[00:01:32] Society, as we know it, is at the nadir, or nadir, depending upon where you're from, of development. [00:01:42] Society, us, at every level, has never... [00:01:47] We have never seen or enjoyed this form of putrescence and fetid decomposition. [00:01:54] Morally, intellectually, socially, politically, artistically, humanistically, we have never seen anything like this. [00:02:07] Unless you think I'm just exaggerating or I'm just some grouch, you're missing the point altogether. === Why We Hate Trump (03:43) === [00:02:15] We've never seen anything like this. [00:02:18] There are groups of people called Democrats who don't have a political opinion. [00:02:24] What they are is they're allergic to Trump. [00:02:27] It's just like I've got friends of mine whose sole existence, whose sole form of accomplishment is to tell you everything they're allergic to. [00:02:37] I have one who even carries a card in her purse that she hands to a waiter that lists proudly, I'm allergic to all these. [00:02:45] We live in a society right now that loves to hate. [00:02:49] We are defined by whom we hate. [00:02:51] And it's not just the left. [00:02:53] The left right now, of course, hates Trump. [00:02:55] Oh, and Alex Jones. [00:02:56] Alex Jones is the representative of all that is wrong with humanity. [00:03:01] But the right does it too. [00:03:02] They'll talk about Joy Behar and AOC. [00:03:05] People come alive today when they hate. [00:03:08] People come alive when they hate. [00:03:10] And the bottom line is simply this. [00:03:12] Society as we know it, As we know it. [00:03:16] And this iteration, this functioning version of humanity today is absolutely bare bones, devoid, naked, vapid, vacant, vacuous, you name it. [00:03:32] I mean, it is no matter where I look, I see it. [00:03:41] And you can't advance once you Appreciate that fact. [00:03:46] But let me just remind you of this. [00:03:50] I'm going to develop this thought much, much greater in detail. [00:03:54] But first, a word from our sponsor. [00:03:59] History is being made. [00:04:01] Thanks to a new study, there is strong evidence to suggest collagen is one of the best supplements in the world to help reduce the appearance of skin aging. [00:04:11] Researchers found the supplement helped improve skin elasticity and hydration of over 1,100 people. [00:04:19] Based on these results, the researchers concluded collagen was effective for reducing signs of skin aging like wrinkles. [00:04:26] That's why I've been using the best collagen powder on the market. [00:04:30] Other products just do not contain the same level of the five critically important types of collagen for bright, even, and younger looking skin like this one does. [00:04:40] It combines the right types and the right amount of collagen your skin needs to help rejuvenate its elasticity. [00:04:46] After using it myself, I'm now a lifetime customer. [00:04:49] The benefits were clear as day. [00:04:52] Unlock your secret to healthy aging with this collagen powder. [00:04:56] HealthWithLionel.com is notorious for selling out due to their high demand. [00:05:00] As of the making of this video right now, they're in stock. [00:05:04] And they're 51% off. [00:05:18] I know what you're thinking. [00:05:20] You're thinking this guy's being pessimistic again. [00:05:22] Oh, no, no, no, no. [00:05:24] Let me ask you something. [00:05:25] Is a pathologist pessimistic? [00:05:27] Is a neurological oncologist pessimistic? [00:05:31] Is somebody who tries to prevent disease, cure disease, if somebody who is trying to act as a cultural palliative, are they bereft of what? === Teething Politics (09:17) === [00:05:45] Support? [00:05:45] I don't think so. [00:05:46] I don't think so. [00:05:50] You know, we can talk all day long. [00:05:54] I love noises like that. [00:05:56] In heaven there will be noises like that. [00:05:59] Every time an angel gets a wing. [00:06:01] We can talk about a lot of stuff. [00:06:05] But the thing that we will never be able to talk about is that which we don't appreciate. [00:06:13] And Americans today, Americans today, right now, We appreciate absolutely nothing. [00:06:22] And I could spend a long time doing this, but let me just talk in this particular case about politics, okay? [00:06:27] Let me explain to you. [00:06:29] We have to, if you're even interested in delving into, in wading into that which we call politics, there are two basic distinctions and versions of this, right? [00:06:42] Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative. [00:06:44] I guess. [00:06:46] And that's being so funny. [00:06:49] You know, that's like saying there's Northern Italian and Southern Italian food. [00:06:53] No, it's a little more complicated than that. [00:06:56] There's Mississippi jazz, excuse me, blues, you know, Delta, and Chicago. [00:07:03] No. [00:07:04] But, because you don't have a lot of time, and most people are not going to care one way or the other about the subtle distinctions between the two, let's just say, Democrats, Republicans, liberals. [00:07:16] So let's start off with this beautiful thing. [00:07:19] There are no Democrats. [00:07:21] Find a Democrat you know today and ask that Democrat what he or she believes as to anything. [00:07:31] Go ahead. [00:07:32] Ask him or her. [00:07:34] What do you believe? [00:07:37] What? [00:07:39] Are you an FDR New Dealer? [00:07:41] No. [00:07:41] Are you a JFK? [00:07:43] No. [00:07:43] Are you a George McGovern? [00:07:44] No. [00:07:45] Are you a Gene McCarty? [00:07:47] No. [00:07:48] Are you an anti-war? [00:07:49] No. [00:07:49] What are you? [00:07:51] And they may, they may, they may, and if they do do this, they'll tell you exactly who they are. [00:07:57] They may throw something about climate change. [00:07:59] That's the tip-off. [00:08:01] Or maybe something about, I don't know, transgenderism. [00:08:06] But most of them. [00:08:07] Most, most, I promise you, are defined by their hatred for Donald Trump. [00:08:18] Donald Trump created them. [00:08:22] They're like my friend who says, I'm allergic to peanut allergies. [00:08:27] She loves telling you this. [00:08:31] And the more exotic, Allergy, the better. [00:08:39] Never see anything like it. [00:08:41] By the way, I never knew any kids growing up when I grew up with a peanut allergy. [00:08:44] Never knew kids who were autistic. [00:08:45] Never knew kids who had anxiety. [00:08:47] Never knew kids who came into suicide. [00:08:48] Never knew any of this. [00:08:49] Gee, I wonder what's different between when I grew up and what's happening now. [00:08:54] We'll talk about that later. [00:08:56] But these are the islands of the negatives. [00:09:00] We don't know. [00:09:00] And now I'll throw in Alex Jones. [00:09:02] Alex Jones makes them feel It's like a teething, right? [00:09:09] Have you ever seen sometimes when a poor kid's teething and just that teeth are coming through and they just... [00:09:16] And you give them something and they attack your finger or a towel or a doll or... [00:09:22] And the poor, you know, breastfeeding mother, that's kind of what they're like. [00:09:29] They're being gnawed at by this thing, this kid. [00:09:37] That's it. [00:09:37] That's the beginning and the end. [00:09:39] That's the extent of their political ideology. [00:09:41] This hatred. [00:09:42] This gnawing, antagonizing, painful expression of utter and terrible pain. [00:09:55] Now, it goes no further. [00:10:03] That's all they can tell you. [00:10:06] What do you like, Joe Biden? [00:10:09] Are you a Kamala Harris fan? [00:10:11] And he might speak about, well, you know the glass ceiling color with a Kareem Jean-Pierre. [00:10:16] No, they have no... [00:10:18] Believe me when I'm telling you this. [00:10:19] They can't point to it. [00:10:20] Do you like the energy policy? [00:10:21] Do you like this? [00:10:22] What has he done? [00:10:25] Do you particularly care for the Ukrainian policy? [00:10:27] Yes. [00:10:27] Can you explain what the Ukrainian policy is? [00:10:28] Can you tell me where the Donbass is? [00:10:30] Do you know where Donetsk and Lugansk? [00:10:31] I don't know where that is. [00:10:33] By the way, your Ukrainian flag is upside down. [00:10:35] Just want to let you know. [00:10:36] They don't know. [00:10:41] Now, the Republicans, on the other side, a little bit better. [00:10:46] They still have their subjects of hate. [00:10:48] Everybody's always had hate. [00:10:49] Years ago it was Jane Fund and Susan Sarandon. [00:10:53] Now it's Joy Behar and AOC and whatever. [00:10:59] There's always this. [00:11:00] They love to point to somebody because that's the gnawing, that's the teething pain, their intellectual teething pain. [00:11:08] They don't know what's... [00:11:11] It's not about intellectual, about ideology. [00:11:12] They just hate people. [00:11:14] If you took everything that Joy Behar said and you put it into the mouth of a human being, it wouldn't do anything. [00:11:22] But it's the way they gnaw at you and the way their voice and their face and their look. [00:11:30] Alex Jones with this sweatiness and this evangelical, you know, Elmer Gantry, Trump with his hair and his this. [00:11:40] That's it. [00:11:41] It's not the message. [00:11:42] Nobody listens at all to the message. [00:11:45] The message means nothing. [00:11:47] This is where we are today. [00:11:49] Why? [00:11:50] Because of this. [00:11:52] That's right, my phone. [00:11:53] We're here because of social media, this absolute intellectual obsolescence. [00:12:05] We don't think today. [00:12:07] Let me give you an example of something. [00:12:09] I mentioned this before. [00:12:11] Years ago, I used to actually look forward to Wednesday New York Times, Ruth Reichel, Restaurant Reviews. [00:12:18] It's beautiful. [00:12:20] The words, the prose, the way she would describe sumptuousness, the way she would describe a particular amuse-bouche, the salinity of this ad mixed with this unctuous... [00:12:41] Herbaceous, savory tincture of florid. [00:12:47] I mean, just the descriptions were beautiful. [00:12:53] Velveteen, whatever. [00:12:58] Today, by virtue of this iteration of humanity that we live in today, we have the food blog. [00:13:09] And we have Mark Wiens. [00:13:11] This hyper-exuberant, overdone reaction to a tomahawk chop or a panini. [00:13:23] You have people who are excited. [00:13:26] I'm looking so excited. [00:13:28] We're going to have, I think they call it, I don't know, a torta. [00:13:35] Why? [00:13:36] Because of this. [00:13:37] Because this replaced everything. [00:13:41] Not just food explications and descriptions, but politics. [00:13:47] You see, one of the reasons why kids can't read today is because they can't track words. [00:13:52] Because everything is thrown at them. [00:13:55] We don't appreciate the subtleties, the nuance, the particular interstitial... [00:14:02] Interstitial connectivity of ideas and thoughts regarding ciphology and elections. [00:14:08] Because we're like a food blog. [00:14:11] We just want somebody throwing something at us. [00:14:14] We went over the top loud with buzzers and graphics and thumbnails and underlines and underscores and that's who we are at every single level. [00:14:25] But the thing that you must remember going back and circling back to the notion And they're subject to politics. [00:14:33] The most important thing for people to do, if you really want to get their attention, is give them something to hate. [00:14:44] They love hate. [00:14:48] Now, if you like this, you know what to do. [00:14:51] You know the drill. [00:14:52] Like the video, subscribe to the channel, blah, blah, blah.
