I want to explain something called legal realism.
There are many people who are legal scholars and commentators who will see things vis-a-vis their own particular way of thinking.
They're libertarian or they're whatever.

But if courts don't see it that way, what does it matter?
There are some things that happen that do not follow your particular way of thinking.
So anyway, to make a long story short, that's what I'm doing.
