[00:00:13] They set something on fire next to my building. [00:00:15] What do you think Trump should do about what's happening? [00:00:18] Send help. [00:00:19] We need more help so the cops can do what they need to do. [00:00:21] Military help? [00:00:22] military help, National Guard, whoever it is, you know, bodies. [00:00:38] If you could say something to the people who did this to your store, what would you say? [00:00:42] Oh, no. [00:00:42] Find a better way. [00:00:44] find a better way to send your message if you could say something to the police do you have any thoughts about them or get it together Gonna set it better myself. [00:00:56] Get it together. [00:00:57] So I'm a downtown Cleveland resident and I live at Harry Payne on Superior and I was, I saw it all happening last night. [00:01:03] I got in early because it was a little scary. [00:01:05] But the DCR, there's a downtown Cleveland residence group and they posted a meetup at the Soldier Sailors Monument and they gave us all bags and we're just out. [00:01:14] They asked us not to pick up glass because for obvious reasons, but just to pick up whatever we can and help clean. [00:01:21] And it's really heartening to see so many people out. [00:01:23] There's like hundreds of people out. [00:01:25] Some of them are just putting up the boarding and everything, but they're out helping. [00:01:29] And it's, you know, last night was so scary. [00:01:32] I had a bag pack by the door thinking I might set my building on fire. [00:01:35] They set something on fire next to my building. [00:01:38] So it's good to be out and see people, see the love for the city. [00:01:45] man I just I cannot imagine so you live in maybe one of these apartments that are mine's down at It's an 1888 building. [00:01:53] It's down past Public Square in the warehouse district. [00:01:56] And you could see everything happening from down below. [00:01:58] Not everything. [00:01:59] I could see, I had a limited view. [00:02:00] I could see the terminal tower and I could see smoke and I could see people were stopping to film something happening beside my building. [00:02:07] Only I didn't know what it was and it was unnerving, but I knew it was not a good idea to go out. [00:02:11] Luckily, one of my neighbors had video of the back and she could see it was like a little where they take cash in a parking lot. [00:02:17] It was just a booth for that and not. [00:02:18] I was afraid the whole Rockefeller building was on fire and that you know, like it was getting crazy, but I mean that's crazy enough, but like not threatening fire to my building. [00:02:27] As you guys know, this is a very scary and dangerous time to be a right-winger out in this type of environment. [00:02:33] Please consider going to patreon.com slash Campland Bennett to support my work. [00:02:37] Coming out here, I'm dressed like this because of how I get treated by people who did this. [00:02:44] So you guys were called in to do some construction, some cleanup, I'm guessing. [00:02:48] Board ups the windows, all the broken windows, broken glass. [00:02:51] We clean the glass up, put plywood. [00:02:53] What did it look like before you guys started cleaning it up? [00:02:56] When you got here? [00:02:57] Uh, before we started cleaning up, looked like a whole bunch of graffiti, just a mess. [00:03:01] Like a bomb went off. [00:03:02] I mean you could see over there with the cars you know burnt up, just havoc. [00:03:07] Do you think this is justice for what these people say is wrong in this country? [00:03:15] In their ways, maybe, but they're still destroying businesses that it's costing people money. [00:03:20] We just opened up the city. [00:03:22] Yeah. [00:03:23] Let me ask you guys this. [00:03:24] What do you think of the police response to them doing this during it all? [00:03:30] What do you think of their response? [00:03:32] As far as them tear gas and pain pulling the people, you mean? [00:03:36] All of it. [00:03:37] Did they do enough? [00:03:38] Did they not do enough? [00:03:39] They did what they could. [00:03:40] I mean, they were outnumbered. [00:03:41] There's thousands of people and hundreds of, you know, officers. [00:03:44] So they did what they could and everything in their power. [00:03:47] Do you think maybe we should bring in some military forces to back it up? [00:03:52] Yes. [00:03:52] I was talking to some officers while we were boarding up and they said they want the National Guard to come help them. [00:03:57] Do they want the help? [00:04:00] If you could say one thing to those people who made you feel that way, what would you say to them? [00:04:04] Well, I support the movement and I support the cause and I understand the anger. [00:04:09] Obviously, most of the people here were protesting peacefully. [00:04:15] It's just heartbreaking when it's your home and the city you love to see so much destruction, you know? [00:04:20] We're paying evil for evil. [00:04:22] It's not going to get us anywhere. [00:04:23] What we need to do is get on our knees and pray to God because that's the only one that can solve this. [00:04:27] You know, Satan's trying to divide us. [00:04:29] He's dividing the people and this is what you get. [00:04:31] You get hell. [00:04:32] So we need to all become united and we need to have people that need justice serve the, you know, the cop. [00:04:38] If he was wrong, if he's proven guilty, he needs, you know, pay for his crap. [00:04:42] Do you think this type of violence and looting and rioting and setting things on fire is justified for what happened? [00:04:49] People are dying. [00:04:50] They're killing people. [00:04:51] So I can't, I mean, it's got to stop. [00:04:54] I mean, I'm not saying it's right one thing over the other, but they can't keep killing people, you know? [00:05:01] You guys said you're Trump supporters, right? [00:05:02] Yes. [00:05:03] What do you think Trump should do about what's happening? [00:05:06] Send help. [00:05:07] Send help so we can, you know, if this happens again, if it happens today, the cops can't keep up on their own. [00:05:12] So he needs to send help. [00:05:13] That's the only thing we could do. [00:05:14] It's sad that our people have to fight against our people, but, you know, have no choice. [00:05:20] We need more help so the cops can do what they need to do. [00:05:23] Military help? [00:05:24] Military help, National Guard, whoever it is, you know, bodies. [00:05:27] What do you think? [00:05:29] I mean, it's not really about political. [00:05:31] I mean, when you got businesses here that just opened up from the I mean, all these people got to pay for their families and everything else. [00:05:37] So, I mean, people need to respect their, you know, property and all that, too, as well. === Support Your Health (00:45) === [00:05:41] I mean, it shouldn't come down to politics. [00:05:44] Absolutely. [00:05:44] You know, that's just common sense. [00:05:47] You know, it's kind of stupid.
