We've got a couple of panels behind us here where we're going to be showing some interesting things.
We've got a place here decked out thanks to our Brazilian friend, Sebastian, who put the lights up.
He put the mics in place.
I went out and got this desk, actually.
This is a recycled desk from downtown Austin.
And I hauled it out of there myself.
It's a big, heavy desk.
You'll see it when we have guests here.
We've got a spot for guests to come in.
And we're going to have guests here, including Dr.
Edward Group from the Global Healing Center.
We're going to have Jonathan Lansman and Helene in here for some interviews in the next few weeks.
And a lot of really interesting people are going to be joining us here right in this studio, the new Natural News video studio.
So, you're seeing it for the very first time.
This is the first thing we're ever filming here.
Now we've got a laptop here and a screen behind me so I can actually bring up different things on the screen and show you different videos.
And different people, different pictures, things, whatever's going on that we want to talk about.
So it's really exciting to be able to have this in place.
And I want to give a shout out to InfoWars and Alex Jones and the Alex Jones team.
Especially Rob and some of the others there who gave us some tips on how to set this up.
In fact, this studio is modeled after the InfoWars studio.

In any case, we've got a lot to bring you here, and I wanted to give you a bit of a preview about 2012 and some of the successes that we've had here at Natural News in 2011.

But it takes money to do this.
Unfortunately, no one just shows up and says, here's a million dollars.
Go out and fight for health freedom.
Instead, we have to just scratch for every little scrap of money, pennies and dollars, in order to pull these things together.
And some of this is actually done on a ghetto budget.
You wouldn't even believe me if I showed you some of what's behind the camera and around the room.

They did it that cheaply?
It doesn't matter.
The important thing is to be able to bring you this information, the information that matters.

That means we are the 1118th most popular website in America.
And that's a very high ranking to anybody who follows this information.
Also, from Google Analytics that has been tracking our traffic as they track everything.
They track you, too.
But they tell us that we now have achieved 3.2 million unique visitors a month.
Yeah, that's over 3 million people a month at ReadingNationalNews.com.
And that doesn't even count the other websites that we have like naturalnews.tv or the Consumer Wellness Center or the CounterThink Cartoons or webseed.com or all of these others.
AlternativeNews.com is another thing that we launched this year.
So we've got literally millions of people who are viewing this information and reading it every month.
And I want to thank you for supporting us so that we can get to that level.
And I consider it a very important task that we have at hand here.
You know, we are not here just for profit.
You know, we've been offered millions of dollars to sell out and sell it to corporations.
One potential buyer actually wanted to buy our website and use it to run diabetes ads or ads for diabetes equipment.
Monitors and, what do they call them, the sugars, the test strips, insulin and so on.
You know, diabetic supplies.
I'm like, no way, are you kidding me?
Forget it, you know.
Get out of here.
People want to buy us and then use it to promote pharmaceuticals.
So we're not about the money because we can take that money and walk away and have millions of dollars.
That's not what we're about.
We are here to bring you information.
We are here to fight for your health freedom, to fight for your freedom of choice about raw milk, for example, to be free from the mandatory vaccination requirements.
To get the fluoride out of the water supplies across the United States.
To fight against aspartame and MSG and genetically modified foods.
We've got to get those out of our food supply, out of our lives, out of our environment, in order to restore health and have abundance and have good cognitive function.
And just be healthy people that can give rise to future generations of healthy people.
And that's what we are all about.
And so this new studio is just part of that.
The successes online with the Alexa ratings and all the traffic we're getting, that's just part of that equation.
And I've got to thank you once again for every time that you send out a tweet about natural news, every time you share an article on Facebook, every time you send out an email, you help support our mission.
And that's crucial.
We couldn't do it without your support.
And fortunately, we never have to ask you for money.
We don't do fundraising here.
We've been blessed with enough support through our Natural News store and through our sponsors that we don't have to resort to fundraising.
There's nothing wrong with fundraising.
And other news organizations need it, and they put that money to good use.
But here at Natural News, we've never had to do that.
And I feel very blessed that we haven't had to do that.

But the reason you haven't seen as many of my articles as before is because I've been busy setting up this.
Well, Sebastian did most of the work actually, but I did a lot of the organization work to get it going here.
And to get this facility up and running.
And you know, there's a lot of things.
There's a lot of things behind the scenes that you don't see necessary to run Natural News.
So that takes time.
And that's where some of my time goes.
But the important thing is that we're able to keep bringing you these important stories.
Now, in terms of top stories of 2011, well, achievements also and breakthroughs, I've got to give a big shout out to my friend Robert Scott Bell.
And his radio show, which you'll hear at robertscottbell.com, launched a year ago.
And in the one year that he's now been on naturalnewsradio.com, he has attracted an audience of now 300,000 listeners a month.
Yeah, 300,000.
Now, okay, compared to somebody like Alex Jones, who's got millions of listeners a day, 300,000 doesn't sound that big.
But these are direct listeners online.
So each of those 300,000 listeners is streaming that audio online.
And it's a great rise of listenership that's interested in the incredible information that Robert Scott Bell is putting out there.
So kudos to Robert for that.
Also, Patrick Temponi joined us in 2011, and his radio show is doing great as well, and he puts out a lot of really fantastic information as well.
So you can catch that every weekday morning on naturalnewsradio.com.
Alright, also in the last year we had huge success with naturalnews.tv, which has now achieved over a million video views a month sustained.
So every month a million people watch these videos on naturalnews.tv.
We have videos on everything from little documentaries to how-to videos, recipe videos, commentary from people, videos of protests.
A lot of videos are on naturalnews.tv that are banned on other websites.
See, we won't ban them.
Because we want that alternative information.
We want health freedom information.

Just as a side note, a little behind-the-scenes note.
NaturalNews.TV is still not breaking even.
That site is losing us money every single month just because of the incredible bandwidth cost associated with it.
It is not a profitable model, but it's something that we actually have to subsidize from the other sponsorship money that we get in and the other Natural News store sales that we get in.
It subsidizes.TV and it keeps those videos going out there, which we think is really, really important.
Now, one of the most popular videos we've ever done, in fact, I think the most popular video is the Blueberry Deception, where I went out and I investigated these products that claim to have blueberries in them because they have pictures of blueberries on their boxes and in their marketing materials on their websites.
But if you look at their ingredients, they have no blueberries in them.
They are blueberry-free.
It's like, no, instead of blueberries, they have bits of what?
High-fructose corn syrup.
Partially hydrogenated oils.
Artificial food colors derived from petrochemicals.
Nasty stuff.
Anyway, we put together this video called the Blueberry Deception.
To date it has over 1.8 million views.
Just on our website, naturalnews.tv.
That doesn't even count the views that it has on YouTube as well.
We also released the Pharma Burger video and the General Mills Mind Games video which was a really funny skit that we did about General Mills where we played the part of this fictitious character, this old dude that calls General Mills and he's asking about total blueberry pomegranate cereal and he's asking why doesn't it have blueberries and pomegranates in it?
Also then, we did another video called The Vitamin Water Deception.
Now that one's still gaining traction, so it doesn't have a huge number of views yet, but it's out there on this website, foodinvestigations.com.
And these are all videos that we produce in-house, and in fact, Sebastian is going to help us produce more of these videos, more food investigations, oh yeah!
You food companies out there, if you're lying on your labels, you're going to get targeted right here on naturalnews.com and the Health Ranger Report because we're going to expose you.
You know what?
If you're tricking people with your food labels, we are going to expose you.
Get that through your heads, alright?
You can't fool everybody.
You know, some of these food companies, they think they can just get away with lying on their labels.
They think consumers are idiots.
Sometimes they're right, but most of the time they're going to get caught and we're going to catch them and expose them right here on naturalnews.com.
That is what we do.
That's one of the success stories.
So that's how we function as a consumer health advocate and a grocery advocate.
We actually troll the grocery stores reading labels and looking for deception.
And then we buy those products.
It was funny actually one day I was buying all this infant formula because the infant formula is the nastiest stuff.
It is made with milk proteins and corn syrup.
There's one product that's 42.6% corn syrup solids.
They feed to babies.
And then it has milk protein and a bunch of synthetic vitamin chemicals that aren't even real vitamins.
Well anyway, one day I was buying these at a store and I had these in my shopping cart and I was going through the checkout lane and a woman came up and she recognized me.
She's like, aren't you the health ranger?
I'm like, yeah, yeah, natural news.
She says, I'm a big fan.
And then she looks at my cart.
What are you doing buying infant formula?
And then I'd explain to her, this is part of an investigation, alright?
Trust me, I'm not eating this and I don't have a baby.
This is for an investigation.
So if you ever see me buying anything really strange in the grocery store, you know, like a frozen pizza, trust me, I'm not eating that frozen pizza.
That is for investigation purposes only.
How's that?
That's a convenient excuse, isn't it?
If you ever want to buy a dozen donuts with orange sprinkles on top, Which I never do, of course.

Anyway, moving on.
Let's see what else we have here.
We did a lot this year.
We launched the Webseed.com empowerment platform as well.
This is a really cool website.
Webseed.com is the URL. And here we've been releasing a number of downloadable video and audio courses, including a stop smoking course, including a course on survival and preparedness that I filmed with Daniel Vitalis from Surthrival.com.
I did another course with Robert Scott Bell on financial preparedness and then we did one on food preparedness and those have been extremely popular especially with a lot of people concerned about economic collapse or the possibility of war breaking out or whatever people think about 2012,
you know, in the Mayan calendar, which I'm going to tell you, you know what, the Mayan calendar, believe me, nothing is going to happen, okay, on December 21st, 2012, other than a bunch of people maybe creating their own outcomes.
Alright, the universe isn't ending on that day.
The Mayans, you know, the Mayans, they had all kinds of crazy beliefs, by the way, and they were part of that entire, that cultural history throughout Mexico, Central America, and South America, which was the Aztecs, the Maya, the Inca, and they were all into murdering their own children, and sacrificing their own people.
They weren't totally connected with the universe.
No, they would let the blood out of babies to pray to their Gods.
They would sacrifice animals all the time.
I visited these places.
I toured Machu Picchu in Peru.
I've been through Ecuador.
I've been through Central America.
I've been to some of the ruins in Mexico.
These people were not gods.
They were just an early civilization with some interesting beliefs.
Don't put all your faith in them.
They didn't have a crystal ball.
They can't read the future.
Believe me.
We're going to be here a year from now, right here, probably in the same studio, shooting some film talking about why the Maya calendar prophecies did not come true.
And what do you know?
Here we are, still dealing with freedom issues and still dealing with the FDA and trying to get our raw milk without getting busted by the cops and things like that.
So anyway...
How did I get off track on that one?
Sorry about that.
The fluoride deception video, we released that earlier in the year, and that had a lot of big views, a lot of impacts.
Throughout 2011, 37 cities in the United States decided to remove fluoride from their water supplies.
Now, there's an even greater number of small towns that remove fluoride from their water supplies.
Now, that success of removing fluoride from major cities in the U.S., that success is due to your support.
That's due to you oftentimes reading our articles on natural news and then sending emails and calling your local city council members and calling your congress people.
And basically just getting on the phone and harassing these bureaucrats and saying, get this stuff out of our water supply.
And you did a great job.
Good for you.
Good job.
37 cities, gone.
And now one city in Florida, I think, is talking about, well, the fluoride's gone.
We're going to have a mobile fluoride van to bring fluoride to those underprivileged families who can't afford their own fluoride.
Really?
It's like, let's poison the poor.
Is that really what they're into?
So they're going to have mobile fluoride vans driving around?
Why don't they just have, like, mobile terror wagons?
How about little mobile ICBMs that contain chemotherapy instead of nuclear weapons?
They could launch them on a city or a neighborhood.
You know, mobile weapons with fluoride in them.
It's like a chemical weapon, you know?
Hey, look, if you got a vial of fluoride and dumped it in the water supply, you could be prosecuted under the Patriot Act.
Because it's an EPA-regulated substance.
It's a toxic chemical.
That would be called a chemical weapon of mass destruction, believe me.
You could be prosecuted under the Patriot Act if you put fluoride in the water.
But when the city does it, oh, guess what?
Suddenly, it's all okay.
It's all legal.
Why don't they just, I don't know, take people out on the street and shoot them in the back of the head because it's the same thing except just a little faster.
Fluoride is a slow kill.
Bullets are fast kills.
And it's wrong, I say, to kill people in either case.
But cities get away with it, and that's why we did this video, The Fluoride Deception, to try to expose that scam.

Julie Bass is free today.
Yep, yep, the city wanted to throw her in jail for growing tomatoes and cucumbers and, oh my God, teaching her children how to grow tomatoes and put the seeds in the ground and watch the plants grow up and fertilize them with compost and harvest them and slice the tomatoes and eat their own tomato sandwiches.
But anyway, Julie Bass is a free woman today, and she thanked us.
She said it would not have been possible without our coverage.
So, I mean, we thank her for her courage, for being willing to stand up.
And we also put out a funny video about one of the bureaucratic tyrants in, what was that, Oak Park, Michigan?
Yeah, Oak Park.
We put out a funny video about that guy.
They got a lot of laughs.
You know, it was a good outcome for Julie Bass.
Now, in terms of other great stories, we'll move on to here.
Yeah, Detroit mother Marianne Godboldo is also free today thanks to activism.
Yes, indeed.
This African-American woman whose child was targeted for psychiatric drugging, she said, no, I'm not going to let you drug up my child with these drugs.
And when the police came to actually kidnap her child, she allegedly, according to the cops, from inside her house, fired a warning shot.
And then the cops called the SWAT team.
And then there was a 12-hour SWAT team standoff, and the state kidnapped her child, all because she didn't want to have her child on psychiatric drugs.
That's how crazy the state is today.
So they tried to prosecute her for multiple felony crimes.
We're talking about, I don't know, it might have been 20, 30, 40 years in prison if she had been convicted on all these charges.
So we raised a big stink about it.
And many others did too.
We gave out a website and we talked to Marianne and we were in touch with her and her attorney.
We wrote story after story about her and we encouraged you to take action and you did.
And it was effective.
In fact, this just happened last week.
All the charges were dropped and the appeals court said that all those charges should remain dropped.
You see what we're doing here?
You see the pattern?
Everywhere that we have scrutiny, focused on these tyrants and these bureaucrats and these total criminals in government, everywhere that there's scrutiny, they back off.
They back off, and we win, and Liberty wins.
And women like Marianne Godboldo, they win too.
And Julie Bass, she won, and her family wins.
And then, of course, we covered the Rossum food raid story.
Gave a lot of coverage of that story.
With James Stewart and all the others involved there.
And that story was a big story that...
I mean, we had another major impact with that.
Spreading the word all across the country.
People realizing that your government is sometimes at war with you.
All these people want to do is buy raw milk.
Just milk from a cow.
It's not pasteurized.
They know that.
It's no big deal.
It's safer than most of the stuff you buy at fast food anyway.
I mean, it's probably safer than pasteurized homogenized milk, which is artificially modified.
And actually, when you pasteurize milk, you kill the digestive elements in it, the enzymes that reduce the allergic reaction to milk.
So it's the unpasteurized milk that's healthy for you, and that's exactly the stuff that the state of California, in particular, doesn't want you to buy or drink.
And we expose the story of the FDA running undercover agents and infiltrators and spies, an actual spy ring, to infiltrate the Rawson Foods Buyer's Club with secret spy cameras.
And yeah, they're running a spy ring.
They think they're KGB or something.
And they went in there and then they had an armed raid and they took away all the watermelons and all the cheese and all this, you know, I guess they now consider food to be weapons of mass destruction.
Terror weapons.
That's right, raw milk.
You never know.
Terrorists could use that against you to launch, I don't know, like a creamy milk catapult of some kind.
I don't know.
It's all pretty crazy.
But anyway, we fought against that, and with your help, we achieved some level of victory, although it's not completely over yet.
In fact, the state of California then went after Mark McAfee from Organic Pastures, the largest raw dairy producer in California, and they gave him a punitive quarantine of his products.
In what I called in an article an act of...
Economic sabotage.
Yes, the state of California blamed his company for five infections of children who got infected with E. coli.
They blamed his company and made them shut down for at least 30 days.
And then when the tests were conducted, it turns out that organic pastures raw milk was completely clean.
No E. Coli in it.
The whole thing was a fabrication.
The whole thing was a setup by a bunch of criminal tyrants in California who were trying to punish Mark McAfee for speaking out against them on the Rawson food raids.
Interesting how that works, huh?
See, if you don't play along with Big Brother in your state, they'll just target you for economic sabotage.
They'll just sabotage your whole business.
They'll drive you out of business.
They'll set you up.
They'll frame you.
They'll do anything to try to destroy your business if you don't go along with the just incredible oppression and censorship of the state.
So anyway, we covered that story in a big way all year long here at Natural News and we contributed in a significant way to the dialogue out there, to the discussions about freedom.
And do we have the freedom to eat what we want to eat?
Do we have the freedom to transport milk across state lines?
In fact, we also covered the Raw Milk Freedom Riders.
That was a big event and Robert Scott Bell was an embedded reporter in that event.
And he covered all these women who told the FDA, we're going to violate your regulations, we're going to buy milk.
And then we're going to transport it across state lines in a caravan of minivans.
And then we're going to eat milk and cookies right in front of the FDA headquarters.
And they did.
They did all of that.
They violated the FDA's laws and regulations openly, in their faces.
And the FDA did nothing.
They did nothing, which shows you how weak they really are, which shows you that they have no moral foundation, they have no ethical basis, they have no principles, they really have no power over us unless you give it to them.
They are tyrants, they are criminals, they are crooks, and they are the FDA. They run spy rings of basically a bunch of big government Nazi sellouts, just criminal minded little people who run around infiltrating farmers markets and raw milk dairies and catching people in the crime of smuggling a jug of milk across state lines as if you were some kind of a heroin smuggler.
And speaking of heroin, we also covered this year on Natural News that it's the U.S. military that's growing the heroin in Afghanistan.
Yes, indeed.
Openly admitted.
Now, it was a conspiracy theory.
Now it's a conspiracy fact.
Openly admitted.
In fact, Geraldo Rivera interviewed the guys right on Fox News and had a big video about it.
And the troops were sitting there saying, yeah, we're growing the opium.
We're protecting the opium fields.
We're providing the fertilizer.
We're helping with the harvest and we're transporting it out.
And then when it gets to America, then all of a sudden it's illegal and everybody gets arrested for their heroin.
So why are the U.S. troops growing these drugs?
Because the drug war is a total fraud.
Complete con artist situation.
Total scam.
It's the government that's shipping in the drugs, as you will learn if you watch Alex Jones on Infowars, who covers this in a lot more detail.
That's not really our focus, but we had to cover that story because it was such a shock.
You know, people were saying, oh, we've got to catch all the drug criminals.
We've got to catch those marijuana heads over there and all the cocaine importers and all the heroin importers.
It turns out it's the government.
They're the ones growing the stuff.
They're the ones bringing it in.
They're the ones selling it.
And the only people who get arrested are those gangs that don't work for the government.
You see how that works?
The government is the gang.
Anyway, I don't want to get too far into that.
I'm trying to focus on our success stories for 2011, but, you know, part of the success is waking people up to this reality.
You know, a year ago, if you had told people that, okay, the government grows drugs, The government imports the drugs.
The government runs guns into Mexico and actually arms the Mexican drug gangs with illegal firearms, including.50 caliber sniper rifles and fully automatic weapons.
That's Operation Fast and Furious.
You know, a year ago, a lot of people would have said, no way!
You're making that up.
You're out of your mind.
It's crazy.
A bunch of conspiracy theory, you know, tinfoil hat wearing nuts.
Now those same people are saying, oh my god, you were right.
You're totally right!
It's now openly admitted.
I saw that on Fox News, or I saw it on ABC News, or I read it in Wikipedia, whatever.
It's all fully documented now.
Eric Holder lied to Congress about Operation Fast and Furious.
They had to come out and admit the government was running the guns into Mexico.
And now it comes out that the DEA is laundering money, drug money, out of Mexico through U.S. banking giants.
So it's like these people who don't understand reality and they just deny everything.
Ah, you're a conspiracy theorist.
No.
Turns out that they're getting educated now.
Thanks to sites like Natural News and, of course, others like Infowars.com.
Oh, also check out AlternativeNews.com where we round up the headlines each and every day for you.
That's been a pretty popular site this year.
It's growing.
But the point is, you know, people are waking up.
People are waking up in a big way.
We covered the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, and it has a section 1031 which talks about the so-called indefinite detainment of American citizens.
And yes, it's confirmed.
This does apply to American citizens.
This was confirmed by Senators on the Senate floor, on the record, recorded on video in testimony.
This would allow the military to come in and arrest Americans only under suspicion of being, what's the word they used?
Associating with a known terrorist organization.
So they don't even need any evidence.
They can just say, ah, we think you might be sending emails to Al-Qaeda.
And with that alone, with no evidence, with no trial, with no legal representation, they can kidnap you, they can take you to Guantanamo Bay, they can torture you, they can interrogate you, they can murder you, they can disappear you, and you have no due process anymore.
No free speech right.
You have no Fifth Amendment right.
You have no right to representation.
You have no right to an attorney.
You don't even have a right to face your accusers.
You don't even have a right to know if you've been charged with anything.
That's how bad it is.
This is happening in America today, and it looks like Obama is going to sign this.
The Senate passed it, and the House passed it.
And now a lot of people out there who used to say, well, you, Health Range on Natural News, I don't believe everything you're writing.
It seems a little bit out there.
Now they're saying, oh my god, you were right.
Again, you were right.
This NDAA Act, this is total military dictatorship.
This is a total tyrannical takeover of America if it's signed into law.
But why did 93 senators pass the bill?
They voted for it.
I don't remember how many House members voted for it, but it was a very large number, obviously a majority.
Why did they vote for it?
Why does Newt Gingrich say we need to scale up the war on drugs?
Gee, because the current war is working so well.
I mean, come on.
44% of Americans have tried marijuana.
Does Newt Gingrich really think that 44% of the American people should be in prison?
Is that his idea of upping the ante on the war on drugs?
Give me a break.
This guy's a total globalist tyrant.
He's got no business telling anybody what to do.
He says we should go out and arrest federal judges if they make decisions that he doesn't agree with if he's president.
Just arrest them.
Oh, forget the judicial branch of government.
Just, yeah, mark that off the wall.
You know where it says legislative, judicial, and executive?
Ah, we don't need a judicial.
Ah, whatever.
Just arrest them.
Throw them in jail.
Who cares about, you know, the balance of power?
That's Newt Gingrich.
Of course, the real candidate that you want to support is Ron Paul.
And he's the big story of 2011.
Ron Paul rising and gaining popularity.
And we covered him on Natural News over and over and over again, giving him support.
And why?
Not because we're aligned with any particular political party.
Because we aren't.
Okay?
We're not.
I mean, half our readers are Democrats.
The other half are Republicans.
Well, actually, quite a few are libertarians and independents and just political agnostics.
But, you know, we have people from all over the place in terms of political affiliation.
I mean, we agree with legalizing medical marijuana.
We agree with growing hemp legally in America.
We agree with health freedom and having herbs to be free to describe their health benefits.
We also agree with balancing the budget.
So we agree with some of the progressive ideas and some of the so-called conservative ideas, but if you get down to it, we agree with Ron Paul.
Right?
Ron Paul is the guy who can help us solve these issues by getting us back to honest money, getting the Federal Reserve out of our lives and out of our country, getting the money supply back into the hands of the people where it belongs with Congress, And restoring actual free speech liberties in America, especially about nutritional supplements.
Remember, it's Ron Paul who sponsored the Health Freedom Protection Act.
In fact, he keeps trying to introduce that year after year in the House and they keep shooting him down, so to speak, because they don't want that bill to get out there.
But we support Ron Paul.
And normally we don't support any candidate.
Normally I don't even vote, because I don't even bother to vote for all these crooks and criminals who are running for office at the local or state or federal level.
They're all crooks, except for just a small number of people.
And you know, I mean, on the progressive side, I like Kucinich and some of his ideas.
I don't agree with all his policies, but I like the fact that he's willing to speak out and challenge the status quo.
And I agree with Ron Paul, because he is the anti-status quo candidate.
So we will continue to cover him throughout 2012, and he deserves your consideration for support, I'm telling you.
This is the only guy that's running for office not for the reason of gaining personal power.
He'd rather be at home.
He'd rather be relaxing with his family.
He's only running for office because he's being called.
Called to help save the future of our nation.
And he's a principled guy, extremely principled.
He's voted the same way and talked the same way for decades.
He doesn't need a teleprompter, just as we don't here.
We don't have a teleprompter.

And the same thing with Ron Paul.

Deceptions in environmental issues like the fracking that's going on with the natural gas drilling, which we're totally against the fracking.
Obviously, we want to protect the environment.
We're going to fight against GMOs.
We're going to fight against fluoride.
We're going to fight against aspartame and MSG. We're going to fight against high fructose corn syrup.
And then we're going to promote healing herbs and we're going to talk about anti-cancer remedies and we're going to talk about how to overcome diabetes, especially type 2.
We're going to talk about natural cures that really work.
We're going to talk about permaculture and how to grow your own food.
How to make compost.
Yeah, how to get some heirloom seeds and grow your own tomatoes and do some sprouting in your own kitchen so you can have more independence and you can have more nutrition in your own life and have a healthier family and a healthier future for yourself and everyone around you.
That's the kind of stuff that we're going to talk about here.
We're bringing in more writers.

Now, the other thing really quickly, and then I'll wrap this up.
2012 for National News is going to be the year of consciousness.
You know how the Chinese calendar has a different animal every year, like this is the year of the monkey or the chicken or whatever?
For natural news, 2012 is the year of consciousness.
That means we're going to be talking more about the mind and free will.
We're going to be talking about the interaction between mind and matter.
We're going to be talking about high-level quantum physics, the multiverse theories, some string theory, the interaction between consciousness and quantum theories.
Questions like, do you really create your own reality?
Can you leap from one multiverse to another, in other words, different slices of reality, just by consciously deciding to do so?
We're going to get into high-level spirituality, the consciousness of other living systems, the consciousness of animals, consciousness of plants.
Is there consciousness in a lake, a river, a rock?
Well, certainly there isn't a tree, but I don't know about a rock.
Anyway, we'll cover some of those questions here on Natural News with some very interesting guests and articles to go along with it.
So, think about that.
