	I've been out for a while.
	I think Thursday, Wednesday was my last stream.
	I've been having the worst crisis, essentially.
	I have had what is called occipital neuralgia.
	It is, there is a nerve in the top of your spine right underneath your skull, and it's pinched or degenerative or something's going on because my nerve, all the nerves go up the back and the side of your head, and they're all just flared up and incredible headache pains.
	I've basically been laying down flat to try to decompress the spine there for about a week now.
	I've had this for a week.
	I've been doing this hot pack, this rice hot pack, and putting it on behind my neck and laying down and trying to stretch it up and decompress.
	It's been awful.
	It's been absolutely awful.
	The worst headaches I've ever had.
	The worst like tension headaches going up my spine.
	I'm really worried about it.
	I tried to go to the chiropractor like right when it first happened when it, I think it was too tight and too inflamed and he didn't crack it.
	So then I tried to get a neck massage the next day and that didn't get it.
	Maybe loose, it loosened it up a little bit.
	It's been awful.
	I just ice rolled up gel ice pack laying on that and the rice heat pack non-stop back and forth for like over a week now.
	So it's called occipital neuralgia when you get a pinched nerve at the very top of your of your spine called the Atlas bone.
	Interesting because I've been I've watched a movie with my Atlas bone problem called Atlas on Netflix.
	It's all about Jennifer Lopez, AI, Neuralinks.
	There's AI bots that are humanoids that are terrorists.
	It's really interesting.
	I haven't finished it yet, but apparently this is what I think I need.
	I need to go to the chiropractor and get an occipital lift and hopefully I'll be fine.
	I've been cracking my neck like every day on my own.
	You even see me do it on stream.
	Before streams, I always do it.
	It helps get the blood flow to the brain and loosens you up.
	And I don't know if I've just done it too many times or if I did it too hard or something, but it is screwed and it's awful.
	And I really hope I get better.
	I think I need one of these.

	Like I might need an MRI, an x-ray for them to see like if my, if I'm bone on bone and that disc is bulging or just grind it away, I might be in some trouble.
	Also, they say sitting at computers or like hunching over is really bad for that those discs at the very top.
	So I think I'm going to try to go to the, it's loosened up enough.
	I haven't taken any over-the-counter pain medication in the last few days.
	I might go to the chiropractor today and hope, hope for a miracle and hope doesn't paralyze me at the same time.

	One of the other symptoms I had is my jaw apparently is connected to it.
	So like I couldn't eat for two days.
	I couldn't even like open my mouth up wide enough to like take a bite of anything.
	It was really weird.

	I might have to try some of that to try anything.
	But anyway, enough about me and my personal problems, my health problems.
	2024 has been a bad year for health problems for me so far.
	Thank God my wife, my expecting wife, and my daughter Have been healthy.
