If you are plugged into the news media or the internet, then your thoughts are not your own.
My name is Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for listening.
I'm here to tell you that you should stop listening to anything on the internet.
You should stop reading social media.
You should stop watching television.
You should stop watching the news.
You should unplug from all media because if you don't, your thoughts are not your own.
What do I mean by this?
Well, in my experience over the years, as someone who has been plugged into the news headlines every minute of every day for 15 years or so, I can tell you that even I can't really gain complete independence over my own thoughts until I'm away from all media sources for about 72 hours.
Only after 72 hours, and normally when I'm engaged in nature, you know, camping or walking in the woods or farming, gardening, doing something that's real with my hands in the soil, only then do I typically start to have really original,
inspired thoughts on Of my own ideas, creativity, philosophical realizations, a perspective of what's happening in the world.
But when you're plugged into it every day, when you're being bombarded psychologically by all this messaging, all this news alert, news headline, here's a tweet, here's an SMS message, here's a phone call, here's 25 emails that you'll never get to.
Now here's an RSS feed.
Oh my god, someone tweeted.
You know, all of this is bombarding your psyche.
It is bombarding it with all of these messages that are not your own, but yet you find yourself thinking those thoughts.
You find yourself repeating those thoughts.
And this is how propaganda works, of course.
The mainstream media, its job is to bombard you constantly with canned, scripted narratives so that you never have an opportunity to come up with your own.
Your own thoughts, your own ideas, your own perspective, your own analysis.
And most people gladly go along with this because they want someone to tell them what to think.
They want someone to tell them how to look at the world and, more importantly, what it means.
Whatever they just saw, they want someone to tell them what it means.
If you took a hundred people and you had them all witness a car crash or a train crash or a jet airplane crash, and you let them each individually come up with their own explanations of what happened, you would have a hundred different explanations.
But If you just put them in a room for 10 minutes and let them watch CNN, CNN tells them what to think.
Oh, here's what happened.
Here's what you should think about it.
Here's what you should not think about it.
And then 10 minutes later, you take them out of the room, you ask all 100 people, like 90 of them will have the same story.
Why?
Because their thoughts are not their own.
They are spoon-fed everything by media.
They're spoon-fed everything.
Their entire belief system.
They're spoon-fed even their mirage of reality.
What they see in their own minds is actually painted in their minds on this tapestry of false reality with the graffiti of the mainstream media.
And the graffiti of the White House or other government departments.
It's all false.
It's not real.
It's not you.
And so most people in society today, because they never detach from all of these sources of bombardment of their psyche, they never become who they really are.
Does that make sense?
They never...
Find their inner voice.
They never self-identify with who they really are, what they really believe.
They never actually derive their belief system from their own inner thoughts and ideas or perhaps divine inspiration moving through them.
What they do is they simply soak up like a sponge whatever is being handed to them by someone else.
And as a result, most people in society today are biological puppets.
They are mimics.
They're parakeets.
Vote for a Republican.
Vote for a Democrat.
That's all they are.
They're parakeets.
Mindless mimics.
And yes, they think they have reasons and rationality, but they really don't.
You know, this was really demonstrated by Mark Dice when he did a lot of these man-on-the-street videos and he would walk up to people.
He would walk up to people and he would have the most absurd ideas.
And he would ask people to sign a petition that stated something like, oh, let's revoke the entire First Amendment, let's say.
And he would walk up to people and just say, hey, will you sign the petition?
We need to revoke the First Amendment because speech can be hurtful.
And people would respond to him and say, yeah, you're right, you know?
Speech can be hurtful.
And they'd just sign it.
Or he would...
I think in one petition, he even, I don't remember the exact details, but it was something like he said that the vice president of America is someone totally different from Biden.
I don't know, I think he named like a rock star band leader or something and asked people what they thought about That person is being vice president.
People just say, oh yeah, I think that person is great.
They're doing a great job.
Really support their platform.
You know, people would just justify anything to themselves because they're parakeets.
They're puppets.
They're human puppets.
This is all by design.
You can't even really call this mind control.
It's not that precise.
It's more like consciousness saturation across society.
It's consciousness saturation.
And a lot of the strategy of this, by the way, is distraction.
You see, the system doesn't want you to think about original thoughts, innovation, liberty, how to be free.
They don't want you to think about how to be healthy, how to grow your own food, how to cure cancer and wipe it out forever.
They don't want you working on these things.
They don't want you asking questions like, why do we need to pay taxes when the government can just create the money it needs?
With a computer entry.
They don't want you thinking about these things, so they distract you.
They distract you with sports.
Oh, the Patriots are playing the Bengals.
They're playing the...
I don't even know the team names anymore.
The Chiefs.
The Steelers.
Who cares?
Who cares?
A bunch of people ramming each other on the field.
This is a distraction.
Or, oh, it's celebrity time!
Oh yeah, this person said, Mark Ruffalo said this to that person, and that person, Sean Penn, did this with El Chapo in the rainforest, and this and that, and oh my god, and then to the Kardashians, one of them had a baby or had a divorce, or her baby had a divorce, or something.
Who cares?
The It's all a distraction.
It's designed to keep your brain occupied so that you don't think any original thoughts.
And as long as you stay connected to that stream that bombardment of information into your head you will never have the silence that's needed to think your own thoughts.
And this is why transcendental meditation by the way is so valuable.
This is why a healing retreat is so valuable.
In fact, I want to encourage you right now I want you to express the greatest love for yourself by committing right now to take 24 hours away from the internet at minimum.
Maybe you can do 72 or 48.
Maybe you can do seven days.
I don't know what it is, but take a vow.
Of reality.
We'll call it a vow of reality.
Live only in the real world for that period of time.
You know how some people, even today, still take vows of silence where they don't speak?
I'm asking you to do kind of the inverse.
Take a vow of not being spoken to.
So that you can have the luxury of the silence where you can think your own thoughts without this pollution from everywhere else.
So I want you to pick a time slot, a day, two days, three days, a week, whatever, and I want you to commit to that and take time off.
No Facebook, no Twitter, no phone.
Turn off your phone.
Disconnect from the internet for that period of time.
Don't watch the news.
Don't have a phone.
Nothing.
And see what happens.
Because I think the real you will begin to emerge from that exercise and you will find yourself having some really inspiring, perhaps creative, innovative, and perhaps even breakthrough novel ideas.
Have you ever thought that all the great inventors and artists throughout human history, you know, Galileo and Archimedes and the great painters, the great musicians, Mozart and Beethoven, These people did not have Facebook and Twitter.
That's the reason they're such geniuses.
They had time to themselves to create amazing things.
They weren't distracted every five seconds with Kim Kardashian's ass shape or whatever is coming across the social media.
They weren't distracted by all that stuff.
Albert Einstein.
Believe me, Albert Einstein did not have a Twitter account, okay?
So pick a time, disconnect from the system, and find your true self.
And I also say disconnect from my podcast for that time.
Don't listen to me either.
Don't listen to any outside voice.
Listen to your inner voice, and you'll find something really amazing happening.
Some people might say, Mike, that's a stupid thing to say when you run a website that depends on traffic.
Well, I'm really more interested in you attaining your consciousness and your awareness and your ideas than I am begging for you to come back and read an article every day.
You can come back and read it after you have that experience.
That's fine with me.
I want you to be alive, awake, aware, conscious, creative.
