You are LIVING in the collapse: The steady decay of every pillar that makes society function
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
It's not hard to see now how the collapse of society really unfolds.
It's not one big day when everything just collapses all of a sudden.
It's this accelerating erosion, this degradation of all of the components that make a complex society function.
It's the steady collapsing of supply lines of raw materials, the increasing shortages in food, the accelerating devaluation of the currency, for example.
It's the increased number of deaths of people that you know from the spike protein bioweapon that's mislabeled the vaccine.
It's day by day, more and more corruption, more gang shootings.
More violence, more drug infestation of the streets, more filth in the cities, more kickbacks and corruption and crime at every level, more fraud in the sciences, more fake news in the media.
But it just continues to pluck away, day by day, excruciatingly, With an acceleration toward demise, but it doesn't happen all at once.
This is what we're experiencing right now.
And this is exactly what it's going to continue to look like.
And people are seeing it everywhere now.
You no longer have to even explain to someone, hey, these cities are going to collapse.
Now they're like, I know, we're getting out.
Well, you better hurry.
Five years ago, they were like, ah, you're a conspiracy theorist.
You know, Seattle's gonna be fine.
Today, the people living in Seattle are like, this is a collapsing crap hole.
We gotta leave before the zombies overrun our neighborhood.
And that's the difference.
It's obvious now.
And so your money's gonna be worth less and less every day, and food prices are gonna go higher and higher every day.
You'll have gasoline shortages, telecommunications outages, power grid failures.
Just think about complex society.
What makes it run?
Microchips out of supply, can't buy new vehicles, can't get materials to get anything done.
We're trying to do spray foam insulation in one of our new commercial buildings right now.
And the spray foam insulation cost has gone up 130%.
Since last year.
And we were asking the spray foam company, what's the deal?
And they said, well, there's two problems.
Number one, the spray foam raw material, the resin or whatever it's called, the liquid, polyurethane liquid, that's gone up 130%.
And you can't get any.
Well, what are you going to use for our project then?
And they answered us in our case.
They said, well, we're still sitting on some inventory and we can still spray your building.
And after that, we don't know.
We don't know if we're ever going to get any more at any price.
And how often are you hearing that now?
We don't know if we're going to be able to get any more at any price.
And that's going to be the case with food as well.
Doesn't matter how much you are willing to pay, it's going to be impossible to get a lot of food.
And we're starting to see that happen in the supply lines breaking down in grocery store shelves across America.
Remember that what you see in the grocery store, if you see the shelves full, that's also kind of an illusion because it's just-in-time delivery.
There's no slack in the supply lines.
Supply lines have all been wiped out.
So if they're filling the shelves right now, it's just barely.
And with corn prices skyrocketing and soy and rice and wheat, all the staples skyrocketing in price with supplies in shortage, guess what?
Even if you've got food on the shelves, a lot of people won't be able to afford it.
A lot of people are going to say, going to have to start making some tough choices here.
Do I pay the rent or do I eat?
A lot of people, sadly, are going to be asking themselves, how many calories can I afford to buy now?
Which, by the way, you can always shift into lentils and beans and rice and affordable foods.
You don't have to buy all the processed food, which is overpriced and nutrient deficient anyway.
So a lot of people are going to have to learn how to eat more economically, which isn't a bad thing.
A lesson to learn as long as you're not starving.
It's good to save money.
It's good to learn how to survive on less.
It's not a bad thing for any of us.
I've been there too.
I've been dirt poor living on my last five dollars and trying to figure out how to eat.
I've been there.
In a foreign country, no less.
But we don't want people to starve.
Well...
I think the government's going to say the answer is just more food stamps for more people.
Get everybody on food stamps.
Well, let me ask you this question.
What's the use of food stamps if the shelves are empty?
Your government stimulus check doesn't buy anything when the supply lines are wiped out, which is exactly what's happening because people are taking their stimulus checks and they're just spending it as quickly as possible, which is not an unwise thing to do.
You know, hurry up and convert it into physical goods so the government doesn't, you know, retroactively take it out of your bank account or something.
Spend the money, buy something, but everybody's doing that, so, of course, everything's wiped out.
And the government thinks the answer is just print more money, but it doesn't even work, does it, when there's nothing left to buy because the supply lines are all wiped out.
So if you've ever wondered in your life, hey, I wonder what a collapse would look like, Just look around.
You're living it.
You are now living through the economic collapse.
You know, my friend Michael Snyder, he's got the economic collapse blog, and I'm sure he was probably mocked for many years by people who said, what do you have a blog named economic collapse?
There's not going to be an economic collapse.
Everything's going to be fine.
Guess what?
Snyder's blog...
It's a genius name.
Yeah, economic collapse is here.
You're living it.
It's happening day by day.
And it's not getting better.
Are you seeing anything get better?
Are you seeing anything become more affordable?
Are you seeing anything that's back in stock?
It's got lots of supply now.
Are you seeing anybody tell you, oh, life's getting easier now?
Don't think so.
What do you hear from people?
Life's getting harder.
Life's getting crazier.
Can't get things that you need.
No supplies.
No electronics.
No microchips.
No plumbing materials in some cases, you know?
Hard to get supplies.
This is a very bad, very messed up situation.
It's not going to get better.
So you know what the solution is to all this, right?
It's become more self-reliant.
And learn the hard skills of prepping and homesteading and living off-grid and relying on as few outside resources as possible.
Learn how to live on your own farm.
Learn how to milk a cow.
Learn how to have a cow first, I guess.
I know how to milk goats first.
I assume milking a cow is pretty much the same, just bigger teats.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the only main difference there.
And also, cows are harder to handle than goats.
You can kind of wrangle a goat into place.
I don't think you can wrangle an 800-pound mama cow, especially if it's got big old horns like longhorns.
I don't know if I want to milk a longhorn mama cow.
Sounds like a suicide mission.
No, I'm serious about the skills, though.
Learn how to do things.
Learn how to grow your own food, which I should be doing that right now.
I'm behind schedule on my hydroponic grow tower system I keep talking about.
I'm behind schedule just like you.
I know you're behind schedule, too.
We all are.
None of us are as prepped as we want to be.
None of us have as much gear or preps.
As we think we should have.
I mean, do you think you have enough ammunition?
Enough gold?
Enough food?
Enough land?
I think the answer for everybody is like, no, not enough.
We don't know how long we're going to have to survive on all this.
And I'm right there with you.
I don't know that I've got enough either, but the number one thing that will carry you through is using your brain, having the skills, being able to survive the collapse by solving problems, and most importantly, having the courage and determination to wake up And work hard and survive another day.
And frankly, that's lost across a lot of America today.
People have become totally dependent on the system.
They don't know how to survive on their own.
They don't know what it means to work.
And this is true among the younger generation as well.
Lazy as F. For the most part.
So lazy.
Never worked a day in their lives.
How are they going to transition to a collapsed world where you have to cut firewood, you have to till the soil, you have to pick weeds, you have to pick snap peas, and then you've got to snap them and take the strings off the ends.
You gotta harvest seeds.
It's work, work, work.
And then you gotta can all that stuff so you can survive the winter.
Oh yeah, don't even mention the winter.
What are you gonna eat all winter long?
Well, it's the stuff that you canned and dried and smoked and put away, you know, like your pioneered great-grandparents probably did.
That's what's gonna keep you alive in the winter.
If you didn't do that stuff, you're gonna die.
You can't just go outside and eat yellow snow cones all day.
Those aren't snow cones.
That's dog pee.
This is not going to keep you alive.
Survival's hard in a collapsed society.
But it's also going to filter out the strong from the weak very quickly.
Not going to be a lot of soy boys around after all this.
The soy boys You know who I'm talking about.
They're not going to do very well in this.
So in terms of timeline here, I would say at minimum, we need to be ready to hunker down for the next three to four years.
Minimum.
This could be more like seven years of tribulation.
It could be a decade.
It could be like the lost decade of the engineered COVID collapse of America and other nations.
But it has begun.
There's no way this gets resolved in less than three years, in my view.
And those people who think that things are just going to go back to normal, you know, next year or this summer or something, yeah, they're kidding themselves and living in a delusional fairytale land.
It's not going to go back to normal.
I know people are believing that if everybody would just get vaccinated, it would all go back to normal.
No, you're never going back to normal.
And if you took the bioweapons COVID shot, you're not going back to normal.
You're going to be dead probably over the next couple of years.
That's all you have to look forward to unless you change your diet right away and start getting healthy, which most of the people who took the vaccine won't do.
If they were into healthy living, they wouldn't have taken the vaccine in the first place.
I mean, what kind of people do that?
You know, if you eat organic and read food labels, why are you injecting yourself with toxic experimental chemicals and spike protein bioweapons?
It doesn't make any sense.
So hunker down for the long haul, folks.
This is going to get really super dicey.
Super dicey.
And I would strongly advise...
Well...
I don't want to get into too much gear here, but have some kind of solar panel set up and a solar generator set up, even a small one, so that you can charge flashlights and cell phones if they ever work again, and small electronic devices.
Make sure that you have some way to do something with electricity.
Even if you don't have a big solar array, you can have small-scale solar.
Definitely check that out.
Get squared away.
