Here we are with This book that was their main text, the Book of the Genesis of the Ukrainian People or Divine Law, attributed to Mykola Kostomarov.

So for this reason, I think, this secret society didn't really have a great success.
It was, like we said, present for a period and, of course, after all these secret societies that in some way were working and recruiting among the intelligentsia, at one point they would be discovered and then they would be decimated and eliminated.
The society's goals were, of course, the transformation of the Russian Empire and the Russian Tsar couldn't permit in any way, shape or form, this kind of thing to develop.
The independence of Ukraine, though, started in some way from the secret societies.
Arrested everybody.
Arrested everybody because of the documents that they found which championed the independence of Ukraine, not being the part of a federation.
I mean, basically, they were persecuted.
But it wasn't the end.
They reappeared, and in any case they were actually very instrumental in a period in which the whole of Europe was being transformed by what were known as the Revolutions of 1848.
We discuss in, at the end of Volume 7, The fact that the Illuminati wanted to destroy monarchy, wanted to destroy and substitute with constitutional monarchy or with republics.
Now, the revolutions of 1848 were spread by the Illuminati as the springtime of the peoples.
In fact, I like the fact that this springtime thing then was replicated after with the Spring Arab Revolutions.
trying to replicate these revolutionary waves, the revolutions were essentially democratic and liberal in nature with the aim of removing the old monarchical structures and creating independent nation states.
So this basically was what happened all over the place.
It didn't happen only towards Ukraine, it happened in various countries, it happened even in the Austrian in other parts, the Netherlands, France, Italy,

So, So what happens here?
We have Ukraine that still doesn't really exist.
At the time, basically, they had this Supreme Ruthenian Council that then consisted of 30 representatives of the Ukrainian Greek.
Catholic Church that was, depending from Rome, involved in the first legal Ruthenian political organization.
The word Ukraine wasn't really yet used.
The word Ukraine will be eventually used after.
So there wasn't really a Ukrainian identity yet.
It was developing still.
And at this point, the whole thing with, of course, Ukraine is born from what used to be the Ruthenian.
And so the Spring of Nations started to, in a way, promote the Ukrainian people.
and the whole thing became evident with the short-lived Ukrainian People's Republic later on which of course has the same symbols of what we see today in modern Ukraine so here just to show you where then we have the symbols that are used after the fall of the Soviet Union
Because remember, until 1990, they were part of the Soviet Union.
They didn't have a national identity that was independent.
They had the Soviet Republic of Ukraine.
The identity, the coat of arms that you see, is born back then, which preceded the Russian Revolution.
After, at one point, then the Bolsheviks take over the show.
And so at that point, we are, they become, you know, the Ukrainian People's Republic of Soviets, and then later on, the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, that is becoming then later on in 1922, a founding member of the Soviet Union.
But if you need to understand the origins of Ukraine, you need to go and study all these secret societies.
And at the end,

But the stuff in this book, I did not know.
To read it like that.

I mean, this book is really easy to understand.
It's easy to read.
