And I said previously I wouldn't do these on Sunday, but you know what?
This is a very special Sunday, isn't it?

So, frankly, as long as I can convince my staffers to open up their laptops on Sundays and also edit and upload and do the thumbnail graphic and everything, I'm going to go ahead and record these on Sundays as well.

I'm really going to work to keep today's under one hour.

I'm not trying to drag any of this out.
It's just that there's so much happening.
It's like, how do we actually cover it all?
And I keep thinking, surely there won't be that much happening on a Saturday or Thanksgiving Day or whatever, but there is.
And so let's just jump right into it here.
First, I want to make you aware that my interview with MonkeyWorks Yeah, that's how he likes to be called.

That went live on Friday afternoon, but I didn't publish a story about it until yesterday.
And if you haven't yet seen that video and read the highlights from that interview, it's very, very interesting.
And Monkey and I are keeping in touch now about anything else that he sees.
If he flags some other military flights or a peak in flights to Gitmo or something, he's going to alert me and I'll bring it to you and we'll do another interview with him and so on.

This guy is, you can tell he's a high IQ, patriotic individual who has become an expert in monitoring real-time public source flight data and then drawing real-world conclusions from those data about what's actually happening geopolitically speaking.

Now, we've got a lot of breaking news about things that are happening in the courts, and much of it is good news, even though the media is trying to portray it as bad news.
Let me give you a specific example.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, or what's commonly called the Third District Circuit Court, has rejected Trump's case in Pennsylvania.
And the media, of course, says, oh, it's rejected.
You know, Trump lost.
It's thrown out.
It doesn't, you know, there's nothing here.
Now, remember in yesterday's situation update, I said, specifically, I said this was probably rejected on purpose because the rejection reason doesn't even make any sense.
It was probably rejected in order to speed its way to the Supreme Court.
And guess what we found out today?
The person spearheading that rejection was none other than U.S. Federal Judge Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed to that court by who?
Ah, Donald J. Trump.
We have a Trump judge in the Third Circuit who rejected that lawsuit very, very quickly.
For what purpose?
To push it to SCOTUS. Yes, to speed it along to SCOTUS because the clock is ticking.
So it's on its way to SCOTUS, and of course the Supreme Court will accept this.
That's just a formality at this point, and it's going to hear this.
And what you're going to learn here in today's Situation Update is that Sidney Powell has...
Whoa.
I mean, I hate to overuse the term bombshell because I keep hearing it, I keep using it.
So I don't know what's bigger than that, but Sidney Powell has...
Big Bada Boom bombshells that are coming that she's been keeping out of the view of the public.
And yes, for those of you who are movie fans, Big Bada Boom is a line from Fifth Element.
Yes, one of the best sci-fi movies of all time, directed by Luc Besson.
So definitely check that out.

Big explosion.
This is what's about to happen.
For reasons that I will explain...
Here in this podcast involving the 305th Battalion, which is military intelligence responsible for cyber warfare.
Yes, the 305th Battalion is linked to this and in fact linked to Sidney Powell in ways that are going to rock the world.
I find it interesting that the 305th Battalion is, in fact, the military intelligence branch of all of this that has access to the transactions, the financial transactions that expose sex trafficking, which is known to be one of the final chapters of how Trump is going to deal with the deep state.
So first, Trump...
He defeats Biden, secures his second term, and then in his second term, Trump continues to use Kraken and other cyber warfare mechanisms or cyber intelligence, military intelligence mechanisms to take down the sex traffickers, which he's already begun to take down, actually, for the last two years.
And the way to do it is to follow the money.
Follow the money, because much of this money ends up Being recycled back into Democrat campaign funds and printing fake ballots in China and all these other things.
So it's really all interrelated.
And I know that Q likes to talk about numbers.
He likes to use numbers and symbols to indicate things.
So I thought I'd just look that up for the fun of it.
It's kind of interesting.
Anyway, watch for the number 305.
Because that's the battalion that is actually known as the Kraken.
And I'll get to that here in a second.
All right, so we know that some of the courts are rejecting these lawsuits in order to speed their way to SCOTUS. We know that.
We also know, now here's something new, that Sidney Powell's lawsuit in Georgia specifically claims that the use of Dominion voting software With all the ballot stuffing and the vote rigging and altering the votes illegally gave Joe Biden his lead in the state of Georgia and also in other swing states.
Now, this lawsuit asks the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia for an So you understand the significance of this,
that if these Dominion voting machines, or specifically the tabulation machines, That were connected to the internet that have the back doors in them so that CIA could come in and alter votes and maybe bad faith actors from China or Iran or other places,
maybe Venezuela, who knows, but that these back doors existed, then if you could seize these machines and then air gap them from the internet, you could then forensically audit them and perhaps look at their source code and you could find The back doors, and you can prove this in a court of law.
So she's asking the court to demand that these machines be seized.
Well, earlier today, no, I'm sorry, yesterday on Stephen Bannon's War Room show, it's called War Room Pandemic, the New York City Police Commissioner, Bernard Carrick, He said that there's now enough probable cause, which he referred to as PC, probable cause, to seize Dominion voting machines.
And he believes that this will happen as early as tomorrow.
And then he stopped himself from talking.
He didn't want to say anything more, but he indicated that he knows a lot more.
He just didn't want to say it.
He wasn't comfortable saying it yet.
So you can imagine that right now today, the Dominion company...
Is frantically, frantically trying to get these Dominion tabulation machines back online so they can alter them and wipe clean all of the proof of how they rig the votes.
So in the process of doing this, guess who's monitoring them?
Oh, uh...
305th Battalion, Department of Defense, and Kraken.
So now not only are these bad actors, the Dominion Voting Systems people and the CIA server farms, if any, are still operating, all these bad actors, not only were they caught rigging the votes, they're now about to be caught trying to cover their tracks, trying to erase the crime.
In other words, it's the cover-up that they're going to get caught in as well as committing the crime itself.
So this is double proof now that they committed the crime once they're caught doing this.
And this is going on right now.
Now, obviously, they won't be able to connect to every tabulation machine because these machines are in many states, in many places, in cold storage now.
They're offline.
And there are probably a lot of frantic communications going on right now to try to get election officials at the local level to go up to these machines with thumb drives and overwrite the operating systems and things like that.
Well, guess what?
All those communications can also be monitored by the NSA and elements of the DOD, and that's yet more evidence that a cover-up is underway.
We're also getting word that a lot of these state election officials are getting really nervous as they hear about treason.
And Trump just ordered the DOJ to issue a new statement, which they did, or a new regulatory framework, which they did, that now legalizes death by firing squad.
And death by hanging.
So now I guess every time that us patriots talk about treasonous actors being publicly hanged to death, it's no longer just hyperbole, is it?
It's actual policy at the DOJ. I laughingly say because I'm not even sure where we're going to find enough rope for all these traitors that are going to come out of this.
I'll get to that, though, in a little bit.
I just wanted to point out That plenty of people are getting nervous now, and they are stepping forward, and they're contacting Trump's legal team and Sidney Powell, and they're saying things like, and by the way, Sidney Powell's confirming this, and Lynn Wood has talked about this a little bit.
These people are saying, hey, I didn't know this was going to be treason.
I didn't sign up for treason.
I signed up to double run some ballots or allow some stuffed ballots to come into the building or whatever.
I didn't sign up for treason.
And so they're coming forward, which is why Trump's attorneys are overflowing with affidavits and whistleblowers and witnesses, many of whom are Democrats, by the way.
And this is another trend we're seeing is a lot of Democrats stepping forward and talking about what they see and what they were ordered to do.
So Another important thing to realize here is that if you seize these Dominion machines and you still have the physical ballots that made up the election in a place like, let's say, Wisconsin, you've got the physical ballots, you've got the machines.
A remedy to decide this could be that you order, let's say, the military to go there and To re-tabulate all the physical ballots on those machines, making sure they're not connected to the internet.
And if you do that, guess who wins?
Trump wins because you don't get the shutdown and the 4 a.m.
You know, dumping of, oh, 200,000 magical votes for Biden in the middle of the night.
That doesn't happen because those votes are not tied to ballots.
This is what's crucial to understand.
The physical ballots that do exist, that are held in storage, those physical ballots combined with the Dominion machines or the other company's machines are They can prove that Trump won those swing states merely by rerunning them under the control of some authority, such as the military, that will not cheat.
And if you're not connected to the Internet, then the CIA can't log in and alter the votes and add the extra votes for Biden.
So you could literally at this point, especially since the CIA server farm in Frankfurt has been taken down in that firefight, and we have additional confirmation that that took place.
I'll mention that in a minute.
But if you were to recount the ballots through the machines so that they are not connected to the internet, Trump would win even without discarding the fraudulent ballots.
In other words, see, the election fraud was multi-layered.
Yes, they had massive numbers of fraudulent ballots and fake mail-in ballots, ballots that were printed in China, ballots that were harvested from mental institutions, ballots where they faked a bunch of mail-in veterans ballots and they marked them all for Biden, ballots where it's the same signature on thousands of ballots right in a row, all these fake ballots.
Even if you run all those, Trump still wins.
See, Trump was winning by so much that they had to stop the counting and fudge the numbers with a remote login.
That's what the spikes were at 4 a.m.
in Michigan and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and then later on in Georgia and so on.
That's what the spikes were.
Those were the remote manipulations.
There are no physical ballots tied to those remote logins and remote manipulations.
So you see, this strategy...
That Sidney Powell has put in her lawsuit of requesting the court to secure the physical dominion tabulation machines, this strategy is accomplishing two very important things that no doubt I think were probably recommended by the 305th Battalion.
Number one, it's going to force Dominion and state criminal election officials to try to cover their tracks and thereby get caught covering up their crimes.
And secondly, once the machines are secured, you can recount the physical ballots in any state without the interference of the server farms from the CIA overseas.
In either one of those cases, you now have proof that Trump wins.
So again, looking at Sidney Powell's lawsuits, you need to understand that Sidney Powell is not acting alone.
And this is one of the key reasons why Trump team, why they announced, remember, a week ago or whatever it was, that Sidney Powell does not work for the Trump legal team.
She's not with us.
She's acting independently.
She's on her own.
She's filing her own lawsuits.
Why did they need that?
because they had to distance her from official White House policy because Sidney Powell is a member of Trump's private intelligence group, which is headed by General Michael Flynn, and which has ties to the 305th Battalion, where expert witnesses and which has ties to the 305th Battalion, where expert witnesses from the 305 are being provided to Sidney Powell to drop big bada boom bombshells in the court when the day comes for
And so when you look at Sidney Powell and you read the Georgia complaint that she authored, at first you're reading that you're saying, whoa, this sounds crazy.
How's she ever going to support these claims?
She says the machines were designed to have back doors where Iran and China were able to log in and alter votes and alter outcomes of elections, right?
If you read that and you haven't heard any evidence yet of how that happened, you might think she's crazy.
But she isn't.
She wrote those in the complaint because she's going to produce witnesses from connections with the 305.
These witnesses are military intelligence contractors and analysts.
One of them I named yesterday, and he's worked with intelligence communities for, what, 30 to 40 years, and he is going to be one of many key witnesses, and there are many more to come.
What's going to happen once this hearing gets before SCOTUS, Sidney Powell is going to drop the Kraken, who are really bombshell military expert witnesses who have irrefutable evidence that the whole thing was rigged, that it was massive fraud, that it was coordinated, and that it that it was massive fraud, that it was coordinated, and that it happened on an international, you know, foreign compromising the United States elections infrastructure.
That's what's coming.
But you're not going to see this until Sidney Powell gets in front of the Supreme Court.
So until then, you're going to have to I suppose, have a little bit of faith in Sidney Powell and military intelligence and Trump and, you know, Team Trump, whatever.
You might have to wait a little bit to see the bombshells that she has.
Because remember, these people aren't going to tip their hand in the media, Tucker Carlson.
She's not going to come on your show, Tucker, and just lay out all her evidence before she gets to the Supreme Court.
And Tucker's a fool for thinking that she would.
She's not going to do that.
She's saving it.
You save the big guns for the right moment.
Remember what I said yesterday, the sunset analysis.
Timing is everything.
That's one of the principles of the art of war.
Timing is everything.
When do you unleash the big guns?
You do it when you're in front of Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Gorsuch.
That's when you drop the big guns.
You do that because...
You cannot give the lying media, including Fox News, you can't give them days to react to your big weapons and to then bias the Supreme Court.
You unleash these weapons at SCOTUS for the first time, and then you send the media scrambling to try to cover and try to figure out how they're going to Cover that angle.
Whatever those big guns are, here's the bombshell proof.
Here's the server logs.
Here's the vote theft.
Here are 12 witnesses who saw it happen.
Here's the source code.
These are the lines where the theft happened.
Oh, and we have a signed confession from CIA Director Gina Haspel, by the way.
Maybe, as an example.
I'm hoping that's the case.
I guess we'll find out.
When SCOTUS hears that, It's going to be, you know, well, pound the gavel.
This is over.
Election deemed irredeemably tainted.
Remember that term?
I've been talking about it for a few days.
The election is deemed irredeemably tainted and Joe Biden is disqualified immediately.
By cheating or maybe they kick it back to Congress for a state-by-state vote in what's called a contingent election.
So this is what's happening with the evidence and this is a little bit of the relationship between the 305th Battalion, Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, the expert witnesses, and the Kraken program.
Now, as Sidney Powell begins to unveil this evidence in front of the Supreme Court, and this is likely to be happening, you know, in December, let's say sometime maybe before Christmas, I hope.
You're going to see several things happen.
Number one, you know, we've talked about these betting sites where you can bet on Trump winning, or I guess you can bet on Joe Biden winning, too.
One of our users recommended to me a betting site and said that the odds right now are 30 to 1.
So if you bet $1,000 on Trump...
And Trump wins, you get paid $30,000, right?
Now, understand that I don't engage in betting.
I don't do sports betting.
I don't know anything about sports, frankly.
And I'm not a betting kind of person.
And I'm absolutely not encouraging you to engage in betting.
You could lose everything that you bet because they could still pull a wild card.
Maybe they assassinate Trump and it's over or something.
Maybe they threaten his family in some credible new way.
And he pulls a Ross Perot and just throws in the towel.
I don't know.
There are scenarios where Trump could be taken out.
I pray to God that doesn't happen.
But I can't give you any kind of obvious betting advice.
I'm certainly not going to do that.
But the reason I mention this is because once this evidence comes out in court, you're going to see the betting odds just dramatically swing back the other way.
There's going to be, dare I say, pardon my language, there's going to be an oh shit moment.
It's going to ripple across the world.
And during this oh shit moment, the betting odds are going to wildly swing.
Instead of, you know, 30 to 1 payout on Trump, it's going to go maybe more like 1 to 1, you know?
Because suddenly it's going to become obvious to people that Sidney Powell has compelling, irrefutable evidence that this thing was rigged.
And this is going to happen, boom, very, very quickly.
And by the way, on a personal note, I may yet, even though I'm not a betting person, I may place a bet on this.
If the payout stays about 30 to 1 or better, I may go ahead and do it.
Why not?
It's not even about the money because whatever money I win is kind of inconsequential in the big picture.
It's more like...
Making people who bet on Joe Biden pay a price for being wrong.
That's the beauty of it.
It's more like bragging rights.
It's not even about the money.
Just throw $1,000 in and see, yeah, maybe you win $30,000.
Or you might lose $1,000 depending on what happens.
But wouldn't it be a great story?
I took $30,000 from a bunch of Joe Biden supporters who believe the mainstream media.
Basically, it's a tax on stupid people.
It's a tax on people for being wildly misinformed.
And think about the odds being 30 to one right now means that most people believe that Trump has no chance or virtually no chance.
They are wildly misinformed.
Trump has, by my estimation, a far better than a 50-50 chance at this point, maybe more like an 80% chance in my view, maybe better, maybe 90%.
So it's not a bet if you have information that other people don't have, information that gives you an edge.
It's not a bet.
It's a strategic investment as far as I'm concerned.
But just remember, if you do win, you owe the IRS money on your winnings, so the government's going to get a piece of it.
If you lose a bunch of money gambling, you can, in fact, write it off.
It's not the best use of time, but whatever.
Whatever floats your boat, right?
But that's just one thing that's going to happen.
The betting odds will shift.
Also, as this evidence is introduced, you're going to see something else.
You're going to see nationwide calls for Joe Biden to concede.
And I'm starting to echo that call right now.
Joe Biden, you should concede because you cheated.
You cheated.
All your supporters, I mean, your team, your globalists, your handlers, they all cheated.
CIA, they all cheated, which means you're a cheater.
You didn't win.
You cheated.
And you should concede.
Now, I did hear from a source today, I don't know if this holds any water or not, but I heard from one source, it hasn't been confirmed with any other source, that Joe Biden may be in talks to concede in exchange for immunity.
It sounds like something that's just a rumor, so I wouldn't put much weight on it yet.
However, once Sidney Powell releases her Kraken evidence in front of SCOTUS, I would imagine that Joe Biden would get very serious about that kind of discussion, pick up the phone.
President Trump, please, can we make a deal?
You know, a deal to save our skin.
And we'll give you everything.
We'll confess everything.
We'll turn over all the money we got from China.
Joe might say, I'll have Hunter come in and turn over the bags of cocaine.
I will have Hunter.
I tell you what, he'll even stop hiring Chinese hookers.
We'll clean up the Biden family.
We'll send the money back to Ukraine.
And the communists.
We'll get the communists out of our lives.
Just don't send me to a dark hole in Gitmo.
And I'll confess to everything, and I'll concede the election.
I would imagine that that kind of conversation is going to happen at some future date that's not that far away.
I would imagine.
And by the way, where is Kamala during all of this?
Where the heck is Kamala?
She's disappeared, and she hasn't resigned from the Senate.
Isn't that interesting?
You would think if they had this thing locked down, she would have already resigned.
She'd be out making statements.
Oh, these are amazing plans.
We're going to make the world a wonderful place through tyranny.
We're going to throw more young black males in prison because that's what she did.
That's what she's famous for, for possession of small amounts of marijuana, whatever she's into.
But you don't hear much from Kabbalah, do you?
You really don't.
I wonder if it's because she's waiting to see what happens.
Because she probably knows.
You know, she's not stupid.
She's corrupt.
But she's not stupid.
She's smart enough to know that this whole thing was rigged.
Which brings me back to the new expanded rules of federal executions that Trump and the DOJ have just put into place.
So now, of course, the DOJ can engage in hangings and firing squads.
And I want to point out on this that America was attacked in an act of cyber warfare.
It's an act of war against the United States, and it involved multiple nations, such as China and Iran.
The DOD has that evidence.
They've got it.
And it was carried out with malicious intent, obviously, to steal the outcome of the election and to install compromised, treasonous, communist infiltrated people like Joe Biden into the White House in order to overthrow the United States of America.
Now, carrying out an act of war against the United States, when you are yourself a United States citizen, that is called treason.
Guess what the punishment for treason is on the battlefield?
And guess who is in charge of that?
It's not the DOJ, is it?
It's the military.
And the punishment is execution.
So under current military law, anyone who engages in an act of treason against the United States government, which is what these people did, obviously, and it will be proven, they can be, in fact...
Executed on the spot.
And that hasn't changed at all.
So in reality, this change to the DOJ makes no difference because these...
These cases, I believe, will not be tried by the DOJ. They will be tried in military courts, military tribunals, and the DOD doesn't mess around.
You commit treason to try to destroy the United States, to, in essence, force the U.S. to surrender to an enemy nation such as Communist China, guess what?
You get a bullet to the head, or you get publicly hanged to death, or you get thrown in a deep, dark hole.
That's what happens when you try to carry out war against America and you get caught.
It's not a pretty picture.
So anyway, I don't assign a huge significance to the DOJ now allowing these options because I don't think the DOJ is going to prosecute anybody, frankly.
I think the DOJ is totally compromised, which is why this has to be done outside the DOJ. Alright, moving on to the next chapter here.
Let's talk about national security.
Just a quick reminder that President Trump did say in a tweet that for purposes of national security, Section 230 must be immediately terminated.
This was more than just bluster.
This was Trump, I believe, flagging certain groups to take actions that I think we may begin to see very, very soon.
And Trump also said, remember, that Biden can only enter the White House as president if he can prove that his ridiculous 80 million votes were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.
So keep these two things in mind now as we proceed here, because that sets the correct context for what we're about to uncover.
Now we're going to move into an interview that Brandon House conducted.
And this was with, this just came out, what, two, no, yesterday morning was when it was published, with General McInerney and General Michael Flynn.
As well as, there was a third person on that interview, let's see, that was Mary Fanning from theamericanreport.org, who's an author of a very important book about hammer and scorecard.
Now, what you need to understand about this, Brandon Howes is a great patriot, and he's at worldviewreport.com, I believe.
That's his website, or worldviewweekend.com.
He's got a A TV show.
He interviews a lot of high-level people there.
And I spoke with Brandon on Friday evening, late.
He stays up late like I do.
We all work late.
And I said, Brandon, you just interviewed Michael Flynn, and he hadn't yet posted it.
I said, what did Flynn, you know, what was the highlights of what Flynn said and what McInerney said?
And Brandon said to me...
This was Friday night.
He said, you won't believe what Kraken is.
And also that McInerney and Flynn confirmed that Trump has everything he needs here.
He's got the servers, and there's something else that was confirmed by McInerney about the fight over the servers in Frankfurt that I'm about to get into here.
So Brandon Howes then went on in that interview, which was published yesterday morning, and I encourage you to watch.
It's very good.
Brandon explained that he had been called and warned by three military intelligence-linked officials.
Warned to stop talking about this.
And the warning was, oh, if you keep talking about this, you're just going to embarrass yourself.
You don't want to lose credibility, do you?
Stop talking about Hammer and Scorecard and Kraken.
These are all conspiracy theories.
Well, Brandon Howes...
You know, he's no dummy.
He's been around the block more than a few times.
He said, guess what?
I'm not going to stop talking about this.
In fact, I'm going to interview General Flynn.
There you go.
Let's just get the guy right in here who knows all this stuff.
And that's exactly what he did.
But I find it interesting that even on our social platform, Brighttown.social, we have identified one user that I believe to be a sock puppet user who's in there trying to say that everybody who believes that the Kraken is real or that the DoD has anything, that all those people are all just deep state Q fakers or something like that.
So we're having disinfo attacks happening, and in Brandon's case, threatening attacks against him.
Because they're trying to shut Brandon down.
They're trying to shut me down.
Just as I warned two days ago, this would start happening.
Because we're right over the target.
We have the information.
We have multiple confirmations.
We've got a multitude of sources that continue to give us confirming information.
And by the way, this is all confirmed information.
If you read the Georgia lawsuit, and if you read the news that I've been pointing out here, remember all those things that I said you can confirm for yourself, the deaths of the five U.S. Army soldiers, by the way, or the death of the CIA agent, quote, in Somalia.
Yeah, give me a break.
It wasn't in Somalia.
It was in Frankfurt.
He was shot during the military raid on the server farm.
The flights from Monkey Works.
We can see those.
It's a matter of public record.
This is OSINT, Open Source Intelligence.
So all these things you can verify for yourself.
But we're getting so close to the target now that a lot of these deep state actors and CIA players and so on and sock puppets and whatever, they're desperately trying to spread disinformation and cause more fog of war to dissuade people from pursuing the truth.
The truth is that Trump's team has everything, all the evidence, it's going to be presented in court, and that Trump doesn't even need the court because he's got Plan B that I've been talking about as well because this was all cyber warfare and attack on America.
But with that said, let me get into what Flynn told Brannon during this interview.
The highlights, because this is powerful stuff.
Flynn said, this is General Michael Flynn, just recently pardoned, reestablished with his national security clearance and put back into play in Trump's private security, or I'm sorry, private intelligence group, not security, but intelligence.
Flynn says the voting systems were designed to conceal a certain amount of fraud, By mixing numbers and hiding the numbers and concealing it, but that the Trump vote was so large that it outperformed the cheating capabilities of the voting machines.
And that's why they had to shut down five swing states simultaneously.
And after that shutdown, that's when the CIA remotely accessed these machines and threw in the hundreds of thousands of fake votes that are not attached to any ballot.
Got it?
Not attached to any ballot.
And in some cases, they just move votes from the Trump column to the Biden column.
So those votes are attached to ballots, but if you were to rerun those ballots, they would be Trump votes, not Biden votes.
So Flynn understands that had Trump not achieved a huge success...
That the Democrats would have successfully gotten away with this, and the fraud would not have been obvious, and they would never have shut down the counting.
In other words, the Democrats had programmed into this the ability to steal maybe, I'm just guessing now, maybe 5-10% of the votes, something like that.
But because Trump's victory so outperformed that, and that's due to you, To your Trump support and your attendance at the Trump rallies and your donations to the Trump campaigns and so on.
In other words, the outpouring of pro-Trump support was just so massive, it blew away the cheating algorithms of the Dominion systems and they had to shut them down, shut down the counts, fake a water pipe leak in Georgia and so on.
simultaneous shutdown, obviously coordinated, and then rig a bunch of votes, hundreds of thousands, and then turn the counting back on.
And that's where you saw Joe Biden's numbers go, boom, vertical, blue line, fraud, total fraud, sudden leap for Joe Biden in the middle of the night at 4 a.m.
That's how that happened.
That's why that happened.
So the Trump outpouring caused the CIA to have to cheat at a whole new scale that they didn't anticipate.
And this level of cheating left a trail of blood so obvious and so long that it could not be missed by a forensic analysis.
And And this is why you now have mathematicians and statisticians who are saying, guess what?
You know, the odds of this happening organically are one in 50 quadrillion, whatever number they come up with.
This could not happen except if there were a thousand billion quadrillion universes, parallel universes.
There would be one universe where this happened organically.
Something like that.
But mathematically, it's impossible, or as close to impossible as you could say, it's basically zero.
Because Trump's support was so large, it outperformed all their cheating.
So, that's what Flynn explained.
Then McInerney comes on.
Thomas McInerney.
And let me go through what he said to Brandon House because this is also crucial to understand.
McInerney says that Hammer and these cyber weapons have been used by the United States against other countries for the past 20 years or so.
But now these weapons were turned against us.
And it is Obama who is behind everything.
And when Obama got into office in 2008, he took charge of Hammer.
And then began to use it, and that Obama stole the 2012 election in certain ways, for example, stealing the state of Florida.
And then the Democrats used the same vote-rigging systems to steal the nomination away from Bernie Sanders.
So you wonder, how did Joe Biden win the nomination?
He cheated!
He cheated with the same software that they used to cheat in the general election.
Nobody wanted Joe Biden, not even Democrats.
And by the way, probably in 2016, Hillary Clinton cheated using the same system, stole it from Bernie Sanders.
Bernie Sanders was no doubt the most popular candidate in 2016.
And it is very possible that Bernie Sanders could have beat Trump organically without cheating in 2016.
I've said that before.
Because he's, I don't know, for whatever reason, leftists love that guy.
Because they don't know what he stands for.
They don't know he's a full-blown communist, right?
But these systems were used to cheat in their own party, not just to cheat in the election on November 3rd.
Now, the creator of Hammer and Scorecard is a former CIA analyst named Dennis Montgomery.
And Dennis Montgomery...
is also the author or the co-author, or I'm sorry, the source, maybe co-author, of an important book on this that was written by Mary Fanning.
And Mary Fanning, along with Alan Jones, is the author of a book called The Hammer is the Key to the Coup.
The Political Crime of the Century, How Obama, Brennan, Clapper, and the CIA spied on President Trump, General Flynn, and everyone else.
And this book, I'm looking on Amazon right now, it looks like it was released in August 19th of 2020.
So it's not that long ago that it was released, and it talked about How this technology that steals elections was the key to the Democrats seizing control of the United States.
And in this book, it talks specifically about how Brennan and Clapper and Obama masterminded this thing and used the CIA and set up the server reforms in all of this.
And it was all based on the work of Dennis Montgomery.
It's not clear to me whether Dennis Montgomery is still living.
I apologize if I'm mistaken, but it sounds like he may not be.
If you're trying to find him to interview him, he might not be with us anymore.
I'm not sure.
Maybe I'll do a little bit more digging on that and find out for you.
General McInerney, by the way, he runs a cloud server business, and his expertise was in Cyber intelligence, cyber warfare, and cyber counterterrorism operations.
So McInerney is not some lightweight, by the way, not just some random desk jockey from the Pentagon.
This is a guy who knows about cyber warfare.
He says that...
Fox News has flipped against America.
We know that.
But he says the deep state coup coordinators recruited the entire U.S. media and big tech in order to be complicit in the cyber warfare operation.
Yes, we know that.
But the reason this is important that McInerney is saying this is because this qualifies all those institutions to be seized by the U.S. Treasury under the 2018 executive order issued by Trump.
McInerney also confirms that the December 14th deadline doesn't matter.
And remember how I've said people are freaking out about this December 14th deadline.
They think it's over on December 15th if Trump hasn't won by that time.
Because December 14th is the day that the states, you know, submit their electoral votes to Congress.
What McInerney explains is that President Trump, in swearing an oath to the Constitution and to defend the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, President Trump is obliged to not leave office until all the facts surrounding the election theft are fully analyzed, including the vote President Trump is obliged to not leave office until all the facts surrounding the election theft are fully analyzed, including the vote count distributions that McInerney says were, quote, caused by fraudulent electronic manipulation of targeted voting machines, which
And it's not a coincidence.
It's not a coincidence that McInerney is saying the same thing that Sidney Powell is saying in her lawsuit.
You know why?
Because they're both connected to the 305th Battalion Cyberwarfare Military Intelligence Units.
They're all connected.
They have access to much of the same information.
They know that they can prove that this happened.
So what McInerney is actually saying is that Trump...
Even if this deadline goes to January 20th or January 21st, Trump should not leave the White House.
That he is duty-bound by the Constitution to not leave the White House until all the facts of this election are fully investigated and vetted.
Think about that for a second.
And this could present a scenario where Trump needs hundreds of thousands of armed Americans to converge on D.C. to defend the White House and defend the Republic while, for example, the military is rerunning election counting on seized Dominion machines that are air-gapped in order to determine the actual outcome of the election without CIA interference.
Imagine that scenario.
Now, we would all hope that that happens well before January 20th, but it doesn't have to happen before January 20th.
There is nothing in the Constitution that says that any president must concede, especially when there is proof of vote rigging and fraud.
So even January 20th is not a deadline.
And I've been driving this home.
And I will say, this is a bit of criticism, not of you listening to this, because I know you're super well aware and super informed, but there are kind of mainstream conservatives out there who, I just have to say, I mean, maybe I should say this quietly, they give up way too easily.
They're snowflakes.
They are total snowflakes.
They just give in the, oh shucks, guess we lost again.
We'll get her next time.
I didn't mean to throw a southern accent on that because this applies to conservatives all over the place.
They're watching Fox News and they think we're done for.
No.
Why are you giving up?
Some kind of crazy left-wing pansies all of a sudden.
You've been drinking too much soy lattes or something?
You turn into a soy boy overnight?
Didn't tell anybody?
Did you sell your guns?
Don't worry.
Plenty of us buying them if you want to sell those guns.
No, what's happening to these people?
Giving up too easily.
December 14th doesn't matter.
Because when it's fraud, even the Supreme Court or even a district court can retroactively nullify an election after the fact.
As I pointed out before, this can even happen years after the fact.
I mean, technically, this whole election might not be resolved until, let's say, April.
No joke.
This could go on for a while.
We hope it's resolved before January 20th, because then the question is, well, who's the president?
We sure don't want Nancy Pelosi in there.
Pelosi calling the shots.
She might have to stop drinking for a day or two just to be able to, you know, act presidential or something.
I'm not sure she could.
I don't know.
They'd have to train the demon inside her how to be human for a couple of days, I say jokingly or not.
But this may not be resolved by January 20th, okay?
So the key is, don't freak out about the deadlines, although we don't want to wait around forever either, right?
We're kind of in a hurry, but we know we've got the proof on our side.
So the key is to create the right structure for the proof to be presented to the courts and then also to the public.
And I talked about this yesterday, how Trump can use the National Emergency Broadcast System to present the truth, all the evidence of vote fraud, to the public directly and bypass Twitter.
Bypass Jackass Dorsey.
You know, just bypass all of them and go directly to the public.
And that's probably what he'll be forced to do at some point.
Now, McInerney goes on to say that the fact that all five battleground states stopped counting at the same time, quote, demonstrates prior coordination by election officials in five battleground states.
Prior coordination, i.e., conspiracy.
This is the basis of conspiracy charges in federal crimes.
And by the way, for anybody who's out there who doesn't believe in conspiracies, federal prosecutors charge people with conspiracy all the time, every day.
It just means two or more people work together to do this.
And in this case, five battleground states involving probably 500 election officials or something.
So a lot of people were part of this.
And as McInerney explains then, after they shut down these five states, the counting, then they use Hammer and Scorecard and Dominion to put Joe Biden in the lead.
And he explains it is a, quote, mathematical impossibility.
The way the votes came in, clearly an algorithm was used.
And there are other anomalies that show that the vote was rigged.
For example, in Pennsylvania, he explains 1.8 million ballots were mailed out to people in a certain category, a certain type of mail-in ballot.
1.8 million ballots were mailed out and then 2.5 million came back in.
So, somewhere, 700,000 ballots appeared out of nowhere and got mailed back in.
Where did those come from?
Oh, a printing press in China.
Yep, someone had a printing press and was printing them out.
And so, that's how the Democrats think elections are won, is whoever has the biggest printing press.
But that isn't.
Alright, now, McInerney goes on to explain that the 305th Battalion...
It's the military intelligence unit, and it is the Kraken.
So now we know that when Sidney Powell originally said release the Kraken, she was talking about releasing the information from the 305th Battalion unit, the information they had already gleaned because they had acquired the servers on November 6th, or at least the servers the information they had already gleaned because they had acquired the servers
And also they had acquired the transaction logs and the log files from all the monitoring and surveillance that they conducted on November 3rd and that night when the rigged votes came in.
So releasing the Kraken simply means release the evidence.
That's what we know now.
And that's why a couple days later, she was saying that the Kraken is starting to show early results or results already.
All right.
Now, continuing with McInerney and his interview with Brandon House, McInerney confirmed that U.S. Special Forces Command seized the servers from the CIA server farm in Frankfurt.
So this is yet another confirmation that I've had confirmed, I think, now from three other sources.
And that doesn't even mention Gohmert saying it as well.
So this is confirmed multiple times over.
But what's interesting to me, remember how yesterday I reported here that there was a firefight, we believe, at that server farm and that five U.S. Army soldiers were killed and one CIA commander was killed in that firefight.
And there's a rumor, unconfirmed, that Gina Haspel herself was there and may have been injured in the firefight.
But again, I can't confirm that.
Well, McInerney said in the live interview...
that yes, yes, there was, US soldiers were killed during the raid on the CIA server farm in Frankfurt.
So that is now a new source of confirmation of the same information I have from other sources that are not connected to McInerney.
And remember, McInerney is connected to the DOD.
Obviously, he was part of it for a very long time.
The 305th Battalion, Flynn, he's good friends with Flynn for all the right reasons.
They're both patriots and so on.
So McInerney confirming that tells us that, again, what I've been bringing you is accurate information.
And it shows that there was a desperate battle, an actual battle with AR-15s or, well, technically M4s or military rifles, Maybe the paramilitary CIA-run forces brought in AKs, for all we know.
I don't know what they had, but most of them are dead at this point.
That's what we do know.
And five U.S. Army soldiers were killed in the process.
May God bless them to rest in peace, because they fought and died for this country to acquire proof of election theft.
And I hope that the names of those soldiers will eventually be revealed and properly Honored for their sacrifice.
See, there's a war going on, folks.
People are dying right now.
So if you wonder, you know, are there people really being put on airplanes on rendition flights?
Is there actual torture going on?
Are there gunfights going on?
Are people dying?
Yes to all that.
All that's happening.
Yes, Obama has a plan to get out of the country.
To flee to maybe Argentina or somewhere.
Yeah, a lot of the Democrats have backup plans to get out.
Because they know they're all going to jail once Trump gets the upper hand here.
All right, so we know that raid took place.
We know that the CIA was willing to kill people to defend that server farm.
Why?
Because that's the proof that the deep state engaged in cyber warfare actions against the United States.
We also know, according to McInerney, that Chris Krebs at CISA, that's C-I-S-A, forgot what that stands for, but it's the Cybersecurity Commission that's supposed to secure our elections.
Chris Krebs was fired after he claimed that this was the most secure election ever in history.
Turns out that statement was formulated with Dominion Voting Systems, who has a seat on the Security Council there.
I mean, gosh, that's like China having a seat on the United Nations Human Rights Commission, you know, which they do, by the way.
I think they run it.
I mean, it's insane.
Totally insane.
But McInerney says that Chris Krebs committed treason.
Treason.
And he also says treason at the highest levels, going all the way up the chain to Schiff, Adam Schiff in this case, as well as Barack Obama, Joe Biden himself, and many others.
McInerney also warns us that Georgia's runoff election is already stolen by the Democrats unless we stop this vote theft system.
Because it doesn't matter how many Republicans vote for, what is it, Loeffler, I forgot the other candidate in Georgia, the two senators.
It doesn't matter how many votes the GOP gets.
The Democrats will just log in to the machine at 4 in the morning and just add 50,000 more for their candidates.
So unless you stop the vote theft, you will lose the Senate.
Keep that in mind.
If you lose the Senate, you lose the Supreme Court.
You lose the filibuster.
You lose the...
Court judge nominees, you lose everything.
You lose America if you lose the Senate at this point.
And if you lose the Senate and the White House, then it's just Venezuela at that point.
Because remember, they already have the House.
So the answer in Georgia is not to get out the vote necessarily, although that's fine.
There's nothing wrong with that.
I'm not against it.
But you have to expose the vote fraud.
You have to expose the criminality of election theft.
You have to expose Dominion and the election officials in Georgia.
You have to expose Kemp.
And what's that guy's name?
Raffensperger something.
Can't keep track of all those names.
You got to expose all these people.
And it turns out that if you really do an accurate recount in Georgia, there doesn't need to be a runoff election because the GOP senators already won.
So that's the real aha from this.
And why do you think Sidney Powell filed her lawsuit first in Georgia?
Oh, because this runoff is pending.
And isn't that election date, isn't that January 6th or 5th or somewhere right around there?
So that clock is absolutely ticking.
Although again, that election could be overturned after the fact retroactively by a Supreme Court decision.
So this explains some of the tactics of why Georgia was chosen first and why one of the key elements of Sidney Powell's lawsuit is to show that the machines were remotely accessed and votes were altered in order to alter outcomes of elections, not only to rig the election against Trump, but to rig it against Trump.
The Senate candidates there in Georgia, who only lost, one of them lost, I think, by 0.03% or something.
So, wow, that's going to get overturned very easily.
And in that case, there won't be a runoff at all.
The GOP already won that.
All right.
The bottom line in all of this, and this keeps coming up again and again, is that Trump...
Knew all of this was going to happen.
This gets into my update from yesterday, the art of war, Xuanzi, or as Americans say, Sun Tzu.
Xuanzi is the Chinese pronunciation, Mandarin.
Xuanzi, bingfa, is the war doctrine of Xuanzi.
And the key element of Swinza is that the battle is won in the preparation before it ever begins.
Trump already won this election before November 3rd, and he won it because he knew, he understood the enemy extremely well, even better than they know themselves.
Trump knew that the enemy would be arrogant, that they would be brazen, bold, that their arrogance would drive them to do things that would get them caught, such as shutting down the vote in five states simultaneously, remotely logging in, which is totally trackable, already remotely logging in, which is totally trackable, already tracked by the NSA, and altering votes, hundreds of thousands of votes in a statistically impossible way, which...
which is just leaving a massive trail, massive trail that just says, it just screams out, fraud, fraud, fraud.
Trump knew they would do that, and so he allowed them to do it.
He allowed them to advance so that they could be surrounded.
And now, as I mentioned yesterday, when you surround the enemy, you must give them an out.
It's another principle of sunset.
You have to give them a way out.
Otherwise, they will fight to the death because they have nothing left to lose.
So what is the out that Trump is giving them?
Confess and be granted immunity for your crimes.
Confess now.
Confess on this rendition flight.
Confess before you get thrown into a dark hole.
Confess now.
You can go back and live your life in shame, but not in pain and suffering.
You won't face a firing squad.
You won't face public hanging.
You confess now.
You name the names.
You tell us how this was done, your involvement in it, who gave you orders, and then you climb that all the way up to the top.
Which leads you to Barack Obama.
And when you get to Barack Obama, number one, you'll have to probably find him in Argentina because he will be getting out of Dodge soon.
And I don't know if you offer him a confession so that history can know the truth or if you prosecute him.
I don't know.
That's Trump's decision.
Maybe the DOD's decision.
We'll leave it to them.
But one way or another, Obama is at the top of this chain.
Obama is the sleeper cell, anti-American, terrorist slash treasonous actor who plotted from the very first moment that he won in 2008, which might have been rigged also, from that moment he plotted to take down this nation.
And this act of cyber warfare against America that we have just been talking about, this is Obama's action.
This is Obama at work.
So, in terms of timelines here, and then I'm going to wrap this up.
In terms of timelines, we do see some district courts speeding the lawsuits along to SCOTUS. That's good news.
We do know that Sidney Powell has a tremendous amount of evidence to display or unveil at hearings in front of the Supreme Court.
We don't know how long it would take SCOTUS to rule on these things and to interview all the eyewitnesses and whistleblowers and read the hundreds of affidavits and so on.
You could imagine that that would take I mean, in a normal case, that would take months, right?
SCOTUS spends months Looking at these things normally.
Now, this is an emergency situation, obviously, so you've got to ask, can they compress it?
I don't know the answer to that.
I don't know, can they make it 30 days?
Can they do it in two weeks?
Could they put a stay on the entire election until this is sorted out?
Yes, they could.
They could, and that would put us into some weird gray area on January 21st where Technically, Trump hasn't been sworn in for a second term, and neither has Biden.
Nancy Pelosi would try to assert the presidency, but she's part of the conspiracy.
Her family members have ownership in some of the Dominion and other voting systems.
So isn't she disqualified?
Because obviously she's complicit in this, or maybe, maybe compromised.
So what happens then?
Good question.
And that's why I say the answer is Chris Miller, Special Operations Forces, hundreds of thousands of armed American citizens rising up to defend their nation, being called upon by the President himself.
I bet you that this is going to come down to asserting, asserting control over the White House.
That's probably what this is going to come down to.
And as I've said in previous podcasts, this probably goes kinetic either way.
I don't see a scenario where there isn't mass bloodshed, although that's not the scenario I hope for.
So be prepared for the long haul here.
This is going to be a marathon.
This is not going to be over by Christmas, probably.
Not going to be over by January 6th.
It may be over by January 20th, but there's a good chance it won't be.
We're going to go into uncharted territory, territory that even the founding fathers could never imagine because they couldn't imagine, you know, the internet and cyber warfare and all these things that happened.
Back in those days, you counted physical ballots and no one could log in remotely from Germany and steal the election.
You know, you couldn't even get to Washington without a horse and buggy.
So things are different now.
And it's a whole new territory, a whole new type of warfare, information warfare, combined with psychological operations, combined with cyber warfare, censorship.
And make no mistake, we are all at war.
We are in a war.
You have been subjected to the war through the censorship upon you.
Through the stealing of your vote, perhaps, through the disinformation of the mainstream media that's tried to modify your understanding of reality through psychological operations.
You have already been carpet-bombed with wartime disinformation and propaganda.
Never forget that.
And right now, the effort, the goal of that is to convince you to give up, convince you to concede, convince you to pressure the president to concede by taking away Every visible support base that he might have.
And that is why the way to win this is to do exactly the opposite of what the psychological operations are.
Puppet masters want you to do.
Do not give up.
Double down on your support.
Vocalize your support.
Attend the peaceful rallies.
Be ready to defend the President and the United States, kinetically if called upon to do so, with your rifle and your Second Amendment on January 20th if the President calls you up to do that, which he may.
Be ready to uphold the rule of law.
Be ready to defend your oath to defend this nation against its enemies, foreign and domestic.
This is how you win.
Remember what I've said over and over and over again.
Trump wins if he continues to fight.
We win if we continue to fight.
The only way any of us lose is if we give in.
It's the same thing about Choosing God or the devil.
The only way...
The devil can't make you give up your soul.
The only way the devil gets your soul is if you were to somehow agree to surrender it to him.
Can't make you do it.
You have to do it on your own free will.
Same thing with this election.
We win if we decide to win.
And we commit to that decision and we follow through.
All the way through to January 20th and maybe even beyond.
That's what it takes.
And it is no less of a commitment than what our founding fathers made The sacrifices they made in order to give us this nation in the first place, in the very first war against tyranny, the King of England.
So, no one is asking you to do anything that your forefathers haven't already done.
It's just time that we do it again.
There are times that God calls upon men.
To act with great heroism and great determination to make good the fate that has been ordained and even blessed upon us by powers much greater than ourselves.
That is the moment that we are facing right now.
