First thing, up front, a couple of disclaimers.
I'm not a doctor, which means I have not been indoctrinated with pharmaceutical propaganda.
It also means I don't have total ignorance about nutritional healing.
So you should be glad I'm not a doctor, otherwise I wouldn't be able to bring you this very informative report that can help you explore avenues that could save your life.
So the next thing, the next disclaimer is that I do not recommend that you go it alone on anything related to a disease or a diagnosis or whatever.
I suggest you work with a naturopathic or holistic physician who has gone beyond Western medicine, who isn't just a chemotherapy and surgery quack.
which is what most of the oncologists are, you should connect with someone who knows medicine and physiology, but also knows about nutritional healing, medicinal herbs, cancer prevention, vitamin D, healing foods, lifestyle changes, stress reduction, all of these other things that you can incorporate stress reduction, all of these other things that you can incorporate into your life to prevent cancer or even reverse Thank you.
And I can tell you, by the way, I have studied far more about nutrition than most doctors, especially doctors that have come out of medical school.
They know almost nothing about nutrition.
I actually wrote and built the entire science system called science.naturalnews.com that has indexed over 10 million published peer-reviewed scientific studies from the National Library of Medicine.
And I've used that extensively in my research for the last decade.
I can tell you that physicians know virtually nothing about nutritional cures.
But I'm going to quote from several authors, including a doctor here today in this special report.
I apologize if I'm talking quickly.
It's because I have a lot of information to get to you here, and I'm pretty excited about being able to share this with you.
Thank God for the First Amendment here in America.
If we did not have the Bill of Rights, you would not be hearing this at all.
So, where do we begin?
Well, the definition of cancer, let me make you aware of a couple of things.
The definition, much of what's going on in the cancer industry is an absolute scam and a hoax.
I just published a story recently on Natural News that is entitled, The Unbelievable Scam of the Cancer Industry Has Been Blown Wide Open.
$100 billion a year is being spent on toxic chemotherapy for many fake diagnoses.
And this quotes a National Cancer Institute article.
A panel of scientists who admitted in a published review in 2013, it was published in JAMA, that's the Journal of the American Medical Association, that over diagnosis of cancer is so widespread that tens of millions of people are being misdiagnosed with cancer when they really just have tissue abnormalities that are not malignant, that will not cause tumors, and that will not pose any risk of harm to the patient whatsoever.
In other words, People are going into cancer clinics and hospitals and the cancer doctors there who make money with kickbacks from the drug companies and the chemotherapy drugs.
They are scaring patients by telling them they have cancer when they don't.
All they really have is some kind of non-malignant tissue abnormality.
But because they can be scared by the oncologist with the word cancer, which just strikes fear into the hearts of everyone, well, everyone who isn't informed, anyway, well, because of that fear, patients often say yes immediately to chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, you name it.
And it turns out that in many cases, these therapies are causing them Extreme harm and even causing cancer.
So some patients had no cancer to begin with.
They go in, they get this quack diagnosis by an oncologist doctor who's getting kickbacks from the drug companies.
And then they undergo, the patient says, yeah, I'll undergo the chemotherapy.
They undergo the chemotherapy.
The number one side effect of chemotherapy is more cancer.
So then the patient has cancer.
And the doctor tells them, when that happens, well, your cancer came back, good thing we treated it, otherwise you would have been dead by now.
Right?
So it's complete quackery.
I mean, the tactics that the cancer industry uses are worse than used car salesmen.
I mean, it is, you know, prostitution is more honest than oncology as it is practiced today.
And this is right out of the National Cancer Institute admitting that many of these conditions are really not any kind of a risk to the patient.
That they could live with that abnormal tissue clump or whatever their whole life.
It wouldn't get any worse.
It's not going to kill them.
Nothing.
No problem at all.
So, the first thing to recognize is that when you are being told you have cancer, in many cases, it's not even true.
It's a complete fraud, total quackery.
Now, there's something else that I want to mention here, and this comes out of a book, one of my favorite books.
Let me get the official title here.
Foods That Fight Cancer.
Preventing Cancer Through Diet by Richard Belliveau and Dennis Gingras.

I don't know.
Difficult last name.
Anyway, in this book, written by, I believe they're both doctors, they talk about something very important that is almost never talked about in the cancer industry.
And that is that almost everyone has cancer tumors.
And when they die, autopsies are done for studies.
And in these studies, they found that 98% of people had small microtumors of cancer in their thyroid glands.
40% of the people had prostate tumors and 33% had breast tumors.
Well, guess what?
None of these tumors killed them.
They did not die from cancer.
In fact, almost everybody has micro tumors in their body right now.
But because of this overzealous mammography and detection, which is really a recruitment method for the cancer industry to make money off of chemotherapy, because of all the screening that's going on, they are alarming people over these small microtumors that really are not a big deal at all.
You can live your whole life with microtumors and you don't ever have cancer.
The cancer never gets out of control.
In fact, the whole mindset, the whole paradigm of cancer is completely wrong.
Cancer is not an infection like malaria.
It doesn't strike you.
It's not carried by It's not a viral infection.
Cancer is, in fact, cell division that grows out of control.
If you keep cell division under control, then cancer is never going to be a problem in your body, even though you have microtumors.
All of us do.
In fact, every single person listening to this right now has microtumors in their body that if you had a big enough microscope or a sensitive enough piece of equipment, Some cancer doctor would tell you, you have cancer.
We found a tumor.
Every one of us has some kind of a tumor.
Doesn't mean it's a problem.
People live their whole lives with organs filled with little micro tumors.
Not a problem.
It's called biology.
It's called being alive in this physical body.
It's in every mammal, by the way.
All mammals have microtumors in their bodies and their endocrine systems, and they die from other causes, not the cancer.
So don't let the cancer industry scare you into thinking that you're going to die if you don't undergo their chemotherapy.
Most likely, their chemotherapy is what's going to kill you.
More than anything else.
So don't let the oncologist terrorize you.
And really, oncologists should be called medical terrorists.
That is essentially what they are.
That's how they operate.
They use fear-based sales tactics to recruit people into getting treatment for conditions that are often a false diagnosis.
And this is borne out by the medical literature.
There's no debate on this.
There's only a cover-up.
They just don't want you to know that this is the case.

An opportunity for improvement.
And that scientific paper admits much of what I'm telling you here.
Of course, they don't call oncologists medical terrorists.
That's my label for them.
But they admit that many of the diagnoses are completely fake.
So then what can you do about it?
Well, that's what the rest of this special report is all about.
Let's go to a book by Dr.
Samuel Epstein called The Politics of Cancer Revisited.
And Sam Epstein, he's an amazing individual.
He has been researching the environmental or chemical causes of cancer for a very long time.
The industry has shut him down.
The cancer industry does not want you to know that chemicals cause cancer, period.
They want you to think that cancer is a genetic problem, Or it's a spontaneous disease that happens without cause.
Now think about how anti-scientific that idea is.
Think about the level of quackery and deception that's rooted in that big lie that cancer is spontaneous and it happens without cause.
If you understand anything about science, you know that science is founded on the idea of cause and effect.
Everything that happens has an underlying cause, right?
That's the basics of biology, physiology, physics, including astrophysics, chemistry.
Every realm of science is based on cause and effect.
Except in medicine, in the cancer industry, they claim that cancer has no cause But it's spontaneous.
In other words, cancer is magic, they think.
Cancer is like voodoo black magic, they say, or at least this is, they don't use those words, but this is what they believe, that cancer tumors appear like voodoo black magic in your body.
And the only way to solve this, you know, to counter this black magic is to use their black magic, which is chemotherapy.
So they're fighting your voodoo cancer tumor with their black magic chemotherapy.
And that's essentially what it comes down to.
Because they will not admit that cancer has a cause.
And the reason they won't admit that is because if you recognize there's a cause behind the cancer, then you can stop the cancer by stopping the cause.
And they absolutely don't.
Do not want the population to realize that they can prevent cancer by stopping its cause.
That would empower people to stop cancer and it would devastate the for-profit cancer industry which is counting on you having cancer so they can make money treating it.
Or even not having cancer so they can make money lying to you and then treating your non-tumor that they say is cancer.

Alright, so continuing with Samuel Epstein, in his book, The Politics of Cancer Revisited, he says there are four basic axioms of cancer causation.
And he lists those as follows.
Number one, cancer is caused by exposure to chemical or physical agents in the environment.
So we're talking about pesticides like glyphosate.
Well, that's an herbicide, actually.
Pesticides and herbicides, hormone disruptors like BPA, and also, of course, ionizing radiation, which is emitted by mammograms.
So mammography is actually, literally, a cause of breast cancer because it emits ionizing radiation, causes DNA mutations.
The second point here from Sam Epstein is that the more of a carcinogen that's present in the human environment, the greater is the chance of developing cancer from it.
Now, this, for those of us who are science lab people like myself, I'm the science lab director of an ICP-MS laboratory where we test for very, very low concentrations of heavy metals.
In fact, we do a lot of atomic spectrometry testing of many elements, including radioactive elements.
This makes sense that the greater the concentration, the greater the risk of cancer.
So the lower the concentration, obviously, the lower the risk.
And this is really intuitive, or should be, to everyone who understands cause and effect.
But again, this is not something that the cancer industry wants you to know.
This is also something that the agriculture giants like Monsanto and DuPont do not want you to know because they don't want you to think about the fact that you are eating cancer-causing herbicide every time you eat non-organic wheat products, for example, because they're dows with glyphosate, or that you're eating GMO toxins from or that you're eating GMO toxins from BT corn or genetically modified corn or Roundup-ready soybeans or what have you.
They don't want you to think about the fact that you are actually literally eating cancer-causing chemicals and that the more you eat, the higher your risk of cancer.
But it only makes sense once you understand that, hey, we live in a cause-and-effect universe and cancer tumors are not voodoo black magic that just magically spontaneously appear inside your body, which is what the cancer industry wants you to believe.
How insane is that, right?
They believe in voodoo.
Crazy.
Okay, point number three, Sam Epstein's book.
He says, even though the environmental carcinogens are the predominant causes of human cancer, cancer can be influenced by a variety of factors.
And he lists some of them.
They include genetic expression, endocrine systems, immunological factors, viral, biochemical, and possibly even psychological factors.
So basically what he's saying is that these other factors can potentiate the severity of the cancer risk, or let's say the magnitude of the cancer risk that is posed by environmental exposure to cancer-causing chemicals.
So what he's saying is that obviously it's not just a genetic thing.
One gene does not give you cancer.
The gene is either expressed or suppressed based on Endocrine system, immunological factors, and so on.
These other things he talks about, including psychological factors, which includes how much stress you have.
What kind of quality sleep are you getting?
What are your personal relationships like?
What is your job like?
What is your sex life like?
How much stress versus relaxation and rejuvenation are you getting in your life?
These will affect how toxic environmental toxins are to your system, and they can directly then potentiate or Or depotentiate, you might say, you know, upscale or downscale the risk of cancer that you are experiencing due to exposure to toxic environmental chemicals.
Now, point number four, and by the way, I'm summarizing this.
If you want to read the whole thing, get the book, The Politics of Cancer, Revisited by Samuel Epstein.
Number four, this is a very important point.
He says, there's no known method for measuring or predicting a safe level of exposure to any carcinogen below which cancer will not result in any individual or population group.
In other words, he's saying...
There is no safe, there's no scientific process to determine a safe level of exposure across a population For a chemical that causes cancer.
Now, the herbicide giants like Monsanto, which likes to call itself a seed company, but it actually sells toxic herbicides far more than it sells seeds.
Monsanto likes to say, and they pay off scientists and academics to say this too, they like to say that, oh, this is a safe level of glyphosate.
You can eat a safe amount and still be okay.
And it's funny how they want that, quote, safe amount to be a very high amount so that their product can be used on more and more crops.
But what Sam Epstein is stating here is that you really can't say that there's a safe level of a cancer-causing chemical across a population because at least one person is going to get cancer from that and surely many, many more.
Today, for example, we know now the World Health Organization has Declared that glyphosate, i.e.
Roundup herbicide, is a probable carcinogen, and it will very likely be added to the list of known carcinogens soon.
And California has announced its intention to add glyphosate to its list of known carcinogens as well, under Prop 65 there in the state of California.
Now, so...
I hope at this point, let me just review quickly, you understand that cancer The definition of cancer is very different from what you are told by the cancer industry.
You are lied to deliberately by the profiteers and the quacks that are called oncologists or cancer doctors who make money off of the false diagnosis by identifying tissue abnormalities that you might have and calling them cancer even when they're not.
Now, I'm not saying that every cancer diagnosis is false, by the way.
There are many that are problematic tumors that could kill you if you don't do something about them.
But what I am saying is that the cancer doctors also engage in widespread false diagnosis, and they do it deliberately because they make money from oncology.
Yes, they are unethical.
That's exactly what I'm saying.
They're unethical and they should not even be licensed to practice medicine.
But, you know, we have monopolistic state medical boards that are influenced and corrupted by drug money.
You know, what else is new, right?
Everything's corrupted in society.
The government's corrupted.
The medical schools are corrupted.
The mainstream media has been corrupted.
The universities totally taken over, corrupted by corporate money.
You know all that, right?
So that's not any new information to you.
I'm just asking you to think about these things that you know to be true.
And understand that if you go see a cancer doctor, he is not your friend.
He is a guy trying to make money off of you.
He wants to bill Medicare for poisoning you.
Or he wants to bill your insurance company or Obamacare or whatever.
His job is to convince you to sign the dotted line, get injected with his toxic chemicals so he can make money.
Period.
That's his job.
That's his take-home check.
So you should not ever trust what that one person is saying.
Always get a second opinion or a third opinion.
Talk to a naturopath.
Explore alternative treatments.
Even treatments that are not allowed in the United States, such as insulin-potentiated chemotherapy or intravenous vitamin C therapy.
Understand your options.
Get informed.
So...
Now that you understand, again, that that is cancer, remember how cancer is caused.
Cancer is the result of a cause, because we live in a cause and effect universe, and the typical cause of cancer is exposure to environmental toxins, which can be found in foods, like glyphosate in your food, or medicines, personal care products.
There are heavy metals in flu vaccines, for example.
There's still mercury in flu shots.
There's still lead in some certified organic superfoods.
I'm actually the guy who made that well-known in my lab and on the Dr.
Oz show.
I went on the show, I talked about lead in the rice protein from China.
I talked about lead in the ginkgo biloba herbs because it's very high in many of those herbs and so on.
So all of these things can contribute to cancer.
If you want to prevent cancer, you need to reduce your exposure to environmental chemicals.
But there's something else that you can do, and this is really the root of this special report.
There are anti-cancer foods and nutraceuticals that are better than chemotherapy.
They have plant-synthesized molecules, and I'm not going to call them drugs, even though the drug companies would call them that if they were isolated, but there are plant molecules that themselves are very, very powerful medicines.
And in this book, Foods That Fight Cancer, They list some of the physiological processes that these plant nutrients activate or pursue.
So I'm just going to list some of these for you so that you know that many of these foods, and I'll get to the foods here shortly, that these foods have anti-cancer effects in your body and on your cells.
So some of the processes that these foods and food nutrients are able to activate are as follows.
They can inhibit growth factor receptors.
They are inhibitors of inflammatory enzymes such as COX-2.
They inhibit tumoral invasion and metastasis, which means the expansion and growing of the tumor itself.
They inhibit transcription factors.
They inhibit resistance to chemotherapy medications, which means they can actually potentiate chemotherapy, which if chemotherapy doctors weren't complete quacks and actually knew anything about nutrition, they could use certain foods and nutrients together with low-dose chemotherapy to achieve higher chemotherapy toxicity targeted to cancer cells while simultaneously having lower chemotherapy toxicity to the body's healthy cells.
In other words, a good oncologist, if there is such a thing, it almost sounds like a contradiction, but if there were a good oncologist, and there are alternative medicine doctors that are good oncologists, they would combine microdosing of chemotherapy with nutrient-activated potentiation of the chemotherapy absorption in cancer tumors.
That would be actually a rational, reasonable way to approach destroying cancer tumors with the combination of certain chemotherapeutic agents and certain food or nutraceutical molecules from the plant world.
But again, modern medicine doesn't allow that.
Alright, continuing with our list, we have also a blood clotting inhibition.
Phytonutrients can be anti-estrogens, so they can block the estrogen activity that is caused by many estrogen mimickers in plastics and certain foods.
Food-based or plant-based nutrients also can have antibacterial action.
They are immune system modulators, which means that they help empower the immune system when it's needed, and yet they also help restrain the immune system if it is over-responding, for example, like in an autoimmune disorder.
So immune system modulation is very, very important, and plant medicine is very good at doing that, whereas pharmaceutical medicine is horrible at that.
They can inhibit cellular signal cascades.
They can enhance toxicity of chemotherapy toward cancer cells.
I discussed that previously.
They can inhibit For the biological scientists out there that they know what that means, I'm not familiar with the cytochrome P450. Nevertheless, you can look that up.

They also can activate toxin detoxification via Phase 2.
So, what we have here is, these are just some of the actions that happen in your body because of the phytochemicals that are found in fruits and vegetables and superfoods.
These phytochemicals are nature's medicine.
Now, think about this for a minute.
The FDA's ridiculous position, absolute quackery and lunacy, total deranged idiocy, is that, according to the FDA, there's no such thing as any food or superfood that has any effect whatsoever on human biology.
Because if they did have an effect, then they would be, quote, drugs.
And the FDA says foods are not drugs.
So therefore, they have no effect.
They cannot prevent, treat, or reverse any disease according to the FDA. So if you have scurvy and you're vitamin C deficient, And if you take vitamin C and the vitamin C cures the scurvy, which it does, the FDA would say that didn't happen because it can't happen because a nutrient cannot have any effect on treating, preventing, or curing any disease in the human body.
I know it's pretty ridiculous, but that is the FDA's official position.
So if you're suffering from rickets and you're vitamin D deficient, and that's what rickets is, is a disease of vitamin D deficiency, causes your bones to be all rubbery.
A lot of African American children today across the country are being born with rickets because their parents are so chronically vitamin D deficient that even the developing fetus doesn't get enough of the vitamin.
But if you are born with rickets and then you take vitamin D and then your bones start to gain structure and you're cured of rickets, the FDA would say that didn't happen.
Because vitamins can't cure diseases.
In fact, if you're dehydrated and you're suffering from chronic dehydration, which is a disease, according to modern medicine, and you drink water, and the water hydrates your body, thereby curing the dehydration, the FDA would say that did not happen either because water cannot treat or cure any disease, not even dehydration.
So you see how ridiculous the FDA is.
Just absolutely politicized, controlled, corrupted by the pharmaceutical industry to destroy all knowledge of food cures, cancer prevention through nutrients, diabetes prevention, healthy living, all of that.
They don't want you to know any of these things.
But if you actually look at these foods using laboratory instruments, which is one of the things that I do, then you find that they have amazing They have amazing phytonutrients or plant-based nutrients that prevent disease.
And some of them, as listed in this book, Foods That Fight Cancer, are as follows.
There are polyphenols, terpenes, sulfur compounds and sulfides, saponins, Flavonoids, phenolic acids, non-flavonoids, carotenoids, monoterpenes.
This one's tough.
What is this?
Dilyl sulfides, isothiocyanates, and triterpenoids, steroids, and then there are anthocyanidins.
Those are some of my favorite.
Flavones, flavanols, These are all classes of phytonutrients.
And as I was reading through this list, I was just thinking, you know, blueberries, broccoli, cruciferous vegetables, carrots, cinnamon, spirulina, whatever.
I was thinking about all the different foods and superfoods that contain these polyphenols.
You know, I'm thinking apple peels, organic apple peels.
You don't want to peel the apple and throw away the skin.
You want to eat the skin, you know, and that's where you get all these sulfur compounds.
I'm thinking garlic, you know, flavonoids.
I'm thinking, you know, colorful, fresh foods and juicing of fresh fruits and vegetables.
All of these things are found in the food and they're all anti-cancer.
Isn't that amazing?
And this is the information that the FDA absolutely does not want you to know.
The cancer industry surely doesn't want you to know this because, oh my God, if you prevented cancer, they would lose out on cashing in on poisoning your body with a cancer diagnosis.
They want you to get cancer so they can make money off of it.
How sick is that, right?
That's the sickness.
The tumor is the industry.
The industry is a cancer on humanity, right?
The cancer industry is a cancer on humanity because it wants cancer to spread so that cancer doctors and cancer hospitals and cancer drug companies and even these silly pink ribbon cancer nonprofits, they can all make money and gain power and wealth and influence by making sure that as many people get cancer as possible.
They do not want you to know that foods can prevent and help reverse cancer.
They do not want you to know that cancer has a cause and that that cause can be prevented or greatly reduced by taking some simple steps in your life to reduce exposure to environmental toxins and increase your intake of anti-cancer foods and nutrients.
They do not want you to know this!
They want you to be ignorant so they can keep you on their cancer plantation.
It's like you're the slave workers, the cotton pickers, who are not allowed to read like in the Old South in the U.S. history where they kept the slaves ignorant.
And so they would not ever learn enough to be able to read and escape the plantation and go off on their own and be free.
The cancer industry wants you to be their plantation cotton pickers.
So they can keep you, their financial slaves, their medical slaves, dependent on them.
So that you never have the knowledge to be able to free yourself from that medical enslavement.
And freedom comes from knowledge.
The knowledge to know how to prevent cancer.
The knowledge to know where cancer comes from.
The knowledge to know what foods at the grocery store are anti-cancer foods versus what foods at the grocery store are cancer-causing foods.
So let me get right into that right now so that we don't waste any more time.
Okay, what are the foods that cause cancer in the grocery store?
Well, number one, processed meats.
They contain the sodium nitrites and the nitrates, and they include bacon and sausage, and beef jerkies are some of the worst, the pepperonis and the frozen pepperoni pizza, the ham, the lunch meat, the ham in the soup, like the ham and potato soup, contains cancer-causing chemicals.
All these processed meats cause cancer.
They cause cancer from the sodium nitrate and these create, during digestion, nitrosamines.
Nitrosamines are cancer-causing agents that cause colorectal cancer, leukemia, and pancreatic cancer.
They can destroy pancreatic function and lead to type 2 diabetes.
And that's if they don't give you colon cancer first.
You can block the nitrosamine formation by consuming high-quality vitamin C at the same time that you eat processed meat.
So, if you're going to eat some processed meat, We're good to go.
Eat some blueberries, eat some cherries, eat some oranges, eat some lemons or limes.
If you're going to eat processed meat, know how to protect yourself by eating these other anti-cancer foods at the same time.
They will help block the cancer-causing toxicity of the meat.
Alright, so that's tip number one for you right there.
Something that the entire cancer industry will never tell you.
Your oncologist doesn't want you to know.
If you go out and eat processed meat, make sure you eat some fruit and some vegetables with it or bring some vitamin C with you so you can block the cancer-causing toxic chemicals derived from the processed meat.
Or, better yet, eat fresh meat.
Fresh meat that's not processed, that's not preserved.
Like meat, you know, from the fresh meat section of the grocery store.
Or buy organic meat, or grow your own meat, or barter with a rancher if you can.
Get some actual real meat if you're going to eat meat.
Make sure it doesn't give you cancer.
Now, what are the other things in the grocery store that cause cancer?
Well, hydrogenated oils, partially hydrogenated oils.
So these things include like that cheap powdered coffee creamer.
It's made with partially hydrogenated, genetically modified vegetable oil.
Or shortening, right?
Shortening that's used to make cookies and crackers and cake icing and things like that.
People buy shortening and they eat it by the bucket load.
When they go, they buy that fake margarine butter crap, which is all partially hydrogenated canola oil and soybean oil, both of which are genetically modified, both of which will cause cancer.
So people are eating all these hydrogenated oils and getting all these trans fatty acids in their system.
It's also causing coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, you know, circulatory problems big time.
You're getting cancer and heart disease.
And diabetes all at the same time.
It's like a hat trick of bad food.
Triple play right there.
The drug industry loves it.
They tell you to go out and eat margarine.
In fact, remember back in the 1980s when all the doctors said eggs were bad for you and butter was bad for you and real milk and cheese were bad for you?
You should be all eating this margarine, which is genetically modified hydrogenated vegetable oil crap that causes all these other diseases.
And now they're cashing in.
They're cashing in on the baby boomers who fell for that total fraud that was pushed in the 1980s and the 1990s.
Now we know it was all a complete scam.
We know margarine's bad for you.
We know trans fats are bad for you.
Even the FDA, after 20 years of denials and cover-ups, has finally admitted that they're going to ban trans fats from the U.S. food supply.
Did you know that?
Finally, after 20 years of covering it up, they're going to ban it because it's so toxic to human biology.
And yet you're out there probably still eating it if you're eating margarine and shortening and processed food.
You're probably still eating a lot of that crap without even knowing it.
So those are some of the big things that cause cancer.
Now in the final section of this special report here, I'm going to go over the foods that are anti-cancer.
These are the ones mentioned in the book, foods that fight cancer.

So here are the foods mentioned in the book, Foods That Fight Cancer.
And I have some comments on some of these.
I actually think a couple of these, there could be better choices.
But I'm going to give you their list first and then I'll give you my comments.
So here they are.
Number one, the cabbage family.
Cabbage plants kill tumors.
So we're talking about cabbage, obviously, but also Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, any of these cruciferous family or cabbage family of vegetables.
And this whole family...
It's great for not only eating cooked, but also juicing raw.
And if you juice them raw, you're getting these raw nutrients that are even more powerful than they are after being cooked.
In fact, cooking destroys many of the very fragile phytonutrients or nutraceuticals that these plants contain.
So if you expose them to high heat, you kind of destroy the medicine.
So a lot of these you want to get raw.
Some of these you actually want to chew, like cabbage, broccoli, both.
They release nutrients when you chew them.
So it's important to chew them well.
And eat consciously.
You've ever heard of the slow food movement?
There's something to that.
Because if you chew your food slowly and you're not just gulping it down, you're actually releasing more medicine that's going to prevent more cancer.
Or I should say, that's going to more strongly prevent cancer.
So get this book, Foods That Fight Cancer, and you can learn more about the entire cabbage family.
Now the next category is garlic and onions.
Oh, this is a good category.
Garlic is so powerful as an anti-cancer food.
It's probably the single most amazing healing food ever discovered on the planet.
Garlic has, I think, 12 or 13 different sulfur compounds in it.
These sulfur compounds are very powerful.
It's important for your body's cellular cycle of detoxification.
In fact, if you aren't getting a source of sulfur in your diet, you're not detoxifying properly.
So through garlic, you can get sulfur.
You can also get it through eating egg yolks, by the way, which again, back in the 1980s, all the brain-dead quacks and doctors said you shouldn't eat eggs because they have cholesterol.
Give me a break.
You need cholesterol.
You need cholesterol to manufacture hormones.
Cholesterol is not the enemy.
The enemy is fake foods, factory manufactured foods, trans fatty acids, you know, hydrogenated oils, all those things.
So get some sulfur into your diet, and garlic is a great way to do that.
Onions as well.
There are so many amazing phytonutrients in onions that are anti-cancer.
And at the same time, by the way, these two foods, garlic and onions, also help greatly enhance cardiovascular health.
They can also help prevent infections, boost immune function.
And they have so many amazing functions, not only internally but also externally.
Garlic can be used externally as a part of a poultice.
There are so many uses for these foods.
I love this category of garlic and onions.
And sometimes I'm just almost drooling thinking about this.
You can just bake garlic cloves and just eat them baked.
Really amazing.
Or have a little bit of raw garlic in a raw smoothie.
Have you ever done a pine nut nacho cheese recipe from the raw vegan world?
You can throw some garlic into that and some pine nuts and some organic miso, believe it or not.
A couple other ingredients.
You can make this amazing...
turmeric, obviously, is one of the key ingredients.
You can make an amazing pine nut cheese, kind of a cheese, sort of tastes and looks like cheese, and it's so anti-cancer, it will blow your mind.
It's also super filling!
You can't even finish one sandwich made like a grilled cheese sandwich made with this pine nut cheese.
You can't even finish the sandwich.
You get full.
It's weird.
Pine nuts just fill you up like crazy.
They actually contain an acid called, if I remember correctly, pinealine acid that functions as an appetite suppressant.
That's why you can't eat the whole sandwich.
All right, next category, I sort of mentioned this, is actually soy.
This is in the book, Foods That Fight Cancer.
Now, it's not my choice.
I wouldn't say go out and eat soy to prevent cancer, but there are some phytonutrients, I think some, I think they're called what, genistines, that have anti-cancer properties.
My problem with soy is that it's usually genetically modified.
So obviously if you do eat soy, you want it to be certified organic.
But secondly, there are environmental costs associated with soy production.
Deforestation in particular in Brazil and in and around the Amazon rainforests, That's used for soy production.
Personally, I have some issues with the lack of sustainability in soy production.
There are a number of reasons to avoid certain foods.
I'm not a fan of soy, but if you want to eat soy, well, get fermented soy.
Miso is a type of fermented soy.
Natto is a Japanese superfood that's also a fermented soy.
There's some other forms of fermented soy, and that would be the way to go if you're going to eat soy at all.
All right, the next item from the book is turmeric.
And turmeric, of course, is a spice, an Indian root, typically.
It's bright orange, very, very strong, very potent and pungent.
And turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties when consumed as a spice.
The curries, of course, use a lot of turmeric.
And curries are great because they're so medicinal.
They have many of these medicinal bitters in them from all the different spices, the turmeric and the cumin, and I don't know what else is in it.
Sometimes paprika, different things.
Curries are really, really medicinal when they're real, when they're made from fresh spices.
So I strongly encourage you to eat turmeric and use it in your cuisine.
And by the way, if you talk about turmeric, there are really two appropriate ways to pronounce it.
One is turmeric, as I'm doing, and the other is turmeric.
But you cannot say turmeric.
It is not a tumor root.
It's not turmeric.
There's an R in there.
It's turmeric.
As I say, turmeric.
It's just easier to pronounce that way.
But some people actually, they think of it as a way to remember.
They say turmeric because they know that it helps prevent tumors.
So I've heard people use that as kind of a mnemonic little memory term.
I don't know, tip or whatever.
But the correct pronunciation is, in my opinion, turmeric.
Not that I've pronounced everything correctly.
Some of these phytochemical categories, I don't know exactly how to pronounce them.
I don't do a lot of speaking about those nutrients.
I write them and I read them, but sometimes I don't know how to pronounce them either.
Alright, the next item in the list is green tea.
And green tea truly, truly has amazing anti-cancer properties.
And if you're going to get green tea, the variety to get is matcha green tea, which has, by the way, as many as 10 times The concentration of the anti-cancer nutrients as just regular green tea.
So check out matcha green tea.
The thing to watch out for on green tea, and I know this because, again, I'm the science lab director in the ICP-MS laboratory and I've tested a lot of teas.
Teas tend to be high in heavy metals.
And green tea in particular tends to attract two things, lead and fluoride.
And the lead levels can be concerning depending on the source of the green tea.
They can be one part per million or higher, but the fluoride can really be off the charts.
Now, I don't yet know what the concentration of fluoride is in popular off-the-shelf green teas because I'm just now getting the ion chromatograph instrument up and running, which can detect all of the halogens of the table of elements, the fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, and so on.
I'll be testing more green teas for fluoride contamination once that instrument is up and running.
That will be interesting, and I'm really looking forward to it.
I've also heard that the ion chromatograph is a lot easier to use than the ICP-MS, which I've been using for heavy metals.
The ICP-MS is a real bear.
You've got to be an expert technician to make that thing work the way you want it to work.
It is not a simple instrument to run, believe me.
Anyway, going on to the next food group is berries.
This is probably my second favorite group after garlic and onions.
But berries are always anti-cancer.
And it's the color, it's the pigments that have this amazing medicine in them.
And blueberries are my favorite.
And the good rule of thumb here is that the smaller the berry, the more potent the medicine.
So you don't want big berries or big fruits that are real sugary and don't have any color, like seedless green grapes.
Really not that useful as an anti-cancer food.
You'd be better off with a red grape or a dark grape, a black grape, a purple grape.
Or better yet, something with smaller berries like aronia berries that are grown in North America or acai berries from South America.
If you can get real acai and not get scammed by all these fake acai companies selling fake berries.
Oh man, everybody's trying to fake something out there.
It's crazy.
Next category is omega-3s.
It's a fat that's good for you.
Yeah, omega-3s, you probably heard all about omega-3s.
You know that they're great for your cardiovascular health, for blood sugar stabilization, for diabetes prevention, for cognitive function boosting and protective effects.
Omega-3s actually have neuroprotective effects.
So I'm not going to go into all the details on omega-3s, just get more of them.
You can get them from chia seeds, you can get them from flax seeds, obviously from certain types of fish, but you've got to watch out for heavy metals in the fish.
I prefer to go for plant-based omega-3s wherever possible, and the best source of that is the Sacha Inchi nut from the Amazon rainforest, which is one reason why we shouldn't be growing so much damn soy down there in the rainforest.
We should be growing Sacha Inchi nuts so we can have some plant-based omega-3s, in my opinion.
Alright, I'm moving along.
We're about out of time here.
Tomatoes, they're anti-cancer, especially for men.
They're protective of the prostate.
Citrus fruits, they are super anti-cancer, and you want the white part inside the peel, the white part that is very bitter.
That is the anti-cancer part of the citrus fruit.
That's the best part.
Make sure you eat that.
Also, if you juice pomegranates, make sure you include that pulp, the yellow-slash-white rind pulp in the juicer so you get some of that medicine too.
Red wine is on the list in this book as another anti-cancer nutrient because, or a food source, because of the resveratrol, which also has cardiovascular benefits.
And then finally, chocolate is listed in this book.
Now, of course, don't go out and buy cheap candy chocolate.
Get real cacao and watch out for heavy metals in cacao.
Cadmium is the one to look out for in cacao.
It's usually not a lead problem.
It's usually a cadmium problem, and cadmium can worsen So that's the list.
