They talk to you about the specifics about how to be, but you have no idea what's going to happen to you.

But let me go back to what I'm saying.
You have no idea the problems you're going to run into.
If you ever, ever decide to go plant-based or vegan.
As you know, a vegetarian just says, I don't eat meat.

And there are these weird, there's pescetarians.
They eat fish.
They eat that meat.
Or ovolacto.
They eat eggs and milk.
Vegetarian.
I say being agnostic.
I don't even know what that means.
And there are these other folks who do all this stuff.
And that's fine.
And that's pretty good for you.
And remember, I'm not a doctor.
I'm just going to tell you my particular journey.
But a vegan is different.
And vegan isn't.
I prefer to call it plant-based.
But plant-based doesn't do it.
But ideally, vegan says, I eat nothing with animal products.
No meat, of course.
No chicken, no pork, no fish, no clams, no nothing, no butter, because that's milk.
No, nothing with eggs.
You know, white, egg whites, egg yolks, eggs.
Eggs, milk, butter, no.
Now, some will go, they're ready to honey, because honey is made by bees, and of course, and silk.
Look, I...
I hope you don't take it the wrong way, friends, but I am plant-based for health reasons, not because of animal treatment, but I'm being nice to animals, and with the exception of maybe...

Because I believe, in my humble opinion, that the greatest thing in the world I ever did, and the greatest thing you could do, is go plant-based.
Now, I don't want to go into this and say, meat's bad, this is bad.
And this is why I'm telling you.
And let me just get to the bottom line.
If you're going to do this, first rule is don't ever tell anybody.
Don't tell anybody what you're doing.
Don't tell anybody that you're even thinking about doing this because you have no idea what you're going to go through.
People come after you.
What's the matter with you?
Where do you get your calcium from?
Where do you get your protein from?
Protein.
They know nothing.
They don't.
And then they talk about soy and soy is going to kill you and you're a soy boy.
And they make stuff up.
And we were made to be animals because of canines.
And those two little tiny things there.
This somehow means that you have to eat bacon.
And they don't.
They.
Trust me.
Trust me.
If you go to a restaurant, by the way, some of the best places to eat plant-based foods, think about sides.
This is one of the best ways to say it.
Sides.
But sides are not in butter.
Listen, if that's the way you want to do it, do whatever you want.
I don't care.
But if you're interested, steakhouses have some of the best stuff ever.
Because their sides are fantastic.
Mushrooms.
And you can always, whenever you go to a restaurant, and you want to say, let's say you don't want, you know, butter or oil, which we're going to get to one day, the oil thing is going to, oh, you're going to go nuts with the oil stuff.
Let's just make it easy right now.
Always tell somebody it's because of allergies.
Oh, are you a vegan?
Oh, no, no, it's my allergy.
Oh, okay.
Because restaurants go nuts if you mention allergy.
Allergy is like, wait a minute, hold it.
You will meet the biggest bunch of a-holes, cloacas, in your life who will tell you things about your lifestyle that they know nothing about.
And I mean nothing.
You meet keto people and paleo people and they say, you know, this isn't good for you.
And people will say things and you just bite your tongue.
Somebody will say, well, you know, I went to the doctor and he says, you know, I mean, I was vegan, but he says, you have to eat some meat.
You have to eat some meat.
That's the most ridiculous thing in the world.
You don't have to eat meat.
Well, I just wasn't feeling right.
Fine, if you don't feel right, that's terrific.
But just do me a favor.
Don't tell anybody.
And another thing too, I'm going to say something, and I hope nobody takes it the wrong way, speaking of cloacas and a-holes and the like.
I'm trying to keep this clean.
Vegans themselves can be insufferable.
I can't stand these people.
Some of them, each is...
Remember, there is the militant ethical vegan, and then there is the dietary vegan.
And the dietary vegan is what I am.
I'm just talking about the diet stuff, and that's it.

And I never tell anybody, but you can and can't do it.

You have to go to a doctor.

If somebody said, you know, you've got X amount of, you know, I think I would probably go to the hill country of Texas, certainly go to, you know, Franklin's, and I would eat as much, as many Beef ribs as I can.
Barbecue to me is heaven.
Pork chops, chicken, steak.
Never really cared for fish.
Not a fish guy.
Don't care about oysters.
Don't care about clams.
Pork, pork chops.
Shake and bake pork chops.

I used to sit there with a bowl of applesauce and use the pork chop.
Breaded as a scooping device.
Of course, you're eating by yourself.
Then there's fat.
Pork fat, beef fat.
Love it.
Sausage.
Love it.
Bacon.
Oh my God.
The smell of bacon.
But this is my 15th year.
And I have never felt better.

Like people who do marathons and run and endurance, this is a form of endurance.

Every year, There was about between 500 and 700,000 maybe heart attacks.
Many of them, first symptom, sudden death.
First symptom they ever had of anything.
If you have atherosclerosis, if you have an occlusion, you can have all the EKGs you want.
That just tells you you haven't had a heart attack.
