My friend, I am now joined by Jonathan Otto, or Otto, or Otto, depending upon where you're from.
He's an investigative journalist.
He is a documentary filmmaker, a natural health researcher known for exposing...
Suppressed Truths in Science and Medicine.
He's produced over 20 acclaimed docu-series, including a variety of stories on autoimmune secrets, cancer decoded, watched by millions worldwide.
He's a fierce advocate, I think all of us are, I hope, for health freedom.
I love that, to fight against biomedical tyranny.
That's me, by the way.
Jonathan defies censorship during a variety of instances, but he joins us right now, and I want to get right to it because he founded Red Life, Red Light Therapy, and Well of Life Supplements.
But the Red Light Therapy, what you're about to hear, will blow your mind.
He's been honored by the Australian government for humanitarian work.
And he remains a leading voice in the movement for truth, wellness, and sovereignty over one's health and individual autonomy.
And as we say in the South, praise God!
Jonathan, welcome, my dear friend.
Thank you, Lionel.
What a blessing to be with you, man.
This is the...
I'm going to tell you right now.
I've been doing this for 38...
I don't even know.
And I've talked to individuals and there were wonderful products.
Wonderful supplements.
Great.
This is terrific.
This one is off the charts in terms of wow.
I don't have my theremin handy, but if I could do the Robert Clayton.
This is exciting.
First of all, welcome.
Tell us.
What is the red light all about?
Okay, come on.
Well, Lionel, I love your enthusiasm around this because it's well-founded.
Like, go back to 1903.
Niels Finson won the Nobel Prize for light therapy, reversing disease, in this case, lupus vulgaris.
1903.
So how long has light therapy been known about?
Arguably for all time.
It's been...
We lost so much.
And it's crazy that even in the natural medical field that I've been in for almost a couple of decades now, that we have kind of missed the mark on this.
And the science on light therapies is so robust because of How it interfaces with the body and how the body receives light and needs light and how these important organelles within cells called mitochondria absorb light and how when they absorb this light they produce a substance called ATP which is adenosine triphosphate.
These are fluorescent substances so light itself is fluorescent.
Near infrared you can't see it but the body registers it.
It's electromagnetic waves.
When it's received by the mitochondria the mitochondria produce the ATP.
This is now how the cells generate energy.
Cells have energy.
They can do anything.
And without it, they can do nothing.
And so by anything, what do I mean?
Well, stem cell regeneration.
That's huge because a lot of people that get stem cell therapies are putting them into their bodies, but they're not maturing because their body lacks.
What those cells need to thrive and to grow and differentiate into normal, healthy cells.
And the list keeps going on, like when it comes to organ repair, because funny, Lionel, that the red blood cells don't have mitochondria, but your organ cells do.
And so your brain, even cerebellum brain cells have hundreds of thousands of mitochondria per cerebellum brain cell.
And then there's typically a few thousand in whether it's your thyroid, your heart, your liver, your kidneys.
And these are all the areas that we should be most concerned about.
You lose any function in any one of these organs and then your time is up, generally speaking, right?
So once you start losing functionality, if you have heart muscle scarring, subclinical myocarditis, which is so common now because of everything that's been happening, Lionel people need these therapies.
You then regenerate those organs.
You literally are regenerating the organs, and you'll see functions improve across the board, and I see it every day.
I'm thinking of one example.
I just watched a video from Joanne, this 92-going-on, 93-year-old woman with macular degeneration, and it was within 21 minutes after having it on her eye.
This is anecdotal, but I'm going to cite some clinical studies on the same subject area.
Within 21 minutes, she had a dramatic improvement in color contrast vision.
She thought that the TV, because she has actually some dementia going on, she thought that the TV got changed or something had changed with it.
She's asking her, Kara, what happened with the TV?
How did it change?
What happened to it?
And she says, no, nothing happened with the TV.
Nothing's changed.
What do you mean?
What's happening with this TV?
She just flicks over to the Stocks channel.
I can read the writing.
And it had been many years since she'd been able to read.
And this was within 20 minutes.
And then now she can see out of the corners of her eyes or the peripheral of her eyes.
And with macular degeneration, it keeps closing in until there's nothing left.
And she's getting functionality back.
She's very old and it's only a couple of weeks.
And these are the things that we see all the time.
The clinical study on the same subject area, scientists were trying to work out what would happen if we just get the eyes open for three minutes in the morning, what will happen?
And the answer was 17. Well, you know, when you think about just the light, look at psoriasis.
Look at when babies are born with high bilirubin, the bililites, vitamin D, during winter times when we feel moments of depression by virtue of having light changes.
I don't even know.
This is axiomatic, Jonathan, as far as just light in general.
But red light, this is, this is, and all of a sudden, it seems to be everywhere.
But what is so special about this particular?
Is it a frequency, wavelength?
What does this do in particular?
Yeah, and you're talking about either out of vices or what's happening with this revolution with red light therapy.
Maybe both.
Everything.
Everything.
Yeah, I guess.
So red light therapy in general, the reason why red is specifically beneficial is because it's interesting that we have it in the mornings, in the evenings, in the sunlight, which shows that you're biologically designed to have it twice a day.
And how many of the listeners right now are getting their sunrise and the sunset?
Probably not many, which is a little sad.
Yeah, and one thing I want to do is not just point people towards, you know, what you can get, but what you can just do.
So, you know, so think about getting that sunrise, sunset, and you can look at it.
Everyone knows that, right?
Everyone's looking at sunset.
It doesn't damage your eyes.
It improves your eyesight, just like we're seeing in the studies.
So what red light therapy is doing is harnessing that power of that optical window of light, which is between around 600 nanometers to 1,100 nanometers.
And so once it's above 800, it goes into near-infrared.
600, 700 around that range is red.
And you can visibly see it near-infrared.
You can't see it.
Okay.
So now what happens when you have a device like what I've got in the background is that you are able to get much closer to it.
And the irradiance is much higher, which is the amount of power delivered, the amount of milliwatts delivered per centimeter squared.
So that's the huge difference.
So you will get...
A dramatic increase in the benefit as compared to the sun because of the proximity.
And the other benefits are the fact that your body can then now be exposed in areas that you probably couldn't expose without getting arrested, depending on where you live.
If you're out in the woods, then you're fine.
No one's going to arrest you if you're keeping to yourself.
Most people can't expose a lot of the areas that need exposing, and it's the areas that are not exposed to the sun that are more at risk for skin cancer and other types of cancer.
Yes, and think about that because sunlight is so therapeutic against those toxic buildups.
That's fascinating.
It's almost paradoxical that you would think that...
Well, a friend of mine is a dermatologist, and he's told me the number of cases he's seen in his career of African Americans who've had parts of their soles of their feet.
You would think, how did a melanoma, how does this start?
And I'm not an expert in this.
Oh, and you said it was on the soles of their feet?
Yes.
Yeah, that's the area that's never getting sunlight.
Precisely.
Now, right now, let me ask you, and please.
I've read everything, but I've got to ask you the same question that everybody's asking.
Do you keep this on all day?
Can you?
Is there anything?
That's the question.
Can it hurt you?
Do you want to say, I don't have too much energy because we're looking at this, or is it just light?
Is it just red light?
How does this work?
Yeah, exactly.
Yes.
You can get too much, but it's not going to be dramatic.
Like, there's going to be some, you know, big life-learning problem.
And there are people that replace the lights in their home with red light bulbs.
And there's some benefits there.
But still, if they're low quality, there's going to be a high flicker rate.
So it's still not going to be overly therapeutic.
I'll have some downsides to it.
But, yeah, so flicker rate is everything.
And because that's why the LEDs in the home.
Homes are damaging, and it's not actually because the light is blue.
That's not really the problem, and hence why sun has a lot of blue light, and that is not damaging.
The rainbows have blue light.
That's not damaging.
It's the flicker rate that's the problem, which is happening with low-quality substances, but high-quality LEDs will have a consistent source, and that's why all the clinical studies are done on these LEDs.
Typically, it's just 20 to 30 minutes.
That's the typical range.
And, like, if you push it to, like, let's say somebody did a few hours, they would probably get some swelling.
And they would have still undergone, like, a lot of healing by doing that.
And so there's just...
You're just maybe pushing it a little far unnecessarily, and your body's designed for a certain amount per day.
And the other thing is, who wants to spend three hours a day in front of a red light?
Well, speak for yourself.
Let's get you in it then, man.
I'm a weird guy.
Now, let me just say something right now.
Well, I want you to do it, because I want you to tell me what happens to you.
Oh, no, no, no.
For three hours.
I just want somebody to see right now.
Right now, if you go to MyRedLight.com...
Yeah.
And use coupon code Lionel, you will get 10% off your purchase.
We want to make sure people understand this.
Yeah.
Because we're allowing people to perhaps invest in one of the greatest changes in their life ever.
So take me through this typical day.
I've got my, how big is the device?
Okay.
Where do I, take me through it.
Okay, sure.
So, like, behind me, and I don't know if you've got an option to make the screen a little wider.
Can you do that?
Or maybe you can make me for the screen for a second.
Let me see.
How about...
Let's test these tech skills here, guys.
Let me see.
Hang on, that's not it.
Now we disappeared, me.
There we go.
Wait a minute, just a minute.
Hang on just a second here.
That's not it.
Come on, this is super entertaining.
This is weird.
This is my favorite part of the interview.
I'm no good.
Oh, there we go.
Look at that.
Look, you just did it.
You just did it.
Okay.
No, no, no, but it was the one before.
Go back.
People are going to love this section of the interview.
Wait a minute.
Hang on a minute.
No.
Hang on.
Wait a minute.
Wait, wait.
This is the best part.
Don't try this at home.
No, don't worry.
Yes.
Stay, stay, stay, stay.
That's what you want?
Oh, yes.
You're right.
I'm sorry.
Okay.
You see why I need this light, Jonathan?
I'm demented.
I need the light.
I can't see.
I don't know where I am.
I can't push buttons.
I need your help.
Help!
No, you are doing great.
Don't downplay yourself.
And we're on air, and we're under pressure, and we're feeling the vibes.
And so, you know, look, people will absolutely find that hilarious.
Wow.
Okay, so now you can see.
So these are examples of devices.
The upside in this type of thing is just how easy it is to use and so you could hang it up on your door so that they'll actually come with pulley kits that just have it so it's hanging off the door or you can see with this device here it's actually on a stand and that stand is a really great stand that'll allow you to get that on you.
But there's so many really cool things.
So like the number one thing to look for with devices is irradiance.
So you want to look for a device that has the right amount of power delivered.
And so in this case, this is around like some of these smaller devices around 195 milliwatts per centimeter squared at three inches.
This is a 205 milliwatts per centimeter squared at three inches.
You compare that to even some of the $150,000 devices that are in.
Wellness clinics, and they're typically ranging around 100 and as low as 50 milliwatt per centimeter squared.
And you can measure this independently with meters so nobody can put any smoke and mirrors over you.
And there's devices like this, like this happens to be an EMF reader.
So I could put this on a device and see the zero EMF, see how it's not going up, but I'll put it over my computer and it's going up to an eight there.
Let's see.
Yeah, it just went down.
So you could see that.
Without me pulling my camera off here to distract us.
But then the key is to get about, so to answer your question, Lionel, to get about three inches away.
You could be closer.
You could be an inch away.
You could even like kind of almost have your body touching it.
You could be a foot away and be working out.
Ideally closer, depending on...
You know, how best you want to do it.
You could lay this stand horizontal and then you could lie underneath it.
And we also have like PMF mats that are really, you know, super affordable as well.
So you could actually be laying on top of a PMF mat, which is pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, and then with a light over the top of you.
And so you've got options there.
But besides that, it's about like doing that 30 minutes a day.
Doing 30 minutes twice a day or doing even as little as 12 minutes three times a week.
There was a study that came...
Go ahead.
I'm sorry.
No, no, please, please.
Yeah, sure.
So there's a study that came out of Birmingham University that showed that it was just a minute of exposure.
And it was on animals.
It was on rats.
But it was a spinal cord injury study.
So it is very fascinating.
They only put them on it for one minute a day for five days.
And then they tested their cells to see what was happening.
And it was a 45% increase in cell viability.
So the cells were 45% more effective with a single minute of exposure.
And then secondly, it was...
First, regenerative of the spine because it was a spinal cord injury study.
And third, it was neuroprotective of the brain cells.
That's what they found in that Birmingham University study.
So as little as a few minutes a day, and I would say, look, maybe at least do five minutes and watch what happens with your health.
Now, let me ask you this.
I'm going to say, no, I want the whole effect.
I'm not going to do five minutes.
Now, what is the difference between buying the smaller devices, the longer devices?
It's my eyes.
Is it my skin or my eyes that's taking in this red light?
Is it both?
Yeah, it's definitely both.
I'm glad that you even know that your eyes will take it in, because that's true.
Your eyes will absorb light extraordinarily well, and we're designed biologically to be intaking light through our eyes.
And that light then helps fuel our body, and that's what people don't realize.
Sunglasses have a downside by blocking.
Those essential You know, waves, electromagnetic waves that we need.
So the difference is that you're able to get all your organs in, in this case, like, because this will go from head to groin area, so that's going to hit all your organs.
So remember, these organs have mitochondria, so you're seeking to, you know, fuel the liver and the kidneys and the heart and the thyroid.
And the studies on thyroid disease are almost unbelievable with people, you know, getting off synthoid and levothyroxine by using, like, red light so they can produce their own hormones.
And because the thyroid cells need energy, when they have energy, they can produce the T4 and T3.
And these are the essential processes that need to happen, as well as they detoxify the cells by getting light.
But yeah, something smaller, what you would do is you just either have it around one area of the body and say, okay, now I'm done.
And there's a reason why there's even companies that sell wrist devices.
And because once it gets anywhere in the body, it will go throughout the body.
So that's true.
And so somebody would say, yeah, then why do something that's over the whole body?
Well, the answer is...
Your whole skin is translucent for a reason.
You're biologically designed so unique, actually, even from the animals and for those that believe in intelligent design and God creating humankind to have an elevation.
It's fascinating because you see that we intake light better than anything else, and we're designed to absorb it through all of our body, and so hence why it makes most sense to have your whole body over it.
That being said, if you only get it over one area of your body, we have that even with things like belts, where these belts...
Wrap around a section of the body.
And you would think that this would only get...
And these costs like kind of near nothing when you look at it and like look at what that will cost you like on a monthly basis.
Because supplements, you know, cost every month.
And then so you measure it out and you start realizing, man, red light is the cheapest thing that anyone can do.
And you have to understand that because if you don't understand that, you're just totally missing the point.
You need to like sit there with a calculated workout.
What is this?
What is this?
It costs, like, monthly over the course of two years.
Okay, if it costs me $50, but then over the course of 20 years, it's costing me $5 a month.
That's nothing.
Like, to be able to have the opportunity to regenerate your organs.
But what is illness?
But let me amortize illness and lack of energy and lethargy.
Let's talk about that.
Forget the cost.
What does it feel like to feel, you know, mentally, like you're just intellectually and philosophically sedentary?
Overcome by a sense of torpor, but I digress.
Now, take me through this.
I get up in the morning.
I've got my device.
Now, do I just look at it?
Do I close my eyes?
Do I read?
What do I do?
Oh, yeah, sure.
So there's no set rules, but generally what people will do is most people will wear protective eyewear, and so then they'll block their eyes from it.
But there's studies on eyesight showing that three minutes with your eyes open will give that dramatic benefit in eyesight, and especially over time and stacking that.
So, one, you could get up.
And it is true that, like, ideally, if you've got the time for it, first thing in the morning is better because it's timed closer to when the sun rises.
Hence why the benefits in some of those studies were showing that the morning application of the light to the eyes was the way to get eyesight improvement.
And if they did in the afternoons, it wouldn't work.
That being said, if you do red light therapy in the evenings, it will be extremely beneficial for having deep sleep.
And if you can have deep sleep, then you can regenerate and you'll see all kinds of things improve just by improving your sleep.
And red light will do that arguably better than anything else.
Now, we said this before, and I'm not being funny here, but is it better to do this nude?
Yes, it is.
Absolutely.
No question.
Good.
Yeah, I'm glad you're asking those questions because I kind of think that everyone knows certain things because when you're in it for so long, you don't realize that people would maybe do that with clothes.
If you have minimum clothing on, like a woman has a sports bra and underwear, then you'll get most of the benefit, but it's still blocking some of those really key areas.
Lionel, I can tell you, the studies on breast cancer are amazing.
There was a study on PubMed, and I can actually pull it up.
It was a 40% reduction in the proliferation, the growth of cancer within 24 hours.
Within 24 hours.
And people have to see these studies because it starts to sound like it's fantasy land, and that doesn't make sense.
How is that possible?
And the answer is, it's simply by...
You know, the right wavelengths interfacing with the right areas of the body, Lionel.
And that's the really exciting part.
So you can see my screen here for a second.
Sure.
If you could.
Let's go back to your epic fun skills that you got here.
Can you see?
Now, let me see if I can zoom in.
Dear God.
Oh, no, wait a minute.
Hang on.
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Please, please.
There we go.
Yeah, you got it.
Good.
Okay, cool.
Well, I'm here.
You tell me, because I'm like...
In vitro anti-breast cancer studies of LED line therapy.
Yeah, look at this.
So this is...
Autophagy.
Autophagy, yes.
The eating and consuming of...
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
You understand it.
Absolutely.
So look, they tested these wavelengths.
It was 615, 630, 660, 730 against both non-triple negative and triple negative breast cancer origin cell lines.
Now, it has been shown by MTT Assay that at 24 hours post-exposure time point, only LED red light with wavelength 660 nanometers possessed anti-proliferative effects against both cell lines with 40% reduction of cell viability.
Wow.
That's a good one, man.
This one here, like, because that's a small study.
Well, that's an in vitro study.
So, like, I'll give disclaimers on, okay, so in vitro means what's human cell lines.
The one I referenced before was an animal study.
Now, human cell lines, but in a Petri dish, in this case, for that study.
But let's go bigger then.
Let's go, okay, let's use 413 participants in a study that's published in Lancet Oncology with this major university.
Okay, so.
Here, the research published in the Lancet Oncology found that half, 49% of patients treated with VTP as a type of red light therapy went into complete remission compared with 13.5% in the control group.
Okay, so now do those numbers against each other.
So if you had, you know, 13.5 times 4. Is right around 49, which means that you have roughly a 400% increase chance of becoming cancer-free if you simply just added red light.
Without changing anything else, because these are typically doing the invasive therapies that I would say, hey, look, question that, chemo, surgery, radiation.
Nevertheless, this is what they did.
And even with that, they still, half of them went into remission, the group that didn't.
Only one-eighth went into remission out of the other, or a quarter.
No, no, yeah, one-eighth.
So that's a big difference.
Incredible.
May I remove this?
Oh, yes.
Yes, you can.
Actually, just before you remove it, I'll show you one more thing because the wavelengths, this study here, this was published in the British Medical Journal.
This little girl here, she was nine.
At the time of this, she had a stroke when she was being born.
And so she had very limited social abilities.
Within three months of using red light therapy, her test scores were normal.
She explains how she used to get bullied.
Now she's normal.
And you could see this child is completely, like, you know, is very aware and, you know, a robust, like, mental capacity.
It is very touching.
It kind of makes me cry every time I watch it, so I'm not going to watch it now.
But this is an example of helping people understand why the wavelengths are specific and why they matter.
So 480 is blue, 590, 630, 660, 670.
These are all, well, these 590 to 670, they're on the red light spectrum.
So that's red.
But look at where they penetrate dermis, subcutaneous tissue.
And now near for red is getting through to the muscle, bone, interior tissues.
And so the key is...
And by the way, these are all the wavelengths that we have in our device.
So that's not common.
Normally, it'll only be 660 and 850.
They'll just use those two wavelengths.
But if you look at the clinical studies, you'll find that they're proven for different conditions at different wavelengths.
Like, look at weight loss and fat burning, cellulite reduction metabolism.
Look at how all of these are scoring and cellulite reduction specifically at 670 as well as the others.
But then you've got...
Scars, anti-aging, acne, rosacea, hair growth, specifically proven at 660.
But there's more that work.
But these are some of the studies that we've dug up.
Sun damage, droopy eyelids.
Wrinkles and fine lines.
These are cosmetic things that people care about, but it's also a sign that your organs are getting health and healing because there's something called face mapping.
So if you're seeing certain wrinkles or blemishes on the skin, it's a sign of organ damage or organs not functioning properly.
Pain relief, wound healing, injury healing.
Oral health.
So you can see these, you understand, Lionel, these different wavelengths are working to interface with those conditions.
And oral health is amazing because you're talking about gums and...
You know, disease gums lead to the need for root canals.
Root canals should be avoided at all costs and should be removed.
So to take away that cancer risk that comes from that.
But then you can see all these categories here.
But even tinnitus, amazing studies on that.
Thyroid disease, amazing studies on thyroid, depression, anxiety, multiple sclerosis.
And people would need to get, like, robust with using chat TBT.
And I'm going to show people that here in a second.
But stem cell regeneration.
Which is, you know, think about how much that costs.
Parkinson's disease, hypertension, liver function, breast cancer, fertility and sperm ability.
And you cover all of these wavelengths.
We do.
Every one of them.
It's like when you compare, you know, a travel plan, it's always like this.
You've got it all covered.
So irrespective of the particular condition or malady, this device covers it perfectly.
You got it.
Exactly right.
And the key is you could just have them all on at one time.
So people are looking at this going, well, I'm not going to know how to use this.
This sounds really complicated.
You just turn it on.
Turn it on!
Yeah, and then you can have all the wavelengths.
You could take any wavelength out.
But this is an example here, and I'll just turn this back on.
But this is an example of using ChatGPT to talk through maybe some conditions that the person watching...
So, like, you know, studies with macular degeneration being reversed.
Okay, so then you could, you know, read through.
But then also you look at parameters.
So, for example, here what I did was...
I said, show me the top 10 autoimmune diseases being helped by red light therapy.
And then it's telling you, here's these conditions and here's how it helps with these top 10. And here's the wavelengths that are used.
And then I went the next and look at all these conditions.
Pretty cool being able to use these tools.
And then the next question I said, which photosensitizers can I use?
I think I asked that above here.
And then this one I was asking for depression and brain health.
And then I asked the question, what photosensitizers are being used in this case?
And I was asking for depression.
And a photosensitizer is like a supplement or it could be a drug or methylene blue is not natural, but it is something that's used to increase photosensitivity.
So I said, what photosensitizers are used in this case for depression?
And so then by just asking this, then it tells me, Methylene blue, and it peaks at these wavelengths.
So this is the thing when people are taking supplements, you don't know which wavelengths are going to peak at, hence why having a multi-spectrum device that's the closest thing to full spectrum.
But they outperform by far the halogen bulbs and the incandescent bulbs because the power is about 10 times higher, roughly speaking.
I'm using very vague terms there.
The power is a lot more because all the electricity is going into light, or 90% of it, whereas it's the opposite with halogen bulbs or incandescent bulbs, 90% of the...
Power is going into heat and only 10% into the light, hence why the LEDs are the ones that are showing up in all the studies.
But anyway, these are some of the plant compounds that you can take while in front of the red light.
And then you ask the next question, like, how soon do I take this before I get in front of the red light?
And then it will tell you, okay, we'll take methylene blue 30 to 60 minutes before, take CoQ10 one to two hours before.
So anyway, there you go.
So that's elite level stuff.
Yeah, we can put us back there.
Well, see, this is...
By the way, I'm a chat GPT.
If there's an addiction, this is my...
I'm asking you questions.
Like, for example, why shouldn't I believe you?
That's one of my favorites, you know.
Why are you wrong?
Why are you biased?
And it doesn't like me.
So I'm teaching it of what a jerk I am.
When you are a contrarian to the core, man.
Yes.
But Jonathan, here is my point.
This is a very simple thing.
Okay.
I believe in brass tacks.
If I told somebody, get this, go to MyRedLight.com, use coupon code Lionel, get 10% off, read the variety, just spend some time.
Now here's the thing.
Normally when somebody says, I want to start a new exercise, I'm going to go out, I'm going to bike, I'm going to join a gym.
Do you have enough time to buy yourself, take off your clothes, sit in front of the light, and just calm down for how many minutes?
Yeah, as little as five minutes and as much as 20, 30 minutes.
So you're telling me five minutes just by myself, preferably not in public or at a dinner party.
Excuse me, folks.
I'm going to disrobe.
But you're by yourself.
You get naked, as we say in this hour.
You sit in front of this for five minutes.
You don't do anything.
You can't do that?
Seriously, how can you not not do that?
How can you?
What is the excuse?
You know, my back's acting.
You know, it's raining outside.
You know, I just don't feel like it.
Sit in front of that light!
You don't do anything.
You just sit there naked.
That's it.
This is the easy...
Seriously.
It takes more to take off a childproof cap.
There's more extra...
You don't do anything.
You just sit there and you better...
I mean, this is...
You see what you've done to me?
This is the easiest thing.
Why would you not do this?
You don't have to do anything!
And it's not for fun.
This isn't like a pet rock.
This can benefit you in ways that we haven't even figured out yet.
And by the way, spend any amount of time on the internets, as they say, and everybody's talking about it.
This is not some...
This is not the divining rod or...
You know, some type of, you know, bump.
But what am I trying to think of?
Not phlebotomy.
I'm trying to think of that.
In any event.
Oh, lobotomy.
No, no.
I'm trying to think of when you, phrenology, when you were, would look at bumps on the head.
This is not mystical.
This is not magical.
This is proven.
This is the most obvious thing.
How, you must be swamped with phone calls.
Give me one of those.
Why would you not want this?
I don't understand it.
You don't have to do anything.
Yeah, it's true.
I guess the one thing, Lionel, people would say, because I'm a good contrarian like you, some people that talk themselves out of something like this would just say, somehow it's too expensive.
They'll just say, look, it's too expensive.
I can't justify.
And we're talking about, in some cases, a couple hundred dollars total.
Like at Red Light Therapy Bell, you're talking about a couple hundred dollars, right?
So then just nobody should use that argument.
But then, like I mentioned, with a full-body panel, with spending, broken up into either payments that you would do or just broken up in your mind, over the course of two years, you're looking at $50 a month.
Because that's when you're going to use it.
You don't think about, you know, I'm just going to use this for this month.
Because you could order, you know, I've done comparisons between the cheapest supplement you could possibly get, like, let's say, you know, a $15 supplement, or let's, you know, use around number $20 supplement.
And then you do the math on that.
A $20 supplement will cost you more than a full-body red light panel.
And why is that?
Do the math.
Like, the red light panel is a 50,000-rated lifespan, which is, like, close to a century.
Even if a couple is using it or a small family is using it.
Let's see what happens in 80 years time.
A hundred years time.
Let's see, you know, but the LED technology is designed to last that long.
And so it has a very, like extremely high rated lifespan.
So then, you know, so the $20 supplement will cost you a lot more, like, you know, five times the amount, even a $10 chicken lamp, which is what I'm saying.
Look, you say you don't have enough money, but you see the benefits of red light, like literally, and I mean this, go and buy a chicken lamp.
What's a chicken lamp?
Like the ones that heat chickens up.
Oh, you mean like an infrared, like in a fast food?
Oh, no, no, like if you're growing chickens and you have chickens in your home.
Oh, I'm thinking about the red light of the prepared food.
Oh, okay.
You mean like an incubator light or something?
Yes.
Okay.
Yes, because notice that even the reptile lamps, if your lizard has one, like I know because they've had one before, and then they don't have it, they'll die.
But those reptile lamps will actually work on humans, and they're actually very similar to the exact same one that Niels Vincent in 1903 was using to reverse chronic disease.
So I'm saying that you have that option, but then why then invest more, or in this case, a little more?
And the answer is, one, the electricity bill ends up being higher.
Jonathan, wait a minute.
Stop.
I'm going to sit here.
Somebody walks in, okay, and what would you rather be?
You know what they always say?
This is terrible.
They say, if you ever by yourself, always leave a book in case you're found dead.
Leave some very interesting book to say, oh, look, he was reading this.
If God forbid somebody walks in, and my last days on Earth, there I am nude with a chicken lamp versus this thing.
I'm going to sit there.
Are you kidding me?
And you just told me.
This thing lasts for a century?
Why would you not want this?
I don't understand.
You're so funny.
And I'm sure somebody wants the chicken lampy, but I've got to go like this.
I don't understand.
Seriously, this is to me the most obvious thing.
All you've got to do is sit there, take your clothes off, wait, and just relax.
Twice a day.
How many minutes again, Grant?
You can do twice a day, but you could do as little as, you know, three times a week, 12 minutes.
I mean, that's entry level.
If you're doing 12 minutes three times a week, you are a full bona fide red light therapy user.
So, like, that's as little as you need to do to have the most.
You'll be...
Getting incredible results like that.
But for those of you that want to do more, then look at doing that 20 to 30 minutes a day, once a day, or as much as twice a day.
It just depends on what your time schedule is like, what you're feeling.
But it's as much or as little as you can do, and you'll see the benefits.
I want to say this again.
Doing what?
I'm not doing anything!
I'm just sitting there!
You make it sound like, I've got to reach over.
Turn it on!
Oh my god!
I'm sweating!
This is so much work!
No reps!
Listen, I had no idea.
I read about this.
I said, okay, I'm going to talk to you.
I'm overwhelmed with the...
Why not?
First of all, I want to meet somebody who says, no, because this person should not be allowed to be driving, much less holding sharp instruments.
If somebody would talk them out of this because, what, it's too much work?
And as far as the money goes, listen, I don't know about you, but you can take chronic anything.
What is feeling good?
How much is that worth to you?
How about feeling good?
Feeling better?
Maybe just adding a quality of life and doing nothing.
I keep saying this.
I'm sorry because I'm a bottom line person.
This is the most incredible thing in the world.
That's amazing.
I appreciate that so much.
I've been through it all with my family.
I've seen it all.
Like, you know, I'm 39. I've seen, like, a lot in my short life.
And I've seen people suffer so much, you know, unbelievable.
And I've always been of the mindset of, you know, how do you find a way to make this possible?
Like, you know, I've been for 13 years, I've been in northern Kenya.
With tribes, like tribespeople, the Takanans are very similar to the Maasai.
And we're like trying to do the impossible type things there, like where it's like, okay, well, how do we get water in these areas that there's no water?
And you just have to keep working out how do I do this?
You don't say like it can't be done because if it can't be done, then all these people will starve to death.
And I've seen that happen.
I've held people in my arms that are like, you know, literally dying in my arms of starvation.
And so there is no off button where you tap out and you say there's...
There's no way I give up.
And that goes with disease in general.
So you should never give up when you or a loved one is suffering.
Never accept the diagnosis.
Never accept that the body can't heal because it can.
And it does.
And actually, it's destined to.
The fact that you're even alive is a miracle.
And the healing is the easy part.
The fact that you're alive, that's the hard part.
God's got that one taken care of because your heart is beating right now and you're breathing.
You know, let's do the easier part, which is then giving the body what it needs to be optimal.
But then the other thing is, like, the same way I solve problems like that is the same way I solve problems when I've had, like, not that much money.
I've always found ways to get the things that I felt like I've needed the most because that would help me get to the next.
You know, page and then I could solve problems.
Like if people are able to get their health on track, their ability to generate revenue will be much higher.
Or if they're awaiting something in the future by not doing something.
There's lots of free therapies that cost zero, like getting out into the sun.
So don't walk away from this doing nothing.
You can get out into the sun and there's different therapies that we can, you know, and other times that we can discuss in details.
Well, sure.
And I've got, one of the things I'm famous for educating on is How people can get 100 million stem cells out of their own urine.
So anyway, that's something I'm...
Now we've got to talk about that.
Now that...
Let me tell you something.
Now you've peaked my...
This is a kind of weird, like, self-urologny or some type of undinism to extract stem cells.
I love this.
Listen, let me tell you something.
I...
I like something which is different.
I am a plant-based person.
And I read studies about how people in various rural China and parts of Africa, they have no breast cancer.
They have no heart disease.
They have no nothing.
They eat diets, which is so antithetical to the way we eat.
And I have been laughed at.
And I right now have the cholesterol of an infant.
And I feel terrific.
So you're plant-based.
I am too.
I love that.
Oh, it's absolutely.
And they have said, you're crazy.
You're crazy.
Are you kidding?
I feel terrific.
And what's interesting is, as I get older, I look at friends of mine and they would do anything to just feel better.
So when you ask the question, what is your health?
What about just feeling better?
And when you get older, little things bother you.
So anytime you can do something to help or maybe get a jump on the natural horrors of...
I guess life and aging and whatever, you're better off.
In any event, you've sold me.
I'm so sold.
Let me say something right now.
Somebody wants to do this.
They go to MyRedLight.com.
How do we do this?
What do we get with a coupon?
What do they do?
How do we get your devices?
Absolutely.
So very simple.
You just go to MyRedLight.com and then just look at what we have there and just...
Just see, like, whether it's, you know, this is the AuroPro 200, this is the AuroPro 100, this is the AuroPro 300 max.
And so that gives you an idea of the size, which comes with a full-body stand.
And you just make that decision of, like, ideally, I would obviously recommend for people to get, like, all their organs in front of it.
Your time is very valuable.
It's certainly, you know, definitely the most valuable thing you have other than your health because you...
Without your health, you can't experience time, and you don't have the option to have that.
But this maximizes your time by getting all your organs in front of it at the one time.
And then we've got some great supplements that come with it as free gifts, so they're just there.
So like Well of Life, we're very successful and very helpful.
We've helped millions of people over the years, especially with our information.
So I was the producer on a series called The Truth About Cancer 11 years ago.
You know, since that point, we've had collectively hundreds of millions of views against our films.
And you can see that those view counts online, they're public.
And so that information that we have in when you make a purchase as well is there as a free gift.
So we give you the information and when people follow us as well.
They get more information and help because we do live calls like this and we help people troubleshoot and understand what to do.
And that's a high level of support that I have not seen any other company do.
A lot of people aren't willing to kind of put their neck out like that.
For me, I just want to see people get better.
And so you just choose what you feel there.
Remember, we have a super high demand.
We've become one of the most popular red light companies in the world.
And because of that, we have such a high demand.
So the smartest thing to do is when we have inventory like we do now, just place your order and get at the front of that line.
We'll get our devices out to you and you'll have a 60-day...
Time period to see whether you like it.
Otherwise, it's a money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
And then a three-year warranty on the panels and a one-year warranty on the smaller devices.
And whether it's a small device or a large device, whatever you can get, get started on Red Light.
We can help you and you'll see benefits and blessings.
And one of the last stories I'll share, Lionel, was a woman, Shannon.
She had Graves' disease, so hyperactive thyroid.
Hashimoto's hypoactive thyroid is more common.
And the studies on that are amazing.
We're seeing people get off the medications and get their lives back, get their blood work normalized and all of that, not telling people to get off medications.
But when people have their thyroid producing hormones naturally, like what the clinical studies are showing, then they don't have to.
You know, take these things anymore.
But this one woman, Shannon, she was a marathon runner, but she was basically bedridden.
She could hardly walk at that point.
And she had wanted to compete in the Boston Marathon.
But I mean, think about the fact that you can hardly walk and you want to compete in the Boston Marathon and it's in two and a half weeks.
That's not possible.
You're out.
And frankly, there's a part of me that would say, look, marathons are kind of...
You know, even for somebody that's healthy, like kind of arguably too much for the body.
It's not ideal, but look, we all have our biases.
Because we're bipedal.
I'm sorry.
I don't want to break any, you know, we don't transfer energy very well.
But don't let me interrupt.
Yeah, no worries.
And then her doctors are really, really worried.
They're looking at her blood work and saying, look.
You're in trouble.
You're, like, threatening.
And so, no, definitely don't do that.
Don't compete in a marathon.
And we're just going to have to keep watching and waiting and just...
We're just going to have to keep monitoring you, like just watching for the house to burn down.
It's crazy.
And then her friend, Elizabeth, they both, Shannon and Elizabeth, were in this challenge that I did, and they both purchased devices from us.
And Elizabeth says to her, Shannon, listen, just get in front of the red light, get it over your thigh, get it over your whole body.
And that's one of the things that most of the studies, they just concentrated in one area.
So they have improvement, but it's not a total turnaround.
But whereas when it's whole body, whole organ...
Like, there was a study in the European Medicine Society that showed out it was 62 people with long C-O-V-I-D.
Long C-O-V-I-D.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, and 62 out of 62 within two sessions have...
Have complete remission of acute symptoms.
There were 64 to 84 minute long sessions.
Lionel, you've been asking about the time.
So those times were longer to clear those symptoms.
And then total resolution of all symptoms happened for all 62 out of 62 after four sessions.
60 of those happened within a single week.
The two that were remaining got better in the following weeks.
But these were executive function restored, memory recall restored, emotional deficits resolved, brain fog resolved.
And then digestive issues resolved and oxygen above 97% with that supplementation.
All of those categories.
It was just amazing.
Dysapnea resolved.
Anyway, so back to this woman, Shannon, she gets in front of it.
So now two and a half weeks later, she's competing in the Boston Marathon.
Her blood work was so...
Her doctors didn't even have a problem with it at that point because her blood work was completely normalized.
And it was just amazing.
Turnaround for this woman and that was her getting in front of this and it's anecdotal just like the other one I shared with the 92 year old with their eyesight and reclaiming it and but but look at the clinical studies yourself and you'll see that these are you know just You know, next level, like the little girl, Leah, the nine-year-old that had regained cognitive function from having a stroke when she was in the womb.
And you would say that there's nothing that could be done for a child like that because it's, you know, she had oxygen deprivation to her brain when she was born.
So it's like, just accept, you know, parents that that's her fate, but it wasn't her fate and she could turn it around.
And that was published in the British Medical Journal.
And I don't want to be negative about this, Jonathan, but there are people who would suggest that those people in the medical industry are not really interested in something that isn't very expensive.
You mentioned plant-based.
Imagine going to a doctor and having him prescribe kale.
It's just not going to work.
And one more thing.
One of these days, you know, there are things that we look at right now that we kind of say, well, that makes sense.
Remember the famous Ignat Semmelweis who said...
Why don't we wash our hands after babies are working?
They go, you!
You heretic!
Well, one of these days we're going to say...
Did he get put in a mental asylum, Lionel?
He did, right?
They didn't let him wash his hands.
That I don't know.
But the point is, this makes so much sense.
And I'm telling you right now, we have to take our own health, our own control over it.
Nobody's gonna come and knock on our door and demand that we do the best things for ourselves because you're only good sometimes if you go to a doctor, I hate to say it, love the medical profession, but unless you're sick or bleeding or had a stroke, they don't know how to, if you said, "I'm happy, I'm healthy." Keep me going.
They'll say, I don't know what you're talking about.
But I'm great at stitching up or doing.
Again, God bless them.
But we are in charge of our own destiny.
And Jonathan, this has been life-changing for me.
I'm not kidding you.
I've never said this before about anybody.
This is the most incredible thing.
So MyRedLight.com.
Use the coupon code Lionel.
And thank you so much.
And I hope we get to talk again.
I can't wait as well.
And I'll just tell you that you being on a plant-based diet and the more raw plants you're eating, they're more photosensitive.
So people that do that will have even increased benefits because they're reactive with the light and they get activated by the light.
So watch what happens when people have really great diets and eat a lot of greens and plants that are photoactive and photosensitive.
It's amazing.
But regardless, whatever diet you're on, red light therapy works and it's working for everyone across the board from everything I'm seeing.
Thanks again, Lionel.
Jonathan, Otto, thank you so much, my friend.
It was a delight.
Have a great day, sir, and thank you.
Thanks, brother.
God bless.
