Liberty Hangout - Kaitlin Bennett - Kamala Voters Admit Trump Economy Was Better Aired: 2024-09-19 Duration: 07:54 === Feelings Of Suffering (07:51) === [00:00:00] Was the economy better? [00:00:01] Was the economy better? [00:00:06] I would say maybe, but right now I feel like we are suffering a little bit. [00:00:12] There are 20,000 migrants that just got moved into a town of 60,000. [00:00:17] And do you think that that's a problem? [00:00:19] I do, actually. [00:00:20] Do you think that we need a more secure border? [00:00:23] Absolutely. [00:00:27] I am a registered Republican. [00:00:32] Okay. [00:00:33] And why are you voting for Kamala? [00:00:35] I don't want my dad to hear that. [00:00:37] He'll love you at the end of the day no matter what. [00:00:42] We can't have Trump running, running this country again. [00:00:48] He's unhinged. [00:00:50] He is, there's nothing factual behind what he says. [00:00:56] Everything that he says is filled with superlatives. [00:00:59] It's filled with just words. [00:01:02] There's no basis behind his words. [00:01:04] It's just very exuberant. [00:01:09] In the history of, there's, you know, when I watched the debate the other night with Kamala, it was very pointed, very succinct. [00:01:21] What was your favorite policy position that she had? [00:01:25] I think that it was probably for the first time homebuyers and for families, because I think that that, because I was in nonprofit management for about 30 years. [00:01:34] And I think that that's the one thing that people forget is the families that are really struggling. [00:01:39] And so, and I feel like in the Trump administration, while, you know, people may think that the economy was better and. [00:01:50] I mean, I go back and forth because my husband and I have voted Republican for a long time. [00:01:57] But I've always been kind of a, I've always kind of voted across the aisles. [00:02:01] I've never really been a, you know, a salad for that. [00:02:05] Was the economy better? [00:02:11] I would say maybe, but right now I feel like we are suffering a little bit. [00:02:17] But I'm hoping that with a new administration, not a new administration outside of Joe Biden, but with Kamala, that maybe things will turn around. [00:02:28] Because I think that people. [00:02:30] Because under Trump, I mean, you just admitted that they were a little better, and Kamala's had three and a half years. [00:02:36] And so you're just going to vote based on a whim that you hope that they get better, but we know under Trump that they were better. [00:02:42] I'm not basing it on a whim. [00:02:43] I'm basing it on people have lost hope. [00:02:47] I think that people aren't, I think that people aren't out spending as much as they were because there's a lot of inflation is so high. [00:03:02] I know friends who can't even buy houses and they're scared to start families because it's so expensive and groceries. [00:03:07] I mean, you've been to the grocery store. [00:03:08] I'm sure you have a family to feed and you have yourself to feed. [00:03:12] Yeah, I mean, I'm in my mid-50s, you know, so I've kind of seen it all. [00:03:16] And I will say that, you know, the administration that I actually admire the most is probably the Clinton administration. [00:03:22] Things were really good under the Clinton administration. [00:03:24] I voted for Bush twice, you know, and then, you know, so I will say that, you know, I do watch both sides. [00:03:33] I have an amount of respect for Trump as a business person, but not necessarily as a, I don't necessarily align with his alignment with Putin and other communist dictators. [00:03:51] That is, I think. [00:03:52] You think he aligns with them? [00:03:54] I feel like he aligns with them. [00:03:56] I feel like I feel like he has, to maybe the public perception, befriended them. [00:04:04] And that worries me. [00:04:07] So under, I mean, under the administration that you want to vote for, we've had a war break out with Putin and Zelensky. [00:04:15] With Trump, that didn't happen. [00:04:18] Is that better or worse? [00:04:20] But it has nothing to do with Trump in that it just happened to happen during the Biden administration. [00:04:26] Okay. [00:04:27] And so you have to take that out of the equation. [00:04:30] And so respectfully, it was just the timing. [00:04:34] Do you think Trump had nothing to do with that? [00:04:36] And Biden had nothing to do with that? [00:04:38] No, I think that this was just, it was Putin being opportunistic. [00:04:43] I don't feel like it was, you know, and I'll leave it at that. [00:04:46] All right, thank you. [00:04:46] And my dad's waiting for me. [00:04:47] My dad is waiting for me. [00:04:49] Where do you think Trump fell short? [00:04:50] Did he have any good points at all? [00:04:54] No. [00:04:55] Nothing? [00:04:55] Nothing good? [00:04:57] No. [00:04:57] Okay. [00:04:57] Did Kamala have any bad points at all or anything that you didn't agree with? [00:05:04] A little bit on the immigration, but I mean, really, it's just kind of all rolls into what's right for America. [00:05:11] So go on that with the immigration. [00:05:13] Talk about it in front of my dad. [00:05:14] He can't hear you. [00:05:15] Yes, he can. [00:05:16] We'll just pretend. [00:05:18] Okay. [00:05:19] You know, they should have done the border deal and they should have really pushed it through when they could have pushed it through. [00:05:25] But they didn't because Trump wanted to run on that. [00:05:28] But things still weren't taken care of until the executive action was taken. [00:05:33] And I thought that she was in charge of that for a while. [00:05:35] So I was a little bit put back by that. [00:05:38] Okay, okay. [00:05:39] So you think that we need a more secure border? [00:05:42] Absolutely. [00:05:42] Okay. [00:05:43] Yeah. [00:05:43] Yeah. [00:05:43] Because there's some, I mean, we see Springfield, Ohio. [00:05:46] Have you seen what's been going on in there? [00:05:47] No, actually, I haven't. [00:05:49] Oh, okay. [00:05:49] Did you see when Trump mentioned that cats and dogs are being eaten? [00:05:52] Yes, I didn't want to bring that up because it was so absolutely ridiculous. [00:05:55] Right, right, right. [00:05:56] So yeah, there actually is no cats and dogs being eaten, but there are 20,000 migrants that just got moved into a town of 60,000. [00:06:03] And do you think that that's a problem? [00:06:06] I do, actually. [00:06:07] You do? [00:06:07] Yeah. [00:06:07] I mean, the cities don't have the resources to house all of those people, give them health care, food, and everything else. [00:06:14] So that's definitely a problem. [00:06:16] With Kamala being in charge for the last four years, do you think she kind of had a chance to improve the country in ways she says she's going to in the next four? [00:06:26] Do you think that she kind of had her chance? [00:06:28] I think there was a lot going on, and I think if given the chance that she's completely going to take charge of the whole situation. [00:06:34] Okay. [00:06:34] Why didn't she the last four? [00:06:36] Well, there was a lot. [00:06:37] I mean, we're just coming out of the pandemic. [00:06:39] We're about to go into a recession. [00:06:41] There was all these things that kind of got put in front of it. [00:06:44] And then the election started happening, you know, the election season. [00:06:49] Yeah. [00:06:50] Don't you think that would make her more motivated to change what she thinks that she can change in four years? [00:06:56] Absolutely. [00:06:56] Yes. [00:06:57] All right. [00:06:58] All right. [00:06:58] Thank you. [00:06:59] If you guys like the content you're watching, first of all, subscribe to the channel down below. [00:07:27] He was on top of her like this, hitting her, hitting her. [00:07:30] I was like, couldn't move anywhere. [00:07:31] It was very hard. [00:07:32] She's got the bodyguard here. [00:07:33] And then he goes like this. [00:07:34] He plays one of these games. [00:07:36] Oh, well, okay, if you don't want to go out with, here, give me your, I'll give you my card. === Smooth Clowns and Cards (00:17) === [00:07:40] He goes like this and brings up his card. [00:07:42] You hang out with people like Trump. [00:07:44] No, I hung out with people at Bulgar. [00:07:45] But he drops his hand and the guard and his bodyguard gives him the card. [00:07:49] Like, he's so smooth. [00:07:50] He's such a smooth clown. [00:07:52] Yeah, so are you. [00:07:53] Yeah, yep, you got it.
