	Hello, I'm Adam Green with NomoreNews.org.
	It's August 14th, 2019, and in this video, I wanted to talk to you about Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and Mike Cernovich, and some common themes themes I'm seeing between the three.
	Headline out of Jerusalem Post today, Alan Dershowitz is defending characters accused of child trafficking in a mock trial.
	The celebrity lawyer will defend the brothers of Joseph in November at the New York's Temple Emmanuel.
	In the Bible, Joseph's brothers kidnap and sell him into slavery because they are jealous of him.
	And they got the image here with Dershowitz, which is a little tropey from Jerusalem Post with his hands together, but maybe this is just some kind of unintentional thing that Dershowitz does uh unconsciously or something.
	So I am welcoming this trial.
	This is the first opportunity I have.
	So that's just a side note, but let me know what you think about that in the comments.
	So getting into the article, Ben Jacobs here posted that Eps as the Epstein controversy swirls, Dershowitz is appearing as the defense lawyer in a mock trial for child trafficking based on the story in Genesis, and I guess he's going up against Chris Christie.
	Another headline, Dershowitz defend Bible figures from child trafficking charge, and they they make it a point to mention here that two of Epstein's accusers, Virginia Roberts and Sarah Ransom, also have said that Dershowitz abused them.
	So pretty interesting that he's doing this uh public trial considering all the news about surrounding him lately.
	And then we have this, another connection, law.com.
	Alan Dershowitz's argument for lowing the age of consent leaves some lawyers, quote, rightly troubled.
	Retired Harvard lawyer Professor Dershowitz implicated by two women in financier Jeffrey Epstein's national sex scandal is under fire for his 1997 op-ed that laid out a legal argument linking abortion in the age of consent.
	Oh, he looks like such a nice guy there, doesn't he?
	JTA, Alan Dershowitz defends his 1997 column claiming statutory rape is an outdated concept.

	Here's his article here from the 1990s.
	And it says, Doubtful whether such sanctions should apply to teenagers above the age of puberty, since voluntary sex is so common in their age group.
	And then it says, he then suggests that the age of consent should be lowered to 15 or perhaps 14.
	Wasn't that the age of a lot of the girls that Epstein liked?
	I stand by the constitutional, not moral argument I offered in this op-ed.
	And then he says that people that were criticizing that it was a hit piece with with the explicit purpose of silencing my defense of President Trump, Prime Minister Netanyahu, and the state of Israel.
	Mm hmm.
	Guffrey says she had sex with Dershowitz at least six times when asked why she decided to name Dershowitz.
	She said Jeffrey got away with it basically and Dershowitz was one of the people who enabled that to happen.
	Dershowitz denies the allegations, but according to the article, the case was settled in 2016 with Dershowitz's insurance company paying Guffrey's lawyers an undisclosed sum.
	So he apparently settled.
	Settlement also included a sum of money to Dershowitz, which would allow him to claim payment.
	So he can say that he got paid too or something.
	And he says that she has a long history of lying for money.
	And I'm gonna get into a more in-depth video tomorrow on Cernovich and uh Dershowitz, but this is just a quick one today showing this theme here.
	Epstein called this is published yesterday, Fox News.
	Epstein called criminalizing sex with teen girls, quote, a cultural aberration report.
	So just like Dershowitz saying that he wants to lower the age of consent, Epstein says the same thing.
	Jeffrey Epstein gave a chilling interview a year before his death in which he calls Against men having in which he called laws against men having sex with teens, teen girls a cultural aberration.
	Epstein, who was accused of forcing underage females into liaisons with him and his rich and powerful friends was quote, unapologetic and defiant to the end in his belief on men sleeping with girls.
	Quote, he said that criminalizing sex with teenage girls was a cultural aberration, and that at times in history it was perfectly acceptable.
	Just like Dershowitz said, just like Dershowitz said, and then now enter Mike Cernovich.
	And the reason we're talking about Mike Cernovich is because he's involved with this case.
	He's taking credit, saying that he got Epstein arrested.

	And then this was his YouTube video, July 6th.
	Jeff Epstein arrested due to Mike Cernovich court win.
	Mike Cernovich has been playing it off like he sued Epstein to get these files released and unsealed.
	But really, as I'll show you here in a second, he's suing Epstein's victim so that her her uh info can be unsealed.
	And that's what her lawyer said.
	That's not my opinion.
	That's just what her lawyer said.
	And people are buying or falling for this stuff.

	Okay.
	Um, first I just want to say thank you so much for your work uh on the Epstein case.
	Um, had it not been for you, this what do they call this pedophilia network uh situation would have never been brought to light.
	Thank you.
	Just not true at all.
	And check this out.
	This is what the lawyers are actually saying in the case.
	This is straight from the case that that Cernovich is involved with with uh Ghislaine Maxwell and Virginia Roberts uh suing over defamation, suing suing uh for defamation.
	Preliminary statement.
	Here I'll zoom in a little bit more.
	On the heels of the court denying Alan Dershowitz's request to publish publish selections of defendants' filed documents in his motion to intervene.
	Dershowitz's close associate has filed another motion to intervene, seeking substantially the same relief.
	Proposed intervener and purported journalist, in quotes, Michael Cernovich requests that the court grant him intervener status for the purpose of unsealing and publishing a single filing from the above captioned case.
	And then it says Um, just one filing by defendant to publicize is that all parties litigation.
	Okay, here, zoom in down a little bit more to the other important part.
	Cernovich claims that his motion for unsealing is somehow, quote, distinct from Professor Dershowitz's motion.
	Yet Cernovich's motion clearly echoes the motion to intervene brought by Alan Dershowitz.
	So the Epstein's victims are saying that Cernovich is colluding with Cern with uh Dershowitz and Cernovich are colluding together.
	And then it says, indeed, one of the documents Dershowitz sought to publicize is attached in full to defend its motion for summary judgment, and the other documents Dershowitch sought to publicize are described in detail by deposition testimony.
	In truth, both motions seek the same relief to selectively publish certain documents supporting defendants' position in this litigation.
	And then this is what else they had to say here.
	Just so you see the tr how uh Cernovich is and his friends are misrepresenting his involvement in the case.
	This seeming, quote, coincidence is less remarkable given the strong ties shared by Dershowitz and Cernovich.
	Cernovich pictured below is the executive producer of a film starring none other than Alan Dershowitz.
	Online film, and then here's all the credits with uh Dershowitz and Cernovich.
	Silenced was the movie.
	Dershowitz uh made it.
	Cernovich has not been shy.
	So they put they claim like they don't like each other, but watch this.
	Cernovich has not been shy about broadcasting his relationship with and influenced by Alan Dershowitz, and last summer tweeted Mike Cernovich Spent the morning talking free speech, Twitter censorship, and the ADL with Dershowitz for silenced.
	There's the photo.
	Cernovich also attributes his inspiration to attend law school to law school to Dershowitz.
	Alan Dershowitz is a left-wing lawyer who has fought for the free speech rights of neo-Nazis.
	Dershowitz has also been barred from speaking at many college campuses because of his pro-Israel speeches have been falsely labeled as hate speech.
	Meeting Dershowitz was a personal joy of mine, as his book, The Best Defense, The Courtroom Confrontations of America's Most Outspoken Lawyer of Last Resort inspired me to go to law school.
	So Dershowitz inspired Cernovich to go to law school.
	And he's also connected to some other people at Breitbart, which is this little network that got Cernovich to do this lawsuit.
	As the court is aware, and as no doubt Cernovich is aware from reviewing the complaint, this is a case that involves the defendant's sexual abuse and trafficking of Miss.
	Oh, and there's Cernovich, a closer up photo.
	And there's producer Lauren Feldman and Alan Dershowitz, the star of Silenced, Cernovich's film.
	And then it says Trafficking Miss Guffrey while she was a child.
	As the court is also aware, evidence relating to the sexual abuse and trafficking of minors and other young women is contained in many of the documents in this case.
	So they didn't want to release the names of all these women so that they could be harassed, which Epstein and his lawyers are known for doing in the past.
	This court's protective order protects the identities, both the identities and the circumstances surrounding the victims of sexual abuse.
	The court has already ruled that the protective order should not be disturbed by an intervener seeking to publish self self-selected parts of the record, and nothing in the instant motion should lead to a different conclusion.
	Additionally, Cernovich's previous statements regarding sexual assault bay lay his professed purpose of promoting, quote, openness in the judicial branch, and instead pointing to an illegitimate and improper purpose for seeking to publish these documents, a personal vendetta that is wholly divorced from anything related to the public right of access to the courts.
	Cernovich appears to have personal interest to use his words in quote SLUT shaming women.
	Multiple websites, including Wikipedia, captured various tweets issued by Cernovich.
	Cernovich tweets show that his interest in sexual assault is not simply journalistic, as he claims, but instead betrays a period interest in fetic feticizing rape.
	The hotter like this tweet, the hotter the sex, the more closely it resembles rape from Mike Cernovich.
	And then it says another tweet he issued expressed an opinion that date rape does not exist, indicating that he does not believe someone can be raped by an acquaintance, and that's um that's that's the site where that's from.
	And now here's some more tweets from Cernovich.
	So before I get into those tweets, let me just show you here.
	And SPLC, obviously they're discredited, but they've got a huge dossier.
	You do can control F for rape just to see Cernovich's history.
	This guy's trying to act like he's the one that's uh that's uh gonna expose Epstein when his history.
	It's odd that all these people like tried to get ahead of the story to kind of try to lead it and be a limited hangout, as I'll show you later on.
	So here's Cernovich, here's his SPLC and obviously SPLC is awful, but there's all these tweets that they have saved, just all these yellow lines here are all rape comments that he's made.
	It's a lot of talk about rape.
	Rape requires the use of force and date rape does not exist at all as rape is rape.
	A useful indicator as your strength as a man as he describes choking a woman, and quote, the hotter the sex, the more closely it resembles rape.
	So that's that's what Cernovich is into.
	And then here's this tweet.

	This this is really disturbing stuff.
	This guy, people need to know the truth about this guy.

	Fame defense attorney Alan Dershowitz, who spoke many times and very friendly with Habat, who I've covered a lot on my channel.
	Fame defense attorney Dershowitz honored with Torah Scroll written in his name, following aid in Shalom Rubishkin case.
	So he helped get Shalom Rubishkin his case commuted.
	And Mike Cernovich praised the move.
	Shalom Rubishkin is an example of an easy win.
	Life is hard for everyone, especially Trump.
	Gotta take the quick wins when they show up.

	So Cernovich is praising Shlomo Rubishkin, the Chabad kosher.
	Also rumored, I'm not sure if it's confirmed that he was doing uh making meth, cooking meth and had doing stuff with prostitutes, but I'm not confirmed on that.
	I was looking for it and couldn't find it, but I have seen it uh reported before, I believe.
	And Cernovich is calling that an easy win.
	And interesting that Haba uh Dershowitz is doing mock trials to defend child trafficking and these buddies with uh these Chabad Lubavitchers because they don't exactly have the best reputation when it comes to child abuse.

	These things used to be protected.
	And it says the liberal case for Israel.
	Dershowitz is a huge pro-Zionist propagandist, so this is the face he puts on, but really the truth is that the IDF is killing Palestinians and that they're stomping on the chance of Palestine.
	I mean, to you can't say that Israel is treating Palestine bad without you guys crying that it's anti-Semitic.
	Everything's anti-Semitic to you guys, including this is Cernovich now, trying to this is him just the other day, trying to say that it's anti-Semitic to say that there's that you know there's any Jayish people involved with Epstein and that this is uh a sod ring.

	What does he have to lose?
	Go on the go on to the island and I don't actually I think he denies going to the island officially, but you know, if we believe that, but he definitely wrote on the plane a bunch of times, so all in, I guess.
	And the Prince Andrew, though, royalty, they have power.
	Yeah, they have power, but they're also uh blackmailed by this this ring as well, most likely.
	And um could be the FBI and other um elements, not the So it could be anybody but Mossad, that's what he's saying, basically.

	There's uh connections with his dad hiring Epstein at the school that he was unqualified for.
	And I know, yeah, I know that his dad left before Epstein actually started, but still, it's too close.
	Also, Barr used to work for a law firm where another lawyer there was on Epstein's case that got him one of the plea deals, one of the sweetheart deals.
	So there's conflict of it, not to mention that Barr is a swamp creature that was Bush's attorney general as well.
	Um not the FBI qua FBI, but elements within it, it could be.
	But that's why I just really am disappointed with a lot of people who are taking hokey, hacky, campy conspiracy theories.
	So hokey, hacky campy conspiracy theories and anti-Semitic to say that it's Mossad behind this ring.
	Somebody uh is protesting a little too much.
	That are too well trodden, well-worn.
	What we're dealing with is unprecedented.
	Right?
	What we're dealing with with the Epstein from the initial charges in 2009 to the civil lawsuit to the criminal charges to you name everything is unprecedented.
	Yeah, it's huge.
	Yeah, I kind of agree that it's unprecedented, but he's just giving this idea that, like, oh, it's it whatever it is, it's not Mossad.
	It could be them, it could be them, but just don't don't do the tropes and don't blame any Jays, even though it's everybody involved, essentially.
	So if you're using your same models of thought on Epstein, you're not upgrading.
	And that means there's a time where people like me, I don't know.

	We have no idea.

	That means I'm open to possibilities rather than just doing some cliched fallback that isn't gonna elevate my thinking, your thinking.
	So be open to everything besides Massad.
