Big Pharma is a government-protected MONOPOLY CARTEL

Time Text
Everybody has someone in their family that's on a lot of prescription medications.
Hopefully that person is not you, but even if it isn't you, you probably know someone or multiple people in your family who are on these meds, and what do you hear every time you talk to them about these prescription meds?
The prices have gone up.
Everything's more expensive.
It's harder to afford these drugs.
What's happening?
Why do the prices keep going to insane levels?
$1,000 a month for some drugs, or $10,000 for other experimental drugs?
What no one seems to talk about, I mean, everyone just accepts it.
Prices are higher.
Prices are higher.
Even if it's equivalent to a car payment or a house payment, it's just, well, prices are going up.
Why are they going up?
Why do drug companies have the ability to charge anything they want?
The answer is because the pharmaceutical industry works in collusion with the US government to run a protected drug cartel.
It is a government protected monopoly.
Drugs that are granted FDA approval are granted by decree a government-protected monopoly, a monopoly on the treatment of disease.
For example, to help explain this, when we sell supplements, because I have the Health Ranger store, and we sell a lot of nutritional supplements, it is illegal for a supplement retailer to advertise the truthful benefits of a dietary supplement it is illegal for a supplement retailer to advertise the truthful benefits of a dietary supplement if those benefits include the treatment of a disease the prevention of a disease, or the curing of a disease.
This is even true If you sell something like vitamin C, which we know vitamin C prevents and reverses scurvy because scurvy is a disease that is caused by a vitamin C deficiency.
Scurvy is practically defined as a vitamin C deficiency.
You add vitamin C to your diet and scurvy goes away.
Same thing with vitamin D and rickets.
If you don't have vitamin D, you have rickets.
And if you have rickets and then you're treated with vitamin D, the rickets is gone because it's a deficiency disease.
Same thing with iodine deficiency causes disease.
Lots of B vitamin deficiencies cause diseases.
But the FDA doesn't allow you to say that.
That's considered illegal.
The FDA only grants pharmaceuticals a monopoly right, a government protected right to claim that their drugs treat, prevent, or cure diseases even when those drugs don't work most of the time for most people.
You may not know this, but a drug only has to work in 5% of the patients in a clinical trial in order for the FDA to grant that drug manufacturer a government protected monopoly that claims that drug treats that disease.
And then there's off-label prescribing, which allows any drug that is approved for any condition to be prescribed by doctors for conditions for which the drug was never tested nor approved.
Off-label prescribing.
It is the dirty little secret of the monopoly pharmaceutical industry.
In fact, billions of dollars of drugs are sold every year because of doctors writing prescriptions for conditions that have no scientific evidence whatsoever that the drugs are going to work on.
Sorry about the sentence structure there.
I know I can say that a little more clearly, but you get my point.
These drugs that are sold that have these monopoly prices, super high prices, protected by government are, in essence, very often chemicals that do not work for most people most of the time.
Whereas nutritional supplements tend to work for most people most of the time with a very wide margin of safety, very high degree of efficacy, and very high affordability.
But they're not legally allowed to tell the truth about what they can do.
You know, there was a drug company recently that acquired a niacin prescription drug to own that drug.
They acquired it from another company.
Niacin is a very common B vitamin.
And as a B vitamin, you can buy a bottle of niacin for like five bucks at the local pharmacy.
Go to Walgreens or whatever.
Niacin's dirt cheap.
Well, this company, because they have a prescription form of niacin, which is exactly niacin, just called a prescription drug, They're able to charge, what was it, like $300 a bottle?
Or $400?
It was hundreds of dollars per bottle.
So if you need niacin in a hospital, the doctor can't prescribe you vitamins from Walgreens.
The doctor would lose his or her license because the state medical boards don't want doctors prescribing nutrition.
Instead, they have to prescribe prescription niacin.
It's the same damn molecule, but now it's $300 a bottle instead of $5.
You wonder why your drug prices are going up?
It's because of shenanigans like that.
It's because the medical system is a criminal drug cartel.
It is a drug cartel.
It is a government protected monopoly.
And it's enforced at gunpoint.
As many companies have found out, if you go out, let's say that you have a cherry product, that you have a cherry extract.
Cherries are a very good medicine for eliminating gout and eliminating arthritis inflammation, things like that.
There's one company, I forgot the name of them, but they had a cherry product and cherry capsules, and they linked to some government studies that talked about the benefits of cherry extract.
And for doing so, they were attacked by the FTC, Federal Trade Commission, went after them, and practically destroyed their business, made them sign a secret consent decree in which they had to admit to selling unapproved drugs.
What unapproved drugs were they selling?
They weren't selling unapproved drugs, they were selling cherry extracts, but they had linked to government scientific studies that talked about the benefits of cherry extracts, and that, according to current FDA regulations, transforms your speech into a medical claim, which transforms your product into an unapproved drug.
Indeed, you can have a bottle of water for sale, and if you claim that that bottle of water cures a medical condition, such as, let's say, dehydration, then you have now transformed that bottle of water into an unapproved drug, according to the FDA and the FTC, and they can throw you in jail for doing it.
And they have thrown people in jail.
We're living under a medical monopoly, a medical tyranny.
That's why drugs are so expensive.
That's why all the good doctors and product innovators are sitting in jail right now, or many of them are, or have been fined hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars by the FTC for telling the truth about something as simple as vitamin C, or vitamin D for that matter, or some other natural supplement or superfood, something that has a therapeutic effect on the human body.
That is why drugs are so damn expensive.
You thought the deep state was bad when it comes to Hillary Clinton and the FBI and James Comey and all that stuff?
That's nothing compared to the medical establishment cartel system.
I don't know what to call it exactly.
The medical status quo is a drug cartel system.
It is a monopoly system.
And they use language to say, oh, this is all for, we're looking for cures, we're trying to help people, we're trying to treat people.
No, you're not.
You're making money off people's sickness and suffering.
That's all you're doing.
You're charging a fortune for stuff that people could get for dirt cheap.
If not for your government-protected monopoly and all the threatening arrest warrants and fines issued by the FTC and the FDA as part of a protection racket to protect the pharmaceutical industry and destroy its competition, which of course includes nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, chiropractic care, everything else imaginable from the world of holistic health.
And they're going to bankrupt this nation, folks.
They're destroying America.
Who can afford their health care insurance?
Who can afford to pay $1,000 a month for every medication they've been prescribed by their doctor?
It's driving everybody into bankruptcy.
It's cities, states...
Companies, individuals, families, nobody can afford this system because it's a monopoly system.
The whole purpose of the system is to extract the maximum economic abundance, let's say, from the population in the name of healthcare.
It's basically, it's just confiscation.
It's theft.
It's like, it's getting robbed at gunpoint.
It's just in the name of medicine.
And most of these drugs don't work.
And you'd be better off taking something natural anyway.
It wouldn't cause the problems that lead to you needing other prescriptions.
Now, statin drugs, you know, what do they cause?
Erectile dysfunction.
So you need a drug for that.
And then what does that cause?
Oh, a metabolic disorder.
Oh, you need a drug for that.
What does that cause?
A liver dysfunction.
Then you need a drug for that.
Pretty soon you have cancer.
Then you need chemotherapy drugs.
They keep you alive while feeding you toxins.
It's incredible.
It's an incredible system.
