A good leader does periodic update briefings.
If there's a natural disaster, you see people briefing the public on TV, you see the mayors, you see the chiefs of police or the chiefs of the firefighter department briefing the public on what they're learning, what the status is for people's interest in safety.
None of that's been done.
And I consider this, in a way, a public safety issue because our very democracy is at stake.
All right, welcome to today's episode of the Health Ranger Report here on Brighton.tv.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon, and as I'm fond of saying, I built this platform so that we can have conversations like this one today.
And our guest today is Arizona State Senator...
Welcome to my show!
Wendy Rogers is going to give us an update on what's going on with voter integrity in Arizona and with the 2020 election, as well as what's coming up in the 2022 election.
Wendy Rogers is a great American, a true American hero.
We are honored to have her on the show here today.
She'll be with us when we come back right after this short break.
So stay with us here on Brighteon.tv.
Okay, welcome back, folks.
Mike Adams here, and we are joined now by Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers.
Wendy, it's an honor to have you on.
Welcome to the show.
Thanks for having me.
Merry Christmas, everyone.
I'm broadcasting to you from Arizona.
A little bit chilly here.
We're not in session yet.
We're in our off-season.
It's called an interim.
And we go back into session on the 10th of January.
Okay, wow.
So give us the overview.
You heard my intro.
I know there's a lot of frustration across the country of what's happening with the audits and the situation there.
Can you give us kind of an overview of where things stand?
Certainly.
Just first, everyone, you should know that I actually don't represent the county that was audited.
I represent northern Arizona, home in Flagstaff, parts of four other counties in Arizona.
I'm the most newly elected state senator.
We have 30 senators in Arizona.
30 state districts, as it were, and each one has one senator.
We have 16 Republican senators and 14 Democrat senators.
So there's just a one-vote majority.
Similarly, in the House, the Arizona House, we have 31-29.
So again, a slim one-vote majority.
So it's kind of ironic that Arizona was able to pull off A deep dive cyber forensic audit of our largest county, Maricopa County, which of course encompasses Phoenix.
And it was a 2.1 million ballot deep dive cyber forensic audit that was taken on over the span of January through July.
And a lot of people say, well, come on, Arizona.
We want results.
We want a faster tempo on finding out what's happened.
I will say to you, before I kind of dive into the detail, we're doing it faster than 49 other states.
That's true.
Right.
But, of course, people are impatient.
They want numbers now.
We know there are a lot of roadblocks thrown in your way.
But many of us, myself included...
Based on so much other evidence, we are absolutely convinced that ballots were counterfeited.
Ballots were run more than once.
We realize ballots aren't even serialized, which seems crazy since even our fiat currency money has serial numbers on it.
Why don't we serialize the ballots?
So we're impatient.
I mean, just being honest, we're impatient.
Understandably so.
So the great reveal, as I call it, was September 24th.
And that's when we had the big hearing on the floor of the State Senate, again, during our off time.
And all the news people were there and so forth.
And after several hours of testimony, it was clear that there were various types of corruption and inconsistencies and anomalies that totaled.
Tens of thousands of ballots, which by rights should not have been counted.
So all of this information was given to the Arizona Attorney General.
His name is Brnovich.
And so all of these data sets were handed over to him.
He commenced a criminal investigation, which is now still ongoing.
And so I have railed hard and kept the pressure on him to make arrests.
And to do perp walks and to have accountability for what has happened.
Now you ask me, well, it's been over two months.
Why has this not occurred yet?
Great question.
In fact, I was on another interview with Bannon's War Room just the other day and pointed out That the election procedures handbook that Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs put out that had had all kinds of legal problems,
he jumped on that Attorney General Brnovich went and had his staff or another attorney go through that very closely and mark that all up with red ink and say what was legal and what wasn't legal.
Ironically, that was turned in a week after.
It was turned in the 1st of October when the 24th of September, a week earlier, we had done the great reveal.
So I'm a little teed off about that.
I don't appreciate that he gave scrutiny and diligence into the detail of that election procedures handbook, yet not a peep On the data sets that we gave him for the audit.
And he's still getting information.
And here's the rub, Mike.
I was an officer in the military.
I commanded troops.
People who have been first responders, firefighters, police, search and rescue, military.
We all operate on one central tenet, which is you keep your troops informed.
So I have a real problem with his lack of leadership, with, I think, a possible politicization of the situation.
We did our part.
As the legislature, despite the fact, by the way, we were thwarted here and there everywhere.
We had to be upheld in court four times.
Four times!
We had a hearing a year ago, November, before I was sworn in.
I was sworn in in January.
The election was in November, as we all know.
Days later, we started getting affidavits and all kinds of reporting in our state of monkey business and shenanigans.
And then Mark Fincham and all put up this hearing we had at the end of November where Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis came out to assist us in having a hearing and collating all this information.
Okay, so we appreciate that update from you, and we share your frustration.
And just to paint a larger picture of this, it's a familiar story of what you're describing because all of us who wanted to get America back to a constitutional republic under Trump, we watched as first Attorney General it's a familiar story of what you're describing because all of us who wanted to get America back to a constitutional republic under Trump,
He hid in a closet for two years, and then William Barr comes in, and it was the same thing.
Everybody said, oh, William Barr, he's going to go after the bad guys.
He's going to nail them, and William Barr thwarted every effort.
So now then at the state level, we have Brnovich.
And at first, I remember hearing some of the buzz that, oh, Brnovich is going to get him.
He's going after him.
He's going to have the perp walks.
He's going to arrest these criminals.
If only.
If only, right.
But now, as you're expressing, things aren't moving along at a pace that might be expected reasonably.
Are we talking about...
It's very frustrating.
And what my charge in life...
Is twofold.
Number one, I will not rest until we get to the truth of 2020.
And I've had visitors from all over the country who came to the audit In May and June, who said the same thing to me, counterpart state senators and state representatives from various states, who said their constituents want them to know what happened in 2020, and they came to Arizona to see how that kind of gold standard operation could be carried out.
And I'll talk to that in a minute as to the details of how we did it.
But you're so right.
So my charge is twofold.
One, get to the truth of 2020 and spare no soft words to do that.
Number two is to enact legislation to fix the fraud issue.
style mechanisms.
So I've been working on bills right here on my computer to drop here in these last few days that speak to the fact that we should have voter ID.
We should elect, have elections on one day.
They should be counted at the county level by hand.
Counties should be, sorry, precincts, precincts should be a smaller level.
That's where they should be counted by hand.
And, if I may say, by people who are of that precinct.
Not these people hired by leftist dark money groups to go in and mess things up, which we're reading about more and more of now.
And so...
Let me interrupt you for a second.
So, yeah, we know that Zuckerberg spent, I think, 300-plus million dollars essentially, in my opinion, bribing the vote-counting districts in swing states across the country.
I'm not sure if some of that money went to Maricopa County or not, but we know it did.
It did?
Okay.
Yes.
So the American people know that this election was rigged.
But I just want to acknowledge, too, that there's a little bit of static from time to time.
Don't worry about it.
Just for the viewers watching, it's not your problem.
It's an audio little thing.
It sounds like a little drummer boy for Christmas, actually, from time to time.
Kind of a bonus.
But it's okay.
It's not a huge interruption.
But I want to ask you, you kind of got into this, but what...
Efforts are being done to confirm the integrity of the votes in the 2022 midterms.
And you mentioned a couple of things, but is anything actually getting done?
And what about, what I mentioned before, serializing the ballots?
Why don't they have unique serial numbers?
What I'm putting in a bill to do is to put the futuristic ballot in place.
This is something that our Secretary of State candidate Mark Fincham, now State Representative Mark Fincham in the House, has been carrying around the country.
It's a ballot that has several...
There's countermeasures against counterfeiting in the paper.
They include a seal that goes under a scanner.
It has a QR code that the voter can confirm what his unique serialized number of his ballot is.
And then the minute it is cast, he can go online to see that it was cast In a secret way.
And so this is really state-of-the-art.
It's only 25 cents a ballot vis-a-vis 6 cents a ballot now.
We already appropriated the money in Arizona in our last session.
The session starts in January and goes typically to April, May, June timeframe.
Depending on whether or not we pass the budget in a timely manner.
So to answer your question we have enough information and knowledge gained from the audit To enact laws that will shore up the integrity of our system.
And so the timing is critical.
We have a thing in Arizona where there's a 90-day clock that starts after we enact legislation before the law itself can take effect.
So if we don't pass legislation until June, then July, August, we're not in time for the August primary.
We have a late primary in Arizona, thankfully, for this.
It works out for this situation.
So our goal is to pass really great legislation in time for the 90-day window to still be prior to the primary in August.
Right, but of course the Democrats are playing the delay, delay, delay game on everything, including the audit from 2020.
That's their whole job.
It's just astonishing to me that Democrats across the country, not just Arizona, are...
Monolithic in their rejection of ballot security measures like the ones you just described.
They don't want honest ballots.
They don't want the truth because it's all about keeping power.
And so with this one vote majority, we Republicans have to be disciplined and united.
And that's ticklish.
I mean, that's tough.
And so we have to get to a point where The 16th person, whoever he or she is on a given day, is okay with what we're doing.
And I'm all about moving the Overton window of political acceptability.
Unless we strive for very stringent, correct measures...
Then we're not going to get to where we need to be.
You don't start at the middle of the road.
You start at the end and you push, push, push as much as you can.
And this is what the left, as you alluded to, has done in such an adept way.
They know how to coalesce.
They know how to unite monolithically, irrespective of Whether or not it's truthful, honest, or correct, what they do is they just are a juggernaut and they move forward.
And so conservatives, by and large, are more politic, they're more polite, they're more courteous, they don't want to offend, they want to get along.
That doesn't work, okay?
You can never back down.
You have to double down and be unapologetic about it.
I like what you're saying and I believe you're exactly right and I think the tone is changing because those who are being successful now in the Republican Party look at Governor Ron DeSantis in Florida.
He doesn't apologize.
He goes right after him and frankly right now I think DeSantis is looking like the best candidate for the presidential run in 2024 but I guess we'll see what happens.
What practical things can people do to aid in your effort to get this legislation passed quickly?
A lot of our listeners are in Arizona, or they know somebody in Arizona.
Tell us what they can do that's very practical.
Right.
They need to tell their Arizona state senator to get on board.
They need to tell their two state representatives to get on board.
I actually have what's affectionately known as the Audit 50 States letter.
And if their state rep or state senator has not signed, irrespective of where you are in the country, if he or she has not signed my Audit 50 States letter, you need to push them to do so.
If they say that they embrace election integrity, this is where you put your finger to their chest and say, oh, well, then you should be signing Senator Wendy Rogers Audit 50 States.
Where can people get that letter?
They need to, they can look at it on my wendyrogers.org website, and then to tell me that they want to sign on, simply send me an email, team, T-E-A-M, at wendyrogers.org, W-E-N-D-Y, like the hamburgers, R-O-G-E-R-S, like mrrogers.org, WendyRogers.org.
Don't send me names of senators and then tell me to call them.
No.
I get those.
They need to know, because you've either prodded them or not, that they want to sign.
So when I get an email...
A team at wendyrogers.org that says, hey, Rogers, sign me up.
We sign them up.
And we have, I think, nearly 200 signers now from across the country.
This is huge.
What it essentially says in the letter is the sign undersigned agrees that audits are necessary in every state.
Their state, especially.
And if corruption's found, they reserve the right to recall their electors.
And this is all spelled out in the United States Constitution.
It is we, the state legislators, who have oversight of the U.S. presidential election.
And a lot of people don't know that.
Our founding fathers were very wise.
They knew that we state senators and state representatives are closest to the people.
And so they endowed us with the plenary power to oversee the U.S. presidential election.
So this letter outlines that.
And it says what the undersigned means.
And so, for example, to carry it two steps farther, if the electors then would be recalled, say, from two or three states, and the magic number 270 then would not be achieved by Biden or would be achieved by Trump,
then per the U.S. Constitution, That's right.
From that snapshot in time, what the compositions of the state legislatures were then, you would then have 29 Republican states and 21 Democrat states.
Thus, a new election would ensue in the U.S. House of Representatives where each state gets one vote.
Yes, this has happened in our history before.
This is not a constitutional crisis.
Good point.
It's a constitutional roadmap.
Right.
And it's a blueprint.
So people need to understand that.
And they say, well, Senator Rogers, how plausible is that?
Why do you seek that?
I seek it because I took an oath.
To support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I took that oath in 1976.
That's a lifetime oath, okay?
So as an Air Force pilot, Air Force retired officer, that's a lifetime commitment.
And it's my job to follow...
The Constitution.
And whether or not it's plausible or probable that that course of action could end up occurring, it's my job to continue to seek the truth and continue to follow the roadmap that the founders gave us.
And there's one other thing to answer your question from a moment ago.
You can also, as an individual listener, please go to my website, wendyrogers.org, and on the landing page in the upper right corner is the link to click to sign the national petition to decertify the presidential election.
This is a national symbolic petition that you as a listener, you as a voter, as an American, I encourage you to sign, and you'll be joining, get this, over 1.3 million signers who have signed that at wendyrogers.org.
Okay, wendyrogers.org.
We only have less than two minutes remaining here today.
I want to remind our viewers that you, Senator Rogers, you are up for re-election in 2022.
So for those of you who are in Arizona, be sure to support Wendy and her efforts.
And I have a feeling that your slim majority in the House and the Senate there at the state level may be improved after the midterm elections.
We hope so.
But secondly, I want to ask for your comment on this.
The Pentagon has announced, or some leaders in the Pentagon have announced, that they're going to be punishing people who like certain memes.
You know, active-duty soldiers who are liking certain memes.
So it's kind of like a thought crimes purge happening in the military right now.
What are your thoughts on that?
This is a whole other story to interview me on another day.
But there's just a complete undermining of our country, our very republic, with medical tyranny, educational tyranny, and against our beloved military.
And I hear stories every day of fellow...
Military members who are not wanting to take the vaccine, for example, and being forced out.
This changes the culture.
It undermines the very fabric of our military, but then that's the whole point.
This divides families, it divides communities, and it is doing everything, this nefarious influence, to hurt our country from within.
Okay, sorry to cut you off.
That's our interview today, Senator Wendy Rogers.
Thank you for joining us.
Much appreciated.
God bless America, and bless you for what you're doing as well.
Well, thank you so much for joining us.
Thank you.
