Trump Supporters Want Peace

They think that we want war and uh flex our muscles, I guess is the way to say it, but we really don't because we want we want our men to stay at home and stay safe.
The left wing media and a lot of protesters here are trying to say the Trump supporters want him to go to war.
They want no like that's insane.
What do you think?

Man, I've seen a lot of Twitter users saying Trump supporters just want to go over there, bomb everything up.
No one that I've spoken to today has wanted that.
We're awake.
They're wolf.

The left wing media has been trying to say that Trump and his supporters want to start World War III with Iran.
We're here at the Trump rally in Toledo, Ohio to see firsthand what the Trump supporters actually think.
The United States is ready to embrace peace with all who seek it.
We want you to have a future and a great future, one that you deserve.
One of prosperity at home and harmony with the nations of the world.

So do you think he's friendly with war, or do you think he actually wants peace?
I don't know.
I I mean I think he'd be down to escalate things.
Uh especially if we were looking at him maybe not winning an election and him creating problems, creating a war would possibly drive people to support him more?

You think his supporters would be okay with him going to war?
Probably a lot of them.

But we're all of them.
Lately, President Trump has been, you know, skedaddling with Iran and everything.
He recently said that the US is ready to embrace peace.
Do you think that's the route we should go or should we go to war with Iran?
No, I think we should.

I think we should try to keep peace, and I also think Trump has been the most calm president in this state of affairs that we've had in a long time.

That's a good point considering the former president was just bombing left and right and no one batted an eye about that, did they?

Uh maintain peace is probably the better option.

What's the point of starting a war?

Sure.
Well no one wants war.
I don't think they want war.
But it would look bad for Trump.
It would be great in election season so they can pin a war on Trump.
Why do you think it's so important to maintain peace with any country?

I mean we want peace with every country, you know.
It I mean it creates jobs for every country, you know.
Um we can go on and on, but yes, I mean, why wouldn't you want peace?
He doesn't want it, he doesn't want war.
He's protecting America.
That's all he's doing right now, and he wants peace with all the all the countries.
A lot of us that support Donald Trump love the military as much as anybody else.
We don't want to see our our brave men like you know going out and fighting and dying in the war.
So we want to we want peace because we don't want to send our men out to get attacked and you know, lose men.
So they think that we want war and uh flex our muscles, I guess the way to say it, but we really don't because we want we want our men to stay at home and stay safe and and not lose lose their lives to their families and you know when you lose soldiers you lose you lose not only the family but all their friends and everything.
So we really do want you know peace.
I mean that's that's the end goal here.

But I do think sometimes there are reasons for war.
I don't think we've gotten to that exact point yet.
I think if we did and things escalated, then I would fully support it.
But I'm hoping we don't get to that point.
I don't think World War III is the way to go, but no.
Why do you think they're lying about you and President Trump?
Um I'm not sure why they would lie.
It's like a they want you to believe something that's not true, so yeah, they keep selling it to you.
Some people believe by into that lie, so yeah, absolutely.
Almost like there's an election coming up.
And they've got a lie to try to get their way, right?

Well, we're trying to disprove the left's lie that Trump supporters want to go to war.
They want war, they want World War Three.
They want all this havoc.

I I don't think that guy's Michael too, by the way.
Um no, I would I would venture to guess that uh 100% of the folks down here disapprove of any kind of war unless we are provoked.
And I think our president, he showed a great deal of resolve and waited and waited and waited and waited.
And you pull a cat's tail, you're in trouble.
That's and he still wanted peace.
He still maintains peace and still does, and is still giving them an opportunity to get off the uh the exit ramp and to make different decisions.
A lot of the media, I was just watching CNN inside, they really think Trump supporters and Trump himself want World War Three with Iran.
Well, yeah, that's what they always say, and but you really don't.
You don't.
Why are they lying?
That's just how the media is.
They had this narrative that they had to follow, and they're just gonna keep on going with it and going with it because who knows who is paying for CNN or MSNBC, who is actually paying for it to keep, you know, the fear into people.
That's what it comes down to.
Absolutely.
You know, how much fear are they gonna keep into people just to try to keep the hold on them?
Do you think Iran is capable of starting a World War III with us?
Absolutely not.
Um I I think we learned the other night that a few uh rockets that were aimed at us uh at our bases.
We're quickly uh we're quickly exhausted and no no chance.
As long as there is no more attacks on our people's citizens or any American citizens, we will embrace peace as long as it's that point, okay?
But don't cross that line because basically saying we are not to be messed with.
And yeah, it means it's not hard to say.
Nobody wants war, none of us want to war.
I mean, you ask any conservatives like no, we don't want war.
I haven't talked to one person today that said yes, let's do it, let's go over there.
And the media has been painting Trump supporters and Trump himself as if we want to go over there.
Exactly.
Arms in the air.
Oh no, God no, God no.
this is the thing that drives me nuts is because guys if you've known Trump and follow him for years, this man has never been about war.
Yeah.
He's never been a warmonger, he's never been about war ever, ever, ever.
But the man is just he's about business.
