Why are the feds immune to all their own crimes?

Time Text
Isn't it amazing that the same crimes for which citizens of America are sent to prison or issued steep fines can be committed by the federal government itself with absolute immunity to the law?
And let me give you some examples.
BLM, the Bureau of Land Management, routinely sets brush fires.
They're called controlled burns.
They routinely set these fires all across America.
Usually without properly notifying adjacent landowners, and sometimes they burn people's cows alive.
They do this all the time.
It's routine.
BLM does this all the time.
And yet when these ranchers in Oregon set a brush fire, the Hammond family, they get charged with arson under an anti-terrorism law.
And sent to prison for five years because they're called terrorists.
And the entire mainstream media, which of course is the leftist state-run propaganda media, reports this family as being terrorists who set fire to federal land.
That's the way they describe it.
They don't tell you this was a controlled burn to keep down the fuel to prevent big fires from getting out of control as they do if there's too much fuel on the ground.
And the mainstream media also never told you that the federal government does the exact same thing, often with far more disastrous results, often burning buildings accidentally, burning up people's cows, cattle, and burning up other private lands. and burning up other private lands.
And that's just one example.
Here's another example.
The EPA recently released a massive amount of toxic sludge from a mine in Colorado.
And they...
Really contaminated one of the major rivers there and downstream from that, all the way down.
Actually, I don't know where that river empties, but they contaminated a major river.
It's got to flow south, right?
Does it empty into the Colorado?
Yeah, I think it empties into the Colorado there.
But the EPA... The EPA committed that environmental crime and yet no one at the EPA was charged with any crime whatsoever.
And yet, last year, in 2015, I believe 158 Americans were sent to prison After being charged with environmental crimes by the EPA. And I don't know the circumstances of each of those 158 individuals.
Maybe they did commit environmental crimes.
Maybe they did poison rivers.
I don't know.
I don't know the situation.
But the EPA did it too.
And no one at the EPA is going to jail.
There's not even going to be an investigation.
No one will even be charged.
So this is two examples.
If the BLM sets fire to land, total immunity.
Nobody's charged with arson.
Nobody's charged with terrorism.
If the EPA unleashes massive heavy metals contamination in a major river in America, nobody gets charged.
Nobody goes to jail.
Well, what else?
What else is going on at the federal level?
Well, how about this?
How about the IRS targeting conservative nonprofit groups for punitive audits?
In other words, They're engaged in conspiracies.
This is an actual government conspiracy to suppress and oppress and perhaps intimidate conservative nonprofit groups for political reasons.
Now, if a private citizen engaged in a conspiracy to intimidate, let's say, Planned Parenthood, they would be charged with felony crimes, including conspiracy, which is one of the most common charges that the federal government lays which is one of the most common charges that the federal government lays Conspiracy.
You know, I always laugh when people say, I don't believe in conspiracy theories.
Well, then you've never seen the federal government charge people with crimes because they always tack on a conspiracy charge almost every time.
And in the minds of the feds, a conspiracy charge is warranted in any situation where there are two or more people involved because they say, well, those two people must have talked about it.
That's a conspiracy.
So they slap on a conspiracy charge.
Well, you think the IRS, you think, what's her name?
I don't even remember the gal's name, who was in charge of the IRS and committed these punitive audits against conservative groups.
You think she acted alone?
Of course not.
She was told to do this almost certainly by...
President Obama, of course.
Even though we don't have proof of this, there is, of course, a conspiracy at the IRS to target groups for political reasons, almost for racist reasons.
They're almost being targeted because they're white.
You see.
So it's a hate crime, in essence, being committed by the federal government in conspiracy, and yet no one gets investigated.
No one goes to jail.
Isn't that...
Oh, Lois Lerner.
That's her name, right?
Lois Lerner.
Isn't that amazing?
No one goes to jail.
Nothing.
All right.
What else?
What else?
Well, if you look around, if you start printing money...
You will be investigated by the U.S. Treasury Department.
Yep.
The Secret Service, in fact, might be involved in that.
And if you are found to have, I don't know, maybe you're running off $100 bills on a copy machine, which is a bad idea, by the way.
The copy machines imprint every copy with a digital code for tracking purposes.
But, hey, a lot of low-grade counterfeiters don't even know that.
So they run counterfeiting operations and they try to pass off these low-grade $100 bills, which you'd have to be a moron to try to do that because the anti-counterfeiters in the federal government are very, very good, and they catch everybody eventually.
So, in fact, the only real counterfeiting that succeeds is the counterfeiting that's done overseas, where they have full-on printing presses and fiber, you know, paper mills and all that that you need.
Anyway, that's beside the point.
But if you counterfeit money, you're going to jail.
If the federal government counterfeits money, well, that's just called quantitative easing, isn't it?
Oh, that's just called bailing out the banks.
Hey, Goldman Sachs needs another trillion dollars.
Let's just print it up there.
You know, digitally, obviously.
They're not handing over bags of cash.
They're just doing this...
But they're doing the same thing.
It's fiat currency.
It's counterfeiting.
The federal government that we have today, which is headed towards $20 trillion in debt, is counterfeiting money every second of every day and doing it on a massive scale.
But somehow, that's legal.
Isn't that amazing?
And I'm not saying that it should be legal for individuals to do that.
It shouldn't be legal for anyone to do it.
The money supply should be based on a gold standard, so it can't be counterfeited, technically, or something like that.
Anyway, so counterfeiting goes on.
So here we have now four examples.
BLM sets fire to land.
Nobody goes to jail at the BLM. We have Lois Lerner, IRS targeting people.
We've got the EPA polluting rivers.
We've got the Federal Reserve, well, the Treasury Department counterfeiting money in cahoots, you might say, with the Federal Reserve.
So that's just four examples of the kind of crimes that people in the government can carry out with impunity.
Now, let's continue this list.
Let's get into Hillary Clinton's emails, shall we?
Because she's sent out at least 1,200 emails that are now deemed classified.
If you did that, you'd be in prison.
And if you don't believe me, just look up the list of all the people who are in prison because they made that mistake or they did something even less than that and they're already in prison.
You know, the Obama administration has prosecuted more government whistleblowers than any other administration in the history of America.
You know, so much for transparency, right?
So much for the most transparent, you know, government ever.
No.
Obama has prosecuted and imprisoned people who were trying to be transparent about government.
But Hillary Clinton?
Oh, she gets away with all of it.
No prosecution.
At least not yet.
No charges filed against her.
So she can violate national security laws with impunity because of who she is.
So the point of all this...
Is that when you have a society where the government itself is not subject to the same laws that the people are subject to, you have by definition a tyranny.
You are living in a tyranny right now.
You are not living in a society based on law, nor based on due process.
You are not living in a society that is just, in terms of just core rules of liberty and justice, due process, law.
No, you don't have that.
You have a two-tiered system.
You have one system where you, the little people, the ranchers, the citizens...
The business owners, you are subject to extreme prosecution, selective prosecution, if you will, by a government regime populated and run by people who themselves are immune to the very same actions that they condemn citizens for committing.
And this goes right back to the king of England.
The king can do no wrong.
The king can issue...
Orders for people to be executed, and that's okay.
The king can murder, and it's okay because he's the king.
That's where we are now in America.
The federal government can murder, it can conspire, it can steal land from people, it can destroy property, it can seize bank accounts, it can commit extreme acts of terrorism or even murder, you know, drone strikes on American citizens authorized by Obama.
You know, the government can do all of that with impunity.
But if you got a drone and strapped a bomb onto it or put a shotgun on it and ran around shooting people that you thought were enemies, well, you'd be arrested and vilified and, you know, thrown in prison or worse.
But when Obama does it, it's totally okay, you see.
So I just want you to wake up and realize this.
You don't live in a system where all laws apply equally to all men and women and people.
You live in a two-tiered system where you, the little people, are subjected to extreme tyranny, extreme selective prosecution, while the larger system has absolute immunity from runaway criminality that it commits on a daily basis.
That's the system you really live in.
So wake up, people.
Wake up, because a lot of us are getting tired of this system, and we want to reform it.
So thanks for listening.
Spread the word.
