So, Frank, First off, before we dive into what transpired today with Owen, you wanted to say some things about your homeboy.
Well, I mean, I don't have anything prepared to say about Owen.
I do think this, that I know that I just put on the American Liberty Awards with my friends.
John, you helped out a lot.
Tim Lassley, Matt Baker, Michael Graves, Scott Armstrong, Rachel Ray.

And so the giant, which is the American people, is sitting on the edge of the bed right now, fully dressed, ready to go to work, but we're groggy.
And the tyrannical government slapped us in the face with a 17-year sentence for Joe Biggs.
And then they turned away, and they backhanded us with another slap across the face with a 22-year sentence for Enrico Tarrio.
And then they wound up, and they haymakered us.
Right in the face with Owen Schroer.
And they said, your First Amendment right, your free speech is gone.
It's nothing.
And they could not have picked a worse person to do this to, John.
Because Owen Schroer is not afraid.
I don't think I've ever seen that dude afraid of anything.
And he's gone into so many situations where, you know...
With no security or nothing into protests where, because he's a very confident, athletic dude, and he has a brain to go along with it, that they've really made a mistake here.
They made a huge mistake with this whole thing.
But now, you know, this is the turning point.
This is the key case that will make or break us all.
And it's not going to break us.
They've tried to break us for years.
They've never been broken.
And all it takes is one time.

So, yeah, I saw it.
But, yeah, but they demonize it and turn it, you know, now they've demonized him and made him into this far-right extremist conservative talk show host who, you know, and the reason, if you're wondering the reason, and then they deliver the propaganda that, well, he was there.
And so we decided it has nothing to do with his free speech, although conspiracy theorists out there are saying it does.
But they're crazy, of course.
We all know they're nuts.
But you actually look at the document, and he was right on the edge of violating by being there.
But he wasn't violating.
He was within his rights to be there.
And he's telling people to leave.
And comes back and then on his show, The War Room, he starts debating the election.
And that is the entirety of why he's getting 60 days in jail.
Had he not come back and used his free speech, they might have let him go off a little bit easy.
Maybe they would have given him 30 days.
But the fact that he came back and spoke his mind according to his First Amendment and his God-given rights, they can't help themselves.
The tyrants can't help themselves.
They can't help being who they are.
So we all know the truth, and we all know what we're supposed to do now, or at least supposed to think or feel.
But actually, we don't know what to do because we had a protest in the people's house and they jailed everybody.
And that should have been the first indication.
And so people out there say, oh, well, Owen Troyer, you know, he kind of had it coming because he put himself in that situation.
And for me...
Putting out the reports that I put out week in, week out, going against the administration and exposing Black Rock and the City of London and everything that's tyrannical in this world, that message to me of Owen being arrested is we're going to figure out a way to get you two.
We're going to figure out a way to get Greg Reese.
We're going to figure out a way to shut all of you guys up.
And then we'll have complete and total Smithmont Modernization Act control of the media, and you guys will be a thing of the past.
And so, you know, most people think that I'm, you know, being hyperbolic or, you know, being needlessly aware of the process that we're about to endure.
I see it coming down the pike.
That's what I do.
I see things before they get here.
That's from being years and years and years, year in, year out at Infowars.
You have this gradually gain this sense where you can, you're like almost surfing the propaganda and you can see what's coming up, you know, in the tube.
And I think we're right on the verge.
Of at least, at the very least, we're right on the verge of everybody who is prepared being tested for those preparations.
If you look really at what Owen did, it's not a free speech crime in itself.
He went on to Capitol grounds.
In a questionable manner that maybe might have violated his bond agreement.
If you look at every video or picture of Owen Schroer on that day, on the Capitol grounds, you look at the day before when Alex Jones was speaking and Owen was there, the weekends before when all of us would be there for those rallies and Owen would be there, he would not be speaking.
Like, purposely.
Like, you could see that he was not speaking.
He was trying to adhere by his bond agreement the whole time.
And he...

I'm not in his shoes.
So I believe that the system, once you admit guilt to them in any manner, then they've got you.
They always lie to people in the plea agreements.
That's what they did here.
It's what they've been doing to people forever.
But they picked the wrong person to do it to.
And this is going to be a watermark case.
It already is.
This really is like the cherry on top of the cake of tyranny.
Where you have, you know, the layers of...
It's what all the Jan Sixers are at the very bottom layer of the cake of tyranny.
And then you've got Enrique, you know, Biggs.
You got Dominic Pozzola.
Then you got Owen Schroer right on top.
And they want the candles to be the rest of us.
And this isn't a speech crime.
What this is is a thought crime.
Owen Schroer is committing a thought crime because he will not, if you don't know, double think and double speak.
Then you're done.
They'll take you away.
And that's what we're in.
We're in 1984 already.
We are already in tyranny.
There are already cameras in everyone's TVs watching you.
That's how it is.
And he refused to change his thoughts or at least double think or double speak.
And that is what they are most afraid of is he wouldn't kowtow to being scared.
It's actually adversity.
They don't get this, the globalists.
Adversity is actually opportunity.
They are being baited right now.
We have sacrificed fellow patriots.
All of these men and women that I'm mentioning are sacrifices that the globalists love human sacrifices.
They love abortion.
They say, you look where the Church of Satan has filed suit because they want abortion again because it's human sacrifice.
This is a form of human sacrifice, and they want to sacrifice half the population, and they just picked the wrong dude to do it to.

We're looking at the document right now, and so it says, in a sentencing memorandum that can most charitably be described as chilling.
Okay, so they hit you with a fear porn right in the beginning.
The government recommends a sentence of 120 days imprisonment based largely on what Mr. Schroyer said on, during, and after the riot.
Let me just say that again.

It doesn't say it's based largely on him being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
It doesn't say that it's based on him doing any of the things that everyone else is accused of, because he didn't do any of those things.
It's based on what he said on...
During and after the riot, the memorandum represents a low watermark in the government's prosecution of January 6th cases, taking direct aim at freedom of speech.
It seeks to penalize Mr. Schroyer for his viewpoints, claiming apparently that his views are relevant.
Offense conduct that must be considered in crafting a sentence sufficient, but not greater than necessary, to punish the crime.
The crime, the speech crime, the First Amendment crime to which Mr. Schroyer pleaded guilty, a single misdemeanor count of entering and remaining in a restricted Building on
grounds in violation of 18 U.S. Code 1752A1.
Government sentencing memorandum is devoid of any discussion of such cases.
So this right here is...
Okay, so he's getting a longer jail sentence.
Then the homeless guy that macheted somebody here in Austin a couple of weeks ago.
What they're doing is what they've done to all the J6ers.
What they did to Enrique and Joe Biggs and all of them is because these guys are talking about their cases about You know, Trump won.
We all know Trump won.
Basically, they're mirrors of the truth.
You can't shut these people up, and they're so pissed.
They've now said that they've given their sentences terror enhancements, where they are now terrorists.
So, what they're doing to Owen Schroer, where they are using his free speech and his wrong thought against him.
Because he shows no remorse, is indicative of what the system is doing to all of these J6ers.
And we will seize upon this opportunity.
The community, the truth community, the patriot community, will seize upon this opportunity that the adversity is presenting us with.
And we will show the world that this is a systematic problem.
Police reform, prison reform.
Justice reform, they're doing it for us.

I'm very upset what happened to my friend, Owen Troyer, who, personally, I owe a lot to.
I went to music as a solstice, as a way that I can feel better about it, because they're not going to stop me.
They're not going to steal my joy, even though they did today.
If we allow God to enter our hearts and we are true soldiers of light, then meditate, pray, whatever, your thoughts, and God will fill them with the right thing.

Elections have been rigged for centuries because government is a form of slavery, which is why what the founding fathers of these United States gave us is so revered.
They drafted a form of government unlike any other in history, a revolutionary form of governance based upon the foundation that all men are created equal and independent and that all are born with the inherent and inalienable right to the preservation of life, liberty, and justice.

When this support is taken away, The Constitution of a free society is dissolved and tyranny is erected on its ruins.
And this is where we are at today.
Our First Amendment states that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
And it has been stripped away from us by tyrants.
News host Owen Schroer is being charged with the crime of questioning the results of the 2020 presidential elections, the most blatant election fraud in U.S. history.
And he did so peacefully, which is his God-given right under the U.S. Constitution.
Schroer isn't being charged with conspiracy, incitement, or any actual crime at all.
The sentencing document goes on for pages, quoting him for saying what Americans on both sides of the crippling two-party system have been saying for over a century.
In short, that the government is tyrannical and criminal, which should be obvious to just about everyone at this point.
And this is not a crime.
It is the first line of defense against tyranny.
Our freedom to call it out.
The document mentions a simple misdemeanor that involves Schroyer being on Capitol grounds.
This was a violation of a court order that resulted from a 2019 arrest when Schroyer stood and protested a House Judiciary Committee meeting.
But this is not the crime he is being charged with.
The 30-page sentencing document is nothing but hot air being blown by a legal team held on the leash by tyrants who occupy the halls of our government.
What Schroyer is actually being charged with is best summarized on page 20, where it states his statements and actions after January 6 illustrate his complete lack of remorse.
To date...
Despite a number of opportunities he has taken to speak about the election in January 6th, he has yet to sincerely demonstrate genuine remorse for his conduct.
In other words, he won't shut up about the stolen 2020 election.
This is his God-given right, but the criminals who have hijacked we the people's government are letting the rest of us know that those days are over and we are now their slaves to be experimented on.
Thrown in jail and murdered.

Something that I realized recently, I've been year in, year out, we've all been year in, year out, being called conspiracy theorists.
We've been called every name in the book, called things that we aren't.
But I took a look around and a general overview and realized that the boomer generation is moving off into the pasture.
Two new generations below the Generation X that are coming into view, and especially Generation Z, they're all completely aware of all of the things that we've been telling, all of the truths.
And sure, there have been some real zingers in there that have turned out to be conspiracies, but you've got to be able to take the time to go through.
All of the hay in order to find that needle in the haystack.
And at this point, it's nothing but needles.
There's no haystack left.

And Generation Z, they're so aware that if you actually took a look at...

And we have to understand that it's our fault.
What we're dealing with is the administrative state.
The DOJ is part of the executive branch.
They are the biggest part of the government.
There's like 5,000, 10,000 people in the legislative branch.

2,000 in the judicial branch.
There's a million in the executive branch.
That is the deep state.
That administrative state, we have delegated laws to them where they are now making up laws, de facto regulations.
That's what a bond agreement is, where Mr. Schroyer Owens signed his rights away.
And they said, oh, yeah, patted him on the back.
Yeah, you're doing a good thing, and we're going to make sure that you don't go to jail.
And then, bam, here you go, buddy.
You're going to jail because you don't have any rights.
Because they're evil bastards.

It's up to us as individuals to find a solution to this.
Just like I started out my little rant, I found a solution to food by growing my own food.

Reoccupy the levers of government.
And how we do that as a practical matter is everyone needs to get on their central committee in their county.
And once you get on that central committee, there's 400,000 people.
There's 3,862 counties in the United States.
I think it's around there.
There's 400,000, give or take, members of the central committee.
In the Republican Party, 100,000 are American firsters.
If we can get 150,000 more, then we control the central committees locally.
We can then regain control of the central committee at the state level, then regain control at the national level, and then we decide who gets the money when they run.
We put the candidates for it.
We all know the races are done in the primaries, and then when it gets to the— You as an individual say, what can I do?
What can I do?
You have to make the change.
And the change that you want to see in the world, to quote Gandhi, must be you changing yourself.
And this whole experience of life that they are presenting us with, we should be grateful that we are part of history right now.
