite eloquently, including Andy Sheckman and John Rubino and David Morgan and many others.
And by the way, we have a documentary series launching soon called Breaking Point.
I've been teasing this for a few weeks.
Episode one is about finance, and I think it's coming out this week or next week, but I'll tell you about that when it comes out.
And what these experts are saying in that documentary series, which will be free to watch, by the way, is exactly what I'm reiterating here, that the dollar's days are numbered, and once this petrodollar status crumbles, then all these nations around the world don't need dollars anymore, and they will flood them back to the United States.
We in the U.S. will have this returning massive supply of dollars.
Too much supply.
Too much currency.
All this currency chasing a limited inventory of goods, such as groceries or gasoline or automobiles or housing.
And what's going to be the effect of that?
Obviously, rapid dollar devaluation.
Which will be perceived as price inflation.
In other words, yeah, eggs are going to get even more expensive as if that could get worse.
Everything's going to get more expensive because the dollars are going to become increasingly worthless.
And once this thing happens, it won't just be that dollars are losing 2% per month of their purchasing power, which is about where we're at right now.
Maybe a little bit less than that, but it's close to that.
At that point, it will be more like I'm estimating 20% to 50% per month.
That's when we go into a hyperinflationary scenario, which really means a rapid devaluation of the dollar.
The dollars become increasingly worthless, seemingly overnight.
It'll happen relatively quickly.
And the only thing that the U.S. Treasury knows how to do, or the Federal Reserve, is to print more money.
So they will print more money, and then we're in a Weimar Germany type of scenario, where the world doesn't need to buy that money anymore.
The world demand for the dollar collapses.
And then the United States will end up where it can't even sell its own debt anymore because who wants to buy dollar-denominated debt when the dollars are losing 20% a month, let's say, in value?
Nobody.
It's like buying Zimbabwe bonds or something.
Who's going to do that?
From this article on oil price, last month, China and Saudi Arabia agreed to expand crude oil trade as they upgraded their relations to a strategic partnership.
During the visit, Chinese President Xi Jinping in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.
China plans to make its own currency, the yuan, more prominent in international oil trade.
Now, remember my key thesis here that I believe China and Russia are going to act in concert.
Because they share strategic goals, which frankly right now is their desire to destroy NATO and the West and to undercut the economic viability of the United States.
So from RT.com, which is published by Russia, here's a headline that's relevant.
Kremlin explains boost in army strength.
Russia's armed forces will need 1.5 million troops because the West is waging a proxy war against the country, a spokesman said.
Yes, they still use the word spokesman.
They have the word man in there.
Russia plans to boost the standing army to some 1.5 million troops because it's necessary for its safety, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
See?
Because the U.S. and its allies are waging a proxy war against Moscow.
He said, quote, the proxy war includes elements of indirect participation in military action, elements of economic war, financial war, lawfare.
He's talking about the U.S. cutting off Russia from the SWIFT system.
He's talking about the U.S. enforcing economic sanctions and trying to control the prices of oil, you know, with the $60 per barrel price ceiling for oil from Russia, things like that.
Peskov added that it was the Defense Ministry's duty to ensure the safety of Russia.
See, this is an existential threat to Russia.
They see this as an existential threat.
Right now, we are past the threshold of Russia ever coming back and negotiating with NATO or Ukraine.
As Scott Ritter said in the video clip that we played yesterday, The West can't be trusted.
The West has zero credibility, zero honor, zero ethics.
The West broke the Minsk agreements and many other treaties, especially the U.S. State Department.
There's liars, liars, liars.
Russia has learned that there's no point in talking to the West.
In fact, it's insane to try to talk to the leaders of Western nations like Germany or the U.K. or the U.S. because these leaders are all insane.
Not only are they unethical and immoral and Luciferian, but they're also clinically insane.
They think that men can be women and that men can get pregnant and so on.
They're actually insane.
So Russia's already reached the realization that it's pointless to even talk to them.
And if you can't talk to them, what forms of communication do you have that might still function?
Well, ballistic missiles are another form of communication.
So is artillery, it turns out.
You know what artillery says?
There's a message.
When artillery is launched and it whistles through the air and it hits and it explodes and it has a giant crater and shrapnel, you know what the message is in there?
There's like a secret note.
The message says, do not stay in this area.
The message says leave if you value your limbs.
That's the message.
And yeah, it's kind of like a caveman form of communication, but this is what it has broken down into because of the unwillingness of the West to engage in any kind of rational diplomacy or trustworthy communication or for the West to even keep its promises in any way whatsoever.
So Russia is using artillery as a form of communication.
And ballistic missiles.
And if Russia wants to really communicate with the West to say, hey, stop trying to destroy Russia, what are Russia's options to do that?
Well, to launch essentially thermobaric missiles striking Western capital cities or perhaps nuclear weapons at some point because this is perceived by Russia as an existential threat from their point of view.
You know, right or wrong, I'm not here arguing in favor of Russia or against Russia or in favor of Ukraine or against Ukraine or in favor against anything.
I'm telling you cause and effect.
I'm telling you what Russia sees this situation as right now.
And Russia has now resorted to kinetic engagement as the only form of communications that is effective.
Now, we've got more to cover here, but let me bring in today's sponsor, which is the Treasure Island Precious Metals Company.
This is my choice for physical gold and silver in your possession.
And as you can tell, now is the time to really strongly think about, is it important to have physical metals assets in your hands?
Well, maybe.
That's for you to decide, right?
I'm not your financial advisor.
That's my disclaimer.
I can't tell you what to do.
I can't even tell you if it's right for you.
I can't even tell you what the value of gold and silver is going to be a year from now in terms of dollars.
But I'm guessing the value of dollars will be approaching zero.
That's my guess.
It might take more than a year for dollars, but dollars are not looking good.
Gold and silver, excellent stores of value.
So if you want to talk to Treasure Island about getting physical gold and silver in your possession, which more and more people are doing, visit metalswithmike.com.
That's the simple kind of forwarding URL that takes you to the Treasure Island website, metalswithmike.com.
And understand that they will get you these metals discreetly, privately, securely, through insured shipments, You will have it in your hands, and then how you defend it and protect it from there is up to you.
Personally, I think there are going to be two categories of people after this global collapse or war, whatever you want to call it, reset.
I think there are going to be people who took steps to save assets and Could be gold, could be silver, could be land, you know, vehicles, ammunition.
Ammo is going to hold value, too.
You can count on that.
Firearms, what have you.
And then there are going to be these other people who are exemplified by that WEF tweet.
Quote, I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.
Yeah.
Those are the people who failed to prepare in any way whatsoever and they will be left penniless and begging for food from a FEMA camp or a food bank or what have you and homeless or working in a labor camp for the government to try to crank out more munitions since we will have run out by that time.
People who do not prepare, people who do not have assets outside the fiat currency systems, I think are going to be Just wiped out.
Just obliterated financially.
That's what I think.
I think the banks are going down.
I think Gregory Manorino is correct about this.
I think...
The banks are on the verge of collapse.
The fiat currencies of the world are on the verge of collapse.
The question is, how long can they keep this sick patient on the ventilator or on the machines, the artificial lung, with the adrenaline injection in the heart?
How long can they keep this going for the debt-based currency systems?
I don't know the answer to that.
Could be a month, could be a year, could be three years for all we know.
I don't know.
But I know when I look at the debt-based fiat currency system, I know we're looking at a terminal patient.
That's what we know for sure.
It's just a question of when and how, what that looks like.
By the way, if you missed it, my special video report with Steve Quayle is called Grid Down What Now?
That went live yesterday.
It's an hour and 15 minutes.
It's a good watch.
It's got myself and Steve Quayle, and we featured Tina from the Satellite Phone Store.
She's doing like the...
I like the shopping network demonstration.
She's actually showing the sat phones and the bivvy sticks and the EcoFlow off-grid solar generator devices.
It's kind of cool.
She had some cameras set up in her office and she's showing what these items are and how they work.
And then Steve and I are offering analysis of what's going on.
It's a very informative video.
If you haven't watched it yet, check it out.
It's on my channel on brighttown.com and other platforms.
Oh, and I should add, by the way, the interview coming up today is with Brian Festa at We the Patriots USA. I know y'all love Brian Festa.
He's good.
And I had a great interview with him.
I did it before I recorded this.
And he's battling for human liberty, he and his organization.
And Chris and Megan is joining his group with a new podcast that's coming out too, starting January 23rd, by the way.
There's a lot of good stuff.
I'll include that full interview here.
It's about 45 minutes in duration, but definitely worth a listen as well.
Here's an article from the Epoch Times.
It says Western allies gearing up to send tanks to Kiev following Russian battlefield gains.
So yeah, Russia is achieving a lot of victories right now in certain areas.
They've kind of reconsolidated their forces.
And so you have these Western countries like the U.K., That's going to provide Ukraine, says the story, with 14 Challenger 2 main battle tanks.
Here you go.
Have 14 tanks and, you know, 12 artillery pieces and 10 HIMARS and 9 mortars and...
Germany says it's not going to send tanks to Ukraine.
Not yet.
Because they don't want to be targeted by Russia for nuclear weapons, by the way.
Poland wants to donate some leopards, which is a piece of military machinery.
But let's assume they're tanks.
So Poland might want to send some leopard tanks in.
This is being done because Russia is about to take Bakhmut.
Russia already conquered Soledar.
Now Bakhmut is next.
And so all these Western countries are trying to figure out how to stop that.
Well, I have a question for you.
Does this make sense to just send in piecemeal?
Like, here, have a couple of tanks over here.
Have a couple of transports over here.
Here's a couple of helicopters.
You know, getting back to what Scott Ritter said, and I didn't play this for you yesterday, but Scott Ritter's analysis, I think, in this case is spot on.
And remember that Ritter...
He served under General Schwarzkopf in Desert Storm.
He's been a UN's weapons inspector.
He's got over 20 years of military experience.
He understands weapon systems and military simulations and ICBMs and treaties and all of this.
And he made a really important point.
Which is that combined arms training is necessary for many, many months for a military to be able to function with all these combined things.
So if you send an army to go conquer something or to attack something, you have to have a coordination among all the different elements.
You know, air cover, plus tanks, plus artillery, plus soldiers on the ground, you know, boots on the ground, small arms there.
You know, you've got all these different elements and many others that have to work together.
You can't just piecemeal this thing.
When you say, oh, next week, you know, you're all going to have five mortars, and then a week later, here, have a tank.
And then a week later, have this armored transport vehicle.
And then a week later, here's a helicopter.
You can't train to battlefield effectiveness with all this piecemeal hardware showing up.
These are token gestures by Western nations, not game-changers in the war against Russia.
You see, the Russian military, they've been training with combined arms.
They've been training, obviously, with Russian tanks and Russian anti-air defense systems, you know, like the, what is it, the S-400s, I believe.
You know, Russia's trained Russian aircraft and Russian bombers and Russian missiles and Russian hypersonics and Russian troops and Russian mortars and Russian artillery.
All this stuff.
They've trained together.
Their equipment all works together.
They use the same radio frequency channels, you know, to talk to each other.
They know what to expect.
They know each other's ranges and limitations and transport speeds and fuel consumptions.
And some of them share maintenance parts, for example.
Whereas what Ukraine is going to be fighting with is all this stuff like, oh, here's a tank from Poland and, you know, here's a helicopter from America and here's a transport vehicle from the UK. And they all use different parts and they all have different comms frequencies and they all have different training.
And so, you know, you saw last week they're training Ukrainian soldiers in Oklahoma to run the HIMARS artillery systems.
Made in America, right?
So they come to Oklahoma, train in these systems, and then I guess we ship them back over to Ukraine, and they just throw them on the battlefield.
Here, do something!
But they didn't train with the other forces.
They didn't train, you know, with air cover, with tanks, with soldiers.
They just trained by themselves.
That is not a way to achieve battlefield effectiveness.
It's not combined arms training or deployment.
So, folks, these are not going to change the course of this war.
This is political cover by the UK and the US. They say, well, we gave them tanks.
We don't know what happened.
When we sent them artillery, they should have used it.
We gave them helicopters.
They all got shot down.
From the Epoch Times story, quote, a Kremlin spokesman responded by saying that UK-supplied tanks would burn on the field and fail to turn the tide of the battle.
I would have to agree with that assessment.
That is exactly correct, actually.
And let's see, this story does confirm that the Leopard is a tank.
Okay, that's good to know.
I guess they're German tanks.
So the UK is pressuring Germany to approve the delivery of Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
You know, from Poland.
And apparently Finland wants to send Leopard tanks, but they need Germany's decision or approval in order to do that because, you see, it's a condition of Germany selling tanks to these other countries is that, oh, you can't use those tanks in certain ways that we don't already, you know, pre-approve.
And why do they have to, why do these countries have to listen to Germany on that?
Because tanks need spare parts.
And, you know, replacement parts.
You've got to have a supply chain of parts.
And even I know this, just trying to keep tractors running on my ranch.
You've got to have parts.
This is why I said a couple weeks ago, you should go out and you should buy your engine oil filters.
If you have a truck, if you have a skid steer, if you have a riding lawnmower, whatever you have, you have a little John Deere tractor with a bucket on it, you should go out.
You should buy all the filters.
If you have something that's got hydraulic fluid in it, get some hydraulic filters.
Get yourself some replacement belts if you have an engine that needs belts.
Let's see.
You need the air filter elements.
You're going to need the engine oil filter.
I already mentioned it.
Oh, you're going to need fuel filter elements.
And a lot of these engines have double fuel filters, the pre-filter and then like the secondary filter.
Go out and get all these elements now.
Why?
Because when we're in war with China, there will be no exports from China.
Goodbye replacement parts.
Supply chain broken.
So this is the same thing that they're facing in Europe.
I mean, yeah, you can donate.
Here's 10 leopard tanks.
Yeah, but what about the spare parts, man?
What are we going to do when the first one has a hiccup and breaks down?
You're going to need spare parts.
You can't get the parts.
You have a, what, a 50-ton paperweight sitting on a road somewhere, a country road or a ditch in Ukraine.
Do these things weigh 50 tons?
I'm just guessing.
Seems like they're pretty heavy.
You know, you can have a $20 million tank just sitting there, useless.
You know, you ask the crew what's going on.
It's missing a $1.97 cotter pin that goes on the rear track, you know.
No supply chain, no effectiveness, no combat, nothing.
For lack of parts, you can lose the war.
And remember that a lot of these parts come from China.
I mean, I'm not talking about the leopard tanks, but just in general, even U.S. military parts, many of them come from China.
And remember what we said about munitions and artillery manufacturing?
What was that cotton fiber component that comes from China that nobody could get because it was a long wait time?
What was that called?
Now I'm stumped on this.
You'll have to help me out.
What am I thinking of?
What are these fibers that are exported from India that go into munitions manufacturing and artillery?
Suddenly, I can't remember what these are called, but the point is the supply chains are not reliable globally.
We're going to wrap this up and move forward with the interview today, which is with Brian Festa of We the Patriots USA. I think you will really enjoy this interview.
And I want to thank you for your attention and thank you for your understanding and your patience.
And if you want to support us, visit healthrangerstore.com.
And we have freeze-dried coffee, by the way, which is a great barter item.
Super delicious.
Fair trade and certified organic and lab tested on top of that too.
So there are a lot of health and nutritional benefits of coffee, not the caffeine.
I'm talking about the other constituents in coffee.
In fact, there have been some recent interesting studies on neurological function related to coffee.
Maybe we'll talk about those tomorrow, but it's something that is worth checking out.
Freeze-dried coffee available now, healthrangerstore.com, plus hundreds of other products.
And we thank you for your support.
And I just want to say, God bless America.
And can't we just treat each other with fairness and dignity?
Can't we live in a society where we stop the government from stealing from all of us and looting everything and devaluing all our money and putting half the country into poverty and desperation?
That's how we get back to human values and human rights and human dignity.
Stop the looting by the government and the Federal Reserve.
That's the source of so much evil in this country.
We stop that, and that fixes a lot of what's wrong with this country, including any kind of income, you know, sharp disparities and people living in poverty and welfare.
Half the reason people are in poverty is because of food inflation, which is because of money printing.
You make the food more affordable where everybody can eat, and there's a whole lot of tensions that settle down nationwide, by the way.
Everybody gets a little more chill if they can afford to eat.
Something to keep in mind.
All right.
Thank you for listening.
Mike Adams here.
And here we go with the interview with Brian Festa.
Enjoy.
All right.
Welcome, folks.
Mike Adams here, the founder of brighteon.com.
And we're joined today by a fan favorite guest.
It's Brian Festa from We the Patriots USA. And that's the website, too, by the way, we the patriotsusa.org.
And Brian Festa and his partner, they work very hard to try to fight for freedom in America, vaccine exemptions.
And also, they've got a A horror story today about LGBT indoctrination happening in public schools in Idaho that Brian's going to share with us and a lot of other things.
So, Brian, welcome to the show.
It's great to have you on.
It's great to be back, Mike.
Thank you so much for having me.
Absolutely.
You come highly recommended by my audience.
They keep asking, when are you going to have Brian back on?
You know, you're making donations.
Donate money to We the Patriots, right?
So our audience loves your work.
Tell us about what it is that you do.
I know you have a nonprofit organization.
What do you do and what are some of the victories that you've achieved in the last year or two?
Well, we are doing a whole lot.
So much so that I know I'm going to forget something as we go along here.
But...
But we, right now, we are still fighting, believe it or not.
We are still fighting these COVID mandates.
Here it is, 2023.
And we're still, I can't even believe we're still fighting this.
But people are still being fired from their jobs.
People are still calling us about the fallout.
They were fired, you know, last year, or they're being threatened.
We have Sergeant Jesus Cano, who's a 21-year Army officer.
Still active duty.
Army sergeant.
He's a combat veteran.
Two deployments, I believe, to Afghanistan.
This guy's an American hero.
And they're kicking him out as of this July, even though Biden supposedly did away with that, right?
He did away with the military mandate.
The Pentagon said they did away with it.
His commanding officers are telling him, nope, we're still kicking you out.
And not only that, you're going to lose your GI benefits.
If you don't comply with this vaccine mandate or shot mandate.
I hate calling it.
It's not a vaccine, but it's a shot mandate.
And, you know, we have an active fundraiser actually on our website for him still because we haven't reached our goal yet for him.
But we want to be able to file this real soon on his behalf and take on the Pentagon over this.
That's one thing.
You mentioned some of this LGBTQ craziness that's going on in the United States.
Well, it's going on right here in our home state of Idaho.
And this is something, Mike, that I never thought we would be battling.
When we relocated from Connecticut to Idaho, I thought, hey, we'll still have things to fight across the country, but we're not going to be fighting things so much in our home state.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
You said to me, I'll never forget it.
The first interview I did with you back in December of 2020, Dawn and I were on Brighton Conversations, and you said to me, why are you still living in Connecticut?
Right, right.
It's not a place of freedom.
And I really didn't have a good answer for you at the time, so I thought it over.
And lo and behold, I eventually was able to get out.
I made a strategic plan.
I mean, not just because of what you said.
I had been thinking about it for a while.
But I made a strategic plan, and we got out in June of last year.
Dawn and I relocated the business to Caldwell, Idaho.
That's where we're headquartered now.
Well, literally in our backyard here in Caldwell, Idaho, and it's making headlines.
There was actually even mainstream Fox News just did a piece on it a couple days ago.
They're implementing a transgender curriculum policy, a transgender policy, I should say, in the public schools such that teachers and students will have to use preferred pronouns.
If a student wants to be called, a boy wants to be called a girl, a girl wants to be called a boy.
They'll have to be allowed to change in locker rooms with the opposite sex, use restrooms with the opposite sex.
I mean, this is Caldwell, Idaho.
This is not Hartford, Connecticut, or New York, New York, or any of the other places, Los Angeles, any place that we expect it.
This is Idaho, which is a deep red state.
So this is why this battle is so important, that we need to be aware of battles like this and wake people up and educate them that this is going on.
Because if this can happen in Idaho...
It can happen in Texas.
It can happen in Tennessee.
It can happen in Florida, South Carolina.
These people have taken over.
They have an agenda, and they have taken over the public school systems.
And that's why so many parents have chosen to pull their kids out.
But for the parents that can't do that, we have to keep fighting for them.
So I placed them on notice.
You can go to our Rumble channel, and you can see the speech that I gave.
They only gave me three minutes.
But I gave a speech to the school board because I also happen to be a parent of a child in the school district.
I have a special needs child who's vaccine injured, so he can't go to a private school.
I have a daughter also that goes to private school.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have my son in public school.
I'll tell you that.
But he has a lot of special needs because he's vaccine injured.
So he needs public school services for that.
And so I spoke there as a parent and I told them this is a state-sponsored religion.
What you are doing is imposing a state-sponsored, a government-sponsored religion in the classroom.
And they didn't quite understand what I meant, I don't think.
So I explained.
I said, this is no different.
you saying to a boy that you're a girl and calling a boy by a girl's name, you doing that in the classroom while my son is sitting there is teaching him an opposing religious belief to our beliefs because we are Christians.
And so it's no different than if you said to a fellow student in my son's classroom that Jesus is not the son of God.
That would be an opposing religious belief that would be espoused in the classroom.
And the Supreme Court has made clear, Mike, as you know, that the government under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, the government cannot promote its own religion, its own religious beliefs.
And that's what they're doing.
They don't want to admit this, but it's a religion to them.
Well, it's beyond a religion.
It's also, with all the LGBT flags that they're putting up, they're claiming territory.
It's like you're being conquered by a foreign occupying army that is the LGBT army, and then you look at what's happening in the Pentagon, where you've got these trans, you know, I don't know what all the proper titles are,
but, you know, these leaders in the Pentagon that are transgendered, They're ruling over you, and they're running the military, and even in the Biden administration, including the one that's been fired after he slash she kept stealing people's luggage out of the airports for some reason, like a trans luggage thief.
It's like, you can't make this up.
But we're being conquered, we're being ruled, we're being ordered, or...
You know, order to live under the flag of this, including in our schools.
And I know you know this, but I'm just kind of reiterating this for the audience.
Absolutely.
And this is something that we have to fight with every fiber of our beings because it's gone further and further and further.
This agenda that we've seen over the past several decades now.
And the more we've...
we've given them, the more rope we've given them, the more they've taken.
And what's next?
All right.
This is grooming children now.
You see the books.
You've seen it.
Okay.
The books that are in school libraries, public libraries, what's being taught in classroom.
I just saw today Planned Parenthood or no, not Planned Parenthood.
I'm getting them confused because they're all in the same bucket.
Trojan condoms has a cartoon for middle school students about how to use a condom.
And that's being promoted in Moscow, Idaho, where those horrible murders took place.
So again, Idaho, there is a school district that is using that, even though there's a state law in Idaho that they're ignoring, very clearly, that says it's abstinence only, sex ed.
Well, teaching middle schoolers how to use a condom is clearly not abstinence only, wait until marriage, sex ed.
Right.
Yeah, exactly.
Well, and Idaho is not a place where people would expect to see this happening.
It just goes to show you.
But Idaho is known as, well, ultra-conservative for the most part, but I guess the infiltration in the cities is the same as everywhere, right?
Yeah, I mean, that's the scary thing about it.
Whether you go to Alabama or you go to Texas or you go to any of these other, Florida even, a lot of these big cities, yes, the legislature might be largely conservative, whatever that means.
If you have an R next to your name, it doesn't mean you're a good guy, by the way.
As you know, but the legislature might look good on paper, but you go into these cities, you go into the public school districts, and you see what's actually being promoted on the ground, and it's scary.
And this is why I'm actually...
I don't regret relocating myself or relocating the company to Idaho, because actually, this is our battleground.
This is strategic.
Just like the other side, the people promoting this kind of propaganda...
We're very strategic in taking over all these cities.
We have to be strategic as people who love America, love freedom, love individual rights in our constitution.
We have to be strategic about now going to these ultra conservative states and making sure that they stay that way.
Because if we just stay in all of the blue states and just fight those battles, when we're outnumbered 10 to 1 in every state house, that's a waste of time in my opinion.
I'm not saying...
Obviously, if you're stuck there and you have nowhere to go, then yes, stand your ground and fight.
But if you have the option, please come to one of these red states and fight, fight, fight like heck to keep it not just conservative, but to keep it a freedom-loving state.
It's not about...
I hate using conservative and liberal.
We're not a partisan organization because when it comes right down to it, it's not about a political party.
It's about preserving the vision of the Founding Fathers.
And we've gotten so far away from that.
I mean, they'd be rolling in their graves.
I mean, the Tenth Amendment is like something that's non-existent in a lot of states.
And there's just this idea that the federal government has so much power, can just do whatever they want by fiat.
And we need to take this country back.
So we're taking it back in the courts.
I believe, Mike, that's the last battleground where we can still win fights.
We're not winning them in the elections.
Whatever you believe about the elections, most people believe that they're rigged.
I can't say that the evidence doesn't suggest that.
So we're not winning in elections.
We're not winning by going to these legislators and talking to them and trying to convince them to pass the right kinds of laws or to not pass the wrong kinds of laws.
We're losing battles there.
So the only place that I see us winning victories still is in the courts.
We have a Supreme Court right now.
While not perfect, they've certainly issued some decisions that have made me scratch my head.
They've also issued more good decisions in defense of individual rights and especially religious liberty than I can remember in my lifetime anyway.
Yeah, that's right.
And they've issued some very important decisions on the Second Amendment as well.
I know that's not the focus of your organization, but it's in that...
Oh no, we do that too.
Well, what do you think about the arm brace situation then with the ATF? I want to put a call out right now for plaintiffs.
No, seriously, I was just discussing that with Don the other night.
We absolutely do take on Second Amendment cases as well.
Any constitutional rights, Mike, anything in the Bill of Rights, we will take it on.
So I want to put a call out right now.
If anyone's listening, if you are personally affected by that new ATF regulation, which, by the way, that is not a law.
They cannot just make something a felony.
That has to be passed by Congress.
So If anyone is arrested, if anyone is in any way harmed by that, adversely affected by that new regulation once it becomes official, I want you to reach out to us at info at wetepatriotsusa.org, and we will evaluate taking on your case because we definitely want to be involved.
In fact, I believe it's unconstitutional.
Well, there's no question.
I mean, even based on the Supreme Court Bruin case, it's clearly unconstitutional.
And the Fifth Circuit ruling on the bump stock ban, overturning that, it's clearly unconstitutional.
But you're going to have no shortage of plaintiffs on these arm braces.
I mean, I have AR-15 pistols with arm braces.
And, you know, in 120 days after this rule is published, people have to comply or face 10 years in prison, okay?
So on day 119, I'm disconnecting the barrel from these firearms if it hasn't been resolved by that time, right?
I'm not going to sit here and let the ATF come do a gotcha, but I'm going to hold on to this and try to support organizations that are fighting this in the courts, which you just mentioned your organization.
I know there's, of course, Gun Owners of America, Eric Pratt, and there's the Second Amendment Foundation and so on.
I put out a call for supporting that.
I think this is going to be overturned.
I think this is classic ATF overreach, just like EPA overreach in that other recent Supreme Court case.
I forgot the name of that case, but you know the one I'm talking about?
It was they overturned the EPA declaring that carbon dioxide is a pollutant.
Oh, oh, oh.
It's the major questions doctrine.
Yeah.
Oh man, you're putting me on the spot.
I'm trying to remember.
Sorry, no, I forgot the name of it too.
I think it was like Virginia versus the EPA? Was it a state?
I don't recall.
Are you talking about the carbon emissions case?
Well, yeah, it was related to carbon emissions.
The Supreme Court said, you, the EPA, you can't make a decision.
It was last year, right?
It was fairly recent, yeah.
Yeah, that was...
I can't remember the name of it, but it was a 6-3 decision, so it was a pretty...
Yes, that's right.
Yeah, all the conservatives on the court ruled in favor of it, but...
I don't remember off the top of my head the name of it, but yes, that was an important decision, and that's what I mean.
Look, we're winning victories at the Supreme Court.
If this case, and I do believe this ATF regulation will be taken to the Supreme Court, if not by us, by another organization like the ones you mentioned, I absolutely believe under Bruen it's going to be overturned.
And see, there's almost good news in this, in the sense that, look, tell me if you agree with this theory.
I think that Biden's handlers pushed this on the ATF and ordered the ATF to issue this ruling.
And I suspect there are plenty of higher-ups in the ATF that didn't want to go this far because they knew that this could go to the Supreme Court and result in a precedent-setting smackdown.
Which would really, you know, hurt the ATF's ability to kind of nibble around the edges of the Second Amendment with things like bump stocks or, you know, the double triggers.
I forgot the name of the triggers, you know, not binary triggers, but whatever they're called, where you pull, you know, it's kind of, it simulates automatic fire, but there's still an individual trigger pull.
I forgot the name of it.
But I think the ATF got pushed into this.
What do you think?
I hadn't honestly considered that, but now that you're saying it, that sounds pretty logical.
That's probably what did happen, because like you're saying, there are probably a lot of people reluctant to do it because they know what's going to happen.
But hey, that's good for us.
Let them keep...
Making these stupid mistakes.
I mean, I hate to see people suffer in the meantime.
I hate to see someone get arrested or a lot of people get arrested in the meantime and have to suffer.
But the point is, ultimately, we're going to win because we're going to have that precedent, which is going to last generations and hopefully forever unless they get their way and pack the courts.
But, you know, that hasn't happened yet.
And I'm...
I'm hopeful that's not going to happen.
But for now, while we have the court in our favor, we need to get as many of these cases to the Supreme Court as possible.
That's why I believe there's an urgency to this.
The time is of the essence.
We have to be strategic, just like the other side's been strategic for these decades in the courts, bringing cases so they can set precedent.
We've now undone We need to keep doing that while we have the court in our favor.
So that's why it's important to support organizations like ours and like Gun Owners of America and the other organizations you mentioned.
We realize that we're in this alongside a lot of other great freedom fighters.
It's not all about us, but we want to do our part as well.
So we appreciate anybody's support.
Absolutely.
And again, folks, if you want to support this organization, just go to wethepatriotsusa.org.
Now, let's talk about vaccines.
Now, earlier today, I was talking to an associate, a business owner, and And he said that two members of his family just died from the vaccines.
And he said they were both, you know, just to bring up politics, he said they were both liberal and they believed in the vaccines and they took the shots and they took all the boosters.
And he said, but I love them.
Even though they're liberal, I still love them because they're family.
I didn't want to see them die.
And they died.
One died around Christmas time and another died last week.
And They weren't old, like 40s and 50s.
I keep hearing these stories more and more.
I keep hearing about cancer rates exploding.
I keep hearing about heart attacks.
I keep hearing about deaths, sudden deaths, even among young people in their 20s and 30s as well.
It's clear that this is taking a toll.
And I know that your organization is fighting against the mandate so that people have a choice.
What's your stance on all of this?
And what are you focused on doing right now to try to give choice back to the people?
Well, yeah, that's what it's all about.
This is real freedom of choice, okay?
When we're talking about somebody, literally the government and corporations, pharmaceutical corporations, forcing a toxic substance into our bodies that we know kills now.
The evidence is here.
People can deny it.
But whether or not you've watched Diet Suddenly, you don't have to watch that film to know.
All you have to do is pull up your headlines on your phone every morning.
We have that guy, the American Idol guy, CJ Harris.
He died at 31 yesterday.
And then Lisa Marie Presley.
We hear about the famous people, but we also hear about a lot of young people, these young football players, high school football players, college football players, one after the other after the other, dropping, either having severe heart incidents or dying.
And it's just way too many.
You mentioned cancer rates exploding, all of that.
I don't know how anybody can look at this and deny it at this point, but I saw something, Mike, earlier today that just...
I don't know why it surprised me, but it still surprised me.
It kind of blew my mind.
Somebody was talking about...
I don't know if it was CJ Harris or somebody else, but they posted it in their Facebook feed that this person had died young.
And that it's crazy.
It's getting out of control.
The numbers are exploding.
And someone in the comments section responding to the person that had posted this said, what proof do you have?
What proof do you have that the numbers are really exploding?
People have always died.
Young people have always died.
And then the person had the gall to say, they went back and forth a few times.
The person actually said, until I see it on a mainstream source, not an alt-right source like what you're showing me because someone put a rumble link in there.
I guess that's alt-right.
Until I see it on MSNBC or CNN, I won't believe it.
So they actually came out and admitted that that's their standard.
They have to see it on a mainstream, far-left source in order for it to be credible.
And I think, unfortunately, the mainstream media has so captivated people's brains, has so, I want to say, just really zombified.
Yeah.
Millions of Americans.
There's a ton of people that I know, good people, intelligent people, otherwise intelligent, I should say, people who are like that.
If they don't see it on some mainstream network news or cable news, they don't think it's happening.
And of course, you're never going to get a CNN anchor or Lester Holt or someone to come on air and say the vaccines are killing millions of people or the COVID shots are killing millions of people.
They're never going to say that.
Even if a loved one in their family dies shortly after taking the shot, they're not going to admit it was the shot.
So there's this cognitive dissonance, and I think a lot of it, Mike, is because they're afraid.
It's fear.
They don't want to admit that because they've all taken it.
And so what we're doing is we are fighting back to still give people that right to choice.
We have focused.
Some people have asked us, why don't you just challenge the mandates general?
Why don't you just say nobody, no company can have a mandate, period?
Well, because that's going to be a loser case because there's no law and there's nothing actually in the Constitution that says a private corporation can't force its employees to get an injection.
What there is is there's a law.
the First Amendment, but there's also a law of Title VII that says you have to provide religious accommodations.
Then there's the ADA, which says you have to provide medical accommodations for a disability.
So we have focused on those angles, and we've been winning victories that way.
And that's why we focus.
We have over 200 years of jurisprudence in this country preserving and defending religious freedom, whereas there's nothing in the Constitution that says a private corporation can't mandate a shot.
You don't have a right to employment.
So as much as that really angers a lot of people on our side and say, you should just be challenging the mandates.
It's a violation of neurobron code.
Well, the second you start putting that in your lawsuit, every single one of those lawsuits that cited Nuremberg Code and has challenged the mandate generally has lost.
Why?
Because there's no law against it.
And guess what?
Nuremberg Code is not actually binding law in the United States.
It wasn't a treaty that we signed on to or anything like that.
So federal courts can thumb their nose in.
That is absolutely fascinating that it's not illegal in America to For corporations to commit genocide against their own employees.
That's just extraordinary.
I'm not challenging you.
I think what you said is accurate.
But isn't that an amazing wake-up call?
Because these shots, we have scientific proof that they cause chromosomal alterations.
So they are transgenic injections.
They're not, as you know, technically really vaccines.
It's mRNA instructions.
They alter chromosomes.
This is genetic alteration.
And How could it be that a corporation can require someone to submit their bodies to this as a condition of employment in the country that's supposed to be the land of the free?
That's just amazing.
It's amazing.
It's disgusting.
We think the law needs to be changed, and that's why we are actually...
We don't get involved in a lot of lobbying and things like that, legislative lobbying, because we're not allowed to.
We're a 501c3 nonprofit corporation, but we are allowed to do an incidental amount of lobbying.
And so the one little small piece we have is actually something really important.
We have a health status petition on On our website, if you go to our homepage, it says sign the petition.
You'll scroll it down on our homepage and you'll see it says sign the petition to make health status a protected class.
So what that is, is we are giving a petition.
We're going to be delivering a petition to Congress to make health status, including vaccination status, a protected class under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
So just like Prior to that, the passage of the Civil Rights Act, you could deny service to a black person at a restaurant, at a lunch counter, right, in the South.
After they passed that, you couldn't, all right, under Title II of the Civil Rights Act.
You could fire someone or not hire someone because they were black.
After Title VII was passed, you can't do that.
Well, there's nothing in...
Just adding in, though, today in 2023, universities can discriminate against people for being white because being white is not a protected class or for being male or for being conservative or for being a Christian, right?
None of those are protected classes.
But it is.
They just don't recognize it.
Race, color, sex, those are all protected classes under the Civil Rights Act.
But you're right.
If you're white, male, conservative, and Christian...
Suddenly it doesn't apply to you.
So you're absolutely right.
But what I'm saying is vaccination status or health status, like whether or not you got a COVID test, whether or not you're wearing a mask, all of those things need to be written into the Civil Rights Act that no company can discriminate, no state or local or federal government, and also no private corporation or employer and no business can refuse your service.
Based on your vaccination status, based on your health status of any kind.
So we want to cover it more generally for whatever else they're going to roll out.
And we have that petition.
We need thousands more signatures.
So I encourage people to sign that because we have a strategy here.
We have specific congressmen and senators that we are already planning on meeting.
We have connections to some of them.
We're going to be setting up meetings with people who we know are friendly to medical freedom and religious freedom.
And we are going to be calling for congressional hearings.
So we're actually going to make an event out of it.
Once we have enough signatures, we are going to hand deliver this.
We're going to do a live event.
We're going to deliver it to Congress.
This isn't just going to be one of those petitions you sign.
You never hear about it again.
So we're going to deliver it to Congress.
On your website, where can people go to sign that petition?
Right on our homepage.
If you go to wetepatriotsusa.org and you just scroll down on the homepage, it's one of our features right there.
And it says, take action, make unrestricted vaccine mandates illegal.
And then under it, you just click on that and it takes you right to the petition to sign it.
Okay, that's really great.
Thank you for that action item.
I want to encourage everybody listening to participate in that.
That is key.
We have to protect health status.
Now, you know, it's interesting, going back to AIDS and the 1980s, it was understood nationwide that no one could discriminate against a person because they had AIDS, right?
And, I mean, this was the culture.
No one had to make a law about it.
It was just considered...
I guess it was an understood courtesy, right?
And even who was the famous basketball player who had...
Magic Johnson.
Yeah, Magic Johnson, right?
And everybody played basketball with Magic Johnson, and they were fine.
And nobody said, well, all the other basketball players have to get vaccinated against AIDS to play with Magic Johnson.
Nobody said that.
Or that all the other basketball players have to wear a mask or any of this nonsense, right?
So it was a protected class then.
But then suddenly, you know, with COVID, I mean, AIDS was very prominent among the gay community.
At least that's my memory of how it was described historically, right?
So that was protected, I think, because it was related to the gay community.
But then COVID... Could be anybody.
No protections.
You must take the vaccine.
You must wear the mask.
You must be locked down.
You must lock down your children.
So what happened to our culture between those decades that suddenly this understood right vanished?
It's interesting that you bring that up because there was a line of cases in the 1980s involving that exact issue.
So the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, has an exception that you don't have to accommodate someone with a disability, including something like AIDS, if you can prove that they would pose a direct threat of harm to To others, okay?
And so others, whether it's in the workplace or in your place of business, a store, a restaurant, if you can prove that the person poses a direct threat, then you can exclude them, deny them service, and you don't have to accommodate them.
Well, a whole bunch of people were actually afraid that just by being around someone, being near someone, that you could catch AIDS from them and that they were somehow a direct threat.
And so that was brought, and that was challenged and brought to the Supreme Court, and they said, no, absolutely, that does not qualify as a direct threat.
Obviously, there's no evidence there that they pose a direct threat, so you can't use that exception.
Well, the direct threat exception, we tried to use it during COVID, not we the patriots, but we, meaning people on our side, tried to use that exception, and suddenly that wasn't We're good to go.
We're still going to allow businesses to exclude you.
And the EEOC was actually saying, I actually attended some webinars as a civil rights attorney.
I attended some webinars that the EEOC was hosting, and I sat in and listened in, and they were telling people, they were telling their stakeholders, their state agency partners, Absolutely.
You can uphold those decisions of business owners to exclude people.
Yes, you can accommodate them.
You can bring their groceries up to the car, but you don't have to let them in your business because they pose a direct threat, even though they had no science to support it.
So it was a total double standard.
I think it was totally wrong, and I would never have advised any of my clients, if I had a client that was a business, to exclude someone, deny them service, simply because they weren't wearing a mask, for instance.
Well, I'm really glad you brought that up and explained that.
Thank you for doing that.
Going back to the vaccine mandate, Of course, a lot of the vaccine promoters argued, well, it's a private company.
They can do anything they want, which is not true at all.
If I have a corporation and I hire 100 people, I can't line them up and say, today you're all going to eat ribs.
I can't do that.
That's not legal, is it, for me to force employees to eat something or to swallow something or to be injected with something?
How is that legal?
Well, again, you could have a religious...
If they're pork ribs and you don't eat pork or beef ribs and you don't eat beef, you could have a religious accommodation.
Or if you have a medical disorder, you can't eat certain foods, you have allergies, under the ADA you'd be protected.
But aside from that, if they wanted to force you to eat something, I mean, I can't see a court finding that reasonable.
But there is no actual prohibition in law that says an employer can't have a policy, that everyone's going to gather together and eat a certain meal at a certain time.
We're all going to eat the same thing.
There's no law that says you can't do that.
There might be in some states that I'm not aware of, but there's no federal law because there's, again, as the libertarians in us want private businesses to be able to do whatever they want.
We don't want the government to be saying, you can do this, you can't do this, you can't have this policy in your business, but you can have this one.
We don't want the government doing that.
We're talking about compelling behavior, which is different than restricting behavior.
We're talking about compelling someone to do something.
I understand that, but I mean, for instance, you're talking about actually consuming something, so I understand the analogy, but for instance, if there was a rule that everyone had to eat lunch at the same exact time in the company cafeteria, and if you didn't, you'd be fired, that would be okay, because the company can do that.
Yeah, but if I said, here's a mystery cocktail salad dressing, I'm not going to tell you what's in it.
You all have to eat it.
You know, right?
That's...
Find me a law that says you can't, though, Mike.
Wow, yeah, okay.
That's the problem.
There is no law.
We want to change that.
We want to make health status, you know, if someone says, you know, whatever it is concerning the body, that the employer doesn't have a right to do anything to someone's body.
I mean, principally, what we're focusing on, obviously, is toxic shots, injections, but we're also including in there masks and testing.
So you can't even force someone to get tested a certain number of times a week or month or whatever like that.
Right.
This petition is critical, and I really do think we have Senator Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, Marjorie Charlie Green.
There are other names, too, that are very supportive of our side of medical freedom, religious freedom, individual rights, and don't think that employers should be allowed to do that.
And I agree with you.
That's preposterous.
And I've never heard of an employer forcing someone to eat something, so it's never really come before the courts.
The courts have never had to rule on that.
But they have ruled on forced injections, haven't they?
And look how it's come out.
We've had some victories, but most of the victories have been religious exemptions and medical exemptions, which is why our organization strategically is focused on that, because we know the law and we want to take on battles that we think we can actually win.
Okay, fair enough.
Yeah, you're very practical about that.
And all we need is respect for religious exemptions or medical exemptions, and then we win.
Because, you know, a religious exemption is simply you asserting this belief rooted in faith.
And that's it.
There can be no proof required of your faith or your conviction.
Yeah.
I mean, they're allowed to ask some questions, but they can't get too ridiculous.
So we have two lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies.
One is against Bristol-Myers Squibb.
The other we just filed a couple months ago against Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Boston.
And they actually had...
Their process for granting or denying, I should say, because they denied almost everyone, for denying religious accommodations was very, very over the line, very, very probing.
Do you have any tattoos?
Have you ever smoked a cigarette?
Have you ever had any alcoholic beverage in your life?
Have you ever taken any prescription medication or non-prescription medication in your life?
Because some of those are tested on aborted fetal cells as well, as you know.
And so they were trying to trip people up.
Okay, you won't put anything toxic in your body.
Why did you have a beer 12 years ago?
As if having a beer 12 years ago is the same as being injected with mRNA, gene-altering, DNA-altering, poisoning, toxins.
But that's how ridiculous it was.
So we loved this case.
When they brought it to us, we said, we believe we've got a slam dunk here.
Because they went way over the line.
You're allowed to ask some questions like, what is your religion?
Just to make sure you actually have.
If you don't have an organized religion, that's fine.
But what is your religious belief?
They can ask for a letter from clergy, but that's not required.
There's nothing in the law that says you have to have a clergy.
You can practice your religion at home.
So again, there's no way for them to prove that you don't have this religious belief.
Okay, Brian, let me throw this out your way because I love the intellectual stimulation of speaking with you, frankly.
This is really cool.
But on the LGBT side, so the transgenders are allowed to state that they can be anything they want at any moment without any proof required whatsoever.
There's never any biological proof or anatomical proof required to say that for that person to say they are a woman or they are a man or they are a fairy rainbow creature or whatever they want, unicorns.
There's nothing required.
But when you say, "I'm a person of faith," then it's, "Oh, show us the proof.
Answer the questions.
Be interrogated." You know?
They don't interrogate transgenders about anything.
Right.
That's a great point.
And right, you can even be a furry now, right?
You can have a litter box in your classroom, right?
This is absolutely ridiculous.
And how dare you question?
If you say, oh, I believe they're just faking it, you would be charged with a hate crime.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
So you're right.
That's a great analogy.
They don't require them to show any proof, but yes, they require us to...
And religion is covered under the Constitution.
See...
Neil Gorsuch, that horrible decision he wrote interpreting Title VII to include sexual orientation and gender identity, even though Congress never intended that in 1964 when it was passed, the word sex in there was male and female.
That's the only protection under Title VII, okay?
Nothing to do with gender identity or sexual orientation.
He can say that all he wants.
The reality of the situation is there is no protection, not only not in Title VII or Title II of Civil Rights Act, but there's There's also nothing in the Constitution to protect transgender rights or sexual orientation.
But guess what there is protection?
Religious freedom.
The very first clause of the First Amendment, what does it say?
It's about the free exercise of religion.
And then it goes on.
There's another clause in the First Amendment that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.
So there's two parts of that First Amendment, the principal parts.
Right in the beginning, off the bat, what did the framers of the Constitution put in?
Religious freedom, religious protection.
And yet...
We don't have the same protections.
You're absolutely right.
And it's just disgusting.
But we're going to make sure the rule of law is upheld.
We're going to make sure that the courts get back to reading the interpretation as an originalist document, the textualist interpretation, not some living, breathing, organic document that changes over time.
We're going to get back to the vision of our founding fathers.
Well said.
Well said.
And that's the reason why people should consider supporting you, in my opinion.
WeThePatriotsUSA.org is the website.
I also want to mention, you've got channels, what do you have, Gab, Getter, Truth Social, Twitter, and Telegram.
You have a big channel on Telegram, WeThePatriotsUSA.

Podcast.
Faithful Freedom with Taryn Gregson is our flagship.
That's our original podcast.
Taryn was fired from the PGA Tour.
She was a broadcaster, a journalist for the PGA Tour.
She was fired for refusing masking and testing mandates while she was pregnant, by the way.
She does a great job.
She's a consummate professional.
You can tune in every Wednesday for her show.
And then we have a new podcast that we're launching January 23rd.
That's this coming Monday, January 23rd.
It is Vets and Visionaries with Kristen Megan.
Kristen Megyn Kelly, as you know, scientist, OSHA expert, Air Force veteran, wife, mother, amazing human being.
She calls herself the loudmouth liberty talker.
Industrial hygienist, right?
Isn't that her title?
Industrial hygienist?
She's an industrial hygienist, right?
I always forget the exact specific title, but Dawn and I will actually be joining her for her very first episode to launch.
So you can hear from both of us Monday, January 23rd.
So it'll be airing every Monday.
And we are just so excited to bring her to our team.
She's so knowledgeable.
People weren't listening to her when they were masking, shutting down schools, shutting down businesses.
And she was saying that's the wrong thing to do.
You know, she knows OSHA inside and out and they weren't listening to her.
But now we've given her a platform.
She's going to have a show.
And we just invite everybody to tune in.
You can tune in.
You'll find it not only on our website.
We have a page for each podcast.
But you'll also be able to find it on our Rumble channel and anywhere you listen to podcasts.
We're on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, all of that stuff.
Man, that's fantastic.
And we're going to talk to you about how we co-broadcast some of this on the Brighteon platform at some point, too, because we love Chris and Megan and her work.
I've interviewed her several times.
She knows her stuff.
You know what you're talking about, obviously, here.
Love to work with you more closely and help publicize all your amazing efforts.
We do have a Brighteon channel.
We do upload to Brighteon.
Well, I think we could do more streaming with you as well.
So we could talk about that another time.
But we've got brighteon.tv, brighteonradio.com, and something new coming up that I can't mention here publicly, but I'll tell you about off-air that might be of interest to you.
So streaming tech to try to amplify the voices that are fighting for human freedom.
So anyway, it's all good news.
That's amazing.
Thank you for sharing all that with us, Brian.
This is great.
That's about it then.
Anything else you want to add before we wrap it up?
No, I just want to thank you once again for this opportunity to come back on your show.
We love what you do, Mike.
We're big fans of all of your broadcasts and everything.
We've been on Brighton with others as well.
We've been interviewed by Daniel Boblinski before.
We just love your platform and everything that you're doing to speak truth.
And again, if anyone can find it in their hearts or their wallets to give us a little bit of donation, monthly donations especially are appreciated so that we can budget and plan for these lawsuits.
You can find it on the Donate tab at wetepatriotsusa.org.
But that's all for me.
Again, I thank you and I hope we can catch up again soon.
God bless.
Okay, we will.
Stand by, Brian.
Don't hang up yet.
So, folks, again, interview with Brian Festa here.
