Well, today's situation update is a particularly difficult one to describe because there's so many moving pieces and parts.
And even though I'm usually able to communicate the big picture, it's almost like there are alternate parallel universes unfolding in our near future here.
And it's hard to see which one is going to become reality.
There are many different outcomes here.
And they're being pursued in parallel.
But there are pivot points where the future changes.
And those pivot points are now approaching rapidly and they're inescapable.
You can't slow them down.
And once those pivot point thresholds are crossed, everything changes from that day forward.
So today is December 8th.
It's a Tuesday, 2020.
I'm Mike Adams, of course, the Health Ranger, naturalnews.com, and the founder of brighteon.com.
And let me give you some highlights of what's happening here.
Now, don't let my somber tone get you down.
Almost everything is good news.
So you can breathe a sigh of relief on that.
Almost everything is good news.
It's just that something has really hit me today pretty hard in realizing we can talk about civil war or bloodshed in the streets or troops in the streets.
We talk about the left-wing uprising.
And when you're just talking about it, it's theoretical.
It's in the future, so it's not real yet.
Well, pardon my language, but all that shit is about to get real.
It's about to start happening.
Probably well within the next 45 days, maybe much, much sooner.
And, you know, there was a bombing of the House of a Trump supporter.
It just took place.
I'm going to cover that today.
So the bombings have begun.
The mainstream media is not talking about it.
And it's just hitting me especially hard to realize that we're going to see war, blood spilled on the soil of the United States of America domestically.
This is about to happen, something that we have not seen since the Civil War.
You know, how many years has that been since the 1860s?
It's happening again.
It's about to happen again.
And it's not a cause for celebration.
It's sad, actually, that the treasonous actors and enemies of this country have pushed it so far, so hard, so aggressively.
They want to destroy this country so much.
And they want to silence conservatives.
They want to kill conservatives.
They want to destroy freedom and liberty and lock you down under COVID restrictions and mandatory masks and toxic vaccines that they want power so much that we the people and our elected president are going to have to kill them to stop them.
That's the sadness that has come to me today.
We have no choice, but we the people are going to have to kill these enemies.
Or they will never leave us in peace.
They will never allow us to live our lives.
We will never have the freedom to worship, the freedom to speak, the freedom to live our lives, to control our own bodies, to stay away from toxic vaccines.
We will never have the freedom to own a firearm.
We will never have the freedom to vote in a fair election if we don't now, under our commander in chief, literally kill these enemies.
And that is what's coming, people.
And it is the last option, and it is now the only option remaining.
That's what's coming, and it brings me great sadness to realize that that's the point where we are.
Even though I'm someone who's very, very proficient in firearms, as you know, and I'm willing to fight for my country, but it does not bring me any sense of joy, none whatsoever, to think about the fact that so many Brainwashed, indoctrinated left-wing lunatics are going to be shot down.
And to some extent, they are only victims of a system that exploited them.
They haven't lived long enough to know that they were being used.
You know, all the Antifa troops and the Black Lives Matter terrorists, mostly they're too young to even know.
They were exploited and brainwashed by a communist authoritarian regime.
They were the Nazi soldiers of our day.
And we defeated the Nazis once before and we will defeat them again.
But just as soldiers in World War II took no joy from shooting German soldiers, As Allied forces were marching across Europe and into Germany, ultimately, and killing young German men who were recruited by the Third Reich, we today will take no joy in killing the young left-wing men and women, and some of them are weird demon transgenders, by the way.
I'm not sure what they are, but we take no joy in shooting them down.
It's just that they've left us no choice.
So that's where this is going.
In most of the scenarios, that's what happens.
Now remember, there's only one scenario in my view, in my analysis, that avoids most of this bloodshed.
That scenario is Joe Biden conceding.
And that is still an option.
But I doubt that option is going to happen.
I think other things will happen first.
I mean, Biden might concede later after he's arrested, for example, but I don't think he's going to concede preemptively and avoid all of this violence.
Now, here's where we are.
Here's what's happening.
The Supreme Court may rule today, possibly by the time you hear this.
They may rule on the Pennsylvania case involving the alteration to the timeline of elections, in other words, allowing ballots to come in for many, many days after Election Day, which is not only a violation of the Constitution of the State of Pennsylvania, it's also a violation of the Constitution of the United States at a federal level, which I'll get to that.
There's another important point on that today.
So there is a chance that on this very day, the Supreme Court could issue a ruling that changes this election today.
I don't think that's the most likely outcome, but it's possible.
Alito probably has already written his decision.
Well, and other members of the court as well.
And it could happen.
If the Pennsylvania mail-in ballot extensions are ruled unconstitutional, and if the Supreme Court makes the proper argument that, in fact, all election extensions after Election Day are unconstitutional, all of them, and there is precedent for that in another court case that had a 9-0 Supreme Court decision, and I'm going to talk about that court case, if that's what the Supreme Court rules, then...
It all changes today.
It means the swing states that all their votes past election day are invalid.
In fact, the entire election becomes null and void at that moment.
And then it goes back to Congress to decide the election under the constitutional measures that we've talked about before.
One state gets one vote.
Trump wins.
So in one universe...
The Supreme Court renders this decision sometime today.
Again, I don't think this is the most likely outcome, but it's possible.
And the election swings to Trump today.
Okay.
And then, of course, the left goes insane and they launch all their kinetic attacks and bombings and everything else.
And that's going to be followed by Trump invoking the Insurrection Act and probably deploying troops on the streets and so on.
Okay.
Now, there's another universe of outcomes here That seems more likely.
And this stems from conversations that I had yesterday with two of my sources.
One is active duty, U.S. military.
I'm not going to say which branch.
And the other is former special forces plugged into a lot of the people who were involved in the movement of troops and material and so on.
Now both of these guys are very, very good patriots.
They don't tell me anything that's classified or anything that could disclose troop positions or anything like that.
They only speak in generalities.
But what they told me is that according to their sources, the military does not expect to be deployed domestically in the month of December.
What they're doing is preparing for deployment in January.
And the flights that you see right now that are happening across the U.S. with typically each evening now, as we've heard from Monkey Works, there are about 750 military flights in the skies every evening.
Normally that number is about 200-something.
But it's been 750, frankly, ever since about November 4th.
And some nights it's a lot more.
It's like 1,500.
And some nights there are massive airlifts of cargo planes doing a convoy into places like Nellis Air Force Base.
But that activity, I'm told, is positioning FOBs.
Forward Operation Bases.
I think that's what that stands for.
FOBS. And the military is setting up operations bases all around the country.
And some of it is happening at National Guard locations.
And in other cases, it's at various military bases.
And they are pre-positioning not only military bases, The obvious things like ammunition, but more importantly, they're putting in place intelligence units and also medical units because they're expecting combat casualties and they also need to run local intelligence.
So military intelligence is being positioned.
And if you recall, one of the key things that, well, I spoke about this a couple of months ago, Is that federal agents and also I believe elements of military intelligence had cloned the phones of Antifa and Black Lives Matter operatives when they were running the riots and the uprisings in Seattle and Portland and other places, mostly on the West Coast.
And federal agents were able to build A map of all the networks of who's in charge and where they live and where they are, what their names are, who their contacts are, everything.
They have it all.
So they've built arrest lists.
And so that information, no doubt, has been handed over to military intelligence, and that's being distributed to the local operations bases that are going to handle the mass arrests in those cities.
But again, according to my information, that's not going to happen until January.
Now, it could be rushed in December, but frankly, the military is not ready for it in December.
The military needs more time to pre-position resources, support lines, logistics, communications, just sleeping arrangements, bunks, and then also medical personnel and all these things.
And that takes time.
I mean, the military is a giant machine, and it takes time to move that machine around.
And that's what's happening right now.
So when you see President Trump, and he looks pretty calm for a guy who the media says lost the election, he looks pretty calm, doesn't he?
You know why?
Because he's got this plan underway.
It's going into play.
So that's another universe of things that could happen.
And by the way, that gets triggered, I believe.
My best assessment today is that that gets triggered by Really in two scenarios.
The first scenario is if the Supreme Court rules in favor of Trump, the left launches its crazy uprising, then of course the military goes into action, boom, immediately.
And they're just going to go to war with whatever they have on location at that time.
And in some areas they're going to be really shorthanded.
Fortunately, one Marine is worth about 400 antifa lunatics, you know, in terms of combat effectiveness.
So give me one good Marine over hundreds of those lunatics.
I'll take the Marine, all right?
Because all Marines get, of course, combat training and marksmanship training, and all Marines can put rounds on target.
Thank God for that.
So...
It's not going to take a lot of Marines to calm down some of these cities, it turns out.
It's really not.
Once the rules of engagement are opened up, Antifa's going down pretty fast.
Yeah, you know, your little batons aren't going to do much against M4s.
But the other scenario where the military gets deployed is if the election theft continues beyond January 6th, where Congress accepts the stolen rigged results that we know are rigged.
Now we have the evidence, and more evidence is coming out every single day.
And Trump's lawyers were able to image the hard drives of the Dominion voting machines.
That analysis is supposed to be finished tomorrow night.
We may hear something from Jenna Ellis probably on Wednesday.
Plus other evidence coming out, other revelations of how the theft was carried out, analyses of the public domain videos from Atlanta and from the Georgia election.
The Gateway Pundit had a big thing on that.
They've exposed all the people involved, got all their names, got all their photos, and how they ran the rigged ballots, everything.
The evidence keeps coming out more and more each day.
So if Congress accepts the rigged election on January 6th, That triggers Trump's invocation of, well, nullifying the election by declaring it to be an act of cyber warfare against the United States, attack on our critical infrastructure.
And in that scenario, it becomes all-out war for some period of time.
Because in that scenario, the left, of course, accuses Trump of carrying out a coup to declare himself a military dictator.
That's going to be the left-wing narrative.
When in fact, Trump is simply defending the country against a coup, against a foreign influence campaign over our elections.
Trump's using the military for national defense.
And in that scenario, Trump has to go all the way.
So you're going to see the mass arrests take place.
And that's why part of me is rooting for that scenario, because otherwise we don't have an effective way to take down all of the treasonous actors and puppets of communist China, people who took money from China and then betrayed this country.
So that scenario may unfold, but I do believe Trump's going to give that until January 6th.
That's my best estimate.
Now, that's another scenario.
And then there's one I discussed yesterday, which is the John Ratcliffe, Director of National Intelligence.
He is supposed to issue a report of foreign interference of U.S. elections on December 18th.
Now, it's not clear to me.
In fact, I don't think that that report is made public.
So it's not clear to me whether we will be aware of that report being issued.
In fact, if I had to guess, I would say that that report is going to be a matter of national security, right?
Classified information.
But that report, we may eventually see parts of it with redactions, but that report would give President Trump the justification that he needs to either declare the election null and void on that day, or soon thereafter, or just wait till January 6th,
maybe present this report to Congress And wait to see if Congress rejects the results, which in Congress meaning the House and the Senate, on January 6th, and then make his decision about what to do between January 6th and January 20th.
So that's another scenario that could unfold.
And then finally, there's one more scenario, well, at least one more, that I'm going to discuss today.
And this comes out of a fascinating post by a legal analyst named Ren Jander.
And this is from thepostemail.com.
And this was brought to my attention by the Gateway Pundit.
And I'm not familiar with the work of Ren Jander.
I'm not even sure if Ren is a man or a woman.
I don't see a picture or anything.
But this analysis is very compelling that the Supreme Court has already ruled 9-0 in a previous case called Foster v.
Love.
From 1997, that they ruled in this case that the election means one particular day.
And that if an election is not decided by the end of that day, i.e.
midnight, then that election is null and void constitutionally.
Because in the Constitution, it names an election day.
It's the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month of November, every four years for the presidency, of course.
And So, according to this analysis, which I'm going to get to in more detail, all that has to be done to win this election, or to nullify it, is that someone needs to petition the Supreme Court with something very, very simple and say, hey, all these results that came in after midnight, November 3rd, they're all invalid.
And all these states that did not declare a winner that night...
All those states' elections are invalid.
They're all unconstitutional.
And here's the precedent.
It was a 9-0 decision by the Supreme Court in 1997.
And it cites a section of the U.S. Code that is very, very clear.
It's written there in black and white.
And that all you have to do is petition the court for this remedy to say to SCOTUS, hey, we're asking that you nullify the All these elections, all these ballots that came in after the fact, in essence, that you nullify the swing state results because they're all unconstitutional.
In fact, they are all unconstitutional, and it turns out that the Supreme Court can't rule on that unless someone asks them to.
Understand that's a crucial point.
So far, no one has asked the court this question.
No one has filed anything with the court that says, hey, we ask you...
to declare the election to be null and void.
Once someone does, the court must decide in alignment with the Constitution and its previous precedent in 1997, and the court would have to declare the entire election null and void.
Done.
You don't even need any other evidence.
In other words, you don't need the Kraken for that.
You don't need the confessions.
You don't need the affidavits.
You don't need the servers.
You don't need the source code of the Dominion machines.
None of that stuff.
You just argue this on the Constitution alone.
Now, some people believe that this is exactly what Alito may be getting to in taking on this Pennsylvania case.
And that's why I wanted to mention that earlier, because the Pennsylvania case that's being ruled on potentially today or maybe very soon, that case concerns the unconstitutional extension of incoming votes, saying that that case concerns the unconstitutional extension of incoming votes, saying that votes can arrive three days later, 10 days later, 14 days And as you recall, those kinds of rules were put into place unconstitutionally by many of these swing states.
And the justification they used for that was to say, oh, well, COVID, it's all because of COVID.
So we have to take election day now and turn it into election weeks.
And they did that by decree.
They had the governors or the state elections officials do that by decree.
Well, all of that is unconstitutional, which means it's all illegal, which means all those elections are null and void.
So someone merely needs to go to the Supreme Court and make this argument.
And the Supreme Court must rule in alignment with the Constitution, which very clearly says that it is election day.
not election week.
I mean, in fact, part of the reason why this is described in United States Code and also in the Constitution, why it's described as being election day is because, you know, elections were held long before 1776.
And our founding fathers knew that when you have elections that are drawn out, then it invites fraud because it gives the losing party time to go out and do what the Democrats Find more votes, print more votes, rig more votes, cheat, you know, count more votes multiple times, whatever.
These tricks have been going on for centuries.
Democrats didn't invent fraud.
They're just doing what previous Democrats did a long time ago.
Same thing, same scams.
So the Constitution was written to say Election Day is a day, just that day.
You count the votes, it's done, and you don't leave open the back door for people to haul in truckloads of ballots, or I guess in those days, you know, horse buggies full of ballots from across the town of Philadelphia.
No, it's Election Day.
It's in the Constitution.
And so SCOTUS must rule on that.
And by the way, if the Supreme Court doesn't rule on that, can't the president declare this and demand that the Supreme Court hear the case or take up this question?
I don't know what all the procedures are, but surely there's an emergency mechanism for national security reasons where the Supreme Court can hear a question from the president himself.
And maybe that's exactly what's happening.
Now, the reason that we think that might be the case is because President Trump said yesterday, quote, big things happening over the next couple of days.
Right?
That quote's getting out there now.
And he was being asked about election fraud.
And he said, quote, I think the case has been made.
He was talking to a group of reporters at the White House.
He continued, and now we find out what we can do about it.
But you'll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days, period.
He didn't look nervous either.
He was trolling them, basically.
You're going to see some big things.
It's kind of like when there's incoming artillery or something.
You know?
He said, you're going to see some big things coming.
Bye!
You know, that kind of thing.
That was his attitude.
And then there's...
There's word, although I'm not going to say too much, there's word that Trump and his family are absolutely preparing for, we'll just say, big things to happen over the next couple of days.
Perhaps they're preparing to be safe from a left-wing uprising.
Perhaps they know there's an assassination attempt coming.
Perhaps Trump knows that the Supreme Court is about to rule that the extended votes after Election Day are all unconstitutional.
And if they rule that, boom, everything changes.
We go into an alternate future, you see.
So Trump knows something big is coming, and this is not a guess on his part.
He's in the loop.
He knows this.
And remember that John Ratcliffe, the DNI who I spoke about yesterday, has been on interviews saying, basically, I don't think Joe Biden's going to be the president.
This is the director of national intelligence saying this.
The guy who has access to all the high-level classified super-secret Q-level documents.
This is the guy.
And he says he's not too sure that Biden's going to be president.
These people know.
They know what's going on.

People want to be free.
People are tired of the tyranny.
They're tired of the globalists.
They're tired of the lockdowns.
They're tired of being ordered around and forced vaccinated and having all their wealth stolen by a bunch of crooked banksters.
They're tired of the fake news media, tired of the censorship, tired of the rigged elections, tired of the Hugo Chavez's of the world and the Kim Jong-un's of the world.
The truth is people everywhere want to be free, whether they grow up in mainland Chinese or whether they grow up in North Korea, whether they grow up in Cuba or if they grow up in Texas.
People want to be free.
It's a basic human condition.
Everybody wants to be free.
And what we're witnessing is a global awakening, an expansion, explosion of consciousness against these demonic forces of evil, forces of total control.
You know who I'm talking about.
The crooks, the fraudsters, the election riggers, the child pedophiles, the traffickers, the Democrats.
They're all fraudsters.
And it's time to take him down.
And this is, frankly, this is why the martial law option makes so much sense, because this is the way that Trump can take him down.

Okay, I'm going to get into the violence, the bombings and so on that have already begun, but I'm checking my notes here.
A note says that evidence of vote switching from Trump to Biden has now been secured on the Dominion machines in Georgia.
Okay, this comes from an intelligence analyst who That I don't know personally, but this is the claim that's out there, that the forensic analysis that took place on Sunday, remember when Jenna Ellis announced that a local judge, I think this was in Antrim County, if I'm getting that correct, 22 voting machines, they were allowed access, and then they did a hard drive image of the machines, and now they're doing a forensic analysis, right?
Well, according to this source, that evidence of vote switching has already been secured.
So that means right there that Georgia's election is null and void.
It also means that everywhere that the Dominion voting machines were used, everywhere, I think it's 30 states or so, something like that, would have to be nullified.
So think about all the different ways that are emerging now for this election to be nullified and then kicked to Congress.
You know, you're standing before the Supreme Court.
Let's say Sidney Powell says, hey, Scoties.
She probably doesn't refer to them that way, but you can tell.
I'm not a great admirer of people who wear robes, you know, whatever.
You're either a patriot or you're not.
As far as I'm concerned, you could be wearing blue jeans.
As long as you're a patriot on the court, then you have my obedience.
But just wearing robes doesn't make you anything special.
That's just the way I feel about it.
Hey, Scoties, guess what?
We have proof that these Dominion voting machines, they automatically switch votes from Trump to Biden.
We ask that you nullify all votes on Dominion machines all across the country.
Boom.
That's one argument.
And then the second argument is, oh, and by the way, Scoties, all of the votes that came in after midnight on November 3rd, they're all unconstitutional.
Here's the Constitution, just in case you haven't seen it recently.
Here it is.
I say that jokingly because, you know, Kavanaugh has memorized it.
Gorsuch has memorized it.
Gorsuch can probably cite the Constitution backwards.
He knows it inside and out.
But anyway, all these votes are null and void.
So that's another argument.
And again, that doesn't even get into the expert witnesses and the servers from Frankfurt, the CIA interference, the modems that talked to China that were installed on the machines, all these other things, the affidavits, the witnesses, the...
The ballot fraud, everything caught on video, the suitcases rolled out from under the table.
It's like these people cheated in 37 ways.
We only need one way to be recognized by the Supreme Court.
We only need one way.
And then it's done.
Yeah, that's it.
And I suspect that leftists know they've lost, or at least some of them are beginning to realize they've lost this.
And you know why I think that?
Because the violence is beginning.
They're starting to go insane.
They're starting to reveal who they really are and why ultimately we the people are going to have to shoot them.
You know, under the commander-in-chief and so on.
As national defense, as I mentioned earlier.
But listen to this.
Here's a story.
Governor Kemp, his daughter's boyfriend, was killed in a car crash.
Huh.
I mean, I'm sorry to hear that.
It was Friday morning.
It was right after the governor called for a signature audit.
Could someone be sending a message to Governor Kemp?
Hey, you better do what you're told.
We're not going to audit these votes.
You have to certify these votes.
Otherwise, people around you are going to start dying.
Or is it just a coincidence?
Remember a staffer?
A Senate candidate from Georgia, Loeffler, one of her senior staffers, was killed in an accident a couple of days ago.
I'm very sorry that that has happened.
I don't mean to mock it.
I'm just saying that anyone who believes these are accidents is wildly misinformed.
These are not accidents.
These are messages.
This is how they control people.
All right, now, a CIA psychiatrist named Gerald Post...
Who accused Trump of being some kind of crazy psycho dictator.
This guy just died.
He was 86.
What did he die of?
According to The Guardian, which is a newspaper of the globalist deep state, which is why real journalists leave The Guardian and start their own website.
But according to The Guardian, this guy, Gerald Post, died of COVID-19.
Okay, right.
He died of COVID. Yeah.
Didn't everybody?
They probably said that about Brian Kemp's daughter's boyfriend.
You know, he burns up in a giant car explosion, and they said, oh, he died of COVID. Yeah.
So people are dying, and then there was this bomb attack on this Trump supporter's house in Michigan.
And this is from Zero Hedge, but it's been all over the Internet.
A Michigan homeowner says he was targeted in the middle of the night with a bomb attack, which left a hole in his living room because he's a well-known Trump supporter.
He has multiple pro-Trump signs and banners in his yard.
Police have interviewed the resident who doesn't want his name mentioned.
And the bombing was caught on tape by a neighbor's video camera.
So you can actually see that.
That video is making its rounds.
It's probably up on Brighttown.com as well.
There's a really great video on Brighton from Sidney Powell.
Yeah, here it is.
Hold on a second.
You know what?
I'm just going to get into it.
Here's what she says.
Sidney Powell, quote, There's no telling how many congressional and Senate seats and even governorships we've lost because of this election fraud.
They've been telling us that the country has been trending blue.
It has not.
That is an abject lie.
We've collected the data.
And then, that was a tweet from her.
And then, here we go.
This is what she said.
I think this was with Maria Bartiromo.
Settling to know that American elections have been just as rigged as elections in third world countries have been.
I'm sure the CIA has been involved in any number of those activities.
If not here and other places around the world, it may have been the CIA that created this software and programs to begin with.
And then exported them for their own use, only to have it come back to us.
It could be that very important, powerful, extremely wealthy people were involved in rigging this election.
It's globalist interest.
I mean, frankly, everyone in the world, except for the millions of Americans that wanted to elect Donald Trump, to clean up the swamp and drain the swamp want this world to continue the way it was with them having all the power and working behind the scenes to rig elections and everything else so that they could profit from their own nefarious activities.
I mean, it's massive.
I'm sure the media companies are involved in it too.
I noticed how all the same night as if they were cued at once.
They stopped counting electoral votes and the machines stopped counting and the swing states.
It was all timed and planned and organized and funded.
So that's Sidney Powell describing a massive criminal conspiracy, a globalist cabal of power brokers who rigged the elections, run the media, run the censorship schemes at big tech, Alter outcomes of geopolitics all around the world, and it's all been turned against the United States.
She gets it.
But I want you to consider for a moment the implications of what she's saying.
She says these elections have been rigged for a long time in the United States.
You know what that means?
It means that the 2018 midterm elections were rigged, which is something I mentioned maybe a week ago.
It means the entire 2018 Congress Is illegitimate, doesn't it?
Remember that late night victory in California?
All of a sudden, all these seats were turning blue in California?
That's because of the rigging in 2018.
And then, because they got that majority, they were able to launch the impeachment inquiry against Trump via Adam Schiff.
So all of that is invalid.
In fact, I think we need to vacate that impeachment.
Trump was never impeached.
And AOC was never elected.
And Ilhan Omar was never elected.
And Rashida Tlaib, however you pronounce it, she was never elected.
And Nancy Pelosi isn't the Speaker of the House, by the way.
And so on and so forth.
Kemp isn't the Governor of Georgia.
Newsom isn't the Governor of California.
And all across the country, Cuomo's not the Governor of New York.
These are all criminal fraudsters.
The elections have been rigged for years, probably decades, because Dominion voting systems have been around since, well, the early 2000s.
We have been living under a third world fake Truman show, thinking that our votes counted.
They never counted.
Not until now.
They only count now.
Because we voted in such huge numbers for President Trump that we outvoted the theft algorithms in the Dominion systems by such a large margin that they had to stop the vote.
They had to stop the count and then rig it with extra votes because the built-in steal wasn't enough.
See, this is what's amazing.
Trump supporters and patriots voted in such massive numbers that it forced the left to up their steel to a level where their theft was now obvious.
They couldn't hide it anymore.
It was no longer just a little bit of a theft.
It was a massive freaking mother of all thefts where you just shut down the county in five or six states.
You chase all the observers out of the room, you roll out suitcases, you stuff the ballots, you have the CIA log in.
Oh my God, we're losing!
Trump's people are so strong!
And then, you know, Gina Haspel's there, order another 200,000 fake votes in Pennsylvania!
Hit send!
Hit send!
Do it!
You know, they're just totally panicked!
They'll probably call Georgia.
Do whatever you've got to do.
Fake a water main break.
Tell the observers that all the officials accidentally peed themselves.
I don't know.
Do anything to get these people out of the room.
Start vomiting on the ballot tables.
Whatever it takes.
Do it.
Because Trump is winning by such a large margin, we're going to have to spread poop all over this room or something to get these people out of here.
Cover the windows with it, Democrats.
Anything to win.
Sorry to bring that up.
It just went to a weird place there.
You start trying to talk like Democrats, that's what happens.
Man.
But they will do anything.
Anything and everything.
To cheat.
And they had to.
Because Trump was winning by so much.
So, the question in my mind is, doesn't this mean that we have to petition the Supreme Court to vacate the results of the 2018 election, doesn't it?
We have to petition the Supreme Court.
In fact, see, this is another good reason why military martial law on a temporary basis is such a good thing.
Because if Trump's people have the evidence, and you can bet they do, remember the date that Trump signed the executive order from 2018?
What date was it?
September 12th, before the election in 2018.
Huh, I wonder why.
Because that means the 2018 election took place under a declared national emergency?
Oh, that's why.
Trump's been gathering all this information since 2018?
Remember all the research on the previous situation updates that I mentioned?
The changes in cyber warfare profiles?
All that stuff happened before the election in 2018.
Which means the 2018 election was known to be rigged and invalid from the start.
Isn't it time that Trump nullified that election as well?
Kicked those people out of the House and the Senate.
All those thieves, charge them with treason.
Vacate those seats.
Send Schiff and Schumer and Pelosi.
Send them the Gitmo.
Let them run their own little Gitmo Congress there where they can pretend to be in charge of other people.
That's their life's dream is to just rule over other people.
Give them little Barbie dolls or something so they can pretend they're ruling over someone.

All right, so let's get into this 1997 Supreme Court decision, which was Foster versus Love.
And there's an analysis of this at thepostemail.com by Wren Jander.
And again, I apologize.
I'm not familiar with who Wren is.
But the analysis seems to be spot on.
And it's called Elections Undecided by Midnight Are Void and Preempted by Federal Law.
And I've gone through this analysis with some of the highlights.
And I've got a quote from you.
the ruling part of the ruling from Foster versus love, which was a nine to zero Supreme court decision in 1997.
And here's what all nine justices said at that time, quote, when the federal statutes speak of the election, They plainly refer to the combined actions of voters and officials meant to make a final selection of an officeholder by establishing a particular day as the day on which these actions must take place.
The statutes simply regulate the time of the election, a matter on which the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the final say.
Now, from the article by Ren Jander, says that states that failed to make a final selection of officeholder by midnight on election day have violated the statute.
They've subjected the nation at large to the very same evils that congressionally mandated deadlines were drafted to prevent It goes on, it says, And
as this analyst writes, Ren Jander, quote, I honestly do not believe the Supreme Court can avoid nullifying the presidential election if President Trump and some of you too will plead this in court.
And the article goes on to quote, three, I guess that's chapter three, United States Code, subsection two, kicks the decision back to the state legislatures after failed election renders the previous results void.
In other words, Since all these results are void, it goes back to Congress for a vote and that is described in the Constitution as a state-by-state vote.
One state gets one vote.
So all that has to be done is that somebody needs to approach the Supreme Court and make this argument and invoke what this author calls the magic words, because the Supreme Court can't give you a remedy that you didn't ask for.
So what's astonishing about this is that it's clear.
I mean, again, I'm not obviously a constitutional attorney, and I'm sure there are subtleties to this that others could explain in much greater detail, but it seems clear to me that That if the Constitution says election day is a day and that the whole purpose of that, which has been affirmed by the Supreme Court in this decision in 1977, Foster v.
Love, the purpose of having it limited to one day is to curtail the risk of fraud Then when states are now unconstitutionally extending their after-election day votes and ballot harvesting and trucks pulling up with ballots and, you know, 14 days into it, they're still finding thousands of votes and, oh, all of a sudden found more votes over here.
They're all for Biden, magically.
It's clear to me That the Supreme Court would have to rule that that election is null and void, but the court has to be asked to find that remedy or to determine that.
The court won't go down rabbit holes that you don't ask it to explore.
The court can really only answer the specifics that come to the court that's in the petition to the court.
That's what it has to address.
So it seems to me if this It's all accurate that Trump's attorneys are wasting their time, perhaps, dealing with affidavits and instances of fraud and arguing statistics even.
None of it seems to be necessary because the entire election was null and void after midnight, or at least in those states that extended the voting times beyond midnight.
It's just none of those votes count.
Those states are null and void.
And in fact, there's further explanation for this.
And also, in this article, Wren talks about the obvious question, well, what about Bush versus Gore?
Why didn't the Supreme Court nullify all the after-election day results that Democrats kept finding, which reminds me of Al Franken, too, by the way, that was, oh, we found more votes in the trunk of this car.
So why didn't the court nullify Stop all the vote-finding by Democrats in 2000.
You know what the answer to that question is?
Because nobody asked the court to find that determination.
And if you don't ask the court, they can't answer a question that you're not asking.
So you have to petition the court with what you want.
And you have to use the correct magic words.
The magic words are, the Constitution says Election Day is...
A day.
Period.
End of story.
Everything after that is not constitutional.
Done.
I mean, the entire argument fits on one page.
That's all you need.
To nullify this.
Because if you think about it, the mail-in ballot schemes were all unconstitutional.
And Democrats always operate in this way because they think they can get away with everything.
Normally they do because the media lies for them.
And big tech censors all alternative views.
So they normally get away with whatever they want.
They make up the rules as they go along.
Just as they make up their own facts with their so-called fact checkers.
And they make up the definition of racism.
You know, it can only apply to white people, but never people of color.
You know, they make up, they just invent everything, whether it's transgenderism or history with the, what is that, the 1619 Project by the New York Times.
It's all fiction.
They make up whatever they want, and then they just rely on the institutions of society to cover up their fakery.
You know, the emperor has no clothes.
So the solution to this may be simpler than any of us have been thinking all along.
The solution may be a one-page argument done in a day, but you've got to get the right petition to the court, and you've got to cite this precedent here, and you've got to be logical.
You've got to understand what the law actually says and what it means.
And, you know, that takes a certain special kind of person, someone like Sidney Powell, let's say, or Lin Wood or other extraordinary attorneys who can get this done.
All right, so when you have Michigan and Georgia federal courts dismissing Sidney Powell's election fraud cases, that's what's happened recently.
Oh, and by the way, the Michigan court in its response said that they're dismissing the case because, quote, the people have spoken.
That was an Obama appointee.
The people have spoken.
Well, no, the...
I mean, okay, yeah, the people did speak.
The people elected Trump.
And then the cheaters drowned out the voice of the people with their fake ballots.
That's what happened.
I mean, you can't say that because the Democrats printed more fake ballots, therefore the people have spoken.
No, that's the printing presses have spoken.
And you can't say that they keep finding votes day after day, night after night, more votes, whatever it takes to win.
You can't say that's the people have spoken.
No.
That's the fraud machine has spoken.
The crooks have spoken.
The criminals, the treasonous actors have spoken.
We don't have to listen to them.
They don't elect our president, do they?
No.
When the people speak, it means it's got to be fair, it's got to be honest, and the election ends at midnight.
Precisely because you're trying to prevent fraud.
Precisely because our founding fathers knew that elections had been rigged for centuries.
All across the history of Europe, elections were rigged.
Using the same tricks as today.
Oh, we're going to have to pause the counting, you know, in the year 1572 or whatever, an election in France.
Going to have to pause the counting.
And see if anybody's got any ballots they may have misplaced all across Paris or whatever.
This cheating has been going on for a long time.
There's nothing new.
So the election is one day.
That's it.

It's quite compelling, I would say.
You know, the Constitution either means something or it doesn't.
And if it doesn't, we're not living under anything that is the rule of law.
And this is the whole purpose of the Supreme Court, is to enforce the Constitution.
That's their only purpose.
If Trump's attorneys can simply make this argument, it seems like we win.
We win.
Trump wins.
The Constitution wins.
The fraud is rejected.
And the Republic remains intact.
And note, too, that that doesn't require any of the local courts or the state Supreme Courts to come to their senses.
It doesn't require anything from the district courts or anything.
This is just an argument before the Supreme Court with national implications.
So, in summary then, and then I've got one more point to discuss before I go for today, but in summary...
Based on this analysis by Ren Jander, this gives me some more hope that there might be a court solution to this, because before this, I wasn't thinking that the courts held much hope.
And frankly, I don't think that Trump thinks the courts have much hope.
Unless he knows something that we don't, maybe he does.
Maybe he got a text from Alito.
That would be awesome.
But maybe Trump knows something that we don't, and...
Trump knows that the courts are going to decide that all those votes are unconstitutional.
If Trump knows that, then he's laughing and he's trolling big time because he knows he's already won this.
It doesn't even matter what happens on December 14th or today or January 6th.
None of it matters because SCOTUS is going to invalidate the whole thing.
On the other hand...
If all these arguments fall flat, because you really can't always know how judges are going to rule.
They have personalities.
They're human.
They have pressures from the swamp.
You know?
Hey, maybe their kids are getting threatened or something.
Probably.
Knowing how the Democrats are operating.
Look at all the people that are already dying in car crashes and so on, right?
So maybe they're getting blackmailed, threatened.
Who knows?
Well, if the courts don't rule, Trump has the military option.
Which, again, is my preferred option at this point, for all the reasons I've already mentioned.
This is how you take down the deep state traders all at once.
It's called, you know, special forces breaching and entering and extracting and shipping them off to Gitmo.
This has to get done.
Seems like once about every 150 years or so, this has to happen.
You know, as they say, the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time.
How do you do it?
You arrest the traitors, you haul them out, you shut them down, you hang them if they're guilty.
That has to happen from time to time, and it's way past due for that to happen in America, it seems.
And Trump is the guy to do it.
Trump is watching like the kid on the side of the road as history unfolds in front of us all, going all the way back To where the deep state was taking out other presidents, like JFK, and the FBI was assassinating Martin Luther King, and the CIA was taking out Robert F. Kennedy.
Right?
Do you really know your history?
And the Clinton administration was working with the CIA to stage the Oklahoma City bombing.
To blame Rush Limbaugh and right-wing radio.
That's right.
Before the internet, there was AM radio and Rush was starting to educate people about liberty.
So they had to stage the Oklahoma City bombing.
They had to have a patsy Timothy McVeigh, just like they had to have a patsy with the JFK shooting.
Yep.
And then 9-11, the Bush deep state.
Yep.
With William Barr operating inside that system.
Oh yeah, you didn't know that, huh?
Yeah, look up the history of William Barr and you'll find out who he's really working for.
And you know, the Clintons and the Bushes were all the same.
Puppets of the deep state.
And that's why nothing really mattered in terms of politics and voting because it was all the same party until Trump came along.

Just need another Clinton, another Bush, and then another Bush, and then Barack Obama, total traitorous sleeper cell terrorist, and then Trump.
Now the deep state's really pissed off.
Now they're pulling out all the stops.
Now they're rigging everything, censoring everything, shutting down the economy.

That's why Trump is justified in using national defense provisions To defeat them during this act of war.
Now along those lines then, the final point today is I was asked by two of my military-tied contacts today to pass this message along to you.
That they are expecting the possibility of domestic military deployment in January.
And when that happens, it's very important that you, as an armed citizen, Understand that you should not go around looking for engagements of the kinetic kind.
Don't run around at night with your rifle.
Don't try to help the military shoot bad guys.
The military doesn't want your help.
They're more likely than not to see you as a possible threat.
Okay?
So you haven't trained with them.
You don't know how to maneuver with them.
You don't have their comms, channels, nothing.
Don't try to be a Rambo and run around out there.
Instead, protect your home.
Protect, you know, maybe your neighborhood.
Stay really local.
Protect your family.
And the military doesn't need your help to engage in kinetic destruction.
Trust me.
They're very good at that.
They can get that done in spades.
What they need you to do is be cool.
Be chill, you know?
The military is there.
To defend your country.
They're on our team.
When their commander is President Trump, of course.
If their commander were Obama or Biden, that's different.
I'm not sure they would even follow those orders.
But under President Trump, the military are our friends.
They are here to protect our country.
They don't want to be your civilian rulers.
They have no interest in that.
They don't want to shoot anybody, especially not fellow Americans.
They're going to be deployed quickly, temporarily to extract enemy combatants, traitors, and then get out of the cities and turn it back over to civilian rule as quickly as possible.
Trust me, that is their goal.
They don't want to be dragged into guerrilla warfare with a bunch of leftists, although that's probably what's going to happen.
They don't want to do that.
They don't want to have to shoot Americans.
But they will.
They will if they are attacked or if there's a kinetic engagement.
So understand that when you see troops on the streets, they are there to defend your republic against enemies, domestic enemies and foreign enemies.
So understand that.
And when you interact with these troops that are on the streets, Do so, please, I beg you, do so in a respectful and thoughtful way, okay?

Don't rush up on them with your hands hidden under a thick winter coat or something.
Just keep your hands visible so they know you're not armed.
If you approach them with a vehicle, because there will be checkpoints, by the way.

You know, just thank them for their patriotism.
They're out there in the freezing cold probably in places like New York and Seattle or Chicago, who knows, Detroit.
You know, they're freezing.
It's January or February.

And you can help make their job a little bit easier just by, you know, being cool.
And then my note to the military, from all of us who are patriots, is...
And I say this with respect, but don't ever try to confiscate our guns.
Just letting you know in advance, that's not going to fly.
So we support you in defending this nation.
We support you taking out enemy combatants.
We understand this...
Epic time in history that this is the job that you've been given by President Trump to defend this nation against cyber warfare and treason and everything else.
We get it.
But we need our guns to defend ourselves against these crazy lunatic leftists who are bombing our houses, okay?
And if you, the military, if you think that you can come for our guns, you're making a tragic mistake.
Don't even try it.
We will not comply.
Period.
Even though we support you, but guess what?
We support the Second Amendment first.
The Second Amendment is going to get our support above almost everything else.
Well, Maybe we support the First Amendment and God above everything else, but the Second Amendment is pretty high up there on the list.
You're not going to take away our guns in the middle of a raging civil war.
That's when we need our guns the most.
So just respectfully to all the military commanders out there, And all the soldiers and everything, if you get an order that says, hey, go down to that street and go door to door and take everybody's guns, you should say, hell no, not going to follow that order.
It's unconstitutional.
No, not going to do that.
Because that kind of order will get you killed.
Especially in places like, you know, Texas, Utah, Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, you know, a lot, most of America, actually, everywhere but the coast.
You're going to get shot at if you go try to take people's guns.
So don't do it.
We don't want to spill blood of patriots on American soil.
We don't want to do that.
We're on your team.
We want to defend the country, but you can't defend the country if you're attacking the Second Amendment.
You want to defend the country?
Defend the Second Amendment as well.
Period.
And also, there's a Third Amendment, which means you can't come into our homes and just start sleeping in our beds.
That's what the Third Amendment says.
Fortunately, you probably have your own bunks and everything, which is fine.
But we're here to support you and your efforts to take out the treasonous actors, okay?
Heck, maybe if I see soldiers out here where I am...
Maybe I'll make up some smoothies.
Take them out some superfood smoothies.
Hey guys, got you some cacao, avocado, coconut water, flaxseed, Smoothies.
You know, most of those young kids in the army, they're like, what the hell is that?

We're not going to drink it.

But there are limits to how long you can operate domestically, and there are limits to what you're allowed to do.

I'm going to need that to take out approaching vehicles if they come for me with like a radical left-wing bomb squad or something.
I've got to put rounds through engine blocks, okay?
So that will help me get that done.
I'm not giving you my heavier caliber rifles.
Yeah, I could probably find some old rusty shotgun I might give you.
But that's about it.
Nothing else.

I'm a patriot.
I'm a Texan.
I'm an American.

I will fight for America.
I will support those who also fight for America.
But the very concept of America means we maintain the right to speak.
