	Over the weekend, while many Americans were traveling home from Thanksgiving or eating leftover turkey, Joe Biden announced that he would be granting his son a full pardon.
	As you may recall, Hunter Biden had recently been found guilty on multiple gun and drug-related offenses.
	Hunter has routinely been in and out of the news cycle for his antics and degeneracy.
	The infamous laptop from hell that Biden and the deep state intentionally buried was chock full of lewd images of Hunter smoking meth, sleeping with prostitutes and sending creepy text messages about his nieces.
	As such, Hunter has been a lightning rod, attracting unwanted media attention and endless Republican scrutiny over the last several years.
	After the guilty convictions this year, it seemed that Hunter was destined to be the black sheep of his family.
	He had become too controversial and toxic to even be considered for a pardon.
	Even the Biden administration itself was claiming that a pardon was totally out of the question.
	Through the shocked horror of much of the Democrat Party, Joe Biden has issued a full pardon of his son Hunter, totally absolving him of all and any wrongdoing for all of his crimes over the last 10 years.
	Now, for us here at Loomer Unleashed and for Republicans who, you know, have actually been paying attention, this move should come as no surprise whatsoever.
	We know that all of the moral grandstanding that the Democrats put on is totally fabricated.
	And we heard for years about the importance and the sanctity of democracy, about how Trump would abuse the pardon power to get himself off the hook, and about how this election was about normalcy and decency.
	And of course, well, all of that was just talking points and nonsense and platitudes issued by a party that is really the furthest thing from them.
	But now with this part and that facade that the Democrats have carefully crafted has totally collapsed like a house of cards around them.
	Hunter's case was really not one of moral ambiguity or unfair political persecution.
	In fact, on the contrary, it is plainly obvious that, well, he's a total scumbag.
	He's a pervert!
	He's a loser!
	He's a drug addict who utilizes his family's clout to fuel and permit his drug abuse.
	He's really just the rich kid that never grew up because, well, daddy put a silver spoon in his mouth his entire life.
	He's an adult child.
	This is the kind of person that deserves to be put behind bars and taught a lesson.
	Not someone deserving of a blanket pardon.
	But instead, well, we see that the shameless Biden family will always protect their own over the interests of the common good.
	Moreover, we see that America really does have a two-tier justice system.
	Average Americans would have the book thrown at them over the same crimes Hunter committed.
	Yet, if you're rich and famous or have a protected minority class or your daddy's the president of the United States, you're going to get off scot-free.
	That's the standard that the Democrats just established.
	Let's just contrast the Hunter Biden saga with that of the January 6th protesters.
	The people who entered the Capitol that day were hardworking, earnest patriots who were there to protest what they believed was a rigged election.
	For the crime of entering the very building which supposedly represents them, the home of the people, many people have been languishing in federal prison for the past four years.
	They were intentionally and unfairly targeted by Biden's Department of Justice.
	They were made examples of for the purpose of showing the rest of the MAGA movement not to mess with the power and legitimacy of the deep state.
	For months, the DOJ systematically hunted down almost every single person who entered the building that day.
	It didn't matter whether those people had been violent or had damaged anything.
	It didn't matter if they were young or old.
	It didn't matter if they had been literally left in the door by security or not.
	Each of these people had their lives ruined and had the book thrown at them by the deep state.
	They have been among the most politically persecuted and unfairly punished people in the modern history of our country.
	In seven weeks, just 47 days from now, when Trump enters the White House and becomes, well, the 47th President of the United States, 47 in 47, it is imperative that he use his pardon power to free these J6 political prisoners.
	If the left can bemoan the sanctity of democracy and decency in this nation, yet turn around and pardon human filth like Hunter Biden, then freeing the January 6th protesters should be a no-brainer for Donald Trump.
	Trump has repeatedly shed light on this clear double standard and has hinted that he will move forward with a pardon once he takes office.
	On Sunday night, he actually posted the following message on True Social, quote, Does the pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J6 hostages who have now been in prison for years?
	Such an abuse and miscarriage of justice, end quote.
	But mark my words, even though it is plainly obvious to much of the MAGA movement that these people deserve pardons, there will be significant pushback from Democrats and even many Republicans on Capitol Hill.
	We're going to hear all sorts of excuses from them about, oh, a miscarriage of justice and freeing threats of democracy and supporting terrorism and taking the moral high road, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
	Nauseating, isn't it?
	Most of these platitudes will emanate from Donald Trump's own party, the very same party which purports to represent MAGA, yet only does so when it's fashionable.
	Only does so when, well, they just want to go to Mar-a-Lago and take selfies and pretend like they're all Trump supporters, even though they all campaigned with Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis.
	Right?
	That's how it works.
	This attitude is exactly why Republicans as a party fail time and time again.
	There's just no loyalty and there's no extreme accountability to hold these people accountable for their dubious and deceitful activities and behavior.
	It is now blatantly obvious that the Democrats will do whatever it takes to protect their own and to protect power when possible.
	If Joe Biden can pardon his despicable drug addict son just so he can go and bang more hookers and do more cocaine...
	Then I think Donald Trump can free his most loyal supporters who have actually been persecuted by our federal government and who have actually been victimized by a two-tiered justice system.

	And of course, we all saw that Hunter Biden pardoned his son and we all saw it coming, whether it was a commutation of his sentence or just a full blown pardon.
	And it happened and everybody's mad at Joe Biden and they're talking about how Joe Biden is carrying out a two tier justice system.
	And yeah, I mean, it's rational for people to be upset with Joe Biden, right?

	It's completely rational for people to be upset with Hunter Biden and to be upset with Joe Biden, and really this double standard that we've seen for years now in the Republican Party, or the Democrat Party and the Republican Party, where everybody says accountability is coming, you have the Republicans talking about how they're going to hold the Biden crime family accountable, raising money, having their stupid hearings, going on Fox News with their silly little talking points, and yet at the end of the day, the American people lose and, well...
	The people who carried out this treasonous attack against President Trump, they're getting away with it.
	And the people that got rich in Ukraine and...
	You know, got rich off of shady business deals by abusing their power like the Biden crime family did.
	Well, they're getting away with it because everybody wants to focus on the fact that, oh, well, Hunter Biden's getting off for gun offenses and we're conservatives and you have Republicans that are making these arguments that we should be in support of people and their Second Amendment rights.
	And so who cares if you got a pardon?
	But if you actually look at the scope of the pardon here, OK, it's a 10 year long pardon and it's really quite unprecedented.
	It's generally when you get a pardon.
	You are pardoned for a crime that you have committed.
	And we know that Biden and his son have committed crimes.
	But the crime that he had been charged with, right, is not necessarily all encapsulating of the crime that he has now been pardoned for.
	And so what we have here is a president pardoning his son with a blanket pardon for all of his activities.
	So any crime that he committed over these last 10 years.
	So we were told that what the Biden family did in Ukraine with Burisma was not illegal, right?
	We were constantly gaslit by the Democrats that said, oh, this is just Republicans trying to work against the Biden family.
	It's all political in nature.
	But if it was all political in nature and there was no crime, then why does Joe Biden find the need to pardon his son for things outside of the scope of the gun charges and the drug charges that he's facing?
	Well, we know the answer.
	And everybody knew that the Biden crime family was guilty and that they were engaged in unethical and illegal activity.
	But what did the Republicans do?
	And so I say, if you're going to get mad at anybody for the Hunter Biden part, and you should be mad at people like James Comer, and you should be mad at people like Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Greene, and These Republicans that talked a big talk for years and pretended like they were going to hold the Biden crime family accountable.
	How many times did these people lie and say, oh my God, we're going to impeach Joe Biden.
	We're going to hold Hunter Biden accountable.
	We're going to subpoena him.
	And they took videos of themselves signing the subpoena.
	I think we even have the video here of James Comer signing Hunter Biden subpoena.

	I mean, how many times did we see the House Judiciary Committee tweeting, accountability is coming?
	Yeah, we've heard that a million times, right?
	They love tweeting that accountability is coming.
	Right, they go on their little Twitter or they have their interns tweet out, accountability is coming, quick, you know, just tweet out, accountability is coming and the GOP base is going to eat it up and they're going to think that accountability is actually coming.
	You have James Comer and Jim Jordan saying that the Biden family will be held accountable and yet what happened?
	Well, what happened is that they never actually carried out the investigations that they said they were going to carry out and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden just got away with it.
	Let's go ahead and play this clip from earlier this year of Hunter Biden supposedly being held accountable by James Comer and Jim Jordan.
	That's all they like to do.
	See, here we go.

	That's for Fauci, but it doesn't matter if it's Fauci or Biden or Hunter Biden or Kamala.
	I mean, you name it.
	Anybody who they say they're going to hold accountable, they just tweet out the same little tweezy phrase.

	Nobody's in jail.

	All we see are these strongly worded letters.

	And I'm just saying this, I know that there's a lot of Republicans that get mad and they say, Laura, Trump just won.
	Come on, be positive, be positive.
	No attacks.
	But I just have to say it because, you know, what are we going to have in the Trump administration if Republicans are weak and they're not going to support Donald Trump?
	Are we going to become, is he going to become a lame duck presidency if Democrats get control of the House again in 2026?
	Okay, I want to be positive.

	But honestly, they're setting Donald Trump up for failure.
	They're not even fighting to protect their majority.
	We have such a slim majority right now in the House.
	And of course, well, we took back the Senate.
	We have the House, we have the Senate, we have the White House.
	But this is the same thing we saw in 2018. And then, well, What happened in 2016, right?
	We got the House, we got the Senate, we got the White House, and then 2018 they took control.
	So I'm just very concerned.
	I'm very concerned that we're not holding enough of these Republicans accountable and they're just getting used to getting away with it, right?
	They get away with it because everybody votes for them and then they go to Mar-a-Lago and they take their selfies and, you know, they're with Trump and they get their little shout-outs at the rallies and yet they never actually hold anybody accountable.
	And then if you call them out, you're attacked and you're called a divider and you're called divisive and they say that you're being confrontational, but...

	You just have to see this.
	This is a guy who couldn't even enforce his own investigations, his own subpoenas, okay?
	And now he actually has a book.
	Just type it in.
	Something about Hunter Biden.
	It's just so ridiculous.
	It's such a slap in the face.
	The fact that this guy wrote a book about Hunter Biden, James Comer book, I think it's, type it in, James Comer book, Biden family.
	He wrote a book.

	No, it's another book recently that he came out with.

	He gets a book deal to talk about his fake investigations, accountability's coming, gets a book deal to gaslight the American people and make them think that Biden is being held accountable and yet Biden just got off and so did his son.
	And yet James Comer's laughing all the way to the bank because he just gets to gaslight all of you and he gets to lie and get away with his claims that the Bidens are being held accountable.
	House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is in discussions with at least one publisher about a book deal at the same time that he's leading the Biden impeachment probe Axios learned.
	Comer's impeachment investigation of Biden is looking like a dud.
	But Republicans insist they plan to keep pressuring Biden over family ties.
	There's another book as well.
	You'll see.

	And I just thought it was so disgusting, honestly.

	Honestly, I said on Twitter the other day, I said, James Comer and Jim Jordan should resign from Congress.
	They should consider making this their last term because their entire time has been defined by failed investigations, okay?
	Benghazi, crossfire hurricane, the Biden crime family, okay?
	Hillary's email scandal.
	I mean, how many failed investigations are these guys going to be a part of before they just say, okay, you know, this is shameless behavior.
	I think I have a problem and I need to stop lying to the American people.
	How many more shameless investigations to nowhere are we going to tolerate?

	So as I said before, who are the worst offenders?
	And look, I know that some people watching, you know, you may have mixed feelings about these people, but everything I'm saying is true.
	How many times have they lied and said, accountability is coming.
	We're going to impeach Joe Biden.
	We're going to impeach Mayorkas.
	Hunter Biden's going to go to jail.
	Nobody's going to jail, you guys.
	Nobody is going to go to jail.
	I mean, look, you have Mark Zuckerberg now who is literally talking about having a position perhaps to influence tech policy after he helped steal the election.
	So I don't really see anybody being held accountable.
	My only hope for accountability is Kash Patel becoming FBI director because I do believe that he'll do it.
	But you can't just depend on Trump for everything.
	Like, obviously, you know, you have to have people in the DOJ and the FBI and Congress who actually have the balls to push for accountability.
	We can't just expect Donald Trump to do everything.
	And legally, Donald Trump can't do everything, right?
	I mean, he's not the Justice Department.
	Like, we actually have a separation of powers in this country for a reason.
	So I'm just wondering, like, what is everybody hoping is going to happen?
	That Elon Musk and Donald Trump are going to ride in on their matching horses?
	You know, like...
	Night in shining armor and save the day.
	I mean, no, we need to have people in our DOJ and the FBI and we need to have people who are in Congress actually exercising oversight like they're supposed to do.
	So, we just don't see it.
	And I'm not going to get my hopes up.
	I really honestly don't have any hope for it right now because the only way we're going to get it is if somebody like Kash Patel gets confirmed as FBI director and then maybe we'll see some justice.
	Let's go ahead and play this clip.
	The text messages that we've worked very hard on in this committee over the last eight or nine months.
	We expect to depose the president's son and then we will be more than happy to have a public period with him.
	With that, I'll turn it over to Chairman Jordan.
	Well, I would just echo what the chairman said.
	You know, we're disappointed that he didn't show up.
	I mean, he was just across the way at the Capitol.
	You'd think he could have come here and sat for questions.
	If you do it in an open format now, you're going to get filibusters, you're going to get speeches, you're going to get all kinds of things.
	What we want is the facts.
	And the way you get the facts in every single investigation I've been involved in, Is you bring people in for an interview behind closed doors where you can get those facts.
	And then, as the chairman said, we'd love for him to come public.
	Finally, I would say this.
	Mr. Biden's counsel and the White House have both argued that the reason he couldn't come for a deposition was because there wasn't a formal vote for an impeachment inquiry.
	Well, that's going to happen in a few hours.
	We think it's going to pass.
	We think the House of Representatives will go on record with a power that solely resides in the House to say we are in an official impeachment inquiry phase of our oversight.
	And when that happens, we'll see what their excuse is then.
	They should have been here today, but once we take that vote, we expect him to come in for his interview, for his deposition.
	And frankly, we'll also, I think, look at contempt proceedings as we move forward.
	With that, we'll take your question.
	Why not just call this bluff?
	I mean...
	He's here.
	He's obviously not wanting to sit for a deposition.
	This could be one chance to get to hear from him.
	Why not just call his bluff and see if he's willing to sit?
	Because there's a way you do investigations, there's a way you're not.
	Everyone I've been involved with, from clear back to the IRS targeting conservatives, to Benghazi, to the impeachment people, everyone, you do it in a way where they come in for private.
	This is what the Democrats did.
	Don Jr. had to testify twice.
	In a deposition setting, two different committees, but somehow that doesn't apply to the Biden family?
	That's not how it works in our country.
	It's supposed to be equal treatment, the same treatment under the law.
	Mr. Biden said that his father had no involvement in his business dealings, period.
	How do you respond?
	That's not what Devin Archer said.
	There was telephone calls, meetings, dinners, you name it.
	We know what happened with Burisma in Ukraine in that December 4th through December 9th timeframe where Joe Biden goes and leverages conditions that the American tax money on the firing of the prosecutor who was looking in to the executives of the very company Hunter Biden was on the board of.
	We know those facts.
	Remember, Joe Biden said he never met with any of these people or talked to any of these people.
	That was the narrative before we began this investigation.
	Now we know he met with and talked to every single one of them.
	So the president hasn't been honest about his associations with these people who have been wiring millions and millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and the Biden family.
	Look, I think every American has a simple question.
	What did the Bidens do to receive the tens of millions of dollars from our enemies around the world?
	That's a simple question.
	But, Jeremy Colmer, do you acknowledge that you haven't answered that question and that you found no evidence of wrongdoing or criminal conduct?
	We found some very serious evidence that you look at- No, no, no, no.
	The checks.
	There's two checks to Joe Biden from his brother that the money to give Joe Biden was through influence peddling.
	One was through the American- Those checks that you shared with all reporters for loan repayments that we- Where are the loan documents?
	We showed you the loan documents.
	You don't understand loan documents.
	I do, okay?
	If I wrote you, if you pay me back $240,000 for a loan repayment, I should have a check going to you for $240,000.
	So you're accusing Joe Biden's attorneys of inventing...
	The law firm that represented all the shell companies.
	Of laundering money.
	That represented all the shell companies.
	You think those lawyers have laundering money?
	What do you think?
	You're defending them.
	I mean, you're acting as an attorney.
	That's just a very serious crime.
	Are you positive that that money came from Joe Biden?
	We have a lot of questions.
	Next question.
	There's a process you have to follow.
	You have to file a report.
	So we will begin looking at that.
	Both the Lawyers for the Oversight Committee and the Lawyers for the Judiciary Committee will move in that direction.
	But look, when Congress asks you to come, you're supposed to come and testify.
	Last thing, we also found checks from one of Hunter Biden's shell companies that were going into an account for Joe Biden monthly.
	They said that was a loan requirement.
	Everything's a loan requirement.
	Well, Hunter Biden will have an opportunity in deposition to come in and explain it.
	But, Chairman, that was memorialized in emails that you guys leaked from Hunter Biden's laptop.
	Thank you.
	I would like to have asked Hunter Biden about man act violations, sex trafficking women across state lines.
	Thank you.
	That's my favorite part of the clip is Marjorie just being like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah in the corner.
	And then just James Comer, like elbowing her out of the way, like move, bitch, get out the way.
	She's so stupid.
	I'm sure you saw yesterday, we have that tweet of hers where she goes, oh well if Hunter Biden can be pardoned by Joe Biden then I think that Donald Trump should pardon all of us.
	It's like, hey Marge, what are you admitting to?
	Why would you need a pardon unless you committed a crime?
	People that need pardons are people who have committed crimes or people who have been charged with crimes.
	It was just the dumbest tweet ever I've ever seen in my life, but I'm glad that she's admitting she's a criminal.
	So, maybe it was a Freudian slip.
	The media covered it.
	I know that there was an article in Daily Beast about it, and we got one of the other publications, too.
	Maybe, like, The Independent.

	But, I mean, it's just so tiring, dealing with low IQ members of Congress.
	Oh, yeah, Donald Trump should pardon us.

	And if you want my opinion on the picks that I think are going to have the hardest time getting confirmed, not because they're bad picks, but just because I think that the Democrats and some RINOs are going to actively work against them, I think it's going to be Kash Patel.

	I'm sorry.
	But it doesn't matter to these guys because they're going to go past November 5th.
	And if they get their way and Harris is awarded the victory, they're just going to be like nothing to see here.
	And if Donald Trump wins, they'll come back and say, see, our company's tried to comply.
	But it's BS. And Zuckerberg is the biggest fraud in big business.
	So that's somebody that I want to see as the FBI director.
	I mean, could you imagine?

	Speaking of Mark Zuckerberg, if you missed it, he was at Mar-a-Lago the other day, the day before Thanksgiving, trying to kiss Donald Trump's ass.
	And word is that he's actually looking for a position.
	I, of course, spoke out about this extensively because, well, it's very disturbing, especially as somebody who's been banned and deplatformed by Mark Zuckerberg.
	It's incredibly disturbing to know that Mark Zuckerberg, the man who funneled $450 million into drop boxes in 2020 in an effort to steal the election, a man who censored images of the Trump assassination attempt, Is now hanging out at Mar-a-Lago trying to get on President Trump's tech advisory board.
	I find this to be very, very disturbing.
	Very, very unsettling.
	If I was a robot, I think that it would be making me short circuit just because it really honestly is just so deeply troubling.
	I mean, look, just in July of 2024, Donald Trump slammed Facebook and Google for censoring the assassination photo of when he was almost assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania.
	So how did that guy manage to get wined and dined inside Mar-a-Lago?
	Just very disturbing.
	And so I'm very glad that Kash Patel, who could very well be Our next FBI director understands what a criminal Mark Zuckerberg is and is committed to holding him accountable.
	I think that we definitely need accountability, especially for the big tech executives who have worked so hard to undermine the integrity of our elections and have worked so hard over the last several years to censor and silence Donald Trump and his biggest supporters.

	And having this issue today, I mean, it couldn't be more perfect for government gangsters.

	But then we have the swamp monsters in D.C. in Congress, including Republicans, come in and say, oh, we're just going to jam this 702 FISA provision into the NDAA. And just, you know, for those of you that don't know, It has nothing to do with DOD. It has everything to do with law enforcement.
	And what they want to do is say, oh, if you voted against the NDA, you voted against funding the Department of Defense.
	And too many RINOs and Uniparty Republicans on the Hill fell for it because they're owned by the Defense Industrial Complex and other lobbyists out there.
	But just to break down 702, this isn't complex.
	Look, I was chief investigator for Russiagate.
	Devin Nunes and I exposed the FBI corruption, and we outlined a plan five years ago for Congress to say, hey, when this expires in five years, here's how to fix it.
	Here's 15 things you can do.
	And they waited until the last second.
	And what did we find out just last year?
	Chris Wray at the FBI used FISA. Remember the F stands from FISA? Foreign.
	Foreign intelligence.
	Chris Wray used it 274,000 times illegally to surveil domestic Americans.
	24,000 of which had an affiliation to January 6, 19,000 of which were donors to a congressional candidacy for the U.S. representatives.
	I'll let you guess which Republican or Democratic Party they're a part of.
	The point is, we could have walled all this off and we just rewarded Chris Wray and the government gangsters that broke the law with what they call a clean authorization that will allow them to rig future elections and unlawfully surveil us, America first Americans.
	He's fabulous.
	I love him.
	I just think that he's so amazing.
	So we're big fans of Kash Patel here over at Loomer Unleashed, and you need to call your senators and tell them that you want them to vote to confirm Kash Patel as our next FBI director.
	We also, if you recall, Charles Downs and I, we questioned and confronted Robert Herr over the His interview with Joe Biden.
	And Kash Patel is actually on the record criticizing Robert Herr.
	And his predictions really prove to be true.
	And I just want to I want to show you guys all of these clips and kind of go back on memory lane to remind you of some of these moments that Kash Patel has had just to show you how on the money he's been.
	This is a guy who has served his country honorably.
	He's a Trump loyalist, but he also gets it.
	And not only is he extremely in tune with the MAGA base, but everything that he said, he has such a deep understanding of the way that the deep state operates, deep state actors work and all of their different tactics and all of the different ways that they try to, you know, subvert Donald Trump and undermine the will of the American people.

	I find Cash to be extremely impressive and it just shows what a dynamic pick he is for FBI directors.
	So we're just going to go ahead and play some clips.
	Here's Cash Patel speaking to Steve Bannon on his show about Robert Hur.
	And it would have been back in November, but the problem is we've seen the corrupt government gangsters go out there and cover up the corrupt activities, namely the likes of Rod Rosenstein, Chris Ray, and Merrick Garland.
	So when these guys are responsible, remember, Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller, Comey's best friend, to be special counsel.
	And now you have a situation where Merrick Garland appoints her special counsel, H-U-R. Do you know who her is?
	Rod Rosenstein's number one lawyer, when Rod Rosenstein was the attorney general in charge of the Russiagate investigation, where Devin Nunes and I sent him a dozen subpoenas, and Rosenstein and her blockaded the response to those subpoenas because they wanted to cover up the corruption at the FBI and DOJ.
	They were in on it then, and they're in on it now, which is why I disagree with the appointment of this guy as special counsel.
	And here's the most important thing I'm going to say tonight.
	This guy, her, needs to be the first one subpoenaed by the new special select committee under Jim Jordan's authority on the weaponization of government.
	And do you want to know why?
	Because her, we have the receipts, Steve, and we're going to release them later, was sending communications to the Justice Department and Rod Rosenstein's crew arguing against the release of the Nunes memo, saying that it would bastardize and destroy the United States national security apparatus.
	This guy is a swamp monster of the Tier 1 level.
	He's a government gangster.
	He's now in charge of the continued crime scene cover-up, which is why the first congressional subpoena that has to go out for the Weaponization of Government Subcommittee is against her.
	He's been in on this since day one.
	And let's not forget, Rod Rosenstein and he, her, are the two top lawyers at DOJ that subpoenaed my records in 2017 when I was the chief investigator for Devin Nunes on the House Intel Committee in Russiagate.
	We only just found that out and broke that news on your show just a couple of weeks ago.
	This guy, her, authorized that subpoena and advised Rod Rosenstein to do so.
	What other people were they trying to get blackmail information on?
	And just to jog your memory down memory lane, let's go ahead and play this clip of Bloomer Unleashed DC correspondent Charles Downs confronting Robert Herr outside of his meeting with members of Congress as it relates to his interview with Joe Biden.

	Mr. Hurd, do you believe Joe Biden is mentally confident enough to be president of the United Would you report fair, sir?
	Does Joe Biden have the mental capability necessary to serve as POTUS? Here's a clip of Kash Patel on Fox calling for the deep state to be subpoenaed.

	They have to remind the world that the intelligence agencies and the law enforcement agencies work to them.
	That's per our Constitution.
	What they have to do is get not just the personal communications.
	Look, I think it's great that Hunter Biden is going over there and testifying, but, Maria, you and I both know the American public need the documentation themselves.
	We know that corrupt government actors are so conceited with ego that they will actually write down their malfeasance because they think they'll get away with it.
	Just look at Russiagate.
	And so what Congress has to do is go and subpoena the documents at Treasury, subpoena the documents in the intelligence community, at the FBI and DOJ. And I bet you that there's been an ongoing investigation that has allowed the government agencies to thwart Congress from even knowing about this.
	I think they are misleading Congress and the American people, so they are using it as a blockade and a shield to prevent the disclosure of this information.
	And the Republicans must pierce it.
	Let's play clip number 22, Kash Patel on Fox calling out the FBI and the DOJ for knowing about Hunter Biden's laptop.
	...highlights everything that's gone wrong in this country with the judicial system and the two-tier system of justice.
	In 2019, the FBI and DOJ knew the laptop was real and possessed it, as testified to by the FBI agent in the courtroom.
	So the question is, why didn't Bill Barr as the Attorney General back then, before the election, admit to the American public that that was the case?
	Why did he allow 51 intel officials to lie to the world about the contents and Depths of Hunter Biden's laptop.
	And then why did the censorship regime at Twitter, Facebook, and elsewhere shut down the New York Post and call their factually accurate reporting?
	I find it ironic that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General for Joe Biden, was forced to admit what we've known all along in court just last week.
	Hunter Biden's laptop is real.
	And as Pam said, the evidence is damning.
	And now he's putting on the defense that he's blaming his dead brother's wife that he later bedded.
	You can put as much lipstick as you want on this crack pipe, but it's always going to belong to Hunter Biden.
	As a guy who is a federal prosecutor at the National Security Division at the Department of Justice, those jobs are prestigious.
	It's an honor to serve him.
	When you are the number three DOJ official, you don't go downstream to the district attorney's office in New York for the most political case in U.S. history, and the attorney general doesn't know about it.
	I think Congress needs to subpoena Merrick Garland.
	Along with having extensive knowledge about the deep state, Kash Patel also has extensive knowledge and experience working in counterterrorism.
	And so, just to show you how dynamic he is, here he is on Fox News calling out the Biden administration, the Biden regime, for giving money to Iran when their Iranian proxies murdered three American soldiers.
	Go ahead and play clip number 21. Look, you're absolutely right.
	And tragically, it shouldn't be a surprise.
	Remember, Obama and Biden are the ones that gave us the JCPOA. They're the ones that gave Iran a pathway to a nuclear weapon.
	They're the ones that said, we'll trust Iran when they say their nuclear weapons-grade material isn't for nuclear bombs.
	Now they've gotten $6 billion from Joe Biden to go buy material from China and Iran.
	And remember what Donald Trump did.
	It was a multifaceted approach.
	Not just enforce military operations to the maximum and allow kinetic offensive operations to take out terrorists, but also prioritize intelligence to collect against these targets.
	Not prioritize intelligence for diversity, equity, inclusion, and white rage.
	And when you talk about oil, it brings up the third key piece to this sanctions node.
	We suffocated under the Trump administration the ability of them to trade oil.
	And like you just highlighted, the CCP, another adversary of ours, is aligned with Iran, selling them weapons and munitions, and now buying the most oil from Iran through criminal schemes around the world that they have ever done in their history.
	They got money, they got weapons, and they are ahead of us in terms of kinetic offensive operations because they are dictating to America for the first time in the world.
	And that all falls on Joe Biden.
	And here we have Kash Patel on Steve Bannon's show talking about the Democrats' amnesty bill, which they falsely said was a border security bill.
	And so what I really like about Kash Patel is he's not just a partisan hack, right?
	This isn't the guy who is just going to do the bidding of really any political party.
	And we're not really supposed to have an FBI director that is hyper-partisan.
	Yes, he's a Trump loyalist, but he's not going to be vindictive or, you know, completely unethical towards Democrats the way we saw the Biden regime and the Biden FBI completely weaponized against Donald Trump and his supporters.
	But Cash Patel is willing to call out rhinos and Democrats for deceiving the American people.
	And if you recall, not too long ago, several months ago, they had their border security bill and then they said, oh, well, Donald Trump killed the bill.
	You know, Donald Trump killed the bill.
	No, Donald Trump didn't kill the bill.
	Donald Trump was wise enough to know that this was just an amnesty bill, which was falsely labeled as a border security bill.
	So he's very analytical.
	He's not a yes man.
	He thinks for himself.
	He's not afraid to be controversial.
	He's not afraid to push back.
	And he really has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the worst actors within the swamp and the deep state.
	So I think he's going to be pivotal to making America great again and making America safe again.
	And also, given his extensive background with national security and the Department of Defense and counterterrorism, I think that we could also potentially see Tom Homan, who has now, of course, been appointed border czar by Donald Trump, Work hand in hand with Kash Patel to perhaps, you know, share counterterrorism information for the sake of securing our border.
	And well, what did we see this last four years?
	We saw that tons of Islamic terrorists and jihadis were allowed to come into our country thanks to a lack of coordination between Border Patrol, ICE, the FBI. And yeah, tons of people that are on the terror watch list just walk right into the United States of America.
	Let's go ahead and play clip number 20. One day, President Trump hammering us, the war room, saying that the border's a national security issue and we had to immediately get on top of this bill and pass it and not wait for President Trump to return.
	You're one of President Trump's senior national security advisors.
	Did this bill, as constructed, support her point that it would close down the border and make everything great from a national security perspective, given what you know about what's happening at the southern border?
	No.
	You need a commander-in-chief to go and secure the southern border.
	Joe Biden has refused to do that.
	He doesn't need a bill that's 350 pages long that gives more money to Ukraine than it does our Marine Corps and United States military officers.
	This is a farce that only Nikki Haley, who is owned by the Defense Industrial Complex, had this bill passed, her companies would have been flush with hundreds of billions of dollars in subsequent financing from Congress to print money for war and the only person that can fix the southern border is the president of the United States and Joe Biden simply refuses to do so and has rescinded at least nine Donald Trump era policies,
	executive policies that he could use immediately to secure the border because he wants the media to carry his headline that somehow this And of course he's been called a conspiracy theorist for trying to uncover corruption or for trying to uncover things that have been hidden from the American people like the JFK assassination files.
	So here he is talking about those files.

	I really am hoping and praying that he's able to get confirmed because, oh boy, he is going to bring the fire to Washington, D.C. I think that Cash Patel is probably the most important nomination thus far.
	I mean, in terms of those that need to be confirmed.
	Obviously, Tom Homan is the number one most important nomination.
	But Tom Homan doesn't need to be confirmed.
	I mean, the title of border czar is not, you know, one of those positions that needs to be confirmed.
	I think that he's incredible.
	And so I think after Tom Homan, because obviously mass deportations is the most important thing, so Tom Homan is the most important person, in my opinion, in the Trump administration thus far, right after that is Kash Patel.
	And so in terms of confirmable positions, Kash Patel's position is the most important.
	Here we have a lot of people are wondering whether or not, you know, we're going to see some of these more rhino Mitch McConnell type senators confirm or support Kash Patel.
	And to everybody's surprise, John Cornyn, who everybody thought was going to be the Senate GOP leader, ran for Senate GOP leader.
	Bit of a rhino.
	He actually put a tweet out the other day expressing support or consideration for his support for Kash Patel's FBI Director.
	He at least acknowledges the fact that there have been abuses of the FBI under James Comey.
	And it was laughable, you know, it was laughable seeing the Democrats the other day say, oh, you know, well, the FBI shouldn't be weaponized and, you know, it's not supposed to be partisan.
	And yet you have these photos of James Comey wearing a Biden-Harris shirt and holding a Biden-Harris mug and a resistance mug.
	And it's just so laughable.
	Another one of President Trump's nominations that is under attack, Pete Hegseth.
	Pete Hegseth is a great guy.
	He's a friend of mine.
	And you probably saw in the news that there have been a lot of allegations against him.
	You know, he went through a rough divorce and, you know, emotions are high.
	Obviously, when somebody gets divorced, he was accused of being a predator, somebody like a sexual abuser, a drunk.
	They are just so determined.
	You know, the media is so determined to attack and smear every masculine man who is appointed by President Trump.
	And so this morning, actually, Pete Hegseth's mom went on Fox News and had quite an emotional interview in which she called her son a patriot and actually said that she takes back what she said in an email.
	that somehow got leaked to the New York Times.
	Really, it was just quite an amazing interview this morning.
	If you didn't get to see it, I highly recommend it.
	But she was defending her son and talking about how she is calling senators to tell them that they should be confirming her son.
	So let's go ahead and play clip number 27. What's one thing about Pete people don't realize?
	That he's got a big heart.
	That he's very smart.
	He is the most faithful patriot of this country.
	He loves his country.
	Loves his country.
	He's fought and almost died for his country.
	He's a good dad.
	He's an amazing son and father.
	and that's the Pete I want people to know.
	Here though, we've seen that Fox News in the last week, it looks like they've been conspiring against Pete Hegseth Let's go ahead and check out this tweet.
	They've been having people on to talk about Pete Hegseth, and it just makes you wonder, like, why on earth would Fox News have people on?
	Here we go.
	Pete Hegseth drinking worried colleagues at Fox News sources tell NBC News.
	So who's leaking?
	Who at Fox News is leaking to enemy media to try to torpedo Pete Hegseth?
	Pete Hegseth, one of the hosts of Fox and Friends, right?
	It's just really shady behavior.
	So, shame on the fake news media.
	We gotta stand with Pete Hegseth.
	There were all these rumors today about how, oh, Trump's gonna replace Pete Hegseth with Ron DeSantis.
	Ugh, God.
	Not true.
	Fake news.
	There was a story out today in a statement President Trump criticizing actually the Wall Street Journal for their article which they were floating this wild idea and then President Trump's campaign issued another statement in support of Pete Hegseth and they actually put out the interview themselves with his mother.
	So President Trump is standing by his nominee, Pete Hegseth, which is great because Pete's an amazing man and he deserves the position and he's going to be a great Secretary of Defense.
	So, look, if Lloyd Austin, who just went absent and didn't even tell anybody that, you know, he was having an emergency operation while we were on the brink of having war with Iran, could be Secretary of Defense?
	Just because he's black?
	Then why can't Pete Hegseth be Secretary of Defense, right?
	So, I don't know.
	The Democrats have all these weird standards.
	And look, Joni Ernst, she confirmed Lloyd Austin.
	So, I know in the news today there was a lot of talk about whether or not Joni Ernst was going to vote to confirm Pete Hegseth.
	But if Joni Ernst can vote to confirm Lloyd Austin, why can't she vote to confirm Pete Hegseth, right?
	I mean, clearly Pete Hegseth is just as qualified, if not more qualified.
	Here you go, President Trump's post.
	The Wall Street Journal is becoming more and more obnoxious and unreadable.
	Today's main headline is out.
	Trump's DEA pick pulls out and lead a setback.
	With all that's happening in the world, this is their number one story of the day.
	Besides, he didn't pull out.
	I pulled him out because I didn't like what he said to my pastors and other supporters.
	But more importantly, what's my latest setback?
	I just won the presidency of the United States.
	They haven't written a good story about me in years.
	Somebody over there ought to look at what they're doing.
	The only one worse than them is stupid China-centric Forbes magazine.
	So, you know, President Trump calling out the fake news media, standing by his nominee, Pete Hegseth, and calling out this fake story that this guy that he had nominated for DEA withdrew.
	Well, President Trump was the one who asked him to withdraw.

	When I was just in Belize, actually, for vacation, celebrating Thanksgiving, I actually encountered a dog shelter there and so there's this man who is so sweet his name is Kenny and he has this dog shelter in Kay Cocker and I was able to actually help save his animals because he was completely out of food and so here you have incredible poverty and this man fixes bicycles and uses half the
	money that he makes from fixing bicycles he lives in a little shack To take care of animals.
	And so I thought it was really beautiful.
	And he had told me he was out of food.
	And so I went to the local store and bought $400 worth of food.
	And I was able to give him a month's worth of supply of food for the dogs and the cats there.
	About 50 animals.

	But I love animals so much.
	There's my bow that I rescued.

	But animal rescue is very near and dear to my heart.
