[00:01:41] As an affirmative defense in certain criminal charges and the like. [00:01:45] As you know right now, if you are found not guilty by reason of insanity, NGRI, you lack the requisite specific intent to commit a crime and therefore are acquitted. [00:01:58] You are not guilty. [00:02:00] Sometimes mistake of fact can apply as well, where you did not know something. [00:02:06] Ignorance of the law is not a defense. === Whatever They Want (07:31) === [00:02:09] In a lot of cases, Linda Tripp was an exception. [00:02:12] Remember that? [00:02:13] Oh, I didn't know you had to get the consent of Monica Lewinsky when I taped her. [00:02:18] I didn't know that. [00:02:19] Sometimes there must be science or knowledge. [00:02:24] There must be mens rea, criminal mind, the actus reas, the criminal act. [00:02:29] All these precursors and antecedents. [00:02:33] But if ever there was something that would be allowed called stupid, you would have... [00:02:38] The perfect example of here. [00:02:41] First, first and foremost, number one, the number one absolute public enemy number one is Tiffany Henyard. [00:02:49] Tiffany Henyard from Dalton, Illinois, super mayor. [00:02:55] This woman is beyond anything anybody's ever even imagined. [00:03:08] It's incredible. [00:03:09] She is, if you have not seen her, not only is she stupid, she's incomprehensible. [00:03:17] She speaks, spews, and utters a gibberish the likes of which you can't believe. [00:03:25] Sean Diddy Do-Wa-Diddy Combs in this, I don't know what it is, this world that he lives in. [00:03:36] In which he thinks he can, for the longest time, involve himself in the most horrid, horrid of crimes and the like. [00:03:46] For reasons I can't even understand or grasp how he can think he can get away with this. [00:03:53] And he has! [00:03:54] And go on TV and laugh about it, laugh about it, joke about it, mock, hint. [00:04:03] It's beyond anything anybody's ever seen before. [00:04:06] It's incredible. [00:04:07] He goes and he just... [00:04:09] I don't know what the word is. [00:04:11] He seems to just live like a lot of these people in Hollywood. [00:04:16] They just can do whatever they want. [00:04:18] They think they can do whatever they want. [00:04:20] They live in a world where they do whatever they want. [00:04:22] They feel like they're above the law. [00:04:26] Nathan Wade, who just recently was found, he was served, With a subpoena to appear, Nathan Wade, this guy, the Jadrool's Jadrool, he's incredible. [00:04:40] This is the former Fulton County Special Prosecutor, served finally, subpoenaed by a Republican U.S. panel, investigating the one-time romantic relationship with D.A. Fannie, Fannie, Schwannie, Willis, after he went on... [00:04:59] on CNN and basically spilled his guts for no particular reason. [00:05:04] The guy who says, I don't know, I, uh, his phone was tracked. [00:05:09] Fannie Willis, who's so stupid, beyond stupid, oh, I paid for everything. [00:05:14] I paid cash. [00:05:15] What is she, like, worth eight million? [00:05:17] I don't understand any of this. [00:05:19] She can't be that stupid. [00:05:20] But she basically has this idea that I can do whatever I want, say whatever I want, do whatever I want, think whatever I want, be whatever I want, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. [00:05:29] It's absolutely incredible. [00:05:33] It's incredible. [00:05:35] They just... [00:05:37] And it doesn't stop. [00:05:39] None of it seems to stop. [00:05:42] Nobody seems to notice this. [00:05:47] Diddy, I mentioned him, and Eric, Eric Anas, he might actually have, believe it or not, he might have, He might have a defense of sorts in which he can perhaps, [00:06:06] and this is important, he might perhaps be able to show that what he did was not the subject of bribery, that those were not Criminal activities and the like. [00:06:30] How do I say that? [00:06:33] These were not behaviors that were official duties. [00:06:37] The influence he showed and the like might not have been in any way connected with bribery. [00:06:47] He might have actually been doing legitimately things he could do. [00:06:53] If I pay Someone in office to do something which they do anyway. [00:07:01] If I say, listen, here's a hundred bucks. [00:07:03] Show up, sign this legislation, and I'm going to do it anyway. [00:07:12] Or maybe you wanted me to throw a party for you, introduce me to somebody. [00:07:23] All these things may fall out of the purview of bribery because those weren't official duties. [00:07:31] It's one thing to say, here's $100, change your vote as to the zoning or something. [00:07:38] That's one thing. [00:07:40] Again, believe it or not, somehow through some estimable luck that these folks have, maybe through something that we cannot... [00:07:53] Understand or appreciate, maybe they somehow, I guess, escaped this. [00:08:04] Now, I must say this. [00:08:07] I'm waiting for the race card, both in my excoriation, my review, my execration of this, so to speak, because everybody's black. [00:08:22] And I call them the clueless five. [00:08:24] These people just don't seem to know what the hell is going on. [00:08:29] And you are entitled to think that if you want. [00:08:32] You're entitled to think that I'm picking on people because of their race. [00:08:37] You have to. [00:08:38] I would be so disappointed if you didn't. [00:08:41] If you didn't pull the race card. [00:08:42] We have five people. [00:08:45] Five individuals. [00:08:46] All the subjects of major either court cases against them or in the case of Fonny and who knows? [00:08:53] There may be obstruction of justice on their part. [00:08:56] They all happen to be black. [00:09:00] And it's very easy for you to believe or to suggest that their collective negritude is the reason for this. [00:09:13] I won't even entertain. [00:09:16] A response to that, if that's your inclination. [00:09:19] This is basically the parade of the stupid. [00:09:23] These are people who just seem to, for reasons I don't know, they've just escaped the hazard of their profound stupidity. === Thank You, Subscribe!
