I've got a very important update for all Natural News fans and readers and thank you for listening.
This is Mike Adams, the editor of Natural News and check out my podcast at healthrangerreport.com.
Now recently I split off the content, all the political content.
We stopped publishing that on Natural News and we moved it over to a site called newstarget.com.
So elections and politics and banking and finance, geopolitics, all that kind of stuff goes on Newstarget.com, which actually covers everything.
Newstarget is an all-purpose news website.
That covers preparedness and survival plus health as well.
Not as much, not as intensely as natural news.
But anyway, if you want to check out geopolitics and so on, go to Newstarget.com.
But I have a very important message for natural news fans and readers about liberty and freedom for food freedom and medical freedom or health freedom.
The reason, over the last couple of years, I've been writing more and more political analysis on naturalnews.com.
And I had been talking about a lot of liberty.
I'd been talking about Second Amendment, First Amendment, cultural issues, freedom of speech.
We made fun of cry bullies and other things like that.
And, you know, we eventually moved it off because it just wasn't a good fit for the domain name natural news, which should be about natural health and natural living and natural medicine.
But I have this crucial message for you, and that's this.
I think we all agree, and I mean 100% of us probably agree, that we deserve the right to choose what systems of medicine we want to use.
And that we deserve the right, that we have the right to choose to eat foods or drink beverages where we know the composition because of honest labeling.
We wouldn't want to live in a country where ingredients labels were non-existent.
Everything was a mystery.
What's in this box?
Macaroni and what?
That's not the country you want to live in.
We all, I believe, agree that we should have the right to grow our own food and save our own seeds and even make our own medicine.
You can grow herbs and you can use water or alcohol or glycerin.
You can make an extract or honey even.
You can make an extract.
You can make your own tincture.
And this is a fundamental human right to be able to grow your own food, make your own medicine, choose your medicine, choose your medical practitioner, right?
I think this is a fundamental right This belief that we all share.
And these beliefs are founded in individual liberty.
It's crucial for you to understand this.
They're founded in individual liberty.
And it is this liberty that is under attack by an overarching, overreaching, oppressive, tyrannical government regime.
And you cannot have medical freedom and health freedom and food freedom if you don't have fundamental freedom from tyranny.
This is my point.
That's the whole point of this talk right here.
You see, I have many friends who are into holistic medicine, and they are naturopaths, and they are herbalists, and they are acupuncturists, Chinese medicine practitioners.
Some people are into color therapy, acupressure, network spinal or network chiropractic, as it's called, craniosacral work, cranial acupuncture.
There's a lot of different modalities out there.
Chiropractic.
Holistic dentistry and so on and so forth.
I have a lot of friends who are into all of these healing arts and all of these holistic arts, and they go nuts when I talk about the Second Amendment.
They do.
They give me a bunch of shit about it, let me tell you.
They're like, just shut up about that.
Just talk about nutrients and food and medicine and stop talking about liberty.
And my message to them is, it's all related.
How are you going to practice your herbal medicine if the government criminalizes that practice?
How are you going to practice chiropractic medicine if the medical boards outlaw chiropractic care?
How are you going to grow your own food with your own seeds if the United Nations or some transcontinental trade agreement outlaws seed savings by private citizens, which is what they're trying to do.
And they've done this in Europe to some degree, by the way.
These are my questions.
How are you going to have the ability to visit a naturopath if the government becomes so large and so oppressive that the FDA and the CDC dictate to you your medical choices?
You see the importance here?
Eventually, all freedoms will be eliminated unless there is a fundamental underlying freedom and liberty from tyranny.
That's my point.
If you want food freedom, if you want medical freedom, if you want the freedom to save your own seeds, then you need to seriously consider your position on whether you support bigger government or smaller government.
And my assertion here is that the idea of the tenets of medical freedom and food freedom are incompatible with ever-expanding government and the tyranny that goes along with it.
You understand me on that point?
If the government becomes larger and more encroaching and wants more control, more central planning over your medical decisions, which is exactly what happened with Obamacare, and more mandates over Look at what happened in California.
SB-277.
Mandatory vaccines.
Essentially vaccines at gunpoint from the state.
I call it gunpoint medicine and it's on the rise across America.
What about these children that are kidnapped at hospitals?
Because their parents want a second opinion on a cancer diagnosis.
They don't want to let their child be subjected to the toxic effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
And they get kidnapped.
The kids are taken from them.
This is happening now.
This is not some dystopian sci-fi dark future.
This is happening right now and it's because the government is becoming so large and oppressive that it is eliminating your medical freedoms.
It's happening right now.
And it's happening in violation of the fundamentals of medical ethics.
The American Medical Association has a code of medical ethics that says patients must have informed consent.
They must consent to medical interventions.
The state of California says, nonsense.
We're going to abandon those ethics.
We're just going to say you have to do medicine our way.
It's our way or you go to jail.
Or you get fined or whatever the punishment is.
And it's going to get worse and worse over the years.
Let me warn you where this is going.
If we don't fight for liberty, which I'm now doing on Newstarget.com, You're going to end up in a society where there is forced organ harvesting from you and your children.
Forced organ harvesting.
They're going to use the exact same logic that they use with vaccines.
Oh, it's for the public good.
Well of course you should give up your organs.
It's for the public good.
Why wouldn't you want to save another citizen?
You see, today it's your choice, right?
You get to say yes or no.
Tomorrow it won't be.
The bigger the government gets, the more arrogant it becomes, the more dominant and monopolistic the medical system becomes, the more they will dictate to you your so-called choices, which isn't really a choice at all.
They will outlaw natural medicine.
They will outlaw herbs, functional foods, vitamins.
They will outlaw holistic doctors, holistic therapies, intravenous vitamin C therapy for cancer treatments, chelation therapy to prevent heart attacks.
They will outlaw all of these things.
They're already on the march.
And so those of you, you know, I usually find that herbalists and naturopaths They tend to be politically on the progressive side of things, which is fine.
But when they're in that place, they support bigger, more powerful, more oppressive government.
The same government that's going to eventually outlaw their own practices.
And that's what I'm trying to warn you about.
You see, I think I've got the right balance here.
I am an advocate of natural medicine.
I'm an advocate of nutritional therapies, advanced cancer treatment protocols.
I'm an advocate of acupuncture, chiropractic care, holistic dentistry.
At the same time, I am openly an advocate of the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, because that is what's going to protect us from the tyranny of a government regime gone bad.
And really, the Bill of Rights probably should have had another amendment in it, which was a medical or a health freedom amendment.
And I believe Dr.
Benjamin Rush was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, if I'm not mistaken, and he argued very strenuously for a health freedom section in the Bill of Rights, but it did not make it into the final copy.
And so we were not guaranteed medical freedom, and that's why we're living under medical tyranny today.
That's why.
So we must protect the rights that we still have left, and that's why I fight for freedom and liberty.
That's why I was publishing so many political stories on natural news, and that's why I launched Newstarget.com to continue this fight for freedom.
If you want to live in a world where you have naturopathic medicine and holistic healing arts, you better wake up and realize that a democratic government regime, the Democrat, you know, Hillary Clinton, is not going to give you that.
They're going to suppress that and crush it and criminalize it.
So we better wake up and fight for our freedoms if we want to have real nutrition, real medicine, the ability to grow our own foods at home, and other similar freedoms.
So that's my position on that.
I just wanted to explain that because a lot of people don't think this through and they don't recognize how to connect the dots on all of this.
You can't have health freedom if you live in a society that is a dictatorship or a totalitarian regime.
And that's what we are now living under increasingly in America.
So we either reverse this trend and restore more freedom or we're going to lose what few medical freedoms and food freedoms we still have remaining.
That's my warning.
That's my message.
I hope it makes sense.
And I thank you for listening.
