Do you guys remember when we were attacked by Antifa last month and the cops stood by and did nothing?
With your video cameras.
Hey, back to...
Hey!
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!
Well, I have some good news.
Justice is about to be served.
Last month I was in Kentucky to attend President Trump's rally in Lexington.
As usual, I was over on the protester side doing some interviews for Larie Hangout when a few unmasked Antifa thugs recognized me.
Even though I was in a pink wig and glasses.
They put phones in my face and got upset at us for filming without their consent.
Even though you have every right to film in public without anyone's consent.
Who are you doing, Caitlin?
How are you?
Good.
Why are you wearing a wig, Caitlyn?
Why don't you come out here as a regular person?
Did you hear me say that I didn't consent to be filmed in your computer?
Did you know that you're in public?
Did you know that I don't consent to be filmed and then walk away because we are in public.
Then this man, well, this biological man.
Lunge forward at my fiance to try to grab his camera out of his hands.
He shoved him multiple times, broke skin on his hand, and stomped on Justin's camera light.
Yeah, I remember whenever the founding fathers in the 1700s said you can walk around with your video cameras.
Thank you.
Hey, that's the fish I told you not to f film me.
Get off.
Hey, get the f out.
As this was going on, a black man that once got arrested at my open carry walk at Kent State a year ago ran in to begin attacking us and tried to steal my microphone.
Whoa!
Whoa!
Hey!
For some reason, no arrests were made on site, and we were told this was because the police in Kentucky can only make arrests for misdemeanors if they witness it.
Yet, our footage shows that there were at least four police officers that witnessed the crimes.
If I don't witness it with my eyes, I can't take anybody to jail.
Hey!
I'll catch her!
No!
Hey!
Hey!
Hey, don't worry.
Everyone in the comments on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter encouraged us to file a complaint with the Lexington Police Department for neglecting to make any arrests and letting our attackers go.
When we tried doing that, all we were able to do was speak to a supervisor who justified his officers' actions and simply said that he would talk to the officers and let them know how we feel.
Great.
So we weren't very confident that anything was going to be done, and we learned from the detective that they let the man who attacked Justin walk free without even getting his name or information.
This meant it was up to us to try to identify the suspect when they could have just found out the night of the attack.
So we put a post out on social media asking for your guys' help identifying him, and thanks to your help, we were able to find out who this man was and we were able to move forward.
We made it very clear to the police the night of the attack that we were going to do everything we needed to pursue justice, even if that meant coming back down to Kentucky.
I want to press charges 100%.
I do not want to be mistaken.
I want to press charges.
Do not close the case.
I will drive down here if I need to be in court.
So we did just that.
And we returned to Lexington a few weeks ago to file criminal complaints against our two attackers.
And guess what?
The judge signed off on all the charges and sent a criminal summons to both suspects.
Cass, the man who attacked Justin is being charged with criminal mischief and assault.
And then the man who attacked me, Ronaldo, is being charged with assault as well.
So after all this trouble, I am thankful to say that there may finally be justice at last.
I 100% believe that the suspect should have been charged the night this happened.
And I shouldn't have had to waste my time and money going back down to Lexington to file a criminal complaint.
But I am very happy that at least we were able to finally get somewhere with this.
We actually found out about the judge signing off on the charges from the suspect before hearing it from the district attorney's office.
Someone decided to make a GoFundMe to raise money for one suspect and said in the campaign, Cass is now being wrongfully charged with criminal mischief and assault in an incident where she only defended herself and her comrades from harassment.
The GoFundMe went on to include multiple photos of my fiancee, including his full name and called him a Needless to say, the GoFundMe got taken down for likely violating their terms of services.
So sorry, comrades, you'll have to spend your mother's allowance money on something else.
We will definitely keep you guys updated as this case continues to unfold.
And hopefully, when all is said and done, we will see our attackers behind bars to pay for their crimes.com slash Caitlin Bennett and receive super cool perks like an autographed photo from me in the mail each month.
Or you can go to CaitlinBennett.org and get up to 75% off and free shipping on supplements and merchandise to support my work and start living a healthy life.
My favorite product is TurboForce because it gives me all the energy I need to make it through a long day of doing interviews.
