[00:01:25]  If you own a gun that he's going to put on a list of banned assault weapons, you either have to give it back to the government or you have to pay a $200 fine for keeping it.
[00:01:36]  And if you have a high-capacity magazine, you either have to give those away or pay a $200 fine per magazine as well.
[00:01:41]  Is that along the lines of what you were hoping for out of Joe Biden?
