	The vaccine is so safe you have to be threatened to take it.
	The disease is so dangerous you have to take a test to even realize you have it.
	The election is so secure you can't examine the machines that ran it.
	The economy is so strong they have to pay you to stay home and not work.
	Society is so free that you have to be censored to reimagine it.
	Welcome to the Situation Update for December 22nd, 2020.
	This is Mike Adams here at naturalnews.com.
	I come to you today as we live as prisoners in a nation under siege.
	We're living in enemy-occupied territory.
	Big tech run by Communist China, the legacy media run by Communist China.
	They are blocking the president from being able to communicate directly with the people.
	They've rigged the elections.
	They've rigged facts.
	They've rigged information.
	They've rigged history.
	They've rigged genders, for God's sake, right?
	We're living under enemy occupation.
	The enemy is communist China, and they have seized control over the vast majority of our bureaucracy, our government regulators, lawmakers, and enforcers such as people at the FBI.
	Today, I'm going to cover 10 mechanisms through which President Trump can still achieve victory in this election.
	We've been covering this recently over these past few weeks with these situation updates and I've been compiling them.
	And it turns out we've got 10 now, 10 mechanisms that could be invoked by the president.
	Each of these 10 mechanisms has a very strong chance of succeeding.
	Because, of course, the rule of law is on Trump's side, and the facts are on his side.
	The election was stolen, but you're not allowed to look at the machines.
	Because, you know, the Democrats say they're fully transparent, but you're not allowed to see anything.
	That's where we've arrived at this moment in history.
	But I'm going to cover these 10 things today.
	Also, I'm going to cover Bill Barr.
	But most importantly, I'll be covering the big question.
	Will Trump act?
	The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
	That quote, I believe it is attributed to Edmund Burke, a British philosopher.
	And that's exactly correct.
	Evil will encroach upon you.
	Evil will invade, infiltrate, occupy.
	And if you don't constantly fight back against evil, you will be destroyed by it.
	And this is the moment at which we have arrived in American history.
	And in this moment, anyone who questions the rigged election is called a conspiracy theorist.
	And any mention of any facts of irregularities, vote fraud, ballot fraud, You know, alterations of machines.
	Those are all called conspiracy theories now by big tech and the media and the left.
	These are the same people and groups that were saying that Russia stole the 2016 election for Trump, and that wasn't a conspiracy theory.
	They said those were facts, even though it was pure fiction.
	So now, truth...
	It is a conspiracy theory, according to them.
	It is true that this election was rigged.
	Joe Biden admitted it.
	Remember when he said on camera that the Democrats have built the most elaborate, largest vote fraud organization in the history, in American political history?
	And then he said he doesn't need your vote because they already knew they were going to win.
	It was rigged.
	But that's called a conspiracy theory.
	And you know who's...
	Waking up to all of this right now is the one Democrat that I respect, and his name is Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Bobby Kennedy, as he's known.
	And he has come to realize a lot about how the world works, especially since the deep state has been trying to murder, well, they have successfully murdered many members of the Kennedy family over decades.
	Not only John F. Kennedy, but then Senator Robert F. Kennedy as well, and of course, John F. Kennedy Jr., They were all killed by the deep state.
	That's not even the end of what they've done to the Kennedy family.
	But Bobby Kennedy recently said the following during an interview.
	And he was saying this in the context of COVID and vaccines.
	But as you can see, it applies to everything the deep state is doing.
	And Bobby Kennedy, I don't think of him as a Democrat.
	I think of him as a humanitarian.
	And here's what he said.
	Quote, Where the apocalyptic forces of ignorance and greed will be running our lives and ruining our children and destroying all the dreams and dignity that we hope to give to our children.
	He said that recently.
	It's parallel to what I've been saying.
	That big pharma, their agenda is anti-human.
	Big business, the agenda is anti-human.
	Big government, the agenda is anti-human.
	And we are now on the verge, the twilight of human civilization, where this threshold, the light may be snuffed out.
	They may destroy human civilization if we don't stop them now.
	These lockdowns, folks, will never end.
	I'm going to talk about that later on as well.
	It is an insidious, malicious criminal cycle.
	Endless new strains of COVID, which they're now announcing in the UK. Endless lockdowns.
	Endless new updated vaccines.
	Oh, do you have the new vaccine?
	If not, you're not allowed to travel.
	You've got to have the new updated vaccine because there's a new strain.
	So you've got to have the new vaccine.
	It will never end, folks.
	Life will never return to what it was in 2019 unless humanity finds the backbone to fight back.
	All right, we'll get to all of that.
	We're going to go into the election crime right away here and talk about the 10 mechanisms through which Trump can win.

	There's a rumor that There's a rumor going around, and you note that I clearly put things in the rumor category when they can't be confirmed.
	This particular rumor claims that there will be a big declassification event, that Joe Biden will be exposed as being a criminal, which wouldn't be very difficult because there's a lot of dirt on him, and people will know the Dems are hopelessly dirty.
	It will halt the entire process of this election, and Biden will concede by January 1st.
	This is the rumor, and I think this came out of, what is it, 8 Kun?
	Somewhere like that.
	This is clearly in the rumor category, but the reason I bring it up is that there's an element of truth to it, which is that one of the ten paths to victory...
	For Trump is to engage in a large declassification, especially concerning Joe Biden and the Democrats and people who've been on the take from the CCP. And it's a lot.
	It's a lot of Democrats.
	It's, you know, estimates, the vast majority of Democrats and quite a few GOP members as well.
	And also members of the FBI and no doubt probably people in the DOJ and so on.
	I mean, the whole system is corrupt.
	You now have more corrupt people in government than you have honest people.
	And the corrupt people are in charge.
	And this is why they are working against us, even in the courts, even at the Supreme Court.
	I don't think Joe Biden will concede by January 1st, but it is a very real possibility.
	Let's get into practical things, because you know I like to bring you information that's practical, where I can cite sources.
	So I did look at the DOJ, Justice.gov, and I confirmed who is being brought in as the Deputy Attorney General.
	Once Barr leaves, remember, Barr will be replaced by Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosin.
	And then Rosin, who is the current Deputy Attorney General, he will be replaced by Richard Donahue.
	Now, Donahue, that was the name I was searching for yesterday.
	I couldn't remember.
	Donahue served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, which is JAG, in the United States Army.
	He was a prosecutor and also served as defense counsel and a contract litigator.
	He also served in the 82nd Airborne Division, and he's known to be an ally of General Flynn.
	So recall that once Barr is gone, and Barr has been exposed as a sleeper cell traitor, Barr is a criminal, just like Jeff Sessions was.
	Barr's job was to slow walk all of this and run out the clock and make sure Trump was defeated and make sure that all the swamp criminals were never indicted for their heinous crimes against this country.
	Barr is a traitor.
	But Barr's gone on Thursday.
	And in his place comes Jeff Rosen.
	And if Jeff Rosin doesn't want to appoint Sidney Powell to be a special prosecutor, he can recuse himself from that decision, and then the decision would fall to Richard Donahue.
	And you may recall that Sidney Powell is in the loop with General Flynn, I think she's part of Trump's private intelligence group, which includes Flynn and others.
	And note that last Friday at the White House, guess who was there meeting with Trump?
	Oh, Sidney Powell and General Flynn.
	And then Powell was reported to be leaving the White House again on Sunday evening.
	Powell is about to be appointed special counsel.
	That's what it looks like to me.
	And my guess is she will be appointed by Richard Donahue.
	That's my guess.
	And that it will happen very quickly.
	Maybe Friday.
	Now, about that.
	This week here, this is the do or die week.
	And it's already Tuesday.
	We don't have very many days remaining here for big things to happen.
	In my estimation, I think something significant has to happen within the next five days.
	You know, by Saturday or Sunday at the latest.
	If we don't see something huge happen, and by huge, it could mean, for example, just Sidney Powell being appointed special counsel.
	Or Vice President Pence issuing a letter to the states saying that your fraudulent electoral votes are not accepted.
	That would be big, too.
	Or President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act, which currently seems very unlikely, at least at this time in this coming week.
	But any one of those things, and quite a few other things, would qualify as big game changers, in other words.
	If we don't see a game changer by Saturday or Sunday, and by the way, I will be publishing situation updates on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, and Sunday as well, every day.
	If we don't see a game changer by Saturday or Sunday, you're going to hear me have quite a change in my tone and my approach to this.
	Because I have given Trump lots of buffer space here.
	And I've repeatedly called on Trump to do the right thing.
	And the Oath Keepers are calling on Trump to declare the Insurrection Act.
	And we have waited patiently and we have supported Trump in this effort.
	If Trump refuses to act by this weekend, myself and many others, we are going to start...
	Well, I'll just say our tone will change.
	Because we did not take Trump this far just to see him fail to act.
	The responsibility of Trump to act is not merely his own personal decision.
	All of us have invested our lives, our safety, our careers even, our ability to function in this society.
	We have invested that in President Trump.
	And if he fails America, he fails all of us too.
	And the country will fall to communism.
	If Trump allows that to happen, we would be justified to condemn him.
	I'm not doing that yet.
	I'm going to wait five more days.
	But after five days, guess what?
	The kid gloves come off, at least from me.
	I've just about run out of patience with Trump and his team who have all the assets they need, all the power they need, the power of the presidency, the power of the pen.
	He could invoke the Insurrection Act.
	He could do ten things that I'm going to talk about here today.
	Each of these ten things would be paths to victory.
	And yet, so far today, he has done zero things.
	Well, I'm sorry that is not acceptable, but maybe we'll see changes happening as early as Thursday when Bill Barr is gone.
	But then again, it's going to be Christmas, so...
	Seems like everything will be shut down, but, you know, my goodness, if the President isn't willing to work this Christmas, I mean, I'm working this Christmas, I'm doing this, surely the President can save the nation instead of taking a Christmas holiday, you know?
	You don't take a holiday from defending the Republic.
	He can have next Christmas off.
	This Christmas, he better be working.
	And he better be working to save this Republic.
	I'm working.
	He should be working.
	All right.
	Mark Meadows, who is on Trump's staff, who was really condemned by Patrick Byrne, as you recall yesterday, Meadows was condemned for being one of the many advisors who keeps telling Trump to concede.
	And Trump is surrounded by swamp creatures.
	And they are giving him bad advice.
	But some good news has come.
	Mark Meadows says that Trump met with several members of Congress on fraud and will, quote, fight back.
	And this story comes out of the Epoch Times, which is one of my favorite sources.
	Quote, several members of Congress just finished a meeting in the Oval Office with President Trump, he wrote on Twitter.
	And he's referring to this meeting, which was Monday afternoon.
	He added that they are, quote, preparing to fight back against mounting evidence of voter fraud.
	Stay tuned.
	I'm not sure he phrased that correctly.
	You don't fight back against the evidence of voter fraud.
	You would actually fight for releasing the evidence of voter fraud.
	You would fight back against the fraud, but nevertheless, semantics.
	That's just the editor side of me commenting on that.
	Meadows did not elaborate on who the members of Congress might be or their strategy.
	But we know that Representative Mo Brooks has said the following, quote, Are members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate going to support or acquiesce to voter fraud and election theft, or are they going to fight it, bearing in mind that our election system is the underpinning of our republic, he asked.
	If you do not have an honest and accurate election system, you have no republic.
	That's right.
	We're already there, by the way, Representative Brooks.
	You are correct, but...
	Our republic was lost on that day, that Friday, when the Supreme Court said they refused to hear the Texas case.
	On that day, we lost the republic.
	We are now living in a lawless land.
	There is no controlling legal authority.
	The election is null and void by that very fact.
	The fact that, also added to that, that we can't see the election machines, that we can't look at the ballots, that it's all a big black box secret.
	It is null and void.
	It was a criminal operation.
	But Senator Rand Paul adds, quote, the courts have not decided the facts.
	The courts have never looked at the facts.
	The courts don't like elections, and they stayed out of it by finding an excuse, which was the dismissal of the Texas case on the grounds that Texas didn't have standing.
	You know, it's like the Supreme Court said, oh, Texas, you think you're a state or something?
	You don't count.
	You don't matter.
	It's only Texas.
	Guess what?
	In the next chapter of this, if our country becomes overrun by communists and controlled by a communist criminal named Joe Biden, then Texas is going to have a very important role to play In either the secession or the civil war or the resistance or whatever shape that takes, Texas is going to be the leader of that effort.
	I'm proud to be a Texan, and I will fight to defend Texas and the laws of Texas.
	One scenario, by the way, just as a little tangent here, is you know how liberals declared sanctuary cities to not have to follow immigration law.
	Well, if Joe Biden becomes president and he wants to go seize all the guns across America, Texas can just pass a law and declare Texas to be a Second Amendment sanctuary state.
	They should do that anyway.
	The ATF is out of control.
	They're going after the 80% lowers and the arm braces.
	Texas should declare itself a Second Amendment sanctuary and also a First Amendment sanctuary.
	And Texas should block, should block Facebook and Twitter and YouTube and Google.
	Block them from operating in the state of Texas, from serving any results in the state of Texas, unless those tech companies stop their censorship.
	Siege warfare, my friends.
	I'm about to get to the list of 10 here, but before I get to the list real quickly, I do want to comment on this phenomenon out there where you have a lot of people saying that Trump will win, especially some of these anonymous people on 8kun and other places.
	They're saying Trump will win, but they never explain how.
	And I've seen these videos as well, some on YouTube, some in interviews and so on.
	We saw Steve Pachenik, Dr.
	Pachenik, a former CIA guy, on Infowars even in early November.
	I think it was early November or maybe mid-November, saying, yeah, Trump's going to win because all the ballots had watermarks.
	It was a giant sting operation.
	Have you seen anything about that since?
	Where's the watermark sting operation?
	None of that has happened.
	And then other people were talking about watermarks.
	And it just never made sense to me that there would be watermarks on the ballots.
	And he said they were encoded with some kind of blockchain code or something.
	Nothing ever came of that.
	And I'm as frustrated as you are in people that say Trump will win, but they don't give a mechanism of how Trump will win.
	So what I'm doing here today is giving you 10 mechanisms that are logical, where you can go read the Constitution or read United States Code, or you can follow the logic yourself.
	I don't think it's okay to just say, Trump will win, trust the plan, sit back, you know, grab some potato chips, Trump's going to win, we got this all under control.
	Like, something magical is going to swoop in.
	Like, a cue on a unicorn or something is going to fly in with rainbows and wave a magic wand on January 6th, and Trump will be declared the victor.
	I don't buy that.
	And I know you don't either.
	That's why you listen to this, because you want...
	You know, rational explanations of what's happening.
	So that's what I'm going to give you here.
	Let's jump right to it, shall we?
	Okay, 10 ways Trump can win.
	And none of these require magic.
	That's the amazing thing about it.
	None of these require wishful thinking.
	Number one, kind of mentioned it already, declassify everything and expose Joe Biden as a criminal.
	Expose him as a treasonous puppet of the CCP. Then arrest Joe Biden for treason.
	Or maybe you don't even have to arrest him.
	You just shame him publicly.
	Say he took all this money from China.
	Trump can use the National Emergency Broadcast System.
	Dump all these documents, and they'd be documents also on, oh, Mitch McConnell and his ties to Communist China and Governor Kemp of Georgia.
	See, it's the GOP as well.
	Oh, and Governor Newsom and Nancy Pelosi and Feinstein and Kate Brown and all of these corrupt officials.
	Dump it all.
	Send America into a state of shock.
	Briefly.
	And then the very next day, everybody would call for Biden to be arrested and Biden to concede and so on.
	You can shame him publicly and Trump doesn't need the courts or SCOTUS or Congress to do that.
	He could do it himself because the president can declassify anything himself.
	All right, that's method number one.
	Number two, Trump could invoke the 14th Amendment.
	Which allows him to strip the electoral votes from states that are engaged in acts of insurrection or rebellion against the United States.
	It's all right there in the 14th Amendment, which isn't even very long.
	It's pretty easy to read if you want to check it out.
	And again, he doesn't need permission from anybody else to do that.
	You'll find that's true in all of these 10 things, or most of them, Trump doesn't need anybody else's permission.
	He could do these things himself, which begs the question, why isn't he doing these things?
	Number three, the DOJ, starting after Thursday, you know, under Rosen and Donahue, could appoint Sidney Powell to be a special prosecutor, allow her to issue subpoenas and search warrants, to seize the machines, for example.
	She could even issue indictments against treasonous actors.
	And then once she arrests these people, many of them would be willing to confess, you would imagine.
	Yeah, let the confessions begin.
	All of this could happen before January 6th if they move on it starting Christmas Day, basically.
	Number four, activate the Insurrection Act of 1807 and deploy the military to seize the ballots and the voting machines.
	Then conduct a recount with the machines air-gapped that is not connected to the Internet and have this recount done under military authority.
	You could have the recount done before January 6th.
	Trump doesn't need anybody else's permission to do this.
	He can invoke it himself.
	And we also know from many other sources that the military has been pre-positioned in preparation for this possibility.
	The military is ready for this.
	So Trump must act.
	Okay, number five.
	Trump could invoke the Pence-Raikland maneuver that I covered yesterday, which means that Pence would reject the electoral votes from states that certified fraudulent illegal votes, Pence could do that by issuing a letter this, well, tomorrow, yeah, the 23rd, saying that the votes so far from the fraudulent swing states, they're not acceptable.
	Pence could also tear up the votes from those fraudulent states on January 6th as he opens the envelopes of electors or electoral votes.
	And this would remove the swing states from the electoral count, handing Trump a victory At 232 votes to Biden's 227.
	But this would only be acceptable to the country if there has been sufficient communication with the public about the fraud that took place.
	And so far, that communication is not yet happening.
	Where is the White House talking to the people?
	It's not happening yet.
	There should be a daily briefing, in my opinion.
	Mechanism number six.
	Trump could use his 2018 executive order on election interference to right now seize big tech and the legacy media.
	And in seizing big tech, he could force them to stop all censorship, allowing the truth to suddenly flood the country, which would change the pressure on lawmakers for January 6th.
	And also if you seize the fake news media that is complicit with communist China, And you use those media operations to start publicizing the truth.
	The truth about the election fraud.
	Get Peter Navarro on there with his 36-page report of fraud.
	Expose the Chinese infiltration.
	Use this method in combination with the declassification method.
	Declassify everything.
	Seize the media and then use the media.
	To broadcast all of the shocking truths about the corruption and criminality of half the bureaucracy.
	And Trump can do all of this, again, without permission from Congress or the Supreme Court.
	Trump could also, number seven, roll out all the evidence of cyber warfare, which was initiated by China, and he could declare the election to be an act of active warfare against the United States.
	He could declare new elections would be held under military authority.
	This is a scenario that's been recommended by the We the People convention, and I interviewed the founder of that.
	That interview is up on Breitian.com.
	And under this, President Trump could also arrest those who were complicit in this warfare operation as enemy combatants, treasonous traitors, and literally charge them with treason under military tribunals.
	And guess who's involved in all that?
	Oh, Joe Biden and the Democrats and all the fraudulent local elections officials in Milwaukee and Detroit and Atlanta and all these places, you know, all the ones caught on camera, rolling suitcases of secret ballots, you know, bringing in van loads of new ballots, all that.
	Military tribunals.
	Trump could do that.
	And he should do that.
	Okay.
	Number eight.
	This is a This is a little variation.
	He could invoke the National Emergency Broadcast System and then also seize control over the media and broadcast all the evidence that I've talked about.
	But then the mechanism here is urging the people to pressure members of Congress to vote for the alternate electors that were chosen, the Trump electors, on January 6th.
	So this is a pressure tactic.
	I don't think it would work.
	Because I think the Democrats cannot be pressured.
	I think Democrats will do anything to succeed with their fraud and their treason.
	And the only way to stop them is through some of the other mechanisms here.
	But this point, number eight, is one strategy.
	I just don't think it's the strongest one.
	Number nine, convince state legislatures to revoke their certifications of Biden electoral slates and then Through exposing all the vote fraud that took place and the evidence, even exposing the fraudulent algorithms in the Dominion voting machines, encourage those state lawmakers to certify a new slate of Trump electors.
	Of course, the governors in most of these states are Democrats, and they would fight this very strongly.
	But the Constitution grants tremendous power to the legislatures.
	Even over the governors and legislatures in those states could assert a lot more power than what they have done so far.
	Yes, they have submitted an alternate slate of electors, but those alternate slates have not been, quote, certified.
	There are many other options that these state legislatures could pursue right now in pushing this.
	I mean, they're doing some work, but just not enough.
	And then number 10.
	The final option would be to achieve a victory in the Supreme Court in this pending Pennsylvania case.
	It's the case that Trump has just had...
	His attorneys have filed an emergency lawsuit with the Supreme Court just a couple of days ago.
	This case is...
	They're attempting to fast-track it.
	If the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Trump, which I don't consider likely, by the way, but if they did...
	Then that would invalidate the fraudulent post-November 3rd votes in all the swing states, not just Pennsylvania.
	So even though the case is about Pennsylvania, the ramifications are nationwide.
	But personally, I don't think the Supreme Court can be trusted in this.
	I think the fact they rejected the Texas lawsuit shows that they themselves are not to be trusted, that they are not defending the Constitution, that they or most of them are, in fact, traitors at this point, just like William Barr.
	Isn't it amazing?
	We've been able to label all the traitors, haven't we?
	Through this fraud, all the traitors have come out.
	Some people say that was the plan.
	They say this was a giant trap and a giant sting operation to get all the traitors to come out, and then Trump's going to drop the hammer on them.
	Well, okay.
	That's fine.
	But I've laid out these 10 mechanisms for Trump to drop the hammer.
	It's not a magical hammer of Thor, is it?
	No, it's got to be an actual mechanism.
	There has to be a process.
	Step one, step two, step three, this is how it works.
	Well, if Trump's going to drop the hammer, I'm pretty sure it's got to be one of these 10 things.
	I can't think of an 11th thing.
	Aliens land on the White House lawn and select Trump to be the president.
	Okay, call that number 11.
	Whatever.
	Or, you know, God intervenes and a bolt of lightning comes out of the sky and then God, the booming voice says Trump is the president.
	Okay, number 12.
	But see, we're just getting into absurd things at that point.
	I'm trying to stick with things that are realistic.
	Okay.
	And those 10 things that I named, those are the only 10 things that I can think of that are feasible and rooted in the Constitution itself, rooted in law, rooted in the power of the executive.
	Now, maybe I've missed some, and I welcome suggestions.
	If you can think of number 11, 12, and 13, that's awesome.
	You know, post your comments in the story about this on naturalnews.com, but I think these 10 are kind of the big items to consider.
	Okay.
	Will Trump choose any of these 10?
	What's interesting about this list is that each of these, there would be early signs that these things are happening.
	And those signs, I believe, should start to happen this week.
	So, for example, number one, declassify everything.
	Well, the declassification, I guess that would all happen all at once.
	We would wake up one morning and the internet would be flooded with, you know, Hunter Biden's Laptop, hard drive, or whatever.
	Or Anthony Weiner's hard drive.
	Documents of financial transactions between China and the Biden family, whatever.
	The White House would have a new download link.
	You know, boom, here's this giant PDF. Download it.
	Here's a video.
	It would be like WikiLeaks of the White House.
	It would be like WikiWhiteHouse leaks, basically.
	Which would be incredible fun.
	So I hope he does that.
	If Trump invoked the 14th Amendment.
	I guess that would be all at once.
	If you appointed Sidney Powell, we should see that soon, because there's not that much time for her to operate, so we should see that if it's going to happen in the next five or six days.
	And so on.
	Most of these things, like the Pence-Raikland maneuver, we might see Pence act on that as early as tomorrow, but I'm not betting on it.
	I'm not putting my faith in Pence doing that.
	In fact, I'm not putting my faith in any one of these ten things.
	I don't know if any of them will ever happen.
	I don't know if Trump's going to act.
	I know that the military is ready for Trump to act.
	I know that Trump put Chris Miller in place at the DOD. I know the Special Forces are ready.
	I know the military airlift operations have put troops in cities all across America, forward operations bases underway.
	I know that's happening.
	What's all that for?
	Does Trump think we're going to be invaded by China before January 20th?
	Maybe.
	I don't know that to be the case, but I suppose that's a possibility.
	All right.
	Oath Keepers has published an open letter to Trump.
	I'm going to read you just a little bit of that because I think it's a great letter.
	And as you know, I've interviewed Stuart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers, and he is a very well-informed patriot and also a constitutional scholar.
	I mean, he's got a law degree, and this is what he specialized in.
	He says, President Trump, we now face a moment of peril as great or greater as what General Washington and his men faced in 1776.
	The very survival of our nation as a free constitutional republic hangs in the balance.
	We have but one last chance to save it.
	The fate of unborn millions will now depend on your conduct, the conduct of the current members of our armed forces, and the conduct of we, the many millions of American veterans and patriots who are still loyal to our Constitution.
	When you were sworn in, you took the following oath as mandated by Article 2 of the Constitution.
	Quote, I do solemnly swear that...
	That I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the United States and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.
	And then Stuart Rhodes continues, it's time to honor that oath by defending the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
	Without clean elections, we no longer have a republic.
	And you are charged by the Constitution with preserving a Republican form of government wherein the people actually elect their own representatives in clean elections.
	Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution clearly commands you in this when it states,"...the United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion." Shall is command language, and that command applies to all three branches of the federal government, including the executive branch which you run.
	And that command applies directly to you.
	You are commanded by the Constitution to take whatever action you must to ensure that we have a Republican form of government.
	And that means clean elections.
	In the current dire circumstances where complicit traitors have been put into place in every branch of government, legislative, executive, judicial, at every level, local, state, federal, through fraudulent elections over many years, it means you will have to fix it.
	With the full support of loyal military service members and millions of military and police veterans, as well as millions of patriotic average Americans who stand with you 100% in doing what must be done.
	Now, that's not the entire message, but those are just the highlights.
	Stuart Rhodes knows that President Trump merely needs to call up the militia and there would be millions of Of armed and determined Americans arriving in Washington, D.C. to defend the Republic.
	And remember that under the Insurrection Act, President Trump can activate both the militia and the armed services, both simultaneously.
	It is constitutional to do so.
	That is not martial law.
	That is not extra-constitutional.
	Habeas corpus has not been suspended in that scenario.
	We are still living under the rule of law.
	But we're working to defend the rule of law, and Trump must defend the oath that he swore to defend the republic.
	He has to make good on that promise.
	Now, as I said earlier, Bill Barr has been fully exposed as a sleeper cell agent of the deep state.
	His role was clearly to run out the clock, delay everything, protect the deep state, make sure that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and James Comey were never indicted, make sure that John Brennan stayed out of jail and kept his security clearance so he could continue.
	To muck around in the deep state swamp.
	Bill Barr is a traitor.
	Bill Barr is a modern day Benedict Arnold.
	Just like Jeff Sessions was.
	And this is what history will show.
	Thank God Bill Barr is out by Thursday, but is it too late?
	I don't know the answer.
	He has delayed everything and he's not alone in his delays.
	A story out of the Epoch Times says, career intelligence officials' delay of DNI report on foreign interference draws ire.
	And this story is quoting Bart Marquois.
	Who was a former official under Bush, says, quote, I think that's dishonesty on the part of the bureaucrats inside the intelligence community.
	He's referring to the fact that these IC bureaucrats told Ratcliffe that they wouldn't be able to make the deadline, the December 18th deadline, you know, last Friday for issuing their report on foreign interference.
	So Ratcliffe was not able to issue his report to the president yet.
	Marquois goes on and says, I know that's not a complete sentence, but that's how he's quoted.
	He's saying that if Trump had this report in his hand, Trump could take this to SCOTUS.
	Trump could use this to challenge the legitimacy of the fraudulent election.
	Marquois goes on and says, the dominant theme is that the bureaucrats that are permanent employees of the government have spent the last four years ignoring the authority of the elected president.
	It's ironic because Biden, in my opinion, is very responsive to the needs, the wishes, and the demands of the Chinese Communist Party.
	Oh yes, he is.
	Because Biden is a puppet of the CCP. Biden is a traitor and an enemy combatant.
	Biden should be arrested and charged with treason by President Trump.
	Right now, Trump cannot allow Biden to seize control of the White House.
	If he does, it's the equivalent of surrendering the United States to Communist China.
	It would make the USA a colony of China, just like Hong Kong.
	And what did they do to Hong Kong?
	They broke all their promises.
	They arrested the dissidents, didn't they?
	And Hong Kong, those people have never had a Second Amendment.
	They don't have a First Amendment.
	Now they don't even have legal autonomy separate from China.
	Now they are just under the thumb of tyranny of China.
	And that's exactly what will happen in the United States if Trump does nothing.
	If he does not act, America will fall.
	And sadly, I think that will lead to massive bloodshed because I think there will be a civil war.
	I think there will be a massive uprising in America because there are millions of patriots who are not willing to live under communist tyranny.
	And they know this election was rigged.
	It would be different if the election were honest.
	You know, a lot of people could say, well, you know, the American people spoke.
	We've got to respect that.
	But in this case, it was the rigged dominion algorithms that spoke.
	They overrode the will of the people.
	The people elected Trump by a vast majority.
	We are all being disenfranchised.
	As much as leftists talk about, oh, you can't disenfranchise people, you can't have voter ID. Even without voter ID, we still won because of the massive outpouring of patriots who voted for Trump.
	And now Democrats are trying to take that away from us.
	Will they succeed?
	I certainly hope not.
	But I've got about five days of patience remaining, roughly, give or take.
	If something big doesn't happen before then, you might hear me being pretty angry on Sunday or Monday.
	We'll see.
	We'll see what happens.
	I'm willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt for now, but not forever.

	They will collapse unless they are given bailout money.
	This is why they need Biden to be president, because Trump is not sending bailout money to the Democrat states and cities.
	But Biden would.
	Biden would make Hard-working American taxpayers in flyover country pay for the corruption and fraud and bribery and kickbacks and government waste and fraud that characterizes Democrat cities and states.
	But the current bill, it's, what is it, a $900 billion bill?
	I want you to listen to some of what's in this, because this looks like it's going to get signed into law.
	It's got a billion dollars for the NIH to do more research on COVID-19.
	Yeah.
	Which is how this whole thing started in the first place, was NIH funding research of SARS coronavirus.
	You know, SARS-CoV-2, it was, at the Wuhan Virology Institute.
	That's how this whole thing started, through Fauci and Obama and the NIH. That's why we have a bioweapon.
	It was built and funded by the NIH in part.
	In fact, a lot of the research was originally done in the United States at a couple of universities, and then it was exported to China.
	They refined it, they weaponized it, they released it, and now here we are.
	So they're going to give them a billion dollars.
	Wow.
	It's like...
	The terrorists are getting rewarded for building bioweapons that terrorize the world.
	In addition to that, there's $20 billion for new vaccines.
	So the vaccine industry is getting rewarded for creating killer vaccines that are already damaging thousands of people, just even according to mainstream reports.
	There's another $9 billion that's being given to the CDC. The CDC is Which has been lying to us this whole time about masks and the spread of the virus and covering up the truth about the origins of the virus.
	$9 billion reward for the CDC. Yep.
	Because I guess in this world, bioterrorism pays.
	It's a whole new industry, isn't it?
	It really is.
	It's a for-profit industry.
	Billions of dollars can be handed to you if you build bioweapons.
	And kill hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
	You know, if you or I did what these governments are doing, we would be arrested and charged with, you know, murder and genocide and mass murder, serial killers.
	Government does it, oh, they get billions of dollars in bailout money.
	Isn't that amazing?
	We should do the math on this and figure out how many million dollars are they getting for every person who's been killed by the virus?
	Interesting equation.
	There's $3 billion for more vaccine stockpiles.
	Yeah, because they're going to stockpile the vaccines because it's a giant handout to Big Pharma.
	Because Big Pharma is in control.
	Big Pharma is an evil corporate monster.
	And they are on board with the CCP and also the depopulation agenda via Bill Gates.
	The ban on evictions from, you know, your apartment or home, that's been extended into the end of January, and the $25 billion is going to be handed out to tenants to help pay their rent.
	So I guess landlords are screwed again through the end of January, and then it'll probably be extended at that time almost no matter who's president.
	Unemployment.
	Everybody's going to get another $300 a week as a federal subsidy for the next 11 weeks.
	Because, of course, the economy now consists of the federal government printing fake money and handing it out to people who fake like they're unemployed.
	Well, I shouldn't say that in every case.
	There are many people who legitimately are unemployed, but I know of many people who quit their jobs so they could claim the unemployment checks during the last wave, you know, the COVID bailouts.
	They quit their jobs and then claimed unemployment.
	They're going to do it again.
	So at a time when America is trying to get back to work, we're trying to have an economy that functions.
	We can barely find workers to do basic labor.
	I mean, even my company has a large warehouse and order fulfillment operation that handles the brighteonstore.com online store.
	You know how hard it is to find workers?
	Because they all just quit and go home and get free money from the Fed.
	Free fake money, I should say, fiat currency.
	There's going to be direct checks, $600 per adult and $600 per dependent, and this is going to go to illegal aliens as well.
	So we're now paying illegal aliens to be in America to fraudulently participate in elections, and then they get rewarded with new bailout money from the government.
	There's going to be $284 billion for a second round of PPP grants to small businesses.
	$15 billion for airlines that are barely even flying anyone around.
	They should be reducing their overhead, but instead they're just getting bailed out.
	Just to keep all their overhead in place, there won't be any cuts because they're just getting bailouts.
	It's going to be $15 billion for movie theaters and cultural institutions.
	So the government's going to be paying theater owners to maintain empty theaters.
	And then $700 million is being sent to the Sudan as part of an economic support fund.
	And yet in all of this, nobody can find even a million dollars To have President Trump communicate the truth about election fraud to the American people.
	Isn't that amazing?
	Where are the priorities here in all this?
	This is the new economy.
	It's an economy where people aren't working, businesses are crushed, where you have to get a vaccine and then another one and another one, where all the money is going to the bioterrorists that are making the bioweapons.
	The new strains, they're making them in labs and distributing them and then they're collecting all the money, the billions.
	This is the CDC, the vaccine industry, which is part of the bioweapons industry, by the way.
	Francis Boyle has explained that in multiple interviews.
	It's all the same people.
	It's all the same Fauci's.
	It's all the same scientists.
	They say they're working on vaccines and really working on bioweapons.
	It's the same process, turns out.
	Then they release the bioweapon, and then they make billions of the vaccines.
	This is now a business model, and it's rooted in media terrorism, journo-terrorism, as I call it, psychological operations to keep you terrified, keep you afraid, make you obedient with your mask and your lockdowns and your vaccine mandates so they can achieve global depopulation, infertility, and economic collapse.
	That's what this is all about, folks.
	And lest you think that there was even an inkling of an intention to have a sustainable fiscal system in our country.
	There's a story out of justthenews.com that says, Congress is on the verge of now spending $3 trillion in December as the national debt climbs to $28 trillion.
	Now, this brings me back to something that I said in a podcast a couple of months ago.
	I said, you know...
	During the Obama years, we started out with Obama in 2008.
	We had roughly, these are rough estimates, we had about $8 trillion in national debt.
	And over the following eight years, Obama spent roughly, on average, about a trillion dollars a year.
	I mean, not spent, I should say, added that to the debt.
	So at the end of Obama's reign of terror, We had about $16 trillion in debt.
	It's roughly the same as the year.
	So in 2008, we had about $8 trillion.
	In 2016, we had about $16 trillion.
	These aren't exact, but they're close enough.
	Trump took over in 2016.
	His spending was larger than Obama's spending per year.
	And then when COVID hit, it went totally insane.
	Then the trillion-dollar bailouts began.
	And I had said on the podcast that under Obama, we were going into debt at a trillion dollars a year.
	Now, under COVID, no matter who's president, we're going to be going into debt at a trillion dollars a month.
	And then, get ready, because later on in 2021 or 2022...
	As the monetary debasement continues to accelerate, the government's going to be spending a trillion dollars a week.
	And at some point, they will try to spend a trillion dollars a day.
	That's right.
	Right now then, under Trump, it went from $16 trillion in debt to now $28 trillion in debt.
	And for the month of December alone, it's going to be $3 trillion more.
	And here's how that works.
	The House and Senate passed a $740 billion defense bill.
	Let's see.
	The last stimulus.
	Lawmakers are having a $1.4 trillion appropriations bill that would fund the government through September.
	The coronavirus relief legislation is estimated at $748 billion.
	But if direct payments are factored in, that would be $900 billion.
	So if Congress passes the appropriations bill along with the coronavirus relief package, that means lawmakers will have spent $3 trillion in December.
	Merry Christmas, taxpayers!
	$3 trillion in one month.
	Now, granted, some of that spending extends out through multiple months, but this is the direction in which all this is going.
	This system is not sustainable.
	And I know this isn't a financial podcast, but It's not really what this is about, but mark my words here, folks.
	On the day the music stops, if you are left holding dollars, you will lose all of the value of those dollars.
	There will be a global financial reset.
	There will be an abandonment of the U.S. dollar.
	Its value will go to zero.
	Which means, by the way, the value of gold represented in dollars or the value of Bitcoin represented in dollars, both of those will go to roughly infinity because anything divided by zero becomes infinity.
	So when the dollar goes to zero, the value of everything else looks insanely large by comparison.
	The dollar will be worthless.
	And this is how they will carry out their massive theft against the American people.
	So if you thought...
	That, oh, you're getting a stimulus check.
	You're getting $600.
	Notice they're paying you in fake money.
	They're not sending you like half an ounce of a gold coin or something.
	That would be real.
	That would actually have some value.
	No, they're sending you fake money.
	Fake money that they know is going to be worthless.
	They're buying off your acquiescence with fake money that they create out of thin air.
	That's how insidious they are.
	And this is the Federal Reserve.
	This is the bureaucracy.
	This isn't Trump alone doing this, although he's certainly going along with it.
	But this is bigger than Trump, and this has been going on since 1913, the creature from Jekyll Island.
	And this is going to continue to go on long after Trump, at least until the day the whole thing collapses, which I suppose might be very soon anyway.
	Maybe it won't outlast Trump.
	Who knows?
	If Trump gets a second term...
	It's hard to see that this whole system even survives his second term, isn't it?
	And if Biden gets in, the system collapses under Biden.
	It seems.
	I don't know how they can keep the fake money system going forever.
	So when you look at these bailouts, think about what this means for the future of our country.
	There is no paying back this debt.
	There is no returning to honest money.
	And there will be no long term value in the dollar or the stock market that's propped up by quantitative easing.
	And this has everything to do with COVID-19 and the elections.
	They needed to get Trump out of the way so they could pull off this reset.
	And in the reset, you will be stripped of all your assets.
	You will be locked down You have no ability to own a local business.
	You will have no job unless you comply with the vaccines.
	You will have no money except what they allow you to have through their new post-reset, government-run electronic wallet.
	That's right.
	Your digital currency, you know, Fed, you know, Fed bucks or whatever they call it.
	And then social credit scoring will be factored in.

	That's what they mean by the big financial reset that's coming.
	And they need Trump out of the way in order to carry this out.
	Because Trump, if he stays in, if he fights, if he gets a second term, Trump will take down the fake central bank, the criminal banking cartels.
	And I haven't talked about that yet, but that's really the big, big picture here.
	Trump is the enemy of the globalist banking cartels.
	And right now, Trump is sort of...
	Playing along with them, but he's got to win the election first and get secure the next term, and then he's going to go to war with them.
	And I think he intends to return America to an honest money system, which would mean the money supply is controlled by we the people rather than foreign oligarch bankster criminals.
	So that's where this is going.
	Okay, let me just hit a couple of headlines here, and I'll wrap this up.
	Bill Barr doesn't think a special counsel for the Biden crime family is, quote, appropriate.
	Of course he doesn't.
	He's a traitor.
	He's a sleeper cell.
	He also says that Trump has no basis for the government to seize the voting machines.
	That's another Barr quote.
	I see no basis now for seizing machines by the federal government.
	Really?
	You don't see a basis?
	The fact that the whole election was rigged and that the voters should have access to the machines in the name of transparency?
	No basis?
	It's amazing.
	Facebook paid for more ballot boxes in Democrat areas.
	This is a report released by the Amistad Project.
	Chinese pilots are training at a military base in Alberta, Canada.
	That's from Citizen Free Press.
	And Georgia senators have announced that they found coordinated illegal actions appear to have taken place during the election.
	And they released a report.
	And it says that the number of votes that could have been counted...
	In that length of time, talking about the State Farm Arena in Georgia, was sufficient to change the results of the presidential election and the senatorial contests.
	And this is a report from the Senate's Election Law Study Subcommittee.
	Furthermore, there appears to be coordinated illegal activities by election workers themselves who purposely placed fraudulent ballots into the final election totals.
	You got that?
	Total criminal fraud.
	Yet more evidence.
	Unreal.
	And then we're called conspiracy theorists for talking about all these reports and these investigations and forensic audits.
	Oh, you're not allowed to say any of that.
	All right, final comments here on the vaccine situation.
	I want you to know the whole reason for the new strain that's being touted as coming out of the UK. The only reason for that is because they want you to believe that you're going to have to have a new vaccine that's been updated with the new strain.
	So first they say, you've got to get the first vaccine You know, to comply and to be able to participate in society and to keep your job and to enter a mall or the bank or a grocery store.
	You've got to have the first vaccine.
	And then they say, oh, there's a new strain.
	You're going to have to have another vaccine.
	And then they sell this to the governments, and the governments then have to shell out billions more.
	In the U.S., tens of billions to buy new vaccines.
	And remember how billions have already been set aside for vaccine stockpiles?
	Well, just as what happened before with the bird flu situation, those stockpiles have to be destroyed because they're soon outdated.
	And so there's a whole industry of destroying vaccines.
	Did you know that?
	It's a big, high-profit industry.
	And those, I would imagine, there's a lot of kickbacks and fraud in this to all the The governors and the mayors and the local congresspeople and so on.
	It's all fraud.
	So think about it.
	They get paid to build a bioweapon.
	They release it.
	They get paid to make a vaccine.
	The governments buy the vaccines, stockpile them, and then the people who built the first bioweapon, they release a new strain and they say, oh, there's a new strain.
	So then their buddies get paid to destroy the vaccines that were in the first wave of stockpiles to make room for the second wave of stockpiles.
	And then the governments roll out billions more dollars to buy the second wave of vaccines, the updated vaccines.
	Meanwhile, you have to comply with all these vaccines.
	And then progressively they are tainted with more and more toxic chemicals and alien protein strains in the mRNA vaccines, for example, to cause more infertility, more cancer, more neurological defects, more hospitalizations and deaths.
	and then the deaths are blamed on the disease.
	And then the media says, oh my God, people are dying, we've got to have more vaccines.
	And then the whole thing repeats.
	The bioweapons people...
	Just keep getting paid for biological terrorism.
	It's a revenue model.
	This is their business model.
	It's the script.
	The lockdowns will be endless.
	The deaths will be endless.
	The vaccines will be endless The mask mandates and so on All of it, endless Until you stop the criminals The Fauci's of the world Who are carrying this out They are criminals against humanity This is their business model.
	It's rooted in psychological terrorism, scientific quackery, medical fascism and fraud.
	And it will never end.
	You will have COVID-21, COVID-22, COVID-23, COVID-24, COVID-25.
