Situation Update, Dec. 12th - SCOTUS betrayal allows Trump to invoke military tribunals and Fourteen

All right, welcome.
This is the official Situation Update for December 12th, Saturday, 2020.
I also posted an emergency addition to the Situation Update, about a 30-minute update that should also be live today, so be sure to check that out.
It covers the immediate reaction to the SCOTUS decision and how we no longer have a functioning rule of law and we have, we've now confirmed that we've lost our constitutional republic.
It is, it's dead as of now.
We are a lawless country and the steps forward must involve how we reestablish the rule of law.
And reaffirm that we are a constitutional republic.
That's what Trump must now focus on.
I believe he is focused on that.
In this situation update, I'm going to cover some of those steps moving forward, the remaining option for Trump.
Also, we have a GOP chairman for Texas, Alan West, calling for secession.
We have a Democrat lawmaker, Saying that the Texas lawsuit was an act of insurrection and arguing that therefore, under the 14th Amendment, no members of the GOP should be allowed to be seated in Congress.
So you see what they're doing?
When they try to carry out an insurrection, they accuse you of carrying out an insurrection.
When they are trying to achieve a coup, they claim you're carrying out a coup.
When they are filled with hatred, they claim you're filled with hatred.
When they are racist, they say you're a racist and so on.
Everything the Democrats accuse you of being or doing, those are the things that they are doing.
So this is where we are now, and probably the duration of this podcast will be 30 minutes or less, but I want to point out one of the silver linings of the Supreme Court decision, and that is that That decision proves that we no longer have a functioning civil court system in the United States.
At the local level, the court judges in Pennsylvania, for example, are so utterly corrupt that they will toss cases that have full standing and full merit.
Those cases will be tossed just because the judges are corrupt.
At the district court level, the corruption also persists.
And now we find out at the Supreme Court level, They are also corrupt, or at least enough of them are, not all of them, but enough are, so that this case can be denied standing.
Which begs the question, where would the state of Texas find standing if not the Supreme Court?
You can't sue in, let's say, a Texas court because you can't compel Pennsylvania to be subject to a decision of a Texas court.
Right?
So where do you go?
Where do you go to resolve a stolen election That is obviously stolen, that is rigged blatantly on camera with impossible statistical odds, with faked ballots, where the government even has the proof of the election rigging.
Absolute proof, as we have discussed in recent days.
To the courts, it doesn't matter, because the courts are no longer functioning.
Well, it turns out that this gives the president tremendous leeway in declaring or activating military tribunals.
We are now approaching a situation where President Trump is going to have to, in essence, suspend the Constitution.
Well, it's almost as if it doesn't matter because the Constitution is no longer apparently relevant in this country in the first place.
The courts no longer recognize the Constitution.
It is no longer a functioning document.
According to the Supreme Court.
Because what these swing states did was blatantly unconstitutional, and it deprived Americans of due process and equal protection under the law.
But they threw it out anyway.
So Trump is going to have to invoke military tribunals, which could be called an extra-constitutional court system.
And that path is now clear.
In fact, this decision by SCOTUS has illuminated that option as the only remaining option for resolving this election in a way that doesn't lead to total unrestricted warfare across the United States of America, i.e.
bloody civil war.
Because that's where it goes next if Trump does not Pull the trigger on this, deploy the military, arrest the traitors, and launch the military tribunals.
Eventually, actually pretty quickly, it goes to unrestricted total warfare.
A siege of all the cities, for example.
I don't want to get too graphic in the descriptions, but let's just say America will bleed, probably.
I mean, no question about it.
Especially when you consider that Joe Biden promises to take everybody's guns away?
Well, that's not going to fly, is it, right?
Biden promises to make you a slave in your own home, make you wear a mask, make you take a vaccine.
They're going to stack the Supreme Court and take away any last gun.
Resemblance of any rule of law in America.
They're threatening to not even seat any GOP members of Congress because they're all going to be accused of being involved in an insurrection.
Look, things are going to get very bloody very quickly probably in America if Trump doesn't take action first.
So this path for Trump has been really clarified.
And that's, in a sense, there's an advantage in that.
You no longer have...
Some people arguing, well, we should wait for the court, and other people saying, no, we should take action now.
The courts are done.
And I know there are still some small cases pending.
Well, maybe they're not so small.
They are significant cases pending.
But it's clear that with this ruling, SCOTUS is not going to get involved in the election, period.
In other words, the Supreme Court Just surrendered America to communist China.
And they just abandoned the rule of law.
They just issued a death sentence for the United States of America.
So as I've stated, the act of final betrayal has arrived.
This is the final act of betrayal for America.
So Trump's options now become rather clear.
And Trump has another option that I mentioned earlier.
Many, many weeks ago that very few people have paid attention to, and that is the 14th Amendment.
And as I just mentioned a minute ago, there is a Democrat congressman who wants to use the 14th Amendment to take away all power from the GOP. This is what conservatives need to realize.
See, conservatives are always slow to use the power they have, whereas Democrats will absolutely exploit every inch of power that they are able to seize, and they will weaponize it and use it against you.
Whereas Republicans and conservatives tend to be polite.
Because they assume that the party on the other side of the aisle will also be polite.
And that assumption is suicide.
The Democrats are not polite.
They are criminals.
They are vicious, malicious, ferocious fraudsters.
They will do anything it takes to gain power and to destroy you, even to have you killed or incarcerated or silenced.
Look at the censorship of big tech.
Look at the lies of the left-wing media.
Look at the blatant election rigging that we just saw taking place right in front of our own eyes.
So Trump needs to realize this, I think he does, that he can invoke the 14th Amendment right now while he is president.
And the 14th Amendment has a couple of interesting provisions.
And remember the 14th Amendment was ratified by the states shortly after the Civil War, a few years later, so that The President could make sure that states involved in insurrection or rebellion against the United States could not exert controlling influences and power in Washington,
D.C. Section 2 of the 14th Amendment gives President Trump the right to declare states to be engaged in supporting rebellion and then to strip Electoral College votes from those states.
So right now, this is some brilliant chess.
When Texas filed the lawsuit, and then Texas was enjoined by 19 other states, including eventually Alaska, that signed on to supporting that lawsuit.
Well, then something like 20 other states that were run by Democrats signed on against Texas.
Those states...
Accused Texas of being involved in an insurrection, when in truth, it was those Democrat states that were involved in an insurrection.
And by signing their names to supporting the vote fraud, the rigging of the election in the swing states, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, all of those Democrat states, I believe it was around 20 or so,
They have just affirmed to President Trump that they themselves support rebellion against the United States government, which means that Trump, simply by decree, could state today or Sunday or Monday or any day, President Trump could state, I hereby declare these Democrat states are engaged in rebellion and insurrection against the United States government.
They are hereby stripped of their electoral votes.
Boom.
Done.
Joe Biden gets zero.
President Trump wins with whatever number he's got.
He has the power to do that.
It was ratified by states after the Civil War.
And that is constitutional.
It is constitutional to do that.
I'm not saying the left would like it.
But they're going to stage a Bolshevik-style revolution attempt.
No matter what happens, as long as Trump is in office, they're going to try to tear down this country.
So, frankly, it doesn't matter what tactic Trump uses to strip them of the power to commit treason.
He can use that power.
This is lawful.
Under the 14th Amendment, it is lawful.
It is constitutional.
He can do it, and he can do it now.
He doesn't need SCOTUS. See?
That's a key.
He doesn't need the Supreme Court to do this.
Secondly, President Trump could invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which I've also discussed.
And Section 3 talks about how the president can remove from power any public official, which includes mayors and governors, members of Congress, and even members of state legislators, that has violated their oath of office, which of course swears them to defend the Constitution that has violated their oath of office, which of course swears them to defend the Constitution of the United States And domestic.
So any of these Democrats or deep staters or globalists in America that were involved in collusion with China and Iran and the CIA to rig this election and try to overturn this election, any of those individuals can be arrested and taken from any of those individuals can be arrested and taken from office, removed from power immediately.
And who would be perfect to carry that out?
U.S. Special Operations Forces.
Spec Ops guys, Army Rangers, Delta, Navy SEALs, and so on.
Okay.
So these options are...
Actually, if you think about it, Trump still has several different options, but they all kind of fall under this, what you might characterize as extra-constitutional, even though technically the 14th Amendment is part of the Constitution, obviously, at this point.
So, because it was ratified by the states.
So, I guess the best way to describe this would be outside the civil court system.
That's probably the most accurate way.
Not really extra-constitutional, but extra-civil or extra-judicial, maybe.
I don't know.
Maybe there's a term for this.
But it's basically, it's spec ops guys coming in and arresting all the corrupt, treasonous actors all across America.
And as I've said, Trump has been putting the infrastructure in place in terms of military assets in order to be able to pull the lever on that option.
And I believe he must initiate that option because he has the 14th Amendment.
And I find it interesting that here it is a few weeks after I pointed that out that we have this Democrat Named Bill Pascrell Jr., a Democrat of New Jersey, he is now claiming that Biden should use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to prevent all Republicans from holding office.
So I think this guy maybe got word of my podcast, and he said, well, heck, if Trump won't use it, we'll use it.
We'll use it against the GOP. And so he says that they want to refuse to seat in the 117th Congress any members of the GOP, quote, seeking to make Donald Trump an unelected dictator.
You see?
So this is what they do.
They accuse you of being involved in a rebellion or an insurrection when they themselves rigged the election, tried to carry out a coup, rigged free speech, rigged the media, used the CIA to put in fraudulent votes, printed fake ballots, You know, covered up the evidence of the crimes, even on social media, you can't talk about evidence of a regged election and so on.
They carried out all these crimes, but then if Trump overcomes all of their crimes, they will say Trump is a dictator.
That's how the left works.
But it is interesting that the left is now invoking the 14th Amendment.
Because they recognize it has the power to achieve exactly what I've been describing here.
So also recognize that in this option, the 14th Amendment option, as well as the Insurrection Act and military tribunals, or even the suspension of habeas corpus and the invocation of martial law, in each of these scenarios, President Trump does not need permission from the Supreme Court.
In fact, he can ignore the Supreme Court, just like Abraham Lincoln did.
And now it's apparent that he must.
The Supreme Court is useless to us, exactly as the DOJ is useless, just as the FBI is useless, just as practically all the elected officials that you and I ever voted for, pretty much most of them are utterly, completely useless, and most of them are treasonous, in fact.
And Trump is fighting against them all.
But as the executive commander-in-chief...
President Trump has these powers, and he merely needs to decide to use them.
Now, as I mentioned earlier, Chairman Alan West of the GOP, he's the head of the Texas GOP, is stating that there should be a secession.
He said that law-abiding states should bond together and form a union of states that will abide by the Constitution.
This is part of his statement from Texas shortly after the Supreme Court rendered their decision.
And remember that we had 19 states sign on to the Texas lawsuit filed with SCOTUS. So Alan West is making a very important point here that We, the states of honest people, the states of law-abiding citizens, we cannot coexist with states that will cheat and rig elections and commit fraud and steal and lie and censor and do all the things that Democrat-controlled states do.
And that is, of course, an extension of who Democrats are.
People who are Democrats are evil, wicked people.
They are malicious, deceptive, dishonest, cruel, inhumane individuals.
And yet they project all of those features onto their opponents because that's also what Democrats do.
They always blame you for what they are.
So they will murder and chop up their own baby, and then they will say, you are abusing children by putting them in cages.
Right?
That's what they'll do.
They will say that all white people are bad, and then they will say, you are racist for judging people by the color of their skin.
And the examples just go on and on and on.
I mean, there are so many examples of the hypocrisy and lunacy and cult-like mentality, and even the malicious evil...
So when Democrats get together and they project those properties to their own state, the state becomes just as evil as the people who inhabit it.
And this is why Governor Newsom is such an evil criminal and traitor, because the people in California on the West Coast, the majority of them who elected Newsom, are themselves evil Democrats.
It's often said that In a democracy, you get the government you deserve.
Well, that's certainly true with the supporters of Governor Newsom.
It doesn't mean that everybody in California voted for him or supports him.
There are many good patriots in California who did not vote for Newsom, and sadly, they are suffering under the tyranny and the false authority of the Democrats that did support Newsom.
But this is all the more reason why Democrats versus patriots cannot coexist.
And this is why secession is on the table now, at least in the mind of Alan West and probably a great many people today in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision.
Now, Alan West means that secession would be an option only if Joe Biden becomes president.
I still don't believe that that's going to happen.
I really don't.
I think Trump has at his fingertips all of the assets that he needs in order to save the republic and prevent a criminal, a communist China infiltrated puppet from seizing control over the White House.
I think Trump has numerous plans.
to achieve victory.
And one of those may be the 14th Amendment that I just covered.
Another one may be military tribunals or invoking the Insurrection Act and so on.
There are many other options here.
So I don't think Joe Biden becomes our president, but if he did, it's clear that there would be enormous pressure from the citizens of law-abiding states, such as Texas, where I live, and I would pressure Governor Abbott as well and A.G. Ken Paxton and so on, who filed the lawsuit with SCOTUS. I would definitely pressure them to say, yes, it's time for Texas to secede, but that's not the first option that we want.
No.
We won the election for the White House, and we need the United States of America to be whole.
And in truth, the Democrats' positions are not popular.
The vast majority of Americans that voted, voted for Trump.
Ideas that are conservative ideas are vastly more popular than lunatic left-wing ideas.
Those are very unpopular ideas.
In fact, it's just the illusion of the left that they project this idea of thinking that everybody in America must love transgenderism, abuse of children, and love abortion, and love demons and Satan, and hate God, and hate conservatism, and so on.
That's just a projection.
Because the left controls Hollywood and Netflix and the media and cultural institutions and universities and so on.
But they do not control nor shape the opinions of the majority of the American people.
We, the conservatives, the patriots, we actually own this country and we won the election to control this country.
So we should not give it up.
And then just say, we're going to secede.
America is weaker if states begin to secede.
Although that is an option.
That's an option.
If Biden were to somehow be seated in the White House, certainly we don't want to be ruled under that.
And I believe that you would start to see a breaking up of states in terms of states like Texas, for example, saying we are not going to abide by any gun control laws issued by President Biden.
See?
In the same way, in fact, it was the Democrats that set the precedent in this, claiming that they can have sanctuary cities where federal immigration law does not apply.
Remember that?
Sanctuary cities, right?
So the left set the precedent.
Well, Under that precedent, we can have sanctuary states.
How about a state of Texas where the Second Amendment still exists and the First Amendment still exists?
And how about Texas suing the tech giants, which is already happening, by the way, for their censorship of citizens of Texas?
And how about Texas saying that no citizen of Texas needs to pay federal income taxes to a corrupt, fraudulent, fake government in Washington, D.C., right?
Things like that.
What if 20 states signed on to that and refused to send tax revenues to Washington, D.C., and refused to enforce fake gun regulations, you see?
What if President Trump held his own inauguration as the legitimate president at the White House, surrounded by special forces troops, and then Joe Biden holds a fake inauguration in front of a green screen somewhere else, and we have two competing presidents?
I've actually spoken about this possibility.
And I've also said, and I'll say it again, that Trump wins this if he stays in and continues to fight.
The only way Trump is not president is if he gives in.
If he surrenders and concedes, he loses.
If he stays in and fights, he wins.
So I think we could actually be looking at two parallel presidents or claims upon the presidency.
And that's happened, you know, thousands of times throughout human history in different countries, in different circumstances, even in the breakup of the former Soviet Union, for example, and some of the boundary nations.
Look at all the political turmoil that took place there and the claims of who was in charge and so on.
And different currency systems, different central banks, different congresses.
Actually set up in some countries.
And also the history of South America and the history of Asia and so on.
This is the history of the world.
So the winner is who stays in and fights and is the most determined in this case.
And also who has the most guns, which turns out to be conservatives.
No kidding there, right?
And also Texas and similar states.
So this is how this is actually shaping up, folks.
And I want you to know that we are not out of this fight, not unless you give up.
We're not out of this fight at all.
In fact, Trump still controls everything that counts.
Trump controls the Department of Defense.
Trump controls Special Operations Forces.
Trump controls the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Trump controls the Director of National Intelligence, who, by the way, is going to be issuing a report on December 18th about foreign interference in the election, right?
Trump has executive orders on the books.
Trump has an oath of office to defend the United States.
Trump has the evidence, the Kraken evidence from the 305th Battalion that I've been talking about.
Sidney Powell has evidence.
There's even more evidence that hasn't come out yet because they were planning on dropping that evidence on the Supreme Court, but SCOTUS tossed the case so they didn't even get to hear the evidence, the big MOAB evidence that was yet to come.
And I can't wait for that evidence.
That's going to be an exciting day.
Trump may have to just dump it to the public, which would still be a Moab.
And remember, Trump controls the national emergency broadcast system.
Trump can send a text to every cell phone in America.
With a link to go to a website and watch a live stream.
Trump can seize the airwaves of CNN and Fox News and MSNBC, all of them, all at once under a national emergency, and he can teach the public about what's happening.
We are in active warfare right now in America.
We are under siege.
By foreign aggressors working with treasonous domestic traitors.
And they will all be arrested.
So Trump has all of these assets.
And he has the majority of the American people.
And he's got the majority of the soldiers.
He's got the majority of law enforcement.
And Trump has the militias on his side as well.
Trump has all the assets he needs to defend this republic.
And in fact, this situation in which SCOTUS has now maneuvered us, where Trump must invoke the, again, what I'm calling the military option or the national defense option, this actually allows Trump to move swiftly without the constraints of a corrupt court system and In carrying out the mass arrests and where necessary,
battlefield executions of the most egregious, treasonous actors who tried to destroy this nation.
In a sense, you could say that SCOTUS just played right into the hands of President Trump.
They may have just given him the gift of unrestricted military authority that is necessary to drain the swamp, exterminate the deep state and clean up this country and give the republic back to the people.
One day we may actually look back on this day and say, wow, the Supreme Court handed America a blessing because it took the recognition of the total collapse of the rule of law before the people and the president were willing to go all the way and do what was necessary.
And that's where we are right now.
The only question remaining is, will the president give the go?
So, right now, the most important thing that you can do...
See, I think it no longer matters to talk to your elected officials because most of them are corrupt.
They are unwilling to do what is necessary.
They won't even choose alternate electors in the swing states.
The most important thing you can do now is talk to the president.
Tweet the president.
Go to whitehouse.gov slash contact, I think it is, or contacts, plural, maybe.
Go there, post a message.
Start talking publicly.
Post all over social media.
Post articles.
Do blogs and videos and podcasts all over Brighton and Bitchute and Rumble, which is owned by Canada, a Canadian company, by the way, so I don't trust Rumble long-term.
But go out and call for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and to deploy the military and to initiate the mass arrests.
We need to let Trump know that we support that option because it is the option that solves all of these issues.
It's the option that defeats the deep state all at once.
It's the option that gives us back our constitutional republic after a short period of military rule, which is sometimes necessary as Abraham Lincoln demonstrated in 1862.
Abraham Lincoln saved the nation.
By invoking these extraordinary war powers.
And this is exactly what President Trump must do today.
In fact, George Washington saved the nation in a similar way, or I should say, sort of gave birth to the nation by fighting against tyranny and recognizing that the system that they were trying to fight against was totally corrupt, totally unnavigable.
There was no option left but to use every asset under your command to defend what then became the republic.
George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, President Donald J. Trump.
That will be the sequence of great American presidents, one, two, and three, if Trump takes the action that is needed today.
He will mark his place in history, and he will restore our republic.
And we will celebrate Trump's name for as long as we are alive and for generations to come.
So help support Trump making that decision in this maybe final hour of our republic.
Because if he doesn't, it falls onto us, we the people.
And that is a very messy, very bloody option.
With no clear, simple winner.
Everybody loses in that scenario.
And none of us want to see that happen.
