Alright folks, welcome to the official situation update for December 16th, Wednesday.
This is Mike Adams here, naturalnews.com and brighttown.com.
And to start out, we're going to cover a lot today.
Lots of things happening, but before that, I've got to mention...
That this is a time where each of us needs to really work to control our emotional state because there is an overwhelming feeling of despair across Trump supporters and the GOP right now.
Especially when you see Senate Leader Mitch McConnell out there saying things like, Hey, there shouldn't be any senators objecting to the Biden electoral votes on January 6th.
He actually said that yesterday.
And it's like, really?
Really, McConnell?
Could you be a bigger rhino if you had a giant horn on your forehead?
You know, this is like, Rhinoville, welcome to, you know, Rhino Town.
It's Mitch McConnell's farmhouse on Rhino Lane in Rhino Village in the Rhino section of the state.
I mean, my gosh, if you're not willing to stand up and fight, you've already lost.
Thank goodness Trump isn't like Mitch McConnell.
But I hear people saying that their friends have given up.
Well, look, I hate to be harsh about it, but maybe you need new friends.
Maybe your friends are losers.
If your friends have given up, maybe you need to recycle some of those friends.
Trade them in for new ones, new upgraded friends who are patriots.
Now, look, I'm not saying that I know how this is going to turn out.
But for God's sake, as we are all adults, we cannot allow our emotions to be manipulated by the fake news media and our little social circles where people are calling us up in states of despair and texting us, it's over, it's over!
Grow a pair, right?
That's what I tell people.
And I've got people calling me and reporting to me that their friends are giving up.
It's like, you know what?
Control your emotional state here, folks, because the only path to victory is a path where you maintain the rational realization that Trump right now has everything he needs to win.
Everything.
He's got the 14th Amendment.
He's got the 2018 Executive Order.
He's got the Insurrection Act.
Trump is the president, no matter what, until January 20th, for God's sake.
Trump has control over the NSA. Trump has got Chris Miller at the DOD. The Special Forces report directly to Miller.
The Marines report directly to Miller or Trump.
Trump's got Space Force and the Air Force and so on.
He's got everything he needs to win.
This is why I continue to say, Trump wins if he decides to fight.
The only way Trump loses is if he concedes and surrenders.
I still don't see that that's a rational move for him.
I don't see him doing that.
Maybe he does.
If so, look, I'll be honest with you.
I'll record a situation update.
If that happens, he says, ah, welcome to the situation update.
Trump threw in the towel.
It's over, folks.
You know, if that happens...
That's what I'll report.
But you won't hear me saying, no, we've got to learn to coexist with the communist Biden.
No, it's going to be a very different message, I guarantee you.
But that day never has to come, as long as Trump fights.
And he's got to fight with the tools that he has.
So he's got to fight with the military.
He's got to invoke the Insurrection Act.
He's got to seize the ballots.
He's got to convince America between now and January 6th that the Democrats stole the election.
He's got to present irrefutable proof, bombshell proof, the kind of stuff that Sidney Powell describes as, quote, biblical.
Didn't she also say people's heads are going to explode when they see what's coming out?
So that's what I believe and I certainly hope that Trump is about to deploy.
Remember, there are multiple cases pending before the Supreme Court right now, any one of which could change the entire outcome of the election.
Remember that the Texas case with the Supreme Court was dismissed without prejudice, which means Texas can file it again.
Probably Texas is working on that right now.
Also, by filing the first case and getting it dismissed, did you notice that in that dismissal, it was written by, what, Alito, I think?
He kind of gave Texas the answer to the correct way to file the next lawsuit.
You know, with the citations of, I'm talking about the Thomas Alito response that said, we should hear this.
They cited the precedent.
They kind of gave Texas the answers, you know, from the back of the chapter of your math book.
You go to the back, oh, there's the answers.
So Texas now knows exactly what they need to do to refile that case.
But ultimately, I think the victory here comes from the military alone.
This is my current belief based on the information I have today.
It might change, but based on what I know right now, The courts are not going to save America.
The Supreme Court is half traitors, maybe more.
The governors aren't going to save America.
They're all sold out to China, right?
The media obviously isn't going to save America.
They hate this country.
Big tech already sold out to China.
The judicial system is broken.
It's non-functional.
District courts, state supreme courts, local level courts, it's all broken.
Even SCOTUS is broken.
What's left?
Military tribunals.
Insurrection Act.
All these things that we've talked about.
Those are tools that Trump has, and most of those are constitutional tools.
Trump needs to deploy them in order to win.
And not just win for himself, but I mean to win for America, to defend our republic against vote fraud.
Widespread vote fraud.
Deep state traitors and criminals and crooks.
Con artists.
Of the left-wing parties and the voting systems rigged by China.
The CIA altering votes, stuffing votes.
We've got to defeat all that no matter who's president.
So there is a way to do this.
And Trump is sitting on those tools right now.
Now, since we are all adults and not little children, we can exercise patience.
You know how children...
Have a lot of trouble exercising patience.
Did you know there's a test that you can give to young children like five years old?
And you can set them down with a plate with a cookie on it.
And you explain to them that this is a psychological test that determines the future success of this child.
I forgot the name of the test, but you put a cookie on a plate and you tell them, Hey, little Joey, or whoever it is, you can eat this cookie right now, or I will come back in five minutes, and if this cookie is still here, I will give you another cookie, making a total of two cookies, and then you can eat them both.
So in five minutes, a five-year-old child can double his investment in cookies, and then you leave the room.
You come back in five minutes and you find out either that first cookie is there or gone or maybe partially gone.
Guess what?
Some children eat the first cookie because they can't help themselves.
They don't have the patience to wait for good things to come.
They don't understand the concept of delayed returns.
But other children who are more mature at that young age will wait for the second cookie to come along.
And then they will double their rewards.
Those children go on to be far more successful in life, in business, in academia, in all areas.
I forgot the name of the study, but it's a real study.
Right now, we are adults, and we are going to have to have patience with Trump's plan here.
There's a cookie on the table here.
But we need to wait for the far bigger option.
I mean, right now, we might think, oh, we're going to get a Supreme Court decision today.
But no, the bigger, the second cookie in this is Trump taking down the entire deep state, not just winning the election, but taking out the deep state.
And to do that, he can only use the military.
And the reason I mention this is because Jeffrey Prather said in his broadcast yesterday, you know, Prather is a guy I follow.
Prather said he believes Trump is not going to use the Insurrection Act until the very last minute.
He says that Trump will exhaust every other option first, and that Trump is not going to invoke the Insurrection Act next week, for example.
You know, before December 24th, which I had put out as a possible window of opportunity to seize the ballots.
And I still believe that is an opportunity to do so.
But I also said the second window of opportunity is right around or after January 6th.
Jeffrey Prather, who knows a lot more about special forces operations than I do, he says Trump's going to wait to the very last minute.
Well, I don't know exactly what that means, and Prather didn't say exactly that.
I don't know if that means January 19th, which I think would be way too late.
But he says that Trump wants to exhaust every legal option first.
He wants to exhaust the DOJ. He wants to exhaust the Supreme Court.
He wants to make it absolutely clear to all Americans that the entire civil system The court system, the justice system, everything has utterly failed and that there is no option but to invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy troops and seize control under military rule.
That is what Prather thinks Trump is waiting for.
And he may be absolutely right about that.
There's probably a good chance that he is.
But that means that you and I are going to be...
Sitting here, you know, pulling our hair out, it's like, Trump, do something!
That sounds like a cliche.
It's more like, do the right thing.
You know, invoke the Insurrection Act.
Come on now, seize the ballots.
Let's count them.
Let's count the ballots honestly.
Just recount them.
How hard could that be?
You know, throw out the fraudulent ballots and count the real ones and see where this thing goes.
And then...
Even me personally, I would absolutely respect the outcome of this election.
If Joe Biden actually won it, I would totally respect that after the military counts the ballots.
If we get a military count, and it's an honest count, and it's full transparency count, then even I would say, well, if Biden won, Biden won.
We've got to respect that outcome because elections are a social contract, right?
So I'm committing right now, if we see a military count, I will respect any outcome of that count.
Just the swing states, by the way, just the swing states.
So even if Democrats want to eliminate the possibility of right-wing people, they would say, or militia groups, you know, rising up and challenging a Biden administration, even Democrats should call for military recounts.
Because that's the only way to communicate the real truth of this to conservatives and patriots and military supporters and so on.
I do not trust Democrats counting votes.
Period.
Democrats cheat by their very nature.
If they are a Democrat, they are a dishonest person.
Unethical, immoral, untrustworthy.
They cheat, they lie, they steal, they murder their own babies.
This is what they do.
It's almost like a little poem.
They cheat, they lie, they steal, and then they demand we heal.
Yeah, I mean, that's Democrats.
They're just, anything goes with them.
They've got no morality at all.
I didn't mean to break out into a musical bit there.
You never know, spontaneous songs could happen in any situation update.
And just as a side note, I guess I'll just share this with you quietly.
You know why I do that?
Because it's a backup plan.
Just in case Biden becomes president and they come after me for all these situation updates, I just say, oh, those were entertainment podcasts.
I was singing.
See?
That's the deal right there.
I'm going to throw in some more song and dance in here.
I'll do some tap dancing, whatever.
I'll have to put on some tap shoes.
Yeah, that's my whole self-defense right there.

Federal prosecutors.
No, it was just all entertainment the whole time.

Because, you know, they're going to come for all of us, right?
If Biden becomes president, they're going to come for your free speech.
So how dare you salute the flag?
How dare you suggest that Trump won?
They're going to criminalize political differences, just so you know.
So you better quickly become an entertainer.
That's all I'm saying.
You know, you better get like a cartoon icon going.
If you're going to have a podcast, you better become an entertainer.

We're going to have to be like, well, The Babylon Bee, right?

But aren't they trying to censor him now, too?
It's a funny dude.

I'm getting off track, but I just thought I'd share that little secret with you.
No, seriously.
It's getting so bad out there.
I mean, in the future, you can't even talk about election fraud now on Facebook or Twitter or anywhere, and it's No, seriously, folks, it's getting really insane to the point where for me to communicate with you in anything that isn't banned, I might actually have to start singing the results of the forensic audit reports.
For example, Russell Ramsland Jr., the co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, saying in this report...
We conclude that the Dominion voting system is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.
I mean, this is what it's going to come to.
You can't even just tell the truth anymore without being criminalized, especially under a Biden administration.
It's going to be way worse.
So if you find me on a street corner, I'm just like singing crazy stuff.
It's not that crazy.
I'm probably reading a report.
Probably an election fraud report, come to think of it.
I'm probably reading like a Sidney Powell filing or something.
Section 10, chapter 3, subsection A, 2, 4.
The plaintiff hereby says it's going to be a musical.
Maybe we should write a musical when this is all said and done.
But anyway...
I know you want me to stop goofing around here, but there's a serious point in this.
I'm not actually goofing around.
I'm telling you how bad the censorship is going to be and the ways through which I can get this information to you.
All right, so let's just jump right in to the election fraud.
That was actually the first quote of my podcast today.
The Allied Security Operations Group did the forensic of Dominion voting systems.
This was released actually two nights ago, I believe.
And as I had just sang for you, they did conclude that the Dominion voting system is intentionally designed to create inherent errors in order to carry out systemic fraud and change election results.
Quote, the system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.
The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication.
The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudications of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail.
So this is what's crucial to understand.
They had these machines set at about a 68% error rate on the scans.
Now, the ballots that are scanned with errors go into a folder for, quote, adjudication, which means fixing, as in fixing the race, fixing the outcome.
And then the Democrats can take those error ballots, which again is 68% of all the ballots, and they can just drag and drop them into the Joe Biden folder.
And voila, Joe Biden wins by 2% because he probably only got like 20% of the vote in reality, maybe less.
But the result is, quote, the results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable.
This is the result of machine and or software error, not human error.
And then, later on in this report, they talk about how the adjudication logs are gone for the 2020 election.
Quote, significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years, but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing.
Where'd they go?
Well, they got deleted, obviously.
They got deleted.
Which is obstruction of justice or, you know, covering up crimes that got deleted.
That right there, the fact that those logs are missing, should invalidate the whole election for that, well, at least that county, maybe the state.
So, Sidney Powell is correct when she says, hey, we should go seize all the Dominion machines right now, or not we, but Marines, basically.
Trump's people should go out there and seize them all right now.
She's right about that.
Okay, and then it turns out that the Gateway Pundit reported that about 70% of ballots were also flagged as errors in Clark County, Nevada.
Oh, so it's not just Antrim County, it's also in Clark County, Nevada, a completely different state.
See?
So these machines were pre-rigged to...
Have the ballots have errors, and then also they were rigged to ignore signature matching.
So you see how this was all set up in advance to be rigged.
Now, I believe that Trump knows that this is a cyber Pearl Harbor.
That's a phrase that Sidney Powell has used.
And I also think that Trump knows this is bigger than 9-11.
And 9-11 was an act of war against our country using...
Well, we should say, set up by the deep state, but using airplanes and demolition charges, of course, in Building 7 to bring down three buildings, the two towers and World Trade Center 7.
Well, those were kinetic events.
And those events were allowed to happen for a particular reason, you know, to pass expansion of the Patriot Act and, you know, surveillance and so on.
Under the Bush Rhinos with William Barr right there working with them.
Oh, ready to push out the Patriot Act, aren't you?
Aren't you, Bill Barr?
With your bagpipes.
And then, but now the war is not necessarily kinetic.
It's cyber.
Cyber warfare.
So election theft via cyber Pearl Harbor.
Well, does that mean Trump can't respond just because it's cyber warfare?
No, of course Trump can respond.
And he must.
He must act.
If he doesn't act, then it's over.
Now, Mitch McConnell, as I mentioned earlier, is now urging GOP senators to refrain from objecting to electoral votes.
Oh, McConnell tells him it isn't in the best interest of everybody.
If, you know, Ted Cruz or Rand Paul or somebody objects on January 6th.
So remember, this is the day that they open the envelopes.
It's supposed to be VP Pence opening the envelopes and deciding whether to accept them or not.
And you can bet that VP Pence, he's going to be all in for Biden on January 6th.
Have no doubt about it.
Pence is a rhino player.
He's like a member of the rhino club.
He's probably got a giant ivory horn on the hood of his car.
He's going to go all in for Biden.
So members of the House and the Senate can stand up and say, hey, I object.
Those states were fraudulent.
We need to go to a debate here.
And then it begins the process of the debate.
And this will start with the state of Arizona, by the way, because these states are read off in alphabetical order.
So it's going to get to Arizona.
Let's see, there's Alaska first, is it?
And then Alabama.
I don't know how many states come first, but anyway, it gets to Arizona pretty quickly because that's an A. And then I don't know if I could name all 50 states in alphabetical order right off the top of my head, but Arizona's in there pretty quickly.
And then somebody's going to object and Mitch McConnell's going to be angry because he doesn't want people to object because Mitch McConnell's a rhino.
Even though the election was rigged, think about it, the GOP RINO members, they want to accept it because they don't want to cause trouble.
It's not in the best interest of everybody, says McConnell.
Really?
What about the best interest of the republic, you fool?
You fool!
He should be objecting to the fraud, but he isn't.
And it tells you something about all of this.
It made me realize...
I don't support the GOP. I don't support Republicans.
I really only support Trump.
That's about it.
I don't support that backstabber Crenshaw from Texas.
I don't support Mitch McConnell.
I mean, I like things that Rand Paul says.
Rand Paul's a pretty awesome dude.
From time to time, Ted Cruz says some courageous things, and there are a few others, like Texas Representative Gohmert.
That I would consider a patriot, someone that I support.
I don't support the GOP, the grand old party, because they don't support Trump, as is now obvious.
They would rather sacrifice America than to see Trump get a second term.
Doesn't that tell you something?
I don't know if I'm not going to make a pledge here right now, but I intend to at some point here, depending on how this plays out, if the GOP doesn't stand up and support Trump, I will never vote for a member of the GOP again unless their name is Trump.
That's a pledge.
And I already pledged never to vote for a Democrat again.
I guess that means I'm probably just not voting.
Why contribute to the fraud at this point?
But we'll see.
You know, we're going to give them a chance.
Maybe some GOP jellyfish will discover their spines, as we've talked about before, sometime on or about January 6th.
We will see.
Now, President Trump says the Dominion audit shows that it was a fake election.
Here's a tweet from Trump.
Quote, this is big news.
He's reacting to the audit that I just read some of the quotes from it.
Dominion voting machines are a disaster all over the country, Trump says.
Change the results of a landslide election.
Can't let this happen.
And then he writes, many Trump voters were routed to Biden.
This fake election can no longer stand.
Thank God Trump is fighting for us.
He's saying exactly what needs to be said.
Why can't Mitch McConnell say these things?
Is it because he has a rhino horn shoved down his throat?
You can't talk with a rhino horn shoved down your throat, can you?
Pull that out.
Fake election!
Yeah, see?
That's what needs to happen to McConnell.
Somebody give that man some oral surgery or an oral exorcism.
That's what it needs to be.
Smack him upside the head with a Bible.
Reach down his throat.
Pull that rhino horn out.
It's probably illegal anyway.

And then maybe he'll talk some sense to the world at that point.

He's been in the Senate since like 1824.
He knows how it works.
He's not a newbie.

It's the McConnell table.
All right, then Sidney Powell comes along and she says, hey, every voting machine needs to be seized and forensically analyzed.
Yep, every voting machine used in this year's election all across the country should be impounded and reviewed for forensic analysis.
Yes, indeed.
Another star for Powell right there.
She said that President Donald Trump could use his 2018 executive order on foreign interference that would give him authorities.
Quote, Because how else are you going to uncover the fraud if you don't seize the machines that were used to commit the fraud?
It's like the Democrats are saying, yeah, we committed fraud, we stole the election, but you can't see the ballots, you can't see the machines, you don't get to even have your electoral votes counted.
It's over, it's done, we stole good, didn't we?
And you're supposed to just sit back and accept, oh gosh, they stole good.
They sure did.
Sure stole good.
Gotta let them get away with it.

Alright, 36% of Americans still think a Trump win is likely through the court challenges.
And it's 57% of Republicans.
They say the legal challenges are likely to result in Trump's re-election.
That's a Rasmussen.
Is that how you pronounce that?

Maybe it's Rasmussen.
Yeah, so that's a new poll.
So Trump's people, or I should say conservatives, still the vast majority of Republicans think that Trump could still win this, but not Mitch McConnell.
Not most of the GOP members in the House or the Senate.
They've already given up.
I thought they were supposed to represent their voters.
Voters haven't given up.
So who are they representing then?
Oh yeah, China.
That's right there, Mr.
McConnell.
Your Chinese investment connections, Chinese businesses and all that.
We know what's going on.
Got the China connection.
Yeah.
Maybe it's not as bad as Swalwell doing the bang-bang with the fang-fang over there, but some of you GOP people are also probably in bed with China, if not their female spies.
All right.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court rules that the pandemic doesn't exempt voters from proving their identity.
So this was one of the ways that massive voter fraud was carried out in Wisconsin.
And the fact that the Supreme Court has ruled against that now, which basically should invalidate...
It's a couple hundred thousand votes, I think.
People just...
They claim that they were, quote, indefinitely confined...
It was a special condition of mail-in voting.
It's supposed to be for people who are physically impaired.
You know, what we used to call handicapped, I think.
I'm not sure what the correct term is right now.
I'm not trying to be insensitive or anything.
But indefinitely confined is the term.
And you could get a ballot if you said you were indefinitely confined without showing an ID. And so hundreds of thousands of ballots were obtained through that method of fraud.
With the vast majority of those requests being people who had never before claimed to be indefinitely confined.
And you see, this is also how the COVID lockdown fraud works with this.
It allowed massive mail-in ballot fraud in places like Wisconsin.
Well, the Supreme Court of Wisconsin has ruled against that.
So when are we going to correct all those votes?
Because that state was won by Trump.
Here's another tweet from President Trump.
Tremendous problems being found with voting machines.
They are so far off, it is ridiculous.
Able to take a landslide victory and reduce it to a tight loss.
This is not what the USA is all about.
Law enforcement shielding machines.
Do not tamper a crime.

Trump's not giving up, even though McConnell has.
Trump also tweeted out, 68% error rate in Michigan voting machines should be, by law, a tiny percentage of 1%.
Did Michigan's Secretary of State break the law?

Yeah, maybe because Trump is planning on arresting these deep state traitors and criminals.
I should hope so.
You know, on one hand here, just a step back, Aren't you proud that Trump is still in the fight here?
Anybody else would have given in by now.
So even if we don't win this thing in the end, Trump has taken it further than anybody else.
He really has.
He's still fighting.
And Biden keeps demanding, Trump, concede, concede, concede.
You know what Trump is saying?
I'm waiting for Ratcliffe's report.

When Ratcliffe gives me his report, probably this Friday...
And it says, oh, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are controlled by the Chinese and they were part of the election fraud.
Guess what?
Trump's going to be going to Biden and saying, you concede now.
You concede.
So it's going to be a battle of who will concede first.
I don't think it's Trump.
You know, if you play a game of chicken with Trump, you know, like with pickup trucks, Trump's in his pickup and you're in yours and you both hit the gas and start heading towards each other for a head-on collision, the chicken game.
You might as well just turn first because Trump's not turning.
You don't play chicken with the Don.

Kayleigh McEnany, is that the right pronunciation?
She's the White House spokeswoman, spokesperson.
She's a fighter, huh?
I think she should sign up for mixed martial arts.
I'd like to see her put some of those reporters in like an arm bar or a rear naked choke or something, you know?
Just choke them out.
They should just set up like chain link barriers around that room and just let her go choke them all out.
She says, quote, I think pursuing legitimate litigation through the judicial system is in no way assaulting democracy.
Because the reporters, of course, are accusing Trump of assaulting democracy by questioning the fraud.
So wait a minute.
If you commit fraud, that's not assaulting democracy.
That is Democrat democracy.
Their whole system is based on fraud.
But if you question the fraud, then you're assaulting democracy.
Oh, I see.
So McEnany says, quote, institutions...
In the manner they are to be used...
Wait, what?
To pursue legitimate claims with sworn affidavits and additional evidence.
Whatever that means.
She says...
Yeah, that was the assault on democracy.
And by the way, she also says she's not aware of any action currently pending regarding the 2018 executive order.
So she was asked about that.
You know why she was asked about that by Democrat reporters?
Because they're getting nervous.
Yeah, that's funny that she was asked about that.
This is some nervous reporter there today.
Hey, Kaylee, what about the 2018 executive order that allows the president to seize all of our assets if we were complicit in the foreign interference of the election?
And she said, I'm not aware of any action currently.
Good luck next week, you know.
All right, now, There is a hearing in the Senate that's coming up.
It's the election irregularities hearing.
And this is being chaired by Senator Ron Johnson, Republican of Wisconsin.
He's the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee.
Said while announcing a hearing that, quote, a large percentage of the American public does not view the 2020 election result as legitimate because of apparent irregularities that have not been fully examined.
Yeah, he nails it.
We don't see it as legitimate.
Of course we don't, because there was massive fraud.
Guess who's boycotting the hearing?
Oh, Romney.
Yeah, that's right.
Romney the rhino, Mr.
Stiffback Rhino.
He's boycotting it.
He doesn't want to show up.
He doesn't want to give it legitimacy.
But he thinks the election was just fine.
The election was fully legitimate.
Because he thinks Trump lost.
Well, that Romney.
Woo!
That guy.
That guy's on a lot of people's Christmas list in some special ways, I would imagine.
It's the naughty list, it turns out.
Okay, let's move on to the SolarWinds hack.
Now, the SolarWinds company, there's a rumor that the Texas Rangers and the U.S. Marshals raided the SolarWinds headquarters in Austin.
This was a rumor from somebody who called in to the Sean Hannity radio show.
I haven't been able to confirm this from anybody else yet, so I'm not yet saying that that actually happened, but the CISA organization did issue an emergency directive warning everybody that SolarWinds operating systems were all compromised.
And this was Emergency Directive 21-01 calls on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks for indicators of compromise and disconnect or power down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.
And then there's a press release at CISA.gov.
Well, on the login screen for the Dominion Voting Systems, at the bottom it shows that it's powered by SolarWinds.
But during the hearing yesterday, the Dominion company's CEO, I think it was, was in a hearing, and he was asked about this, and he said, no, no, we don't use any SolarWinds software.
Nope.
But he also said Dominion machines aren't connected to the Internet and don't change votes, and not a single vote is inaccurate.
So I can't really trust that guy.

So now the Arizona GOP chair says that Republican electors, quote, represent the legally cast votes in our state.
You know how we have dueling electors now?
Parallel electors?
And seven states cast electors for President Trump.
Well, in Arizona, GOP chairwoman Kelly Ward, who is a fighter, by the way, lots of respect for Ward, she says that her state's Republican Electoral College electors, Who cast their votes for President Trump believe they are the electors that, quote, represent the legally cast votes in our state.
And this is why senators and members of the House on January 6th should stand up and say, hey, when you get to Arizona, you've got to read the Trump votes, not the Biden votes.
But Mitch McConnell, don't forget, Mr.
Rhino himself, he's like, you shouldn't object to that.
No.
We want the legitimate votes, the legitimate electors.
And remember, the race between now and January 6th is for Trump to prove, to uncover enough evidence, either through the courts or through the Insurrection Act or through whatever method, to prove to the country that the votes were rigged.
In other words, to give Congress enough spine on January 6th to choose the pro-Trump electors.
And from Arizona, they're saying that's what their electors are.
Those are the real electors.
Okay, a couple of dates here.
December 21 through the 23rd is a joint U.S. Foreign Interference Intelligence Committee hearing in the Senate.
That's attended by all kinds of rhinos.
It's like a It's like an all-you-can-eat rhino buffet with Rubio and Sass and some others.
But also Ratcliffe is supposed to be there, and Governor Kemp, Georgia Governor Kemp, is supposed to be a witness.
You notice every time they hold a meeting, it's like seven traitors and eight rhinos.
There's never any patriots, except maybe Ratcliffe in that case.
We'll see.
We'll see soon.
And then there's a rumor out there that Governor Kemp might postpone the Senate runoff, which I think is supposed to take place January 5th or early January.
He could postpone it, and then he could appoint Loeffler and Perdue as interim senators to be available for a contingent electoral college election.
But this would assume that Governor Kemp isn't a traitor.
And according to Lin Wood, Kemp has already sold us out to China.
And Kemp's going to prison.
In fact, according to Lynn Wood, there's another tweet I'll read for you later.
So I'm not putting much faith in Kemp doing anything useful.
Now, what happens on January 6th if, let's say, Representative Mo Brooks from the House and, let's say, Ted Cruz from the Senate raise objections to the swing states where the votes have been fraudulent?
Well, Then, according to the Constitution, the House and the Senate vote on whether to accept the electors from those states.
And VP Pence is, of course, the tiebreaker in those votes.
It's not clear to me how exactly this vote takes place.
I mean, is the entire House considered one vote and then the entire Senate considered one vote?
And if it's one for Biden and one for Trump, then Pence casts the vote?
A third vote?
Or is it, you know, 435 House members voting?
See, it's not clear to me.
In fact, I don't even think it's clear in the Constitution how these votes are counted.
But it seems to me it is possible that all these votes from these disputed swing states could be thrown out on that day.
And Pence might have to be dragged kicking and screaming to the truth on this, but possibly he could be pressured to maybe defend the Republic for one day.
And then, in that case, you throw out those swing states, guess what?
Biden ends up with 227 electoral votes, and Trump ends up with 232.
So Trump has an advantage right there.
Then, according to the 12th Amendment, this apparently would go to a contingent election.
However, somebody brought up something like 10 days or so ago that said, well, If Trump has the majority of electoral votes at that time, even not getting to 270, but the majority of the available electoral votes, then Trump wins right then, and it doesn't have to go to a contingent election by states.
But if it did have to go to a contingent election by states, it's on a one-state-equals-one-vote basis, and currently there are 26 or 27 That are Republican in terms of the legislatures.
This number keeps moving around.
You've probably heard a lot of different numbers for this.
I have too.
Some people claim it's 30.
Others claim it's like 23.
Let's say it's 26 or 27.
Biden's got a lower number, roughly about 20.
And then there are delegation ties in other states, at least three states.
So those are split delegations.
Well, that means Trump wins on a state-by-state vote basis, doesn't it?
So even right now, barring anything else, it seems like, according to the Constitution and the 12th Amendment, it seems like if people raise objections, you know, I'm talking about members of the Congress, if they raise objections on January 6th, they could force this into a contingent election.
Or discard the electoral votes from the states where fraud is suspected or demonstrated.
And then between now and January 6th, anything else that happens, such as more evidence coming out, Trump having the Marines seize the ballots and recount them and show that there was massive fraud, whatever, all that's just going to add to the evidence.
To give Pence and the GOP members, heck, maybe even Mitch McConnell might come around.
Who knows?
Give him a kick in the pants.

All right, now, I think I mentioned that Jeffrey Prather had said that he doesn't think Trump is going to activate the Insurrection Act, except as a last act.
But Prather said something else yesterday that I found fascinating.
He also said that Trump could declare all debt to China to be null and void due to China launching the bioweapon against us and China Running cyber warfare operations, biological warfare operations against us, and so on.
So if Trump wants to take this to the next phase of war with China, he absolutely has a right to do so, and he could just say, ah, we're canceling, what is it, $1.3 trillion or whatever China holds in terms of U.S. treasuries.
And that would be economic warfare, but so be it.
Okay, in terms of the Insurrection Act, if it happens, you should note that there might be, as I mentioned yesterday, 10 days of a lockdown or maybe one week, maybe two weeks.
There might be disruptions, supply line problems, and so on.
So Attorney Lynn Wood tweeted this out, quote, better to be safe than sorry.
Make sure you have plenty of water, food, flashlights and batteries, candles, radio, Second Amendment supplies, and a plan to meet with leaders of your communities.
America is in dire need of a good house cleaning, way too much corruption and greed.
Real Donald Trump is going to clean it up for we the people.

So it seems like Lin Wood is inferring here that there are going to be some kind of lockdowns and that you might want to have some food on hand.
And, you know, candles.
Because the local fire departments don't have enough to do, and more people use candles, more people burn their living rooms up, you know?
And people don't know how to use candles safely.
Seriously, just ask any firefighter.
They'll tell you.

Now, one last point on this particular topic of the Insurrection Act.
I've been mentioning the 14th Amendment in these podcasts, but I don't know that I ever mentioned that President Trump can strip electors from office under the 14th Amendment.
Now, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is pretty interesting, and you may have missed the first sentence, because here's who this applies to.
Quote, No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or elector of president and vice president, comma, catch that, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state who,
having previously taken an oath, comma, as a member of Congress or as an officer of the United States or as a member of any state legislature, and so on and so forth, comma, Shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, meaning against the Constitution of the United States, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each house, remove such disability.
In other words, Trump could come along and say, oh, by the way, all these electors who elected Biden, yeah, you're all stripped of your authority.
Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
And it would take a two-thirds vote of each House, of the House and the Senate, to override that.
That's how Trump could win on January 6th.
Every time Pence opens an envelope and says, ah, more Biden votes, because he'd be really happy about that, I'm sure.
Trump could just say, um, yeah, those electors, yeah, they're gone too.
Because they engaged in insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution, didn't they?
By voting for Biden in a fraudulent election that was obviously stolen, obviously rigged, with international warfare involved, by the way.
That's insurrection.
So on January 6th, I'm not saying that I think Trump will do this, but he could.
He could just say, even before January 6th, he could say, I hereby strike all the electors for Biden as being engaged in a rebellion.
And here's why.
He would have to obviously lay out a compelling case, and he would have to survive a two-thirds vote of House and Senate.
But I think he could, if the evidence is compelling enough, obviously.
So there are multiple paths for Trump to win this thing, a lot of paths that people haven't really thought about.
And then finally on this topic, Lin Wood tweeted out, quote, President Trump, real Donald Trump, is a genuinely good man.
He does not really like to fire people.
I bet he dislikes putting people in jail, especially Republicans.
He gave Brian Kemp and the Georgia Secretary of State every chance to get it right.
They refuse.
They will soon be going to jail.
Well, that's Lin Wood not beating around the bush, is it?
Just saying, yeah, governor of Georgia going to jail.
That's right.
So how would that even work?
What does Linwood know that we don't know yet?
How would you put Brian Kemp in jail?
It would have to be through the Insurrection Act, wouldn't it?
Because the DOJ is non-functioning.
The FBI is non-functioning.
I don't know any other mechanism by which Governor Kemp of Georgia could be arrested and prosecuted other than under military tribunals or Insurrection Act So it seems to me like Lin Wood,
especially with his previous tweet about, you know, get yourself a radio and candles and Second Amendment supplies and all that, seems to me like Lin Wood strongly suspects the Insurrection Act is coming.
And surely he's more in touch with Trump's people than I am, let's say.
So I tend to think that Lin Wood has information that I don't have on that topic.
I'm just inferring that.
It's not a certainty, but it's an educated guess.
We're going to move on here to vaccines and hydroxychloroquine, and I've got something really, really important here.
The American Medical Association has just rescinded its previous statement that opposed the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus infections, you know, COVID-19.
Now, this is in the American Medical Association memo that is, let's see, page 18 of a recent memo.
So they've rescinded it, but no one heard about this.
Why not?
Why not?
Why not until today?
Here's what you need to know.
The vaccines that were just approved by the FDA under emergency authorization.
Well, that emergency authorization can only be invoked by When there is no other therapeutic available to treat that pandemic.
So the AMA, just to be clear, the AMA and the WHO, and even the FDA, they conspired to commit crimes against humanity.
They trashed hydroxychloroquine without any medical or scientific basis on purpose, getting hundreds of thousands of people killed around the world.
Because, you know, the AMA and the FDA has influence even globally.
Just so they can make money off of emergency approval for vaccines.
So that the drug companies could make the money.
And the drug companies then, of course, pay money to the FDA and support the AMA and all of its drug pushers who run that organization as well.
Now, remember that big pharma can only have vaccines approved for emergency use when there's no other therapeutic available.
And as part of the emergency approval, they get to skip the comprehensive clinical trials that would prove Large-scale safety.
Normally, a vaccine takes years to produce and to try to prove that it's safe and effective.
Even then, they cheat.
They rig.
Just like Democrats rig elections, drug companies rig their vaccine studies.
There are whistleblowers from Merck, virologists, who filed a False Claims Act document with the federal government years ago, saying that their managers ordered them to spike the blood samples from patients You know, the clinical trial patients, those blood samples were spiked with animal antibodies in order to show falsely that the MMR vaccine was effective, so the FDA then approved the vaccine.
Vaccine never worked.
It was all complete fraud.
It's almost like the vaccine industry should team up with Dominion voting systems, you know, because they have the same philosophy, it appears, just cheat, rig, lie, corrupt everything, and then claim that they are the gold standard of science and elections, right?
So now, after the FDA has approved the emergency approval of these dangerous vaccines, which have never been proven safe or effective in any sufficiently large trial, now the AMA quietly comes out and says, oh, yeah, we're no longer opposed to hydroxychloroquine.
Yeah.
Because these people are murderers.
They're criminals.
We're talking about crimes against humanity.
They lied.
They cheated.
They rigged.
People died.
And as usual, no one's going to go to jail over this.
No criminal charges.
I'm here to tell you, virtually the entire pharmaceutical industry are criminals against humanity.

And I got to go out to the VA hospital and deliver these computer systems.
And I swear to God, maybe I shouldn't swear, but I saw this.
They were performing a tracheotomy on a veteran in a utility closet.
It was crazy.
No, it totally freaked me out.
It was like, what the heck are they doing in that closet?
They were doing surgery on this dude's throat, the veteran.
And it was horrifying, like gurgling sounds and everything.
It was like, what?

I never forgot that.
VA hospitals, tell you what.
Oh, by the way, you know, speaking of vaccines here, just to wrap that up.
The answer to this, folks, is to do some clinical trials on chlorine dioxide.
That's right.
Chlorine dioxide unleashes a wave of oxygen in your blood.
And lack of oxygen is one of the key symptoms of COVID-19 killing people.
Remember, it alters the hemoglobin molecules in the blood so that it can't really carry oxygen effectively.
So people die from asphyxiation.
Which is why originally they thought they had to put everybody on a ventilator, which ended up killing them because their blood still can't carry oxygen.
So you flood your body with oxygen through chlorine dioxide, which I've taken many, many, many times.
You kill all kinds of pathogens in your blood.

And there are many scientists out there like Andreas Kalker who know all about this and who are very well informed.
And friends of mine like Bob Sisson is talking about the doctors in, I think, Bolivia using this very successfully and just wiping out COVID there.
In South America, they're open to using medicine, real medicine, whereas in North America, what do we get?
Oh, the AMA attacking hydroxychloroquine, making sure people die so that the FDA can have emergency approval of a toxic depopulation vaccine that they're going to target black people with.

In South America, they just say, hey, what works to save lives?

Fake medicine, fake news, fake elections, everything.
At least in South America, they actually want to find something that saves lives instead of killing people, you know, like Cuomo.
Cuomo was ordered, no doubt, to kill as many elderly as possible.
We just stuffed them into nursing homes.
It's like, yeah, we'll rack up the death count here and call for lockdowns and have mail-in ballots and steal the election.
It's only going to cost us a quarter of a million dead Americans.
No problem.
We're Democrats.
We do that in our sleep.
That's the way they think.
Yeah, that's who they are.
Criminals.
War crimes is what we're talking about here.
Holocaust-style thinking.
If these people had to kill 6 million Americans to stay in power, you better believe they would do it.
In a minute, they would do it.
Might as well just call Democrats the party of Zyklon B, frankly.
All right, anyway, we're going to move on here to the justice system.
I'm aware of the time here.
I just want to bring to you a couple of things.
Hollywood actress Debra Messing...
I have no idea who she is, but apparently she's some kind of big deal in Hollywood, which just means, oh, you're the queen of the pedophile system?
I mean, who cares?
It just makes you more evil.
But she says that she wants President Trump to be in prison so he can be raped.
And this is her message, and she doubled down on this.
She didn't apologize for it.
She said this is totally appropriate.
At Real Donald Trump, you are a weak, scared, stupid, inept, negligent, vindictive, narcissistic criminal.
I hope you live a long life in prison where you become the most popular boyfriend to the all inmates.
That's actually what was said.
So this is called healing on the part of Democrats.
They want to heal.
They want us all to be together.
They want us all to be positive.
You know?
They want to be...
Tolerant?
That's right.
And diversified?
You know, as long as you're getting raped, then they're fine with that.
That's the tolerance of the Democrats' diversity is you getting raped by different colored prisoners, I guess.
That's what they say.
So think about who these people are.
Think about what we're fighting against here.
We're fighting against pure evil.
Because at the end of the day, I don't know about you.
I'm pretty angry about the election theft.
But on my darkest day, I wouldn't wish for Democrats to be raped.
That would be pure evil to want that.
I mean, I wouldn't mind them being shipped off to Cuba.
Just get them away from us.
They're not Americans.
They don't have American values.
Get them out of here.
But I wouldn't wish for them to be raped.
But that's what Democrats wish.
Alright, so by the way, at the DOJ with Bill Barr on his way out, there's a lot of debate about whether Bill Barr was a good guy or a bad guy.
Lin Wood actually vouches for Bill Barr and says that Bill did a lot of great research, but that Barr just doesn't want to prosecute these cases and he's leaving so that other people can come in and prosecute.
Well, I tell you what, I respect Lin Wood, and Lin Wood is closer to Barr than I am, or probably you as well, so I'm going to respect Lin Wood on this and wait and see.
Personally, I think Bill Barr has proven himself to be part of the deep state at this point, but I'm willing to withhold the final opinion on that until we see what happens, but we are running out of time.
Nevertheless, Guess who is coming in as part of the new crew there?
It's not just Rosin, Jeff Rosin, who's replacing Barr temporarily, but there's another guy, the Deputy Acting AG, Richard Donahue.
I guess the G is silent.
Donahue, Donahue.
He served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
That's the JAG, JAG Corps, United States Army, where he was a military magistrate judge.
That just sounds almost British to me.
Did he salute the Queen?
It's like magistrate.
He was a prosecutor, defense counsel, and contract litigator.
He also served in the 82nd Airborne.
Turns out this guy, Donahue, he's friends of General Michael Flynn, reportedly.
So he might be a key person.
We need to do more research on him and find out what's going on.
In the meantime, former FBI official James Heslep, 51 years old, of Gainesville, Virginia, pleaded guilty to receiving a bribe by a public official and subscribing a false federal income tax return.
U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced Monday, and he's pleading guilty to a two-count criminal information filed in connection with his plea agreement.
Okay, so this is an FBI official, and I read that story, and the bribe was not even that big.
It was like $20,000 or something on construction of a giant FBI facility, I think, in Idaho or somewhere.
And these people can be bought so cheaply.
I mean, $20,000?
You're going to throw your whole career away for $20,000?
I guess so.
That's amazing to me.
But it just goes to show the level of corruption with these people.
There are members of Congress who can be bought for $500.
You give them a little $500 donation from your company or your group, and they'll just change their opinion, change their vote, whatever, on certain issues.
Other issues cost a lot more, but they're all for sale.
I mean, for the most part.
Just corporate prostitutes and hacks.
All right.
Now, I'm going to do a quick wrap-up here.
I know we're getting long on time, and I thank you for your patience.
The longer I make these, the longer it takes for the video encoding on Brighteon.
And so it kind of delays the whole release.
But the bottom line here right now, where we are...
There's more proof of election fraud coming out every day.
There are more cases heading to the Supreme Court.
Not that that matters.
I don't have faith in SCOTUS anymore.
But there may be evidence that comes out during those cases.
And that evidence can be used by Trump to communicate with the American people ahead of invoking the Insurrection Act.
But I do think that right now communication is really lacking.
That Trump needs a better...
I don't know.
He needs a better method.
He needs like a video production team.
You know, he should hire my company to put together some how-to videos of what's happening and what's the evidence.
I mean, actually, we're kind of busy, but I'm sure he can find other people in D.C. But he needs to have daily video updates, I think.
Something like this podcast, but maybe more like five minutes and animated.
A little five-minute animated video like what we're doing.
You know, here's the evidence of vote fraud.
Here's the story of parallel electors.
And what's our plan to win on January 6th?
You know, things like that.
I do think the Trump team could do a much better job on communication with the public because you've got to compete with the fake news media and the big tech censorship that's so effective that most Americans have no clue what's happening.
They really have no clue.
They don't even know that there are parallel electors.
They don't know about the 12th Amendment or the 14th Amendment.
They don't know anything about what's going to happen on January 6th.
As far as they know, CNN told them Joe Biden won, and that's the end of it.
That's all they know.
You know, back to basketball or Pop-Tarts or whatever, video games, celebrity news, but they don't understand how anything works.
So Team Trump needs to communicate so that when he does invoke the Insurrection Act, More American people have an understanding of what's happening.
It's like, oh, troops on the streets!
Here we go!
It would be great if a lot of Americans, millions of Americans, would say, yeah, I know what that's all about.
They're arresting a bunch of deep state traitors.
Everything's fine.
Instead of panicking, oh my god, troops on the streets!
Trump has appointed himself a dictator!
Some people are going to think that.
That's not at all what would be happening.
But I do think that Trump is going to have to end up invoking the Insurrection Act because I think every other effort will fail.
The Supreme Court has proven they will betray the country.
They did so with the Texas case, very clear.
The other courts are all totally corrupt, a bunch of criminals.
You know, the governors are criminals, all sold out to China, bought off.
You know, they slapped with Fang Fang or whoever.
Yeah, she sure gets around.
With the politically connected, she got some frequent flyer miles on those airlines, that's for sure.
And hotel points.
Jeez.
But Trump's got to be able to justify to the American people why he's invoking the Insurrection Act.
And that's going to take a lot of communication since most people have been suffering under gaslighting and fake news and hoaxes and false histories and everything else because, well, they've been getting their news from Google or Facebook or CNN. So the vast majority of Americans won't have any clue what's happening.
And when the day comes, let's say on January 6th, that through various manipulations that we've already talked about, Trump is declared the president.
Maybe because of a contingent election vote that happens on that day or the next day, state-by-state vote, and Trump is declared the president.
Can you imagine?
People are going to lose their minds.
They're going to have no clue what took place.
They don't even understand the mechanism.
That's why I think if that happens, CNN will just report that Biden is still the president all the way through January 20th, and they'll have a fake inauguration.
They just won't report that Trump won.
They can't report it.
They're in too deep at this point.
So we could use more communication from Trump.
But I don't see this situation getting resolved with anything less than troops on the streets in certain Democrat cities and seizing the ballots, seizing the Dominion machines, and so on.
Even though, by the way, the Arizona Senate, I believe, has just issued subpoenas for all the Dominion machines in the state, if I'm understanding that correctly.
So that could be interesting.
But it would be way more impressive if the military went in and seized them and put them under military authority.
And then remember, Trump's got special forces under Chris Miller.
We've talked about all that.
Special forces, then, I believe there's going to be a day that they're given the go order, and they're going to have a long list of targets, extraction targets, like, go get this person from this city or this address, this building.
You know, extract these 500 people.
And it's going to be names that you will recognize.
I think, like Newsom and Pelosi and Feinstein and so on.
And they're going to be all gone from public view.
They're going to be getting processed somewhere.
Maybe they'll be first in line for more vaccines.
Who knows?
Got to vaccinate the prisoners first, don't you?
Yeah.
Wouldn't want prisoners spreading COVID. Vaccinate them twice, just to be sure.
So this is all probably coming with the caveat that at the end of the day, What I've always said, Trump wins if he fights.
Trump wins if he uses the tools that he has at his disposal.
Trump loses if he gives in.
So there's always that possibility at the end of this, although I doubt it, but Trump could say one day, he could say, I don't want to put America through the Insurrection Act.
He could say that, and then it's over.
And that would be a big disappointment.
I hope that never happens, because actually, There would be way more bloodshed after that because the militia groups would just self-activate at that point, I think.
And we'd be in a bloody civil war.
There would be way more casualties that way.
Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act because it will be the fewest casualties.
And remember, the ideal scenario is Joe Biden is forced to concede.
And that could happen...
You know, this weekend, technically, it could happen as soon as Trump goes to Biden with that folder of evidence and a Ratcliffe's report from this coming Friday and says, you know, hey, Biden, look what we have on you.
Oh, oh, all these financial records, all this election fraud, all this foreign interference, all violations of U.S. law.
Oh, treason?
Whoa.
Maybe you should think about conceding.
See?
And then if Biden concedes, there won't be much bloodshed.
So that's the best desired outcome in this situation.
Let's hope that that happens.
Barring that, there's going to be bloodshed one way or another.
Sadly, we don't want to see that, but it's very likely to happen.
