[00:00:00]  In this trial today, they played the Megyn Kelly interview, which was obviously heavily edited.
[00:00:07]  Can you speak to that?
[00:00:08]  They played this for the jury, and they probably have no idea how edited that is, even though they were totally edited.
[00:00:14]  It's a totally edited video, and they won't let us have our videos saying we may have edited them, but they air a heavily edited piece.
[00:00:21]  But for me, the biggest issue is this judge defaulted us and found us guilty, claiming we didn't show up for court or depositions.
[00:00:29]  None of that was true.
[00:00:30]  So the whole thing's a fraud.
[00:00:31]  And she's in there telling the jury that I'm guilty, and they have to decide how guilty.
[00:00:35]  So from the get-go, it's a kangaroo court, a classic show trial.
[00:00:40]  And now she's been fighting to keep any of our videos from coming in, where I said I believe people died and I was sorry and all that, years before they sued me, by saying they may be edited, even though we've already introduced them into evidence.
[00:00:50]  And so they aired this edited tape of Megyn Kelly, which they only aired about half of.
[00:00:55]  They didn't air her live on the show that night, and after it was all about Sandy Hook.
[00:00:58]  So it's just total deception.
[00:01:01]  They want to demonize independent media.
[00:01:02]  The corporate media is dying.
[00:01:04]  They're scared of independent media.
[00:01:06]  They think if they can take a few mistakes or anomalies we've done over the years and project it onto all independent media, they can set a president to shut everybody down.
[00:01:14]  Just like I was deplatformed four years ago, now they want to set this president to legally, with lawfare, deplatform everybody else and have the fact-checkers owned by corporate corporations and media shut down their competition as well.
[00:01:26]  This is all just a giant desperate attempt.
[00:01:28]  Like Tim asking for $150 million.
[00:01:30]  That's to create the idea that we have all this money.
[00:01:32]  I don't have $2 million myself.
[00:01:35]  That's brilliant enough to even keep the company going, but we've got about a million and a half in our reserves.
[00:01:41]  So the idea that we have $150 million is just absolutely asinine.
[00:01:47]  It's total fraud.
[00:01:49]  And again, they're just demonizing us.
[00:01:52]  It's a witch hunt.
[00:01:53]  And so we're here covering all this, and I appreciate independent media being down there covering all this.
[00:01:58]  But, I mean, I'm really resigned to it all.
[00:02:01]  It's already so rigged that there's a miracle, and this jury figures out that they're supposed to decide who's guilty, not a judge.
[00:02:07]  And if they rebel against this tyranny, that's great.
[00:02:09]  But imagine, she told the jury at least five times I've seen, I've only been here half the time, he is guilty.
[00:02:15]  Well, how do you walk into a court and the judge says, that man right there is guilty?
[00:02:18]  So there's an old saying, I'm not sure who first said it.
[00:02:21]  But it's better ten guilty men go free than one innocent man go to jail.
[00:02:25]  So even if I was guilty, which I'm not guilty of what they say, I've made mistakes, but, you know, haven't lied on purpose or haven't made mistakes on purpose, it doesn't matter.
[00:02:33]  I should go free because this process is a fraud.
