Situation Update Dec. 25th - Americans prepare for January WAR

	Well, it is Christmas Day, December 25th.
	2020, Mike Adams here.
	Wishing me the same as well, and I thank you for that.
	And we do have quite a lot to cover today, more than I figured we would for Christmas Day, but there have been some very important developments over the last 24 hours, believe it or not.
	And I would say many of them are good news items that typically you're not going to see in the regular media, of course.
	So I'll get to those in a minute, but first, a Christmas Day message, a real personal message from me to you.
	And the message starts with the understanding that we have something really special here with all of your sharing of these podcasts and all of your support of what we do.
	And then...
	My responsibility, my mission here is to research all of this information, current events, and check with my sources and sort that out too, because I get a lot of information that I don't share with you, mostly because I decide that it's not confirmed enough yet.
	So I'm also sorting through information.
	And here we are.
	Together, we're in kind of the same canoe going down a stream together.
	And in the distance, we hear what might be a waterfall.
	You know, it's like, huh, I hear something.
	Maybe it's rapids.
	Maybe it's a waterfall.
	We're in the boat together going down this gentle stream.
	You know, as they say, row, row, row your boat.
	Life is but a dream.
	But there is something ahead.
	We can't quite see it yet.
	We have hints of it.
	And it might be scary.
	It might be catastrophic.
	Or it might just be fun.
	Fun rapids to go through.
	And then on the other side, we had a great time.
	Smiles on our face.
	And we all went through it safely.
	We don't know yet what that is.
	But I'm here to tell you that I'm in the boat with you.
	And we are going to face this together.
	And I'm going to be here for you every day.
	Every day through January 20th at least.
	And maybe after that, depending on what happens.
	I'm going to be right here with you.
	And whatever it is we face, we are going to face it together with a sense of humanity and divinity.
	Of raw truth and transparency.
	Eyes wide open, as they say.
	Because regardless of what's ahead of us here, whether it's rapids or fun time or a catastrophic waterfall, the edge of the river, whatever it is, we're going to face it with a sense of brutal honesty together.
	Knowing that who we are and what we stand for, as Americans, as people of God, as people who tell the truth, and people who are ethical and moral, whatever it is we face cannot, even in the worst case, it cannot destroy who we are.
	And it cannot take from us our spirit, our consciousness, our commitment to that which is good.
	So we are in the same boat, yes.
	I'm right here with you.
	I don't know what we're facing.
	But I will not flee from it.
	I will not cower in fear.
	I will not leap out of the boat and abandon you like Pence just did to America.
	I will not do any of those things.
	I am right here with you, rowing, wondering, looking, listening.
	And we're going to go through this together.
	On the other side, no matter what happens, we will be stronger.
	We will be more aware, more awake.
	We may be in a domestic war.
	We may be fighting for our very lives.
	Or we may have just achieved the greatest victory in the history of our country.
	The most monumental series of events, perhaps, since, well, George Washington on Christmas Day crossing the river and Mounting his actions that ultimately severed our reliance on the British King.
	Whatever it is, we shall face it together.
	Now, Brandon Tatum, who is at TatumReport.com, he was recently on the Pandemic War Room with Steve Bannon, and Brandon is a former law enforcement officer, and he said, I watched this interview, he said he's been talking to People he knows, many people in law enforcement.
	And if you don't know, not that this matters, but maybe it does for the demographic, but Brandon Tatum is an African-American, and he's a great patriot.
	And in his circle of friends, he says people are willing to take up arms.
	People have reached that point, he explained it, that they know this is the endgame.
	And I think that he's right.
	I think there are millions of Americans who have come to realize that they would rather have a chance to stand up and fight than to die under tyranny.
	And if we as Americans, if we allow the White House to be handed over to Communist China via their puppet candidate, Joe Biden, after all of the rigging and cheating and fraud of this election...
	Then from that day forward, we will only become more and more oppressed and weaker, and we will never be as strong as we are now.
	So the conclusion that many people are reaching, and I mean millions, is fight now while you have the strength.
	Fight now while Trump is still president.
	They say fight now while you still have the Second Amendment mostly still intact, which will be under assault immediately after Joe Biden becomes president, if that's what happens.
	Now, we still hope and pray that that doesn't happen.
	And there are some new things that have happened in the last day I'll cover here that give us renewed hope.
	There are still several options on the table, eight of them, as I'm counting, eight options still on the table, two.
	Two have closed out of the ten, such as the Pence-Rakeland maneuver.
	That's closed.
	But we still have eight options, and many of those eight are very good options, such as the declassification option, as well as the Insurrection Act option.
	But I wanted to bring you that quote from Brandon Tatum because I think that what he says reflects the sentiment of millions of Americans, and I'm not sure exactly what that would look like.
	Oh, and by the way, the timetable for that is right after January 6th.
	So January 7th, 8th, 9th, especially the 9th.
	Think about it.
	1 slash 9 slash 21.
	I think that's a day.
	That's a pivot point day that's going to ring in the history of this nation.
	And I suspect what this might look like, and I want to be clear, I'm not calling for any of these actions or endorsing them.
	But as an analyst, as an observer and reporter here, I would imagine that what we're going to see throughout the remainder of January is citizens groups arresting mayors and governors at gunpoint and arresting elections officials and perhaps, again, I'm not calling for this, but perhaps executing them.
	I imagine we're going to see siege warfare unleashed against the blue cities.
	I would imagine that there would be efforts underway to cut off supplies of all the things that these treasonous cities need to function, which would be obviously food, water, electricity, fuel, fiber optic lines, bandwidth, everything.
	Communications, telecom, connectivity, and so on.
	I would imagine that America could very quickly find itself in open warfare.
	And I mean unrestricted.
	Unrestricted warfare, blood in the streets.
	And the thought has occurred to me that if patriots begin to rise up right around that day or that time...
	Now remember, Trump is still president during this time.
	And strategically, it would actually be advantageous for patriots to consider that time window, you would think, right?
	Before Biden takes office.
	But how would Trump have to respond to these actions?
	Given that he would surely know that the patriots are acting to defend the republic, to take down or maybe take out the traitors, that would be their explanations, I would imagine.
	How would Trump react to this?
	Trump would be under intense pressure to invoke the Insurrection Act, which is what the press has been begging him not to do.
	But suddenly, if patriots were, I mean, and I'm talking hundreds of thousands, maybe millions across the country, if patriots, armed patriots, were doing things like, and again, just to be clear, I'm not advocating this, okay?
	I don't want anybody to falsely accuse me of this, but I'm going to describe what I could see as a possibility would be, let's say, a group of patriots storming a state capitol building and shooting anyone who got in their way in order to arrest state officials who were involved in this fraud.
	I could imagine that that's something that could happen.
	How would Trump be forced to respond?
	Well, first of all, the state governor would probably attempt to call out the National Guard.
	But in many of these states, it's hard to see that the Guard would be really opposed to some of these activities, given that many members of the Guards of states like Pennsylvania and Michigan and so on, they fully realize that their governors are crooked, corrupt criminals who committed fraud.
	I mean, look at...
	Well, I don't want to name any names here, but just look at the governors of the swing states.
	Okay, they're criminals.
	Every last one of them are criminals.
	It's hard to say that the Guard would...
	Want to face off against their own armed citizens, their own brothers and sisters or relatives in their own states.
	I mean, that would be almost a Civil War type of event, you know, brother against brother.
	So I'm going to say today that I predict we're going to see a Tiananmen Square type of event in America, and it's going to happen in January.
	But given that the governors might not be able to do what they would want to do, Trump would likely need to invoke the Insurrection Act.
	And in fact, the left-wing media at some point within a few days, maybe after some of their treasonous mayors and governors and state elections officials, you know, end up literally hanging dead in the streets.
	Again, not calling for it, just telling you what I see as a possibility.
	It's not hard to see the media calling for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.
	Which is exactly what we want Trump to do, isn't it?
	Trump could then call, you know, invoke the Insurrection Act and begin to deploy troops.
	At that moment, isn't it true that Trump would have the option to deploy troops to arrest the traitors?
	And the answer is yes.
	In other words, I'm seeing a situation unfold here that's quite fascinating.
	And maybe I'm saying too much.
	But I'm seeing a situation where an uprising of armed patriots who are engaged in defending their country against treasonous domestic enemies, that they would set off enough chaos and perhaps bloodshed and perhaps panic.
	I don't know.
	We'll have to see how it happens.
	But that the media would call for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.
	Trump would invoke it.
	And then the patriots would go home.
	And Trump would use the Insurrection Act to go after the real criminals, who are not the patriots, are they?
	The real criminals are the governors, the mayors, the secretaries of state, the state elections officials, the state senate leaders in some cases, right?
	Those are the real criminals.
	Trump could then use the United States military to do what needed to be done in the first place.
	It's just that in this scenario, it's the armed citizenry that sparks it or that forces Trump's hand, forcing Trump into this bind, I suppose, where he would have to invoke the Insurrection Act and he could even say he's doing it to stop the I guess what would be characterized at that time as, quote, militia violence.
	Certainly in the left-wing media, they would call it that.
	But Trump could do a lot with that power.
	We're talking about right around January, say, 10th, 11th, 12th, and so on.
	There's a lot that could happen between that day and January 20th, isn't there?
	So as you start sort of wargaming or...
	Simulating these activities in your mind or strategizing how they could play out, you start to see that Trump has even more options than we may have first thought.
	Trump has options that don't merely involve the president himself.
	Trump has dynamic options that may be reacting to things that patriots decide to do.
	You know, armed patriots, as I'm mentioning in this theoretical scenario.
	So given that that's the case, I mean, this seems like one of the possible scenarios here.
	There are a couple of ahas that come out of this.
	And I'll get to the news here in a minute.
	But I wanted to walk you through this thought experiment.
	A couple scenarios.
	One is that surely Trump realizes that his time window to invoke the Insurrection Act on his own is very limited.
	If, for example, the election goes for Joe Biden on January 6th, which right now seems likely to occur unless something dramatically changes between now and then.
	It's possible, but doesn't seem the most likely outcome.
	Trump's window of opportunity to declare the Insurrection Act And have U.S. soldiers arrest the treasonous actors, traitors, the fraudsters, who irrefutably stole this election.
	I mean, the evidence is overwhelming and irrefutable, which is why SCOTUS decided not to hear it, because they didn't want to have to decide on the evidence.
	But Trump's window is very short.
	He may only have, in fact, 48 hours after January 6th.
	During which he could invoke the Insurrection Act and in that way preempt the spontaneous self-activation of patriot groups across America.
	Because my assessment, and I don't have any special information on this, it's just an educated guess, but my assessment is that patriot groups or individuals, Second Amendment supporters, veterans, Even active duty law enforcement and so on, they would not wait very long.
	It would not be longer than three or four days, I would imagine.
	Because there are no other milestones between January 6th and January 20th.
	After the 6th, it's basically over.
	And if you're a person who's already decided you're not going to live under communist tyranny and gun control Biden and forced lockdowns and forced vaccinations and the endless immigration of illegal aliens and rigged elections for the rest of your life, if you've made a decision, theoretically, to not live under that, your window of opportunity to act is very limited.
	It's between January 6th and January 6th.
	20th, reasonably.
	And so that's why I would imagine that window is very small.
	Now, notably, Vice President Pence is scheduled to fly out of the country after betraying America on January 6th.
	This is already on his public schedule.
	So VP Pence, who could have saved the republic last Wednesday, On December 23rd, you know, two days ago, he could have saved the country by issuing the letters to the swing states and saying, hey, we haven't received legitimate electors from you, you know, electoral votes.
	He chose not to invoke that option even though he was fully aware of it.
	In fact, Trump tweeted out that option.
	Pence was under a lot of pressure, many people calling for him to invoke that election.
	He chose not to.
	You know why?
	Because he's also going to betray America on January 6th, and then he is fleeing the country because he knows what happens next.
	He knows that there will be civil war.
	He knows that America will fall to chaos.
	There will be a war on the streets, at least in the capital cities, of many states.
	There will be likely siege warfare against the blue cities, which, let's face it, have become terror hubs, terrorizing America with their big tech censorship, their fake news media, their rigged elections, dishonest counting of ballots.
	I mean, the blue cities are terrorist hubs.
	They are the terror operations of America.
	And so you're going to see, I would imagine, siege warfare against those cities.
	And that will take many different forms of Which maybe we'll talk about as we get closer to that time.
	So Pence is going to leave so that he can get out of the way and then just watch America collapse.
	And then Pence will come back in, maybe hoping that Trump will have been killed by that time.
	And Biden will be president.
	And then Pence can continue to go to his cocktail parties in Washington, D.C. because he helped destroy Trump.
	That's who Pence has become.
	And that's who almost everybody in Washington has become.
	Bill Barr, Jeff Sessions, Mark Meadows, Pat Cipollone, swamp creatures, traitors, Justice Roberts.
	It's a long list, right?
	So the practical upshot of this means that right now, here it is Christmas Day, you've got about two weeks before a lot of this starts to go down.
	What should you be doing in the next two weeks, especially if you have days off from work?
	If you even still have work, not everybody does.
	But you should take this time, in my opinion, to shore up your preparedness.
	To be ready for the events that at least have some chance of unfolding, as I've described here, in the days following the January 6th betrayal of America by Vice President Mike Pence and Congress, by the way.
	Who are mostly corporate whores and traitors and criminals who are skimming off the bailout money and the kickbacks, which I'll talk about here in a minute too, but the short version is all that money that's going overseas, all those programs in other countries.
	Yeah, like half of that gets kicked back to senators and members of the House.
	It's all kickbacks.
	It's all fraud.
	Foreign aid is a giant slush fund because the people that run our country are the most treasonous, corrupt, sickening, evil, twisted, nefarious, malicious criminals that you can imagine.
	They hate you.
	They hate the people of America.
	They hate the fact that they are even possibly subjected to your votes, which is why they want to rig everything and control everything.
	And they're just there to make money off of you, skim off of your hard work and productivity to enrich themselves, and then destroy anyone who might stand up for the people like Trump himself.
	So use this holiday time.
	Sure up your preps in anticipation of some of these scenarios that I just mentioned, which would be, for example, if you live in a blue city, you might anticipate, oh, power grid's going to go down, or, oh, the water supply might be cut off, or whatever.
	Grocery stores might not be able to get food.
	Because maybe, you know, somebody is setting off roadside bombs on the highways and truckers have decided not to deliver food anymore.
	You know, whatever.
	There's a thousand scenarios.
	You know, maybe the railways that deliver to the city or maybe railways that deliver coal to the coal-fired power plants or whatever.
	Have been sabotaged.
	And I don't even mean by patriots.
	I mean, you know, leftists.
	Leftists love to sabotage rail lines for some reason.
	They think that's awesome.
	Some of them have been convicted of it.
	So there are a lot of scenarios that could put you in a very dire situation very quickly.
	At the same time, now, just the flip side of this is what if Trump wins on January 6th?
	What if somehow, and by the way, there are lawsuits I'm going to talk about here, that could flip things before January 6th?
	Or what if Congress grows a spine?
	What if the vote goes Trump's way after there are, you know, one member of the House and one senator stand up and protest the electors from states like Arizona and Nevada and so on?
	And Trump ends up winning, let's say, a contingent election in the House.
	Then what will happen, I ask you?
	And again, I'm not advocating any of this, just giving you my assessment, but I would think that the radical left would at that point rise up and become extremely militant and violent.
	And that they would start to do things.
	I mean, they would realize that Trump has won a second term.
	And that would mean that immediately, January 7th, their war against America would begin.
	And they would begin bombing government buildings and rolling out Chinese weapons.
	Things I talked about before.
	I think they have RPGs.
	They have 60mm mortars.
	They have roadside bombs and suicide bomb vests.
	All kinds of things.
	Plus the AK-47s that they've been stashing away.
	They have a lot of equipment.
	A lot of rounds of ammo in places like the The California State Capitol Building complex, sorry, the East complex with the underground parking facilities there.
	There's ammo storage there and weapons storage.
	There's also reportedly gold in there.
	If you ever want to go hunting for treasure, you think you can make it to the lower levels, you know, there's gold in those mines there, parking structures.
	In any case, In any case, after January 6th, you can see, and this is something I've warned about for maybe a year and a half, after January 6th, neither side, the patriots nor the radical left, neither side has any more justification to wait and see.
	In other words, the, quote, wait and see era is over.
	Because right now, Right now, what's keeping leftists, what's preventing them from rising up and bombing government buildings and attacking in the streets like crazy?
	Well, they are waiting to see if Biden gets sworn in.
	At the same time, why are patriots not opening fire and rising up against the corrupt mayors and governors and so on that I mentioned?
	Because the patriots are in a wait-and-see mode also.
	They're waiting to see because there are pending Supreme Court cases.
	And actually, there are some cases that are pending way beyond January 6th, but I don't think anybody believes that.
	That SCOTUS is going to save the country, especially not after what they did to Texas.
	But both sides of this, what I would call the radical left or the anti-America, you know, Marxist-Bolshevik revolution types, they're in a wait-and-see mode.
	And the patriots, the pro-Trump patriots, pro-Constitution, pro-Second Amendment patriots, they're also in a wait-and-see mode.
	Well, the wait-and-see ends on January 6th.
	So it's almost no matter what happens after that day, America erupts.
	And again, there's only one scenario that I can see that avoids that, and that is Joe Biden conceding before January 6th.
	And that option, by the way, is still on the table.
	And that's what I call the declass option, declassification.
	That President Trump either threatens the declassification of documents that would expose the criminality of the Biden crime family, and there are many such documents, or perhaps President Trump It shows a folder to Joe Biden and says, here's what we have on you.
	This is all currently classified, but we will keep it classified if you concede now.
	So he could threaten D-class or he could actually invoke D-class.
	If he invoked D-class, there could be very incriminating documents on Biden that were released to the public, and that would alter the outcome of the votes of Congress on whether They should select the electoral slate for Biden or for Trump on January 6th.
	You see, two different ways to do this.
	But that's still an option.
	Joe Biden could still concede, and then we would avoid most of the violence at that time.
	Yes, there would be a little bit of uprising from the left, but not nearly as much because if Biden concedes, then obviously he sort of takes the wind out of their sails.
	He takes the anger out of their...
	Their movement, because they can no longer blame Trump as much since Biden himself conceded.
	So I would personally hope that Biden concedes.
	And I don't care if Trump has to threaten him with true documents that expose the Biden crime family operations and kickbacks from China and Ukraine and Burisma and Hunter Biden's hard drive with crazy videos of I'm
	fine with that.
	But that is not the most likely outcome.
	It's one outcome.
	I would give that just roughly maybe a 10% chance or something.
	Maybe a 20% chance.
	I don't know.
	But it's not the most likely outcome.
	It's far more likely that we end up in, well, a war.
	A war zone.
	Sometime after January 6th.
	So between now and then, consider this your last chance to...
	To acquire prepping supplies.
	And by the way, this is not any kind of a commercial push on my part.
	My entire warehouse, Health Ranger store, we are shut down for the holidays.
	We're not even opening back up until January 4th.
	So even if people were to order something today, it won't even ship until January 4th or 5th.
	So that's not what this is about.
	In fact, I'm saying go to your local grocery store.
	Get your ammo magazines ready for self-defense.
	Get your rifles ready for self-defense.
	Have a bug-out plan.
	Get your bug-out bag ready.
	Stock up on extra fuel if you can in a safe way that doesn't violate local fire codes.
	This is why it's good to have a diesel vehicle, by the way, because diesel is very safe to store.
	I don't want to see anybody with a garage full of gasoline.
	You know, fire departments hate that stuff for good reason because people don't realize flashpoint differences between gasoline and diesel.
	Gasoline is very dangerous stuff.
	Diesel is incredibly safe.
	I'm not saying you should do this, but you could take a cup of diesel and you can hold a lighter to it and it won't even burn.
	Again, don't try that.
	I'm just saying the stuff is very hard to ignite.
	Or gasoline would ignite and burn the crap out of you badly.
	So definitely don't do that.
	All right, now, by the way, just a quick side note on gun rights here, because this suddenly seems very relevant.
	You may have heard stories recently that the ATF had put out a document with proposed regulations that looked like they were trying to ban arm brace pistols.
	Now, for those of you who aren't familiar with this, a normal AR-15 rifle has a buttstock and typically a 16-inch barrel.
	And if you have a rifle with a shorter barrel, like let's say a 10-inch barrel with a buttstock on it, that's called a short-barreled rifle or an SBR, and you need special permission from the ATF, background checks, fingerprints, $200 tax stamp, and you've got to wait a year for approval, and so on and so forth.
	So those are all fully tracked.
	But...
	Since arm braces became popular, arm braces are...
	They replace the buttstock, and they're designed to strap around your forearm so you can hold it and shoot it like a pistol with one hand.
	And they're not designed to be shouldered.
	But gun manufacturers were able to put out pistols, so-called pistols, that have short barrels like a 10-inch barrel or an 8-inch barrel, and they have an arm brace.
	And the arm braces...
	In a practical sense, some people could shoulder them, or I've seen people actually put them up against the side of their face a lot.
	I've done that myself as we train on these.
	It's another point of contact.
	You just have the arm brace up against your face, and then you have two hands on it, and it's a pistol, but it's a shorter barreled configuration.
	It's very useful for vehicle combat, as well as indoor combat, clearing rooms, Clearing your own house, you know, if you suspect intruders and so on.
	Well, anyway, the ATF had put out this guidance that looked like it was intended to try to ban these pistols with arm braces.
	Well, the thing is there are millions of Americans who already own these, including myself.
	I own several of them.
	I own SIG Virtus MCX pistols with that configuration.
	I really love them.
	They're just great firearms.
	Can't get them anymore, but I bought them before everything hit the fan.
	The ATF was trying to ban these, and it looked like it was part of Joe Biden's effort to ban firearms.
	They're going to try to outlaw AR-15s, essentially, if they can get away with it.
	They're also going after 80% lowers and polymer 80 and so on.
	But the ATF just recently withdrew that guide.
	I think they were testing the waters to see how much pushback they would get, and they got a lot of pushback from Congress, from state lawmakers, but also from the public.
	They got a lot of pushback, so they withdrew that document, but it shows what they want to do if they can get away with it.
	And the ATF is a tyrannical, unconstitutional, lawless group, just like every other government agency, the CDC, the FDA. The DEA, the FBI, you name it.
	They're all unconstitutional.
	They're all illegal.
	They're never mentioned in the Constitution.
	There's no ATF in the Constitution, nor any FBI or anything like that.
	They make their own laws without Congress having any oversight or anything.
	It's just totally out of control.
	But I wanted to mention all that to tell you That there is a workaround, even if the ATF passes that kind of new regulation or announces it, they don't have to pass it, they just announce it.
	And let's say that you have, like I have, several pistols with these arm braces in your gun collection.
	There is a simple way to avoid having to register them, which is what the ATF wants you to do.
	And the answer is to simply...
	I'm not an attorney, so always check your local laws and double-check anything I say here.
	I can't give you legal advice.
	But based on what I know right now, what I would do if the ATF passed this is I would just go around my collection and I would just push out the two pins that connect the rifle upper to the rifle lower.
	And then I would just take the upper and lower and separate them and keep them apart.
	And you can reconnect them in, you know, 10 seconds, anytime you need to.
	But you can disconnect them, and then the ATF can't arrest you for having gun parts laying around like that.
	Oh, here's a lower with an arm brace on it, but it's not connected to a barrel or an upper, so it's not a firearm.
	And then, oh, here you have an upper with a 10-inch barrel, but it's not connected to a lower receiver or an arm brace or a stock.
	Well, it's not a firearm either.
	So you have these two halves separate from each other.
	You could, you know, if you were under attack or something, you could reconnect them.
	Or if the government fell, which seems likely to happen someday soon here at the rate that they're spending money, right?
	You know, $3 trillion in December alone.
	Then, of course, the ATF no longer even exists, so it's all irrelevant anyway.
	You still have your hardware.
	You just reassemble it at that time.
	But then what you have that's active and ready to go is a full-length AR-15 16-inch barrel with a regular buttstock, which is not part of the ATF's guidance here.
	That's not what they're trying to ban.
	So there are ways around this that don't violate the law.
	And still allow you to keep these things.
	I would never register that with the Biden administration.
	If you register your guns...
	I mean, I don't have to tell you.
	If you're listening to this, you're already well ahead of the curve.
	But if you register your guns with the Biden administration, the following year, they're just going to come take them.
	You're a fool to register guns.
	No real American would register their guns any more than they have already.
	You know, if you filled out the firearms transfer form with your FFL dealer, what is that, a 4474, I think, something like that, then, you know, there's a record, but that record's kept with your firearms dealer.
	Now, in most states, if you purchase a firearm using a concealed carry, then it did not go through the FBI's instant background check system, the NICS system, which means there is no federal record of that firearm purchase, which is great.
	And also, even if you do have records of where you, if you had purchased firearms before and you went through an FBI background check and everything, even if they have that record, if you've moved since then, then your address has changed from the address that they got.
	And also, by the way, the FBI is horrible at keeping track of anything.
	So depending on how long ago you bought your gun, that database may be ancient history.
	Anyway, especially with the SolarWinds hack coming in, the FBI may have just clobbered.
	I mean, they can barely keep that thing running on any given Saturday anyway.
	How much you want to bet that records from 10 years ago are gone?
	Basically irretrievable.
	Just knowing how the government operates, they probably have a very hard time finding anything.
	So, and also finally, I don't mean to spend so much time on firearms here, but given where we're headed, this is important.
	You can still buy a Ghost Gunner.
	I have the new generation of the Ghost Gunner.
	I think it's from ghostgunner.net.
	They're based in Austin, Texas, and they have a very long wait period, but I had to wait a year to get mine.
	But if you have a Ghost Gunner, then you can purchase 80% lowers online through stores like MidwayUSA, and then the Ghost Gunner machine mills them out using milling bits, you know, like a quarter-inch diameter machine.
	Milling bit, and it's an automated system.
	Basically, you stick in the lower receiver.
	That's an 80% state.
	You hit go, and basically it mills it out and delivers you a finished 80% receiver that you can then build up into a full rifle, and it has no serial number.
	Now, my understanding is this is currently illegal in New Jersey, so you wouldn't want to obviously violate the law there.
	But wherever it's legal, you certainly have the right to do so.
	You have the right to make your own firearm, not commercially, not for other people, but for yourself, for your own use.
	And they do not have to be serialized under federal law.
	And I've done this myself.
	And, you know, you have to buy the trigger group, lower receiver parts.
	You know, you put in the pins and the springs.
	You attach the Arm brace or the buttstock.
	You buy an upper receiver, complete upper receiver, charging handle, bolt carrier group, the whole deal.
	And you just put it all together.
	It's not that big of a deal.
	I mean, if you did Legos as a kid, you can do this.
	Well, if you did Legos with really rapidly spinning motors and blades and things, then you could do this.
	Because there are a lot of parts that are moving at high speed in that Ghost Gunner machine, that's for sure.
	And it makes a big pile of aluminum shreds after you're done.
	But anyway, these are some things to think about.
	Because if gun registration comes, then it would sure be an awesome idea to have an AR-15 that you built yourself that has no serial number, no record of it anywhere, just in case there were confiscation.
	But personally, I think if Joe Biden attempted gun confiscation, well, let me just put it this way.
	The leader of a militia group once told me in an interview, because I do interview people on the Patriot side of things, they told me, we wish, we wish that Biden would announce gun confiscation because that's all it would take to set off the revolution.
	If the Democrats come for the guns, then the guns go active, is kind of what that sounds like to me.
	Because the American people are not, we're not sheeple.
	We're not cattle.
	We're not stupid.
	We're not going to just give up our guns like other countries did.
	Canadians, for example.
	If you're from Canada listening to this, I know you agree with me.
	I'm not trying to insult Canadians.
	I'm just saying, your fellow countrymen and women, they gave up your right to own a gun, and I bet that frustrates the crap out of you.
	Well, in America, we're not going to give it up.
	In America, the people, it looks like, will fight rather than surrender their firearms.
	So anyway, that's my overview of the situation with firearms.
	Now here's what's happening in the news.
	I'm sorry I didn't get to all this sooner, but there was a lot of preamble here today.
	There are reportedly ongoing discussions in the DOJ about appointing special counsel for So apparently that's not entirely off the table yet.
	Remember how I said that Sidney Powell has basically been told no.
	Well, there's also an advantage in that.
	She can remain in touch with the president when she's not special counsel.
	The minute, if she were to become a special counsel...
	Then all of a sudden, she would have to be compartmentalized in terms of her communications with, you know, Lin Wood or Michael Flynn or Ezra Cohen-Watnick or President Trump himself.
	So Sidney Powell maybe might be more effective not being special counsel, but perhaps the special counsel role would be appropriate for someone else, someone whom we're not aware of yet.
	So let's leave that possibility open, although personally, I think a special counsel option here is too slow.
	Now, another thing that's happening comes from the Wisconsin Voters Alliance.
	Now, this is really important stuff.
	This has an interesting option here.
	So there's a story on this out of the Gateway Pundit.
	Wisconsin GOP lawmakers joined a federal lawsuit to overturn fraudulent elections in swing states of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona.
	And the story says two Republican state lawmakers in Wisconsin have signed on to the latest federal lawsuit seeking to overturn Joe Biden's, you know, supposed victories in those states.
	State reps Jeff Mursaw and David Satefin joined a suit filed late Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by the Conservative Wisconsin Voters Alliance.
	This lawsuit seeks to require the state legislatures in the five states to certify presidential electors before their votes are counted, a requirement that would be without precedent.
	Now, Mercer told Wispolitics, I guess that's a news site in Wisconsin, quote, all my constituents are just screaming about having someone do something about this.
	Vice President Mike Pence is one of the defendants of this lawsuit, as is Congress and the Electoral College.
	I didn't know you could sue the Electoral College.
	That's interesting.
	Also named are Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, Assembly Speaker Robin Voss, and GOP State Senator Howard Marklin.
	Okay, they're all defendants in the lawsuit.
	This lawsuit seems like a long shot, but it is interesting that they're doing something I mean, they're going on the record and saying that, hey, what about the legislatures?
	How can Wisconsin have these fraudulently certified electoral outcomes when the legislature doesn't have a say in it?
	Especially when, wasn't it a Wisconsin judge last week that said, hey, there's 200,000 votes here that we know are invalid?
	If you back those out of the election, then Wisconsin flips for Trump.
	So the current electoral vote out of Wisconsin is incorrect.
	Now, on top of that, Rudy Giuliani put out a video, his own video blog, where he says that there's going to be some shocking evidence coming out soon.
	And he says, quote, you're going to find it out all at once.
	It's going to be very shocking to the country.
	Now, the website, welovetrump.com, has a good write-up on this.
	It's pretty short, but I'll read it for you.
	They say, the White House has instructed Trump staff to stop packing.
	The Pentagon has stopped giving Joe Biden intelligence briefings.
	More Republican representatives are on the record claiming they will contest the electoral votes.
	Dan Scavino has been posting increasingly cryptic messages on Twitter.
	And Kamala Harris still hasn't left her Senate seat.
	Now, Rudy Giuliani has given an explanation on the voter fraud.
	You're going to find out all at once.
	It's going to be very shocking to the country.
	Forget about a drip, drip, drip.
	Rudy is telling you what is going to happen.
	Whatever it is will happen all at once.
	This means that Democrats in the fake news cannot spin and attempt to debunk every story as it drips out.
	Instead, the evidence will be dropped so quickly that their heads will be spinning.
	So that's the story from We Love Trump.
	Sounds awesome.
	I hope it's the case.
	The thing is...
	Rudy Giuliani has also hinted at a lot of things that haven't happened yet, like, for example, overturning the state electors by yesterday.
	That didn't happen.
	Having Georgia decertify its electors and so on.
	Maybe that still will happen, and I'm not blaming Giuliani at all.
	He's an optimistic guy.
	It's just that the wheels of the swamp...
	Are full of slishy-mushy and they move very slowly, you know?
	Have you ever tried to drag a wagon through a swamp?
	It's hard work!
	So things take longer than you think they should.
	And Trump, by the way, is not forgetting who his friends are.
	And he tweeted out yesterday, quote, I saved at least eight Republican senators, including Mitch, talking about Mitch McConnell, from losing in the last rigged for president election.
	Now they, almost all, sit back and watch me fight against the crooked and vicious foe, the radical left Democrats.
	I will never forget.
	And never forget is in all caps.
	Yeah.
	Because...
	When Trump wins a second term, it's going to be a whole different Trump than what we've seen up until now.
	Trump's going to realize the GOP is his enemy.
	In fact, haven't you and I already come to realize that as well?
	You know, four years ago, and even up until recently, my view of the GOP was kind of neutral.
	It's like, we'll tolerate them.
	Because that's the party of Trump.
	But not anymore.
	Not anymore.
	I have watched the GOP betray our country in so many ways, including Mitch McConnell, that at this moment, my feeling on this is the GOP are our enemy, just like the DNC, except in a way more malicious because the GOP pretend to be your friends, but then they stab you in the back at the worst possible moment.
	Which is what's happening with Trump's staff at the White House, isn't it?
	And all of these members of Congress that refuse to stand up, and there are a few who are standing up, and I'm not meaning to criticize them.
	I really appreciate Representative Mo Brooks and what Ted Cruz has said, and I appreciate what Rand Paul is doing, and there are some others as well.
	There are some good people in that.
	And I think Senate-elect Tuberville, is that his name?
	Huberville has said he may stand up on January 6th as well.
	So there are some spines still in the GOP, but mostly the GOP is a spineless bunch of criminal crooked cowards and skim fraudsters and con artists and kickback receivers.
	And yeah, Mitch McConnell is one of them.
	And Georgia governor Kemp is one of them.
	And there are a lot more.
	The swamp runs deep through the GOP.
	So as far as I'm concerned, the GOP is our enemy and they are finished and I will never support that.
	That party ever again in my life.
	If they don't stand up for Trump on January 6th, In fact, maybe I shouldn't even announce this, but I will fight to expose the GOP if they don't stand up and fight for our country.
	They need to be taken out of politics.
	But then again, so do the Democrats, right?
	So the whole system is corrupt.
	But the future of this country is something like a pro-Liberty Party or pro-Trump Party.

	All right, next, let's get into this legal memo because WesternJournal.com has a story they call an exclusive.
	The title is Bombshell New Legal Memo Giving Trump Supporters Hope on Christmas Eve.
	This came out last evening.
	And this is a memorandum written by, quote, two prominent conservative legal scholars.
	Who are Olson and McSweeney, apparently.
	I don't know who they are.
	That's their name.
	Anyway, I read through this, and it is interesting.
	It talks about how the Supreme Court threw out the Texas case based on their argument that Texas had no standing or no recognizable standing in the court.
	And according to these two legal scholars, this same Texas case could be refiled by President Trump's legal team as a lawsuit originating from the United States of America versus Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and the swing states.
	And if it came from the United States of America, not from Texas, then according to this analysis, the Supreme Court would have to accept the case and could not dismiss it for lack of standing.
	So let me just read the relevant portions of this.
	A strategy exists to resubmit the Texas challenge under the elector's clause to the Supreme Court in a way that even the court could dare could not dare refuse to consider.
	Just because Texas did not persuade the justices that what happens in Pennsylvania hurts Texas does not mean that the United States of America could not persuade the justices that when Pennsylvania violates the U.S. Constitution, it harms the nation.
	Article three, section two, what is that?
	Clause 2 confers original jurisdiction on the Supreme Court in any case suit brought by the United States against a state.
	See?
	So it's from the USA versus the state.
	Thus, the United States can and should file suit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
	Like the Texas suit, that new suit would seek an order invalidating the appointment of the electors appointed by those four defendant states that refuse to abide by the terms of the presidential electors clause.
	That would leave it to the state legislatures in those four states to appoint electors, which is what the Constitution requires.
	So when those four states violated the Constitution by allowing electors who had not been appointed in the manner prescribed by the state legislature, the United States suffered an injury, that is, as a nation.
	Indeed, there could hardly have been a more significant injury to the nation than that which corrupted its presidential election.
	And finally, this memo says, the United States has a vital interest and a responsibility to preserve the constitutional framework of the republic, which was formed by a voluntary compact among the states.
	As with any contractual relationship of participants in an ongoing enterprise, no party is entitled to ignore or alter the essential terms of the contract by its unilateral action.
	And that's what the swing states did.
	by the way.
	They just decided, oh, we're going to change the rules, we're going to rig the votes, and then you have to live with it.
	That's not how a compact works, does it?
	So the president who has sworn to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution has the right and the duty to order the U.S. Department of Justice bring such an action in the Supreme Court and should do so quickly.
	All right, so it's an interesting legal theory here.
	The problem with all of this, though, is let's say Trump orders the DOJ to do this.
	The DOJ will say, okay, we'll file the case in...
	Next June.
	You know, that's how this is all going.
	They're just slow walking everything and running out the clock.
	So even though this argument may be entirely valid, it doesn't seem to me that the DOJ is going to take this action.
	It gets back to the whole problem here, which is that Trump is surrounded by swamp creatures at every level in DC. And that's why I think there are only two Two solutions here.
	Solution number one is the military solution, you know, Insurrection Act.
	And solution number two is we the people.
	My feeling here is that those are the only two things that are going to make any damn difference because the swamp creatures are so corrupted.
	They're so treasonous.
	They hate this nation.
	They hate Trump.
	They will never lift a finger to do anything that would help Trump win.
	Not in the Supreme Court, not in the DOJ, not at the FBI, of course.
	Not, you know, anywhere.
	No one's going to help Trump except we the people.
	And no one's going to help we the people except Trump.
	That's why at the end of the day here, you kind of see the patriot option as being, you know, the only option that matters.
	And by the way...
	Just as the military option takes this out of the realm of the corrupt courts, the we the people option takes this out of the realm of the corrupt military, doesn't it?
	We the people option is the ultimate final option.
	That's why the Second Amendment is the Second Amendment and not the Fifth or Sixth.
	The second most important thing.
	It's literally translated, the Second Amendment says, the people should have enough guns to shoot the tyrants when needed.
	I mean, that's basically a translation of the Second Amendment.
	It's not about hunting, not about collecting guns.
	It's about shooting tyrants, is what it is.
	Not advocating violence, of course.
	Just trying to translate what the Founding Fathers meant.
	And actually, they did advocate shooting tyrants because they shot plenty of them, didn't they?
	Otherwise, we wouldn't be a nation.
	And frankly, we may not be a nation ever again unless we can find similar courage to stand up against the tyranny that is descending upon us, I would say.
	And speaking of tyranny, Comrade de Blasio...
	Has now announced, quote, we're going to have sheriff's deputies go to the home or hotel of every single traveler coming in from the UK. So he's going to go door to door.
	Go get him, Bill.
	He's going to go door to door.
	What, interrogating travelers from the UK? Wouldn't the UK travelers be like, my God, I thought we escaped this in London.
	What are we doing?
	Why do we land in New York?
	We have the same tyranny here, except it has an Italian name, de Blasio.
	Isn't that Italian?
	Is that?
	Sounds Italian.
	Like he's part of the Italian mafia, is what this guy is.
	Crazy.
	Knock on your door.

	So that's the tyranny that we have in America right now.
	Alright, I'm about to wrap this up.
	I'm skipping a few things here and there, but I wanted to comment here to wrap this up about Rush Limbaugh.
	And Rush Limbaugh, as many of you know, signed off on Wednesday with a very emotional sign-off.
	And Rush has been suffering with cancer.
	I don't know exactly what type of cancer, but it seems like it may be pancreatic cancer or some very aggressive form of cancer.
	And he's dying, and he knows it, and he's very thankful of the life that he has had and the influence that he has had.
	And, you know, we all die at some point, right?
	Happens to us all.
	And Rush Limbaugh is a patriot, right?
	He's a great American, and he has a great heart, and he has fought for principles, right?
	Over all of his years.
	And so I say this because I don't want you to misinterpret anything here as a criticism of who he is.
	But rather, there's a lesson of cause and effect here.
	And as great a person as Rush Limbaugh is and continues to be, and as much as he has given to this nation and educated so many millions of people over the years, he...
	He has blinders.
	We all have blinders in different areas of life, but his blinders were in the area of Big Pharma and medicine.
	And Rush Limbaugh always thought that Big Pharma was his friend.
	And he raised money for Big Pharma.
	It was an annual thing that he did, by the way, you know, indirectly for the drug companies.
	And he always said that it was a crazy idea that people thought Big Pharma was trying to kill them.
	And he always trusted the pharmaceutical industry, which means he trusted the cancer industry.
	And it's the cancer industry that I believe is killing him.
	And I put out a podcast after he originally announced his first diagnosis, and I said, Rush, please contact me if you want honest, independent information about how to save your life without killing yourself with conventional cancer treatments, because they're very toxic and very deadly, and they will kill you.
	So I put that out there.
	He did not contact me.
	I didn't expect him to because I know what he thinks about Big Pharma.
	He thinks Big Pharma is his friend.
	And that friend is killing him.
	Cause and effect is not something that Rush Limbaugh can escape, nor any of us.
	Cause and effect means that if you poison your body with toxic chemotherapy, which is based on mustard gas chemicals of World War I, by the way, chemical weapons, if you do that to yourself, you will kill yourself.
	Or, I mean, if you allow doctors to do it to you, they will kill you.
	You cannot escape cause and effect.
	You poison your body, your body will be poisoned.
	It's really that simple.
	If you poison your body, you will lose muscle mass, you'll lose cognitive function, your heart will be damaged, your liver will be damaged, your kidneys will be damaged, you will lose your hair, you'll have nausea, you'll vomit, you will waste away.
	And sadly, it's very sad to watch Rush Limbaugh go through this process, because I've seen it before so many times in other people.
	When I was much younger, I lost family members through the same torturous process.
	It's part of what woke me up about this.
	Rush Limbaugh is a teacher, a lifelong teacher, And in this, what he has chosen to do with his conventional cancer treatments, he's teaching us one more final lesson, perhaps unintentionally.
	And that lesson is what I want to bring to your attention today.
	The lesson is, don't go to conventional cancer doctors unless you have a death wish.
	Because what they did to him, a great American, a wealthy person, a hero of this country, they will do to you without a second thought.
	If you want to live, don't subject your body to an industry of death, which is the cancer industry.
	Their tools are poisons.
	Radiation, toxic chemotherapy.
	They poison your body for profit.
	They watch you die, and then when you die, they say cancer killed you.
	No.
	Most cancer deaths in America are death by chemotherapy, not death by cancer.
	Cancer is incredibly easy to beat, as we know, in the independent media.
	And there is a fantastic resource out there called The Truth About Cancer with Ty and Charlene Bollinger, who are also great patriots, and they have painstakingly documented solutions to cancer that have, I would imagine at this point, positively impacted or perhaps even saved millions of lives just over the last, what, five or six years.

	And I encourage you to go there if you know anybody with cancer and you don't want to see them suffer and waste away like Rush Limbaugh has done.
	Again, I'm not trying to criticize him.
	He's simply acting out of ignorance.
	He doesn't know any better in this area.
	People, you can be a genius, you can be a rocket scientist, you can be a brain surgeon, you can be a mathematician, and you can still know nothing about cancer.
	Even though we all have a body, right?
	That body should come with an owner's manual.
	And frankly, the truth about cancer is the owner's manual for how to beat cancer.
	And that's why I really encourage you to share that information with others.

	And I really pray that Rush Limbaugh would recognize this before it's too late, because we don't want to lose that great patriot.
	But again, none of us, we can't change the laws of cause and effect, folks.
	We have to work within the realm that we inhabit, the realm of our physical bodies being ruled by the laws of physiology as well as our mental and spiritual bodies that are ruled by other laws.
	They work together, but we cannot ignore the basics of nutrition and avoidance of toxins, which is an area that I talk about a lot in clean food and superfoods and nutrition, such as my book, Survival Nutrition.
	We cannot suspend the laws of cause and effect in our physiology any more than we can suspend the laws of gravity or electromagnetism or chemistry.
	We must work with the laws, if we hope, to survive long enough so that our spiritual purpose has a greater chance of succeeding.
	Because if we are to help set this country free and defend this country...
	And teach our children and grandchildren how to be free, then we need to be healthy enough to be able to function so that we can get up and move our legs and speak and travel and visit and create bonds with people and use our God-given gifts to educate the world around us.
	We must be able to function.
	We must be able to beat cancer.
	We must be able to beat COVID, which is also very easy to do, by the way.
	We have to stay healthy in order to stay free.
	And that's the core of what I teach.
	That's what I do.

	That is what I do.
	That's my mission.
	That's why I'm here.
	I won't be here forever, but I won't be taken out by chemotherapy.
	That's for damn sure.
	I won't be taken out by a vaccine, and I won't be taken out by a communist bioweapon.
	Because I know how to beat it all.
