[00:03:36]  The reset actually that I'm talking about is actually the upside down food pyramid triangle, right?

=== South Park's Persistent Criticism (06:12) ===

[00:03:44]  And of course, I was going to play the South Park episode where they had flipped it upside down and a friend of mine could not believe it.
[00:03:52]  And I said, this is actually real, guys.
[00:03:55]  Yes.
[00:03:56]  Thank God for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
[00:04:00]  And basically, it is what we've all dreamed of.
[00:04:04]  It's what we all knew.
[00:04:05]  These guidelines return to the basics, Kennedy said.
[00:04:10]  American households must prioritize whole nutrition-dense foods, proteins, dairies, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and whole grains, and dramatically reduce highly processed foods.
[00:04:22]  This is how we make America healthy again.
[00:04:25]  And of course, thanking the bold leadership of President Trump, for which without him, none of this would be possible because nobody was ever going to give Robert F. Kennedy Jr. a shot.
[00:04:39]  And thank God we did.
[00:04:40]  And I was also speaking with another friend of mine.
[00:04:43]  And so I have some friends that are kind of in between what they feel.
[00:04:48]  You know, they're like, oh, why does Trump have to be so mean and say things like this?
[00:04:52]  And why does he talk like that?
[00:04:54]  And why does he do these things?
[00:04:56]  And I don't know why he does those things.
[00:04:59]  But if we need, if he's doing those things and we get these results, then I want more of them.
[00:05:04]  Of course, we're not backing every single thing that Trump's done.
[00:05:07]  If you watched our episodes before, we criticize them all the time.
[00:05:11]  But that goes without, you know, saying, and I say this all the time, and I'll say it again.
[00:05:16]  We were there in DC on the ground, the Liberty broadcast, filming the J6 prisoners coming out of their jail and embracing their family, those who were standing outside the jail in tears in the freezing cold weather with speakers and putting their phones to the speakers and talking to their sons.
[00:05:39]  And, you know, it was just a beautiful moment to see their lives being restored.
[00:05:45]  And I always said, if that is the only thing that Trump has ever done, then good job.
[00:05:51]  You know, thank you.
[00:05:52]  I will take it.
[00:05:53]  And then you can be done, you know, honestly, because you've given so many people their lives back.
[00:05:59]  Okay.
[00:06:00]  Have you ever felt like you were a prisoner anywhere?
[00:06:03]  Have you ever been locked in your room or your house or you can't leave somewhere?
[00:06:06]  Oh, it's so awful.
[00:06:08]  These people were locked for days and days and days.
[00:06:12]  And so if that's the only thing he did, luckily for us, that's not.
[00:06:16]  Of course, he does put on an entertaining show as we're seeing with the Greenland issue and things like that, which, you know, I've listened to a lot of takes on that.
[00:06:26]  Some can be, you know, a little too wild.
[00:06:28]  Some I understand.
[00:06:31]  And so maybe we'll talk about that a little bit more today.
[00:06:33]  I forgot that was on my sheet last week.
[00:06:35]  I might have just deleted it.
[00:06:37]  It looks like drones was able to pull up the video that I was trying to find.
[00:06:42]  So let's go to that very real South Park episode and check out what South Park always predicts.
[00:06:51]  And it's a sad thing that they're able to do this.

[00:07:45]  Also, we have the food dye pullback, the pressure against a majority of our quick, cheap food options, the pressures getting put onto them, changing the oils, using restaurants using more beef tallow, taking out the food dyes, and really trying to get America back on its feet again and off of the damn couch.
[00:08:14]  So, thank God for that.
[00:08:16]  Thank you very much, Trump.
[00:08:17]  We really appreciate that.
[00:08:18]  And he's done so much more too, of course, and he's continuing to do more.
[00:08:23]  And we are continuing to open our arms up and embrace it.
[00:08:27]  And whenever he wants to act silly at a press conference or a, you know, I think today he did a few things that were off the cuff and funny.
[00:08:36]  And if he didn't do that, we probably wouldn't have voted for him because that's really how he was able to connect with his base was through this, you know, down-to-earth way, which is really seems like the only way he wants to be.
[00:08:50]  I guess you don't have to call it down to earth.
[00:08:53]  But anyway, okay, we're going to keep it moving.
[00:08:56]  We're going to keep it moving.
[00:08:58]  And of course, we're going to jump right into the mix.
[00:09:02]  And whenever I say that, I mean, of course, the rapper that everyone loves to hate on, including the right and the left.
[00:09:12]  Not a big fan of the music, but we have to understand that this person does have a large base and we have to try to win these people over with factual information.
[00:09:28]  And if we need to go to the ends of the earth, and by that I mean, of course, Nikki Minaj, then I guess that's what we got to do.
[00:09:37]  And what I started to do was click on different links of hers that she has, but I thought, you know what?

[00:19:24]  We have to get better at taking action, and I mean legal action, of course.
[00:19:30]  So here's the part that was really insane to me.

[00:21:15]  I'm Lee Armstrong, civil rights attorney, longtime activist here in the community.
[00:21:20]  And, you know, we protest and do activism in all kinds of ways.
[00:21:25]  This is Operation Pull-Up, more of a clandestine operation.
[00:21:29]  We show up somewhere that is a key location.
[00:21:33]  They don't expect us to come there.
[00:21:36]  And then we disrupt business as usual.
[00:21:38]  So that's what we're about to go do right now.
[00:21:40]  We've had a lot of success with the times we have done Operation Pull Up.
[00:21:45]  After George Floyd was killed, we went to the Police Federation head's home and staged a demonstration there.
[00:21:53]  We also went to the head of the U.S. Marshals from Minnesota after Winston Smith was killed by the U.S. Marshals.
[00:22:00]  We went there after Dante Wright was killed.
[00:22:03]  Yeah, so yeah, just a great, proud list that she's made and just so proud to go and harass people.
[00:22:14]  You know, there's a difference in what she's doing and protesting.
[00:22:19]  And she's walking a really thin line.
[00:22:22]  Sadly, the other demonstrations or protests that she's done have not ever crossed the line, although they should have been counted as, they have not crossed the line that they crossed going into this church, which really pissed me off and pissed everybody else off.
[00:22:40]  And Don Lehman, of course, going out on his media tour.
[00:22:45]  And he had so much to say about people that didn't really like what he did.
[00:22:54]  Here's a little bit of that.
[00:22:56]  And there's a certain degree of entitlement.
[00:22:58]  I think people who are, you know, in religious groups like that, it's not the type of Christianity that I practice, but I think that they're entitled and that entitlement comes from a supremacy, a white supremacy.
[00:23:10]  And they think that this country was built for them, that it is a Christian country when actually we left England because we wanted religious freedom.
[00:23:16]  It's religious freedom, but only if you're a Christian and only if you're a white male, pretty much.
[00:23:20]  And so, yeah, absolutely 100%.
[00:23:22]  But it's an intimidation tactic.
[00:23:24]  And, you know, I said, I don't understand how I've become the face of it when I was a journalist.
[00:23:29]  I do understand that I'm the biggest name there.
[00:23:31]  And I'm also, as I was on with my producers this morning, you and Kylie talk all the time.
[00:23:36]  My producers were saying, I said, how did I become the face of this?
[00:23:38]  And my producer said, Don, you're a gay black man in America.
[00:23:41]  And there's a certain degree of entitlement.
[00:23:42]  I think people who are, you know, in religious groups like that, it's not the type of Christianity that I practice, but I think that they're entitled and that that entitlement comes from a supremacy.
[00:23:54]  Yeah, so it comes from a white supremacy.
[00:23:57]  So we are all a bunch of white supremacists, as we, according to them, have been for years and years and years.
[00:24:04]  We're all white supremacists.
[00:24:05]  I mean, why not?
[00:24:06]  I have to check the white box at the medical office because Hispanic or Mexican or, you know, whatever boat I came in on is not there.

[00:27:38]  And over the weekend, we found out that one of the pastors at the church, David Easterwood, also serves as the director of the field office for ICE in St. Paul at the Whipple Federal Building.
[00:27:52]  Now, as an ordained reverend and as an itinerant preacher, I was shocked.
[00:27:59]  I'm someone who believes very firmly in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
[00:28:03]  And the foundation of that gospel is to love thy neighbor as you love thyself.
[00:28:09]  When you contrast that to the behavior of ICE agents who have done anything but love their neighbor, as a matter of fact, they have killed their neighbor when Renee Goode was killed by ICE agent Jonathan Ross on January 7th of 2026.
[00:28:26]  We realize that there is a dichotomy at work that is unsustainable.
[00:28:31]  How can you be both a pastor as well as someone who unleashes ICE agents upon our community who are inflicting harm day after day after day?

[00:28:46]  It's like I'm going to have a brain aneurysm on the screen if I listen to this woman say, I mean, you know, ultimately she's going to have to have to answer to the higher power on this one.

[00:34:38]  In other cases, the Biden DOJ used the Klan Act conspiracy charges tacked on to the FACE Act in the case of protests outside abortion clinics to bring much longer sentences.

[00:34:54]  What other crimes may have occurred?
[00:34:56]  Was there a use of the wires or the mails in preparing for this event?
[00:35:00]  Did anyone cross state lines to do this?
[00:35:03]  All of those are potential predicates for additional federal charges.
[00:35:06]  Armin, I've just pulled up the Klan Act because this is the first time that I've heard this mentioned.
[00:35:10]  This is an act that was passed in 1871, correction there, to combat the Ku Klux Klan and protect African Americans' voting rights, especially the Enforcement Act, which is known as the Force Act.
[00:35:24]  So here's some of the information on screen.

[00:35:28]  Because we have just read the FACE Act and how this is an affinity to the FACE Act, an obvious and egregious, demonstrable violation of the FACE Act, because they were entering a place of worship, harassing and threatening.

[00:35:45]  So it seems like an obvious FACE Act violation.
[00:35:48]  But the Klan Act here, it is on screen.

[00:35:53]  Yeah, the Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes.
[00:35:56]  And it goes back to the time when President Lincoln emancipated the slaves.
[00:36:01]  And yet the southern states, Dixiecrats mainly, were refusing to give them equal rights.
[00:36:06]  And in fact, that you had sheriffs and you had law enforcement harassing the newly freed slaves.
[00:36:12]  So the Klan Act is a law that makes it illegal to terrorize citizens to violate their civil rights, to get together and conspire to violate the civil rights.
[00:36:23]  It is often used against law enforcement, but is now used against others as well.
[00:36:27]  So whenever anyone conspires to violate the protected civil rights of American citizens, the Klan Act can be used to bring a conspiracy charge.
[00:36:36]  We in the federal law enforcement parlance call this 241 and 242 civil and criminal conspiracies.
[00:36:43]  And so what the Biden administration did is if three grandmas got together to pray outside an abortion clinic for the souls of the people inside and including unborn children, they would say, oh, that's not just a violation of the Klan Act.
[00:36:58]  That's a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of women going in there to get abortions.
[00:37:03]  And so we're going to add additional charges and punish that more and make it from a misdemeanor under the FACE Act to a felony under the Klan Act.
[00:37:12]  And President Trump pardoned the pro-life protesters in those cases.
[00:37:18]  I have recently defended successfully in the 11th Circuit a case called Oropesa, a case of Jane's Revenge, the pro-abortion protesters violently attacking crisis pregnancy centers in Florida.
[00:37:32]  And we had the court uphold the Klan Act criminal enhancement to the FACE Act.
[00:37:37]  So I know this is very deep in the weeds, but the point is there are a number of things.
[00:37:42]  The FACE Act is just the start.
[00:37:44]  Like I said, you have material support for disruptive activities.
[00:37:47]  You have conspiracy to violate civil rights.
[00:37:50]  You have potentially the use of other instrumentalities to commit crimes.
[00:37:55]  And so some of these folks who did this have self-identified.
[00:37:59]  Don Lemon himself has come out and said he knew exactly what was going to happen inside that facility.
[00:38:05]  He went into the facility and then he began quote unquote committing journalism and as if that's sort of a shield from being a part and embedded part of a criminal conspiracy.

[00:38:19]  And so, you know, we're getting our ducks in a row.
[00:38:22]  We're putting the facts together.
[00:38:24]  And this is a very serious matter.
[00:38:26]  Come next Sunday, nobody should think in the United States that they're going to be able to get away with this.
[00:38:30]  Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long, long time.

[00:39:59]  He identified individuals that were going in with him that were activists in the work that they'd done in the past.
[00:40:04]  The fact that this entire situation was then posted on the Black Lives Matter website, all of that is something that they're going to be responsible for.
