[00:01:33] I really don't give a damn about Matthew Perry. [00:01:37] I'm sorry that anybody died. [00:01:39] I'm sorry that anybody had a drug addiction. [00:01:41] But I really don't care. [00:01:43] When the whole federal government looks the other way regarding the criminal complicity of Big Pharma? [00:01:50] Why am I supposed to care about Matthew Perry? [00:01:53] Matthew Perry was driving me nuts towards the end of his pathetic life when he would go on all these shows and yell, I'm an addict! [00:01:59] You don't understand! [00:02:00] I'm an addict! [00:02:01] I'm an addict! [00:02:02] Okay, you're an addict! [00:02:04] But he wasn't doing anything to stop the addiction, apparently, and maybe that's the problem with it. [00:02:10] But I want you to understand something. [00:02:13] Yes, I believe we should do something to try to address people. [00:02:16] But there comes a point when people have to understand and recognize that when you elect to become a drug addict, somebody somewhere has to decide, I'm going to now embark into this world. [00:02:30] I'm going to traverse this barrier from non-user into drug addict. [00:02:37] I'm going to go from here To there. [00:02:40] You got it? [00:02:41] I'm going to go from here to there. [00:02:44] And I know about this. [00:02:45] I'm a smart person. [00:02:47] I make $20 million a year for the rest of my life doing nothing from being part of some half-baked TV series. [00:02:55] There's nothing that special about me. [00:02:57] I'm very smart. [00:02:58] I'm very wise. [00:02:59] And I'm going to do this. [00:03:00] And whatever happens to be next, I understand I'm assuming this. [00:03:05] Because unless somebody... [00:03:07] And by the way, sometimes these things happen, and I am in no way conversant with Matthew Perry's ills. [00:03:16] He could have gone to a doctor, he might have had some surgery, he might have had something where he was initially prescribed something. [00:03:25] I have no earthly idea. [00:03:29] I don't know. [00:03:32] I don't mean these people harm. [00:03:35] I don't mean these people any type of ill will. [00:03:39] But I'm tired of pretending that for some reason I've got to drop what I'm doing and pay homage to people because they're addicts. [00:03:48] I live in a world right now where I am immersed in drugs and drug addicts and most of the people who are involved in drugs that are legally prescribed by Big Pharma. [00:04:00] If I meet one more kid, one more person screaming, I have anxiety, popping whatever the hell they're popping, I don't know what I'm going to do. [00:04:09] We have lost control of ourselves. [00:04:12] There's something wrong with us. [00:04:15] There's always been alcoholism, there's always been drug abuse, but there's something different going on. [00:04:20] And now when somebody claims to be an addict, we almost hold them up to some position like, oh, back off, back off. [00:04:27] Don't say anything. [00:04:28] He's an addict. [00:04:30] Okay, I'm sorry, but you're telling me that the feds are going after, of all people, his dealers, when they know exactly what happened during Big Pharma? [00:04:40] Big Pharma that brought us the original opioids, and by the way, fentanyl, not fentanyl, fentanyl is a great drug, but the stuff that people are seeing on the street is not fentanyl, it's something else. [00:04:52] It may be called that, it's synthetic something. [00:04:56] But you mean to tell me when Big Pharma made Billions! [00:05:01] And has made billions through COVID manias, through all type of regular overuse and overprescription of drugs left and right. [00:05:11] Do you mean that this, whoever these queen ketamines are, that this is really something other than some theoretical production number? [00:05:23] Some parade? [00:05:26] Some pavan? [00:05:27] Some dance? [00:05:28] Some symbolic? [00:05:30] What? [00:05:31] Cavalcade of law enforcement? [00:05:33] What is this all about? [00:05:36] If you really want to go after what's going on, go after Mexico. [00:05:40] Go after the cartels that bring this crap in. [00:05:43] You know, years ago, we had this fellow who was a very important actor, Philip Seymour Hoffman. [00:05:48] Very sad, very tragically, died from heroin overdoses and overdose. [00:05:53] And that was on TV at the time. [00:05:56] And NYPD was looking for the individual responsible. [00:05:59] He's responsible! [00:06:01] Oh, no, no, no, no, no. [00:06:02] I mean the, you know, the pusher, the dealer. [00:06:06] He's responsible! [00:06:08] So I was doing a TV show at the time, and I said, by the way, I know who did it. [00:06:11] I said, Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan. [00:06:14] That's where the poppy fields are. [00:06:16] That's where the drug fields are that American servicemen and American soldiers are protecting. [00:06:23] Would you stop this game? [00:06:26] We go after a few people for some parade, some make-believe statistic. [00:06:31] Look, we're doing something. [00:06:33] Just like when they arrest Al Capone. [00:06:36] It looked good. [00:06:38] Drug abuse is a problem that is so pervasive, so incredibly... [00:06:43] What's the word? [00:06:46] So expansive that we can't even get our minds around it. [00:06:54] But to suggest... [00:06:56] That this means something is an embarrassment. [00:07:00] It embarrasses and insults our intelligence. [00:07:04] The federal government has never wanted to stop anything involving drugs, drug abuse, drug cartels, drug networks, drug syndicates. [00:07:17] Stop it! [00:07:18] Crime and drugs are huge money makers. [00:07:22] Money. [00:07:23] Everybody benefits. [00:07:25] Everybody. [00:07:26] There also comes another issue which we're going to have to deal with again. [00:07:29] Do you believe that people have the inherent natural right to kill themselves with drugs? [00:07:34] And the answer is yes! [00:07:36] Yes you do! [00:07:37] Yes! [00:07:38] I cannot stop you from killing yourself. [00:07:45] But if I ever really want to stop drugs, stop their proliferation, stop their availability, I've got to do a number of things. [00:07:57] First, stop pretending I'm doing something with these titular raids and arrests. [00:08:04] Number two, go after the people who are really responsible for this. [00:08:07] And that's foreign countries and cartels and elsewhere. [00:08:10] And also, start with Big Pharma. [00:08:13] Big Pharma has done more to destroy and the medical community and the psychiatric community has done more to screw more people up permanently. [00:08:24] And indelibly. [00:08:26] So, while I appreciate the fact that Matthew Perry was a talented actor, who got on my nerves, his character, who he was, I never... [00:08:38] Look, I don't mean anybody any harm, but he's not a hero. [00:08:43] He didn't do anything that great. [00:08:45] He was an actor. [00:08:47] There's a million actors. [00:08:48] And it's tragic what happened to him. [00:08:50] But you're telling me... [00:08:52] That I'm supposed to not see through what the government and the feds are doing? [00:08:56] You've got to be kidding me. [00:08:59] You've got to be kidding me. [00:09:01] Just like with Philip Seymour Hoffman. [00:09:04] It's Afghanistan! [00:09:07] There's more people. [00:09:09] There was a case here of this poor little girl. [00:09:10] She was at a daycare center and she got into something that had fentanyl on it or the synthetic. [00:09:16] Died immediately. [00:09:17] You're not going after anybody who's providing. [00:09:20] That kid or that family the drugs? [00:09:23] No! [00:09:24] But if it's somebody in Hollywood, well, we're going to get to the bottom of that.
