If they can't even stop the FLU, what will happen in a PANDEMIC?

If you've been following the news, they're talking about how bad the flu season is this year.

The flu season is wiping out medical supplies nationwide, we're told, and people are dying 44,000 people dead so far from complications related to the flu, according to CDC statistics, over 44,000, and climbing.
The flu vaccine, we're told, is only 10% effective this year because, what do you know, it's the wrong strain and it just doesn't work nine times out of ten.
Sadly, people aren't being told the truth about how nutrition really works to prevent the flu.
Zinc, for example, has been scientifically proven to reduce the severity and duration of influenza infections, and yet the media just doesn't report that fact.
Isn't that fascinating?
I wonder why.
They don't tell you vitamin C, vitamin D, elderberry extract, different herbs, echinacea herbs, for example, ashwagandha, different adaptogenic herbs, different antiviral herbs, all work very, very effectively, but most important is to boost your immune function with good nutrition.
And avoid insulting your immune system with immune-suppressing pharmaceuticals, toxic chemicals, lack of sleep, chronic stress, noise pollution, light pollution, all these things.
I'm not telling people all this.
Well, the big takeaway from all this is that the medical system has failed on such a grand scale here just for a flu.
Then it begs the question, what happens when there's an actual pandemic outbreak?
What happens if there's, you know, the next weaponized flu or the next superbug flu or super viral strain that just happens to be quite deadly and extremely virulent?
What happens then?
Well, what the medical system has demonstrated is that it cannot stop an outbreak Because it can't even stop the flu.
I mean, again, hospitals and clinics are wiped out of medical supplies just from the flu.
It doesn't even cover some superbug or weaponized viral strain that's released intentionally as a depopulation weapon or, let's say, a strategic weapon by some enemy of the United States.
And there are other scenarios as well.
Maybe it escapes from A biological laboratory, a bioweapons lab run by the army.
Gee, that's never happened before, has it?
Yes, of course it has.
All these things have happened.
This is why the most important message here is that you should never rely on the medical system to keep you healthy.
You should never trust that the medical system can defend you against some infectious disease or some pandemic or some superbug.
Never trust the medical system to do that because they've proven again and again that they are a failure.
The system has failed.
The system runs out of supplies.
The system produces the wrong vaccine that doesn't even work most of the time.
The system lies and propagandizes all the information about vaccines.
The system is such a failure.
It's such an incredible failure that if you rely on it, you're playing Russian roulette with your life.
You're rolling the dice, and you're putting your faith in a medical system that will fail you, as it's already doing right now.
And this gets back to the things that you can do naturally to boost your immunity against influenza.
And some of the things I already mentioned here include nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, but selenium is also worth looking at.
Selenium, another trace mineral, it's an element like zinc, and it is very important for detoxification and immune function.
Now, like zinc, selenium, you can overdose on selenium, but most people are deficient, so Check with your holistic healthcare practitioner for the right dose for you.
And maybe you can get your blood tested and find out how much selenium you actually have.
If you eat organic, you're normally going to get more trace minerals in your body anyway.
We've looked at organic foods.
We've run them in the lab via ICP-MS, which is a mass spec elemental analysis instrument.
And we've noticed a very strong correlation.
Organic foods have higher trace mineral concentration than non-organic foods.
Now, it also happens that organic foods can have higher levels of lead and cadmium if they are not from clean countries, such as China.
But by and large, organic food is much, much cleaner than non-organic food, and it gives you more nutrition.
So, you know, supplementing with zinc and selenium is one thing, and it's very useful, and it's important to do.
But you should also, you should primarily get your nutrition from food, such as organic food.
And supplement only as needed if your food isn't covering the bases for you.
Now, vitamin C is something that I supplement a lot.
I supplement vitamin C twice a day because it's water-soluble.
It gets eliminated from your body very quickly.

And vitamin C, of course, helps support immune function.
It's well known.

Vitamin D is another nutrient that you can get almost anywhere.
You want D3 as the form that you want, and it's very inexpensive, and vitamin D really helps activate your immune system.
It activates your genetic code that boosts immune function or really expresses your natural immune function.
So it's interesting.
Vitamin D, it's not magic.
It works by activating the biochemistry that is already built into your system.
You're born with an immune system.
You're born with a blueprint to defend yourself against infectious disease.
Obviously.
I mean, how did your ancestors survive if you weren't born with this technology, this biological nanotech inside your system?
Your ancestors didn't even have access to supplemental vitamin C. You know, they were just eating wild foods for the most part and relying on their immune systems to keep them healthy.
So you are the product of tens of thousands of generations of human beings who have well-functioning immune systems and can defend themselves against infectious diseases long before the invention of vaccines, long before the invention of nutritional supplements, long before doctors or long before the invention of nutritional supplements, long before doctors or modern medicine or pharmaceuticals or any of that stuff or even
Your ancestors, the fact that they live long enough to reproduce and eventually lead to you is proof that your body has amazing, astounding technology to prevent the flu and overcome infectious disease outbreaks.
So keep that in mind.
I mean, don't let a doctor brainwash you and tell you that you're deficient in some way until you get a vaccine.
Oh, you're lacking vaccines.
No.
You're born with what you need In terms of genetic code and blueprint and, you know, through mother's milk you get passive immunity and then eventually you build your own internal immunity and then through the nutrients that you get through food you boost your immunity.
You're not born deficient in vaccines.
I mean, the way doctors say it, it's like your immune system doesn't even function until you get a bunch of vaccine shots, which is complete nonsense.
As I've said before in other podcasts, I've got antibodies in my blood for all the flu strains that have been circulating for the past 10 years, and yet I've never had the flu.
In other words, I haven't been symptomatic.
Well, how can that be?
How can I have antibodies when I don't get vaccines and I never got sick from the flu?
The answer is, I was asymptomatic, meaning I never got sick and showed the symptoms, but my body automatically and silently on its own built the antibodies for me.
As I had exposure, my body did its job and built antibodies and overcame influenza infections automatically without me having to even think about it or take a supplement or take a vaccine or see a doctor or get extra sleep or anything.
And, you know, thinking back over the last 10 years, there may have been a few days where I felt maybe more tired than some other days.
Went to bed earlier, slept later.
That's probably the day that I had, you know, an infection of influenza, but woke up fine, fully rested, went right back to work.
And that's the way it should be.
So don't rely on the medical system to save your life.
It will fail you, especially in a pandemic, which is eventually coming.
And the people who survived the pandemic will be people who listen to this kind of information or read naturalnews.com, people who are well-informed, people who do not put blind faith at a failed, corrupt medical system, people who work to activate their own natural immune system technology so that they can overcome these infections on their own and not rely on a system that, frankly, is failing millions of people.
You want to be healthy?
You want to be immune to the flu?
Let your body do its job.
And just give your body the nutrients that it needs, and it will do its job automatically.
